Mexican restaurant
Coyo Taco is a vibrant Mexican street food spot with a hidden bar, offering house-brand tequila margaritas. The Coral Gables location stands out for its spacious patio on pedestrian-only Giralda Plaza, providing a peaceful dining experience away from the bustling streets. Visitors can enjoy all of Coyo's signature dishes and cocktails at this outpost. Additionally, cocktail enthusiasts can access the speakeasy-like back room by walking through the door marked 'Staff Only.'
Every time I go to Miami, I have to come to Coyo Taco. The food is always fresh, the vibe is always good. The service is fast. the music and the people are always good. I absolutely love this place. I got the Beria tacos. I got a burrito and a margarita. My pictures are from two different occasions. I’m just putting it all in one review.

Coyo taco was highly recommended by my friends for tacos in Miami. At the Wynwood location, it was very busy on Friday night with people celebrating a bachelorette, pre-gaming before going out, or just grabbing a late night bite. The Wynwood location specifically has Mahi Mahi tacos. Their roasted cauliflower taco with a flour tortilla had crunch and flavor that was refreshing and actually tasted kind of healthy. The cochinita pibil with roasted pork had a soft corn tortilla and the meat was nice and soft. The real winner for me was their condiments - they had an assortment of various salsas, but the best part for my spice lovers was the spicy chili, onion, and carrot mix available to add to the tacos. It gave the perfect hit of spice without having to drench the taco in vinegar-y hot sauce (they have valentina’s hot sauce for those wondering). Would definitely go back, because they ran out of the duck confit taco and that is a unique taco I want to try! For those who want a margarita - they have a $5 house margarita available on the rocks. It’s your average margarita but an affordable add on! And how can I forget - there is a speakeasy in the back for anyone going out and wanting to pregame before going out in Wynwood. The ambiance was fun and busy.

6/10 not bad, but not good either. Place has been on my list for years and I stopped by today with my friend and we both agree this place is overrated. Reading the reviews you think this place is top notch but sadly it’s not and quite disappointing after we dined here. Being a meat connoisseur, the biggest red flag was the meat being already cooked, sitting in the back in stainless steel bins. How long the meat was sitting there??? I don’t know but all meat varieties were cooked, chilling in the back. Then they warm it on the grill. This is not fresh at all. And really not made to order. The quality of meats itself is standard. The seasoning of the meats or lack there of is what is missing. The pastor was bland really no flavor, and the asada was dry and tasted old. The only thing I saw them cook fresh and raw was the shrimp. So they put old meat on the tacos and burritos and just warm them up on the grill for a few seconds. Being from Los Angeles I have a great understanding of good street tacos for one dollar. Cooked fresh in front of you. $57 for a margarita, six tacos and a burrito. The best thing was the tortillas, salsa bar and frozen margarita. Service was good, interior was clean.

Coyo Taco in Wynwood is a super fun spot that fits right in with the artsy, vibrant vibe of the neighborhood. The atmosphere is a solid 5/5 – colorful, lively, and perfect for grabbing tacos after checking out the murals. Even though it was packed on a Sunday afternoon, the line moved smoothly, and the service was on point. The staff was friendly, quick, and kept things running without a hitch. We kicked things off with the guac, which was fresh and flavorful – definitely a good start. For tacos, we went with the cochinita pibil, chicken al carbón, al pastor, and birria. Everything was really tasty, with bold flavors and tender meats. Are these the best tacos in the area? Not quite, but they’re still a solid 4/5 in my book, and I’d definitely come back for more. One of the best parts? Their weekday specials. Don’t sleep on Taco Tuesday – you get 50% off tacos, which is a steal. Overall, Coyo Taco is a great spot when you’re in Wynwood, looking for good food, great service, and a chill vibe that won’t disappoint.

We had the guacamole and chips, carne asada alambre tacos, pollo alambre tacos and a ribeye taco. It was very good and tasty…I just don’t like the flavor of their corn tortillas so I used the chips from the guacamole instead.

Coyo Taco is a Mexican Restaurant w/ both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Outdoor Patio consists of park style benches / tables as well as some stool / counter seating. Coyo Taco has a cute, quaint indoor dining space that has a few tables & chairs. The fountain machine is there for you for get your soda, lemonade, etc. There is also bottled water, bottled sodas, etc. available for purchase. Coyo Taco's Margeritas ($5) are amazing! Coyo Taco has 2 lines.- one of for food purchases & the other is to gain entry into the Speakeasy. Security is at the front door & asks every patron to show their ID before they allow you to enter. When we first arrived, we went on the food line. We ordered Steak Burrito Bowl & Steak Quesadillas. The delicious, flavorful steal in both dishes made everything taste wonderful. We were then able to go into the Speakeasyto enjoy some music & dancing. Thank you to Edgar, who was attentive, friendly, & provided us w/ great.customer service. From the first to the return visit that evening, he was so kind to us & did it all w/ a warm smile. You made our visit a good one and we appreciated it. Coyo Taco's Speakeasy has a few seating areas w/ a full-bar & nice- sized dance floor. We enjoyed listening to hip-hop and r&b music when we sat & ate as well as when we danced. Coyo Taco also has a beautiful wall mural inside as well gorgeous mural-style artwork in their bathrooms. Coyo Taco is a good place w/ equally good vibes.

As soon as I walked in The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was very nice. The prices are super reasonable. Their birria Tacos are amazing. And don’t get me started on the margaritas! Their flavor Selection was amazing as well and my favorite part is that they had different prices for different margaritas! Ranging anywhere between five and $12. He asked me that’s winning especially when you’re here on a budget on vacation! Our waiter Luis was also very very sweet thank you so much for such a great experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great experience at Coyo Taco in Wynwood! Our server Avril was super friendly and attentive. We ordered the sweet plantains, cauliflower taco, and chicken quesadillas — everything was delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Excellent service and great vibes all around. Can’t wait to come back! 🌮✨

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is a vibrant and trendy establishment known for its zesty tacos and tequila drinks. Located in the residential west side of town, this funky joint features a food truck on-site, adding to its unique charm. The venue, transformed from a former warehouse into an adults-only hangout, offers a lively atmosphere with loud dance music and a popular pool table.
Favorite spot in the city. Great quality food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. At first, it looks like a simple Mexican restaurant, but inside there’s a hidden bar that’s super cute. A DJ plays every night, and the prices are very reasonable. Honestly, it’s the best spot I’ve found so far in SoBe
Luis R — Google review
The tacos and margaritas at this spot are definitely worth trying — both were packed with flavor and really well made. I had read that the place used to have a speakeasy-style bar concept, and it seems like that part is now kept open regularly. The atmosphere has a fun, slightly hidden charm
Nurdan K — Google review
Food was amazing. Highly recommend! We had it twice via delivery and once there. Super fresh and flavorful.

Stopped into The Bodega for a drink and some tacos, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the birria tacos and the esquite—both were absolutely excellent. Matt, the bartender, was incredibly friendly and really elevated the whole experience. My drink was a spicy sangria with mezcal, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious and unique. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to stop in for some tacos and corn—you won’t regret it!

Checked out Bodega and had a really good time. The food was good, drinks were good, and the vibe overall was just solid. Our server was super nice and made everything easy. They also had a great playlist going, which added to the chill atmosphere. Definitely a good spot to hang out.

I aked for a non spicy burrito, but i had the spaciest burrito on earth. Beans and rice to much spicy. Theres no way to est this Only worth margaritas and nachos I asked for NON SPICY I just wasted money
Yanina M — Google review
An all rounder spot for a great night: strong drinks, good music/vibes behind an unassuming blue door, hot drunk tacos out front! They had a pool table too 🙌
Thao T — Google review
Tacos had loads of flavour and toppings, the jalapeño one was our favourite. The taqueria’s got a cool, laid-back vibe, more like a bar, which made it fun. Only downside is it feels pretty pricey for a taco place, as its $6 an individual taco

BAKAN is a spacious and stylish restaurant in Wynwood that offers a blend of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine, featuring an array of tacos, tostadas, and mezcal cocktails. The menu showcases dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including hand-made tortillas prepared daily using organic corn imported from Mexico. One of the standout dishes is the Mole Verde containing Chilean seabass in fresh green mole.
The staff was very nice and made great suggestions- this is definitely upscale Mexican cuisine the green salsa was my favorite had the perfect amount of heat… the mixed drinks were delicious and they did not skimp on the alcohol. Great tequila selection and it’s located in the heart of wynwood so after dinner it’s a great place to take a walk and enjoy the Miami vibes.
George O — Google review
I visited Bakan for lunch with a friend and left underwhelmed. We arrived at noon to find the entrance roped off and waited several minutes before someone let us in. Once seated inside, service was slow to start. We were given a QR code menu that was hard to read, and even when we requested a paper menu, it felt cluttered and lacked cohesion. I suggest updating the menu to be more reader-friendly. Our server didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the dishes. The first salad I ordered wasn’t available due to a missing ingredient, so I went with another she suggested. When it arrived without dressing, I had to wait about 10 minutes for her to return. When I asked about the dressing, her exact words were: “It’s the dressing that comes with it. You just have to eat it.” The food took a while to arrive, and the portions were very small for the price—definitely dinner prices for lunch-sized portions. The drinks were balanced, but the food was underwhelming overall. There was also an issue with flies, even though we were seated inside and had a fan at our table. Overall, the service was lacking, the food didn’t feel authentic, and the pricing didn’t match the quality or portions. I wouldn’t recommend Bakan for lunch.
La'Jada R — Google review
Bakan is one of those rare places that manages to capture both the heart and flavor of authentic Mexican cuisine while keeping a modern, vibrant Miami vibe. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm atmosphere and stylish décor — earthy tones, beautiful lighting, and great music that perfectly set the mood. The service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening; our server made excellent recommendations and checked in often without being intrusive. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish tasted fresh and well-balanced — full of authentic flavors that remind you of real Mexican cooking, not the Americanized version. The guacamole was perfectly seasoned, the tacos were loaded with flavor, and the presentation of each plate showed real attention to detail. Drinks were also a highlight — creative, beautifully served, and perfectly mixed. Whether you’re coming for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or simply to enjoy great food and drinks in a welcoming setting, Bakan is an excellent choice. The combination of delicious authentic cuisine, fantastic service, and great atmosphere makes it one of the top dining experiences in Miami. Highly recommend!

Lovely place with fantastic service, food, and ambiance. Went on a Saturday afternoon and I am so happy we came. I ordered the Tacos de short rib (delicious) and had “The Wall” for a drink (refreshing and tasty). I also tried the shrimp tacos which were BOMB. How I wish I recalled the name of our server, because he deserves all the flowers of life, as he was extremely pleasant & attentive. Will be back again!!!

This is now one of our to go to spots. The atmosphere is pleasant and our server Jake is the sweetest and takes care of you with a smile every time. The food is delicious. This is a perfect spot to bring your date or friends. Thanks again Jake and we will be coming back soon.

I wandered into this lovely little place when it started pouring while I was out shooting street art. Their mezcal selection and interesting-world-foods (i.e. insect) selection is fantastic. I had two mezcal cocktails, the wall (which has charcoal in it, hence the color) and the matcha-cita, both fantastic. The tuna tostadas were great, and the grasshopper tostada was super yummy, crunchy, and a little spicy. Oh and the churros were to die for. 100% recommend.

Lolo's Surf Cantina is a cozy indoor/outdoor space located near 3rd Street Beach, offering simple Mexican dishes perfect for sharing. The cantina serves Baja style Mexican street food such as grilled corn with cotija cheese, gourmet tacos with rib eye steak or mahi-mahi, and a variety of raw bar selections.
For our first night in Miami we came across Lolo’s restaurant & decided to stop by for dinner. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming. Our waitress Michelle was super kind & attentive. She recommended limeade drinks & offered us the variety of flavors which were really good. The food was delicious & served within a very timely manner. This type of service is highly recommended especially when on vacation. Ask for Michelle and she will make sure you’re set!

This restaurant has amazing food. The interior is not updated and the seats are old and the vibe is closer to a diner, BUT I must say that the food makes up for it. I had tacos the first night and they were delicious. Be careful, they charge you for salsa on the side. Chips and salsa as an appetizer is $5. I had chips and guacamole and asked for salsa as well. They charged me $4 for salsa. Didn't tell me ahead of time that they were going to do that. I had breakfast every morning during my 5 day stay at the hotel. AMAZING. French toast, pancakes, avocado toast, fruit bowl, and bagel with salmon and cream cheese were my favorites. The portions were large and flavorful. The restaurant is attached to the Stanton Marriott hotel and is a good place to grab your meal in the southern part of South Beach way down by 1st St.

The entire experience was 10/10! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or in the Miami area. Michelle, our waitress, was great & took good care of myself & friends dining here. Ask for Michelle if you’re ever looking to have some good Mexican food & a good time!

What a cute little spot. Food was very fresh and well prepared and the service was excellent. I might end up coming back all 3 nights that i'm here. I love a place that shares the history of the founder on the wall. Great place for Mexican.

Server Michelle treated us very well. Food was delicious, no long waiting, and overall atmosphere was inviting. I had a chicken al pastor bowl and if you’re in the South Beach area, I’d highly recommend this bowl, 10/10 no questions asked. Definitely look forward to coming back here!

Taco restaurant
Taqueria Viva Mexico is a small and casual taqueria located on Calle Ocho. The place stands out for its offbeat decor and offers classic Mexican fare, with a condiment bar and meats sold by the pound. The menu features a short selection of tacos filled with various pork parts such as ear, stomach, skin, and tongue. These meats are braised in their own fat and seasoned simply with diced onion, cilantro, and citrus juice.
Victoria greeted us with a smile! The food was fresh, tasty, and you just knew it was wonderful just from the presentation! The Birria tacos were my favorite! The guacamole and just fried chips delicious. Don’t miss this gem on Calle 8!!!

My husband and I have been coming here for a while now. I’ve gone back and forth about sharing because I want to keep it all to myself! The food here is just ELITE. They serve all the dips with warmed crispy chips which is just going the extra mile, the guacamole is always freshly made, the tacos are traditional and delicious PLUS they do a great happy hour. Sometimes they host fun event like watch parties and cinco de mayo here is a ton of fun. Please share- Let’s keep this place around for the long haul!

Had such an amazing Friday night with friends here. Came for a love island watch party but will definitely be back for more! The food, drinks, and staff were a 10/10! Our server Elvis went above and beyond! Elvis was incredibly attentive, he had great recommendations, and checked in on us constantly! Victoria was also great as well. Overall this was a very cute, clean, tasty, and affordable place! Hope to come back for more watch parties but will definitely be telling my husband to come check this place out on a date night as well!

Service: friendly, helpful and attentive Food: flavorful, fresh, good portions Atmosphere: fun, colorful and clean This is a small place, easy to miss but once you've been here its hard to forget! You must try!! Salsas were on point, full of flavor with a kick. Guacamole was fresh and delicious. Quesobirria tacos, taco de lengua, carnitas and pollo were bomb. Our you get to stuff your own with onion cilantro, pickled onion and lime to your own liking. Thank you for this delicious experience, so happy you guys are open late till midnight to enjoy!!

Not authentic Mexican food at all. It wasn’t the worst neither but definitely not the best food. Also it made my stomach very upset. The server didn’t even refill my drink. If the drink isn’t refillable might as well offer some water. Well not even that happened. And took forever for her to give us the check. My husbands tacos was disappointing. The meat is dry and lacks flavor. I ordered the enchiladas with the spicy green sauce. It wasn’t spicy at all. That was our first visit and our last. And I was reading the other reviews saying that this place was better 10 years ago. How sad.
Kat R — Google review
Wow I was impressed on how delicious the food was and how much variety in the tacos. This is a true Mexican restaurant. I was wowed with the on how excellent the service was. She was very attentive and how she checked backed with the food. Great atmosphere .I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Food was ok enough. Fundito had a nice smoky flavor. A can of soda was $5 per can. Adding meat to a quesadilla was $5-6 over list price. Server pretty much forgot about us after we got our food. We asked for another soda but she didn’t bring it until we were ready to go and still charged for it. They also charged us an 18% tip automatically and then left a spot for another tip on the bill. We were two people and ordered one appetizer, two entrees and four sodas, no alcohol. $84 after they added their own tip. She came to the table twice after we ordered including that last soda along with bill. Not sure that was worth 18%, would have been nice if it said that anywhere on the menu too. We were visiting from Tampa, definitely won’t be back.

A more modern take on a taco place. It’s fine but tacos were dry and 5 usd per taco is a bit steep.

Nestled in the heart of Miami, Cantina La Veinte is a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture and cuisine. This stunning cantina boasts an impressive Art Deco design, adorned with striking black and gold hues that create a glamorous atmosphere. With an outdoor patio perfect for soaking up the sun, guests can enjoy a delightful array of shareable plates that go beyond traditional tacos. The menu features everything from fresh ceviches to crispy tostadas and flavorful quesadillas, all crafted by renowned chef Santiago Gomez.
Amazing restaurant. The food, ambience, mariachi band, and the margaritas were amazing!! There were four of us and we did 4 share plates and an appetizer. The margaritas were a highlight. I would recommend the coconut or non blended strawberry margaritas. A mariachi band walks around the restaurant to serenade everyone. Must visit when in Miami!!!

My girlfriend and I went for our two year anniversary and placed a note in the reservation. The restaurant has a great atmosphere however, the service was not the best. When we arrived the hostess asked if we’d like the sit in the dining room which seemed to have many seats open and we said yes as it was cold outside. She walked around came back and informed us they didn’t have any availability and to go down stairs. When we arrived downstairs there was no clear person to speak with the waiters and servers walked past us many times with no effort to assist. The hostess finally arrived and sat us. The server took sometime to arrive to the table I would say he did the minimum and did not put in an effort to create an experience. The food was good the drinks didn’t seem well balanced. At the price point I’d expect a better service.

The location is undeniably beautiful, with stunning views of Brickell Key. We had an early reservation at 6:30 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Allegedly, the music was downstairs. Well, nobody told us.The service was great. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. The ceviche had an odd taste, and overall, the dishes were nothing memorable. Given the high price point, the experience just didn’t feel worth it...just my honest opinion.
Lilly P — Google review
Had made previous reservations requesting to have a water view that was completely ignored. At the beginning they found a spot for us near the bar and when we asked to be moved close to water view they had the nerves to direct us to the back patio area which is not nice at all and once again ignoring the previous request and quite honestly we felt insulted so for sure we refuse the spot and at that point we were ready to leave but we were there with a family member who had recommended us the place for the nice atmosphere wich undoubtedly was spectacular. Finally they made it seem like it was such a huge task to find us spot claiming they had no spots available when it was clearly three tables busy only at that time near the front. Food delivery was promptly and presentation beautiful. The flavors were different but not bad. Having traveled around the world we know all the so called Mexican restaurants give their own personal twist to the recipes so we enjoyed the flavors. Margaritas were very good. At the end we had fun. We did have the mariachi experience a girl who takes pictures and is really sweet. We come to Miami Beach all the time and we wanted to get out of the area and experienced some other spots. Now is it a place we would be coming back to probably not in many year as the area has so many other options to offer. Also we know the food is expensive and the portions are average to an upscale restaurant in Charleston we knew that prior making reservations so not a shock to us. However for a $350 plus dollar experience I am not sure is quite worth it. This is not including all of us having desserts and alcoholic beverages. That could easily mean $250 per person which it would be consider to be a price spend at an upscale restaurant in Vegas. For Mexican Food eh not sure about that.
Jessenia — Google review
Food was okay, but definitely over priced for a small plate. We ordered tacos and lobster rolls, and overall the food lack flavor. The cocktails were strong and tasty, and they come out as soon as you order them. Atmosphere was unique, they have mariachis that come and sing at your table. Downstairs, is a better view, since you will have the water views. Overall, the experience was okay for what you are paying for and given everything at the bar and table, tip is included at 20%.

BEWARE I'm sorry to report that after a wonderful family time, our bill was inflated by $75 (on $475 due). The credit card was charged for $550, and after complaining they brought the new bill for $475 and very little apologies from management. But the reversal promised was not processed. I have had to call and write and still haven't received the reversal on my credit card

The restaurant features a mix of both classic and modern Mexican cuisine, all made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes various stations such as Tacos, Ceviches y Tostadas, Desserts, Salads, and juices. Signature dishes include the short rib tacos served with chipotle aioli and pickled red onions.
Excellent service. Food quality was high and portions were more than enough. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Walter was our waiter; he was attentive but we didn't feel like we were constantly hovered over and watched. Would absolutely come back if ever in Miami.

We had an amazing experience at Tacology! 🌮 The tacos were absolutely exquisite, and I really appreciated that they offer options without meat as well. Tacology offers a modern take on casual Mexican dining with a vibrant ambience. The food is fresh and flavorful, though the portions tend to be on the smaller side. You order directly from an iPad at your table, so dishes arrive as soon as they’re ready—not necessarily all at once or in order. Service is minimal, as the experience is more self-directed. There isn’t much interaction with the waitstaff. Note that a service charge is automatically included in the bill. You will still be asked to to leave a tip.

Mi Rinconcito Mexicano is a charming spot in Miami's Little Havana, offering an unpretentious setting and authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant stands out for its location in the heart of Miami, providing a perfect neighborhood for enjoying great Mexican food. With a welcoming atmosphere and a wide range of beloved staple dishes, this eatery will transport you to Mexico City.
I visited the restaurant and the bakery(3 kings rosca) the food, atmosphere and service were good, I order the guacamole, beans with chorizo as the appetizers, then the stake a la talpiqueña, agua de jamaica. It was good and the prices were very reasonable according to the food. I will come back and probably will become one of my frequent places since it's close and there ñ is a variety of food.

The atmosphere of the place is really nice, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I was a bit disappointed with the food because my expectations were high due to all the positive reviews. The fajitas were overly greasy, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. The tacos were okay, and the chicken soup was bland and very simple. Honestly, I found the food a bit overrated compared to the reviews.

Excellent place to enjoy great Mexican food. They offer complimentary nachos, a wide variety on the menu, and the horchata is the best I’ve ever had. If you don’t have a reservation, you can line up without any problem. The recommendation was totally worth it. Today, they were actually celebrating All Saints’ Day.

I would give 10 starts if I could for the food here. It’s one of my top 5 favorite places to eat. This is real authentic Mexican food. It is just that good. Passed by for a late lunch and had tacos, both carnitas and Al pastor. Tacos aren't what I remembered they used to be, flavor has dropped off but I'm a pinch it's edible. My favorite thing is the bakery right in the far left corner of the restaurant and they have a small variety of baked goods and the most delicious for me is the cinnamon roll bun, really yum and made with whole wheat flour which I tell myself it's healthier eating it lol... Have a go at it and decide for yourself🍋‍🟩🍻🌮

got some tacos togo. Tacos were solid and they were not stingy about the meat, though the flavor fell flat to me. it's a little bit pricier than I would think based on it's taste.

One of the few places left in Miami where you can still get delicious Mexican food and tacos at a great price. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the service was spot-on. Portions were generous and definitely worth what you pay. While the food wasn't quite as authentic as I’d hoped, it was still packed with flavor and very satisfying. A solid spot for a casual, budget-friendly bite!

Taquiza is a cozy spot in South Beach that offers authentic Mexican tacos, elote, and cold beer on its large patio. The taqueria is known for its big, fluffy blue corn tortillas and unique fillings like grasshoppers. However, they also serve crowd-pleasers such as smoked carne asada, verde-spiced chicken, fried mahi, and barbacoa. You can wash down these delicious tacos with fresh-made margaritas.
Beautiful handmade blue corn tortilla and tortilla chips, fresh house made salsa, EXCELLENT passion fruit sangria and the blistered sheshito pepper tacos was perfection. Wonderful street front seating and our was slightly elevated so it made for a great experience. Can't wait to go back!!!
Tabetha K — Google review
Overall the tacos were good. Not great. The Al pastor was not good. The atmosphere is gross, it’s in some dingy hostel bar. They charge for a cup of water. There’s no service. You scan a QR code and hope your order comes out, yet they still ask for a 20% tip. This is not a place you drive to and go out of your way for. If you are coming in from the beach, worth a stop for tacos. But not an actual restaurant you would go for a meal. 3 small tacos will cost you $18+ we enjoyed the steak taco. The fish taco was just a chunk of fried batter. And the Al Pastor Taco had one tiny chunk of pineapple in the entire thing. So basically one bite with pineapple. The tacos were pretty dry, none had guacamole or sauce on them. Overall a decent taco but for anyone raving about these tacos, I have to question if you have ever had a great taco before ? Because these are definitely not great.

The blue corn tortilla chips are very tasty. They are made fresh daily. They are served hot and are thicker than traditional chips. The salsa, quest, and guacamole are also homemade and are very good. Shown in the photos are the asada, fish, and shrimp tacos on the blue corn soft tortillas. The restaurant is a neat find on the A1A (Ocean Drive/Collins Ave area. This was some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. The video shows the quaint place but leaves out the amazing food. The prices are amazing and Ala Carte.

Nice place for happy hour! Drinks are really good - love that they have skinny marg option. I don't think the totopos lived up to the hype from the reviews but the rest of the food did. Have to try a grasshopper taco for the experience. Street corn and sauce was delicious. Quesadillas were yummy too.

This place was incredible. The totopos were freshly made and the guac, salsa, and queso were great too. We had a variety of tacos and they were all fantastic. The margaritas were STRONG and tasty which I appreciated. Great ambiance. Kudos to the guy who is bussing tables, taking orders, and cooking the food. I hope he’s getting paid well.

This is a great place on Miami Beach. Excellent food and a great atmosphere. It's a bit pricey if you buy drinks, but the food is roughly 5 dollars a taco. Not bad without alcohol but it is a restraint on miami Beach, so no doubt the cost of operating is pretty high. It was definitely worth it. The tacos are stuffed full of your chosen fillings and definitely delicious. I eat a lot of food in my meals and one taco was enough for me. Will definitely be eating here next time in Miami.

Holy guacamole this place was fantastic!! The thick chips were super interesting and tasty. The texture was amazing… crispy with a soft center, hot and perfectly salted. The guacamole was out of this world good!! The tacos and corn were also very yummy! The service was also great! 5 stars all around!
Christina P — Google review
I felt spoiled when I went. I really liked the atmosphere of the place and really enjoyed the people working. You can sit at a table and order with a code or walk in and order. They bring the food out to you. I got there shortly after 1200p on a Tuesday and there was one couple there. By the time I left around 115p it was starting to fill up. I got the lengua (fave), conchinita (second fave - and a recommendation from the lady that took my order) and al pastor (I've had better so I'm biased but they were still good) tacos. I gained the courage to try the chapulines. It was not my favorite and I'm terrified of all bugs...but just wanted to prove to myself I could do it. So try it when you go. Split one with someone just so you can say you did. It's and interesting flavor but in the end my brain prevailed and tainted the situation. I would definitely go back here. They were pushing the churros while I was there so I'm pretty sure those would be delish. Also saw a lot of people with elotes. Indoor and outdoor seating - get there!

Uptown 66 Taqueria is a small, renovated space in Miami's MiMo District that offers a concise menu of tacos made with hand-pressed tortillas from heirloom Oaxaca corn. The birria tacos and the classic carnitas are standout items on the menu, while the steak burrito and nachos with melted queso mixto are also highly recommended. This outdoor restaurant provides barrels for patrons to hunch over while enjoying their meal.
Food is prepared very fresh and tasty. If you place it to go order and show up to gather it it may be a moment before you get it due to the fact that folks aren't really paying attention to getting the food out. That's my only issue. But I tell you the food is very tasty

An excellent spot for a quick but incredible tasting meal. On a great weather day its an awesome place to eat in their outdoor dining tables, or take you meal to go and enjoy your delightfully prepared food at the larger park directly across the street. Everything they make travels well and is thoughtfully crafted. The beef has so much flavor that it would be delicious if they just fed it to you in a bowl, but when paired with the rest of the burrito accompaniments it's over the top good. Sometimes the service is a little slow if they get behind on an order and we had to ask for an update to rather than being informed. I don't think there's a better place to get your fix of tacos, burritos in the area and will be back for more.

DO NOT GO HERE I just went for late night pick up around 11:30 it’s really fallen off from when it opened.. and the workers are so rude it’s depressing, It’s always like that now. Also whenever my boyfriend pays for pick up in his name (unique name) there is something wrong with his order, this time we found 2 completely different hairs in his burrito l. It sucks cause he doesn’t have a beard or red hair and neither do I so they are not ours and we wasted like $80. Disgusting now he feels like puking, I feel like I have a hair stuck in my throat.

El Primo Red Tacos is a downtown gem that offers an array of authentic Jalisco dishes, with a particular focus on their mouthwatering birria tacos. These tacos feature slow-cooked meat infused with various chiles, creating an unforgettable flavor experience. The menu boasts a variety of options, from classic Red tacos to innovative birria creations like Birriamen and Birria nachos.
This is one of my favorite taco 🌮 places in this area. I always get 2 birria tacos and a birria quesadilla, everything is delicious. If you like spicy then the red sauce is a must try. On Thursdays an Saturdays from 5 to 8 before the summer you can aslo enjoy live music from Street Stages in that same street.

The food is amazing, although with it being in Downtown Miami, you can expect the prices to be high. They do daily deals which make it a lot more worth going. The birria burger and burritos are really good and the service is fast, whether you order it through the kiosk they have there or if you go up to the front counter. Highly recommend it, especially if you catch one of the daily deals.

While the tacos are good, el primo red tacos seems to always and I am mean always forgot to put items that you order at the kiosk, in the to go bags. I just spent 85 dollars for 14 tacos with their taco Tuesday special which includes 3 tacos a side a guac and chips and sauce( I order two of these by the way). When I get home to no surprise again I don’t have either two of the orders of guac and chips. You would expect a restaurant that’s charging you 85 dollars for tacos would have the courtesy to check the bag for the items you already bought.

Guests can also indulge in guacamole, chips & salsa, and specialty margaritas like the pineapple jalapeno margarita.
Had a great experience at Talavera with the service, atmosphere and most importantly the food! I was impressed and happy to see that they had added a whole vegetarian section to their menu that not only looked good but were delicious plus they were very accommodating in changing out one of the meals with the vegetarian beans for me. Prices were decent and loved the taco chips and dips we were offered upon being seated. Will definitely be back!

The food is delicious, the service is ok, and the music inside is too loud. The corn used to prepare the dishes is amazing. Also it tastes authentically mexican. Service was kind and quick until it was not. I sat outdoors and eventually they forgot I was there. I waited so I could order another dish but I gave up as the waitress forgot about me for around 15-20 min. By the way, I sat outdoors because the music was very loud outside.
Denise P — Google review
My husband and I were looking for a nice dinner on our third night in Coral Gables when we happened to walk by Talavera on Taco Tuesday. The atmosphere caught our attention—cool, lively vibes inside with a DJ playing upbeat house and dance music—so we decided to give it a try. We were seated quickly and given a sushi-style menu, but for tacos. On Tuesdays, each taco is $5, which felt a bit steep, though we figured that’s just South Florida pricing. We each ordered four tacos—my husband chose all brisket, while I tried four different fish tacos. The table service included fresh chips and salsa. The chips were thicker and rectangular, not my favorite style, but they tasted fine. The green salsa was extremely spicy, while I skipped the red since it’s not my preference. After placing our order, we waited almost 30 minutes, which felt long given how hungry we were. Once we mentioned it to our server, the tacos came out shortly after. As for the food itself, the tacos were just okay. They filled us up, but for $5 each, they didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of flavor. I left feeling like the value wasn’t really there. Maybe other dishes on the menu are worth the price, but in my opinion, Taco Tuesday here is more about the atmosphere than the food.

I went to this restaurant once two years ago and never stopped thinking about it. I finally got around to visiting again today 9/29 and I’m sorry that I did. The server Ernesto came over and we ordered Horchata. It was ok but definitely not sweet or cold enough. Next we order the chicharron guacamole. It comes out with pieces of rubber that were curled up on the edges and ice cold. These were supposed to be tortillas. I told the waiter and he brought them back after being re-heated. At this point I’m still optimistic so I order the carne asada. It was decent but none of it was fresh. Probably whatever was left over from this past weekend. Extremely disappointed considering it used to be divine. Ernesto was probably the worst server I’ve ever had and we waited an additional 30 min for the Check while he was goofing around with another staff member at the bar. To top things off 18% is now included in the bill and as we all know, once they include auto-gratuity the quality of service vanishes. So sad. Will not be returning.

I have eaten all over the Miracle Mile which is stuffed with restaurants, many of which seem to be Italian so I was very excited to mix it up and try some Mexican food. First let me say that the restaurant is beautiful, very modern with low lights and very expensive looking. We were greeted by very friendly staff and sat immediately at the time of our reservation. We were greeted by a wonderful server who took our drink orders immediately which I appreciate. We ordered the queso and the flautas ( as apps) the queso was ok, and the flautas come one per order, so it was hard to share as an app. They flauta was ok, more about the presentation then the flavor, as it was served in a martini glass. We ordered an order of tacos and an enchilada. Both were fine, nothing to write home for at that price point. The restaurant seemed much more concerned with the vibe than outstanding food. I could have had the same meal at my neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The vibe in the restaurant was great and again the staff was lovely, but I think there are better Mexican restaurants with a very different price point. I will try it again, because maybe I ordered wrong, but not rushing out the door to eat there again.

Exceptional service by Mariana! We were looking for a great Mexican restaurant for our Sunday brunch routine, and we truly chose the best — we got it right! Talavera exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely exquisite! I had the enchiladas with Swiss cheese paired with a delicious tamarindo margarita, while my husband enjoyed the flautas and a fresh, perfectly balanced lemonade. We were so impressed with both the food and the service that we even called the manager to share our appreciation. Throughout our visit, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Mariana, Ali, and Andy — thank you for making our experience an unforgettable one. We’ll definitely be back very soon!

The Happy Hour starts at 4pm during the week. It's on the menu and offers great small options to try a variety of dishes. The plantain dish was amazing! It was full of flavor in every bite. I wanted to order more!!! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

I have to say out of all the restaurants we tried this week on Miami Beach, this was our favorite and the best tasting. Would highly recommend. I have the 3 tacos with rice and beans on the side and it was very good. The food was very well seasoned and flavorful.

Amazingggg food! We ordered nachos to share, just to have a little snack. Every ingredient in the nachos was so fresh and amazing and even better, every chip had an *equal* distribution of beans, melted cheese, and sour cream. The real way nachos should be served, everywhere. 10/10 Recommend

Authentic, gourmet Mexican food served beautifully, with wonderful service. Craft cocktails and a tequila bar that rivals any. This is one of my favorite restaurants in any category.

My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for months and it never disappoints. One of the few Mexican restaurants in Miami that we truly enjoy. Service is remarkable, food is amazing and fresh, and I highly recommend going for happy hour to get the best bang for your buck. Sunset Harbor has some expensive eateries, but this place is easily affordable and worth every penny.

I sat at the bar during happy hour and ordered the tacos and chips & guacamole. The margaritas were nice and priced amazingly well. Overall, a great experience!

El Rancho Grande Cocina Mexicana is a relaxed Mexican restaurant in Miami known for its delicious margaritas and colorful mosaic art. The menu offers a variety of Mexican staples, including tacos al pastor, quesadillas, enchiladas, and flavorful guacamole. The burrito grande is a popular choice for those with big appetites. The restaurant's contemporary decor features pastel colors, interesting art, and outdoor patio seating for a casually upscale dining experience.
Cute place & surprisingly wasn’t packed on a taco Tuesday night. The agua Fresca de Jamaica was really good but certainly has a sweeter touch to it. The house salsa is really good and very fresh. The Tortola chips are thin and fresh too. The tacos Mexicanos is a great filling entree and like a taco flight. You get to try 4 different kinds with a side of rice and beans which is to die for. Their salsa verde hot sauce is a nice mild compliment and the soft taco shells were such a good size, taste, texture and consistency.

Decent Mexican restaurant with nice staff and good amount of space inside and outside seating. The elote was almost one whole ear broken into two and tasted kind of old. You can tell when corn isn’t fresh even with piled on cheese and sauces. The side of rice and beans were good portions for the price and pretty tasty. We enjoyed that the refitted beans were black beans; much tastier than regular. The nachos was a smaller portion than expected, with not as much flavor and toppings. No salsa and guacamole was an extra $6! The start of the show was the plátanos en agave ahumado…really tasty and delicious. Very small portions for the price. Lemonade was extremely sweet. Waitress was sweet but we felt like she forgot about us sometimes. Had to request water refill and they forgot our sauces on the side. It was filling but not the best food. The women’s restroom was disgusting. The toilet was stuffed up and there was no toilet paper. The men’s room only has a urinal! Ugh terrible

We had our lunch in Miami here. The hostess was very nice and made good recommendations. We all ordered different tacos. Food was good but portion was on the small side. It was not crowded at lunch hour on a work day.

This is a prime Miami Beach location across from the Bandshell and plenty of paid parking at reasonable rates. I had tacos El Carbon and my wife had chicken fajitas. Both were tasty and made for a great late night dinner after seeing Kingfish Ingram playing. Prices were on the steeper side, but location, dictates price I guess. Food was very delicious and they have a nice spicy hot sauce if you ask for it. First time I have had black beans prepared like pinto refried beans and they were excellent.

Taco restaurant
Tacos "El Porky" is a small fast-food taco spot located in downtown, offering a variety of delicious tacos. Their specialty is the al pastor tacos, made with shaved pork from a towering trompo and served with pineapple, onions, and cilantro mayo. They also offer gringas with cheese and other pork options like crispy fried chicharron. The taqueria provides a fast-casual setting for enjoying their flavorful tacos.
One becomes a fan of Mexican food, almost by birthright, being from Chicago--as there's an abundance of really good taco places up there. In moving to Miami I found it was a bit harder to find a good, consistent taco spot, so that's why I was really excited to find Porky's when I was walking around downtown. The service is what gets you first. Carolina took care of me and she was amazing. She walked me through some of the lesser traditional tacos, which I always ask about, and treated me as if I had been a customer for years. The lone chef working that morning was friendly as well. Being in hospitality myself, I know good service when I see it and Porky's provided. They also provided on flavor and portion size, and when you're working in the 4.50/5.00/per taco range, that's what I expect. The traditional pastor, always a good measuring stick for a places like this, was excellent, and it had the big chunks of pineapple I like. And, as a gringo that likes to try the aforementioned "lesser known" tacos, I was blown away by the tripa and the chicharrones tacos--and would encourage anyone who wants to branch away from chicken and pork to try those two. *The last thing about this place that struck me was the salsa station. They had 5 or 6 varieties, ranging in spice level and color, and it was serve yourself. Usually you're getting two small cups at a place and it's a process to get more, but here you could sample all their salsas free of charge, and could go up for more if you enjoyed a particular one. And they were all beautiful and made in-house from what I understand. A very nice touch, Porky's. All in all, I will 100% be back for the tacos AND the service. Thank you to Carolina, Chef, and Porky's for a wonderful lunch. I'll be back soon.

Kind of a hidden place, they did have a sign outside advertising a taco deal. We went inside, it was small and minimal, two employees present - one for checkout and one for cooking/prepping the orders. Pleasant service, but you could tell they were bored there. Easy to order from the menu or really the tablet they have next to checkout/payment. A decent variety of tacos, so we ordered 4 total, and 2 cokes and 1 chips and guacamole. The dining area was small, maybe a handful of tables, ours wasn’t cleaned. Minimal wall decoration, mostly red logo/painting on the walls. There is however, a nice clean sauce area with 6-8 variety with plastic containers/lids provided. The food came quickly, tacos were decent, nothing spectacular or terrible - but we were hungry!! The chips and guacamole were not fresh - stale chips and pre-packaged guacamole from their fridge. Yikes…plenty of other taco places around, best go there! Overall OK, not recommended.

This is the real deal. Finding good tacos in Miami is pretty hard, but this place nails it. Quick, friendly service and delicious food. Sauces are all natural, nothing comes from a jar. This is going on my list of regulars!!

The tacos are not exactly cheap for their size, but the al pastor taco tasted great. The meat is cut fresh from the spit. truly authentic. Various salsas are available to choose from.

Amazing food, the taco's al pastor and mexican coca cola were lit. I didn't like the carnitas that much but it was prepared great eitherway. I ordered two pastor, and one carnitas. They were all reasonably priced, they even let you serve yourself free guacamole for your tacos, glad I came back to visit it.

I walked into El Porke expecting either a culinary miracle or gastrointestinal regret. Spoiler alert: I left with neither—just an existential craving for more tacos and a deep philosophical question: Why are the most delicious things in life also the smallest and most unfairly portioned? Let’s start with the tacos. These little tortilla-wrapped treasures were so good, I briefly considered proposing to the chef. Flavor? Unreal. Texture? Divine. Presentation? Minimalist, like a crime scene where the victim was joy. Honestly, every bite felt like a love letter written in salsa and regret because I knew the moment I finished, I’d be emotionally unfulfilled and still hungry. They’re basically the culinary equivalent of a toxic situationship—so good, so wrong, and you keep going back anyway. The only real complaint? These tacos are tiny. Like “are you kidding me?” tiny. If tacos were dogs, these would be teacup Chihuahuas. If they were Netflix series, they’d be one-season wonders that end on a cliffhanger. I needed six to feel like a functioning member of society again. But that’s the thing about El Porke—they know they’re serving you tiny bites of heaven, and they’re absolutely smug about it. And I respect the hell out of that. Atmosphere? Chill, casual, and just enough lighting to see your disappointment when you realize your plate is already empty. Service? Sharp, quick, and way too friendly for how much emotional damage their portion sizes cause. Final thoughts: El Porke might leave your stomach asking “Where’s the rest?”, but your taste buds will be too busy writing thank-you notes. I came for tacos and stayed for the mild heartbreak. 10/10, would emotionally spiral here again.

$17 for two cold tacos deliver by a robot I would never ever ever pay for two small tacos almost $20. It is not worth it. Please take your money somewhere else. Do not order from here at All ever it’s not worth it. Thank you. 07/10/2024 upon returning, after my review was taken into consideration, the manager was very nice and accommodated me very nicely. Good street food place in the heart of Brickell. We ordered carnitas quesadilla (very generous with the cheese and delicious cream and guacamole to go with it), a couple birria tacos and a burrito. We also ordered micheladas. First time I went, I thought everything was top notch in terms of flavor. Second time, flavor was okay but nothing super special. Ambiance is relaxing and chill but a bit empty.

Went for a late lunch, our server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, even offered us the use of his own phone when ours wouldn't load the menu by scanning bar code. The service was wonderfully attentive, but the quality of food was only OK. My taco burria was soggy and lukewarm, didn't taste freshly made. The grill meat on hotplate was huge in portion but drenched in gready oil and lacked flavor, underwhelming. I guve kudos for our servers but the cooks in the back need to do better.
Amanda L — Google review
Atmosphere looked pretty intriguing so we thought we’d give it a try (from out of state). Food was pretty good. Nothing amazing, but nothing horrible either. My Fish tacos were a bit mushy on the inside. Server was a little pushy trying to get us to order appetizers by saying our food will take long, we gave in, then food and apps all came out quick. The music was very loud that it was hard to have a conversation or hear right across the table. The price here was also pretty expensive. I liked the outdoor seating and the atmosphere for sure. Food was decent but I don’t think I’d go back honestly.

The Wolf of Tacos is a popular al pastor pop-up in Miami, known for serving some of the finest tacos in the city. The al pastor, freshly carved from a vertical spit, is highly praised and considered one of the best versions in town. Chef and founder Eduardo Lara started with pandemic pop-ups in his driveway and has now gained recognition at events like SOBEWFF. The focus is on authentic street tacos without fancy ingredients or upmarket toppings.
I was at the Wolf of Tacos for Taco Tuesday and what a great experience was. At first, I was a bit skeptical because it is located within a food hall and on top of that , in a train station. Most of the food halls in Miami, in my opinion, have no success, that was the reason I was on the fence on whether to come for some tacos. But here it was Taco Tuesday and I decided to give them a chance. It always the best decision I could have taken. Their menu is kind of limited, which I like. Not always more means better. I had their pollo asado, costilla and al pastor tacos. One was better than the other one, even the chicken which is sort of controversial when it comes to tacos because it is usually dry. This one was not dry at all and nicely seasoned. My favorite one was the wagyu costilla, which was like a thin steak. It melt in my mouth, so soft and a lot of flavors. The place was packed and the service a bit slow but they were super friendly. Ambiance is beautiful, the entire food hall is. Can’t wait for the next taco Tuesday!
Frank G — Google review
We tried the Wolf of Tacos at the Brightline food court. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. If you are used to west coast tacos on any level you will not be disappointed. Corn, not flour mini tortillas with homemade salsas. While one taco is $7+ dollars it is actually 2 tacos big. The staff was very friendly. A nice touch for the train station.
JT B — Google review
The tacos are definitely not from Taco Bell... the Aquiles are soooo good. We've been to lots of street taco places but never had wagyu beef tendons with chicharron... to die for! This place slice the lengua after it's been braised for 24 hours. They do special combination on Tuesdays. The food was top rate. The atmosphere is a train station food court so don't expect fancy seating but it's clean & service is very friendly and clean.
Yen N — Google review
So apparently this place is called The Wolf of Tacos… but after eating here, I think they meant The Wolf of Meat-in-a-Tortilla. I kept seeing them all over Instagram, so I figured I’d give it a shot during lunch. Big mistake. These were hands down some of the worst tacos I’ve had — zero flavor, no effort, just meat tossed into a tortilla like they were in a rush to clock out. Thanks to the salsa bar they have save the day but just to give a little of flavor so If you’re drunk at 3 a.m. and desperate, maybe these tacos could pass as food. But in the cold light of day? Nope. All hype, no bite.
Albert G — Google review
Finally, we got to try the Wolf of Tacos! Been following the IG and his food truck but haven't gotten the chance until today. He opened the first brick and mortar here...so we came to try. We ordered three of each: pollo asada, Al pastor and suadero. Good portions and good flavors. I appreciate the salaa bar where you can get your sauces and pickled veggies.. yum! My favorite taco was the Suadero, which features confit that was both tender, fatty, and crunchy. The only feedback I have is to add double tortillas as some of the tacosfell apart. Aside from that, great customer friendly service. We will be back.
Carlos R — Google review
This taco spot is tucked inside the Brightline train station—definitely not where I expected to be having lunch. I ordered the carne asada tacos, but they fell a bit flat in flavor. The tortillas were dry and slightly crunchy, almost stale tasting!! which didn’t do the filling any favors. I also prefer steak sliced for tacos; the cubed pieces kept tumbling out, making each bite a bit of a balancing act. Did I finish them? Of course—because we don’t waste—but I wouldn’t rush back unless they upgrade the tortillas or relocate. And one more thing: chips and salsa, or at least some guac, should be non-negotiable. Tacos deserve friends!! Also pretty expensive for these small tacos lol
Gub P — Google review
I really hope that the cooks can understand. I ordered steak, suadero, and pastor, and my partner ordered another three to dine in, so we got our order in to-go containers. I really wanted to eat my tacos from a plate with the paper at the bottom. Then we had some trouble trying to find out who ordered what; both orders were mixed. Green sauce, made with raw green tomatillos, was so flat and plain. The red sauce was even worse, with a lot of heat and no flavor, just árbol chile, garlic, and vinegar. Those cheap, rushed sauces just killed my tacos. Then I realized that I ignored a big red flag for a taqueria: Valentina sauce, not just yellow label, but black label too! After eating, I realized why they have supermarket sauce...

My brother, sister-in-law, and I took my mom to her first drag show at R House on Saturday afternoon. The price for the quality of the food and show are a great value. All the dishes that came out, a total of four served family style were tasty. I LOVED the summer salad. The fried chicken was also very juicy and really enjoyed the avocado tangy sauce served with it. The bottomless mimosas were also a hit. But obviously the drag show is the reason to visit, and boy do they put on a show! It is dynamic and most of all so much fun. We sang, we danced, we clapped and cheered, and we laughed and smiled for two hours straight. The service was also phenomenal. Our waiter Raul was so sweet and attentive. As were all the staff we encountered from arrival time straight through to our exit.

Such a Fun Time—We’ll 1000% Be Back! 💃🎉 Thank you so much to the R House team for such a fun and memorable night! We were in-town from Maryland celebrating my partner’s 25th birthday and everything—from the attention to detail to the energy of the show—was amazing. That afternoon, we got a call from the receptionist letting us know our reservation time might miss the drag show, and they helped us move it earlier so we wouldn’t miss a thing. That gesture alone made our night! We chose the 3-course menu ($45/person), which was great, though the lack of vegetarian options was a bit scary at first. Our server let us know they were out of all veggie dishes, but after checking with the kitchen, they found two mushroom plates for us—thank goodness! Once that was sorted, we enjoyed our appetizers and drinks. My margarita wasn’t spicy at all, but my partner’s espresso martini was delicious. The caramel popcorn was a cute touch! The queens danced the night away! They ate downnnn! 💅 The bussers were super attentive, though it was a little hard to flag our server for water. My partner loved the sparkler on her birthday dessert, it was the perfect ending to a fabulous night. We’ll 1000% be back for brunch!

Went in for a quick late lunch/dinner. Sat outside at the bar. Wonderful bartender suggested the Philly Cheesesteak since it’s only available in the afternoon for lunch and what a treat! Great portion cheesy goodness. The hand cut fries were crunchy with the perfect amount of salt. Highly recommend!

We came here for Miami Spice and Blue Collar does Miami Spice right - off-season discounts for locals. We loved the Cuban Sandwich Egg Roll and Oxtail. The Heath Bar Bread Pudding fell a little flat but the Key Lime Pie shines with house made whip cream and a buttery graham cracker crust.

Not for fun gatherings. It was 9 of us. We arrived at noon and there was only one other party seated inside. We placed our order. We noticed that all other small parties (2 people) were all served before us. An hour into our order being placed I asked what is the delay. Not even appetizers came out. They said different appetizers take longer than others. We only ordered the Cuban egg rolls and the duck quesadilla from the miami spice menu. When it finally came out it was only one wedge not even half a quesadilla. I couldn't believe the delay was for this one wedge. When our food finally came out an hour and 15 mins later, they forgot one entire order and my colleague had to wait for her food. There was no garlic aioli on my burger. I can’t even tell you if the food was good because I was so hungry by the time it came out that I just scarfed it down. I got a headache from the delayed food coming out and the false advertisement all over Instagram and the website regarding miami spice. The restaurant needs to advertise that miami spice portions are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than regular menu items. I participate in miami spice all two months and I have never been deceived in the manner I was today. Complete disappointment. Look at the price breakdown for miami spice. They charged ten whole dollars for one wedge of a quesadilla. And this is on a small side plate. The wedge was not large at all.

Service was good fast, menu was easy and simple to read not to to many options witch I like personally. My Beautiful wife got Artichoke Eggs Benedict she liked it only complaint she had was the bread was too hard. I had the duck confit Eggs Benedict duck was amazing so tender and my eggs were on point perfect. I also got the oxtail which was phenomenal fall off the bone tender!! 100% recommend trying this place once!

We enjoyed a fabulous brunch including the lox & onion scramble w/potatoes and the fried artichoke benedict. The latkes are delicious so something we always share!

We used to love Blue Collar, but sadly, it’s gone downhill—badly. We stopped by for brunch, and everything from the food to the service was disappointing. Our food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t worth the wait or the price. My plate (two eggs, a few house fries, two strips of bacon, and half of what they call a “Portuguese bun” — basically an English muffin split in half) came out to nearly $50 with my husband’s meal. He ordered a burger that was completely overcooked and dry, served on the same sad English muffin instead of a proper bun. Service was inattentive — we literally had to get up to flag someone down. We even told them we were in a hurry and asked for the bill when the food came, but they took so long to collect the card that we just left cash and walked out. Between the poor quality, lazy presentation, and lackluster service, Blue Collar has lost whatever charm it used to have. The menu feels stripped down, uninspired, and overpriced. Very disappointed — definitely wouldn’t recommend
Andrea H — Google review
The food overall was hit or miss. The latke was excellent and definitely a highlight, but some dishes were overly salty — the fries in particular were inedible because of how much salt was on them. The grilled cheese bread was so crunchy it was hard to eat, and service was a bit on the slower side. The Miami Spice appetizer portion also felt small. That said, the flavors were unique, and when the dishes hit, they were memorable.

My boyfriend and I went on a pretty chill Thursday night. We were confused at first because they just moved locations across the street in June. The new location is so nice with great ambience and we sat inside (bring a sweater). The appetizers were fantastic. We ordered the conch fritter, shrimp and grits and the Cuban egg rolls. The shrimp grits was one of our favorite things we ate tonight. Highly recommend you order the spicy oxtail braise or one of their main staples that change nightly. My boyfriend had the lobster ravioli, which he cleaned the plate! I’ve been coming to Blue Collar since I was a kid when it first opened and to this day it’s one of favorite spots to eat at. Highly recommend you stop here and enjoy an unforgettable dinner. Our thanks to our waiter Freddie who was attentive and kind. We will be back again; guaranteed!

I had a very peculiar experience as I have several food allergies couldn't eat much (just a salad) but servers were SO kind in trying giving something safe. I really appreciated their efforts, cannot recommend for those with with allergies but definetely for all the others! Who was with me had burger and chicken wings and said they were very good.

Two stars for 1. Food was good 2. View was great. Minus three stars for bad service, long wait time for food, and photos advertised did not show the actual menu item served. (I added their Instagram photos vs. Our order) The waiter was terrible. Never refilled drinks and we were there for over an hour. Other tables were growing irritated as well. We had to ask 4 different people to get our check. We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken, and 45 minutes more for a burger and fish sandwich. The view was the saving grace of having to wait so long. Many people did not have masks on inside.

Nice place and atmosphere. I Love margaritas, I tasted passion fruit and watermelon. We enjoy the place with our kids. You must order your food at the bar and go pick it up when it's ready.

Wow what a day we had! We walked in after a horrible day and being in an accident and being extremely hungry. When we walked in and Yanki saw the look on our face. He didn't turn us away even though you were about to close. He told me "I got you" and went above and beyond for me, my wife and four children. Prior to coming to this establishment, we tried the Rusty Pelican. We had no problem spending money for good food. But we were told it was an hour and a half wait and treated like less than human by their rude staff at Rusty Pelican. The atmosphere, the food and the service was still worth a $130 bill with a $100 tip! Yanki, you sir are an amazing waiter and person. You deserve to be in management with the way that you served our needs, our wants and our hunger. Not only did you care about us but this establishment had way better attitudes and service than an upper class snooty money hungry place like the Rusty Pelican. Keep up the amazing work! Oh and make sure you buy the jerk chicken sandwich. Best taste of the south ever!

Not impressed with the menu options for diversity, but what we ordered was good. Enjoyed the view of the bay and the boats. The singer that was wrapping up his set was good! I found the white chairs for the lower tables horrendous because you cannot lean back against them/they don't hold your weight.
Haley M — Google review
Nice location with nice view and atmosphere. Owners are letting place go and it's sad... you have to get up from your table to place any order, need to get up to pick up your food and drinks and even your silverware after you've gotten up to order. Definitely change over the past 15 to 20 years.

Doggi's Arepa Bar is a casual spot offering traditional Venezuelan eats, including arepas, burgers, and seafood dishes. The arepas are filled with a variety of ingredients such as chicken, grilled vegetables, churrasco beef, fried plantains, and cheese. These yellow corn exteriors are charred and speckled with grill marks for an authentic taste. The Venezuelan sandwiches are reasonably priced at under $12 each and can be paired with yucca fries and fresh juices.
This restaurant is a true gem! The food tastes just like home-cooked Venezuelan dishes — full of flavor, generous portions, and beautifully presented. The arepas were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the pabellón criollo was delicious and authentic. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. If you want a real taste of Venezuela, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
Marmolichi11 — Google review
The Venezuelan food wasn’t really to my taste. Unfortunately, I didn’t like it, but the place itself and the staff were wonderful. As for free parking, it’s pretty much non-existent in the area.
Burak Ö — Google review
The food was phenomenal, the flavor was spot on, the skirt steak on the cachapa was perfectly cooked and had fantastic flavor. The cachapa was exactly what a cachapa is supposed to taste like and it had a good serving of cheese. My girlfriend ordered the Reina pepiada and that has to be the best one we’ve had since moving to Miami from New York a month ago. The one’s we’ve had elsewhere are just mayonnaise and very little ground chicken. This one was full of flavor and shredded chicken (the way it’s supposed to be) which was the main character in the dish. The arepa used for the reina pepiada was as authentic as can be. You could taste the corn in the arepa and it transported me back home. The margaritas were also really good. We had the passionfruit margaritas which weren’t too sweet and had a good flavor and strong in alcohol. Overall, this has to be our new favorite Venezuelan street food and probably one if not the most authentic and best in Miami. Lastly, the service is was quick, accommodating and very friendly. 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such an amazing experience at Doggis Arepa Bar on Coral Way! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The arepas were packed with authentic Venezuelan flavor, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented. What really made the visit special was the incredible service. Joleidy, my waitress, was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. She took the time to explain the menu and gave great recommendations — everything she suggested was spot on. If you’re looking for a great spot in Miami with excellent food and even better service, this is the place. Huge thanks to Joleidy and the Doggis team for a perfect dining experience!

The place where you can get the best Venezuelan food experience, 10/10. Do yourself a favor and try a Venezuelan Hervido, a delicious soup. Thank you Joleidy, your service is an example of professionalism, she gave us an excellent resume of the menu, sometimes a good service makes the experience even better.

Gabriela & Javier were phenomenal! The chicharron y queso arepa had me in a chock hold! Top notch service and flavor. Will be back when visiting flavor town Miami!
Nico F — Google review
I really enjoyed the food at Doggi’s Arepa Bar. I had the arepa pelua and my son had the pabellon criollo, and both were flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere was nice overall, but the table we chose felt cramped, even for just two people. This was probably because our table was next to the fridge with drinks. There’s a small amount of paid street parking right out front, but getting a spot seems like a matter of luck. Thankfully, there are more paid street parking options just around the corner. Despite the minor inconveniences, the food makes it worth a visit.
Elihu S — Google review
This place is very cozy and Javier, my server, is very accomodating giving good recommendations for what to order. I had the Arepa Tripleta which was rich in flavors accompanied with a cortadito. Definitely one of the best venezuelan arepas in Miami highly recommend this hidden gem!

Taquerias El Mexicano is a vibrant Mexican eatery that offers a variety of traditional dishes in a lively setting adorned with colorful decor. While they are known for their delicious tacos, including unique options like spicy pork and brain tacos, the restaurant also stands out for its harder-to-find specialties such as braised lamb, spare ribs in hot sauce, succulent roast pork, and robust chicken stews. The menu combines classic favorites with innovative creations and is perfect for gatherings or family outings.
One of the best tacos I ever had! We went there twice while staying in Miami. Food was really good, especially the tacos. We enjoyed also a really good classical margarita. Prices are good and the food portions are big enough to share. Totally recommend it

After a very long day in Miami Beach this place really was a breath of fresh air. Service was very friendly and also very fast. We got some delicious salsa with warm nachos on the house. Margarita was great and only 5$. Tacos were also very very good and fresh. The atmosphere was nothing to write home about but other than that everything was just great. Looking forward to coming back here.

This Mexican Taquería is a very authentic Mexican food. Excellent food, great service, very spacious restaurant and good atmosphere. Family friendly restaurant and very Mexican decorated restaurant.

The service is solid, we had the all you can eat tacos for $45. I ate 13 tacos which means it was kinda worth it. But everything is so expensive in Miami it might be worth it. The tacos were not bad at all, but none were particularly tasty so though I don't regret eating here, I wouldn't return frankly. Over all if you know tacos you might not be impressed but if you don't eat tacos often or are used to American taco bell tacos, you might really like this. So-so, check it out for yourself.

I went for everyday all you can eat tacos for 24.99$ and 5$ margarita daily specials. I tried every tacos. I ate around 15-18 tacos . Service was very good too 😀 I tipped very well ( I always tip very well 😀) My favorite is barbacoa tacos , shrimp tacos and Al pastor tacos and chicken tacos 😀 service was good . I attached pictures and menu

We did the all you can eat tacos ! 24 for all you can eat rather than paying 5-9 dollars for 1 taco definitely worth it. The food was so good !! We tried all the tacos and we would have to say the shrimp, al pastor and the barbaco were the best. They make the taco shells in house and you can really taste the flavors. If you’re looking for an affordable meal definitely go and try. The only thing I would say that’s negative is that they had our poor server by herself. Bartending, serving and greeting the guest which with a full dining room does not make for efficient service. But none the less if I’m ever in Miami again definitely come back!

If I can give this place a zero starts I would. I don’t usually rate places like this but one thing I can say this has been by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been and trust me when I say so I review a lot of places. We went here while we were touring Little Havana we should’ve thought better a Mexican restaurant in a Cuban area stating it’s “authentic” let’s start with the cocktails horrendous! Really watered down I asked for a passion fruit margarita and it didn’t taste a bit of it my partner had a Paloma and it was technically club soda a cheap tequila no grapefruit. We didn’t even touch them after our first sips just nasty. The food: Presentation is great looks very well. I ordered the grilled chicken and it came with rice and salad overall the chicken tasted fine but the rice tasted so gross like if it was spoiled and even the dressing of the salad was bad they shouldn’t put any dressing to it. My partner had the chicken tostadas and when we left not even 20 minutes we had to pull over since he had to vomit! This ruined our anniversary dinner for the night since he had to keep going to the restroom and even myself. So please AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Also a 20% service charge is included even though they don’t even bother to come to your table.

Food was pretty decent and had a great chat with the young gentleman outside the restaurant while waiting on our food but left feeling confused, the young lady serving us this evening put a gratuity on our bill without informing us, I increased the gratuity even thought we felt it the service was a bit unfriendly, I’m a server myself so wanted to be fair regardless, she pulled the machine away and walked away as if she were upset even though I was hoping to get a receipt, something definitely seemed off as she appeared friendly and jovial with other patrons. Left feeling disappointed in our experience but the young man waved us goodbye and that cheered me up.

Me and my friends had high expectations, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The food looked nice, but the taste was bland and did not meet our expectations. The birria tacos especially were nothing like what we hoped for. We all disliked our drinks too — they tasted like nothing, something we’ve never experienced before. It was really sad that this was our experience, especially since we had to pay quite a lot for it. Overall, it was a real disappointment.

Excellent option for vegetarians in Little Havana. Everything was so delicious and the service was great. The ambience was lively and fun, and we were lucky to get a somewhat private space at the back. We got the supreme nachos, quesadillas, burritos, and taco salads. All of them were custom-made by removing meat for us and the staff was very thoughtful in anticipating our needs and getting us what we needed. Highly highly recommend.

If you're on the hunt for a vibrant dining experience infused with Latin flair, CHICA Miami is an absolute must-visit. This lively venue, brought to life by Chef Lorena Garcia, features a stunning tropical ambiance complete with stucco walls and lush greenery that creates an inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a serene forest. The menu is a delightful journey through Latin American cuisine, showcasing dishes from Mexico to Venezuela. Signature offerings like lamb barbacoa wrapped in banana leaves are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
My friend and I had brunch on Saturday. Our server Luciana was great! My friend ordered her eggs hard but they came out runny. Luciana immediately replaced the eggs and ensure that all of our food was to our preference. The location is super cute and the vibe very relax. Can’t wait to have brunch again soon.

Great Mexican Restaurant just north of the design district in Miami. Beautiful atmosphere with indoor seating and outdoor patio area. There was also a space in the back available for private events. I was happy to see some plant based options, but disappointed that in a Mexican restaurant no bean dishes were offered and would definitely have liked to see more vegan or vegetarian options. A hummus that came with a large plate of crudites was good, but definitely not Mexican. All dishes we tried were really good, although the prices seemed high for the size. There was a show of flame throwers which probably accounted for some of the price going towards.

The outdoor seating is,among lush greenery. I really liked it. We ordered the Ceviche Classico, which was very good. I also ordered the Living My Best Life cocktail, which was delicious! My friend ordered the Chica-rita, which was also really good. Our server was friendly and attentive. There is plenty of parking plus valet service. I will be back!

Went with my girlfriend last night, around 7pm on a Saturday. Our server was very friendly, informative, and also patient as we took our time deciding what we want. We are not from around here, so she was happy to explain each of the drinks and dishes so we could feel comfortable in our decisions. Everything was so tasty, well worth the prices! We felt that the staff really cared about our experience, as a few people came to check on us and ask how everything was. Even as the restaurant filled out, everything arrived at our table in a timely manner. The atmosphere was the right combination of classy and fun. We didn't stay long enough, but apparently they get even more upbeat as the night goes on. We would have loved to stay longer if we weren't busy the next morning! If we're even back in Miami, we'll be sure to return.

Came here on a Friday night for dinner, and let me tell you, WOAH! The food was absolutely amazing and it was made better by the amazing Kayla who took care of us. A 20% gratuity is included in the bill automatically but that did not change the way the server behaved or treated us, she was absolutely amazing and very friendly/welcoming. Thank you Kayla! We started this off with the Tuna Tartare which was pretty good, and was an indication of what the rest of the food will taste like. We each ordered drinks. I had the Cucumber Summer which was an absolute dream, i wanted to try a different drink but given how good this particular drink was, i just had to keep them coming. My wife ordered the Living My Best Life and also the Chica-Rita which she says were pretty tasty and well made. My friend had the Double Trouble which was also great. For dinner we ordered the Wood-Fired Meat Parrillada. The entirety of the meats were just so delicious, it was wild. Very well cooked meat and very tasty as well. The Chimichurri was also delicious, not oily or garlic strong like other places. We also ordered a side of the Arepa Basket which is nothing to rave about but it was good, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts which were also good and tasty (Coming from someone who doesn't like Brussels), and also the Truffle Yucca Tostones which were okay, i think they needed to be cooked a little longer. I had a Cappuccino after dinner and the girls ordered a Espresso Martini. There was also a "performance" after 9 PM. Basically two girls that go around dancing dressed like show girls from Las Vegas and also another lady performing fire tricks. Overall, it was a great experience, great food, great service, just a great visit! We will definitely visit this spot again because even though it was all very expensive, i think it is worth it due to the quality of the food and service.

Amazing food, great service, and a fantastic vibe! The tacos were super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The sauces took the whole experience to another level. Staff was friendly and quick, and the place feels really authentic and cozy. Definitely one of the best Mexican spots I’ve visited in Florida. Highly recommend!

This was the most delicious Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. This was the best birria tacos and birria burritos, it was so delicious and Nelly the creator of these delicious foods is such a wonderful and passionate person. All her food flavors and spices are passed down from her Grandmother, so she is making authentic Mexican food. We had to leave Miami but we waited until they opened to get another Birria Burrito before leaving, we had to come back, that’s how good it is! I’m from Australia and Nelly you should come to Melbourne and open a restaurant there pleaseeeee!

Every time we come to Miami we visit. The birria tacos (brisket, chicken, shrimp) are to die for and are all equally delicious so it's always a challenge to choose. The birria juices are good enough to just drink up on their own! We recommend this spot to everyone visiting the city and have had friends and family join us on a few occasions and it has never disappointed. Nicole served us today and was kind and friendly. The chef definitely puts his joy and love for food into the amazing tacos that get served out. Thank you, we'll be back!

Johanna was great, She explained the menu and suggested few things. The need a fan inside is a little too hot but the food was sooooooo good I didn't care. It's Miami is hot everywhere. Best Birria Tacos in the area and is not even close. Authentic for sure.

This is a standing only restaurant with sit down restaurant prices. They are most famous for their birria everything. They have birria quesadilla, nachos burritos queso and even pizza. Basically any Mexican food you can think of they put birria inside. If you’re looking for a traditional Mexican restaurant, this is not the place for you. It is good, but not extraordinary and with the price of the food I don’t think I will be coming back. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The bar where you can eat standing up is clean and spacious, but the restaurant is very warm so I would recommend taking the food to go if you wanna try it.

We had an urgent large catering order, and she was incredibly kind and willing to help. When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared, beautifully organized, and ready to go. Her exceptional kindness and professionalism made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone was thrilled with the choice, and not a single bite was left, even though I ordered way too much, haha! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! You made a stressful situation so much easier, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

We came yesterday to Shake Shack after a long flight from switzerland. Our first stop needed to be Shake Shack and it didn‘t disappointed!! Besides the food that is AMAZING, we experienced the best service (better than the gourmet restaurant we‘ve been to!). Scott Wise was sooo kind and professional! Thank you so much, you made our evening so much better after 11h of flight. PS: WE NEED SHAKE SHACK IN EUROPE!!!!

The cashier Chris was so lovely in helping me with food restrictions. It was super busy but was calm and nice and found out info from the cooks for me about fried onion batter ingredients rather than saying I don't know. Super friendly and helpful! He checked in our group at our table later to make sure everything came out ok with our restrictions. 10/10.

I love Shake Shack and this location is fantastic. Scott came by our table to make sure everything was good and ask where we were traveling from. I really appreciate the personal touch! Also the digital ordering kiosks are great.

Tacombi is a popular spot for taco enthusiasts in Miami, with locations in Miami Beach, the Design District, and Wynwood. The menu curated by Carmen Miranda features a variety of tacos such as Beef Birria, Al Pastor, and Pollo Yucateco that bring together flavors from Mexico's 32 states. Using traditional Vista Hermosa flour and corn tortillas along with natural ingredients, Tacombi stays true to its culture.
Food was exceptional, we ordered ribeye tacos and corn in a cup and it was so delicious. Definitely a plus recommend. Lucia was our waitress and she was AMAZING, great service! Will be coming back again

It was a spur of the moment decision to just get a taco each even when we were not very hungry. The service was great and attentive. But the food was a bit of a disappointment at least for us. We had the pork and the beef tacos. The pork was ok but a bit on the dry side and the beef was too rich and came with birria juice which made it worse. My daughter and myself with a bite each developed heartburn and I had acid reflux for the rest of the day. The free nachos and salsa were a good touch.

This place was a letdown. There’s a lot of hype around it but it really didn’t meet my expectations. The tacos had way too much going on and were overly greasy. Even with the 2 for 1 Taco Tuesday deal, we still ended up paying around $30 each for just three tacos, which felt crazy. The staff was nice but nothing beyond that. Service was fast and the food came out quickly, but the interior felt a bit awkward and not very inviting. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the buzz. I won’t be going back.

Finding good Mexican food can be a challenge, especially since I was raised in a Mexican household. The salsas they brought out were authentic, flavorful, and had a delightful kick. My friend enjoyed the chicken tinga taco, and we also ordered chips & guacamole, which was very fresh. I would have liked a bit more lime in it, but overall, it was enjoyable. I tried both the deluxe ribeye taco and the Baja fish taco. While the steak was tasty, the standout for me was definitely the BAJA FISH TACO. 🌮😦🤤As a big fan of fish tacos, I can confidently say it’s probably the best I’ve had in Miami. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return. It is a bit pricey, but I can justify the cost for how fresh, delicious, and authentic the food is. Also, great job on the corn tortillas; they tasted homemade! The environment was very clean. From the bar to the bathroom to the dinning room. 5 stars for me. Our server was very sweet and very knowledgeable and was actually training someone new and still gave us great hospitality thanks ariana

We are Brickell's customers but today we were in this area and we took advantage of the fact that it was Taco Tuesday and the truth is that we liked this location much more than the other, Rigoberto's attention was excellent! The atmosphere was good, and the food was delicious and even better than Brickell's, from now on we will come to this location!

We visited Tacombi in the Design District and left feeling pretty unsatisfied. We ordered tacos, and while they weren’t bad, they also weren’t particularly good - just okay. Definitely not something we’d come back for. The service was disappointing. We waited around 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and during that time, there were no waitstaff in sight. No greeting, no acknowledgment - it just felt off. The atmosphere is styled like a real Mexican taqueria, which gives it some character. But the metal chairs were cold and uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy the meal.

Mediocre food, Al pastor burrito was pretty dry, no pineapple, salsa was only thing that made it interesting. Overall probably the worst burrito I’ve had. Surprised the reviews are so high. I do appreciate the simplicity of the place and that it’s not too loud.

Back Door Monkey is a nightlife hotspot for visitors and locals alike in Wynwood, Miami. The club offers upscale vibes with DJs playing the best in local, as well as international, music. The seafood restaurant located below the club also serves up some of the tastiest dishes in town.
I got completely captivated by the interior design and all the pictures of the food here looked absolutely incredible. So we decided to make a reservation for one of my friends birthday here for a party of 8 and all I can say was WOWWWW. We made the reservation for a Sunday afternoon and from the moment we walked in the staff was completely on point. They made sure every aspect of our meal from drinks, to appetizers, to the main course was taken care of and we luckily also stumbled by during happy hour. So most of the sushis, select appetizers, and drinks were half off. We couldn’t have planned it out anymore perfectly. But now let’s get on with the good stuff, THE FOOD. All the sushi rolls I tried were extremely good but the one that really blew me away was the pork belly sushi. I know what you’re thinking, why would you ever put that on sushi but trust me!! The flavors just exploded in your mouth which left you craving the next bite every time. The Octopu**y roll was my second favorite with the nice little display of it being torched in front of you being a nice touch. Overall, incredible experience and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone looking to have a chill back time with friend and good food. - The Fashionable Foodie

Super amazing atmosphere, the employees extremely inviting and made us feel welcome . There wasn’t any vegan options available , but lucky the chef was able to make me sushi roll that was vegan friendly and incredibly tasty. The hookah was the best hookah I’ve had in Miami ever !!! Fair price during happy hours every other day it’s $50 but if you spilt the price with a friend definitely worth it . I also tried the “Treason 101” cocktail which was a strong cilantro syrup flavor not so much of the Union mezcal which was a but upsetting but eventually I got used to the taste and finished . Due to the accommodations made by the chef and the hospitality I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi and is looking for a great hookah and a nice cocktail

Back Door Monkey is an absolute gem when it comes to culinary experiences. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a touch of elegance that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Let's talk about the food, shall we? The sushi at Back Door Monkey is nothing short of extraordinary. Each piece was a work of art, meticulously crafted and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish was evident in every bite, and the combination of textures and flavors was simply divine. Whether you're a sushi connoisseur or a novice, you're bound to be impressed by their extensive selection. But the standout dish for me was the pork belly. Oh my goodness, it was heavenly! The pork belly was perfectly cooked, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The seasoning was spot on, striking a perfect balance between savory and sweet. It was a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. And how can I forget to mention the lava cake? It's an absolute must-try for dessert enthusiasts. As soon as I cracked open the warm, rich chocolate shell, a river of molten chocolate oozed out, creating a decadent treat that sent my taste buds into a frenzy. The combination of the velvety chocolate and the perfectly moist cake was sheer perfection. I could hardly resist the temptation to order another one. The service at Back Door Monkey was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The waitstaff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations, making me feel valued as a customer. In terms of value for money, Back Door Monkey exceeded all expectations. The quality of the ingredients and the skillful execution of each dish truly justify the prices. It's worth every penny for the exceptional culinary journey you'll embark on. In conclusion, Back Door Monkey is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get. The sushi, the pork belly, and the lava cake all contribute to an incredible dining experience. If you're looking for a restaurant that will leave you raving about the food, this is the place to be. Don't miss out on the opportunity to indulge in their scrumptious offerings. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Overall great experience my friend and I went on a Wednesday afternoon very chill vibe house music playing in the background we ordered the octopussy, hamachi Serrano and I’m don’t quite remember the last roll but it had mushrooms in it and it was pretty good. happy hour drinks were pretty good as well I think they were only about $7 bucks each. There is a 20% automatic service charge but overall I was satisfied.

Pro tip: the hookah is more like a giant vape pen. We came for happy hour which had interesting cocktails/food items. A Pear of Drunken Monkeys was the best cocktail out of the three. All of the happy hour maki rolls were good and came in cute steamer baskets. The service could use improvement, the waitress spent more time socializing in the front than actually tending to our table. The ambiance was sexy. It had an inside and outside (but covered) area and they had pretty cherry blossom trees and a DJ later in the night.

The place is gorgeous. They have a very large covered patio to dine. The ambiance is beautiful. The drinks are great and the sushi was excellent. I would definitely recommend the place to have drinks and eat.

Cute spot for a lively dinner. The outdoor area had a DJ and the vibe was very fun. The food is pretty decent but there were lots of fried things and things covered in sauce. If you are looking for a upscale Asian fusion meal for the quality of food, I would look somewhere else.

The ambiance is good fr. The sushi is below average. Overpriced. Service was good. The Sea-bass was overcooked. The mochi was ok. Will go back for drinks ONLY.

La Santa Taqueria started as a food truck in 2017 and later transformed into a popular brick-and-mortar restaurant. Chef Omar Montero's diverse meat options, including al pastor and campechano, are highly praised, along with unique seafood and vegetarian choices like softshell crab and wild mushroom tacos. The restaurant in Wynwood offers an extensive selection of Mexican classics, featuring over a dozen taco options, including vegetarian ones like cauliflower al pastor and hongos with wild mushrooms.
Everyone staff member, especially Luis who was our bartender and server for the night was so kind and lovely! They made both of us feel listened to and gave the very best care for our food! We ordered almost one of every taco and margaritas along with the queso con chorizo which was PHENOMENAL! We only took some photos, not enough but it was because we enjoyed the service and dishes! Thank you guys for taking us back to our trip to Mexico! We missed style of cooking!!
Lexi L — Google review
Gentrification is getting deeper and deeper into Little River and the restaurant industry is leading on that front, which I appreciate being a foodie myself. La Santa Taqueria has kind of two places at one location here, the taqueria and the mezcaleria next door. While I had had tacos from another Santa Taqueria location and I knew they were good, the mezcaleria was the main driver for me here and reason why I drove over from downtown, not only for the tacos but the mezcal as well. This time, we were a party of three and started with the guac, then had nachos and elotes and finally finished up with asada and al pastor tacos. My favorite were the elotes, so buttery, tangy and with some spiciness to it. I would come back for them at any time. The nachos were pretty good too, a lot of flavors, overall a nice job. While the guac was just alright on flavor (missing some acidity and spiciness), the chips were the icing on the cake, so crunchy, love them. What I really didn’t like were the tacos. I would rate them as 3 stars tacos. I gotta say they had a lot, like a lot of meat, but fell short on the seasoning. The al pastor ones were pretty bland and the carne asada, the meat tasted like boiled and barely seasoned. I really appreciated all the meat but I kept looking for flavors and didn’t find them. If they were seasoned better, those tacos would be the winner. Lastly, we had mezcalitas and spicy margaritas from La Yolanda Mezcaleria(sister bar next door) and they were delicious. They perfectly paired all the Mexican food we had. I will certainly return for more delicious Mexican food and many more margaritas!

La Santa Taquería is a good place to go get mexican food with family or friends. You can get from tacos, to burritos, to quezadillas, to gringas and more. The food is good, the service is good, the atmosphere of this location just normal. Indoors and outdoors seating area. They have variety of mexican juices and sodas, as well as happy hour drinks. It also has some cool mexican decor.

Nice patio with music. Cozy lil Mexican restaurant. Tacos were kind of pricey. I tried the Tripa and al pastor tacos. Little different how they cook their meats. It was OKAY for me. Tacos were meh🫤 to me. The Tripa was to hard and crunchy. I didn't even eat that one. My margarita was aight tho. The happy hour specials save you some cash for sure. Would I personally go back, I don't think so.

So I just got Nachos now and the man who served me didn’t do a good job I asked for extra cheese he added extra sour cream which I don’t like and I asked for extra guacamole he said no that I have to pay extra for that and I have been coming here all the time I never pay for extra guacamole. I am telling him and he stood there looking at me and didn’t say anything to me about the bad food, and also the bad service. I feel bad for the tip I gave him as he doesn’t deserve it.

Absolutely Delicious! A Must in Miami Shores/Little River area. We had an incredible experience at La Santa Taqueria! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant and cozy, perfect for a casual night out. We started with margaritas, which were perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too sour, just the right amount of kick. For the main course, we tried the steak quesadillas, which were packed with flavor and the perfect combination of crispy and cheesy. But the real standout were the birria flautas, hands down the best I've ever had. The beef was tender, juicy, and full of rich flavors, wrapped in a crunchy tortilla that was to die for! For dessert, we couldn't resist the churros, and they did not disappoint. They were warm, soft on the inside, and lightly crispy on the outside, just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal on a high note. Everything was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. We can’t recommend this place enough, definitely a 10/10 experience. We will be coming back for sure!

Very cool spot and unexpected. My girlfriend and I intended to go to Citadel and looked like a lot of fun, but we wanted something a little quieter so we went across the street and got tacos and margaritas and loved it. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere is very chill, and love Spanish guitars, great music! The hot sauce was super spicy but a lot of flavor and couldn’t stop eating it. Spent $30-$50 per person because we had margs.

Found this little place because of the name! It is located on a side street along with some plant outside vendors! The tacos are made to order so they will come out as soon as they are done. Mexican Taqueria Los Chilangos, an unpretentious establishment in Little Havana, offers a variety of Mexican street food such as tacos, tortas, elotes, and quesadillas. This popular taco truck has garnered 4.5 stars out of 30 Yelp reviews for its delicious carne asada tacos, fresh salsas, and pickled vegetable station. Located at 1801 N.W., this grab-and-go joint provides an authentic Mexican experience in South Florida.
Best tacos in Miami hands down.No frills, stays to the basics. $3 a taco. Was my every Friday treat in grad school when they were at the tire store and i was so happy when I found this location. You won't be disappointed.

New owners, so I decided to at least give a try. I bought one taco and a corn on a cup. The prices are insane for what they are serving. The meat was okay but the tortilla it self was very oily and soggy. This is probably my last time coming back to this place after so many years :(. The prices are just too ridiculous.I understand this Miami inflation but I can still find some good quality tacos for less than 4 dollars somewhere else.

Simple and cheap! They accept credit cards for orders over $5, but they seem to appreciate cash. This is a great spot for a late night snack after a Marlins' game (it's also a lot less expensive than the food at the stadium- tacos are like $2 each). I like the Mexican vibe, which is hard to find in Miami. The orchata is tasty, and not too sweet, but had a bit of a sour aftertaste, FYI. Take advantage of the toppings bar (it's not serve yourself, sorry).

Don Maguey Mexican Restaurant is a small but charming place with delicious and authentic Mexican food. The employees are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcomed. However, there might be a wait time due to the restaurant's popularity, and parking can be challenging as the lot fills up quickly. Despite these inconveniences, the beautifully decorated restaurant offers a cozy and enjoyable dining experience that is definitely worth recommending to anyone in search of genuine Mexican cuisine in Miami.
First time here and honestly blown away! The food was amazing — every single dish Dario recommended was delicious. He was super friendly and gave great suggestions without being pushy, which made the whole experience really chill and enjoyable. Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in Miami. If you’re craving real, flavorful Mexican dishes, you have to try this place!!!

We showed up on Sunday and weren’t expecting much—Don Maguey is tucked into a pretty rundown strip mall. But inside, it’s a whole different vibe—small, cozy, and full of colorful, festive decor. Edelso took care of us and nailed it with the service. Super friendly and gave us solid recommendations without being pushy. We went with the fish and shrimp tacos, and both were excellent. The seafood and the fish were fresh, the tortillas tasted homemade, and everything was seasoned just right. Glad we stopped in. It turned out to be a great little spot.

This place not only cozy, it’s full of flavor as well. The food is delicious and the drinks were perfectly made. Atmosphere is very comfortable I would definitely go again to try more food items… the only thing I didn’t care for was the automatic gratuity. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don Maguey Mexican Restaurant – Miami If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable Mexican food in Miami, Don Maguey is the place you need to visit. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a lively vibe that makes you feel right at home. But the real magic is in the food—each dish is prepared with care, bold flavors, and just the right touch of authenticity. Queso Fundido This is hands down one of the best starters on the menu. The queso fundido arrives sizzling hot, perfectly melted, and loaded with rich, gooey cheese that stretches with every bite. Pair it with their warm tortillas, and you’ll find yourself scraping every last bit from the skillet. It’s creamy, indulgent, and sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Quesabirria Tacos Don Maguey’s quesabirria is a standout. The beef is slow-cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The tortillas are dipped and grilled with cheese, giving them a golden, crispy edge that complements the meat beautifully. Served with a side of rich consommé for dipping, it’s the ultimate comfort food experience. Every bite combines savory, cheesy, and slightly smoky flavors that you’ll crave long after. Short Rib Tacos The short rib tacos are a showstopper. The meat falls right off the bone, incredibly tender and marinated with deep, bold spices. Each taco is layered with fresh toppings that balance the richness of the beef, and the tortillas are soft yet sturdy enough to hold it all together. These tacos are a perfect example of why Don Maguey stands out in Miami’s competitive Mexican food scene. Chicken Quesadillas Even a classic like the chicken quesadilla gets elevated here. The chicken is seasoned just right—juicy, flavorful, and never dry. Combined with perfectly melted cheese inside a crisp, golden tortilla, it’s simple yet incredibly satisfying. Served with fresh guacamole and salsa, it’s a dish that appeals to both traditionalists and those looking for bold flavors. Overall Experience Don Maguey isn’t just about food—it’s about the experience. From start to finish, you’ll be treated to top-notch service, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors that highlight the heart of Mexican cuisine. Whether you’re going for a casual dinner with friends or a family outing, this restaurant delivers on every level. 👉 Highly recommend: Start with the queso fundido, dive into the quesabirria tacos, and don’t leave without trying the short rib tacos. Pair your meal with one of their refreshing margaritas, and you’ll have a dining experience worth coming back for again and again.

A must-try here is the pupusa de loroco y queso, renowned for having some of the best loroco in town.
Food is great! Portion sizes are awesome. Definitely a must try if your in the area! Gratuity is included (16% for a party of 2 and parties 4 or more 18%) The restaurant is a bit pricey but I had no complaints. The chicken garnachas we're also good.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! We were amazed by the quality of the meats. Ordered "Churrasco" and "Arrachera" both very juice 👌 and grilled to perfection. Two sides came with the entrée, beans, queso fresco, guacamole, and a jalapeño with bacon and cheese. All delicious! We also ordered Agua de Avena con leche (oat with milk beverage), which is really good. 💯 % recommended! Come to this restaurant to try this and other dishes. We ordered some pork 🫔 tamales and they are huge! A lot of meat on them. I love the smiling faces of the waitress and manager. And let me give a kudos to the size of the restaurant. Accommodate people with plenty of room. We will be back for sure!! Note: This is a pricey restaurant but worth every dollar. 💕😍💕😍🥳🥳

The food here is amazing. The steak is so flavorful and plentiful per order. The service is friendly and attentive. The only downside is that this restaurant is very popular and relatively small so seating is tight and there is often a wait. However it is worth the wait.

The service was amazing—our server was pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious and despite the restaurant being full, there was very little wait time. Authentic Guatemalan food for sure!
Michelle T — Google review
Let me start by saying that when I review a restaurant my main focus is the food, then the service and last the building/location. With that said , the food did not meet my expectations. I was looking for authentic Guatemalan food, but was quite disappointed. There was only one dish we try that was to par and that was Carne Adobada(Marinated meat) with freshly made tortillas. Another item that was good was the Horchata. It was refreshing and had a good size. We came hungry and since we live far away, we took advantage of the moment and try several dishes, we even order some to take home because we wouldn’t had time to eat it all at the restaurant. We ordered so many things that it would take me a while to describe what I didn’t like about the remaining of the dishes. Instead I would like to mention the one item in the menu that is a staple in Guatemala and that is the Tamal. A corn dough which has in the center either pork or chicken topped with a delicious sauce. Well the sauce and the traditional flavor was missing in the one dish I came to the restaurant for. I was so disappointed, and sadly was my main entree so needless to say I left the restaurant hungry. As you can already guess, the food I took home wasn’t any better and was discarded. What was a lot better was the service. The lady who took care of us was super nice and was the one who suggested almost all the dishes I took home. However the place was almost closing and she would take time away from our table to finish with the other tables. This cause us to request the assistance of another server to help us obtain the check and the food we had ordered to take home. Thus the reason for a 3 stars for the service. Now to the last part of my review, which is the location/building. The restaurant is located right on the main street so must be careful with traffic when entering the parking. The inside of the restaurant was clean and had plenty of tables to serve large parties, but didn’t like the atmosphere. Therefore base on my experience I will not be returning and would definitely not recommend.
Csantan3 — Google review
One of my favorite place since I was little. Unfortunately this place hasn’t gotten to pricey it so said to say the usual steak we always get got raised about $13 more. I love Omar and the staff are super nice but the owner just love to raise the prices often.
Stephanie B — Google review
Delicious bold flavors. The restaurant was packed. Finding a parking spot will prove to be difficult. Getting seated is a little tricky but once you get a table prepare to titillate your taste buds. The server was very attentive. The garnachas are very yummy and a great starter. They do have a small coffee and dessert section you can also seat at and let the sugar rush begin.

Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar is a vibrant Mexican eatery nestled in South Miami, perfect for those seeking a lively atmosphere to enjoy authentic street food. With an array of tantalizing options like crispy pork tacos and Castronova quesadillas, this spot is ideal for gatherings with friends and family. The colorful space features outdoor seating that enhances the dining experience.
I went out with a group of friends and we had a blast! We were greeted and seated right away. Our server Manny was really sweet, attentive, punctual, and easy on the eyes ;) the food was delicious and authentic. Rarely find that in Miami more so in Florida City. The drinks were also good. Really nice ambiance. Stop by.

The food is pretty good. A long list of different tacos, each one pretty flavorful and creative. The guacamole flavors are all superb too. Overall the food is the highlight here. Service on the other hand, is bottom of the barrel. We’ve been here half a dozen times, and each time the server comes by our table 2 times at most (to take the order, drop off the check). Crazy that they can’t be bothered to check up on their tables every once in a while. The drinks from the bar are fantastic, solid list of mixed drinks, made strong and flavorful by skilled bartenders. Overall, good food, bad service, sticky tables.

We went for lunch on taco Tuesday. Our waiter was fantastic, friendly and attentive. $3 per taco is an amazing deal, with that we got 6 of them and they were all delicious. Cannot speak as to anything else on the menu until I go back and try some more of it but from our first experience I’d definitely recommend checking them out .

Nice place, nice location. Food wise it could be improved. The salsa trio was a bit one note. It could use a bit of heat. Guacamole was nice and chips were nice and crispy. Ordered the tongue tacos and cod taco, prime steak tacos, brisket taco and pork belly to try different things. Probably the best were fish taco and pork belly. I had to ask for hot sauce and they gave me a bottled hot sauce. If you want their home made hot sauce you need to pay extra. 🙄 and since I wasn't impressed with their trio of salsas from the appetizer didn't think it was worth the extra charge. I decided to try their spicy Margarita with cilantro and cucumber. It was good but nothing outstanding.

Great Taco collection. We asked the guy at the reception at our hotel and he pointed us to this direction. Best tacos in town and we sat outside in December-January in 80F weather. We ordered a lot of food and ate it all :) Yummy !

Amazing food and drinks! Also a great spot because they always have some kind of deal or promotion going on like the “In The Biz” promotion on Mondays where those who work in the restaurant business get 50% off or the Taco Tuesday 4$ tacos. Overall me and my wife love this place and come back almost weekly. Our server this time was Alejando who was super nice and efficient and made it a great meal. We will definitely be back

Very unique menu items. The bartender was great and they have nice happy hour items! It was a bit pricey and they are quick to charge for any little extras, such as $2 for extra cheese, but other than that it was delicious and different from any other restaurants of its type.

Food was delicious, server was very nice. I asked for a salad which was weird but anyways very good. ORDER THE PORK BELLY AND THE KOREAN BARBECUE Taco, it will take you to another world. Service and price are good. Go on Tuesday’s they have discount on Tacos!

El Atlacatl Salvi Kitchen is a popular Salvadorian restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and down-to-earth atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, with pupusas being a standout favorite. In addition to the legendary pupusas, the restaurant also serves native-style fish fillet, criollo special meat platter, and delectable desserts like plantain empanadas and yuca nougats.
It's impossible to find a better service and family atmosphere than Atlacatl. The food is always delicious. "Special breakfast" is 100% recommended. And the best pupusas in town.

The food was not all bad. The service is really slow, and the beans were floating in a bed of oil. Not the cleanest either.

Tasty food with nice customer service. The meat was well done, tender and tasty. Prices were very fair, able to enjoy a great meal for under 20 USD. Impressive and would go back, I would recommend!

This used to be one of my favorite spots growing up, they have remodeled very nicely. My problem is with the quality of the food and drinks. Orchata is extremely watered down. Asked for a replacement and it came with a mosquito inside. Lastly ordered the ceviche mixto. IT HAD CELERY!!!! CELERY DOSE NOT BELONG IN A CEVICHE!!!! Will not be returning.
Jennifer M — Google review
A friend recommended this place to come eat since where we usually go when we’re in the area was closed. We went in and ordered some horchatas they weren’t the best very plain tasting. We got our food and we noticed a fishy smell to the meat we got mind you we got meat not fish. We also got two baleadas and a pupusa. Both we’re horrible not fresh at all. The baleadas had sooo much refried beans in it worst part is that they were sour beans, they smelt weird and tasted very bad. We asked the server if they usually tasted this sour and she said that that’s how they’ve always been made and that they were fresh. They were indeed not fresh at all seemed like they were trying to get rid of them and serve them even when they’ve gone bad. The pupusa was also bad the cheese had also gone bad but they still chose to use it. I also had to say the server was also rude. At first she was respectful and got our orders but after we commented on the sour beans cheese and meat she started having an attitude. Everyone took a few bites of the food and couldn’t eat anymore one of our friends didn’t even touch her food because of how badly we reacted to ours. Not only was the server rude she also called us uneducated because of our comments about the food. We got our bill of $80 which we did not want to pay but did just to get out of this horrible restaurant. Would definitely not recommend this place and rather go to La Casa De Las Baleadas where they truly make fresh food and have amazing servers. If I couldn’t rate this place a 0/10 I would 100%

I had wait an hour to receive my food, I didn't mind but it was ridiculous. I came there 5 minutes before it should been ready but I had to wait an hour which sucked. But the food tasted great, loved the cream cheese they had for my tacos and the salad was delicious too. I also got a banana milkshake which tasted fresh of bananas and it was yummy. The workers were kind too, no issues but they need to be better/faster at bringing out orders for people especially when they called ahead of time. Besides that, I recommend coming here and trying out their food even the milkshakes.

The restaurant is known for its delicious pupusas, especially the ones filled with chicharron y queso. Their tipico guanaco meal is a feast featuring steak, rice, beans, cheese, avocado and tortilla. The carne asada and chicken dishes are cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

I called to put an order in got no answer, got to the store and ordered took around 40 mins to get, wasn’t even busy. Got 2 carne asada and a soup. Meat was overcooked and tough, soup was good but i feel alot of things are over priced. Overall did not enjoy the experience.

The steak is amazing. I usually eat it however it is cooked and hasn't failed me yet. Their "fried" beans are delicious as well. Wendy is our favorite waitress and always delivers quickly with a smile. Even if you forget your order she already knows what you are in for. During lunch hours parking is severely limited. So beware. Many people don't know how to park correctly.

From the outside the restaurant doesn't look too inviting; however the interior and the food make up for it. Be aware that there aren't that many seats available. The portions are good for the price. I recommend the carne asada and the pupusas

Taqueria Los Potrillos Miami is a brightly-painted Mexican cantina & take-out in a small shopping center serving tacos & cold beer. It's a great place to relax with some friends and enjoy some delicious food.
I ordered a taco and fajitas bar for 20 people. The food was outstanding. The flavor is very authentic Mexican and everyone in my party loved the food. It can with rice and beans and chips and lots of salsas .. very very good! I placed the order around 1 pm and picked it up ready and well packed at 2:30 pm.

Service was fast and order was accurate, but the server was very cold and unwelcoming. It felt like I was inconvenienceing her in some way. The place was clean, but dark at 12 noon. The food was amazing. It was hot , fresh and extremely tasty. I had the huevos rancheros. Also, they add an 18% to your bill then your ticket has the option of tipping more. If you're not paying attention you can double tip without noticing. I'm not a fan of that.
Oscar O — Google review
It a really authentic Mexican restaurant, great vibes and service. The food was outstanding, be aware the dishes are big. The posole was tasty and a lot of pork. The burrito was ok, but it was my mistake, I shouldn't order a burrito when you have tacos... The parking lot is small and it is hard to find a spot, there is street parking.

Delicious!!! Our family of 11 stopped in for dinner, and every single one of us left full, happy, and wishing we lived closer so we could come back all the time. The service was incredible, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We ordered a little bit of everything… tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and burritos with both chicken and pork. The meat was perfectly seasoned and so flavorful! Every bite was a hit. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it—this place is absolutely worth it! Ask for Laura! She’s took good care of us!

I first walked in, and I was told to sit anywhere I like. There aren’t a lot of tables, but there was a few available so I was seated immediately. The service from the moment I walked in was in impeccable and very friendly. The place is very clean with a very nice Mexican music playing. I had to fajitas and a couple of beers. The chicken fajitas were absolutely tender and delicious and the only thing that could’ve made it any better was maybe an improvement to the salsa, but other than that, they were delicious. I would highly recommend this place, and I will absolutely come back here again!

I went with my husband on a weekday night for the first time and was pleasently surprised with this out of the way restaurant. Its located at a very small strip mall and easily missed but I'd seen the sign from the street. The prices are acceptable for Miami with many choices of tacos, fajitas, soups, salads and plate options that come with three generous portioned complements. Fresh tortilla chips are served while you're waiting for your meal with two great hot sauces. We each had a shrimp dish in tasty and fragrant sauces and they were both excellent. Though our orders took a bit long, the service and the food made up for the wait time. I'll be a return customer without a doubt.

Small place, but they have some good food here. They have specials in the weekend and my favorite was the 12 count of tacos. It’s 4 different tacos, 3 each. Their nachos I had called the “nachos de la casa” was pretty good and it was $13. The 12 count of tacos was $40 and it’s well enough to feed 3 people. They have other plates that look good that other people ordered around me. Would suggest if you want authentic Mexican food.

We decided to pick up because we were very exhausted. But it is a super cute place and very friendly. We ordered the burritos.I had chicken and my boyfriend had the carney asada. Hijole Taqueria is a cozy restaurant that serves delicious Mexican cuisine at affordable prices. Their menu includes steamed beef tacos, fish ceviche, al pastor tacos, and enchiladas. You can enhance your meal with their homemade green sauce. The chicken quesadilla and nachos are also highly recommended options. This taqueria stands out for its generous portions of meat in their tacos, unlike other places that skimp on it.
I had the Birria tacos and they were so good!! The consume had so much flavor too. My favorite thing was the “Elote Loco”. Which is a corn on the cob with all the fixings including flaming hot Cheetos . Definitely coming back!
Mariana D — Google review
Birria tacos were 5/5! Great flavour and was served nice and hot for dine in. The other tacos were okay. The chicken and steak were pretty dry and needed more ingredients like sauce. The sautéed fish tacos were a bit better but still would rate these tacos at 3/5. At the time we went, they didn’t have guacamole and Mexican street corn. Customer service was great!
Thisa P — Google review
A solid burrito the steak was seasoned well but I did not like the cheese it tasted like mozzarella/american. The tacos seem like the way to go because the salsas are very Baja style. I would love to have had a tomatillo verde salsa something more acidic than creamy. You also get charged a credit card fee. The service was super friendly and would come back to try the tacos.

Food was amazing, definitely a hidden treasure. The quality was great, the food was cooked perfectly, and the service was professional and kind. I definitely recommend this spot. Only issue was there isn't much seating, but they offer takeout and uber eats as an option. I had a Quesedilla with steak and chicken and nachos with pulled pork. Both items were huge. I couldn't finish anything. Definitely would come back.

The birria tacos were delicious. My only complaint is that they were a little to oily and I didn’t get any hot sauce. I would definitely go again if I was in the area and try the al pastor tacos next. The wait time was only about 10-15 minutes which is not bad at all.

One of our first breweries while brewery hoping. Easy to get to and in a sort of artsy area. Visiting from Arizona on a weekend trip and we both love a good brew. Good variety of beer to choose from, sampled a few different ones and weren't disappointed by any of them. Staff were extremely helpful and recommended some of their favorites. Prices were reasonable for sure and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Good beer and good times.

You most likely have seen their beers at the grocery store or a restaurant because they have a pretty big reputation. They aren't originally from Miami, but Milton, Delaware. So, pretty cool they have another brewery location in the Wynwood area of Miami. Overall, good open space with a lot of beers on tap. Definitely recommend getting a flight to try all their special seasonal brews. It's in a good location too that is perfect for bar hopping!

The fried chicken and waffles were really good. But I am troubled w any place that serves food in a paper plate and plastic cutlery when we r paying restaurant prices for our food. If my beer can be served in A glass, so should my meal. And as far as these plates/ cutlery being 'compostable', we all know behind the scenes, it is handled like trash at the end + also an unsustainable practice in my book.

When I saw something called “Not Your Typical Chicken and Rice” on the menu, I obviously had to order it and I’ve got to say, they weren’t lying. SO flavorful! The chicken is marinated in their Seaquench Ale and the rice is mixed with chorizo sausage. Plus the crema drizzle on top was 👌. At $9 it’s a steal and their happy hour (M-F from 5-7pm) prices ($5 select beers) were awesome too!
