Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is a historic estate located in Coconut Grove, Miami. Built between 1914 and 1922, it was the waterfront villa of James Deering, an art collector and conservationist. The museum houses a diverse collection of furniture, tapestries, sculptures, and paintings from the early 20th century.
Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is one of the most beautiful and unique places in Miami. The architecture makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an old Italian villa, with marble details, balconies, formal gardens, and water views. Everything is very well preserved and thoughtfully maintained. The interiors are filled with original antiques and art, and the gardens are peaceful and full of hidden spots to explore. The stone barge in the bay is especially impressive — it’s not just decorative, it also served as a wave breaker and looks amazing in photos. Plan to spend at least 1.5–2 hours here. It’s a relaxing, elegant experience — totally different from the usual Miami vibe. I recommend going in the morning to avoid crowds and heat. Definitely worth
Serg M — Google review
The mansion was built in the 1910s as a winter home for businessman James Deering. The architecture and gardens are gorgeous, like stepping into old Europe. Fun fact: there's a stone barge built right in front of the villa that protects it from waves and storm damage. It looks like a floating sculpture! The whole estate is beautifully maintained. Perfect spot for photos and learning about Miami's history.

Perfect — thank you! Based on what you shared, here’s a friendly, natural review you could post on Google, TripAdvisor, or Yelp: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 out of 5 stars) I really enjoyed visiting Vizcaya Museum and Gardens! The place is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing ocean views and so many perfect spots for pictures. It’s a great place to dress up a bit and take stunning photos surrounded by nature and historic architecture. The only thing I didn’t love was that the pools and ponds could have been cleaner — it would have made the experience even more perfect. Overall, though, it’s a gorgeous, relaxing spot and definitely worth visiting when you’re in Miami!

Highly recommend!!! Also they were setting up for a wedding on the back patio (huge) by the ocean. Beautiful!!! Its magical. And the gardens are unbelievable! Hard to imagine life in this amazing castle like home!
Sheree C — Google review
I have loved Vizcaya since I was a little girl, I had not been in 25 years and it did not disappoint. The home is exactly as remembered. The Gardens are magical. I did not realize that James Deering was the brother of Charles Deering another estate in Miami I recommend visiting. This home is truly beautiful with Gardens that make it extra special, the estate is inspired by Italian renaissance villas architecture the home is awing, breathtaking, and inspired. Originally the courtyard was completely open to the sky. The Gardens are so special and the views in the backyard are so special. Just go and spend a day, bring a picnic and if you want instagram worthy pictures this is a great place for you.

The Vizcaya Museum is absolutely stunning and truly worth a visit! Every corner of this place feels like a work of art — I honestly wanted to photograph everything. The architecture, gardens, and breathtaking views create such a magical atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves history, design, or photography. You can spend hours exploring the elegant interiors and peaceful gardens while feeling transported to another era.

Public swimming pool
Venetian Pool is a historic and iconic spring-water-filled pool located in Coral Gables, Florida. Built in 1923, it was originally a rock quarry pit used to mine oolitic limestone for the area's early buildings. Designed by Denman Fink and Phineas Paist, it was once dubbed the world's most beautiful swimming hole.
Super pretty spot to spend the day and cool off. The pool is refreshing and the amenities are nice. Lounge on the sand area or rent a lounger. Plenty of space to swim and cool off the pools are huge. Really pretty waterfall feature. The staff is very nice and accommodating! Really great to visit during the week as there were very little people there. Paid $17 as I am a non resident, which is still very affordable. Concession stand was under construction but there were vending machines with drinks and snacks available. Would visit again!
Ashley F — Google review
This is a must see while visiting to Miami. The pool is so clear and pretty it's from a natural spring. It has a kiddie pool, a sand area and the waterfall rock grotto you can swim inside. Pretty neat. It is deep i would wear a life vest however there were plenty of lifeguards. You have to park in this lot kinda down the street but it wasnt far and its about $20 to get in. I remember it was vending machines but im not sure if you can bring a cooler or outside food.
Vikki R — Google review
The Venetian pool is a pretty great experience! The water is a great cool temperature to take a break from the heat of summer! With its beautiful turquoise waters, it is a wonderful spot for family or a nice date doing something out of the usual. I will have to knock it for the parking. Although if you arrive early Enough it shouldn’t be an issue. If you arrive after 11:00 you’ll be circling a few times waiting on a spot.
Juan C — Google review
I absolutely loved this place. I purchased my tickets the night before because I heard this place gets packed. I'm very happy I did because when I got there at noon on a Saturday it had already reached capacity. Parking is a little tricky because of how packed it gets. I had to circle around a few times before I found a spot. Once inside I was taken away by how beautiful and clear the water was. Word of advice: wear the life jacket if you're not a strong swimmer. The pool is super deep in some areas. However there are more than enough lifeguards standing by at all times. The seating areas get taken quickly so try to arrive early. Also the concession area is currently being remodeled so take your own snacks and drinks. This place is totally worth the $17 entrance fee. Lots of greats spots for pictures too. Will be returning soon. But probably on a weekday to avoid the crowds.
Emilce R — Google review
This place is absolutely gorgeous. I was working in coral gables for over a year and never stepped in. Last week I had the chance to go for the first time and they just open the place for the season. You can enjoy en relax, also I have to mention they have a good group of lifeguards that keep monitoring the area and the people in the pool. If you love to swim, you will love the 8ft deep side of the pool. Definitely looking to come back.
Danilo R — Google review
Was impressed with this place, nice tucked into neighborhood location and felt the pool was bigger and better than I expected. Will return to again to explore the cave area as that had just been shut down for the day, as I was swimming to it. 8ft depth nice to swim long laps in, I wondered why it would be closed for season and now I realize it’s likely the leaves that would be falling into water and too much to maintain.
Vinnie C — Google review
This place is very beautiful. The water was amazing, and the waterfalls were fun. Clean park and plenty of seating areas. Pricing seemed fair enough, under $20/person. Locals obviously get a great deal. Still worth the sight and swim.
Stephanie H — Google review
This place has been here so many years! A private pool located in Coral Gables, but non residents can pay $21 non-refundable no matter rain or shine for the day! There is a waterfall, smaller shallow pool, and underwater cave. Picnic seating and seating under covering. There is a mini beach and a little Cafe to see get food that is reasonably priced. Now note if there is inclement weather they will remove you from the pools and outdoor seating for your safety. They will not refund your money..no matter how long you have been there. So choose wisely. Other than that this was a great place to spend the day. The safe was super nice and knowledgeable about the history of the pool!

Wynwood Walls is a vibrant outdoor destination showcasing large, colorful street murals created by artists from all over the world. Spanning between Northeast 25th and 26th Streets on Northwest 2nd Avenue, this innovative enclave features modern urban artwork that represents a diverse range of graffiti and street art styles. Over 50 renowned and emerging artists have converted 80,000 square feet of warehouse walls into an open-air museum, making it a must-see spot for photography enthusiasts.
During my business trip, I visited Wynwood Walls and was absolutely amazed. Every mural felt alive with creativity and meaning — it’s not just street art, it’s art that makes you think and feel. The atmosphere is vibrant, inspiring, and unforgettable. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying $150 in souvenirs to take a piece of the experience home with me. If you’re in Miami, Wynwood Walls is a must-see. I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates art, culture, and a place that leaves you inspired.

The Wynwood Art District tour was incredible! Our guide was super knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and kept everyone engaged the whole time. They answered every question and gave great insight into all the art around the district. Walking through, everything was so clean, and the people we met were just as welcoming. Inside the art district itself, it was beautiful to see the history and creativity come alive. Truly an amazing experience; I learned so much and can’t wait to come back!

If you like urban art, photography, creative energy, and exploring neighborhoods with character, Wynwood Walls is a must. It delivers a rich sensory experience — the art is impressive, the neighborhood around it gives you places to eat and hang out, and it’s best when you take your time. Just plan your visit to avoid the midday heat, check ticketing and hours ahead, and maybe go for afternoon light for the best atmosphere.

Wynwood Walls was an amazing place to visit. My wife loves art and I understand it a bit. The art was Wynwood Walls was amazing. Ricardo was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and went at the pace we wanted as we took pictures and enjoyed the art. After our tour Ricardo was our host for the freestyle painting event. He did a great job breaking down each step in how to create a “masterpiece”. Our artist experience with CPWON was also an amazing experience. He spent time teaching and helping each of us get the most out of our spray art talent. Finally, we took the buggy ride through Wynwood and saw so many wonderful pieces of art in so many fantastic styles. Jeronimo was our guide/driver and did an amazing job getting us to so many pieces of art and telling us about various pieces we’re created and pointed out some of his own really cool work along the way. I highly recommend Wynwood Walls! It’s not a museum as you might think. The work and creativity on display is out of this world. What talent.

We brought some sixth grade students on a field trip and they loved it! Manuel was excellent with his interaction with the students and chaperones, and with the knowledge of street art and graffiti history. I highly recommend him if you’re going to tour the Wynwood Walls.

If you like street art, you will enjoy Wynwood Walls. I highly recommend checking out this art installation while you are in Miami. Lots of great, large art items and murals. You can also purchase some of this incredible art. They also have a cool gift shop.

Wynwood is an absolute must-visit when you're in Miami! This neighborhood is a vibrant explosion of art, culture, and incredible energy. The street art, especially at the Wynwood Walls, is breathtaking and constantly evolving – every corner offers a new visual feast. Beyond the art, the area boasts an amazing array of unique boutiques, cool galleries, and some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. Whether you're looking for a leisurely afternoon exploring murals, a delicious meal, or a lively night out, Wynwood has it all. Prepare to be inspired!"
Nicoly M — Google review
Great assortment of murals (visited 23,skipped 24 so there was about 80-90% maybe different to my recollection) Loved the subway car, amongst other things, especially the punched glass portraits in its windows Shame the big galley of Americana type items wasn’t open or the street art area (always feel like you kind of missed something then in anywhere you’ve made a trip especially out to/paid to enter) Some augmented reality pieces you can interact with via the phone camera Worth walking the blocks around also to see what’s on the streets adjacent, also nice variety of food/ drinks nearby which collectively means a visit is a morning or afternoon out on a nice sunny day

The Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science, also known as Frost Science, is a captivating facility in Miami that offers interactive exhibits on weather, technology, and the natural world. With a three-level aquarium featuring sharks and stingrays, a dome-screened planetarium, and hands-on activities for kids of all ages, it's both entertaining and educational. The museum is located in Museum Park alongside other attractions like the Perez Art Museum and the Dogs and Cats Walkway and Sculpture Gardens.
We had such a wonderful time here! It’s the perfect spot for families—especially with kids. The museum is full of exciting things to explore, from stunning aquariums with all kinds of fish to hands-on science exhibits about light, planets, and more. Everything is designed to be interactive and kid-friendly. Our little one loved playing games, touching displays, and running around the spacious areas. We spent about 2–3 hours there, and the excitement never faded. The dome-shaped theater was a highlight—super impressive! The science film was a bit complex, but the immersive viewing experience made it totally worth it. Highly recommend for a fun, educational day out with the family!
Hana T — Google review
The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science offers a stunning blend of science, technology, and marine life. The planetarium shows are captivating, and the aquarium is beautifully designed, offering close-up views of fascinating sea creatures. Exhibits are interactive and educational—great for kids and adults alike. Some sections felt a bit crowded, and a few displays could use updates, but overall the experience was engaging and well worth the visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and modern. It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours learning and exploring in downtown Miami.
Thuy L — Google review
I honestly found this museum okay - nothing spectacular but there were some parts that I liked. For example, their aquariums were amazing and it was fun to see the different types of fish/aquatic animals. The AI exhibit was interesting and you got to learn the history and power of Artificial Intelligence and I enjoyed the interactive elements. However, in general, the science presented at the museum was a little boring and focused a lot on sustainability/environmental science and astronomy, which is fine but I was hoping for a more diverse science experience. For example, I was hoping that they would incorporate more chemistry, physics and biology subjects that are interactive as a lot of people are visual/hands-on learners. Although there were a couple of immersive pieces, some of them weren’t working and I’ve been to more interactive science museums . Also, the museum looks huge on the outside but we were able to finish it in 3-4 hours (if you take your time). Overall, I appreciate the experience but would probably not go back again.
Crystle — Google review
I went to the Frost Museum with my friend, and it was a wonderful visit! The museum is well-maintained, large enough to explore but still a manageable size. Definitely recommended for families with kids because it’s very interactive and really can teach and entertain kids at the same time. There are plenty of installations for people to explore. For example, in the Feathers to the Stars gallery, which introduces everything that can fly (dinosaurs, air planes, spacecrafts, …), you can make your paper airplane and test it using their setup to see how it flies or spins in the air. Paper and instruction are provided. Another one I like is a video game that shows how a spacecraft works. You play as the pilot and try to land on the moon. It’s an easy game but it tells you how many steps it takes for a spacecraft to travel to the moon and return. I never knew it had to orbit around the Earth first and should discard most of its shells. Anyways, it’s a great place to learn and have fun. The giftshop and the aquarium are good too! You can sit beneath a huge window and watch whales and sharks glide above you.
Yiyi B — Google review
We made the mistake of going too late. I definitely recommend going at 10:00am and taking your time. The museum is interactive, with a live working coral lab to a fossil lab and the scientist are more than happy to answer questions. There is also a planetarium They show 3 shows, they are about 25 minutes long, at 1:30 they have a live show and at 3:00pm is a laser show (you ay $5.00 for those tickets. It is visually stunning and the views from the observation deck are beautiful. There is lovely plants all over the deck and the extra big binoculars so you can see distances like the cruise ships. There are a lot of interactive activities up here. The following level under has the labs i previously mentions and if you look over the railing you can see the largest tank in the aquarium. On the next door is ways to experience Floridas river of life and veiw the aquarium from above and the outdoors. The following level is the aquarium indoor there is a ton of interactive activities in this area. You are surrounded by beautiful see life on the other side is a space exhibit. The following level is more aquarium, the planetarium, I missed one exhibit but it is the baptist health (Ill be returning to take my time) and at the moment currently they have a Leonardo DaVinci exhibit. I cant recommend this place enough, it is stunning and well done. I dont live in miami but grew up there my parents still live there so I look forward to going back

This is hands down one of my favorite museums in Miami. With six different levels to explore—including an impressive Aquarium, an immersive Planetarium, and the fascinating Power of Science Exhibit—it’s a place that sparks wonder at every turn. The Planetarium show made me understand and become more conscious about pollution and global warming. The Aquarium, on the other hand, completely stole my heart—I could’ve spent hours mesmerized by the marine life. And to top it all off, the views from the terrace were absolutely picture-perfect. I visited to celebrate an anniversary, and it could not have been a better choice. Frost Science truly delivered an unforgettable experience. 🌍✨🐠
Rocío S — Google review
I’ve been here a few times and I think it’s a great place for children of all ages and adults. My favorite part of the museum is the aquarium. It’s so relaxing just watching the fish, sharks and string rays swim by. The other animals such as the birds, jellyfishes and seahorses were also amazing to see. I do think that some of the things should be improved, such as the wet lab and the planetarium shows. They’re not really entertaining for children. The interactive activity where you see the shark’s point of view was also broken during my visit. This time around, the Smurf’s characters were present promoting their new movie. At first, I did not see the correlation between the Smurf and physics lesson provided but the children enjoyed the dance party afterwards. Although, I must say that the staff providing the physics lesson was very knowledgeable and entertaining. They also provided Smurfs coloring pages, puzzles, crayons and temporary tattoos for the children to enjoy. As for the food, it is a bit overpriced but it was quite decent. I would definitely eat there again. I will also continue to come back to this museum as it’s fun and they keep changing some of the exhibits so there is always something new to see.
Indiana L — Google review
Great science museum! Went with a 2 year old and he had a blast! The multilevel aquarium is great to view. While he was a bit too small to fully understand the hands on exhibits, he still had a ton of fun. The museum has 6 different levels for activities and admission includes a planetarium show. We're multi time visitors coming from Broward and have never been disappointed.

Bayside Marketplace is definitely one of the must-visit spots in Miami! The location is beautiful, right by the water, and it offers a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment all in one place. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, with music, boat tours, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. It’s especially nice in the evening when the lights come on and the waterfront feels even more vibrant. The variety of shops is impressive – from well-known brands to unique local stalls where you can find souvenirs and gifts. The food options are also great, ranging from quick bites to sit-down restaurants with amazing views of the marina. A boat tour from here is highly recommended, since it’s convenient and gives you a wonderful perspective of Miami. That being said, it can get very crowded, especially on weekends, and parking isn’t the easiest, so planning ahead is a good idea. Some of the restaurants are on the pricier side, and like any touristy area, you’ll find that not everything offers the best value. But overall, the experience makes up for it, and the vibe is worth it. Tip: If you want a more relaxed experience, visit earlier in the day or on weekdays. For the best photos, sunset is absolutely perfect with the skyline in the background. In short, Bayside Marketplace is an iconic Miami spot that captures the city’s lively spirit. Despite a few downsides like crowds and parking, it’s still a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Miami for a true taste of the city’s energy and waterfront beauty.

Booked via Groupon! The tour did not disappoint! The facts were all correct and the celebrity boat tour was very exciting! Loved seeing where everyone was living. Shout out to the team. Also a mojito bar on the boat so you’re able to get drinks and refreshments!

Bayside Marketplace is one of those places you can just drift around for hours. The big, beautiful trees out front make it feel tropical and relaxed before you even step inside. I love strolling past all the little shops, grabbing something cold to drink, and hanging out by the water to people-watch. It’s definitely touristy, but in a charming, colorful Miami way that still feels fun even if you’ve been a hundred times.

Uli R — Google review
The Art Deco District of Miami South Beach is a true spectacle. Based around the Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue area, this is a great place to either stay or simply visit to absorb the magnificent buildings that adorn the streets. Within a short distance of the beach, these fantastic buildings on Ocean Drive are fronted by a large grass and sand area where the cool play volleyball, workout, in line skate, run, bike or simply hang out just being beautiful. It’s hip and classy down here and a fantastic sight to come and experience. The buildings look amazing, each with their own individual style and come to life at night when they are fully illuminated with lights that truly enhance great architecture and construction. It would be a huge mistake if when in Miami you don’t go here to stroll Ocean Drive and soak up the sights.
John G — Google review
This whole area is a visual dream. I swear I took like a million pictures because every single corner, building, and sign felt straight out of a movie. The pastel colors, neon lights, vintage cars, palm-lined streets—it was all so surreal and magical. Walking through the Art Deco District feels like being transported back in time, but with a Miami twist. Ocean Drive adds its own charm with the beach right across and that lively, iconic energy everywhere. Whether it’s day or night, the vibe is electric but still artsy and nostalgic. I was completely obsessed. Rating: 5/5 – A surreal, picture-perfect slice of Miami history. If you love aesthetics, color, and culture—you’ll be in heaven.

I visited Bayfront Park today and was really impressed with all the recent renovations. The highlight was the newly updated fountain, which now features a beautiful water show every evening at 8:30 PM. The show lasts about 15 minutes and is truly fantastic. It’s a great experience to sit back, relax, and watch the dancing water with the lights and music set against the backdrop of the city. The park now has plenty of benches where you can sit and take in the view. From here, you get one of the best waterfront perspectives in Miami, with a stunning view of the bay, the Port of Miami, and the iconic downtown skyline. The atmosphere is very family friendly. There’s a designated dog park and open areas where families can gather and kids can play. The overall vibe is peaceful but lively, making it a perfect place to unwind. Being right next to Bayside Marketplace is a huge plus. After the water show, you can easily walk over to grab dinner or enjoy a drink with friends. Bayfront Park has definitely become one of my favorite spots in the city. If you’re in Downtown Miami, it’s a must-visit.

Nestled in the vibrant Collins Park, just a stone's throw from the beach, The Bass stands as a beacon of contemporary art in Miami Beach. This historic art deco gem, once the Miami Beach Public Library and Art Center, showcases an impressive array of international contemporary artworks across various media including sculpture, design, fashion, and architecture. Visitors can explore its two floors filled with rotating exhibitions that keep the experience fresh and engaging.
Just went to the bass museum and it was absolutely amazing! The collection was so diverse, I could have spent hours just looking at all the different pieces. The atmosphere was super chill, which made it even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit if you're into art. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!
Exequiel C — Google review
Like all art, the enjoyment you're going to get out of the museum is subjective. There were a few exhibits and artists I enjoyed but most of it just didn't connect with me, felt too hodgepodge. Also, $15 for 1.5 floors is a bit steep imo. Even going super slowly and reading almost every card, you're done in about an hour.

We received free access to the Bass museum as part of the resort fee amenities for our stay at the W hotel. The museum is a gem, and has multiple different exhibits, all with beautiful and highly original art. Definitely recommend a visit!

The Bass Museum is located just a short walk from the beach in South Beach, making it an easy and enjoyable stop if you’re exploring the area. It’s a modern museum featuring contemporary art, with spacious, bright galleries and rotating exhibitions that keep things fresh and interesting. The museum isn’t particularly large, but it offers a great experience overall. There are certain days when admission is free, which makes it an even better deal. Unique museum exhibiting art and South Beach at its best. Really worth visiting on a lazy summer day. Outdoor concerts in summer. Best place to park is Collins Parking Garage, 340 23rd street, right across from the Museum.
Paul B — Google review
I had such a great time visiting The Bass during my trip to Miami Beach. The building itself is stunning — the Art Deco design immediately caught my eye before I even stepped inside. The galleries are beautifully laid out, and I loved how the museum mixes historic works with bold, modern pieces. One of the highlights for me was seeing the contemporary art installations. They were creative, thought-provoking, and honestly made me see things in a new way. The museum isn’t huge, which I actually liked — it felt easy to explore without being overwhelming. I also really appreciated the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions, and they even gave me tips about upcoming events and family days. I ended my visit in the museum shop, which had some unique art-inspired gifts you don’t find anywhere else. If you’re in Miami Beach and want a break from the typical tourist spots, The Bass is definitely worth a visit. It’s inspiring, welcoming, and gives you a deeper sense of the city’s culture.
Little F — Google review
It's a very cool small museum. I loved the combination of modern and classic art. Also, the pieces by Ulla von Brandenburg and Rachel Feinstein were interesting. The superb atmosphere felt like a huge invitation to see and experience the different pieces. The staff was very friendly and actively asked if we had questions.
Franziska P — Google review
I'm no art critic but I'm happy I got there on a Free admission day. Not kids friendly! Just by having a room where kids draw and fold papers, does not make the place kids friendly. They should put an advisement that partial and "artistic" nudity is visible!

Ocean Drive in Miami Beach is one of the most vibrant and iconic streets in the United States. It perfectly captures the energy, beauty, and tropical charm that make Miami such a unique destination. Lined with colorful Art Deco buildings, palm trees, and lively cafés, the street feels alive at every hour of the day. Walking along Ocean Drive is a sensory experience filled with music, laughter, and the warm ocean breeze that drifts in from the nearby beach. The architecture is one of the highlights of Ocean Drive. The pastel-colored hotels and neon lights at night create a scene that feels both historic and modern at the same time. Each building has its own personality, and together they form one of the most recognizable skylines in the world. During the day, you can enjoy a meal or a drink at one of the many restaurants with outdoor seating while watching people stroll by or head to the beach. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more electric as the lights come on and the street transforms into a lively social hub. The beach itself is just across the street, with soft sand and clear blue water that invite you to relax and swim. Whether you come for the architecture, the nightlife, or the ocean views, Ocean Drive never disappoints. It is a place full of color, life, and energy that truly represents the spirit of Miami Beach.

The Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach serves as a profound tribute to the millions of Jewish lives lost during World War II. Designed by artist-architect Kenneth Treister, this outdoor museum features an impressive array of over 100 sculptures, with the centerpiece being the Sculpture of Love and Anguish—a striking bronze arm reaching skyward, symbolizing both despair and hope.
Harrowing. Poignant. Ominous. Reverent. These are words that may describe the feelings you get when you step foot on a truly magnificent display of a time where anything but was prevalent. In honoring the many lives lost during the Holocaust, this paradigmatic memorial does a great job displaying emotion of horrors that were the reality to many unfortunate souls. There is a wall with the names of the people that were snuffed out of existence by some of the most inhumane ways an individual should never have to succumb to. The extended arm sculpture in the middle of the memorial's path, surrounded by very still dark water. It is melded from forearm to wrist with an amazing attention to detail as well as undefined fear and sorrow to end with an out stretched hand, grasping for what is not there. There is a back walkway that depicts some truly sobering moments of life in a kill camp and the hopelessness that still did not break the strong will of the ones sent there. This is a place you should definitely stop by and check out, regardless of what denomination you are. I feel like this is a hidden gem of south beach that hides in plain sight. With all the business of day to day, take a moment to walk through here and see what 'being worked to death' really was like.
Rusko C — Google review
I went on a weekday to view this memorial, so I was the only one walking through it for awhile. The realism of the statues had me captivated. It's free to the public. You can walk right in. No tickets needed.

Amazing sculpture full of emotion and depth. Very intricate and detailed.
Derlim S — Google review
Very emotional. The site will have a positive impact on some and a negative on others depending on how they perceive the main artwork. There are hundreds of panels with names of victims.
Rob W — Google review
Free to public. Docent was very knowledgeable and informative. You can get to it from botanical gardens. The corner it is on "hides" the hand so you cannot see it on the corner due to the new building expansion of the holocaust memorial construction. Very powerful emotional artistic piece if you are ready to take it in.
Munkee B — Google review
With respect and admiration, it's a reminder of so many lost and missing lives. Seeing photos of the ordeal these souls endured is a tribute of light and a place where we can reflect. This is a must-see if you're in Miami Beach. The monument is near the Convention Center.
Gilma G — Google review
A beautifully and thoughtfully designed and created memorial to the millions of victims of the Holocaust. It's important to preserve the evidence, and record and pass on the accounts of witnesses in the face of antisemitism rearing its grotesque head on an alarming scale yet again, and with the relentless campaign to erase historical fact and replace it with lies. God bless Israel! Entrance was free. Strongly recommended for everyone.
L S — Google review

Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is a leading art museum located in the Downtown Arts District near Edgewater and Wynwood. The museum's striking architecture, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, offers a unique experience with its vertical gardens suspended from the canopy's overhang. Inspired by the Stiltsville homes of the 1930s, PAMM overlooks Biscayne Bay and features a permanent collection of modern and contemporary international artwork.
The Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is one of the best cultural attractions in the city, offering a stunning collection of contemporary and modern art in a beautiful waterfront location. The architecture of the building itself is a work of art, with open spaces, hanging gardens, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Inside, the galleries feature rotating exhibitions and permanent collections that highlight artists from around the world, with a strong focus on Latin American and Caribbean art. It’s the perfect place to spend a few hours exploring, reflecting, and enjoying Miami’s vibrant art scene. A highlight of the visit is the fantastic on-site café, which offers fresh, delicious food with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the water. It’s the perfect spot to take a break during your museum visit. The staff and volunteers at PAMM are also exceptional – very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

The Pérez Art Museum Miami is an absolute gem for families looking for a culturally enriching and enjoyable outing in Miami! We recently visited, and it was a fantastic experience for everyone, from the littlest ones to the adults. What truly sets PAMM apart for families is its ability to make contemporary art accessible and engaging for all ages. While it's not a "hands-on children's museum" in the traditional sense, the thought-provoking and often vibrant exhibits, which frequently incorporate light, sound, and video, really capture kids' imaginations. We found ourselves having fascinating discussions with our children about the various pieces, which was a wonderful way to encourage their critical thinking and appreciation for different forms of expression. The museum's layout is manageable, preventing overwhelm, and there's a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that kids absolutely love. The outdoor sculpture garden, which some kids lovingly call the "sand bar," is a huge hit. It's a spacious area where children can run, play, and even interact with some of the art in a more relaxed setting, all while enjoying stunning views of Biscayne Bay. It's the perfect spot for them to burn off some energy after exploring the galleries.
Pedro P — Google review
This is a very beautiful newer museum on an extraordinarily attractive piece of land between the downtown skyline and the water It’s got a lot of exhibition space. The permanent collections upstairs are relatively small, and the rotating exhibits throughout the building are a larger percentage of the overall space. I took a whole bunch of photos of the exhibits to give you a sense of what you might see when you come here. The number of modern and contemporary big names is pretty small and there’s lots of emerging and new artists. So if that is what you’re hunting for, you’ll find that here in spades. If you’re expecting a lot of “early “modern from 1890 through 1950, you won’t find much —all depends on what you want

My daughters found big conch shells and a sea urchin shell. You can order food and rent beach chairs with umbrellas but there’s lots of nice spots in the shade. We went at low tide so there was lots of seaweed and it was a bit smelly. But the water was clear and we had a nice time watching the pelicans diving for fish. Nice clean bathrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

My favorite beach in Miami so far. So much space and not crowded whatsoever. The parking lot is ticketed so be sure to pay on the app before you walk to the beach. Super easy to get to from Brickell / Downtown. Mostly locals and chill vibes. There is some seaweed and the water is not perfectly clear, but the water is warm and still enjoyable. If you want to hit a bar on the way home on a weekday, check The Wetlab at UMiami’s marine biology campus on the way back from Key Biscayne. Even on weekends, there are a lot of places to post up. If you don’t want to (pay for/bring) an umbrella, there are trees with shady spots.

beautiful, clean, safe park and beach. I love this place. I snorkel on the seagrass beds a lot and there are always many fish to see, including small colorful reef fish. plenty of parking, $11 for a whole day ($8 per day weekdays). huge picnic area with trees, promenade, wide white sand beach with palm trees, snack bar, watercraft rentals. Paths around a small park that used to be a zoo, lots of wild birds and reptiles there now. bike lanes all the way there from the mainland. several miles of walking paths through a hammock forest and to a boardwalk overlooking the bay.

Krandon Park in Key Biscayne is a hidden gem! This beautiful park offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing day outdoors. The park has plenty of picnic areas, walking trails, and a playground for kids, so it's great for families or couples looking for a peaceful spot to unwind. I loved watching the sunset over the water and spotting some of the local wildlife. The park is well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it a great spot to spend an afternoon. Overall, Krandon Park is a must-visit destination in Key Biscayne!

The beaches here are absolutely beautiful — clean, spacious, and perfect for swimming or just soaking up the sun. One of the best parts is how easy it is to park. There's plenty of parking available for just $10 a day, which you can conveniently pay through a phone app or at the park office (if you can find it — signage could be better). The park also has lots of designated areas for cookouts, making it a great spot for family gatherings or casual barbecues with friends.

The Freedom Tower, situated in downtown Miami, holds great historical significance as it was originally the headquarters of The Miami News. Later on, it became a crucial immigration facility for Cuban refugees escaping from Fidel Castro's regime. This iconic tower now stands as a museum commemorating the journey and contributions of Cuban immigrants to Miami's cultural heritage. Recognized as a National Historic Landmark since 2008, the building also houses contemporary art exhibits that make it an intriguing destination for exploration.
Not to be missed! Learn about the Tower's interesting history; very knowledgeable lady at the desk!👍Great presentation of the Cuban immigration history gives you a feel and transparency of the vibe of Miami which is so much Cuban to me. Learn about the waves of children from Cuba who arrived here and see how they had to adapt. The second floor is part modern art and part presentation to raise environmental awareness. Unfortunately the tower is not open to the public! Imagine standing on top and view the city from there! Maybe the city will open the tower in the near future; it would be certainly an asset and magnet for the tourists! Think about it city council!

There is that emotion while stepping into this beautiful building. What it meant to immigrants for so many years. The exhibitions, the meetings, volunteering and the office of Miami-dade College; fantastic. Gorgeous place. Means a lot to be called The Freedom Tower. Thanks also to Eduardo Padrón, Miami-dade, best College President ever. This time was a tribute to a Cuban singer, Celia Cruz and the 72nd anniversary of Diario Las Americas. Was a beautiful night with good music, great food and the talk of some local politicians of Miami.

We are so incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing and beautiful historical institution available to the public like the Freedom Tower. The Freedom Tower stands in stark juxtaposition today to the shiny glass skyscrapers (although the tower itself was the original first skyscraper in Miami!) showing a glimpse of the Miami that was. It tells an amazing story of the beginning of young city creating its first journalistic publications to of course what it’s known for today as being a guiding light and community center for immigrants, namely the Cuban community, into the United States. The tower recently reopened to the public and the exhibits are incredible. I last visited over a decade ago when I was in college and unfortunately remember being a little overwhelmed by the exhibits as it was a dark and sparse space with uninspiring exhibits. It’s completely transformed today with some of the most impressively engaging exhibits creatively expressed in a variety of forms - digital media, oral history told directly by those who lived these experiences, replicas of the original facilities, interactive elements, etc. Even their gift shop is beautiful and impressive, my friend and I did not leave with a souvenir! It’s a must-do for all Miami residents and visitors and well worth the $18 general admission cost ($12 discounted ticket for students up to 18 yrs, $14 discounted ticket for seniors). We were very fortunate to have our tour personally led by Dr. Amy Galpin, who oversees the museum in her scope as Executive Director Dir and Chief Curator at MDC, who led an engaging and informative tour. It’s great to see an important institution in the hands of someone so passionate about the mission and we as residents absolutely need to support this gem of an institution in our community. Please visit the Freedom Tower and take all your family and friends!

I think they should add more memorabilia from the times the Cuban refugees entered the Freedom Tower for their paperwork. The inside of the building is way too empty. I love the cleanliness though. Not worth the money if you pay full priced tickets in my opinion.
Theodhor S — Google review
The newly renovated Freedom Tower presents thought-provoking exhibitions that showcase how this landmark building served as the headquarters for the Miami Daily News and then as the Cuban Refugee Center for over a decade. The lobby features dioramas that tell the history of the place and a film, but also the Kislak Gallery that presents PreColumbian artifacts and historical books in dialogue with contemporary artists. The second floor features the Libertad exhibition, which tells of the Cuban Exile experience and is very moving and inspiring. Noteworthy are the Voices of Miami room and the Knight Skylight Gallery that tell the story of immigrant founded businesses in Miami; there is also a small gallery space that presents contemporary art. The 3rd and 4th floor have the FIFA Museum with a special show that was organized for the upcoming World Cup
Isabela V — Google review
The building itself is beautiful. I wish visitors were allowed to go to the top. The exhibit about Cuban immigration is interesting but a little bare. I really enjoyed the exhibit about European exploration in the new world. The contemporary art exhibit on the 2nd floor was a little strange.

Nestled on a 5-acre bayfront, The Barnacle Historic State Park is home to a mangrove forest and the oldest house in Miami-Dade County, dating back to 1891. This Victorian estate was once owned by Ralph Middleton Munroe, an influential pioneer of the area. Visitors can enjoy guided tours and various events such as yoga classes and movie screenings amidst the tropical hardwood hammock and picturesque bay views. Additionally, the park offers a serene atmosphere for relaxation.
The grounds are quite beautiful and peaceful, and the house is really interesting to walk through! Kevin was super friendly and gave us a great, insightful tour through the place and its history.

The Barnacle Historic State Park is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Miami that offers a serene escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. As soon as you enter, you’re transported back in time to the late 19th century, when Ralph Middleton Munroe built his charming home overlooking Biscayne Bay. The park’s rich history, combined with its peaceful natural setting, makes it a must-visit destination. One of the highlights is the historic house itself, beautifully preserved and full of fascinating artifacts. The knowledgeable staff and volunteers are eager to share stories about Munroe’s life and the early days of Coconut Grove, adding depth to the experience. The guided tours are engaging and provide a glimpse into South Florida’s past. The park’s grounds are equally impressive, with lush greenery, towering trees, and a picturesque view of the bay. It’s a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll, a quiet picnic, or simply sitting by the water and enjoying the tranquility. The walking paths are well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for visitors of all ages. What makes The Barnacle truly special is its ability to combine history, nature, and relaxation in one place. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or someone looking for a peaceful retreat, this park has something to offer. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the Miami area—you won’t be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a short escape from the crowds of Miami, Barnacle Historic State Park, located in Coconut Grove, is perfect for you. It houses The Barnacle, built in 1891, which is the oldest house still standing in its original location in Miami-Dade County. The home of Ralph Munroe offers a unique experience both in terms of history and natural beauty.

The Barnacle historic landmark just off Main and Commodore in The Grove is an amazing “have too stop” while visiting Miami. You should deposit the Two Dollars Into The Box To Help Us Maintain The Grounds. Unfortunately, it’s not advertised and almost everyone misses it. They stroll by, look 👀 and keep on walking towards the crowds along Commodore Plaza to see and be seen, missing this spectacular landmark. The walk leads out to an ocean view by the boat house. This site was one of the original landing zones for the Bahamians who traded with the indIgenous Seminoles Americans. The medicinal qualities of the tree bark and some mushrooms boiled and eaten from the hammocks are known to soothe out just about any stomach issues including diarrhea.

Such a neat place to visit. Built in 1891, it is the oldest house in its original location in Miami-Dade County. The Barnacle was the home of Ralph Middleton Munroe, one of Coconut Grove's founders, as well as founder and Commodore of the Biscayne Bay Yacht Club. Unfortunately I missed the touring the home itself, but I did get a great history lesson from a park ranger who walked the property with me.

Seafood restaurant
Joe's Stone Crab is a bustling and cavernous restaurant in Miami that has been serving delicious seafood for over a century. The place is famous for its stone crabs, which have become a local delicacy and a must-try for seafood enthusiasts visiting the city. The New England clam chowder and Old Bay fries are also highly recommended. While some find the seasoning to be on the milder side, the attentive service from tuxedo-wearing waiters adds to the overall dining experience.
I saw on Reddit that this spot is a must-visit in Miami, so we decided to check it out. The fried chicken was a standout deal, four pieces for about $8, and it was crispy, fresh, and free of any off taste, even if it wasn’t heavily seasoned. The real star was the clam chowder, easily the best I’ve ever had. The hash browns were amazing, the Cobb salad was fresh and flavorful, and the key lime pie was delicious. The only letdown was the spinach, which was pretty mediocre. Overall, this place absolutely nails its food and delivers one memorable dish after another.

113 years and going as strong as ever. Two hour wait at 7:00pm, so MAKE reservations in advance! Super large bar perfect for a drink before. Bread service included and delicious. Star of the show of course is stone crabs. $134.99 for 3 jumbos and you would have thought they were free based on how many they serve each night. So good. And they still offer the half fried chicken now $8.95, was $7.95. Best and could come here just for this and house made fries. Shrimp cocktail only disappointment, medium sized and lousy presentation. Hash browns are divine as the chopped salad. And you can’t come to Joe’s without ordering key lime pie. Service excellent and wine list decent priced. Overall, one of the top grossing restaurants in the world and still one of the best.
Larry G — Google review
From start to finish, everything about this meal was outstanding. The stone crab was unbelievably fresh and perfectly chilled — sweet, tender, and full of flavor. The fried chicken was golden, crispy, and juicy inside — comfort food taken to the next level. The crab cakes were packed with lump crabmeat and just the right amount of seasoning, no fillers in sight! The sides deserve their own applause: the cream of spinach was rich and velvety, the lobster mac and cheese decadent and cheesy with generous chunks of lobster, and the oysters were fresh, briny, and beautifully presented. Every bite tasted like it came straight from the ocean. And let’s not forget the drinks — creative, balanced, and expertly crafted. Each cocktail complemented the meal perfectly and showed real attention to detail. From the attentive service to the incredible food, this place hits every mark. If you’re looking for a spot that combines top-notch seafood, comfort classics, and impeccable hospitality while in Miami this restaurant is a must-visit. There is a dress code, so call to verify before visiting.
Ivette R — Google review
I finally decided to try Joe’s Stone Crab, since it’s such a well-known and talked-about spot. I ordered through DoorDash, and while I understand delivery can sometimes affect food quality, I still expected a bit more consistency from such a popular restaurant. The stone crabs were a bit disappointing — they didn’t taste as fresh as I’d hoped and had a stronger crab smell than expected. Maybe the dine-in experience is better, but I do think takeout customers deserve the same quality. On a brighter note, the fried chicken had a great crust and texture, though it could’ve used more seasoning for flavor. The salad was beautifully presented and fresh, and the soups were solid. The mac & cheese was just okay — I suspect the lobster version might be the better choice next time. It needs to be alittle more creamier. Dessert was satisfying and helped end the meal on a positive note. My biggest issue was with customer service. I called ahead to request extra dressings, and the person on the phone assured me it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, none were included in my order. It’s frustrating when restaurants promise something and don’t follow through, especially when you’re already paying a premium for delivery. Overall, Joe’s Stone Crab is decent but not exceptional. There are definitely some good items on the menu, but between the inconsistency in food quality and the slip in customer service, it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. Their mustard sauce for the crabs is amazing though

We went on a weekend evening around 6 and got seated immediately. We ordered the seafood tower ($184) and a key lime margarita and some chips and a slice of the key lime pie. We really loved the margarita. The portion for the seafood tower was generous but it’s not worth the price. The service was good though.

Came here based on reputation and reviews alone, and fell in love with the food. The crab bisque and crab cakes were honestly the best we've ever had, even across many fine establishments across the world. The stone crabs did not disappoint either - they were firm, fresh and sweet. Finally, the key lime pie also lived up to its reputation, tart, not overly sweet, with a satisfyingly crumbly base. Loved the old school atmosphere with our wonderful and gentlemanly server. Would 💯 return on every visit to Miami!

Even before arriving in Miami, we knew we had to eat here. We arrived on a Sunday around 7:00 PM without a reservation. We waited over an hour and a half for a table, which they immediately warned us about. Let me just say: it was worth it! Everything was delicious. The Stone Crab Bisque deserves a special mention, as do the Stone Crab Claws themselves. The oysters and lobster tail were excellent. The hamburger was also delicious. The pre-dinner cocktails and wine with dinner were good, and the Key Lime Pie was delicious to end the feast. On top of all that, the service was top-notch, from the maître d'hôtel, to the bartenders, and our waiter. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Miami!

This place is a mecca in Miami...a 'must do...consistently fresh stone crabs that are superior to every other place in Miami. The other seafood like the Salmon is also phenomenal. Plus there Fried green tomatoes are some of the best l've ever had... and hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had!! I've been a fan of Joe's Stone Crabs for years, Joe's Take-Away - their wonderful cafe it's perfect if you don't want to wait for the main restaurant... The take away is large with beautiful glass displays Where you can pick many of joe's specialties - especially their perfect stone crab claws, at a terrific price. You can buy wine & champagne by the bottle at retail, then sit at varnished wood tables and enjoy high end seafood - especially the stone crabs at a more affordable, relaxed price and atmosphere. It provides a chance for a quick high quality meal, complete with people to clear the tables. This is where you need to go to get stone crabs in Miami! 100% recommend!

Nestled on a charming island between downtown Miami and the vibrant South Beach, the Miami Children's Museum is a $25 million wonderland designed specifically for young explorers. This engaging complex features an array of hands-on exhibits that captivate children's imaginations while providing valuable learning experiences. From a giant piggy bank that introduces financial literacy to the enchanting Castle of Dreams—a two-story sand castle complete with a winding slide—there's no shortage of fun here.
The Miami Children’s Museum is an amazing place for kids! It’s not only super fun with tons of hands-on exhibits, but also very educational. Each area is designed to spark creativity and curiosity, making learning feel like play. A great bonus — you can get free tickets through the local library, which makes it an even better experience for families. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something fun, engaging, and affordable to do with the kids!

Exceptional experience once again! This was our third visit with our daughter and her cousins, and we continue to be impressed. I came to the children’s museum and I thought it was a great place for children. I absolutely love how the children can pretend to be firefighters, doctor, veterinarian and even grocery shop. I love seeing local partners inside the museum such as Publix, Jackson Health System, Baptist and Carnival. The Peanuts exhibit was very reminiscing from our childhood. I also absolutely enjoyed the Peanuts show where they read some books in a very animated way. They kept the children’s attention throughout the whole show. They also have a musical garden and playground outside that are fun. If you have kids, this is the place to be as they have a lot of interactive exhibits and activities.

Took my kids to the children’s museum and we had a blast. Everything’s super hands-on and it’s all set up so kids can explore without you hovering every second. The staff was upbeat and helpful, and the space felt clean and well-organized even with a weekend crowd. Loved the mix of activities for different ages; my little one was happy in the toddler area while the older kids tinkered with the STEM exhibits. We ended up staying way longer than planned and still didn’t see it all. Highly recommended for parents!

This is a great museum! I had no idea that it existed (I'm a Miami native), but I'm so glad I know about it now. My Mom and I visited today, and had a really good time. The exhibits are displayed nicely, and there's ample room to move around. It took us about an hour to go through both the north and south buildings. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Bring your student ID for free/discounted entry! This was such a lovely surprise. We were in the area and decided to stop in and realized belatedly that we should’ve added it to our itinerary. Their hours of operation is rather limited so we couldn’t view the entire museum but the little that we saw was well worth it. You could easily spend the whole day here and it wouldn’t be enough. I really enjoyed it and the staff were so knowledgeable and kind. They had some interactive activities that we were struggling with, and they were very helpful. Definitely a must if you’re in the area! (Sort of unrelated but I got chased by an unhoused/homeless person on my way there 😂).

If you like history museums, and this will be a good match for you. There is quite a lot about the Native Americans, who lived here originally as well as real estate development. There’s two different buildings to take a look at so there’s lots and lots of content.

I was able to score free tickets through the library and took my mom to History Miami. She isn’t usually a fan of museums but she really enjoyed this one. I also found it very interesting. It has great pictures and artifacts about Miami and its development. As a born and raised Miami girl I really enjoyed seeing the pictures of Miami throughout the years throughout the museum. The museum is comprised of two buildings with a lot of stairs in both. They do have elevators too. But worth noting for people with mobility issues. One building houses the history of Miami that’s displayed chronologically. The other building houses exhibits and special artifacts. The exhibit we got to see was one on the evolution of swimwear. It was fascinating if you’re into fashion. All in all, this is a great activity to do on a rainy day or a slower day. We took about 2 hours to finish the whole museum.

I came for the Waves of Style exhibition opening and it was great. They had places where you can snap photos with Waves of Style props and individuals dressed in the theme. In the lobby area, there was also a DJ and an open bar. The drinks were traditional open bar drinks but they were good. I toured the museum, including the Waves of Style exhibition, and I loved it. It was interesting to see history of swimwear through the Miami’s perspective. It was also neat to see what Miami looks like through the artist’s perspective. I also loved how they had a section where you can sit down and design your own bathing suit on paper with different type of prints and all material needed. It was simple yet fun to do. Towards the end of the night they served hors d’ Oeuvres and they were all tasty. This was definitely something different to do in Miami. I absolutely enjoyed it.

A really nice museum that does a great job preserving the story of Miami and South Florida. The exhibits are well organized, with a mix of photos, old artifacts, and interactive displays that make it easy to follow the city’s history. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated how much local culture and community history they included. It’s not a huge museum, but there’s plenty to see if you take your time I spent about an hour and a half exploring both buildings. Beautiful stop if you enjoy learning about how Miami became what it is today.

I took a class here and the facilities were clean and the staff was courteous. It is a stop on the public transit system so it was very convent to get there from my hotel. There was a bit of construction going on, so there was some unexpected noises throughout the day, but nothing that disturbed our session.

Beautiful space for a rooftop wedding in downtown Miami. We had the pleasure of planning an amazing destination wedding at this location. Located in the heart of downtown Miami filled with skyscrapers, lush palms, beautiful water view, and a panoramic skyline view of our beautiful Miami.

This is the absolute worst parking garage I have ever parked in in my entire life. We have been waiting for 1 hour after a concert without moving 1 inch. Our car is turned off in the parking garage waiting for any movement. Absolutely insane and ridiculous. I will never park in this garage again. ABSOLUTE TRASH. There HAS to be a better system. Unbelievable. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Nice lobby, considering it is on the high level. Amazing views from the lobby. The parking is narrow though, not ideal for a big car.

Clothing store
The Webster Miami is a trendy 3-story boutique housed in an art deco venue with a rooftop deck. It's not your average store, as it has been meticulously curated by Laure Heriard Dubreuil, offering exclusive selections from top luxury brands like Chanel, Gucci, and Balenciaga. The exterior exudes pink neon and Art Deco vibes reminiscent of Vice City. Inside, you'll find a wide range of high-end designer wear from brands like Fear of God and Rick Owens.
The Webster Miami is the original and still the most iconic location. It’s the only store in South Beach that carries such a strong selection of global luxury brands. The store itself is beautiful and the service is always solid. While the location is a bit unexpected—since it’s not in the area where their typical clientele might usually shop—I still prefer this store over their Bal Harbour one, even though I mostly shop there out of convenience.

good brand selection, poor buy. nothing wearable for my taste at least. even if i wanted to try on, i’m sure no one would have helped me. no one greeted me or talked to me the entire time i was in there. a guy followed me around the store but it’s not like i look homeless/like i would steal, i’m in a diesel skirt and miu miu flats lol. the merchandising was fine, everything finger spaced, but half of each rack has the garments facing backwards. overall bad experience which sucks because it could be a really cool immersive experience like opening ceremony was in soho before it closed.

horrible customer service. i purchased via their website. the item was 50%. during the check out process, a pop up for a welcome 10% off came up, which i added. that made the item final sale, which was NOT stated anywhere in the purchase process. the only way i could have seen that is if i went back and clicked the drop down cart details tab. customer service continues to double down, sending me screenshots of the RECEIPT which does clearly state the item i purchased (past tense…) was final sale. i have opened claims with BBB and Chase. buyer beware! plenty of better shops to spend your money at.

When I found out The Webster opened in Miami Beach, I was so excited. With an upcoming trip, I stopped in to grab some last-minute pieces and was assisted by a sales associate named Nicole. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Saint Laurent jacket. She packaged it up, and I was on my way. Later that same day, my trip was canceled due to bad weather. Given it’s 100° and rainy in Miami, the jacket was no longer practical, so I sent my assistant to return it the following afternoon still in perfect, untouched condition, exactly as she had packaged it. To my shock, he was told by that same Nicole that the jacket had a stain, been worn, and no longer had tags. Interestingly, when I was trying it on in-store, I had trouble finding the tags and found they were tucked into the pocket. So the jacket was apparently “good enough” to sell to me, but suddenly “too worn” to return 24 hours later? How badly do you need a commission to accuse a client of wearing and destroying an item they bought less than a day earlier? After endless attitude and eye rolls, I was given store credit (because I paid in cash) so unfortunately I’ll be back. Such an unpleasant experience all around.
C M — Google review
Terrible experience. Returned a never worn $1k dress because it was too small and they refused return / refund because tags were not in it. Shipped it back in worse condition no hanger torn box completely wrinkled and the tags were still on it! This is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews because clearly I am not the only one who has experienced this.

I have had the best personal shopping experience ever with this location! I shop remote through Justin & he is always such a pleasure to work with. They have an incredible selection of items (especially Chanel!) and Justin always goes above & beyond to make sure his customers have access to the latest pieces! This is definitely my favorite little shopping secret & can’t wait to visit Miami again to shop in store!
Erin E — Google review
I accidentally mixed up two shipping labels for two designer items being returned to two different places and one of them was The Webster going back to the 1220 Collins Ave. location. When I sent them the shipping label to have them send me back the wrong merchandise they never did and claimed that UPS picked it up even though tracking never started from UPS and insurance wouldn't cover something that was a "no pick up." So now ate the cost of the $700 shoes + $40 shipping label that was never picked up because I assume an employee stole them considering "they aren't responsible for merchandise they don't sell" which is what customer service told me.
Samantha P — Google review
Nobody asked to assist us, but had an employee following behind us, from room to room and floor to floor. I was wearing Jacquemus and Dior, but even if I wasn’t wearing anything like they sell in the store, it’s unfortunate to create an environment of fear and mistrust for a new potential client. I was saying “omg my sister would love this store!” because she is a designer shoe seller at Nordstrom. I took a pic of a bag she wants to send to her, and the employee following us shouted at my friend across the room (who didn’t have her phone out) for us to stop recording. Why not address me directly? He proceeded to walk behind us fixing everything we looked at or touched. SUCH a bizarre, weird, and uncomfortable luxury shopping experience. The products and designers in-store are very cute and trendy, but they only have one of everything in random sizes, and they don’t offer to assist you with finding anything.

Nice walk. Feels good to walk old school area. Half the stores are closed so don’t think of it as a retail shopping trip. And it’s not authentic old Miami shopping, so take that into consideration. But it’s central to a few good restaurants and good hotels like Lowe’s and the Ritz. Shout out to Rosetta bakery on main ave. And a cool art gallery lik Miami. It’s a mixed bag here.

Lincoln Road in Miami Beach is one of the city’s essential pedestrian experiences. Stretching across a vibrant strip lined with shops on both sides, it offers a mix of well-known brands, boutique stores, and an array of dining options—ranging from casual bites to full-service restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory. It’s the kind of place where you can easily stroll from end to end, choosing where to stop for a meal, pick up unique products, or enjoy a quick ice cream. The pedestrian-only design makes it pleasant to explore on foot, and it’s an ideal spot for both shopping and people-watching. Parking is straightforward, with several private garages nearby charging around $2–3 per hour, while public parking runs about $4 per hour. For the best experience, consider visiting after 3 PM when the heat is less intense, as midday sun here can be strong. Depending on your pace, an hour to an hour and a half is plenty to walk the stretch and take in the atmosphere. Overall, Lincoln Road is a must-visit location in Miami Beach offering a blend of shopping, dining, and local flavor in one walkable destination.

Miami Seaquarium, located on Virginia Key, is a must-visit for families with kids. Since 1955, this marine complex has been captivating visitors with its diverse sea life displays and entertaining shows featuring killer whales, dolphins, manatees, penguins, sea turtles, and sharks. The 750,000-gallon saltwater aquarium is home to many of these friendly creatures. Additionally, the Seaquarium offers dolphin rides and experiences for an up-close encounter with these intelligent mammals.
The Miami Seaquarium is a classic attraction and a great place to learn about marine life and ocean conservation while enjoying fun shows and exhibits. It’s a family-friendly destination with a mix of interactive experiences, educational programs, and close-up encounters with dolphins, sea lions, and tropical fish. The layout is easy to navigate, with both indoor and outdoor exhibits that make it enjoyable year-round. Highlights include the dolphin and sea lion shows, as well as opportunities to learn more about manatees, turtles, and other marine animals. There are also options for interactive experiences, like swimming with dolphins, which make the visit even more memorable. The park offers plenty of shaded areas, food stands, and seating, which is convenient for families with kids. It’s also close to downtown Miami, making it an easy addition to any travel itinerary.

I attended the very last show before the Seaquarium shuts down, and honestly — it was heartbreaking. While the structure may look a bit run down, what truly stood out to me was the incredible connection between the staff and the animals. You can see the genuine love, care, and bond they share. The animals looked happy, healthy, and so well cared for. Many of these animals have been rescued and could never survive in the wild, so this place has been their home and safe haven. Seeing it close is deeply sad — Miami just won’t be the same without this historic staple that has brought joy, education, and unforgettable memories to so many families. Thank you to the amazing staff for your dedication, compassion, and the love you’ve shown these beautiful creatures every single day. 💙🐬

Went on a Tuesday and I have to say it was not crowded at all. But also there wasn’t much to do and not many animals at all. I wouldn’t even consider this an aquarium. When you hear aquarium you think you would see fish tanks lot of marine life but no. Definitely not worth it
Elizabeth O — Google review
This place was not busy at all. I appreciated the staff and all the knowledge they had to share about the animals that are there, any questions we had they had an answer. I will say the place seems slightly run down and could maybe use some renovations. There also were not as many animals as I was expecting you could say but the shows they had were really nice. It was so cool to see how the sea lions and Dolphins were so well behaved and trained. You could truly see the relationships the trainers had with them and that alone was a beautiful thing to see. Me and my family purchased our tickets on Groupon so it was $23.99 for each person which isn’t too bad for something to do.
Brittney M — Google review
It was a decent visit overall. The place is nice and well-kept, but a few sections were closed, which made it feel a bit limited. The shows we did catch were fun, and it seems like something kids would especially enjoy.
Rainy T — Google review
Wonderful experience in an iconic 70 year-old Miami landmark. Brought back memories from my childhood. The shows were great even though tomorrow will be the last day for them operating as the Seaquarium. Too bad one of the big companies didn’t buy them out and keep the aquarium as a research facility for the aquatic life here in South Florida.

It is a shame that they closed!! I met my next wife here for our first date, and I was lucky enough to come back one day before closing.. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, located at 1300 Biscayne Blvd, is a prominent arts complex that opened in 2006 after significant investment. Renamed after a generous donation by philanthropist Adrienne Arsht, it houses the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House and the Knight Concert Hall.
We went to see La La Land with a live 50-piece orchestra, and it was absolutely magical. They played the entire score live while the full movie played on screen, and it added so much depth and emotion to an already beautiful film. Justin Hurwitz (the actual composer!) was there conducting, and he was phenomenal. Truly a genius. Our seats were pretty high up, but they turned out to be perfect—we had this awesome aerial view of the orchestra, and seeing them perform everything live was unreal. Highly recommend those upper-level seats if you want to really take it all in! The music, the energy, the emotion—it was beautiful. We crode. I heard sniffles all around the theater (which lowkey made it even better, haha). Overall, such a moving, unforgettable night. If this show ever comes to your city, go! You won’t regret it.

The Ziff Ballet Opera House lobby is stunning. All white, contemporary design with towering beams and sweeping rows of lights. Contrasting black and white terrazzo floor design. Has two lobby bars (which have long, long lines). The inside of the theater is understated yet impressive. 4 tiers, 2,400 seats. Immense gold oculus light at the ceiling center. Good seats with arm rests and comfortable padding with enough legroom. Went to see the Ukrainian ballet and folk dancers. Excellent performance. The special dance expressing the horrors of the war was heartbreaking. The box I was seated in was plain but had a good view. Ushers were polite and helpful. The women's restroom was in need of an update. Parking, as always, was horrendous. Before you go, be sure to reserve a $10 space in the Arsht Premium lot P2520 located directly across the street from the Arsht. Otherwise, you may end up paying $40 to $50 to park in the public lot next to P2520.

I have nothing but positive things to share about my experience with Adrienne Arsht Center. It was my first time visiting/attending an event in the theatre for the Spill the Pop Tour and I arrived three hours before to ensure I got a spot and during my waiting time the security guard was beyond sweet and really patient when explaining where the main entrance was going to be! Also the house manager, Gabe, was the star of the night, his patience and obvious compassion in his work did not go unnoticed! He wasn’t only patient but super nice to me! Then Betty was also such a lovely person to speak to, she was so joyful for me! Overall the organization, the cleaninless and everything about this venue is amazing! Definitely want to come back for any sort of event LOL. Thank you to all team members and staff for listening to me that day!

Went to see The Wiz at the smaller theater. Great play! Colorful and funny! Most of the seating gives you a good view of the stage and the theater is on the cooler side, so bring a jacket. Got there 3 minutes after one and had to wait to enter. So we stand in front of a TV watching and the ushers decide to carry a full-blown conversation in front of us making it difficult to hear. I had to tell them politely to shut up. They were aggravating as hell! 😠 So, whatever you do, don't get there late or even on time!

I went to see CHICAGO on Wednesday—it was not good. I "liked, not loved," the second part of the show. However, the center is gorgeous, clean, and very nice. The employees are kind and ready to assist you! FYI: If you reserve a ticket for this show, including parking, be careful. My daughter is going tonight, and she received an email with a different time, which forced her to cancel her parking reservation. DO NOT BUY PARKING TICKETS ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL REGRET IT, STUBHUB DOES NOT REFUND AND CHARGES YOUR BANK ACCOUNT 2 TIMES. ONCE YOU PURCHASE IT, YOU CANNOT CANCEL OR DISPUTE, THIS COMPANY ARE GETTING RICH IN ABUSING CONFIDENTIALITY RIGHTS. PARK AROUND AREA IS LESS DISTANCE AND NO FRAUD! Had she driven to the center, they would have told her that her parking was from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.—go figure, the show starts at 8 p.m.! Anyway, the Chicago Broadway show in NYC back in the '90s was outstanding! The Chicago movie was excellent! This Miami, Florida production of Chicago is... pretty good. I’d rather watch the movie 🎬 — sorry!!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Miami City Ballet's performance of "The Nutcracker" for a friend's birthday, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The show itself was nothing short of beautiful; the choreography was mesmerizing, and the performers truly brought the magic of the holiday season to life. The dancers, both seasoned professionals and talented children, showcased incredible skill and artistry that left the audience in awe. One aspect that stood out was the attention to detail in costumes and staging. Every performer was dressed elegantly, contributing to the enchanting atmosphere of the performance. The vibrant colors and intricate designs truly added to the festive spirit of the ballet. However, while the show was a visual treat, my experience in Tier 3 came with a few drawbacks. The seats, unfortunately, were not the most comfortable. Another inconvenience was the access to refreshments. I was disappointed to discover that the concession stands were only open on the lower level. This meant that if I wanted a drink or snack, I had to make the trek all the way down to the bottom of the venue, which was quite a hassle during intermission. It would have been much more convenient if there had been food and drink options available on each level. Despite these minor issues, the beauty of the performance and the talent of the dancers far outweighed any discomfort. I would highly recommend seeing the Miami City Ballet's "The Nutcracker" to anyone looking for a festive outing. Just be prepared for the seating situation and the logistics of grabbing a snack! Overall, it was a magical evening filled with holiday cheer that I will cherish for a long time.

It offers mind-bending experiences through cutting-edge technology, featuring fully immersive, 360-degree art that allows visitors to become a part of the artwork. The gallery showcases large-scale immersive installations such as a room of fluffy clouds and a mirror maze, providing playful and interactive experiences for art enthusiasts.
Immersive, Playful, and Always Evolving Superblue Miami is a go-to for us every time we're in the city. My kids and I love the mix of art, technology, and play. One of our favorite rooms is the flower and waterfall projection space by TeamLab — it’s stunning and constantly changing with your movement. The heartbeat room is also a unique, personal experience, and the James Turrell light installation is mesmerizing in its simplicity and depth. The mirror maze and cloud room bring a fun, playful energy that kids especially love, but adults will too. We also really enjoyed the Studio Lemercier sound and light exhibition, and we’re looking forward to exploring the new Random International light experience on our next visit. Superblue always finds a way to surprise us — it's immersive, interactive, and breathtakingly beautiful, and we always leave feeling inspired. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for something different and memorable.

Pretty expensive for what you get and it wasn’t quite what we were expecting, plus it was much cheaper if we booked tickets online. We liked the interactive rooms: the heartbeat lights and graffiti wall, and then the bubble room looked like fun but we didn’t want to pay $13 extra for it. Other than that the water lights were cool but the other rooms were pretty boring and we probably spent about 30 minutes total between all of them. We would have loved to see more interactive elements, descriptions or information about the displays, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly or open to us having a bit of fun with how we interacted with the exhibits.

Extremely beautiful and fun exhibits. I took my mother here for her birthday and we had a great time. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that they say it takes 90-120 minutes to see all the exhibits. But that's only true if you stay at each one for 15 minutes. It's roughly a 60 minute experience for everyone in there including myself. For $30 a person, definitely not a bad deal.

The exhibits are constantly changing, which makes every visit feel fresh and unique. Families, couples, and art enthusiasts alike can enjoy the playful yet thought-provoking atmosphere, and the spaces are perfect for photography and social media moments. While admission is on the higher side and visits typically last one to two hours, the creativity and immersive nature of Superblue make it a must-see cultural destination in Miami for anyone looking to experience art in a bold and unforgettable way. I recommend it but, not cloud experience.

Probably not for everyone but my wife and I really enjoyed it. It was different and interactive, some cool concepts. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We spent a little more that 2 hours to go through the 5 exhibits.
Nathan E — Google review
I had a good time and enjoyed each exhibit! However I don’t think it was worth the $30 and it should’ve been a bit cheaper, or at least have a couple more exhibits because it felt short to me. This would be a great spot to come enjoy with your family and kids though! I really enjoyed all the photo opportunities.
Andrea J — Google review
This was so fun and I love that they change the exhibits almost yearly even though I don’t live there to be able to go each time. There are sounds associated with lamps all of the exhibits (or at least these) but I did see a sign for sensory sensitive showings so if you could probably reach out to them to find out more if that’s a concern. It wasn’t overly loud for these exhibits. We enjoyed the interactive ones a lot too. If there was more seating we could’ve spent forever in some of the rooms (may be why there isn’t). There were kids there too and I think they could enjoy this as well but obviously they may want to move through slower or quicker than you depending. I would say it could be cheaper but everything is expensive these days and I truly don’t mind paying for actual art so I don’t think $32 is an outrageous price (think residents are a little cheaper).

Gesu Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located in downtown Miami. The church was originally constructed with wood frame architecture in 1897 and underwent a major renovation in 1924, where it received a Mediterranean Revival style architecture. The Gesu Church is an important part of Miami's history and is still active today.
Incredibly beautiful parish! I have attended both an English and Spanish mass, they are both amazing (8am & 10am on Sunday). They were both very reverent and relevant. The priests were very good, homilies hit home. Very unique to this parish is they offer confession before mass on Sunday. I felt Jesus’ mercy and love. If you are in the area of this church, go! You will not regret it.

I have been coming to this Gesu Church ⛪️ since go to Miami Dade Community College for over 20 years . I just Love Praying 🙏 in this church, It’s been Beautifully Restored.

GESÙ established in 1896 (the same founding year as the City of Miami itself ) is the first Jesuit Catholic Church ⛪️ in Miami. The land upon which the church stands, was donated to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese by Henry Flagler, an entrepreneur industrialist who settled here and built the railroad from Saint Augustine to Key West. A Catholic School once stood by the rectory. Today the school no longer exists and has, unfortunately been replaced by a parking lot.

Love this church and the administration. Thank you. 🥰❤️🙏 Gesù Catholic Church in Miami, built in 1895, radiates timeless beauty with its historic charm and sacred atmosphere, a true spiritual landmark of the city.

This breathtaking Catholic church is not only a work of architectural beauty but also a place that radiates peace and reverence. The moment you step inside, the soaring ceilings, intricate stained glass, and lovingly preserved details transport you to another time. Every corner tells a story — from the ornate altar to the quiet side chapels perfect for prayer. Whether attending Mass, lighting a candle, or simply admiring the craftsmanship, you can feel the faith and devotion that has filled this sacred space for generations. It’s a living testament to both the artistry of its builders and the enduring presence of God. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates history, beauty, and the profound sense of stillness that only a holy place can offer.

The secretary is very rude. I went there to ask for help she said they don't help but will provide a # that may be able to help. I told her it is okay. I couldn't believe this type of person can work in a church? I don't even have $ to buy a bottle of water right now & have not drank anything. This type of attitude to a person in need is disgusting. I tried to give a humble suggestion that maybe next time someone asks for help don't tell them to come in person, have them call you. I was told to come here at 9:30 am to speak to her. That should not be told to someone just to ge turned away. I could have been turned down over the phone. She has a phone in her office. I walked a long way with a heavy suitcase & duffel. I'm already sleeping outside I really did not need to be given anything negative in my situation. I am a nurse, maybe I am just more empathetic than most because I take care of sick children & adults. I don't know. But I am a respectable licensed professional person who fell on hard times (primarily due to being targeted). There was no reason to be treated like this.

The Coral Gables Merrick House is a museum that showcases the history of the city's founder, George Merrick. The house has been restored to its original 1925 condition, complete with furniture from that era. Visitors can learn about how the city was conceived through the eyes of Mr. Merrick. Despite negative reviews from some who found it boring or were disappointed by closures, others praise it as one of Miami's best museums and one of Coral Gables' finest landmarks.
This museum house is beautiful, big and an awesome thing to do when you have a free Saturday. The young tour guide was knowledgeable and really great at what he does. It was cheap too. I've lived in Miami my whole life and never even knew this was there until we passed by on our way to church

My sister and I had an extraordinary tour. Our tour guide was amazing, a Panamanian lady, so sorry I forgot your name. Her love for the history of this family and their contributions to Coral Gables made us love it too! The Merrick family is the reason why there is a Coral Gables!! If you love history, it's worth the trip!!

The Merrick House of Coral Gables is a must in Miami. Everyone should go to get to know why it is such a beautiful community. The tour guides have first hand experience on the history of the community, and the family that had the dream to envision it. I would recommend stopping here first, then walk down to the venetian pool through the beautifully banyan tree-filled streets, and finally to the biltmore Hotel.

Located in Miami Beach, the Colony Theatre is a beautifully restored 1935-era art deco theater that offers a diverse range of performances and events. Originally opened as a Paramount cinema, this historic venue now hosts an array of entertainment including film screenings, live music, dance shows, opera performances, comedy acts, and dramatic productions. Managed by Miami New Drama, the 430-seat theater boasts state-of-the-art facilities while retaining its charming art deco design.
The interactive theatre production was incredibly entertaining and funny, with each set thoughtfully crafted and the actors delivering top-tier performances. The attention to detail and creativity throughout made it a truly immersive experience. It’s the perfect way to spend a fun night with friends—I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something unique and memorable!

Retro, 1935 Art Deco beautifully preserved theater showing multi-discipline, multi-cultural shows. Home of the talented MIND theater company (Miami New Drama). I saw "Juneteenth" which was a series of short films followed by live music, spoken word, dancing, and singing in honor of freedom. The performance was of Broadway show caliber but the set and costumes were marginal. Will definitely be back for more shows.

I saw a poster for the play, "A Special Day," and it looked interesting so I decided to sign up for the free tickets and I'm so glad I did. I really enjoyed the play, even it just being two actors on stage. Witnessing their skill with such raw passion made me an instant fan, and I'm ready for "A Wonderful World," the Louis Armstrong musical coming this December. The theatre still has its vintage with a modern updates and very clean and beautiful and the staff are amazing and friendly! The sound is great as well. The temperature of the theatre is cool/cold, bring a light sweater. The seats are in good condition but old school, if you know that I mean. The good thing though is that the theater personnel are heavy on social distancing so there will be two to three seats separating you from the next family or group.

The Clevelander Bar is a vibrant and popular open-air spot located at the Clevelander Hotel in Miami. It's a favorite among tourists, offering a lively poolside scene with Art Deco neon lights. The bar hosts various entertainment such as cover bands, wet tee shirt contests, and sexy shot girls, creating an all-year-round Spring Break vibe. Visitors can enjoy happy hour from Monday to Friday with half servings of delicious Flatbreads and refreshing drinks.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a complimentary drink, setting the tone for an amazing stay. The outside pool area had a vibrant atmosphere, with great music, delicious drinks, and fresh, high-quality food. I went downstairs three times and was consistently impressed with the service—room service was quick and everything I needed was handled perfectly. The highlight? Free frozen margarita refills that I could even take to-go! The pricing was phenomenal for the value I received. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ashley absolutely deserves this one. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. Her energy was warm, her timing was perfect, and she anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Ashley didn’t just take our order—she created an experience. Friendly without being overbearing, fast without feeling rushed, and just overall amazing. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. If you get a chance to sit in her section—do it. Ashley is hands-down the best server I’ve ever had.
Genesis L — Google review
Would give this zero stars for service, but here we are... We were really unhappy with this restaurant. It was my first time visiting. No complaints about the food or kitchen staff—honestly, the food was great, and that’s important. I’m giving 1 star, and that’s only for the Service. We were staying at the Clevelander Hotel, which offers a 15% discount at this restaurant. When we sat down, we specifically asked both the hostess and our server if the discount applied, and they both said “Yes, sure.” Our server, Zulma, seemed either very unprofessional or maybe just new. Every time we asked her about something on the menu, she wasn’t sure. I ordered a beer—she came back and said they were out of it. I ordered a different one, and again, she returned to say they didn’t have that either. So I just said, bring me whatever beer you do have. No big deal at that point. When it was time to pay, we asked for the check. She brought us just the credit card slip—no itemized check. We asked for the itemized version and reminded her about the 15% discount. We had already noticed that the total charged to the card did not reflect any discount. She returned with the itemized check—still no discount. We asked again. This time she said she had to check with the manager. First, she asked us to show our hotel key or something that showed we were eligible. We showed her the hotel key. She came back rolling her eyes and smiling, and said the manager told her the discount only applies to the breakfast menu. Then came the next question: “Do you have a Florida Driver License or Miami ID? Then we can give you the discount.” We were like—Really? We’re visitors, staying at the hotel you partner with. Isn’t that the whole point? At that point, we were frustrated—why didn’t anyone mention that before we ordered? Meanwhile, during the 25-minute back-and-forth, my credit card was already charged without my signature or approval. How nice, right? Eventually, we gave up and left because we were tired of going back and forth, especially with her attitude. It was honestly ridiculous. And of course, they included a 20% service charge. For what service, exactly? Also worth noting: there’s an automatic 20% gratuity charge added to every bill, regardless of the service provided. Our bill came to about $120 for two people—definitely not cheap. And to top it off, they still had a spot for an optional tip on the check. Hilarious. With hundreds of restaurants around, we made the wrong choice. It’s not even about the 15% discount—we could’ve easily paid full price. It’s about how they treated their guests. We won’t be coming back, even though the food was genuinely good. Zero stars for service. Five stars for the food.

My friend and I went to a comedy show here and had a couple drinks at the bar after. The show and drinks were great but I can’t believe the rudeness of the bouncer. My friend was showing her ID to the other bouncer and this guy snaps to know if she’s listening to him, I tell him that I am and he tells how to get to the company club. I ask if he needs my ID and he says “we all know you’re 21.” He was the very large, bald one. I am not sure why someone who is so miserable would choose a job interacting with people.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came with a small group to record a simple dance video, a space advertised as a place to “Park Safe, Content Create.” After 40 minutes, security falsely accused us of being a group of 90+, then escalated by calling the police — with children present — creating a traumatizing scene. No website or social media states that prior permission is required. To make matters worse, the security guard took photos of all our license plates without explanation. Completely unprofessional and misleading. If you're going to promote your space as content-friendly, honor that. Otherwise, clearly state your rules.

I’ve been summoned to jury duty here 3x but this last time was the awkward and unpleasant experience with the judge. Judge Jose M Rodriguez singled out the jurors who were not fluent in English and basically embarrassed them in front of everyone when they clearly could not fully understand his questions. I have never seen this type of behavior from a judge on jury duty. Usually the people who are not very well fluent are asked a few questions and then released. This man kept asking them questions and there were awkward silences. One juror tried helping by translating to his neighbor and the judge abruptly called him out and told him not to. The jurors who voiced their concern on their case about being impartial , he also abruptly interrupted them and said their concern was “irrelevant”. I understand a lot of people don’t want to come to jury duty , some people go as far as throwing the summons out and pretending they never got it. So those of us that do make it are making an effort out of our day. I don’t mind serving but really left a bad taste in my mouth this time around. The courtroom next to ours, you could hear people giggling inside and even their baliff was very funny to them.

I post as someone who has visited the courthouse both to admire the historical building and for work/trial. I usually park at the 109 sw 1st street parking lot which is about a 2 minute walk from the courthouse but offers $2 hourly parking or $14/day parking on weekdays. The staff is always nice, the judges I've met are cordial and follow the applicable rules from jury selection to verdict. The courthouse itself is on the National Registry of Historic places, offers a law library, and has several trimmings from its inception in 1928- I rode the elevator just to marvel at the interior.

My family has lived in this building for over 6 years. After Hurricane Irma we all began experiencing headaches and random fevers. My youngest child had several unexplained full body rashes. After leaving over the last several months for extended periods we determined it was something with the building. Then mold began showing through our ceiling in our condo. The maintenance after a year of reporting the issue wanted to paint over the mold. Buyer and tenants beware! Especially if you have children. The only positive is the location

Worst service, they must take a screening for anyone want to rent an apartment, it will be between 1 - 2 month , long process until move in your apartment, I didn’t recommend for anyone to rent an apartment here , my real-estate was sasco company , they r was unprofessional company , they are was very bad company , I was waiting for screening process for one month, then I canceled my contract with them , and move to other place with other company and i moving to my apartment just in 2 days . If i can give this zero star i will do .

The Art Deco Welcome Center is a must-visit for architecture enthusiasts in Miami. Situated in the vibrant South Beach neighborhood, this iconic area boasts over 800 historic buildings with the distinctive Art Deco style of the 1920s and 1930s. The center provides information on tours and opportunities to explore the colorful streets, galleries, shops, and restaurants that define this energetic district.
Very interesting history of Art Deco and its impact on Miami Beach and the structures, including the preservation efforts. There is also a free map you can get which allows you to do a walking tour of the Art Deco buildings on Ocean Drive and elsewhere in Miami Beach.

Wonderful place to learn about the history of South Beach Miami. To think it was almost all torn down for high-rise apartments is appalling. Great place to visit. The staff is super friendly.
Peter C — Google review
I highly recommend the walking tour, our guide lleana is an expert art historian with a vast knowledge on the Art Deco style and architecture, and definitely the fascinating history of Miami beach! We were very happy learning about and visiting awesome buildings not easily accessed by other guides.

Very nice for souvenirs and some Art Deco antiques! the staff is nice as well

Miami Beach should upgrade street light and landscaping, otherwise will be no more tourist back. It will be legendary place.

Small but really nicely done with many photos and information about the local historic hotels in the immediate area.

A pleasant 2-hour guided tour and walk to learn about South Beach architecture and its history. Guide Julie was enthusiastic and pleasant. $35 is a fair price for an informative walk. I reserved in advance online. The Friday morning tour was probably 40 people but Julie didn't lose us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Art Deco Historic District – Miami Beach’s Timeless Gem The Art Deco District in Miami Beach is absolutely stunning! It’s one of the most unique and beautiful areas I’ve ever visited. Every building tells a story — with pastel colors, geometric shapes, and elegant details that capture the spirit of Miami’s golden era. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing. You can stroll along Ocean Drive, enjoy the palm-lined streets, and admire the perfectly preserved 1930s architecture that makes this area world-famous. It’s truly a photographer’s dream and a must-see for anyone visiting Miami Beach. If you love design, history, or just the feeling of classic Miami charm, the Art Deco District is the perfect place to explore. A beautiful reminder that style and history never go out of fashion.

Cuban restaurant
Restaurant
La Carreta is a laid-back Cuban eatery with several locations in South Florida, known for its authentic and consistent Cuban cuisine. The Little Havana location is famous for its vibrant rooster statue outside. The restaurant offers classic Cuban dishes like ropa vieja and picadillo, as well as specials throughout the week. La Carreta serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a weekend breakfast buffet that features traditional Cuban favorites.
La Carreta is a total gem. The portions are huge, the prices are great, and the food is full of flavor. Cocktails are just $11 – and they’re actually really good! It’s honestly worth taking a taxi just to eat here. The atmosphere is warm and lively, and while I can’t remember our server’s name, the service was outstanding. If you want a satisfying meal that feels like a great deal, this is the place.

Been here Twice so far for Bruch and there sandwiches don't miss. The Media Noche and the Calle Ocho hit every time. The café Cubano is on point. Juices are fresh. Chill atmosphere with the locals. Prices were right on.

I can only say spectacular, the best Cuban food I’ve ever had at an amazing price. If you have the chance, try it. The coffee is out of this world
Maria B — Google review
As always the food was delicious! Service was very fast! Looks a little old and worn but somehow it’s part of the charm. We had bistec empanisado, media noche and croqueta preparada. The Cuban coffee is always a must! I highly recommend visiting.

La Carreta Miami is a true gem! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious—comforting, flavorful, and exactly what we needed after a long day out in the sun and water. They offer a wide variety of dishes and sides, and everything tasted like it was made with care and love. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic, satisfying Cuban food!
Ibraheem K — Google review
Staff is very friendly and nice, they will give you great recommendations. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary, except for the lamb that was excellent according to my husband. Service is a bit slow, but nothing crazy. My children got the chicken breast and said they liked it. We had a good time.
Dayana A — Google review
I’ve been coming to La Carreta since I was a kid with my parents, and now I get to bring my own kids here. The food is always amazing and authentic, and the service is top-notch every single time. This place truly captures the authentic Cuban experience. I absolutely love it here!

Live music venue

Concert hall
Event venue
The New World Center, located in the heart of Miami Beach, is a stunning concert hall and home to the prestigious New World Symphony. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, this modern architectural gem features an 80-foot-high glass curtain wall and hosts a variety of concerts and ballet performances throughout the season.
I love all the musical performances; however last night I went to see Herman Cornejo performing The last of Nijinsky: Anima Animal and it reminded me of Dante's Inferno with AI music sounding like the end of humanity. I should have known better and checked out the menu. They had a singular ballet team in the second act that way to little and to late to redeem the cost of admission.
Michael M — Google review
I purchased tickets with my friends and we came here on a Sunday afternoon for a 2pm classical music concert. After we came in, the manager stopped us inside the venue and informed us that children under the age of 8 are not allowed and ,my son would not be permitted to enter the performance. As we were speaking, other children clearly younger than 8 were coming in to see the performance with no issues. There is discrimination by the management and it’s shocking to me that they would restrict classical music performance to a certain age for a matinee performance. Classical music should be for everyone, I’ve never had this issue at the Arsht Center for Performing Arts or any other venue in Miami. We go together to ballet, opera, and other music performances and this is the first time I received such poor treatment. The manager did offer to refund my tickets but honestly after inviting my friends and planning my day around this performance only to be turned away this is negligible. I’m disappointed in this establishment and will not recommend anyone to come here as they have poor policies and poorer customer service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VENUE and would offer other options much better in Miami

Saw Game On! A video game music concert. It was absolutely incredible, hands down the best show I've seen in years. The price was incredible, the performers were spot on, great program... Such a treat to see a real orchestra and choir for an affordable price. Was absolutely worth the two hour drive I had to get there.

The Royal Castle is a massive brick edifice that was originally built as a wooden stronghold in the 14th century. Throughout its history, it has served as a royal residence for dukes of Mazovia, Russian tsars, and even the president of Poland after independence. Today, it is filled with period furniture and works of art.
I went to this Royal Castle today for the first time ever and everything about it was pleasant. I was greeted when I entered, the place was clean, the food came out quickly and, It's tasted great!! Crazy to think this is the last one to exist! I hope it never closes!! I will definitely be back.

I placed my order over the phone and the woman who took my order told me it’ll be 15 minutes . I got there 20 minutes later and it took another 20 minutes to actually receive my order . I ordered 2 steak breakfast with eggs + grits and requested for the steaks to be cooked to medium . The steaks were actually well over well done (TOUGH) , grits were lumpy and under cooked . The only thing that’s was edible was the eggs and toast .

I cannot believe I have driven past this place so many times It took someone from out of town to be in the car. We grabbed some burgers and they were amazing. Each and every bite was absolutely delicious. The lady who assisted us was pleasant and helpful and the cook killed. And to top it off we got to learn a little bit of history about this business. I SUGGEST YOU MAKE THE TRIP HERE!!

A staple from my memory bank that holds awesome memories and my inner fat girl had to have her 6 pk of cheese burgers with fries (now country fries) with a lemonade/fruit punch mix😊 Just know their hour's have changed they close at 3 pm Monday - Sunday. The staff still offers friendly service with a smile, the restaurant is clean, which is a MAJOR BONOUS, and the prices were fair. My food was hot and delicious, and I left wobbling and satisfied 😉

Some of the best food in Miami. I was there for lunch and had the best mini burgers I've ever had. Kudos to who cooked them. What made the visit? The very best was Crystal (sorry if I misspelled)! She remembered my name and went over the whole menu with me. Amazing, amazing, amazing service. I will definitely be back. Thank you everyone!!
Cam G — Google review
The family that runs this place is amazing! The food was way better than I remembered back in the day.
Doug B — Google review
This is the last Royal Castle left on the planet. Royal Castle is to South Florida what White Castle is to the Midwest. They made their first slider in 1938, and at its peak in the 1960's, there were over 150 locations, 40 of which were in South Florida. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 7, although I give the owner a 10 for keeping the last one open, terrazzo floors, and all. It's worth a visit for historical reasons alone. The sliders were cooked to order and served hot. Throw in a root beer for the full vintage experience.
