Hands down the best restaurant. Amazing food, service is impeccable and vibe is top notch. The ceviche is outstanding and the beef tenderloin is melt in your mouth amazing. A must. From the attention to detail regarding the wine selection to the beautifully presented meals that taste as good as they look. My family also had the pork belly and cannoli and tomato salad. From start to finish this restaurant is to die for. A hidden gem worth a Michelin star.

Really great spot to try a wide selections of wines! I’m not a wine connoisseur what so ever and used to find wine tasting quite intimidating. After this welcoming experience I felt excited to try something new. I even took a picture of my favorite one! It is suuuuper sweet, I absolutely loved it. The staff were really accommodating and knowledgeable! I’d 100% recommend stopping by here to unwind and enjoy some wine.

O. M. G! We learned of this wine bar due to an excursion scheduled through @Amawaterways. We chose to come back for dinner based on how much we loved the wine tasting experience. We chose the tasting menu, and everything was incredible. Service was impeccable, and the pairings were absolutely incredible.

I’d been meaning to visit this restaurant for a long time, and finally, my friends and I decided to spend an evening there while enjoying the city center. The experience, however, turned out to be a little unusual. Right from the start, the constant switching between languages by the manager felt distracting. I’m perfectly comfortable speaking either Czech or English, but hearing three different languages in just the first five minutes left the conversation feeling scattered. Multilingual skills are admirable, but a consistent language with guests would make the atmosphere far more comfortable. We chose a table in the courtyard, which was lovely — quiet, beautiful, and perfect for an evening outdoors. After 10 PM, due to city noise restrictions, we were asked to move inside. That was fine in itself. However, when I asked to be seated in a cozy room near the courtyard, the answer was NO — we had to sit exactly where they placed us, whether we liked it or not. THAT’S A PRETTY WEIRD THING TO BE HONEST. The restaurant was at least 80% empty, so if I prefer a more comfy and dark spot, why can’t I sit there? We didn’t order just a single bottle and sip it all night — we spent at least 4.5K CZK and STILL didn’t get our water at the new table inside. The food, I must say, was really good. Your chef is doing his/her job PERFECTLY, but it shouldn’t be just about the food. This place should spread an amazing, pleasant atmosphere all over the restaurant — not just where YOU DECIDE to create it. And the most disappointing thing came at the end. It was 23:31… we were chatting and thinking about ordering another bottle of Spanish Cava… and at that same time, one of your waitresses decided to ask us TO LEAVE SOON BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING THE RESTAURANT AT 12AM. Man… I don’t know even “HOSPODA” like this. How is it possible to ask such a thing? We didn’t get it at all. Overall, I’d rate the experience 3/10. The food is the only thing that saved the evening for us, but unfortunately, the service and atmosphere fell far short of expectations.

We loved the place. From the moment we arrived, they had beautiful decorations and our reservation was ready. We ordered the tasting menu, which was suggested by the waiter, and it had everything. It was a 6-course meal with a wine pairing for each course. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious. The menu we ordered only had fish, and we would have liked to have at least one course with beef or another meat. The place is quiet and the service is impeccable. All the waiters were very friendly and attentive to make sure our experience was enjoyable.

Super hard to find as its inside the courtyard but once you do it’s fab! It feels like speakeasy place, dark but fab! Great choice of wines and you can get cheese board with it. Lots of seating inside and out and you can sit on windowsills and i just loved it.

This wine bar is very hidden cause you've to get through a small arch in a building. There's an internal court and the bar it's located on the ground floor and upstairs, so you can choose between many seats inside and outside. The guys who work here are so prepared in wines and they can easily help you to find the perfect wine for you describing tastes and structures. If you love wine i recommend this place :)

We came with friends and were charged for items not listed like carafe of water or bread. So they give you one bread for two plancha. A very disappointing moment from a famous place that charges you without telling you anything. Not any possibility to discuss it before paying.

This was a lucky find for us - excellent wine bar with a speakeasy feel and laid-back vibe. Great wine selection with friendly and knowledgeable staff and very tasty small bites (cheeses, meats, anchovies, pickled vegetables) to accompany. Semi-outdoor seating in the courtyard or cozier seating in the cantina-like interior. Everything about the place is tasteful and pleasant - just what you want in a slightly trendy but not at all touristy wine bar. Highly recommend if you're visiting Prague and want to try some local wines in a cool spot. We went on a Sunday night in August, and it was busy without ever feeling crowded or loud.

Really disappointing service. We waited over ten minutes at the host stand while multiple servers ignored us or said they’d come back and never did. One staff member had headphones in and kept working behind the counter in front of us, another chatted with a nearby table, neither of them acknowledged us. The space is charming and the wine great, but the service has become embarrassingly unprofessional.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Inside, the space felt a bit empty and lacked atmosphere—most guests seemed to prefer sitting outside. 🍷 The idea of showcasing wines from old regions and offering personal recommendations is a lovely concept, though I would have appreciated a menu for reference, even just for information. 🍷 The non-alcoholic wine resembled more of a blended smoothie and unfortunately had a thick fruit residue at the bottom, which made it unpleasant to drink. 🧀 The charcuterie board was okay and featured products from the Czech Republic. The bread was delicious, but most of the cheeses were quite hard and had overpoweringly strong flavours, which didn’t pair well with the wine.

Really nice wine bar with a great concept much like the Japanese omakase just with wine. The host brings a bottle to the table presents it and lets you taste and if you like it you can buy a glass. Prices are extremely fair and the wine is great and often very local. We had a small platter with local cheese and meat as well that was nice too.

I visited Veltlin Wine Bar and was impressed by their amazing selection of wines. A great place for wine lovers to discover something special in a cozy atmosphere.

Lucas was an absolutely incredible host and tasting guide. He gave me a top-notch dégustation of Central European wines and I learned a ton! He was very approachable and friendly and tailored the tasting to my preferences. I only had 24 hours in Prague and made a point of checking out Veltlin - and it far surpassed my (high!) expectations! Will absolutely visit again as soon as I make it back :) thank you, Lucas!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only let down was I was poured too little on one of the glass I ordered because it was the last glass of the bottle. They didn’t bother to open another bottle to top up to the proper amount. Otherwise this wine bar is really affordable.

I’m not really a Prosecco drinker, so I was going to have a coffee but the staff were able to offer a wine for us, and it was good. Stumbled into this little gem by chance. Has more space than meets the eye when one enters. Good service and skilled staff that know their prosecco. Entered for a glass of wine, but ended up learning a lot and tasting 6 different brands.

One of my favorite places in Prague. The quality of the service, the interior design and of course the quality of the Prosecco is only from private vinaries.

This is my favourite neighbourhood spot. Fantastic Prosecco selection, excellent service and high quality food boards. Quickly became my go to destination when hosting friends and business associates from out of town for a drink.

I love this spot! Great Prosecco by the glass or bottle, reasonably priced and a very impressive selection. Good snack platters too! Option to sit inside or outside on the street in the sun which we loved. Highly recommend popping into this place for a drink before dinner.

Terrible arrogant waitress who was nice in the beginning but then we asked her to come to us as we wanted to order a plate with cheese&cham to our Prosecco and she shouted on us while running away “wait!”. Well, okay. Then she came to our part of the floor but instead of taking the order she started to clean the nearest table to us. (reservation for this table came in 20 min only after it). And THEN she could serve us. So arrogant and so bad manners. The food and atmosphere is very nice, I have been here with my friends so many times and always was good.

To say I love this Prosecco bar would be an understatement. I can remember the first time I had Prosecco at a random bar in New York, but Prosekarna will take everything you’ve ever thought about Prosecco and make it special. It’s a cute space With over 200 bottles, including a good number of natural Proseccos, a delicious selection of Antipasti and the best service, you’re going to wish you visited if you haven’t yet. Henri, Lucie and Michal thanks for being amazing every day, coz I did pass by for 1 glass that turned into a bottle on the regular. If you’re in Prague, visit prosekarna you will not be disappointed, but beware it so amazing you’ll be back everyday. There are two in the city I’ve only been to prosekárna myslíkova. They open at 12 noon, are open everyday and have WIFI. Book on a Friday ti avoid being disappointed, it’s pretty popular with a cool vibe.

Have been here couple of times already, only walking in however it was during the working day. I recommend making the reservation over the weekends to avoid waiting. The quality of the food is very good very tasty and fresh I believe many ingredients are imported from Italy directly. The atmosphere it looks like a market it can get hot inside because there are any fans not air conditioning. The service wasn’t excellent but not because of human performance it looked like they are understaffed unfortunately so the staff are very busy trying to perform but everything is slow or late. To take our order took more than 20 minutes in this time we didn’t even have drinks, our pizzas we could see at the counter under the heating lamps for a while and we saw the chef pressing the bell at least 2 this does reduce the food quality. Unfortunately very disappointed. I could’ve flown home to Italy and been served quicker... after an hour’s wait, the food was dry, bland and overpriced. Friendly staff, but far better, and faster, Italian options in Prague.

The charcuterie board was absolutely phenomenal — especially the cheeses, which were outstanding. The service was friendly and efficient, and it really left a great impression on me. I even ended up buying a few things from the shop — it’s not cheap, but everything is top quality and well worth it if you want to enjoy something truly exceptional.

It used to be good foods and price here few years back. I’m surprised with the price especially this mixed fried seafoods. The portion is just nice but still not worth for 599kc. In the past was around 300kc only together with the chips. Now it’s only with plain salads. Not only that, the waiter offered us the tartar dip and didn’t inform us it cost 69kc for half of the cup. It’s not even enough for whole seafoods. They also charged the tap water for like another 69kc. Totally not worth it anymore this place how it used to be.

My friends and I have been going to this place since 2014. I've always liked the atmosphere here. We hadn't been here for over two years. The atmosphere hasn't changed. But the prices are simply enormous compared to the quality of the food. We ordered two dishes, lemonade, coffee, and dessert for two people. The bill came to 1,800 CZK. Very expensive.

Produce is superior yet leaving with baked goods was a mistake. Breads not cooked fully, undercooked and doughy. $2.50 for one small bread and I bought three that I couldn’t eat due to it being raw in the middle. What a waste! Been coming here for years to buy produce and cook on my own, cannot but their cooked food from now on I will only do it from home. Sad.lady time I was here the pasta was overpriced and overcooked leading to them giving some free dessert which was also not worth the hassle. Learn how to bake. Learn how to cook pasta. You have the products from Italy now please do not disgrace the Italian people.

Feels like a lively seafood market — highly recommend! Such a vibrant and unique spot! It truly captures the spirit of an Italian fish market — fresh produce, great energy, and delicious food. Absolutely worth a visit. Just keep in mind it can get quite noisy due to the bustling atmosphere — not ideal for a quiet dinner, but perfect if you’re in the mood for lively vibes.

This place has a great potential, I see it why it could be popular amongst wine lovers and good location. However very limited non alcoholic and tapas options, coffee is not good as well. Staff is very slow to notice you at first place we waited like for 20 minutes and other 20 for our order to arrive, it came also wrong. Staff is not especially nice and very polite. They are definitely better places in Prague.

We first got in and were not seen by the service for 20 min. Then we went to the bar and asked if we could be served. The place is very much understaffed but the lady that was serving was super kind and knowledgeable about the products. Once we got our food and wine, everything was great. I would recommend as a place to visit to have a nice chat with a friend or as a first date option.

I usually give very good reviews or, if I am really disappointed, I provide honest feedback. Unfortunately, this is a case of the latter. I have always wanted to visit your wine place and finally did so yesterday with a friend. Upon arrival, we were seated with just water in a room full of ladies who were already enjoying their wine. They were shouting so much that my friend and I could not hear each other. The noise level was extremely high. As it was our first time there, it took us a while to realize that we needed to order at the bar. When we asked for assistance, the staff member explained the process with what I felt was an arrogant gesture. The wine served from the box was not to my taste, but I understand that preferences vary. We ordered a small plate of cheese, which turned out to be very, very small for the price. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service and the experience. I wish you all the best, but I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

The premise is good and the wine is good quality, but the service was absolutely shocking. Despite telling us that she worked in gastronomy for 16 years, this waitress must never have served tables in that time. Aside from being initially rude anyway, she came to us after 40 minutes of waiting to be served and told us that we can order through the qr code on the table (there was no qr code), after a few times of us explaining we can't do that and her not listening she said fine what do you want, so we ordered and waited a further 45 mins. People who came after us, also at tables with no qr code, were being served food before us so we lost our patience and asked is the food coming to which she said "no". Overall, good spot for wine at a good price but that's about it

We had tapas and a glass of wine, it was delicious. We waited a bit for the food but it was handmade and readied after we ordered. The waiter was funny and knowledgeable. Great place.

Wow, amazing place with great vibes and great food and wine 🍷 😋 however it gets very busy so u might not get a table, ther is an option to stand for a while. What i was disappointed with was no czech wines which for me as a visitor in Czechia and Prague would really appreciate although I understand it is a french winery. In the beginning I didn't understand the self-service 🙃 but the writer was kind to explain it again for the food option again sorry but I wanted some czech products too just to highlight my czech experience or add a twist into the french winery based in czech. Everything was tasty and you get free complimentary water which isn't very common but i appreciate it. There are fridges with wines and the description with numbers, so you can self-service or do tasting by yourself and after u decide you write it on the paper how many rows on the glass did you get so 1 full glass would mean 2 ticks I hope you get me ;) Bon appetite 😀 😉 😊 🇨🇵

The decor was best part of this dining experience. The wine was pretty good. The food is mediocre and the service is fine. Good place to grab a glass of wine for sure.

We were in the restaurant for the first time. At 30% capacity they offered the worst table. They didn’t bring a wine list, we didn’t even realize that it was a wine place. The duck pate was so runny and overly seasoned that the flavor of the duck was lost. We waited 40 minutes for the appetizer. Moreover, visitors who arrived later received the main dishes. The cutlery was not replaced after it fell on the floor. Overall we won't come again. If the food can be given a chance, the service ruined everything. It was the first time when I didn't left the tips.

To be honest , was quite surprised about feedback on meal.. our experience was a pretty good , food was delicious. Prices are on the market level and fully represent “ French” concept I would say. The service was great too .

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant, it looks fine, staff is kind, food was also fine (not best, but tasty), but the portions were soooo small and too expensive, so everything good about this restaurant was gone. And we were struggling with menu a little bit, we didn’t know what to choose. Update after owner's response: It was honest feedback from my side and it was not taken by the owner obviously. I'm sorry for this, but this is not the answer which should be given to the customer's review in any case. If the owner is new in the gastro industry, he/she should learn how to react to the customers first. I am changing my review from 3* to 1* and I will be sharing this experience with everyone around me. Owner's response doesn't correspond with the prices and "high meta" about which owner is writing. Compared to the quality of the previous location we were really disappointed….the server was friendly and helpful but it didn’t make up for disappointing menu (duck brûlée was way too sweet, beef small and too fatty, wine list super limited compared to before) and a vibe that was loud and casual, didn’t match the menu or prices. So if you are hoping to get the quality of the last location, unfortunately, pass.

The service was good and the food was delicious. In particular, the steak was very soft and delicious, but one regret was that the sauce was creamy, so it felt a bit greasy.

Monarch is truly one of my favorite restaurants in Prague. Every visit has been a great experience – the service is always warm, friendly, and attentive. The food is consistently excellent: the steaks are perfectly prepared, juicy and flavorful, and the burger is absolutely amazing. All the side dishes are also really good and complement the mains perfectly. It can be a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of both the food and the overall experience makes it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

My first evening here in Prague. I got a burger (I know lame), but it truly was one of the best I've ever tasted! The bun is a heavier bread/biscuit type, and was perfect. Lay was my server and was so friendly and helpful. In fact nearly all the servers stopped by and were very kind. I appreciated the advice and tips from Lay as well. Oh! The semolina mousse with gingerbread ice cream was so filling and tasty, too. Thanks for a wonderful welcome to your beautiful city 💗

Bad service with great food. Unfortunately the service was very bad. We felt very unwelcome. The staff literally stands in front of you and laugh between each other while serving you. Honestly haven’t seen such bad service in a while. Although the steak was excellent. Come here for the food and not the service. You will love it.

This is recommended by Michelin Guide, with high ratings and positive feedbacks, we decided to try this place and be the culinary judges. It did not disappoint. Foods were great that we came back here twice during our visit in Prague. Staff were attentive, approachable, and welcoming. Abi helped us with few questions we had on the menu. We loved that she introduced it with historical story. I was impressed with her wit, me being history loving Traveller. Burger here is delicious. I know it’s very American but it’s how it’s delivered on plate and the way it’s cooked. Chanterelles Ravioli, truffled potatoes Anna (the best cooked potatoes we had) , roasted bone marrow onion with onion chutney and bread were superb. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible experience at Monarch—a Michelin-recommended spot that truly lives up to the recognition without any of the pretension. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive. Our server, Viktor, was exceptional—his wine knowledge was top-tier and his passion for what he does really showed. We ended up trusting Viktor with our pairings, and honestly, he nailed it. Each glass beautifully complemented the dishes, and his recommendations elevated the entire experience. Amazing meat dishes, from the starters to the mains. Every dish was carefully constructed and thought of. The ingredients were of very high quality. Super lovely and attentive staff. Lovely place and atmosphere. Extremely recommended for foodies like us 😬 It's pricier than places around it, but totally worth it!

The food is tasty, but this time it was far too oily. The omelet had a lot of oil, so overall it felt heavy and greasy. Still, the flavor itself was VERY good. Unfortunately, the service left a very unpleasant impression. The waitress with short hair was extremely rude. She spoke in an aggressive manner, and at the end when she brought my takeaway order, she almost threw it on the table. When I thanked her, she didn’t respond and just stormed away. In short — the food is delicious, but the service really spoiled the overall experience.

Great atmosphere and a relaxing place to sit and enjoy my book and rest. I had a slice of Vanilla Cheesecake. It was delicious. However, sadly, my Cafe au lait was not the greatest. For sure I would come back here. But likely get something better to drink. Overall it’s a nice place. Cheers!

Being a French person living in Prague, I'm so happy to have Le Caveau in the city. The quality of the food and beverages remind me of home, most of the time it's even better than in most French café. Highly recommended for brunch or just a coffee break

What a nice place! We had some Easter brunch there with some friends and enjoyed some traditional French omelette with Czech farmers eggs, salad bread and herb butter to start, continued with some grilled focaccia from the in house bakery served with mushrooms, reclette, spinach and an outstanding mustard dressing. This went incredibly well with some Bresse which is some blue cheese, grilled apple, roasted pumpkin seeds, creme fraiche, lattuce and arugula. Next we ordered some extraordinarily tasty vegetarian kiche which was seasoned just right. To round it up we had some baked croissant with chocolate, hazelnut and maple syrup - just great. Because it was so tasty we finally decided on some more chocolate cheese cake. The waitress was also very attentive and friendly, just an awesome overall experience.

Amazing breakfast, we had the croissant with cheese & ham which was delicious but also told by locals that the omelette is their best dish. 10/10

If you want to experience some french groove, this is the place. Owner is french with a great taste of wines. Just let him recommend you something according to your tastes. He is extremely knowledgeable. Food selection is rather limited (after all it’s a bar not restaurant) but a cold cuts plate works great with some nice french red wine. I suggest to go on days where they have live music if you want some action. If you just want romance, go whenever you feel like getting a french touch.

I was exploring Prague on my own when I stumbled upon La Cave D'Adrien, just a few minutes after it opened. I walked in and was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. I'm no wine connoisseur, so I asked the very helpful lady behind the bar for a recommendation. After a lovely chat, I ended up with her personal favorite and took it outside to enjoy. As I sat there sipping my wine, something about the place made me feel like I wasn't in Prague at all. La Cave D'Adrien has a truly unique and special vibe. The music soon started playing, and the songs I heard that afternoon are now part of the playlist in my headphones as I write this review. I got completely hooked on the ambiance and deeply regret not returning later that evening to enjoy the live music and meet new people. I’ll definitely be back in Prague—and this will be the first place I return to.

Best wine bar in Prague! Why? It is really classy yet party-like, they have live music and it gets fun and loud (almost like a club but still still very chic). Wine list is good, food selection is good, but meals did not stand out. Food was average, not bad not amazing - just decent. I totally loved the live music, singer was talented, service is excellent. This is a unique & wickedly awesome underground space. The labyrinth of corridors and separate bars was so fun to explore. The beer was cold and tasty. The only drawback was the amount of smoking that was there - it's underground so the smoke lingers. Just be aware if smoke bothers you.

Very unpleasant service. The bartender extorts tips and claims they are mandatory in the Czech Republic. Why should I tip when I haven't been served yet? When he heard the refusal he acted arrogant and accosted customers with boorish texts. I do not recommend this place.

What at first looks as a typical Czech pub, turns out to have an absolutely magical garden behind it. The prices are great and the staff is really kind. The quality of the wine is absolutely fine, nothing too special.

Cozy local which is specialized in wines, but also has the best hot chocolate in Prague. This place has the elegance of a 50 years women combined with the beauty of a 20 years old lady, it has the calm of a Tuesday afternoon and the naughtiness of a Saturday night. They usually have 2-3 whites and 2-3 reds to try by the glass. Friendly shop owner knew his wines well. He also sells a few other niche products, like olive oil.

What an amazing place! I´ve been here for 4th time today and I must write here few words about it. Wine selection? Oh god. Its like candy store with Italian natural wines. You must absolutely try it. The second - better thing is the proffessionality and kindness of staff working there. I will be back in no time for another bottle. Nice quaint breakfast spot. Staff were kind. Pancakes were delicious- I had the avocado and bacon ones. The pancakes were delicious and had each layer with the ingredients. My only improvement would be they have salt and pepper on the table, but for a place that sells pancakes you would expect to have maple syrup there too (you have to pay an extra 40czk for syrup) and I think it would've made my pancakes better (but I didn't try the syrup as on a budget)

Yummy offering of sweet and savory pancakes, got a savory pancake with avocado, feta and bacon. The bacon was phenomenal! Would’ve liked to try a sweet pancake next time. The server was great at trying to make room for us and was very courteous. Very small indoors so be mindful that you may need to wait outdoors.

Very tasty pancakes, with the lindt sauce on each of the four pancakes you get not just the top one, plentiful toppings all round. Pancakes both gluten free and gluten containing were very tasty. Inside is small but cosy. Great service, very polite and attentive to staff.

Lovely food, the pancakes are the perfect amount of soft and chewy. Generous portions and a wide range of tea and coffee options. The servers Anna and Clara are very attentive and made sure that everything was just right - I was extremely impressed with the service.

We had pancakes here for brunch. The pancakes seem rather small for the price at first glance but actually every layer has ingredients and we ate well. The place can get very busy and a little slow when it is full, we wanted to have a dessert as well but decided to go somewhere else as huge groups came and orders got a little slow, maybe next time!

Not the best experience for us. The scrambled eggs with salmon portion was tiny. The pancakes (“trhanec”) were inaccurately described on the menu — we understood “with cream” to mean served with caramel cream, but the cream was actually mixed into the batter while cooking, and the final dish was dry and grainy. The “mixed fruits” that were supposed to come with it turned out to be just a few strawberries, and there were no chocolate options available on the menu. My daughter was craving hot chocolate, but that wasn’t available either, as they were out of it. Altogether, very disappointing.

The atmosphere is great, professional servers, beautifully designed food... but the food is really hit or miss. I’ve been a few times and haven’t liked what I ordered. Also, there is a noticeably long wait time between appetizer and entree which isn’t nice. Below is a dish I ordered that I liked a lot, but as their menu changes seasonally not sure if it is available now.

Simply delicious. We had the eggs Benedict and the cheese omlette and it was uber tasty. Order the bread and honey on the side for a real treat. Coffee was great and I like how instead of sugar they serve a little bowl with thick syrup mixed with an espresso shot! Cakes looked great too but alas there was no more place. I guess we'll have to come here again.

Nicely located at the bottom of this TV tower with babies climbing on it, the omelette was tasty and the coffee perfect. They have freshly made juices and their bread is really super good and freshly made too ! It's not exactly cheap, but the ambiance matches the price (pretty classy). Waitresses were nice too.

We had been here by coincidence and I am glad that we did. Looked very interesting from the outside and we immediately got the Italian bistro vibes when we saw the charcuterie fridge. The Cohiba Atmosphere Bar is a must-visit for any aficionado visiting Prague. Even walking up the stairs, you're greeted by the beautiful aroma of fine cigars. The lounge itself is stunning, with a warm atmosphere and very comfortable seating. You order your cigars and drinks à la carte. Our waitress was extremely friendly, very attentive, and never intrusive. The cigar selection is exquisite—you’ll find not only the finest Cuban sticks but also a curated selection of non-Cubans, such as Vegafina or Leaf by Oscar. I treated myself to an H. Upmann Magnum 54, and it was perfectly stored and in excellent condition. Even my wife was impressed—and she’s not even a cigar lover. That says a lot about the atmosphere and overall experience. Next time we’re in Prague, we’ll definitely return for another fine cigar or two. The service was outstanding. Many thanks to the team!

Cohiba Atmosphere is a truly exceptional spot. They craft superb cocktails, and the music selection consistently sets a fantastic vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. There's ample space for guests to relax comfortably, and the ventilation system is excellent, ensuring a fresh atmosphere. To top it off, the bathrooms are spotlessly clean.

I bought a $60 cigar, sat down, was asked what I wanted to drink.. told the lady, I'm sober, haven't had a drink in 20 years. She sends the bartender to me and says "if you don't drink, you can't sit here, its a bar".. i said I bought a cigar here, so I can't smoke it here? He says no, unless I order a drink. Unbelievable! I'll be here a week, and happily go elsewhere for my two cigar a day habit.

Me and two coworkers visited the cigar bar one floor up. Not dressed for the occassion but still welcomed in. Amazing cigars and the enviroment were perfect, low key music. The drinks made by the bartender were from another world, he poored his heart and soul in to his work and his passion and knowledge for what he does shined through and made it all that special. Really recommend a visit! We will be back again!

This is a Cigar club located on the top floor , which you can reach via entering another pub. We didn’t like the cocktails and also they were pricey. The atmosphere is dark gloomy and non enough oxygen. If you like cigars you can try.

Lovely seating and atmosphere. Unfortunately service was not to the point, long wait before even getting the menu and then the same to be served. The czech chardonnay Sadská was tasteless with no nose and french Paradis 2023 was slightly better but totally overpriced for the value one is getting. The best came out the czech Rulandské šedé Nad Kapličkou 2022 ..two glasses of wine for 355 Kč is too much in my opinion though.

I visited here two evenings in a row because I enjoyed it so much. The knowledge of my waiter, Nikita, was amazing and he was also very attentive and friendly, recognising when I may want more. The wine I had was sublime, and shamefully my first taste of Czech wine. Certainly not the last. The Irish bar opposite definitely caused some amusement but did not disrupt my enjoyment. It’s a shame I didn’t get chance to return before I left Prague but I will be sure to come back when I am in Prague again 🌟🍷

We had an absolutely wonderful night at the restaurant. The service is not only of high standard but also very friendly and respectful. We loved everything they recommended and I’m very glad we trusted their advice. For appetizers, we had Tarte Flambee and Mussels. The Mussels were to die for!! HIGHLY recommended! As for main course, we had their prawns and fish. Unexpectedly large wine selection. We haven't tried food, but staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Their burčák was very sweet and aromatic. There was a nice large inner courtyard terrace, ideal for hot summer nights.

This place is a prime spot, best brunch we had in Prague. Everything from the homemade pumpkin spiced latte to the eggs with ‘ndjua to the plum dumplings was amazing. The people working there were also so friendly and accommodating. And outside seating is perfect for a sunny day.

We ordered the three-egg nduja and a caramel latte — absolutely perfect! The eggs were cooked beautifully, and the spicy sauce really elevated the dish. My only suggestion would be to add a spicy meat like chorizo for a bit more texture. Otherwise, it was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which made the experience even better. One small tip: if you prefer your coffee piping hot, be sure to ask, as it’s served lukewarm by default.

It was my last morning in Prague, and I couldn’t imagine ending the trip anywhere else. They were fully booked when I called, but still welcomed me kindly and found me a spot after a short wait. I’ve been here before for their Greek yogurt — creamy and simple, with granola so delicious I bought a bag to take home. This time, I had the Krupička, and it was incredibly good — light, comforting, and such a joy to eat. The mix of plums, cocoa, brown butter, and hazelnut praline was just perfect. ✨ Their coffee is smooth and rich; I tried both black coffee and a flat white, and both were amazing. The barista is truly talented. A cozy place with kind people and food that warms your heart — the perfect goodbye to Prague. ☕🤍

We visited today for desserts! Outstanding! I had the buchtičky se šodó and it was so good. So much flavor! Highly recommend. I also hand one of their Lemonades which was very, very good as well. They have seating inside and outside but it is limited, so highly recommend making a reservation. The service was very friendly and atmosphere is great. Will be back again for sure!

We ordered a beetroot and hazelnut starter, sturgeon with sweetcorn, courgette schnitzel and hassle back potatoes. Everything was superb but the courgette and the potatoes were exceptional. It's hard to explain how good they are but we returned the following day to have the schnitzel and potatoes again and they were even better than I remembered which is rare when expectations are already high. You have to go and try this dish. You will never think of courgette the same way again! The poppyseed dessert and cheese with handmade crackers were delicious too. The coffee was also a real treat. If you are in Prague you absolutely must book this restaurant and go. Alma has a restaurant, a coffee shop and a wine shop all in the same location.

I like this place because normally the service is very good and the atmosphere is chill. We did enjoy our starters and main courses, though the desserts are not that good. My recommendation is to book a table, to always try your wine before you order a glass. The best starter is tartar and the best main dish is halloumi. In general I feel that menu needs to be thoroughly inspected and reworked in order to offer a bit more value add for that price. It seems a bit random and tries to cater to everyone’s preferences instead of telling a story.

Incredible food. We came for lunch and really enjoyed it. We had burnt beetroot with blackberries and grilled pumpkin with pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts, grilled sturgeon with corn and contemporary style bramboráčky with sheep cheese, roasted courgette, roasted green beans with nuts, the food was presented and curated so well. Our waiter was lovely too. Very much recommended When we were leaving we also got cakes and coffee from the bakery, delicious

We went there for our first visit and have to say, the coffee selection is impressive! The menu has a great variety of interesting options, and the food was overall very tasty and perfectly prepared. The interior is stylish, and the garden is a beautiful bonus. For me, it felt just a bit overpriced, but that’s pretty common for places like this. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit!

A stunning garden cafe. My espresso had very acid lemony taste. So if you are a real coffee lover, coffee is something to be avoided here. The garden and villa are both exceptional.

From all the cafés we went to in Prague, we enjoyed this one the most. Until we went through the gate of the property, we didn't really know what to expect, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The café is located in an actual villa and is surrounded by the most beautiful and peaceful garden. When we came, the weather was really nice and sunny, so we sat down in the middle of the garden under one of the trees. The whole furniture is sprinkled throughout the property and the atmosphere is just so relaxing. I like cafés the most, where different people like to be and where not only one specific "group" of people likes to hang out. Vila 63 definitely is such a universal place and we had the nicest afternoon there.☺️

The place is very beautiful and especially the gardens are great to be outside in a sunny day. Also the interior is very well decorated. When it comes to food, it is definitely overpriced, especially considering the amounts and portions they served, compare to other brunch places. I wouldn’t go back here for food, but just for a coffee.

Horrendous! Just went to the bar and the guy (in his 50's) was straight away rude towards us, We asked for coffee and he said only espresso, and we asked can you please add hot water to our espresso. Then he started being more rude, he replied in angry way NO We ordered beer and a espresso, he said 100 kc and we asked for a receipt but he was in flames and gave us a receipt of alcohol 100 And we asked where is coffee in it. He went worse and started printing 2,3 receipt and threw in our table. Avoid this place if you can it's the worse hospitality and behaviour of a person in a touristic place like this I have never seen as I work in same business. Be careful with the guy in the photos, He Will sabotage you if you speak English

Despite the beautiful photo, the pasta was not really good…There were only a couple of little shrimps, everything else was just empty pasta and that’s it. It seems, like in the kitchen they save shrimps from customers…

Trully Hidden gem in Prague. Food is amazing, possibly one of the top Pizzas in Prague - and this is not, what you really expect in a metro-station restaurant. Italian owner Anthony snd his staff are super nice and I wish they move to even nicer building in the new Kolbenova area - he will have a full-house every day!

Are you kiddin me? We went there without any expectations. Then we get best pizza we ever have in Czech ! We tried their special "pizza" sorry do not remember name but it was straight not round😂 was divided to 3 so you can try more in one order. The guy who served us was awesome! So if you can just go there ! Edit: it's one year since our first visit. During this time we was there for like 10 times. I already speak about their awesome food but what I have to mention is consistency! We was there at 12 for lunch at 17 even was there at 23 and quality is still same we just love this place !

We have visited this place twice already and it's really great! My favorite is for sure the Le Cassiche and Le Ripiene. Le Classiche is like a thick crusted pizza but with enough toppings so it's a really perfect combination. Le Ripiene is two breads (similar to focaccia) with arugula, tomatoes and mozzarella inside. Really nice service from the Italian guy who told us all about the place and their idea of why to open it. We will definitely be back!

A great little place. Found via the honest guides on you tube. Friendly service, unbelievable prices, £14 for unlimited red/white wine which I found was of a good quality. It's a quiet little bar where everybody seems to not go to excess but just enjoys the wine which is nice. We tried some of the local food on offer also which was good. I totally recommend trying it out.

Its very difficult to rate this place as the amosphere is not that nice,its in some sort of strip mall,which looks closed. There is also no food and yet i would recommend it for wine. But they also have no beer, so its just wine or coctails

I love this place! Hidden in an ugly gallery, a super small and cute wine bar hides with great Moravian wines. Extremely nice (also English-speaking) personel that will help you giving you the right wines for your taste. More than enough wines to choose from. Very fast in responding when making reservations and thinking along when it's full.

The breakfast (savory breakfast and Turkish eggs) was absolutely top tier. Incredibly flavorful food that was brought out quickly with a perfect cappuccino (great milk) and batch brew. We did take-away pastries and the almond croissant might be the best pastry I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration.

This place serves one of the best breakfasts/brunches in Prague. I could not find any complaint about the food. It was absolutely delicious. The baked oats were fantastic, a bit different from the typical oats, but so worth it. The Turkish eggs were so good, definitely should try. I will definitely be back to try their pastries.

They have great brunches with various different options including yummy toasts. Definetly recommend their pastries if you don’t feel like having brunch. Coffee is good and I recommend raspberry lemonade. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s specially nice if the weather if warm and you can sit by open window.

One of those really hipster breakfast places that I totally love. Nice atmosphere, good food, great coffee and fantastic service. Myself I prefer their bakery, literally anything is fantastic and great quality. Prices are what they are, you are paying for the place and hip vibe. Recommend coming, but be patient, this place is insanely popular and always busy.

In the trendy neighborhood of Vinohrady is a small Mediterranean restaurant run by friendly people. Meeting up with some friends for dinner, we got a table in their small dining room. (They also have outdoor setting on the sidewalk.) To drink, we ordered the strawberry lemonade and raspberry lemonade. Both were sweetened well and refreshing. To eat, we got the garlic pasta and the meat in a pita with potatoes. Everything was cooked well and full of flavor. Our bill was around $30 USD.

While I was waiting for my plane home, I spent the whole morning in this place. When I arrived in front of the place, I saw a young waitress preparing the terrace, so I helped her carry the heavy tables. In a few hours, I had three dishes (pizza and two types of eggs), had 3 coffees (1 espresso macchiato, 2 lungos) and 1 juice. While I was ordering my first coffee, the waitress explained to me that if I wanted a glass of tap water, I would have to pay for it. I told her that I DO NOT want tap water if I have to pay for it. She came back a few minutes later, brought me a coffee and a glass of water, and said that I DO NOT have to pay for tap water. While I was sitting on the terrace, she brought me a glass of water 2 more times herself, even though I did not ask for it. When it was time to leave, I asked for the bill to pay. I noticed 3 glasses of water on the bill. When I asked her for an explanation, she told me that she understood me, but that the manager pointed to the girl (who immediately turned her back), and that I was leaving Prague anyway... I told her that I ate here every day and that this was very unfair. In short: this is the worst place I have visited in the last few years, the most ungrateful staff towards the guests, I felt tense the whole time on the last morning and I would like to recommend to all guests to AVOID this place because it will ruin their day or vacation... While I was waiting for a taxi, I noticed them laughing on the terrace... The rating for everything is 0.

I was only disappointed in the bar snacks or food bites. I thought they were overpriced for what you got l, and the bread was a bit stale. So I would caution people on what food to order. Maybe location was a factor.

Wine & Champagne Bar in the Old Town is a lovely spot for anyone interested in wine. The venue is elegant, calm, and relaxing. Perfect for an evening with your partner or a night out with friends. We enjoyed a bottle of Vouette et Sorbée Blanc d’Argile, and the sommelier had solid knowledge and provided friendly, professional service. They also have a charming courtyard that’s worth checking out when the weather allows. A great tip for wine enthusiasts or sommeliers visiting Prague. 🍷

Great experience. Diana had us at “I’m the wine menu” and offered us a variety of wines according to our curiosity which at the moment were Czech wines. Prosiutto and olive oil was awesome too. Later Andre lead us down to the wine cellar, told us it’s history dating to the beginnings of Czech history. Overall recommended.

Cozy bar located in a very quite area. The place is close to the park at the edges of Prague 7. We had a lovely dinner here and very enjoyed it. The atmosphere is warming and the staff is very welcoming. The food was excellent, it came with detailed explanations about the ingredients and the idea behind it, as expected from the high end restaurant. The choice of wines is impressive and the detailed explanation and recommendation were provided.

We had an amazing evening at this place. We tasted many different types of wine, such as orange, natural, white, red and rosé. The waiter provided us with impressive storytelling about each wine and winemaker. He made us feel very comfortable and took us on an adventure with the wine and food pairings. We highly recommend this place.

We’re a young couple, both 24, who love going out for a great dining experience – and that’s exactly what we got at Danu Restaurant & Wine Cellar! Everything was 10/10. We were the only guests on a Saturday night, which honestly made no sense – a place like this deserves to be fully booked! As a young couple, we often don’t get taken seriously in fine dining settings, but our lovely waiter gave us the full experience. He was knowledgeable, warm, and made the evening truly special. We learned so much and left not only full, but also inspired. I had the tartare to start – and wow! It was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. For the main course, I went with the deer, and it was absolutely amazing. High-quality ingredients, generous portions, and rich flavors all the way through. The wine was also spot on, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and elegant – even though we were the only ones there. We can’t recommend Danu enough – it’s a must-visit!

Danu truly impressed me with its original menu! I never would have thought that cheesecake with sturgeon could work so well – the creamy texture blended perfectly with the delicate flavor of the fish. The main course, catfish in a crispy, light batter with homemade aioli, was absolutely outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the attention to detail in every bite convinced me that I have to come back. They really know how to surprise their guests!

Visited this restaurant in the scope of the Restaurant Week festival. It was an interesting experience, they served a single product menu from carrot or beetroot on your choice. The food was not bad but nothing special, I expected more. Probably it makes sense to give this place one more try somehow with their regular menu.

Incredible fine dining experience. Even though this was fine dining it felt very approachable and laid back. I loved it. The food was incredible. We took the menu and didn’t regret also there’s wine pairing and non alcohol wine pairing. Which I personally really recommend. The experience was exquisite. Elegant but easy flowing and approachable. There were some extraordinary surprises in the best of ways. The Czech wines we had were interesting, adventurous, and delicious. Coming from a Californian that enjoys the best wine in the world -- Czech wines were exceptional and opened up our eyes to this region of the world from a viticulture perspective. The food was diverse and a journey of flavors. Faves were white asparagus with egg yolk, trumpet mushrooms, and brown butter then lamb and also the poached pikeperch was fantastic. All around great meal and experience. This place is off radar but not for long....

We visited this restaurant 3 days ago. We were lucky because it was fully booked and were on the waitinglist. Friendly staff able to explain everything in English. It is a set menu and option of wine menu 's or non alcoholic. We could get a combination which was great. Amuses were pretty and very tasty. Especially the tomato tart! Second dish with asparagus egg yolk, trumpet mushroom and beurre blanc was complex and surprisingly good (I normally don't like egg yolk). All the other dishes tasted superb! And we got some sweets after finish. When we left we got a present in a box (a profiterole yum) Really would advise anyone, who gets the chance, to eat here!

We love this place! Pavel and Alina are the perfect hosts, always so welcoming and amazing wine selection. They look after our dogs with off cuts of meat and even play with our girls who love them to bits! One of the best bits of Prague and highly recommend to anybody visiting the city. They have the vast chose of wines, cheeses and sausages in this area. Good wine, one of the best priced in area

I bought some of their wine on tap which is shown priced per litre, however after the lady filled the bottle I realised it was a two litre bottle. I bought it anyway (no choice by then), but it was truly awful. After trying a few sips the only thing to do was throw it away.

Great range of wine but unfortunately the Frankovka, Výběr z hroznů, 2017, Vinařství Gotberg, 0.75 l is corked... I know it's not their fault but that doesn't take away from our disappointment as we wanted to test the Czech wine.

Lucerna Arcade is one of the secret corners in Prague centre not to miss at all. Besides the singular sculpture of a knight riding a dead horse upside down, it has a few cinemas, theatres, small shops, several coffee shops. Cellarius is a wine shop, sure, but it's friendly managers supply customers with nice coffees, sweets, always with a smile and a tolerant approach at those tourists that take seats for a few minutes without purchasing anything. Just this kind behavior would deserve a visit.

Randomly stumbled upon this place and we couldn’t have been happier. Peaceful little wine bar surrounded by trees made for a lovely little sit down. Service was incredible, Petra looked after us so well with a constant smile on her face. Myself and my Prague native husband live in Sydney and work in fine dining restaurants and couldn’t believe how perfect the service was. Reasonably priced and just a lovely couple of drinks in a great atmosphere. Have saved it in our favourites and will see you when we’re back next year! Thank you!

Walking up in vinohrady on a calm sunday we came across this lovely place (mainly as it was the only one open). What a cosy find. The wine is prosecco only and only from small producers. I think I rediscovered it thanks to expert advice shared with obvious love for the product by the sommelier. The food was equally on point: especially the olives and italian style cheese from local producers sparked more than one smile. Absolutely worth a visit, especially if our lovely sommelier is on shift!
