Night market
Traditional market
Linjiang Night Market, also known as Tonghua Night Market, is a lively and bustling late-night market located in the Da-an District near a beautiful riverside park. Despite being situated in a residential area, it draws crowds of both locals and tourists. The market offers an array of local street foods and snacks, making it a perfect stop for those looking to satisfy their hunger after visiting Taipei 101. Visitors can expect to find trendy clothing as well as daily necessities among the numerous stalls.
Probably our favourite night market in Taipei. Linjiang Night Market has a more local, laid-back vibe compared to the bigger ones. It’s compact but full of delicious eat like juicy shengjian buns, stinky tofu, and braised snacks. Great for a chill stroll, tasty bites, and soaking in a more authentic Taipei night market experience.
Calvin C — Google review
Right at the entrance of the market, we ended up buying from a cold food stall selling mixed organs and chicken feet — honestly, it was quite unpleasant. The taste and texture were really not for us, and it left such a bad impression that we didn’t feel confident trying more dishes afterward. I’d recommend avoiding that particular stall — definitely not a great start to the night market experience.
Ngọc P — Google review
Very fun experience! Far less crowded than some of the other markets and with different food options. Peanut roll ice cream was divine - definitely add the cilantro as it gives it such an interesting flavor. Bursting squid was delicious and fresh. Meat roll with green onion = out of this world.
Christie M — Google review
As many others have posted, a smaller, more local night market. On a rainy Sunday eve, there were people, but it didn't feel crowded at all. Plenty of food choices, you won't be wanting for a meal. My personal favorite is the Durian fruit drink shop near the middle of the market. Nice chicken soup shop near the far end. A reasonable selection of shops and a nice gym located here. I was able to find good quality shoes for my large & wide feet. This night market is worth a visit especially if you are local to Liuzhangli station.
Matt P — Google review
Linjiang Night Market street was more spacious and had less people than others. There were less options but we still found all the stuff we wanted to eat. Fried chicken, baos, spring onion pancakes, and other desserts I wasn't sure of the name (sesame balls in syrup soup, in ice and those fried ones). Great for a quick night market dinner with friends. For more food options and things to do, would recommend the bigger and more popular ones.
An G — Google review
At four blocks in length from east to west, Lingjiang isn't the biggest night market, but it is above average, as vendors overflow at the intersections towards both the north and south. This market is half food and half fashion, for the younger crowd. The fashion is trendy and predominantly for women. Having been to most of the night markets in Taipei, this one has a wide diversity of foods and there are a few unique items, which I have not encountered elsewhere. Located about 800 meters from the MRT station, Lingjiang is a little more remote than Ximending or Raohe, but there are enough foreign tourists to ensure the food selection is top notch and comparable with not only Raohe, but Ningxia as well. I counted at least, five unique items here. There are small bathrooms along the south side of the street towards the east. Three signs hang above the street. Depending on how many days you spend in Taipei and if you're visiting 101, this is worth a stop.

Great food! I wish more stalls are open. Maybe we went early at 8 PM. Food was great!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Taipei, the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall stands as a significant national landmark dedicated to honoring the legacy of Chiang Kai-shek, Taiwan's former president. This impressive structure is surrounded by a sprawling park that features serene fish ponds and beautifully landscaped gardens, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and reflection. The memorial not only showcases a striking bronze statue of Chiang but also highlights Taiwan's complex history, as he was both revered and criticized for his leadership during turbulent times.
This place is simply breathtaking. The structures are massive, impressive, and full of history. Everywhere you look, there are photo-worthy spots and a beautiful garden with a peaceful lake that you shouldn’t miss. You can freely walk around and explore every corner — everything is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Along the way, you’ll find historical signs that explain what you’re seeing, which makes the visit even more meaningful. The entire area feels calm and respectful, inviting you to slow down and take it all in. Taiwan truly stands out for its stunning cultural landmarks, and this one is no exception. It’s an unmissable spot for tourists and anyone visiting Taipei — a perfect mix of history, beauty, and tranquility.
Monica E — Google review
The Memorial plaza is an interesting place as it stands out in its given location, surrounded by post modern buildings and bustling traffic while the Memorial buildings stand in grand scale, seemingly untouched by time. The area as a whole is free to enter, while the red side buildings hosts cultural theaters that you need to purchase tickets from their box offices within to view. It's very easy to commute to this location when using their railway systems, just be aware which exit you need to go through in order to be at its doorstep.

I had such a great experience here! The place is absolutely breathtaking and totally worth a visit. There are lots of gift shops where you can buy souvenirs and do fun things like coin pressing too. I also recommend this place if you want to stroll around and enjoy the park filled with animals like birds, fish, and turtles. They’re super friendly and really cute — it’s the perfect spot to spend a peaceful, sunny morning.

Visiting the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and the surrounding Liberty Square in Taipei was one of the most memorable experiences of our Taiwan trip. The entire complex is rich in history, symbolism, and grandeur. The magnificent white structure with its blue-tiled roof stands tall as a tribute to Chiang Kai-shek, Taiwan’s former president, and represents an important part of the nation’s political journey. Climbing the 89 steps leading to the main hall — symbolizing his age at the time of death — adds a sense of reverence to the visit. Inside the main hall, we were fortunate to witness the Changing of the Guard ceremony, which takes place every hour. It was a mesmerizing display of precision, discipline, and respect. The guards performed their movements with absolute synchronization, reflecting the nation’s military tradition and honor. Watching this ceremony was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Just outside, the vast Liberty Square opens up with stunning architecture on all sides — the National Theatre and National Concert Hall on either end and the memorial at the center. The square, once a symbol of authority, now represents Taiwan’s fight for democracy, most notably during the Wild Lily student movement of 1990 that shaped the nation’s democratic transformation. The blend of historical depth, architectural beauty, and symbolic significance makes this site a must-visit. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or a casual traveler, spending a few hours here offers an inspiring glimpse into Taiwan’s past and its enduring spirit of freedom.
Premnath A — Google review
A beautiful place full of history and stunning architecture. Kiang is such an interesting person — his handwriting is truly amazing! I really enjoyed the seasonal exhibitions, they always bring something fresh to see. And don’t forget to stop by the gift shop — lots of lovely souvenirs to take home. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Amy L — Google review
We visited Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall around 3pm. The sun was intense, but the wind made the heat easier to handle. The plaza is wide open, so there’s not much shade and the wind can get strong. We caught the guard exchange at the main hall. The ceremony drew a crowd, and watching the guards move in perfect steps was a highlight. If you’re planning to visit, bring a hat instead of an umbrella, the wind is strong and umbrellas don’t work well here. Bring water and sunscreen so you can enjoy your time comfortably. There are vending machines in the area, one at the entrance and one at the side of the main hall.
Jasper J — Google review
Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall is very cool and a must-see! The grounds are beautiful with birds by the pond. And the Memorial Hall have excellent gift shops on the ground floor. It is free and if you go early, the crowds are minimal. Such a beautiful memorial hall! Striking!
Backpacker_ H — Google review
Not crowded for a Sunday. All buildings, gardens and paths are immaculately kept. MRT station exit beside it. Accidentally arrived in time to see the changing of the guards. Definitely an attraction worth visiting.

Taipei City Mall is not your typical mall; it's an underground shopping center spanning four stations, featuring a variety of independent stores selling everything from stationery to clothing and souvenirs. It's a haven for nerds, akin to Akihabra in Tokyo, with a strong presence of Japanese anime, films, and video games.
A great underground mall for shopping and Pokémon card hunting. You’ll find plenty of stores and box shops offering both traditional Chinese and Japanese Pokémon TCG. There are also food stalls and a variety of other retail options to explore.
Benson N — Google review
Very impressive place in even more famous landmark. It is only logical, that only leading shops in fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, shoes are mainly there. If your bank account is big enough, good place for shopping

Underground mall connected with Taipei main station. It reminded me a little bit of Akihabara in Japan..just a little bit. You will find good deals here..the Nintendo switch 2 way cheaper than in Dubai!!

Such a fun underground city mall! My cousin took us there and the shops and decorations were so adorable. Food court and food was great too! Would definitely want to come back again! Enjoyed the nice relaxing walk and all the cute souvenirs we can claw from claw machines!

Taipei underground city mall where they connect trains, high speed, bus without walking above the street. Its a great system when bad weather occurred. Has game room, shops, food stands and restaurant, and bypass with mirrors where teenagers use it to practice dances.
T N — Google review
An underground mall that sells a variety of goods and services. It categorise the shops by segments and apart from the retail options, there is a car park and food options too.
Rex T — Google review
The best underground shopping in Taipei area. Connected to all other underground shopping mall. Mainly shops for anime stuff, antique, clothes. A perfect place to shop for tourist in case if is heavy raining at the outside
Elaine T — Google review
Couldn't believe we spent over 2 hours at this mall but that was how much fun i had there. Yes, it was a little anime heavy (heaven for my kid), but the mall and the anime shops did such a great job with the decore, that i did not mind it at all. I found i like the shops selling touristy gifts, cell phone accessories and bags/suitcases. I found we were also able to negotiate that price down a little bit:) One of my gems during our Taipei visit.

Shilin Night Market is a vibrant hub of activity located in Taipei, renowned as the largest night market in the city and one of Taiwan's most famous attractions. Nestled between Wenlin Road and Jihe Road, this bustling marketplace offers an extensive selection of street food, clothing, and jewelry from numerous vendors.
Bustling night market with a big underground food hall. Street level is more vendors and oddly fair type games. There are some food stalls there too, but the main dinning hall is below the ground. Chairs, tables in the middle, bunch of restaurants lining the walls. You can find all kinds of food here. It is not the best food market in town, but its good enough and works even if the weather is bad.
Szabolcs J — Google review
It's been more than 15 years since we last visited Taiwan. The followed the tour the last time and so didn't get much time to walk around on our own. This trip was more free and easy, on the way back from Yang Ming Shan, we happen to stop at this station and so decided to get off and visit shilin night market. Wow! Some changes since we last came. Very lively as it was a Friday too. I finally had a chance to taste the jumbo sized fried chicken chop! Delicious though sinful! Many were queuing for the bbq mushrooms and so did we! Very yummy! We could smell the stinky tofu from far away. Still something I cant accept!!! But the code noodles is nice. So much food but our tummy can only take so much! Will be back!
Carolina L — Google review
Lots of good food at this night market. Tried the Michelin bib 凉面, beef cubes, Taiwan sausage, kumquat lemonade, and 516 fried chicken. All the food was good but the 516 fried chicken and the 凉面 really stood out. I would go for the fried chicken again if I come here, and perhaps try another flavour of seasoning.
Wee T — Google review
A great night market, it is cool to see it at least once when you are a tourist but it is not my favorite one. It is big, it extends over multiple streets, there are a many stands but they are a little bit more expensive than in "less famous" night markets. The food court is really pleasant for taking a break in the air conditioning. There is also multiple food stands in there with tables, chairs and free toilets.
Cécilia C — Google review
This was the 2nd night market I visited during my 48 hours in Taipei and I was absolutely blown away. The colourful neon lit stalls, the crammed streets full of other market goers, the noise and sounds of the arcade hall and the amount of food and drinks available will get you in a spin. Definitely recommend Shilin Night Market if you come to Taipei.
Normandy J — Google review
What a fun place. Carnival type games and so many food stands and more. Packed on a Sunday night, but still room to sit in the huge downstairs food court. Some really weird foods you can buy, but plenty of normal stuff. I had 10 dumplings for about $2.50USD.

Shilin Night Market, one of the most famous night markets of Taipei. There are many things to do and eat, including the famous spicy chicken noodles, steamed buns and even buffets of local dishes, as well as games. This is a must come which is near Jiantan station of the MRT.

Raohe Street Night Market is a lively and historic night market in Taipei, offering a wide array of shops and street food vendors. The market is a nostalgic representation of the city's culture, with traditional gates at the entrances and the iconic Songshan Ciyou Temple nearby. Visitors can wander through narrow lanes adorned with red lanterns and enjoy local treats such as black pepper buns, beef noodle soup, and scallion pancakes.
white wine clams were super super good , the dessert shop with the old lady i highly recommend (inside a restaurant) it is SOOOO GOOD and friday night was pretty crowded. beef was alright... abit tough for my liking and the mochi is very interesting concept. but nice coz very chewy and handmade on the spot . would definitely come again

Legendary night market This is the one everyone is talking about. So glad we finally got the check it out. We went right at opening and the market was already packed. Two giant columns of stall after stall. My main issue is that it was so overwhelming. I was sad that I wasn't able to try it all. My favs were probably the fuzhou pepper buns (toasty buns cooked in a tandoori style oven filled with pork), the stinky tofu (super concentrated flavor, much stronger than what I have had in the states), and the roasted pork (I always love the look of giant hanging slabs of pork. It was super tender with a crisp crust. Loved how they sprinkled on five spice to finish the dish). We also tried the Gua Bao and grilled trumpet mushrooms/zucchini which were excellent. The freshly made shrimp rice rolls, which while looking amazing, were a tad too doughly for my taste. Washed it all down with a craft Raohe beer from TimeBeer, which offers free seating and welcomes outside food, with a purchase, of course. Will need to come back.
Ken C — Google review
Really enjoyed the food here! Right at the entrance near the station, you will see a long queue for the famous baked Chinese buns, definitely worth trying. The market stretches about 600 meters with hundreds of food stalls. It takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to walk through, including a couple of stops for food. I tried the buns, herbal pork soup, and deep fried chicken, all were excellent.
Công T — Google review
Out of all the night markets I’ve been to in Taipei Raohe night market has got to be my favourite. It’s exactly what you would expect from a Taiwanese night market, fully brimmed with food stalls and also external restaurants and stores on the side. So many places you must visit here food-wise and everyone is super friendly and famous for their specialities. It’s one big line that you just need to walk both sides of and surprisingly there’s barely any rubbish because all stalls take the trash regardless of what stall you got it from. Must go for first timers in Taipei!
G — Google review
The food are pretty nice and there are a great variety of food stuffs. Please see attached photos and videos including those hawkers owners "working in progress" preparing their food from the start to its finished products. Despite the rain when I was there on 22nd October 2025 many shops were closed. I love to come back for all the food there.
Paul S — Google review
Raohe Night Market is an absolute must-visit! The place is always bustling with people, full of energy and amazing aromas everywhere. There are so many different foods to try — we indulged in the famous pork buns, crispy fried squid, doughnuts, and even a delicious melon pan–style bread, among others. The variety is incredible, from savory street snacks to sweet desserts. Every stall offers something unique, and it’s easy to spend hours wandering around, tasting a bit of everything. It can get quite crowded, but that’s part of the lively night market experience. If you love food adventures and don’t mind the crowds, Raohe Night Market is definitely worth the visit!
Dimple V — Google review
Long alley with great food options. The grilled steak and stuffed chicken were the best for me. It was so long so we had to cut mid way and went back already. Combination of food and affordable souvenir items.

Raohe Night Market is my MUST visit everytime I come to Taipei. I like the food there and it gets crowded on Fridays and weekends. It was rainy Oct Taipei this time round for me, many stalls were not open due to the non stop rain for days. Big I was glad u managed to eat all the food I like. Still my best night market to me in Taipei 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The site has been transformed into a vibrant space with a playground designed around the themes of the old train station and distillery. Visitors can enjoy various recreational facilities such as swings, slides, and even a zip line.
Huashan 1914 Creative Park is such an amazing place to explore. Between the creative exhibitions and fun pop-up stores, there’s always something new and inspiring to see. I highly recommend checking out the perfume brand I discovered here, absolutely amazing! Beyond that, the park is full of art, design, and unique finds that make wandering around a real treat. Definitely a spot not to be missed if you’re in Taipei.

The Doraemon Exhibition at Huashan 1914 Creative Park is absolutely delightful! It’s a perfect blend of nostalgia, creativity, and fun. The exhibition is beautifully designed — from life-sized Doraemon figures to interactive zones and art pieces inspired by classic stories. Every corner is super photogenic and brings back so many childhood memories! The staff are friendly and well-organized, and the atmosphere is full of joy. It’s great for both families and fans of all ages. The themed merchandise area is also a must-visit — so many cute limited-edition items to take home! Huashan 1914 Creative Park itself is a lovely place to walk around, with cafes and art shops nearby, making it a perfect day out in Taipei. Highly recommended for any Doraemon lover!

This creative park provides a platform for local food, art creators, illustrators, performers to show their creations, ideas and acts in front of the public. This park is worthy paying visit for at least 1/2 a day. There are a lot of seasonal and limited shows, exhibitions and pop up stores. You should check to see what is going on in this park before visiting.

Was raining non stop since I arrived Taipei this time round. This place offers good sightseeing with a mixture of arts, architecture, activities (vary from time to time) and unique shops to get souvenirs and eatery/cafe/drinks. Entry is FOC. Of cos any purchase of food/drinks and souvenirs, you need to pay la, haha! This place you can take your time for a stroll- was drizzling but there was a good crowd. I took some photos of the lovely place and would recommend tourists to head down for this:)
B — Google review
We spent a wonderful weekend at the Creative Park, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The entire area was alive with energy — filled with laughter, music, and the vibrant buzz of people exploring the many activities happening around. Everywhere you turned, there was something interesting to see or do, from art exhibitions and creative workshops to small pop-up performances that added a joyful atmosphere to the park. What made the experience even more special were the permanent stores scattered around the area. They offered a charming selection of handmade crafts, souvenirs, and locally produced goods that showcased Taiwan’s unique artistry and creativity. The food stalls were equally delightful, serving a variety of local Taiwanese treats and snacks that were both authentic and delicious. The open spaces made it a perfect spot for families as well. Children could run freely across the green fields, play safely, and enjoy the lively surroundings while parents relaxed nearby. The Creative Park truly blends culture, creativity, and leisure into one inviting space. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the artistic spirit of Taiwan in a fun, family-friendly environment.

It is a very attractive cultural space. A small, old theater showing classic films... And there are many must-visit restaurants gathered in the prop shops. This place, which used to be an abandoned winery, was transformed in 1999 into a venue for art exhibitions, music performances, and other cultural activities for the arts and culture, non-profit organizations, and individuals. It is a great place to visit with children and also a good place to visit alone for a walk, so I highly recommend it.

Shin Kong Mitsukoshi – From "Just a Mall" to "Can We Stay 3 Days?" At first, I walked into Shin Kong Mitsukoshi thinking, “Alright, just another department store. Been here, done that. Feels like the kind of mall I walk through every day back in Bangkok.” But plot twist. Turns out, this place has a secret weapon—a massive outdoor playground on the rooftop. And I’m talking clean, safe, good weather, beautiful views, and enough toys to keep my toddler living his best life. There’s even a little train ride up there. My kid was so hyped he literally asked, “Can we stay here for three days?” I mean… I get it. And just when we thought we’d maxed out on fun, boom—we discovered a Ghibli gift shop inside. Totoro heaven. Cute stuff everywhere. So yeah, we ended up loving this mall a little more than we expected. Bonus points: It’s right next to Taipei 101, so the location’s super convenient too. So what started off as “eh, just another mall” became a full-on highlight of our trip. Definitely worth a stop—especially if you're traveling with kids!

If you walk from the footbridge from Taipei City Hall station (Breeze Xinyi), you’ll walk past SKM A4 first and reach here. My favourite restaurant of the building is the Baan Phadthai restaurant in B1F, where there are a lot of girly shoes stores and a 7-11. In addition, the food court, dessert shops, supermarket, and bakeries are situated in B2F. There are a lot more SKM buildings nearby but I come here the most frequently.

Such a fun place to shop and explore! The buildings are all connected, so you can just walk through without going outside-super convenient especially when it's rainy and hot. Lots of good food in the basement (I had some really yummy japanese food , plus so many cute shops and big brands too. I loved the little surprises like the rooftop playground and postcard stamping area. Even if you're not buying much, it's still a nice place to chill and look around. Really close to Taipei 101 too, so it's easy to add to your itinerary!

Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi Place A8 is one of the main department stores in the Xinyi shopping district, located right next to Taipei City Hall MRT Station. The mall offers a wide range of shops — from fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle goods to family and children’s brands — making it a convenient all-in-one stop. The basement food court is newly renovated with plenty of local and international dining options, while the upper floors feature stylish cafés and restaurants perfect for hangouts. It’s directly connected to other Shin Kong Mitsukoshi buildings (A9, A11) through bridges, so you can easily explore multiple malls. The only downside is the weekend crowd and limited parking space. Overall, it’s a clean, modern, and enjoyable shopping destination in Taipei — highly recommended for both tourists and locals.

Awesome 4f and 5f for children. The floors had little accent interactive wall features which the kids can play with. All other stuff like good place to buy gifts, coffee shops, etc. are just bonus.

Was here during Christmas, the decoration and light was amazing. A very chic and trendy place for all ages. A shopping heaven in Taipei with all famous & luxury brands. It also has good eatery places surrounding & food court.

This shopping mall is walking distance from the Taipei City Hall Train station. Several malls are around this mall which are differentiated by A4, A8, A9, A11 and there is a bridge on level 2 to connect the malls together. The items sold in each mall are quite different and food available is different too. There’s also afew other malls like breeze mall and if you walk further it’s near to Taipei 101 building.

Syntrend Creative Park in Taipei is a sprawling mall that caters to tech enthusiasts and anime lovers. With dozens of high-tech electronics shops, concept stores, and a food court, it's considered Taiwan's trendiest shopping center. The 13-floor digital paradise specializes in technology, gaming, photography, and electronics. It also features e-sports and VR centers.
KOiSK ☕️ Tried their signature dirty today — smooth, bold, and super well-balanced. Lived up to the hype. Was hoping to try a few more different drinks, but didn’t bring enough cash 💸 (silly me…) That said, the space, the owner’s vibe, and the music — all 100% my kind of place. Definitely the top-notch for the list.

I could never get tired on exploring such an amazing place. This is an all electronics/gadgets shop. Many different international brands from mobile phones to washing machines. Everything you want is under one roof.
Mohammad A — Google review
You can find everything related to take you. There are shops for every single brand. You could possibly think of that I’m related to technology. There is even multiple animation shops that you can buy such as good smile I went to the DJI store and was able to get multiple accessories for a cheaper price than my home country and I was really happy about it. I was also tempted to buy a laptop however I was discouraged because buying electronic photos overseas is always gonna be a hassle with warranty and possible transport as well as luggage restrictions overall, I really recommend tech people to come have a look at. It is possibly the largest tech shopping center along with the Guang Wah next to it.

Amazing selection of art toys, Burger Kun, Popmart, Anime, Bandai and more. Must go if you are a big fan of these!

I recommend this mall for all your digital / tech / computer and related needs. It feels upscale, not many kids or families wandering about. Lots of fun gadgets to look at. Has anything you would plug into a wall, including speakers, computers, cameras, desks and (massage) chairs, and more. They also have great gifts and toys, as well as a whole floor for anime things.

Definitely worth visiting if you're into toys, video games, and anime and manga. They have an official GoodSmile Company store, a Gundam Base, and several other toy, hobby, and video game stores present on the 6th and 7th floors. Alternatively, if you're looking for a new laptop, laptop bag, power bank, or phone/phone accessories, there are some excellent choices here because of the presence of various stores here that cater to these types of things.
Renato D — Google review
There are nicely arranged technology vendor showrooms on each floor. This place seems to be set up to showcase vendor’s product lines rather than actually buying anything. Lots to see here and a great place to get a hands-on experience with tech and tech-related products before leaving to order online, where the deals and discounts are.

The building also houses Toms World, an ice rink, MTV, and a billiard room on the 5th floor which are favorites among young people.
This building is the Akibara of Japan 🇯🇵! Levels after levels of Toys 🚂🧸🤖, Vintage bags 🧳, Watches ⌚️, Clothes 👗, shoes 👟and Gachapon machines 🖲️. They sell lots of older Pop Mart and Blind Boxes for collectors. All sort of toys, model Kits ✈️🚂🚁🛺🛵 and collectibles. There is even a shop dedicated to die cast and Tamiya models. Got kids who love anime figures? Into streetwear or Bearbricks like me? Wan Nian Building is a multi-story building, a hidden gem—like stepping into Akihabara. Packed with claw machines, arcade on the 5th floor, food court on B1, and the rest of the floors filled with retail stores selling collectibles, and unique things that’ll catch your eye at every turn. I scored a Bearbrick here and the shop attendants were super kind and helpful. It’s fun, nostalgic, and full of surprises—perfect for collectors, families, and pop/street wear fans alike.

This is definitely the paradise of models, plushies and toy figures in Taiwan. I’ve been coming here to buy Mario and Pokemon toys for years. It’s the electronic paradise of Taiwan aside from Syntrend, which is next to here. I’ve been here looking for some rare electronic stuff even the retro game consoles can be found. Moreover, there are also a lot of repair shops in the building. The first floor is mostly computer related stores.

As a foreigner, who doesn't speak the local language, I found it somewhat easy to navigate. The signs by escalators explained in English what was on each floor. The map outside did not... lots of PC parts in stock! Pricing was competitive.

One the best places to visit in Taipei. For all electronics lovers and science geeks, this is your place. You will find many pc hardware options and other electronic devices here. In addition, some stores sell other scientific instruments like small handheld microscopes, magnifying glasses, laser pointers, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras and even spy gadgets like a pen with hidden camera.
Mohammad A — Google review
It's not a must go tourist spot but it's worth checking it out if you are into electric goods. I mean, this plaza is not particularly special. You probably have seen similar setup in other Asian counties but it is still fun to walk around. I like the fact how they were selling some of retrol game consoles.
Yasuyuki O — Google review
Love it!! Lots of great deals to be found here. Wear comfy shoes. I walked almost 2 miles just browsing.
Jeff R — Google review
Overpriced, eventhough most products are made in taiwan. You get better prices in EU or USA. In rare occasion you find anything reasonable (for example ssd), they either dont want to sell (only as complete system build) or simply pull off the sticker price and raise to "new price". When tried to ask why they get offended if you offer a slightly lower amount in cash. Simply put keep your money, only look around and leave this to the locals, better options and pricing in your home country or online. This place wont survive long
Maurice B — Google review
Eerily quiet at times, and quite a few shops are closed or storefronts with signs redirecting to web or phone numbers. Still a good place to go if you have specific commodity electronics questions (eg building a PC or NAS RAID, or video surveillance kits) but for mainstream tech, the showrooms are in the building next door and online is where the deals and discounts are.

Plenty of shops here selling clothes—mostly for women, but there are options for men too. I visited on a weekend and it wasn’t too crowded. Just be cautious, as motorcycles and electric bikes occasionally pass through the walking areas

Place for wholesale market and outfit shopping. But i feel scammed, prices are almost similar to that in the malls (K mall / Taipei City Mall has the similar design) Cant try the outfit, hence quite risky for blind purchase. Nothing special here. Would not really recommend for the tourist.

Pretty good area for shopping. Mainly female clothing. Very few or maybe no souvenirs or snack shops. The area reminds me of Korea shopping streets. I didn't buy anything so I'm not sure about the pricing but a lot of the clothing had Korea labels.

Nestled in Taipei's Xinyi District, the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park is a remarkable transformation of a former tobacco factory into a vibrant cultural hub. Established in 1937, this historic site showcases Japanese modernist architecture and has been repurposed to support local artists and designers. Spanning 6.6 hectares, the park features exhibition spaces, boutique shops, and even a trendy restaurant within its beautifully landscaped grounds.
Very nice vibes. Love hanging out here during the weekends. Sometimes there will be music performances, and the local creators of jewellery, accessories will peddle their goods here. Lovely restaurants too in the area.

This spacious cultural park offers a wide variety of exhibitions, showcasing the creative works of students from National Taiwan University, as well as graduates and independent artists. The environment is clean and well-maintained, and even the restrooms have a unique design that adds to the charm of the place. It’s definitely a worthwhile destination for anyone interested in art and creativity.

Really cool spot to check out if you’re into art, design, and creative spaces. The old factory vibe mixed with modern exhibits makes it interesting to walk around. There are galleries, little shops, and even some cafes where you can just hang out. It’s a nice break from the busy parts of Taipei and a good place to spend a slow afternoon exploring.
Val T — Google review
Songshan Creative Park is a huge space with lots to see, from creative displays to boutique shops and exhibitions. It definitely has its unique character and is easy to spend a good amount of time wandering around. That said, it didn’t quite impress me the way Huashan 1914 Creative Park did. While Huashan feels vibrant and full of energy, Songshan comes across as more spread out and sometimes a little underwhelming. The exhibitions are interesting, but nothing really blew me away during my visit. It might appeal more to those who enjoy design-focused showcases or want a quieter spot to explore compared to other attractions in Taipei. For me, though, it felt like it lacked the spark that makes a creative park memorable. Still, if you’re nearby, it’s worth checking out at least once.

This is one of the good medium sized malls in connection with the nearby stations (both Taipei Subway & the Taipei Local Train Station). Adjacent to the Jade Market, it provides visitors with an opportunity to take home unique pieces from Taiwan. The market is filled with numerous vendors selling an assortment of trinkets, jewelry, charms, and teapots.
A fun & nice place to visit. Open only Saturday & Sunday- rest of the week it’s a carpark! Wide & airy and with lots of cut blooms as well as potted plants & equipment for gardeners. Worth a visit as there’s also some food, drinks, fresh fruit, handmade pottery & incense wood stalls. People are friendly. Bought camellia oil, dried fruit teas, pottery and snacks. It is a long market but there are chairs around if you get tired.

Free entrance to Taipei flower market. It’s a pleasant day spot to visit when rainy. Don’t forget to go to the Jade jewelry market across the street first. After the flower market there is an art and craft market, that’s interesting but not as fun as the jade and jewelry market. The prices are low and you can haggle to get a better price. Not much discount if you don’t buy more than 2 items.

One of the bestest and cheapest market for green souls. The varieties are huge than any other place. Vendors are equally helpful explaining the care and maintenance of tricky plants. Apart from plants, there are countless options of plant food and decor. My favorite part is the combo offers, where you can choose a bundle of plants for 100-200 NTD. Must visit on weekends, its definitely popular for all the good reasons.

Some deals to be had. Wide range of plants. Owners can tell you how to grow. If you wanna get a bunch bring a trolly. I find the 4 for 100 deal to be good. Lot of repeat vendors but the specialists mixed in are interesting like the carnivorous plant vendor or the water plant sellers

The market is bustling with vendors selling clothing and other goods alongside a variety of local snacks and desserts.
OMG!! I love this night market so much, it was so vibrant amidst the bustling city. There was so many clothing stores, especially the vintage ones. Prices were relatively still affordable. Didn’t try the food :(( but I would love to come back here to try the foodd!!! The market was very enjoyable & pleasantly beautiful :))

Shida Night Market hasn't fully recovered its former lively atmosphere post-Covid. Many night markets in Taipei have changed, with some shrinking or shifting focus from shopping to dining. Ask a cafe staff she said shida night market has 没落了(not as vibrant as before). For a more vibrant experience, consider visiting these bigger and livelier night markets in Taipei instead: Ximending (food & shop) more touristy, Ningxia & Raohe (Food), Shilin Night market(food, games & shop)the biggest so far but also not as lively as precovid.
Adeline — Google review
Random…found my long lost shawarma here. Still alive and kicking after 30 years? This night market has definitely gone downhill. It’s not crowded at all. Funny thing is, the stalls that I’ve been looking for were still around here. Felt less of a tourist trap and more of what once was the standard for night market foods. Hope it gets better…otherwise it might not be here next time I visit. Wouldn’t recommend visiting if you’re from out of town. Go to a larger one so you can have a raider experience.
Sharn K — Google review
So the nice thing about this market is that it’s not very crowded and the food is more complex and not the simple stuff at the tourist trap night markets. The bad part is that it’s kind of small and much of the night market is clothing and stuff and less food options.

Covid has caused this place to lose some of its vibe and charm, because a lot of shops have moved out. Then again, you can buy a lot of apparels online now. Of course the braised lok lok store is still a must-visit! Queues cam be long but moves quite fast.

This is my favorite night market in Taipei. It offers a great selection of delicious food, numerous boutiques with creative Taiwanese fashion, and a collection of some of the best cafés in town. At the same time, Shida Night Market doesn't feel overwhelming. Try to visit it on a weeknight, when the lanes are less crowded. Definitely a must visit place if you are in Taipei!

In typical Taipei fashion it's ok. But every major night market in Taichung, Hualian, Tainan, or Kaohsiung are way better. The best advice I have for anyone in Taipei is to get away from Taipei to the good parts of Taiwan.

Bellavita is a luxurious European-style mall located in the Commercial Xinyi Planning District of Taipei. The architecture of the mall is stunning, featuring natural stones, elegant trees, and an outdoor fountain area. Despite its relatively small number of stores, Bellavita is considered one of the best malls in Taipei and even in all of Asia by some. The mall offers a wide range of ultra-premium brands and hosts seasonal events with changing themes and featured stores.
The interior design is quite European-styled and elegant but I hardly come here. There are mostly luxury stores in the building and the restaurants are all located at B2F and I remember I’ve been here once for gelato also at B2F.

Very upscale shopping center with great restaurants. Better than average food court at B2, with Jing Yuan restaurant being an excellent choice. Fried rice, pineapple shrimp, and tofu were all outstanding. Sushi is also great. Very crowded on weekends.

The banana chocolate souffle looked nice but was dry and lacked flavor. The restaurant has great service but the food was lacking. I had a much better souffle in rowhe night market the previous night so maybe my expectations are too high. They need to add cream to this or maybe it was over cooked. The place has great service and the staff is really attentive so I'd return but try another dish.

Breeze Xinyi is a part of a large shopping complex near the City Hall MRT station, connected to MUJI and Eslites basement food court. It offers a wide range of shopping options, from fashion to luxury items, and various dining choices in its nice and clean environment. The stunning architecture makes it a popular spot for photography enthusiasts. Additionally, the area features street shows that create a lively atmosphere for visitors.
I've been wanting to go to Breeze Night every year, and I finally had a reason to dress up beautifully. The event had cocktails, light bites, and a DJ performance—such a fun time! The jazz music was a major highlight, making the atmosphere so relaxing. It was a joyful Friday night!

In my opinion, some amazing and authentic restaurants are situated in this department store, such as Paradise Dynasty on the 4F, YONSHIN on the 3F, and Dim Dim Sum on the B1F, where the underground passage to the MRT station is. There are also a few fine dining restaurants on the 4F. I also love how strong the air conditioning is when you take the escalators to the 4F and that’s where the actual breeze comes. In addition, the first floor is filled with luxury stores, such as Fendi, Celine etc. Overall, it’s one of the malls that I often visit to.

I have a deep passion for photography and enjoy sharing my art with others. My photographic style often involves capturing a single subject from various angles, creating a diverse collection of images. Regrettably, the ambiguous standards set by Google have left me disheartened, as my efforts seem to have been in vain. Nevertheless, I have chosen to contribute my photos exclusively to location pages, hoping to benefit fellow users. In terms of ratings, I tend to be reluctant to rate below five stars. Life can be challenging, and every individual's hard work and dedication deserve recognition. Hence, those who invest their time in photography and reviews are indeed commendable.

Rongjin Gorgeous Time is a part of a government-led effort to revitalize Taipei's historic buildings. The shops and cafes are located in the former staff quarters of the 1905 Taihoku Prison, with only a single stone wall remaining from the original structure. Visitors can enjoy well-maintained surroundings, beautifully designed trees and buildings, and a selection of noteworthy restaurants. It's recommended for an evening visit, but also worth experiencing during the day for a different perspective.
What a cool area with shops, bars and restaurants to check out. I really liked the architecture and history of the location. The area is lined with pretty trees and street vendors selling pretty handmade crafts. I think it’s worth visiting if you’re in the area and stopping in some of the shops.
Desiree M — Google review
A very tiny old historic walking area with Japanese style architecture and landscape. There are a few restaurants for the tourists to enjoy a couple hours. I brought my parents to have tea and cake a few years ago and my parents like this area. You don’t need to spend too much time or money and still enjoy a little historical flavor walk! Good place for taking pictures and 20 minutes is just enough! I would suggest the management company to place more benches for the tourists under the shade. The stores and restaurants did not open until 11 am, what a pity! A breakfast restaurant selling simple cafe and sandwich open at 7 am will attract a lot of tourists! (we have jet leg and wake up at 5am!😄)

We were looking forward to visiting here and we found the place very pretty and the history behind it is interesting. Since this attraction is fairly new, I was surprised to see that it was a bit run-down (ex: the restrooms), hope they can maintain the place a bit better. We came on a very hot afternoon and the unbearable heat was one reason why we didn't stay that long. Another was quite a lot of the establishments (understandable since they're bars) were still closed. We'll come back again when it's cooler.

Jianguo Jade Market is a bustling indoor marketplace located beneath the Jianguo Elevated Highway, stretching from Renai Road to Jinan Road. Open on weekends, this market draws in both locals and tourists with its wide array of vendors selling semi-precious stones, gems, jewelry, statues, and porcelain. While jade is prominent here, there's also an assortment of other precious gems available for purchase.
If you want to pickup some Jade jewelry the Jianguo Holiday Jade Market is the place to go. There is seemingly endless rows of vendor that sell everything from souvenirs to some high end pieces. There's something here for for every budget. Most only accept cash so be prepare. A lot of the vendors sell the same items so you can bargain to find the right price for you. I didn't have any issues communicating as you can point at the item and the vendor will punch up the price on their phone. Picked up a couple good luck bracelets at a reasonable price. Overall a very a unique experience.

So lovely. I had such a nice time minus the horrible air pollution. I think some stalls burnt inscents and some portions of the market just smelled like cigarettes smoke. The air quality was so bad that I felt like my lymph nodes were swelling up by my jaw under my ears…. I did score one beautiful piece of jade and few pieces of donuts though. They mostly take cash unless if it’s tens of thousands of NT.

Huge market place, and not just jade. You can find all kinds of jewelry, gem stones, crystals, rocks and minerals, coins, statuettes of all sorts, decorative items, and much more. There are also vendors that can do repairs and restringing of beaded bracelets and necklaces. This is a great place to spend an afternoon, and it's truly fascinating even for those not really that interested in jewelry. They have public restrooms, and the place is air-conditioned.

Located under the bridge overpass and situated on a very busy road, the Jianguo Holiday Jade Market covers a huge area with a variety of gemstone stalls operated by the locals. This world-famous tourist attraction in Taipei is highly recommended for anyone who admired the beauty of gemstones and wishes to explore a wide selection of them. The Jade Market is widely visited by the locals and not just tourists. The sellers are friendly and most importantly, not aggressive in terms of trying to sell their merchandise. The market is not always crowded on the weekend and is a great place to shop for bracelets and necklaces, jade figures, pendants, antiques, and gems. Some of the stalls allow bargaining and their prices vary depending on the quality and rarity.

Only came here on New Year's Day, to take the train back to Ximen where my accommodation was at. When we entered the station at about 1am+, we were surprised to still see crowds of people lining up outside the faregates, where the staff was restricting access until the previous group of commuters have boarded the train. They did their job well, telling people to prepare their card to tap in for smoother entry for the lines, so we only needed to wait 10 min to enter the faregates. By now, it was 1.20am, but kudos to the staff for working late to get the commuters back home by extending the hours of the Taipei Metro!

Fantastic station. In addition to the clean station, friendly staff, efficient train system, they also have a connected shopping plaza. You can find restaurants, gift shops, and even a library (or book store). It's similar to Taipei City Mall, except MUCH smaller. But if you've been there, then you get the idea.

The Taipei 101 Observatory is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the vibrant city of Taipei from above. Located on the 89th floor, this sleek observation deck offers stunning 360-degree views that stretch across the urban landscape and beyond, with lush hills framing the horizon. Visitors can access both indoor and outdoor viewing areas via a high-speed elevator, making it an exhilarating journey to one of the tallest buildings in the world.
Visiting Taipei 101 was truly an unforgettable experience! I’m so glad I got to be inside one of the tallest buildings in the world, it’s a bucket-list moment. The whole visit felt smooth and exciting from the start. The lift ride up was unbelievably fast, and in just seconds we were looking out from such an incredible height. Throughout the journey, there were plenty of friendly staff members to guide us, making the whole process very easy and organised. The observatory itself had so many great areas to take photos. Everywhere you turned, there were different angles and backdrops perfect for capturing memories. We decided to pay a little extra to access the very top level, and I’m so glad we did! The floral decorations up there added such a special touch, and the lighting was perfect for both videos and pictures. It was the kind of place where you just want to pause, soak in the atmosphere, and take your time enjoying the sweeping city views. There was also a small souvenir shop, which I found really cute. They even had ice creams shaped like Taipei 101, which was such a fun little detail and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Taipei 101 is not just about the views, it’s about the whole journey, from the impressive lift to the photo spots, the design details, and the little surprises along the way. I left with tons of photos, videos, and wonderful memories. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Taipei!

This is second or third time I came and each experience is better than previous. To come in need to get tickets and also queue but the wait is still manageable. There are some information about the science of the tower which is interesting for not only young kids but also adults. There were a lot of new installations and photo point for visitors. Nice view as usual, hope the windows can be cleaner but strictly speaking is already in quite decent condition. Have better view on good sunny days if come in day time.
CF C — Google review
A must see when visiting Taiwan. We bought our tickets upon walk up which was about $21.00 US. Cash or credit card acceptable. KLOOK offered it at a few dollars cheaper. We waited in line for about 15 minutes before taking the 45 second ascending elevator up to the 89th floor. Once there, it was quite crowded during the later part of the afternoon. Lots of window space for viewing and taking pictures of Taipei City. Also some little garden displays, light play and rest areas for all ages. Lots of space for children but keep a good eye on them as this space can easily loose them too. The 88th floor you can get a better view of the "Damper". There is a snack/café bar, rather expensive and they give you a coupon booklet to save a few dollars. There is a restroom as well. As you make your way to the elevator to descend, there will be a longer line which took us about 20 minutes in line. They did run 2 elevators but it took some time. If you have are physically challenged or wheelchair assist, there is a very small waiting area right by the elevator for you with a bench to sit and the "doorman/elevator person can assist you.
Vdogrannie — Google review
Pretty good viewing area on the 89th floor, and the views are great. I also went to the 101st floor and to be honest the view is the same. The viewing area is smaller with smaller windows, but it's quite nicely decorated. Unfortunately the outside Sky deck was closed during my visit (no idea why it wasn't windy and it was a nice sunny hit day) that's why I have only given it 4 stars. All in all it's definitely worth a visit.
Paul J — Google review
Visited Nov. 12, 2025. What I thought was a ride to the near top of the building (Floors 85 and 87, $20 USD) for views of Taipei was just the beginning. Yes, the views are very cool but there was so much more to see and experience. There was the Pili Puppet exhibit. Beautiful puppets, works of art. There was the Muted Damper which is the only one in the world that the public view it. Very interesting and amazing engineering! There was an art exhibit expressing different paintings of the tower. Some were Impressionist style, others whimsical. Lots of photo opportunities. There's a few cafes but the Daz Cafe D by far offered a wonderful coffee set. Delicious coffee from around the world and excellent desserts. After exploring all of this, back down on the main floor, there was an interactive exhibit similar to TeamLab stuff. After that you could try in theater gear. It's included with your tower admission ticket. I spent about 3.5 hours taking it all in. Truly enjoyed my visit.
Silvana L — Google review
Came for the first time and loved it: buying tickets on sight and getting up was quick on a Friday around noon. The view of the city is phenomenal. Lots of videos about the damper which were very interesting. Also loved the little post office station across from the gift shop upstairs where you can stamp your postcards and buy stamps across in the gift shop. Pro tip: get your ticket for Din tai Fung before going up and you’ll be able to eat when you come down. Our waiting line said 95 minutes but when we came down after 60 we could enter right away.

Just wrapping up an incredible visit to the majestic Taipei 101, and wow, what an experience! 🤩 From the moment you approach this towering architectural marvel, you know you're in for something special. The building itself is stunning from the ground up, designed to look like a stack of bamboo segments. 🎋 But the real magic is, of course, the journey to the top! The elevator ride up is lightning-fast, taking you to the 89th-floor observatory in seconds—truly an experience in itself! 🚀 Once you step out, the 360-degree panoramic views of Taipei city are absolutely mesmerizing. You can see the whole sprawl, from the mountains surrounding the city (hello, Elephant Mountain hiking view! 👋) to the busy streets below. I recommend going right before sunset to capture that golden hour glow across the cityscape! 🌇✨ And don't miss the engineering marvel at the heart of the tower: the massive golden Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) between the 88th and 92nd floors! It's an enormous, suspended steel sphere designed to stabilize the building against typhoons and earthquakes. Seeing this functional, artistic piece of physics up close is seriously mind-blowing. 🤯 If you're in Taipei, dedicating a few hours to Taipei 101 is a MUST. It perfectly blends stunning views, modern architecture, and brilliant engineering all in one spot. Don't forget to check out the luxury mall at the base too! 🛍️

Addiction Aquatic Development (AAD) is a vibrant culinary destination in Taipei that seafood enthusiasts simply cannot miss. Nestled within the bustling Taiwan Fish Market, this modern establishment offers an impressive variety of experiences all under one roof. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a wholesale area brimming with live tanks showcasing the freshest catches. As you venture further into AAD, you'll discover an upscale fusion of gourmet supermarket and dining options, including a sushi bar, oyster bar, and even hot pot selections.
The seafood dining experience at Addition Aquatic Development Taipei was impressive. The ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of fish, shellfish, and seasonal seafood dishes. Every plate tasted clean and flavorful, clearly made from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The grilled seafood and sashimi were standouts — perfectly cooked and delicately seasoned. The staff were attentive, and the service felt refined yet welcoming. The modern setting, combined with the freshness of the seafood, made for a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, it’s an excellent spot for anyone who loves fresh seafood in a stylish, comfortable atmosphere.
Quang M — Google review
The seafood here is incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. From uni hand rolls to premium sashimi platters, every bite tasted clean and high quality. The ambience and layout make it feel more like a curated seafood market experience than a typical restaurant. However, service left much to be desired. We had an initial server who was shockingly rude, bordering on hostile, and later spent about 15 minutes chatting with a friend while her teammates hustled to serve guests. The rest of the staff did their best, but overall service felt amateurish compared to the level of the food. Great for food lovers—but don’t expect polished hospitality.
Jeremiah Y — Google review
Fresh seafood and plenty of variety at Addiction Aquatic Development. You can buy your seafood and have it cooked or made into sushi, or dine at one of the small restaurants inside, which often have better deals and air conditioning compared to the ready-made stalls outside. There’s also a quiet corner spot with a huge seafood platter for 1,980 NTD that’s worth trying. That said, I wasn’t too impressed with the service. Even though it’s mostly self-service, it’s still quite pricey. We spent around 6,000 NTD on food, and when we asked about a crab we bought that was hard to eat, staff said it had been cut to help us. They walked outside where we were eating standing. We showed them pieces that clearly weren’t cut and were very difficult to eat. After complaining, they hesitated to help instead of cutting it for us, they just let us use their shears. A strange experience considering how much we spent. The public washrooms there were disgusting.

There are a total of 3 dining areas. The first one would be the kind, where you have to sit or stand by the counter, order their sushi and/or sashimi. The second one would be an outdoor sitting restaurant that focuses on bbq. The third one would be a restaurant, where you must select the seafood before entering the restaurant to sit. Kindly take note, for this restaurant, they do not accept credit card. They only accept cash. We went to the 3rd one. The seafood are definitely fresh however, the price can be quite pricey. A total of 3 of us paid $3000 for the meal. You can take a look at the photo to see what we have ordered. To those who hasn't visit this place before, I would say, give it a go and try for one time to experience the atmosphere.

I’ve been here many times, but this visit was for a company gathering , and it was just as great as always. The king crab was incredibly fresh, sweet, and perfectly cooked — definitely the star of the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly even though the restaurant was quite busy. The other seafood dishes were also delicious and well-prepared, especially the sashimi and grilled prawns. Overall, it’s a great place highly recommend for anyone who loves quality seafood!

Dined solo at the upstairs restaurant in October 2025 and I really enjoyed my experience. I had the hot pot Japanese Wagyu and vegetable set. It was my first time trying hot pot and I made some mistakes, but the staff were very kind and understanding, and helped me figure it out. After the amazing meal they brought out an egg, rice, seaweed and chives to make a porridge out of the leftovers, which was phenomenal. I finished with a desert of matcha ice cream, which was just perfect. I will return on my next visit to Taipei!

Second time eating here. Last time was 5 years ago. The sushi bar is definitely in my top 10 meals. The nigiri is perfect ratio of fish to rice. Big pieces of fish with the perfect amount of Wasabi and just a small piece of rice. The rudder fish and halibut were new to me and delicious. The salmon belly was a very large piece and excellent. The A5 kobe beef just melts in your mouth. I had 8 pieces of nigiri, 100 grams of Kobe A5 NY Strip and 2 glasses of champagne. With tip it was $70. It is standing only, no tables.

Visitors can explore Q Square for international brands, Taipei City Mall for local clothing, and the expansive Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Mall. Additionally, there's a wholesale market at the back of the station selling items like comic books and clothing. The area surrounding Taipei Main Station also features various hotels and is conveniently located near airports. Furthermore, Zhonghua Rd.
A central hub where you can ride the slower or fast trains to the outskirts of the city and central airport. The bus station is nearby. There are endless food and drink choices with shopping malls connected.. There is also a couple of travel agencies, a food court, ATM machines, 7Eleven (to buy bus cards), and a pharmacy. I felt safe riding the subway. Their subway system is color coded so it’s easy to understand. Just ask if you need assistance.

Taipei Main Station is a bustling hub that forms the lifeline of Taipei's transportation network. The station offers seamless connectivity through its extensive network of trains, buses, and the MRT. It’s not just a gateway to explore Taipei, but also a starting point for journeys across Taiwan. The station is well-equipped with a variety of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. There's even a shopping mall within the complex, perfect for grabbing essentials or indulging in some retail therapy.

Taoyuan airport mrt was under construction only small entry if I walked from hotel near ( Taipei station worst station ever Z exits no escalator or had elevator but closed entry on street). It's better to walk from hotel directly to mrt as of April 17,2025 price is 160 NT can top up on ipass or Easycard tap and go. Train was super crowded.
LS S — Google review
This station consists of the airport line and HSR station. When we arrived, there was some renovation going on, so several exits were closed. No clear instruction on how to exit, and we took a big turn underground to get to our hotel that was supposed to be 5 minutes away (we ended up taking 15). It was quiet and no staff around to ask directions. Nonetheless, still a convenient and nice station.

Convenient transportation option from Taipei to Taoyuan International Airport. Can use Easycard for payment just like any other train stations in Taiwan. Love the comfortable seats.
Angela M — Google review
Enter from street level at exit K2 to get to the Taoyuan AirPort Express line directly if you want to avoid wandering through the underground shopping malls.
Naomi L — Google review
The station is nice, but the airport express trains do not run frequently enough for the volume of passengers. My train from Taoyuan airport to Taipei was absolutely packed at 5pm on weekday; I could not even reach the luggage racks due to the crowding. Returning to the airport at 9pm on a Sunday night the train was less crowded but all seats were still taken, and I again had to stand for the 38 minute journey to the airport. Taoyuan Metro authorities should respect the travellers who are paying a premium fare for this line and increase the frequency of trains.

Flea & Street Markets
Zhongshan Metro Mall is a bustling shopping center located between train stations, offering a wide range of products including food, gifts, books, and clothing. Despite the perception of selling expensive items, the prices for clothing and accessories are actually cheaper than those found at night markets. It is recommended to visit this shopping district before heading to the night markets to avoid missing out on better deals.
The shopping mall built above the Metro passage is an innovative idea. It saves up the use of land and makes the area more convenient. There are a wide variety of stores in the mall that sell such as phone accessories, luggage, socks etc.

Very interesting underground shopping street. Other than a usual Xi men ding 西门町,this is a place I will be highly recommended for tourists to visit if you are in Taipei. An important note is to make sure you walk out or exit the underground shopping street to discover more surprises around this area. There are plenty of small shops compared with Yong Kang Street. We like to visit places love by local rather than just a touristy spot. Plan your visit timing around late afternoon till night time, so you are able to experience different vibe of this place.

This mall is an underground link between Taipei Main station, zhongsan mrt and shuanglian mrt station. Lots of shops along the way. Its smaller than Taipei City Mall but looks cleaner and newer.

An underground mall connects between Taipei Mall Station and ZhongShan Metro Stations, similar to East Metro Mall Generally, only clothing, hair salon outlets and other fashions outlets with minimum f&b stores.

A popular shopping mall with many interesting shops and no worry for rainy days...(shops might be different if they don't renew the rental upon the expiry date.)

It's one of the places in downtown Taipei City where you can take a walk without the sweaty effect of burning sun or steaming heat. You can get to many places with this underground passage. Even though the stores inside are less interesting for tourists.

Nice shopping mall. Have taxes free! I enjoy shopping here because I just walk 🚶‍♂️ 7 mins from Mandarin oriental,Taipei hotel to here. There are supermarkets , bakery shops, comestic, fashion shops and restaurants. It is a nice shopping mall for family or single tour. One of my favorite shops is Maison De Fleur. I am very surprised that there has Mary quart x Maison De Fleur products. The sales told me that Japan shops were sold out!

We were in Xinyi district today, and we saw the Aston Martin F1 collab with Glenfiddich outside of Breeze Nan Shan! The place was packed with families and friends who were trying to get a good photo of the race car. 🏎️ Looking at the crowd, I can’t help but wonder if F1 would come to Taiwan for its Grand Prix some time in the future!

If you like UNIQLO or one piece / anime that shopping center is for you! The UNIQLO shop is sooo big you can literally find everything here. You can even design your own shirt for a fair price! Just got a shirt with some Taipei dragon tempel designs on it - perfect unique souvenir! You just have to wait 15-20 min to take it with you. There is also a shop were you can buy large one piece action figures (see pictures attached). Also many dining options like Chinese Hot Pot, Korean BBQ and Japanese food.

Very much enjoyed shopping here. Like most other higher shopping mall in the area, the interior design is excellent. Came on a Tuesday late afternoon/evening and it’s fairly empty. However, it does appears to boasts many good Japanese dinning options which I am a fan of. The basement high end grocery store is also awesome (albeit on the pricey side). Would recommend to start at 101 and make your way here for dinning.

Historical landmark
The Red House, a historic octagonal building established in 1908, is a must-visit destination in Taipei. It houses various attractions such as exhibits, a teahouse, markets, and theaters. Surrounding the area are artistic hubs like Huashan 1914 Creative Park and charming street fairs offering unique finds. The bustling streets around The Red House are always filled with crowds enjoying street performances, themed restaurants, and innovative retail stores.
The Red House in Taipei is a fantastic spot to explore, and it's just one of many well-preserved buildings in Taiwan that showcase the country's rich history and architecture. What makes this place special is the unique blend of old and new, with beautifully restored structures housing modern shops and stalls. Inside the Red House, you'll find a variety of shops selling distinctive merchandise that's perfect for souvenirs or gifts. I was particularly impressed by the creativity and craftsmanship on display. I picked up a wooden gun that uses rubber bands as bullets for my nephew, and he absolutely loved it! It was a great find, and I appreciated the thought and effort that went into designing such a unique toy. One of the reasons we enjoyed spending time in the Red House was the comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the air conditioning. It provided a welcome respite from the heat outside, and we were happy to roam around, browse the shops, and take in the sights. Overall, the Red House is a great place to visit if you're interested in history, architecture, or just looking for some unique shopping experiences. The combination of old-world charm and modern creativity makes it a standout destination in Taipei.

This historical building has a very nice architecture, and the exterior of the building is used as a bar street in the evening where you can find bars serving up some music and alcohol while the open areas are used for pop up events and exhibitions. The interior of the building has been converted into smaller handicraft boutiques and a cafe. In the middle is the display of its history.

This is a heritage building, and inside display arts, cultures, souvenirs and more. It's surrounding by shops, restaurants and pretty much a prime LBGTQ areas. There are a few gay bars and some shops behind the building only opened at nite. There's where you meet people, friends and hangout at night. This is wide open busy and safe area, also a subway point. I always come here to meet my friends when I visit Taipei.

If you are visiting the ever popular touristy Ximending, then this is a not to miss spot. It sits right outside of the pedestrian only area of Ximending and you can’t really miss it. The architecture features of this bike building by themselves were worth my visit. This used to be an old theater (opera house) that has been converted into an indoor exhibit/shopping area that showcases Taiwan’s younger generation talents of arts & crafts. It is also a nice place to pick up unique souvenirs for friend and family back home. It has volunteer conducted tours (we didn’t have the time for it, but it should be worth your while if interested in old Taipei history). The whole place had A/C, areas to rest, clean bathrooms and a nice Tea Cafe. Although it probably didn’t warrant a special trip, but if you are already in the area, then you should check it out.

This is an iconic historical building in the heart of Ximending. Inside, there is a large toilet, small cafe, and many local businesses. This is a fantastic place to buy souvenirs for friends and family back home — most vendors are local illustrators and crafters, and many sell merchandise that feature famous sightseeing spots in Taiwan such as Jiufen, Shifen, Taipei 101, and so on. I really love the range of works displayed, and couldn’t help but buy a few postcards and keychains from the following artists (Instagram usernames in brackets): Ni Hao Club (@littleyellowstudio), Cornet Cat (@corner_catt), Littdlework (@littdlework) and miimiicat (@miimiicat), Humor Star @twinkle_twinkle_humor_star). Hope to see more of their works around! Also, on the upper floor, there are more stalls and a small display of local biodiversity which I really liked too.

Conserved heritage building near the LGBT area in Ximending as told by our walking tour guide. Interesting enough the toilet sign says "All Gender Toilet", a first time for me using it 😜 Little stalls line the insides selling cute stationery and souvenirs.

The Taipei 101 Shopping Center is a must-visit destination located within the iconic Taipei 101 tower, offering an array of shops and dining options. The lower floors house this impressive mall, which features seven levels filled with international brands like Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and more. Visitors can also explore the gourmet food court on the B1 level and find a variety of luxury items at the gift shop.
This mall is one of the most beautiful mall in ever saw in my life. The building looks very high quality and compared to other malls this mall is not boring at all. It has many levels, lots of escalators and balconies and you video record from everywhere. On level 3F has some good cafes and you will find all luxurious brand there. In basement is the food court and also a big super market with souvenirs. You should definitely spend some time here before you leave.

Taipei 101 is more than just a tall building. It is a perfect blend of: · Cultural Symbolism (pagoda design, lucky number 8) · Cutting-Edge Engineering (the damper, earthquake resistance) · Tourist Attraction (observatories, shopping) · Environmental Consciousness (green building features). Weather was bad so I didnt go to the observatory desk, may be visited next time.
Simon W — Google review
This mall is definitely one of the most popular spots in the area, with plenty of luxury brands inside. However, even if you’re traveling on a budget, it’s still worth visiting. You can stop by the food court for lunch — the food quality is great, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are just right. The building itself is beautiful and really tall, making it a perfect place for photos or a quick check-in. And if you have time, I recommend going up to the observatory to enjoy a stunning view of the city from above.

Taipei 101 is truly a landmark worth visiting! The tower itself is stunning, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city from the observatory. The shopping center at the base is just as impressive — it’s modern, clean, and filled with high-end brands, stylish boutiques, and a great mix of local and international shops. Dining options are fantastic too — from elegant restaurants to quick bites in the food court, all with a wide variety of cuisines. Everything is well-organized and easy to navigate.
Kier — Google review
I heard it's a landmark in Taiwan, but it wasn't as large as I expected. There aren't many brands available either. If you search for brands you want, like Bellavita, you won't make a wasted trip. When I visited, they were having a Van Cleef pop-up event, and it was very impressive. As with all department stores, the underground food court is the busiest. In particular, Din Tai Fung is always on a wait list, so I recommend going to another branch. Because we approved a duplex store to a luxury brand, the store size was large, but there weren't many products. If you're staying at the Hyatt, it's connected by the skywalk, so it's worth a visit.
M P — Google review
Taipei 101 is the landmark of Taipei. Located in a major business area this skyscraper has shops, restaurants and of course viewing floors on the topmost floors. The views are astonishing once you reach the top, being able to see the entire Taipei City at night, if the weather is good you would be able to see Songshan airport as well. A must visit for those staying in Taipei. This is also quite educational as you can learn how the tower resists earthquakes. Multiple souvenir shops also exist around the entire building in too and bottom floor. I recommend pre purchasing tickets online.
Aviator C — Google review
From the moment we stepped inside, we were immediately greeted by polished interiors and an undoubtedly upscale atmosphere. It’s home to a wide array of luxury brands, fine dining restaurants, and other stylish boutiques. If you're a shopaholic, don't forget to add this place to your itinerary.

Probably one of my highlights as someone who finds comfort in bookstores and libraries. I went around midnight, and you can actually read on the third floor since it's open 24 hours. The cafes were closed by then, but I found a cozy corner where I could tuck in and enjoy a good book. They also have a great selection of music and CDs for audiophiles. Eslite Handicraft area- bought a few Vancanza handmade bracelets for myself & friends as souvenirs. Eslite cafe near the tax refund area- The cafe staff near the tax refund area is also very kind & helpful, even though I’m not a customer, he gave me guidance as I pass-by that the tax refund counter is there.

Decided to visit here last minute the day before my flight back to Malaysia. I love the fact that it’s open 24/7 and easy to access. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s huge but cozy, and I felt comfortable spending my time there alone. I was there for 3 hours and felt like buying all the interesting books, if only I didn’t have the luggage weight limit.🥹 They have a small selection of English books as well! I ended up getting the books shown in the photos! I was also surprised to see Egon Schiele’s art books there.🤩 I felt safe leaving the bookstore at 11PM and walking back to my hotel, which was a 30-minute walk. There were guards downstairs, and the staff were all still there too when I left!

With its proximity to the university, it has a vibrant and youthful atmosphere. In addition to delicious street food, there are also numerous shops and cafes in the area. The market has expanded recently and now includes two Michelin-rated food stalls.
Authentic night market with life in it! It’s real local market, night vendor for late-time Uni’s students. With sharp eyes you could find hidden gems. Hint: Superb aromatic milk tea, and made-to-order hidden in the building floor.

Just a small night market compared with the more popular ones like Raohe and Shilin, but otherwise still good food choices. There's a nice aunty selling stinky tofu, you have the choice to put in spicy sauce which was SPICY. Plus there's a good hot boba milk tea here that is a must try. Went back two times to buy this drink.

Scenic spot
Ximending Walking District is a vibrant and bustling area in Taipei, known for its diverse range of activities. It's a popular spot for tourists, offering an array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, theaters, and street performers. The district comes alive at night with a small night market and late-night shopping options. Often compared to Tokyo's Harajuku district, Ximending combines traditional and modern influences to create a lively atmosphere perfect for people-watching.
I consider Ximending a shopping haven personified. We were also lucky enough to catch some street performers during our visit here. Everywhere you turn, there are souvenir shops, so it won’t be too difficult to pick up presents to bring back home. Of course, bubble tea shops and food stalls are scattered all around, with vendors even offering free tastes. Beyond food and souvenirs, you’ll also find plenty of boutiques selling clothes, phone cases, among many others. Despite the high foot traffic, the place was pretty clean as there were designated trash bins around.

Popular walking district with tons of shops. There are not many places to sit and people watch, unfortunately. You'll find some "just okay" food here, but if you search, you can find really good street food down the alley ways. It's a safe and fun vibe here.
P J — Google review
Lively and colorful area that’s fun to explore. There are tons of shops, street food, and quirky spots around every corner. The atmosphere is energetic especially at night with all the lights and music. It can get really crowded but that’s part of the charm. Great place to eat, shop, and just enjoy the vibe of Taipei. Street food here isn’t quite the same as it used to be but it’s still worth trying.
Val T — Google review
The Ximen walking area is the most popular place to shop, eat, and socialize in this part of town. If you’re in XMD, you’ll end up here and probably have a great time. Nearby is the Red House area and a thousand and one bars, restaurants, gift shops, salons, movie theaters, food stands. Perfect place to wander around, especially when the sun sets. I highly recommend at least two visits here.

You have not been to Taiwan if you did not visit ximengding. The mother of all night market. Place is packed with the young and trendy. Fashion, food and souvenir galore. Spoiled by choices available. Pricing still reasonable. Managed to tried out the sotong noodle as the wait time is the least. Good meal with a starchy base. The white bitter gourd drink is also another winner
Lee C — Google review
Most well known walking district in Taipei, comprising many stores that sells a variety of items such as souvenirs and more. There are also many things going on in this district, with many eateries of variety cuisines. There are also taxi drivers offering one day tours at the entrance. The famous rainbow road is near the MRT entrance.

This place is just like Myeongdong of Taipei because its so vibrant and packed with people especially at night 🥳 there are lots of street vendors as well as branded shops with variety of options 👍 I especially love Xing Fu Tang drinks with a dinosaur torch 🦖 we booked our hotel around here and it was so convenient and easy to stroll around at night. Definitely would come here again ❤️

Zhongshan is a bustling area in Taipei, known for its vibrant atmosphere and abundance of shopping and dining options. The vicinity around Zhongshan Station is particularly popular among tourists and locals alike, offering a wide array of malls, restaurants, and food terminals. It's an ideal place to indulge in retail therapy or savor delicious meals. With the intersection of the Green line and Red line at Zhongshan, it's easily accessible for commuters as well.
Busy station with a market outside, there is a shopping mall within walking distance. The station is well maintained and kept clean.

A new and young landmark of Taipei city. Not a major attraction per se but a lot of live-style leisure and creative artistic shops hiding here. Food options are amazing. Don’t forget to walk in those small lanes! Little surprises are here and there. Leave some appetite before you come here. Food diversity is amazing! A lot of the restaurants offer AC, it is a live saver during hot days. 0.5-1 day trip for your short visit. If you are local, it is this place you could come when you don’t feel like going anywhere else.

Its an ok station but there is a lot of people there and the trains are full are peak times. It is a good station but there is a bit too much people. The shops underneath are really good though and the train station is good when there isn't tooo many people that the trains are full. There are so many places here you can get lost easily. There are a lot of bathrooms in the station and you can walk around for like an hour + There are shops here like mister donut and souvenir shops but yeah. I don't have many photos.

It’s absolutely one of my favourite MRT station in Taipei due to its great diversity of delicious foods and desserts. Wholesaler
Lin Mao Sen Tea Co., established in 1883, is a renowned retailer offering a wide selection of premium teas and stylish tea-making accessories. Located in Taipei near Dihua Street, this teashop provides an excellent variety of Taiwanese loose teas and beautiful tea sets. The store features an inviting ambience with all teas stored in metal barrels displaying prices per 600g, with the minimum purchase set at 150g for each type.
Our second time here and one of the best tea shops in Taipei. The staff are super helpful and understanding. For beginner tea drinkers, if you ask the staff they will take you through all the different teas. Our favourite is the Jasmine, we found it very aromatic and relaxing. It can get quite expensive, we usually go for the middle range teas which are just as good. We get 600 grams of jasmine tea for about 50 AID dollars. They can go up to 150 AUD for 600 grams. They close at 9pm so go in the evening, as the night markets are just 10 mins and they serve authentic Taiwanese dishes.

The tea selection was excellent and the prices incredibly reasonable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful... Very knowledgeable and kind.
Rengasayee V — Google review
During a recent visit to a local tea shop, I encountered a disappointing experience that left a sour impression. From the moment I stepped in, the shop assistant displayed a noticeably dismissive attitude—barely making eye contact, offering curt responses, and behaving as though my presence was an inconvenience. Rather than welcoming me or allowing time to browse, they seemed intent on rushing me out, creating an atmosphere that felt uninviting and pressured. The lack of basic courtesy and warmth made the shopping experience uncomfortable and far from the relaxing moment I had hoped for.
Billy T — Google review
Highly discourage shopping here. Staff tried to be helpful but it seems the direction of the boss is to prioritize customers that appear to be more affluent. They were reluctant to let me try the teas before buying. When pressed, they stated customers were allowed to try 1 tea. My impression is they do not see you as a customer if you don’t outwardly exhibit wealth.
Chao-Chun Y — Google review
This is the place to go to get Gaoshan Oolong (High Mountain Oolong) and tea sets. There is one employee who speaks decent English and very good Japanese. You can ask to try one flavor of tea. The smallest increment of purchase is 150g. Then it goes up by 150g up to 600g. The prices listed on the barrels are for 600g. They can vacuum seal the tea for you in house and package them with bubble wrap for easy packing into luggage without worry of damage.
Nancy — Google review
The older gentlemen who served us were more polite and just explained flavor profiles of tea. When we asked if we could try out a dong ding oolong tea, the younger gentleman said you can only taste one tea. It didn't feel welcoming and how can you smell 回甘when we are limited to sampling. We reluctantly bought 2 small bags of tea and I'm glad I didn't buy in bulk here. Saw a japanese lady come in to buy in bulk and they seemed more welcoming her than other tourists. Not gonna come back.
Wem W — Google review
Tea: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Actually a very nice teashop, with all the tea stored in metal barrels with the prices on top. It might look expensive but each price is per 600g, with the minimum purchase of 150g of any tea. They allow you to only try (a small amount) of one tea. The staff seem to speak a variety of languages. They have some teas they claim that other places don't have, like real Tieguanyin. I'm not tea expert so can't vouch for the validity of these statements! Tea comes in plastic bags, so if you're looking for tea as a gift, you might want to purchase from elsewhere (although they do sell presentation tins here).

Heritage building
Red House, located in Ximending, is a historic building with a western-inspired design constructed by the Japanese. It was once used as a market and also served as a neglected graveyard during the Qing dynasty. The area around Boai Rd. and Hankou St., known as Bohan Area, is famous for its high density of camera equipment stores in Taiwan, showcasing the development of photography in the country.
Located in the vibrant Ximending district, Red House 紅樓 is a true cultural gem. Originally built in 1908 as a camphor warehouse during the Japanese colonial era, it stands as a beautiful testament to Taipei’s layered history. The red brick façade and octagonal design exude a timeless charm, perfectly blending history with contemporary creativity. The venue has been thoughtfully renovated into an arts and crafts shopping complex. Inside, you’ll find a curated collection of stalls showcasing handmade jewelry, ceramics, leather goods, and quirky souvenirs—all crafted by local artisans. It’s a paradise for those who appreciate unique, high-quality craftsmanship and a fantastic way to support Taiwan’s creative community. One of the highlights is the outdoor plaza, where you can often catch live performances or special markets on weekends. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot to browse, mingle, and soak in the artistic energy.
Wisanu T — Google review
Very lovely historical building, a landmark of Ximending. We came for the weekend market and it has lotsa handicrafts and fun items. Shops are outside and inside the building. The interior is very nicely renovated to refresh the historical roots of the building.
Trotting H — Google review
The Red House located near Ximending walking district is a colonial house designed during the Japanese occupation of Taiwan and is now a preserved heritage house. It served as one of the most iconic landmark and is known to even us non locals as one of the places to visit in Taiwan due to its uniqueness among the ever bustling concrete jungle that is Taipei Taiwan. This is one of the upscale, contemporary places one can visit that offers quite an assortment of goods. I bought my mother a hello kitty music box, I found it accidentally roaming inside the Red House. Scented Bricks made from old bricks of the Red House is a good purchase also. The market inside is as unique as the stalls, contemporary, unique and a novelty. Aside from its historic significance and the history lessons inside the Red House this is one of the best places to shop for good quality goods. Support local as they say.

The Red House, Ximen, was built during Japanese rule & designed by Kondo Juro. It was built in 1908 and now becomes a beautiful marketplace, worth visiting. The red house' interior was fully renovated into a modern setting. There were cute lego display in different settings around Taipei. There were many cute merchandise to purchase in there, too. I bought some Taiwanese Food post cards in the marketplace. I had to purchase them, just because they're too cute to be true. The Red House is part of Taipei's history & cultural heritage, that's why it's a must visit when you are in Taipei!

So many things to look at and see! Interesting place though. The Riverside Live House Corporation Ltd. took control of the horizontal section of the main Cruciform Building in September 2008. It hosts concerts by students and musicians from Thursday throughout the weekend. The building was converted into a theater in 2007, and has since become a popular part of the gay scene in the neighborhood. It is the site of the annual gay New Year’s Eve countdown and the Taipei Pride and the Mr. Gay World Taiwan pageant. It was the venue of the Wikimania 2007 Party, which included a short film festival. In 2017, the main lantern of the Taiwan Lantern Festival was displayed on the square of the Red House, attracting numerous international visitors.

Mingyao Department Store is a large and popular department store in Taipei with locations in several districts. It has an extensive selection of local and global fashion brands, a game arcade, and glass elevators.
I don’t usually enter the department store so really don’t know too much about here. But I would like to say this place is mainly intended for clothes buyers. Furthermore, there are more than just clothing stores inside. If you go to upper floors, you’ll find out a wide range of shops just like the other equivalents.

There are not many shops in the first place, but there are shops on one side in the middle section that are surrounded by shops. It seems that they are doing regular replacements. There are not many shops left, and the goods are It is also relatively reduced a lot. (Original) 古亭市場比較像是一條短短的巷子裡的營業場所,店家本來就不多,而中間段有一邊的店家圍起來,似乎是要做都更之類的,店家剩下的不多,商品也相對減少很多。

(Translated by Google) Although I have gone to art galleries before, this was my first time to see an ancient art exhibition in an art gallery. The exhibition is very exquisite. The staff at the exhibition hall are friendly and explain carefully. I recommend it to friends who are interested. (Original) 雖然之前就有逛藝廊的經驗,但在藝廊中觀賞古美術展覽還是頭一遭。展覽非常精緻,展場人員態度親切、講解認真,推薦給有興趣的朋友。

(Translated by Google) I originally thought there was a permanent exhibition space, but when I arrived, I was completely disappointed. I checked the official website later and realized there haven't been any recent exhibitions. The last one isn't until 2022. It's a shame I didn't see any of the beautiful artifacts on display... Looking forward to the next exhibition~ ※Perhaps because there aren't always exhibitions, the entrance is not very obvious and isn't usually open.
