It was just a very underwhelming meal. For starters when we arrived it took quite a while for someone to greet us and just give us water. We sat inside and the head bartender was either in a bad mood or just liked to throw bottles around. Every time he finished a bottle, he literally threw it in the container pretty aggressively. At first, we thought it was an accident but it kept occurring. It was annoying. Additionally, we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There was a large group sitting at a table and quite frankly they made a mess. That's not the restaurant's fault but it stayed that way for the hour and a half that we were there, which was kind of gross. Food all over the table and floor. We had high expectations for this restaurant as our first meal was at element 47 and it was incredible there! Great service, great food so we thought that the Ajax would be the same, but more casual and it certainly was not. It was a three at best. Next time we stay at the Little Nell, we will not go back to Ajax Tavern. Very disappointing.

Nice atmosphere and crowd. Great wine list, salad for vegans okay. Truffle fries are a classic.

Nice location, right at the base of the gondola station. Indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is ok, some of the high tables are too high and the lighting is odd spotlights down onto faces. Service is great and very friendly. Food was tasty. Dishes are large so they are great for sharing. The wine list is extensive and impressive.

The octopus appetizer and fries were delicious. Skip the kale quinoa caesar. The morel dish and French onion soup were also hits.

This is one of my favorite spots in Aspen. I would start by recommending the cauliflower appetizer. Additionally the cheeseburger is the best burger in the whole valley (or ever) with truffle fries which are incredible. This is the place to bring your family and friends when they come to visit, or to pop in for apres ski. Great view of the mountain, located right at the base of the gondola. The kids Mac n cheese is also banger. Go here.

We had dinner, but first sat at the bar, starting with a martini that was excellent—though we had to share one, as the restaurant had run out of Belvedere. That wasn’t the real issue, however. We ordered the beef carpaccio as an appetizer, and it immediately tasted off. I chose not to eat it, but my partner did and unfortunately became very sick later that evening. It was clear the meat wasn’t fresh. On a positive note, the main course was excellent—we really enjoyed the burger. Still, it’s unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber to serve food that’s past its prime.

Food was good, service was good, location and patio are great. Lots of complaints that it’s over priced but was fairly reasonable and HUGE portions compared to most other restaurants in the area. The mussels were really good and was a huge huge portion, salads were fresh and delicious too.

You know my review style by now...it's either a 1 or a 5. It's Aspen so the price of a latte was a bit rich but the location is perfect and as a local told me "There is no where to go downtown anymore... (in Aspen) unless you want to buy a $1,000 cowboy hat..." and this place is battling the boutiques that litter the downtown and I like that. Bonus---as I waited for my meeting they had my new favorite band playing on the radio--The Red Clay Strays (check them out) so their taste in coffee shop music is 5 stars as well!

The food could be more tasty have flavour, the hot chocolate was almost dirty hot water with no flavour, and the avocado toast could have something to make special, no salt or whatsoever. A lot of people working and making the space boring, some people could find space because of the people working on the computer were there just typing something in the computer and drinking water, this is very inconvenient.

Cute coffee shop in downtown Aspen. Lots of space in and outside and has wifi. Latte was really decent and about $13. Food menu was pretty limited but what we got ended up being good. Looks like they make their own chips.

Great place, great speicialty drinks, great ambience & chill musics played. All are great here. Pet friendly too.

Coffee was great but the cashier/order taker was unprofessional. Young dude who thought he was too cool to show me my bill total before asking me to tap your card. I trusted him then I saw a $22 charge for a flat white, a double espresso and a muffin. DOUBLE CHECK your bill before paying.

Nice local coffee shop with people working talking enjoying a very good double espresso or cappuccino. A lot of locals meeting each other either inside, outside or to go. Relaxed atmosphere and staff.

This place is like a destination or activity to do in Aspen. My kids love the upstairs with a plethora of toys and crafts and just cool random stuff. They also have a good beer selection with fair prices. If you forget anything in Aspen while on vacation, Carl's will have it. Free limited parking is also a plus!

We stopped by this cool, old-school pharmacy and convenience store. I was looking for a hard-to-find sleep aid, and they had it here at Carl’s. The pharmacist was highly knowledgeable and gave us great information, which we appreciated. We would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you.

I needed a prescription transferred here, and they managed to transfer it and fill it in about 24 hours! I appreciated being informed it was ready by text. Great service from an independent pharmacy!

The store is quite big and is the place in Aspen you will find everything you might need! But it is a bit confusing and dirty. Still, if you need anything, that’s the place to go

The closest thing to shopping on a budget in Aspen. I was thrilled with the breadth and variety of their selection, especially upstairs. They have really nice Aspen souvenirs for quite cheap prices, relatively speaking (there are really nice collectible mugs for $9). They have a variety of camping gear upstairs (the cheap but quality brands), as well as toys, puzzles, games, electronics stuff, and more. You probably won't leave empty-handed from this place because you'll find something you didn't remember that you needed at a good price.

Such a great outfitter and shop. Thomas Menas is a top-shelf guide. Not just fishy for the experienced folks, but he will have your novice friends and family casting well and loving their day. Probably the best teaching guide I’ve ever seen. Enjoy!!

My son and I had never fly fished before and our guide Ray did an excellent job teaching us all the basics and then some. We both caught some beautiful Rainbows. Ray was a fantastic guide, very helpful, patient and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend Aspen Outfitting for local fly fishing in Aspen and ask for Ray to be your guide!

First Class Experience & Service! Online booking was super easy. In the shop, Jarrod and team were welcoming & engaging. On the river, Lawrence was a pro. One of the best outfitters I have booked with. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the Aspen area.

What a great experience! I have been to Aspen many times and used this company for other activities but never for flyfishing. I started my day with an experienced guide, Lawrence, and he took me to Woody Creek to fish for trout! I loved that they put one guide with only one to two customers. Lawrence was patient and so knowledgeable. Loved his passion for fishing and the outdoors. He was so good at “reading” the fish so when they were feeding on top he would change gear and the same when they were feeding below. As you can see from the photos we had a very successful morning! Including a visit from a beautiful deer! What a great experience, highly recommend if you are looking for a great activity in Aspen!!

Nicky my guide was fantastic! This was only my third time fly fishing and his guidance and patience was remarkable. I caught 4 Rainbows and a Brown in various different water conditions and techniques. I really enjoyed the fishing and our time getting to know each other. I also was extremely impressed with his passion for the sport. Every catch I think he was just as excited and pumped that I was!

I buy a case of wine for a friend once a year at Of Grape and Grain. Gary really knows his wines and always comes up with smart choices. Very friendly shop and great choices.

This restaurant is truly extraordinary. I consider myself an onion soup, connoisseur, and this onion soup was among the best I have ever had. The summer salad was a 8 1/2 out of 10 it was fresh, but had a little too much dressing. The dessert, a crème brûlée crêpe was also to die for I will eat here every time I come to Aspen. It’s truly a wonderful spot. The atmosphere is also very charming and the weight staff was amazing. I really can’t rate it any higher. It was over $100 without tip and no alcohol, but worth it IMHO.

Let me start off the review with the food being quite good but definitely not worth the time. For example, when I ordered my meal of the gnocchi truffle (48$), the waiter then ask me if I wanted extra truffles on top. However I was unaware of the ludicrous amount they would rip me off with due to the prices not being mentioned on the menu. Those damn truffles cost more than my entire dish (50$). This place for me is a complete scam for anyone who values their money and dignity as the staff here feel like money-hungry vultures. Although I felt absolutely robbed, the presence and neoclassical design of restaurant was atmospheric and homely. But damn what a scam, this is to warn others not to come here. Greatly disappointed

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. From the very beginning, the service provided by the waiter Campell left much to be desired: inattentive, uninterested, and unprofessional. As for the food, I ordered the cheese fondue and it was a huge letdown. While the flavor was acceptable, the preparation was terrible—the bottom was so thick and rubbery it felt like chewing gum, while the top was oily and watery, almost like melted butter mixed with water. This is far from what one expects from a proper fondue. Overall, both the service and the quality fell far below expectations. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place.

My good friends were in town and I am so glad we had the pleasure of experiencing French Alpine Bistro! Ana, our server was amazing and welcoming. The food was incredible and the Cheese Fondue was incredible. I have had the pleasure of going to 2 wine dinners thus far this year and not only is the food and wine exquisite but the pricing for the quality and portions is one of the best in town. I highly recommend this restaurant and they even allow private parties. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and intimate. Make your reservations early!

Absolutely fantastic experience at the French Alpine Bistro. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top notch. Cozy French place located in basement cave that feels like you’re traveled to mountain chalet in Alps. High end feel but not stuffy or pretentious. We loved our mains - all on point Alpine dishes like Wiener Schnitzel, etc. server was super friendly. Highly recommend. One of our favorite dinners in Aspen.

Be super careful to eat here. - We saw a mouse running inside the dining area. When we told the server, his response was: “Oh yeah? It’s close to winter.” - Service was careless. They messed up our order. - The food quality itself was ok A restaurant that dismisses a mouse like that is unsafe and unprofessional. Be careful!

J-Bar is such a gem in Aspen! The moment you walk in, you feel the historic charm mixed with a vibrant, welcoming energy. The drinks were creative and perfectly balanced, and the menu had a great mix of options. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff made the experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy amazing cocktails, and really take in the Aspen vibe.

Spent a 3day weekend in Aspen, mostly dining out every evening. Every review at places said pricey for what you get served. Including this place. Buffalo Burgers are usually expensive anyway... I can say as a fact that the size of the burger was large and thick, perfectly cooked! Juicy Tasted Wonderfully delicious!! I forget what my friend ordered but she did say it was the best thing she ate so far on the trip. We did go on a Sunday kinda late. When we walked past to the hiking trails it was packed all the times.

This is a beautiful old style little bar with amazing service and even better food and drinks. We stopped in on a hot afternoon in the summer and had a fantastic waiter who made perfect recommendations for some afternoon cocktails and served us an incredible blue corn bread skillet with popcorned butter. It's pricey, but definitely worth the indulgence. We will probably return for desserts later on!

Great service. Fellow behind the bar was great, but it was $38 for a burger and the burger wasn’t really that flavorful and had a lot of gristle in it. I really would not have minded the price if it had been tasty, but it was very mediocre and I was surprised about the quality of the beef. The side Caesar salad was also bland, and the extra dressing did not help. Everything looked nice but was simply not very Flavorful. Would recommend for the drinks and service, not the food.

We'll - it's true! What a great bar and food - fun and brilliant bartenders too! We were looking for "Aspen's Best Hamburger" - I'm sure there are other good ones, but ones been rated #1, and we agree! Beautifully served and delicious - get the fries too! We also had a tasty Caesar Salad snd Lsmb Meatballs w sauce, dates, and figs - yum! Our bartender, Ben was a total pro - made us a few "off the menu" creating drinks - raspberry rum and coffee? - sounds crazy - but was great and he's got sone super-powers for creative drinks. Great good - drinks - people - a d as always, elegant Cowboys and Cowgirls Jerome historic fun!

Went to celebrate my mom’s birthday and wow, I still dream about this place. If I had to pick a last meal, this would be it. I got the steak board and ate every last bite. My mom got the rotisserie chicken board. We sat outside and the views from downtown Aspen were absolutely breathtaking. The service was warm and pleasant, which made the whole experience even better. If you love steak, potatoes, and a good heartwarming meal, this spot is a must-try.

overall not bad! the meat and cheese board i’d say was a bit overpriced for what we got. it was mostly crackers. loved the mustard! we ordered the steak board and the vietnamese salad. the steak board was pretty good, the steak was a little underdone though. the salad was heavily lacking flavor, the sauce was almost the consistency of water and was not flavorful. there was also fried onions on it which didn’t really make sense to me.

Despite the restaurant’s name they have more than just meat and cheese here. Enjoyed their Vietnamese chicken salad and it was the best single lunch dish I’ve had in Aspen. Great combination of chicken, egg, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, noodles, and fried onions. Try to snag a table outside on their patio — atmosphere outdoors is five stars vs. indoors a little bit more cramped and only four stars. Service at the bar was very good.

The 3% charge to offset the “high cost of living in paradise” feels inappropriate. Guests come to Aspen expecting premium prices, but not additional fees justified by the staff’s local living expenses. If costs are high, they should be reflected transparently in menu pricing, not added as an emotional surcharge. Food is good. Service average:

I had a really nice experience dining here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything I ordered tasted really good. The flavors were on point, and you can tell the food is made with care. The only thing I’d mention is that the steak was a bit on the chewy side, but still flavorful. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal.

Our server recommended the Pastrami and the Quesabirria tacos and they were flavorful and unique. The pastrami was spicy, tangy, and had great texture. The tacos had wonderful consomé and had a tender meat. Highly recommend this place!

Food was good although menu is somewhat limited. Value by Aspen standards is above average. My one drawback would be the seating is tight. If you don't mind listening to conversations and having others listen to yours, you'll be fine here.

We ordered 6 different dishes, and all of them tasted almost similar. I feel like it could be better. But servers were great.

I had the pleasure of working with Campo de Fiori for a micro-wedding reception, and it was the perfect space for a group of 20-25 guests. The service staff and bartenders were absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about them. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure the bride and groom had a wonderful experience. Elizabeth, the event coordinator, was fantastic to work with during the planning process. She was communicative, accommodating, and made sure the couple got the exact meal and drinks they had their heart set on. Guests raved about the food and cocktails, and the overall atmosphere made for such a memorable celebration. As a wedding planner, I would highly recommend Campo de Fiori for an intimate wedding or event celebration with 25 guests or fewer.

We cannot recommend Campo de Fiori enough — it was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! From the very beginning, Elizabeth was an incredible partner in planning. She worked closely with us to ensure every detail was thoughtfully coordinated, communicating promptly and clearly throughout the entire process. Her collaboration with our other vendors made everything feel seamless. Campo helped us craft a menu that truly wowed our guests — the food and drinks were absolutely amazing and delicious! Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavor. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the meal and the overall dining experience. The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The entire team at Campo de Fiori was warm, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable, never had an empty glass, and most importantly — having a great time!

Very good service in an intimate setting. Found the pasta good but not great, the aesthetic is a bit cheesy and the tables all wobble but their staff jump into action for any need (including shims to level said wobbly tables). Found the meatballs a bit underwhelming/under seasoned though my wife approved

Campo did an incredible job Friday nite hosting my son’s rehearsal dinner. Went above & beyond my expectations. Working w/ Elizabeth starting a year ago was so easy and accommodating. We had just over 100ppl and the staff didn’t miss a beat. Food, drinks, music and speeches. Every detail went so smoothly. Dave was right there making sure everything went perfect.

The spinach gnocchi was amazing! The rest of the table had chicken parm which was good too. Wonderful wine list. I would recommend making a reservation. Sitting outside was perfect!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Aspen! I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. They were kind enough to sit the group down even when almost making it a little late. But left a big tip for that. Chris was an awesome waiter!!!! Attentive and made sure we were doing great. Everyone was super kind. The cocktails were spot on! The brunello was out of this world! The food was excellent. It tasted phenomenal!!!! I love Italian food and this was definitely one of the best in town. Restrooms were clean, average. Location where it's easy to find and get to.

Absolutely loved this place! The oysters were incredibly fresh. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a must-visit in Aspen if you’re into quality seafood and a laid-back vibe.

We came here for a post hike late lunch and it was exactly what we needed. The oyster selection was broad with plenty of east and west coast options. The portions were healthy for the clam chowder and burgers we ordered. The clam chowder was a good texture. The atmosphere was bustling without it being too noisy or crowded.

We loved everything about our dinner here- the service was great, the ceviche, oysters, crab Mac and cheese, cocktails, and clam chowder were excellent, but WHAT EVEN ARE THESE FRIES? How are you supposed to eat them? Why would anyone want so many? Please someday consider changing the “fries” to actual fries.

Everything was perfect. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Very creative dishes…the spicy cauliflower was a surprise hit, and the lobster roll was spot on.

A very nice sea food restaurant. We ordered the beef tartar, which was incredibly tender and delicious. The octopus was well seasoned. The shrimp linguine was well cooked but it was a bit bland after tasting the octopus. Should probably have asked for a bit of more salt.

We’ve been to Clarks a few times and always enjoy it! Recommend: oysters, clam chowder, kale, scallops, Mac n cheese! We got the burger this time and I would pass on that, both the burger and fries were just okay. The staff and service is great!

We stop here every time we’re in Aspen. They have one of the best happy hours in town with great martinis, burgers and oysters. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere can’t be beat. We love Clark’s!

The wings are very very good! The tvs all were playing hockey game except one with baseball. Suggest playing a few more sports on the other tvs. Great atmosphere and my server was so smiley and nice!

We loved this place. Its small but quaint. Its a bar, so expect just that. Friendly people and they apparently allow pets inside. Normally that would have turned me away but the dog was friendly and did not bother people. Everything we has was great and so was the service.

Super laid-back and casual tavern downstairs, with a very eclectic menu and full bar. Some seating outside. The staff was terrific, very helpful. Everything we ordered was delicious except the fish tacos weren’t very appetizing and didn’t have much taste. However, the grilled steak tacos were absolutely delicious as was the grilled chicken tacos - reminded us of California street tacos, all served in fresh corn tortillas and tasty salsa on the side. Each taco had two corn tortillas which held the generous portions of meats and fish. The Caesar salad was very crisp, fresh, and was served with a very tasty Caesar dressing. The sweet potato fries were yummy. Quick service, would go back for more of those really good meat based tacos.

This place feels like a little taste of home—warm, inviting, and full of character. The beer is top-notch and reasonably priced, and the food looked absolutely mouthwatering. Definitely worth the stop if you want to experience where the locals actually go. @7,920k feet

Good atmosphere. We came and they were playing the chiefs game. It was pretty busy. There was not a lot of seating soon we waited about 10 minutes. The waitress was good. I think we waited <30 minutes for our food. The food was good bar food. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and that was good. It was $17 with fries. The other is chili and it was mid and that was $10.

Grilled-fish street-tacos really hit the spot—small but yummy. Gruff but efficient service was awesome!!

I am very local Aspen I live and work here and I definitely recommend Zane's tavern for a quick drink or a long stay. I came for a celebratory meal today fried chicken ranch sandwich and a local amber ale all great food and great service and an amazing atmosphere 09/30/2025

While staying at the hotel a few days. I heard great things about Home Team BBQ and have it a try. Since day one I was hooked on the flavor and so this review is from 3 different days trying different options. I’ll start by saying that from Christy the host, to the servers like Gil and others, they were great and made the experience well enjoyed. Ate after 6pm most days. Dined in with no wait time. Recommendations provided of daily specials by everyone. Food wait time was normal on all dine-in. First day I tried the turkey platter with baked beans and Mac & cheese. Everything was fenomenal, so tender. I’m big on Max & cheese which is why I had on all 3 occasions. Portion is just right with a bit of the harden cheese. Stays hot during course of the meal which is great. Beans flavorful with that smoky presence. Second day I went for the wings…😋😋😋 OMG!!! The flavor is to the bone 🦴 so good. No lack of smoky taste here! It’s definitely a party in the mouth when you first bite into them! Added mac & cheese. Can’t pass that up. Third day Christy points out having the Cuban sandwich on the specials menu. Being from south Florida , Cuban sandwiches can be found throughout. Trying foods outside of my daily circles provides an opportunity to taste different renditions of popular foods. This Cuban sandwich is no exception. The sandwich includes all the main elements from Cuban sandwiches but with their own touch. Hint of mustard included which is a must in Cuban sandwich and the pickles were added, cut thicker than the norm and is a great touch. The pork has the smoky taste which is unique to Home Team BBQ and makes the entire sandwich explode with flavor. Size looks small but was very filling. Size just right. Amazing place to dine and highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lastly, the views outside are stunning and make outdoor eating so enjoyable. 🏔️

We had a wonderful dining experience with good food and excellent service. One of our dishes was slightly delayed, but the manager went out of their way to make it right by offering us a complimentary dessert—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. That kind of service truly sets a place apart. We’ll definitely be back!

If you're a fan of great BBQ and pretty views, this place is an absolute must-visit. Tucked away at the base of the mountain, it offers the perfect mix of rustic charm and natural beauty. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The food was delicious. We were a party of 7 so there was a lot of variety in our order. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the chicken had a perfect smoky crust, and the sauces added just the right kick. The creamy mac and cheese with pepper and tater tot’s were just right. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It's rare to find a place that delivers this well on taste, vibe, and value all in one package. Highly recommended!

The food is good, fresh, and seasoned well. However for the price you shouldn’t charge so much to drink plain Lipton iced tea out of a cheap old plastic red cup and charge $2.50 for 2 oz of sauce is insane. The kids chicken tenders is cheap frozen chicken strips that come with nothing fyi. The brisket chili was the best thing that we liked.

Amazing food every meal we had. The fried ribs were the best ribs I've had in my life and that's hard to say as a Kansas City native.

Got the wings and the pulled pork nachos, both were incredible!! The white sauce for the wings was the perfect balance of creamy and tangy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the mood for some good bbq

We cannot say enough positive things about Home Team BBQ's catering services—they provided the most amazing food for our wedding! We were looking for a more causal alternative for our wedding and landed on a BBQ buffet. From the first bite to the last, the quality and taste of the food were absolutely phenomenal. We were truly blown away, and more importantly, our entire wedding guest list was raving! We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. The service was impeccable, and they made the catering process seamless. If you want delicious, high-quality, and crowd-pleasing food that your guests will talk about for years to come, you must choose Home Team BBQ. They are truly top-tier!

Okay this is hands down one of my fav spots in town. The staff is so fun and friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home - Erika always welcomes you with a smile, Troy is my fav server he makes the best recommendations and is so fun, and Manny behind the bar makes the best drinks. Also don’t sleep on their happy hour - $3.50 oysters with roe and $12 cocktails - AMAZING. Everyone else is great too. Love their patio so much - vibes are immaculate. Oh and the sushi and food? Incredible. Great vegan options too. Love the kale fried rice and bonsai roll, and the fish is always so fresh!

We absolutely loved this place, and we actually went three times there during a 7-day trip. yes, it is very expensive (which I expect lowers the rating for some), but the sushi is very fresh and very tasty. Atmosphere and service are good (not amazing, hence 4 stars for that). We thought the sushi was as good as other high-end sushi restaurants we have tried elsewhere, and the eel on rice was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We loved this place and the vibrancy. It really was amazing. The services was great and everyone was very friendly. We love raw sushi and they had many selections, it really hard to choose but we went with the sugar daddy. In addition, it was one of our anniversary places we chose and they did make us feel very loved & even surprised us with a small dessert! Would recommend trying at least one thing from their menu — small & big portions! You will not regret it!

My absolute favorite staff of any Aspen Snowmass restaurant. Professional but amazing banter if you engage with them. Specific shoutouts to Manny, Serge, Rad, Molly, Erika, Greg, Troy, and Constantine. They make it feel like a home away from home. The tenderloin fried rice (add jalepeno) is amazing. And Frank is the man!

Amazing food and such a great experience! The lobster seafood ramen was cooked perfectly and so flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. The handmade dumplings and crispy fried salt & pepper squid were also delicious — super fresh and seasoned just right. Lychee Love is one of their fruity cocktails. Not a fruity drinker, try their Millionaire Margarita. The staff were really friendly. You can tell they really care about both the food and the service here. Definitely one of my new favorite spots — I’ll be coming back for sure! Rock Shrimp Tempura became one of my fav app to start with!

An excellent Asian Fusion Restaurant with a separate vegetarian menu . The food preparations were delicious and of high quality. Our server, Jordan provided exemplary service with lots of attention to details and prompt service.

Over priced (but what do you expect) sushi spot on main drag in aspen. Dog-friendly patio. Nice staff! We got the salmon sashimi, double take roll & mamasita roll. Rolls are on the smaller side, but nice composition.

Worst social club ever. My family will be cancelling our membership. Went into the caribou club as an invited guest under my family’s account and the owner Billy was incredibly disrespectful and rude after not being able to find my name on the guest list. I called the owner of the account so we could try and fix it but Billy refused to assist us. Even before that his attitude was abhorrent. I’ve been in clubs all over the world Milan, capri, Miami, Vegas, Turks and Caicos, and many more. I have never experienced the level of disrespect I did here. The place also looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. For a place that you have to pay for the privilege to even attend I would expect better service, more patience, and maybe an interior update in the last 15-20 years. There are much better clubs in the area, my advice is your better off anywhere else. We had tons of fun tonight elsewhere and I’m sure anyone else who listens to this review will as well.

Great place to grab a beer and hang out. Burrata was delicious, service was great. But we were disappointed by the 'tempura' chicken wings. They were more like chicken nuggets.

Awesome Old Fashioned. Salads were great but I should have asked what was included in the “grilled vegetables”. LOTS of mushrooms and I’m not a fan. The Burrata was epic!

Stopped in for lunch at Aspen Public House and enjoyed it. The food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. Great spot with a nice atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing midday meal in town.

Good food, great alcohol and beer selection (didn't have any but noticed their extensive selection). Hubby had Ruben, I had salad, kids split chicken sandwich, all split bruschetta. Everything was so good. Wait staff was friendly and could eat inside or out. It's in a historic building, which is cool too.

I am sorry to admit that I had initially dismissed this place from the outside as a tourist trap, given its central location and proximity to the Opera House. I am so happy to report that I was wildly wrong, and had one of the best meals in Aspen yet. While some places may turn away a lone diner looking for a dedicated table instead of bar seating on a busy Friday night, I was warmly accommodated after a (relatively painless) ~20min wait in the queue. After that, service was FAST, getting my order and bringing it out in what must have been around 10-15 minutes tops. Their menu is creative yet focused, and and frankly for the quality, highly affordable. An amazingly prepared double stack Angus burger on a pillowy brioche bun with fries for $18.75? A side of truffle potatoes for just $11.75?? This is frankly ridiculous affordability for 2025, especially for the quality. The only thing on the menu at a more "normal" (read: mildly painful) price are the cocktails, but even there I felt I got a lot of bang for my buck - excellent quality, fun recipe (Cucumbers in Space), and a tall, wide glass that didn't skimp on the alcohol. So, yeah. Maybe I shouldn't call attention to the affordability + quality of this place, lest they decide to hike the price... but for once, it just felt like my dollar was ACTUALLY paying for a great portion of high quality food in a delightful and unobtrusive atmosphere. This is how you do a decent night out without breaking the bank. Everyone else... take notes!!

Excellent selection of bourbons here but avoid the rarest ones. The markup on them is totally unreasonable. $250 a pour for pappy 20 year is ridiculous, $800 a pour for double eagle? That's only a 2k bottle. The food is good but avoid the glamour of hard to find bottles if you have any common sense. Remember the longer that bottle sits open the less it's worth.

Cool rustic setting. The food and drinks were great. Unfortunately our waitress did not know anything about the menu, restaurant, WiFi, etc and two of our items came out different from the menu. The kitchen was missing ingredients and did not tell us until we were eating. Still a great spot to grab a burger made from local beef

I visited this dispensary with a friend earlier this month who is visiting from out of town. I’ve been to quite a few dispensaries while living in this great state and I have to say this is one of the best, so much so that I have made it my new primary spot. The vibe is what sets it apart.

I bought a Kuhl jacket there in late November. I asked the man who rung up the sale about the return policy. He said that as long as it is 14 days within the sale date, tag is intact, jacket not worn, they can return it. I asked if it can be refunded to my credit card that I used to buy it. He said yes. I asked again and he yes again. 9 days later I returned the jacket with all the conditions met. The manager said he can not refund to original card, that he can only do store credit. I told him what the original salesman said. He said that something about the system wont let him do it, and that the first salesman is misinformed that it wasn't communicated to him that they cant do that. I don't understand the details of what he said. I don't need to either, I don't work there. We went back and forth, about how unusual this is for a retail store especially one that does as much sales volume as this one and made no progress. In the end I had to sign up for a loyalty program and give my email - which I don't like to do - just to attempt the refund. It still didn't work. I lost confidence in the ability to resolve this as I was told it would, and accepted store credit and getting some boots that I wouldn't have gotten that same day because I wanted to use my only option of store credit before they lost it, or screwed it up or miscommunicated about that too. For a store that does tens of thousands in sales at peak seasons times they should it together more. Either way I just want my refund to my card. I am a local of 21 years and have friends that used to work there and they laughed at my story and said they was no real reason not to give a refund to the credit card used for the sale.

What an amazing staff, great selection of items you need and very reasonable prices to match! You will not find a nicer, more insightful staff than the crew at Ute Mountaineer. My wife and I received excellent customer service from my first phone call about renting gear with Alex to discussing hikes and gear needed in person with Evan and Alex. Their expertise of gear and the entire Aspen area is unreal and their willingness to share these insights with anyone is so nice. The ability to chat with Evan and Alex about anything from summiting a 14er to easy hikes around Aspen shows what culture has been created at Ute Mountaineer. My wife and I were shocked at how nice everyone on the team was regardless of what you happen to be buying or even how busy they happen to be. Any negative reviews about staff must be from some other store because what I saw multiple times over a few weeks was nothing but professional every single time. I have been to many outdoor stores around the world and never been more impressed than with Ute Mountaineer. Thank you for the amazing selection, good prices and for an amazing staff with great insight! Keep at it Evan, Alex and Ute Mountaineer team!

The hats are incredible quality, the store is legendary, but the service is truly what keeps one coming back. I had some issues with my hat but Britt worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy in the end and was a professional when it came to her customer service throughout the whole ordeal. What's that long line down Galena Street? That's folks waiting to get into Kemo Sabe, currently THE hottest retail shop in downtown core Aspen. At least you can sit on the homemade bench made from an old Chevrolet truck outside the front door before you can set food in the shop. The store is high-end (the only retail allowed in Aspen. Really) western wear: hats, boots, belts, buckles, turquoise jewelry. But the Rocky Mountain-high prices are justified. Kemo Sabe explains it takes 150 steps to make one pair of boots. And they are gorgeous. Shopping at Kemo Sabe is an experience. The staff is young, good lookin' and knowledgeable. They take the time to make you feel important. They want to know what you want so they can find it for you. After all, their moto is "Helping you find your swagger." You can customize your own hat or boots right there. Upstairs there is a private event space. Gaudy and oh so Texas (I spent 24 years in Dallas so I know.) We fossils who grew up on watching The Lone Ranger on the telly know Tonto called the Lone Ranger Kemo Sabe, or faithful friend. You're welcome

Disappointed by Service I came to Kemosabe Aspen yesterday with my friend, but the experience was very disappointing. We came in looking around for 10 minutes, completely ignored by the staff. No one greeted us, said hello, or even acknowledged that we were there. Even though it’s so slow. We ended up walking out — not because of the products, but because of how poorly we were treated. When you’re planning to make a serious purchase, the least you expect is basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it really ruined what could’ve been a great experience.

Buying my cowgirl hat was a terrific experience. Katie was the best; she helped me every step of the way with felt, size, shape, color, band and branding. It was fully customizable and fun every step of the way. I was in the hands of a pro. My hat is fabulous!

Disappointing is an understatement. I bought nearly a $1,400 hat from this location on Labor Day. I was told the beaver would hold up a lot better than the rabbit (which, I have a rabbit one already and it's held up incredible). I wore this hat only a few times until it fell apart, and that is not an exaggeration. I was told it can get a little wet. I went to a concert where it was drizzling, and it completely lost it's shape, it shrunk on me, the $200 leather band fell off (didn't realize it until after I got home), and it bled all over the hat. I went back to the Aspen location to see if I can get it fixed, and not only was I completely ignored, I was told that there was nothing they can do to help. They **tried** to reshape the hat, but it didn't do a damn thing. They then tossed on a little "glittered" band to try and rectify it. Because I am not a Kardashian, Kyle Richards, or someone of fame or money, they literally did not give 2 craps about helping an average person like myself. THANKFULLY, I went to the Vail location and one of the reps there was an actual angel and took the time to bring it back to life and rectify the wrong that this location did. Shame on all of the workers there, especially the manager who said their "policy is there is nothing they can do"... I would never go back and waste my time, and neither should you. The very first picture is when I first got it. The rest, well, that is the aftermath.

My girlfriend and I came to Meridian Jewelers and were greeted by Natalie who helped us with purchasing two watches that we absolutely love. She was very welcoming, friendly, and is extremely knowledgable. Most importantly, she ensured that we were both happy with our selections and sizing before leaving. Overall, the store has a great watch selection, environment, and very friendly staff. It was the best watch buying experience we have ever had.

Was visiting Aspen for the summer and first walked into Meridian Jewelers asking for a new bracelet for my Black Bay 58. I was greeted by Natalie and she helped me order it from Tudor. I had also expressed my interest in the pink chronograph but knew it was harder to get than other Tudor models. Natalie kept in touch and had one for me before I left! Best experience I had at a watch store

I visited the A. Lange & Söhne boutique, owned by Meridian Jewelers, and located next door to the Meridian main store. Skylyr was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He showed me many pieces without any pressure to purchase, There were many beautiful models available for immediate purchase, which was amazing for this brand. I will be back!

The service I received from Meridian Jewelers from the day I inquired about a timepiece was world class. Kenny reached out to me directly to setup a time for me to come into the store to learn more about what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable on all the timepieces and gave me details of each model that I was not aware of. He helped me by showing me multiple pieces and letting me try them on to get a better idea of style, size, and color. This is my first luxury timepiece and I couldn’t be happier. I spent two months of my summer taking classes at O2 in Aspen, about 3–5 times a week, and I absolutely loved it! The hot yoga and Pilates classes were amazing, and all of the teachers were fantastic. I feel stronger than ever and already sad that my time here has come to an end as I head back home. The classes are very popular and usually packed, so I recommend downloading the app and booking at least a week in advance. The rooms can feel tight, but the teachers make it work beautifully, and I actually enjoyed meeting my neighbors each class—it added to the experience. Thank you, O2 Aspen, for such a wonderful summer. I’ll miss this place!

O2 is an amazing place. The classes are superb. The instructors are super professional, amazing and super friendly ❤️ Love it

In town for the month of July and taking classes almost everyday at O2 — both mat and reformer Pilates — and I truly loving the experience. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the classes are challenging in the best way. You really get your money’s worth here. My favorite is Reformer Level 3 with Caroline. This became my go-to spot for Pilates in Aspen, and I’d definitely recommend it. My husband also took several yoga classes and really enjoyed them. The one downside is the cleanliness, especially in the reformer room. The floors often had visible dust and hair, which was a bit off-putting. Given how busy the studio is (most of my classes were full), it seems like they could really benefit from more frequent professional deep cleaning.

I had an amazing yoga class. I enjoyed the studio and super sharp people that work there. Our guest instructor was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Marli is the most amazing instructor just like everyone at O2. I always feel like I focus on mind body connection in her class the most, and she's just a really soothing instructor! Such a great workout!

Absolutely horrible business. My father bought skis from them last summer and made it very clear he was a first time buyer and did not have much experience. We were assured if there were any issues they would help. They failed to share critical information that the bindings were too large for the boots and thus require a remount. Now that it is ski season, we went to use the skis and discovered a full remount is needed on the bindings, which I was quoted costs $70…. So I called them and shared the situation. The guy on the phone told me it was not their problem and they will not help with a remount or a refund. They left out critical information when we bought the skis and were dishonest in their promise to help us. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and when I went to ask what my options were, he hung up on me. Do not do business with this company.

It is truly disappointing how churlish and unpleasant the staff at this store can be. Despite the business offering a solid model and quality gear at reasonable prices, which has the potential to be a beloved local shop, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I asked about adjusting bindings to check if they would fit my boots, and was met with an unnecessarily harsh response. I was told they don't test bindings, which I understood to mean testing for DIN settings and ensuring proper release. However, I simply wanted to know if the bindings would be compatible with my boots. When I tried to clarify my request, I was met with irritation, as if I had overstepped. I expressed that I meant no conflict and they responded angrily that they should not have to explain themselves twice. The liability concerns could have been addressed calmly and professionally, but instead, I was treated with hostility, which made for a very unpleasant experience. This made me very reluctant to bring my business here.

We had tent issues at the start of our Maroon Bells trip, and Replay Sports helped us out of a tough situation. Honestly the owner of this shop is the coolest guy we’ve met in Aspen! Very reasonable prices for used tents!

Talk about great customer service , Brad helped me with everything I needed to find and figure out today to make my camping trip complete. 6/5 recommend if you’re looking for good products at great prices.

The owner is an absolute great guy. I got a flat tire on independence pass and he walked up the road and helped me change my tire, and then followed me into town to make sure nothing went wrong afterward. A serious stand up guy.

They got me set up on XC skis with pants & boots and I had the time of my life. I got a brand new pair of high end snow pants for a fraction of the OG price. If you want to be considered an athlete again, go here, they'll boss you right up into the correct gear for all of your side quests in life!

Four Mountain Sports is a good ski equipment store, owned by Aspen Snowmass Sports. One of the nicest things is They have multiple locations, meaning that if it is not available at your current location they can usually get it to you no later than the next morning. The rental department offers middle quality equipment. They have a wide variety of high quality clothing and accessories. Their skis for sale are the typical models you will see, nothing unique. Overall a good equipment store.

Walked in, and workers attitude was not great. I went to the back to get fitted for some ski boots. The person on that shift did not recognize me, or say anything. He saw me waiting 5 min and ignored me helping other people. I said hello and politely asked if I needed an appointment he said “no I am Just busy”. Terrible service avoid if you can. We had amazing experience at performance ski right next door.

We used their shop at the W hotel. Very good service by the “rasta” lady, thank you. All the rest of the staff were polite and very nice too. Only exception was a man at the Snowmass location, outside when I returned my skies to be transported back to Aspen. Skies, poles and helmet rented all very good quality. Ski passes so easy to buy with Four Mountains Sport too. Will use again when back in AspenSnowmass. Recommend.

Incredible customer service!! I had an issue with a product I bought from the store. After a quick email conversation, the staff sent me a brand new item right to my door. Can't wait to come back here again!

Top equipment and service. I rented a full suspension mtb and these guys tuned it perfectly with tire and suspension pressure before I headed out. Upon returning there was a misunderstanding with the rate and the manager was really professional and kind in making the situation right. Highly recommended.

Firstly I’d like to state that they did have pretty good customer service, bare minimum at the cash register but the people working in the actual ski tune up section were cool. So overall customer service for me was 4/5, but I would also like to state that I payed for the “gold tune” and received my skis like they tuned it by looking at them and then saying “good enough” and handing them back to me. I don’t know if I messed them up when I was skiing groomers all day but I came home and noticed the same scratches on the bottom as when I put them in. Obviously this is coming from a person who has 1. Never tuned a ski, and 2. has gotten his skis waxed by machinery and tuned by one place. I expected it wouldn’t be perfect, the workers are only human but I still sorta expected them to not have scratches on the bottom when I received them. It’s totally my fault for not saying anything when I looked at them initially but still.overall I would rate the wax a 3/5, and the edge sharpening a 4/5(I didn’t notice anything wrong with it necessarily but it wasn’t a “perfect” job done) mid job but I will be going to another shop from now on, I’m sure they’re used to working with tourists all day and it can be annoying for them but still, I expect that they should be working as if they were their own pair of skis.

Loveeee this thrift. Really organized for a true thrift store that's not consignment. Staff was so sweet and super helpful. Some really great stuff and brands here. Shoe selection was awesome. Prices were fantastic. I got colombia hiking shoes and prana pants for $16. Probably could bargain here too. Items were not in awesome condition and were obviously pre loved but for the prices and brands it's totally worth it. Can't wait to come back!

Best thrift store in the valley hands down. Great stuff, actual thrift store prices (rare these days), lovely and insightful staff, AND all proceeds go to a good cause. What more could you ask for? Who cares if the volunteers pick through the stuff for themselves before it goes on to the sales floor? Anyone would do the same. Anyone who says these ladies are "rude" are obviously entitled because they are literally the sweetest angels. Who cares if they make up the prices when everything is so cheap? They do NOT overcharge. They recycle bags, too. A+ all around. I look forward to coming here every chance I get. 😊

Extremely disappointing experience today. I was harshly confronted by a staff member simply for bringing in a bag of groceries I had with me. While I understand the need for store policies, there were no clear signs indicating that bags must be checked in. Instead of a respectful reminder, I was met with an unnecessarily aggressive tone that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are far better ways to handle customer interactions. Thank you for ruining my day.

Terrible employees but some of the stuff is good. I found 4 sterling pieces in their pile of silverware and the ladies at the front wouldn't let me buy them. They said that they auction those pieces off to the highest bidder once a year. I think it is completely ridiculous to be unwilling to sell something that is on your shelf after I searched for them and stood in line to pay money for items that someone gave them for FREE. Either way, the ladies at the front were very rude about the whole thing. I will bot be going back.

One of my "must do" Aspen attractions! Great quality clothes for reasonable prices. The building has three floors and the is an elevator if you can't handle stairs. Assuming most donations come from local residents they do have a lot of great named clothing. The volunteers who work there are all super sweet.

Decent selection and pricing. However an employee snatched one of the boutique items I was looking at to purchase themselves while I was examining the garment.

I just discovered this little gem in Aspen by word of mouth! I love it! Here you will definitely find something for everybody in the family. If your lucky you will stumble upon a real gem! The prices are clearly marked above the items and clarified at the register. The ladies that work there are always laughing and in a good mood. What a great place to shop!

This is the best Gucci Store in Colorado - the Denver one is insignificant compared to this. We absolutely love shopping here. Their inventory levels are usually pretty well stocked, and I love that they have a wide selection of items available including clothes and not just accessories and purses. The quality of their items is top notch and I always recommend that my real estate clients who are in town for the weekend check this place out if they are here to shop. 10/10 recommend. There is an Aspen local who works here who has lived here for years and she is the best (I want to say her name is Dana?) Anyways, she's the best sales associate in the store. Exceptional customer service.

I was in the Gucci Aspen store this past weekend. I was planning on purchasing these shoes, but the client advisor refused to relace the shoes, but did tell me I could re-lace them. The laces were so off it was impossible to tie them. One side was about 11 inches and the other side was about three inches. I have not been in this store but, I called to see if I can come in and exchange and item and the sales rep was amazing. Great customer service. Christiano Labia has been generous enough and has helped me exchange my item without me having to come in (drive is 3 hours from where I live.) He was able to give me several options, and has made the process so convenient and has done anything and everything he can to help me out.

Nice wine/liquor store in downtown Aspen. Their variety and pricing is reasonable for being in Aspen. A good stop if you need to stock up.

The Grog Shop staff is very friendly and helpful. When I need help they are able to answer my questions. The delivery is always accurate and prompt. The selection of wines is outstanding. I always look forward to shopping there when I am in town.

Came to Aspen for a trip back in August 2022. When visiting the grog shop I had a great experience, I was able to find exactly what I needed super quickly, while also learning more about their wide selection of products. The Aspen Grog Shop team really knows their stuff! Very knowledgeable along with Top Shelf customer service. In 10 minutes they built an exceptional mixed-case of wine and then packaged it up with a note and delivered it to some friends of mine.

The Grog Shop offers a great selection of wine/liquor. The staff is super friendly - Julian and Angela especially. Pleasure to deal with. The shop is conveniently located next to City Market. They deliver free of charge within the limits of downtown Aspen. A good place to buy your liquor from.

This pet shop is so cute! I bought three toys for my cat. She has tons of toys and never plays with them, but the three I got from this pet shop are her favorites! She plays with them more than I’ve ever seen her play with any toys I’ve gotten her. The toys here are unique and crafted with love. Most importantly, even the pickiest pets will adore them!

I adore this pet shop. Every time I visit I always go in for prezzies for my four legged kids! This time I was able to travel with my two poodles and they LOVED it. All of the food items are top quality and what my dogs are accustomed to. I was able to purchase more food since we ended up extending our stay in Aspen. For being a smaller store, the amount of inventory is truly impressive!!! I always love visiting and Shane and the other young man working were very helpful, suggesting pumpkin treats for pup’s upset stomach. It worked perfectly and they were fine after that for the remainder of the trip.

Rocky Mountain Pet store is amazing! This is now the only place we go for our pet needs! They have a self serve bath and it makes it so easy for us to wash our dog and affordable. The owner is always there working and will greet you and answer all you questions, which is rare to see in a town like Aspen! All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at this store. No rude service towards us at all. We were in Aspen for a few nights and the location of this store was perfect, its right on main street. The selection was really great, they had unique choices for beer, which my husband loved and the prices were very reasonable, not what you would expect for Aspen. The service was great, the guy behind the counter that helped us gave us some good dinner spot suggestions and took a lot of time helping me find a good wine. I highly recommended popping in here if you are in town, it seemed like all the locals went here too.

Place is small, but packed with good to excellent beers and wine. People working there are so nice and knows very well recomending stuff. This store has a heart and spirits for the wine and beers you need. I highly recomend this place when you are in aspen. Will come back soon!

Absolutely terrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced from any Lululemon store or outlet. The moment I walked in we were directed to the sales rack and were then ignored by the employees who were gossiping throughout the store. Overall a terrible, embarrassing experience.

For a company struggling to maintain market share against lower cost and just as good quality knock-offs, you'd think professionalism would be a high priority. Discrimination at its finest. I came in clearly looking to buy myself a new Define jacket, and spent some time trying some sizes on and obviously had questions about their stock. At no point did ANY of the associates come up to ask me or my friend if we needed help; in fact we were not even acknowledged. I may have not looked like I had any money to spend here but they were so wrong! I noticed they were making a point to be friendly with other customers in the store, so it just seemed suspicious.

I went to this location while I was in Aspen over spring break. Upon entering the store I was greeted promptly by Sariya. I apologize for butchering the spelling of her name if I got it wrong! She was so polite, helpful and friendly. There was another lady in the store that was really sweet to my little girls which is always appreciated. This was my second time to come through this store and I’m always pleased with how hospitable they are. Thanks so much for making it a great visit!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Aspen Sports due to a rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful salesperson. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel unwelcome, showing zero interest in assisting me and responding to my questions with dismissiveness and attitude. Customer service is nonexistent here. Instead of offering guidance, this salesperson acted as if I was inconveniencing them by simply trying to make a purchase. Their behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable for a business that relies on customers. If the owner values their business, they should seriously reconsider keeping employees who drive customers away. There are plenty of ski shops with friendly, knowledgeable staff—I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid the same treatment I received.

Aspen Sports has been a fixture in Aspen just after I arrived 52 years ago. They always have and I’m sure will continue to have the top staff to address any winter sports need. I’ve been a pro for over 25 years and now being retired I need good current advice on equipment. Bruce Ross and Jack worked diligently on getting a good fit on my new boot purchase. They made sure I was satisfied with my boot fit or return to get it right. If you’re in the market for new boots these two people are the ones to see.

Went there today and the customer service was very bad. The guy was VERY unhelpful and did not make us feel welcome. I was about to buy mine and my husbands ski gear + than $2k and we left with nothing because the service was terrible.

I'll save you some time and probably some cash. If you're shopping for winter gear for your family, and not a $5000 ski outfit on your millionaire Aspen boyfriend's credit card, this is your best bet. I think folks are playing games with the review sites b/c this should be near the top of the list for most people's situations. There are other good stores too where we found certain ski accessories we preferred, but Aspen Sports has the best overall selection at reasonable pricing. Staff was also very supportive during start of ski season.

Bruce is the best boot-fitter in town. He fit me for my new boots and has worked with me multiple times since to get the boot adjusted properly for my foot after each day on the mountain. Highly recommend!

Went in here excited to buy from the plenty of options available. Noticed a diamond eternity ring for $500, the clerk told me they were genuine lab diamonds and even “called” someone to make sure it was. Fast forward a few weeks, I take it to my jeweler to find out the diamonds were fake and were some other unknown stone. This broke my heart and is a lesson for all prospecting customers to be careful with this shop and any other consignment shop you find yourself in.

Wow, how snobby. Barely acknowledged when I went in, except for the clerk to essentially tell me that this is a very expensive store and that they probably don’t carry my size. Nice stuff (that, by the way, I can afford easily), but not worth being treated like that.

Little bird became extremely overpriced. I used to shop with my girlfriends, but last season we didn't. As I also used to consign some items. Unfortunately I can’t agree with the owner about her answer. - “We research every item and price accordingly to current market trends and comparable luxury resale. Love being able to offer our consignors and clients the best deals. NOT TRUE!! She has priced one of my item wrong and she doesn’t follow up as she promised over the phone. Since January I have been chasing her to get the problem solved.

The Little Bird is absolutely my favorite luxury consignment shop! The staff in Aspen were so friendly, we visited almost everyday of our two week trip. Their merchandise is up to date and they got in new things almost everyday we were there. Love, love, love The Little Bird!

My wife and I love the store. Great selection and reasonable prices compared to other Aspen store. They usually have good sales. I read some of the comments, we never had any issues with customer service. Same service as anywhere else. A must place to stop and shop when in Aspen!!

This store has great merchandise and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, while some of them are just ok. Their fitting rooms are a bit frustrating as the curtains don’t close very well and everyone could see me trying on pants. Also I bought a $300 pair of jeans that were just thrown in a paper bag and got sent on my way. Not a bad store by any means, just not sure if I’ll be back.

Such a cute store with really fun finds! It's obviously expensive as it's Aspen. Emily was the highlight of shopping there and would ask for her every-time I am back. Only thing that really didn't stick well with me is the women's dressing room "doors" if you even could call them are linens with gaps so big that I could see everyone trying on clothes and they could see me. This killed it for me and I stopped shopping after. Note to management put better covers up or a real door! You want women to feel comfortable not exposed. Thank you again Emily! You are the best.

Absolutely love the retail items in this specific store. I can always find a unique item to wear for any season. The men's shoes are tip top. I just take a photo of the tag on item that I must have, then search it on the web and purchase it from another retailer for up to 50-60% less. Great store for comparison shopping.

A large clothing store with quirky men’s and women’s garments—all of which seemed grossly overpriced. Even in Aspen, where high prices are the norm, I saw nothing original enough or special enough to justify these prices. I would certainly not return nor would I recommend it.

In the past, I couldn't leave the store without buying a Lone Pine coat. Finally, with confidence, I went into the store knowing I could leave without buying a new coat. And I did !

Bought an item from here telling them I wasn’t sure if it was the right part or not and if I could return it after trying. “No problem if within 30 days”. Just returned it and was charged a 10% restocking fee. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t budge. I encouraged him to post a sign about this at the register, as there is none, and all he did was shrug.

This is a great spot that's a virtual necessity for locals. It seems to have a little bit of everything, from Radio Shack style power supplies and cordless phones, to home appliances like dishwashers, to plumbing parts. If you need it, and it's not too exotic an item, this is a good place to try.

If they don't have it you don't need it. Prices reflect the Aspen rents. Owned by the same family that owns Carl's. No whining; they're great!

This place is a joke. I understand having higher prices due to the location, but I just paid $32 for an SD card that is $8 literally everywhere else. That’s 4 times normal markup. I’ve never seen pricing this bad. As if that isn’t bad enough, I had called the place prior to coming to make sure they even carried these, and the guy kept saying they have micro sd cards when I asked for regular, and said I can just use an adapter. That is completely inaccurate information. An adapter is used for a computer. You can’t put a micro sd with an adapter into a DSLR. Seeing as his area is specifically electronics and his counter is a foot away from the memory cards, he should know this basic fact about them and not be giving people inaccurate information that could ruin their trip or worse, potentially break their camera. If I didn’t desperately need more memory for photos I would have never shopped here. I can’t speak for the rest of the store but avoid electronics at all costs, and I imagine the rest of the place price gauges like crazy also.

Beautiful store but PLEASE why don't you have a baby/kid section!? Just a small display with the best pieces, like the heritage intarsia knits and some bears, some baby shoes, the special stuff. I held off on buying a few RL pieces for my son because I wanted to pick them up in Aspen as souvenirs. I'm sure plenty of people would love a small kid's collection at this gorgeous store! Staff was really kind & I loved the tiny puppy you had 💙

This Ralph Lauren location is one of the most beautiful retail clothing stores that we have ever been in. The layout and displays within this store are absolutely fantastic! My son walked out with a very nice pair of dress pants for school.

Been here twice now, once last summer and then just recently this winter season. This is probably the first store in Aspen I’ve been in where the workers seem like they hate themselves and their job. Both times, the workers have been extremely rude and unwelcoming. In the summer, I thought it was due to the lack of stock because of the season but it was the same in the winter. The vail store in contrast was extremely helpful and eager to assist. Do not give these workers the time of the day because they won’t to you even when there isn’t a living soul in the store.

Give respect, get respect. We’ve shopped at Moncler Aspen for years and consistently receive friendly service. I popped in this week to pickup some items and Lila eagerly helped me out and quickly handled an exchange.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a "luxury" clothing retailer. This company needs to seriously rethink their approach to customer service.

Came in to shop and everyone working here was so rude! Their attitude was ultra snobby & snooty. They didn’t ask us if we needed help finding anything or if we’d like to try anything on. They barely said hello. All they did was follow us around the store with real mean facial expressions staring at us not saying a word the whole time we shopped. One salesperson even stood in the way of the coat rack I was trying to shop through and when I smiled at him and said “pardon me” he barely moved and didn’t smile back or say anything, just stared at me with the meanest look. Mind you we came in dressed head to toe in designer, just came from dinner intending to shop for some new jackets. We are not dirty bums, yet we were treated as such. I’m so sorry we came to shop here, we were obviously bothering you and intruding. We’ll be sure to take our business and money elsewhere!

Was in town for Food and Wine this weekend and the weather was much colder than expected. So I was excited to run in here and take a look at what I could get for my Aspen trip. They had their music SO loud that I couldn’t even stand being in there for more than a minute. You could hear it from a block over! Is this a store or a nightclub?

I was in communication with Matt for months about exchanging my jacket I purchased. Matt informed me that he would talk to the manager, he then let me know I was eligible for a return and store credit. I asked Matt in April, a month ago if I was still able to get a return and if the store had new summer / spring wear in. He confirmed and also confirmed I could return it after the 30 day period and so I drove 3 hrs from Denver to Aspen to exchange it and made clear of it and texted letting them know I was coming that the weekend. I get here right when they open, Matt and the manager were working when I walked in. She informs me Matt was new and he shouldn’t have texted me that (let me remind you, we were in communication for 2-3 months) she tells me she is unable to do the refund. I would have had no problem if they told me from the beginning I couldn’t exchange it, but now they are wasting my time and money. This is horrible and poor service from employees selling a high end product.

August 7, 2025 Full Day Trip for my wife and I. Novice fly fisherman at best, But Bobby our guide made us feel like pros. Morning on the Roaring Fork, 8 nice rainbows caught and released, maybe 6-8 lost fish. Quick Lunch and Bobby surprised us by taking us to the Frying Pan Tiver where we landed 2 nice Brown Trout. Bobby is the best. Highly recommended! Joe and Sally Braselton GA

I took my son out for the day and Greg was the guide. He was courteous to share space with other fly fisherman and we caught about 30 fish on our full day trip. We even had a couple larger fish on at times. Greg was informative about the area and included a little sightseeing info while we were driving to our fishing destinations. Overall it was a good trip and he did what we wanted him to do which is put us onto some fish! We were happy with the service.

Never been fly fishing. Very cool experience. Chris is the man! Honestly would rather fly fish all day than go skiing. Learned how to fly fish and caught some beautiful rainbow trout. 5 STARS

My son and I tried out fly fishing for the first time today, with Aspen Fly Fishing. Our guide, Greg, was fantastic. His knowledge of the fish, the areas to fish, the local wildlife, the rivers was top notch but his knowledge of the insects that were hatching from one hour to the next abd his ability to quickly make those changes to what we were casting was second to none. It wS our first time fly fishing and between us, we caught 9 trout. I highly recommend Asoen Fly Fishing.

I booked my trip directly through Chris, the owner. Booking was informative and simple. I fished with Greg. He is an awesome guide and fisherman. I have fished for over 25 years and this particular trip was a life time experience (several netted fish in the most beautiful stretch of river). Greg was great at putting me in the position to catch fish. Additionally, he was fantastic at educating me on fly fishing principles and techniques. He performed his guide services at the highest standard from the time of meeting to the last cast (which landed a fish). I really appreciated Greg's work and the fact that he put me in the position to catch fish. It is important to accomplish the entire process from the cast to the netting, Greg provided that. Booked my third trip with Aspen Fly Fishing. Working with Chris, the owner, was easy and very informative. My guide the past two trips was Roger Morse. He really knows the river. Put me on the fish from the first cast to the last cast. Caught nine fish during our four hour wade trip. (Lost as many due to operator error) I would highly recommend them and will book with them again.

I have been fishing with Aspen Flyfishing for over six years, and they never disappoint. I have fished with Scott Klahn, Matt Thomas, and the owner, Chris. Every one of these guides is as professional as can be. I have fished extensively all over the United States but never fly fished before going on my initial trip with Scott. He eased the intimidation that I had with the fly rod, and before long, I was pulling in fish after fish. I have been back every year since and now own more fly rods and gear than my wife knows about. It’s become my new passion. I HIGHLY recommend this outfitter, but watch out . . . you may become addicted too.

Only place it makes sense to rent in Aspen. Small format, great experts with great equipment and you can even have a beer or wine while they’re fitting you and getting your stuff ready. The few extra dollars are worth it, hands-down

I recently rented skis from AspenX and it was the best rental experience I've ever had. The location in relation to the mountain is perfect, the staff are incredible and the ski selection is top notch! Highly recommended!

Does not answer the phone when their own customer service team calls nor responds to messages. I attempted to reach the store (via their customer service team that intercepts all calls) and they did not answer any of the SIX calls over the course of the week. There were three messages sent internally and they didn't respond to those either. They are completely disconnected - even internally - which leads to abhorrent inefficiency in communication - and in my case complete customer dissatisfaction.

Great in store experience… returns were a literal nightmare. First the good: Shout out to Enrique and Marisa! Our experience here was fantastic and I was able to get all of the shoes I was looking for. The above employees were so friendly and made no assumption about what we would or wouldn’t buy. Enrique was very knowledgeable and showed my partner around the men’s section and had excellent style suggestions. When we returned a second time, Marissa helped me with ordering and picking out the perfect color in another pair of shoes. The bad: The only reason I have given 3 stars is due to the difficulty in making a return. Once I sent back a pair of shoes, it took a month and me texting (calls aren’t answered) to inquire about the return being processed which I was assured it was. Apparently it kept getting forgotten about though. Finally, nearly a MONTH after initiating the return and nearly a month after I sent the item back, I got a copy of the return receipt (still no account credit but at least now it’s been initiated)… really a horrible experience if you need to make a return.

I brought a pair of skis in to Hamilton Sports to get a wax and edge de-burr and was told it was $35, I said hot wax and the tech says sure. I picked them up and was told it was $45, which is outrageous even for Aspen, this was not a full tune. The wax job was the worst Ive ever seen and am sure it just hit the belt. I have been skiing regularly (50+ days a year) for almost 60 years and know skis and maintenance. when I picked up the skis the sides of the skis were still frosted and from being dry, obviously not hot wax. the edge job was fair at best. To add insult to injury there is signs saying all clothing is 30% off I tried on a pair of gloves (when dropping off the skis) and was told accessories were not on sale. When I was picking up the skis someone else was looking at gloves and another salesperson told them everything is 30% off. Stay away

I had a great experience with ski/skishoes rental, for me and my family. I booked by Internet and I get the connected discount, and they have been kind and flexible with me and my children! The place is very close to the Gondola, and if you want you can leave your equipment in the shop during the night, so you don't have to walk with ski/skishoes, and you wear them just very close to the lift. When I am in Aspen again I will rent again here!!! The place is also a nice shop for ski equipment. Great!!!

I had a pair of Solomon bindings that are a few years old and was having a hard time finding a place that could mount them on my new skis. I met Greg, and he had the parts and got the job done overnight! Definitely got my business from now on

this place was so fun! we had a hard time locating it because it’s a speakeasy, but it was super cool. the woman at the front was so sweet and inviting. everything was very neat and clean, the drink menu was very unique which was really nice. we loved our drinks and felt they were super high quality and tasted great. i would recommend this place over the other bars we went to in aspen!

literally one of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been. Over 40 cocktails on the menu, full service bar, friendly staff. Oh wait, there’s more… they also serve omakase & Ala carte sushi as well their signature Bad Harriet bites. Good vibes all around.

The best cocktails in Aspen. The atmosphere is great with a hidden speakeasy vibe. The service was great and the mixologists created some incredible drinks with flavors and techniques that were fresh and unique. The Violet cocktail was my favorite but there are many others on the menu that I really enjoyed also (very large cocktail menu!). A MUST visit in Aspen.

What a crazy cool place to just stumble upon! Hidden away and would have never known it was there, just happened to see 2 girls going down the “secret” hidden staircase behind the bookcase. Drinks were unique but all good! Go check this place out. Very cool!

BE CAREFUL to make your reservation it is non refundable for no show. I made a reservation a few weeks before coming to Aspen. Trip ended up canceling I emailed and called the bar a bunch of times to cancel my reservation days in advance; with no one ever answering emails or calls. They charged my card and my CC co told me the have a no refund policy for cancelations.

Most rude and disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen! Went several times thinking it was just a grumpy sales associate, and had that experience over and over again with different people at the ski shop while actually trying to buy stuff. I’m never coming back.

The most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever seen. The employee for the mens section, Chris Turner, scoffed at me when I asked if there are any ski jackets around $1000 (which there are) and told me to go to another store which had dumpy cheap snowboarding jackets. Also, the store is supposed to close at 8pm, however, when we went back to look at another jacket they had, Chris told us they closed at 7:30. We called up the Gorsuch support and they told us that the store is NOT supposed to close until 8. If you're in Aspen and want good quality jackets, just go to Moncler. They are so much nicer and actually help you.

So after 1 month. Today my 3rd call to the store. Nobody is capable to look on their system to track my order. Best is to call the Ccard company and place a dispute. Zero follow up. Zero capacity to do their jobs.

This is an awesome children's store, with new and "previously loved" clothing. They carry Kicky Pants, one of my favorite brands of super-soft bamboo baby clothes.They also carry some really nice toys, including Moulin Roty, a French brand of soft toys and dolls that I love.

Michelle (the owner) was kind, welcoming and helpful. The merchandise is adorable and our little loves the clothes we bought for her!

Great stuff and staff!

Hands down one of the most technical ski outerwear companies around. After picking up a Strafe Nomad Jacket for last season, I decided it had to be paired with the Nomad Bibs and my ski days have been the most comfortable ever since I made the switch. I've been so happy with the garment performance that I even decided to pick up a ski touring kit as well since I was so impressed with the eVent fabric and overall construction. Not to mention the company is based in the Aspen Highlands and I love repping local companies from the Rockies.

Store experience was great, $125 base layer began falling apart at the seams after one wear, several attempts to contact customer service for replacement went unanswered, waste of money. Fun for window shopping, but avoid purchase and stick with reputable customer service brands like Patagonia, there’s a reason they’re an industry leader and Strafe is not.

Awesome company, great retail store, friendly employees with REAL first hand knowledge of their outerwear. Make sure to stop by STRAFE at Aspen Highlands to pick up the latest forward thinking outerwear! THINK LOCAL BUY LOCAL!

So nice store with a nice lady in charge of it. maybe a bit too far from the lifts to be noticed but it deserves more attention because they have great stuff and they are the only ones in town selling tech wash for our snow gear !

Gear seems to be decent, though I had a chest pocket zipper fail the first time I wore the jacket. It took almost 3 months for them to send it back to me and communication from ‘Customer Service’ was infrequent and misleading. Wanted this to be my next Colorado brand to support, but that won’t happen as they just don’t offer reliable support to their very expensive products.
