Such a cute little diner! Shout out to Paxton! Give him a raise! He treated us so kind and entertained our questions and was so attentive! He is doing a great job! Our food was good too! I had a salad with blueberries and feta and added some chicken.

Folks says it is one of the best breakfast spots in Lawrence and they would not be wrong. You will likely wait a little while on a weekend but it is worth it. I had the yogurt bowl with berries and it was tasty. However, I paired it with the yum yum glazed twist that was as good a donut as you will find anywhere. Absolutely delicious. My buddy got one along with a breakfast biscuit and both a hearty heads up. Coffee was good and the to go cup was offered without me asking for it. Another positive bonus.

Ladybird Diner absolutely nailed it. We ordered standard breakfast fare and it was anything but ordinary — everything was amazing, served hot with huge portions. The service was spot-on: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The classic diner vibes give it a cozy, hometown feel, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. Pricing was very reasonable considering the generous portions. Parking out front made things easy, and although I’ve heard there can sometimes be a wait, we were seated right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast in downtown Lawrence — locals, travelers, and brunch lovers alike.

Oh my goodness we had the best experience here and our amazing server, Kianti, made it extra special. I got the 90's Bistro Chicken Sandwich (absolutely delightful) and my fiance got the Choreesy Scramble which he thoroughly enjoyed. We had the option to sit outside and enjoy the lovely view of flowers and greenery. Kianti also recommended some of the pies they're known for, so we opted for Blueberry Basil 👀💜 cannot wait to try it. Thanks again Kianti for the excellent service and Ladybird Diner for the memorable experience. ☺️

We were only in Lawrence overnight and managed to hit this place twice. We went in for breakfast, and it was delicious. Our server was attentive and personable. He suggested we come back for pie, which we did. Both the chocolate and cherry were amazing!

Such a fun place! Vintage decor + vibe. Fun menu, service was amazing. Food was delicious! I had the Sweet Corn Johnnycakes from the seasonal menu. They were so good!

Great service and great food. Arriving around 9am we were worried we may have to wait, but were pleasantly surprised there were a few seats available at the bar. The server was attentive and friendly, always keeping our coffee and water full. I had the truck stop and my partner had the huevos ranchero. Both dishes were delicious! Will be back for some of the amazing looking pie!

My daughter's favorite place to go to when back in Lawrence. We are visiting from Oregon.So I tried it this morning. Big disappointment at least for my friend and I. We both ordered the French toast with berries and cream. Only I never got mine. My friend decided to share hers with me while I waited and we ended up eating her so it wouldn't get cold and I decided to cancel my order. When going back to cancel it. I was told The order never got put in even though it was on the same ticket. Sure I got a I'm sorry and money back on it but I was really disappointed. I'll go to Lady Bird next time. Excellent service. Excellent food.

great selection of baked goods and drinks. the quiches are a bit small for the price but it was good. the tiramisu slice was amazing. the sandwiches are good too

What a quaint bakery with outstanding quality artisan breads and baked goods. The breakfast and lunch menu is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. It’s well worth the one block walk off of mass street. They have a great patio that’s in the shade where you can enjoy your meals or coffee. Staff is attentive and the place is clean with great bathrooms too. The biscuits and gravy is always a great way to start the day

Phenomenal bread. Delicious desserts. I've always had great service here. You must, must, must try this place if you haven't. They have a Kalamata olive bread that we adore. The Baguette is one of the best we've ever had! And don't leave without treating yourself to an espresso truffle

Sandwiches were big and delicious ... as always❣️, so couldn't wait to show it to my friend from KC! However, the staff ruined the entire experience. 😰 She got scolded for standing at the Wrong counter to order her sandwich!! Then when we went to order some pastries on the way out, it seemed like they couldn't wait to hurry up and GET OUT!! 😡 Very rude & dismissive behavior. I was truly embarrassed that I had told my friend what an awesome bakery it was. ☹️ It was a good 35 minutes before closing time when they started mopping the floors -- and there were at least 4 or 5 customers still having coffee & eating in the shop. Although the food was 5 🌟, I won't be back for a long time - if ever! So, so disappointed.

The food here was amazing! In my opinion, their croissant sandwich and their breakfast bowl were delicious. In the croissant sandwich, there was melted cheese, ham, on a fluffy croissant. And by fluffy, I mean fluffy, like biting down on air The breakfast bowl was fantastic, with delicious potatoes, kale and mushrooms, topped with eggs. I will head here again, just to try their lunch menu!

Solid brunch place on Mass street. We arrived at about 12:30 and waited about 20 minutes. The place was packed and even though there are few servers, they were attentive and welcoming. Food was great, absolutely loved their in house salsa! Definitely will go back next time I visit Lawrence.

This is one of the greatest restaurants in Kansas, absolutely delicious eggs benedict with the potatoes and a side of biscuits and gravy. EVERYTHING was finger licking Good and cooked to perfection. The waitress was sweet and helpful and a delight to have breakfast with. I only had to wait 5 to 10 minutes and I was eating alone and they had the perfect table for me. I did have to pay for parking.

Amongst the best brunch you can get in Lawrence! It's always busy, so you can expect a wait. That said they run a tight ship. The food and coffee were both great. I had the classic Eggs Benedict, I'd out it up there with the best few I've had. Plus the bathroom was clean.

If you’re from Lawrence you already know. Hands down best breakfast in LK. On the weekends, they offer mushroom biscuits and gravy which I literally dream about. Might be my favorite breakfast dish of all time. The baristas are very skilled and make all of the drinks with care. The bartenders are talented and creative. The neighbor Brad Bloody Mary which local cheese curds literally never misses. If you like spice, get the pepper vodka. The potato pancakes are spectacular as well. So fluffy and smooth. One of the best fruit bowls in the city. Couldn’t say enough great things about this place. Don’t let the wait deter you. Put your name on the list and take a nice stroll down mass St. Once you’re seated, the whole dining experience takes about 45 minutes. They get ya in and out if you want!

If you want the perfect cup of coffee, Tatum, Taylor, or Sue will have it dialed in for you. Let Arie get your seat of choice and Stephanie is simply the sweetest waitress in town. My wife and I haven’t had a bad breakfast at the Roost with so many options it’s truly impressive that the cooks keep pumping out the best breakfast options in town. Great atmosphere makes this another Lawrence MUST go to spot. Excellent food coffee drinks (Bourbon Clover) service and atmosphere. A Lawrence original.

My water came not filled all the way with lipstick stains on it. The waitress did not speak a single word to us. The chairs are high and the table is low so it’s very uncomfortable to sit and eat. The food was meh nothing special; my chicken smelled and tasted like it was reheated. Overall I rather eat at home.

Note: I want to give the service a 3.5-3.8. My first time eating brunch at this local joint. My friend & I both enjoyed our food. Service wasn't bad. Our server was very nice. But we had to flag her down to ask for coffee refills and to clear our plates. Otherwise I probably would've given 4 stars. They have a nice menu of Latin-based dishes. I got the breakfast quesadilla and a side of bacon. Both were really good. My friend got an omelet- can't remember the name of it. It looked delicious.

Forgot to take photos of our food because we ate it so quickly. We ordered an array of items, everything was excellent. From the adult beverages to the cup of soup, arepa, breakfast potatoes/ eggs/ green chile + red chile.. fantastic. As a gluten free (not celiac) vegetarian, married to a vegetarian, we were shocked by how many options we had on the menu. We were surprised to have no wait to sit, good service, and most shocking of all - how affordable it was. We will be back any time we visit Lawrence.

The food was okay, nothing special at all. I got the green Chile hamburger with chips. Barely any green Chile on it. One of our party of five got the new Mexico enchiladas and said that they were really good. The rest of our party was not amazed by anything.

Wow! Another GREAT breakfast option downtown. If you like coffee drink options that don’t disappoint and outstanding breakfast options, this is one of three “go to” places my wife and I enjoy in downtown Lawrence.

Hands down the worst food in Lawrence run by a manager with a bad attitude to match. The meals I tried were grossly under seasoned and made with low quality ingredients nearing inedible. I was unhappy with my initial meal (the New Mexican Enchiladas which had virtually no cheese, were colder than room temperature, and made with frozen fajita chicken) and had barely touched it so my waitress asked if she could get me something different. I went with the Global Quesadilla which was drowned in a pool of what they claim is “green chile sauce” and I picked around what I could because I was hungry (see the photo of slop attached for reference). When I went to pay, the manager tried to charge me for the meal I sent back in addition to the replacement meal and argued with me about why I felt it was inappropriate to expect a customer to pay for a dish they sent back. She passive aggressively said “I guess I’ll just ring it up as a donation meal” as if I was robbing the homeless for refusing to pay for a meal I didn’t eat. Seriously skip this place if you expect positive customer service and a half decent meal.

I love coming over there for the smoked salmon and eggs. Your office is right next to dana k. The service is friendly and the cooks are sharp

My server was incredibly sweet but the owner of the restaurant completely rushed us out of the establishment. He made it clear we were not welcome to enjoy a relaxed meal as he demanded our server come every 5 minutes to ask if we were ready to go. Our food also came out incorrect and when we ask to have it fixed he said that the kitchen was too busy. They said the owners name is Dave and he is honestly one of the most miserable human beings I’ve ever been around. I do not recommended this restaurant, try The Roost on Mass instead, 10 times better.

Everything was phenomenal except for the French toast; it was a bit dry, which is the only reason why I didn’t provide a 5-star review. However, the flavor of the French toast was very good (I’m big into textures). While our server was very attentive, she didn’t have much of a personality. All of this stated, I’ll definitely come back! Everyone should give this place a try!

This place is an absolute joke, and the owner is the punchline. I've encountered friendlier pit vipers. Their customer service skills are non-existent, replaced instead by an attitude that suggests they're doing YOU a favor by taking your money. The food was subpar, but honestly, the owner's rudeness overshadowed everything else. Save yourself the aggravation and dine elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve your time or money.

We stopped in today and got breakfast. They were super busy and on top of their game. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. The breakfast wrap was amazing and the steak & eggs was definitely in my top 5! Highly recommend stopping through if you're ever in town.

We normally come for coffee because we love their iced mochas, but this time we also got a breakfast burrito and a fried chicken sandwich. Both were divine and we have been back since for food as well. Great place, great staff, delicious food and coffee.

What a lovely place to hang out, read a book, work, or just relax. I love the aesthetics, along with the coffee, and service. If you're in the area I would check this place up for a lovely coffee. The staff is wonderful and it's conviently located on Mass. Parking can be found on the front road or in the back lots. This place is simple and cozy.

Awesome coffee shop! Lots of seating and cool atmosphere. Coffee and drink selection had a good amount of variety - Got the Black Berry Bramble, which was super refreshing. Also, tried the Morning Bun, which was incredible as well. All of the other pastries looked great as well. Will definitely be back!

Stopped into Barker on Mass yesterday morning for a quick coffee and pastry before work, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The barista, Elise, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She picked up right away that I was in a hurry and made my order quickly without sacrificing quality. It was exactly what I needed to start my day. If you're in the Lawrence area, I highly recommend stopping here before work!

Was invited to a breakfast. The order consisted of Chicken sandwich with fries and Mocha and Peach Danish. The service was awesome and staff was pleasant. The ambiance was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. P.S. they have two locations. can’t wait to go back ASAP! Amazing Food

On a Monday mid-morning, I stopped in for a hot breve latte and a breakfast sandwich. The vibe was relaxing since it wasn't packed, but had the typical coffee shop hum. The coffee was perfectly made and full of rich flavor. (Finally, a place that serves well-roasted espresso, not bitter, burnt beans!) For the locals, they do use Hildebrand diary products, so the flavor/quality of their dairy made drinks is excellent. After gazing at the mouth-watering pastries in the display case, I ordered a breakfast sandwich (see pic). I feel good about saying it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had (and I've had quite a few over the years)! The egg was light and fluffy, the bacon crisp...all the flavors came together, and the croissant-like bun was delectable. This was my first visit to 1900 on Mass. I'll definitely return, and I highly recommend that you also make this one of your new favorite spots.

It was great me , my husband and our two daughters came in today for my birthday. The service was wonderful the food was fresh and DELICIOUS I had the Eggs Benedict BLT with a side of potatoes and it was so good I was damn near licking the plate. My husband had the smoked salmon frittata and Blueberry Pancakes and that was very good as well not better than mines. Only thing I would say is we wish we would’ve gotten a both for a little more room to enjoy everything other than that it was a wonderful experience. I want to go back with friends and brunch with mimosas the drink menu had amazing drinks on there.

We had a hot & tasty breakfast when we came to visit our niece at U of K. Food was really good and enjoyed the different menu choices. My niece doesn't like meat so she got the yogurt and fruit option and she loved it! I use the google to get a place in the line since it was Saturday morning and crowded. Everyone was really nice and it was consistent with the first watch experience. I only negativity on this one was it was a bit cold inside but it was really freezing outside so not sure how to make up for that and we were seated right next to the kitchen so that was a little lackluster but other than that it was a great breakfast.

First Watch is a great place for breakfast. I had the whole grain blueberry pancakes . They were delicious and had lots of fresh blueberries in them. My husband had the Farmstand Breakfast Tacos served with black beans. Everything is fresh and the staff is super friendly. A great place to eat.

First Watch is a refreshing break from the corporate breakfast brunch places that seem to pop up ad nauseum. Even though it is a chain, it has maintained a devotion to a better class of breakfast! The restaurant was packed, and that is because they have continued to provide excellent service and quality food. The menu had options for all dietary needs. Even though the restaurant was packed, it didn’t feel crowded or chaotic. It combine the feeling of a hometown diner with a more clean and classy aesthetic. I was there with three of my friends, and each item that we got was phenomenal. If you are looking for your next breakfast or brunch spot, look no further, get in your car, and come get satisfied at First Watch!

I ordered take out on a Monday and it was ready in 10 minutes. Jim’s Platter was very good. The over easy eggs were hiding under the biscuit and sausage gravy, but still cooked just right with a runny yoke. The bacon I ordered was crispy and delicious. I could have eaten 3 orders of the bacon! Thank you.

Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I would consider returning in the future. The menu had a variety of options, and we sampled a few dishes during our visit. The Banana Oatmeal was exceptional, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. The French Toast was good, scoring a 7/10 in my opinion. However, I was slightly disappointed by the Biscuits, which I found to be hard and crumbly, not quite meeting my expectations. I would rate this dish a 6/10. On the brighter side, the Sausage was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 10/10. The Breakfast Platter featuring bacon, eggs, and potatoes was satisfying, with the potatoes standing out as exceptionally flavorful - a definite 10/10. The Biscuits and gravy a 7/10. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and the service was efficient. I would recommend giving this place a try if you ever find yourself in the area.

I got the Mayberry signature dish. For about $15, you get a generous amount of food. Biscuits light and airy, the egg omelet had a ton of sausage chunks, and the grits were grits. I like em 🤷‍♂️ One thing I did not like about the food were that they didn't come out hot and fresh. I understand everything is cooked at different times, but shouldn't it be under a heat lamp to maintain its hot taste. The egg omelet was warm, not cold, but just warm as the cheese had no pull :( The gravy on top of the biscuit was also on the warm side, I think if it was close to piping hot, it would have made the biscuit and gravy portion a better eating experience. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience, friendly staff. No complaints on customer service.

Decided to come try this place, I am usually a big first watch person. I decided to sit outside and eat in the decent weather. Everything was good at the beginning. After I received my food the service disappeared. Not checked on once. Staff walking by my table. Not a word. I understand it can be busy, but I felt like I was forgotten. I didn’t get noticed till the table next to me got checked on. Really disappointed. I still tipped well because I’m a decent human. I feel like I should have went somewhere else.

I had a fantastic breakfast at The Big Biscuit in Lawrence, KS! The food was delicious—fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked—but the real standout was our waitress, Christiana. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Great service always makes a great meal even better. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

A warm and welcoming breakfast spot with fantastic food and service. Our waitress Chastity did an amazing job, the manager Denise kept everything running with incredible efficiency and a smile. The bottomless coffee and iced tea, with a to-go cup as we left, made us feel like regulars. Recommend to everyone for a fantastic meal and experience.

McLain's created the beautiful desserts for our wedding. We worked with Yulissa to pick out the flavors and design. We ordered a two-tier and 1/4 sheet cakes, and 100 cookies. They were AMAZING. Our guests loved them as well! We ordered from McLain's before for other events, so we were excited to work with them for our wedding. Highly recommend them for any catering needs! I'm surprised at mentions of customer service as I would actually like if they toned down the cheer on greeting but that's just me I guess 😂 I'm a regular for the espresso cupcake, fries and have now ordered my wedding desserts here too! I'm always greeted by at least one friendly face who's happy to help. My mom on visiting from abroad was also very impressed and even had two of them trying to workout if she be able to buy and take home some of their hot chocolate mix which she adores. They made our wedding so easy. They have a cake tasting box you can customize and order up to two days in advance and it was wonderful for us to try and discuss different flavor combos in comfort of our own home. We ordered a wedding cake and some mini cupcakes for the wedding and it was all smooth and easy. We got so many compliments on the cake and plan to order it every anniversary. They're very open to requests (within reason) too which is always appreciated.

absolutely love this place, the salmon toast is my go to but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. their salads are also really good. everything comes out so quick and is pretty affordable for the quality they provide!

Highly disappointed with my experience here as I was highly recommended to use them for my wedding cake. I had a great encounter when I reached out regarding my inquiry. I gave a photo of one of their own cakes for reference of what I wanted. We had agreed on it and I was told exactly what to expect. Come the day of pickup I sent out my sister to pick up the cake. She said the staff member that brought out the cake was very odd and seemed to hide the front of the cake before setting it into the car. She sent me a photo of the cake and I was baffled that the staff member would let that cake leave the store looking the way it did. I called and told her how unhappy I was and she offered to bring it inside and fix it. So 30 minutes later I get a follow up picture with the so called fixed cake and I was still unhappy with it but with no time to spare getting the cake to the venue I had to deal with it. I will say they did give me a partial refund after I called back and complained about it. But that does not excuse the lack of attention to the simple cake I asked for and the monstrosity they originally were going to let us leave with. I was thoroughly embarrassed by my wedding cake and I hope none of my guests looked too closely to it because it was an eye sore. Not to mention the cake was yellow and not white which is not what we had discussed either. I cannot recommend this place since they seem to not value all customers and ruining my wedding morning with this. Picture 1 is what I asked for. Picture 2 is what they originally were going to let me leave with and picture 3 is the “fixed” cake I ended up leaving with.

Kind and attentive service and delicious food. I’ve been to this location several times and always have a positive experience. They are great about letting me know what I can order/adjust for gluten and dairy allergies. I tried the Southwest Salad with the Dill dressing (gf/df) yesterday and it was so fresh and yummy!

McLain's baked the cakes for our wedding day and they were both incredibly delicious (All of our guests loved them)! We did our cake tasting at home and had a blast trying all of the amazing flavors to find the perfect combination (We settled on chocolate with espresso buttercream and almond with vanilla buttercream. Throughout the planning process, the staff at McLain's was also very helpful. We can't recommend McLain's enough!

I have been customer of McLain’s at other locations. Their bakery has always been very good. At this location I also tried the food. They were very delicious. See the pictures for yourself. I noticed that this location was review-bombed some months ago calling the menu prices expensive. Don’t know about you, but $10 for this large sandwich with fries is anything but expensive. Don’t let the overall ratings deter you from coming here.

We're not in Kansas Any more! But wow this place is worth going back to alone. Being from Seattle, we have decent vegan and vegetarian food options, but nothing with the heart and intention as this place. It's clear the owner treats it as his craft, outlet for creativity and love. Absolutely amazing! We had the biscuits and gravy, everything bagel with vegan cashew spread, carrot cake and some espresso. All of it was amazing and felt made with love. Can't wait to come back.

I really love these pastries, they're called financiers, and they're so good. Coffee was fantastic too, my hot latte had a great body, with a mild espresso. My husband's iced latte was made with oat milk which complimented the roasty espresso flavor so well.

So good I’ve been here the past three weekends in a row. The brunch biscuit sandwich is my go to (pictured is the spicy chicken sandwich, carrot cake, and fries)! The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is incredible every single time.

Hip small eatery just off of Lawrence's main strip Mass Street. We had breakfast at Cellar Door and we were very satisfied. I had a Sausage sandwich, which was a great combination of flavors - salty, spicy and sweet. It is not too spicy with the sweetness of the jam neutralizing it well. The muffin it came on is perfect. My family had a breakfast bagel sandwich and an omelette sandwich and they passed with flying colors. Cappuccino tasted great as well but it comes a little small. Great overall breakfast experience

This is a wonderful business in Lawrence. They serve fabulous pastries, food and drink and everything is unique but still something you find yourself coming back for. Worth it too because you know nowhere else will execute as well and thoughtfully! Staff are friendly the environment is so cozy and nice as well. Bonus points for the extremely minimal single use plastic - can’t think of anything actually! All paper products and even the branding is ink stamped which I thought looked great and was genius. This is the kind of business in that makes mass street and Lawrence what it is!!! Highly recommend for a morning coffee and breakfast date or just a quiet study sesh. Worth the trip and spend!

We love Cellar Door, especially the egg and ham sandwich. They make outstanding, beautiful, elegant, delicious pastries, tasty bagels, and fine cakes. Good variety of coffee and tea. Friendly staff. Give it a try.

Every time I have come into this location the workers serve people their food before me, despite my order being placed 10 minutes before. For a toasted bagel I might add maybe if your workers gave any sort of customer service people wouldn’t mind the mandatory gratuity. I rather talk to the homeless people outside of the building because they are more polite and respectful than the staff. Come in prepared to wait if they decided they don’t like you the moment you walk through the door. Please get a new staff so I can start coming back. Actually shocking.

Another outdoor shop, mainly bikes with a cafe inside. I came here for coffee. The place was bustling but the coffee came out quick. Did not try the food but the menu looked good.

We went there for breakfast. We ordered the egg sandwich with bacon, classic breakfast, black tea (Earl Grey), and coffee. The food was tasty. Coffee refills should be included in the price. It is awkward to go back for a coffee refill only to be told you have to pay extra. I don't mind paying extra for coffee refills, but that option should be offered when the original order is placed.

My go-to coffee shop for most things! Usually one of the first places I take a friend who's in town visiting, meeting a client for work, working remote or just want a nice environment to read and hang out. Their service is absolutely fantastic and I love that I can grab either type of brew I'm wanting - cup of coffee or pint of beer! In many ways feels like you could be at a bike shop in the middle of Boulder! Also, the amount of seating options and electrical outlets can't be praised enough! You'll enjoy some good holiday movies on TV during season as well :-)

Love the friendly staff, the great upstairs atmosphere (top tier chill with a drink and book spot), and menu options! 🌻 One recommendation: It took a chain of four staff members to find out if the gluten free chocolate chip cookies were made with any almond products. For those of us allergic to tree nuts (and peanuts), it would be amazing to have a little sign of ingredients with the baked goods. I think the Merc has little ingredient lists on their baked goods— something like that would be much appreciated! 🚫🥜

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I was expecting mediocre food from a cafe inside a bike shop but everything we had was absolutely delicious. We ordered the curry chicken salad, a burger, and the soft pretzel. The sandwiches came with fries that were perfect. Pricey but worth it.

Every time we drive through Lawrence, we stop at Sunflower! Whethere you're looking for gear, a coffee, or a bite to eat, they have a little something for everyone! Love that the same party can indulge in alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at the same time! Highly recommend for your next stroll down the street!

Ok so to start, my wife wanted me to let everyone know that she received compliments on both her hair and her dress while here sooo…testament to the atmosphere I suppose? Everything is great from coffee to cocktails, make sure this place is a priority while you’re on Mass street.

Stopped in here on the advice of our daughter in law and so happy we did. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the coffee was fresh, hot and delicious and the breakfast sandwich was outstanding. Truly fresh and homemade all the way. So refreshing to buy a a coffee shop snack that hasn’t been just unwrapped and popped into a microwave. Definitively my go-to coffee shop in Lawrence from now on!

It was my husband’s and my first time coming here, and it definitely won’t be our last. Coffee is made well, breakfast foods aren’t just heated up in a microwave but actually made with thought, and the pastries are original. Not to mention, the little things staff did to give customers the best experience, such as coming to them at the drive-thru to get double orders if the line became too long, or offering advice/info on drinks prior to ordering. Plus, staff seem like they truly enjoy working there. Overall, really good experience.

I used to love coming here for breakfast. Then they switched from the delightful, soft and buttery croissants to these dry, big back biscuits for their breakfast sandwiches. The croissants were the perfect sandwich bread. I'd rather them keep the biscuits and offer some biscuits and gravy and go back to the croissant sandwiches. Drinks are good and staff is usually friendly. The app and rewards are a little funky but regardless, support local!

We hired the Uplift Coffee Truck for our daughter's graduation party! It was the perfect addition to the party, a huge hit with our guests and their service was excellent! We had a combined party for four graduates - so they were very busy! They handled the traffic with ease and with amazing customer service! Would highly recommend them to cater your next event! It's hard to pick a favorite Uplift location - both locations have incredible baristas, great seating, and of course AMAZING food & drinks. But their 6th street location is so convenient for me and central to where I work and live, and as a small business owner with only a home office, I schedule nearly all of my client meetings there!

Lots of various options for food. Be at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Often having some pretty decent deals. For instance, they had a special that was burger, fries, as well as dessert for $9.99! Good deals for the 55+ crowd. When my family and I went for dinner, they were not busy, food came out in a timely manner, and our server was incredibly friendly. However he did forget my dessert and we had to ask for it after getting ready to pay.

Talk about a blast from the past! I used to come here circa 1994ish when it was open 24 hours after the bars in college. Last night, I took my daughter (now in college) and wife for dinner and it was amazing! Obviously, it was less wild than the college days, but same good service and amazing food!

Seeking meals for a variety of pallets including bkfst. Somewhat disappointed with choices and final meals. Asked for scrambled eggs and ham chunks and received what appeared to be an omelette with ham bits inside the fold and ham bits on top. Sent it back for redo but server brought it back and said that is how they make it. Too dry and unpleasant. Salad choices very limited. Patty melt and burgers were good. Service was ok. Prices ok.

We stopped in late one evening after a performance at the Lied. It wasn’t long before closing, but the staff treated us as well as if they’d just opened. In fact, we got lots of attention from multiple servers since they weren’t busy. Shared an appetizer sampler and two slices of pie. Food was very good and so was value. Would love to see them with extended hours again for late night coffee and dessert, but will probably do breakfast next time. Thanks for the great, friendly service!

The food was amazing as always, but the coffee was bitter. I a hoping for several cups of coffee to go along with breakfast, but it was so bitter i was afraid I would end up with horrible heartburn. The service was spot on. I haven't received such great service at busy breakfast restaurants in a very long time. I am impressed. I will definitely go again, i just won't be ordering coffee.

Honestly, the food is surprisingly good and consistent. Service is great. This location is great. However, recently this location has a terrible smell. Could be a dry drain or backed up drain but I can't do it. Maintenance and upkeep is critical for restaurants. There really is no excuse.

I enjoy the atmosphere of Perkins, and love that there arw breakfast and dinner entree and burger or sandwich options on the same all-day menu. However none of it seemed homemade or fresh. Turkey dinner was dry and tough; Cranberry sauce featured "edge of the inner can" ridges like somebody scooped out some ocean spray; French silk pie fresh from a Marie Callender box, and cherry pie also out of a can. Once upon a time, Perkins had fresh ingredients and fresh, from scratch made meals. Not now.

I got my favorite Fuji apple salad and I order ahead and pick up inside off the shelf. They do a great job usually, except this time they gave me the wrong dressing (not Fuji apple dressing), and they put almonds on it (not the pecans that are supposed to be on it). They did add the avocado extra chicken, and took off two ingredients, as I asked! I caught the wrong dressing at the store, before I took it home. But unfortunately I didn't catch the almonds, which were supposed to be pecans. Because they got some of my special order right and it was ready on time, I gave them a 3 for service. Maybe I should have given them a 2, but they have gotten my order right other times. When you are picking up and in a hurry, or driving through they need to especially make sure they get it right. If you are in the store eating you can always go ask to correct things. Not so easy once you are home. I always check it when I pick up.

Ordered two salads to go. Got home and found they had failed to put chicken on the salads. Called through their highly convoluted national call system, can’t just call the store. Had someone spending twenty minutes trying to give me store credit. Finally they say they can’t and tell me they have requested a refund. Say I’ll get it in 30 days or more. Just not worth the time and effort.

I went thru the drive thru which was very satisfactory. However my chicken salad sandwich had exactly 2 tablespoons of salad on one half and less on the other. Then it was piled full with lettuce and tomatoes. Super expensive for no more meat that I got.

Service was great! They forgot our chips but I had brought it up to someone at the counter, and they fixed that immediately! When we were done eating, the manager even came by and took our plates! 10/10.

I usually love the pastries and coffee drinks, but wanted to try the Friday night pizza since the pictures looked so good. However, super disappointed in paying $30 for a pizza that was all the way wrong, the crust was too tough, the cheese completely separated from the crust and was hard, then a layer of oily soggy crust was left, it was super salty and tasted nothing like Margherita pizza. I recommend getting the pastries and coffees there instead.

Reminded me of being in Paris. So quaint and beautiful inside with the smell of fresh breads. I loved the quiet bustle of patrons coming and going. My quiche was delightful and the croissant was the best croissant I've had. I'd highly recommend this gem to any local or visitor of Lawrence!

Great bread and baked goods. Wish they opened a location in KC! Whenever we go to Lawrence, we make it a point to buy their bread. Their cruffins are also great with nice rotating flavors. Need to make the drive for pizza night one day. My mom also loves their bread especially with nuts and olives.

Barker is a great place for coffee and a treat. It's a small shop, so not much indoor seating, but they have a nice patio. I've never ordered anything I didn't like. The pastries are top notch, plus they have food with protein, if you're not wanting just bread or sweets. Their breakfast burrito is amazing, just a little pricey, but so good, and the salsa that comes with it is great. Probably my favorite breakfast burrito. They sell Onyx coffee (if you've ever had it, you know that's a good thing). There is a new location on Mass Street that is a great vibe, and they also have a donut shop a little further down 19th that makes sourdough donuts that are SO GOOD.

The food was good but the service was awful. When being seated, we were not offered a high chair and had to get our own. She checked on our table once and I had to call her over to get any additional service. We had to ask for more coffee and more soda to drink. My husband is usually generous, when tipping. She could have easily made a thirty dollar tip. It wasn't that busy.

Had a sweet waiter named magus, so sweet. He was very attentive and kept a good attitude the entire time while dining in. I really appreciate whenever servers keep their cool even under pressure juggling so many tables at once. The food always comes out reasonably quick and never fails to disappoint me. Good job ihop with this one!

Our service was weird- from start to finish. Our server was rude and gave us what I can only describe as dirty looks. She would be nice for a moment and then make a nasty face as if she was not standing in front of us. Did not ask how we want our ticket split, every step of the way was bad service. Entirely displeased.

There was only two waitresses working tonight and they were hit with a huge rush right after we arrived. Everyone kept their cool. We got our food and it was very good. My eggs were made to order. I am big about having my breakfast served hot and was not disappointed.

I've been a long-time customer. I came in for my usual meal. I have always substitute hash browns for pancakes. The waitress with an attitude says we can't do that. I said you've always done that. She stomps away and comes back and says, "I've been told no, we won't do that."" She looks surprised when I got up to leave and I won't return. 1st watch, Big Biscuit, Perkins, Lady bird dinner, The roost all much better food and service.

We ordered quite a bit, especially for 1 in the morning. Our waitress, Brianna was awesome and part of the main reason that I will go back to IHOP. As well as great customer service, the food was spot on. I can't believe I've never been to an IHOP before! One of the best restaurants I've been to. Back for like the hundredth time! The owner is the best! All the employees make consistent and delicious drinks. The new raspberry matcha scone is AMAZING. And the atmosphere is fun or relaxing, depending on your vibe! It's a great spot to hang out with friends or study alone. Easily my favorite coffee spot ever.

Ordered an iced lavender honey matcha latte during my visit. Really liked how the drink was not sweet and that i could taste the lavender but sadly, the taste of matcha was not prominent, and is rather diluted.

Beautiful establishment, but I’ve had a few horrible interactions with the owner, Derek. I’ve witnessed him talk down to employees in a completely unprofessional and rude manner as I’m placing an order. As much as I love the food and drink, I don’t know if I’ll go back knowing how the employees are treated. I’ve also seen him prepare multiple food items with no gloves which personally is shocking after the recent pandemic. Please do better. I’ve seen multiple types of bugs, most recently there was a large silverfish just casually crawling around which is very unsettling. Roaches have also been spotted…

When I lived in Lawrence, I went to Java Break often. It was one of my favorite study spots and it has my favorite italian soda of all time. Ever since I moved out of the state, I think about their coffee and their cheesecake regularly. It is one of the places I go to every time I'm back in town. Great food and drink and even better staff.

Went to the Java Break for the first time today and had a great experience! I was passing through Lawrence and stopped in quick for an iced coffee. From the looks of it, this cafe is one of the most unique cafes I have been to! It is quite artsy and designed for students and those who work online to pop up a laptop and focus. There is a whole graffiti room where anyone can sign and lots of sating inside and outside. Would recommend, and will definitely be back again!

Their iced mocha is my absolutely favorite and it tastes the same as it did 6 years ago. LOVE this place!!!

Great coffee, affordable prices, and even better service! I absolutely love their matcha — pro tip: always add strawberry syrup to your green matcha; it’s a total game-changer. It’s the perfect spot to study or work, and they even have the cutest dog named Noodle. Honestly, I pretend I’m there for the coffee, but I’m really just there for Noodle… though I’m pretty sure he doesn’t like me back. It’s fine, I’m just crying inside. 🐶💚

While on vacation I ha e been here twice already. Yeah, it's that good. They have sugar free flavors and the coffee itself is super yummy and not bitter at all. I got a sugar free hazelnut iced latte which was AMAZING with flavor! I got the sugar free vanilla latte iced today. It was so good, but I gotta say the hazelnut was off the charts good. The staff was friendly and attentive and make great coffee with a smile.

We often go to La Prima Tazza when we are in Lawrence. They serve Oddly Correct coffee, and they have an extensive menu. The staff really know their stuff, and are incredibly friendly.

I recently visited Great Harvest and was very impressed by the quality and variety of their baked goods. I was greeted by very friendly staff who delivered my delicious turkey and cheese sandwich to me in to time. Furthermore, they have a very wide variety of pastries/deserts that look delicious. I opted for a cinnamon roll and was blown away by its freshness, and how good it was. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

They are very nice but painfully slow at making there food menu items. No one else was waiting for food and took over 15 minutes for pancakes and one egg and cheese sandwich. If you have plenty of time to spare than OK give them a try but if in a rush do not go there.

I had breakfast with friends here. The food is delicious and the people are very nice! Our food came out quickly. The prices are reasonable . . . and the coffee was actually good! (I'm a spoiled coffee guy. I roast my own coffee.) I like the artwork displayed including at least two works by 'Grandma' (Elizabeth) Layton. It's a nice place to pop in and visit with friends over breakfast.

The locations in Lawrence are owned by the same person or family. They said I Could not get no ice in my drink. My teeth are temperature sensitive, and they said that they could only give me a half cup with no ice. Everywhere else will make my coffee with no ice. Definitely.Don't recommend going to this location in lawrence or the other location in lawrence.

I asked for bacon on my toast. Found out they didn't put bacon on it. Went back to get it fixed only to have them take the cold toast and add very little crumbs of barely cooked bacon onto the old toast

Something about this location is just different. The people who run it must take a lot of pride in their work because the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, the coffee is always spot on, and no matter how long the line is, it always moves super fast! Definitely go to the location on 23rd street if you're a Dunkin regular like me.

This specific location is generally very busy in the morning, but the staff here work quickly to get everyones orders out as quickly as possible. It's better than the other quick coffee places in town, plus the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go too. Yum!

Probably the fastest most accurate McDonald's in the country. In 3 years, they've only messed up my order once, and that's coming twice a week. But today I found this in/on my sandwich. Management agreed to replace my order, which is great, but how this end up in my sandwich between the bacon slices is no good.

Uncharacteristic of 95% of mcdonalds so this was a welcome change Menu is more expensive $$$ than usual but worth it I guess for hot / good food!

I used the kiosk to order and received it within about 5 minutes or so.. place is clean and they have an outdoor eating area as well as large restrooms.. plenty of parking.. pretty fast and efficient service for the hungry travelers..

The Worst Nacho I’ve Ever Had!! Service was OK and the line was Crazy long. Chips were good but Queso was unbelievably Runny.

The burrito I got was amazing, but I started tasting what had a similar consistency to paper, and I looked inside my burrito and noticed the diced tomatoes still had the stickers on them. I’d still go back, but it’s something I’m gonna look out for in the future.

Drove from Topeka to get 6 street tacos and 3 burritos. Can you tell me where do you get 1 street taco out of this order it was 6 ! Might want to pay attention to the order as it’s being placed! Don’t worry won’t be going back and do not like being asked for a tip for a drive thru also.

Check your receipts! I have always liked the food, but you can only claim incompetence so many times. There are always extra meat or another small item charged that you won't get. This time, I did not confront them at the pay window and when my two burritos came I asked if there was extra meat on both. It was obvious that they were caught. Despicable practices, long waits and overpriced food. Sad cause the place used to be great. I will never be going back and will be telling everyone I can to avoid them.

A Lawrence staple for many years now This place is a tried-and-true establishment if you're looking for something quick filling and rather delicious if I may say so myself this is the place to go they offer good prices and good atmosphere for a cheap price I like to go here when I need to write a paper or do some work on the computer they are never too terribly busy and it's rather quiet and nice during the lunch hour

I ordered 3 crispy tacos. I honestly doubt there was a single tablespoon of beef in each one. Lots lettuce, a pinch of cheese, and that's it. I was very disappointed. I will try again, and next time, I will take pics. My last review was in 2023. You went from 2 stars to one. I would go lower if I could. You should not even call these things tacos.

I just went through the drive thru on 8/22 at 12ish, and the two people working the Drive Thru were amazing! It was a male and female and they were so sweet, efficient, and personable! I let them know, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve! Will be coming back for sure!!

Pure slop. Was okay taste but nothing like I remember. Sloppy made burrito and only gave me one napkin, and NO taco sauce. That would have been even more messy though. Might have improved the taste a little. Very bland flavor.

I used my Taco John’s app to place my order. I chose to pick the order up. I get to the restaurant, pull up to the drive thru and state I have a mobile order for Judy. The response is pull ahead we’re working on it. I checked in when I pulled up to the drive thru. I pull ahead and not one, but two employees came to the window and asked what my order was. I repeated the order twice. They stated the order hasn’t come through the system yet and asked me to pull to the side and someone would bring it out. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing 5 cars go through the drive they behind me, I was slightly mad. I pulled around and went inside. By now, my order is showing as cancelled in the app. I told the lady at the front that I had been asked to pull to the side and someone would bring the order out, and 20 minute has passed, no order and it reflects as cancelled in the app. I didn’t cancel it. How did it get cancelled? The manager came to the counter, stated he was sorry that was my experience and told me to have a nice night. Did not offer to make it right. The two employees working the drive thru window appeared to be experience. That might have been acceptable had I not discovered 4 employees working inside and not one of them bothered to come out and inform me my order was cancelled. They just allowed me to continue to wait for an order that was not coming. Unacceptable!!!

Super nachos? They gave the smallest super anythinh I've ever seen! One layer of chips and skimping on everything else too.

This was, by far, the worst breakfast meal I have ever purchased. To begin with, I placed my order online and got the message that my order was in progress. I went to the restaurant 20 minutes later, on the way to the lake to go fishing, and the counter associate told me the order needed to come through. Yet when she typed in my name, it was there. I waited patiently while she "made" our croissants. Which we choked down as much as possible on our way to the lake. That being said... the hash rounds were cold and hard, the sandwiches were lukewarm with soggy croissants and while eating my ham and cheese croissant, I ran into a piece of plastic (see photo). I was going to do this through the receipt survey, however, the receipt was cut off just before the store number, and I was unable to enter the survey without it. I have never had this disappointing of an experience anywhere else. It's a shame that quality and customer service has dropped so low at this location.

Ordered online then went to the store to pick it up. I get home with my food come to find out that my burgers are not correct that I ordered not only that tomato was spoiled on the sandwich. It was quite disgusting. My partner threw up. This is the second time here let me or order from Burger King in the order was done incorrect so unless something is corrected by this organization, I will not be ordering Burger King again.

This BK is absolutely ridiculous. I am a dasher and I went in today to pick up an order to deliver. 11 am there's only 2 people working for lunch rush. 1 on drive thru and one on the make table. The order had been on the screen for 9 minutes when I arrived and had not even been started yet. Took almost another 6 minutes to get the order after I arrived. The drive thru guy looked lost trying to bag it. He then tried to put a slushy in the bag, with no sticker over the top, and when I asked him to please put a sticker on the top, the lady on the table got an attitude. Now mind you. For years I worked in Fast-food management and I watch everything. I know the food is fresh. But if you had the proper amount of people working, the store would run so much smoother.

Q, Deanna, and their team were absolutely wonderful! They graciously agreed to prepare our meals according to our health concerns, which made our experience that much better. We will definitely be back.

It’s a shame everything I come here they have you pull around to make their drive thru timer appear better than it is. It’s not uncommon to wait 10 minutes for two burgers I think it’s because they forget about you

I have a daughter who gets magic water with her cake pop when I get my refresher, and on today’s special occasion we asked for extra magic. This is exactly what my barista did for me today. This location has the best atmosphere and energy. 10/10 customer service!!!!

Stop yourself from ordering here. This new guy they have can NOT make a drink. I get a Chai tea latte, about as basic as it gets, and this guy does not know how to do cold foam, or properly flavor the drink. They didn't have regular caramel so he replaced it with dark caramel and YES it makes a big difference in flavor. The entire drink got it though, so it tastes like straight up caramel sauce. Like I'm drinking caramel sauce. It's not okay. He did not at all offer to fix or replace the drink. He just kept saying "Okay" over and over. Do not use satellite Stations if you can help it.

This Starbucks made my drink wrong! And then they fixed it. They're only human and mistakes happen. They were really nice and incredibly apologetic. There was a tall girl with blonde hair who completely owned the situation and made sure that I left happy. Great service. Thank you!

Convenient to get a drink during the day after some hard grocery shopping... Some days there is only one person working and I feel bad to get in a line of six people out. When I do stop through, I have had some difficulty with different prices. I order the same drink every time and it's across the board very different.

I asked for a regular spicy chicken sandwich meal in the drive through and they gave me a bun, lettuce, cheese, tomato and NO CHICKEN! I’m furious! How do you miss that? I asked for a chicken sandwich, and they gave me everything else EXCEPT FOR THE ONE THING I ASKED FOR!

Quick service and good food! The girl taking orders talked a bit too fast and asked me if I wanted any condiments after I said I wanted buffalo. Then she forgot my buffalo sauce. She was energetic tho!! Gave me a “hell yeah” at the window. Gave her a “HELL YEA” back when we went back around for our buffalo sauce! Haha.

Ordered on the app for dine in as the hours listed are open until 10pm. Went to sit down to scan my code for my food, and was informed the dining room is closed and I can’t eat yet there’s a large group that arrived minutes before me that are allowed to sit in the dining room room and eat if the dining room room closes before the store you need to turn off the mobile order feature to eat in the store. Not thrilled with this experience

I love the chicken sandwich there's no problem with the food. We live in marshall, Missouri and at least 4 times the food truck did not show up because of truck problems. No one sends messages on Facebook to alert the town that they are not coming. One of these days no one will show up. Very frustrated customer

I don’t know who the girl in the black jacket is(she wasn’t wearing a name-tag), but she deserves a raise. Was constantly zooming around for at least two hours, and we had brought our whole soccer team. She still found time to deliver all of our food and ask us table by table if we had everything we needed.

I always love chick fil a, this time I ordered 12 piece nuggets and and 4 piece chicken strips, they were way too crispy. Almost tasted burnt. I ended up giving them all to my dog. He liked them. I will still go to chick fil a because I love their food but will not go back to this location.

Our food came out quickly, with very little wait time between cars. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious, we will definitely be stopping by again.

Burger King used to be my favorite place to get a sandwich on the go but here like for the last couple years it has just gone downhill. I either get my french fries or either too cold or they got a taste as if they’ve not changed the bats of Greece in a long time And every time I get a Sprite there’s always something wrong with it. It never taste right. Service is not always the greatest. They are not very friendly and it’s just really disappointing considering that’s pretty much the only place I eat fast food at.

The French Fries were under done for my taste. The sandwiches were good. The sandwich I wanted to try was sold out. My wife had the original chicken sandwich. The mens' restroom door was broken at the lowest hinge. The drink selections were all coke distributed products. We both had Dr. Pepper. They had a seasonal selection of their frozen drinks

Ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted like bleach!! Waited a minute and my mouth was burning as well as my nostrils. The girl sighed when I ordered it so I assume it was just cleaned. This could kill someone!!!!!!! I’ve been a chef for 26 years. I know what bleach smells like. Just wanted a shake. Wayyy too much to ask apparently

This is the "creepy" Burger King. You don't really see anyone going here - certainly not inside. There are never enough people working so your food will take a long time to be ready. That's no shade on the workers. They're just badly understaffed. It also has significantly higher prices than the BK on Iowa Street. For example, a whopper is $1 more here. Adding cheese to a whopper costs $1.20, but it's only $0.59 on the other side of town. Idk, what's up with this location, but I'll drive across town to the one with lower prices, decent lighting, and slightly more staff. I'll have to wait a long time for my food there, too, but at least I won't be paying extra and looking over my shoulder while I do it.

Really wanted to like Burger King as I much prefer it over McDonald's but this location is slower than a turtle. I was off late one night and BK happened to be the only opened near me. So I pulled into the drive thru & a couple of cars was waiting on their orders, so I thought okay maybe it will be fast this time. No. At the mic, the person said to hold for a minute. Okay, sure. 5 minutes passed and nothing. Another vehicle pulled up behind me and eventually left. Clearly I should of as well but I was hungry and wanted something quick. 15 minutes later, I called out to mic and person said, I didn't forget about you, just a few more minutes. Okay, I stayed and waited, 25 minutes later, I said the hell with it and drove off. They only had one vehicle waiting on food. Smh. You'd think they would take your order so they can prepare ahead, but no. I've had other instances, where I've place an order, paid, and still had to pull around and waited 5-15 minutes on a simple burger & fries. BK needs to take random items off their menu if they can't keep up. Seriously......

Late night hadn't eaten all day gal comes on the speaker says her manager had left and she's solo so gonna be a bit. Said thats fine. She said " I m gonna finish this doordash order then I'll be back" I waited a significant amount of time. She gets on and tells me she dosnt know how to do everything but can run the fryer and I said "it will be ok then can I get the fish sandwich?" She then replies She doesn't know how todo that or even enter it and that she had just made that Whopper and just made it up" I left and will NEVER EAT AT A BURGER KING AGAIN!

The Whopper I ordered did not have cheese on it, even though I was charged an extra 80¢ for cheese. The onion rings were soggy. The person taking the order had a bad attitude, and the person handing me the order did not ask if I needed anything, so I had to ask for sauce for the rings. Very disappointed with this visit to BK.

It has been pretty good in the past but for the last month or so they have made every single chai with little to no flavor. It’s aggravating because I am not spending $6-7 for a cup of milk. My drink is always super light as if they are not putting the right amount of pumps of chai. In the picture I asked for 2 extra pumps.. doesn’t even look like the original amount is in there..

Haven’t been to Starbucks in over two years. Had some family visiting from out of state and they wanted coffee, so we stopped by. And yeah... this just reminded me why I stopped going. Barely any drink, packed with ice, and the flavor? Practically nonexistent. Definitely sticking to local coffee shops from now on, way better quality and you’re supporting real people, not a corporation.

I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks location, and today when I went, I placed my order as usual when I left my house, but when I arrived and told the employee that I had a mobile order she told me to not show up until 5 minutes after I place my order even though my app told me it would be ready in 3-6 minutes. I probably arrived within 3-4 minutes. Now I would completely understand if they were slammed with business, and I always try to go when there isn't many people there because I’m going straight to work, but there was literally one car in the line. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location the girl really ruined it for me and bummed me out.

the service is actually so rude. I usually don’t leave reviews but every time I’ve been here the person taking my order has been extremely rude, sighing loudly when I order, rolling their eyes, and just generally acting like they can’t stand customer service. I’d rather just go to a coffee place a little further down the road.

It's so convenient to order and it's waiting by the time you get there! This makes the morning run so much more smoothly when I get my daughter breakfast before school. The food is way better and healthier than McDonald's, etc for the same price. Don't forget the coffee! She gets breakfast and the Pink Drink (full of strawberrys, healthy and YUM 😋), and I get my Frappuccino. Always friendly at the one on Mass! 💖You guys! Lifesavers!

Nice local coffee shop that serves fresh baked goods and has good coffee! The owner is nice and I could tell her patrons really like her. The shop is quite cozy and quiet so it was a good place to finish some work in the morning since they close in the afternoon!

The Scone Lady is a great local coffee shop. The service is great, always met with a smile. The coffee is great quality, not over roasted.

We love this place and Carrie and Lukas, the owners. The scones and biscotti are great. They have so many options of good coffee. We like to support small businesses and go where they remember your favorite drink. Joan and Steve Heide

This coffee was not great. I purchased an almond vanilla iced coffee. They froze coffee cubes which is great in theory but they didn’t melt until much later making the iced coffee not coffee. I also had a blueberry muffin, which was dry. There weren’t a lot of variety in the muffin choices and only one scone. But, the atmosphere was cozy. I also received two responses from the owner after I posted my first review. I felt the owner was trying to bully me into changing it. I will add another star to the review because they do care about their customers and their experience (and they generously refunded me my purchase). However, I will stand by what is say on the coffee and muffin.

My favorite coffee shop in town! Even my son knows this, and announces as such when we are parking. I’m not sure who’s more excited to discover the scone and muffin options of the day, him or me, but I’m pretty sure it’s me. I moved to Lawrence, KS from NYC a couple years ago and the SconeLady has been my go-to coffee shop since I discovered they make the ice cubes for their iced coffee out of coffee! It’s genius! Why isn’t everyone doing that?!! It makes for the strongest iced coffee in town. Yum! The couple who run the place could not be kinder. And they always remember your order, because it’s that kind of place. They sell excellent beans roasted in-house, and their daily home-made baked goods are always stellar. You’re extra lucky if it’s chocolate chip pumpkin muffin day! Do yourself a favor and visit the SconeLady tomorrow morning!

The taste of the coffee is great, but when I ordered a macchiato they made a latte. The tea selection was great. There wasn’t much selection when it came to scones, which I thought was weird since the name implies otherwise. I liked the decor of the place, but when we need time deciding what to order the two employees just stood on the other side of the counter staring and waiting intently. It made the ordering process uncomfortable. Will go back though.

I used the app to make things go faster like they advertised. After giving my order number I set in the drive through line for 7-10 minutes before I get to the first window then after receiving my receipt I wait long only to get to the final window to get my food to be told we are waiting on fries 🍟 will you pull around d and we will bring it out to you ... another 5-7 minutes wait and when I got my food the fries where luke warm at best and they have the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets and the rest of the food is cold.

Used to be the best store in town, now it seems everybody's incompetent, especially the older woman who takes the cash sometimes. She is very rude every single time, and never puts my order in correctly, doesn't listen! Even when I go through and there is no one out in line like I just did around noon, she is incapable of doing her job. It's absolutely ridiculous, if you have nobody else to wait on you need to care about the customer. have stopped going to this location because of her. Fix it!

Don't go at night. They'll cancel your order, make you wait again for said order, and never actually make it. Then you'll go inside, everyone will disappear, and it will take talking to 4 people to get your order made. Sorry excuse for a manager and staff.

I don’t like the fact one I can’t get my own drink… and the BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAVE they don’t even have napkin dispensers on the counter tops by the soda machine… I shouldn’t have to ask every time I want a napkin. This store is garbage the boss is garbage and most of the employees are as well.

I’ve gone through their drive through many times without any issues. Today, however, they gave us a burrito we didn’t order in place of a more expensive burrito that we ordered and pay for. On top of that, the extra burrito had a fingernail in it. I truly wish I was trolling rn but it was gross. I’ll probably go back bc I love Taco Bell but just thought I’d share.

As you can see from the picture, they REALLY hook you up with the chips. About 6 whole tortilla chips. I cannot believe how stuffed I am, and totally not wondering why I didn’t just buy a family sized bag of chips from the grocery store for less than this costs.

Its 5 star for taco bell food. The people they have working are awesome. There was a time that they people were not great here. Now they are back to being great. The food is made like the pictures.

Paid $7 for a grilled cheese burrito with steak. I received a non grilled burrito with cheese and rice. I found maybe 3 small steak pieces the size of a finger nail at the bottom. Burrito wasn't even wrapped right.

We had to put in our own order, clean a table because the place was filthy, clean the bathrooms so we could use them, he didn’t give me my change, which was a a few pennies but still, and they got our order wrong. Plenty of workers just no work getting done.

If 0 stars was possible, that would be my answer, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES! We ordered at 1am on the app, spent 45 minutes in line just to have our order canceled at the window 10 minutes before close, absolute bullshit.

Terrible store. They absolutely do not care about the customers. If you go during the day the order is more than likely going to be wrong. If you go after hours when just the drive-thru is open, expect to be sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes to an hour

Not only is Taco John’s #1 in food and service but today they gave me boxes to help pack. Logan graciously volunteered to carry them out to my car for me. Now that is what I call service over and above! Well done, sir!

Crappy meat and prices have gone way up. Apple grande is back, but not made like they used to. Very few if any crushed red hot candies on top. Taco burgers are good and sauces are good. Taco John's has been in Lawrence for AT LEAST 30 years maybe 40. Menu has recently gotten way more modern and interesting.

I love this place. The older lady ROSE who works there is really friendly. It’s nice to see that taco John’s takes care of It’s senior citizen employees.

I am really impressed with this Taco John's. The tacos were overflowing and are not conducive to eating on the road. The steak quesadilla was so full and the hubby dripped cheese and steak all over his jeans. Very very good. I would've given 5 stars, but they don't have diet coke or diet dr pepper.

Amazing young lady took our order! I come here with my dad often and she recognizes us as regulars for breakfast! She remembers what my dad orders without having to be told! She also knows that we like to cool our coffee with a little ice and she prepped that for us also! She is definitely a keeper! The food is always fresh and tasty! The whole staff is super nice!

If your trying to save time don't use the app for this location they don't start the order in till they see you in the restaurant. It became an issue when I went to pick up my food, I had to show them the order on my phone(app) because the order didn't show up on their end. Just come in person and save the headache. Other than that food was good.

Gets orders wrong and forces you to pay for medium drink when small cups are the only available option. You’re also not informed of this mix up when paying for drink. Workers were rude about the mix up and took forever to get a refund. Not worth the money or time spent waiting.

It's alright. Can't compare to other Chick-fil-A's as this is my first time. Nothing really stood out as amazing to me. The chicken is better then most fast food chicken, but I'm more about seasoned/spicy chicken. (Think Popeye's! Love Cajun chicken).

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to - partially because the format encourages the employees to pump out sheer amounts of food at very low quality. For example, if you get a chicken sandwich it will be more than likely that it has been sitting there for hours and because of this the pickle juice will have completely saturated itself into the bun creating a soggy mess of juice and grease that literally falls apart in your hands, _not_ in your mouth. Don't get me wrong, I normally love Chick-fil-a's menu but this food isn't even slightly comparable to that. On top of the food's quality being poor the employee's will shaft you on the portion sizes - Lookin' at you Sharron, you merciless fry thief. Since it's the only Chick-fil-A in Lawrence, I would've hoped that the company would've put forth a bit more effort, but it seems that this chick-fil-a doesnt meet the standards put forth by the other excellent establishments. TL;DR, This is a bad version of a great resturaunt.

Well I went to new one in the Kansas union. It took a while to get my food. My Buddy's order was completely wrong. Not bad food if want to wait and take the chance of getting the wrong order. Maybe next it'll be better.

Uses paper straws. Their lemonade is disgusting. Food is overpriced. And they think it's okay to only put two small pickles on a sandwich when you ask for pickles and/or extra pickles. And besides the lemonade only offers sodas for soft drinks..

Takes a while to get food. But still good food, I have much better experiences at the other Chick-fil-A though.

Pretty quick service after a short delay to confirm I was there at a table after ordering in the app. Server was pleasant, and brought straws! They did miss the ranch for one of the daughters chicken nuggets, but outside of that, did pretty well. Food could have been assembled more carefully, but tasted normal so not complaining there.

McDonald’s is a reliable go-to when you need something fast and familiar. The food was alright but it is fast food, and the fries were Good but I've had better. The staff was polite and worked quickly, even during a busy time. That said, the dining area could’ve been a bit cleaner, and my order took slightly longer than expected. Still, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience. A few small hiccups, but overall a solid experience will come back!!!!

Hi! Can you tell me what the point is of having a drive thru if you consistently ask people to drive around and sit on your parking lot for an untold amount of time until someone brings the food to your car? I'm not sure whatever kind of metric you are trying to hit for your cooperate overlords but your we are not coming to your establishment due to the quality or healthiness of your food. We are coming for convenience. Take that away and you've removed all reason to stop by. The kids can get nuggets literally anywhere. Thanks!

We had a mistaken order during a peak time in the drive-thru. I made a call and spoke with the manager Samantha who was very helpful in replacing our meals completely. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable and I appreciate the service 5 stars

There were only a few cars in line. Not super busy. The person running the drive thru window was super belittling toward me. When I told him he was being rude he shut the window in my face. They also did not give me the sauces I asked for.

pretty good speedy kind service. It’s not the highest of quality and the prices have gotten ridiculous. But if you have a hankering for something like a Big Mac, or hash browns this is the place. Suggest using the app if you eat at mc’Ds a lot.

I just picked up a large coffee at this McDonalds at 6th and Wakarusa. It took me 5 minutes to get home, and when I tried my coffee it was luke warm and tasted very watered down. It was a decaf, but it was terrible. Yes, it only cost 2 dollars, but it was not worth it. I will have to try one of the many new drive thru coffee places that are popping up all over Lawrence. I also noticed they want 6 dollars for an egg McMuffin. One egg on an English Muffin. Ridiculous. Now I see why a lot of people are making their meals at home. Cost of even fast food is expensive.

Came here late at night after driving across the country, feeling tired and needed a snack. There was a nice woman with long hair that made my night because of her kind attitude. I hope she knows how her small acts of kindness made a positive impact on what was an extremely hard day for me. Love her. Food was yummy and cooked fresh

I made a mobile order to pick up. When I walked in a foul sewer stench hit me like a ton of bricks. A sign was posted on the men's bathroom door that the sink was broken. I walk into the women's restroom and one of the stalls is out of order and the handle on the other is broken and about to fall off. The smell was so bad I couldn't even eat right away after I left. Crew was friendly. No problems with the food other than I was missing the onion ring dip and had to ask for a cup. But dear God that smell. I'll never go back in there again.

Literally placed an order online for pickup. Store says its open. Get there 1 car in the lot. Cannot get anyone to.open the door or answer drive thru. So cannot pick up my order. Cannot get the app to work to dispute the charges to get my money refunded. Absolutely ridiculous.

Barista made me feel like I was stupid for asking a question. I was talking to a kind blonde barista at the counter about my question and a barista with a red sweater, boy, brown curly hair butted in our conversation that didnt concern him with a rude and belittling comment. Won’t return! Please train your employees what customer service skills are it’s obvious that they need a refresher! This visit was on feb 3rd around 9:30 am!

Literally 50/50 if ur going to get a good drinks I order a matcha latte iced with 7 pumps of vanilla and every time I have to worry if it’s going to taste like crap because there to lazy to read the ticket and add the vanilla worst Starbucks in town

Your basic Starbucks. Sit in area is good and spacious. They have some high top tables with narrow spacing between them so it’s challenging to get in and out when there’s a lot of people. Seems to be a busier Starbucks (well they’re all busy). Food is eh. Had a breakfast burrito that was too egg-y with little meat (0 stars). However I won’t deduct stars for this since clearly the food is not made at this location but is likely mass produced and shipped nationwide. The staff seem polite and cordial. Never had any issues with customer service.

Very friendly service in the drive thru. I was redeeming my Birthday reward beverage and was wished a happy birthday by several employees. My drink was delicious.

The most expensive ice I’ve ever purchased. lol. I guess in the future I need to ask for light ice, but I didn’t think I’d only get 4 or 5 gulps worth of a drink and 90% ice for almost $5. The drink was tasty, but really not worth it.

Good mcdonald’s usually. The drive through worker today tho was rly rude. I asked for a big mac no meat, it said “Big Mac - Meat” on the screen and i asked for clarification. He said “that’s what it says on your screen” with a rude tone. Dude with a ponytail and glasses. I don’t really like this McDonalds anymore.

I was In the curbside after spending 47$ for a couple people, we waited in our spot for 45 minutes while other curbside spots got their orders. I proceeded to try and call and see if my order was lost and I got hung up on. I’m severely disappointed in the service as it was previously good when I went today I was really upset.

Employee didn't wash hands with soap after using the bathroom and I got the impression they dont care. Both soap dispensers in the women's restroom are completely empty and the employee that came out of the other stall didn't seem surprised. Just rinsed her hands with plain water and left. There are multiple sanitizer dispensers in the lobby but of the 5 dispensers I tried, none worked. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he didnt seem concerned and just said "Yeah, they're always empty." Gross.

There is always a guy at the drive through who somehow takes the order wrong almost everytime im there I ordered a snack wrap combo and got charged for it then got a McChicken fries and a drink for the same price loss probably 4 dollars and this guy always misses what I say super frustrating to go through this drive through after I get off work

I got home and opened this sandwich wrapper to find a white CURLY hair in my sandwich. Very disgusting and disappointing. All they did was give me a refund and say “sorry”. Which is also disappointing, seeing as I had to drive all the way back. Anyways, I won’t be eating here again! Check your food!

What an unpleasant service I ordered a coffee on the app went to pick it up but was walking with my dog I knew I couldn't go inside with him I asked a young lady who was given orders outside in the parking lot if she could grab my cup of coffee by the counter I told her my name I was waiting by the door when another woman handed me my coffee was very rude telling me to keep my dog away from the door I wasn't blocking the entrance she closed the door in a badly manner that left me speechless I'm very disappointed 💔

After being asked by the drive thru computer if I was using the app and responding no, had to call out multiple times to get a person to take my order. And even though with hardly anyone here ("not busy" in the Maps screenshot), I still had to pull around and wait over 10 minutes. If you're morning is running late I'd suggest choosing somewhere else.

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving at the store to pick up. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to speak with us. We then sat in the drive thru line for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food. I then got home to enjoy my food and my burger was RAW. The burger was very pink and cold to the touch. The food was absolutely not edible. After waiting 20 plus minutes for my food I expected way better. I took multiple pictures of my food as proof of this horrendous experience. This was DISGUSTING. I, as a paying customer, expected WAY BETTER. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

We bought food and then ice cream and then were forced to leave during our ice cream because they said we had been there too long eating our ice cream and they told us to leave. I was bad business o. Their part because I know that after our ice cream we weren't going to go back there and eat again. They shrunk all their burgers only to charge more for them. Very bad business if you ask me.

when i go there, they mess up my order or can’t understand me. i’ve had a bad experience everytime ive been there.

I come to this mcdonalds often and will typically spend upwards of 40 dollars, today me and a friend sat in a booth before ordering, my friends head was down and i had stretched out. A worker came and asked us not to sleep, i let her know we werent sleeping. i was cut off and treated as though i were lesser and not worth her time. She then storms off and not a minute later a manager by the name of Ozzy accuses me and my friend of being disrespectful mind you i have not been able to say a word without being cut off we were then asked to exit the premises and refused service for the future. This is unacceptable im a good patron and a reasonable guy yet i was not offered the respect of even being able to speak. Horrible service and ill be sure to let as many people know.

I had a really disappointing experience with their customer service today. I placed an order through the app that included food and a vanilla shake. When I arrived, they told me the shake machine was off and they couldn’t make it. I asked them to cancel and refund just the shake, but they said they didn’t know how to do it and told me I had to figure it out myself. They acted like it wasn’t their responsibility to help, which was incredibly frustrating.

Ever since they switched to the new GM (Ozzy I believe his name is) a while back it seems thing have been going great! Fast service and good food.

Honestly worst taco bell experience to date. The spicy potato taco has literally 4 little hard potatoes. The crunch wrap was maybe 1/4 inch thick... all tortilla. The nacho and cheese the cheese cup was about 1/8 full and had 5 chips in the bag. Cheesy gordita crunch looked like it sat out for weeks. Only a single little clump of potatoes for the cheesy fiesta potato. (For reference I ordered 4 boxes- pickup order- 6/21 at 7:18) Anyways.... Pretty awful.

Almost every single time I order they get something wrong. I have dietary restrictions by being vegetarian and can not eat meat, I always make sure they get that I’m substituting meat for refried beans and it’s almost a 50/50 shot they don’t do that. I’ve wasted more money on Taco Bell than probably any other fast food place! It’s especially disappointing when I have it doordashed and they get it wrong, cuz not only have I spent extra on it, but now it’s wrong and I can’t go back and get it fixed! It’s never the dashers fault either by the way!! #respectyourdashers. This review comes from many, many, many, bad experiences!! I want to support my local taco business but it’s getting to a point. The people who work there are kind but need to get the orders actually correct! Ya know the thing I’m spending money on!!! Today’s order was one of the weirder offenses. They got the beans right! But that was ALL that was in my crunch wrap :( the beans were the driest they’ve ever been and I genuinely couldn’t tell what was going on with them for a second. Like bone dry, like dirt from a flower pot you haven’t watered in months. It was despicable and that was ALL that was there!!! Anyway thank you for reading, I hope Taco Bell starts getting better because I do enjoy a taco from them, however, what is happening in that kitchen guy?

I can say whatever you do don’t go here late nights. I went here around 1 am (drive thru as lobby is not open) and it took me almost 30 minutes to go from the entrance door to the speaker to order and then to the window to get my order just to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it completely wrong. Days and evenings are fine but never go during the overnight hours. To make it worse is once your in the drive thru your stuck till the end.

My first time here and my last. Multiple tables had trash on them and the one clean table I found to wait at was really sticky. I ordered through the kiosk and sat down to wait since I am heavily pregnant. When my order was called I went up to the counter to pick it up and the drink I ordered wasn’t there. I waited a few minutes to get someone's attention and told the lady that I was missing my large dragonfruit freeze drink. After that I got what looks like a medium sized cup that wasn’t even full. What a waste of money.

Half the time it’s regular Taco Bell. It’s not great but you get what you ask for and it’s quick. The other half? You sit in the drive thu for like 30 minutes and your order is wrong. Go at your own risk

Always had good food but today the chicken nuggets were way too well done making the coating hard. Love the seasoned fries

I'm not sure how to rate taco bell, I mean it's tacobell. It's always the same. I like it. I probably shouldn't eat it bc I'm over 40. But I can't help it so I keep eating. And it's not great... but I kinda love it. I'll give it 5 stars.

Wish I could give a zero. I came here for an açaí bowl for my daughter who is very sick and this is all she wanted: I paid, waited (in the store that SMELLS, for the record) only to be told they HAD NO AÇAÍ BOWLS!! I asked for a coupon or gift card to make up for the hassle and they just stared at me. Then, I left and realized I didn’t get a refund!! I went in and again they stared at me— they didn’t know how to do a refund!! I explained that they would need to call their manager. They did. The manager said I would need to come by tomorrow at 9am. I DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Can you believe that. Again- they were stumped but decided they could give me the bowl in a cup but it would “take a little longer”. What?! That is the issue? Oh my. Then the one they gave me was TINY- you know, because it is 1/2 the 24 ounce cup. They had not ever made a bowl in a cup so they weren’t sure of the measurements— truly, this is unreal! They called the manager. The manager came in and offered a refund- but if so, she would take the tiny açaí cup. Which was the whole reason I came- I needed this to feed someone! Someone who is sick! She assured me that the product in this tiny was what you would get in a bowl- which, in her defense may be the case—- but that is another issue, I suppose :-) (I am not a $12 açaí bowl person) if it were me I would have offered something- a complementary item, coupon, some thing to show gratitude for the hassle this was. What a mess! I truly have never encountered such a situation— and I have been on the is planer for more than a few years. I do hope that this interaction can be a lesson for the children working there— customer service really does matter. And remember, everyone you encounter has their own story and own journey. And, when you work at a restaurant make sure you know how to do a refund or offer alternatives if you can’t provide the product the customer paid for! i also hope that someone can train the staff to do refunds, and also the power of an apology and timely communication with customers. SMH.

The management is very terrible ran very horrible. The Gm doesn’t know what she’s doing half the time so there under staff and the restaurant is ran very horribly. I was a past coworker and got kicked out because I told people they weren’t open and I guess that’s “back mouthing her”. On top of that used my gas to go get the keys to the store because she isn’t reliable. The way they handle the food and run the store is terribleeee and they treat there employees like crap. So just keep this in mind when you’re visting your local tropical smoothie.

Ordered two CHEESE quesadillas, a açaí berry boost and a jetty junior. waited in parking lot for 15 minutes just for a woman to walk out with one of our smoothies. Walked back in and got the rest of our order, and asked for the lady making the smoothies to remake ours and she was on it. Walked back to our car and saw the quesadillas were filled with weird meat and peppers. Asked the lady making the food to remake them to a CHEESE quesadilla(s) and handed her two quesadillas and she gave them back. Headed to the car and opened the quesadillas to realize there was chicken. Headed back inside again, but fed up and asked for a refund. The guy at the cash register who was the manager offered to remake them, and when we requested a refund AGAIN he admitted to us he didn’t know how to give a refund but it would only be a few minutes. Got the quesadillas and went to the car. You’re probably thinking, why didn’t we check the quesadillas inside? There was a school basketball team in there as well as regular customers. The building was packed, and there was barely any seating spots. The quesadillas in the pictures were what we received. We were beyond pissed, as someone already stole our smoothie and the quesadillas had to be remade twice. Went STRAIGHT back inside and asked for a refund. again. We showed him the quesadillas, and he asked “what is wrong with it?” The “quesadilla” is literally sprinkled cheese on a tortilla… he said he could not do a refund and said he would remake it “the right way”. We finally received our CHEESE quesadillas after 45 minutes of back and forth. The manager looked frustrated with the situation as well. Still no refund. Won’t be coming back for a while.

I've been to this smoothie Cafe twice the first time. The service was so horrible. The girl did not ask what my side was. She didn't smile. She didn't greet me and neither did the one that was making the smoothies. I had to ask for my side and the girl said something under her breath to her manager. Standing right in front of me !!!!! Not a whole lot of customer service here. Second time the food came up first when asked about my smoothie after sitting for 3 minutes. When I asked where my smoothie was she said,"I'm sorry about that and continued making everyone elses order. I continued to wait another 4 minutes. The manager had no idea what was going on, in total I asked three times how long it was going to be on my smoothie. I won't come back, although I will visit them in other cities. I've never had an experience like this at this establishment before.The kale salad that I received today was horrible, when I got home and opened my order, it was the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. It looked as though they cooked the kale. I will absolutely never return to this store ever again. .

When I added things to my smoothie, including an extra scoop of protein, I wasn't expecting to see the employee fill up half of the blender with ice. After it blended, he filled up the cup, then with literally like another cups worth of smoothie from the things I added, he just put it in the sink. I'm just confused, what is the point of even adding extra things to a smoothie if you're literally going to pour our money down the drain?

Smoothies had too much ice in them and so thick I had to get a fork and blend the stuff myself. I also had pieces of dates in the smoothie that were the size of a teaspoon. I literally had to eat the smoothie with a spoon.

I was sitting there, waiting to be helped, the next worker came in on his shift, he had to go change his clothes, I was the next person in line. When he came to the cashier he just totally looked over me and help the next person I just walked out. I don’t know if it was because I was black or if the next person was a girl, but I thought it was disrespectful I’ll never go back there again!!!

I took my 17-month-old son here today for a special treat. The food was delicious, the interior was gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure!

Stopped here on my way to Kansas City. It is now my favorite bakery. My favorite item was the Japanese curry croquettes. I also had a red bean paste donut, and a matcha brownie. They were all delicious. Their pastries are very flaky. You enter the store, grab a tray and tongs, and shop for what u want. The store was clean and the staff was super nice. The prices were reasonable. There are so many other things that I want to try and I want more croquettes. I will definitely visit again. I also recommend it to anyone looking for a quality bakery.

Tous Les Jous just keeps getting better. The bread and butter coffee blend they use makes awesome lattes and the temperatures are always perfect. Every time I go I find a new pastry or flavor of cake slice I haven’t tried yet. Just when I think I’ve seen all the pastries they put out some seasonal ones that are great with the coffee. We bought a cake for our son’s birthday party and everyone loved it. The cakes aren’t overly sweet like the grocery store cakes around here. Getting there an hour or so after they open will ensure you have the best choice of fresh baked breads and pastries. My kids love the fruit smoothies and matcha drinks. The store layout and decor provides a great place to relax and get some remote work done too. We will keep going back.

The food was great! Not always the healthiest of choices but definitely some of the tastiest. The service was wonderful—my husband, who doesn’t eat pork, grabbed something that did contain pork by accident and they were more than alright with letting him exchange it for something else. They were very kind and we appreciated the service so much for that!

We had been to another in another state so we hoped it would live up to the magnificence of the other we had been to! It was above and beyond! Delicious food, friendly staff, clean and happy atmosphere!

I asked if they can make a lower sugar cake and they were willing to do that for me and they have better tasting cake and prices for such BEAUTIFUL cake! Wonderful people and very clean, and VERY delicious foods!!! In my opinion, the best place for special cakes! I will be coming back 👍♥️

This is my favorite place to pop in and either grab a box of pastries to-go, a beautiful cake for any occasion or to meet up with good friends for coffee and something yummy to eat. There’s plenty of seating inside and they also have an outdoor patio. The employees are warm and friendly and always at the ready to help. Can’t recommend Tous Les Jours enough.

Their coffee was mild (compared to starbucks) good with a lot of flavor options iced or hot. I got a Chai Coffee. Also had an abundance of flavored energy drinks and 3 Shakes. This new coffee shop is drive thru or walk up only. NO SEATING. They had several pastry snack options. There was a line so I had significant wait time. However, the busy staff were very friendly. Download their app and get a free drink.

I enjoy their coffee drinks and the staff has been very friendly. What I don't like is that there is never someone outside to take orders, even when there are 5 plus cars and then you have to order at the window which takes even longer. There are 2 lanes and never 2 people outside to take orders so is there a point for the 2nd lane? I enjoy your drinks but the process to order isn't well worked out.

First visit to one of these locations. The staff was excellent and very helpful navigating the "secret menu" items we had come across. I'm not really a coffee person, but it was good enough for me

There seems to be some serious quality controls issues at this specific location. Staff is friendly, prices are fine, and when the product is prepared properly, it's not bad at all. That said, I've been here only three times, and two of those experiences I've been served spoiled milk. The first time I assumed it was a fluke, one of two drinks came out sour, and the staff had no problem correcting that. I should mention the first correction was also sour, and it seemed like we testing if their milk was spoiled for them. However, the third attempt was perfectly fine. Second time I went there, no issues. Three drink orders; all of them were okay. This afternoon I went back. Pulling out of the lot I noticed another drink was tasting off, but assuming the first time was still a fluke, I figured I just didn't care for the latte I was trying out. By the time I got home, a lot of the ice had melted, and I quickly saw curdled milk floating to top of the drink. Disgusted, I had no choice but to just throw out the whole thing. I'm sure the staff would again have no issue replacing my drink, but it should not be on me to deduce whether or not spoiled ingredients were used in preparing my order. It's frustrating, because apart from this, I've found everything else more than on par with competing coffee spots. That said, being served spoiled dairy twice within two weeks isn't acceptable to me. I can't rationally return here knowing it's a gamble whether or not my order could make me sick.

Shout out to Myra! She was super nice and answered all of my questions about which coffee would be the best for what I was looking for! She honestly made my day and than the lady at the window gave my littles lollipops and now it's my new favorite coffee place! Seriously the service was amazing!

The drinks are consistently good and the staff are friendly, but the way they have their line set up makes no sense and isn’t like other DB locations. It’s very slow. I don’t know if I’ve just gone on their off days, but the last few times have been really inefficient. There’s also no benefit to ordering online because they don’t make it until you get to the window anyway. It seems like this location has a hard time getting ahead with making drinks, even though they are fully staffed.

I didn’t like the mocha frappe I got from there.it was my first time trying this place so I wasn’t aware I had to ask for whip cream on top.truely it tasted weird just like Dunkin’ Donuts.very weird aftertaste.although the shark attack drink was pretty tastey.my son didn like it so both the drinks kind of went to waste .customer service is off the chain there tho .
