As for the hotel, it's different from other Ritz but for health enthusiastic folks the Sauna and Steam Room is fully functioning and a game changer. We experienced a Club Level Room and the Staff & Concierge were extremely kind and caring for us. They constantly pampered my 9 year old daughter with gifts and kindness. The food quality and surprise of choices within the Club Lounge was phenomenal! The staff makes you feel special while assuring you get a feeling that your at Home during your stay. we stayed for 6 Nights and the Staff made us feel like we were always there as if it was our first Day. I cannot explain in words how caring, kind, and thoughtful the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City Staff is to their customers. We look forward to bringing other family members here in the future so they can experience D.C. in the best way.

I stayed here over a long weekend and, while I was pleased with the architecture and decor, I realized the actual condition of the rooms and in-room amenities are not worthy of 5-stars.
