We had a wonderful experience at Pioneer Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Jen, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything came out just right. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer satisfaction. We will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

We are in Arlington for couple getaway weekend and found this place on Google. Read the reviews, and 93% were really good. So we took a chance. When we pulled up, it was PACKED. When I tell you this place was beyond our expectations. The wait was short, we were seating within 5-7 minutes. Our waitress LOU was AWESOME. From the moment we were seated, she took our order, and BAM!, within minutes ( it seemed like it) our food came out hot n fresh. LOU was attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. From beginning to end, the Pioneer Restaurant was a 10/10.

First time and the food was good. The portions are good to make you full. The chicken fried steak was good, it has a tin layer of meat; it needs to be a bit thicker and lightly breaded. The hasbrown and the suny side up egs are okay. The french tost was yummy so did the biscuit and gravy. I will definitely come back and trydifferent food plates. The restaurant is a good size, but was a bit hot for me; the air conditioner dos not circulates good enough In some areas.

I LOVE coming here. The food is ALWAYS good. And I always feel welcome here. I come from Austin just for the family owned atmosphere. Crystal is my waitress and she is the best.

Warm, cozy family business. Big full portions of simple foods. Big breakfasts, (grits, eggs, turkey sausage, chicken fried steaks, big ole biscuits, etc). Delicious 😋 Walking distance to our hotel, the Lux.

Loved this place. It's a good ole mom and pop place. I love eating at these places when we're out of town. The outside doesn't look like much but inside is pretty good. They have American dishes as well as some Mexican dishes. The migas was perfect with a side of beans and tortillas. Yum! The French toast was perfectly browned and the syrup was warm. If we're ever in Dallas again we will be back.

We’ve been here a number of times and I have to say all the waitresses are great, but Stephanie is the best waitress in the whole restaurant. Shes like 20 out of 10 recommend! Just amazing and we will definitely ask for her each time we eat breakfast at this restaurant. She’s soooo good. Great food and atmosphere as well!

The food was amazing. The portion sizes were also very generous for the prices as well. My only suggestion is if you could let your patrons know how to check out. This was my first time and I know they regularly get their regulars who know how to pay but I was sitting there for 10+ minutes looking around wondering why no one had came to pick up my card. Also what might help is if you ask “have you ever been to this diner before”. Again, I had a great server and the food was great.

I took the elderly man I care for for lunch this week. I have to say the atmosphere when you walk in is so homey and cozy feeling. We were immediately greeted with smiles and seated even though it was busy. The menu is comfort food type and all of it made my mouth water. I went with the Cajun chicken sandwich and a salad and Mr Ted had a double burger and fries. My salad was your typical side salad. I liked that they put all the veggies in a bowl on the side and I could add how much I wanted. Same with the dressing. But this sandwich, oh my gosh it was delicious. The bun it came on, was so soft and pillowy and toasted to perfection. The chicken was grilled nicely and was juicy. But the rub/spices they use just make it! 👌 Topped with melty cheese and making it even better with two big pieces of bacon. Lettuce and tomato too. ❤️ The burger was huge and looked and smelled amazing. He could barely hold it, but ate every morsel! He enjoyed the fries as well. Our waiter was so attentive and so nice! We will definitely be back. I did not get a pic of his burger and fries, but they were spectacular looking. 😂 But got a pic of my sandwich. 🤤

Jenna, Jennifer and the rest of the team are out of this world! Every week my family eats there, and my wife has Lion's Club there as well every Thursday. Great food, excellent service, and always with a smile. Recommend Division Street Diner to everyone, and have met clients and friends here as well multiple times. Can't wait to go back later this weekend!

I was there on a Sunday so it was brunch and all you can eat. You cannot order off a menu. The price is reasonable and it was fine. everything was fresh and hot. The server was very nice. I enjoyed taking my dessert to go.

Everything was really good. Cooked made to order. Huevos Rancheroes was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Wife had the croissant with eggs and bacon and cheese. She said Butter was harmed in the making of this sandwich… and that is good!! Side of bacon/4 pieces. Good coffee and great service with a smile.

Came here for a quick breakfast and I was very pleased. We received great service, the country eggs benedict was delicious and the scrambled eggs were tasty too. On the other hand the pancakes weren’t too good so I was skip on those. The French toward was decent though. Overall I’m happy with the place, prices, and portion.

Hole in the wall place. What they lack in ambiance, they make up for in food quality. The Sunday buffet was really good with a good selection of bfast foods (a omelette bar) and Sunday dinner foods. We'll definitely be back!

Went in for the first time for breakfast. It was a friend's birthday. Got seated quickly, and our server quickly attended to us. The portions are huge( I mean TEXAS STYLE HUGE). We could not finish our portions and the food tasted pretty good

Been coming here for years. Really late on review. I have never been disappointed here.

What a great out of the way place! The food is great and had to take some home in a box. The only thing I didn’t like was the seasoning in the sausage gravy, but I make my own at home sometimes so it’s just different from mine. The biscuits are homemade and delicious! They make homemade white bread and raisin bread, which my friend had…..also delicious! I had the meat omelette and added spinach and jalapeños. The server was wonderful and everyone was so attentive, helpful, and kind. It has a small town diner feel. The decor is older and homey. You can tell that this is a place where friends and families meet. If you have to have a slick and modern atmosphere, you might not like it. The only thing that could be better is the table arrangement, but it is a smaller place so seating is closer together. I like to think I will visit this place often. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, not dinner.

Visited on a weekday after local graduation. Only 1 server who was doing her best to keep up. Establishment aware of graduation so not sure why only 1 server on duty. Food good, not fancy, old school interior but, clean. Lots of parking. Restrooms clean too.

Great experience here! It’s not a very big place which is great because the kitchen can keep up with a full house. When we got there we waited about 10-15 minutes for a table. The lady behind the register taking the order was very friendly! Our order didn’t take long to come out, very quick service! We ordered the chicken and waffles, the burrito, a side of fries, a side of ranch an iced caramel macchiato, and apple juice and it was all very delicious. 10/10 recommended!!!

When entering, it does make you feel like you’re in a New York diner. Love the decor and the vibe. Music was a little loud but overall the atmosphere was great. We sat down and found out you have to go the register to order. The hot latte and chi tea was SUPERB. the food came out and the presentation was great but it was only topped by the taste. The French Toast was delicious and the Spanish Omelette was so flavorful. This place is halal so no pork bacon or chorizo, but the beef bacon and chorizo was exceptional. The staff was great and the manager was very involved in making sure we were doing great. This is definitely a place I would recommend and return to.

Really warm pleasant visit. As soon as you walk in you are greated by sweet ladies. Its open seating. They offer beef, turkey, and pork bacon. The beef bacon is fantastic. They cook everything fresh and have fresh fruit. The waffle was cook to perfection and crispy. Everything was fantastic. I will be coming back.

This place was packed—and for good reason! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. I had the burrito, and the sauce had just the right amount of kick. Ordered chicken and waffles. I felt that the dish was a bit bland for me, especially the chicken; too bland and not very much seasoning. I thought adding syrup and hot sauce would help but the dish was still bland for me. Not my favorite; atmosphere was nice and staff was friendly I felt that the dish wasn’t a great representation of the restaurant as I’ve been here before about 2 years ago and it was much better then. I’m willing to return and try again or maybe a different dish.

Such a cool, cozy place! We had brunch there and were treated so well! Miracles was our server and she is delightful! It was a great way to finish off my birthday weekend!

Not my favorite Mimi's experience. I went in on Easter Sunday and the menu was limited. The food was underwhelming. The spinach artichoke dip was watery possibly frozen prior to serving is what I suspect. Chips over toasted. I had the chicken parmesan dinner it was decent but not great, certainly not my favorite. I had the chocolate strawberries that was included in the dinner and it was terrible. The strawberries were flooded with chocolate but not even that could cover the sour and bitter taste of the strawberries, I tossed it because it wasn't edible as it was served. Service was fantastic Joel was friendly and attentive. The manager was sitting in the dining room going over the profits and metrics for the day, I felt like I was in his office. Oh, I did order a carrot raisin muffin to go, that was up to my usual expectations from Mimi's.

This may be my new favorite breakfast place. Our waitress was sweet and tentative. Another waiter even helped when he saw one of coffee was low. The food was amazing. We all tried each other's orders.

Visiting from out of town, and I’m so glad we picked this place to end our trip! The food was great and Joel made the experience that much more enjoyable. We shared lots of laughs and we hope to see you next time!

Ummm, YUM! It is hard to believe this was my very first time eating at MiMi's, though I have an uncle who loves it so much he has weekly visits. The food was delicious and comforting, and our server Ricky provided phenomenal service! While the pictures on their menu were just okay, I am glad we did not let the lack of quality photography deter us. We enjoyed every morsel!

This is probably South Arlingtons best kept secret for breakfast. I was recommended this place after an appointment from a doctor. It was a quiet atmosphere though I was told it can get busy. I had some of the best service from Marquita. I ordered the brunch trio and it tasted better than good that this is what food is supposed to taste like. I was just wowed from start to finish. This was better than some places that operate as a breakfast lunch only. I was not expecting this at all but Mimi's in Arlington is the place for breakfast.

Service was absolutely amazing, I would go back just for that. Seating was good, but the food was okay. Didn’t get the wow factor, more like an overpriced IHOP. It tastes okay, but for those prices, I would have like to been amazed with the food.

This was our second (and absolutely final) visit to Tom’s Burgers and Grill. The first time was rough, but after a year, we figured maybe they’d turned things around. Nope — if anything, it’s slid further downhill. We were seated in a filthy, torn-up booth next to a screaming toddler literally waving a knife around. No exaggeration. Dad was unfazed. We relocated to the bar so my wife wouldn’t leave with a stab wound. The bar stools? Broken, leaning back like recliners, and barely upright. You spend more time fighting gravity than enjoying your meal. The place is disgusting. Crumbs, grime, and food stains everywhere. I went to wash my hands — the bathroom was even worse. I pointed out the completely broken soap dispenser to an employee, and he laughed and said, “Yeah, it’s been like that.” Not funny, not acceptable. The kitchen’s heat lamp wasn’t working, flies were buzzing around, and while the food looked okay, it came out lukewarm and uninspired. Not bad, but not good either — just okay. And when the food is the best part of your visit to a restaurant like this, that’s a serious red flag. Service was painfully slow. Took over 20 minutes just to place our order even though the place wasn’t busy. That said, our server was friendly and chill once he finally made it to our table — he’s the only reason I gave this two stars instead of one. Bottom line: this place is falling apart, literally and operationally. If you’re into broken furniture, bathroom horror shows, and lukewarm burgers, this might be your vibe. Otherwise, steer clear.

If you're looking for wood fired, grill cooked burgers, Tom's Burgers & Grill has them. They have the classics along with some unique creations. I went with the Buffalo Blue Stuffed Burger. I also had my mandatory sweet tea with a side order of Red Onion Rings and sauce. Of course I followed up my dinner with a Reeses Peanut Butter Pie. Tom's is where I find the best comfort foods around. I've never been disappointed and the service is impeccable. The prices are right along with a nostalgic diner atmosphere. Went here for the first time the other day with my mom and I’m so so glad we did! I had seen this place driving by a while ago and had always wanted to check it out due to the chrome, ufo, like exterior of the diner. I love old diners like this! So we stopped and it was amazing. We both had burgers, and they were honestly some of the juiciest and largest burgers I’ve had! So good! We also got the fried mac and cheese which was also very good. But I have to say our favorite thing was the chocolate pie. That was one of the best slices of pie I’ve ever had 😍 Also our young waiter was extremely kind and attentive which was much appreciated! They also played lots of older music and the atmosphere felt like you had been transported back in time. Gotta love it! I definitely recommend and I cannot wait to go back! There’s sooo much more yummy looking stuff on the menu that I have yet to try! 🍔😋

First appetizers. The mushrooms were amazing but the breading needed a little seasoning The onion rings were the same. I got the chicken friend steak with extra gravy and they really give you EXTRA gravy. Mashed potatoes were flavored perfectly. Service here was quick and friendly.

Best milk shake I’ve had in a while, chili was pretty tasty; I also had fried pickles a bit much batter for my taste but they were seasoned just fine.

Was in town for a music festival and decided to try this burger diner out and was pleasantly surprised. We made it in time for the weekly specials. Got the bacon burger paddy melt with side of fries, side of battered onion rings, and a chocolate peanut butter pie for close to $20!! The burger was nice and juicy, the bun was not brioche, and the bacon was perfect cooked for me, it had a ton of melty cheese on it too. The hand cut fries were good, if you like soggy fries, seasoned well. The onion rings were solid crispy, great at first, but after a while they tasted like oil. The peanut butter pie was really good, now if they added some more chocolate to offset the peanut butter a bit, and it would be the best pie! Overall, it's a nice place to grab a bite to eat. The weekly specials make it even more worth it, you canr beat the price for what i got. I would definitely come back again!

visited your location this morning and ordered a Chickichanga, which is usually one of my favorite meals on the First Watch menu. Unfortunately, the dish I received had a very bad smell to the meat. Because of this, I didn’t eat it and ended up tossing it away. However I was given a $20 gifted card. Our server Robin did an amazing job and our food was delicious! The only thing I didn’t like was the wake up watermelon drink but besides that everything was amazing.

Country Breakfast #4: home fries cooked the way I asked, perfectly executed eggs, crispy bacon, yummy sausage patty, oh so good biscuits with sausage gravy. Cinnamon Roll: freshly backed and delicious. Iced Tea: strong and fresh.

Damn tasty club sandwich. Fries were hot and crispy. A must place to eat if your in the area. Also my wife wanted a chocolate icebox pie they didn't have. So great they went and made one special while we eat.

First time here and the waitress was really nice but the monte cristo left a bit to be desired. I am used to the deep fried style which makes a sandwich of this size less messy to eat. Way too much grease dripped and the bread was a bit soggy. Maybe will try a different location.

I have had Fond Memories here, and the service is top-notch! My husband worked late so I ordered 2 cChilen Fried Steak Dinners with extra gravy and a fruit cup to my liking. Definitely seems like a place that has been around for a long while; there was a lot of wisdom in the restaurant and a definite family-waitresses-know-everyone vibe! Service was fast and friendly. Food was very good; lives up to the “homemade” sign over the front door. Could have been a bit cleaner; crumbs on floor under one table, syrup container sticky, bathroom was a little eh. This place is an absolute 5 Start gem with bonuses!!! The entire staff was warm and kind and complimented our kind waitress Angel, who was wonderful! The food was delicious, and that includes everything we were served. From the sweet n salty bites of chicken n waffles, to the hearty flavors of fried catfish and baked potato, and all of the sauces in between, everything was a hit! Coming from one of the pickiest eaters that only prefers her own cooked food. Man I've been coming here for since 2018. It's saved me plenty Sundays from hangovers. I brought my family and friends. If anyone has something negative to say about this place they're lying. I promise. This place is family and food is always great! trust me I've tried almost everything on the menu !

Breakfast this morning was absolutely delicious. I had a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns. And my wife had the French toast Skillet. My coffee was kept full and even though the entire restaurant was full, staff were supporting everybody everywhere. It was very impressive. It wasn't even a long wait from the time we ordered to the time we got our breakfast. Great job everyone!

It was my first time being here for the Republican club meeting. I really like the place. It has a large space to host any events and food was also very delicious. I also like the sound system here. And the service from the waitress was also great! I hope to come back soon here. Highly recommended place to visit and host an event!

We were in Arlington for a baseball game and decided to try this place for breakfast. Great food and service! I had french toast, eggs and sausage. My husband had the hash with a side of biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend trying their fresh salsa as well; it was delicious with a good kick.

A great place for breakfast. Great food, plenty of seating, great waitresses and a good value. I had the "Skillet n Grill Blanket" (biscuits with scrambled eggs, all smothered in sausage gravy. Just like you'd make at home if you could, absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The customer service was adequate, though the wait time seemed a little long considering the restaurant wasn't crowded. My omelette was delicious, and the hash browns were exceptionally soft and flavorful. However, the biscuit was quite dry and lacked flavor; the gravy significantly improved it. Overall, it's a pleasant and affordable dining experience.

Great cafe in Arlington and nearby other local attractions, Good Day Cafe has many hardworking servers, and the food was filling and affordable. The chicken and waffles with gravy hit the spot, and a side of sausage never hurt. Great combo when brought with coffee, all around $20. My wallet is happy, so I'm happy. The server would check on my table continually, and ensure that I always had coffee, water, and that everything was up to standard. Will definitely return!

Excellent food and service. Staff is friendly and food is so good. I have been there twice while visiting a friend he eats there regularly. I had the Florentine omelette this time and I definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting veggies. Plate is enough for two to share although, my husband got a breakfast plate that included pancakes and that was really good also. We had a feast between the two of us. Menu has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options and you can tell there is passion in the way the food is prepared. Sorry no pictures this time I was so hungry and the food looked so good I forgot to take them before I ate.

This is the 2nd time I've eaten here, and I have to say it's AWESOME!. God has truly been sending me to places that truly love what they do. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food tastes like it was prepared with care and love. I know I say this about all my reviews, but as I said in the beginning, God sends me to these places that have great people attached to them. Honestly, WOW ! We're visiting from HOUSTON 🤘🏻 and how I wish I can take this place with me. Café de olla is perfect, didn't even need any sweeteners. Their sugar cookies are delish. I got the chicken and waffle topped with nuts and bananas, AMAZING 🤤 The waffle had nuts inside as well which was a surprise because I though it was only going to be as a topping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 🥰

I wish that I could give it a higher rating. I’ve given this place so many chances. Our waitress took almost 15 minutes to greet us. So many people walk by, obviously see that you haven’t been helped, and they still don’t even acknowledge you. After she finally got our drinks, someone else brought them out. Someone else brought out our food. She didn’t check on us but 1 time. We asked for syrup, never got it. We left the pancake there and just asked them to take it off the ticket. Service truly makes a difference. We won’t be going back.

This place slaps. Customer service is quick and polite. Also, knowledgeable about the menu. It's a cozy spot. You sit wherever you like and the service staff will find you, take your drink order, and provide you with a menu (if you forgot or didn't get one out the stand by the door. The seating varies from tables (2-4 people), 2 people booth and pub tables, a large round booth table towards the back, and an addition on the side. Went during lunch time. From seat, to order, to getting plates was about 15 minutes. The menu is large and the best part for me is they have a breakfat menu that's served all day. They also were rolling out some good looking sandwiches and burgers while at this visit. After eating, bill is left at the table, you pay at the counter near the doors. This is a brunch anytime place.

The ambiance is absolutely amazing with beautiful decor that gives off a cozy yet vibrant vibe, perfect for a night out. There's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus in a busy area like this. It does get crowded on weekends, so plan accordingly if you want a spot without waiting. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are large with solid quality, the food tastes really good, with flavors that hit the spot. However, it was way too loud both indoors and outdoors, making it tough to have peaceful conversations. The outdoor live music added to the energy but contributed to the noise level. If you're looking for a lively spot rather than a quiet chat, this is ideal. I'd give it 4 stars and definitely return for the atmosphere.

The food was ok, we got the fish and chips, which was good, the Jalapeño burger with was ok, and the shrimp and chips. The service was good. The atmosphere was loud and crowded, which I'm positive someone is into. We also got the Sweater Weather and the Blueberry lemonade. Both of which were decent.

In town for the Cowboys game. There are several highly rated restaurants in the area of the stadium. We landed on the Tipsy Oak and couldn't be more happy! Although crowded, we were able get a table within minutes. Our server was incredible even with the busy crowd. We ordered brisket fries for an appetizer and a few drinks from the bar. All were amazing. The shrimp plate entree is recommended. Also any of the "taco" dishes! Kudos to our server Sidney! A hard worker and ensured that our drinks were full and our food was good. If you are in the area, don't miss on this gem!

Amazing place! 10-12 tables only inside with a full bar top but plenty of outdoor seating with fans & umbrellas! Usually hard to find a table. Not one bad thing on the menu! Highly recommend the blackened salmon and of course it’s a brew house so lots of options. We loved it! We will be back!

Stopped by for Saturday night live music. Place was busy but we were able to find a table. Great outdoor area in the back. Drinks and appetizers were delicious. Service was slow to start but friendly and great later throughout the night. Food portions were good size.

This was a good choice for an evening in Arlington. My only complaint would be the noise level. It is small and it is a bar. We could not have a pleasant conversation because we practically had to yell. The food was very good. I had the brisket hash. The brisket in the hash is small and almost not discernible. Flavors were good still. My daughter had the brisket grilled cheese which was much better. That brisket was very good! I would go back but with the understanding that we should sit outside if we want to converse.

Great food, scenery, and very kind staff! Went with large group & no issues with our service or food order. Great location for walking around too.

Fabulous bagels and extremely good iced vanilla latte. I had an everything bagel with egg, bacon and American cheese. Was delicious at $8.75. Would prefer if they would cook their eggs in a ceramic microwave vs a plastic one.

This was absolutely phenomenal and such an underrated bagel place. It had SO much flavor and the proportions were perfection. Definitely can’t wait to be back. The employees are so fast and efficient too. I love the old 90s vibes.

The bagels are always fresh, chewy, and perfectly toasted. They have a great variety of cream cheese flavors, but my go-to is definitely the chive. So flavorful and creamy! Highly recommend for a quick, delicious breakfast or snack.

We have been eating there for 3 years. Six months ago my wife passed out and fell on the floor. Not one employee did anything they just keep working as if everything was fine. Thank God an off duty EMT was there and saved her! Today we went back for breakfast and my wife said good morning to the person taking our order, all she got in return was a foul look and a question, " anything else!" We don't need rude people serving us so we will not be going back. The food is fine the attitude is unacceptable.

My husband and I love going here for bagels 🥯! The cream cheese portions are generous, and we love the bacon egg and cheese on everything bagels. Best bagel place we've found in the DFW area. 👌

Heard about this place from a friend who recommended it to me and they told me their normal order, Bacon, egg, and cheese on a parm bagel and it was definitely well worth the visit as well as their Monkey Bagel which is essentially a bagel (you can choose whatever bagel you want that they have) with peanut butter, bananas,honey, and cinnamon on top definitely for sweet lovers IT WAS HEAVENLY definitely a must try if you like peanut butter. As well as the staff they were perfect, they were really respectful and made you feel comfortable.

Very kind staff. Big variety of soft, warm bagels! I really enjoyed the lox breakfast. Coffee was average. Lots of bistro tables for eating, but not a "coffee shop" atmosphere. Would come back!

I love southern style biscuits and fried chicken and this place did them both amazingly. The hot honey biscuit had a subtle taste of sweetness added by the honey, which wasn't very hot at all, and the not a waffle chicken biscuit was like a very sweet french toast version of a chicken biscuit. Both were good in their own ways. We also got the sweet potato tots which were okay. I'm personally more of a french fry type of guy. They also have beer taps here but we didn't try them.

Wow — what an awesome recommendation while visiting! I tried The Hangover and it did not disappoint. It’s easily big enough for two people, but this hungry guy demolished it solo 😎. My mom had the Pumpkin French Toast Biscuit. Absolutely to die for! The food, vibe, and service were all amazing. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again and again. First time coming here. Everything was exceptional! I had the hot hot chicken and my wife had the Monte Cristo and we shared the fully loaded fries. Everything was delicious!! We will definitely come again!!

The food was really good! I had the Monte Cristo biscuit and if you love that sweet and savory combo, this is the one for you! My friend had The Hoss which I failed to get a photo of. I did manage one of her loaded tots. All really excellent! I only had two small complaints. It was really warm in there! And the side of bacon I ordered was kinda pitiful! Good flavor, just super greasy and small. It required a few minutes in a napkin! Would go back!

First time visiting the Dallas area for an upcoming move. This spot will be on a breakfast rotation for sure. Everything you see on the menu is on a biscuit. And it was delicious. My son enjoyed his PB&J on a biscuit.

The portions are generous, which is great considering the price of around $20 per plate. However, the $17 salad didn’t live up to expectations—it was bland and lackluster. The other dishes we tried were decent. Above all, the drinks, ambiance and service were all excellent and worth coming back for.

Came on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t too busy - we were able to be seated immediately. This place gives “sports bar” vibes and the food matched that aesthetic. The customer service was fine - didn’t have any issues. We started off with the buffalo wings as an app; however, it came out with the main meals. The wing were heavily breaded and they were just ok. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich + avocado and it came with fries. It was your typical sandwich- no complaints on it. My date ordered the bison burger and enjoyed it. Overall, it’s an ok spot but I doubt I’ll return.

Nice neighborhood bar and grill with upscale food. Great service. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms and generous menu selections. Bartender Naomi was fantastic. Short ribs were over broiled on outside but good inside. Salmon cooked perfectly.

The Social House meal was very good and pleasantly different from other restaurants. I had the ribeye that came with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, but substituted a side salad for the potatoes. They included a mushroom, shallot reduction to dip your steak in which was delicious. The only thing on the steak was that it had too much salt. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad. He said he really liked the dressing. The chicken chunks were a little big for him, though. The salad came with a large Parmesan crisp, which was good and a nice garnish for the salad. Our friend had the fish and chips which she really enjoyed. 2 desserts were ordered. Both great! The strawberry on the shortcake looked like a rose! The atmosphere is fun and may be a little noisy if you’re looking for deep conversation. My husband and I agree that it is a nice date place! The price is a little higher than some places but well worth the extra touches that are given. Our server, Austin was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. A very nice person!

Omg!! The Social House was AMAZING! From the drinks to the starters to the entree!! Everything was a 20/10!!! We came to see the Cowboys play and was recommended by the concierge from Holiday Inn and it did not disappoint!! Can’t wait to come again!!

My coworkers and I came here for a birthday gathering on Sunday, September 21 🎉. The food was absolutely amazing 🍴 and the customer service was top tier ⭐️. We enjoyed the Mimosa Tower 🥂 and a few appetizers that were super tasty 😋. Upon leaving, I thought I left my Ray-Ban Meta RX glasses 🤓 inside. Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond 🙌🏾. He took the time to rewind the cameras and showed me leaving with my glasses in hand. Not only that, he personally walked me out to the parking lot 🚶🏽‍♂️ and helped me look around. Let’s just say our money was well spent on those Mimosas 😆🥂. I eventually found my glasses tucked in my car door 🚗. Oscar was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this spot…10/10 💯👏🏾. Thank you for making our experience memorable!

We ordered the champagne strawberry cake for a bridal shower. It was perfect in every way. I’ve tried other bakeries in Arlington and there is just no comparison. The customer service is top notch too! We will be back! A+++

Amazing! First off, it was hard to even pick a flavor because everything was so delicious. Second, we got multiple compliments all night about how good, not only one, but all the flavors were! I had a guy even leave us a voicemail about how great our cookie grooms cake was. Also they were both beautiful and they made my vision really come to life. I cannot recommend enough!! 11/10

The best sweets I've had thus far in Arlington! 🌟 Everything was really good, especially the Strawberry Cupcakes (with real strawberries in the icing & middle). 🍓🧁 The blueberry lemon cheesecake was also a hit. 🫐🍋🍰 This is a local bakery, started by a woman with an inspiring story.

I am a wedding planner and just finished up with a wedding in Glen Rose, TX. Since I am from Dallas, I had no idea where to get the wedding cake! Sugar Bee came through! Not only was the cake so pretty, it was delish as well! Thank you!!!

Purchased a cake tasting box to try out some options for my upcoming wedding from the company website. Made the mistake of putting the wrong pickup date, but the staff was kind and called me to get the information corrected. I got to the bakery to pickup and found that the flavors were pre-selected by the staff and it was a blind tasting. My partner and I were both excited to try specific flavors from their menu and thought that we were going to be able to choose what we tried, but I guess that was my mistake for not asking more questions. The website page for the tasting box does not include information about the blind tasting and if it did, that probably would have deterred me from ordering it. When we got home and starting to taste the flavors we'd received, I was unimpressed by almost all of them besides the lemon and groom's cake (both flavors I'm not planning to have for my wedding anyways). All in all, we are a little disappointed in our experience, but I know this bakery has plenty of repeat customers that love it.

Mom-and-pop places are always my favorite, and this one did not disappoint! The food tasted genuinely homemade—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. You can tell it’s made with love.

Stopped in for dinner with friend. I love that they make their tortillas in house and offer free refills! The beef enchilada, tamale, steak burrito, and tacos (lengua , barbacoa and steak) were what I got with rice and beans. The steak tacos were dry and chewy with little flavor, the lengua and barbacoa were decent. The beans also are made with pork so beware if you are allergic (substitutions are available). Overall we had a pleasant experience as service was fantastic. Would return to try more on the menu.

Me and my family wen to go eat here and put in mind first time customers and sorry to say but the food was NOT good at all. My milanesa was sooo greasy and not only that but it was burnt and hard to cut so I only at the rice and beans since I was hungry. My daughter ordered chilaquiles and the green sauce was very acidy and did not have a good tastes so we asked for another plate just of eggs and we told her we did not like the food but did not bother to take it and left the plate there. The waitress saw we did not touch our plates and did not have a concern about it. When it was time to pay she STILL charged us our plates even though she knew we complained and all food was there. I paid but WILL NOT RETURN here.

We eat here on the regular, really nice salsa, great coffee, the breakfast tacos, omelettes and fried bread are awesome. The service and staff are top notch and always happy to see us. They serve pozole on the weekends which is the perfect comfort food after a long night out. Try the Quesabirra it's amazing !

Loved this place! It’s a huge space with plenty of parking. The waitress we had on a Sunday morning at 830am was so friendly and nice. Hubby got the Caesar salad with salmon and I got the avocado toast with 2 eggs and fried pickles as my side. (How awesome is it that they have fried pickles as a side?!) The salmon piece was a little small and very thin but it tasted delicious. We really enjoyed our brunch here and will visit again when we return to Arlington.

Decent Brunch, But Probably Won’t Be Back This is a place with a very nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the food doesn’t match the same energy. The service was just okay, and the drinks were nothing special. We stopped by for brunch, and I was excited for chicken and waffles but it felt more like chicken nuggets on waffles, and the chicken was super greasy. The mimosa flight was fun, but way overpriced for the tiny pours. Not terrible, but with so many spots in the area, I don’t see this becoming a regular go-to now that I live nearby. Might give it another shot for coffee or something simpler, though!

Me and my friend ate here for brunch this past weekend and this is by far the best breakfast I’ve had in a while! Specifically, their crab- eggs Benedict!!! So so delicious! Me and my friend were obsessed! I also tried their French toast with Nutella and strawberries! Which was a 10 out of 10. My friend tried the sourdough toast and Chia seed/ breakfast bowl! If you’re ever in town, I highly recommend checking them out!!

Walking through the door I was greeted with a smile, and sat promptly. Our sever Desjon was outstanding. His presentation of the menu was amazing. His knowledge was on point. The food was good as was the Strawberry Lem Mosa. I'll be back.

The chicken and waffles and the chicken had no flavor. The salmon and grits was good overall, but the salmon was over cooked. Server spent more time chatting the back than serving our table. They were not busy, they had plenty of staff, not attentive.

I finally decided to visit Lone Star Cafe after years of driving past it, and I’m really glad I did! The Nutella pancakes were amazing so fluffy and delicious. I also had eggs with cheese and spinach, which paired perfectly with the pancakes, along with some sausage. The chicken was fantastic, well-seasoned and flavorful. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food provided. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend Lone Star Cafe for anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming dining experience!

Very good experience. First impressions is the restaurant is well maintained and clean. Customer service was excellent, we were seated immediately and our server Kimberly took very good care of us. Breakfast for lunch, always a good idea. Menu has traditional & some not traditional items, great choices for anyone. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately & was seated, the hostess kindly took my drink order & asked if I needed a anything while waiting for my friend. The waitress was checked up on my twice as my friend was running late. All the coffee & jam offerings were readily available at the table. I had the chorizo skillet, it was good but a bit greasier than I expected. I know that chorizo is greasy but it seems like a bit much, the cheese could have also played a role in that. The chorizo was also pretty salty, I'll be back but probably wouldn't order it but time. The eggs were delicious! My friend had the peanut butter chip waffles with a side of sausage, it was good but not a huge wow factor. I noticed that staff was so attentive, friendly, & quick. Latrice was our waitress, I just about died with laughter because when I asked her what her favorite was meal was she answered in half a second with such excitement in her eyes! From the hostess, to the waitress, to the busboy the service was extremely wonderful & they are so warm towards everyone. This is a huge plus because there are a lot of elders that dine here & all of them were treated with such care. Prices, you can't beat. We both had waters & our total was $27 with tax but before tip. We were pretty happy with our lunch choice!

I recently visited this adorable brunch spot, and it was such a delightful experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a lazy weekend morning. I ordered their avocado toast, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients and just the right amount of flavor. The coffee was this top-notch Italian brand which was to die for! The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

I ordered avocado toast from Lonestar via DoorDash and the avocado looks so old and the toast is not even barely toasted. I took one bite of the egg and couldn’t eat anymore it was cold and tasted so bland. The food was not edible.

We love this local breakfast and lunch place. It can get very busy but the staff is awesome and we always love whatever we order. I had this Cali Omelet with a side salad. I liked having a low carb option to Hashbrowns

Yikes! Go somewhere else! I had went to this donut shop for the first time. I ordered kolaches and donut holes. BOTH BURNT! The kolaches wasn’t THAT bad of a taste but the holes were scary nasty… I was also greeted by the lady rudely. It was was if she was dreading someone coming to buy donuts. Maybe she was having a bad day or so but didnt need the attitude. I will not be going back, id rather travel extra miles for another donut shop. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Out 8 something in the morning and out of most donuts. Just pig in blankets galore. Why I won't be back... I was the only customer inside, 2 others in the drive thru. Lady and kid come in and start talking to them and place money on the counter. Cashier serves her before me! And they walk on out like it's nothing. No tip left just for that.

I placed an order for 3 donuts and 3 kolaches was charged for them but only received one of both. grabbed a drink and was charged wrong price. low quality ingredients, the chocolate glaze smeared all over the bag, didn’t have any left when taken out of bag.

It was different but did not disappoint! They are also not stingy with the gravy. I loved the service our waiter was very helpful and informative and took her time with us after finding out it was our first time eating there. Definitely recommend reserving a table if you can because the space is small and the place is popular. They also had French vanilla creamer and mimosas which was also a plus!

We were greeted with a huge smile and a very heart felt welcome. The greeter was very knowledgeable about the food and the restaurant (because I had googled it before my trip to Dallas so I had questions) and spoke so well that I thought she was the owner. I ordered catfish and grits, gravy on the side, with watermelon lemonade. I asked for the gravy on the side to make sure I have the right amount on my grits for my liking. The catfish was crispy on the outside, flakey on the inside, and well seasoned. My bowl of grits were creamy and topped with cheese and paired very well with the gravy. This was a deliciosly huge amount of food for me and greatly appreciated. Big thanks to Teaira for taking good care of us.

I came across this place on Instagram and decided to try it out with an ex-coworker today. I have to assume that I was so focused on the great looking food and the great reviews that I missed the fact that it was a very small location with not a lot of seating. For that reason alone I couldn’t give 5 stars. If I hadn’t driven 30 minutes to get there, I probably would’ve decided to go elsewhere, BUT we ended up waiting an hour and let me just say it was definitely worth the wait! The customer service was absolutely commendable! The food was so good and well seasoned. The restaurant was clean and the music was great as well. Let’s give a big shout out to the chef! I can’t wait to visit their new upcoming location by the Dallas Cowboy’s AT&T Stadium because that location will be much larger and slightly closer to where I live.

I've wanted to try Breakfast Brothers for a while now. I'm so glad I was able to swing by. I ordered takeout and the plating in the containers was very visually appealing! I had the chicken and french toast. The brioche french toast was great and I love how the chicken was seasoned. It was a delicious dish! I'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the dish I enjoyed was truly delightful—a perfect start to the day. And the coffee? It was either exceptionally good or my hunger amplified its deliciousness. Beyond the plate, I'm always drawn to the narrative behind a restaurant, and Breakfast Brothers has a remarkable one. Their founders' story is a testament to perseverance and faith, showcasing how dedication and adaptability can transform a vision into a thriving enterprise. It's incredibly impressive that they're on the verge of opening their third dine-in location in North Arlington! While the food was undeniably excellent, the service was a bit mixed. My server seemed to be having a rough start to her day, lacking a bit of personality. However, her colleague more than compensated. He was incredibly attentive, efficient, and genuinely personable, truly embodying service excellence. She, however, kept me from awarding that 5 🌟!

Teaira was a great host for us. The food was okay however the chicken seem to be lacking flavor and mine seemed to be slightly salty along with the grits. Over all though we did not have any real issues with the place…Probably going to try one more time just to be sure. I like the atmosphere and the coffee wasn’t bad either.

Excellent service and excellent food this morning! I’ve had Breakfast Brothers for dinner but never breakfast. Grits were amazing! Catfish and waffles cooked to perfection. Jamyia checked on us often and made sure we had every thing we needed. Her customer service was impeccable!

The service and atmosphere was great, I love an old fashion diner scenery. I had chicken fried steak, over easy eggs, home fries, toast. The batter would not stay on the chicken fried steak, and it was not seasoned. I was given a second chicken fried steak and could not cut through it. The potatoes came out of a frozen bag, however my over easy eggs was great, and toast was good and buttery...I was given a bowl of their homemade Tortilla Soup, it was the best Tortilla soup I had ever tasted..going back just for that!

1st time here. Not sure I'll return. Average at best. Not bad but nothing special that stands out over any other breakfast spot. Pancakes were thick and fluffy like i wanted but flavor wise just ok. Lacking in flavor in my opinion. Syrup lacking in sweetness. Batter on my fried porkchop wouldn't stay on. The home fries are frozen from a bag not made in house. Scrambled eggs were ok. I got a sausage and gravy biscuit. It was fine but I've had better.

The food was really good! My girlfriend and I tried the blueberry muffin French toast, and let me tell you, I don’t know how they did it, but it tastes just like French toast and a blueberry muffin had a baby—10 out of 10! The Buffalo chicken salad was another 10 out of 10. We got the Cajun ranch dressing recommended to us, and it did not disappoint. The chicken fried steak was good, but the meat could have been a little more tender and the breading fell off easy 6.5 out of 10. That said, the flavor was good, and it came with two pancakes, bacon, hash browns, and two eggs for just $13.99, which is insane in today’s economy with eggs alone. The chicken and waffles were also good—I’d give them an 8 out of 10. Y’all, I’ve been back in DFW for five years, and all of them were in Arlington until recently. I don’t know how I missed this gem for so long! If you enjoy great food and a good atmosphere, then I can tell you with complete confidence that they are doing their damn thing here. If you’re debating whether to come, just put your shoes on and head over. The food is fantastic, and the prices are great—I got four dinners for only $50, which comes out to $12.50 a plate. The portions are generous, and the pancakes are huge. Just go—you won’t be disappointed.

The service here was so great that it felt like we were with family. The food was delicious, and the cute ghost mug was a nice and cute gesture to brighten our morning with a laugh 😃. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try this spot again.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. A full half pound I’m sure. toasted bun, and not just any kind of bun. Good bun. Hand cut, french fries, among the best I’ve ever had. Also not overcooked. Not crowded at all at 8:30 AM. Excellent service. My server was awesome.

Blue Mound Cafe never fails to satisfy every craving! Service is great, waitstaff is friendly, helpful and timely. You never want for anything. Go numerous times and try a different offering each time. It will take several months to eat the entire menu and deserts.

I had the chicken wrap today at Blue Mound, and it was so good! The chicken was hot and crispy, the cheese melty, and it had the perfect amount of buffalo sauce. It was so packed with chicken that I ended up taking half of the wrap home to have later. Highly recommend!

Been here about 7 times now. Not perfectly awesome diner food, because the portions are average, quality is average, but put it together with great prices and it comes together for a great place to eat Everything is always tasty. Never had a "bad" meal. Sometimes wish things were a bit tastier, but never bad.

The hostess and waitress were nice and attentive. The atmosphere was gritty but I actually let this slide since it was country theme. The food was so-so where I would not come back to spend the amount I did. The berry delight French was a bit undercooked and the strawberry glaze was thicker than what other restaurants would used. The coffee was more watered down than I would normally take it. Now I usually eat fresh eggs (orange yolk), these eggs were the most pale yellow unflavored ones I ever had at a restaurant. The toast had cheap butter that didn't make the eggs taste better even after pepper. My daughter said the hot sauce made it bearable. I ate the eggs with sausages but the sausages were sub-par so I decided to try my husband's biscuit and gravy which were also mediocre. At this point, I didn't bothered with the hash browns that looked just as disappointing as the rest of the meal. I didn't even want to take the leftovers. When we got the receipt it included the wrong item, luckily we were paying attention and it got corrected.

Straight after landing at the airport we headed to cracker barrel (for the first time). Our server was so friendly and she made us feel really welcome and made us laugh. Her recommendations were great, she kept our drinks topped up and made it a great first visit. The food was so delicious. We had the season Fried apple french toast bake with the additional sausage. It was so sweet (didn’t need extra syrup) but such a nice treat. The breakfast plate was brilliant but the biscuits and gravy were out of this world. Warm fluffy and the rich gravy was a perfect accompaniment. Get extra hash browns. They are the best I’ve ever had.

I'm not sure if we were your assigned table, but we did notice that our drink order was to be taken by a different waitress who skipped us (and, ironically, other minority guests). We had been waiting nearly 7 minutes and change already...(Yes, I timed it). We were about to walk out given that drink orders should be taken with 5 minutes of guests being seated, if not immediately like others were done around us. However, you came up and asked if our drink order had been taken, and it was obvious you realized the same thing we did, and you went on to provide phenomenal qualitative service! Your friendly demeanor and attentiveness were welcomed and definitely noticed. (My steak was cooked medium well, although I asked for medium, but that's not your fault... you didn't cook it. 😉). Eh. Haven't been here in yearrrrsssss but this was mom's easter pick. It was a bit of a let down. First I wish they would revamp the checkout experience. People stood in line but the way they created the line made no sense and apparently there should've been two lines because the 2nd cashier was letting people walk up to her even though others had created a line near the other lady and had been waiting longer. It just made no sense. They should reconsider this process. Maybe shift the cash registers to a different part of the store and put up a belt stanchion. And no I had no idea what they were called but I googled it just for this review so now we all know. Ha! Anyway on to the service and the food. The hostess didn't give us utensils. I had to go searching for them and finally saw they were at the hostess stand. The waitress took our order. When the meatloaf and beans came out , the guy that brought the food said he still owed her a baked potato. Well because she wanted to eat it all together she decided to wait on it. unfortunately her food sat and sat and was getting cold. Our waitress finally stopped by and said who brought you that? Lol and my mother was like. I don't know some guy but he hasn't come back with my potato so now my food is getting cold. She asked the waitress why he would bring out a partial plate and the waitress just apologized and said she would go check on the potato. I was still on my appetizer which was the biscuit beignets. They're supposed to come with a butter pecan sauce but oddly it tasted as if the container they put it in once had barbecue sauce in it and they didn't clean it out first before pouring the butter pecansauce in. I didn't say anything after the first couple of strange bites. My mother eventually decided to try one and she said why does that taste kind of spicy? I said to me it tastes like theres barbecue sauce in it and she tasted again and she said yeah that's exactly what it taste like. How odd! I decided not to ask to have it replaced. The waitress circled back and told me tickets were running about 30-45. I set a timer just to keep track. Thankfully it came out before then. Probably like 25min. I got the oreo cheesecake pancakes. They were very good. Tastes just like it sounds. I was happy it wasn't overly sweet. I had yet to take a bite but ended up calling the waitress over to ask for WARM syrup and i guess she thought I was complaining about the temperature of the pancakes because she said I just saw them pull that off the grill and I said okay that's fine but I still want warm syrup and the waitress said it wasn't served with syrup because it's already sweet ... well I want syrup anyway. When she walked off I took my first bite of the pancake and there's no way that just came off the grill unless whatever the cheesecake filling they use is cold and maybe that cooled the pancake off. I took off a piece of the pancake and handed it to my mother and even just from the touch of her fingers she could tell there's no way that that just came off the grill. I also got a to go order of the tenders and fries for later. They were ok. Nothing special. The Comeback sauce taste more like something that should be served with fried catfish instead of chicken tenders. The bacon mac n cheese was decent. Mom didn't like the taste of the meatloaf. I tasted it and didn't like it either. Very lacking. Also didn't help that it had gotten cold. She was too afraid to ask for it to be reheated or a new one made because people are petty. She didn't wanna take the risk of it being brought back out with sweat slathered on it or someones spit stirred in the beans. I wanted to talk to the manager but she told me to just let it go.

This place is super busy, so get here early if you are planning to eat at this location. The food quality is good, the servers are busy so make sure you know what to order. There are a lot of great options on the menu to choose from, so come hungry.

Ordered the chicken and dumpling soup in a bowl and they decided to give me just chicken and dumplings. Definitely not the soup. Waiter needs to listen more closely or ask questions of he doesn't understand. They did offer to replace it when they finally came back but I was disappointed already and I declined. I never eat at these stores since they can never get my order right. Someone else in my party had the chicken fried steak and it was a little tough but he ate it all. He said it was just okay. They did remove my order from the ticket so that was nice of them.

Went to Cracker Barrel and ordered the shrimp foil pack meal. Apparently, the only seasoning used was “hope.” I’ve had more flavor chewing on an envelope. The shrimp tasted like it was politely asked to be edible and then steamed in a foil sauna of disappointment. When I mentioned the lack of taste, the waiter—bless him—offered me salt, pepper, or Cholula. Because nothing says “we forgot to cook with flavor” like handing the customer a condiment survival kit. If you’ve ever wanted to experience what eating looks like in a cooking show before they add the spices, this is the meal for you. Otherwise, bring a spice rack and a prayer.

Waitress never came back to the table my bacon was cold and old I sent it back 2times she also said the baked apples came with the meal. But she charged me. The French toast was ok. I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worse experience!

We have eaten at this location before, but will do our best to Not return. It was kind of busy when we walked in. We were seated within 3-5 mins. We asked for a booth, and there was one right by the restroom. Getting to the parking lot takes either cutting from the gas station/ then turning sharp right into the parking lot or coming from the interstate. Even google maps describes it wrong. We heard the servers discussing amongst themselves loudly- "Hey did you get that table by the bathrooms?" Then when the server came over- the vibe was "she was either tired, rushed, or didn't really feel like getting our table. " I dont believe she really greeted us. A simple "hi, my name is" goes along way. They serve breakfast items (all day) and I asked for grits instead of hash browns. She informed me that they didn't have them. Not that they stopped serving them at certain time- just didn't have them. Ok- I'll get hashbrowns instead. I ordered a tbone- medium well. SCRAMBLED EGGS, with sugar free syrup for the pancakes.My daughter ordered the strawberry French toast, over medium eggs. It must have been too much to expect our food to be hot and cooked as we expected. My daughter had 1 egg over easy, and the other was fried. Eggs, steak, pancakes, grits, French toast was cold. She was expecting strawberry sauce with her meal. Nope. Wasn't fresh ripened strawberries. Steak was tough and WELL DONE. Not even a hint of medium. The server did try and improve the experience, she had found some sugar free syrup and I guess dug up some grits. I stuck my fork in the grits and could almost lift the solid substance up. I had asked for SCRAMBLED eggs, no additional toppings. In my egg there was a green pepper. I'm highly allergic to mushrooms. With the pepper, that shows the eggs were cooked in contact with someone else's order. What if that had been a mushroom, instead of a pepper? Whenever the server came by, she seemed rushed. She had the table beside us, with a family of 3. It would have taken only a moment to check on both tables; finish one then say "are we good, need anything?" She didn't refresh my drink- she did bring me one to go, when I asked. There was a long straight brown hair on my steak plate. My hair is black, curly with a copper tint. To top off this experience, I had asked for a to go box and before bringing the box or the check she came by didn't say excuse me, but got the steak sauce from our table. And as we were paying out, I notice the paper that says "health report available upon request". That's so suspicious to me. Most restaurants post the actual health report.

Not sure why this location only has 3.8 stars—I had a great experience here. I came in at night after a concert, and the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The service was excellent overall. Plus, the building looks beautiful both inside and out.

Very busy today (4th of July). When did writing down a table's order become obsolete? It's even more frustrating when the person taking your order gets sidetracked by talking to another table or another server or when its really busy. And who is going to be more pissed off? The server? The cook? Or the customer? We have finally gotten most of our order( had to wait longer for my cinnamon roll pancakes) the hash browns were burnt but the rest of the food was good and fairly hot.

I went to dennys by 6flags after 1 year to give it another chance but I was really surprise from parking lot to inside the store in fairness it’s actually clean especially the restroom smell clean. When we enter host approach us right a way with a smile felt really welcome and sat us. A server approach us right a way and took our drink orders. When our food came out food looks good and hot. And our server keep checking on us ask if we need anything else and offered us some desert. Customer service excellent. I will return again to this location a big change a lot better than the last visit a year ago.

We ate Denny's by watson Dr next to six flags we were hungry after riding all the rides at six flags that day. Customer service was very friendly and the food was good and hot. Environment clean it's really a plus. Me and my kids really enjoy the food.

Horrible experience! I came in at ten pm with my husband and 3 young daughters… the hostess said she couldn’t seat a “big table” and turned us away. Two of my girls eat from the kids menu… for a 24 hour restaurant we were disappointed that they turned us away. We did eat at Buffalo Wild Wings and had a delicious meal! We routinely eat at this Dennys and have noticed that they are chronically understaffed. The young lady does the best she can but this is ridiculous! Unacceptable!

Ate at Dennys this morning had a vey good day experiene at this location. This is a clean Dennys. Every Dennys I went no clean but this one even the double glass front door clean. The food was really good and hot. My server Shubee always look happy always with a smile. Very good customer service. I will sure return at this Dennys when I have my delivery route here.

This place was so busy, but had enough employees to make sure that I was 100% taken care of. My coffee and water was always full and my food was delicious. I got the Chilaquiles with chorizo and it was amazing, fresh and hot.

Busy on a Sunday at 1pm. Wait was only 30 min for 3 people. Great food and big portions. Friendly staff and decent prices. My mother in law (who is picky)got the club sandwich and loved it. My wife got the good day chicken and loved it. I got grilled pork chops with okra and chili and it was really good. Food didn’t take very long to come out.

Sunday lunch; This was the first time here, the service was wonderful, it was a full house, but didn't wait long to get a table for 3. The server was super brought out drinks and took our order, my husband had green enchiladas, I had chopped steak with 2 sides and our friend had breakfast plate with a side french toast, so much food and delicious too!! Price is pretty reasonable. Overall the service, the food, and the friendly staff was great. I do believe this will be my place to come to get great food. Top of the list. The Good Day Cafe was a place we wanted to visit every time we drove past the billboard on I20, We finally made it, and now I'm asking myself why it took so long. These independent places have the best food, and Good Day did not disappoint. We were greeted right away with a smile. They had 2 servers on duty for the whole place, and they were phenomenal. They took care of everyone in a very professional manner. Even bilingual. They didn't even look stressed. Our waitress checked on us just enough but not too much. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. I even took a picture of the jelly tray because most restaurants do not carry 4 types of jelly and all the sugar substitutes. I was full when I left and had a clean plate. The decor is inviting. Sure, you will notice some cleanliness issues, such as ceiling tiles, but it's the food that makes you forget about everything else. The coffee stayed hot till the very end. My omelet stayed hot till the last bite. We didn't do dessert since we were full, but the display by the register sure made me think about taking some home. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend a visit to Good Day Cafe.

A great place for breakfast or lunch with too many options, a good option for visiting with family, or friends. The French Toast is really awesome, totally recommended. The staff is very friendly and fast.

I came by with some friends and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was decent but the portions were smaller as well as pricey compared to other breakfast spots. This is good if your looking for a quick breakfast or brunch, but nothing much really stands out

Wow, let me tell you about this place there was no order on the way this place was run. We had like three different waitresses. The one to sit us down didn't even bother to ask if we needed drinks or leave any utensils. The other 2 families came in after us and they got their food and drinks first. They even finished their meals and got checked out before we could get our food or even a notification that it was taking longer. The manager came over and said he would take care of it but the damage was done. We had already been waiting for like an hour. Once we got our food it was not what we expected. We got the big stake omelet, crepes combo, and a burger. Not bad but kind of bland. We will not be coming back here. We got an amazing discount of a dollar and 20 cents.

From the start, took a long time to get anything! We could see other costumers waiting for things. Food, drinks, tickets. What should have been one hour, took 2 and half. Everything we ordered was wrong. Waitress took it back, and we could hear her screaming at the cooks to make it right. She told us, they are young kids who don’t want to work. Managers don’t want to do anything about it. If you’re starving don’t come here.

The service in this IHOP in Arlington is bad bad. The servers take so long to just bring out the drinks and the food even just to take our order. The food is hard or uncooked. The servers dont really want to serve us they make faces when we asked for something but over all I give the whole experience about 3 stars

I only eat a pablano omelette, so I’m very familiar with how it should come. EVERY TIME I order this omelette it’s highly likely it’s not going to be correct. I’ve tried to get them to serve a decent omelette for over a year now…. It never comes the same nor with all the ingredients. ESPECIALLY THE SAUCE AND PEPPERS. I literally was fed up with this previous omelette. The avocado was brown, it’s just a ton of rolled up eggs with minimal topping…. This is ridiculous for a plate that’s $15-$20 bucks. What it should be vs what I got is just pathetic. It wasn’t even good. I couldn’t finish it.

The last 3 times we have been here has been really bad. Our waitress completely forgot about us, as a result we received our food 45 MINUTES LATER and STALE. They were polite enough to remake some of it. However, when it came time to pay the bill, we were expected to pay the full amount. thankfully a manager, who is not unfamiliar to these types of complaints, automatically discounted our bill. i don't blame the kitchen staff because the food was ready, it was just sitting for a long time and the difference was oblivious. Maybe some training on table management would be more beneficial for wait staff.

Sebastian was a great server! He was very attentive, friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and even complimented my outfit😊 He gave great recommendations and made our dining experience even better; food was great as well. Definitely appreciate his excellent service!

I was so excited to try the shrimp. It looked so amazing on the menu and then I get it served like this??? Unacceptable and the manager wouldn’t even come out to explain why our food was served like this? I am disgusted. I asked the waitress how was the shrimp cooked and she said she had no idea??? This was one disappointing experience food looks delicious right. Well let’s start off with the meat loaf that wasn’t cooked all the way plus chicken fried chicken. Both meals were not even hot barely warm grrrr. So disappointed when we give them our business at least once a week and for this not to be a 5 star today. The manager also didn’t have any concerns about this issue besides to take it off the tab. We weren’t the only ones not satisfied with their meals served.

We came on a sunday after the rush hour and it was fantastic. Prompt service and really good food. I got the new campfire beef roast and it was really good, soft and full of flavor. We also got the cinnamon rolls for dessert and we liked them.

Cracker Barrel is pretty consistent no matter which one you go to. This visit was no different. Their menu has changed a little over the last couple of years. The store is always nice to look around if there is a wait or after you finish your meal. Today, there was no wait, and we ordered standard breakfast items. We love the cinnamon apples, and they are always great. The buttermilk pancakes are also very good. The sausage, as usual, is overcooked and dry. The hashbrown casserole is one of those items that you love or hate because of the added items, not standard hash browns. Overall, the food is about what you would expect. Not a WOW I need to come back here again soon. The service was acceptable. Friendly, but only checked on us once. I'm fine on them not checking often, but I went a while before I could get my drink refilled. Would I recommend Cracker Barrel, yes, but only because you know what you get. Given opportunity, I'd look for a great diner for breakfast.

We arrived on a very busy recent Sunday morning. We thought the wait would be long but turns out when there's only 2 people there are seats available right away. It was probably just luck on our part. Anyway our waitress was great. The food was very tasty. We both ordered the Grandma's Pancake sampler.

Man, without bringing any of the recent news into this and keeping all that separate, cracker barrel really has fallen deep into the abyss. My family and I came to this exact location about a year ago before all the "big changes", and it was fantastic. Same ol menu that you've always known and loved. Same quality food that you have known since you were a kid. Same good feels. Fast forward to current day - my family and I returned recently not knowing that they had made changes to their menu (and apparently food quality as well). I arrived and the menu is so boring now. Not only that but prices have increased which the combination of both already put a bad taste in my mouth. After it taking forever for me to order because they no longer had my favorite menu item, I decided on something easy and simple. The food came out, was very low quality, and price was way too high for what tasted like an even worse version of McDonald's breakfast. Even their little iced coffee drink we ordered tasted like Windex. It was a sad realization that the ol Cracker Barrel that we all grew up loving will now be nothing more than a memory of the past. It's such a shame what corporate greed can do to a great company. Whoever is at the very top and makes these decisions should be ashamed.

Took advantage of the Veteran’s Day offer of the Sunrise PAncake breakfast. Added coffee and orange juice and really enjoyed my breakfast. The food was delicious and the teamwork service was spot on. All in all a great experience.

This review is for the Shipleys at 501 E. Abrams st. What used to be the best donuts in town has gone down hill. I went and purchased a dozen on Father's day and they tasted like they were made last week. Find another shop if you want fresh donuts because these are the pits

I grew up eating donuts from this Shipley’s location & when the original owners/workers were there everything was smooth & they valued their customers. Today was the first time in a while that I was able to get up to try to get donuts and normally if you request freshly made glazed , they would make you for you, This morning I drove 30 minutes to come to this location. They were not busy and I requested fresh donuts that I was willing to wait for not for donuts that have been sitting out & I was told that they were not going to do anymore until they sold the ones that I’ve just been sitting there, While I understand that to a certain extent, I feel like when you have a customer that’s willing to wait and you’re not busy you could’ve tried to accommodate but This is the exact reason that my family and I do not go out of our way to come to this location anymore because they do not value their customers like the old owners.

I have been getting Shipley’s since I was a little girl. Their motto, “When they bite into that hot do-nut, it will bring them back every time.” Sadly, this is far from the case. The donuts were dry & cold. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t there. I asked the girl what could be done. She stated, “She’s not sure because all the donuts are made at the same time.” I told her I wouldn’t be coming back & she said, “No worries!”

Wonderful customer service. The sweet girl working the drive thru was so personable and friendly and knew the menu so well! I think her name is Alexandria! She gave us great recommendations and the food was perfect :)

If you grew up in Texas, chances are you have been to Shipleys a whole lot in your lifetime. This is the first Shipleys I’ve gone to since I moved to the area, that was disappointing over and over and over again. I’ve come here for their kolaches before work in the morning, and every single time they have tasted off or overcooked/dry. The first few times I went, there was a weird taste to the food that I had to throw it away for safety concerns. Either the cheese, or the sausage had a rancid spoiled taste to it. Could have been the dough, not too sure. I just know it was not good or safe. I gave it a shot, a couple of weeks late, and sure enough again, the same thing. In addition to that, they are always really overcooked, kolaches. Or are they probably have been reheated multiple times and are just dried out. The inside is just hollow with the cheese dried up. They’re also pretty small in comparison to what I’m used to. It’s not the gooey fresh delicious kolaches. I’m used to from Shipleys. The glaze donuts had a raw taste to them the first two times as if the dough was undercooked,, but the other day they brought them into work, and they were pretty good. I mean, it’s pretty hard to mess up donuts. In my opinion. This location is super underwhelming, and it makes me sad because I love Shipleys kolache’s - But it’s no longer an option for me here.

I was craving to eat donuts. However, they were chewy and became lump of dough on my mouth. I had bought 2 types and both landed in trash after i took one bite of both.

I left extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating—especially because I was lied to directly, as if I wouldn’t notice. To begin with, the cashier gave me the wrong change. My order total was $23.96, and I paid with $40. She only returned $3, when I was clearly owed more. I was momentarily distracted with my kids and didn’t catch the error until I was already waiting at the front for my food. While waiting, we were completely ignored for a long time. Several cars that arrived after us were served and left before we even got our food. When I finally got someone’s attention and explained the issue with the change and the delay, I was told they had to retrieve the money bag from the cashier and count it to verify before they could give me what I was owed—and only if I really needed the change. After waiting even longer, I received cold food, which only made the situation worse. I went inside to speak with the manager. She showed me the receipt—which I was never given when I paid—and even that didn’t add up correctly. They should have caught the mistake themselves immediately. When I mentioned the long wait for food, the manager claimed there were “kitchen issues.” That turned out to be untrue. The real reason we were ignored was because they had incorrect vehicle information attached to our order. In the end, I didn’t even eat the food because it was cold even before I got home. The manager offered only two coupons instead of issuing a proper refund, which was not acceptable given the poor service and multiple mistakes.

Look, I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews or anything like that, so I’m going to give three stars. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and the past two times in the past few weeks I have ordered the grilled chicken cool wrap and BOTH times they have not given me my avo lime ranch that I asked for with it. I get that these oversights happen, but twice in a row is crazy. And I was left to eat my dry wrap with no dressing. 😭💔 The service here is nice, the employees are very kind otherwise. Also the remodel with two separate lines, one for mobile thru and one for regular drive thru orders is a bit ridiculous. I’ve noticed it has definitely decreased efficiency and the overall customer experience.

My name is Kadedra today is 06/11/2025 I had a fly in my salad and instead of the restaurant giving me a full refund they gave me a partial refund and I brung the entire order to the restaurant. Now I don’t know if they feel that they should not have to because we ate some of the food. If I was to know there would be a bug in my food I would never ever even ate at this location. The managers are very unprofessional. I’m calling the health department /and food safety because this was dead wrong !!

Update: 8/5 Pure chaos in here. They have a hostess stand. Wait to be seated, and both girls just stare and ignore you. I just sat myself. The parking lot is a disaster at all Update: 5/13 Is the "please wait to be seated a new thing"? Then after you are seated, you order from the table. Not a bad thing, just odd at first. 6/7 the saddest, thin chicken sandwich ever. It's tiny. 👀😆 The parking lot is horrible! I rather park 2 lots over and walk in. My sweet had no ice. If serving tea, please add more ice than normal, since hot tea will melt it. Overall great store. Employees nice and helpful.

I’m honestly disappointed in the customer service I received here on October 21, 2025, around 8:10 PM. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and waffle fries with no salt. The team member taking my order told me they “don’t make fries without salt.” I explained that I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations including this same one before that gladly make a fresh batch upon request. She then told me I could speak to a manager, so I did. A manager named Jocelyn came to the window and repeated that they don’t do fries without salt, saying it was an “owner-operator decision.” When I mentioned that I’d previously gotten no-salt fries at this exact location, she said, “We don’t do that anymore,” in a dismissive tone. I drove to another Chick-fil-A nearby (CentrePort FSR #03834) and ordered the exact same meal. They had no problem making fries without salt and served me in under two minutes — proving it can be done and that the issue was not about policy, but about customer care. It’s unfortunate that two stores with the same name can have such completely different levels of service. I hope this location remembers what Chick-fil-A is known for kindness, courtesy, and going the extra mile for guests.

I placed a mobile order bc I expected it to be faster than ordering from the main drive thru. By the time I got to the front about 10 other cars from the drive thru including the 2 vehicles behind me got their orders before me. Finally an associate asks me the name for the order as if I hadn’t already been sitting here for about 5 minutes. When she came back, she said the order wasn’t ready and to park in one of the parking spots ahead so cars behind could go. About 5 more minutes pass and food comes out. Unapologetically the food is handed over and am told to have a good evening. The food was cold and clearly had been ready for some time but was missed. Very disappointing.

I frequent dining establishments often from fast food places to Michelins Star restaurants. I’ve always enjoy Chick-fil-A food. The service at this particular place is impeccable! The staff was friendly and eager to help. Their joyful and friendly attitude have made my day. 10/10 recommend.

Food was fast because the hamburger meat was raw . Waitress had a problem when requesting for a cup to go. It was so overwhelming for her and refused to bring one, but she brought refills for others at the table, spend your money elsewhere. Smells like a grease trap in there, expect to leave with your clothes smelling like frying grease. In regards to your response, when an establishment gives good service a great tip is given. I even write letters and call the establishment to let them know how good they were, you do not deserve that. Your waitress rolled her eyes, I asked her for a cup of water with my coffee, never brought it, I did not complain, I let it go, but when she rolled her eyes when I asked for a cup to go I knew she was disgruntled, don't worry, I still left her a tip. Here's a picture of your raw meat. She did not even ask any of us how we wanted our meat cooked. You need to do better. Don't worry I will not be returning ever! I also looked at your reviews and other customers agree! P.S. it was a cup.to go for my coffee, remember? She never brought me water in a cup to go!

After lunch here I asked my husband how he liked it and he said “we just had it and I want to go back already.” This is THE place to get a solid diner burger. He got the double double with tots, I got Al’s Big Spicy which made mine a bit greasier and harder to eat but it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to explore the menu, and my husband can’t wait to order the same thing again and again!

Food is AMAZING! Very clean. Service was on point. Staff is accommodating and friendly. From minute you walk in you feel right at home. I ordered the “DOUBLE DOUBLE” and it was best hamburger I have had in years.

Literally been coming here for two decades and even after the location changed everything has been absolutely wonderful. They provide a Time Machine to a Texas diner experience that for me is priceless. Great staff. Honestly if they ever get upset it makes it makes me feel even more at home. First time going there! The service and staff were great! The server was so friendly and kept coming back to see if we needed drinks refilled. The food was awesome!!! I'll be going back! This is an update: My wife and I went back for dinner. Got a spicy big hamburger, and the wife got a philly sandwich. It was perfectly done rings were great!! Great service!!

We went to IHOP with the family and the experience was mixed. One of the pancakes was raw on the inside, which was disappointing. Also, my chicken sandwich wasn’t good—it lacked flavor and didn’t seem very fresh. On the other hand, the waitress gave excellent service: very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. My kids really enjoyed their food, so that was a positive point. Overall, there are things that need improvement in the kitchen, but the great service and family-friendly atmosphere made the visit not entirely bad.

I placed an order online and they submitted an item without me knowing. I called and spoke to the manager and she gave me a remake. On the a couple weeks later. I called in my remake order and found that the manager didn't put the whole order for remake, so I tried to add on what wasn't put on and was told they couldn't take orders over the phone. So I go in to pick up the order and they see super nice. But they were seating a group in front of me and a man walked in after me. They totally looked over me and helped the man. Definitely wont be getting anything from this place again..

Food was standard for an IHOP. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Our waitress was so sweet. I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and she searched for awhile to try and find more for the machine before she told me they were out. I wish I remembered her name! It was a late when we went, and she took good care of us. I would return to this location!

Us night shift workers don’t have much options when it comes to eating out after work since all restaurants remain closed before 6am and after 11pm. The amazing staff here has my gratitude for filling my stomach with a hearty meal I will remember for the next time I need THAT much needed meal after a hard nights work. God bless y’all!😭

Me and my family ent to the breakfast buffet (Didnt know they had one) I was taking video and pics of the food to share here on Google Reviews, but was told RUDELY by the mngr Victor that no photos or videos were allowed in their establishment because its private! Guess they dont appreciate FREE advertising. Safe to say that WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

The staff was excellent. The manager Victor was Admirable. His hospitality was fabulous. He was working the entire restaurant in a very polished professional manner. The Staff seemed very happy as well. Didn't seem uncomfortable with presence. 5+ stars.

My family and I had the absolute best experience thanks to Martha. From the moment we sat down, they greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the perfect time, and making sure our drinks stayed full and our food was just right.

Every time I've come to GC my experience has always been pleasant. The place has always been clean. The Customer Service is always great and the Manager Karla has always greeted me with a smile and most times a hug. Super clean and well managed location. Probably the nicest one I have been to. Tons of food choices. Servers are very attentive. Manager will check on you which is so nice and he is super friendly and says thank you for your business. If all Golden Corrals were like this one, they would need one in every city!

I was happy with the food I was happy with the waitress. The atmosphere is always nice. However I was very unhappy with the general manager or the store manager. Who overcharged me for a breakfast buffet. Most all cashier ask how old my daughter is he did not he did automatically charge both of us for full price adult buffet. The adults buffet is $15 the kids buffet is $8 that's a $7 difference. Even though I knew this I waited to see if he would correct his mistake he did not. Then had nerve enough to ask me to do this review for a coupon if I gave him five stars. Victor should be very ashamed. When I call the location back asking to speak to the manager him. Another manager was placed on the phone. Knowing full well he was there to take my call. So the next time I go back I will indeed let him know that I do not appreciate his underhanded actions.

I have never had a dirtier menudo than this. The fat was just floating on top of the bowl, and it was full of oregano. The quality of this restaurant has just gone down. My husband food was disgusting as well. I don't know how you mess up eggs, bacon, potatoes, and bread, but Marquez has figured it out.

Used to be one of my favorite places to buy Mexican bread. Over time they seem to have changed something. The bread as kept longer. The taste is different. It's not as fresh. Seems like it's kept somewhere all week. Just doesn't seem right. Used to be one of my favorite places to buy a Mexican sweetbread . Not sure what happened to this place. Definitely know the guy that checks you out used to be humble. Now he wears gold chains and talks down on you. Hope they can change for the better. Time will tell.

It’s only 0.4 miles, but it feels even closer because it’s a completely straight path compared to other places. We parked to watch the Rangers game and stopped for a quick coffee. The Coke and Fanta made with cane sugar were especially memorable.

I’ve passed by this place countless times and always wanted to give it a try. I finally went in and sampled the pecan pastry, pig cookie, Danish, and a large flaky cinnamon pastry. While desserts aren't usually my favorite, they were decent. However, the breakfast tacos are incredible! My friend picked up a sausage, egg, potato, and cheese taco along with a veggie one, and they were absolutely delicious!

You can’t go wrong with their tortillas and stopping in for the always delicious enchiladas. Not a thing on the menu anytime of day that you can go wrong with. And what better way to end a meal than with Pan Dulce for dine in or to go!!! Friendly and courteous staff to make every meal a great one.

Marquez Bakery catered the dessert table at our wedding. Every pastry was delicious, and my spread looked awesome. Sally was great to communicate with, and was upfront about pricing and other expectations.

I enjoyed everything. The only thing I'd ask is that staff pay attention when issuing condiments. This wasn't pleasant to my fingers, nor is it safe. This may have bacteria in/ on it, deeming it unusable. Everything else was fine.

Well I ordered in advance online for my favorite breakfast meal. I clicked on breakfast. Then i clicked on combo breakfast meal- Taquito. Clicked sausage and chose my coffee and clicked on qualapeno salsa and clicked add to order. I also went further down the menu and clicked burrito and added a single taquito. When I got there I was given a coffee and a bag with 2 taquitos only. After asking for napkins and salsa and noticing no hash browns so I asked for them. The lady who was trying to rush me ignored people at the cash register to explain that on my receipt said no hashbrowns! This lady took a whole 3-5 min trying to justify why I had no hashbrowns! Why does the online platform ask these questions if there is no affect. I also wanted to point out that when I do come to whataburger and get single taquito combo, I do end up with a small taquito, like the one in picture, that leaves me quite hungry and dissapointed. Across the street. They have a consistent burrito meal that has me happy every time. Just thought beneficial for what the right person would want to know about there business tech and service.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is abhorrent. Second time in six months I've wanted a whataburger taquito. Thankfully I left and went to another location after ordering. The ignorant person on the drive through couldn't get a simple #20 to sink in, as all I wanted. I like whataburger at times, but this place is a joke. Tried it six months ago, and another six months prior. They obviously can't get it together.

Terrible Service! waited over 10 minutes for my order. keep in mind only 3 cars. and the one car behind me got their order ahead of me. my order was 1 sandwich. Never coming here again. They forgot an item on my receipt. Chicken strips to be exact. Didn’t notice until I pulled out of the drive way. Went inside to tell the associate. He just asked me to show him my receipt when I literally had just pulled out 30 secs ago, and handed me a bag of strips. No “ I’m sorry ma’am” or anything. Basically acted like he was doing me a favor. Definitely not coming back here to spend my hard earned money. 🤌🏾

A typical Waffle House. I love them all :) the food was tasty and cheap. I got the chocolate chip waffle which was yummy and had such a warm buttery taste. Went with friends and they got a few other dishes that they were satisfied with.

Wow! This location radiates an incredible energy that’s hard to describe. I’ve never experienced a Waffle House like this one (franchise number 192, located on Collins in Arlington, TX). The uplifting atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The general manager, Jeff, truly deserves a promotion; he has a knack for creating a welcoming environment where every customer is greeted with genuine warmth and a heartfelt thank you. I can confidently say this is fantastic after visiting over 40 Waffle Houses across different states! My waitress, Kristin, demonstrated outstanding service with her attentiveness and friendly demeanor, ensuring I had everything I needed. It was also refreshing to see every team member actively engaging with customers, all while wearing welcoming smiles. I can imagine how empowering it would be to have a leader like Jeff on my team!

We had a terrific time. There’s nothing quite like sitting at the counter of a busy Waffle House. Our waitress was friendly and kind. She did a great job of memorizing and delivering our order to the cook. The coffee was a little weak. I would have preferred it be stronger. The waffles were crispy, light, and delicious. The bacon was crispy. The hash browns were perfectly seasoned.

Are waiters was new and nice but she was not trained . The other staff was also not trained. They were not there to do their job but to hangout with their friends. The four lady’s that was working made an assumption that since my skin was brown that I didn’t understand Spanish. At that point you can receive your tip from your friend. I will not be back.

This was by far the worst IHOP experience ever!...I asked for well done hasbrowns and the turkey bacon appeared to have just been warmed straight out the package and put in the container. My hubby ordered a breakfast sampler he had to put his meat in the airfryer. The only good thing was it arrived warm.

You have to try the NY strawberry cheesecake pancakes 🥞 so so yummy 😋 Everything was so fresh and very delicious. Recommend this IHOP for sure.

I don't leave bad restaurant reviews, but service at this location is horrible every time. I only come back because it's one of the only places open when I get off work. Rarely anyone ever dines in, they only have online orders, but no matter how few orders they have the food is always 25+ minutes late because the staff stands around talking in the kitchen and forgets that customers are in the restaurant. I understand things can get busy in food service, but that's not the case 90% of the time here. There's no reason for food to be delayed 30 minutes (and cold by the time they hand it to you inside the restaurant) in the middle of the night with no one else in the building.

We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We were seated right away our waitress was very patient and very friendly. The food came out fast and tasted great. Everyone was happy with what they ordered and the plates were empty by the end of our brunch. Great experience.

This doesn't look like an omelet at all 🤢and the ingredient for the pancakes taste like it had liquor in it 🤔 it wasn't pleasant , but the manager gave me a refund so it turned out ok just always check your food before leaving here.🫢

Great coffee shop! The Vietnamese coffee is one that I would recommended any and all to try. The price for the coffee mixed with the quality is great. I have to say the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is nice. Very spacious and lots of places to sit around there. The food is pretty good as well for a coffee shop! I highly recommend visiting.

This is a very relaxed and cozy place that is very spacious. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered an Iced Chai Latte. It came out pretty quick. Very friendly service. I met a friend here during lunch and brought some food, but I later saw a sign on the table that said "No outside food or drinks". Oops, I know for next time. I did not try any of their food items.

A quiet and peaceful place with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are very kind and friendly. We came here upon a friend’s recommendation and were really satisfied. On Sundays, my spouse and I usually have conversations about faith, and this place provided a wonderful setting for that. Highly recommended!

The ground meat in my enchiladas had no red sauce. Dry. I asked for a plentiful side of lettuce and tomato. More lettuce than tomatoes, which were squishy. There was shredded cheese on the lettuce and tomato instead of on the enchiladas. The refried beans are canned and had no shredded cheese on em. Very disappointed. 😟

I visited this fast-food restaurant recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The place was reasonably clean, and the food tasted great. What really stood out to me was the extremely friendly staff — they were welcoming and very helpful throughout my visit. There was also a wide selection of drinks available, which was a nice bonus. In terms of pricing, it was fair and in line with what you’d expect for this type of place. All in all, a solid option if you’re looking for a quick and pleasant meal.

Good food, great service. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Trey took our order with a smile, and delivered it just perfect. Standing up to its name, the Spicy Sandwich was Spicy. The chicken patty tasted fresh, and crispy. Adding a Coca-Cola to it, makes it one good meal. The place is clean and packed, and serves 24 hrs... Ambience is good. However, the wait time for the order was around 30 minutes. Unless you are not super hungry, the burger is worth waiting for.

I’ve never written a review for a fast food restaurant, but after the service I received today from Daleyah, it was an absolute must. Let me be clear, I had no issue during my visit, there was no long lines, everything I ordered I received and in a timely fashion. This is a review to recognize someone for giving great customer service for no reason at all. Sometimes it’s easy to recognize good customer service when things go bad, but equally impressive is giving good customer service for no reason at all. That is what I received today. As soon as I heard Daleyah on the drive-through speaker, I knew when I got to the window I was going to request her name to leave this review. I had a good day today but somehow Daleyah managed to make it better. That kind of service means a lot these days and makes a difference from choosing your restaurant vs any other that may be in the vicinity. I will most definitely return; thank you Daleyah.

We decided to grab some lunch after a busy morning running errands. Going through the drive thru Daleyah was who helped us. She is such a sweetheart. My questions and concerns she answered with a smile. Daleyah made sure each order was separated correctly and labeled, dipping sauce was added, and drinks were perfect. We were a little disappointed the shake machine was down, however Daleyah's customer service made us not even miss the shakes. Amazing job Daleyah!! Thank you!

I have been here a few times already and I am not one to write bad reviews. I love writing good reviews, but this location has got to get it together. Managers need to step up and be better with their staff, every time I’m here they always take about 30 minutes With my order, while employees are chitchatting and playing around this last time I curbside thinking it would probably be a little faster but it wasn’t much of a difference. I have a newborn and curbside has just been easier for me lately and it took way past the time it said it would be ready. Hopefully this changes soon 😞

The last time I went through the drive thru and was ready to order the person came on the speaker and said to wait a moment. I waited about eight minutes and they never got back to me. I left with no food. Today I thought I would give them another chance. I pulled up to pay and they tried to charge me more than the price on the menu board. I explained the price difference but they didn’t care. I left with no food! TERRIBLE customer service! Avoid this location!!

Do not go to the drive thru if you have anything to do within the hour. I got in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. Almost 30 minutes later, I still didn't have my food and was asked to park in front of the restaurant and wait. I was going to be late for an appointment at that point so I left without getting my food. Slowest service I've ever encountered. I've worked retail/customer service for 10 years so I have a higher tolerance for poor service but this was just awful. No remorse, no hurry amongst the employees. Don't waste your time.

This is the place where 9 years ago when I came to Texas, every morning I stopped by here. A cup of coffee, a friendly greeting, a smile, I was warmly welcomed in the cool winter and summer. It made me feel very comfortable to start the working day, sometimes the work was difficult, a sip of coffee also helped me overcome that difficulty. Thank you very much to the staff, I will come here again when I am in Texas.

I frequent Starbucks daily, and I could say without a doubt this is the worst Starbucks I've experienced. They have a complete unwillingness to be the slightest bit friendly and wouldn't just take my word that I order something in order to use the restroom, which I did. And they got the order wrong. I actively avoid this Starbucks unless I don't have time to go to another one.

The bigger woman with the glasses, I believe she’s the manger, walked around the dining room and was telling the people who did not order something that it’s Starbucks policy to buy something to be able to sit in the dining room. This is the most uncomfortable and intrusive thing I’ve ever encountered at a business. If a someone is in the dining room and they aren’t bothering anyone and minding their own business, they should be left alone. I have been a Starbucks customer for 10+ years. I work for a QSR as a field employee and when I’m out in the field working, sometimes I need a place to work from. I don’t always want to buy something at Starbucks, let alone be harassed by a barista or store manager to basically buy something or get out. It’s offensive. If someone is loitering around the dining room, then yes, ask them to leave. But when someone is sitting down working on their computer, minding their own business, do not bother them and tell them it’s Starbucks policy to buy something or leave. Do better Starbucks. Your sales are already suffering and your prices are high, don’t make loyal customers upset. You’re agitating people and scaring them away. I won’t ever visit this location again. This policy needs to change ASAP. Instead of making your cafes more inviting, you’re making your customers feel uncomfortable & unwelcome.

Rude, dismissive manager felt the need to jump on the intercom to tell me that I can't get oat milk on the side with my triple espresso.... Amazing, I told her, because I literally always order my espresso that way. For years. In fact, I've ordered it that way from this location. I'm not quite sure why anyone would be so distraught over a customer wanting oat milk on the side, or why that would affect them personally or professionally, but what a way to show how weak your leadership skills are. Fighting over oat milk on the side at a coffee chain. I submitted a complaint and went to a different Starbucks.

This is the weirdest Starbucks location. It was one I consistently went to but will not be coming to again. They have a policy of you have to buy something in order to sit inside. However, their customer service went out the window trying to uphold that policy. I was asked 3 times if I was going to order something or if I had ordered some thing. One of the times was when I asked the code to the restroom… 1 time okay but 3 times is excessive. At that point being asked that many times makes it uncomfortable to even be there. The policy was already seemed anti/discouraged homelessness, but being asked three times in 40 minutes felt excessive and gave off both anti-homeless and borderline racial profiling. It’s something to be mindful of in how it’s enforced. Will not be coming back… (AND BTW I DID ORDER SOMETHING. 3 THINGS TO BE EXACT)

I I went to the Starbucks on Bardin this afternoon and ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with SOYMILK. The store was not busy at all, only a few customers, and four staff members working behind the counter. Still, it took almost 10 minutes just to get my drink. When I finally got it, I could immediately tell something was off. The color looked much lighter than usual, unlike what I normally get at the Collins location (which was unfortunately closed today due to rain and a power outage). It was obvious they had put way more milk than matcha. Even worse, 30 minutes after drinking it, I got a stomachache — which only happens when I consume dairy. That means they used the wrong milk despite my clear request for soy milk.

The lady taking our order got annoyed while she waited for us to read the menu. She was not interested in answering our questions about the food choices. We paid for a latte and didn’t realize until we left that she gave us a plain black coffee. Absolute fail. We won’t go back.

Had a terrible experience here today!! The girl in the purple headwear was completely rude. She was annoyed while taking my order. Looked more annoyed when we got to the window and even more annoyed when we asked her to scan our points. And then was rushing us to grab our order forgot items and our food wasn’t warmed properly. Gonna be calling HR.

So this is my 2nd time ordering a matcha in which I am upset and unsatisfied for the 2nd time again . The first time, I ordered a matcha, they put ice to the top. Finished sipping it in less than a minute and I showed them it was all ice and the woman there said to just order less ice next time . I am paying for a matcha not for Ice . I go again to this location to give it another try and ask for a matcha with less ice & it tastes NOTHING like matcha… it taste like milk with a bunch of foam at the top . Coming to find out, they do not properly make matcha correctly. They use a frother wand . Not a whisk …

This location on Cooper St is easy accessible to anyone who needs a quick order. The workers do their job and do it fine, We came during a busy time so the wait was a little long, however one of the workers was a bit rude to us about an order. No disrespect was taken but of course, not very professional. Otherwise, the donuts are nice and the coffee here is good.

Terrible experience. They refused to serve me for NO reason and even called the police on me when I did nothing wrong. There were no cars behind me, yet they demanded I “pull around” and then refunded my order. I left with a Criminal Trespass warning (report #2025-03130166) for absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. —

Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for my order and they didn't say a single word to me at all even when I got there. Whenever I walked out a employee said with a terrible attitude, BYE. not a have a good day or anything just a flat bye all because no one at that store just cant do there jobs! I will never return and wouldn't recommend it. I WILL BE CALLING HR!

My first experience was unpleasant. I won’t go back. Their app said the Curbside option was available, but it was not. I ordered 50 Munchkins donut holes to go. When I get home to, they only had put 32 donut holes in my order. The donut holes were dry and had been sitting for several hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place and if you have to visit, be specific and ask for your order to be “fresh”.

Got my order wrong two times. Had to go inside to finally receive the correct food. Ordered chicken on a salad. Chicken was very dry & lacked flavor. Soda was flat. Fries were cold. A thanksgiving to remember for all the wrong reasons.!

Asked for a simple patty melt with jalapeños and to add lettuce and tomatoes. There’s no jalapeños to be found and I didn’t ask for grilled onions. I don’t / can’t even eat onions. So why would I ask for them. I called the location and the lady by the name of Sandra answered and said oh my gosh come back and get the right order. I told her I was on my lunch break and I could no longer go back and so now I didn’t have a lunch. She said come whenever you can and we’ll replace it OK bye and she hung up on me.

I asked for well done fries they were cold and limp. My chocolate shake was very very vanilla with a spot of chocolate maybe and a half cold thing of country gravy. The guy was more worried about his basketball 🏀 moves..

Taylor was the nicest when it came to service and made me and my girlfriend feel extremely welcome for our first time coming! If I could leave a big tip I would, will definitely be coming back! ❤️‍🩹

Sandwich was not bad. Mac N Cheese is super creamy, which I like. The only thing that is not good about this store, is the location. It is tucked in to a small block, and when traveling northbound, it will take a while to cross the street during rush hour.

Spacious! Almost cafeteria-like in its rectangular customer area, where everyone can see each other. Strawberry lemonade & brownie we ordered was good like most others.

Usually like this location but today they gave me this when I ordered an Asiago sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. It’s like a tiny little disk, was burnt and tasted like soap. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to that location. Also it was a long wait and I was the only car in the drive thru. I can’t believe they put that in my bag, took my money and smiled in my face. Shame on them.

The staff was friendly and patiently waited as the special ones figured out what thames wanted to eat. Drive thru was fast and so was pick up. I will definitely be doing pick up next time with the group I was with. Good was hot and delicious. 🥳 for the cleaned and stocked restrooms.

I went to Panera Bread’s drive-thru on Cooper in Arlington today around 1pm. It’s been a while since I’ve been there. One of my former employees suggested I try the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, so that’s what I ordered first. I also asked to order a side of Green Goddess salad dressing. The lady at the speaker told me I couldn’t order it unless I also ordered food. I said, “Well, I ordered a lemonade.” She replied that it had to be a food item, because she couldn’t sell me a side of dressing. She explained that if I ordered a salad or sandwich, then she could give me the dressing on the side for free. I told her I wasn’t asking for anything free, I was completely willing to pay for it. I asked again if I could just order a side of dressing, and she said she didn’t have a button to ring it up. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager and that her name was Destiny. At that point, I just thanked her and drove off. I don’t understand how a salad and sandwich place can’t sell a small 1–2 oz cup of dressing. Is that really valid? Is your POS system truly set up this way, or was the manager not trained properly? It doesn’t seem worth losing a sale (and now receiving a bad review) over something so simple. I definitely would’ve been a returning customer, but this experience turned me off. Please advise.

As usual, the food at Panera Bread is typically good, and freshly prepared. At 10:00 on a Wednesday, there were surprisingly several people there, and more waiting behind me. I went to buy a gift card for the family of some accident victims, and decided to have a spinach and artichoke souffle with a cup of hot green tea with ginger and honey. The food was warm and looked good. After I paid for the food, I also purchased the gift card. The staff working the register couldn't figure out how to make it work. Seven minutes and a manager later, I went to get my hot water and tea. No hot water. Fortunately, a worker happened to be passing by and got some hot water for me. It's hard to get, and keep, good help. Finally, after sitting down to a semi-warm souffle, I enjoyed the snack.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure that our party was taken care of. 10/10
