The Local Grocer is a charming and sustainable farm-to-table cafe and deli known as Table + Tonic. The cafe prides itself on using locally sourced organic ingredients, including eggs, milk, produce, meat, butter, and cheese. They also offer a variety of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, espresso drinks, tea lattes, and baked goods. Additionally they are solar-powered.
What a great shop! I stopped in to just grab a coconut water and ended up browsing for a full 30 minutes! Theres so much goodness here 💜 Besides delicious and healthy foods, nuts, salads etc. they have local and national skin, hair, face products- organic and not animal tested. Just being in the space was therapeutic. I left feeling wholesome and determined to take better care of myself- both body and mind. Thank you 🙏🏽

Cute fast fresh little market/deli with a lot of organic, natural, vegan/gf friendly options. My friends and I stopped here on the way to hike Black Cap for a quick bite/refreshment. It's a super cute place that brings a lot of outdoor feel inside! I got the peanut butter and superfood chocolates for a small quick snack and they were pretty good. The staff was nice and patient as we all decided on our orders. My friends got some paninis and packaged to go salads. Almost everything here is vegetarian, vegan and/or dairy/gluten free. There is also a free bookshelf in the dining area worth perusing.

My wife and I stopped into this store several times during a recent four-day trip to North Conway. The grocery section was great with a solid selection, and there’s a very cool part of the store featuring handmade items from South America. I picked up a few alpaca stuffed animal keychains for my wife’s birthday, and she absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, on our last visit, we had a much less positive experience. While our earlier visits were great, this time a younger female employee (who seemed to be a bit hostile from the start) followed us around the store and rushed us toward the register before we were done shopping. Despite explaining that we just wanted to grab a few more snacks, she continued pressing us to check out. Then, in an accusatory tone, she questioned whether we had paid for one of the keychains my wife was already carrying, implying we might be stealing it. We explained we had bought it on a previous visit, but her attitude remained unpleasant. To try and lighten the mood, my wife asked for a local breakfast recommendation. The employee’s flat, cold response left us feeling pretty unwelcome. It’s a shame, the store has great products, and the other staff members were friendly, but this last interaction really soured the experience for us. Sadly, this wasn’t an isolated encounter in North Conway. Overall, we found the town surprisingly unfriendly, not what we would expect from a little mountain community. We've traveled all over the world (including living in Japan for nearly a decade), and have had beautiful experiences in all of them but this was one of the least welcoming places we've visited in the world.

This is one of the very few places that were open when i was in the area, that catered to my dietary needs. The smoothie was very delicious and filling, they also serve decaf coffee in which i was very happy about. They sell clean eating, hot food items as well. They have many options. Highly recommend as a shopping area or eatery

I love natural food stores with cafes inside so really this is like a 5, BUT incompetence and poor menu descriptions have to be called out, especially when the in store complaint was met with "I don't know what I think about that" So I have had dozens of tempeh Rubens across this great country. My composite of every one of those sandwiches was sour krout, some form of dressing, some form of cheese and Tempeh. Every single one except today. I got the wrap, very well prepared by the way, and said "what's this? I think you made a mistake"? She said it was correct. So I ate it, tasted fine but was heavy and not what I wanted. So I am getting something else for a child, and am looking at the menu and the case and I see some sort of tempeh salad. I ask the worker if that what was in the tempeh Reuben, and she says yes. I ask here if she thought that maybe they should indicate that the tempeh salad, was the "tempeh " and explained why, as I don't eat red onions or veganaisse and would not have ordered if I had known. Then she says I don't know, they are all so different? Is this intentional gas lighting? Who knows? I asked if she could understand what I was saying and she said yes but didn't know what to think about it. Fine, I dropped it but am writing this. The other issue was they forgot to add the sweetener (stevia) to the haystack chocolate and that was inedible. Otherwise great place and you should go and I love the "old school " natural food stores.

Really disappointed by the customer service here. My husband and I were camping around the North Conway area and hiking through the white mountains. We stopped here many times as this was one of the nicer grocery stores in town, had a good inventory of organic foods and snacks for hiking, and we spent quite a bit of money. This last trip we made, one of the teenage cashiers was following us around, and she asked (with a tone that implying that we were stealing) about the keychain on my Fanny pack and if we came here often because of it - this really threw me off and I wasn’t sure how to respond to it. My birthday was yesterday, and my husband has purchased multiple of them for me for my birthday. I’m not sure why this assumption was made, maybe it was because of our tattoos (???) but it put a very bad taste in my mouth. We come to the white mountains frequently and I don’t feel like we are welcome in this store any longer.

Aesthetic Nourishment and Sacred Commerce Local Grocer occupies an enchanting interstice between sustenance and spirit—a rarefied locus where gastronomy intertwines with the metaphysical, and every object, edible or otherwise, seems to hum with quiet intentionality. It is not simply a boutique for alternative foods or a curio cabinet of spiritually inflected gifts; it is a curated experience of holistic enrichment, a sanctuary of sensorial and psychic recalibration. From the moment one crosses its threshold, a subtle alchemy begins. The air is redolent with the complex fragrances of botanical infusions, spiced cacao blends, and beeswax candles—all interlaced with notes of palo santo and sandalwood, suggesting not commerce but consecration. The atmosphere is hushed yet welcoming, imbued with the unmistakable aura of reverence—for the body, the earth, and the ineffable. Culinary offerings here are far more than mere dietary substitutes. The alternative foods—gluten-free breads that manage to defy all textural expectations, adaptogenic elixirs that blur the line between nourishment and ritual, hand-prepared vegan confections that evoke the sacred geometry of taste—are imbued with both flavor and philosophy. To consume them is to partake in an ethos, one that honors sustainability, well-being, and a deep ecological awareness. Each ingredient seems chosen not only for its nutritional integrity, but for its symbolic and energetic resonance. Equally compelling is the metaphysical curation. Crystals of remarkable clarity rest beside hand-bound journals, tinctures shimmer alongside esoteric decks of oracle cards, and ceramics—each irregular and exquisite in its imperfection—suggest the touch of the maker’s soul. These are not mass-produced objects of fleeting novelty, but talismans—vessels of intention, beauty, and ancient wisdom. Whether one seeks a gift for a kindred spirit or an artifact for personal ritual, there is a pervasive sense that what one acquires here has the potential to shift something inward. The staff, too, function less as transactional facilitators and more as gentle stewards of the space. Their presence is attentive but unobtrusive, and their knowledge—whether about dietary nuances or the metaphysical properties of labradorite—is both scholarly and intuitive. One senses that they are not merely employed here but aligned with the shop’s deeper purpose. I,] is more than a place of purchase; it is a temple of conscious living. It affirms the notion that what we eat, what we gift, and what we surround ourselves with can serve as extensions of our inner landscape. In a world often characterized by spiritual disconnection and aesthetic fatigue, this shop is a restorative force—a gentle invitation to live, eat, and give with intention, beauty, and depth.

The Local Grocer is a good place to find organic, allergen-friendly, and local food. The prices match other organic food stores in the city, but you purchase quality at a store like this. Also, the store's local food prove that there is more to eat than pine cones in the White Mountains. The cafe provides a large menu's worth of juices and smoothies, with a more limited sandwich/lunch option, as well. Gluten-free options are available. Be aware, though, that the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM, though smoothies and juices are available during all opening hours. The Local Grocery sells supplements, meats, prepared foods, produce, dry goods, and more. Another part of the store focuses on locally made artisan goods, such as candles and that thing you use to realign your chakra (a book, I think?). They also have a place to eat indoors and what looks to be space used for events. Overall, The Local Grocer is a place I could spend a lot of time. It has many little things to be examined closely because it seems as if everything was picked on purpose. I took home some frozen bison liver to try and cook, and I am excited for this! Covid safety rating was 5 out of 5. I felt safe there with the way precautions were set up. Sustainability rating is 5 out of 5 stars. This place stands out amongst others in the region for their commitment to sourcing compostable alternatives to food handling tools. By the way, their potato salad was worth a try. Not too different from other to-go items, but it was enough of an individual experience to take a picture and share!

Peach's Restaurant is a charming, family-owned establishment that offers all-day American breakfast and lunch in a cozy and inviting setting. The restaurant is known for its delightful breakfast sandwiches, apple cinnamon crepes, and homemade baked goods like peaches n cream coffee cake. The menu features comfort food favorites such as cinnamon bread French toast, Irish benedict with corned beef hash, and butterscotch morsel pancakes with roasted apples.
Such a great find on our roadtrip. Interesting style where it looks like someones home. Cool how they still have paper receipts and do everything old school. Their speed of taking orders and food coming out is so fast it makes absolutely no sense. Great for business and getting hungry people fed fast and having butts move in and out of chairs for new customer to flow in. Loved everything about it. Delicious food.

We were visiting from California and I had read that this was a fabulous place to have breakfast. I also had heard that it becomes super crowded. We made sure to get there right when it opened and we're able to get a table for two easily. It might be more difficult to get a table for for four or more people. Both my husband's breakfast and mine were fabulous! And the service couldn't have been better. The atmosphere is quaint and described as inside and old house but nicely done up. It looks like people draw on the napkins, their art or depiction of the area and they place that under glass on the tables. Very thoughtful. If we ever came back to the New England area again. We would definitely go here. Make sure you look at their opening times and get there ASAP.

Peach's is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch all day. It's a cute and cozy spot for dining. The service was good and food came out fast. My family enjoyed our meals. It is also kid-friendly which is a plus. I had the omelette with feta cheese and sausage, home fries, and toast, which were tasty. If you're in the area, I recommend a stop.
Kim V — Google review
Drove an hour to meet friends & it was so worth it! The staff was super friendly & the service was great. I had the gluten-free french toast with strawberries & whip cream and I'll be back for it for sure. Others had omelettes & crepes and we all really enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, although they really pack 'em in. All around, a definite two thumbs up!

Food was fresh . Almost no options for anything with peaches. think that would improve the brand. Crowded seating and homey. Service was good, mostly young servers. keeping coffee cups full was good. I was happy to have oatmeal with berries and honey. Family mostly got crepes and egg dishes. Crepe dishes were quite good. Definitely recommend.
Matteo F — Google review
I am a local who has lived in the area since 2012 and I can tell you that Peach’s lives up to the hype! It’s a classic breakfast diner that does the basics well, while leaving a variety of options for people who are a bit more adventurous. Also, they are MASTERS of throughput! They can get your food to you way faster than you’d expect. I’m always pleasantly surprised when I come by how quickly the food arrives, even when they’re slammed. Definitely come by for breakfast if you’re in town, and ask for the real maple syrup for the pancakes! It’s worth the up charge in my opinion.
Peter S — Google review
Peaches is a very popular place for breakfast in the fall. Their menu has both classic diner breakfast offerings and some unique offerings. Ask about gluten free options-there are many. There was a wait to be seated but the table service was fast and the food came fast. The staff were very busy but very polite. Very kid friendly. Parking on the street is possible but it fills quickly. There are some parking lots within a short walk.

What a cute place to grab breakfast! It's a popular place so expect to wait a bit if you come at a busier time. The service is amazing and the food is good as well. They have daily specials and are open for breakfast and lunch! Right in the heart of North Conway.n highly recommended.

Breakfast restaurant
The Blueberry Muffin is a small, comfortable eatery serving old-fashioned American breakfast and lunch fare. The menu features items like blueberry muffins and omlettes, all of which are made with fresh ingredients. In addition to breakfast and lunch, the restaurant is also open for dinner on weekends. Dogs are welcome at outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal.
Good food and amazing Blueberry muffins! Steak and eggs weren't much to write home about, but home fries had great flavor. The hot chocolate was very good and they make sure to give you a healing amount of whip cream. I ordered a large milk.chocolate, but I didn't see a size difference from the small (still charged the little bit extra for a large). Feels like a restaurant that has been there a while, knows how to cook good food, and how to move quickly when it is extremely busy. It took some time for them to come get our initially drink and food order, but after that, the service was lightning fast. I definitely stop in again, even JUST for the Blueberry muffins!
Joseph S — Google review
From the outside it's deceptively small, but turns out there are rooms upon rooms inside so they can accommodate lots of people and parties of all sizes. There is no decor to speak of except some photographs of local landscapes. The menu is undistinguished with nothing special on it. Given the name, I expected some special blueberry muffins, but no. The only one was a grilled one which turned out to be a regular muffin, cut in half, warmed up on a flattop with some butter. The kitchen even left the muffin in the paper it came in! So, nothing special here. Just ok.

Fast, friendly service. Good food. Plenty of space between tables. Clean. Affordable. Did not have to wait for a table, and we were coming in late for breakfast.

This is not the same blueberry muffin , there’s a bare coldness to the atmosphere not homey like it used to be . I ordered my child a pancake and was charged $2 for blueberries on ONE kids pancake (this up charge was not mentioned on the menu where there are 3 choices) the amount of home fries I received was maybe a tablespoon or two . There are plenty of other great breakfast places in the areas - pass on this one
Tori F — Google review
The food was very good and the employees there were very attentive and kind. I would definitely return next time I'm in town.

Big Dave's Bagels & Deli is a popular spot known for its generously sized sandwiches and consistently excellent breakfast, lunch, and catering offerings in the Mount Washington Valley. The bagels are soft and delicious, with a standout scallion cream cheese. Customers rave about the maple bagel toasted with peanut butter and the unique Maple Kweenie.
Ordered a dozen garlic bagels , a pound of maple cream cheese , 2 strawberry and cream cheese croissants and 2 large steak and cheese subs ! One loaded and they came with a side ! Mac salad made with shells ! This was my first prepared food from Dave's ! It's wrapped in special paper to keep it warm . The subs were actually full ! Normal sub shops have been super skimpy on the meat the past few years in my area. The loaded sub veggies were diced nice and small including the mushrooms ! Everything uniform and I very much appreciate that !!! Loved the macaroni salad ! First time trying that as well . I come from about an hour away so I don't get here as often as I like so I freeze the bagels . Works out great. I can never get the Dave’s App to work .

This place was amazing. The bagels are big and yummy! But the Kweenie is a must. It was the best pastry treat I’ve ever had. Also had to try the chocolate chip cookies. They were scrumptious. We also had awesome service from Sheri and Jackson. Definitely an asset to Big Dave’s.

We read the reviews and stopped by before hitting the Kancamagus Highway. It's a small fast casual spot with great food and service. They are know for their bagels, hence the name. The bagels are baked fresh. They also offer wraps, burritos, sandwiches, and more. We also went their because of Guy Fieri lol. I got myself a sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeno and Parmesan bagel, it was loaded and delicious. My family also enjoyed their meals. Definitely 5 stars!

TERRIBLE!!! Worst egg sandwich! Ordered egg and cheese sandwich on bagel. This is the worst sandwich I have ever been served anywhere. Barely one egg and not even a full slice of cheese, bagel isn’t buttered and was served cold. They couldn’t have skimped anymore on the contents. This is second time I have received my order like this, will not be returning. Waste of money… can’t believe the restaurant thinks this is appropriate to serve.
Jennifer — Google review
I did not come in here to get harassed by the help or watch older staff take advantage of younger staff. We ordered quite a bit from the young girl that was helping us however when the older woman with the scarf decided to become argumentative with my wife and I and then proceed to treat the staff member that was helping us poorly, it was embarrassing to say the least. If you'd rather locals not visit your establishment or we ordered to much and our money is no good or we take up too much time we will happily visit other local shops in the area. Big Dave's ... Big disappointment
Joe M — Google review
Update 9.25.2025. I visited today and am happy that Dave and the crew take comments seriously. I appreciate them listening . I'll be back again. Staff this morning was phenomenal! UPDATE 9/20/2025 - I agree with another poster that the more you order the more they become aggravated and don't want to be bothered with you. This woman wanted nothing to do with us and wanted us in and out even though we ordered sandwiches, cream cheeses and bagels to go this time. Spent a small fortune. Older woman was unprofessional and rude. We're done. (Original ) Not sure if we got someone new but she didn't know what she was doing. One complaint would be they put all bagels in one bag so when we got home our cinnamon raisin and sesame bagels smelled and had the taste of the onion ones.

We decided to try 27 North. We put in a reservation online, which was a big reason why I picked this place. I figured it would be slammed on a Sunday in July. The menu was awesome, with tons of breakfast and lunch options. I had a chocolate milk and the Fungus Kancamungus wrap. My partner had the turkey club and tots and loved them both. The atmosphere is so cute and loved the rolling pan wall. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing in all categories! I called after waiting at a restaurant on the main road for 40 minutes of a “20 minute wait”. My morning turned around quickly when they answered and said they could seat me right away. The bartender was friendly and the best kind of quirky! I got the donut holes to start and they were fresh and delicious. The omelet was hands down the best I have ever had. This place deserves to be on the main road!
Julie G — Google review
Stopped in for breakfast around 10am. There was no waiting. We ordered a Full Monty and the Biscuit and Sausage Gravy special. When they brought out the plates, my jaw dropped. The special was a mini skillet with one biscuit and approximately 3 tablespoons of gravy. I immediately asked the waitress if they were serious about this dish. It was barely enough food for a child. The waitress was great. She spoke to the owner about my concern with the price of $18 and no warning that it was tiny. The owner sent the waitress back out to tell us that it was appropriately priced and if we wanted to email her, she would be happy to give us her card. The owner didn’t even have the decency to come to the table to explain or apologize or even argue. I’m so disappointed. I WILL NOT be back. The lack of respect for customers (and her server) by the owner was unbelievable.

The food here is pretty good and the drinks are good! Unfortunately the staff is absolutely horrendous and so rude. We made A reservation two hours in advance for 14 people to which they said they could absolutely accommodate us. To our displeasure when we arrived, the hostess who was extremely rude the second we arrived for no reason lied straight to our face and told us that the head of our party called and switched the reservation to 10 people which again, was an absolute blatant lie, and they refused to seat us. Then when the party arrived (which was a wedding party) the extremely rude hostess separated our party and carelessly said some of us could sit at the bar while the rest of the party got seated all the way on the opposite end of the restaurant. The bartender was extremely unpleasant when the bride went to notify her that there were STILL not enough chairs at the table that they said could seat 12 (they put 10 chairs there). She immediately gave the bride attitude saying “well what do you want me to do?!” In an extremely hostile tone of voice. The bride tried explaining that they needed two more chairs because there were only 10 seats at the table for 12! The bartender continued to argue saying that we had more than 14 people in our party if we needed more chairs and would not even let the bride get a word in to explain that they only had 10 seats at the table they told us could seat 12. At that point the bride was extremely upset on her wedding day and had enough so she told the bartender they would be leaving. On the party’s way out the bartender and hostess began clapping as we left, which was extremely unprofessional and rude, and the bartender went to shake the groom’s hand and tell him good luck for marrying the bride in a very rude way. unfortunately for our waiter who was extremely kind and professional, he lost out on a huge tip because of his immature coworkers who did not want to do their job. We feel horrible for a waiter who deserved nothing but the best in this situation and hope that he gets all the tips in the future!! We have also heard they can be combative about reviews so we are expecting them to respond poorly to this rather than fixing their poor behavior.

My fiancée and I were looking for a last minute breakfast spot after checking out of our hotel in North Conway and she found 27 North. couldn’t have picked a better spot! The food was amazing, our waitress Ashley was fantastic (as was the rest of the staff we encountered), and the vibe there is just so cozy and relaxed. Already told them it was the best breakfast we’ve had up here to date, and we will 100% be back!

Always great food whenever we come here. And they still seated us on a Monday afternoon even though they are starting the slower season. Instead of closing early, like another local restaurant did, they "wanted to maintain consistency in their hours." We were very pleased!

Priscilla's is a family-owned restaurant in a resort town with many options. They serve delightfully hearty comfort food classics including all-day breakfast and lunch options. The brunch was reasonably priced, with less wait than would have been encountered at other breakfast restaurants in the area. Friendly staff makes it a repeat destination!
Walked over for a solo breakfast early on a Sunday morning and found a small kitchen gem. Generous portions of good food, made with good ingredients, served quickly with a smile! I went with two scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, and added a side of sausage. I had enough to bring some back to the condo for a snack. Table and counter service. Small room but they make great use of all the space. Loved the tables for two setup. Hostess remarked how many people still ask for ketchup. 😂 Our brains aren’t trained to look up!

When they serve breakfast in Heaven, this is what it is like! I don't even know where to begin. So, I'll start like they do, at Priscilla's "Happy Good morning!" From there, it's straight to a seat for hot coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice! Yes, fresh squeezed! All before your coat is off. Now the best part! Look around, take in all the amazing glory of knic-knacks and scenery. From my seat, I could even see Cathedral Ledge. So I was wrong. This is the best part! Here comes your breakfast hot cooked perfectly and fills the whole plate. Enjoy! We did, and my wife said that was the best eggs, Benny she has ever had! I also have to say my food was also second to none. Thank you, Priscilla's!

A hidden gem ! Located at the back of a parking lot so don’t miss it ! GREAT service, great food, some reviews suggest small portion sizes but we were all stuffed and comfortable while leaving! Staff is friendly and even gave us fresh to-go coffee’s free of charge ! Arrived with our two toddlers and we felt very welcome and comfortable. No wait even though the place was packed! Will definitely keep this place in mind when we drive through New Hampshire in the future!

My family had breakfast here this morning and was very happy with it. My wife commented on how her eggs where absolutely perfectly over easy.... my son for the first time in his life polished off his plate of French toast.... my daughter coming In a close second and best of all, the atmosphere was very warm. The hostess who i can only assume either owns the place or is somehow related to them was great. She had a great attitude, came over to the table to ask my kids if they were enjoying their time in North Conway. All in all we will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in town.

Solid diner food and great atmosphere, but the staff was rough. Our server was very curt and not conversational in the slightest, and she also made some incredibly rude remarks to the elderly couple next to us about how much trouble it would be to brew decaf coffee for them. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but just be respectful, it's not hard and it's your job. I would, however, recommend the food and atmosphere!

Excellent breakfast omelettes and home fries. Friendly and attentive service. Homey atmosphere was bustling but not loud. Everyone hosts and guests were very polite. Also easy parking compared to other spots in North Conway.

Hands down the best breakfast place in N.Conway. This ‘hidden’ Jen is diagonally across from Peaches in a plaza, set back. It’s sooooooo yummy. I say you can’t mess up eggs but I had no idea how amazing this omelette would be. Fluffy, perfect amount of cheese- in like every bite. Super amazing staff too. Our server was friendly & attentive.

The women absolutely loved this place and it was really nice, super friendly and attentive! The decor is super cool (even the rest rooms), I instantly thought of my sister in law who would go nuts over this place. We only had one really big eater so we got him two meals. The portions weren't huge but really delicious and was plenty for an average person. This place is more about presentation and quality. It's right on the main road with tons of parking being tucked in the back of the lot you might miss it.

The Metropolitan Coffeehouse is a charming cafe located in North Conway, NH. It offers a delightful High Tea experience and serves specialty coffee, crêpes, and gelato in an art-filled setting with sidewalk seating. The inviting atmosphere is adorned with captivating artwork, creating the perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon. Additionally, it doubles as an art gallery and wireless hub where guests can relax indoors on comfortable couches or enjoy the outdoor seating while watching the world go by.
Beautiful art you can purchase. The lunch sandwiches are big and filling. Everything tasted fresh. The inside is clean, the tables are upstairs are awesome. Disappointed that there were no recycling bins, trash only (especially since every single drink in the cooler is in a plastic bottle). Other than that, a great lunch experience.

I love this place! Who knew on my travels that i would have coffee at the best coffee house in NH?! The staff friendly and very accommodating for me requiring decaf. The scones and parfait very good. Highly recommend. They even sell art from local artists.
Valyna G — Google review
Cute place with pretty good breakfast sandwiches, but the coffee is awful. I got the vegan Saco sammie and it was really good. The “cappuccino” I got tasted like someone sneezed a drop of stale coffee into watery milk. The baristas need to learn how to pull espresso shots if they are going to offer espresso based drinks, especially with the prices they are charging - it was $5.25 right into the garbage. Overall, good breakfast sandwiches but horrible espresso. Cute cafe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I went for the Vegan Saco Breakfast. And it was delicious. Very densely packed. So a little deceiving at first in terms of volume or quantity. It was more than enough. Nice coffee too. Lovely ambiance too with lots of photos and paintings. Excellent service too.

We were in line to get breakfast and the clock struck 12:01 while in line. The server said they no longer served breakfast but we could order deli sandwiches instead. We notified her that my wife was pregnant and can’t eat deli meat. Walked away with a half ass sorry. We are here on vacation; didn’t know they stopped serving breakfast at a certain time; which I guess is my fault. Honestly as good as the food may be their policy is ridiculous; especially considering we were there before lunch “started”. As someone who’s worked in a restaurant, one minutes does not constitute a full kitchen flip to lunch…especially a place that already makes sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Find another option, would not recommend.

The Met has got to be one of the best coffee shops in this whole area of New Hampshire. Last time we visited, people told us about this place, so when we came back, we gave it a shot and were very impressed! This is right in the center of all the action in North Conway, it’s a 2-story coffeehouse with a great selection of food and drinks, great service, and a really nice atmosphere both inside and out. We got a mango smoothie, white peach cream lotus energy drink, and their hot gingerbread apple cider. The apple cider was AWESOME - one of the best we ever had. The mango smoothie was exactly what we wanted (really good) and the energy drink was awesome! It’s way better than canned energy drinks you get at the store. We had already eaten lunch beforehand so we didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it looked really good on the menu, so we’ll have to try that next time. All in all, great place - you’ll definitely enjoy it!!

The bagels are praised for their amazing flavor and chew, making them a favorite in the region. The shop offers unique flavors like whole wheat sesame, peanut butter and chocolate, and spinach and garlic. Visitors love the friendly service and speedy delivery of fresh homemade bagels.
Unfortunately for us, we will never be able to eat another regular croissant or bagel now that we’ve had boissants. We will have to drive 7 hours to get them…and they are worth it. Great place, great service, great selections, but the boissant is the baked gem you didn’t know you needed in your life.

Great food, great coffee, great service! Came here for the gluten free bagels and they did not disappoint! There were multiple signs posted as reminders that it’s a high gluten space, but based off reviews I saw, I trusted they knew what they were doing- and they did! I have celiac and I’m very sensitive and I had no issues. They even had packs of frozen bagels to take home. I’m very thankful for places like this, especially when traveling. Keep it up Bagels Plus!

I was there twice actually in one week . I had the Breakfast Bagel with Veggie Sausage one time and the Everything Bagel with Scallion Flavoured Cream Cheese the other time. Both were delicious. The bagel bar is run by locals so it is authentic New Hampshire. Excellent and super efficient service. 1950’s decor too.

Great bagel options! I wish I could try all of them, especially the ones I never see around the North Shore Massachusetts area. The McDonald's restaurant is a classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its burgers and fries. The interior of the restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are also clean. Everything was awesome until they messed up my order a bit. I asked for no meat in my cheese burger and extra tomato & lettuce, but they added bacon and no tomatoes. But they fixed it later. The service overall was good and workers were nice. The food was amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻 🤗. (They also have free WiFi which is pretty cool))

Asked for no cheese in my bigmac. Got cheese. Looks like someone ate half of my medium fries. At least it was hot, but way too salty. Took more than 10 minutes to get our meals, even though it was near noon and no one's before us.
Lisa-Kim L — Google review
I ordered a very simple takeout meal and after waiting patiently for 20 minutes. I went inside to find out what is going on as the place was very slow. No one knew where my meal was. The manager looked like he should’ve been the janitor, If he had been promoted. Nothing like the black gentleman that used to run that location. employees were all over the place, and when they finally located my meal, they nearly threw it at me, like it was my fault. When I asked the manager for his name, he got busy turned and walked away. I cannot believe McDonald’s has a manager running a store like this. Tail wagging the dog here. First time trying their app and the results are horrid. I know McDonald’s food is what it is but getting it, ice cold with a lot of attitude from a foreigner. Is a bit much.

At 9:50 AM I counted 15 cars at the drive through. Atrociously tiny portions compared to other locations, same can be said for the long wait time
Alicja — Google review
Not a terrible McDonald's, really love the food and sometimes the service, but the last time I went here it took them 30 minutes to make one chocolate shake, asked if it was one the way to three different people but I presume they'd forgotten it those three times. Food is good but the shakes and coffees are unreliable, it may take like 20 minutes to get either of them depending on the staff.
Jaddon E — Google review
I've only used the drive-thru recently so I can't speak of the interior. It is what you would expect from McDonald's. My fries were hot, soda was perfect and my Mcflurry was as expected. Usually it is pretty quick, although the wait at my most recent visit was unusually long. No mention or apology from the staff for a 10 minute wait...

Place looks like an iconic old-styled mcdonalds. It has a ski resort kind of dining on the other half and on the other an old fashioned seating. If you place an order via the app on a weekend after 9am prepare to wait 10-20 minutes or longer. I placed an order and it wasn’t ready until 40 minutes later. I had omelet egg white bites, a croissant and two coffees. I thought it was being smart by using the app to order ahead, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I think the drive thru was much faster and was prioritized because the entire Starbucks was filled with probably 20-30 people. Not the ideal experience, but the food and drinks were solid. Probably won’t be visiting this Starbucks anymore on a weekend or after 9am.
Patrick — Google review
I frequent this location very often. 4 times per week average probably. They are getting more inconsistent and kinda rude by the day. Today I questioned if he used non- fat milk because drink looked unusually light. A rude " Yup" was the reply. Yesterday I gave my usual order that includes an " extra splash non-fat" and it didn't even get added to my order. Guy taking drive thru orders is more worried about having fun than getting orders correct. So far Gabby and Alex have been great. Others not so much. Also furniture is junk. Needs replacement.
Richard D — Google review
Had a couple of nice experiences but lately drinks are not being made to order. I’ve ordered cold foam 3 times now and it’s not given to me. No “we are out of stock” or anything . & considering it’s an extra $1.50 it’s getting a little absurd . I’ve also replaced oat milk for breve & my husband definitely received oat milk . For coffees that are almost $10…. I want them made right .
Macayla L — Google review
Sigh… my daily stop. Been coming here for 8 plus years it feels! Miss the old staff. New staff not very nice or professional. Gave me a half cup of coffee (grande size) and topped the rest with whipped cream 😂. I mean definitely a childish thing to do. But the fact I was only person in line… so no rush…. Makes it even more annoying. $7 for a Coffee… no problem… but it’s half full and Taste kinda old and bitter doesn’t seem right. I have been a barista in the past and I understand the pressure that you get from all the orders that pour in and sometimes not all the customers are very nice…. But unfortunately, that’s the name of the game so if you can’t handle it, maybe you should get a different job. I really hope someone in upper management takes these reviews into consideration and properly retrains the staff.
S S — Google review
It's a Starbucks. Some are better than others. This one is okay however on our most recent visit the staff were very rude. A thank you goes a long way. Will take my visit to the met or even dunkin' donuts for that matter.

We ordered ahead. We waited for 45 minutes. While people in the drive through got coffee right away. It was very understaffed. The employees didn't work with any type of purposes. Worst experience ive ever had at Starbucks in my life.
Phil S — Google review
Starbucks has spiraled to the bottom of the barrel. The management quit and now, on a good day, the customer can wait in a line at the drive through. Customers cannot enter the building and remote orders are not possible. After this fiasco, this business will never be the same. In fact, it may spiral into irreversible oblivion. This also demonstrates the poor approach of regional management regarding a speedy resolution before it is too late. Too bad for the remaining employees because they work diligently and tolerate much nonsense from a handful of customers. Recovering! Since my last review there have been massive positive changes. It has virtually changed back to the venue I remember from 2014. First, open the correct advertised hours. Second, open for mobile orders. Third, fully staffed. Fourth, much reduced wait time. Keep it up!

The most unique dunks experience I got the honor to be apart of, and that’s coming from someone who has had countless memorable dunks experiences. After twenty minutes of waiting, the sole employee emerged from a location in which none of the 7 other customers could identify. He then proudly took the first order and with dignity handed those faithful people who had waited for even longer than I, nine of their ten munchkins. Finally, I am next to bat. I give this impeccable server the order I’ve given to countless other employees of the remarkable franchise and step to the side to await its arrival. And wait. And wait just a tinge more. And finally I see it, only to find it is the order of those after me. “Oh, just yell at me next time” he shouts from across the counter upon the realization that I am still standing there. Well sir, if I had only known that you were going to skip my order and go straight to the folks behind me. But this man then immediately begins my order after me standing there for a mere half an hour and hands it to me with the styrofoam around it so mind hand does not quiver in coldness on this 80 degree day. So no, it was not perfect, it certainly wasn’t timely, but the only employee of the dunks inside a Walmart demonstrated care through and through.

Dirty, slow, rude, gross Opted for drive thru on my way to work to grab a quick bite, ordering an impossible burger for myself & a double cheeseburger for my coworker. Was told to exit the drive thru line & wait for my food to be brought out... waiting, waiting, waiting... this is fast food right? Go inside & ask a supervisor what is taking so long, Im now running late for work! Attitude for days, apparently the delay is my fault for ordering an impossible burger... wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, finally get my food & hightail it out of there Arrive at work to find a bizarre rock hard patty, inedible... straight in the trash after one bite which I had to spit out Won't be back, ever.

Visited this on a whim after we spent too much time shopping and were not going to be able to make dinner in a timely manner. The staff is super patient. Lines get EXTREMELY long and it helps if you order ahead. Whopper Jr’s are much smaller than I remember but I was full after eating it. Given they don’t have enough staff they close the dining room and only work through drive-thru.

We stopped here for the first time in years. I wish we had stopped in sooner. The owners of fantastic and go out of their way to be helpful. Their food is delicious and their coffees are wonderful. They were out of a certain cake however the woman behind the counter told me to give her 20 minutes. She was able to defrost a piece of cake that they had run out of for me. I didn't mind that it was still a little Frozen it was the whole idea that someone would go out of their way to help a customer like that!

Cafe Italia is an absolute gem! The owners are 100% Italian, and you can feel the authenticity in everything they do. The breakfast is incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Their coffee is rich and smooth, just like you’d get in Italy, and the pastries are out of this world—light, delicious, and clearly homemade. The atmosphere is welcoming and charming, and you can tell they put their heart into the place. If you want amazing food, real Italian hospitality, and the best pastries and coffee around, Cafe Italia is the spot!

We’ve stopped at local coffee shops our entire 12-day stay — this was my favorite. I had an iced latte. So good. Sweet couple doing a great job of running the whole show. The tiramisu was lovely. Hat tip from me.

This was a daily stop during our vacation. Coffee is the best and the food was great. The owners are the best, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Best part was it was an easy walk from our air BnB.

Dunkin' is a well-established chain known for its iconic breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. The drive-up service has been praised for its efficiency, while the indoor ordering process may require using the app and could involve some waiting time. Despite occasional hiccups in order accuracy, the staff is quick to rectify mistakes without hesitation. Some Dunkin' locations offer spacious dining areas with Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable environment for patrons.
I just witnessed one your employees help push a car that was in the turning lane for Dunkin out of the road that must have broken down. He came out in the cold to help a stranger, that was the coolest and most genuine interaction I've seen in a long time!! He deserves a lot of recognition for that. You are a stellar human being.

When I walked in there was a small line, but it took a while to be greeted. I asked for a large hot midnight but they said it wasn't brewed and I would have to wait for it to be ready. I was already in a rush, so I asked if I could have a regular hot coffee with a free shot of espresso since the midnight wasn't ready. The cashier told me no. I informed her that they have offered me this before at other Dunkin Donuts, since the coffee wasn't ready and I was already waiting a while. She told me "we don't do that here". I then saw and heard her gossip to her co worker about it. As someone who also works in customer service, I would never respond that way. There was no effort made, no apology and she was very rude.

Stopped by this Dunkin’ while passing through North Conway and was super impressed! The service was fast and friendly everyone behind the counter had a great attitude, even though it was busy. My coffee was perfect (got an iced caramel latte) and the breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The place was clean and had a cozy vibe for a quick stop. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Will be back next time I’m in town!

What happened to customer service and common sense? If someone is in line and someone is behind them, the person in front should be helped first. Simple. Or at least it should be. And they complain that they aren't paid a living wage!

Nice location, I recently stopped in here during a family vacation and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff are very friendly and caring, they prepared the order quickly. One time I went in which was a good experience and on my second visit I went through the drive thru, which was a good experience as well. The location is very clean and taken care of, there is plenty of parking in front, and they are central to everything.

I'm constantly mistreated by the employees here. Last week after being the only one in line and waiting for 10 minutes while being seen and ignored I asked why I was being ignored and was snapped ar by a tall J1 worker. I reported it to management. I hope it was addressed. Then today am waiting in line while a very heavy guy with a long dirty looking beard is standing there pacing and ignoring me. Since this happens like every other time I come here, I ask if they expect me to wait here for an hour and his response was "if you're going to be rude you can leave" He points to the door and then borderline yells "leave" before walking away. This is not how customers should be treated. Management please address this!

There was no line, our order was very quick, just had to wait on them to brew some decaf for one of our drinks. The floor was a little dirty but everything tasted great!

I swear every time I ask to have my bagel cut in half and every time they don’t. Today I asked the lady at the drive through if it’s cut in half and the lady told me yes, then when I get home and look in the bag this is what I get, Again. It’s annoying.
