We ordered tea, hot chocolate, a round pastry filled with cream, a croissant stuffed with turkey and topped with cheese, an omelette, and an apple strudel. Everything was nicely presented and tasted good, but there was something missing overall, maybe a bit more warmth in the service or flavor to make it truly exceptional. Still, a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a sweet break in a classic European setting.

The best meal we’ve had the whole trip. The service was amazing as well! Everything we’ve had was technically perfect, fresh and the flavors were on point. From the filtered coffee to the black truffle egg croissant, the experience was 10/10 all the way.

It's all about Instagram and that was it. The waiter was cold. I asked for water and never served. Even after I gave 10% tips, the waiter still ignored such simple request. The food was overpriced and the quality did not meet the price tag.

I liked it more than the hot chocolate I tasted in France. It was luscious 🥰 We didn’t expect the Appelstrudel to come with whipped cream and vanilla sauce (?). But it added a lot to the taste. The pastry itself was very delicious.

I arrived without a reservation, and even then I didn’t have to wait long for a table. The staff who served us were very kind and polite. I really enjoyed the breakfast — the cheese croissant with eggs and truffle mayo, the pumpkin soup with chicken breast, the mashed potatoes, and two cappuccinos. Everything was delicious and perfectly made. The place itself is very beautiful, clean, and cozy, with lovely decor that I really liked. I would definitely love to visit again.

A few weeks ago we had dinner at Eska in Prague — amazing creative dishes with unique, locally sourced ingredients. Trendy yet cosy atmosphere, and top-notch service. They were especially attentive to my pregnant wife, making sure everything was perfect. Loved the in-house bakery and freshly baked bread. Highly recommend for modern Czech cuisine with a twist

Stunning food and great service. Coffee was delicious and the food was well executed and really well seasoned. I had the poached egg with fermented barley, mushrooms and truffles on my first visit and the omelette on my second - both excellent. They manage to get the food out to you really quickly as well (which is great when you're late for a flight). Definitely worth taking a short tram journey from the centre.

Eska Restaurant and Bakery absolutely nailed it. We ordered the Breakfast Karlín (a must), which comes with their phenomenal bread, juicy sausage, silky white butter beans in miso, and a sweet vanilla curd with fruit. Every element was balanced and deeply flavorful. We also had the poached egg with truffles (another must-have): rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. As a black coffee lover, the brewed coffee here is among the best I’ve had in Europe—clean, complex, and with the right level of acidity. If you enjoy black coffee, order the brewed coffee. The fermented hibiscus lemonade was bright and refreshing. And that bread… exceptional crumb and the best crust. When the “basics” like bread and coffee are this good, you know everything else will shine. Service is friendly and efficient. It’s order at the counter, then they bring everything to your table, smooth and quick even when busy. The space is lively and modern with a view of the bakery; there’s indoor and outdoor seating. Bottom line: Destination-worthy breakfast/brunch spot where craft and flavor meet. Don’t miss the Breakfast Karlín, truffled poached egg, and brewed black coffee.

The best breakfast destination we visited in Prague was @eska_pekarna. Every dish is incredibly fresh and delicious. Their motto is simple: Processing fresh, high-quality produce in the most ideal way. They have an open kitchen where you can see almost all of the production. I also recommend their coffee options. The service staff is friendly and very prompt. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center and the wait times due to the high volume of customers.

As many others have noted, this is a great spot for brunch in Karlin. We came on a chilly Saturday morning around 11, and waited less than ten minutes for a table for two inside. Once seated, you can peruse the menu before standing in line to order at the counter. The line moves quickly and also gives you a chance to peak into the open floor kitchen to see all the madness of the bakery and food preparation. Our meal came in less than ten minutes and WOW, everything was so tasty. The Potatoes in Ash delivered on creamy salty goodness, and the breakfast platter with eggs Benedict, salad and panna cotta was a perfect montage of flavors both sweet and savory. It was a rich meal that last us feeling satisfied!

Service was very nice but a little slow. We tried the beetroot salad, butter chicken and paupiette. Everything was great! For dessert the creme brule. We had an apricot aperitivo but too strong for us, if you like strong alcohol got for it. The place was really nice and ambient cool for lunch. Would want to go back and try the breakfast.

Iconic restaurant The amazing design brings you back to a very early 20th century, could just sit and survey all the surroundings for hours. Service is impeccable, very professional, extremely efficient and super friendly. The food was absolutely incredible, every element cooked to perfection. Very high quality produce. Great selection of drinks and desserts. For the quality, service and atmosphere the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely must visit. Book in advance.

Oh wow! We ate dinner here twice. The space is stunning-large white tiles on soaring columns. Service is excellent. Vito was our server tonight, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me how to read the allergy codes for the desserts (the Scilia raspberry cake--GF and wonderful. The venison and rabbit were A+++, but my beet salad was A- for too much goat cheese...4 thick baked discs...and too few beets. I loved their wines by glass. Try the Marovia Zweigelt Rose or the Gewurztraminer. Wonderful wines. The primitivo was very good. One of my favorite restayrants in the world.

Beautiful art deco interiors and excellent service. The mood at this restaurant is very nice and uplifting. The vegetarian truffle gnocchi was absolutely delicious - was surprised by how delightful it was as the rest of the menu is quite meat heavy. Large variety of Czech specialities too! Also tried and recommend the French onion soup and rabbit croquettes.

For my main, I chose the hanger steak cooked rare, and it was executed with impeccable precision - perfectly tender and beautifully presented. I couldn't resist sampling my friend's duck as well - served with pillowy potato dumplings and vibrant red cabbage. It was a harmonious balance of textures and flavors, and every bite made me wish I had ordered it, too. Consistently delicious food paired with timeless charm - Café Imperial continues to impress. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely incredible! I went as a solo diner, something I’m still getting comfortable with, and the staff made me feel so welcome. My waiter (wish I had gotten his name) was so kind and hospitable. A complimentary starter snack of rustic ham and pickle spread was offered, which was a lovely start to the meal. I ordered the dill soup with mushrooms and poached egg as a starter. The soup is rich, creamy and comforting with a strong dill flavor. Truly a unique combination - recommend, but make sure you like dill, it’s the main star of the dish. For my “main” I paired the rabbit croquette with a side of mashed potatoes. The croquette was amazing - perfectly crusted and melt in your mouth. It had almost a chicken pot pie-like flavor inside and I mean this as a huge compliment. Super tender and delicious. The mashed potatoes are TO DIE FOR!!! Absolutely sublime. I literally think these are the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. Silky, buttery, pure heaven. I was transported. All was paired with a lovely Czech sparkling white wine. Thank you to the staff and chef for making my evening so memorable. This was the best service I had during my 4 days in Prague. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience incredible ambiance and service and exquisite food.

Super cool and friendly vibes. Their special pulled pork sandwich was fantastic and that's coming from a gal who's hometown is know for it's hella good BBQ! Stopped while out walking around the neighborhood on a Friday afternoon not crowded at that time but it was just barely noon. I'll definitely be back to try the burgers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. They speak English, and our waitress kindly explained the menu and recommended some delicious burgers. The beer was great, and both the burgers and fries were absolutely outstanding. We’ve been struggling to find good burgers in Prague for a long time, and this place finally delivered! The restaurant is small but charming, with cozy tavern-style decor that creates a warm and lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Best burgers we had while in Prague! Tons of vegan options which is wonderful to see. Visited at lunch time and service was friendly and fast. Met the owners Dean and Lori and they were both so friendly and welcoming. Chatted with them a bit about their background and they gave us great tips for our time in Prague. We won’t miss going back for a bite the next time we are in town.

Went twice here on the our trip we enjoyed the first visit so much. Their English is great and they are very accommodating. Their big burger 499kr is very nice and flavoursome. Danish chicken burger was too strong (danish cheese) for me and wasnt southern fried. I am not a big smelly cheese person though. Chips 🍟 were very nicely seasoned. Chicken bits were on the smaller side but that's just being picky, you get enough but the pieces are small. Buffalo sauce is on the vinegary side but Their brandy BBQ was nice. Had a tang to it. It is a small venue so if you go on a weekend id suggest to book.

I just love the way they young people dating in this restaurant. I wish I had my girlfriend that day with me to give her the cozy and chilling vibe of Czech 🇨🇿 people. The waiters are so kind and freindly I had to kiss them all if I had to they were so warm to me as a Persian I am so humbled with ❤️ I am thinking marrying a Czech girl one day just like our American brothers 🇺🇸

Chill spot on the edge of the park. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. All the food and drink was delicious. Appreciated the mix of options for vegan and vegetarian options to go with the rest of the menu — This makes for a great spot with a group of mixed dietary needs.

This coffee house is a hidden gem. Serving the finest blends of coffee and also some excellent food. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the location, although a little unusual, is like an oasis in amongst the city blocks. There's an excellent selection of hot drinks, tea, coffee and cocoa, but you must also sample the food. We went here for breakfast twice during our stay. The food is excellent, well presented and prepared with love and skill. The eggs benedict will blow your mind! Not only is it a sculpture, a work of art, but the the flavours and texture will transport you to a very happy place. As with most local restaurants in Prague, the prices are very reasonable. Also, being in the heart of Andel, there are many places to visit and shop within a few minutes walk. If you're visiting Prague then don't miss out on this experience.

I really like the industrial atmosphere. The wear and tear inside looks wholesome and especially good under some sunshine. Reminds me of ruin bars in Budapest, but cosier and coffee focused. The service is very pleasant and the coffee is good. Can’t say much about the food - only tried one dish (pancakes) and they were nice: not too sweet, big portion. Also tried couple of different desserts - liked Misha the most - great combo of sweet and sour. One of the reasons to come back would be to try more breakfast options or to eat lunch, another - to enjoy the atmosphere again!

Our first trip to Prague and our first early breakfast in the city - and this turned out to be the best cafe we visited. Very kind staff and a really tasty breakfast. The salmon toast was excellent, the guacamole was done right, and the Eggs Benedict soufflé was a delight - I’d never seen that before, very tasty and unusual. What impressed me most was the attentiveness. I have lactose intolerance, and people often forget about it. I wanted a matcha, but the milk options were regular or oat, and I really don’t like oat milk. I was ready to take a lactase supplement and go with regular milk, but our server offered pea milk instead. I’d never seen that - it was delicious. When we later ordered a dessert with lactose, she checked again to make sure I’d be okay. The atmosphere is very pleasant: nice room, comfy tables and chairs, a clean restroom, and an inner summer courtyard. Prices are also friendly - very affordable for Prague. I definitely recommend this place.

It’s a very cute spot to have brunch and breakfast. The ambiance is cozy, and the breakfast was really good. The Eggs Benedict was incredibly fluffy, and the yogurt bowl was quite large, which we loved.

As perfect as it was 3 years ago or 6 years ago. Slightly changed the recipe of Benedict Soufflé, but it is very tasty. Wouldn’t recommend salmon sandwich as it is jot as good as before, but it is up to your taste, this is pure my opinion. I would definitely recommend to come here as it is one of my favorites for breakfast, working and enjoying a good coffee.

Came here for brunch on Saturday with my friends. Very nice industrial place with great atmosphere. As we came around 11am it was a bit crowded but still found the place calm to sit and enjoy our time here. The staff is very nice and food and coffee is amazing! :)

Not many grilled sandwich options, the portions are also not too big. The pumpkin spice latte they served was lukewarm, a prefer a little bit warmer. I'd say this cafe would be a good stand in for the coffee corner cafe when there are no seats available. The portions are too small and the prices are higher than expected.

I really liked batch brew coffee, they have two different so that you can choose which it resonates with you :) I got a pastrami grilles cheese - it was very delicious, love it

Great place with excellent coffee and yummy breakfasts and pastries. Been coming for years, and honestly their original avocado toasts were the best thing ever because they had a LOT of avocado, they were so hearty… I wish they would have that again. They have special homemade seasonal syrups for coffee and special lattes like charcoal, beetroot, turmeric... some alcoholic drinks too. There’s always vegan and vegetarian options, and plant based milk. They now have vegan grilled cheese. The place is cozy and newly renovated. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating.

Very nice brunch in a cozy cafe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had refreshing and delicious ice teas, yummy bagel and healthy advocado salad. Music was not too loud which made it a great and pleasant pause in a hot afternoon.

Very cool place and location. The servers were quite nice. The prices are ok, although some items could be sold for slightly less, as you might be tipically offered better quality for the same pricing in other brunch restaurants. The egg benedict were okay, and also the coffee, but nothing particularly sparked as being above the average offer.

The breakfast was superb - I tried their sour bread with avocado and poached egg. It was so fresh and full of taste. The place was busy but there was place downstairs. I sat at a small table with a long wooden bench. The only downside was that there was cold air coming from below teh bench but I soled it by putting my jacket underneath. The music was quite load but fortunately I liked the songs. I ordered flat white thinking it would be larger than a cappuccino but it wasn't. However it was pretty strong. The mimosa drink with fresh strawberry juice caught my attention and it was a lovely addition to the breakfast. The waitress could have been friendlier or at least smile a bit but it couldn't spoil my impression of the high quality food I had there. The prices are reasonable - great location, fresh ingredients. When I'm in Prague again I will come back for another breakfast dish.

Cute little cafe/restaurant serving interesting selections of the brunch items coffee and wines etc. The coffee for me was little watery. French toast was very nice and the concept of the rice and pork dish was good however I found the food over salty. The place is really cute and perfect for a brunch and hangout.

We loved this café 😍 We came here for breakfast and ordered the Turkish Eggs (“çılbır” in turkish)—thank you for that, they were delicious! The café isn’t in a crowded area, and they have outdoor tables. It was a sunny day, so we ended up spending more time than expected, just relaxing in peace.

Honestly, a very chill and calm place to sit in Karlín, with a long-standing reputation and really kind service. But that’s not everything. Let’s say the coffee is very good quality and nicely prepared, I also tried the Turkish eggs. If I compare the price, taste, and preparation, it’s not that great. The eggs don’t have a runny yolk, the seasoning is okay, and the yogurt is fine. The brioche, though, wasn’t anything special, I’d much rather have a good slice of buttered bread. Considering the dish costs over 200 CZK and the main task is to cook decent eggs (which isn’t exactly rocket science), it’s just not worth it. It’s a pity, sending greetings to the kitchen, hoping they’ll put a bit more effort into it next time. I probably won’t order food there again, but the espresso tonic was just fine.

Excellent place for breakfast! Started off with a smooth, well-brewed cappuccino! The Breakfast for Champions was super delicious. The egg scramble was creamy, and melted in my mouth! The sausages were very tasty and the bread was crispy! The carrot cake was a great addition after breakfast. It was dense but crumbly, and wasn't too sweet! A very cosy cafe, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! Give this place a go!

A lovely, cozy place not so far from the center, 15 minutes by tram and you are there. I like such cafes, simple, where the most important thing is quality. Good filtered coffee. The breakfast of champions is large and tasty. Fantastic sausages! But the best was the banana bread. Excellent, I could eat it every day. Friendly and professional service. Beautiful place for an early breakfast. Very nice to discover they start to work at 7.30 AM. Quite booked at the beginning of the day, we took the last place to sit around 8 AM. The queue of people is always there for take-away orders. The dishes were well done and tasty. The coffee also was nice but the flat white was a bit stronger than usual since they serve it in a smaller cup. The size creates a bigger coffee/milk proportion and makes a taste a bit bitter. I recommend taking the sit in front of the window. The morning sun beams go directly there and the street covered with trees is beautiful. There is also a tiny bench outside the window where you can sit and drink coffee in the fresh air.

Good coffee in this small, busy location. I like the decor - it has real personality. It was quite busy and the tables are quite close together. There was a lot of background chatter but we were still able to chat. Halfway through, we saw some spaces on the comfortable seating were available so we moved there - it was quieter and more comfortable.

Lovely cafe but is usually full and reservation is needed. However you can easily get a place for two for the seats at their entrance

Satsang Restaurant and Grill is a fantastic vegan/vegetarian spot. The food was amazing, bursting with rich and authentic flavors. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the indoor temperature, which felt a bit chilly. Otherwise, it's a great place for a memorable meal.

This is probably my favorite food I’ve had in Prague so far. The tofu scramble had so much flavor and texture, and the vegan sausage I ordered with it was delicious and juicy. I loved the fresh wholegrain bread too. My boyfriend got the beyond burger with fries and really enjoyed it. The service could have been slightly more attentive but it didn’t detract from my experience, so I won’t lower the score :) Vibes are immaculate, coffee is great too. I wanna go back for the pancakes! (PS: you can buy bottomless mimosas for like 500-600 CZK!)

The server was super nice and friendly, overall amazing service. The food was amazing and very filling!! My friend who was there with me is a very picky eater and she loved the mac and cheese. We 100 percent recommend this restaurant!!

I'm delighted to discover that this long-time vegetarian hangout has gone fully vegan. They also serve good beer on tap and coffee. Features a terrific brunch menu Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10 am. The vegan pancakes are the most delicious I've had in years. They offer a different lunch special Monday through Friday for 145 korunas. Also, I have spent many months in Thailand and have never had a better Thai yellow curry than what Satsang serves. Credit cards accepted.

Yummy food and very cozy place with good music, good atmosphere. It’s a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, with an excellent brunch and also delicious dinners and daily lunch menus. For brunch there’s make your own eggs/tofu scramble and pancakes are amazing... there’s bottomless mimosa. It’s usually packed especially for brunch so better reserve. For dinner I recommend all Asian stir frys/noodle dishes. The burrito and quesadilla are great too!

The Spot is hands down THE best breakfast and brunch place in Prague! I had the French toast and tomato soup both were delicious and beautifully made ,and finished with an affogato that was the perfect touch. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the mocha and scrambled eggs, they’re incredible! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and seriously amazing food. A must-visit in Prague!

Very good food. But staff needs better training. The service staff on the first day I went was ok. Friendly, fine. The next day, I asked to sit by the window again and she wanted to put me at the back of the restaurant by myself in the corner with no view. When I asked to be at the front by the window (I have come all the way to visit from London and woke up early to come here again before my train!) she said no and tried to shove me in the back where there were no people. I walked out. Otherwise top food. Very good bowl and sandwich.

Found the Food Lab a couple of hundred meters from our hotel. Great breakfast - the fried eggs with avocado pomegranate & sunflower seed on rye was particularly good. Dinner was also an excellent experience. Drop in for a dessert, will not disappoint-see the pecan gift.

If you want dressed up, creative and delicious dishes, this is the best place. Everything felt fresh, light, and seasonally inspired. The beetroot risotto was unlike anything I’ve ever had and it will live rent free in my mind forever. It was a nice break from traditional heavy Czech food. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

We came across this by accident , trying to find a pizza place for lunch near the Spanish Synagogue. Gorgeous interior , which was decorated for Halloween 🎃. They had a very reasonably priced lunch menu . I had the baked cod on a ratatouille base which was delicious . My husband had the chicken popcorn and ordered a side of fries and my son had the mignon steak with a side of fries which melted in the mouth from the Al a carte menu. We just had a carafe of still water for all 3 of us . Service was quick and staff were very friendly . Highly recommend if you are in the old town.

We went on a Sunday evening (Nov 9) and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience. The place was bigger than I expected from the entrance, and we got a decent table. The staff were nice, we got our table straight away and we got our waiter just a couple of minutes later. He was super nice, answered the questions we had, and then we just enjoyed the room and its decor while waiting for our drinks and food. The food was absolutely delicious! The wine I picked was excellent and reasonably priced, and paired well with the dishes we selected. The amount and quality of food served is definitely worth the price. There was a bit of delay for the food to arrive but I felt it was very reasonable and to me it felt like they cared for the prep of the courses and also gave you enough time to enjoy them at your own pace. In some restaurants you sometimes feel like you are rushed out to get another table seated and this wasn’t the case here. We really had a good time, so well done to the team and the small crew working on a Sunday evening after a long day.

So I went to this place twice and I think it is okay’ish. The location itself has a nice interior concept style but unfortunately this comes at the cost of the food itself. I’ve had an eggs Benedict once and they used a very thin slice of toast as a base which kind of ruins the foundation of the dish. The coffee was also made with a foamy machine rather than barista style. So for a quick lunch/dinner at this place is fine, still somewhat touristic.

Exceptional food, lovely ambiance, live dinner music: this was a favorite while I was in Prague. The menu is creative, fresh and high quality. Be sure to leave room for dessert for a perfect end of meal treat.

Great place for both small and large groups! Excellent service and a wide variety of options. The only thing I’d suggest is offering more choices for vegetarians — we had two in our group, and their options were quite limited.

Yum.yum.yum ! In a world where Starbucks and Mc Donald's rule, this is the superb kind of small business that needs support! Beautifully designed , its a little piece of uniqueness in Prague. A place that hakens back to a Mom and Pops store . Elements of the 50's and 60's remind us of a simple time , where food was the hero. VERY WELL PRICED. Traditional tastes , and yes , you will meet the SISTERS ! GO VISIT !

The service was excellent. Even on a packed summer Saturday, we were seated immediately and the staff were attentive without rushing us. We ordered food and drinks together and were impressed by the speed; everything arrived in about five minutes, including dessert. We tried the beef goulash with dumplings and the pork shoulder. Both dishes were decent, though the meat was dry. For dessert, the cheesecake was mixed: the filling was nice, but the base was just plain sponge with too much of it, and the mandarin pieces made it overly sweet.

Amazing food, ordered the beef goulash with Carlsbad (bread) dumplings and a home made lemonade. 2 mins later, food arrived, and it was sublime! Also had apple strudel and apple meringue pie, both were out of this world. Can't recommend Cafe Louvre enough for traditional Czech food and spectacular service!

For lunch I got the chicken breast with paprika sauce and Strudel and my mother had the turkey buffers with a small baby lettuce and potato salad on the side. The food was phenomenal and don’t get me started on the desserts. Every single dessert they had to offer looked amazing. After eating my entire main dish I still wanted a dessert (but on the smaller side). So I ended up getting the tiramisu, which was a player to my tastebuds. I definitely recommend going to café Louvre for brunch, lunch, dinner of for a simple coffee with one of their amazing desserts!! If you’re planning to go for dinner or other peak hours I would make a reservation. We got lucky and barely had to wait but when we were leaving there was a line of roughly 15 people. Overal 5/5 ⭐️

Food was great. Restaurant has a unique history. The Dumpling I got was massive and delicious. My wife got the pork mash potatoes and oh my oh my were they good! Dessert was delicious too, with the blueberry cake and the Schwarz cake. 10/10 go eat there!!!

The dining experience was simple in appearance but of higher quality than expected. Overall, Café Louvre combines history, atmosphere, and good food. It’s worth a visit to experience a piece of Prague’s café tradition, knowing you’ll be sharing the space with visitors from all over the world.

Cafe Louvre is a great restaurant with long history of over 120 years! Before entering the restaurant, the huge antique chandelier impressed me. The interior environment and atmosphere were nice. We could feel its history. The overall experience was great. We arrived at around 10 am and it was almost full house. There was a wide ranges of breakfast varieties. As a brunch, we ordered a Czech breakfast, strong beef broth, croissant with egg and a cup of chocolate. For each table, a basket of breads was served. If we noticed that earlier, we would order less items. All foods were tasty. The Czech breakfast set was a great combo with Czech ham and cheeses of two kinds, salads, a piece of cake, a boiled egg with freshly pressed orange juice. For me, the traditional strong beef broth tasted special and yummy. As for the chocolate drink, it was a bit too thick for me. Luckily it was served with fresh cream. Maybe a coffee for the next visit. There were small cards on some of the tables with names and time slots marked. Guess advanced reservations are possible. The total amount was around Czh$600 for 2 persons. It was a very reasonable price considering the foods of high quality and decent presentation, perfect atmosphere and nice service. A good dining experience. Recommended!

Really great Asian high-end restaurant. The service is very good! The food is amazing, like every dish was spot on, and the cocktails were great. Everything felt super fresh, especially the fishes, I must say that the Hamatshi sashimi was sublime! Also, the desserts were really, really good. Be aware that this is not a cheap restaurant!

We absolutely love SaSaZu—amazing atmosphere, top-notch service, and consistently delicious food. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the menu change. Many of our favorites, like the Singapore crab, are no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. That said, we still enjoyed everything we ordered and even came back twice this week. Looking forward to what they’ll surprise us with next!

One of the best Asian restaurants, perhaps the best in the world. Definitely has potential for a Michelin star. Always prompt, proactive, and highly professional service. All dishes have a very unique taste with unforgettable flavors.

On eor the best 3 meals of my life. The flavors in every dish were amazing. Seafood was fresh. Steaks cooked to perfection. All the sauces were delicious. Plan on eating 5 courses and spending $200 per person.

The breakfast was really good. We had the Avocaddo toast and the chicken toast. Both were delicious. The Chai Latte was really good as well.

We had a couple of espressos, they were quiet nice. They have several pastries too. Prices are a bit high, but the place is quite clean and pleasantly quiet — the music isn’t loud, which is much appreciated. My experience with Prague cafés so far has been rather noisy, and some don’t even have a toilet. In this one, the men’s toilet was out of service, and we had to go to the bar to pay since no one was around to ask for the check.

A tranquil hidden gem just steps from Old Town Square! With its minimalist-chic interior, sunlit winter garden, fresh Modern European fare, and delightful kids’ play area, Mistral Café is a calm retreat for breakfast, brunch, or a leisurely coffee. Staff are also great and friendly.

We had an iced Americano and their forest berries cake. The cake was good, but the coffee was pretty meh it tasted more like water than coffee. The service was super slow; it took around 30 minutes just to place our order. That said, the place itself is absolutely majestic, beautiful atmosphere and stunning interior.

A stunning Art Nouveau café inside Prague’s Municipal House, with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and beautiful woodwork that make it worth a visit. The atmosphere feels grand yet relaxed, and it’s a lovely place to enjoy coffee, tea, or their afternoon tea set while admiring the building’s historic charm. However, the service was not as pleasant as I expected — everything was fine at first, but once didn’t leave a tip, I could clearly feel a change in their attitude. Overall still a beautiful spot, but the service experience left a slight shadow on an otherwise good visit.

14.10.25 We stopped for coffee and cake the same day at Kavárna Obecní dům — a place definitely worth visiting. The cakes were really delicious, and you could truly taste the individual flavors. We had a chocolate cake, an apricot cake, and a forest berry cake, enjoyed with Mucha sparkling wine and some lemonade. Everything was excellent — both the taste and the service. Highly recommended!

Had svíčková for the first time here — the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful! The presentation and taste were both excellent. The ambience is beautiful and elegant, with a classic Prague charm. A lovely spot to enjoy authentic Czech cuisine in a refined setting. Highly recommend!

Nice quaint breakfast spot. Staff were kind. Pancakes were delicious- I had the avocado and bacon ones. The pancakes were delicious and had each layer with the ingredients. My only improvement would be they have salt and pepper on the table, but for a place that sells pancakes you would expect to have maple syrup there too (you have to pay an extra 40czk for syrup) and I think it would've made my pancakes better (but I didn't try the syrup as on a budget)

Yummy offering of sweet and savory pancakes, got a savory pancake with avocado, feta and bacon. The bacon was phenomenal! Would’ve liked to try a sweet pancake next time. The server was great at trying to make room for us and was very courteous. Very small indoors so be mindful that you may need to wait outdoors.

Very tasty pancakes, with the lindt sauce on each of the four pancakes you get not just the top one, plentiful toppings all round. Pancakes both gluten free and gluten containing were very tasty. Inside is small but cosy. Great service, very polite and attentive to staff.

Lovely food, the pancakes are the perfect amount of soft and chewy. Generous portions and a wide range of tea and coffee options. The servers Anna and Clara are very attentive and made sure that everything was just right - I was extremely impressed with the service.

We had pancakes here for brunch. The pancakes seem rather small for the price at first glance but actually every layer has ingredients and we ate well. The place can get very busy and a little slow when it is full, we wanted to have a dessert as well but decided to go somewhere else as huge groups came and orders got a little slow, maybe next time!

Not the best experience for us. The scrambled eggs with salmon portion was tiny. The pancakes (“trhanec”) were inaccurately described on the menu — we understood “with cream” to mean served with caramel cream, but the cream was actually mixed into the batter while cooking, and the final dish was dry and grainy. The “mixed fruits” that were supposed to come with it turned out to be just a few strawberries, and there were no chocolate options available on the menu. My daughter was craving hot chocolate, but that wasn’t available either, as they were out of it. Altogether, very disappointing.

First of all, I had pretty high expectations. This was part of the restaurant week festival. The welcome, seating etc. was average at best. Arancini was great, awkward thing is that you get a ball less compared to the pic on the website. The main course was decent, but lacked flavour. Tiramisu was disappointing and without taste. I am sure that restaurant of this quality can do better. I attached some expectations vs reality photos. I can't get rid of the feeling that you won't get your money worth here.

I recently visited La Bottega Bistroteka and tried three dishes, 2 glasses of Chablis and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience! Every dish was prepared to perfection,flavour of finest ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the Manager and his team. This is one of the best meals I’ve had in Prague. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal you won’t forget! P. I have just had dinner at La Bottega, and the food was simply stunning! I started with the sardines, which were great. But then followed that with the beef cheeks, creamed potato and spinach: the flavours were quite wonderful! It looked great, but when I took the first mouthful: wow! Service was great too, attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommended!

Amazing place for breakfast and brunch! Food was so great and yummy I really loved it. When we came there was a queue and we were seated but then the employee told us there are others were before and we waited for more, but the employee was very friendly and kind which did not make it bother me a lot. Avocado toast is so good I highly recommend it, ice latte is also nice but not that strong coffee flavor, turkish eggs also very good and presentation of food is so beautiful. The vanilla toast was not as I expected, I think it would be better if the sauce was more sweet and thicker and if the toast was dipped in eggs and fried as French toast. Anyways If you are coming to Prague pass by venue 👌🏼👌🏼

Fantastic breakfast! Obviously there was a waiting line outside which was not nice specialy that the weather was 6 degrees celsius. But the wait was worth it! Every single dish had its unique explosion of flavors and surprises. Presentation was delightful. Totally worth it.

Really good breakfast place. Make sure to make reservation before you go or go there a little early like right after they open so you could have a chance to get a table. Prices were ok and food is very delicous. A must try in Prague in my opinion. Order their sweets for sure.

We had the chicken and waffles — the chicken was tender and full of flavour, but the sauces (especially the mayo) didn’t pair well with the waffles. Maple syrup feels like a much better match, though you do have to pay extra for it. We also ordered the sweet potato hash, which was a bit disappointing as it barely included any sweet potato. Overall, it was a little bland and could use something to boost the flavour. I ordered a latte that arrived lukewarm, so definitely ask for it hot if that’s how you like it. They also don’t offer coffee syrups, just brown sugar, which wasn’t quite to my taste. My partner ordered the hot chocolate, and we both agreed it was the best we’ve ever had — we only wish the portion was bigger! We waited quite a while for a table, and it’s debatable whether it lives up to the hype and the queue. That said, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and calm.

What a waste of a beautiful restaurant in a particular building... what started as a nice greeting to this beautiful restaurant turned into once of my worst experiences starting with a very rude waiter and overly salty overcooked meat. Let me start with the waiter who was always in a rush... didn't hear my order so i had to repeat everything multiple times and of course he was annoyed (wow). We get our starter so I politely ask for two plates and some bread( this is how it should go... you eat in a plate...) the waiter goes and 15 min later no sign of the plates nor the bread... the starter Was on the table with no sign of plates or bread. I call the waited to remind him to bring the plates and surprisingly he replies with the rudest comment ever: i don't have the plates in my pocked you need to wait. I am busy just wait. I tell him that he has been going back and forth for 15 minutes he can just bring the plates so we can eat and he replies: you need to wait when im free i will bring the platter. Shocked i ask for the manager and he replies: i am the manager you wait. So i go and ask for the real manager who turned out to be another person who was very nice and apologized for his colleagues misconduct and said that he is passing through hard times (well not my fault no?) He offered us 10% discount.. a scoop of ice cream and ticket to visit the terrace. Very disappointed by this place... as we say in french : dommage. Also the food was not so good especially the meat which was overly salty... the potatoes were ice cold and overcooked. Thank you for the manager David though for his professionalism.

Restaurant in a very famous building in the city centre of Prague. That pretty much says it all. Prices are really high and the food is quite decent but I expected a little bit more. I would say if you put all things together and take it as an “experience” you can actually enjoy your time here. Staff is really nice and the view of Prague Castle is breathtaking. You can see for yourselves!

Atmosphere was not a pleasant environment to be in. The restaurant was far too bright and the acoustics were really bad so everything echoed. The bar was very very limited. They only offered the few drinks on their menu. No standard cocktails (not on menu). Our waiter had fantastic energy but he seemed new to the job and to be the only 1 of 2 people working so service was slow. I feel like it could be a great restaurant if it hired some more people and fixed the atmosphere. It was tough to pay attention to food because the rest of the experience was off.

I was walking past this place on my way to the castle and started to feel hungry since it was early in the morning. After a quick look at the reviews, I decided to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and polite, and I decided to sit outside to enjoy the view. The atmosphere felt very cozy — the tables were decorated with small pumpkins, giving it a cute, autumn vibe. The food was lovely, with big portions and a very delightful taste. The drink was decent, though I wish the flavor of the matcha was a bit stronger. Overall, definitely worth trying — I’d recommend it for breakfast!

Such a lovely spot for breakfast and brunch! The menu isn’t huge, but it offers some really interesting options. Wow, such a lovely place! We absolutely loved our visit here. Tried the Turkish eggs, the Superfood Bowl, and the pancakes – all were delicious and full of flavor. The best brunch place in Prague! The blonde waitress served us with a big smile. Thank you for suggesting us to take the Macha Latte with Elderflower! We ended ordering 2 more. The food bowl is super delicious with a great variety on ingredients! I want to go back for this breakfast/brunch. The food and drinks arrive fast. We finished it off by sharing the pancakes and they were so kind enough to split the 4 on 2 plates. Keep up the great work and by far the best place we ate in Prague.

My husband and I had breakfast here — I wouldn’t say it was the best we’ve ever had, but it was definitely good. The orange juice was fresh and delicious, and we were lucky to be seated right away even though we arrived around 11:30. Shortly after, the line began to grow quickly! The service was truly wonderful. I don’t remember the name of the lady who served us, but she was exceptionally kind — probably the kindest server we encountered during our entire stay in Prague. *Wednesday October/8/2025

Really nice place! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The food was tasty, we especially enjoyed the waffles. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. We liked it a lot and will definitely be coming back. Big thanks to our waiter, Vladimir, he was really nice and made the experience even better!

Fantastic service. They were very helpful in finding us somewhere comfortable for us and our baby. The food was also very delicious, we had the English breakfast, avocado waffle, and the waffles with cream strawberry and Nutella. All were phenomenal. Easily the best restaurant we were in in our trip to Prague. Highly recommended.

We waited outside around 20 minutes, but I'd say it was worth it. The food was pretty good. We had the Shakshouka and the Chicken Soup. The poached eggs in the Shakshouka were quite overdone and not at all jammy or runny - completely solid inside. The rest of the dish had good flavor and the waffles it came with were light and fluffy. The hummus was delicious! The Chicken Soup needed a bit of seasoning and we found a small bone in the bowl - be careful! The featured seasonal drink (Caramel Apple Spritz) was quite good, maybe a little sweet for me. The interior (and exterior) is very cute! Great atmosphere and very friendly staff!

We stopped by this lovely waffle house in Prague for breakfast and were so glad we did. We sat outside on a quiet street and enjoyed one of the best morning meals of our trip. We waited in a super long line to get inside 35-45min atleast. It was pretty good- waffles were freshly made and the toppings were delicious. We have the onion jam with bacon and the salmon egg & dill. We ordered mimosas but they ran out of fresh orange juice so we just had prosecco. They were quite reserved on the pour and it wasn’t worth 100kc for 2 sips of prosecco. Overall a cute place with decent food if you’re willing to wait!

We ordered the Flat white, hot chocolate, oreo waffles, and build you own (waffles & scrambled eggs.) Waiter was friendly and kind & the environment was calm and laid back. Would 10/10 recommend this if you want a breakfast spot that’s cozy and cafe like. We showed up right at 8am and it filled up quickly!

The iced latte and breakfast were perfect! The iced latte had a unique and delicious taste I’ve never had before. It was a bit crowded, and the order arrived a little late, but the staff were young, polite, and very friendly. I think it’s great to support the new generation who work hard and do their best! :)

A very cozy place, I really can’t say anything bad about it. There’s a wide selection of drinks, as well as a decent choice of food. You can even buy a book right here in the café. On Saturdays they also have a speaking club (if I’m not mistaken). Overall, I really enjoyed it

I'm writing my review from The Globe because I'm enjoying the atmosphere too much to leave. We were just hoping for a passable meal, but who knew I'd have one of the best bangers and mash in Prague! Our food was great, as was the cider. The staff was friendly and efficient, too. I really came for the bookstore which packs a lot in its relatively small space. We're only here for 3 days but we may be back! Highly recommend!

Quick. Cool. Chilled. Worth going for a coffee no doubt. Its a very laid back atmosphere so you could be sitting on a chair, a box outside, a ledge, whatever, the coffee was nice. And the building across the road looks great. Order at the till and staff then bring the coffee to wherever you set yourself down.

We’ve been coming to this place a few times on different trips, and it always feels a bit different from other spots. The decor and vibe stand out — there’s a giant table in the middle, seating by the windows, a cozy area at the bottom of the stairs, and some outdoor seating as well. It’s almost always busy with customers, which is always a good sign. The drinks are consistently great, and the pastries we’ve tried have been very good too. While we usually stop by just for drinks, one pastry in particular — topped with fresh raspberries (see the photo) — was absolutely delightful. The tartness of the raspberry adds such a refreshing touch that the first bite brought an instant smile to my face. All in all, it’s a lovely spot for drinks and catching up with friends, or a relaxing stop if you can come when it’s a bit quieter.

Coffee is good and of good quality. We ordered flat white - can recommend. They don’t really to takeaway coffee - I think it would be great for them to let people know well in advance. Either you come with the reusable cup - or you lend a reusable cup from them (you get your money back when you return it), no single-use cups. They claim it for the ecology, but I doubt the efficiency of this approach and would love to learn if this really works (or how lending reusable cups help). In short - they need to tell people this well in advance somehow - eg sign on the door. Sitting inside is ok. There is a big communal table and a little space near the windows. For me it wasn’t too cozy though, but you have very few options. Service is friendly and professional.

I was looking for a good coffee in the early morning hours in the city of Prague , and I found myself alone in front of this café. I went in—the place was so nice, beautifully designed—and I asked, “What’s the best coffee here?” The barista recommended a “Nicaragua” and that was actually the first time I ever tried it in my life. Since then, I’ve been hooked. The coffee is really high quality, and the flavor stayed in my mouth for hours. I sat at the bar—this bar, it turns out, is popular with the locals. I enjoyed my coffee while watching all the people inside the bar. The Czechs were really nice, laughing, smiling in the morning, chatting—it was such a memorable experience, one I still remember vividly to this day.

Really nice, cute cafe. Lots of interesting options in the menu, I was hoping to try everything but unfortunately I could only try the baked porridge (3/5), the gluten free brownie (5/5) and the americano (5/5). I’m quite certain that the other options on the menu would have been incredible. The waitress was great but food took a long time to come for some reason. Overall really nice, would love to come here again. The thyme water was such a great touch.

Went on a busy morning but was given a lovely spot and very kind service. The server was very sweet and helpful. The food came quickly and was delicious, well made, and the perfect portion. It’s a wonderful, tucked away location! I got the scrambled eggs with added bacon.

We came here for breakfast twice during our stay - it is not only delicious, but very filling - perfect before walking to the Castel ;). We went here because they have lots of gluten free options, and I can honestly say the bread is some of the best gluten free bread that I’ve ever tasted! The service is lovely too - super kind

Srnky is my favourite breakfast in Prague! My pancakes were warm, crisp, and delicious - sprinkled with nuts and seeds. Sweet but not too sugary. The coffee was very good. The two young women serving us were warm and friendly - possibly the nicest servers we have had in Prague. Thank you Srnky for a tasty breakfast and lovely experience!

Lovely little cafe with a small outdoor seating area, I visited them on a Sunday morning, despite that I was greeted with welcoming smiles, I got a cappuccino and something sweet suggested by them and was served that along with some water that has rosemary in it. Coffee was great and the sweet item tasted nice, even the water was a welcomed surprise.

An alternative niche with healthy breakfast options. We got there without reservation and had coffee and sandwiches. The service is fast and nice. Coffee, food... everything was delicious and really affordable. We went for the Cuban sandwich and the open sandwich (those pickled shallots with brussel sprouts...🤤). In and out full in about an hour. Fully recommend.

A very cute cafe! There were no tables available when we arrived so we waited in the window seating area, but luckily a table opened quickly. The walls had a neat unfinished look, there were plants all over, and the windows wide open, letting lots of natural light in. The dishes had great presentation and vibrant colors! The bread was amazing and soft, the omelet had great flavor with its garnishes, and the bean dip bowl was also very good. The porridge was my least favorite dish and not very warm. Would definitely recommend it!

Possibly my favourite cafe in Prague! It’s not in the city center so it’s bustling with locals and the staff is very friendly! The pastries are delicious and coffee too! They even have a small corner with toys and books for kids!

We chose this place among many cafes in surrounding. Everything was fine except the small detail of feeling uncomfortable because of service. The waitress was not really into English so our communication was very poor. Omelette was perfect, the bread with kimchi radish-not our style but I guess many will like it. Overall nice place for breakfast and brunch.

Average cafe, the turkish egg with honey was to sweet were the honey at least should be spicy not too mich amsweet. Also the eggs was cold and not all of the eggs yolk was cooked in same temperature, two was extremely well done and one was runny!!! The Cortado was cold. Only I liked the vibes, service and the juice. May other dishes are good but I didn’t try. Sorry for my honest review 🙏. Thank you

Lovely cafe with a trendy atmosphere serving delicious food and awesome drinks☕️🍵🥂. The prices are not the lowest, but they reflect the quality of the products🤌🏻. We went specifically for the french toast, which is heaven in your mouth🍓😋. So is the burrata with figs👌 I would kindly ask the staff to add the missing leg pads to the chairs, as the occasional noise from moving metal furniture on the ceramic tiles can horrify even the most resilient beings😅 Overall, fabulous experience✨

A best café in Prague! Admittedly, a little out from the city centre, but being so it offers a slower more relaxed pace. I went as a solo traveller, after seeing the café on many reels. So glad I did!

We stopped by Pauseteria on a Tuesday evening, hoping for some refreshing drinks and a sweet treat and they did not disappoint! The drinks were delicious, but the pastries absolutely stole the show. I had the tiramisu, and it was perfect; creamy, with just the right balance of coffee and chocolate flavors. The cozy atmosphere made it an even better experience and the staff were warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again.

In great central location we found this spot. We (3 adults and 2 young kids) visited the Pauseteria Cafe on the busy Nov 17th bank holiday. The place is super cozy and clean. We got a table without a reservation. That staff was amazing. They treated us and the kids very well and kindly. We ordered one hot chocolate with mushrooms and they split it in 2 cups for our kids 🥰 We also had a soup which was delicious and some coffee. We didn’t get the chance to try any of the main food or deserts but all the plates around us looked great. It is maybe a little bit pricey but on the other hand it is in the center, a great location and the quality of the food is high + as already mentioned the amazing staff 🤩

I stopped by PAUSETERIA in Prague’s Old town for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere — it was the perfect place to enjoy my meal while getting lost in my book. I started with the artichoke soup, followed by the veal spider confit, and finished with a fresh ginger tea. The presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted wonderful. The soup was hearty and full of flavor, and the veal spider confit was cooked perfectly — tender, rich, and really well prepared. The staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and attentive. Service was smooth — not rushed, yet never slow. I only wish I had more room to try their desserts, which looked amazing in the display. I will definitely be back to try them next time. I was seated at a semi-circular table facing the wall, which was perfect for reading and enjoying my meal without distractions. Overall, PAUSETERIA is a charming spot with excellent food, warm service, and a wonderfully calm atmosphere — highly recommended.

The hash browns and tartare were absolutely delicious. The chocolate cake and coffee we had for dessert were also excellent. The tea I ordered was a bit lukewarm, but overall it was a very satisfying meal!

The place is super nice! The food is even better! We had Turkish eggs and egg’s Benjamin for breakfast. This is the first time I’ve tried the properly cooked pouched eggs in a restaurant. The consistency and texture were just perfect. Cappuccino was also delicious! And importantly for us( as well as for many of people in general), waiting time was extremely short. 10 minutes after we made an order, the food was in the table. We highly recommend this place.

The concept of the place is great, just like the drinks we got. The interior looks interesting, but it didn't have the comfy café vibes for us. Still, it's definitely a good choice if you're in the area.

The English breakfast is nice but the bacon is streaky and very salty. The coffee and orange juice were both quite bitter, but both fresh. Many tables were reserved but we were still seated at one. The crepe was nice and the apple compote was very sweet. The oat pancakes were good. The place looked as though it had some tables and chairs thrown together, but the staff were pleasant.

This is my new favourite spot in Prague. It really has everything...not to mention ALL DAY BRUNCH. I got the Eggs Benedict at 15:00 since I had been craving poached eggs and it was delicious. I have no complaints. The garden is gorgeous and I am quite a fan of how it's decorated. There are adorable, pastel seat cushions that seem to invite you to sit on them. The ambiance is 👌

Drove by, place looked very interesting. So we stopped by and looked at the menu, place looked very organic and customer friendly so we order ourselves lunch. Lemonade with raspberry was a very delicious drink and don't even get me started on caesar's salad and Framer's burger! I have never tasted such delicious burger in I have eaten many around the world! This is my favourite place for burger and when I come back to Prague I will definitely visit this place again, till then the burger will stay in my heart as the best burger I ever had until I taste a better one👌🏽 And for dessert I order just an ordinary espresso, if you like to make your own coffee, you should order it there, because their Father's Coffee tastes like magic! You can also buy packed coffee there and you should because every time I drink it, it reminds me of this place and I love it! I wish more restaurants were like this, definitely would refer it for breakfast/brunch/launch/dinner. You will for sure find something you like. Till next time❤

Came here for a beer with a friend on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately on two really comfortable chairs that bounced a little. They had plenty of different delicious looking pastries and they serve brunch all day! The table next to us were 7 guys who all ordered rizek so it must be good 😂 6 hours after we left, I realized that I forgot my brand new water bottle there. I called them and they had it! I got it that same night thankfully. I’ll be back for brunch and coffee soon!

We had the avocado toast, traditional pancakes with with plum sauce, black tea, and a warm apple cider. The avocado toast was delicious and they even made me a small fruit salad on the side even though it wasn't on the menu. The apple cider was a bit of a surprise. I expected something like cider in the US but it wasn't like that. I think it was alcoholic and it wasn't sweet. I ended up trading out for a cappuccino. Over all I loved this place! Great breakfast and very nice staff.

The place and staff were really nice and friendly. Good coffee. My avocado toast with poached egg looked great but the bread was soggy and the egg not even attempting to be runny. Such a shame! My partner's English breakfast however was quite nice. They also have a nice kids corner.

We came here for breakfast and are so glad we did — it was such a calm and relaxing spot. We headed up to the second floor where they offer both food and drinks. Our order was scrambled eggs with butter, a grilled cheese sandwich, ginger tea, and a flat white. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious — I would have happily gone for seconds if I had the room! My husband really enjoyed his breakfast as well. The atmosphere was so laid back that we decided to stay longer and ordered a second round of drinks — this time mint tea for me and a latte for my husband. The staff were very friendly, and service was quick and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. A lovely place for a relaxed breakfast — we’ll definitely be back.

Overall a nice coffee place! Two floors with many different kinds of seatings. They also offer a good variety of drinks and snacks, I liked their tea selections particularly. Not very quiet, but still a good place for solo work/study, and definitely a nice place for some friendly chat and casual talk with a friend. Can recommend in general.

A must go place to brunch in Prague. The apple juice was just what I needed for this cold day. The Turkish eggs were so full of flavor and the chili butter was the perfect amount of spicy. The waitress and staff was super nice in assuring we had a table. The music and atmosphere is also a 10/10, perfect with the vibes of the place. 💓

A nice place for coffee and quick bite. Went for branch and coffee. The prices are very reasonable, but what I like the most was our server (Šarka) was exceptional. She was very polite, very friendly and very professional. She explained everything in great detail, not to mention her great level of English. People like her make tourists feel welcomed. Modern place with excellent service. We ordered the English breakfast and the breakfast taco, both were very tasty and well-prepared. My suggestion for the breakfast taco would be to add a pico de gallo salsa (tomato, red onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, a bit of lime juice, and fresh coriander). It would enhance the flavor and add a refreshing touch to the dish.

We are witnessing a real sneaky and slowly greedy business here in prague coffee shops. That Cappuccino costs 75czk and is not even 0.2 L ! I ask the barista even and she said it’s around 0.16l .. what a scam ! Everybody jumps on the train “ inflation “ 🤣 water or milk foam does cost Pennie’s but they safe even there 🤬

Popular place with locals. They have a lot of nice pastries and meals in general. Everything I tasted so far was always yummy. It’s usually really busy but many people do their computer there anyway so if you want to stay for a little longer it’s okey. The atmosphere is nice but busy in a same time.

The location is quite central but not close enough to the heart of Prague. We chose to sit outside and enjoyed the nice surroundings. Both were well done, but my personal favourite was the pumpkin pancakes, it wasn’t too sweet and the portion size is really good. It’s better to make a reservation because it can get crowded. Quaint brunch and coffee spot close to a main intersection. Really nice atmosphere but it’s right on the street, so you’ll have to tune out the traffic that continually whizzes by. A seat indoors can be better and more insulated. Despite that, they have good coffee and treats like pistachio bread.

Overall it is good, I liked it. For the coffee they added 2 different cups with milk and water, usually for americano people don’t do and even ask”do you need milk”, but not in this place. Pastas were good, and cookie for coffee was good. Besides that I liked chocolate cake so much.

We came there accidentally but I’m glad we did! Great breakfast menu with a good vegetarian options! Staff was nice and very professional! I loved our avocado and scrambled eggs toasts! Great coffee as well!

A fantastic culinary experience at Pasta Café in the heart of Prague! We tried several dishes, and each one was excellent – the asparagus risotto was creamy, perfectly balanced, and full of seasonal flavor. The tagliatelle with pulled meat were tender, with the meat falling apart beautifully and the sauce complementing it perfectly. And the classic spaghetti aglio e olio was simple but spot on, with just the right amount of garlic and spice. We finished with a bold ristretto, which was a perfect after-meal pick-me-up, and a well-balanced Campari spritz, ideal for a relaxed afternoon. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed setting.

Oh my, what a pleasant surprise. My son and I are lasagna lovers. We were lucky to try their Lasagna because it was their special of the day (I don’t see it on their regular menu). Instead of just ground beef and pork ragú, they use really tasty and juicy pulled pork. The ricotta and cheese mixture was a perfect blend, rich and flavorful yet not too heavy. The service is great and attentive. The cappuccino unfortunately was served lukewarm. The toilet was impeccably clean. We chose this restaurant because it belongs to the Ambiente group, which we’ve dined at their various venues throughout our week long trip. The quality is top notch all around. Highly recommended!

Lovely little cafe, the waiter was also super nice. Looked like out of a cartoon but in a good way. The food was packed, good and decently priced. The ambience was excellent too.

Decadent pastries, tasty drinks, cozy vibe, and wonderful service. I stopped in just because it smelled so good from the street. The apricot tea and větrník were lovely. The interior decor and music transport you back in time to the 1940s. The woman who served me was so friendly and accommodating

Nice cozy old fashioned Czech cafe with breakfasts and cakes. Lived nearby for years but hadn’t been here yet. Breakfast items are basic, but nice. They bring a basket of warm bread and Czech butter. The scrambled eggs with leeks were very good and not too salty. The drinks are nice, good coffees and teas. The cakes are good too, we liked the Sacher cake.

Since 2014 I have visited Prague 6 times. 5 of these were because of this cafe. It is simply my favorite cafe in Europe. The staff might even recognize me at this point. I have brought upwards of 12 people here and personally recommended it to upwards of 50. I am very excited to be bringing one of these friends back and to make another visit in October - something we did together in 2015. No, it's not perfect. The food and drinks are good - perhaps not excellent. The menu selection is smaller and appropriate for the size of the shop. The size also means it can be hard to find a table, especially if you don't show up first thing in the morning. Selfishly, I don't like that a large hostel has opened just a couple doors down. That said, the interior design is super. Although it's located in a trendy neighborhood, the cafe feels more magical and genuine than many hipster places claiming to be authentic.

Very good little cafe in unique retro style with lovely and careful personal .. we enjoy our breakfast with 8 people and it was soo tasty. Service was very fast and friendly. Also for late breakfaster a good stop. Must try! Greetings from Germany🤍🫶🏼

The atmosphere is so cozy, all the pictures, furniture, old magazines are amazing! The lady who maintains the place was čert today and she seemed so sweet. I should also mention that she is very kind and polite. By the way You can order Turkish coffee here, it comes in a cezve!

Quite nice restaurant with good view of Prague. Even the foods that I don’t really prefer are the ones I’d order at this place. The space is pretty small and hot during summer though. Also the internet orders are prepared only after you visit the restaurant and say the order again.

We were in the small room with karaoke. Food was good, in general everything was nice, but air conditioner wasn't working and it was extremely hot inside. Thanks to staff we had 2 fans but it was still no air...

Ambience is nice, and "high end" on 6th floor in an old almost industrial part of town, food is quite good and finding something vegetarian is possible. Would have been almost 4 to 5 Stars, but we had a piece of metal in the food, which promted no refund or maybe a free order.

Really good place! I came here thinking I was going to do some work on the computer. Somehow I got really involved with eating a yummy open faced salmon bagel sandwich. Amazing! And I am not normally a lemonade person- but the berry lemonade was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly and willing to let people sit and work on their computers in peace. I will definitely come back- and probably have a coffee next time. 😂😂😂

Loved this place! The decor, the food, the drinks, the staff… all top stars. Very comfortable to sit in and a homely feel, which I found hard to find with other boutique cafes around Prague. I can highly recommend the Mango Matcha… it’s divine! The avocado on sour dough was delicious and their omelettes are the best I have tasted! Really generous portion sizes too. We will definitely be back!

This cafe is so cute! I came here after a stroll in the park nearby and I must say, the food was great! The service was quick and friendly, and I was able to read my book without any hassle. I'll definitely be back again for a nice chilled afternoon. 😊

I'm here working remotely for the third time this week already. It's a great place where I can drink tasty coffee, get quality food and be able to focus on work as well because the working space is in a different part of the café than the one where people come to chit-chat. One more important thing, I also really like the playlists 😁

Great spot for breakfast! I had the proper English breakfast and everything was great about the meal, except for the beans unfortunately! They were not cooked all the way through and they were tough. Do expect a long wait, as this place was super busy and we had to wait about 20 minutes to sit down. The staff are not the friendliest, but at least the food was decent! Oh DON’T bring your laptop, not a place a for you. They just want you to eat, pay and leave.

They have breakfast all day long. Great for a quick bite or to sit and enjoy different plates. They also serve cocktails which is just perfect for a summer afternoon. The omelets are fluffy and delicious, the avocado toasts are creamy and savory. The cakes are not too sweet and go perfectly with either hot coffee or an iced drink. Besides all that, the decoration is very detailed and it just has a lot of charm.

Was a very nice and quaint donutery. Had the pistachio and Oreo blueberry donut, and they were both very delicious. Price is reasonable for the quality of the donut. Would visit again!

We stopped to get desert before leaving Prague. What a discovery. Good coffee and amazing donuts, all home made! The waitresses were super kind and helpful. The only "but" is that they don't offer tap water and with the big sweet donuts it is more than needed

We stumbled upon this little Donuteria in the center of prague by pure coincidence. As we noticed vegan declared Donuts we just had to try them and thus got a variety of different versions, all of which tasted absolutely amazing. A vegan flat white coffee to top the visit off and we left happy and satisfied. Thanks for having us!

Not too sweet and very fluffy! Perfectly packed in a precious pink box. Inside I found four enormous delicately decorated donuts...at least the four I picked for my delivery order were huge! Cute thank you message in Czech written inside was a nice personal touch; added a smile to my nutella and cinnamon sugar covered face 😍🍩🍫Thank you!

Agree with all these 5 star reviews. This place is incredible. Donuts and coffee are exceptional, handmade on the premises - fresh and tasty. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Will return again to try more before leaving Prague. Brilliant find.
