Cafe Savoy is a must-visit. The chicken with cranberry is outstanding, tender and full of flavor, easily one of the best dishes I’ve had. The Latte of Savoy is equally impressive, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is attentive, making it a place I’d return to without hesitation. What makes the experience even better is the history of Cafe Savoy. Established in the late 19th century, it has kept much of its original charm, with high ceilings and elegant interiors that reflect its long tradition as a cultural meeting place in Prague.

We popped in for a quick bit of breakfast. It’s a lovely building with a great old fashioned feel to it. We had breakfast croissants and a pancake which were all very tasty. It was incredibly busy at the time so we had to wait quite a while to be served, but it was well worth the visit

Beautiful old cafe with tasty desserts and hot chocolate. Service isn’t the most friendly but with these old style cafes they are machines that operate so quickly. It’s on the pricey side but I do recommend stopping by for a dessert and a drink as the sweets are very tasty and you get to see the old school classical Czech cafe. Just booked a reservation in advance.

Beautiful and elegant café with a charming atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. We ordered tea, hot chocolate, a round pastry filled with cream, a croissant stuffed with turkey and topped with cheese, an omelette, and an apple strudel. Everything was nicely presented and tasted good, but there was something missing overall, maybe a bit more warmth in the service or flavor to make it truly exceptional. Still, a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a sweet break in a classic European setting.

We had breakfast here and it was our most expensive meal of the trip, even more expensive than our dinners. So yes, the food is pricey but at least it was good. I however might not return just for the nice decor, as I think there are other places around which are just as good but less pricey. They are very efficient though! And toilets were very clean.

Unfortunately we missed breakfast as they stop serving at 11.30. The food was amazing and you can see the bakery if you go down the stairs. The chandeliers are all recycled plastic and the building has an amazing history. Well worth a visit.

Make sure to make reservations before you go or else you'll be waiting outside untill someone leaves and they can take you in. (which is what i have done) Very beautiful design inside and very old palace looking. Prices were ok and the food i ordered tasted pretty good. I think it is a must go in Prague

Amazing fine dining experience! Would highly recommend this spot if you are visiting Prague. We got the tasting menu and wine tasting and the non alcohol tasting. All very very good. Greta service. Also there is an open kitchen. So you can see the chefs working right in front of you. Very impressed!!

A few weeks ago we had dinner at Eska in Prague — amazing creative dishes with unique, locally sourced ingredients. Trendy yet cosy atmosphere, and top-notch service. They were especially attentive to my pregnant wife, making sure everything was perfect. Loved the in-house bakery and freshly baked bread. Highly recommend for modern Czech cuisine with a twist

Stunning food and great service. Coffee was delicious and the food was well executed and really well seasoned. I had the poached egg with fermented barley, mushrooms and truffles on my first visit and the omelette on my second - both excellent. They manage to get the food out to you really quickly as well (which is great when you're late for a flight). Definitely worth taking a short tram journey from the centre.

Wonderful bakery, bunch cafe. Loved the atmosphere, food was delicious and staff attentive and helpful. We came from brunch but couldn't help ordering the bread at the same time to take home with us back home.

As many others have noted, this is a great spot for brunch in Karlin. We came on a chilly Saturday morning around 11, and waited less than ten minutes for a table for two inside. Once seated, you can peruse the menu before standing in line to order at the counter. The line moves quickly and also gives you a chance to peak into the open floor kitchen to see all the madness of the bakery and food preparation. Our meal came in less than ten minutes and WOW, everything was so tasty. The Potatoes in Ash delivered on creamy salty goodness, and the breakfast platter with eggs Benedict, salad and panna cotta was a perfect montage of flavors both sweet and savory. It was a rich meal that last us feeling satisfied!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly. I want to give it a 4.5 stars cause of the egg fried toast sandwich (needed a sauce), but I would definitely go back. The cherry sponge cake was devine (said in a fancy voice)

I really like the breakfast in this restaurant. The decor is trendy and lively young crowd. The Chai Latte taste perfect and the Potatoes Ash was to die for.

Super cool and friendly vibes. Their special pulled pork sandwich was fantastic and that's coming from a gal who's hometown is know for it's hella good BBQ! Stopped while out walking around the neighborhood on a Friday afternoon not crowded at that time but it was just barely noon. I'll definitely be back to try the burgers.

Best burgers we had while in Prague! Tons of vegan options which is wonderful to see. Visited at lunch time and service was friendly and fast. Met the owners Dean and Lori and they were both so friendly and welcoming. Chatted with them a bit about their background and they gave us great tips for our time in Prague. We won’t miss going back for a bite the next time we are in town.

Went twice here on the our trip we enjoyed the first visit so much. Their English is great and they are very accommodating. Their big burger 499kr is very nice and flavoursome. Danish chicken burger was too strong (danish cheese) for me and wasnt southern fried. I am not a big smelly cheese person though. Chips 🍟 were very nicely seasoned. Chicken bits were on the smaller side but that's just being picky, you get enough but the pieces are small. Buffalo sauce is on the vinegary side but Their brandy BBQ was nice. Had a tang to it. It is a small venue so if you go on a weekend id suggest to book.

I just love the way they young people dating in this restaurant. I wish I had my girlfriend that day with me to give her the cozy and chilling vibe of Czech 🇨🇿 people. The waiters are so kind and freindly I had to kiss them all if I had to they were so warm to me as a Persian I am so humbled with ❤️ I am thinking marrying a Czech girl one day just like our American brothers 🇺🇸

Chill spot on the edge of the park. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. All the food and drink was delicious. Appreciated the mix of options for vegan and vegetarian options to go with the rest of the menu — This makes for a great spot with a group of mixed dietary needs.

This was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. Owners are super friendly, waitstaff very kind and are on it, and the atmosphere is warm and authentic. Also, is in a cute neighborhood off a park that feels light years away from Prague’s tourist hordes. 100% recommended.

I was walking past this place on my way to the castle and started to feel hungry since it was early in the morning. After a quick look at the reviews, I decided to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and polite, and I decided to sit outside to enjoy the view. The atmosphere felt very cozy — the tables were decorated with small pumpkins, giving it a cute, autumn vibe. The food was lovely, with big portions and a very delightful taste. The drink was decent, though I wish the flavor of the matcha was a bit stronger. Overall, definitely worth trying — I’d recommend it for breakfast!

The best brunch place in Prague! The blonde waitress served us with a big smile. Thank you for suggesting us to take the Macha Latte with Elderflower! We ended ordering 2 more. The food bowl is super delicious with a great variety on ingredients! I want to go back for this breakfast/brunch. The food and drinks arrive fast. We finished it off by sharing the pancakes and they were so kind enough to split the 4 on 2 plates. Keep up the great work and by far the best place we ate in Prague.

Really nice place to have a great brunch. It is a bit pricey, I would say... 20€ for the avo toast with coffee is a bit too much, but in al fairness it was really tasty and staff are realy nice... So, wouldn't come back again because my wallet can't support the lifestyle I would like to live, but if I could, I would.

Bistro Monk was our first stop in Prague and it did not disappoint! We had pumpkin porridge, the plum sauce pancakes, a cappuccino, and an Americano. I must say, I truly appreciate them bringing the hot water for the Americano in the side so I could control the ratio! All of our food was so, so good! I am still thinking about that plum sauce. Servers were kind and attentive. This spot is great!

By chance I found this little café and restaurant. I really loved the breakfast menu as I had Omelette with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes, comes with bread as well as Earl Grey tea. But the tea not that good or strong. Offers inside sitting or nice back patio.

I had breakfast, omelette with chedar was really tasty, they bake their own croissant, which was really good, recommended. I also had filter coffee but somehow the flavor felt like tomato peel :) it was fresh and good, worth trying.

The service was excellent. Even on a packed summer Saturday, we were seated immediately and the staff were attentive without rushing us. We ordered food and drinks together and were impressed by the speed; everything arrived in about five minutes, including dessert. We tried the beef goulash with dumplings and the pork shoulder. Both dishes were decent, though the meat was dry. For dessert, the cheesecake was mixed: the filling was nice, but the base was just plain sponge with too much of it, and the mandarin pieces made it overly sweet.

We heard that this café is a very popular place so we were afraid we would have to wait a long time to be seated, however we did not have to wait at all and were seated directly (we came in the morning at around 10:00 am). The food (omelette and avocado bread) was delicious and quite cheap, especially for such a widely known café. The cakes also looked delicious however we did not get to try them as we were already full from the main dishes 😂😅😋 Would definitely recommend this place🍽️🍵

For lunch I got the chicken breast with paprika sauce and Strudel and my mother had the turkey buffers with a small baby lettuce and potato salad on the side. The food was phenomenal and don’t get me started on the desserts. Every single dessert they had to offer looked amazing. After eating my entire main dish I still wanted a dessert (but on the smaller side). So I ended up getting the tiramisu, which was a player to my tastebuds. I definitely recommend going to café Louvre for brunch, lunch, dinner of for a simple coffee with one of their amazing desserts!! If you’re planning to go for dinner or other peak hours I would make a reservation. We got lucky and barely had to wait but when we were leaving there was a line of roughly 15 people. Overal 5/5 ⭐️

Cafe Louvre is a great restaurant with long history of over 120 years! Before entering the restaurant, the huge antique chandelier impressed me. The interior environment and atmosphere were nice. We could feel its history. The overall experience was great. We arrived at around 10 am and it was almost full house. There was a wide ranges of breakfast varieties. As a brunch, we ordered a Czech breakfast, strong beef broth, croissant with egg and a cup of chocolate. For each table, a basket of breads was served. If we noticed that earlier, we would order less items. All foods were tasty. The Czech breakfast set was a great combo with Czech ham and cheeses of two kinds, salads, a piece of cake, a boiled egg with freshly pressed orange juice. For me, the traditional strong beef broth tasted special and yummy. As for the chocolate drink, it was a bit too thick for me. Luckily it was served with fresh cream. Maybe a coffee for the next visit. There were small cards on some of the tables with names and time slots marked. Guess advanced reservations are possible. The total amount was around Czh$600 for 2 persons. It was a very reasonable price considering the foods of high quality and decent presentation, perfect atmosphere and nice service. A good dining experience. Recommended!

One of Prague’s oldest cafés (since 1902) and definitely worth a visit. It’s often busy, but the queue moves quickly. The blueberry pie and coffee were very good and reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and friendly. Loved the classic interior.

First of all, I had pretty high expectations. This was part of the restaurant week festival. The welcome, seating etc. was average at best. Arancini was great, awkward thing is that you get a ball less compared to the pic on the website. The main course was decent, but lacked flavour. Tiramisu was disappointing and without taste. I am sure that restaurant of this quality can do better. I attached some expectations vs reality photos. I can't get rid of the feeling that you won't get your money worth here.

I recently visited La Bottega Bistroteka and tried three dishes, 2 glasses of Chablis and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience! Every dish was prepared to perfection,flavour of finest ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the Manager and his team. This is one of the best meals I’ve had in Prague. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal you won’t forget! P. I have just had dinner at La Bottega, and the food was simply stunning! I started with the sardines, which were great. But then followed that with the beef cheeks, creamed potato and spinach: the flavours were quite wonderful! It looked great, but when I took the first mouthful: wow! Service was great too, attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommended!

Cute little cafe/restaurant serving interesting selections of the brunch items coffee and wines etc. The coffee for me was little watery. French toast was very nice and the concept of the rice and pork dish was good however I found the food over salty. The place is really cute and perfect for a brunch and hangout.

We loved this café 😍 We came here for breakfast and ordered the Turkish Eggs (“çılbır” in turkish)—thank you for that, they were delicious! The café isn’t in a crowded area, and they have outdoor tables. It was a sunny day, so we ended up spending more time than expected, just relaxing in peace.

Honestly, a very chill and calm place to sit in Karlín, with a long-standing reputation and really kind service. But that’s not everything. Let’s say the coffee is very good quality and nicely prepared, I also tried the Turkish eggs. If I compare the price, taste, and preparation, it’s not that great. The eggs don’t have a runny yolk, the seasoning is okay, and the yogurt is fine. The brioche, though, wasn’t anything special, I’d much rather have a good slice of buttered bread. Considering the dish costs over 200 CZK and the main task is to cook decent eggs (which isn’t exactly rocket science), it’s just not worth it. It’s a pity, sending greetings to the kitchen, hoping they’ll put a bit more effort into it next time. I probably won’t order food there again, but the espresso tonic was just fine.

This cafe is made for multiple visits! Great vibes + actual good coffee. I went on the weekend twice and loved their English Breakfast plate. It is a BIIIIG plate. Perfect for brunch and the food is worth the money. It's a popular cafe so avoid peak hours or make a rezzy. But definitely try going for brunch, it is a 10/10 spot for that. Also, if you're a coffee lover, they take their roasting very seriously, so you're assured a quality cuppa Joe.

A very cute cafe! There were no tables available when we arrived so we waited in the window seating area, but luckily a table opened quickly. The walls had a neat unfinished look, there were plants all over, and the windows wide open, letting lots of natural light in. The dishes had great presentation and vibrant colors! The bread was amazing and soft, the omelet had great flavor with its garnishes, and the bean dip bowl was also very good. The porridge was my least favorite dish and not very warm. Would definitely recommend it!

Possibly my favourite cafe in Prague! It’s not in the city center so it’s bustling with locals and the staff is very friendly! The pastries are delicious and coffee too! They even have a small corner with toys and books for kids!

We chose this place among many cafes in surrounding. Everything was fine except the small detail of feeling uncomfortable because of service. The waitress was not really into English so our communication was very poor. Omelette was perfect, the bread with kimchi radish-not our style but I guess many will like it. Average cafe, the turkish egg with honey was to sweet were the honey at least should be spicy not too mich amsweet. Also the eggs was cold and not all of the eggs yolk was cooked in same temperature, two was extremely well done and one was runny!!! The Cortado was cold. Only I liked the vibes, service and the juice. May other dishes are good but I didn’t try. Sorry for my honest review 🙏. Thank you

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the tourism, this is the place to go. The staff speaks very good English and they serve tasty traditional Czech pastries. The coffee was also professionally made and the menu had a wide variety of choices. We felt as if this is where the local people hang out which created a nice atmosphere.

The vibes here were really nice, as well as the service and the food! I was in a drastic need of a salad after all that meat in the city centre and really hit the jackpot with this one. Every ingredient in the black lentil salad complemented each other and the sourdough bread was pretty good. The portion was also very generous! If anything, they could have added a few more black lentils

Certainly! Cozy, very small café with a few seats inside and two school tables outside. The coffee is excellent, the cookies are tasty, and the list of other beverages is never-ending. I love this place for a quickie. And for those with dirty minds, I mean a coffee quickie.

I love the food here & they have “endless refills” for batch brew coffee. What drags it down to four stars is the un-coziness of the place, the walls are painted green in one of the rooms, and the light is too white for me. But overall a great place, also good if you want to hang around for a while with your laptop.

Rather average meals for average prices. We had a pastrami sandwich and a quesadilla and both were bland and could use some seasoning or a little bit more taste. Service is quick and nice. The worst are the plates, they are horrible! They kept moving and spinning on the table and it would be nice to have normal dishes.

Nice little coffee place surrounded by many design shops in the area. Unfortunately the staff didn’t look so eager to talk to us and looked rather annoyed when we ordered our food and when paying. Nonetheless the coffee was tasty, and hummus was also really nice.

Very cool place and location. The servers were quite nice. The prices are ok, although some items could be sold for slightly less, as you might be tipically offered better quality for the same pricing in other brunch restaurants. The egg benedict were okay, and also the coffee, but nothing particularly sparked as being above the average offer.

The breakfast was superb - I tried their sour bread with avocado and poached egg. It was so fresh and full of taste. The place was busy but there was place downstairs. I sat at a small table with a long wooden bench. The only downside was that there was cold air coming from below teh bench but I soled it by putting my jacket underneath. The music was quite load but fortunately I liked the songs. I ordered flat white thinking it would be larger than a cappuccino but it wasn't. However it was pretty strong. The mimosa drink with fresh strawberry juice caught my attention and it was a lovely addition to the breakfast. The waitress could have been friendlier or at least smile a bit but it couldn't spoil my impression of the high quality food I had there. The prices are reasonable - great location, fresh ingredients. When I'm in Prague again I will come back for another breakfast dish.

An absolutely worthy experience. From the amazing starters, creative main courses and refreshed deserts, café imperial left nothing to guess work and each dish we had was an amazing experience. Cooled to perfection with amazing ingredients. I came here as a one off experience but now I think I might become a regular. A top restaurant in Prague and a very easy recommendation. The restaurant sure lives up to its high reputation. Reserve your table ahead of time - they are often booked out a few days in advance. Service was very professional and highly accommodating. Timing of the dishes was also perfect. I ordered the stuffed quail as a starter - absolutely incredible, tender, juicy, beautifully seasoned. Kulajda - traditional Czech creamy soup with potatoes, dill and a poached egg - beyond delicious. Lastly, the braised veal cheeks were out of this world. Try to pair the dishes with some wonderful wine from the Moravia region - both the Chardonnay and their Pinot Noir went well with the above dishes.

Service was very nice but a little slow. We tried the beetroot salad, butter chicken and paupiette. Everything was great! For dessert the creme brule. We had an apricot aperitivo but too strong for us, if you like strong alcohol got for it. The place was really nice and ambient cool for lunch. Would want to go back and try the breakfast.

Iconic restaurant The amazing design brings you back to a very early 20th century, could just sit and survey all the surroundings for hours. Service is impeccable, very professional, extremely efficient and super friendly. The food was absolutely incredible, every element cooked to perfection. Very high quality produce. Great selection of drinks and desserts. For the quality, service and atmosphere the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely must visit. Book in advance.

Oh wow! We ate dinner here twice. The space is stunning-large white tiles on soaring columns. Service is excellent. Vito was our server tonight, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me how to read the allergy codes for the desserts (the Scilia raspberry cake--GF and wonderful. The venison and rabbit were A+++, but my beet salad was A- for too much goat cheese...4 thick baked discs...and too few beets. I loved their wines by glass. Try the Marovia Zweigelt Rose or the Gewurztraminer. Wonderful wines. The primitivo was very good. One of my favorite restayrants in the world.

Quite delicious, quite fancy for quite cheap Roasted quail with truffle stuffing was so tender and with such a strong dark sauce, but truffle did not come through at all. I love a sauce that dares to be pungent. The quail nearly fused with the stuffing, so smooth and supple. The desserts all looked amazing but lacked a bit of texture contrast. It was all kinda the same mush texture lol... Flavour wise great tho.

Beautiful place located in the center of Prague. The interior resembles something in the art deco. We had made a reservation in advance, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The service was pleasant, and the food was delicious. As for the prices, it wasn't exactly cheap — a bit above the average — but still reasonable. Been to this restaurant twice already and will definitely go again!

Pancakes are okay, but I prefer savory dishes over sweet ones. The location is great, right in the center of the city, which makes it a convenient choice for brunch or breakfast. One issue is the space — the restaurant is quite small, and even with just three people, it felt a bit cramped. Still, the atmosphere was okay, and we managed. The prices are reasonable, and the food is decent for what it is. If you’re nearby and looking for a casual place to eat, it’s worth trying.

Nice quaint breakfast spot. Staff were kind. Pancakes were delicious- I had the avocado and bacon ones. The pancakes were delicious and had each layer with the ingredients. My only improvement would be they have salt and pepper on the table, but for a place that sells pancakes you would expect to have maple syrup there too (you have to pay an extra 40czk for syrup) and I think it would've made my pancakes better (but I didn't try the syrup as on a budget)

Yummy offering of sweet and savory pancakes, got a savory pancake with avocado, feta and bacon. The bacon was phenomenal! Would’ve liked to try a sweet pancake next time. The server was great at trying to make room for us and was very courteous. Very small indoors so be mindful that you may need to wait outdoors.

Very tasty pancakes, with the lindt sauce on each of the four pancakes you get not just the top one, plentiful toppings all round. Pancakes both gluten free and gluten containing were very tasty. Inside is small but cosy. Great service, very polite and attentive to staff.

Who would have known the BEST PANCAKE in the world is in Prague!! 🥞 the pancakes look thin, but when they are layered on top of each other…. Absolute YUMMM. Fluffiest pancakes exploding in your mouth. I first had my best pancake no.1 at Den Noc 10 years ago when I was a student in Prague. I think the store might have just opened then. I had my best pancake no.2 today finally! Pictures are pancakes from today and 10 years ago. Both were marvelous. DELICIOUS. Thank you for the chef and owner who keep the store’s door open - to be honest I almost cried when I had my pancake today because I thought about these pancakes a lot. I am so grateful that I could re-visit Prague and also Den Noc, and I will be coming back for the best pancake no.3. Hopefully it won’t take 10 years this time!

Lovely food, the pancakes are the perfect amount of soft and chewy. Generous portions and a wide range of tea and coffee options. The servers Anna and Clara are very attentive and made sure that everything was just right - I was extremely impressed with the service.

Not the best experience for us. The scrambled eggs with salmon portion was tiny. The pancakes (“trhanec”) were inaccurately described on the menu — we understood “with cream” to mean served with caramel cream, but the cream was actually mixed into the batter while cooking, and the final dish was dry and grainy. The “mixed fruits” that were supposed to come with it turned out to be just a few strawberries, and there were no chocolate options available on the menu. My daughter was craving hot chocolate, but that wasn’t available either, as they were out of it. Altogether, very disappointing.

Amazing place for breakfast and brunch! Food was so great and yummy I really loved it. When we came there was a queue and we were seated but then the employee told us there are others were before and we waited for more, but the employee was very friendly and kind which did not make it bother me a lot. Avocado toast is so good I highly recommend it, ice latte is also nice but not that strong coffee flavor, turkish eggs also very good and presentation of food is so beautiful. The vanilla toast was not as I expected, I think it would be better if the sauce was more sweet and thicker and if the toast was dipped in eggs and fried as French toast. Anyways If you are coming to Prague pass by venue 👌🏼👌🏼

Fantastic breakfast! Obviously there was a waiting line outside which was not nice specialy that the weather was 6 degrees celsius. But the wait was worth it! Every single dish had its unique explosion of flavors and surprises. Presentation was delightful. Totally worth it.

Great food at a decent price! I loved the atmosphere. The staff was quick and friendly. We had to wait outside around 10 minutes as the seating is limited, but it was worth it! I really love that the whole menu is all-day brunch style. We will be back!

Breakfast was decent overall — I’ve had better in Prague — but the banana pancake was a real highlight, absolutely delicious! The café latte was good too, especially considering I didn’t like any lattes in Prague. We went on a Saturday morning around 9:40 and were lucky to be seated immediately. Within just a few minutes, though, the line outside had grown quite long — definitely worth arriving early!

We had the chicken and waffles — the chicken was tender and full of flavour, but the sauces (especially the mayo) didn’t pair well with the waffles. Maple syrup feels like a much better match, though you do have to pay extra for it. We also ordered the sweet potato hash, which was a bit disappointing as it barely included any sweet potato. Overall, it was a little bland and could use something to boost the flavour. I ordered a latte that arrived lukewarm, so definitely ask for it hot if that’s how you like it. They also don’t offer coffee syrups, just brown sugar, which wasn’t quite to my taste. My partner ordered the hot chocolate, and we both agreed it was the best we’ve ever had — we only wish the portion was bigger! We waited quite a while for a table, and it’s debatable whether it lives up to the hype and the queue. That said, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and calm.

Really nice place! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The food was tasty, we especially enjoyed the waffles. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. We liked it a lot and will definitely be coming back. Big thanks to our waiter, Vladimir, he was really nice and made the experience even better!

Fantastic service. They were very helpful in finding us somewhere comfortable for us and our baby. The food was also very delicious, we had the English breakfast, avocado waffle, and the waffles with cream strawberry and Nutella. All were phenomenal. Easily the best restaurant we were in in our trip to Prague. Highly recommended.

We waited outside around 20 minutes, but I'd say it was worth it. The food was pretty good. We had the Shakshouka and the Chicken Soup. The poached eggs in the Shakshouka were quite overdone and not at all jammy or runny - completely solid inside. The rest of the dish had good flavor and the waffles it came with were light and fluffy. The hummus was delicious! The Chicken Soup needed a bit of seasoning and we found a small bone in the bowl - be careful! The featured seasonal drink (Caramel Apple Spritz) was quite good, maybe a little sweet for me. The interior (and exterior) is very cute! Great atmosphere and very friendly staff!

We stopped by this lovely waffle house in Prague for breakfast and were so glad we did. We sat outside on a quiet street and enjoyed one of the best morning meals of our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We ordered both sweet and savory waffles—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and full of flavor. We waited in a super long line to get inside 35-45min atleast. It was pretty good- waffles were freshly made and the toppings were delicious. We have the onion jam with bacon and the salmon egg & dill. We ordered mimosas but they ran out of fresh orange juice so we just had prosecco. They were quite reserved on the pour and it wasn’t worth 100kc for 2 sips of prosecco. Overall a cute place with decent food if you’re willing to wait!

We ordered the Flat white, hot chocolate, oreo waffles, and build you own (waffles & scrambled eggs.) Waiter was friendly and kind & the environment was calm and laid back. Would 10/10 recommend this if you want a breakfast spot that’s cozy and cafe like. We showed up right at 8am and it filled up quickly!

The iced latte and breakfast were perfect! The iced latte had a unique and delicious taste I’ve never had before. It was a bit crowded, and the order arrived a little late, but the staff were young, polite, and very friendly. I think it’s great to support the new generation who work hard and do their best! :)

Really nice, cute cafe. Lots of interesting options in the menu, I was hoping to try everything but unfortunately I could only try the baked porridge (3/5), the gluten free brownie (5/5) and the americano (5/5). I’m quite certain that the other options on the menu would have been incredible. The waitress was great but food took a long time to come for some reason. Overall really nice, would love to come here again. The thyme water was such a great touch.

We came here for breakfast twice during our stay - it is not only delicious, but very filling - perfect before walking to the Castel ;). We went here because they have lots of gluten free options, and I can honestly say the bread is some of the best gluten free bread that I’ve ever tasted! The service is lovely too - super kind

Srnky is my favourite breakfast in Prague! My pancakes were warm, crisp, and delicious - sprinkled with nuts and seeds. Sweet but not too sugary. The coffee was very good. The two young women serving us were warm and friendly - possibly the nicest servers we have had in Prague. Thank you Srnky for a tasty breakfast and lovely experience!

Lovely little cafe with a small outdoor seating area, I visited them on a Sunday morning, despite that I was greeted with welcoming smiles, I got a cappuccino and something sweet suggested by them and was served that along with some water that has rosemary in it. Coffee was great and the sweet item tasted nice, even the water was a welcomed surprise.

An alternative niche with healthy breakfast options. We got there without reservation and had coffee and sandwiches. The service is fast and nice. Coffee, food... everything was delicious and really affordable. We went for the Cuban sandwich and the open sandwich (those pickled shallots with brussel sprouts...🤤). In and out full in about an hour. Fully recommend.

Wow! This place is definitely worth the hype, however, be prepared to possibly wait for a seat. The service was very nice, one of the nicest in Prague. We had brunch on a day that was quite busy in the cafe, and the staff immediately told us we might have to wait a little longer for our food (30 minutes,) however we received our food in 15 minutes. The food was fantastic. So much to choose from and the shakshuka was absolutely perfect. No complaints. They have very funky drinks to choose from as well. The interior is lovely.

This place is a hidden gem for a slow, quality brunch in a calm, laid-back setting. I had the fig toast—sweet, fresh, and full of flavor—and the burrata toast with jamón, which was the perfect balance of creamy and savory. I was so looking forward to visit this place but left feeling disappointed. It was extremely crowded & noisy with screaming children and flies that wouldn't leave me alone despite the fact i was sitting inside. Even in the middle of the week, surprisingly, it was still so very crowded with too many screaming children. I got the matcha salted caramel which was very nice- mix well before you drink it, and in addition, got the hojicha latte. The hojicha flavor was good but the latte arrived lukewarm and it was disappointing. The staff is very nice and attentive despite how busy the cafe is. They speak perfect English, you can pay by card or cash. I'm really torn about what to rate this cafe. They change their menu often so it's nice if you're looking for seasonal unique drinks, but the vibe was so unpleasant that the whole experience was just not worth it unfortunately...

I visited about two weeks ago. The waiter was very attentive, asking if I had any food allergies. My friend's Turkish eggs were amazing, and my oolong milk tea was also delicious. I regret not asking which brand of tea bags they used.

Turkish egg is so delicious that I would travel again to prague to have another dish. Drinks are also great. The only thing is that the place is small & you may have to eat in a hurry or share table with strangers.

The concept of the place is great, just like the drinks we got. The interior looks interesting, but it didn't have the comfy café vibes for us. Still, it's definitely a good choice if you're in the area.

The English breakfast is nice but the bacon is streaky and very salty. The coffee and orange juice were both quite bitter, but both fresh. Many tables were reserved but we were still seated at one. The crepe was nice and the apple compote was very sweet. The oat pancakes were good. The place looked as though it had some tables and chairs thrown together, but the staff were pleasant.

This is my new favourite spot in Prague. It really has everything...not to mention ALL DAY BRUNCH. I got the Eggs Benedict at 15:00 since I had been craving poached eggs and it was delicious. I have no complaints. The garden is gorgeous and I am quite a fan of how it's decorated. There are adorable, pastel seat cushions that seem to invite you to sit on them. The ambiance is 👌

Drove by, place looked very interesting. So we stopped by and looked at the menu, place looked very organic and customer friendly so we order ourselves lunch. Lemonade with raspberry was a very delicious drink and don't even get me started on caesar's salad and Framer's burger! I have never tasted such delicious burger in I have eaten many around the world! This is my favourite place for burger and when I come back to Prague I will definitely visit this place again, till then the burger will stay in my heart as the best burger I ever had until I taste a better one👌🏽 And for dessert I order just an ordinary espresso, if you like to make your own coffee, you should order it there, because their Father's Coffee tastes like magic! You can also buy packed coffee there and you should because every time I drink it, it reminds me of this place and I love it! I wish more restaurants were like this, definitely would refer it for breakfast/brunch/launch/dinner. You will for sure find something you like. Till next time❤

Came here for a beer with a friend on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately on two really comfortable chairs that bounced a little. They had plenty of different delicious looking pastries and they serve brunch all day! The table next to us were 7 guys who all ordered rizek so it must be good 😂 6 hours after we left, I realized that I forgot my brand new water bottle there. I called them and they had it! I got it that same night thankfully. I’ll be back for brunch and coffee soon!

We had the avocado toast, traditional pancakes with with plum sauce, black tea, and a warm apple cider. The avocado toast was delicious and they even made me a small fruit salad on the side even though it wasn't on the menu. The apple cider was a bit of a surprise. I expected something like cider in the US but it wasn't like that. I think it was alcoholic and it wasn't sweet. I ended up trading out for a cappuccino. Over all I loved this place! Great breakfast and very nice staff.

The place and staff were really nice and friendly. Good coffee. My avocado toast with poached egg looked great but the bread was soggy and the egg not even attempting to be runny. Such a shame! My partner's English breakfast however was quite nice. They also have a nice kids corner.

Delicious food, friendly service, peaceful secret garden location. The cardamom on the pancakes was especially good. They also had high quality iced tea that was unsweetened, which I appreciated and haven’t been able to find elsewhere in Prague. They allowed us to move tables to sit outside, no problem.

This coffee house is a hidden gem. Serving the finest blends of coffee and also some excellent food. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the location, although a little unusual, is like an oasis in amongst the city blocks. There's an excellent selection of hot drinks, tea, coffee and cocoa, but you must also sample the food. We went here for breakfast twice during our stay. The food is excellent, well presented and prepared with love and skill. The eggs benedict will blow your mind! Not only is it a sculpture, a work of art, but the the flavours and texture will transport you to a very happy place. As with most local restaurants in Prague, the prices are very reasonable. Also, being in the heart of Andel, there are many places to visit and shop within a few minutes walk. If you're visiting Prague then don't miss out on this experience.

I really like the industrial atmosphere. The wear and tear inside looks wholesome and especially good under some sunshine. Reminds me of ruin bars in Budapest, but cosier and coffee focused. The service is very pleasant and the coffee is good. Can’t say much about the food - only tried one dish (pancakes) and they were nice: not too sweet, big portion. Also tried couple of different desserts - liked Misha the most - great combo of sweet and sour. One of the reasons to come back would be to try more breakfast options or to eat lunch, another - to enjoy the atmosphere again!

Excellent place for breakfast! Started off with a smooth, well-brewed cappuccino! The Breakfast for Champions was super delicious. The egg scramble was creamy, and melted in my mouth! The sausages were very tasty and the bread was crispy! The carrot cake was a great addition after breakfast. It was dense but crumbly, and wasn't too sweet! A very cosy cafe, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! Give this place a go!

A lovely, cozy place not so far from the center, 15 minutes by tram and you are there. I like such cafes, simple, where the most important thing is quality. Good filtered coffee. The breakfast of champions is large and tasty. Fantastic sausages! But the best was the banana bread. Excellent, I could eat it every day. Friendly and professional service. Cool, a must-visit place in Prague.

Beautiful place for an early breakfast. Very nice to discover they start to work at 7.30 AM. Quite booked at the beginning of the day, we took the last place to sit around 8 AM. The queue of people is always there for take-away orders. The dishes were well done and tasty. The coffee also was nice but the flat white was a bit stronger than usual since they serve it in a smaller cup. The size creates a bigger coffee/milk proportion and makes a taste a bit bitter. I recommend taking the sit in front of the window. The morning sun beams go directly there and the street covered with trees is beautiful. There is also a tiny bench outside the window where you can sit and drink coffee in the fresh air.

This probably won't be everyone's first choice, but it is really good and everyone should try it. Vegan and raw, what's not to like! The food we are was simply delicious, I did have to ask if the mushrooms I had in my noodles were cooked but no, just marinated. So fresh, takes away your hunger without leaving you feeling bloated. Really really nice. Two mains and a bottle of wine for less than £40 (just over 1000Ks).

Such a cute and cozy cafe! The cakes are always so delicious, and while i was there on holiday i went to the cafe almost every day and they always had something new to try! (hard to find great gluten free vegan food in the city).The servers were so lovely and overall just a great place to escape the bustle of the city. (not to mention their coffee is really lovely)

This place is by far away my favourite cake shop in Prague! The range of cakes on offer, tied with the health conscious ingredients in all the food available, my experience Thursday left me feeling so warm and my body being taken care. I thoroughly look forward to going there again the next days I have in Prague.

We had Açaí bowl, Banana chocolate crepe, beetroot pancakes and another Czech food. It was a nice place and good was yummy. Since the food is prepared raw, be prepared to wait for sometime but it is worth the wait 🙂

I would recommend reducing the amount of sweet ingredients, too much syrup and chocolate souse. I got very, very sweet pancakes and I couldn't eat it them at all. The soya late was amazing! Friendly staff. Nice and cozy atmosphere.

Absolutely loved our family dinner here. Amazing food, so fresh and so many options. Everything is vegan, gluten free and you can taste the proper flavour of the ingredients rather than a load of salt and sugar! The staff were really friendly and the prices were fair for the food quality and great flavours. Could have had another six courses if our stomachs weren't full, just so many great options. Recommend very highly to any vegans visiting Prague.

Gorgeous, nutritious food, friendly service in Czech and English, lovely decor and sweet little terrace out front on sunny days. Great coffee, too. Couldn't love this place more (although it's a little pricey, but that's because they make their own sourdough and I think serve local ingredients).

The location is quite central but not close enough to the heart of Prague. We chose to sit outside and enjoyed the nice surroundings. They offer a good selection for breakfast, and I really enjoyed my meal. The coffee was also excellent, but the staff were definitely the highlight. They were so caring and lovely.

Eggs Benedict was delightful! The staff were kind enough to sub a main ingredient as well. Cappuccino also really nice. Beautiful fresh flowers on the table round out a lovely experience. Would definitely come back.

Quaint brunch and coffee spot close to a main intersection. Really nice atmosphere but it’s right on the street, so you’ll have to tune out the traffic that continually whizzes by. A seat indoors can be better and more insulated. Despite that, they have good coffee and treats like pistachio bread.

Not many grilled sandwich options, the portions are also not too big. The pumpkin spice latte they served was lukewarm, a prefer a little bit warmer. I'd say this cafe would be a good stand in for the coffee corner cafe when there are no seats available. The portions are too small and the prices are higher than expected.

I really liked batch brew coffee, they have two different so that you can choose which it resonates with you :) I got a pastrami grilles cheese - it was very delicious, love it

Great place with excellent coffee and yummy breakfasts and pastries. Been coming for years, and honestly their original avocado toasts were the best thing ever because they had a LOT of avocado, they were so hearty… I wish they would have that again. They have special homemade seasonal syrups for coffee and special lattes like charcoal, beetroot, turmeric... some alcoholic drinks too. There’s always vegan and vegetarian options, and plant based milk. They now have vegan grilled cheese. The place is cozy and newly renovated. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating.

At Gohan Asian restaurant, we ordered the EBI tempura – perfectly crispy shrimp with chili sauce – along with fresh spring rolls and juicy karaage. Every bite was full of flavor. To drink, we tried a cherry cocktail that was both refreshing and tangy. At Taiko Ramen Bar, we enjoyed tasty Yaki Gyoza and fresh green beans, paired first with a classic Margarita and later with a frozen Margarita – both excellent choices. To finish our visit, we had a strong ristretto and a glass of prosecco while enjoying the DJ music, which gave the whole place a stylish and energetic vibe. If you’re looking for the best street food, cocktails, and nightlife in Prague, Manifesto Anděl is the perfect choice.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. On days when I want to relax and take it easy, this place works perfectly, especially during spring and summer, with a wide variety of restaurants and menus to choose from. However, during my most recent visit, the female staff at the cocktail bar were playing around and talking loudly inappropriately. Even worse, they were using several Czech swear words nearby, and we had to move seats to avoid the disturbance, which spoiled the atmosphere. I understand this is an entertainment venue, but the focus should primarily be on the guests’ experience. Courtesy and professionalism should come before playfulness. I hope the management will take this feedback and make improvements.

Great spot for a variety of street food, drinks and good music. The venue has a pool to dip your feet into which is perfect for cooling down on a hot day and they had a DJ on the Sunday that we visited. Would absolutely recommend!

I really enjoyed the diversity of offerings here. We didn’t get any two things from the same place, and each was great. Two of our favorites were the Cheesey bread boat from Flame and the pork Borsch from the Ukrainian place. Sorry, I can’t recall the name at the moment. The service was great, especially from the staff of the market itself. It was a bit inside, but not surprising as it was mid-October. Definitely worth adding this place to your list for variety and quality, service was a nice bonus!

This is a very great place to hang out and for everyone with different food preferences to come along. There is a large variety of food from different countries 😋. To can choose from coming for a drink, lunch, dinner or just for a quick snack. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting Prague to try this place! You can also dip your toes in the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ 😉.

Very good Mexican food! Fresh ingredients, big portions, fast service. The only thing - I wish burrito had whole beans🫘 instead of bean pasta (to feel the texture better). And guacamole was a bit weird, very liquid - you can see it near the burrito (if it’s not a guacamole but just a souse - it still has not enough taste). In general I would like to recommend this place, I think you will be satisfied

I found this lovely cafe on a random walk in Prague— just exploring neighborhoods. The atmosphere inside is super cool and relaxing. My waiter was nice enough. The coffee was not quite hot— it was an okay latte. My cake was okay. Overall it’s a good place to stop off and relax.

We stumbled upon Coffee Corner Bakery while heading back from a client meeting in Vinohrady and searching for a brunch spot nearby. The reviews were excellent, and we quickly understood why. We ordered brunch with eggs – it was so delicious that I almost forgot to take a photo until my plate was nearly empty. The portions were really generous, maybe even too big, but in the best possible way. Their coffee was also top-notch, a perfect match for the meal. In the summer, sitting outside was a real highlight, enjoying the atmosphere of the street. The only small downside? A few persistent bees trying to join our brunch. But overall, it was a great find and definitely a place worth coming back to.

If you need a brunch place - this is perfect. The portions are big and super tasty. We had the avocado toast and the breakfast burrito - both very fresh and yummy. We also tried the ginger and the elderflower lemonades - super refreshing and not too sweet. The atmosphere is super cozy too!

Good coffee in this small, busy location. I like the decor - it has real personality. It was quite busy and the tables are quite close together. There was a lot of background chatter but we were still able to chat. Halfway through, we saw some spaces on the comfortable seating were available so we moved there - it was quieter and more comfortable.

Lovely cafe but is usually full and reservation is needed. However you can easily get a place for two for the seats at their entrance

I will start with the positives, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing, great for a date, going out with a friend or even with a group. In my taste the cocktails are a bit less than mediocre, and 100% overpriced for what I got. I paid 860 for two amazing shots, 2 cocktails and a starter. 3 stars.

My review is purely based on the waitress who served us yesterday. She was impeccable. Effortlessly happy, polite and charming. Furthermore, she was extremely helpful with choosing food from the menu as I have specific dietary restrictions. It wasn't too much trouble for her and it was clear that this was her usual demeanour. The other waiters were also very polite and professional. As for the food, I didn't really enjoy it, but that's not because of the chef, but because there wasn't really much I could eat there and what I had isn't what I'd choose if there had been more options.

Ive been there twice during my 6 day stay. Really nice barmans, they know what they do. On Saturday there was also a dj. We got really amazing shots out of the menu, served by guy i forgot the name, with some tattoos, lady on one hand, and dragon the other. Highly recommended! Thank you for amazing drinks.

I'm addicted to this place's Bloody Marry. It's like a whole meal, and the flavors are just right. A bartender with glasses prepares it. When I ask for extra hot, it's the only place that fully meets my expectations. They're definitely generous. I recommend you try it

A lively gem in Holešovice. I visited three times during my recent week in Prague, and each time was a great experience. There's a menu of creative cocktails, as well as an impressive selection of spirits. The crowd skews young, but I didn't feel out of place at all. Big shout out to Veronika at the bar for being so welcoming, and for introducing me to the variety of Czech liquor–some even came home with me to the US. If you're in the area, Cobra is definitely worth a visit.

Giving the place 3 stars due to very rude woman behind the bar, we moved to another table and she promptly moved us back saying it had to be cleaned, I remarked it was fine, 30 minutes later we were offered chance to move table, obviously when bar was less busy, shame an otherwise ok experience. It's the only bar with any life in the area and maybe that's why this attitude prevails, drinks were good though and floor staff efficient

I am being generous with the 3 stars. I've heard so many good things about this place so naturally I was excited to check it out myself. Sadly it was a disappointing visit. The Flat White that I ordered was average at best. The sandwich - Croque Monsieur - was quite bad. I've ordered this sandwich many times all over the world and this version was the worst. This could be due to them making it with a toaster oven? Maybe? When it was time to pay they told me it was better if I paid in cash because it's better for them. And- they told me to leave a 10% tip. I'm American so tipping is ingrained in our culture. Being "told" about tipping... 😂. Overall, just not a good customer experience.

Very sad that I need to write it here, but it’s not first time I am visiting this place. 1. Food is tasty, but not an exclusive- for me overpriced 2. Amazing coffee, but why you have discount paper 10th coffee is free if you don’t want to put stamps. 3. I truly don’t know why stuff is so unhappy, they talk to customers like they making a favour to us to being served by them. 4. Lemonade- is citron lemonade means it’s need to be sour and acid? I even can’t drinking it. I wanted to say something but stuff looks very not happy so I was afraid even to make any noise. Is it right to feel coffee shop or restaurant like this? I don’t want make a conflict but maybe you need to be more kind and watch how you cooking and give service.

Had a few XL latte's here. Drinks were good and the staff were very friendly. Not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about as I had zero issues with the staff (Prague seems to have an issue with fake reviews). I would recommend here if you want a nice cafe to go to.

I'm so glad that I found this cozy spot during my time in Prague. The coffee is perfectly roasted and prepared. I only had batch brews rather than espresso drinks, but each of the varieties was excellent. I brought a few bags of beans home to the US with me. The food is also excellent! I had the ham and eggs both times I visited because it was that good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and were very kind about my badly pronounced attempts at Czech. It can get busy, as it's rather small and right by a tram stop, but it is definitely worth a visit.

The Spot is hands down THE best breakfast and brunch place in Prague! I had the French toast and tomato soup both were delicious and beautifully made ,and finished with an affogato that was the perfect touch. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the mocha and scrambled eggs, they’re incredible! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and seriously amazing food. A must-visit in Prague!

Very good food. But staff needs better training. The service staff on the first day I went was ok. Friendly, fine. The next day, I asked to sit by the window again and she wanted to put me at the back of the restaurant by myself in the corner with no view. When I asked to be at the front by the window (I have come all the way to visit from London and woke up early to come here again before my train!) she said no and tried to shove me in the back where there were no people. I walked out. Otherwise top food. Very good bowl and sandwich.

Found the Food Lab a couple of hundred meters from our hotel. Great breakfast - the fried eggs with avocado pomegranate & sunflower seed on rye was particularly good. Dinner was also an excellent experience. Drop in for a dessert, will not disappoint-see the pecan gift.

If you want dressed up, creative and delicious dishes, this is the best place. Everything felt fresh, light, and seasonally inspired. The beetroot risotto was unlike anything I’ve ever had and it will live rent free in my mind forever. It was a nice break from traditional heavy Czech food. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

We came across this by accident , trying to find a pizza place for lunch near the Spanish Synagogue. Gorgeous interior , which was decorated for Halloween 🎃. They had a very reasonably priced lunch menu . I had the baked cod on a ratatouille base which was delicious . My husband had the chicken popcorn and ordered a side of fries and my son had the mignon steak with a side of fries which melted in the mouth from the Al a carte menu. We just had a carafe of still water for all 3 of us . Service was quick and staff were very friendly . Highly recommend if you are in the old town.

So I went to this place twice and I think it is okay’ish. The location itself has a nice interior concept style but unfortunately this comes at the cost of the food itself. I’ve had an eggs Benedict once and they used a very thin slice of toast as a base which kind of ruins the foundation of the dish. The coffee was also made with a foamy machine rather than barista style. So for a quick lunch/dinner at this place is fine, still somewhat touristic.

Great place for both small and large groups! Excellent service and a wide variety of options. The only thing I’d suggest is offering more choices for vegetarians — we had two in our group, and their options were quite limited.

A bif of waiting was involved to be seated and also with the server's attention. Not his fault though they seemed understaffed. The food was very tasty and nicely served. You will get a separate dessert menu at the end which I highly recommend. The bathrooms were very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We went to celebrate birthdays, the vibe was very nice with the live music. I would recommend it for all occasions.

This might become my new favorite cafe in Prague! Really beautiful interior with light airy feeling. I was instantly relaxed. Staff were pleasant and helped me decide on a cake. In February, the shakshuka was much better (see photo 1). Now ( photo 2) it’s dry and not tasty at all — I’d rate it 1/10. It seems like you’ve changed the ingredients, and they don’t go well together at all. Very disappointed. Also, the batch brew coffee was served only after I had already finished my breakfast.

Had a beautiful brunch at Spižírna. Just watching the barista do his work was entertaining. The iced latte and matcha latte were very good, and so were the meals. The Benedict with salmon was a weekend special and we got the last serving around 2 PM so clearly it is a popular item.

Lovely place for breakfast! I came back for the second time while staying in Prague because of their delicious scrambled eggs. The dish is charming in its no-fuss simplicity. Flat white was also enjoyable and comes in a charming cup. Service is very professional and welcoming.

A bit pricy but worth every crown in the end. The best croissants I tasted thus far in Prague. Excellent bread as well. On top of that they have excellent service.

A very cozy bakery in Karlín with a selection of sweet pastries and freshly baked bread. This bakery was on my list for a very long time as I love they use local flours and mill the flour themselves. I went for breakfast and got 3 pastries to be able to test as much as possible. First thing I tried is the traditional check koláč with apricots. The dough was very soft not dry at all, it was filled with jam and apricots and topped with some oat crumble. Very nice, enjoyed it a lot. It´s very different to other kolaches I tried in Prague so if you want to try something slightly different I´d give it a go. Second thing I had was their poppy seed makovka which was also nice, not dry at all and the poppy seed filling had a nice hidden flavour of orange or something? I also feel like all of the pastries had some cardamon or anise it as there was something unusual in the dough. Last thing and my favorite thing was concha, I have never heard about this pastry so I had to ask what it is. Essentially it´s a brioche with fleur d´oranger and a nice crockant on top which creates this crackly top. Again the dough is top notch, you can really taste the fleur d´oranger. And the sweet crockant on top provide some much needed texture contrast. Overal I like it, it wasn´t overpriced, would recommend!

Prague has a lot of good bakeries. This is for sure one of the best ones, every product is baked to perfection, no matter if savoury or sweet - every single item is out of this world delicious. They even do canelé which are hard to find out of france, and even those were 10/10 - try everything you can!

Expanding horizons. Koláč, pizza bread, sandwiches... I hadn't expected much from these common kinds, and, they were incredibly delicious here. Koláč was perfectly sweet without being dry. And I didn't know the pizza bread could be this tasty when it's cold...

Very flavourful sausages served with bread and mustard. There’s a convenient screen outside the shop where you can order. There’s limited space, but we were able to get a seat outside. If we had stayed in Prague for longer we would have loved to come back and tried some of the other dishes, like the burger or pastrami sandwich.

The absolute TOP when it comes to burgers. The meat is incredibly tender. All the ingredients are very fresh. Orders can be placed at the cash register or through the machine outside the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the place is small, so there's not always a place to sit.

Easy to order by Kiosk! I tried Cheese burger and Pastrami sandwich. I prefer Pastrami:-) If not a big fan of rare, it could be hard to eat because the patty of burger was rare or more like blue rare:-) if patty is like medium rare, it would be much better! It’s dog friendly! It was already famous for Koreans so you can find the Korean language there. Staffs are very kind!

The food here is great, it's definitely worth a visit. We dined on the meatloaf, had a burger and also a pastrami sandwich. All were excellent. For the portion sizes it's very expensive - even for Prague - and prices definitely seem to have increased over the past few years as the place has made a name for itself... Would recommend but make sure to be mentally prepared for the prices.

This place sells great sandwiches! We had been recommended this place by a few people and we're not let down. You can go inside and order from the counter, or use the kiosk outside to select and pay for your meal. When your order is ready, they'll call your number and bring your food to you. There are some tables inside and several counters outside to eat your food. The ham sandwich was incredible and the meatloaf sandwich was really good. I got a little bit of food jealousy looking at the burgers too.

Really great Asian high-end restaurant. The service is very good! The food is amazing, like every dish was spot on, and the cocktails were great. Everything felt super fresh, especially the fishes, I must say that the Hamatshi sashimi was sublime! Also, the desserts were really, really good. Be aware that this is not a cheap restaurant!

On a previous trip to the city, we had a truly great dining experience here and visited this exact restaurant. Because of that, we decided to return and try to recreate that success. Fortunately, we can say that our expectations were once again met – and even exceeded. The atmosphere at SaSaZu is exceptional. As soon as you enter, you’re welcomed by a unique and well-designed space that feels both modern and warm. It’s an experience in itself, even before the food arrives. Speaking of the food – it’s both distinctive and extraordinary. Not only is it visually impressive, but the flavors are rich, creative, and perfectly balanced. We absolutely love SaSaZu—amazing atmosphere, top-notch service, and consistently delicious food. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the menu change. Many of our favorites, like the Singapore crab, are no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. That said, we still enjoyed everything we ordered and even came back twice this week. Looking forward to what they’ll surprise us with next!

On eor the best 3 meals of my life. The flavors in every dish were amazing. Seafood was fresh. Steaks cooked to perfection. All the sauces were delicious. Plan on eating 5 courses and spending $200 per person.

We had an iced Americano and their forest berries cake. The cake was good, but the coffee was pretty meh it tasted more like water than coffee. The service was super slow; it took around 30 minutes just to place our order. That said, the place itself is absolutely majestic, beautiful atmosphere and stunning interior.

A stunning Art Nouveau café inside Prague’s Municipal House, with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and beautiful woodwork that make it worth a visit. The atmosphere feels grand yet relaxed, and it’s a lovely place to enjoy coffee, tea, or their afternoon tea set while admiring the building’s historic charm. However, the service was not as pleasant as I expected — everything was fine at first, but once didn’t leave a tip, I could clearly feel a change in their attitude. Overall still a beautiful spot, but the service experience left a slight shadow on an otherwise good visit.

The café is located inside the Old Municipal House in Prague. The interior is stunning, with chandeliers and beautiful decorations. I went just for brunch, but it turned out to be much more than a simple brunch experience—truly memorable!

Pure yummy. ✨🪷 food was SO good and yummy. Afternoon tea is also amazing. So light and the chocolate was really good. My favorite part of afternoon tea was the scones and cucumber sandwich ✨✨🥒 100% recommend, reasonably priced for the food and quality. They also have little robots that carry the dirty plates!! 14.10.25 We stopped for coffee and cake the same day at Kavárna Obecní dům — a place definitely worth visiting. The cakes were really delicious, and you could truly taste the individual flavors. We had a chocolate cake, an apricot cake, and a forest berry cake, enjoyed with Mucha sparkling wine and some lemonade. Everything was excellent — both the taste and the service. Highly recommended!

Had svíčková for the first time here — the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful! The presentation and taste were both excellent. The ambience is beautiful and elegant, with a classic Prague charm. A lovely spot to enjoy authentic Czech cuisine in a refined setting. Highly recommend!

What a waste of a beautiful restaurant in a particular building... what started as a nice greeting to this beautiful restaurant turned into once of my worst experiences starting with a very rude waiter and overly salty overcooked meat. Let me start with the waiter who was always in a rush... didn't hear my order so i had to repeat everything multiple times and of course he was annoyed (wow). We get our starter so I politely ask for two plates and some bread( this is how it should go... you eat in a plate...) the waiter goes and 15 min later no sign of the plates nor the bread... the starter Was on the table with no sign of plates or bread. I call the waited to remind him to bring the plates and surprisingly he replies with the rudest comment ever: i don't have the plates in my pocked you need to wait. I am busy just wait. I tell him that he has been going back and forth for 15 minutes he can just bring the plates so we can eat and he replies: you need to wait when im free i will bring the platter. Shocked i ask for the manager and he replies: i am the manager you wait. So i go and ask for the real manager who turned out to be another person who was very nice and apologized for his colleagues misconduct and said that he is passing through hard times (well not my fault no?) He offered us 10% discount.. a scoop of ice cream and ticket to visit the terrace. Very disappointed by this place... as we say in french : dommage. Also the food was not so good especially the meat which was overly salty... the potatoes were ice cold and overcooked. Thank you for the manager David though for his professionalism.

Very very very RUDE service. Food was good. But you are paying not just for food and place, but also experience. Unfortunately it was not a good one. The waiter only start being “nicer” because we did spent almost 9k czk that night + Tip! Out of all fine dining restaurants ive been to, this is the worst.

Restaurant in a very famous building in the city centre of Prague. That pretty much says it all. Prices are really high and the food is quite decent but I expected a little bit more. I would say if you put all things together and take it as an “experience” you can actually enjoy your time here. Staff is really nice and the view of Prague Castle is breathtaking. You can see for yourselves!

Atmosphere was not a pleasant environment to be in. The restaurant was far too bright and the acoustics were really bad so everything echoed. The bar was very very limited. They only offered the few drinks on their menu. No standard cocktails (not on menu). Our waiter had fantastic energy but he seemed new to the job and to be the only 1 of 2 people working so service was slow. I feel like it could be a great restaurant if it hired some more people and fixed the atmosphere. It was tough to pay attention to food because the rest of the experience was off.

Beautiful view but the windows need to be cleaned! The food unfortunately was tasteless and steak overcooked and vegetables undercooked. Very disappointing. Service was excellent but some rude staff

One of the tops in Prague. Excellent service and great menu. The degustation menu is a treat. Appropriate wine choice. Led by ex Michelin star chef Roman Paulus. Pricier but worth it. Not for the penny savers though..

One of the best breakfasts my Aunt and I had in Prague. Very friendly staff, in particular we appreciated how wonderful Jan Caha was. Jan was accommodating and just so kind. We arrived 30 minutes before breakfast closed but he didn’t rush us and made us feel very welcome. The quality of breakfast options was superb! A definite must try if looking for a good breakfast place in Prague.

The food and service is absolutely amazing! I was sat and served immediately, and the server, Angelika, had suggestions and recommendations for both the wine and food. I had the potato gnocchi stuffed with truffle and topped with caviar—it was INCREDIBLE! I also had the white bar for dessert, which finished the meal off perfectly. For the quality of the food, I found it quite reasonable (as I am used to the Euro). Highly recommend this place!

Went to the restaurant for lunch with friends based on positive, though rather old reviews. The huge hall was empty, the waitress had her mask without the nose being covered, did not bother to ask for vaccination certificate (or covid-19 in the last 6 months), though it was mandatory starting Monday, November 22. We were accompanied to the table and for 10 minutes, nobody came to ask for any order. We finally called her and ordered Wiener schnitzel, 3 portions. What we received was hardly edible, not very fresh veal meat, impossible to cut or chew, with a cucumber creamy salad without any seasoning, no taste at all. The meal was simply horrible, disgusting. We got a big bottle of mineral water, the waitress gave us a sip and left the bottle on a separate table and ignored the fact our glasses were empty. She only came with the bill. Absolutely awful experience, terrible food and pathetic service. What a shame. One of the guests was a violin star who performed that same day in Lucerna with his orchestra.

I received a voucher for a degustation menu for two people. We had a great time here, the service was amazing, very well informed about all the wines they offer, they took care of us with love. But what was absolutely genius was the food. It was delicious and extraordinary. A great experience.

Lovely dinner for 2 - $105 US. Atmosphere very relaxing, seating spaced for privacy. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food, the lovely presentation, and the excellent service. Staff friendly, a nice compliment to any service.

Easily one of the best places i’ve been in prague. Super fresh made lemonade and smoothies. The sandwich tasted amazing and was also freshly made. The staff was super kind and even offered to adjust meals to our likings :) Inside it’s cozy and not too crowded considering its wonderful location near the bridge. Can confidently recommend this place to everyone!

Very good quality food and presentation especially the breakfast and home made cakes, so the chef is good. Service also very good at least early morning on Sunday, 3 beautiful women all very attentive and quick to respond with a smile. Hidden gem in Mala strana.

Amazing food and amazing prices. Found this gem on the lonely planet book and what a surprise. It is definitely not traditional Czech cuisine but it is that modern restaurant/cafe you need. The salad was great and massive, their hot chocolate was super rich, the salmon breakfast was also great, and needless to say their desserts were also yummy. They accept CARD.

Breakfast/brunch is very good. Service is excellent, value for the amount of food is great. Bookshop is also very nice and the staff is very friendly, and gives good recommendations for your time in Prague. Highly recommended all around.

A very cozy place, I really can’t say anything bad about it. There’s a wide selection of drinks, as well as a decent choice of food. You can even buy a book right here in the café. On Saturdays they also have a speaking club (if I’m not mistaken). Overall, I really enjoyed it

I'm writing my review from The Globe because I'm enjoying the atmosphere too much to leave. We were just hoping for a passable meal, but who knew I'd have one of the best bangers and mash in Prague! Our food was great, as was the cider. The staff was friendly and efficient, too. I really came for the bookstore which packs a lot in its relatively small space. We're only here for 3 days but we may be back! Highly recommend!

Best café in Prague to work from ! The food is delicious, really good coffee. The staff is lovely and giving little advice to explore the city. They have karaoke amd trivia night and board games ! I will return for sure !

The mood was really cute I really liked it, I think is would be a really good place to study. I was happy to be able to buy books in English after my lunch. I had a middle eastern plate and my friend a Kafka sandwich, they were good

This place has great vibe. It begs for you to pick a book and sit down in the restaurant to enjoy it. The staff were nice and polite, NY cheesecake was really tasty. Book selection was okay. Nothing too shocking or special, most of it just mainstream books you could find in any bookstore. But with the limited space that makes perfect sense. (I do have some notes on the books in the YA section though… Hannah Grace has no business on those shelves) Overall once i finish the book i bought i will be back for another.

Quick. Cool. Chilled. Worth going for a coffee no doubt. Its a very laid back atmosphere so you could be sitting on a chair, a box outside, a ledge, whatever, the coffee was nice. And the building across the road looks great. Order at the till and staff then bring the coffee to wherever you set yourself down.

We’ve been coming to this place a few times on different trips, and it always feels a bit different from other spots. The decor and vibe stand out — there’s a giant table in the middle, seating by the windows, a cozy area at the bottom of the stairs, and some outdoor seating as well. It’s almost always busy with customers, which is always a good sign. The drinks are consistently great, and the pastries we’ve tried have been very good too. While we usually stop by just for drinks, one pastry in particular — topped with fresh raspberries (see the photo) — was absolutely delightful. The tartness of the raspberry adds such a refreshing touch that the first bite brought an instant smile to my face. All in all, it’s a lovely spot for drinks and catching up with friends, or a relaxing stop if you can come when it’s a bit quieter.

Coffee is good and of good quality. We ordered flat white - can recommend. They don’t really to takeaway coffee - I think it would be great for them to let people know well in advance. Either you come with the reusable cup - or you lend a reusable cup from them (you get your money back when you return it), no single-use cups. They claim it for the ecology, but I doubt the efficiency of this approach and would love to learn if this really works (or how lending reusable cups help). In short - they need to tell people this well in advance somehow - eg sign on the door. Sitting inside is ok. There is a big communal table and a little space near the windows. For me it wasn’t too cozy though, but you have very few options. Service is friendly and professional.

The grapefruit element tied the flavors together beautifully, creating a light, balanced experience. I ended with the Cascara Cream—a subtle, citrusy, and gently sweet drink with soft earthy undertones. It was both unique and comforting, the kind of drink that lingers in your memory. EMA is truly a fabulous spot for coffee in Prague—creative, quality-driven, and relaxed. Highly recommend for any coffee lover.

I was looking for a good coffee in the early morning hours in the city of Prague , and I found myself alone in front of this café. I went in—the place was so nice, beautifully designed—and I asked, “What’s the best coffee here?” The barista recommended a “Nicaragua” and that was actually the first time I ever tried it in my life. Since then, I’ve been hooked. The coffee is really high quality, and the flavor stayed in my mouth for hours. I sat at the bar—this bar, it turns out, is popular with the locals. I enjoyed my coffee while watching all the people inside the bar. The Czechs were really nice, laughing, smiling in the morning, chatting—it was such a memorable experience, one I still remember vividly to this day.

Lovely flat whites and amazing toasties! Coffee was an amazing Ethiopian espresso roast and I bought a bag of beans to take home, barista was helpful in picking a good roast for my home needs ☕️
