Stopped for a quick bite after Chiefs training camp. Smaller than we anticipated so there was a bit of a wait but we were seated as quickly as possible. Typical bar fare. Burgers, wings, etc. Chicken parm sandwich was solid. Prices more than reasonable. Definitely would return and try something else from the menu.

Okay. Nothing outwardly special. Lives up to being a hole-in-the-wall. Decently priced for what you get. "The Ruby" Rubin was decent and adequately sized. Sauerkraut was lacking and the pastrami and corned beef were lightly flavored, but the rye was toasted perfectly. The sides were disappointingly small; an upcharge for sweet potato fries is expected, but the amount is pitiful. Lemonade was watered down and a little saddening. Wish I knew more about the cake or pie they have on offer, I would have ordered out of curiosity. I feel like I did order incorrectly somehow, the specialties seem to focus on the burgers a lot more. Overall, not great for visiting, but I can tell you'd get some love if you were a regular. Cozy, not too busy.

This was a great find. We like to check out local establishments and this was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, the service was great and the atmosphere was so fun. So many things to look at on the walls, I know I missed a lot. All of the employees worked hard to make the food great and the dining fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will come back when in the area again.

Not really sure why this place is rated so high. Food wasn't bad but nothing special. Waitress didn't notify us they were "looking for where the onion rings were" and just brought fries out instead of asking if we wanted something different.

I actually visited twice when I was back in town, and I had a tenderloin sandwich and the second time I had a blt. Both were delicious but I would take the tenderloin again, also the fried chips are very good. Good service, the price was probably the best part. I would recommend eating here.

Stopped in with some friends the other night for the first-time in many years and was not disappointed. I ordered the Rowdy Ruby with fries (reuben style burger) and I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. The burger was good-sized and the fries were nice and crisp. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was great. I recommend revisiting this old-friend.

The owner/manager, Jodie, is a danger to the community. She was drunk driving & followed me for miles swerving, yelling at me & proceeded to get out of her car & bang on the top of my car & window. She should put more of her focus into this dying restaurant with mediocre food & drinks & building relationships with the community, instead of drinking & driving.

Nice coffee shop. Stopped while driving through and had a really nice iced latte. Beans are nice, roast wasn't too dark which is a plus for me. The 2 women working were friendly. Not much atmosphere inside. A bit dark inside so you'd probably want to be outside...however the shop is at the back of a big parking lot and I imagine sitting outside in the summer would be super warm

Hazel’s coffee and roasting company was a really neat place to visit! They had lots of flavors in the coffee department and yummy looking snacks. There was also a drive through for those in a hurry. Lots of room to sit. The gift shop area was tastefully done and there were lots of fun things for sale. I do wish they had put prices on more the items in the gift shop. The coffee I got was yummy! I ordered a Lucky Charm, I believe. The staff were very kind and got our order out in a timely manner.

Very friendly customer service with nice atmosphere!! A few of their hired help really need to listen to the customer, when customer specifically ask for No Milk in the smoothie that includes the dairy Yogurt. I also asked for "No Peppers" on my sandwich and still got them... Food Allergies are serious and my Epi-pen was not available, thankfully I caught it in time.

Not impressed. Employees seems to not know how to make a basic cappuccino [I overheard one on the phone presumable asking her boss how to make one]. Coffee machines seem to be broken [turning out weak coffee]. Both employees seem to be overwhelmed with the steady stream of customers [never more than 3 in the line since I arrived]. They were out of the burrito bowl I ordered. But only told me 10 minutes after I ordered. They reimbursed me on that. Americano is ok. All in all the best part is that the employees are friendly. If this morning is indicative I will not be back. I use to own and run a coffee shop and this experience would be something that needs addressing. Not a good first impression Hazels. Update: They found a Burrito bowl that I had ordered in the back. Brough it out to me, apologized for the wait and being flustered all morning. that was really nice. But was not impressed with food.

Horrible service! My husband went and waited at the counter to order and was completely ignored by the staff. They looked at him and his friend and went back to their conversation. They were never given any service. I went about a week later and ordered a cappuccino (which was made incorrectly) and I took a little sip and it was so hot that it scalded my mouth. I have never had a cappuccino or latte do that to me and I order them all the time. Lastly, I went to the St. Joe marathon and went to their Winnebago to order a drink (there was one lady in front of me). The employee stood there on the step and just chatted to the lady like they were friends (which I think they were) (no orders were taken just conversation). I stood there for a while and there wasn’t even a polite “I’ll be with you in a moment” just looked right at me and continued her conversation. I finally walked away and decided that I would never give them my business again. I prefer supporting local business but Hazels lost that business. I’ll go to Cup of Joe’s from now on or other local coffee shops.

We stopped in hoping for a quick coffee on our way out of town, but unfortunately, the experience was far from fast. Although the shop wasn’t busy, service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to get four coffees and two breakfast sandwiches — and we had to remind the staff to make the sandwiches. Sadly, they were still cold when we got them, and the coffee tasted burnt. While the space itself is charming, the lack of efficiency and customer service makes it hard to recommend, especially if you’re looking for a grab-and-go experience.

The smallest bacon egg croissant I've ever had. Taste ok. Cold coffee is not cold brew. It was so acidic I couldn't drink it. The shop was cute and I liked the community feel. I wouldn't stop again traveling through.

All the employees were standing strings gossiping. The bathrooms were disgusting- trash overflowing and only one working stall. We ordered to go, they put our food out in the delivery area without letting us know. We waited 10 mins before we asked for it. The food was overcooked.

Usually have good enough experiences here, but tonight ordered a large number four and instead of large fries received a medium mac and cheese. Did not receive napkins or the sauces either. No straw in the bag. Not sure if the B team was in or what but pretty frustrating to pay nearly 15 for a fast food meal to not even receive half of it. Didn’t think to check the bag before driving off as it’s never been necessary here.

We ordered meals by the number at the speaker, each with a drink, and drove a ways toward home ( we live an hour away) only to realize all the waffle fries were missing. When I called, I was told they hadn’t been rung up as combos — even though that’s exactly how we ordered. Very frustrating, especially since we aren’t local and can’t just go back to fix it

Spouse and I went to drive through today, (8/27/2025,) around 8:30pm. Ordered one Grilled chicken sandwich meal with a large, unsweetened iced tea and one Spicy chicken deluxe, (just the sandwich). Granted, it was close to closing...but the grilled chicken was more like a chilly chicken...brr. Tea was more sugary than that of a standard, unsweetened tea...iykwim. The deluxe was pretty good, bit unwarm but the cheese was like...half off of the sandwich. Usually we really like this location, but, dude...

Always good but never get full fries

Super busy today. The lines moved well, lots off staff on hand to serve us! Always friendly and satisfying. We had to wait a few minutes, but they brought us our brownies and apologized for the wait. Gands down the best service around.

The store in Branson Missouri has become a regular stop during my travel day when I need to work in Arkansas. Everyone is always very friendly the food is always excellent and the store is always clean.

We came here for an early morning breakfast, like 6:30am, before much was open. It is a small diner feel and there was already a bunch of people in there. The food was pretty good especially for the price. The coffee was delicious and the servers there were friendly, helpful and just nice to be around.

St. Joseph could use one or two more solid breakfast spots, besides The Big Biscuit. We really wanted to like it here, and tried it based on the other reviews. The staff was nice, the prices are low, but the gravy tasted like a powder mix. I could not get it to taste good even after adding tons of salt and pepper. The hashbrown was crisp, but everything overall was bland.

Service was good, food wasn't our favorite though, a little canned and bland. Pies sell out early, deviled eggs are popular but sweet, sausage gravy and white gravy had little flavor. Small town feeling restaurant that seems to have lots of friendly locals and I noticed they've won several local awards (see picture). Good coffee creamer options. Not a lot of seating.

Our go to place after a morning at Chiefs training camp! NOTE...this is cash only! Everything is reasonably priced!! THE COCONUT CREAM PIE IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN MY 70 YEARS!!!

Lori is the best server in town. An awesome server is hard to find anymore and as a former waiter, I'm usually disappointed. Lori is on it in every aspect, not just personality-wise but she remembers my order and isn't afraid to take my plate back and demand perfection from the kitchen. She's really what keeps me coming back. The food is.. Ok. Used to be much better. I think they've had some kitchen staff issues lately maybe.

Driving past St Joseph and saw all the good reviews at this place so we decided to have lunch there. Simple home style Cafe and it was pretty good. I like the small simple menu and they have different specials everyday. Very good prices too. I ordered the Taco Burger with fries and it was really good. Everything tasted nice and fresh and good quality food. I like the crinkle fries. Wife ordered the "special" which was ham and bean soup and it was above average good. Plus she got three small sides with it and all three were good (deviled eggs, macaroni salad and potato salads). My daughter ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it looked and tasted very good. We got there at 1:35pm and they close at 2pm. They were very nice and had no problem seating us with less than half hour of closing. The service was great and the waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

BBQ Pork sandwich and potato salad. The pork was super juicy and the sauce was a sweet but smooth sauce. The person taking my order was super kind and patient with me. I have a bunch of questions being super picky. Im from out of town and just randomly chose a place and I chose right. Thank you!

I cannot say enough positive things about Seventh Street Cafe. The food is always yummy, the experience is wonderful, and the owners take pride in their establishment. If you are looking for a yummy local spot for breakfast, lunch, or a little treat.. look no further! Support Local!

This was a casual place for lunch. We had the soup of the day- cauliflower soup, the Apple Spinach Salad with grilled sourdough bread, and a chocolate croissant to share. Staff/Chef were super nice and attentive. Weren’t too many treats left by the time we arrived. Great part of town.

Ive never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The cashier seemed annoyed that I was there...and both ran to the back as soon as my food was done. I left and ate my food on the square. Not what I expected at all.

Came from out of town to check out some property for sale with a friend. Glad we landed on this spot. The food was great, the staff was super cool. Will definitely be stopping back in when I return.

Have had several items from the menu, the food is always fantastic and the staff are the most welcoming in town. They work hard to provide you with an courteous experience. The rustic atmosphere also makes this a great place to just sit and relax a while. Highly recommend this place.

They got an Italian sub that was so good I got mad when I finished it because it was gone. Oily Italian cuts, fresh meat, and veggies on the sandwich. The way nonna makes it right? Onions, tomatoes, lettuce, BIG FAT slices of mozzarella 🤌🤌 on crispy Italian bread, Italian seasoning to kick it all off. Served hot! Because that's the way. Not really alot of good food in this town, but here is one spot you can't miss. Oh and all that in a drive thru baby! You gotta be kidding me?! DONE PRONTO!

Whenever I am in Saint Joe to see family I always make several trips to Cafe Pronto! During the summer they have the best lemonade ever. The breakfast sandwiches always are always a great option as well.

Great food and friendly service Pronto's has the best pup cups anywhere. Real whip with a bacon strip! Try the delicious breakfast sandwich. We had the croissant with 2 turkey patties. We also ordered the Italian sub, summer salad, big cinnamon roll. It was all very, very good! Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Pronto Cafe is my main coffee shop stop when in St. JOE I've only been there early in the morning. The service was great and the breakfast sandwich delicious!

Great Cafe for a phenomenal brunch, all in-house fresh. Fantastic coffees & Teas....The best homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies on the planet 🌏 All at half the cost of the popular eateries & coffee shops. I love the St Joe Wall Of Fame!

Pronto catered sandwich trays and desserts for our lunch meeting of about 2 dozen people. Every person loved the food! Thanks for taking great care of us! We highly recommend Pronto Cafe and look forward to calling again soon for catering!

Stopped in near closing, been traveling and was staying at the Hampton Inn around the corner. My server, Stormy was fantastic and helped me get a favorite item no longer on the menu (chopped steak w/ 2 sides meal). Very personable, prompt and friendly. You can tell by the stars on the apron she is excellent and the best at customer service! Even though it was 30 min before closing, no rush or hurry. Fantastic visit and will be sure to stop again when traveling through.

The food and service is always great! This new look not so inviting! The white paint is okay however the lack of history on the walls as in the past is definitely missing. It used to be fascinating to walk into the different restaurants around the states to see what would be on the walls. The history of years past made it welcoming. The tables missing the lanterns and the peg game is also a miss. It was fun while waiting for the food to come out. The lanterns added a warm feel of what life was like back in the day. I hope you bring these things back. Also you have discontinued items in the shop. Mainly for me the HYDROX COOKIES!! PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!! They are a happy memory from my childhood. I always bought two or three packages when I was in, and I was in quite often. I don't eat OREOS,they are gross once you have had a HYDROX! 😀

Me and my father stopped here for breakfast while we were traveling. We ordered the NY strip. i ordered it medium well , but it really came out well done since my steak was fully cooked and dry. It was still a good breakfast. Chefs!!! Please make the NY strip juicy and tender next time!

Raina, our Server, was great. The hosts who greeted us, and Frankie, at the counter, were awesome. The cashier who processed my bill seemed to have excuses instead of resolutions when items charged incorrectly and our promo code hadn't been received. Some of the food was great. The rest was average, at best.

My sister and I both ordered the hashbrown casserole and it came out barely warm and it was tasteless and a bit dry. We did get it replaced but the replaced hashbrown casserole was the same, yet a bit warmer. Even the manager mentioned it didn’t taste like they’re normal and my sister and I figured it out. They left out the onions. And any seasonings if they used them normally. The biscuits were pretty dense and dry as well. The rest of the meal was fine and the server was awesome. Oh, and they were out of what I was there to order. The chicken and dumplings.

I was becoming disappointed in Cracker Barrel food but this one location redeemed the last two poor experiences I've had at other locations. We were seated quickly, our order was taken quickly and accurately. Beth, our server, was excellent at her job and fun to talk to. Be sure to request her. The food was so good I asked that the chefs be complimented and made sure to tell the manager how good it was. I had chicken and dumplings, which I seldom order because most places don't make it from scratch, but this location did. It reminded me of grandma's cooking. If you're in the area you should definitely stop by this Cracker Barrel.

I was quite sad to say I ordered the chicken and dumplings. They were watery and the dumplings were so chewy. After one bite I had the server take it away. He offered me something else to go with my sides and then informed me that he would still have to charge me full price for my sides. So I paid $3.99 for the tiniest bowl of hash brown casserole that was not cheesy and very bland. And my other side that I paid $3.99was fried okra that was so lightly fried just wasn't seasoned as well. Needless to say I did not eat my sides either but still paid for them . The server was very apologetic. Very nice, very attentive so he was tipped well .My husband ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken. Really liked it. However, he ordered the collard greens that had bland meat and pretty much just tasted like greens and water. No seasoning. The overall experience was it seemed the food had zero to none zip zilch seasoning except for the Nashville chicken. Even though the service was well and the atmosphere is what you expect out of a cracker barrel for the food was very disappointing. So sorry, Cracker Barrel you get a two out of five from us.

Great breakfast option! Nice atmosphere with well spaced out seating and plenty of natural light. My server was very kind and attentive. I did the build your own omelette which was perfect. Got a pancake on the side which was a little on the dry and flavorless side.

I really enjoyed the food here! The staff were kind and helpful. The layout of the restaurant is a bit wonky, but kinda fun too! My few complaints: The extra plate I received (was splitting my meal with another person) was greasy/dirty because they had placed another plate on top of it. That wasn’t very pleasant. As we were eating lunch a staff member started vacuuming in the room we were in. It just seemed unprofessional. All in all, I would go again. So the negatives are just little bumps in the road I thought I’d mention.

We googled places to eat while on a road trip with the family (besides fast food and a big chain) and this had great reviews so we tried it! I had the club and it was great, my girls had the chicken tenders and the pancake meal. The tenders and fries were great, and the chocolate chip pancake was a hit. Would recommend this over a big chain restaurant!

I always get the same thing at Le Peep, but the restaurant recently had some of its lunch items I'd never tried at a Chamber of Commerce event. The flatbreads were so good my husband and I went there for lunch the next day. It's hard not to eat breakfast at Le Peep, but you should definitely try their lunch items. Service is always great, as is the atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and food comes out promptly.

The food was good, but it was a combination of things I had never had together before. I may love it next time! Service was great, restaurant was clean, and price wasn't terrible. Thumbs up!

We always have a good experience at LePeep. That's why we come every Sunday. Holly knows our orders and our "quirks", then throws in some good natured teasing. The only challenge is remembering what time the Chiefs game is so we know how crowded it will be! Jan and Kirk Schmeisser

Best breakfast in St Joseph! The staff are all friendly and efficient at their jobs as well as fun to interact with. The menu offers all the normal breakfast offerings, plus many you don’t find in other restaurants. LePeep has become a regular hot spot for my husband and myself to eat breakfast at.

Just your usual American breakfast and sandwich meal. I have eaten somewhere better, thus no extraordinary varieties except for their handcrafted handpies which you should try for a change. I just hope that stinky corner would be resolved the soonest possible. Attention to the management for its quick resolution 'coz it ruins the appetite of the diners.

Don’t even want to leave 1 star. We have visited twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time we got seated, and no one came for at least 15 mins to take our drink orders. Then we were told that it would be at least 40 minutes for our food because there was only 1 cook. We left. We returned a week later to try again as we wanted to try the burger, fries and pie special. When we arrived there was a large party of about 20 people who were there for a bible study… they had already been served and were completely done, plates cleared and everything. We were the ONLY other people in the entire restaurant. We ordered and then we waited and waited and waited for a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes for our food. We had empty drinks, and then had our dessert (slices of pie) brought to us 20 mins before our meal when we didn’t ask for it. So by the time we finished our meal and ate our dessert it was warm. We also had to hunt down our waitress because she just disappeared and was not updating us on what was going on with our food. Waitresses name was Olivia K. We really don’t want to not choose Perkins as a place to dine, but after these experiences I think we are forced to. Both times were in the evening around 7.

We have been coming to Perkins in St Joseph since the 1980’s. We were told tonight that they could not brew anymore coffee because it was a waste. This was at 9:45pm. They still had 1 hour and 15 minutes before close. Football games were just getting over and there is usually a good group of people that come in. In the 40+ years we’ve been coming we have never been told they couldn’t brew more coffee at night, in fact last week we came at the same time and we had to wait for more coffee to be brewed fresh. You’ve been doing away with all your promotions that entice people to come, but we continue to come because we enjoy your menu and food. However this may have been our last visit there. Not that it matters to your corporation, but it’s sad to know the customer service we used to get and now it’s a bother for your servers to put any effort into their job. If, in fact, not making coffee after you run out on the night shift is your policy I would suggest you rethink this.

Everything gets a 1 star because of your racist staff. I don't know her name because I didn't personally deal with her this time, but you have an older woman with long hair in a pony tail and wearing glasses who was completely rude and racist to someone picking up a catering order on behalf of a PAYING CUSTOMER this morning (10/15/2025 7:30 am). The delivery girl was Spanish speaking, but gave the customers name (Ed something) and even showed the employee her phone so she could see the name for herself as well as pulled up a translator and had the employee read that through this entire interaction. The employee still repeatedly told her "I don't speak Spanish, I'm going to need it all in English" and then proceeded to ask this driver to tell her in English "every item in the order." I am a bilingual dasher. I pick up normal orders and catering orders often and have dealt with this specific woman myself on more than one occasion and each time, she has been pleasant. She has NEVER asked me what the items in any order were. She has never made me show my phone screen. She has never given me a hard time. I am also WHITE. She then shoved a white paper in this drivers face getting louder saying "IS THAT IT!?!?!" As the driver repeatedly said "Yes." I received the order I was there to pick up and then left the store...while this other driver was NOT given her order. She was sent outside of the store attempting to reach someone from her delivery platform about this interaction as well. I will never bring my family to this restaurant nor will I ever encourage anyone to eat here or order from here simply for watching this unfold. I don't believe in racism and simply won't tolerate it as a customer or as a delivery driver there ON BEHALF OF A PAYING CUSTOMER. I will also be reporting this to doordash in case the catering order was through them so they know how their driver was treated by this staff as well.

The Waitress was great! I had a breakfast skillet that was warm/cool in the middle. My wife had an omolet that was not as full on ingredients as she is used to. Kind of skimpy and the veggies that were in it were not carmalized.

We spent $75 fpr dinner and muffins. The steak i received was tough, tiny, and dry. And the muffins that we used to love so much were dry n no where near as good as they used to be. Wont be going back anytime soon

Don’t get me wrong. I love the food. I love the atmosphere but when you find a hair or three in your sandwich after you’re almost done eating the sandwich, kind of makes it not worth it. But the manager, she gave us a refund and gave us a pastry. She was very nice.

The first issue this week happened when I placed a Rapid Pick-Up order that was supposed to be ready at 6:00 p.m. but wasn’t actually ready until 7:30 p.m.—a full hour and a half later. The next morning, I placed another Rapid Pick-Up order. My order showed it was ready on the rapid shelf, but it wasn’t there. I ended up having to wait in line, which defeats the entire purpose of using Rapid Pick-Up. During this visit, a staff member also made a very concerning comment to a customer, saying she was “just wanting to die every day.” I reached out to management afterward to recommend a well-being check on employees, because that kind of statement signals a deeper issue that shouldn’t be ignored. Most recently, I went back again and picked up an order off the Rapid Pick-Up shelf. The bread bowl for the onion soup was missing. When I asked at the counter, the employee insisted it had been packed and essentially implied we were lying. She even asked if she could search our Rapid Pick-Up bag. She then unpacked all of our food for five people across the counter, only to find the bread bowl had never been included. When I got home, I realized the bread bowl wasn’t even prepped for soup (the center wasn’t cut out) and the onion soup itself was the wrong size. Needless to say, this Panera location needs a lot of work—both in customer service and in making sure employees have the support they clearly need.

I just had a horrible experience. I was given inedible food, and refused help when I went to get assistance. When I took my smashed sandwich and horrible salad that was mostly dressing and hardly any greens back to them and tossed it on the counter the horribly rude manager threw me out. Maybe if my visit wasn't so horribly handled and they would have just offered to remake the order I wouldn't have gotten upset. I lost $25 for food I didn't even eat. I don't like having money stolen from me, and I think it's inexcusable that I couldn't get my food remade or get a refund. I'll never go back.

We showed up near closing time, the restaurant was clean and the workers were super nice. That croissant bread is a game changer! My fiancee decided to order stuff to take to work the next day. I love it, thanks panera!

Had to wait to get the bagel toasted with all the meals being prepared , which must be a recent change. The bagel was squished longways and I said this is not a good looking bagel. The lady just looked at me and turned away. Coffee was excellent but won’t go back unless I hear the service has gotten better.

I don’t know if I’ve ever posted a bad review; but this place warrants one so here it goes. My first review. 😕 I’ve never had such a terrible Panera experience and am regretting not going to McAlisters Deli down the street. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich; first two bites were plain bread. Not ideal; but I like focaccia bread so I ate it. After opening up the sandwich I saw one lump of what looked like canned chicken. I tried to spread it out, but it didn’t work. Put the sandwich back together and took a bite. Chicken was just a lump of cold gristle. So gross. As you can see, it ended up on my plate. And yes, that’s the entirety of the chicken on half the sandwich. Opened the second half, one lump of chicken at the front, and an avacado lump at the back. So it’s definitely not chicken and avocado it’s more like chicken OR avocado. Then, my daughter opened her sandwich. It was supposed to be a turkey and avocado BLT. One lump of chicken and it felt as if it had been pulled from the freezer minutes before. And it’s worth noting that her turkey sandwich was the same meat as my chicken sandwich - only colder. So someone didn’t get what they ordered (in more ways than one). Basically, this is the WORST Panera I’ve ever eaten at in a all my travels. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Placed a online order at approximately 12:30 for 1 pm pickup ( small order of soup and sandwich) yes I did arrive a few minutes early and was understanding that I may have to wait a few minutes. Order was finally given to me at approximately 1:10. But when people are walking in and placing orders for carry out as well as dine in and getting their orders and leaving or setting down and eating as I still wait are unacceptable! The manager was unapologetic and basically ignored me and the situation. Obviously customer service is lacking here so looks like McAllister’s will be getting our money moving forward. Just added photo of sandwich that was supposed to be double meat… very sad!

I tried their brunch burger, which comes loaded with a hand-cracked over-easy egg, hash browns, chopped bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and mayo all on a grilled brioche bun. The real highlight for me was that brioche bun—definitely a five-star element. It was just delicious on its own Good tasting fries as well🍟 The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; almost everyone said hello when I came in, which was a nice touch. If you’re a soda fan, they’ve got some unique options like a cherry vanilla cream Pepsi that I found delicious. The orange creamsicle soda wasn’t my thing, but it’s nice they have a variety. Overall, it’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch if you’re in the area. I ate again here three days later and they remembered me and said glad to have you back so quickly which makes you feel valued. Always nice touch. My first day I did have a few people Just breeze by asking how the new guy was doing. So nice to be valued and seen as someone. I feel like one guy was the cook. Happy to spend money here again friendly employees and good burgers 🍔

We are from KC and had to bring our car up the dealer for detailing. We decided to go to breakfast while we were waiting and have had good experiences at the Big Biscuits down here so we decided to go to this one. The service was fine but they struggled with the food. The most obvious error was that I ordered over medium eggs and one was cooked correctly and the other was completely overcooked. I get that mistakes happen, but you don't serve them to the customer. I asked for extra crispy potatoes and they weren't crispy but were hot. The biscuit and gravy was barely warm when it came out. The grits were completely tasteless. I told the server I was dissatisfied with my meal and why and that I didn't want them to try to remake anything as we were ready to leave by that point. She offered nothing but a "Sorry". I'm giving 3 stars because my wife enjoyed her breakfast burrito.

Really enjoyed our server Addi she was very thoughtful and left enough space for our table to chat and hangout while keeping up with our needs, also really loved the food it matched the photos on the menu really well, which usually is a hard one to come by. Definitely top tier breakfast for St Joseph!

This is a gem of a restaurant located just a bit off of the I 29 in St. Joseph, Missouri.. Alyssa served us, explaining the menu to us.. Her service was tops! And she made us feel at home... I had country fried chicken and scrambled eggs and grits, my husband had the el larado scramble... Both were excellent. Highly recommend!

I've been standing here for 15 minutes (as a door dasher) and have not been acknowledged or greeted. Other people have walked in behind me and been greeted and seated....meanwhile I can't get a soul to speak to me. My customer has already purchased and fully paid for their order, and I am here on their behalf, but apparently this restaurant only cares for customers who come in person. Just because they see me in here as a dasher often, doesn't mean I can't also be here as a customer myself. So for the staff to just assume im dashing instead of greeting me and acknowledging my presence is rude and unprofessional.

Although it was hot and sticky in IHOP our server was great! She made our visit worth it! She knew what she was doing, She had brown hair and facial piercings.. I wish I got her name because she was very sweet! Will definitely be coming back!

Really good meal!! Hostess explained there was only 1 cook, which, they weren't busy, so ok. Everything was SO good!! Everything came out at the same time. The staff is awesome!! We had a fun family meal here. Will be back when we are back in town.👍🏼

Me and my husband haven't been to that restaurant for a while, so we decided to go this morning. We waited 10 minutes and nobody came over to seat us. We figured maybe they were short staffed, which was understandable, but one of the servers saw us when she was taking an order. She didn't say a word. Just looked at us. After she took the order she just walked off into the kitchen. We didn't know if we were able to just seat ourselves or what!

Came in with a party of 16. Niveah the general manager was the only server and did a fantastic job of making sure everyone was taken care of. She was very friemdly and organized. The kitchen staff also did a good job on all of the food. Our birthday girl was VERY happy!

Visited IHOP for a sit down breakfast after church. Staff upon entry were not smiley or very pleasant but our waitress was really nice and accommodating. Their bathrooms need some work. The food was decent and filling. We've had better but it was fair.

The food was horrible. Spent almost 40 bucks for 5 people. Fries were cold. Spicy Chicken didn't look good at all, so I tossed it. Chicken nuggets were old. My sons 5 dollar meal only had 1 patty, and his drink was a small.

I often use this McDonald's to get breakfast on my way to work. My order is always correct and my food is the right temperature. The morning drive-thru crew is the best!!! They are friendly and efficient! Everyone greets me with a smile. Whenever I start my day at the North Belt McDonald's, I always have a great morning.

The black girl with the blonde streaks in her hair was highly rude and shut the window on me and caused me to not get to eat anything at all. I got there at 3am with a specific deal I planned to get for dinner food. I waited forever at the speaker with absolutely no response. Then another vehicle pulled up and didn’t get a response either. They then pulled in front of me up to the window and she took their order… a lunch order. She took forever in ordering them a few items then pulled them forward. As I was waiting behind them before they were pulled, another vehicle was behind me who got to take their order at the speaker. We pulled up and she asked if we had the coffee and quarter pounder… obviously that was the person’s behind us. I said no, we never got to take our order and before I could finish my sentence of saying we waited forever at the speaker she cut me off saying we’re not taking anymore orders until 4:30 over and over then shut the window on me and walked off. Mind you, I was there before the two cars who BOTH got lunch orders and it was not even 4 yet, even though I did wait over half an hour. I was then not able to get any food breakfast or dinner at any McDonald’s because of the timing and driving after all of that. And there were only a few other breakfast places open that I didn’t want to spend more money on either because I didn’t even want breakfast anyways. And all breakfast is too expensive to be worth it. I’ve worked in fast food and closed doing drive and kitchen and cleaning alone and moving over from dinner to breakfast seamlessly. I know how it works, and there is no excuse. At the very least, she could’ve let me finish my sentence and didn’t have to be so snobby about it.

They say they're open 24 hours but don't believe it. At 11:00pm they told me that it's going to take at least 10 minutes till I can take my order when there's no other customers in drive-thru. I honked at the window and an employee told me that he only works the kitchen and that the managers are in a meeting and it's going to be like 15 minutes till someone can take my order.

Ordered exstra pickles with no mustard and extra napkins. No napkins. One pickle per sandwich very disappointed.

Employees were so slow and rude. Was the only one at the speaker and someone pulled up to the other speaker after me and was helped first. Ice cream machine seems to be shut off so early. Fast food should never take 30 mins with less than 5 people in line.

I don’t know what was worse the food or the bathrooms. Or the floor you had to walk on. I’m not sure when the last time it was mopped. The kitchen was horrendous. Lids on the floor everywhere and trash on the floor it was just DISGUSTING all around!!!! I will not be back!! I think out of the whole crew that night one maybe two were actually working. One was one her phone, one was twirling her pig tails, and the other one walked to Casey’s to get a watermelon freeze. And the food tasted as bad as the kitchen looked!

Worst McDonald's in the city, if you want your food made correctly, by good staff with good attitudes don't go here. Staff is rude, unintelligent, and 90% of the orders I've received from here have been wrong with no attempts to make the situation right. Management and owners clearly don't care and let it go to shit. Employees will completely ignore you and then have the audacity to be rude when you call them out on it. Go to a different McDonald's.

Lame. I come out here to do service work every now and then and this is one of the locations that has removed the 25% off deal on their app. And my meal was $3-$4 more than around kc. More expensive and taking away the deals that other stores have. Lame lame lame. And expensive. And lame.

My family and I have been to other waffle house establishments and got great 👍 service, this place, not so much. Took 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. Got the manager that was on duty to get a waitress to get our order. Only 2 other tables were occupied at this time with 2 people at each table and they all were already eating. 20 minutes later we finally get our food and we're very disappointed. My son ordered the 5oz stake and it looked like someone had thrown it on the floor and stepped on it a few times. My hamburger wasn't bad with the exception of the nasty looking lettuce that was placed on it. The whole time we were there there was 2 waitresses the were very loud with their comments from one end of the kitchen area to the other. As a former cook myself at many establishments such as sports bars,hotels and privately owned restaurants i would have fired everyone of them on the spot.

The coffee pot was filthy and all of them looked like they had never cleaned! I drink regular my husband drinks decaf when he asked for decaf the waiter said they didn't have any and acted like it was a hard chore to make The grill is up front it also was greasy and not cleaned in a while. 1st time eating at one very disappointed. Great food, good prices, friendly and attentive staff. They have a juke box and when it is played, the music is a bit overpowering. The staff turned it down some, but it was still a bit loud for normal conversation. Definitely will return at the next opportunity.

Horrible is all I can describe this location as. Keep in mind the website for this location is 24 hours. As we pulled into the drive took them a few minutes to answer although we were the only people there then as we were told to pull up to the second window we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledge after that we got our food and asked for extra honey mustard which she then proceeded to get the wrong item after corrected she very rudely brought the right item then back again with an attitude we brought to her attention that our small fries had about 7 fries per small fries and were so old the were inedible we then asked for fresh fries and she very rudely said we’re closed so I have to ask my manager even though there were more cars behind us then we waited about ten to get the fries and told her she could have the bad ones back and she very rudely slammed the window and rolled her eyes when we got home our Mc.chickens were cold and nuggets rubbery. And had a phone and earbud and was more worried about that then her customers.

I'm so disappointed, when placing my order I had a feeling the workers were being a little sketchy, sluted words to start. I started to place my order and thought my maybe I should just go to a different one but I was tired from driving all day so I didn't, I I'll try to pay close attention to my intuition because I should have went somewhere else because my fries I asked if they were fresh and they said no I asked if I could have fresh ones they told me to pull up there and I pulled up and I waited and I waited and I waited but I get it it takes some time I just wanted fresh fries and when they brought it out to me they gave me fries full of grease my sack is coated with grease and my sandwich had so much ketchup on it that my top bun is soaked and ketchup oozing out the sides. I was really looking forward to it, I hadn't had McDonald's in quite a while. I took pictures to show them tomorrow, Maybe I could get a refund, there's no way I want them to give me another meal as a replacement. I always go through the drive through all most every morning. The service at the main window is outstanding and always with a smile. The could use some work with the people that take your orders. It is almost like they are afraid to talk.

I visit mcdonald's every day in every part of Kansas city, And they could learn a thing or 2 From this McDonald's in Saint Joseph Missouri, the kitchen is run efficient. The restaurant is clean they're lines move fast. People in the fast food industry are not thanked enough thank you mcdonald's.

Got 2 mcchicken sandwiches. Both add cheese and ketchup about 30 minutes ago. Literally got one that was two top half’s of the buns and NO CHICKEN. There was ketchup, cheese and lettuce. But someone literally forgot what made this a chicken sandwich. This is no joke. How much do you people want an hour again?????

This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been told their system is “updating,” and I can only get one free drink. Their ordering process doesn’t work — you place your order at the speaker, but by the time you get to the window, the staff is confused about what you ordered. On top of that, the drinks are almost always wrong. The iced coffee rarely has flavor, and half the time it’s served hot. I don’t know if this location has the same owners as the others, but they really need to update their system and provide better training on how to make drinks correctly.

Made a mobile order that came to $37 and some change. The app said "Not Paid Yet" although it had been taken out of my bank account. When I went to pick up my order I was told they didn't have it although the order was clearly on my phone. I was told by the girls working there the new owners said I was supposed to dispute it with my bank and they wasn't allowed to make anything if it didn't come through. I called the bank while I was in the store. The bank said they couldn't give me the $ back since I in fact made the purchase. I went back to the counter, and told them, "You can clearly see I made the purchase. You seen in on my phone." If you as managers and/or owners are telling your employees you will fire them for making things right, you need to learn how to run a business. I wasn't going to just let you have almost $40 of my money.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Burnt the sandwich, the bottom bun was so hard I couldn't chew it, bacon was blackened, no sauce, also supposed to be a croissant bread, then wouldn't remake it. Did an online order, so they had plenty of time to do their job correctly.

Not crazy about the food or donuts. The latte' was decent. Ordered a dozen mixed donuts. Including Old-fashioned, Jelly, Blueberry, and Glazed. The Blueberry were the only ones that didn't taste like old oil. The Old-fashioned ones were dry and not glazed or iced. They should be advertised as such. The jelly also was so strong in grease flavor. Absolutely disgusting!

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ a number of times out of convenience, but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the best. Nine times out of ten, they don’t have donuts available, and on the rare occasion they do, they’ve tasted a bit stale or old. The drinks often seem more like milk than coffee to me, which is a little disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this location since it’s convenient, but overall it just hasn’t met expectations.

Tried to order two different chocolate donuts and said they were out. Tried to order different ones and they were out. Then I get a private email sent from an iPhone from the General Manager of this place and saying it had to do with power outage, what power outage I’ve been up all mornin of that day I tried to order and no power outage went on, so I don’t take excuses as of why in two times in two days apart you would still be able to be out of. So I will not buy from this store again they lost a potential customer.

Terrible customer service. I just picked up a door dash order for a customer, and when I got back to my car, I realized the bag was wet. I went back inside to explain the issue, and the lady was very rude. She claimed that the bag was not wet and that it was okay that there was spilled coffee all over the cup. She also rudely asked if I contacted DoorDash, when it was clearly their mistake. Just because we work for DoorDash, that is no reason to treat us disrespectfully. I don’t not recommend this location.

Today is a VERY HOT DAY, it's July! I say that to say I asked for water and there was a young lady with a bun, her hair was dark and possibly curly, she looked biracial, she asked did I have a purchase to go with my water? I get not wanting people to come in and sit all day without patronizing the business. But on a hot day, some humanity would be nice. And for the record I DID have a mobile order that was made at approximately 3:53pm if management wants to look up my order it was a grande chocolate cream cold brew. I use a different email than this Gmail account.

Somehow I accidentally ordered my venti in a grande cup so I went back in and this very nice barista with glasses remade it and it was the best coffee I have EVER had from Starbucks!

No idea why anyone would chose starbucks bitter coffee roasted and packed in a far off factory… when St Joe’s has sooo many Great locally roasted and locally owned coffee shops. Just ask google for the Best Coffee Shops in St Joe. Note that starbucks not even listed.

Employes were rude and visibly angry because it was busy. And if a customer had to ask for something after receiving their order they would snap at them or throw or slam something down on the counter. The lady that took my order was rude asked “what do you want” rang it up then walked away. I definitely regret selecting a tip option.

I messed up my own order from trying to order on the app and the store manager was so kind! She showed me how to work the app properly and also replaced my food with zero issue!

Taco John's has always been a good, fast place to get great Tex-Mex food. The service is good and the staff are always pleasant. Food is always hot and fresh and the wait at the drive thru is usually rapid. Try the Taco Bravo and for a sweet dessert, the Churro is fantastic!

What you get is probably going to be good, albeit maybe not what you ordered. Seems the staff is having a hard time discerning between corn and flour tortillas on their street tacos. When you ask specifically what kind of tortilla it’s made on you’d kinda expect to not just get rubbernecked and told oh yeah it’s on corn... they weren’t and I’m salty.

Why do you make people wait at the order box when they have an online order that's already paid for just to try to make your numbers look good we know it is time to once you hit the drive-thru so in order to improve their numbers they make you wait at the order box this is becoming a very common practice with all essig family McDonald's. I have written some good reviews on some of their locations this is not one of them. They have very rude workers and even when you tell them you have a mobile order they make you sit and wait so that their times don't look horrible.

Order wrong, and fries sub par. Spend 10 dollars for just a tomato and mayo bread and a peice of chicken. Call to inquire and they are low key rude like I was the one to inconvenience THEM. tell them I'm not being rude and then they just stop talking. Professional.

So first off I pull up at 8pm and no one is in line and they say. Im only accepting cash and its going to be a 10 minute wait. I say okay and order. No arguments were had and no one was rude. I get to the window. Still the only person there and they say pull up to the curb we are waiting on your Big Mac. So I say okay and wait. It’s another 15 minutes and they hand it to me and I say thanks and he doesn’t say a word. I get home and both my chicken sandwich and Big Mac had so much sauce you could not even pick them up.

Come on Donald’s I ordered a number 7 medium not a mcflat and a half day at work using my time off bro get out there and clean your drive through Jesus 9$ meal now 100$ to fix my tire not coming back bro but at least I got to eat my meal waiting for a jack.

Pulled in around 7:30 pm, only one there. Some one came on the speaker and said it’ll be a minute. So I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, it was a mobile order so I gave them my code. Pulled around and waited another 10 minutes. Pulled out around 8 and got home and my Big Mac was inedible. Had about a gallon of Mac sauce. And I love the sauce so for it to be inedible is really saying something. Couldn’t even pick it up.

Used the kiosk, took another 15 minutes to get 2 coffees and no one was even there. The staff was talking amongst themselves!

Nobody in this place is happy. You're almost intimidated to even order because of the blank stare they give you as you look over the menu, and the place was empty. The food was okay but wow were these ladies depressing. My group seemed to like the tots but if you start asking about adjustments, whew, they get somewhere between confused and hair on fire angry.

I love their potato oles! We used to stop by here every time we took our cows to the stockyards. But since they closed the stockyards we haven’t been in awhile. Today we happened to be close enough to stop by. It’s still the same great food and the friendliest staff that make you feel like family.

Food is great as always but this location doesn’t have much to offer in the form of expeditious or friendly customer service. Ordered via the mobile app at 1145am today. Arrived at 1153am. Did a counter pickup as I figured it would be easier than the goofy drive through here. I was asked no less than 5 times what my name was and if I was DoorDash. The worst part was that it was the same person that asked me every time. In the meantime at least 7 other people ordered at the counter while I was standing there. For certain 3 of those got their food before me. How is that even possible if I ordered at least 20 minutes before they were in the store. I finally received my order at 1215pm, 30 minutes after it had been ordered. There were 3 people working the line really hard and at least 4 others standing there watching them. This was the last time for me at this location. I will take my business to the south end location which has people that do care about customer service. Hope y’all have a nice life….

Food is decent but not worth the price. 2 people cost me about 30 or more. Ate next door at la Mesa a legit restaurant later that week 2 people was less than taco johns and we got more food...johns is taking advantage with over pricing

It's one of my favorite fast food places. My go-to is the taco burger and Potatoe Oles with nacho cheese! The 6 pack and a pound is a good choice as well.

Very poor drive thru service. Did not have knowledge of the menu or how to input order. Order was wrong and very cold, had to turn around and wait in a longer line to get it corrected, refused to correct it and stated it was fine and wasn't cold. Very rude staff, refused to let me talk or leave my info for the manager. Went as far as the staff all took off their name tags. Little red haired girl yelled at my son, so very sad.

This place is always a joy to stop at. The ladies that work there are ALWAYS so amazing and friendly. This is absolutely one of my favorite coffee shops.

I love the environment these girls bring! Always prompt and ready to get the next persons order, even if it means they have to walk outside! I’m here 2-3 times a week and they know my order. I have a soft spot for the morning crew 🩷 but everyone is always amazing.

Insanely slow and get drinks wrong. The staff is insanely slow to get out drinks. I have gone SEVERAL times and each time it takes almost 20 minutes to get your drink. And when they do they make it wrong. The staff is too busy chatting with each other and I have even had where they forgot about my three drink order. Very disappointed. Will not go again and will not recommend to others

I’d never been here until I started working nearby and the amazing customer service alone will keep me coming back! They will literally walk out in to parking lot to take your order in rain, snow, shine. They’re amazing. My drink is always correct and they have a great variety of both food and drinks!! And the little chocolate covered espresso beans they put on top of your drink are delicious!

Nice people and decent enough tasting coffee . Unfortunately they can not make a proper cappuccino. Its really not that hard to make foam with whole milk . Any decent barista should be trained to make latte and cappuccinos . Unfortunately this isn’t the place for that .

I was super impressed with my experience at The Human Bean. The line was a little long, but they moved people through quickly and all the workers were friendly. Our drinks were all great - latte, iced Italian soda and a chai tea. And, I was super impressed with the price! After tax, our 3 drinks were only $12. I was expecting at least $15+ after tax, so I was pleased. We’ll definitely be adding this to our list of places to stop when we visit St. Joe.

I don't NORMALLY grab an iced and a hot drink. But these two were an easy choice. Java Chip Granita and Snowy Mocha. The snowy got dumped into my tumbler and that froth!!

Placed my order, paid, got to window and was told they were waiting on chicken strips and was asked to pull around and park. Waited about 10 minutes before my baby in the back had enough. Pulled the baby out of the car seat go inside only to be looked at by 3 different employees in the back but no one wanted to come up front. Finally a customer whom I believe was a friend to an employee yelled “You have someone at the counter” employee walked up looking at that customer before finally asking what I needed. I said I was just in drive, how much longer on strips. He walks back as a manager and two other employees come up front, still not acknowledging me or employee asking for strips. They touched my bag about 3 times in the warmer tray before finally asking the manager to hand it to me. Get back in the car, get home, finally sit down to eat only to discover we had been given raw chicken. This McDonalds usually messes up my no cheese order, or takes a bit longer during lunch hours. Fine. But this was ridiculous

Praying the kitchen cleanliness is not a reflection of the neglected bathroom. This was not staged. And much of this had obviously been there longer than a few minutes or hours. The food was good, for a McDonalds, but I’m glad I didn’t see the bathroom first.

Pulled off interstate tonight around 8:15 pm to get a large iced coffee with sugar free french vanilla. Sat in drive thru waiting to order while two cars in the lane next to mine ordered and drove on thru. After the first car, I announced I was ready to order and had an app code. No response. I finally got to order and waited about 15 minutes in line to get my coffee. At the window, I watched the young woman make my iced coffee. She had to tilt the iced coffee container to try to get coffee out of it. She couldn't. So she moved over to a spot where I couldn't see what she was doing. When she turned around, I noticed my "coffee" was white. I should have refused it. I drove away and took a taste. It was all cream and vanilla flavoring. Zero coffee.

I don't want to complain too badly. But probably one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever ate at. It took him 20 minutes to give me the food.I will say they were extremely friendly and nice though. Not rude

Pay attention Missouri yuppies. Let me learn ya’ll something. Having read the many 1 star reviews complaining about soggy fries, undercooked patties, wrong orders, etc., I knew there was only 1 way to order food here. FOCUS ON SIMPLICITY. Nothing I ordered had any deviations from the menu description, except for the large fries I ordered with no salt. This meant they had to make fresh fries for me. They were hot, crispy on the outside, and perfect on the inside. The burgers were cooked just right. The veggies were fresh and the right amount was placed on each burger. I had no issues withe the food. Gave 2 stars for atmosphere because the place was filthy. Most of the employees I saw were 25 and under so Im sure they’ve never been taught to clean. It is probably a miracle they even get to work every day.

I got my order and it was correct and made fast. As I sat and ate, 2 people came out and was doing dine in delivery to table. They seemed prompt and courteous.

This has happened a couple times now where I’ve come late at night. And there is obviously people working as I can see them through the window. Sometimes a couple sometimes several cars are waiting in the drive-through. And we try talking through the intercom, but they act like they’re not there. They stopped taking orders, even though they’re considered open on their hours as well on their menu. Nonetheless, very frustrating when it’s one of the very few places open at night.

It's absolutely horrible. I got a box full of shells, literally photos to back it for 3 meals and 40+ dollars , never stopping there again ever !! Purchased at North Belt Saint Joseph, @ 5:15 12/30/24 and half the staff was standing around.

Why is it that the night shift does not care about the customers? You spend money on food and get stuff just thrown together and tossed in a bag. These ppl are liars and not truthful. My husband and I ordered food just 20-30 mins ago. I ordered the new crispy chicken burrito, and the chicken looked like it sat all day and decided to be wrapped in my burrito. It was dry and old. I had more veggies than anything. My husband asked both ladies at the window to not give us stale chalupas and sure enough they did. Idk why we keep coming here, but this is ridiculous. They need better workers that don't lie to customers and have more compassion for the work they do, even if it's fast food. Customer service is key! Either proper training needs to be enforced or this place needs to be shut down. I'm most certain that if they were on my shoes, they would feel the same way. Whoever is the store manager needs help and better staff.

Went through the drive thru and the order taker seemed to be having a bad day. Im sure tomorrow will be better. Food was great and the new value menu is helpful on the wallet.

Coworker got lunch and mine was supposed to be a chicken Crunchwrap supreme with no tomatoes. They gave her a beef Crunchwrap supreme with no tomato, not once. But twice. Along with other items missing or replaced with something else.

Good food, fast times, friendly service. The assistant manager kayla, was very professional and nice when I ordered.

chulpa shell was hard is broke in half there was no beef on my chulpa my chips are all broken in pieces hardly any chesse in the cup and the chesse was cold i also order the chipotle ranch grilled burrito with chipotle sauce and they still put it on there anyways. and my beefy 5 layer had more beans then meat and chesse and they left out the sour cream

Ordered from the app. Got there at 10 til 6. Lady inside looked at clock and said i cant help you til 6. Waited in line. Someone finally came over intercomm at 6:07. Pulled around to window and waited another 15 minutes to get our order. Since when did McDonald lake ave start opening at 6. Was a horrible experience that i wont be making again in a the near future.

This location is very hit or miss, I have gotten other people's orders around 5 times when I have gone to this location. They are also just not very good when it comes to order accuracy. I included a photo of an order where they just gave me someone's food, I had ordered a soda was charged like a dollar and they handed me a bag of food.

Arrived at 9:35pm on a Friday night, waited 10 minutes for just one car ahead of us, then was told at 9:45pm they would not make my kids ice cream because they are going to close the ice cream machine in 5-10 minutes... So the machine is still on, but they won't use it so they can close it later. Just wow.

Food was alright, wait was longer than it should be, service was interesting (workers were goofing off and really sloppy at their work), place was messy and dirty, floors and bathrooms really need a good cleaning. Weren’t given our drink and shorted 2 nuggets in the 10 pack.

specifically called and asked for them to put sweet and sour sauce into my bag, and he said he would, then didn’t. worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever had especially because they made the food an hour ago and couldn’t deliver it for an hour. worst and coldest.

Waiting time is like 30 mins and more no one is responding just they are in the store

Food was fresh and great. Service was very slow but I honestly think its due to a shortage to people not wanting to work, thats why i still gave them a good rating. The workers they had were worming their butts off providing greating customer service and good food.

The employees & quality food/service are outstanding at this Taco John’s! The people are super friendly & make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. They are very prompt getting your order to you. Very good restaurant!!

My order was fresh. However, since I eliminated three toppings from my yogurt bowl, it would have be super if I were indulged with ample serving of the remaining items. [4got pic] Otherwise, all good.

Smoothies were bland. Called and the lady very nice. Took name and order and said would replace. BS. Went back one day and the MANAGER said there was no note of it so she wasn't replacing it. Didn't ask what had happened. Did not even care. She was loud and rude and I was just a bother to her. I will not go back. A mngr with not a luck of class or give a damn. I won't pay a dime to b treated like that. I have told everyone I know.

I ordered my food online went to pick it up and when I got there and asked for it the lady that was working (didn’t have a name tag like the other girls) told me she had placed the food at the online order area and it was now gone so someone else had picked it up. Okay, not their fault it’s gone but I paid and would like my food. I asked her what I needed to do or what could be done. By the look on her face I could tell I was seriously inconveniencing the woman with my question. Told me the only thing she could do is call her manager and then stares at me with this same lovely look. I asked very politely if she cared to do that for me. With a roll of the eyes she walks to the back and makes the call. After the manger gives the okay one of the other girls started making my food right away while the other made my smoothie. The other employees saved this review from being 1 star by being extremely nice and helpful without acting like I was a major inconvenience to their day. By the end of my visit I could definitely tell there was a reason one of them didn’t have a name tag while the rest did. Overall it will be my last time visiting due to the inconvenience I seemed to be. Also based off the last several reviews I’d say the store should seriously consider employees and leadership based off the last several reviews I had read myself having a similar theme describing the same person.

Very nice staff and good food to. My fiancé and I got the Mocha Madness smoothies, she got a wrap and I got a quesadilla definitely Recommend for anyone looking to get out of the hot sun.

Literally the worst place I have ever ate in town. I've come here multiple times and each time it gets worse. From being ignored and sitting at the box and even honking and still getting no response. To giving me an entirely wrong meal and hanging up on me when I complain. To sitting at the window watching them talk Never been more disappointed in a place and I'm never coming back this time. In 21 years in this town I've never experienced this bad of service

Caribou Coffee never disappoints! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The drinks are consistently delicious, and I have to say the malted chocolate is absolutely amazing—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops!

I personally don't have any Caribou locations near me ,but when travel I'm certain to seek one out ! Reason being is they've always been fast, efficient , very pleasant people and great quality coffee! This time I had the Turtle Mocha. Yum!

I love Caribou Coffee and always stop by when I'm in the area since they don't have locations in Chicago-land. No matter what kind of coffee I get, it's always good. The breakfast sandwiches are also very good. The staff is friendly and the environment is very cozy.

Plus, the cleanest and best decorated coffee establishment in the larger NW region. My favorite: Frozen (blended) Campfire Mocha & sub the milk chocolate for with white chocolate. From 10/21/2021: Caribou is hands down the best coffee/tea place in town. The drinks are always great & the barristas are always nice and willing to help customers with drink selections. Plus, it offers great spaces to talk, work, or even have a small meeting... Keep up the good work! Oh, and try the campfire mocha blended (frozen) and ask to sub the milk chocolate for white chocolate. Chris, the manager, is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable to myself and others. She even suggests new items on the menu. -- 5 years ago -- Always good, always friendly and great atmosphere. The lodge feel and fireplace are nice touches. This is my favorite place in town to meet and have coffee. I have probably one meeting a week there if not more. The drinks are consistently good, and the other products offered are good and varied as well. Cody is always extra friendly and goes out of his way to assist customers.

First time at any Caribou Coffee, for we don’t have these in our locale. While the coffee was good, and is has the typical coffeehouse vibe, it was the service from the people here, which made a really good impression. Being that I was a “rookie” with Caribou, I was given several reasons recommendations, and an unsolicited sample of the drip coffee. (The Mahogany was really good!) Good job, St Joseph Caribou staff!

My Mother and I stopped in for 2 caribou coffees, the iced FaLa Latte and the blended carmal high rise with an extra shot of expresso and extra whip. They were unfortunately not up to the normal standards of caribou coffees, and if we were still in town we would have returned to rectify the situation.

chill place usually, food is good, drinks are often made wrong, so wrong as to be undrinkable, ie drink is mostly heavy whipping cream.

Not a place for coffee. coffee is made once a day a heated in microwave if cold.
