Visited in June and had a fun time. It can be hard to get a table but there are plenty so you can be lucky. There are both high tables and couches. They have a large selection of drinks, cocktails, beers and shots and the service was very friendly. It can be quite loud. It is a Dutch bar; primarily targeted people from the Netherlands so they both play Dutch music and more regular tunes. Located right by the harbour and close to bar street.

This is such an expensive bar with quite misleading signs. It said buy 1 get 1 free for sex on the beach. But it actually means you just get 2 sex on the beach in a big glass. It didn’t taste of alcohol at all. It was €10 for this too. The other cocktails were like €8-€12 and were in tiny glasses. Beer was €5 in a 300ml bottle. So expensive. Good atmosphere and servers are really nice and efficient and the bar decoration really does remind me of Amsterdam but it is so expensive

Mylos Beach bar has a really wonderful atmosphere, very relaxed and the bar/resterant area is really beautiful. The food is a little expensive, but very yummy. My friend and I came here twice, and rented a couple of sun loungers - these were really comfortable. The sand is generally nice and soft and the sea was clean, with clear water great for swimming. The beach is very nice with good food and drinks! In the peak season make a reservation, since we did not have one the only available option was the last row and the last sun beds but we saw some people that came after us being turned at the door.
The service could be a bit better! We had a difficult time finding someone to order to. But the drinks and the food we had were really good. There are the classic beach stuff but also greek and some healthy light food too!

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough, I saw a video on tik tok and knew we had to go!
I emailed and the owner replied quickly, I booked with my 5 year old son as it was our first holiday together and his only request was to see the sunset.
They sent a min taxi that collected us from our hotel with another family, it was a long drive up the mountains and taxi are unreliable we had many not show!
We had a table sitting on the edge of the mounting, we loved every minute the food and views a moment we I’ll never forget!

Friendly staff, you can even reserve a sunbed for the next day with them to get your preferred spot by the sea. Food was great! Veggie and vegan options too. Someone stated the long waiting time - that is true, however if the beach is full, I think we can bear with a little waiting time whilst the guys really do their best. We originally came here in 2024 when we were in Kos for a week and we ended up going here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the remembered us when we went again. The bar is very nicely decorated and they have music some nights.
The cocktails are absolutely the best we have ever had. Even over 1 year later we still talk about the cocktails we had here and these are the benchmark for us. We ended up trying most of the cocktails because of how nice each one was and didn’t want to miss out on any, our personal favorite was the Sunset Cream and would absolutely recommend coming here for a drink. We even want to go back to Kos just to go back to this bar for the drinks and the atmosphere.
We did try other bars that had cheaper cocktails, but they were no where near the level of the cocktails here. It is definitely worth paying a bit more for the cocktails here.

The prawns are fabulous! The service is excellent. All of the staff are really lovely and attentive and bring food/drink to your sunbed too. The bar/restaurant is spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the sun-beds are comfy and feels like it’s a private beach area although the sea is pebbly, it was very refreshing! Just returned home from a great week staying at the origin bar, and I must say I’ve got the holiday blues….
That is down to the staff at the origin, Marcos, kostas and George you was great hosts, from being greeted at 3 in the morning on arrival til the second we left you always looked after us and met our needs… food was fantastic and well priced, pool area and bar is always spotless, and in the evening the karaoke is just the start of a great evening….
Also a special little thank you to chrissi (chrysanthi) you made the holiday for us that extra bit special, with your gorgeous smile and happy go lucky personality, always very chatty (sometimes a little too much) the place wouldn’t be the same without you…
So again thank you guys for a great week and I’m sure we will be back to annoy you all again soon!
