You have to go and experience the place for yourself!! When me and my partner went, we were received by a lovely and welcoming female waitress. My husband couldn't collect as he couldn't leave me, as im disabled. So my husband said he would like a refund and the person point blank refused to give us our money back. They guy claimed he had no driver for deliveries, so my husband then asked "why are you taking orders for deliveries then?" And the guy wouldn't answer the question. My husband also asked "if there was an issue with the order or the delivery, then why didn't you contact us instead of just leaving it?" Again the guy would not answer his question. We have been loyal customers to this cafe and never had any issues or any reasons to complain, so for me to do this shows how horrible the service was. We will not be returning to the cafe and neither will some close family and friends, who also frequent the cafe, as they have also said it was disgusting behaviour.

There is limited space if you have a pram. We coincidentally went in with a travel stroller that we could close off and put in a corner but we would not have managed with our pram.
