I loved the architecture inside and out. Parking was a doddle with our without a blue badge. It's advisable to get there a bit earlier so that you can get near to the entrance. There are quite a number of residential permit parking only bays, so be careful that you're not inadvertently taking up one of those. Wheelchair accessibility to the theatre was great with kerb let downs and even paving (yay!). The theatre itself has a ramp to the LHS of the main entrance with doorbell attendance. The hotel area however was really disappointing, we were in room 10 where the toilet seat was broken when we arrived and the toilet continued to flush or at least release water from the cistern every 30 minutes or so throughout the night. There was a locked connecting door to the adjacent room which would be great for families but offered zero soundproofing through the night and morning.
