Nice discotheque. Entrance fee as usual bit high, but sound and crowd was good. Please don’t forget to look around as you can enter the stage up and room 8 as second dance floor.

Smaller but modern club in the center of Prague. The concert we attended had really good sound sometimes a bit too strong, but overall fine. You can pay by card everywhere, except at the cloakroom. That’s probably why it was half empty. I doubt every foreign visitor carries 50 CZK in cash. Please add a card terminal there to improve comfort people shouldn’t have to hold their things during the concert, especially when the ventilation is weak and it gets around 30 °C inside during the show. It’s definitely not comfortable to stand under the stage for a three-hour concert with clothes in your hands. It really affects the experience. Also, they refused to take three items from me (a bag, jacket, and sweater). Apparently, I would have to pay twice and hang them separately. No thanks. In other countries (outside CZ and SK), I’ve never had this problem you can usually pay by card everywhere. And during winter, it was never an issue to hang three items on one hanger elsewhere. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be coming back to Roxy next time.

This music venue is a big disappointment for me. Not because of the service: that's fine; the hall has a comfortable bar with a good selection of drinks, clean toilets, and a cloakroom. Visitors feel safe in the venue. The problem is that they sold tickets well above the capacity of the hall, so the concert experience was terrible—you're practically standing in the hallway, under the balcony, with poor sound and an even worse view. I don't understand this strategy, because they could have raised the ticket price. Since they sold too many tickets, another problem arose at the entrance: people stood in line for at least 20 minutes, and the line ended only after an hour, when the opening act was already finishing. For me, this is my last visit (10/22/2025).

It is a great venue! The bar is amazingly fast. They do the speedbar thing. So you order a glass of wine and in the meantime they will work on another 3 orders. And is very efficient globally. Smoking room is huge, and you can just do a second hand smoking:) Some ventilation would be great. But who cares. You are there to enjoy the night and Roxy is delivering! I was just struggling with the sound system. There are mixed reviews here. But the lower end of spectrum (deep bass) was missing. I would say, they need to apply some cutoff of low frequencies, because it’s the residential area in the middle of the city. Anyway I recommend everyone to go there and experience it.

The space is really nice and the second stage is great. The main stage looks great at first but the sound system is really bad, having no bass under about 100Hz. The lighting right is very dated and the two projectors for visuals aren't nearly bright enough to even be visible when there's fog present. I think they can do better, at least with the sound, that was really disappointing.

Great club in a very unique and historical building. Like many buildings in Prague, the biggest part is underground. This combined with the high thermal mass of the construction and the good quality sound system provides an awesome experience for the party peeps. Especially on Techno nights! Definitely coming back there again! Love from Holland♡

Came for a rock concert earlier this month and probably won't be coming back. The air inside was terrible and the place was so packed that you could barely move. Maybe it's better when they're in club mode, but this honestly ruined an otherwise great show for me. And 50czk for the coatroom and you can't even hang two jackets together, come on...

A kind of a deception when you come and you learn there is only 2 of 8 floors, i dont know why the other floors were closed so i wanna talk bout the only 2 floors i done. The robotic bar was really spectacular, the beauty and the precision of this engineering machine shut me down. The ice bar was a nice place too, with pretty impressives sculptures to make cool pics. You can meet cool people at the smoking area too. And the discozone is a cool place to trip with all the lasers. I swear the club will be fully open for real !

Me and my friends visited and I really enjoyed! The floors had lots of options and was busy as we went on a saturday night! The music was fun and were all mainstream. Got a free shot and the cocktails were yummy.

You get a free shot for a good recommendation, first red flag! Thatswhy the review are good. Everyone can enter it doesn’t matter what you wear, second red flag. That makes the crowd super strange. The price is also not cheap. For me I don’t care because I am used to. It’s a big club because it’s connected by many stairs.. so don’t get fooled by your imagination. Thank you and no more!

Girl in cloak room, shouldn’t be working there, after quite nice bouncers you hit this … Destroying the vibe at the entrance. Prices are really high. I liked the different floors with different themes. Should be 3-4 stars but I am hoping someone will do something about her, that is why one star.

This was not only my worst night out, but one of my worst experiences ever. In the club, it was dangerously packed. I saw people crying, panicking, and passed out on the floor. People became quite aggressive and pushed and screamed at each other. Because of the overcrowding, we were not allowed on any of the dance floors or bars and there was really no point in even staying. It was clear that it was far past capacity and that there was absolutely no protocol in place, but the bouncers continued letting everyone in. When we realized how unsafe this environment was, we immediately fled the club and outside was a scene of at least 12 police cars and ambulances, with police men all over the entrance. When waiting in line to get into to the club, people were packed together like sardines and yelling at each other. After waiting in line to get into the club about 90 minutes, my ID or ticket, which I paid for in advance, were not checked. Truly a concerning and inhuman experience.

Karlovy Lázně really lives up to its name as the biggest club. The atmosphere is wild, full of energy, and it’s an experience you won’t forget. Drinks are a bit pricey and it gets packed, but if you’re in Prague and love nightlife, this is the place to be.

As a first-time guest I would like to commend your establishment for its inviting atmosphere and excellent service. The girl waiter were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, which greatly contributed to a positive impression during our visit. The quality of the drinks served was also noteworthy and added to the enjoyment of our evening. However, I felt compelled to address an area that I believe could be improved upon. While the ambiance and service were top-notch, I was somewhat disappointed by the DJ performance and music selection. My group and I specifically chose your bar for the dance floor, hoping for an energetic and lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, throughout the evening, only a few patrons were dancing, and the majority of the guests seemed reluctant to join in. It is my opinion that perhaps the DJ could work on engaging the crowd more effectively and selecting music that resonates with a broader audience. But still, we will definitely try this place again 👍

We were here for the NYE party and had a great time. Music was great and not too loud or quiet aswell. Staff was overall friendly. Just a heads-up: A lot of the pictures from this club are not correct and show a different bar. Not really a problem but we did expect a different location haha

One of the best bars in Prague. Bar has great location, good atmosphere, offers many kind of cocktails and drinks. During their Happy hours, you can get one + one free chupito, and all their cocktails for great price (109 CZK). Maybe one minus is really loud music, so you can't really have a conversation. The place is very popular so make sure you reserve your table before coming there.

Great club, became our go to club in Prague. The staff is incredibly friendly and listens to your wishes, they always have a smile on and we always felt extremely well treated. The aesthetics are nice, there is a neon vibe, there are tables in the back / corner, at the bar and around the dance floor. It's not a big place but it's not small either, for us a perfect mix of cozy, wild and always very enjoyable. We will be coming back!! EDIT: Michelle is the best!! - Cheers from the Hawaiians!

Great music bar in the center of Prague. Usually it gets pretty busy here on Fridays and Saturdays, so you better have a reservation. The music is nice, not too loud. There is also a dance floor where you can show your moves. However the best thing about this club are the cocktails. I've tried a lot of them until now and every time they tasted great! Check their "happy hours" to order cocktails with discount. This is my favourite bar in Prague.

Very nice small dance bar. Live DJ with loud sounds on Friday. Not to crowded but still a lot of people on the dance floor (lot of Czech People - always a good sign) Beer cost around 3€ and the prices during the Happy Hour are phenomenal. The perfect bar for you, if you want to dance but not in huge club. And no entrance fee on our Friday. 2€ for the wardrobe. We will safe us the location an will come back ⭐️

We payed 500 kc to enter in a small place full of people (most male africans), dancing was almost impossible and the atmosfere was not great. If you want to go to a real club to have fun, dance and a lot of girls go to Epic, that was way better and we payed 350 kc to enter

The security people are just too aggressive. We weren't even drunk, but when my friend tried to sit down a bald security guy who "protects" the VIP lounge grabbed her literally by hair and pulled her up. His explanation towards these actions was that she tried to sit down at a lounge, where someone was already sitting. Nobody was there though. The prices are high but that's just classic for clubs in Prague, therefore it's understandable and acceptable. The entry fee was 400 CZK + additional 50 CZK for clothing, the drinks were about 200 CZK. There were another two incidents with the security people, funnily enough, the bald guys were the worst. It's just a risk. Nothing ruins the evening like aggressive security. These people are exactly the reason why clubbing is dying. Otherwise the club was okay, but there is just little room.

The club was nicely decorated for Halloween — the effort they put into the theme was impressive. However, the venue itself was quite small, and the music was very outdated. Even though I usually listen to international songs, I didn’t recognize most of them. The crowd was mostly young, and the atmosphere was decent. After ordering our cocktails, we had a short chat with the bartender and went outside for a cigarette. When we tried to go back in, the security at the door told us we had to pay the entrance fee again. We explained that we had already been inside, talked to the bartender, and hadn’t even finished our drinks yet, but he didn’t believe us and was rather rude. This situation definitely ruined the experience. That said, the cocktails were well made and had a good alcohol balance. Overall, the decoration and drinks were nice, but the music and customer service could be much better.

The only good thing about this place was the music. There are two types of security staff in this world. The ones who actually care about people’s safety and the others who clearly have personal issues and just want to punch someone to feel better afterwards. The security staff there were absolutely aggressive and didn’t even hesitate to physically attack women. It happened to me personally with the youngest from them. Thanks again for hurtig me. Of course he was not telling me his name ;) The night before I saw that a man was attacked and dragged out by a bald security guy for just standing in the corner (seriously, was the Security guy just bored?) Out of anger he even knocked the drinks out of other guests’ hands. Even the DJ (!!) asked the people on the dance floor if they were okay as he was shocked. The other reviews here show that this seems to be a regular thing and not just a one-time incident. It also looks like this situation has been going on for quite a while. Something needs to be done about it instead of just pretending to care in the comments. Never again.

If you care about your business, you should start hiring security guards that don’t attack people for no reason and firing the bald one who does. Just a thought. Never going there again anyways.

Visited Prague Castle and the surrounding building during my trip in Mid Dec 2022. I took the 1st train in the morning from Vienna to Prague, train ride about 5hrs plus, reached around 12pm where i slowly walk over to the Prague Castle. I must said i love the history and the architect, very beautiful, a must visit place. Abit of History of this castle and the surrounding building: Prague Castle is a vast complex of palaces, churches, offices, and gardens, established in the 9th century and now a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is the official seat of the President of the Czech Republic and showcases a blend of architectural styles from Romanesque to Gothic and 20th-century additions. The castle complex is one of the largest in the world, covering approximately 110 acres. Key buildings within the Prague Castle complex: St. Vitus Cathedral: The dominant feature of the castle, this Gothic cathedral is the largest and most important temple in Prague. Its construction spanned centuries, finally concluding in 1929. It is the site of coronations, houses the Bohemian Crown Jewels, and contains the tombs of many Bohemian kings. Old Royal Palace: The former seat of Bohemian princes and kings, this palace features Romanesque foundations and a magnificent late Gothic Vladislav Hall. St. George's Basilica: The oldest surviving church within Prague Castle, this basilica dates to 920 AD and is a fine example of Romanesque architecture. Golden Lane: This charming, narrow street is lined with small, colorful 16th-century houses originally built for castle guards and goldsmiths. Later, it famously housed writer Franz Kafka. Amazing historical and beautiful Castle. If you leave out the South exit there is a hidden garden that you can find if you go down the road path versus the step path. No one was on it when I went through. It's pretty steep though. Not for those with ability issues.

A must-do for when you’re in Prague! The basic ticket gets you entry into the two basilicas (St Vitus cathedral is gorgeous), golden lane and the old royal palace. The audioguide is great so would definitely recommend them too!

Prague Castle is an absolutely fascinating place and one of the highlights of my trip to Prague. It’s not just a castle, it’s a whole complex full of history, stunning architecture, and beautiful views of the city. Walking through its courtyards and old buildings feels like stepping back in time. The atmosphere is amazing, especially when you see the mix of Gothic, Baroque, and Romanesque styles all in one place. The castle grounds are very well maintained, and there’s so much to see including St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, and the charming Golden Lane. Getting there was easy, and the entrance process was smooth with no long lines. I really enjoyed taking my time exploring, as every corner has something interesting to discover. From the top, the panoramic view of Prague is absolutely breathtaking. If you’re visiting the city, Prague Castle is definitely a must visit attraction. It’s a place full of culture, beauty, and history that leaves a lasting impression.

One of the best castle complexes that I have visited. It is walkable from east to west. The city view is fantastic. A 5-star place if you are looking for portraits or landscapes, or even street photos. For history nerds like me, the information board and texts are clear and really intrigued me. You've got to take a look at the "window," famous for the Defenestration of Prague! Highly recommended to come here AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to prevent the crowd. I came here at around 8, only a few only birds here. You can't imagine how many tourists are here after 11. Hope you all have a nice visit here!

Really great complex of buildings. Incredible views from the top if the tower. It costs about 200 CZK (£7/€6 ish) but you get 360 degree panoramic views for miles. It’s about 300 step concrete triangular stairs up a spiral stair case so not good for the less mobile but fine otherwise. You can wander around all the outside of all the buildings and complex free of charge but have to pay 450CZK to enter all the buildings and the Golden Lane. I didn’t pay for anything except the tower. It’s also really beautiful to go back and visit at night when it’s all lit up. We went in the rain so nobody else was there which was even more special. FYI - good tip: after 5pm you can enter Golden Lane free of charge. Another tip: go to Wallenstein Palace on the walk back down from the castle; it’s a beautiful palace and stunning gardens all free of charge. Only a few mins walk away.

Amazing place where I like to go, it is unique with steam punk decorations and a tree in the middle of the place, yesterday Simon and Martin were really so nice and helpful, I eat only very healthy food, I appreciate their patience and smile, while they are serving people, thanks again! I was on the hunt for noncommercial electronic music, especially underground psytrance, and someone randomly recommended Cross Club. Turned out to be a solid tip. That was just a Wednesday night and the video was taken at 10pm!! Good vibe, friendly staff and costumers, and definitely good music!

A nightclub unlike any other (not that I’m exactly a regular 🥸), with multiple rooms and vibes (from live rock bands to DJ sets) all inside a brilliantly detailed steampunk setting. The place is a bit of a maze, and honestly, getting lost in the corridors felt like part of the fun. Entry was a bit pricey this Saturday, but fair enough : it was Halloween, locals went all in with costumes, and once inside, the beers were good and cheap. All in all, a great night out… even for someone who usually prefers pubs over dance floors.

The interior is mind-blowing. The staff is friendly (which is not something you are used to in Prague), and they also speak very good English. Really happy with the experience! What is odd, that you have to pay *with cash* for the entrance and the cloakroom, but drink you can buy with card. The cloakroom closes at 3am (strange), club it's self open longer. There are no laser lights or etc on the dance floor (should be). You get a token with your drink. I would understand, if you return the drink glass and get a discount on the drink with it, but token is just hanging without purpose. We asked. Yeah, you get money back when leaving, if you return tokens. Eee, why?

11 Years I been watching this club Evolve into something really Unique, Spectacular and Artistically evolving into the awesome place it is today. The Work of the Cross Club Manager and the amazing Team she has carefully put together and all the work in the background to offer and cater for all and everyone in the Czech Community, Tourist, Regular Expats like myself that are there often and always feel safe, and welcomed. To catering to Families and Children events during day time. This is not your regular Nightclub. It’s something more, from the moment you see,and please I insist look all the mechanical pieces from old machines carefully placed together in symmetry from the Entrance Gate all the way to the Magical Kingdom inside it. I wouldn’t never spend this long writing a Review unless the place really deserves it, actually no. I write this review because the CROSS CLUB TEAM AND SECURITY DESERVE IT. So no matter what age, background, orientation or social class you come from, go and feel the Energy!

If you want a place that can embody any genre of music and culture then RADOST FX is the place! Some of the best parties I’ve been to! I started going last year and now it’s my GO TO SPOT! Also the bartenders there are top!!! Quick, professional, friendly and excellent service! 10/10 would recommend every time!!

Only on the weekend, they serve a breakfast starting from 11.00 am until the evening. I always wake up very late so sometimes I went there to eat. The decor is truly fabulous, the services are pretty good, and all the staffs are very friendly and speak English. Fun fact: Rihanna was there on 2009 for her song called “Please Don't Stop The Music"

Vegetarian restaurant that also is a nightclub. Okey to just come and have a bite, at least during week days. Some vegan options. The Thai curry wasn't traditional Thai, but not in a bad way. Try the African dishes that you might not tried before.

Vegan options are awesome even for meatlovers. Leomonades are like heaven. Stuff is always nice. Price reasonable. One of the best vegetarian restaurant in Prague.

Very good vegetarien food! And I really liked the smoothies and shakes. "Very Berry" was my favourite :) The restaurant also looks very fancy. I liked it and will go there again! At night this place turns to a nice club. I understood why Rihanna chose this place for her music video "Please don't stop the music" !

We found this great vegetarian restaurant in the Prague green guide. It's very close to IP Pavlova. They have a very extensive selection of vegetarian dishes originating from different cultures. If you want to party afterwards, they have a club in the basement. The food is very affordable. You should be able to eat and have a drink for 250 CZK.

Amazing Blood Orange Fizz, and the best Mojito in all of Prague!!

I loved the cool interior and the creative cocktail-creations. My drink was served in a wooden box and the price was ok for a pub in the middle of Prague. The service, the dancer and the bartender all were really friendly and I felt welcome and safe.

Ordered x2 Mojito.3 member of staff behind bar. The guy that made them shouldn't be allowed to make cocktails. The menu said Havana Rum he used Bacardi... didn't taste any alcohol or lime. Just minty water, brown sugar and crushed ice! When paying it was 398czk gave 1000czk and was given 600czk change without us offering him to round up! Music was bad. Only nice thing was girl who opened door for us on way into venue! Maybe we got bad member of bar staff out of the 3 that was there. He 100% needs a lesson in making cocktails and put better measure of booze and didn't taste of anything!

I had a very unpleasant and shocking experience with the security staff at this place. I was standing calmly near the entrance and spoke to the security guard in English, very politely, simply asking a question. For some reason, he suddenly started responding in Czech in a rude and dismissive way. When he realized that I also understand Czech and can speak Ukrainian/Russian, his attitude changed even more — he made an offensive comment about my nationality and then pushed me without any reason. I did not behave aggressively or disrespectfully — I only tried to communicate normally. Such behavior from a security guard is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in the center of Prague. No one deserves to be treated this way. I truly hope the management reviews this situation seriously and takes appropriate action, because incidents like this can ruin the reputation of the entire place.

What a great bar to go to in Prague and I'd say it was our favourite. Had a great evening in there and had a great atmosphere. Didn't find the vodka lemonade very strong although I did find that like that in most places in Prague. Happy and friendly staff behind the bar. Very cool place to go to and would defo recommend it

Need a late night idea for some fun?? We did a spontaneous drinking and dancing date night before our tour started and it was so fun. People watch, drink perfect cocktails, and we even had a very tasty late night hotdog! We showed up at 2200 and it was just getting started. By 2300 the place started to fill up. Fantastic bartenders! The locals can really bust a move on the dance floor!

We were at the concert inspired by the good opinions about the Jazz Dock club. Great service, which efficiently managed to move the musicians and guests indoors, due to the downpour. Great musicians from the band "Futur Swing". We will definitely come back here!

Took a 2 hour boat cruise from here via an online booking. I must say 2 hours was a good pick because you can sit back relax have a drink or two and sit on the outdoor top deck and enjoy the views all along the way. There was a stop along the way so they could close off the dam and increase the water depth for the boats to go in.

We went on a Monday, lots of people inside, which was nice. There is also a nice rooftop to catch some air. It’s forbidden to smoke inside, which we really. We had VIP table service, with personal security and a really attentive service. Bottles price was reasonable for the place. They have a good selection of bottles. There is no minimum consumption required and they have complimentary popcorn. Table was in a really good location. We loved every single moment.

Really nice club! We had such a fun night out, great music, good vibes, and two different DJs with awesome playlists throughout the night. The place feels very safe thanks to the security staff everywhere, and I really appreciated seeing female security checking the toilets to make sure everyone’s okay. I actually saw one of them handle a situation very respectfully and call for help when needed 🥹big respect for that. We paid 400 CZK for entry, but if you keep your ticket, you can get in for free the next day — a nice little bonus. There was quite a long queue at the entrance, so we had to wait a bit to get in, but the atmosphere made up for it. Once inside, the vibe was amazing — energetic and lively. The DJ’s set was great, with smooth transitions and a really good selection of songs. The dancers added a lot of energy to the night with their performances. The music kept everyone moving and engaged throughout. Drink prices were average for the city, not too expensive but not cheap either. Overall, it was a fun, vibrant, and high-quality club experience.

It is one of the decent night clubs in Prague. The security is absolute. You need to pay 400 czk to enter. The atmosphere of the terrace is very good. Service is also very good. It is quite pricy .

The entry can be w bit pricey but you pay for a great quality night club. The service is fast, friendly and high quality. Security keep an eye on what’s going on, escorting those that start any troubles. The whole place is constantly being cleaned, so no sticky floors or spilled drinks. Toilets are constantly monitored and not over crowded with people just standing in them. Smoking area is huge with amazing view. Music is great, DJs make performance, girls dancing add to the whole vibe - not to mention about smoke and fire that drops at beats. Unreal nightclub and probably one of the best ones I’ve ever been to

The atmosphere inside is great, and it’s definitely a club for everyone – whether you’re a beginner or someone who goes out often. The ratio of men to women is much higher, so you mostly meet guys there. You can pay for drinks with euros and get fair change back in crowns. There are no snacks, only drinks. The staff seems a bit rough and unfriendly, but the guy in the disco costume creates a good vibe and makes up for it. Once you’ve paid the entrance fee, you can go back the next day for free, and the entry fee is reduced on Sundays, which is when I went. The music does get a bit repetitive if you’ve been there multiple times, and it’s a little too mixed.

Easily the best spot we visited during our European trip. The place caters to every vibe – there are football tables, a live DJ, a live music area, and even a buffet. The atmosphere is incredible: edgy, energetic, and guaranteed to give you a great time. The only downside is that it’s cash-only, but there’s a cash machine just around the corner, so it’s no big deal. Please note, the average age is between 18 and 25 at this location. Drinks are cheap, the vibes are unmatched – 10/10 venue.

My fiance and I came here and we absolutely loved it. The way this place is decorated is absolutely amazing - it's like you've stepped inside an acid trip in the best way possible. You can smoke inside and the staff were lovely! Plus the live music was fabulous :) you have to pay at the door with cash (300 - 500) and you get a credit card type thing to use inside for drinks/pizza with that balance on it. This place is definitely a must if you're in Prague.

I loooooved the place it was so fun and different. But you need cash to get in. I don’t like that you can smoke inside. Vapes would be okey but a lot of people there smoked cigarettes. It seems very unsafe considering people drink alcohol and the bar is in a basement kinda. So if a fire would have started then I would not have know where to run. There were some exit signs but I only saw one.

It used to be one of my favourite underground places for lots of years . I loved this place since I have relocated to this lovely city. I remember the live concerts , how the real women’s underwear was all around . This place was unique with the long history , I remember how guys from different subcultures from the metalheads to the bikers were visiting it every weekend . Now this is “fancy” place for the young americans who seek something “unique” for their “unique souls” . It used to be atmosphere and true place. Now tonnes of them have occupied it and me with my friends no more visit. I regret about it . No more culture, traditions and atmosphere . Totally not recommend it anymore but believe me it was the wonderful place for lots of years

Nice bar with live music, dance floor and other activities to do like table football. There is a place for live music and another dance floor with house/techno music. You have to pay 300 czk for the entrance only by cash, but you can drink or eat that money inside. There are many bars and a food spot inside. Usually it is full on fridays and saturdays, but recommend for a visit if you are in Prague.

Lots of fun. Worth going to. We did pay 45 euro to get in though because they only had VIP packs left. The line moved quickly but it was long. It was super techno and the show was cool

What an absolute banging club , bit of a queue to get in but worth the wait. Drinks Very reasonably priced quickly served , great light show with the music . Recommend for all age groups really, im 62 and had a blast. Never too old to dance even with 2 left feet.

I went to Epic last night, and it was so weird. First of all my friend and I went on a party boat, which is like I bundle deal they do, and we waited way too long for that, but we met some people on the boat and went to the "afterparty" at Epic with them. We got separated in to two groups where some of us had to get padded down, and the others couldn't even wait for us because they got shoved in by the bouncers. When we get in we try to get a menu in one of the bars, they don't have one and send us to the next bar to get a menu. We find a menu and go to one of the bars to order, they tell us we have to go to the VIP lounge to get cocktails, so we go there, and they tell us we can't go in because we are not VIP. So we go to the dancefloor again and end up ordering a beer. The music was fine and the people sweet, but the staff was really rude!! At one point a bouncer yelled at us for take a break on the floor in the smoking area, we were just sitting for a bit and a lot of other employees had been there without saying anything to us, also, there was no sign that said we couldn't? He could have been nice about instead of yelling. We even apologized and we just yelled some more and then ignored us. The evening was fine and we had a good time there, but the staff is actively just being rude.

This club is a serious safety risk. I booked a VIP table, spent good money on bottles, and not even an hour later their security team came over out of nowhere. They started shoving me aggressively, demanding I leave without giving any reason. I stayed calm and said I would go, but as three of them escorted me out, one of them pushed me from behind on the stairs—a dangerous move that could have caused a serious fall. This isn’t security; it felt more like a gang looking to intimidate guests or force them out after they’ve paid so they can resell the table and bottles. Totally unacceptable behavior. EPIC Prague is a modern, well-equipped club with mainstream music that keeps the party going and an international crowd. , sometimes feels too male-dominated. Also, the rum and coke has way too much ice and barely any alcohol. But nice for a fun night out

We went to the 80s/90s pop night. Cheap entry, Nice Music and club layout, however very unsafe place for young women. The crowd is mostly older men who will hit on you any chance they get, and they will get touchy. We had to push off multiple men who were very persistent. I’d recommend going there if you’re 30+ years old, but not any younger than that. There’s much nicer bars in prague with a younger crowd.

Great music bar in the Prague city center. Check the programme of shows. From time to time top internationally known musicians (US/UK) perform here. Adjacent to Lucerna concert hall (other venue) at same address.

Good place to go for a concert. Just be careful at the bar! They try to rob me several times (asking for much higher amounts, or trying to return for lower bill).

Used to be the best club in Prague ! Since they created a new rule that people only above 18 years can enter it got significantly worse. Half of the club’s regular visitors stopped coming, so the club starts to fill up only after midnight. Also obviously there are only older adults which don’t dance as much and prefer to sit, which kills the whole atmosphere when you are the only one dancing. So sad but at its current state I can’t recommend this club :(

Wonderful acoustics. Lovely old music hall 3 flights of stairs beneath the road. Beer remarkably cheap for an entertainment venue. Some of the staff are very rude though.

I got a Disaronno sour at the counter...not too good, there were not many people, so the bartender was supposed to pay more attention for my cocktail. The ice cubes were already melted at the time he served it. Maybe my expectations were bigger cause the place overall is nice, so i'll not definitely say that cocktails are very good. But honestly for prices and atmosphere it worth it to spend an evening there. The place is very good though.

It is important to notice not to ask the bartender for any leftover beers, since this will completely set him off to rage and nullify any fun of the evening. The bartender is nice to talk to until the very moment he suddenly gets angry. The rest of the bar is quite good to have a drink but this just made us not wanna come back, for that reason I give it 2 stars.

The underground dancefloors are not open on weekdays. You do have a DJ in the bar on top though. The music was very nice and we enjoyed the overall experience in the bar. It is very lively, loud and inviting to get to know new people. We went there on a Wednesday evening and it was full!

A unique venue with a clever and distinctive ordering concept. Each time you place an order, it’s done in a different way with a special menu. Their cocktails are excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely with great music. The service is very good and friendly. I was impressed that the staff would kneel to meet you at eye level to explain the concept in a pleasant way, making you feel comfortable and very welcome. Prices are in line with the quality, and a reservation is recommended.

Such a fun and unique place to get a cocktail!! The blue light menu was a fun touch! We were there earlier in the evening, around 9pm on a weekday, so the bar wasn’t too busy yet. Our bartender took her time and crafted a cocktail based on our preferences and taste!

Truly unique and unbelievable! The cocktails I’ve had were some of the most different cocktails I’ve had at any other bar. The staff was fantastic and the presentation and story of each cocktail made everything memorable. Also had the pate which was simply delicious. I would recommend this for a different kind of bar experience.

My wife and I visited as part of a 3 day City break. We didn’t have a booking but arrived shortly after opening time and the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, finding us a seat. The vibe and atmosphere of this bar was on point. Our server was clearly both very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and was a credit to the business / brand. The back stories to the cocktails and additional touches like the hidden cocktails which can only be viewed via the UV pen were super cool and unique. I’m not a big cocktail guy usually but we were incredibly impressed by both the presentation and flavours. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This was a very fun experience in Prague, we weren't exacly looking for a bar but came across the Anonymous Bar and decided to go in to take a peak. We were met by a friendly host who gave us a table right away. The decoration and atmosphere of the bar is very well done, it blends perfectly with the thematic and really makes you feel like you are drinking in a secret gathering spot. The staff is very quick with taking your orders and serving the cocktails and the bartenders are very skilled. The menu itself was probably my favourite part of the whole experience but I won't go into details to not spoil it for anyone. Highly recomend stopping there for a drink or two! 10/10

Almost didn’t come here as I tried the other anonymous bar. I’m glad I came as the drinks are so good and different than the other bar. Both were good and they have a similar concept but I feel the vibes and overall experience was different but worth trying both. At this visit specifically, the staff was absolutely amazing to us, so caring, made sure to explain all the drinks and made us feel welcomed. A must when visiting Prague

My dad, a jazz enthusiast, brought my friend and I along to this tucked away underground club and we had an amazing night of jazz! The atmosphere was perfect, all tables booked! We went to see Captain Fingers, a band including the owner of the club himself (whose birthday it also happened to be!) - they were fantastic musicians and played two sets with a nice range of songs! For a first jazz club experience I was extremely impressed!

If the jazz club is just for tourists, you can ignore this advice.(Because they don't come back with a high probability.) However, in order to continue the tradition of this jazz club and operate well so that local residents can always visit, you need to pay attention to artist management. I visited on Saturday evening, when the most people could visit, but their performance was terrible. If their music was a good performance, even if it was difficult, they could have impressed people. I didn't feel like everyone was enjoying it. The audience didn't nod his head, stomped his feet, and made a good expression. If you need to pay the same entrance fee for all performances, it is important as a manager to recruit artists who perform high-quality performances and to organize appropriate timetables. Also, some artists think it's a great dream to make a performance at this time. You need to think about how to light up young local artists. I hope it will be a better space, and I hope it will be a jazz club that communicates with the audience with music.

Greta venue — a literal underground jazz bar. We were in town from the United States and saw Captain Fingers. They brought the place down!! What a show. If you’re in town and love jazz, this is a great spot!

Went on a complete whim and enjoyed a brilliant evening of jazz here, watching Jazz Q working through some of their back catalogue. It's a perfect venue in a tiny, atmospheric cellar with a small bar offering well-priced drinks.

One of the most amazing music clubs in the world. One only needs to look at the celebrities on the walls and the quality of the musicians that have played here to know it's a seriously brilliant music venue in the heart of Bohemia's magical city. The music is ALWAYS of the highest quality with the very best artists performing here. My latest experience was the Frank Sinatra tribute. The musos would have done even the 'Chairman of the Board' (Ol' Blue Eyes) proud. All thumbs up for this establishment! The Aghartha Band we saw here this week was better than phenomenal. The artistry and skill of all 4 band members was truly a delight for the ears and a perfect musical experience!

Such a vibe! Zlatý Strom is where the night actually starts. Cool crowd, great music, and the place just looks awesome — mirrors, lights, flowers, gold everywhere. You already know the photos popped. Cocktails were 🔥 and the prices? Way better than I expected for a place right in the center. No entry fee either, which is a win. Around 9, the energy just goes up — music gets louder, Pole Bar opens, people start dancing… loved it. Definitely coming back. Perfect spot to kick off the night!

Good place! Very beautiful interior with many spots for photos. The cocktail menu is extensive, and the prices are very good. The location is excellent. There are three areas: a bar with a floral interior, a dance club with dj (I was impressed by the swings instead of chairs at two tables – a great idea for large groups), and a pole bar with dancers. From what I observed, it’s not a typical tourist place; there were local people there as well. The staff were very pleasant. We weren’t sure which cocktails to choose, and they helped us by suggesting options based on our tastes.

One of the most beautiful clubs I’ve ever been to! Truly an amazing place. You can really tell that a lot of money was invested in the club’s design—probably with help from top interior designers. Well done on that! However, the included tips feel a bit strange and are often too high. The waitress was also a little rude at first, and with the tip already included, there seems to be little motivation for her to be friendly to customers.

Zlatý Strom is one of Prague’s nightlife musts, ideally located just steps from the famous Charles Bridge. On weekdays, the vibe is more relaxed and ambient—which I actually preferred—while weekends bring a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere, with DJs keeping the dance floor alive well into the night. Despite its prime location, drinks are very reasonably priced, making it excellent value for a night out. The staff are professional and welcoming, with skilled mixologists happy to recommend the perfect drink. If you’re after affordable cocktails, great music, and a central spot to soak up Prague’s nightlife, Zlatý Strom is the place to be.

This place is beautiful and I had a lot of fun there. The drinks were very good and service was excellent. Saśa was the best server I had in Prague. She was very kind, friendly and attentive while Maria also did a fantastic job behind the bar. I had such a great time that went back again the following night. One of the nicest cigar lounges I've experienced! It has a separate room for cigar smoking so it's very inviting for everyone. But the ambiance, with its old world gentleman's club motif, is PERFRCT for relaxing with a good cigar or drink.

Bar and Books in Tynska has become our go to Bar when we are in Prague. The Bar welcomes you with a cozy jazzy atmosphere and music. Its very spacious and you will find more private seats but also enough seats at the bar to see the bartenders work their magic. Michal the head bartender is a great host and I love just watching him preparing cocktails with precision and passion. As a date, an aperitif before dinner or as a nightcap Bar and Books is the perfect spot. Already looking forward to next time.

Went in here for lunch at 12 oclock. Very quiet but really nicely laid out with the feel of a German Beer Keller. There's a few tables outside but it's very busy so opted for inside. The wife had Cherry Beer and I opted for a Chocolate beer. There was so much selection. We are here and had Goulash with bread dumplings and sizzling sausages with trimmings. Got to say I love hot horseradish sauce. I tried a dark ale afterwards and it didn't disappoint. There is a long menu but beware, some are really strong. I can imagine it's boisterous in the evening.

Based on other reviews thought we would stop for a beer flight and something to eat. Packed full of noisy tourists and no flights available. Hard to understand the server as to why however he was was quick to point out that service was not included when we paid for a beer and wine. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Went for a quiet lunch and beer. Did the typical tourist thing and had goulash soup in a loaf. 30 beers on tap and went for an unfiltered wheat beer which to be honest was phenomenal.

This restaurant is a must go to when in Prague. Phenomenal evening for dinner watching the sunset over the city. Food and wine options were extraordinary both in taste and presentation. Our server Adam was outstanding and very knowledgeable.

Dining at Terasa U Zlaté Studně was an unforgettable experience, combining spectacular views with phenomenal cuisine. The outdoor terrace is easily one of the most breathtaking spots in Prague — a panoramic sweep of the city skyline with Prague Castle rising majestically in the background. The food more than matched the setting. The Angus steak was perfectly prepared, tender and bursting with flavour. The lobster bisque, delicately accented with caviar, was rich yet refined. The beef tartare was balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented, while the chocolate mousse with cherries was a masterpiece — indulgent yet elegant. The wine was outstanding, service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing, making the entire evening seamless. For anyone seeking phenomenal food and wine, and the most stunning terrace views in Prague, this is simply perfection.

Firstly, this was booked as a surprise meal for my birthday from my boyfriend and he succeeded in finding a beautiful gem on our trip. The atmosphere, service and surroundings of the terrace was fantastic! Partner this with the impeccable service standard of the staff there! This is truly a must go to for any occasion! The food was fantastic and if I could rate it more than 5* I would! And I want to thank the entire kitchen and front of house staff for making my birthday super special on this trip to Prague!

The atmosphere is nice but a bit cramped. At first, they didn’t give us the nice table we wanted, but later they gave us the one they said was reserved. So, be persistent about the table you want! :) Other than that, everything was delicious and enjoyable.

La Bodeguita del Medio – Prague As a Cuban who travels across Europe in search of authentic Cuban cuisine, I can honestly say that La Bodeguita del Medio in Prague has been by far the worst experience I've had. From the start, it’s obvious that this place is designed purely for tourists. The service is poor, impersonal, superficial, and disconnected from Cuban culture. The staff consists of young, well-dressed women and men clearly chosen for appearance rather than knowledge or authenticity. No Cuban presence whatsoever. It feels like a staged version of Cuba made to look good in photos, not in flavor. The food? Absolutely terrible. Completely unrecognizable as Cuban cuisine. The recipes, the seasoning, the ingredients, none of it resembles what you’d find in a real Cuban kitchen. The portions are tiny, the flavors flat or extreme in some cases, and the prices unjustifiably high. Honestly, you’re better off grabbing a KEBAB or a slice of PIZZA. Just to compare: Less than two weeks ago, I visited QBA and Pequeña Habana in Berlin, and the food there was miles better, truly flavorful and rooted in Cuban tradition, and shockingly cheaper. That’s what real Cuban food tastes like. Location, entertainment, drinks may be Ok, I am not really sure but If you care at all about authentic Cuban cuisine, AVOID this place!!! P.S.1: This was actually my second visit to the place, the first one was back in 2016. That night, I had a few drinks (acceptable), there was music, and the overall atmosphere was somewhat pleasant (nothing over the top). However, even back then, the food was very mediocre, and unfortunately, the others in our group shared the same impression. P.S.2: I’m also uploading pictures of the food to be specific. The Ropa Vieja was oddly spicy, which is highly unusual in Cuban cuisine. The Potaje (black bean soup) was more like a thick paste, no sauce, just a starchy, dry bean mash. A complete failure in terms of this traditional dish. The chips were inedible: clearly pre-cooked (I saw them sitting out on a counter in the kitchen when we left), flavorless, cold, and hard enough to break a tooth, absolutely unacceptable. The second dish featured what was supposedly Masas de cerdo con mojo (pork chunks with mojo). In Cuba, we never serve that kind of meat with a tomato-onion sauce, and we definitely don't call that mojo. Honestly, it was a culinary mess. I was burping up raw onion until the next day. The portion of rice served in the covered pot was tiny, maybe six spoonfuls, and again, those terrible chips made another unfortunate appearance. P.S.3 Lastly, the Czech server was... strange. Both my wife and I wondered if she was feeling well, she didn’t seem quite present. Worse, she showed no empathy at all. When I complained about the food, she didn’t even apologize; she simply walked away. When I told her to let the chef know how disappointing the food was, she responded with a sarcastic “jo, jo, jo” and a smirk. On a positive note, there was a Slovak lady who greeted us at the entrance and took us to the table, she was genuinely friendly and professional. It's unfortunate that the other (blonde) waitress, who seemed to be in her 30s, ended up being the one responsible for our table. Visit date: June 16, 2025 Time: 6:30–7:15 PM

We were here on a Thursday and a Sunday. We enjoyed the live music on Thursday. It's sad that when we returned on Sunday that there was NO live music, even though they advertise daily live music. The cocktail prices are a bit too high. But...it was nice to enjoy a latin bar with salsa and bachata all the way in Prague.

Food was very nice, but the chips are tasteless and hard. The virgin mojito was perfect but both normal mojito and strawberry margarita were tasteless. The service was okish but after using a voucher to pay we got a very weird/rude attitude. Wouldn’t really recommend it but it’s ok. Place has a really nice atmosphere and live music though. It is also a bit too pricey.

After spending the day wandering through Prague and growing increasingly disheartened by the endless offerings of pizza and pasta in the tourist areas, we were so pleased to finally discover a place serving authentic Czech food — and what a find it was! The food was absolutely delicious, hearty, and full of flavor. Everything we tried tasted homemade and was very reasonably priced, especially considering the location. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the wonderful service we received from Dominika. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful — making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We left feeling full, happy, and already talking about coming back. If you're in Prague and craving something truly Czech, this spot is a must-visit.

One of the most fast, effective and precise restaurant that we have ever visit! We had an appointment and the professional David V. was very attentive and kind, suggesting amazing dishes and wine, and English speaker. We had the duck and the roast beef, both amazing! Also the beer and the wine selection deserves compliment. In less than 10 minutes we had all our drinks and main food, and it was amazing!

This really was an excellent dining experience. Lovely food, cheap beer and great service. A perfect spot to take in the city a little out of the way but with a welcoming atmosphere.

Delicious roast beef! Was fork tender. Pork knuckle was tender, just wish the skin was more crispy. Desserts were awesome. Tiramisu was nice. And buns with cream were so rich 😋

We stopped here in the middle of our walk around Prague. Food was delicious, service fast and friendly and prices are amazing. The crossing and the place next to the restaurant is very busy and crowded, but you can also sit indoors.

Have eaten there twice. Wonderful Czech dishes, cold local beer and fast service. Never a disappointment.

Delicious traditional Czech food and beer at affordable prices. We enjoyed 2 beef goulash meals with a beer each and it only cost around $32 after conversion from Koruna (670 Kč). The service was quick and effecient, but not very friendly or conversational - this is pretty much what we've been warned to expect though. 😀

Hidden gem near all the landmarks in the center of Prague! My husband, two big dogs and I came here and were greeted immediately with the absolute friendliest staff! The beers and environment were amazing and the service was top notch. They gave lots of recommendations, not just for beer, but for other great spots in the city, and gave our dogs ALL the love. Would 1000% go back here in a heartbeat!

Fab, go here for an eclectic selection of craft beers. Not a lot on tap, but it changes regularly, but there is something for everyone in bottles and cans. I should mark down a star because of the sampling board, (which in theory is a wonderful idea - but I'm practice, when you charge more for the samples then you do to buy it individually, you are essentially scanning people - and here, the beer is double price to do that)... but it's won't. Love it - will be back

Such a nice little restaurant with a garden to eat in or a cute basement! I had the pork knuckle with dumplings and sauerkraut- it was soooo good and absolutely enormous! I had a pint of the lager which complemented it nicely. Friendly and efficient service. Its just off the main square so very convenient location too!

Nice little craft beer garden with a wide selection of beers. It seemed most people were ordering the flights totaling a liter of beer, which is way more than I am used to when ordering similar back in the US. I had selected a few beers to try but the waiter suggested I let him pick based on my tastes, which I thought was interesting. Not knowing any of the beers this was fine and turned out to be the right move. It was busy on a Saturday around “happy hour” so the wait times were a bit long but not terribly unreasonable (15 mins from ordering drinks to receiving them)

What a lovely bar a shop window for the very vibrant Czeck craft beer scene. Which until my visit i didn't know existed. I sampled lots of sours, Ipa's, neipas, stouts, barrel aged stouts. What an oasis in a country dominated by the excellent pilsner culture. The staff were well informed polite and engaging. The Sibeeria brewery beers stood out for me. I liked the flights 6× 30cl of a massive range. All in all a very pleasurable evening and I would recommend this place to any craft beer enthusiast.

Apparently a legendary tavern in Prague 1. The staff prefers to keep the place to locals, and it shows, so don’t get any hopes with the service. I was denied service at first by the waiter because I couldn’t speak Czech but the barman did actually serve me beer when asked. Delicious Pilsner too. My recommendation: if you are a solo traveler and want to try some local beer and local ambience, go for it. Mind you, bring cash. (One of the waiters tends to round the final price by 10 crowns if you’re a tourist, so be careful with getting scammed)

As a tourist, this is not for everyone - which is why I loved it. Authentic traditional Czech pub, where they will keep serving you beer until you tell them to stop. Service is efficient, but don't expect a welcome, politeness or any foreign language spoken. It's a social community feel, the food is great and very well priced. I love this kind of local place. In fact.. don't read this, I don't want you there to ruin it.

Fun little pub. Apparantly a few famous people have been drinking here as well. Anyhow, when you go in, there is one bartender pouring beer continusly so there is a few liters being poured. Relatively crowded when I came there around 21:00 in the evening. A funny remark is that when I had a empty glass then they just assumed i wanted one more beer (of course i wanted😄) and just brought me another one. Mind readers 😅 Be aware that its cash only!! But there is a atm meters away. They did serve food here but i only had a few beers. The pilsner was really good👍 If you are a larger party you might not get a free table right away.

I’ve been drinking Pilsner for a while now, but these mugs were the most tasteful ones. Like silk. A bit dangerous, you can be drunk very easily and fast as you can never stop. Probably the best beer experience of the past years. Definetely will come back. Thank you!!!

This is a great place! Lovely atmosphere, delicious beer, and amazing staff—what else do you want! We had live traditional music playing too!

A pleasant surprise, we were invited here by Belgian friends we met, their hotel was nearby and it was their hangout. Fun little cafe with an area out back where you're outside but enclosed. Fresh pilsner on tap, it was good, and prices were fair. Service was friendly, moreso than most places in this touristy area. Didn't try any food.

Great food, beer and fantastic service. Burgers are very tasty and filling. Have been here many times now as I always visit anytime I come to Prague. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a nice outdoor courtyard that has a relaxed vibe and could happily sit there all day drinking. Not my first visit here. For a restaurant in downtown Prague prices are excellent. Staff is very polite, food is great and I would recomend it to everyone. If you got here during lunch time you can get daily manu which is cheaper than regular and more diverse. I really did not see any down side here on 2 visits.

We had our first lunch in Prague, here at Cafe Pub Atmosphere. The Burgers and the roast-beef were delicious, the beer also!

As someone who doesn't drink beef that much, I thoroughly enjoyed this place and the beer they offered. The variety of craft beers is immense (around 30) and offers a wide range of taste. Everyone will find their favorite. I recommend ordering at the bar and not waiting for the service as it may take a while. The food options are also very good. From cheese and salami plates, to full-blown dinners such as burgers or quesadillas. But be prepared to wait about 20-45 minutes for your food, as the place is incredibly busy.

Top place for craft beer and chicken wings. There are a lot of different options on tap - ipas, stouts, porters, sours, lagers etc - both local and foreign. You always can find something new to try And jzp wings are absolutely must try ❤️‍🔥

Those who love Craft Beer will definitely enjoy BeerGeekBar. They have over 30 beers on tap from various breweries of different styles. The beef quesadilla is very good as well. The staff speak English and are friendly. The interior is nice and has a great vibe.

It was decent enough - a big selection but not quite what I liked (NEIPA). The pastry stouts and Goze were quite pricey for 200ml servings, it was a nice place - I was there at opening time (3pm) and it was okay!

Great beers, great atmosphere, only the service was a bit slow; we waited for our first round of beers for ~20 minutes, while the bar wasn't even half full.

We really loved this place. An outstanding amount of beer choice both on tap and in bottles and cans in the cooler. Super friendly bartender with an encyclopaedic level of knowledge of beer — he should be teaching a class at a university. Attentive service with great recommendations to help you navigate such a large tap list. Outstanding environment; very comfortable, inclusive and chill that creates an space in which patrons socialize with each other. It’s a bit of a walk from the more touristy city center and most definitely worth it. For craft beer drinkers this needs to be a priority destination. The wide selection of high-end whiskies was also a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would have changed about our visit is that I should have tried the chicken wings. The best decision was cashing out with a half dozen bottles and cans on top of bar tab; they had several highly rated hard to find options available for takeaway. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town. One of the best tap rooms I’ve ever visited.

The club is a fun place, the music is really good and mixed well, entrance is 100 CZK for men, free for women (on the weekend for sure). We enjoyed are time here, prices are friendly as well however the dancing area is quite small and there were too many people it was hard to enjoy it as someone always pushed or stepped on you.

I don't want to be a Karen, but for this place I'm going to make a exception. Arriving at the 80s club I was charged 100 ckz to get in. I ask why men had to pay and women didn't and the woman on the door said because it's the 80s. I had an ironic chuckle and I paid without fuss. I went to the bar and got my drinks . As I stood there I thought I'm sure this song is 1995. Then followed Shakira and Beyonce and various other Gen Z tunes. And while some were fine, I thought this isn't what it said on the tin. I asked the waitress are they going to play anything from the 80s. The reply was .... It's a play list. We drank up and left. As we left I asked the door lady why no 80s music . Her reply was ask the DJ. I don't understand why you call it an 80s bar and have posters of back to the future and then play 90s & 2000s music. To the credit of the place it was packed and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Maybe it's because I'm old(born 1972) and wanted to relive some my teenage years. I just don't get why they call it cafe 80s

This is a must place to visit while in Prague. Such a fun place to drink the staff are so nice. Friday is wild the place was so busy, we also visited on the Sunday too, much more chilled but with a great vibe.

A nice place with a fun, retro vibe. They go for a kitschy 80s atmosphere more than one that is authentic, and that works for them. The drinks were delicious! There is a nightclub area in the basement. It looks great, but it's just too small. There was a good mix of people there when I visited, probably late teens to mid 40s or so. The music in the club section was typical house music and people were having a good time. Cafe 80s is a direct competitor of James Dean, another period themed restaurant/bar across the street. For my taste, James Dean does it just a little better than Cafe 80s, so I'm giving 80s a 4. Definitely worth a visit when you're in Prague!

Great little bar bistro. All of the staff we met were really good and would do everything in their control to ensure you enjoy your time there. We had breakfast which has a good selection and really good. Also a good place to go for a late night drink - good cocktails and mixed drinks.

This place has some good drinks and caters to various guests. It is worth a visit to grab a drink that they like to create. They stick to their travel theme and it makes you review the menu.

Lucky enough to spend an evening here drinking cocktails. The bartender was so friendly and engaging, spoke perfect English and made exceptional cocktails. If you are in Prague looking for a good night and great drinks this is the place to go!

We visited in summer and it was so good that we had to come back! Found it the first time by accident and got hooked by the old surfer car outside the restaurant. Didn’t get disappointed - Really nice cocktails, great food and friendly staff. The restaurant/bar is really pretty and you get some hawaiian feels! I loved it! In the evening there is a bar in the basement.

Aloha is a great space to spend a night there, especially during some celebrations like Halloween. But unfortunately the reservation don’t work at all, and if we try to call them the phone line is not able.

We were here for the Wind Rose concert, and honestly, the conditions were way below basic. The place was super small — the band could barely fit on stage, and people standing in the middle or back couldn’t see much at all. But the biggest problem was the lack of ventilation. There were way too many people crammed into such a tiny space, and after about an hour, it was hard to even breathe. It got insanely hot and humid — felt like being in a sauna where sweat replaced the water. This was our first and definitely our last time coming here for a concert!!

Enjoyed as much as I could, staff were really nice, the place was amazing. It was my thing that I've waited for over 8 hours but it for sure was worth it. The music area was huge with a bar, and if you would be bored enough then there is an open museum with young talents artwork you can always visit! For sure the best place I was in so far for a concert, cant wait for 2026 tour with yaelokre!

Very cool venue! We saw Ka Baird & A Hacksaw & a Hawk, both of which were amazing. Great sound system & good beer. Highly recommended.

It is simply unique place with exhibitions, concerts, cafe etc. Fully art spirit. If you want to visit no need to purchase ticket in advance. Just go and have your ticket in pub. It is also nice to have couple of drinks just opposite of railways. Fully recommended.

Went to see BC,NR, first time there. Small art venue with friendly staff and cheap bar with great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Easy access from the tram stop, accessible with wheelchairs as well. Would like to come back.

Great live music venue - we came here for a Prog Metal show and really enjoyed the concert and the venue. Only downside is to find a parking as the venue is located in a residential area. Tram connections a pretty good tho!

Great medium sized venue. Upstairs balcony has some tiered seats, some people sat down but most stood up. Downstairs is standing only. Cloakroom is 50kc, cash only. Bar is reasonably priced, 55kc for a pint of beer. We saw Moon Hooch here on 09/10/22 and were very impressed. The only thing that could've been improved was the ventilation - it got quite warm toward the end.

Really enjoyed it here. Not a tourist in sight.....apart from me. Incredible value for money. Food and drinks excellent. Great staff. Somewhat of the beaten track but drop in if you find yourself near the TV tower.

We came here on our trip to Prague and enjoyed it. It was a fun novelty, whether or not you're a big fan of trains! The food and drinks arrive on trains that know where you're seated. You have 15 seconds to remove your items from the train, else it will leave. We booked a table in advance and it's probably best especially in busy periods. Food is nice, but is a bit expensive so you're paying maybe more for the fun of the restaurant. There are toilets inside. Staff are wandering round to fix trains if they topple or clean up, otherwise it's largely handled by the trains. The tagline of the restaurant is meat and beer on rails, so don't expect many options for vegetarians but the halloumi burger is nice.

Great experience!!! We visited Výtopna restaurant on Monday evening and it was quite busy - we recommend booking a table in advance ( which we did) as the waiting queue was looong. Drinks and food arrived really fast. They have a “ make your own” menu which I thought was not that expensive for central Prague - you can choose a starter, main & desert for 890czk ( about £31pp). Big portions, tasty food and nice service. Definitely recommend visiting while in Prague.

When we were in Prague me & the wife were looking at places to eat, the wife found a restaurant that serves food on trains... My first thought was "Why are we not there yet?!" The place is amazing, the restaurant is upstairs & you can hear the trains tooting & moving on the tracks as you enter... It's truly a wonderful place! My inner child was dancing about the place in such wonderment as the trains were displayed on the monitors announcing the times & arrivals, eagerly awaiting the food to arrive. What isn't to love? The staff are attentive, the menu is just amazing & once the food arrives, the train stops & you take your food off, then the train toots & trundles away to start a new delivery. I can't recommend this place enough... Truly magical.

The food was absolutely horrible. We ordered ribs but instead we got a chunk of fat! There was no meat in it at all! And that for 20 euro!! When I was last here there was Czech food, but now they’ve changed it to Burgers and Beef. We don’t eat beef so it was hard to find anything to eat. Ribs isn’t fat, it’s supposed to be meat! We are in Czechia, in Prague!! People expect to eat Czech food, if I wanted a burger or so I’d go to America. Or to McDonald’s that’s just down the street. I am very disappointed of this place now.

Definitely a must-do! Really cool concept and really fun. I could sit in there all day and watch the trains! It was hard to get the attention of a server as is quite packed, and was the most expensive dinner we had the whole trip. I’d recommend booking as the line can be long.

This was a unique restaurant and experience, something I hadn't seen in person before! The trains run throughout the opening hours of the restaurant deliverinf food and drink to hungry and thirsty patrons. Service here was very friendly and staff are happy to share the train experience with anyone who wants it. Although it is tempting Do Not Push the trains off the rail!!!! I saw this happen a couple of times whilst I was here and the staff and other visitors to the restaurant were not happy about this. The chips are good, I cannot speak for other food served here. Beer was also pretty good but that's quite hard to get wrong. Unlikely to return unless with the uninitiated, but definitely worth putting on your list if you're in Prague!

The place is absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the atmosphere and the exceptional service. The food was truly delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. I especially loved the goat cheese salad and the salmon tartare starter — both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the clever system of little trains delivering the dishes to our table. It was not only incredibly efficient but also charming and fun to watch. It added a unique touch to the whole dining experience. I went in expecting just a cool concept, but the quality of the food far exceeded my expectations. Every bite was a delight, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food with a fun and memorable twist!

The place has a beautiful view, which was the main reason we came. Unfortunately, the service was just okay. When we arrived, we mentioned we wanted to eat and enjoy the view, but we were seated on the side without it. When we asked why we couldn’t sit on the nicer side, we were told that section was for drinks only, something that wasn’t communicated clearly upfront. We ended up skipping the food and just ordering a lemonade and sparkling water so we could enjoy the view instead. One of the servers really stood out for being kind and helpful, she took great photos for us and was encouraging everyone to enjoy the moment, which we appreciated. Other than that, the hostesses didn’t feel very welcoming, and the overall vibe from the staff was a bit cold. If you're coming here just for the view and a quick drink, it's worth it, but don’t expect warm service across the board.

Lunch here was a great start to our holiday in Prague. This place is famously known as a photo spot as it has a flower-filled balcony that overlooks the Astronomical Clock and is often deemed one of "the photos to take in Prague". From the ground level, you would have to walk in towards the lift, take the lift up to the restaurant lobby. From the restaurant lobby, you would then take 2 flight of slightly narrow stairs up to the restaurant's seating area. Once you're up, you'll be able to get a cool breeze (if you went in the summer) and if you're going during lunch, there should be an abundance of seating areas available. I would still recommend calling to ask for a reservation beforehand. The food was also good - the steak was done to my liking and the pasta for my wife was done well. The environment is quiet and there were mainly couples or small families dining. The staff were also quick to attend to us. Once you're done with your food and before you leave, don't forget to head to the balcony and take a photo before you leave! There should already be other diners lining up to take photos so it should be easy to spot.

Lovely restaurant with a small terrace and that little corner where everyone takes the famous photo (you might have to wait in line for it 😄). The food was delicious, the soup was exactly what we needed after a night out! The staff were kind and helpful. Just mind that the large beer here is really large, not like in most places in Prague. Definitely recommend this spot!

Well worth a visit, we went just for a drink. The balcony is enclosed with glass and has heaters. Our visit was end October and it was certainly warm enough. Blankets provided too. Lovely views of the city. Great photo opportunities by the flowers!

This restaurant is soooo nice with beautiful view. We had lunch there and it was best meal in our Prague trip. Food is soo fresh and service was excellent. People were very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. I would definitely visit again.

Everything a good bar should be: Good atmosphere, Unique Drinks, Bar Snacks and a full bar list available. I stopped here for two drinks and thoroughly enjoyed both. Lots of other drinks options I wanted to try though. I enjoyed the fact that the menu doesn't lean too much towards sweet and fruity cocktails like a lot of other bars do. As a solo traveller I had no problem sitting at the Bar, but if you're going as a couple of group I would advise booking ahead of time from what I observed. Would recommend popping in for at least one drink whilst in Prague at the beginning or end of an evening for a nightcap

Great luxurious place. Staff is friendly from checking in to paying the bill. Bar people explained well differences between drinks. There are several options. Basement tables are offered often if you don’t have a reservation. It’s a smaller room downstairs with just a few tables - something you might like or want to avoid. Price is on the high side, even for touristy standards, but the quality of the drinks and the nice environments are worth it for a couple of drinks. I would go back and recommend.

Our second time here (first in 2018) and it did not disappoint once again. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us at the inside bar. Our bartender (cannot remember her name, but she was blonde) made some excellent absinthe recommendations and then was brilliant with the cocktails the rest of the evening. We will definitely be back again this trip thanks to excellent staff and drinks! The atmosphere and bar might be slightly different, but still a great time.

Amazing cocktails. Each unique and with a flair for presentation. The staff was fantastic and very welcoming. The charcuterie board was delicious. I recommend the absinthe cocktail for a truly unique experience.

Lovely couple of hours spent at the Hemingway Bar on a Friday night in early November. We had pre booked, which I would say is essential on a weekend. Had two cocktails and loved the drama with which they were served. Also had a plate of cheese and some salted almonds to accompany. All in all a very pleasant evening. Our waitress was Petra and she also gets five ✨for her professionalism and friendliness.

I’ve been a regular for years. Since my first visit seven years ago, Hemingway had never once disappointed me. It was always my go-to place when I wanted to offer friends or business guests a truly special experience — a bar I could trust for creativity, taste, and excellent service. When I heard Hemingway was moving, I felt sad to lose the cozy charm of the old space, but I trusted the team and recently visited the new location with high hopes. We sat at the bar, where a female bartender kindly introduced the new menu and recommended a cheese board made by a chef with Michelin-star experience. However, the cheese was clearly pre-cut and dry on the surface — something anyone familiar with hard cheese would notice. The plating also lacked care. Despite our trust, we tried it but were disappointed. When I mentioned it politely, the bartender checked with the kitchen and returned saying the cheese had been freshly cut, which felt dismissive. If anyone had simply admitted the mistake and apologized, it would have been a much better experience. After we requested a replacement, the new cheese board was indeed freshly sliced, confirming our concern. Even my favorite cocktail, the Penicillin, tasted different that night. It felt as though the pride, skill, and spirit that once defined Hemingway had been left behind at the old location. I still have deep affection for this bar and truly hope it regains the quality and warmth that once made it so special — but this visit, sadly, fell short.

Stumbled upon this bar completely by chance while walking by - the interior and concept caught our attention. It turned out to be the best find in Prague! In the evening we had to wait a little for a table, but it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere is fantastic, the cocktail selection is great too - everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

What a place! Pauli provided the most excellent service and recommendations. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated with a Bohemian vibe. The absinthe collection is insane and well thought out. We came for a glass of absinthe and stayed for hours.

This is one of the best places in Prague to discover absinthe! The bar has a great atmosphere, but what really makes it special is the staff. They are very friendly and always ready to explain the menu, suggest drinks based on your taste, and answer any questions. They also prepare the absinthe with a little show — we tried the “Bohemian style” drinks, which were made with sugar and flames. The service is excellent – attentive enough to make sure you’re enjoying yourself, but never pushy. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the drinks, the unique presentation, and the overall experience make it absolutely worth it.

Oof where should I start. Started with this bar and ask for good recommendations which were provided. A little bit distant service but maybe it’s my American love for service. Atmosphere is fantastic- nice decor and quite nice and quiet. Don’t no if they have food but won’t there for it.

Don't think they have food here but the staff is lovely, lots of English speaking customers which was a welcome surprise. The ambience is nice, there's even a piano and the upstairs area is wonderful. A very subtle exterior hides a very wholesome bar with a lovely selection and eye-catching aesthetic. Would recommend it even harder but I don't want the place to be overrun by normies, especially since it became my unofficial go-to spot if I'm ever in town.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the absinthe was both delicious and beautifully presented. Drinks were accompanied by complimentary snacks, which added a nice touch. On top of that, there’s a wide selection of unique liquid souvenirs to take home. Highly recommended — I would gladly return.

This was by far my favourite experience in Prague, our bartender Otto was so knowledgeable, welcoming and informative. Great atmosphere, wonderful decor, great conversation, and amazing service. I highly recommend this spot. Otto was so helpful and personable, offering personalized recommendations for me and my boyfriend. It was definitely an experience I will never forget

The atmosphere is good, but you don’t need to pay the VIP ticket. The VIP hall looks more like a cafe/bar, definitely not a dance disco club. 6/10

One of the best clubs in Prague which plays really great music and the bartenders are really skilled in what they do. What surprised me was the Indian song the DJ played all of a sudden :)

Moon Club in Prague is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is stylish, vibrant, and perfect for a night out. Drinks were top quality, and the service was even better. Definitely one of the best spots in Prague!

The club has a good vibe, but the biggest downside is the low volume. The DJ isn’t allowed to turn it up because of the venue’s policy. The sound needs to be louder, and it would help to separate the dance floor from the bar area so people can either dance or sit and talk.

The bar set up is silly and takes up what could have been an amazing dance floor. The obnoxiously placed bar with slow staff is actually not that much of a problem because the DJ just learned how to do transitions so he only plays 20 secs of a song before making a jarring change to another song making it impossible to dance. As you ponder to wonder if the DJ has adhd a promoter will tell you to give the club 5 stars for a free shot. So of course you do the review to balance out the cost of expensive drinks you paid for earlier. Don’t forget to change to an honest review later. Three stars because they hire deaf go go dancers that can dance to any awful track the DJ plays and the club IS pretty and has potential.

Called in late on a Friday, the staff were great and very friendly and funny and very engaging. The self service beer table were a hoot and I would highly recommend a visit here. Didn’t eat but are planning a visit again

If you like a different pub experience and you can (attempt) to pour your own stein then this is the place to book. Staff were wonderful and show you the ropes and great fun while you have food. Food was very nice. Highly recommended especially if youre in a big group and like beer

Crazy good business idea! HOWEVER, the brand is finally have the proof for the mathematical statement: 1=2. The taps measured waaaaaay more beer, than we actually drink. We literally drunk 13 glasses of 0,5 liter beer, but we paid for 20, with a 100kc/0,5 beer price. Also diabolic, that they were pressing us to tip, in a pub, where you tap the beer for yourself. Please don’t do this with yourself, my dear friend. You have to drink good beers in Prague, with a correct price, and there is many-many good places for that. Ahh yes, the beer in here tastes like a belarussian last category beer, if it is warmer like the heart of a mother. No offense to belarussian brothers, I love you. Never ever!

Stumbled on The Pub on a walk today. Stopped in for a few beers. Really cool atmosphere. Service was outstanding. Staff were extremely friendly. We did not have any food, but will come back and give that a try. Good Pilsner. We enjoyed the visit and really appreciated the hospitality. Great atmosphere.

Cool concept, the service was friendly but disappointing. The food, which we waited 40 minutes for with three people, came without napkins (burgers, fries, wings), and when we asked for some, we didn't get any. He said all three of us should use the bowl of water that my friend got for his hot wings. The food tasted okay for the price, but unfortunately it was almost cold. You are not asked if you want ketchup or mayonnaise with your fries; you are simply given a fairly large bowl of mayonnaise. At the end, two prices are suggested, one significantly higher, which includes a service charge, and you are asked which price you want to pay. A service charge in a restaurant where you tap your own beer and order via a display? Unfortunately, it's quite a tourist trap. We won't come back again.

went to participate in the competitive drinking area however on arrival was told that it was full, not long after getting our drinks it seemed fairly empty so we should have been able to move but not the end of the world, looked cool though from what we could see

There is the most quite terras in Prague! Melrose place alike? There is also a vintage punk shop which was the primary reason we ended up there. It became a very welcome quite and peaceful moment during our trip in Prague. The service was top and it felt like we mangled in with the locals. I would go back there on an next visit to Prague!

Very unpleasant service. The bartender extorts tips and claims they are mandatory in the Czech Republic. Why should I tip when I haven't been served yet? When he heard the refusal he acted arrogant and accosted customers with boorish texts. I do not recommend this place.

Really rude service. If you don't get to the bar and order within 5 minutes, you'll be yelled at and they'll snatch IDs from your hand, so that they touch people's faces.

I expected a bit of smoking, but the place was filled with cigarette smoke. And it was so loud, I couldn't hear people next to me. Drinks are cheap, though the staff wasn't esp nice.

The main advantage of this place is its location on the rooftop of the Dancing House — one of Prague’s most iconic architectural landmarks. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and choose a dessert. There’s usually a steady flow of tourists, especially closer to sunset.

Absolutely loved the view, service, and outdoor seating. The view is breathtaking and panoramic, the staff are very friendly, and the prices are reasonable—unlike other rooftops where you pay triple the amount. Definitely worth checking out! It’s mostly suited for drinks and snacks. This place also has historical significance: it was heavily bombed in WWII, and the modern building was constructed to symbolize Czechia’s shift toward a more democratic and free society (at least, that’s how I understood the information).

Beautiful view with very reasonably priced drinks. It cost 150 czk per person for access to observation tower with it being free for children under 12. Worth the visit for the beautiful view of the city you can even see petrin tower from a far through the free telescope. It was quite busy in the bar itself when we visited but the observation terrance was very quiet.

Very nice customer service, not a lot of food to try, mostly for snacks like chips and beverages. Although it has an impressive view which you have to pay if you want to be outside.

We stopped here for a drink after reading about the historical significance of this buildings location. The staff were very friendly, the drinks were delicious & the views from the terrace bar were amazing!

Super commercial. Underwhelming. There is a tiny little balcony where you can step out to that would fit max 10 people and they charge you 100 CZK. The space is so narrow it looks like a setting to squeeze more bucks out of tourists. I found beverages and desserts also pricey. There's a bridge right across from this dancing tower and you have a better view.

A bit pricey but nice. £8 entry and includes a small drink. You only get 20mins but to be honest that is enough for a laugh, it is rather cold. It opens at 7pm and is family friendly at this time. Certainly not a night club at this time, much more of a walk in experience. It's a bit expensive but a good time. Great photo opportunity. My non alcoholic drink did freeze in my ice glass before I finished it lol.

Rude staff, they yell at you, the bartender doesn’t speak, they know you will stay for 5 min and go. If you are claustrophobic, definitely don’t go. After the bartender serves everyone, she leaves the room, which the door “can just be opened by staff”. They forgot to give us gloves and when asked inside, there was no staff to give it to us. They told us to use the poncho. Terrible experience.

Was a fun pub to have experienced. There was a small entry fee after the entry fee to get in the building but for this you did get a ‘free’ drink. You get a nice and warm coat and some gloves when going inside. It’s quite cool that everything is made out of ice, even the glasses in which you get the drink. The only downside is that is only is for 25 minutes and that the room is kinda small

The experience was underwhelming. The room is very small, and for a place playing techno music, the sound system is disappointing—no bass at all. The cleanliness was also lacking, which was quite off-putting. You only get 20 minutes inside, which is fine, but the small space and crowd make it chaotic, with everyone focused on taking photos and asking others to move for their perfect shot. The first free drinks are included, but they were pretty lackluster. If you’re like us and want to try every tourist trap in the city, then definitely give it a go. Otherwise, you’re not missing much. Let me know if you’d like more changes!

This was a really cool experience! Literally everything was made of ice and it was really immersive! Got given gloves, a warm cape and also a free drink included in our ticket. Really fun experience, worth visiting but you can’t stay for long because of the cold! Also a really cool atmosphere and music was played

There were no food but there were drinks salso non alcoholic ones. Nice for children. Too small too crowded. Atmosphere is ok but really small.

In Principal this should have been a good experience. however, pardon the pun also but what a frosty reception from the entrance staff member. this person also didn't give my friend his drinks token so he had to ask for it again which is a little awkward when you just want to enjoy the 20 minute time limit you are in there.

We really enjoyed the bar. So much to look at. A must stop if you love horror movies and/or Halloween. Drinks were fantastic and reasonable prices. My husband had 2 beers and I had 2 Moscow mules and both were very tasty. Place was clean and it gave a Cold War bomb shelter vibe. Spooky friendly amazing

as a true horror nerd, this was an awesome experience! i went solo and planned on just stopping by for a few minutes to check it out, but i ended up staying for a couple hours because the vibe was great. there’s rock/metal music and many nooks to explore with fun decorations. there was a projector with horror playing as well. drinks were excellent, fun and decently priced. i’d definitely recommend this place to horror fans.

What an interesting bar! You have to go down a winding staircase to get in which is decorated with posters from scary movies. Inside there are models from different movies and artifacts. The walls have special posters and different things from the movies. I only had drinks but the menu is extensive and fun. I ordered a bloody Mary and it was really tasty, came with celery, unlike any ive had in the city so far. Staff, very friendly. The only negative is that the toilets weren't great and didnt have toilet roll.

Absolutely loved the horror bar! We visited just after opening hour & it was fairly busy. The waitress was really friendly & we loved the decorations throughout. Dark red lighting gives a great effect & the horror shots are a must!

Is it a gimmick? Totally. Did any of us care? Not at all. We knew when we wanted to visit this location that it was going to be horror things all around. And that’s exactly what we wanted. The cocktails were even named after horror related Things. We absolutely loved it. I had so much fun just walking around looking at all of the cool stuff. Every nook and cranny was decked out with something spooky. The drinks were great. The server was fantastic. There were some old-school horror movies playing while we were there and it was really neat. Not the kind of place you would go to every night. But totally worth visiting while you’re in Prague.

Amazing collection and atmosphere for the thriller fans, I thought it was more like a tourist trap but it resulted surprisingly into a good experience, you could see the effort put into this big collection of items from all horror movies to make a good atmosphere. The prices are a high for what you get and the service is not the best, but anyhow we had a good time to stop by and try some cocktails (nothing special and expensive). I would recommend it to stop by for a beer instead and explore the collection of items they have, nothing else.

Truly an unforgettable restobar. First time to see such a concept for a restaurant and it is amazing. Well made scary structures. Definitely a must visit when in Prague! There’s not much food choices as they really focus on their drink selection.
