Cuban restaurant
Puerto Sagua Restaurant, a local institution in the heart of South Beach Miami, has been serving up comfort-food staples like Cuban sandwich and ropa vieja since 1962. Despite its dated interior and occasional tourist crowds, this iconic eatery is well worth the visit for some of the city's most delicious Cuban cuisine. The filete salteado is a must-try dish among many other mouthwatering options on their menu.
The fish soup tasted amazing , Ifelt like I was back home in Ukraine (where the food is delicious). The soup deserves a score of 11 out of 10 - it’s simple but very tasty. The beef with rice was just average. Overall, everything was okay.

A very charming diner in Miami Beach. We went there every day for breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly. You always get a glass of water and coffee with every order. The prices are more than fair. The food isn’t anything fancy – more on the classic side – but definitely tasty and filling. The atmosphere is very cool. Definitely a recommendation for any tourist.

Red Sea bass and fries. The best crispy fish I’ve had in a while. If you love fish and in the heart of downtown drop it. Our tour guide recommended it as well saying it’s as authentic as it comes
Geoffrey C — Google review
We’ve been to Puerto Sagua twice – once for breakfast and once for dinner – and both times were amazing! The restaurant serves classic Cuban food, and everything we tried was delicious. We especially recommend the Pollo Asado with arroz, frijoles, and plantains – juicy chicken, perfectly cooked rice and beans, and so much flavor. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. They’re happy if you speak Spanish – it’s a great place to practice – but you can just as easily speak English. The restaurant itself has a charming, old-fashioned look – it’s been around for over 50 years, and that’s exactly what gives it its warm, nostalgic atmosphere. You really feel comfortable there, like the world is still a little simpler and calmer. A truly authentic spot for anyone who loves real Cuban food in a cozy, welcoming setting! 🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🙌
Leonie T — Google review
This restaurant was recommended to us from a local because we wanted authentic Cuban food. We ordered fried grouper, empanadas, Cuban sandwich, sangria and Cuban coffee. All of that was REALLY good. The grouper came with the option of salad and fries and neither were good. It’s an old school diner atmosphere and seemed clean and well-kept. The service was uninviting and cold. The man who sat us didn’t smile, and didn’t welcome us; he just walked us to our seat and then walked away. Our primary waiter engaged with other patrons but was extremely short and cold with us. I overheard him refer to patrons at another table as his “hermanas” after asking and learning they were from a Latin country. After he visited with them, he looked at our table and walked away. He never came by to check on us. (I needed another napkin during my entire meal.) The only time he seemed half way interested in us being there was when we ordered the coffee before leaving. I’d never go back.

I used to live in Miami Beach 30+ years ago. I came back to visit with my husband and son. The food and the warmth and attentiveness of service was exactly what I remembered. Puerto Sagua is an icon! It was so special to be able to return. I had the picadillo, my husband had palomillo steak, and my son had a Cuban sandwich. Of all the places that have come and gone in Miami Beach, this place is for real. The authentic. Everyone was so kind. The bread is still amazing. There's just nothing like it. Oh and my cortadito was a little sip of heaven.💜 Highly recommend!
Julie H — Google review
This really was a chill back Cuban spot and we loved it! I got the whole red snapper and she got the Puerto sagua plate. We both loved our food. Mine was the best dish I had so far on this trip. The decaf cortadito and tres leches hit the spot at the end. Definitely coming back again.

Highly recommended resturant on South Beach, we only went for a quick bite, platano omelet and cafecito. Cuban bread. I wish I would have gone later on Because the menu looks amazing for lunch and dinner.

Restaurant
La Carreta is a laid-back Cuban eatery with several locations in South Florida, known for its authentic and consistent Cuban cuisine. The Little Havana location is famous for its vibrant rooster statue outside. The restaurant offers classic Cuban dishes like ropa vieja and picadillo, as well as specials throughout the week. La Carreta serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a weekend breakfast buffet that features traditional Cuban favorites.
La Carreta is a total gem. The portions are huge, the prices are great, and the food is full of flavor. Cocktails are just $11 – and they’re actually really good! It’s honestly worth taking a taxi just to eat here. The atmosphere is warm and lively, and while I can’t remember our server’s name, the service was outstanding. If you want a satisfying meal that feels like a great deal, this is the place.

Been here Twice so far for Bruch and there sandwiches don't miss. The Media Noche and the Calle Ocho hit every time. The café Cubano is on point. Juices are fresh. Chill atmosphere with the locals. Prices were right on.

As always the food was delicious! Service was very fast! Looks a little old and worn but somehow it’s part of the charm. We had bistec empanisado, media noche and croqueta preparada. The Cuban coffee is always a must! I highly recommend visiting.

La Carreta Miami is a true gem! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious—comforting, flavorful, and exactly what we needed after a long day out in the sun and water. They offer a wide variety of dishes and sides, and everything tasted like it was made with care and love. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic, satisfying Cuban food!
Ibraheem K — Google review
Staff is very friendly and nice, they will give you great recommendations. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary, except for the lamb that was excellent according to my husband. Service is a bit slow, but nothing crazy. My children got the chicken breast and said they liked it. We had a good time.

I’ve been coming to La Carreta since I was a kid with my parents, and now I get to bring my own kids here. The food is always amazing and authentic, and the service is top-notch every single time. This place truly captures the authentic Cuban experience. I absolutely love it here!

La Carreta in Little Havana 🇨🇺 is a must-visit! The Cuban sandwich 🥪 is perfectly pressed, the black beans & rice 🍚 are full of flavor, & the flank steak 🥩 is tender & seasoned just right. Authentic taste, great vibes, & fast service—highly recommend! 🌟

Vaca frita de res y de pollo were great. The pan con bistec sandwich was great along with an order of yuca frita & tostones. Services was also decent and quick.

Havana Harry's is a popular Cuban restaurant in Miami that has been serving authentic Cuban cuisine since 1995. It has gained recognition as a top foodie destination and is known for its extensive menu, unique decor, and contemporary atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with American twists on traditional Cuban dishes. Guests can enjoy family-style dining with dishes like Churrasco Steak and Shrimp Creole.
Nice restaurant, tasty food, and superior service! Darien provided the best customer service I received in Miami. Food was really tasty: the moro rice and the rice pudding were crazy good. The chicken was average in terms of flavor, but really juicy. The service was always attentive, quick, and kind. As I mentioned earlier, I had the impression it was the best customer service I received in a restaurant in Miami.
Denise P — Google review
This restaurant have an extensive menu with many plates and options to choose from. Go early because parking is limited and it may take you some time to find where to park. They were very full when we visited, but they were able to accommodate us in a corner table. The drinks were refreshing, and food was tasty with big portions, but our white rice came uncooked and hard to eat. The server suggested we get Moro rice instead, but we passed on that. Now, for some strange reason, when we got out of the restaurant, we were all smelling like grease and food. I see now they are closed temporary. Hopefully for renovations such as parking, seating, and kitchen exhaust fans.
Leidi C — Google review
We just had the best meal here. Jorge was the most excellent server ever. He was very attentive and made thoughtful and helpful suggestions for drink, meal, and dessert options. The stuffed chicken with Moro rice and plantains was fantastic. The vaca frita empanadas were chef’s kiss. It was extremely difficult to pick a dessert with all the delectable options, but the coconut bread pudding with ice cream was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Havana Harry’s. The food was sensational, the portion sizes were huge! The service with Darien was absolutely on point, and he was so helpful and friendly. I heartily recommend Havana Harry’s! Try the guava cheesecake overload!

We drove from Texas to eat here! We used to come eat here when we lived in Fort Lauderdale. We are back for business and barely got into town before we drove down. The food is unmatched. The atmosphere so lovely! The service is perfection!

We ate at Havana Harry's and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Harry, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place 100%!

We had an amazing meal at Havana Harry’s! The beef Milanese was perfectly cooked and flavorful, served with classic white rice, creamy black beans, and sweet plantains. The spicy mango margarita was the perfect balance of sweet and heat absolutely delicious. To end the right way, the desserts were outstanding! The guava cheesecake was rich and creamy, and the flan tres leches was moist and silky. A must visit for anyone craving authentic Cuban flavors

What a great restaurant where customer service is a top priority. Our waiter Jose P. had many recommendations and my mushroom chicken Milanese was amazing. Portions are large and shareable. I highly recommend you come and don’t be intimidated by the desserts treat yourself!

Restaurant
Versailles Restaurant Cuban Cuisine is an iconic establishment in Little Havana, Miami, known for its traditional Cuban fare and vintage dining room adorned with chandeliers. It has been a centerpiece of the area for over 50 years and is often referred to as 'The World's Most Famous Cuban Restaurant.' The restaurant offers classic dishes such as Cubanos, Ropa Vieja, cafecitos, cortaditos, and Cuban pastries.
You will leave happier than when you arrived. Founder Felipe Valls Sr. long standing goal achieved! The restaurant and location are genius, restaurant, walk up “La Ventanita”, bakery and outdoor, casual seating make one imagine the storied 50+ year history. We went for lunch on a Monday. The large restaurant was packed with mostly locals. The Mojito with a piece of sugar cane was one of the best my partner has ever had. The food was very good. Ceviche, a Sampler Plate with Empañadas, Croquettes and Fried Yucca started us off. Mains were the Specialty Cuban Sandwich, and a Mixed Plate of Roasted Pork, Black Beans, Rice, Boiled Yucca and Plantains. We ended with Coconut Flan and Cuban Creme Caramel. And of course a Cafe Cubano. A feast that exceeded our expectations. Finally, prices are incredibly reasonable driving great value. Lives up to its’ motto “The World’s Most Famous Cuban Restaurant”. If you have never been, add this to your must visit list including a Mojito as well. We will next go on a busy evening as I imagine that this is a very lively place once the sun sets.

My father and I had a wonderful Victory dinner the day after the Louisville Cardinals mopped up the Miami Hurricanes! Everything about the dining experience was wonderful from the wait time to the food! The food is perfectly priced! The portions aren't huge, but they're not small either. You may not have leftovers but you will be full. The cafe con Leche was heavenly! The bread pudding was delicious but not after refrigerated. From now on if I'm ever in Miami it is a must to dine here!
Kimani E — Google review
We visited Versailles Restaurant after reading so many amazing reviews over 26,000 people have rated this place! As tourists, we decided we couldn’t miss it, even though we had to take an Uber for almost half an hour from our hotel. It was totally worth it! Even though the restaurant was very busy, everything was well-organized and smooth. The place was super clean, the staff were polite and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious the rice was fragrant and tasty, and the meat was tender and full of flavor. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great quality and generous portions. After our meal, we decided to order dessert and coffee, and the staff kindly guided us to their own bakery, which is located right on the same property. The desserts there were fantastic fresh, flavorful, and high quality, and the coffee was rich and smooth. The dessert we ordered was one of their most famous ones, and it’s meant to be enjoyed with their strong Cuban coffee. Since I ordered black tea instead, it felt a bit too sweet for me but that’s just a pairing thing! We also ordered a few items to go, and even though we ate them later when they were cold, they were still very tasty and kept their quality, so we wouldn’t deduct any points for that. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the area for adding the tip was already highlighted with a pen, as if to remind customers not to forget it. I think that’s unnecessary because most people already leave a tip unless they’re unhappy with the service, which definitely wasn’t the case here. Overall, this restaurant truly deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Everything from the food to the service and desserts was excellent. We really enjoyed our experience, and we’ll definitely come back here next time we visit Miami.

Came from Orlando for my bday dinner. Customer service excellent, our server was friendly and fast. I thought since it was a Sunday in miami there would be a long wait but we got seated as soon as walked in and the food came out within 20 mins. The food is nothing out of this world BUT it was delicious and seasoned well and felt like home cooked meal from a Cuban abuela. I would definitely eat here again the next time i’m in Miami.
Nakeya — Google review
I was really looking forward to coming back to Versailles on 8th Street. I ate here about five years ago and it was an amazing experience, so we even took a $25 Uber from Miami Beach to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. From the start, the service felt cold and impersonal. When we arrived, the hostess asked for my name, wrote it down, and that was it. No smile, no “welcome,” no estimate until I asked how long it would be. She said 30 minutes; we were seated in about 15, so the wait itself wasn’t the issue—it was the lack of warmth. Once we sat down, our server said hello and immediately jumped to, “What can I get you—drinks, appetizers, are you ready?” She didn’t walk us through the menu, didn’t mention any specials, and didn’t seem interested in helping us choose. We told her we definitely wanted ropa vieja and asked for a seafood recommendation. She suggested the shrimp al ajillo. The shrimp dish was the biggest letdown. The garlic sauce had a strange, thick consistency and almost no flavor—adding salt didn’t really save it. Several of the shrimp were undercooked and still a bit translucent, which is not what you want with seafood. The rice also didn’t taste fresh; there were some crunchy bites like it had been sitting for a while. The tostones were okay but not hot and fresh—I can honestly make better ones at home. On the positive side, the ropa vieja was excellent, exactly what I remembered and easily the best thing we ate. Both the Caesar salad and the Versailles salad were also very good. Overall, it ended up being a very average meal with a few highs and a lot of missed details—especially for a place with this reputation. Between the underwhelming service, the disappointing shrimp dish, and the long/expensive trip from the Beach, I’d give this experience three stars. Sadly, based on this visit, I probably won’t be coming back.
Carlos C — Google review
Stopped by Versailles Restaurant for a pastelito de guayaba y queso and a café con leche because apparently I’m doing a full Miami pastry tour now. First off, the pastelitos here are the real deal. Softer, flakier, and the cheese tastes like it actually has a passport. 😂 The guava was fresh, the texture was perfect, and it didn’t feel like it had been sitting around waiting for its big break. And the best part? The price was better than at Karla’s. Always a win in Miami where your coffee can cost as much as your car insurance. Now, the café con leche… whew. That thing was STRONG. Like, “I can see sounds now” strong. 💪☕️ I get why people love it. It’s bold and full of flavor. But personally, I prefer the smoother coffee at Karla’s. My heart rate definitely disagreed, though. Still, Versailles never disappoints. Iconic spot, top-tier pastelitos, and coffee that’ll keep you awake through the next hurricane season.
Jean-Paul R — Google review
Good experience, solid food, friendly service, dated but charming interior. We enjoyed our visit. It’s nothing to write home about, but it was interesting visiting what they claim is the world’s most famous Cuban restaurant. Ox Thai was excellent, but Paella Versailles was not good though in my view, perhaps, other paellas are better.

Great Experience with a friendly staff and very tasty food. ASSORTED SEAFOOD “ZARZUELA DE MARISCOS” Was excellent, full of flavor with less salt and great textures! Worth the price and more.

Restaurant
Chug's Diner, located in Coconut Grove, Miami, has recently expanded and reopened as a full-fledged sit-down restaurant. It offers a diverse menu for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The diner is known for serving one of the city's best meatloafs along with refreshing cocktails and drool-worthy dishes like the Chug burger and lechon asado. The outdoor patio is an ideal spot for enjoying brunch or lunch on a nice day with its shaded tables and plants.
Great brunch/lunch experience! Perfect scrambled eggs, benedict is solid, the famous iron skillet pancake is LARGE. Once you work your way to the middle, more of their special syrup is necessary which costs $4 more (not a big fan of that part). The consistency is like a sweet cornbread, less like a fluffy pancake. Atmosphere is modern and slightly cuban inspired like many of their dishes. In the clean, artsy, downtown neighborhood of Coconut Grove. Not a quiet establishment at peak hours but definitely popular for lunch breaks.

Sometimes the instagram famous places live up to hype. And Chug’s definitely does!!! The big pancake s NOT just a gimmick. It is one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had! We also had the lechon hash, and amazing cafe con leche and cortadito. Will be back! Special thanks to our wonderful hostess Natalie!!

I’ve been wanting to check out Chug’s Diner for a long time, and it definitely did not disappoint! The menu truly has something for everyone, from classic Cuban favorites to creative comfort food. There were so many highlights, but I especially loved their different croquetas (each one packed with flavor) and the frita, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They even offered my dog a bowl of water, which was very thoughtful! There are still so many things on the menu I’m excited to try, especially their famous pancakes, so I’ll definitely be back soon. Chug’s lives up to the hype and then some. Highly recommend!

Chug's Diner is a very popular spot located in Coconut Grove. They offer both indoor and patio dining. They offer a variety chef chef-inspired diner options. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also stay open late. It's a great place for a visitor to Miami to try to get the feel of a true Miami experience.

This is an amazing diner. The food is excellent and the service staff go out of their way to be helpful. The 2 ladies that served us, Megan and Telly even tried to help us with the car park payment. If you are in the area, this place is a must. The cast iron pancake is seriously delicious but it’s a huge portion so watch out for that!

Chug’s is easily my favorite brunch spot in Miami! Worth the wait, and the team is always working hard to get us seated as soon as possible. I try something new every time, and I am never disappointed. It’s always delicious! Great coffee, fabulous cocktails. Our server Danielle(a?) was so kind and attentive, made us feel at home.

Havana 1957 | Ocean Drive (1410) | Cuban Cuisine is a vibrant restaurant and rum bar that captures the essence of 1950s Havana. The menu features classic Cuban dishes, including the iconic Cuban sandwich, made with ham, Swiss cheese, roast pork, and pickles on freshly baked Cuban bread. The restaurant's Americanized portions are generous, accompanied by sides like fritas and sangria.
This is my first time having real Cuban food. My gosh, I’ve never tasted food like this. I grew up in a Latino household and got to experience some truly excellent Mexican food, but this was my first time having authentic Cuban food and I’m blown away by the flavors. This restaurant is where it’s at if you want to try some flavors of Cuba with excellent service (thank you to our server Liz!) and a fun vibe.

The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the place has such a cool vibe — lively music, great atmosphere, and nice decor. The staff were friendly and service was quick even though it was busy. It’s a great spot to enjoy good food and people-watch right on Ocean Drive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Miami Beach!

All I can say is wow!! I was blown away by the place . Starting with the amazing customer service from Lulu. Lulu was so friendly and made the stay even extra special. My phone battery was dead, as I dined and enjoyed the amazing music Lulu found a charger for me to charge my phone while I dined. The music was amazing!! All of my favorite songs. It took me back to old Havana. I only planned to stay for a few songs but decided to stay the entire show. It starts at 8pm, I suggest getting there 7-7:30 to feet good seats. The band was fire!! Beautiful vocals and accompanying sound. It’s a chill vibe, classy and great atmosphere.

Kate our server was wonderful with our food allergies. We got happy hour drinks. The mojito was on point. Pork bites succulent. Corn tamales one of the best ever. Roast chicken was a holy heck. Great live music Friday night. Highly recommend

We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant! The service was excellent pairing with the delicious dishes. We dined outside and enjoyed the great atmosphere. The warm vibes set us up for a very nice evening. First time dining along Ocean Drive. It is a very cool dining spot. I highly recommend.

Sol was such a sweet and attentive server. She even took the time to talk to me about the community and provide insight into my way home. The food was honestly some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I had the Cuban Platter so a little of everything. Highly recommend!

Great food. I had the Cuban and a mojito. Both were wonderful. Everyone at the table loved their food. Our waitress was wonderful. She explained everything including how they marinated the meat.

Our server, Kate, was terrific! The mojitos were excellent and the food was delicious…the portions are extremely generous too. A fun atmosphere and a beautiful view from the patio.

Wow! What a gem we stumbled upon, recommended by our hotel. The service was great, warm and friendly. We felt like family. The food was incredible. Portion sizes were very large and everything was seasoned well. Fun spots to take photos too!

Can’s restaurant because I was staying nearby and I was in the mood for some good octopus mainly because I seen pictures… I want them into my delight. Got a nice version of piña colada obviously got the octopus which was surprisingly flavorful. I didn’t think that it would be enough, but after I finish the plate, I actually got full. That was all before my main course which was steak and eggs I end up taking that to go. The backwards thing about it was I thought I’d be getting one steak and two actually got two steaks and one egg which is great. I felt like the bill was fairly priced and the service was amazing. I drove myself and I’ll definitely be back next time. I’m in Miami staying next to the airport.

Had a small leisure trip to Miami for some museums and sight seeing. Out of every place we visited for food, this place was the best. The service was phenomenal and the food was outstanding. I got the masitas, and the rest of my group got the camarones al ajillo, a liver dish, and the steak salad. All of it was great. Super tasty cocktails. Everything looked gorgeous as well. Not sure when I'll be back to Miami, but if you're visiting, I highly recommend La Rosa!

Corner of 41st Ave and NW 7th st, clean, cozy place, food is very salty, food was dried, warmed up, very expensive for Cuban food, small portions; Masitas de puerco $20, Arroz con pollo +soup+dessert $27 , look at the menu attached. Service was good, plenty of parking

THE FIRST CUBAN RESTAURANT IN MIAMI, WITH THE SOUL OF 1960s HAVANA I am an Australian, but a frequent visitor to both Miami and Havana, involved in both places as a Professor of Medicine and a Lecturer in Anthropology. I left Havana in 2023, and today was the first time I truly savored the kind of Cuban cuisine I had grown used to in La Habana—a few notches higher in elegance and sophistication than most Cuban-American restaurants in Miami. I was transported back to the many dinners and long conversations in the halls of Havana, and I deeply enjoyed the nostalgia evoked by the cuisine of 1960s Cuba. This cherished culinary tradition is kept alive at La Rosa Restaurant, founded in 1968 by people from the province of Matanzas. I don’t think you’ll find malanga soup with such refined taste anywhere else. I had the grilled fish, and my companion enjoyed vaca frita after his salad. And how can a Cuban meal be complete without Caviar Cubano—frijoles negros, the black beans? I closed my eyes while sipping the black bean soup and could feel the breeze from the Malecón (my apartment was near the Malecón). The dessert took us both by surprise. I had Cuban natilla, reminiscent of crema catalana or crème brûlée—every morsel was delicious. My companion had arroz con leche, a melt-in-the-mouth kind of delight. My stomach was satisfied, my mind coated in the warm nostalgia of my recent life in Havana, and I felt spiritually connected to the rich history of that island just south of here. You will always be in my heart.

Cafe La Trova is a popular Cuban spot located on Calle Ocho, offering a vibrant space suitable for large parties. The restaurant takes visitors on a journey through Cuba's rich history with cocktails named after iconic figures and places from Havana's cultural scene. Authentic Cuban cuisine is served alongside live music performances featuring salsa and Latin music that create an energetic atmosphere.
We’ve been coming to Cafe La Trova for almost 4 years now, and it has become our go-to spot every single month. Whenever friends visit us in Miami, this is the place we proudly bring them. The cocktails are absolutely phenomenal — crafted by some of the best bartenders in the U.S., consistently ranked among the Top 50. The food is always delicious, and we’ve been especially impressed with how the menu has expanded to include more vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options without sacrificing flavor. The atmosphere is truly one of a kind in Miami — vibrant, welcoming, and unforgettable.

This place is a must on your visit to Miami. They have a nice live show where you can choose (pay-reserve) at the front or near the stage. I choose front from stage. Staff were very nice and attentive. Bar area is a bit overcrowded but understandable since they had a recognition for the #13 Best Bar of North America. However, nice experience, delicious food. Top Notch! 👌🏻

This place lived up to the hype. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were scintillating! I can see why the bar is ranked as one of the top 50 bars in the world. If you're in Miami and wanting an authentic Cuban experience, li e music included, you must stop here!

A top-tier restaurant that you must try when visiting Miami! The 2 full service bars that accept walk ins are a fantastic compliment to this restaurants main floor, which has seating for you to view live music. Why come here over other places? The Cuban food, drinks, and atmosphere are to die for. We highly recommend the empanadas, especially the potato and steak empanadas to start off your meal. Crispy, flavorful, and filling - a great way to start your evening. We also highly recommend their Award Winning Buenavista, which features Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, mint, and cucumber. This drink was skillfully mixed by the bartenders and was equal parts sweet and tangy. Cigar lovers will also love this place and can try their Trio Matamoros, which gives you Santa Teresa 1796 Arabica Coffe Cask, a Cafecito Cubano, and a cigar. We highly recommend booking a table, as this place can get busy on the weekends. Very worth the wait though! Come for the vibes and stay for the amazing food and drinks!

Awesome evening at this bar/restaurant! The food is great, the drinks are good, and the music is fun. We had the ropa vieja, arroz con pollo and the ceviche. I LOVED the ropa vieja and the ceviche was good. The atmosphere is awesome and if you are looking for a good Cuban spot, this is the one.

Loved the experience. Really enjoyed the live band and just a fun vibe overall. Tried the Miami Spice and had one of the best ropa vieja I have ever eaten, seasoned and so tender. The empanadas and the croquettes were very tasty. Sat a little away from the stage which makes it easier to speak. It was busy for during the week. I would recommend a reservation.

The energy! I felt like I was back in Havana. Definitely go for the live music. I went on a very busy Friday evening for a drink. I stood for a while which I didn't mind. I managed to get a bar seat after. The buzz! I can see why this is currently number 82 on The World's 50 Best Bars (2025). The mojito was very good. Highly recommend.

Sergio's Restaurant is Miami!! This charming Cuban restaurant has an authentic menu. You can have abuela's food anytime here. The flavors are definitely not a franchise. They even have a skinny menu that tastes delicious. Everything is fresh. Arisleny was out amazing server. She is super sweet, and she knowss the Menu well. Offered to take our pictures and video so we have memories of our dining experience. We last attended during their 50th Anniversary. Menu prices matched back from when they first opened in 1975. The event was celebrated by Patriants alike and city officials. We were inspired to toast with Champagne! On Fridays their soup special is Lentils and they have Crema de Malanga in a daily. This place is rated 5 stars, but I GIVE THEM A 10 OUT 10!!!

Omg, the food was so good!!! I'm happy that this was the last place we ate out in Miami before our flight back to Europe. The flavors were so good and the place was full of people. We walked by several other eateries that were completely empty and this one was where everyone was at. The prices were decent and everything delicious. If we ever go back to Miami I would love to get some more food from this establishment.

Well, I finally got to visit this restaurant. I was in town for work and this place was highly recommended by multiple people. I wanted to have the entire sit down experience, but the place was packed! The ambiance was good and it felt like you were at a family reunion. I ended up ordering a Cuban Sandwich from the takeout window, since the wait time was going to be a bit long and I was in a hurry. 5 Minutes later, I got my sandwich, handed over by the owner. I told her it was my first day at her establishment. She welcomed me and hoped I liked the food and to come back when in town. She was super nice and humble. No wonder she is like a legend in the area. The sub was delicious. It had the perfect balance of ingredients and the bread was super fresh and crispy. I will definitely go back when in town. I was told the pan con bistec was fantastic and the ropa vieja was outstanding. Heck, I might try both!

As always Enriquetas does not disappoint. Good service, and thankfully we found a seat in the breakfast bar area. Quick service. Amazing diner that offers one of the best Cuban sandwiches you can find in their Double Cuban! Stacked high with a chopped pulled pork. It is very big and can easily be shared if you do not have a large appetite. It is so delicious, that it is crave worthy. Staff is very nice, attentive, and the atmosphere is casual. One of the best sandwiches of my life. Go for the cubano doble. The roast pork is so flavorful and delicious. We shared one of those and the standard cubano, and the doble was no doubt the better of the 2. Both were good, but the doble will live rent free in my head forever.

Cuban soul food for the soul is on the menu at the family restaurant que tienen el sabor. The breakfast special is completo, the Bistec a Caballo (eggs on horseback - palomilla steak with onions, grilled ham and lime) with fries is fantastic! Sandwiches are a can't miss, including one of Miami's best Pan con bistec (steak sandwiches) and the Pan Enriqueta, una tortilla encebollado (an onion omelette) con queso suizo, jamón, tomate y bacon (Swiss cheese, ham, tomato and bacon) which is a VERY filling option. Lunch specials are can't miss classic prepared Cuban lunch-dinner items. Only open Monday. Thru Sat. for breakfast and lunch, so don't try to brunch this spot.

If you're looking for a true taste of Cuba, this restaurant is an absolute gem. The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and every dish feels like a homemade meal straight from Havana. From the perfectly seasoned ropa vieja to the crispy, golden tostones, everything is prepared with love and attention to detail. What makes this place even more special is the owner Enriqueta an incredibly kind and welcoming woman who treats every guest like family. Her warmth and hospitality make the dining experience feel even more authentic. Whether you're a Cuban food enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

The shop offers six traditional Cuban sandwich recipes, including the classic Cubano, Croqueta Preparada, Pan con Bistec, Pan con Lechon, Media Noche, and the signature Sanguich de Miami. The sandwiches are made with carefully buttered and toasted Cuban bread and are known for their authentic flavors.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Try Cuban Sandwich Experience at Sanguich de Miami! 5 locations in Miami. I went to Sanguich to finally experience their famous Cuban sandwich—and it did not disappoint! The line was long when I arrived, which shows how popular the place is, but surprisingly I got seated right away. I ordered at the counter and tried the Cuban Sandwich, Pan con Lechón, Chicharrón, and a Cortadito. Every bite was packed with flavor! The Cuban sandwich had the perfect balance of crispy bread, juicy pork, and tangy pickles—definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. The place itself is very cool and stylish. You can choose to sit at a regular table or at the bar on high stools, which gives a fun, casual vibe. Despite being busy, the service was quick and friendly. If you're in Miami and craving authentic Cuban food in a trendy setting, Sanguich is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back

The Cubano sandwich was really good, especially paired with a cafecito, and the croquetas were tasty too. This is more of an in-and-out spot—it’s very small and gets super crowded, so ordering to go is probably the best option. Prices are on the higher side, and I was a little disappointed they didn’t have pan con bistec since I was dying to try it. Staff were friendly and quick.

Easily the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had in my life! Media Noche was my favorite. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Proportion of fillings was perfect and flavorful. Mamey shake was also delicious. Flan cake was a great dessert. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

If you want to try a cuban sandwich in Miami, THIS is the place to go. We tried the original cubano and the croquetta preparada for lunch - we liked this croquetta preparada so much, we got another one for dinner. This shop is small, but constantly busy. Try to come in before the lunch rush around 11 am if you plan to sit and dine in the restaurant. They also have a location in Bayside marketplace, which is even smaller. Their side sauce is a garlicky sauce which was tasty. They have batidos (milkshakes) with unique flavors. The timba flavor is a guava and cheese shake that encompasses the flavor of a typical guava and cheese empanada/roll. The trigo is a cereal-milk type milkshake that has the taste of the UK cereal Weetabix - it is slightly nutty and oaty and not too sweet. We got the milkshakes to go for a car ride, and it was a good car snack.
Navya V — Google review
The service was delightful, so warm and cheerful. Even though the sandwiches are mostly meat-based, they still managed to get me a vegetarian option! I wasn't expecting that and was very happy about it, so I didn't have to miss out on the deliciousness. The espresso was so good that we immediately ordered a second one. Highly recommended!
Sandra K — Google review
We went on a weekday around 12pm for lunch, the small restaurant soon became so packed after we sat down. Food wise we got the famous Cuban sandwich ($15 ish), we were not impressed at all, it just tasted like a normal ham and cheese sandwich with pickles and mustard really, so we didn’t understand what the hype was about. A plus is the toilet was really spacious and clean.
Michelle S — Google review
I had a cubano and the fries. My husband got the pan con lichon. Both sandwiches were so yummy!! It's a small cozy spot with clean restrooms. It was non stop busy, but the wait wasn't long at all.
Lauren K — Google review
I would say the hype is real, but I wouldn’t agree that it’s worth it. We waited outside for over 30 minutes in a huge line, and while I still thought the food was great, it didn’t fully live up to the buzz. Their Cuban milkshakes were (batido de mango y batido de mamey) amazing, the ham croquetas were good, and their sandwiches were also great. However, among all the Miami sandwich spots with Michelin Bib Gourmand awards, this is one of them, but IMHO I think Tinta y Cafe has the edge when it comes to the best sandwich.

We were in town to celebrate our 10 year Wedding anniversary with our daughters. Alejandro was our waiter for the evening. He provided great service, gave us his best recommendations on food, was so funny & attentive the entire time. We had such a great experience here. The food & drinks were so delicious & the restaurant was such a vibe. There was live music at the entrance but we sat in the garden area in the back. Very beautiful restaurant with lively energy.

It was my first time having cuban food and oh boy it will definitely not be my last time!! From the entrance, to the service, to the food, everything was perfect. The cleanliness is on point. I started with a rhum 12 years from panama which smelled like honey, it was okay not the best rhum i’ve had in my life. So as for a starter i got 2 empanadas one of each both of them were perfect I really enjoyed the one with carne molida. Then i got a rabo encendido with arroz morro and patacones and oh boy that was the highlight of the night, the oxtail perfectly juicy, tender and fuill of flavor and spices. The rice was also really flavorful with great spices. The only downside was the patacones, i think they stayed a bit too long in the air so i felt like they were a bit hard to chew, but even if the patacones was not perfect i still enjoyed the full combination. Then i had the tres leches which was very decadent, the meringue was good perfectly smothered in the milk with a great cake with coconut flavor i very enjoyed it. how would you not give them a 5 star. The bathroom was clean. The music is awesome, the vibes are great. And a special mention to the waitress gaby which gave me an amazing service, always smiling and helping me with any of my choices and giving me a prompt and fast service. Highly recommended thank you gaby for the service.

We stopped in for lunch after dominoe park. We were seated outside in the back. The outside seating was beautiful and nice weather made it better than the inside for sure. There’s something so charming about having all your senses awakened — the sound of live Cuban music, the aroma of delicious food, and the cozy atmosphere of a small family restaurant in Little Havana. The place was alive with birthday celebrations, Saturday date nights, and hungry locals. The restaurant was packed, a true sign it’s loved by the community. It’s been about a year since our last visit, and we noticed they’ve added a roof to the outdoor patio, which made dining outside much more pleasant. Thank goodness we sat near one of the industrial fans because it was steaming hot! We ordered one appetizer, two entrées, and two desserts. To start, we had the Salpicao de Mariscos — a mix of fresh shrimp, octopus, and squid marinated in olive oil, peppers, garlic, and a surprising hint of cider that added a touch of sweetness. It was such a refreshing and flavorful starter — highly recommend! For my entrée, I had the Vaca Frita with sweet plantains and sautéed veggies, which was just okay — not bad, but it didn’t quite have that crispy, garlicky punch I was hoping for after such a strong start. The vegetables were overcooked and way too oily, but the plantains were a hit for both my husband and me. He ordered the Ropa Vieja, which he really enjoyed, especially paired with the yuca fries. The unexpected star of the meal, though, was the dessert. We were planning to order the tres leches and flan, but while I was in the restroom, the manager came by to check on our table and suggested my husband try their Arroz con Leche instead. I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was — the dish was smooth, comforting, and just the right amount of sweet with a touch of cinnamon. The taste and texture completely won me over! For the two of us, dinner came to just under $100 with tip included (18% gratuity is automatically added — common practice in Miami). Service: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Value: 3.5/5

An absolute jewel in Little Havana. The outdoors garden seatings are so pleasant. The food was so good so mouthwatering! We ordered the famous Cuban dishes including Ropa Encendido and Lechón Asado. The mango daiquiri and mojitos are so fresh and delicious (and not sweetened with sugar!!). It’s all fresh fruit based! Highly recommend!

El Palacio de los Jugos is a popular Cuban eatery with multiple locations in Miami, but the original one on Flagler and SW 57th Avenue is highly prized. It's a casual spot that offers classic Cuban comfort food, fresh juices, and sweets. The outdoor stand provides a humble setting where visitors can enjoy Cuban comfort food along with fresh juice from the adjacent market.
This an amazing place! It was introduced by one of my friends who is a local in Miami. Only locals goes there, and most of them speaks Spanish. Despite our ability to speak basic Spanish, they were very helpful & they won’t even take advantage of you because you are a tourist. For example I gave an extra 1 cent for the sugar cane juice, the staff used the calculator to show me the exact amount for the sugar cane juice. They have several locations, we went to the one in Miami. The place is enormous with great Cuban food cafeteria style, I simply loved the vibes, all menus are in Spanish, that’s how you know it is seriously authentic! A complete meal consist of a main & 2 sides. They offer many options of beef, pork, & seafood, the options are endless, so are the sides offered. I think you can go there several times & not have the same meal. They have Cuban sandwiches & empanadas plus a wide variety of juice, my favourite is the freshly squeezed sugar cane. It was so good that while we were in Miami, we went back there several times! Check it out & bring your Goggle Translate with you. You will not regret it!

Good food and good service. I don't recommend the fish soup, it tastes good but has way too much salt. You can get a completa for about $15 or just the main course for $10. They also have Cuban pizza. Outdoor seating only, under a tarp. Informal dining and atmosphere.

What does it feel like to be in a place that doesn’t even feel like the United States? That’s exactly what I experienced during my vacation in South Florida, when I decided to look for some authentic Cuban food in Miami. I plugged the address into the GPS and arrived at this spot... At first glance, the area looked pretty rough — kind of run-down, definitely low-income, and honestly, it felt like I had stepped into a totally different world. And the funny part? Nobody spoke English. Everything was in Spanish — which actually made it feel like I had left the country and landed right in the heart of Havana. But the real surprise came when I stepped inside. The smell hit me right away — in the best way possible. It was incredible. It instantly reminded me of home-cooked meals made with love and tradition. All the food was already prepared and ready to go. I ordered the oxtail, and wow… it was amazing. The flavor, the seasoning, the tenderness — everything was on point. So yeah, maybe from the outside the place doesn’t look like much, but once you’re in, it’s like stepping into a living, breathing piece of Cuba. If you’re looking for real Cuban food, this place will blow your mind

El Palacio de los Jugos on Flagler Street is an absolute must-visit when in Miami. Just minutes from the airport, this landmark location serves up some of the freshest and most authentic Cuban cuisine in the city. The food is incredible — always hot, fresh, and constantly coming out, ensuring there’s always something delicious ready to enjoy. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the vibrant sides and, of course, the fresh juices, everything bursts with flavor and Miami soul. It’s a lively spot full of energy, locals, and travelers alike — the true essence of Cuban hospitality. Whether you’re flying in, flying out, or just hungry for a real Miami experience, El Palacio de los Jugos is the place to be! 🇨🇺🥤🍽️

The best breakfast in town. Just $5. It’s amazing. 3 eggs with ham in any modality, French fries, beacon, a toast with butter, milk with coffee or a “colada”- espresso, or soda or water. Huge amounts, Great quality. I’m really happy and satisfied.

I love this place it's awesome!! it can be busy at times and it can be hard to order if you don't speak Spanish. But the option and the selections of Cuban food you have are endless! I come here every year when I visit Miami and every year I've tried something new. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is workers can be rude sometimes other then that 100% recommend!

El Rey De Las Fritas is a classic, no-frills eatery that has gained fame for its Cuban hamburgers topped with shoestring potatoes, known as fritas. These spicy Latin twist burgers are made from a delicate blend of beef and chorizo and are considered a staple in Cuban restaurants and lunch counters throughout Miami.
This place was recommended to me by my brother via Anthony Bourdain and they were both spot on! It's a quirky looking place in a strip mall and there was construction out front but once we were in we were hooked! The waitress was very sweet and helpful. Her limited English and our limited Spanish was not a problem at all. When you're talking food, it's an international language! We ordered two Frita Originals. She recommended we get the Frita Super with egg so if course we said yes! She had both sandwiches cut in half so my husband and I could try both of them easily. They were both fantastic! He LOVED the sweetness the plantains added to the supreme and I loved the simplicity of the original. The spices added to the patty for this amazing sandwich was out of this worl delicious. We also order corn fritters that were amazing and fries that were good as well. If you're in the Miami area you must try El Rey De Las Fritas. .. my mouth is watering thinking about now!

I’m so glad I stopped by El Rey de las Fritas! I didn’t catch the names of the staff, but everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, it really made the experience even better. The food was priced very reasonably, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. You can tell there’s a lot of love and flavor in what they make. Definitely worth the visit!

Second time coming here and the food is just as good. The fritas with fried cheese and plantain is so good. The burger is flavored like no other I have had.

Incredibly authentic little Cuban cafe where my server didn’t speak English, which i loved! I felt like i was in another country and made myself right at home. I had the frita especial con queso and it was delicious. The bread, the meat, the crispy fried potatoes, everything was 👌 I went back later and got coconut flan to go and the coco was very sweet but delicious. I would get the regular flan next time. I’m thinking about going back tomorrow.

Good natural shakes, not too sweet. Sandwich is cool and I'm not trying to change the game but I'm not a fan of crispy chips (would prefer french fries lol). Meat was nice, little spicy. Bun could've been better. I like the ambience

Really cool spot tucked away in Little Havana.. away from the Main Street. Outdoor patio area was a REALLY pleasant surprise to the unsuspecting eye. Awesome vibes, very lush, vibrant.. perfect for enjoying your meal in a chill + fun setting The stand out for us was the Fresh Florida Mahi. Perfectly prepared.. the mahi comes atop a flavorful maduro (to die for) all laden with a rich, creamy coconut ahi cream.. paired with jasmine rice and a bit of a side salad Goat cheese croquetas were good. Was cool to try them with the guava marmalade If you like tuna crispy rice, should suggest trying the Ahi Tuna Poppers. Bit of a Cuban take to this asian treat.. not bad. But nothing to write home about Service was great.. entire team was attentive and welcoming

Wife and I have had this spot on our list since we moved here back in October. The food did not disappoint! I had the ropa vieja. Was one of the best versions of this dish I’ve had in south Florida yet. Wife got the arroz imperial which was also phenomenal. Finished up with cortaditos and a piece of the tres leches cake which were both also delicious. Food, atmosphere all top notch. My one complain was our server was not the most attentive. We had 2 drinks, 2 entres, coffee and desert and were there for like over 2 hours. We saw people with other servers that were seated after us that were leaving before our entree dishes had even been cleared. We each got water that was never refilled (and not even asked if we wanted refills). Our empty cocktail glasses sat there until well after we were done eating. So 5 stars across the board aside from our server. Would still go back though, as the food was amazing.
Brian F — Google review
Incredible food, Cuban approved! All the twists and turns on the traditional dishes from the vaca frita tostones to the masitas de puerco frito en arroz frito. All the flavors were 10/10, so perfectly cooked, we also shared the arroz imperial which was packed with flavor and didn’t even have meat! Definitely coming back on my next visit to see how they’ve evolved the menu!
Angel V — Google review
Food was exceptional! We had ropa vieja, arroz imperial cubano with fried egg, and coconut tres leches for dessert. For drinks we had passion fruit lemonade and a mojito. The food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing and well made. Service was just okay. Our server was particularly slow - other tables came in, ate, paid, and left in the time it took us to receive our food. Drinks weren’t refilled or offered again; and time between sitting, ordering drinks, ordering food, etc was forever. Seeing other tables though, I don’t think it’s an issue with the restaurant but with the individual server. We weren’t in a rush so it was fine, but not ideal. Overall still recommend because the food was so good. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place to eat after a Marlin’s game. Food and drinks here are really good. Atmosphere is great especially in the back patio. Live music is entertaining and authentic. Music isn’t too loud but I would avoid sitting in the center if you have sensitive ears. This place has high powered ceiling fans outside and the bathrooms are decent.

We spent the day exploring Little Havana and stopped by Doce for lunch. It’s a bit off the Main Street, but we loved their outdoor patio. We started with the croquetas and then had the Little Bird Fried Chicken and the tostones. Yum!
Kate M — Google review
Walking in my party was immediately greeted by our server. They sat us quickly and we had our food ordered and delivered within 30-ish minutes. The severs were attentive without being overbearing. The Pollo A La Plancha was so good I nearly cried. The food is well worth the price in portion size alone. I'm going to DREAM about that chicken. 20/10 would eat here everyday if I was local.

If you're looking for a delightful culinary experience in Miami, Latin Cafe 2000 is the place to be! This local gem offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can savor authentic Cuban cuisine. The friendly staff are eager to guide you through an extensive menu that features everything from traditional breakfasts and pressed sandwiches to tantalizing tapas and hearty entrees.
This is one of the coolest restaurants in Miami. The first one I went to was in Hialeah, and this one is just as delicious plus the fun downtown charm of Brikell. Seriously man, just a chill Thursday morning having some pan con bistec with nice indoor and outdoor seating.

As a first-time visitor to Latin Cafe 2000, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this wonderful establishment. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Outstanding Service The server truly made the experience memorable. Their patience and helpfulness as I navigated the menu for the first time was exceptional. It's clear they take pride in ensuring every customer feels comfortable and well cared for, regardless of their familiarity with the cuisine. Atmosphere & Ambiance The vibe at Latin Cafe is exactly what you'd want from a neighborhood spot, chill, authentic, and inviting. It's the kind of place where you can settle in and truly enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The Food: Exceptional Value I ordered the Ropa Vieja with Moros y Cristianos and Plátanos Maduros, and every bite exceeded my expectations. The tender, flavorful shredded beef paired perfectly with the beans and rice, while the sweet plantains provided the perfect complement to the savory elements. What impressed me most was the exceptional quality relative to the price point, especially considering the location. You're getting authentic, well-prepared Cuban cuisine without breaking the bank. Final Thoughts Latin Cafe has earned a loyal customer. The combination of outstanding service, relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional food at great value makes this a standout choice. I'm already looking forward to returning to try their breakfast menu. If it's anything like dinner, it's going to be fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic Latin cuisine in a welcoming, no fuss environment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Latin Café 2000 is one of my favorite spots in Miami for authentic Cuban food. The flavors are delicious and true to their roots – from the ropa vieja and churrasco to the classic Cuban sandwich, every dish feels homemade and satisfying. Portions are generous, and you definitely get great value for your money. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect whether you’re stopping by for a cafecito and tostada in the morning or a late-night bite after a long day. Service was friendly and quick during my visit, which made the experience even better.

I'm very glad we chose here to grab lunch when we got off the metro mover. Our waitress was very nice and was able to make recommendations for us on what to eat. My mojito was delicious. The food was all great. The atmosphere was very chill. There is an outdoor area and I saw a dog and a cat there enjoying their day with their owners just like us. The fans kept all the air circulating and it wasn't too hot. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered 4 chicken empanadas to go. I got 3 chicken and 1 pork. I do not eat pork. I never accidentally order pork. Their chicken Empanadas have the work “chicken” written on them. So I’m not quite sure how you can mess that up. Absolutely ruined the experience for me. Not worth it.

Had dinner here and the food was delicious. We chose to just do a few appetizers and they were all very good. The meat was tender and juicy. The staff was very nice. It’s in a pretty good location if you are in south beach area. Mostly outdoor seating and I don’t think inside would feel very cool since it’s open so if looking for a cold place with AC then maybe not this place but if looking for good food definitely hit it up

The food was great as was the drinks as they were all made with fresh ingredients however a lot of items on the menu weren’t available due to running out of stock by 7:30pm on a weekday. The service did feel a little rushed too but the staff weren’t rude as it might just be the culture of these restaurants in Miami. The chicken breast dish I ordered was succulent as was the ceviche. My wife ordered the sliders and they were cooked well as they were flavoursome even without any sauce.

I recently dined at Havana 1957 on Española Way and ordered the Classic Burger. It was a delightful surprise! The 8 oz ground beef patty was juicy and perfectly seasoned, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles, all nestled in a soft sesame bun. Served with crispy French fries, it was a satisfying meal that combined classic American comfort with a touch of Cuban flair. The vibrant atmosphere of Española Way added to the experience, making it a memorable outing. Highly recommend

It’s very cute inside, but yet very small. The service was fine nothing spectacular. The food is excellent. It’s very very good. The only thing is the appetizers are really really small. They used to give you a lot, but not anymore. And I’m not a fan of automatically charging gratuity when there’s only two people Dinning. And it’s quite expensive now. But the food is so good!! Sad on everything else.

Went there for the first time this past Halloween. We only wanted to have some snacks before going back home. We settled for the Stuffed Tostones with Shrimp and Masitas de Puerco. The masitas take the cake, SO GOOD! Small plate though. Maybe two more masitas will be better portion but it is my opinion. As a recommendation from our server, we ordered a Ron Cortadito for that extra kick of energy before walking back to Lincoln Rd and, untimately, driving back home. FANTASTIC! Exactly what was needed. Service was great. We will be back for a proper meal even considering brunch which looks good after reading the menu posted in the entrance.

Came here for my girlfriends birthday and it was actually a great time. The food was really tasty. I would definitely recommend the empanadas, super flavorful and the meat filled the pocket completely. One thing that makes an empanada bad is an near empty empanada; this wasn't the case here. I got the full rack of ribs, which definitely came home with me, it was a lot. My girlfriend got the lechon. Both were really good. I gave it 3 stars for service because I did call ahead and let them know it was for a birthday. That wasn't acknowledged, I was a little disappointed in that. The service was a tad slow, but we did have a helpful waitress who recommended what we ended up eating.

Food Excellence! One of the best meals I've ever eaten. I was beyond happy after I chose this restaurant after reading the rave reviews. The reviews are true! So much flavor! Ok, I'm shocked. I've eaten ar Cuban spots all over the Miami area, and I cannot tell you how disappointed I've been. Not that they're bad, but none of them have compelled me to write a review...until now. Marabu delivers a powerful punch. Everything was on point: the mojito was made perfectly, the vaca frita was crispy and tasty, the black beans and rice were perfect, and the maduros were fresh and deliciously sweet. Tony, my server at the bar, was excellent and made the evening even better. The ambience of the spot, albeit on the 4th floor of City Center mall, was fun, vibrant and memorable. I will be back, and can't wait to try more!

It was okay, great service and big portions! What I got a couple of items to share - Plantain chips, fried fish and liver steak (bonus Oxtail). The plantain chips came out warm, not sure if it is homemade or not, I do appreciate that it wasn't salty and the dipping sauce for this was great great (be warned, garlic-y), the liver steak was okay, cooked well with the onions on top. The fried fish I wish was better, it was not fresh.. so we got the oxtail which was so tender and soft! Very surprised by that. The mixed season rice has these pork rinds on it and it was no where near chewable... The white bean soup has okay, but it had pork/meat which I was surprised it had. Environment It was very late for me, so I didn't see much on the outside, but I was able to park very close to the restaurant on the back. The inside was very spacious with a lot of booth seating. Niceness of the staff Very nice staff and attentive. I wish that the waiter was a little more descriptive about the dishes though. i.e when I asked about the white bean soup, they left out the important details that there was pork in the soup as well. The server was very nice to swap out the fish dish that was not as fresh but I was surprised that the cost did not reflect the new dish name... Dollar It was mid-pricing. The total for the 3 dishes was 80. Yes I will try somewhere else.

Best place for Cuban food in the area. Their ox tail, Vaca frita, lechon, morros, cameron, and just about everything we tried was great. Staff was very friendly (though if you go, make sure to have a Spanish speaker in the party), we were seated promptly and the food came hot and fresh.

If you haven’t tried the chicken steak at Molina’s, you are seriously missing out! Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled just right — this is comfort food done right. The sides were the perfect match — that classic rice and beans with crispy chicharrón and sweet plantains? Absolute perfection. You can taste the love in every bite, and the portions are generous enough to make you want a nap after (in the best way possible). Whether you’re local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop at Molina’s. The chicken steak alone is worth the trip!

Love this place because of the excellent service from Pedro and amazing Cuban food they serve. We look forward to our Sunday lunch with Pedro as our server. He has become like family to us. Best espresso and dessert too.

What a find! I stumbled across this diner by accident and couldn’t have been happier. The food is amazing, the prices are unbeatable, and the atmosphere feels absolutely authentic. The staff are warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Visited this past Sunday with a friend to have dinner. There was no wait at all and were seated promptly. The service was very good and very attentive. We ordered two meals. One was the ground beef picadillo with moros and maduros, the other was the palomilla steak with black beans, rice and maduros. Both plates were great except for the maduros. The taste was as if the oil that they were fried in was old. Pricing for what we had was reasonable and the atmosphere was nice.

A most amazing meal, fish & shrimp in butter sauce was amazing. The chicken noodle soup tasted like Grandma's, it was the best appetizer ever.

Tinta Y Cafe in Coral Gables is a cozy Cuban cafe and coffeehouse with a laid-back atmosphere, featuring local art and a walk-up window. It's known for its cafecito, artisanal pastelitos, and gourmet Cuban sandwiches. The cafe offers a leisurely setting for deep conversations or indulging in an intellectually stimulating afternoon with books from their bookshelf. With its cool library-like ambiance, it's the perfect spot for casual breakfast or lunch.
There couldn't be a better place to try Cuban sandwiches! I had the chance to taste some of the best sandwiches I've ever had here. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and everything is prepared right in front of you, which really adds to both the flavor and the trust. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of energy, and the staff are welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. Plus, the quality here is not just my opinion — the place was awarded by Michelin in 2022, 2023, and 2024, which speaks for itself. Eating here is not just a meal; it's a real experience. I can't wait to come back again!
Tuğçe K — Google review
Without a doubt, Tinta Y Cafe has some of the best sandwiches and coffee in all of Miami. If not the best, they are easily in the top three for sure. Their ham croquetas are made in-house and have a unique flavor unlike any others. The El Madurito sandwich was incredible. I've never tasted anything like it before. What an amazing sandwich! Whenever we're in Miami, this place is now our go-to spot and a must-visit. There's a reason they have earned and maintained a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and you can taste why with every bite. Simply amazing.
Javier H — Google review
This place totally deserves its Michelin recognition. We liked it so much we went twice during our stay in Miami. The coffee is exceptional (we had cortadito and cafe con leche). The soups were packed with flavor, the croquettes and empanadas were awesome, as were the sandwiches (the bread really makes it). I liked that cafe discourages phone use so that customers commune more. We met regulars at our table each time we went, à good sign. Wait staff was efficient and very courteous despite the place being packed. Score a cool t-shirt if you can!

This Michelin-starred restaurant is a must-visit for foodies and coffee enthusiasts alike! The food and coffee were simply exceptional. I was delighted to have chosen this place for my coffee tour, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience even more enjoyable. They were not only friendly but also provided valuable recommendations for other coffee spots in the area. If you’re ever in Coral Gables, be sure to make a stop at this gem!

Pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on this gem! Super glad I did. Wait wasn’t too long (it was a weekday though) sandwiches were great and we also enjoyed the croquettes. Favorite thing I hade was an iced mocha latte. Service was speedy but never felt rushed. Bookmarked for sure

My fiancé and I recently went here, and we LOVED IT!!! We thought the vibes were amazing and tbh the prices were pretty good too. We moved to Miami from LA about a year ago, and LA has a big cozy coffee shop culture where you can sit down and work for hours at a cafe. We’ve been struggling to find places like that in Miami. And even though I don’t think you can pull hours of work at Tinta y Cafe, it definitely feels as cozy as the ones we used to go to in LA.

Nothing here is Cuban. It's more geared towards American Coffee. Everyone was nice and place is very small don't expect to bring the family, there isn't much room for more then a Family of 4 maybe 5. O

Morro Castle is a cash-only, cafeteria-style eatery located in Little Havana, Miami. This hidden gem has been serving breakfast and Cuban comfort food for over 50 years. Originally a drive-in fast food joint, it has now become a popular local hangout spot. Known for its made-to-order churros and hot chocolates, Morro Castle offers an authentic taste of Cuba.
Have been a patron of MC for 21 years! MC is a community staple that never misses! The food is always hot and fresh. I recommend everything on the menu but some of my favorite go-to dishes are; Sopa de Pollo (Chicken soup) Carne con papa (Stewed Beef and potato) Pan con Bistec (Steak Sandwich) This item isn't on the menu persay but, if you like banana shakes and cuban coffee, hear me out and try this, imagine sake bomb but with a colada. Order yourself a batido de banana (banana shake) and a colada (cuban coffee) drop the colada into the shakes and mix well 😋🤤 so good!! Oh this is a cash only establishment so come prepared. It's no frills and mom and pop all the way. The staff is very pleasant and attentive.

Order some food tonight and the quality of food was horrendous to say the least. I ordered the chicken soup and grilled chicken with rice and beans. The soup literally had no chicken just little residue of whatever left I assume. Upon arriving to the establishment, they had my order sitting in the front on the counter. You’d think a take-out order would be in a specific area to maintain the temperature. Go elsewhere if you want actual food. I threw all the food away after recording this video. Best part, I paid $28.40 for this lousy food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — dim lighting, great vibes, and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Our server Yadira was absolutely amazing — one of the friendliest and most genuine waiters I’ve ever met. She made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations. The manager even surprised us with a free flan, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I ordered the Braised Flank Steak (Vaca Frita a la Campesina) — it was unbelievably tender and full of flavor, one of the best Cuban dishes I’ve ever had. My wife ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, drenched in glorious melted cheese and surrounded by a moat of crispy fries — pure perfection. The bar has a big variety of drinks to choose from, making it a perfect spot for both dinner and cocktails. If you’re in Miami or South Beach looking for authentic Cuban food, friendly service, and a relaxed, beautiful setting — La Mulata is a must-visit!

Amazing experience at La Mulata Cuban Restaurant! We stopped in to celebrate a birthday and had an unforgettable night. The food was absolutely delicious from the Paella Habanera to the Lechon Asado, every bite was full of authentic Cuban flavor. The Mojitos and Cuban Libres were on point, and the desserts (especially the Tres Leches and Chocolate Lava Cake) were the perfect ending. Our server Diane was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly. The vibe was lively, warm, and full of good energy, perfect for a special occasion or just a great night out in Miami Beach. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves Cuban food or wants a fun, flavorful experience. 🌴🇨🇺

I stopped by Havana Vieja for breakfast and it was an incredible start to the day. The atmosphere is warm, colorful, and full of Cuban charm—live music and vintage décor instantly make you feel transported to Havana. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming without ever being rushed. The Cuban coffee was strong and rich, just the way it should be, and the breakfast plates were fresh, flavorful, and generous in portion. Everything—from the vibrant energy to the quality of the food—makes this spot stand out. For anyone looking for an authentic Cuban breakfast experience in Miami Beach, I highly recommend Havana Vieja.

Service was excellent. Our server was attentive, and the lady at the entrance made us feel very welcome. The ambience was lovely, and we understand that is part of what we paid for. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The taste was just okay, and the portion size was surprisingly small. We actually had to stop somewhere else afterward because we were still hungry, yet the place does not feel luxurious enough to justify the price. We ordered a grandma style ropa vieja and a salad with added chicken, but the chicken came in just a few tiny pieces. No drinks, no appetizers, no dessert, just those two items, and we spent almost $70 for very basic food. Even though it is probably not a TOURIST TRAP, I felt underwhelmed considering what we received and the ambience. I do not understand how the rating is 4.9 stars on Google reviews. Gratuity (20%) was automatically added to our bill for a table of two, along with a prompt for an additional tip. I did not mind, as the service truly was excellent, but it was a bit unique to see an extra tip prompt when 20 percent had already been added automatically, especially for a party of fewer than five.

We wanted to try Cuban seafood and chose this restaurant because of its great reviews — and it did not disappoint! Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The octopus I ordered was amazingly flavorful, and the cherry tomatoes added a perfect touch that brought the dish to life. The beef tacos were delicious too, with fresh avocado that made each bite so satisfying. The sliders we ordered for the kids were great, and the paella was beautifully made — it even reminded my husband of his grandmother’s cooking! Everything tasted so authentic and full of heart. Just a heads-up: we were told that their tap is unfiltered, so you’ll need to purchase bottled water (about $10). And a 20% gratuity is already included. South Beach thing pricing! Overall, a wonderful dining experience with genuine flavors and great service.

We had such a great experience at Havana Vieja! The service was amazing—our server was super attentive, full of great energy, and gave spot-on recommendations. The TikTok videos did not lie—the Mango Mojito was absolutely delicious. Hands down the best mojito I’ve ever had—so fresh and perfectly balanced! We started with the octopus appetizer, which was tender and flavorful, and the paella was not only fresh but came in a huge portion that was perfect for sharing (and leftovers!). Everything from the vibe to the flavors made this a standout meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Honestly had such high hopes for this place since it has so many reviews and is rated so highly, but was utterly disappointed. First, the seating is outside only, there is no inside seating available at all. Given the climate in Miami it's often desirable to sit inside with AC, this is not an option here. All the tables and chairs are packed in here. You have to ask the person behind you to scoot in just to be able to get in or out of your chair. All those close body heat doesn't help either. Now the food... We started with the appetizer combo which comes with a little bit of everything. All of it was pretty mud at best, the meatball was the best item. Also got the grilled octopus that was severely overcooked and rubbery. For our mains we got the crispy pork chunks, which came out cold and was not crispy at all. Ropa vieja which was good but not very tender and still pretty tough. Seafood lobster (enchilado de mariscos) which was good, had a lot of seafood, but the lobster was placed meat side down in the broth and was overcooked by the time I got it. In fact all of the seafood was overcooked and tough. Also got the Caribbean garlic shrimp which was probably the best item we had. The service was the best part about this place. Very attentive, although we never got water refills. Our server tried his best to entertain us and chat with us a lot and genuinely seemed to have fun and enjoy his job. Overall I would give this place a 3.5 stars in total but it's not enough for me to round up to a 4. It would have been a 3.0 if not for the good service we got. I don't think I would recommend this place or even come back again.
Nate S — Google review
Not bad! It's certainly got some vibe and atmosphere, especially at night. Pretty good service, food likewise pretty solid. I just wouldn't necessarily say that it's clearly better than other options in the area (of which there are many!) There is a place a few blocks down that I think has a bit better fried snapper. Still, I could certainly see coming back here; really no complaints. Worth a shout.
Tom S — Google review
Havana-Vieja is the real deal. Absolutely the best Cuban food I’ve ever had. I had the Cuban Sandwich and was hands down the best thing I’ve ever eaten! I guess except the Empanadas!! If you want a true journey into culinary excellence, you must get the Empanadas with the dipping sauce. Perfection!! But I think what made it the best was our server Jordan. What a great experience he provided for us and his personality and welcoming demeanor made our lunch the best part of our trip to Miami Beach. Havana-Vieja is a must go for anyone who wants an authentic and delicious trip to Cuba right here in America. We came back before our flight home and again, this time for brunch, and it was of course amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting Paula our server who couldn’t have been more charming. I also really love the energy the entire team has and I think the manager is a big influence on that. She’s so warm and supportive of her team and that makes for a great experience for us the customer. We WILL be back.

Ate breakfast and lunch here today with my family. Food is simple and simply amazing. Service was spectacular. My daughter had the breakfast cheeseburger. It was super size and super yummy! At lunch we shared a cuban sandwich and the corn tamal . The corn tamal was a meld of flavors. I love the flower petal garnish! Jordan is the best! He kept our glasses full and watched over all our needs. Quickly clearing plates with a smile. Music is just loud enough for fun and conversation.

Every dish we sampled was a testament to authentic Latin cooking, bursting with rich flavors and fresh ingredients. The menu offers a delightful array of options, and I could see why so many customers were raving about their experiences. It truly felt like a taste of home cooking, with familiar flavors that evoke warm memories. Our waitress, Ailed, was a standout! My partner and I stopped at this restaurant for dinner. Its concept is similar to a classic American diner, but with Latin vibes and a Latin-inspired menu, which I really liked. The restaurant has a large indoor space, plus an outdoor terrace with many tables. In addition, there’s an open takeaway window on one side, where people can buy Cuban coffee and other small items. We decided to sit inside. The restaurant was very clean, and all the furniture looked to be in great condition. Two waitresses came to take our order - one didn’t speak much English, so the other translated for her. This was totally fine, as both ladies were extremely nice and sweet. The Spanish-speaking waitress was super attentive for the rest of our stay. She was always around, checked on our food and refills a couple of times, and brought the bill right when we asked for it. Great service! The restaurant menu is large and offers a good variety of food - mostly Cuban dishes. We wanted to try a few things, so we ordered four tapas: Beef Empanada + Ham & Cheese Empanada, Croquettes, Yuca Fries and Shrimp Ceviche. All of the food came out at once and pretty fast; we waited only about 10 minutes. The ham croquettes came in four pieces, served with a sauce that had a sweet flavor, somewhat similar to BBQ sauce. We liked the croquettes, and the sauce paired well with them. I had the ham & cheese empanada, and my partner had the beef empanada. We both agreed that the empanadas were tasty. By the way, I originally wanted the beef empanada too, but I asked if it had olives, and since it did, I skipped it, as I don’t like olives. The yuca fries were very nice, and the portion was big! They came with garlic aioli on the side, which was very tasty. Last but not least, the shrimp ceviche was super delicious! Out of all four tapas, it was definitely my favorite. The ceviche had so much flavor! The shrimp were super fresh! The portion was generous; they definitely didn’t skimp on shrimp. It also came with banana chips on the side, which was a great touch. To drink, I ordered watermelon juice, and it was absolutely fantastic - so fresh, flavorful, and tasty! I felt extremely happy drinking it. Our final bill for everything was $41, which I thought was reasonable. I especially want to highlight the $8.99 shrimp ceviche - an amazing deal for a large portion of fresh shrimp! I highly recommend ordering the shrimp ceviche as a starter; you won’t regret it. Overall, the menu prices were very affordable and reasonable. Another plus of this business is that there are plenty of parking spots around the restaurant. But the only downside for me is the location - it’s quite far from Miami center (where I live). The only way for me to get there is by driving, and from Midtown it’s at least a 15-minute drive. Because of the location, this isn’t a place I would visit regularly. Unfortunately! But I definitely wish to return to this place soon and eat there again. And I 100% recommend everyone visit this restaurant at least once. I’m sure you won’t regret it!

Excellent tacos and the watermelon juice was more than worth it. I was going to get one of the Cuban sandwiches but the tacos caught my eye with the cilantro slaw and seasoned steak and it turned out to be some of the best tacos I’ve tried

Just a walk away from the Hotel, where breakfast is NOT complementary, this is the place to go for your morning meal. The price along should be an eye catcher. Latin Café offers Cuban style breakfast with the options of classic American style.

Very clean establishment, beautiful atmosphere and music and absolutely wonderful and very pleasant staff! We visited for our anniversary and stopped in right after arriving in town. Our waitress, Sahili, was incredibly kind and attentive. Service was excellent from start to finish. (…and I’d give it 10 if I could!) We had such an amazing experience at Sazón Cubano! First of all, the staff was incredible — super friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. They answered all our questions patiently and made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely — great music, cozy décor, and an overall vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer. It’s such a perfect spot to enjoy a good meal. Now, the food… WOW! 🥪✨ Hands down, the best Cuban Sandwich in all of Miami Beach. The portion was huge — so big my husband and I had to share it, and it was still plenty for both of us. Every bite was just perfect. For dessert, we had the flan de coco, and honestly, the texture was like biting into a cloud ☁️ — soft, creamy, and absolutely delicious. No improvement suggestions at all — just a heartfelt thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

Well to start of the host told us there where no available seats that it would be a 15 min wait so we asked to wait by bar then asked again how long it would be then because we agreed to wait by bar the wait time went up to half an hour then when I complained it was available immediately. The asked for the red snapper because I’ve been wanting it being that I’m at beach it would go great with atmosphere but this place totally got it wrong they just serve you a fried fish which don’t even think it was a red snapper no taste what so ever no prior defrost or seasoning my wife had the ropa vieja and needless to say also rough and not tasty would I will not recommend and definitely won’t be back ! Very bad service and the food not at all worth the hassle and trip !and the coffee is not good and they will try to give you cold milk with coffee to not even try !

Las Olas Cafe is a charming eatery located at 2216 Park Ave. in the Vintro Hotel South Beach, Miami. It's known for its laid-back atmosphere and delicious offerings, including fresh-squeezed juices, legendary Cuban sandwiches, and all-day breakfast options.
If you’re looking for authentic Cuban flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit! The food and juice were absolutely delicious, making it well worth the wait. I visited on a Sunday morning, and it was super crowded, so be prepared for some time before your order arrives—but the quality of the food justifies the wait. The lively crowd speaks volumes about its popularity. I tried the chicken Cuban sandwich, and it was fantastic—perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving great Cuban cuisine!

I got the breakfast combo. Which I read as you get salad with Sandwich of a choice of Turkey or Veg, but my sandwich has nothing but butter. And lil bits of Turkey seemed mixed in over cooked eggs. And filled with chips. This really wasn't what I expected for a Turkey sandwich with eggs.

A wonderful local food experience. For my first time in Miami it was unbeatable with delicious food, and incredible prices. I got the Spanish sandwich, Croqueta Casa, and Colombian Meat empanada with a mango smoothie.
Gianna V — Google review
The service was good, the fresh juice was good, the empanadas were delicious.... their sandwiches (especially the Cuban one) was only okay. They also cut it lengthwise, which made it kind of hard to eat that way.
Lily P — Google review
It’s been my favorite spot for so many years! The cortadito, empanadas, full meals, and fresh juices are the best I’ve found in Miami and Miami Beach. The team is always so kind, a reflection of Anita, who has been leading this place for over 30 years. Starting the day at Las Olas is truly a ritual. In the picture is my go-to juice — carrot, apple, and ginger — it’s so good! But I highly recommend trying them all and finding your own favorite. 🧡

Great neighborhood Cuban cafe for the locals! Of course had to venture out just a little bit to visit and the food had that taste from home. Packed w/ locals and a few tourists, the breakfast combo I ordered was generous with fluffy eggs. I ordered ham and paid $2.60 extra to add veggies (tomato, onion, and green pepper). Initially it was a bit confusing why this is extra, but it made sense when thinking about Cuban food which generally doesn’t have this kind of veggies. And it comes with coffee by which they mean espresso, but I changed it to Cortadito because I love me some Smokey bold Cuban Cortadito! It was strong in the best way, and fragrant. Add un poco de azúcar and you’re off to the races! Wife commented her croissant was much better than more expensive bakery we went to the prior day, and iced coffee wasn’t too watered down (ask for little ice and sugar) like most iced coffees we’ve had in Latino cafes so far. Outside seating was pleasant though you may have local uncles smoking a pack at the next table but wasn’t bad w/ the breeze & shade. Don’t waste your money going to $20/meal cafes closer to ocean drive… just walk a block to here and enjoy better food at better price + mingle w/ locals.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. I received extremely poor customer service from a lady with short hair and glasses. She served me cold coffee, and when I politely mentioned it, she became defensive, raised her voice, and grabbed the cup from me. I usually enjoy coming to this location, but after this encounter, I don’t feel comfortable returning anytime soon. Her behavior was rude and disrespectful.
Sarah B — Google review
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed it — it’s a well-known spot that’s been around since 1995. Unfortunately, today’s experience was terrible. I arrived around 9 a.m. on November 11, 2025, and was assisted by a young lady with a nose ring. I ordered eggs, bacon, potatoes, and an orange juice. After I paid and waited for my food, she came back to tell me they didn’t have bacon — and she said it in a rude way, like she really didn’t care. She offered me ham or sausage instead, but I don’t like either of those options. When the food finally came, I received two very small pieces of sausage even though I never agreed to that substitution. On top of that, they forgot my orange juice. I went to the bar to ask about it, and the staff just said “okay.” I went back to my seat to wait, but no one ever brought it to me or even called me to let me know it was ready. Throughout the entire experience, the lady never apologized or offered any kind of refund. She just repeated, “no bacon, you can choose ham or sausage.” The lack of courtesy and professionalism was very disappointing. In the end, I left the food and walked out. It was a disrespectful and frustrating experience, and sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Mediterranean restaurant
Kiki On The River is a boho-chic waterfront venue in Miami that offers traditional Greek cuisine and a party-like atmosphere. With a live DJ and festive soundtrack on weekends, it brings the spirit of Mykonos to Miami. The stylish waterfront location is perfect for large groups to enjoy Chef Rhee's award-winning Greek cuisine, featuring dishes like lobster pasta and fresh octopus. The restaurant also boasts a meticulously sculpted waterfront garden that exudes the hospitality and spirit of the Greek Islands.
Exceptional late lunch with riverside views, delicious Greek dishes, and fantastic service We had a late lunch at Kiki on the River, and the experience was truly impressive from start to finish. Although we arrived without a reservation, the hostess was welcoming and accommodating, and we were seated promptly—a pleasant surprise given how popular this place is. Our server, Natalia, was a highlight of the visit. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and she consistently checked on us with warm and attentive service. We ordered a variety of dishes, including: Pikilia (a traditional Greek spread with dips and warm pita—fresh and flavorful) Crispy Shrimp (light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned) Greek Tomato Salad (simple, vibrant, and refreshing) Fisherman’s Feast Pasta (a seafood lover’s dream—rich, hearty, and full of Mediterranean flavor) Kids Chicken Tenders (tender, well-cooked, and kid-approved) The riverside atmosphere added to the charm—relaxed yet vibrant, with beautiful views and a stylish vibe. The food was served quickly, everything was fresh and well presented, and the overall flow of service was smooth despite the late hour. Whether you’re visiting for a casual lunch or a celebratory meal, Kiki on the River delivers a high-quality Greek dining experience with standout service and scenery. Highly recommended!

We came to Kiki on the River to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday, and it definitely delivered on the experience. The atmosphere was electric — a vibrant mix of Greek, Middle Eastern, Latin, and house music made it feel like a party straight out of the Mediterranean. It was lively, upscale, and full of energy. The service was truly five-star. Our server, Natalia, was warm, attentive, and refreshingly low-pressure — not at all pushy like you might expect at some trendy Miami spots. She made us feel well taken care of without upselling us every step of the way. We ordered a variety of dishes and especially enjoyed the octopus, lamb chops and pasta. That said, be prepared for sticker shock. What tasted like a $30 pasta was priced closer to $100. While the food was good, it definitely didn’t justify the high price tag — you’re really paying for the vibe and scene more than the cuisine. After dinner, we moved to the bar area, which was an absolute blast. It felt like being transported to a beach club in Greece — which made for some interesting people watching. If that’s your thing, this place is gold. Would I go back? Yes — but mostly for the drinks, the music, and the unforgettable atmosphere. Just don’t expect to leave without spending at least $700-$1000 for a typical group.

I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless. We were promptly greeted and seated. (We had Reservations) The food was outstanding—each dish was beautifully presented and rich in flavor. It’s clear that great care goes into both the preparation and the ingredients. I’m already looking forward to returning to explore more of the menu. With its elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and exquisite cuisine, Kiki on the River truly delivers a memorable dining experience.

Kiki on the River is definitely a scene, lively, beautiful, and full of energy. The atmosphere leans more toward a party than a dinner, with music, sparklers, and an overall festive crowd. It’s a great spot if you’re in the mood for a social, high-energy evening. That said, the service was mediocre and didn’t quite match the upscale vibe. The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. The oddest part of the night was being seated, as a party of two, at a large six-person table that directly faced the kitchen. It felt awkward and out of place given the rest of the ambiance. Overall, Kiki is worth a visit for the experience and atmosphere, but not necessarily for the food or service. It’s more of a “come for the vibe” destination than a true dining experience
Sara B — Google review
I finally carved out a night to visit Kiki on the River, and it absolutely delivered on the scene and the hype. Having secured a reservation (which is a must), the service was seamless from the moment we arrived. The staff were instantly attentive; our servers, like Natasha and Lazaro, worked in perfect sync to ensure a flawless and memorable night. The service was surprisingly low-pressure and genuinely five-star. The atmosphere is undeniably the main event. It’s an electric scene—less a quiet dinner and more an upscale party, complete with sparklers and a vibrant mix of Greek and house music. It truly feels like being instantly transported to a Mykonos beach club—it’s lively, elegant, and full of energy. This high-energy environment is gold, especially if you’re celebrating a birthday or special occasion. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including the octopus, lamb chops, and rich pasta. While every dish was delicious, be prepared for significant sticker shock. This is a high-ticket experience, and you’re absolutely paying a premium for the unparalleled vibe and atmosphere over the cuisine itself. The quality of the drinks, the unforgettable scenery, and the exceptional service make the splurge worthwhile. I'm already looking forward to going back for the energy and the ultimate Miami scene.

We stumbled upon Kiki on the River for a birthday dinner, as another restaurant nearby wouldn't allow entry due to missing 1 person from our group due to an emergency. We were immediately brought in with welcome shots which were tasty. We ordered the filet mignon, skewer kebabs, cocktail shrimps and a side of fries. We also had a total of 4 drinks. Although everything was overpriced it was delicious, minus the fries; we didn't even eat them. The atmosphere was great, with good music and entertainment. Our bill came and it was $412 with a service charge of 22% plus tax, which is also written at the bottom of the menu. We felt that was more than a reasonable charge as service was otherwise great. When we went to pay, we split the bill by 3, I paid last and added another $15 as I really enjoyed my time. As I paid the server became aggressive and said that my friends didn't tip, and I stated the bill already had a 22% service charge. He then went to my other friend and harassed her for a tip saying we needed to tip him. He cornered her, and as she didn't want to cause any trouble she gave an additional $20. This honestly ruined the mood of the night.

Five stars for an unforgettable night at Kiki on the River. The service was genuinely warm and attentive from the moment of check-in to the final goodbye, the atmosphere was pure Miami magic with waterfront views and upbeat music, and the food delivered bright Mediterranean flavors that matched the setting perfectly. ServiceThe staff kept everything flowing smoothly even during a lively evening, checking in at the right moments without hovering and keeping the energy fun and celebratory throughout the night. Small touches stood out, from prompt drink refills to quick help with recommendations, which made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming . AtmosphereThe riverside setting is stunning—watching yachts glide by while the DJ builds a Mykonos-style vibe makes dinner feel like an event, with festive music, napkin-waving, and a party feel that ramps up on weekends. Whether seated indoors among the chic decor or on the outdoor deck catching the breeze, the ambiance hits that sweet spot of stylish, energetic, and quintessentially Miami.

Pizza restaurant
Lucali is a renowned pizzeria with locations in Brooklyn and South Beach, offering upscale brick-oven pizzas, calzones, and wine. The South Beach location has a shorter wait time compared to its Brooklyn counterpart. The restaurant's rustic yet stylish ambiance adds to the dining experience.
Amazing pizza! Im asian and really picky with pizza. This one is really good and tasty. Only the crust was so big and more like cracker, if only they have a dip to the crust maybe that would be better. The part that i really not expecting is the dessert calzone which is goood! I thought that will be cold creamy calzone and turns out it is a warm creamy cheesy things, mind blown! The downside is only the high price.

Amazing thin, crispy, and simple pizza! Barely any grease, absolutely no flop. I ordered via DoorDash so it sat for a trip and still was great. Almost impossible to try in NYC!

A local guy told us about the place while walking a crosswalk. By far the best pizza I have ever had. Hands down. The flavor was so fresh. I pretty much could have eaten the entire thing by myself. It was definitely worth riding a bike across the island to enjoy it. They also had a live DJ playing music.
Michael B — Google review
Food is always top-notch, simple menu with high-quality ingredients. The kale caesar is among the best I’ve tried. However, it seems that they continue to jack up the prices. $17 for a fairly basic Tuscan wine seems a bit excessive.
Santiago G — Google review
This is 5 stars +++ The pictures say enough. Several good pizzerias in Miami but this offers so much more. Calzones are the best, chicken parm, wings finished in the wood burning oven, meatballs are extraordinary, salad options and homemade desserts.

All I can say is, wow! Tried getting into the Brooklyn location but the wait times were 3 hours. This past week | was down in Miami Beach and decided to give this location a try and I am so glad that I did! Not sure if it was because of the tropical storm but getting in was a breeze. No wait. We walked right in. Sat down and was greeted very kindly by waitress. Kept it simple and went with cheese. Legit the pizza was out in less than 5 minutes! Pipping hot and basil was super fresh! Their crust has a phenomenal chew and taste they put just the right amount of sauce, which is nice and acidic. I recommend using the hot oil. Make sure to ask for it when you get the pizza. Gives it a nice kick! Pizza was amazing and I enjoyed my experience start to finish. Was in and out within 30 mins. 100% recommend!

Imran M — Google review
I’m not a review writer by any means, and I’m definitely not one of those keyboard warriors looking to nitpick. My wife and I have long enjoyed Lucali in Sunset Harbour for its New York-style pizza, a welcome departure from the Italian-style pies dominating Miami Beach. However, our recent visit with my dad left us with mixed feelings. The pizza is undeniably delicious but comes with a steep price tag—a plain cheese pizza starts at $32, with toppings from $4 to $12, easily pushing a single pie over $50. At that cost, you expect a flawless experience, but this visit fell short. The pepperoni chips ($12) were a highlight, perfectly crispy with a side of hot honey, but we were surprised by an additional $2.25 charge for the honey. The server insisted it “comes with it,” yet charging separately contradicts that claim. I later noticed the online menu lists most items about $2 cheaper than in-restaurant, which felt misleading. On a positive note, the kale Caesar salad was exceptional—likely the best on the Beach—with chewy, slightly undercooked croutons that stood out compared to the usual powdery croutons elsewhere. Service was slightly above Miami’s typical standard but had hiccups. My dad’s glass of wine tasted sour and was replaced with a beer, yet the wine remained on the bill until we pointed it out. More troubling, my wife found a 3-inch piece of thin plastic in her pizza, resembling a fishbone but definitely plastic (odd, since Lucali doesn’t serve fish). The server informed the manager, who notified the kitchen, but no one followed up with us. Coming from Chicago, I’m accustomed to managers addressing such issues with a gesture like a complimentary dessert. While we had plenty of food for three and wouldn’t have needed it, an acknowledgment would’ve shown accountability. I understand restaurants may be cautious about customers exploiting complaints, but that shouldn’t excuse overlooking genuine issues. Overall, Lucali’s pizza is unique and tasty, but the premium prices don’t fully align with the experience. Places like Pizzette and Pummarola offer comparable or better pizza at a fraction of the cost with similar service. We’ll likely return quarterly only to use our AMEX $100 Resy credit for the nostalgia of overpriced New York-style pizza, but with tempered expectations.

Nestled in the vibrant Collins Park, just a stone's throw from the beach, The Bass stands as a beacon of contemporary art in Miami Beach. This historic art deco gem, once the Miami Beach Public Library and Art Center, showcases an impressive array of international contemporary artworks across various media including sculpture, design, fashion, and architecture. Visitors can explore its two floors filled with rotating exhibitions that keep the experience fresh and engaging.
Just went to the bass museum and it was absolutely amazing! The collection was so diverse, I could have spent hours just looking at all the different pieces. The atmosphere was super chill, which made it even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit if you're into art. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

Like all art, the enjoyment you're going to get out of the museum is subjective. There were a few exhibits and artists I enjoyed but most of it just didn't connect with me, felt too hodgepodge. Also, $15 for 1.5 floors is a bit steep imo. Even going super slowly and reading almost every card, you're done in about an hour.

We received free access to the Bass museum as part of the resort fee amenities for our stay at the W hotel. The museum is a gem, and has multiple different exhibits, all with beautiful and highly original art. Definitely recommend a visit!

The Bass Museum is located just a short walk from the beach in South Beach, making it an easy and enjoyable stop if you’re exploring the area. It’s a modern museum featuring contemporary art, with spacious, bright galleries and rotating exhibitions that keep things fresh and interesting. The museum isn’t particularly large, but it offers a great experience overall. There are certain days when admission is free, which makes it an even better deal. The gift shop is also really cool — definitely worth checking out before you leave. I’d highly recommend The Bass to art lovers or anyone looking for a great indoor activity on a rainy day in Miami.

Unique museum exhibiting art and South Beach at its best. Really worth visiting on a lazy summer day. Outdoor concerts in summer. Best place to park is Collins Parking Garage, 340 23rd street, right across from the Museum.

I had such a great time visiting The Bass during my trip to Miami Beach. The building itself is stunning — the Art Deco design immediately caught my eye before I even stepped inside. The galleries are beautifully laid out, and I loved how the museum mixes historic works with bold, modern pieces. One of the highlights for me was seeing the contemporary art installations. They were creative, thought-provoking, and honestly made me see things in a new way. The museum isn’t huge, which I actually liked — it felt easy to explore without being overwhelming. I also really appreciated the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions, and they even gave me tips about upcoming events and family days. I ended my visit in the museum shop, which had some unique art-inspired gifts you don’t find anywhere else. If you’re in Miami Beach and want a break from the typical tourist spots, The Bass is definitely worth a visit. It’s inspiring, welcoming, and gives you a deeper sense of the city’s culture.

Honestly...it's a nice building, but the exhibitions can be seen in half an hour. The telescope room is nice and colorful, the rest is not really worth to be seen. Thought about offering them my pictures! At least I didn't have to pay for this, because I got the museums pass!

Ordered a steak sandwich and although the service was quick the food was atrocious…. Steak had no flavor, and the presentation did not resemble anything of what a steak sandwich should look like. Super lazily put together, they threw chunks of steak on Cuban bread with tomato that was old and should have been thrown out 3 days ago. Used to eat here every now and then but the quality has really taken a nose dive….. disappointing

I live very close to Miami Beach and had seen this place multiple times, but never gone inside; that changed a few days ago. I visited this place on a Sunday evening. The decor in the restaurante is magnificent. Lovely place. The food and service were on point! Our server was very knowledgable and kept checking on us and made sure that our visit was one to remember. I had the "Churrasco A Lo Pobre" and my wife had the ceviche. The food came out extremely fast. To be fair, the place was not super crowded since it was raining a lot that evening. The steak was juicy and cooked medium just I as asked. The congri (white rice and black beans) was so flavorful and with the runny egg on top, it just made the whole thing more delicious. The ceviche presentation was something I've never seen before and my wife enjoyed it very much! Lastly, we ordered a dessert (cannot remember the name); they don't have a dessert menu. The desert had some dulce de leche and it was very tasty! I recommend this place! I'll definitely be back and try their chaufa next time!

My second time to Miami, and the food is becoming an even bigger draw than the weather or beaches. This place should not be missed. We ordered 2 of the recommended cocktails, traditional ceviche, and the tartar en playa guanabo as appetizers. Exceptional. Do not pass these up. I ordered the tacu tacu mero mero macho, with the rice and grouper being very good but the crustaceans less so. They seemed to be frozen prior to cooking. My wife ordered the lomojo congri and was thoroughly pleased. Dessert was espresso martini and the guava-like peruvian fruit, which was not too sweet yet very tasty. My wife, a Japanese foodie to her core, told me at the end of the meal that if she ever were to have a party in Miami, it would be here due to the delicious food and excellent decor. Next time we are in Miami, we will be back.

Something different, but worth it! We also had the Lechee Coco Martini, you must try it. Service was fantastic! Lauren was our waitress, and guided us in this adventure. You have to check this place out!

Ordered a take out and am very disappointed. The sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi. Tried calling but got an automated message and zero callback. For the price being charged it’s not worth it. There’s a lot better options in the area.

It’s been our second time at Pubbelly & it’s always such a great experience! We always have the “drunken whale” saki, but today we had the short rib dumplings, the big eye tuna roll & the acevichado roll. All super delicious & our server, Ricardo, was great! Super attentive, patient, and informed us of the weekly specials. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Event venue
Sala'o Cuban Restaurant & Bar is a trendy and modern establishment that serves up delicious Cuban and Caribbean dishes alongside classic cocktails and live music. The restaurant pays tribute to Ernest Hemingway, offering fantastic seafood options inspired by the writer's work, such as the ceviche Cubano made with corvina, red peppers, onions, and coconut leche de tigre. Visitors can also enjoy live jazz performances in the vibrant neighborhood of Little Havana.
We had a fantastic Cuban dining experience! I made a reservation in advance (they allow up to 2-hour slots with a credit card on file), which I highly recommend — this place gets busy and I really didn’t want to miss out. The ambiance was vibrant, with warm red lighting and great energy. We were welcomed with Cuban crackers right after being seated — a nice touch. We kicked things off with Hemingway’s daiquiris, which were absolutely delicious. For dinner, I had the asado — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I can’t recall the exact name of my partner’s dish, but it was just as satisfying, and the rice and beans served on the side were comforting and tasty. We had a second round of cocktails later in the evening, though I can’t remember their names — only that they were great! To end the meal, we ordered Cuban coffee (SO good — strong and smooth) and shared the Cuban flan, which was a lovely, sweet finale. While the place was on the louder side, we really enjoyed the live music, even though it started much later than scheduled. All in all, a memorable and flavorful night — definitely worth a visit!

Stopped by Sala’o for lunch and had Alexis as my server. He was super friendly and quick with service, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He recommended a couple of great options that hit the spot, and the food came out fast and fresh. Alexis made sure I had everything I needed without me having to ask. Great lunch experience — I’ll definitely be back.

This was recommended by a guide on our walking food tour. I am so glad we came and tried it for lunch. The food was delicious! Alfredo taught my wife to salsa while we waited for our food. Roxana was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. If you get a chance, definitely get the ceviche and one (or two) mojitos!

Absolutely delicious food and an awesome atmosphere! The vibe is energetic yet relaxed — perfect for enjoying great Cuban flavors with friends. The portions are generous, and the prices are just right, especially for the quality and presentation. Special shoutout to Roxana, who made the experience even better with her warm, attentive service and great recommendations. She made us feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommend Salao — it’s the perfect spot for good food, good music, and good energy!

Absolutely amazing food and very generous portions served. The decor is modern chic, with a separate cigar lounge area, and live music. Service was very slow, waitress didn't pay much attention to our needs, took a long time to check on us and to get the check. Outside tables are too small. A photographer asks to take photos, then later tries to sell them in frames without prior warning. Overall, for food great experience, but not so much for service and intrusion from photographer.

La Casita Restaurant is a spacious eatery that specializes in Cuban cuisine. Located in Miami, this restaurant offers delicious homestyle cooking with classic white tablecloths. The menu is diverse and the staff is helpful in guiding diners through the options. The highlight of the meal was the masas de cerdo, which consisted of perfectly cooked fried pork chunks with crispy skin. The coffee served at La Casita was aromatic and had an amazing taste that paired well with ice and their traditional flan.
Authentic, flavorful Cuban food in a cozy, homestyle setting. The Ropa Vieja and Cubano sandwich are standouts, and the Tres Leches cake is a must-try. Friendly service and generous portions make it feel like you’re eating at Abuela’s. Way better than the touristy spots—this place is a true hidden gem.

I took my mom here since she loves Cuban food and the reviews are great for this place so my expectations were high. The service was friendly and great. Plenty of parking which was a plus as well. The food was fire 🔥 it was better than I expected and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good Cuban food!

It's the second time I've been to this place and I really liked it. It is clean, with every detail taken care of, good attention from its workers, specifically Abel, I think it was the guy who attended us, very professional. The chicken soup like at home, the fried chicken was very tasty just like the momilla. An excellent place with Cuban food to taste.

The supposed Ajiaco (more like beef stew n carrots) was not good and served on a broken bowl. The $1.50 each fritura de bacalao were dime size fish nuggets not bacalao. Awful. The yuca frita didn't have yuca but a paste resembling it. This is not fine dining more like fast food very pricey. Leaves a lot to be desired not worth the money plus extremely cold ac, uncomfortably so. This is not Cuban Cuisine, unless you've never had the real thing. Looks good from far but FAR from good. Not worth it.

🎶 “Ode to La Casita” 🎶 Oh La Casita, what a find! Where flavor dances, peace of mind. Forget Versailles — that’s old design, Your picadillo? Purely divine. The lemonade — homemade art, Sweet and tart, it stole my heart. And service? A flawless team ballet, Three or four helping right away. Since 1990, they’ve stayed true, Family pride in all they do. So here’s my rhyme, a thankful cheer — La Casita’s the best you’ll find this year!

As a Cuban, I know Cuban food inside and out—and to be honest, it's not the most complex cuisine out there. That said, some Cuban restaurants still manage to elevate the flavors and really stand out. La Casita Cuban Cuisine was... fine. The food was good, but nothing out of this world. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t leave a strong impression either. If you're looking for a decent Cuban meal, this place will get the job done. Just don’t expect anything unforgettable.

Really YUMMY food! 🍲 I've been ordering takeout online here lately and the meals are always hot, accurate and freshly made. The service at the front desk can be distracted/aloof sometimes, but a little extra patience with them works wonders. They do attend to you eventually! The fries are exceptionally tasty and chunky, and the rice is always fluffy and tender. The steaks I've yet to try but the chicken dishes are juicy and flavorful. Their sautéed onions are also awesome and comforting. Order here! I'll dine in sometime soon.

We went here after an evening at Trails Theater. I had seen a recent negative review and was somewhat doubtful, since there are several good choices nearby. It turned out to be a wonderful place. The food was authentic (I know Cuban food extremely well), very tasty and abundant. I would love to go back any time. I highly recommend it. I had tasajo and arroz con leche. Both were great, as were all the dishes our party of six had.

Luis Galindo Latin America Restaurant is a delightful spot that captures the essence of homestyle Cuban cuisine. This charming eatery offers a cozy cafeteria-like atmosphere where you can indulge in authentic Cuban breakfasts and mouthwatering sandwiches, all crafted with care. The highlight here is undoubtedly their Cuban sandwich, made to perfection with layers of sweet ham and hand-cut roasted pork pressed between fluffy Cuban bread, creating a deliciously crispy exterior while keeping the inside soft and flavorful.
The Cuban coffee I had here is one of the best. I had great expectations on the tostones. They weren't up to the level I expected. The shrimp, fish and grilled chicken are good. The chicken dish had a lot of oil. Overall definitely worth a try. The service was fast too.

I would have put the atmosphere was better but waitresses were throwing the chairs around stacking them up after we had just gotten there and started eating. We got there at 11:30 when the maps app says it closes at 1:00 a.m. I asked our waitress and she didn't apologize and said the place actually closes at 11:00 and that it hasn't been fixed. We heard her talking to another waitress using profanity talking about another customer that she had a problem with. The place charges you $0.25 per box for takeout or leftovers. They charge $1.45 for not paying cash. She never informed me of any of this. I found out because I looked at the receipt so hopefully you look at it. Thankfully they did not include the tip but suggest at least 15%. She forgot to bring my Coke and when I mentioned it at the end, with an attitude she said if I would have remembered and told her she would have brought it to me. Incredible! It's pretty obvious the reason that the waitresses treat the customers the way they do is because THEY KNOW No one is looking at these reviews because notice how no one responds to them. I recommend if anyone has a complaint that you talk to the manager at the moment or call the restaurant because no one looks at these reviews.

Typically, when I come here the food is quite good, though the last time I picked up food to bring home. A Miami sub and a cuban sandwich. I was disappointed. The bacon on the Miami sub was mostly raw. I had to remove most of it and it was just plain sloppy. My parents who had the Cuban complained that the meat was dry. Update--another inconsistent Miami restaurant. A few days ago, we picked up an order, they forgot the black beans, tonight ( 3-11-25) they got the order wrong, so we had to go back and the same dish I had a few days ago-the filetillo de pollo salteado--which was soo good, tonight was fair at best. I don't get it. I'm obviously aware that different chefs are going to have some variation in their cooking but night and day difference? This pic was very recent--the chicken felt like and tasted like wood.

El Floridita Seafood Restaurant on Bird Road is a long-standing Cuban seafood spot with a nautical theme and an extensive wine list. The original location has been serving fresh fish and traditional Cuban dishes for over 20 years, attracting regulars who appreciate the attentive service. The restaurant offers a variety of seafood options, from cultural staples to worldwide delicacies, all crafted with fresh ingredients.
I recently visited this wonderful Latin restaurant with a friend and had an exceptional experience! We enjoyed delicious mussels, shrimp with sausage, and a rich, creamy lobster bisque. The highlight was definitely the rice with squid ink—flavorful and perfectly cooked. The ambiance was lively and inviting, and the friendly service enhanced our experience. Highly recommended for authentic Latin flavors and seafood lovers!

El Floridita offers top-notch service that genuinely enhances the dining experience. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, making sure you feel well taken care of throughout your visit. However, the food falls short of expectations. Despite the impressive presentation, the dishes lack the bold flavors you might hope for. If you're seeking exceptional service and don't mind a more subdued culinary experience, El Floridita might still be worth a visit. For me, the lack of flavor in the food is why I’m giving it three stars.

I never expected to find such a nice place like this. I had the pleasure to be served by Ernesto. He is the best. The menu is amazing it has so many choices!!!. The food was extremely good. It was fresh and the flavor would tell you that it was made just after we ordered. It is natural (not frozen) and it is organic. The service was also amazing, they are all professionals at what they do. The atmosphere was also excellent. They played Boney M while we were there and it made me remember those times when I was a kid. I really recommend everybody to visit this place you will not regret it

The restaurant was very nice and nicely decorated, very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and kind. I'm from New England and used to different fish choices and don't really care for what they had available. I ordered lobster bisque and I probably wouldn't order it again, it was a bit sweet but a very nice presentation. My friend ordered fried shrimp and that came with chicken noodle soup which she didn't want so I ate that and it was delicious. She also go a salad and it was a good size and very fresh. There were six shrimp on her plate so we split those which were tasty but a bit greasy. I would say that you should try it, they do have lots of options and there will probably be something you might enjoy if you like the fish options they have. Everything looked fresh. One more thing, the rolls were served warm with the most delicious garlic butter 🧈 😋 I'm sure if you wanted to try them you could call ahead and inquire about what kind of fish 🐟 they are serving that day and it would be easy to decide.

08/28/2025 Few things are more frustrating for a diner than feeling deceived, and sadly, that was my experience here. Perhaps this approach worked for years, but today there are many better alternatives in Miami for quality seafood. Food: Poor, scarce, and overpriced. A clear example: a portion of branzino consisted of just half a fish, priced at $50, when a whole piece costs around $9. Service: Honesty is key to building customer loyalty, and claiming a branzino is “fresh” when it’s not even a Florida fish is simply unacceptable. Ambience: The restaurant was full thanks to the daily special, yet most diners seemed to be eating anything but the house specialty. Conclusion: Miami is surrounded by ocean, offering an incredible variety of local fish. A seafood restaurant should take advantage of that richness, revisiting both its menu and its pricing strategy.

Took family here since we were in the area. Menu looks expensive ,but they also have a lunch menu with good options and it included a soup we had arroz Frito with shrimp, fried shrimp, grilled chicken, blackened fish fillet with mash Coach of those plates was $12. Unbelievable that they came with soup each. Taste was great so we will be back soon.

I had high hopes for this restaurant but, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were given one of the worst tables right under a leaking AC unit. When I asked to be moved, we were offered a different table still under the same leak, this time next to a fire extinguisher, despite plenty of open seating elsewhere. Staff ended up wiping down the AC in front of us, which felt quite unprofessional. As for the food, it was just okay but significantly overpriced for the quality. The menu was limited, and I didn’t particularly enjoy any of the dishes we tried. The churrasco was probably the best item, but it’s something you can find elsewhere at half the price. The soup arrived cold, the smoked dip was too salty, the wagyu appetizer was average, the chuleta was dry, and the lamb chops were underwhelming. The drinks were overly fruity and not well balanced. We also paid for a birthday add-on that included a sign, shot, and dessert. The shot tasted like medicine, and no one asked us what kind we preferred. The flan that came with it was not good either, and the entire experience wasn’t worth the $50 price tag. Lastly, we had been looking forward to the advertised entertainment, which was supposed to start at 10 PM. We stayed until around 11, but nothing happened. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. For the amount you’ll spend, there are far better options with better service, food, and atmosphere.

From Last-Minute to Legendary: Kuba Cabana Delivers Wow – where do I even begin? We hosted a company event at Kuba Cabana with over 30 guests and gave them less than 24 hours' notice (yes, you read that right), and the team absolutely crushed it. From the moment we reached out, the hostess and her phenomenal crew jumped into action. They created a custom 3-course menu with showstopping appetizers, entrées that had everyone raving, perfectly paired drinks, and desserts that ended the night on a sweet high. Every detail was thought through, and every guest felt taken care of. The hostess was a rockstar – sharp, responsive, and deeply tuned in to the vibe of the room. She anticipated our guests’ needs before we even had to ask. The manager was also incredibly accommodating and made the planning process seamless. As for the food? Hands down, some of the best in the area. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh despite our large party size. And let’s talk about ambiance – Kuba Cabana brings the party. The atmosphere, the energy, the music, the drinks... it’s the full experience. Every single guest had a blast, and we’re already talking about coming back. Massive shoutout and heartfelt thanks to the entire Kuba Cabana team – you made our event legendary. Highly recommend for corporate events, celebrations, or just a night out that hits all the right notes!

Italian restaurant
Casa Isola Osteria, located in Sunset Harbour, Miami Beach, is a collaboration between Pubbelly chef Jose Mendin and chef Santo Agnello. The restaurant offers a blend of modern flavors and traditional Sicilian family recipes in a beachy, blue and white accented space. The menu features antipasti, handmade pastas, and the highlight dish - Agnello's eight-hour Sunday sauce with savory short rib meatballs, pork rib, and Italian sausage.
Casa Isola Osteria feels like one of those restaurants where every dish has a little personality of its own. The corn gyozas were a standout right away! Delicate dumplings with a sweet, savory bite that I kept thinking about after the first taste. The meatball dumplings had that same playful twist, comforting but creative, like a nod to tradition with a chef’s wink. The Manager Rodrigo was also excellent and you can tell he really cares about the restaurant! For pasta, the rigatoni alla vodka didn’t disappoint. Perfectly cooked, rich without being heavy, it’s one of those dishes you want to linger over. And then there’s the Italian fried chicken…..crisp, juicy, and seasoned so well it deserves its own fan club. What I loved most was how the whole meal felt like a mix of comfort and surprise….familiar Italian flavors made exciting again. Casa Isola is definitely the kind of place I’d come back to when I want both a cozy neighborhood vibe and food that sparks conversation at the table.

I made a reservation for a party of three here, but when we arrived, there was no host or hostess, and they told us to sit wherever we wanted. We ended up sitting outside, and that was a huge mistake. As the food came, flies started swarming everywhere, and we could even get a whiff of the sewer smell every time the wind blew. The food was really disappointing, especially for the price we paid. And the service was almost non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Such a great spot! The food at Casa Isola Osteria was amazing — super fresh pasta, awesome flavors, and really nice people working there. Not even exaggerating, this is easily my favorite resturant in Miami. I have been coming here for a few years now and it’s always the best experience. The food is incredible, and the vibes are great. I order the chopped salad, spicy rigatoni all a vodka, & the casarecce pasta. Every dish is 10/10. I had 10 friends here to celebrate my birthday dinner and everyone of them will be going back who haven’t been before. Truly made my bday a special night. Staff & service is exceptional.

Casa ISOLA is truly one of a kind in Miami Beach to enjoy with family and friends! The Italian Fried Chicken, Corn Agnolotti, Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka, and Eggplant Parmigiana were all exceptional. For dessert, the mango creation was refreshing and beautifully served, and the Tiramisu with dulce de leche and Nutella mascarpone was rich with layers of flavor. A big thanks to the Chef and to manager Rodrigo for their warm and genuine hospitality that made the experience even more memorable. We’ll be back

Ricky Bakery #2 (Coral Way) is a delightful gem in the heart of Miami, known for its Latin-American sweets and light bites like sandwiches. The moment you step inside, you're welcomed by a friendly staff that makes your visit feel special. This family-run bakery has been a favorite since 2007, offering an array of delicious pastries at affordable prices. Indulge in their mouthwatering chicken croquettes or guava pastries paired with a perfect café con leche.
For the best quality Pastelitos in Miami. Ricky Bakery on 32nd SW 24 st ( Coral Way) very fresh. I place my order of 50 or more about 2 hrs before I pick up. I’m the talk of all my sales meeting. Thank you to all the ladies at Ricky Bakery for the excellent service

We use to come here every year during our trips to Miami. There use to be full display cases with lines of people. The cases were empty, there were no people and the food was awful. The empanada were ice cold and we trashed them. The papa rellenos were overcooked and the meat was so bad. The only thing that was fantastic was the guava and cheese pastelitos. This place holds many precious memories for me, but I won’t be back. The media noche was also trashed. It tasted strongly of vinegar. The food is just not edible. There are way to many places in Miami with fantastic Cuban food then to ever eat here again.

The staff it’s always friendly they get you cozy and you always feel welcome . I had been coming here for a while now, the staff it’s Extraordinary they make you feel appreciated and value as a person and customer . When you enter here , its when you realize family can be more them just blood. There hospitality upon arrival and be able to put a smile and a face of joy it’s important for each and every one of them . It’s to sad that I’m moving to Houston , TX but until we see again keep doing what you all know how to do best . Love you all my ladies on 💔❤️

Don't order with Uber from this place. The coffee is always spilt and then it sogs everything inside the bag. They can't place the coffee in a proper container so that it doesn't spill. Today, more than half of my coffee was gone by the time the order got to me. It soaked the bag and the cuban tostada I ordered.

Special praise to Lilly & Virginia who work @ Ricky's Bakery (3115 SW 22 Str). I visited this location tonight @ almost 2AM. Although it was the middle of the night, these 2 ladies were like rays of sunshine.☀️ They were friendly, welcoming, upbeat, efficient & hard @ work. Ricky's Bakery & it's customers are lucky to have Lilly & Virginia there!!! 👍😊🙏

All you will see is smiles when waking into this local neighborhood bakery. The ladies that work at this location make the experience like you just walked into your grandmothers or love ones home. Besides the food being amazing , the service and smiles is what I come here for.

We’ve been going here for years. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Cafecito‘s, croquets & pastries are all good. The best part is they’re now open 24 hours. This is amazing post Covid Miami has such limited hours— but YAY for Ricky’s for breaking the mold👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ricky Bakery #2 for 4 years now’s, and always enjoyed their pastries and good customer service. However, recent orders have been underwhelming and disappointing. While their pastelitos, croquetas and premade cakes were always fresh and delicious the Cuban bread, some breakfast items, and bocaditos are a hit or miss. My recent delivery was especially disappointing. The bread was VERY stale, hard, and had strange cotton/hair like fibers all over ontop of it. Even though I NEVER seen this on any Cuban bread I bought before I thought maybe it could’ve been fibers from the gluten, but when I tried pulling it apart it was very hard to break and definitely inedible. When I cut the bread open, there was none inside, so I assume it collected this stuff while sitting in the bakery. Aside from that, the bocaditos tasted old, and the pasta de jamón inside had an off flavor like if it was old. It's a shame, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again given my experience and other recent reviews from customers.

Laid back beautiful cafe. Wide array of delicious breakfast option with local flavor. Staff is sweet and helpful with ur order though slightly slow. We need to have patience while bordering. Place has warm vibes and you can sit and relax here. Decor is simple and sitting is spacious. Restrooms are clean and well maintained.

The food was pretty good, but the Cuban had no mustard or pickles. I guess I'm fine without the pickles, but the mustard feels necessary for me so it was jarring to not have it. The pastelitos are good, but the donut I got was odd. I thought the frosting would be tempered like you'd see at a donut shop, but it was wet like it was put on a hot donut, but the donut was not hot (it could've benefited from a heating, but I know that would've melted the frosting...). Overall a good experience
Daniel H — Google review
If you call yourself a CAO (Cuban American Original), I’d expect the perfect Cuban sandwich. Unfortunately, this was far from it—no pickles, no mustard, the bread wasn’t buttered or toasted, and the ham was served cold. I actually had to stop at the store afterward just to buy pickles and mustard to fix it myself. Very disappointing!
Traci M — Google review
I been coming here for years, but stopped for a while because service went down due to poor management. Please make the coffee fresh and warm the milk for each individual coffee. Don’t keep the milk warm in the machine because it makes the coffee taste bad. Need to train your employees for some basic customer service skills.
Moe S — Google review
Absolutely delicious food. I love to order scrambled eggs and fried chicken. It's off menu as a meal, but they are happy to accommodate!!!
Christopher F — Google review
I come here almost every time I’m in miami for croquetas and coffee. Today the croquettes were frozen in the middle despite the fact that they literally just fried them. I told them about it and the second batch was the same. Not sure what’s happening. The staff is really nice and tried making it right but this is really disappointing. I think they need to rethink their process bc the cod croquetas were super oily on the outside and still cold on the inside.
Waleuska P — Google review
The service at this place is appalling. I haven't been there in a long time. This was my favorite breakfast when I lived at the Flamingo Resort. I had a lot of get-togethers with friends, and I bought everything from this place. A girl with bangs served me terribly. She was rude and foul-mouthed. I was simply polite and told her I wanted a particular empanada, since the others didn't look very appetizing. She didn't like that. I won't go into details, but how rude. I decided to leave and not respond in kind to her, which she deserved. Sadly, I won't be returning to this place.
Erika B — Google review
The empanadas I get there are very good, but only if you get them fried and made fresh. If you take the ones they have laying in the window they are sub par. My buddy got some chicken ones at the same time and they were not great. Also way too expensive. 8 empanadas and two apple juices cost me 50 dollars. Other locations have better pricing. I recommend staying away from the alton road store and trying the one in 163rd or Hallandale

The menu features a variety of options, including churros stuffed with caramel and topped with cinnamon sugar, as well as assorted mini churros for those who want to try different flavors.
Cute little dessert spot for churros! Messy!! We got a regular churro & ice cream sandwich which we both magnificent but very sticky. Next time we’re getting the bites & dipping! Yum.

They offer great variety of churros, with different toppings and also ice cream, shakes and all the gourmet desserts with churros. We ordered 10 pieces of traditional churros with cinnamon and sugar. It was fresh and hot and super delicious and so fulfilling that we struggled with finishing them lol.
Alaleh F — Google review
These are some sad churros and drinks. For a place full of vibrant latin and Spanish culture, it's astounding a franchise like this even opened in the first place. We ordered churros, a cortado, and hot chocolate for dipping. The churros were soggy and undercooked. The hot chocolate, although thick and rich, was way too sweet and actually grainy. The cortado was not a cortado. It was luke warm and tasted bad.
Alex X — Google review
These were really good churros. Ofcourse they are “mania” so there are like a dozen variations of churros on the menus. We got the churro stuffed with caramel and topped with cinnamon sugar. We also got a Cuban coffee. We enjoyed everything. The coffee was well put together. There was a nice crema on the top. The churros were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will enjoy it come check them out.

While the churros were hot they seemed undercook from inside. They were also small in size. They do have a lot of variety to choose from. The Choco and caramel topping ones seemed to be very popular with the crowd while we were there. We requested cinnamon sugar on ours and noticed that the sugar had a bit of an aftertaste. Not sure if I will try again.

Wow great price for the portions, loved the ropa vieja, maduros, y el arroz Amarillo con pollo. The staff is friendly and the other customers are very helpful if you have questions. The complete pate is a lot of food and you will have leftovers, order the small complete plate which comes with two sides and you will be content.

Wow!! Surprised! Fresh food and juices made just in the spot with natural fresh fruit. Very pleased! Amazing traditional Cuban food. From sandwiches to whole meals. 💯 % recommended. We will return for sure through our trip to MIA. We asked for "desayuno" breakfast plate with eggs, ham and fries, comes with a huge piece of bread. We ordered carrot juice by the gallon, and little Cuban sandwich, is so huge!! LOL They have the right prices too!! Thank you so much!

Palacios de los Jugos: A Miami Must!! Palacios de los Jugoss is a no-frills gem that punches way above its weight in taste and value. From the moment you step in, the aroma of fresh-pressed sugarcane juice (those jugos are legendary—try the guanabana for a tropical punch) and sizzling Cuban classics like ropa vieja or croquetas draws you in. The food? Absolutely stellar—juicy, well-seasoned morsels that nail authentic flavors without any pretension. Portions are generous enough to share (or not, no judgment), and the prices? Shockingly affordable; you can feast like a local for under $15 a person. It's the kind of spot where quality meets everyday ease—perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. If you're craving real Cuban soul food without breaking the bank, this is your spot. 5/5 stars!
Bryan L — Google review
My family went here multiple times and told us the food was tasty, so I went. I really loved the mashed plantain, and I could see why it was popular, but I think we should have chosen another day or time. The Plantain was really good and the yuca tasted okay, however I also had the salmon, cod fritters and tequeño. The salmon and cod fritters were extremely dry, and It was a shame, because the taste was fine. I absolutely love Tequeños, but this one was as hard as stone, like it had been sitting there for a month. This review gets three stars because of the plantain, but regardless whether it's 1pm or 8 pm, you should provide good quality of food. It would also help to put the menu items in English as well, because that will make it more attractive to a wider audience, but that is just personal opinion. The fruits and treats looked delicious by the way! Sincerely, a partly satisfied customer.

I was driving by and this place caught my eye. From the outside it looked really good. They have a ton of options for all different kinds of foods and juices. The juice I had was great. The food not so great. The food I received was cold to start off and very expensive. I spent $30 on just two cold items. The staff is subtly rude. The woman who served me my food sounded very mad and was gossiping with another staff member out loud and in an angry tone. The best part of this place was definitely the juices I’ll give them that, they’re good and cheap. Food and service is below average

Pork was ok, not dry, I should've asked for condiments for my sandwich. I was surprised after ordering that there is this huge display of cooked item that looked incredible. The place was super clean. All of the cooking appliances and visable back of the house was spotless. I will definitely try again to see if I can find a better item on the menu. Reasonable pricing. I speak minimal Spanish and it was hard to communicate. Also, no one could tell me how the buffet works. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The property also features unique amenities such as a bowling alley and an indoor ice skating rink at The Basement nightclub.
Had a great experience from the front desk(Anna), the concierge (Luke?) to the bar tender (Lu) at the market at the Edition. They definitely create memories that last a lifetime. We just stayed for a day before our cruise and plan on coming back just to enjoy the hotel. The view from our room was to die for. Just beautiful. If you want a professional, attentive, welcoming experience this is your hotel. I haven’t even started on the accommodations (pool, gym, bars, restaurant, ice skating, spa, bowling etc). Just an amazing experience.

The Miami Beach EDITION Never Disappoints My wife and I have stayed at The Miami Beach EDITION three times now, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an atmosphere that perfectly blends luxury, energy, and effortless style. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach, close to everything yet just far enough to feel like your own private escape. The vibe throughout the hotel is incredible — chic, vibrant, and uniquely Miami. The food, drinks, and bar scene are consistently top-tier. Whether it’s a casual lunch by the pool or cocktails in the evening, everything is done with care and attention to detail. The staff are outstanding — professional, genuine, and always eager to make your stay special. And of course, the beach and the views are simply breathtaking. Every stay feels like the perfect reset. After three visits, it’s safe to say The Miami Beach EDITION has become our favorite destination. We’ll definitely be back — there’s truly nothing else like it.

As a Titanium Elite member, I was disappointed with my stay here. Beautiful, well kept property, but multiple things turned me off to staying here again. 1. Hit with a $130 mini bar charge even though I didn't consume anything. When messaging hotel thru app after checkout, they said a member of minibar team would contact me in 24-48 hours. No call back, I had to dispute thru Marriott, still pending. 2. Would not honor late checkout. Even though Platinum members get 4pm checkout, they wouldn't provide anything. 3. While sitting at the pool, my wife had to flag down a server to try and place an order. She asked for a menu, which he brought back, but then never returned to take the order. 4. We asked front desk for an ice bucket and they said they'd send one up. Took almost an hour and a half to arrive. As one of their luxury bougie brands, I expected more. I've had better experiences at Marriott's premium branded hotels at a fraction of the cost.

I’m a Miami local, and this was my second stay at The Miami Beach EDITION — this time for a staycation to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and you truly feel like you’re in luxury accommodations from the moment you arrive. Before our trip, I reached out to let them know it was a special occasion, and VIP Host Sergio Rijo immediately stepped in to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amazing attention to detail. Having people like Sergio on the EDITION team is such an asset — A+ service all around. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was also impressed that everyone from Sergio to the front desk thanked me for my loyalty and made me feel genuinely appreciated. Those small gestures really stand out. One detail I especially love — and that you don’t see often — is the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels only offer it early in the morning, but I went down around 11 AM and it was still piping hot and fresh. It’s such a small but meaningful touch that adds to the feeling of true hospitality. I’ve stayed at other EDITION properties, and this might just be my favorite so far. Beautiful spaces, exceptional service, and that signature EDITION vibe — all right here at home in Miami.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, I don’t even know where to start because everything was stunning. The lobby was very elegant, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. The bed was extremely comfortable. Now, about the staff, every single one of them was incredibly kind and friendly. Morning, noon, and night, they were always smiling and welcoming. Everyone in this hotel treated us so well. The service was impressively fast; anything I requested for the room was delivered quickly. The manager, Jose, was very respectful and helped me with a security deposit issue. I will never forget that. Thank you, Jose! The concierge, Esteban, was also very nice and helpful. He tried to assist me with many things. A big thank you to every single person in this hotel!
Wijdan A — Google review
The food, staff, and the service was amazing and friendly. The property is beautiful. One specific memory that touched me. While I was eating at one of the restaurants Tropicale, I believe it was the manager Ray or Raymond, but I briefly mentioned to him that I loved the house hot sauce that they had. He later surprises me with a bottle to take home and that kindness, attentiveness and thoughtfulness really made my trip and made my overall feeling about this property as positive. I unfortunately didn't get to say goodbye or thank him. I really hope he sees this and can be recognized for it.
Eve Y — Google review
We stayed at the Edition Miami for just one night, and it truly felt like a full luxury getaway! With our Ambassador status, Sergio, our incredible VIP host, was able to upgrade us to a beautiful ocean-view king. When we checked in, we were delighted to find a birthday cake waiting in our room for my husband’s pre-birthday celebration—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. With the resort fee, we maximized our time with two hours of bike riding, front-row beach beds, a pool cabana, and complimentary drinks. Sergio went above and beyond by arranging all of this seamlessly, while also recommending and booking us a spectacular dinner at Mila. The food, ambiance, and entertainment there were unforgettable. On top of it all, Sergio even helped arrange a late check-out so I could conduct a work meeting—an absolute lifesaver. I can’t say enough about Sergio; he is truly the best and made our quick getaway feel effortless, celebratory, and completely memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The only thing I would say in criticism is that the staff don’t always know exactly what’s going on in the hotel but besides that it’s an amazing place. I’ve stayed here over a dozen times for almost 6 years and every time it’s awesome. The beach club is amazing. The pool area is fantastic. The food is great on any standard level, but the breakfast could be a little Quicker. The gift shop is also good. They have lots of cool stuff in there. The rooms are amazing. Try and get a suite with a big balcony view and the bathrooms are awesome big hot tubs. Every time I stay there I’m happy with my choice even though it’s a little on the pricey side it’s definitely worth it

The menu, inspired by Chef Odell Torres, features favorites like bacon-wrapped maduros, vaca frita, and pork tamales.
Larios on the Beach was excellent!!! Service was great, from host, to waiter timing of drinks and food. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The drinks were good and strong. The view inside and outside are great, you can't go sitting either or. Pricey but worth every penny. Would highly recommend everyone to check them out!

We visited on New Years Eve. We sat outside and really enjoyed the party atmosphere. The men was slightly limited, which makes sense, but there was plenty to choose from. The drinks were great and so was the food. The service for a busy holiday night was good. Prompt, but not pushy. We tried several of the items on the menu and enjoyed them greatly.

Near the southbeach waterfront, food was great and service was excellent. The only issue I had was that since we were sitting on the street level tables we kept getting foot traffic coming in between the tables. It got annoying after a while. I recommend requesting seating on the deck porch. You still get the good view and you're away from foot traffic.

This restaurant has a beautiful interior. It is hard to imagine but the light, colors and attention to detail was more than impressive. This property is owned by the Estefan family. We dined on whole red snapper grilled to perfection along with appetizers and of course mojitos. The band was excellent. The sound system inside the restaurant is spectacular and the band literally sets up in front of the restaurant and plays to the crowds that make South Beach an exciting place.

One of the types of restaurants we were looking for on our Miami visit! Nice, causal, upscale feel with great local and Cuban flavor influences. We didn’t get the cocktails but they looked huge for one person. However between the Cuban combo and ceviche, my wife and I really enjoyed the great flavors and variety! Enjoy the outside view when the weather is nice and some people watching along ocean drive.

Really great Cuban food. I suggest getting a few small things to try. The pork and beef and shrimp are amazing. For mains the pulled pork and the fish are really good. Even the black beans are tasty, which come as a side. They also do great cocktails and the staff are friendly, not pushy to get you in like a lot of places along the strip.

When you first set your eyes on the resto. You can be very hesitant to check it out however we decided to dine here based on the amount of positive reviews we saw. The food was super delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I was actually quite shocked considering it was on the South Beach strip. I visited Lario's with my parents and boyfriend, we were so impressed by the food presentation and taste. We ordered several dishes, can't remember them all but the paella stood out the most to us. It was super flavorful and moist. If return to South Beach, I will definitely be heading back to Lario's.

S & N Vegetable in Hialeah is a hidden gem! They have the best shakes in town—fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. Whether it's mango, mamey, or papaya, you can’t go wrong. But the real star for me is their pan con lechón—absolutely delicious! The pork is tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly, and the bread is always fresh and toasted just right. One of the best and lasting strongholds of truly authentic and budget friendly Cuban Sandwiches. The media noche was incredibly well made, with a simple and directly flavorful batido de banana. This restaurant is La cafeteria de el barrio, and is well worth the visit.

The breakfast sandwiches are supposed to be some of the best Cuban ones around. The bread is definitely on point. I didn't get to eat mine because, although I ordered without meat since I don't eat pork, my egg was scrambled with ham so I couldn't eat it. It looked great. The carrot orange juice is amazing and tastes like it had added sugar but doesn't. Must be those Florida oranges. Will go again and give it another shot for sure. The people were friendly and answered questions, etc. Very authentic place and good price point. Will update with pictures when I actually can eat the sandwich. But do go and take a Spanish speaker with you.

Amazing service and the flavor of the food like home. The chef is very professional and goes to see you after cooking your meal. Love his food ❤️❤️❤️ like a lot the way he serve the Cuban dishes with the flag

Coffee shop
La Ventanita is a popular takeaway coffee window at Versailles Restaurant, known for its super-sweet colada that's perfect for sharing with friends. Despite some mixed reviews about the staff and service, many visitors praise the delicious and reasonably priced coffee and pastries. It's considered a hub of Cuban culture in Miami, offering a local vibe and an opportunity to mingle with locals while enjoying great food and drinks.
One of my favorite places to get Cuban coffee. I always grab a colada (all for me) and a pastel guayaba. This is located outside the restaurant so it is easy to go to the window and order.
Gabriel S — Google review
Versailles serves the best coffee I have ever had. We went back two days in a row and took our time enjoying a cortadito and pastel guayaba at the counter. I recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice as well. There is a steady stream of customers and a vibrant energy to the whole experience. The staff is attentive and efficient. Lauren took great care of us both days. She was the best! It is worth it to stay for a bit and enjoy the ambience rather than taking coffee to go. If you are in Miami, you don't want to miss this spot!

Such a Miami and Calle 8 staple, I had to come by. The ventanita is a perfect place to come tyo if you want a casual and fast eat with some bar seating available. In terms of their offerings, they have an amazing cortado- oh my still reminiscing about it. Their croquetas are also insane, they melt right as you take your first bite. Omg I should have gotten two. Their pastelito de guayaba y queso is also soooo good and perfect to pair with any cuban coffee. They also have such a large line of merch including totebags, shirts, coffee cups, candies, coffee, and more!
Mariel C — Google review
A friend in my travel group mentioned this from a local. They checked all the boxes! Great service from the second we walked in, I was so full and so were my friends. First time eating in Miami I was skeptical as I had no experience for dining out. Worth every penny! Definitely Worth if ever in Miami!
Jer S — Google review
Best coffee and it has a bit of sweetness. The staff need to be welcoming the customers they need to work on customer service and hospitality. The to go service is slow and not organized the regular customer seemed to be a bit rude to the visitors. 🇨🇺 El café es excelente pero los trabajadores no son amable y los faltan cortesía con los visitantes.

Versailles Tower, located in the vibrant Little Havana district of Miami, is a must-visit for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Cuban culture. Since its establishment in 1971, this iconic venue has become a beloved gathering spot for both locals and visitors alike. The experience begins at the ventanita, where grabbing a cafecito is not just about coffee; it’s an essential part of Miami life.
Picturesque towel, awesome sight of sea and canal, plus the housekeeping staff Julie was very warm and offered lot of help.

This is the part of Fontainebleau my room was in when. It is a really big hotel so be sure to grab yourself a map when you get there. Honestly the rooms were kinda dirty and the floors were stained in the room with what looked like either food or blood. Expected so much more, if you want to do the spa or anything make sure to book in advance!
Tony A — Google review
First room with still dirty, second was a little better, but missing remote control which took the hotel a day and half to replace, over crowded pool n Beach
