Mitsukoshi Ginza is a renowned department store located in the flashy Ginza district. It occupies 16 floors and offers a wide range of products, including designer apparel, housewares, cosmetics, and gourmet food. The B2 level features a variety of ready-made food, sweets, and baked goods, while the B3 level houses an impressive supermarket with high-quality ingredients and an extensive cheese counter. Additionally, the store provides refrigerated coin lockers for perishable goods.
This is an amazing shop and the food floor is not to be missed. This is what a department store should be like. The cafe is really nice as well and the very tasty food is excellent value for money and the staff were lovely. Although this is essentially a shop, there is plenty to do and see here and we'll worth the visit.

There's a beautiful garden on the top floor (9th). There was a lot of people in the mall even during a weekday afternoon. The lifts were a bit slow, so we had to take the escalators most of the time.
Claire B — Google review
Food heaven here in B2 floor. Bread, pastries, dessert, salad, sandwich, tonkatsu, ramen, udon, and sushi...good luck choosing:)

Tokyo Gin Za. There is Misukosi Department Store. It was opened about 150 years ago. Annex Building 12th floors. There is just one Japanese Restaurant. Restaurant Name is fish mountain ??? maybe... Sushi. roll. grilled fish. everything Best for lunch. Best sushi. Best service. Best people of serve. Owner or manager wearing Japanese traditional were Gi Mo No. So pretty wear !!! No lines, enjoy lunch & dinner here. 12th floors has only one sushi restaurant !!! other one is sukiyaki restaurant.
Richard K — Google review
Mitsukoshi Ginza is a large department store located on the main shopping street of Ginza. The two basement levels feature beautifully presented food in the traditional Japanese style. The upper floors offer clothing, cosmetics, gifts, and more, though the overall style feels quite old-fashioned. As is typical in these kinds of stores, there’s a large number of staff available to assist customers at every turn
Gaby — Google review
There is a stall on Level B1 that serves three kinds of vegetarian bento boxes! Perfect for vegetarians looking for a quick bite in the area. Level B1 also has other stalls selling various Japanese and Western salads, quiches, egg sandwiches etc that would be suitable for vegos.

Ginza Six, the newest and largest shopping complex in the district, is a multi-use building that offers an exceptional experience beyond just shopping. With over 240 shops, including luxury brands, it spans 14 floors and features a rooftop garden providing a peaceful escape. Visitors can explore an art and design bookstore, art gallery, chic food hall on the basement level, and even enjoy traditional Japanese entertainment at the Noh Theatre.
Ginza Six is a fabulous luxury brand mall. It is so modern, slick and artistic inside, the view is stunning from the higher floors. The first floor has all the well known luxury goods and cosmetic brands. Other floors have brands like Eataly, Tsutaya Book Store, and restaurants. It is very popular with tourists. The prices of goods are relatively higher in this mall as it’s in the middle of Ginza. During our visit there was sale going on in several stores. They had the store names listed at the entrance. It felt really nice to walk and explore the mall. Was very clean and well maintained. Staff members were very friendly. Restaurants are on 4th, 6th and 13th floors including steakhouse and sushi restaurants. It’s a must visit destination for anyone visiting Ginza.
Nehal A — Google review
We visited on a saturday and the main street was blocked off for pedestrian foot traffic. The unique part of the mall is the massive green space on the top floor. Its a good place to enjoy a coffee or lunch. Nothing is served up there, but you can buy something from a vendor inside and take it up there.
Jared L — Google review
Ginza Six is a luxury shopping complex in the heart of Tokyo that perfectly blends high-end fashion, art, and modern architecture. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an elegant and spacious interior, featuring sleek design, bright lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. The mall houses an impressive range of international and Japanese luxury brands, making it a paradise for fashion enthusiasts. You’ll find everything from designer clothing, handbags, and shoes to exquisite jewelry and accessories. What sets Ginza Six apart is not just shopping but the overall experience. The rooftop garden offers a calm escape from the bustling city below, and it’s a great spot for photos or just relaxing while enjoying the view. The food options are also remarkable — there are several fine dining restaurants, cafes, and specialty food stores, offering everything from Japanese delicacies to international cuisine. The service throughout the mall is generally excellent. Staff are polite, attentive, and willing to assist with directions or product inquiries. However, due to its popularity, it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends or during sales periods, which may affect the leisurely experience some visitors are seeking. Overall, Ginza Six delivers a high-quality shopping experience with a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and cultural touches. Whether you’re there for shopping, dining, or just sightseeing, it’s worth a visit.
Local G — Google review
A Luxurious Escape in the Heart of Tokyo Ginza Six is one of the most luxurious shopping complexes in Tokyo, and it truly lives up to the reputation. The architecture is modern and elegant, with thoughtful, peaceful design elements throughout—especially the beautiful interior staircase accented by a vertical garden wall. You can really feel the upscale vibe from the moment you walk in. However, be prepared for crowds. It’s a very popular destination, and nearly every corner is buzzing with people, especially the dessert stores. I wanted to sit down for a treat, but the wait was too long, so I opted for takeout instead. If you’re not a fan of waiting, takeout is the best option! From luxury brands like Givenchy and Dolce & Gabbana to niche perfume spots like Fueguia, there’s something for every taste—if you love fashion, art, and sweets, this is your paradise. Pro tip: Go early or during off-peak hours if you want to enjoy the space in a more relaxed way.
Olive O — Google review
Located in the heart of Ginza, GINZA SIX is more than just a shopping mall – it’s a cultural landmark that blends luxury, art, and lifestyle. Opened in 2017, the building itself is striking, with a sleek modern façade and a spacious, bright interior that feels refined and inviting. Inside, you’ll find an impressive lineup of high-end brands such as Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Celine, along with many Japanese designer labels. Compared to traditional department stores, GINZA SIX focuses on space and presentation, almost like walking through a curated fashion exhibition. Every corner feels elegant and thoughtfully designed. The dining options are equally appealing. From fine Japanese cuisine to stylish cafés and dessert shops, there’s plenty to enjoy after a round of shopping. One highlight is the rooftop garden, which offers panoramic views of Ginza and the Tokyo skyline – especially beautiful at sunset when the city lights begin to glow. What truly sets GINZA SIX apart is its cultural aspect. The facility even houses a Noh theater stage, where traditional Japanese performances are held, creating a rare fusion of shopping and art in one place. Overall, **GINZA SIX is not only a destination for luxury
Jawen — Google review
We come to here every trip to Tokyo, mostly for the rooftop garden...one of the few places in Ginza where you can eat your convenience store lunch & pretend you’re in a $500-a-plate restaurant. It’s peaceful, beautifully maintained & free...which already makes it an outlier in this neighborhood. But what I’ve never mentioned before is the art inside. Every visit, the central atrium gets a new installation that makes you look up, drop your jaw & briefly forget how much a pair of socks costs here. This time: massive orange space cats riding a rocket, suspended midair like they’re invading the Dior section. It’s wild, creative & somehow fits perfectly. This is a mall where architecture, retail & modern art all hold hands...while your wallet quietly cries in the corner. Come for the luxury brands, stay for the absurdly cool art & don’t skip the rooftop garden...it’s Tokyo’s best free penthouse.
Jim R — Google review
Loved my visit to Ginza Six! Super chill vibe, gorgeous space, and so many cool shops to explore. Perfect spot to hang out, shop a bit, and take a breather. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Tokyo!
Gina L — Google review
Visited Ginza Six and really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop garden — it’s a peaceful spot with a nice city view, perfect for a short break from the busy Ginza streets. The shopping area is upscale with many luxury brands, but the highlight for me was definitely the rooftop. A relaxing place to unwind after walking around the city. 🌆🛍️✨

Clothing store
Uniqlo Ginza is a popular clothing retailer located in the traditional business district of Tokyo's Ginza area. The store offers a wide collection of casual wear and accessories for both men and women at reasonable prices. It is known for its good quality, fashionable, and affordable basic casual wear that has gained popularity on platforms like TikTok. Uniqlo also features innovative collections such as HeatTeach and AIRism designed to help regulate body temperature.
I can spend whole day here! 12 floors of Uniqlo really screams “Japan” for me. The directory labels floors for women men or kids. The coffee shop is located on the top floor. I got a dorayaki and matcha latte WITH UNIQLO LOGO ON IT. That was so cool. I made my way down with each floor. The staff were nice and helpful. Many fitting rooms. You took shoes off before stepping in the changing room. There is a lounge for people to relax and take a break. Wonderful setup with chairs tables and magazines. Compared to the US, the price is definitely lower. And much more variety. Material is good as always. A must go if you like Uniqlo.
Sharon H — Google review
Wasn’t that bad as I heard. I visited in the afternoon on weekday. They have a floor with special collaborations for totes and t shirts which is nice. There are different flors with products for men, women and kids but I think it’s better to buy in any usual Uniqlo store the regular collections where it’s less crowded. The staff was pleasant but the elevator situation is horrible. The elevators are priority for wheelchairs and strollers and people just ignore that despite the large announcement. The staff stands close to moving stairs but it’s nowhere near lifts to correct the situation. I think it’s a store to visit if you want to get special ginza collaboration, otherwise to skip.
Culture T — Google review
The UNIQLO flagship store in Ginza is a 12-story global flagship store located in the heart of Tokyo's upscale shopping district, offering a complete lineup of UNIQLO products alongside unique services and collaborative items exclusive to the Ginza location . The store features a unique collection of UT T-shirts and tote bags created in collaboration with 15 long-established and beloved Ginza shops, such as Ginza Itoya (stationery), Kimuraya (bakery), and Kabuki-za Theater . This makes for a perfect, location-specific souvenir. Located on the 12th floor, this was UNIQLO's first in-store coffee stand, where you can enjoy premium blend coffee and cookies from the famous Ginza West shop . You can spend a few hours there to shop for anythting.
Simon W — Google review
You know Uniqlo, right? This 12-floor store has something for everyone. There's a whole floor for customization where you can get embroidered patches on your bags or jeans, and they even fix old clothes. We found some cool Japanese graphic T-shirts, perfect for souvenirs. Plus, they do tax refunds. On the 12th floor, there's Uniqlo Coffee, and we totally enjoyed our matcha latte after shopping.
Apoorv G — Google review
This flagship Uniqlo store spans through 12 floors, just crazy to comprehend. It is so unique that they have a Uniqlo cafe on the top floor, that serves Uniqlo branded tea, ice cream snacks and gift items. The cafe also has some seating spots for dine-in and rest. Remaining floors have the apparel and accessories that we all know. As I walked through all floors I was impressed to see how organized they were. Each floor is not big, pretty quick walk around. Every floor had several staff working on keeping the goods tidy and helping out customers. All floors were super clean as well. Most floor had their checkout lanes too and most of them had the tax free option as well. I tried the honey lemonade and pancake from their cafe, both were tasty. Bought some coffee beans and souvenir cups too for gifting. We also bought several apparel items for our family. Prices are cheaper here compared to USA, so bought these things to feel good about coming to this store, lol!
Nehal A — Google review
A massive flagship store that sells clothing for kids, men and women. It has a cafe on the main floor and an eating area on the top floor. It’s very busy and if you want your pants hemmed, they advised it would take 10 days. Best to go to another Uniqlo store for a shorter waiting period.
Melanie E — Google review
The Uniqlo Ginza Flagship Store is a massive, 12-floor location on Ginza's main shopping street. It features a wide selection of clothing for women, men, and children — all at very affordable prices. Tax-free shopping is available, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Most floors have seating areas near the windows, and there’s a nice coffee shop on the upper level
Gaby — Google review
Super Uniqlo, has 12 levels and every thing is well segregated. Lots of special items and sale too. You’ll probably have to spend 1.5 hr here from checking out all the stuffs and they also have a cafe on top, had a pretty good matcha latte to end it off. Cashier lady was swift and polite with my purchases ytd afternoon!

Tokyu Plaza Ginza is a must-visit destination in Tokyo's traditional business district. This iconic shopping complex, completed in 2016, boasts an entire city block and features a stunning exterior design reminiscent of Edo kiriko cut glassware. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Ginza and its surroundings from the rooftop Kiriko Terrace.
The rooftop bar is a really chill vibe. Come here around sunset for good music and views. Drinks are a bit expensive, sofas to relax on are a great touch and even a pool which I think is available for anyone to use. Good spot for some post Ginza shopping drinks and it's not very busy
Richard G — Google review
This luxury shopping mall in Ginza has floors of luxury brands, unique designer brand shops, and a duty-free shop (Lotte). There are restaurants on the 11th and 10th floors and other restaurants in the food hall on the underground floors. When we visited, we noticed the 7th floor was empty, and it would be nice to place a sign notifying shoppers about it.
Patrick M — Google review
This shopping mall looks very nice from the outside. This building was completed in 2016, so it’s modern design and things are more optimized. Newer things are better most of the times.
Ak — Google review
Tokyo Plaza Ginza is one of the malls I really enjoyed visiting. The building itself is beautiful, with a modern glass design that makes it stand out in the middle of Ginza. Inside, it feels spacious and clean, and I liked how the shops are well arranged. For shopping, there’s a good balance of Japanese and international brands, so it feels like you can get a little bit of everything. Even just walking around and window-shopping is fun. I also liked the variety of cafés and restaurants—some even have terrace seating with a nice city view. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop garden. It’s calm and peaceful, and I felt it was the perfect place to take a break after exploring Ginza. Overall, I’d say Tokyo Plaza Ginza isn’t only about shopping—it’s also about the atmosphere. For me, it was a really nice spot to spend time and enjoy both fashion and the view of Tokyo.
Bina S — Google review
Strongly advise against visiting this store, especially if you are a Chinese tourist. I had a firsthand experience of being scammed at the Lotte store, where prices are exorbitantly higher than elsewhere. When I attempted to return the goods, I was told that my purchase information had been sent to customs, preventing any possibility of a refund.

amazingly delicious sushi on the top floor! our 2nd time going! the fish was so FRESH and it was inexpensive!

The view from the rooftop green space is amazing! You might get lucky and see two Shinkansen trains riding past each other! Lots of shopping options, as well as restaurants. Very convenient being directly above Ginza station. Not to miss!
Mary — Google review
Quiet shopping mall with many unique and reasonably affordable stores compared to the luxury brands on the main street. Go to the rooftop bar to rest after your shopping spree

Ginza Wako is an iconic luxury department store located at the Ginza 4-chome junction in Tokyo. Originally a watch and jewelry shop, it now offers a wide range of products including men's and women's clothing, bags, jewelry, accessories, porcelain, and interior goods. The store targets wealthy older customers with its exclusive offerings.
Amazing desserts and delicious chocolates. A bit pricey, but do recommend to check it out.

Great place to shop for luxury item especially Seiko and Grand Seiko. I did feel somehow that I was not properly dressed and was a bit tacky, so the staff were not really greeting me even if I am looking around. On the 2nd floor during my day of my visit fortunately they have a watchmaker exhibiting how to assemble a GS movement. Overall, a pleasurable experience and I am sure customer service is top notch if you are in the market for their pieces.
Sherwin G — Google review
Great experience, exactly what I’d expect when buying a Grand Seiko from the flagship boutique in Ginza. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, watches were well-presented, and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Will certainly return one day when it’s time for my next GS beauty.
Josh M — Google review
I came here because of the Apocalypse hotel anime, it was definitely beautiful in person and the inside is worth checking out It's a very expensive place inside, it's not actually a hotel but a watch store but everyone was super kind and even though I was dressed in very athletic clothing because I came in August everyone treated me very nicely You feel like the atmosphere is super rich like you wouldn't be welcomed but they were very welcoming I just wanted to say hi to Ponko and yachiyo
Michael B — Google review
Nice to go for a look at all the watches and the experience. Staff very friendly and welcoming but you will pay full price. As for buying, I went to bic camera.
Peter S — Google review
Just bought a Grand Seiko SBGA211at Wako Ginza yesterday. I went in thinking Lake Suwa or one of the green bamboo/grass heritage collection, but I knew this was it when the light starting bouncing off the dial and the sweeping blue hand. Fukuzawaさん was super patient while I jumped between trying on various models. *Extremely* knowledgeable about the brand - she provided background and context on every watch I looked at. I think buying a GS here at the birthplace of SEIKO is the right call for an aspirational purchase like this, especially since they take you up to the “owners lounge” to complete the purchase; adds a real sense of occasion
ROBERT O — Google review
We had the pleasure of getting shown around the store and trying on various models with Mrs. Fukazawa. She was very knowledgeable about multiple brands and treated us in a nice and professional way. Coming in with a stroller was not frowned upon in the slightest either. Sadly, we had to leave early unexpectedly, but I will definitely purchase a watch there, once I am back in Japan again.
Konrad S — Google review
Amazing service by Mr. Toshiki Kawai! We are a couple visiting form Canada and was looking for a Seiko/ Grand Seiko watch. We can see Mr. Toshiki Kawai is very passionate about watches! He is very knowledgeable, very attentive and patient. He understood what we were looking for and showed us watches not on display. His service was one of the best service I have received in Tokyo so far. His English is very good, and he explained all the complications of each watch to us in English. When we come back to buy another watch, we will definitely ask for him again!

Hakuhinkan Toy Park is a massive 9-story toy emporium located in Tokyo, offering an extensive range of toys, games, puzzles, model kits, trading card games, and more. The store also features stationary items, souvenirs, and costumes. On the 8th floor is Hakuhinkan Theater which hosts various events and performances. For adults interested in Japan-specific jigsaw puzzles or architectural Lego sets like nanoblocks, this place has it all.
This is one of the most satisfying toy stores we’ve visited! We were so happy to find it—it had everything we were looking for and more. A huge variety of toys, games, and fun items for all ages. The kids were thrilled, and even we enjoyed browsing. A great stop for anyone looking for gifts or just a bit of fun shopping.
Yuval E — Google review
Amazing toy collection! From plushies, to puzzle games. They have literally everything. Our kids age 10, 8, 6 had so much fun. They even raced the toy cars by paying 200 Yen each.
Florence T — Google review
HAKUHINKAN TOY PARK in Tokyo is an absolute gem — perfect place for both kids and adults to spend a few delightful hours. The moment you walk in, you’re immersed in a wonderland of toys: classic, modern, quirky, rare, and everywhere you look there’s something that sparks joy. The store layout is excellent — plenty of space to browse, bright displays, and well organized so you can find sections you love (figurines, games, plushies, retro toys, etc.). Staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable — happy to show you special items or help track down something specific without any pressure. Whether you’re chasing nostalgia, looking for the perfect gift, or just wanting to explore a toy-lover’s paradise, HAKUHINKAN delivers. It’s one of my favorite spots in Tokyo to recharge, discover something new, and just have fun. Highly recommend for families or anyone with a playful spirit!
Rob H — Google review
It's a cool place not only for the young but the old too! The place will bring back childhood memories for the old when they see the toys they played when they were young. Similarly, the young will have a wonderful time here, wanting to get their hands on everything they see! 😆
Jerry T — Google review
It’s shop for both old and young. Anyone can find their own toys: scientific, artistic, mechanical, anime or just fun games or toys. You can spend hours here browsing and playing. There is a Tomica racetrack at 4th floor which is super fun.
A K — Google review
If you’re on a tight schedule but need to pick up some gifts for the kids, this place is an excellent choice. With a wide variety of toys, stationery, and themed merchandise, you can find all the gifts you need in one store.
Belle — Google review
An absolutely incredible toy store! The sheer variety at Hakuhinkan is fantastic, with floors packed with everything you could possibly imagine. It's a true paradise for both kids and adults, and the service from the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start. The team here truly deserves 5 stars for their honesty and helpfulness. In all the excitement, we accidentally left a bag behind and only realised after about 15 minutes. When we rushed back, they had already found it and were keeping it safely for us. We are so incredibly grateful for their integrity!
Ryando A — Google review
A lot of toys for just about every one! Cool toys and those that are to be found only in Japan are here. With the 4 floors of toys, you can practically spend a good 2 hours just going over everything. I heard though that this is one of the more expensive places you can shop so I guess I should've expected that since the store's in Ginza.

This tall and narrow store has achieved legendary status as Japan's best stationery shop. Its bright and modern interior spans 12 floors, each with its own unique theme, offering everything from paper to paint supplies. The store also features various food and relaxation spaces on its upper levels.
What heaven for stationery lovers!! This is the biggest stationery I have ever visited with extensive range of exquisite items spread in 12 floors. This is a total bliss! Their products are stationary, cards, gifts, art and craft supplies etc. Everything is in tidy and clean order. There is a cafe in the building. Everything is artistic with Japanese aesthetic. You must visit the store if you are in Ginza!

I came here to buy a pen as a gift for a friend. There are many different designs here, and there is also a pen engraving service, but it will take 3 days. You can choose to pick it up directly or have it sent to your home. Dedicated and professional service. In addition, the store also has many interesting items to buy as gifts.

This is an amazing stationary store, right next to Tiffany’s. Every floor is a playground for the fancy, and every item on display, or for sale is carefully curated, to match the best of the best. I could almost spend an hour on each floor. It’s just an amazing place!

HEAVEN!!! This is the biggest stationery store in the world with 12 floors. Initially we went to look for a special pen for my brother-in-law. It’s the only time I experienced having a remote translator helping us shop for a pen. How absolutely modern in pre-pandemic 2020! Now that is so normal already. I ended up buying myself a not-too-expensive but oh-so-beautiful gold SAILOR pen. It's a great keepsake of our wonderful time in Japan. I still use it everyday and the smoothness with which it writes and how slim and light it is makes Muji pens feel really inferior. If you love stationery (I loved it since I was a little girl writing my pen pals!), cleverly design stuff, things that you never thought you needed and just beautiful quirky stuff... then you will love this place! I can spend hours here! They also have cafes so you can enjoy some refreshments while resting your feet.

Most organized and diverse collection of crafts, writing utensils, papers, stamps, and stickers. Most of the items are reasonably priced and although it was crowded, I was still able to move freely. The restaurants and cafés inside are good stopping places and there is even an indoor farm. The lady named Coral at the check out counter was extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. There are two elevators and the escalators only go up. Was a altogether wonderful experience.
Trinity A — Google review
The most beautiful and largest stationery store ever. On the first floor, you’ll find Christmas cards, then on the second, greeting cards, writing paper — in short, a paradise for anyone who loves this world.
Giada C — Google review
This place packed with people on every floor. While the stationary selection is vast, you should come early if you like your peace of mind. Long queue to use the lift/elevator. Cheerful staffs willing to help you in every way they can.

There really is a wide variety. All Japanese products are really carefully made and incorporate a lot of ingenuity, and the whole store is like an exhibition. A wide range of budgets are catered to, from reasonable to high-end products. I also enjoy the assortment of products that reflect Japanese culture at each season.

Notable street
Chuo-dori Ave. is a bustling shopping hub in Tokyo, known for its upscale boutiques, department stores, and global brands. On weekends, the street becomes pedestrian-only from noon to 5 p.m., creating a vibrant atmosphere that locals refer to as Hokosha Tengoku or "pedestrian heaven." The area is easily accessible via Ginza Station, Ginza-itchome, or Higashi-Ginza Stations.
We visited during Saturday and the roads are closed for vehicles. Very spacious and a lot of fancy stores and malls located in this area.

Hello from the most luxuries streets in Tokyo . Fashion , food , cafes and hotels .
Abdullah A — Google review
Went here on a public holiday, not very busy with the whole street pedestrians only. There were actually tables and chairs right in the middle of the street for people to rest and enjoy the views. High end stores, nice to window shopping. If you are into shopping I'd say this is the place for you. Might return in the evening to see the lights. Not an unique spot in Tokyo but if you have time, a nice place to see. About kilometre from one end to the other.

However, these are the only days when you can stand in the middle of the street. This is a chance to cross right in the middle, so it is often filled with foreign tourists. UNIQLO is a Japanese clothing brand known for its affordable and fashionable casual wear and accessories for both men and women. The flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo spans 12 floors, offering the largest selection of UNIQLO goods worldwide. Visitors can explore the spacious layout and find helpful staff throughout the store. The top floor even features a unique UNIQLO coffee experience. Additionally, shoppers can enjoy tax-free shopping with their passport. Customers appreciate the high-quality items available at reasonable prices.
Not as big as the main ginza outlet, but still a very wide selection. Has a GU on top too. You can also design your own tshirt here. Good place to get good value clothes

The store is massive, with multiple floors offering everything from basic essentials to special collections and limited-edition collaborations. What I really liked is how organized everything is, despite the size, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Staff are helpful, and tax-free service for tourists is quick and smooth. They also have a good range of sizes and self-checkout machines that make shopping super convenient. Perfect spot for stocking up on quality basics, stylish outerwear, or picking up something unique you won’t find in other branches. Highly recommend dropping by, especially if you’re already exploring the Ginza area.

Several floors of Uniqlo here which even sells flowers and coffee and there's also a separate line of ladies clothing by the name of PLST. You'll be spoilt for choice here with GU also occupying one floor.

Love the 11F with latest and unique T shirts. 12F adds icing to flagship store with awesome sitting area to see the street before as well as Ginza Six shopping mall across.

This branch was way more spacious & easier to navigate than the flagship store a few blocks away. They did recycle old clothes from non-Uniqlo brands - the collection box was at ground floor’s check-out area.

Huge unique store that has many animation collaboration items available for sale.
D K — Google review
HUGE Uniqlo. This is their flagship store so if you care about visiting the flagship, then the selection here is definitely the largest. It is very crowded and the wait times for the trial rooms are more than 30 min at times. We spent almost 2 hours here and didn’t buy anything because it was so overwhelming. I would recommend going to any other location because they are all well stocked and Uniqlo exists in every major neighborhood in Tokyo. There’s a cafe which is cool but there’s also a wait and seats are usually taken.

Large clothing store featuring a large selection of casual, reasonably priced clothes. Store is neat and clean even though it is very busy. Staff is polite and helpful. The number of dressing rooms is not adequate for the number of customers, so there is often a wait to try on anything. Still recommend.

Hamarikyu Gardens is a public park located on the site of a 17th-century Shogun villa, featuring an Edo-period style layout with a pond. Situated along the Sumida River, visitors can enjoy views of Tokyo Skytree from nearby Sumida Park and take a short walk or cruise to Hamarikyu Garden and Odaiba Island. This garden was meticulously designed over time by successive shoguns, drawing seawater from Tokyo Bay.
Great park, right next to the seawater. In fact the ponds inside are full with sea water drawn directly from the bay area. You can enjoy the piece and awesome trees and plans for a nice walk. Don’t miss it out if you enjoy a small escapes from the urban area, I will define it as a green paradise in the middle of sky skyscrapers. Plus you can find some pretty cool stamps on the entrance

One of my favourite gardens in Tokyo, we visited it during a non-busy period of the year. It was delightful. Enjoy your matcha at the tea house facing the pond.

What a splendid place to spend the afternoon! Strolling the grounds, exploring every nook and cranny. I spent a few hours here one spring afternoon after eating a great omakase lunch. This was the perfect place to burn off some extra calories, wandering the paths. It was an equally enjoyable place to enjoy a nice little siesta underneath one of the many trees that provide shade in this beautiful park. If you’re into green spaces, I highly recommend a visit! Can’t wait to come back 🤗
Ben S — Google review
Beautiful traditional gardens that used to be the falcon hunting grounds of the Shogun. Compared to Shinjuku Gardens, Hamariku has more beautiful water features, including bridges and a tea shop over water. There's something to see in every season - plum blossoms in February, cherry blossoms in March, wisteria in April, as well as a season flower garden planted with rotating varieties year round. The garden also hosts seasonal and cultural celebrations. The garden tends to be quiet most days (certainly compared to Shinjuku Gardens). The open picnic areas are recommended for families with kids looking for a place to run around in the grass.

Lovely gardens by the water. You can tell it’s being taken care of and the admission fee is definitely worth paying (300¥ per person). There are many benches you can sit on, paths you can walk on, lovely bridges across ponds and some traditional tea houses offering matcha and sweets🍵 It feels so calm and is the perfect place to escape rushed Tokyo, in Tokyo🧚

Hibiya Park, Japan's oldest Western-style park, is located in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward. Spanning over 161,636.66 square meters, it was originally a military parade ground before transforming into a picturesque urban oasis. Situated near the Imperial Palace and surrounded by bustling districts, the park offers lush gardens, seasonal blooms, and a Japanese garden. Visitors can enjoy flower beds, outdoor music venues, public halls as well as beautifully maintained lawns and ponds.
Peaceful, Stunning and Calm. Was a nice way to get out of the busy city environment and sit down and relax. There’s a rich history about the park itself where you can read about at various signposts scattered around while enjoying the tranquility!

Parque Hibiya is a lush, serene oasis tucked right in the bustling heart of Tokyo. Strolling along the winding paths, I felt completely transported by the vibrant seasonal flowers, from the delicate cherry blossoms blooming in spring to the fiery maples of autumn. The peacefulness of the two large Western-style flower gardens, showcased by colorful tulips and roses, provided perfect spots for quiet reflection. The highlight was resting by the pond with its charming bronze crane fountain, watching graceful wild birds while soaking up the tranquility. Nearby, I caught a lively outdoor concert at the open-air venue, blending nature and culture seamlessly. The 400-year-old ginkgo tree stood tall like a proud guardian of the park’s past, a living testament to resilience.

Kabuki-za is a prestigious theater in Japan known for traditional performing arts, with elaborate sets, costumes, and makeup. The original building was closed for demolition in 2010 and was expected to be resurrected in 2013. The new theater will feature the classic Kabuki stage elements such as a raised platform, revolving stage, and runway extending into the audience. Since its opening in 1889, the theater has been destroyed by fire and rebuilt several times.
Kabuki is a must-see Japanse art performance, which was most valuable for me. I booked the ticket a month in advance, with English Captioning Service, but the theatre was so fascinating to read all the captions, so a quick glance was enough to get a story plot. The performance lasts about four hours with three times intermission that didn't let you get tired of seating. Watching all acts and amazing scene sets not only was exquisite but also breathtaking. The staff were so polite and helpful. I highly recommend it if you are in Tokyo to have a deep cultural experience of Edo period. I would definitely go for it again.
Zainab K — Google review
I absolutely recommend every visitor should reserve a day to enjoy a show in this theater. Theres several options for visitors. You can spend a whole day for 2 or 3 shows or just 90 mins for 1 scene. 1 floor is the best seating area since you can see the actors get in and out from the "side walk path".
Chris H — Google review
The theater itself was so beautiful both outside and inside, even if you're not there for a show I'd recommend visiting if you're in Ginza. The show was great as well. The actors really go full force which made for an entertaining show. The main issue is the seats in the theater. If you are a taller or bigger person, you're going to have a hard time sitting without a little leg pain. I'm only 5'7 and my knees were basically touching the chair in front of me. I had a friend who is 6' and they could not sit comfortably no matter how the oriented themselves.
Ryan S — Google review
Kabuki-za Theatre in Tokyo is a must-visit for anyone interested in traditional Japanese performing arts. Tickets are easy to get on the day, but it’s best to book online in advance, especially for popular shows. Performances change monthly, offering fresh stories and styles throughout the year. Be aware - photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the show, and staff are vigilant. But that only adds to the immersive atmosphere. Overall, it’s an amazing experience that brings Japan’s rich culture and history to life on stage. Highly recommended for first-time visitors and returning fans alike.
Annie S — Google review
I wasn't entirely sure what to expect...we bought really reasonably-priced tickets for a single morning dance performance at the Kabuki theater. It started off a bit slow and ceremonial but built into something that I'll never forget. The dancing, singing, and music were off the charts interesting, fun, and very high quality. I love that we didn't have to commit to a long/expensive show with our limited time so this was perfect!
Jeff H — Google review
We arrived at the show expecting a serious affair, but were pleasantly surprised by its playful, even comedic tone. Even as native Japanese speakers, some of the dialogue was very difficult to understand. We highly recommend renting the subtitle tablets for a full, immersive, and enjoyable experience.

A great way to experience a traditional Japanese art form for a really good price. I got a one-act ticket (which I would highly recommend, the seats are a bit far but you can still see well) in the evening for only ¥1500. If you don’t know Japanese that well, I’d recommend getting one of the captioning devices as there are a lot of scenes with extended dialogue, but there are also plenty of action scenes as well. Definitely a one-of-a kind experience, though. If you’re planning an evening of shopping in Ginza you wouldn’t want to miss this.

Japanized western restaurant
Restaurant
Shiseido Parlour, operated by the renowned cosmetics company Shiseido, is a historic cafe and restaurant with over 100 years of legacy. Initially known as Soda Fountain, it was an innovative concept offering ice cream and carbonated water. The first floor houses a shop selling delightful confections like camellia biscuits and cheesecakes. On the fourth floor, guests can savor Japanese-style 'Western' cuisine such as omu-rice and croquettes.
I've been here multiple times and finally decided to leave a review. Most recently, I was here for lunch. We ordered a lunch set menu that was excellent value - for approximately ¥5,000, you get a soup of the day, croquette, fish, hayashi rice, and dessert. Their cold consomme is so delicious and unique that I ordered it a la carte on top of my lunch set. Croquette always perfectly crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. Excellent flavor. A bunch of reviewers have expressed disappointment over their omurice - I agree that it's not the best. However, Shiseido Parlour's hayashi rice and curry rice are where it's really at. They whip up a perfect demi-glace sauce base that's an umami bomb. So good. Reservations are highly recommended, even on weekdays. It's a popular spot and you'd be faced with a long wait and potential disappointment if you just walk in. Decor is definitely not to everybody's taste. Dated? No, the place feels newly renovated. You just have to accept that it's a shoujo palace targeting Japanese aunties (should be obvious from their website copy LOL.) Every time we've been there, the place was always packed with housewives and old ladies having a great time. We love it.

This cafe is definitely worth the visit albeit the higher pricing as the dessert and atmosphere are really good. The cafe itself is really beautiful and there is 2 floor in total with the 1st floor selling beautiful cakes and biscuits and the 2nd floor cafe. The most delicious dessert here is definitely their Strawberry Parfait and it's definitely worth the price tag as it's really delicious. Do visit their toilet here in the cafe as its very advance!!

Arrived a weekday 12.30. The earliest time available was 14.00, so we booked and went to the café one stair below while waiting. The interior was in gold/beige and looked a bit outdated. Service charge of 10%. I enjoyed my omelet that was filled with chicken and rice and served with creamy tomato sauce. It was generally soft and creamy. The beef curry was seasoned very differently than Golden Curry I'm used to - it had more sharper seasoning. Generally pleasant, but none of the dishes were super remarkable.

The name may make u think this is a beauty salon, but it actually isn't. This place has history and oozing old-world charm. Customers are mostly locals and are mostly elderly. For many of them, this place probably brings back fond memories of their younger days. You can just walk in. They prefer you booked ahead, but come here early, say before noon (they open at 11:30am), you'll most likely get a seat and have lunch. This review refers to the restaurant on the 4th floor. That's where the old-world charm is at its best. Waiters are very well trained and refined like a 5 star restaurant. Food is middle to slightly high price. Their curries are legendary, so we tried them. It didn't disappoint, rich in flavor but medium to mild, meat are so tender, comes with rice and condiments. Also, this is one of the very few places in Japan, where we actually had our bills at the table, not at the cashier as most do. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When it's about 12:30pm, already a long queue was forming, it goes to show how popular this place really is.

Cafe Paulista, located in Ginza and established in 1911, is renowned as the birthplace of all kissaten in Japan. This historic venue offers a variety of house-blend coffees, along with delectable pancakes and desserts. A popular choice is the cafe florestal, made from premium organic coffee beans from Sao Paulo, known for their slight sweetness. The cafe has strong ties to Brazil, reflected not only in its name but also through its establishment.
Excellent service. Popular. Traditional coffee shop. Table service. Staff are polite and friendly. Prices reasonable. Comfortable environment. When we left the coffee shop, unknown to me I had dropped a JPY50 yen coin on the sofa...... the staff member ran after us down the road to give me back the coin. I was amazed at the level of service as that would not happen anywhere else in the world!

Came here with my American friend for a late lunch. Wonderful sandwiches (extremely soft bread) and fantastic coffee, but needs a bit more work on helping people with food restrictions. Thankfully my friend was flexible, but many of the dishes contained meat despite it not being highlighted in the menu (but in small print). The staff could be a bit more understanding and trained especially given the location. Crowd Size: Very High Payment Method: Credit Card

*** BackGround I always wanted to visit this Cafe for a long time due to the history and legacy. Cafe Paulista open since the year 1911 is the oldest Coffee Cafe in Tokyo . This Cafe is on the Ground and 1st floor on the main street of Ginza, a few steps away from Mont Blanc and Shiseido Ginza building. Ginza is the most famous and most prestigious district in Tokyo and the world. They are partly responsible for the Japanese coffee that we know of today. Try to order their Japanese black coffee if you should visit the Cafe. Prices is affordable at 850 yen for a cup of coffee. *** What I Ordered (picture attached) I ordered the Florestal black coffee. Its light, fragrant, smooth, with a tiny hint of floral acidity. The best Japanese coffee I have ever tried. Food choices includes breakfast set, light food, sandwiches, deserts and salads. See picture of their daily selection of cakes and deserts *** Good - Desert is really good - Coffee is smooth and good - Staff is very attentive, and super quick. I understand some customers may be overwhelmed by the "speed" of the staff, and some reviewers complain they give the impression of "trying to force you to order". I believe they are just good at doing their job. *** Bad - A lot of bad tourist. The cafe need to put a big warning sign that says "you need to order something". This is understandable as this is a cafe not a tourist place where you visit, take picture, then leave. - A lot of bad tourist. The said tourist will take picture of other people in Cafe, and causing a lot of disturbance - A lot of bad tourist. Some tourist will order 1 cup of coffee, for like 10 people. Ya the cafe did put up a sign on this as well. *** Conclusion - This is an example of "bad tourist" plaguing Japan. I respect and admire the Cafe staff to cope with this. By the way I did ask permission prior to taking picture, and please do that. - This is really a nice place. I will definitely visit again.

A great place to visit if you’re in the area and want some coffee and a sweet. I went a bit late so most of the sweets were sold out, so I opted for an iced coffee. It was really good. There is a plethora of sweets to pick from, with pancakes, sandwiches, and other options for food. The space is nice and I recommend checking out the second floor. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. Prices were standard for Ginza.

Very easy to be found in the Main Street of Ginza. It is located in a historic building and we enjoy the European-Japanese vibes. The food was good compared to the other western breakfast in Japan. But it wouldn’t impress me if we compared it to an iconic Melbourne-style breakfast.

Atmosphere is not so great. The chairs are not very comfortable. No fruit tea at all. The chamomile was tasty. The cocoa is tasty too. The cakes are not so good. Waiting time to get something was rather long.

Department store
Matsuya Ginza is a renowned department store in Tokyo, offering a wide range of fashion brands from both Japan and abroad. It houses famous Japanese labels like Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, and Comme des Garcons alongside international names such as Prada, Fendi, and Stella McCartney. The seventh floor is dedicated to traditional Japanese souvenirs. Additionally, the B1 level features a popular food court where visitors can enjoy lunch or grab snacks to go.
I had great experience shopping here. There's a lot of famous brands here from cosmetics and skincares, household item, clothing, shoes, sands designer brands. For tourist you can claim your tax refund at level 3, tax refund will be made in cash though, so just be aware of that.
Syaza — Google review
This location is a well-known meeting point for tourist buses traveling from Ginza to other parts of Japan. If you book an online tour package, it is most likely that this will be your designated meeting point. One important thing to note is that, despite the various tour booking platforms, the tours are often managed by the same agency. As a result, you may find yourself grouped with tourists from other tour packages.
Tanzim K — Google review
If you’re looking for Japanese brands — especially those made in Japan — this shopping center is a must-visit. The selection is huge, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely fantastic. Plus, you can enjoy tax-free shopping right in the store. Highly recommended for fashion lovers!

Matsuya Ginza is a major department store located on the main shopping street in Ginza. It features eight floors above ground, a rooftop terrace, and two basement levels dedicated to food. The store offers a wide range of products, including cosmetics, clothing, and shoes for women, men, and children, as well as jewelry and more. Most items are from well-known Japanese and international brands. It's a great destination for those who love to shop …

I lost my cashmere gloves while traveling and I was so happy to find beautiful TOUCH SCREEN GLOVES in pure cashmere here at a really good price. Another lovely place to shop in Tokyo. Be sure to ask what's the minimum so you can get tax free!

Very nice department store. My recommendation is to go downstairs to the grocery section. There is one floor for grocery store and another for take away ready foods. Very nice selection of Japanese as well as other Asian foods. Also some western foods.

I could easily spend a few weeks in the food court.

Nice department store if you like shopping. But if you're a foodie, then please go to the basement floor for a sensory overload 😍😋 there's a rooftop terrace where you can consume & enjoy your food in a more quiet setting.

This restaurant is a popular spot for budget-minded diners looking for simple and affordable meals. The food here is generally well-constructed, and the server/cook has brilliant skills. While note there may be some variation in quality between branches, this place is an overall solid choice for Japanese cuisine.
The service was great. You ordered at the machine and wait till you see your number displayed as "ready" on the screen to come pick up the food. Really easy and convenient even without Japanese.

A very good Gyudon Restaurant Franchise. I really liked the Gyudon here.
SirRu248 — Google review
Quick and filling lunch place, if you are looking for a simple stop for some beef with rice. Tables mainly for 1, at most 2 people. Not children friendly. Order at kiosk, receive ticket, collect food and sit at table - simple semi-self serving concept quite popular in Japan. Meals include vegetable side and has many options for add ins. Food tasted okay, good portions.

A perfectly-serviceable place for a filling meal; it won’t break the bank, and the food is filling and hearty too!

The Ginza Graphic Gallery is a contemporary space that showcases Japanese design works and offers exhibitions on the history of print art. Although not a museum, it's an excellent starting point for those interested in graphic design and typography. Run by Dai Nippon Printing, the gallery features two floors of curated thematic exhibitions and a library with free access to books about graphic design. Visitors can explore the gallery in just 10-20 minutes, making it convenient for those on shopping or business trips in Ginza.
gggggggggggggggggreat Ginza Gallery goodness! Yes, there are G's. Totally sweet graphic arts awards show, so I went here not once, but twice. And it was free, so that's good. The first floor and basement floor were the places to be for design amazingness, and there's a little library + theater space up on the 3rd floor that you can hang out in. The bathrooms are also clean and pretty sweet actually. I only went in the men's room though. No telling what awaits in the ladies' room. FIVE STARSS for ggggggggggggggg. Oh I think there's an affiliated gift shop or somesuch around the corner, but there wasn't really anything in there, so probably worth skipping, at least at the time of writing. Maybe stuff will appear there at a later date.

Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for an indoor activity that will inspire you! The space was filled with a wide variety of beautiful designs. As a graphic designer I felt inspired leaving here. This is a great spot to visit!

The MUJI Ginza Flagship Store is a haven for fans of minimalist Japanese design and lifestyle. This global flagship store in Ginza offers a complete MUJI experience, spanning five floors with an array of products including stationery, apparel, furniture, kitchenware, and home accessories. Visitors can also enjoy two restaurants, a bakery, a bar, and two galleries within the store. Additionally, there's a fresh food section offering bento boxes, custom tea blending services, and a juice bar.
Probably my favorite store in Ginza because it feels so homey, warm, and such a good relaxing vibe even if the store crowded especially in the weekend. Anyway, this is where I get most stock for snacks, ready made food, and kitchen needs. Theirs are very practical and unfussy. The sales on clothing are usually good value. The service is totally efficient.

Amazing store ! We also ate lunch on the top floor where the hotel is. Delicious lunch set and well priced . There is also a bottom floor cafe which is even cheaper. The selection of items is amazing ; food, skin, travel, stationary , clothing. Be sure to bring your passport to get tax free pricing .

Insane selection 😩👏🏼👏🏼 Walls and walls of groceries, snacks, produce, gadgets, travel gear, etc. you name it. This branch is massive and even has an eatery at the top floor. I love the selection here and I wish I could pack the whole store into my suitcase.

I have been to many big MUJIs before but this Flagship store really is something else. The effort that they have put in to present everything nicely has impressed me a lot. Plus there are products that are only available for purchase at this store. Reserve at least 2 hours here if you also fancy high quality Japanese home goods like me.
Kero C — Google review
They have great selection of quality items ranging from notebooks, pens to mugs and small bags I visited the cafe to rest from a long walk around Tokyo and Ginza. Coffee was reasonably priced and bought mixed nuts on the side. Very good atmosphere, I would comeback if I am in Ginza area again

Muji Flagship in Ginza is a must for Muji fans. It offers variety of clothing, stationery , furnitures, home goods for every types of customers. A bakery with freshly bake goods for mid day munch , you can also have a sit down meal at their cafe in basement. Prepare to spend couple hours in order to check all things out in this mega shop.
Sharon L — Google review
A must-visit for Muji fans. Very large store with a cafe/restaurant in the basement, bread and coffee on the 1st floor, and a fancier coffee 'salon' near the top floor. There's clothing, travel stuff, kitchen, bath, and furniture... as well as what looks like a performing space and a gallery. Because of its size, it has more than many of the other locations in Tokyo.
Grant M — Google review
This Muji store is huge and really impressive. Inside, there’s a bakery and a food section with lots of delicious-looking items—but unfortunately, you’re not allowed to eat inside the store. Level 2 is dedicated to women’s clothing, and I actually bought a few items here. Prices are about 20% cheaper compared to Malaysia, which makes it a great place to shop. On top of that, foreigners can enjoy a 10% tax-free benefit—you just need to go up to Level 4 to process it at the tax-free counter. Overall, it’s a great shopping experience if you love Muji. Just remember to bring your passport for the tax refund!

Yamano Music Ginza main shop is a 7-floor paradise for music enthusiasts, offering an extensive range of CDs, DVDs, musical instruments, sheet music and even music classes. The store boasts a vast selection of top-quality instruments such as pianos, guitars, violins, saxophones and flutes. What's more, the English and Chinese-speaking staff ensure that language is no barrier to finding the perfect musical gear or resources.
We were on a wild goose chase over tokyo to find a Muramatsu flute. Our last chance was at Yamano Music as it was near our hotel and we only managed to arrive 10 minutes before closing. It must be our lucky day as they had one DS flute of the exact specifications we wanted (we needed two but now we have at least one) for our children. The staff was really nice and everyone was full of smiles despite it was past closing time and we were also very apologetic - we did not expect them to have stock since Muramatsu told us the waitlist is 2 years! So thankful for the staff and we are sure to be back again!
Sherman W — Google review
If you’re a musician, Yamano Music in Ginza is definitely worth a visit. I came specifically looking for a Vandoren ebonite mouthpiece and some reeds, and was glad to find a few options available. While I expected the saxophone floor to be a bit larger, it was still interesting to browse and explore the selection. A solid stop for any woodwind player passing through Tokyo 🎷

Found the Seiko Metronome Watch Here I came here looking for the Seiko Metronome watch, which I assumed the flagship Seiko Dream Store would carry. Luckily, someone guided me to this place (inside the music school, just a short walk away). They had a wide range of choices in colors and models. Staff were very helpful and showed the usual Japanese politeness. Great experience overall!

Great music store. I bought some guitar strings (hoped to find some for my bass, but they didn’t have the ones I use) then went to a different floor and picked up some sheet music as well as a magazine. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitley be back next time I’m in Japan. My only regret is not buying more…
Odin S — Google review
The store is beautiful. They have an excellent flute collection, including used flutes, and they allowed me to try several flutes in a testing room, with no pressure. They had Miyazawa, Powell, Yamaha, a few others, but no Muramatsu. Very helpful staff. They had some good deals on Ibanez guitars as well, though their guitar selection was somewhat limited. Bring your translator app if you speak English.
Moigle1 — Google review
Very well stocked guitar department, wide range of Taylor instruments… unfortunately didn’t have the Jim Dunlop 2mm “Big Stubby” plectrums I was looking for… I’m sure they could order in, but I was just passing through. Very interesting shop with multiple floors dedicated to various categories, woodwind, strings etc.
Hazzard G — Google review
Bösendorfer is an Austrian piano. There are also 97-key full 8-octave keyboards with 4 to 9 pairs of strings under the 88 keys, with the lowest note being a major sixth C lower than usual. This keyboard is an extended bass. The soundboard of the strings expands, the number of strings that resonate increases, and the sound in the mid-low range becomes richer. It's not a keyboard to play, but a keyboard to make it resonate. The thickness of the core of the fundamental tone, the slow decay to maintain the "resonance", the depth of the bass, and the tone that is maintained make it an excellent match with the strings, making it switch to the perfect from chamber room to symphony hall.

It is nice to see that Barneys New York still exists in Tokyo after being got rid of in the States, but this store is honestly very average and nowhere near as good as Barneys in America once was. The selection of items in this store is very limited and the brands selection is very limited too. Other than Rochas, Maison Margiela, Victoria Beckham, Dries Van Noten, Jil Sander, Manolo Blahnik and Pacco Rabanne, there aren't any other high end brands here anymore. Most of the items being sold are Barneys New York and not much else. There aren't even any cosmetics, fragrance and skincare being sold here, unfortunately... The store is reasonably pretty though and it is easy to walk around and locate things. There are also some nice restaurants upstairs that you have to book. It isn't a very large store, though.

Haibara is a renowned destination for traditional handprinted woodblock designs on paper products, particularly its exquisite washi paper. The store offers a wide range of items such as delicate envelopes, folding fans, postcards, and storage boxes made from washi paper. These products have been favored by members of the imperial family and are highly regarded for their quality and artistry.
One of the highlights of Tokyo for me. Beautiful building, with a distinct vibe to it. The inside is extremely elegant, with varied goods on display. Washi, woodcuts, postcards, and all the paper you could ever want, from fabric-like cards to large sheets, thick and thin. They also have beautiful and unique fabric prints applied to notebooks, pouches, bags, and pencil cases. The whole thing has a bit of a reverential feel. If your deities are paper and fabric, this is your place of worship. A word of warning: despite being a stationery store, you won't find pens, pencils, and so on here. They're all about that paper and fabric.

Top quality traditional washi(=Japanese plant-based paper ) and other products using washi are sold in this little shop. Real washi is very durable suited for origami crafts, book covers, paper dolls and letter pads. It is a shame they had relocated due to land development around Nihonbashi and their new shop is considerabley smaller in size. Still, if you are a Japanese arts and crafts buff or the lover of collecting sheets of beautiful paper, this is the place to visit.

Louis Vuitton - Dover Street Market Ginza is a luxury brand known for its iconic monogrammed handbags and luggage. The reopening of its flagship store in Ginza was a highly anticipated event, drawing fashion trendsetters to see the stunning iridescent tower designed by Jun Aoki & Associates. The seven-storey building features an undulating exterior that mimics the reflective properties of water, with ripple-like effects continuing inside.
I went to LV shops here with my husband. Purposely I want to look for a man pouch and they did have the pouch that I want it for my husband. The staff service was superb. The ambience of the store was perfect. Men collections is in 4th floor meanwhile 7th floor is the cafe.

I visited the Louis Vuitton store at Dover Street at around 6pm today and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from a sales associate named Yasuhito. Lack of Assistance: There was no recommendations or guidance. Rude and Passive: Mr. Yasuhito's demeanor was rude and passive-aggressive. He appeared disinterested in my inquiries and offered minimal assistance. Inconsiderate Behavior: He abruptly left the sales floor without informing us, leaving my husband and I waiting. Upon his return, he simply found a random spot for us to view the bags. Lack of Courtesy: Despite seeing us carrying multiple shopping bags, he did not offer us a seat, even though there were empty ones available. To think we made a purchase and his attitude did not improve at all. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me with a negative impression of the Louis Vuitton brand in Japan. I expect more from a luxury retailer.

Shopping mall
Shopping
COREDO Muromachi 1 is a unique shopping complex located in the Nihonbashi area, which was once a center of business and culture during the Edo period. The complex consists of three buildings, each offering its own distinct charm. Building 1 houses both well-established and newer stores, while Building 2 features a cinema complex and numerous restaurants. Building 3 offers high-end lifestyle stores.
Though it originally opened in 2010, the COREDO Muromachi shopping, dinning, and entertainment complex centered in the historic Nihonbashi district still feels shiny and new. Here you’ll find lots of traditional Japanese shops selling every little thing you can imagine, from stylish knickknacks to lovely kimono, and elegant lacquerware. You’ll also find lots of different foods, from standing counters to stylish sit-down restaurants. Themed to convey its historic roots as one of Tokyo’s original commercial hubs, this is a fun place to just hang out, eat, and shop, especially on weekends. During the week, especially during the long, hot, and humid Tokyo summers, you can usually find an interesting themed event or entertainment program here. In years past, the summer NIGHT AQUARIUM and special GEISHA PERFORMANCES have been big hits, drawing large crowds even on weekdays. Thought spacious overall, as the individual spaces are usually on the somewhat smallish side, events can get very crowded very quickly here. If you’re in a hurry to have an experience here and then move onto the next things, then this isn’t a good place for you. If you’ve got plenty of time to just chill and go with the flow and enjoy whatever comes your way then you’ll more likely to have a good time here.

Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. is a historic department store in Nihonbashi, offering multiple floors of fashion, accessories, and dining options. The flagship store features early 20th-century embellishments and iconic gilt elevators operated by white-gloved attendants. The main building is designated as an important cultural property and houses the world's largest selection of timepieces at Watch Maison.
We had our lunch at Torisho Hashiguchi Nihonbashi Takashimaya, basement 1. A very small stall with limited seating. Wanted to try other food at the upper levels but all long queues so we settled down with this since it’s more of a quick service dining. The soup broth is good. Noodles are springy and QQ but it was a lot for me and my younger son to finish. Menu is limited. If they could have more side orders, it would be great! Parents with stroller can also dine here as you can leave your stroller outside (very convenient since it’s a small stall).

We visited this Takashimaya that has a retro vibe. The sakura trees next to the building were in full bloom. The architecture is classic and we were amazed to see the lifts with a lift operator turning the control lever to move the lift. The shopping experience here is one of luxury. The staff were helpful.

Superb mall in Tokyo! Clean and well maintained. Elevators are manned by very courteous service staff. Very pleasant experience here! Kids and stroller friendly. 👍🏻

Fantastic mix of old and new. We shopped here for some food in the basement and children's clothing. The sushi shop (can't recall its name but it's right in the corner) was superb for the price

It was quite a fancy mall with a real variety of items. In fact, an ideal place if you're looking to buy some gifts. The food options within the mall are quite good. You can even buy some takeaway on the first floor. Lots of bakery around too. Expect it to be a bit busy during peak hours, it seems like a common place for tourists to visit and is also really accessible via the trains.

Love the Basement food hall that offers a wide variety of food options. After taking away a good spread of food, we went to level 8 Rooftop for Al fresco dining. It was autumn and the weather was nice and comfy for a nice meal. The dumplings, beef and croquettes were good. It was an enjoyable meal.

The lady who processed our tax refund was excellent at the tax refund counter on the 2nd floor of the main building – efficient and professional. Unfortunately, while she assisted us, a male helper behind her (name tag included the character “海”) who was packing our items gave us an openly derisive look and appeared to mock us when he saw that part of our purchases to take home were fresh produce. We were perplexed - each of us can check in three 32kg pieces of large luggage, so of course we’ll buy whatever we wish, including fresh items. I don’t understand why customers spending at Takashimaya deserve to be ridiculed by its store staff. This individual clearly needs retraining and falls far short of the service standard Takashimaya is known for.
Julie T — Google review
Worth a visit just to experience one of the few remaining Department Stores with elevator ladies taking customers up and down the floors and politely and humbly telling you what you need to know. Traditional, but fast dissapearing Japanese service at its best.

Tokyo Station is situated in the old downtown area of the city, known as Shitamachi, which dates back to the 17th century. It is home to the Imperial Palace, Marunouchi business district, and upscale Ginza shopping and entertainment area. The neighborhood offers a more serene atmosphere compared to other trendy districts like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The station serves as a primary entry point for travelers arriving via Shinkansen or Narita Express.
Outstanding connectivity, excellent maintenance, and seamless access to nearly every part of Japan. The signage system is the best, you’ll find helpful signs at every step, making navigation incredibly easy. My return flight was from Narita Airport, which is quite a distance from Haneda Airport. I took the Narita Express from Tokyo Station. It was super convenient and dropped me directly at Narita Airport Station, which is connected to the terminals. The frequency is good, and it’s one of the best options compared to taking a taxi or a bus.

By far the most intricate and very well designed section of the Tokyo Metropolitan area. This building was very popular with crowds and still offered many great locations for shopping and dinning. The bustle of the building was very quick but the directions were almost always in English. This is a must see in Tokyo!
Kyle M — Google review
Tokyo Station is more than just a transportation hub—it is a historical and architectural landmark that represents the heart of Tokyo’s rail network. Conveniently located in the Marunouchi district, this station serves as a central gateway to the rest of Japan, connecting local JR lines, subways, and the Shinkansen (bullet trains) to major cities across the country. One of the most striking aspects of Tokyo Station is its beautifully restored red-brick Marunouchi building, originally opened in 1914. The Renaissance-style architecture stands in charming contrast to the ultra-modern skyline that surrounds it. Inside, the design pays homage to its history while incorporating modern amenities and world-class efficiency. Beyond transportation, Tokyo Station is a destination in itself. The underground shopping complex—Gransta and Tokyo Character Street—offers everything from gourmet bentos and local delicacies to exclusive souvenirs and character goods. Whether you’re a traveler or commuter, the station delivers a seamless experience with clear signage in English and other languages, clean facilities, and exceptional service. Tokyo Station also provides direct access to important business and cultural districts, including the Imperial Palace, Marunouchi’s upscale offices and boutiques, and nearby Nihonbashi. Its connectivity and location make it an ideal base for both tourists and professionals. Despite the hustle and complexity, the station is surprisingly navigable once familiarized, thanks to its efficient layout and helpful staff. It’s advisable to allow extra time during your first visit, especially if you’re catching a Shinkansen or transferring between platforms. In summary, Tokyo Station is not only an architectural gem but also a marvel of Japanese engineering and organization. It exemplifies Japan’s attention to detail, respect for history, and commitment to quality service—making it a must-experience landmark in the capital.
Tan P — Google review
Tokyo Station seamlessly blends historic charm with modern efficiency. Its grand red-brick Marunouchi facade dates back to 1914 and was meticulously restored in 2012, complete with elegant domes and neo-Baroque details—including eagle and zodiac sculptures. It’s a must-see landmark in the heart of Tokyo.

5 stars for the station, 3 stars for user errors! First-time visitors—use Google Maps! The Metro and Train stations are stacked, and it can be daunting for newcomers. After one night (and three hours getting lost solo), one day facing my travel traumas, and another day making only minor mistakes—I finally feel confident I won’t get lost again. It’s very complex for foreigners, yet incredibly organized and impressive. Pro tip: No talking on any rail system. It’s part of their culture to respect communal spaces—even if you’re shoulder to shoulder with five strangers during rush hour. A must-experience—unless tight spaces and touching strangers aren’t your thing.
Sarah S — Google review
Crowded station confusing for foreigners, but the best to board a speedtrain (shinkanzen) or to go to Narita. For shinkanzen or bus to Narita ask the taxi to go to Yaesu side. For Narita express train you have to go to the opposite Marinouchi side! Be at the station well in advance. Speedtrains to various destinations depart every 10-15 min, do not bother with seat reservation. Nozomi cars 1-2 are not reserved, 1-6 Hikari, Kodama. You can board Nozomi with railpass (no check onboard). Every car has luggage space for large suitcases behind the first/last seat row. There are small waiting rooms with AC and small shops on the platforms. Buses to Narita depart from the Yeasu side bus station stand No 7 every 10 min (1500 JPY). Tickets are not sold in advance, same day tickets only. At nearby counter booth you can pay in cash or card. To buy ticket on the bus you need IC Suica! For Narita express train it is best to buy in advance (reserved seat needed) at a machine assisted by staff, as it is tricky for foreigners (as online). The machines for Narita train tickets are placed on both sides of the station. Crossing from one side of the station to the other is a long walk (10 min) in crowd, so arrive at the suitable side.
Jiri K — Google review
Tokyo Station is one of the busiest places I’ve ever been, but somehow it all runs like a well-oiled machine. It’s a perfect example of controlled chaos — thousands of people moving through the space, yet everything is clean, organized, and remarkably efficient. I was honestly overwhelmed at first, but once I took a breath and followed the signs, it all started to make sense. The amount of food available inside is almost ridiculous (in the best way). PLENTY of options, which is on I believe the East? side of the station. Along with a row of giftshops, I forgot what they called it, but you can't miss it. From quick snacks to full meals, you could easily get lost in the station’s many underground food halls and still not try everything. There’s a lot to explore, so arriving early is a smart move, especially if you're unfamiliar with the layout. It gives you time to find your platform, maybe grab a bite, and even store your bags. Speaking of which, the locker system is amazing — easy to use and super convenient if you’re carrying luggage or shopping bags. I had a Shinkansen to catch, and the reserved seats were a lifesaver. I used a kiosk to print my ticket, which saved time and stress. Despite the crowds, Tokyo Station delivers a smooth, well-managed experience. It’s intense, but it works.

Aydin P — Google review
We ventured inside out of curiosity. A couple floors were dedicated to Sony and showcased all of their Japanese and export products with demo pieces. Very enlightening. Another floor had a few concept cars on display that were just amazing to see in person. How on earth did they get these up to the upper floors? Only one of the cafes was open in the late morning. We sat and had a very expensive drip coffee on the patio overlooking the busy intersection below. Great view! The best part was the bathrooms on the Sony export floor. One stop in there and you’ll not want to leave.

The shop inside this mall discriminates against foreigners. At the 4th Nagano Market, when issuing reservation tickets, they don’t accept lowercase letters—if your passport says “JOHN,” you must write “JOHN” and not “John,” which is completely ridiculous. Don Quijote Ginza Honkan is a popular discount store chain in Japan, offering a wide range of products from groceries and toys to electronics and high-end fashion items. The store is known for its extensive selection, including everyday goods, souvenirs, and even pre-loved luxury items. While the store may appear a bit crowded and some shelves might be empty at times due to high demand, it's still a must-visit destination for both locals and travelers.
A Don Quijote store that is a little on the smaller side but still with a good selection of food, trinkets/souvenirs and skincare to take back home. Convenient location and very long opening hours means that it's one of the best places to shop for souvenirs
Anonymous — Google review
I recently made a large tax-free purchase at this Don Quijote store and forgot to use a valid discount coupon during checkout. I returned shortly after with my receipt, passport, unopened items, and the coupon — hoping to either apply the discount retroactively or refund and repurchase using the coupon properly. To my surprise, the staff not only refused to accommodate the request, but their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the interaction. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just a basic level of customer support and understanding — especially from a store that markets heavily to tourists. I’ve shopped at Donki many times and generally enjoy the variety and prices, but this experience has left a very negative impression. A simple, reasonable request turned into an unnecessarily frustrating situation. I hope management reconsiders how they handle these situations, especially when the solution is straightforward and the customer is polite and cooperative.

Another branch of DONKI, located in the convenient Ginza area. This store is open 24 hours, so you can drop by and shop anytime. They offer a tax-free service, allowing you to purchase goods without consumption tax. Just remember to bring your passport and avoid opening the bag until you leave Japan—while no one usually checks, it could cause trouble if an officer asks to see your items and finds the bag opened.
Nattapong M — Google review
Don Quijote Ginza Honkan, located next to the main Ginza shopping street, is a large two-floor store full of a variety of low-cost products. It is part of a major discount chain in Japan. Tax-free services are available on the second-floor cashiers. You can find almost everything here! :-)

Busy as all Donki’s but it was super expedite on the Tax-Free checkout and friendly. Bonus for the pharmacist, who was strolling around with his translator to help me find some medicine. Very proactive!

Another busy store but is open 24x7. I noticed that their prices vary from store to store. You have to know your prices. They have tax free shopping. You can get an extra 5% off with a coupon for the day of shopping. Make sure you present it before you pay.
Melanie E — Google review
I wanted to like this location, but I much prefer the one in Shinjuku due to its superior customer service. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. When I asked for help finding a specific cream they carry, I was ignored by two staff members. Despite politely saying “excuse me” and even waving to get their attention, they walked past me several times without acknowledging me. In the end, I had to seek assistance from someone from another section, who was kind enough to help and provide information about the product. Overall, this store lacks good customer service and has a more limited inventory. I wouldn’t recommend it for tax-free shopping. If you’re looking for a better experience and wider selection, I suggest visiting the Shinjuku location instead. Sadly, the interaction with the two staff members on the second floor made me feel quite unwelcome. Never coming back.

This store was actually a little difficult to find. The pictures in other reviews look like there is a major storefront. The store is actually located on the second level of a mall area called NishiGinza. There are not really signs for the store. Until you walk into the mall and you will see an arrow pointing to the 2nd floor. There is no actual storefront with glass doors that seem to show up in some of the pictures on the reviews. Instead, it's a general open area at the top of the escalator. It is a large area with Lots of products. To be honest, I was disappointed.
David R — Google review
The store has 2 floors, but most of the stuff I saw can be found at other shops or online. It is not that big of a store and only the really popular characters have merchandise. I was hoping to find sugar bunnies, Mimmy, and Chococat. They have a cool lottery thing you can do at the register if you want to buy a random big item.
Sarah R — Google review
If you are a Sanrio fan this is the store to visit. It spans over 2 floors and the range of merchandise is huge. Lots of photo ops with cute statues everywhere too. Note that you have to pay on each level so I would recommend looking through upstairs first as it has the larger range.

love coming here for sushiro and other staples like good coffee/matcha and 3 coins, etc. people don’t know how to walk…other than that, it’s such a lovely place!! just be prepared in the summer months especially for lots of confused tourists!

Very good drip coffee and Cocoa. The cheese Toast and Egg Toast Sandwich were tasty. The bread is as this as Texas Toast (thick). The Cafe is quaint with small tables. Service was decent. Overall good experience. Our total was $18 USD. Which is very affordable.

Lots of interesting stores. Many food shops offering a wide range of styles. Lego, ghibli, tomico, and other shops you won't find in the U.S.A. Somewhat difficult to navigate. Google maps does a fair to middlin' job tho. There are no benches. Some leaning benches are available in quieter areas. A starbucks is here. Good luck.

Reasonable place, mostly locals come after work. The East exit will be lock after 11pm so beware. Its a long corridor with all shops closed, if you have to turnaround.

Huge underground shopping mall with a lot of shops and bars unfortunately not too many storage lockers . The mall is very convenient if it is hot outside or raining

One of my favourite malls in Tokyo - its huge but has a lot of signs and information services to help you! So many shops from anime, food, clothes, cheap, luxury and services! Multiple smoking areas and lots of bathrooms. Ozz On is my favourite store!

There are various shops and restaurants, and it is conveniently connected to Tokyo Station via the underground.

There are several shopping complexs blended together and there must be 6-800 shops and restaurants there. We ate several meals for $10 per person. Note most do not take cards so have yen in hand, there are ATMs throughout. Very busy at times and you can go right into Tokyo train station for transport.

日本で最低の買い物経験でした。接客サービスを見直した方が良いかもしれません。どんなお客様でも、マナーが1位。二度と行かないお店です。After almost 4 years of living and working in Japan, is the first time I had such rude shopping experience. After work, I just wanted to buy my usual Dior foundation without applying for point card or try other cosmetics (I know what I want to buy and I don’t like to be trapped with force selling conversation) . After paying with credit card the - not at all cheap - foundation (6500yen) the girl of the shop just disappeared. Leaving me alone at the customer corner chair, without even giving me a shopping bag to place what I bought or tell me thank you. I putted in my bag the bought foundation and left the shop with nobody saying me nothing. Even if you buy a bubble gum in combini they give you a plastic shopping bag. But not Dior, if you don’t spend all the time and money you have in the wallet. You really lost a customer.

The square are brand new and super modern building. Full of interesting restaurants and outlets. Place for you to have best choices of gourmet and at the same time to shop here. 2 sky high buildings here in modern architecture made this place look very class. You may have typical Japanese restaurant around this area besides few kind of Asian spices such as Indian Pakistani or Thai restaurant. Middle building with beautiful mural at the ciling made it look very renaissance look. Great place to enjoy

COREDO Nihombashi is a multi-building commercial complex in Tokyo's historically significant Nihombashi district. It has been designed to blend in with the area's cultural and historical environment, dating back to the Edo period. The upscale mall features a variety of shops, restaurants, beauty salons, and even a cooking school. It is conveniently linked to Nihombashi Station, making it easily accessible for visitors using the Tozai or Ginza Lines.
I love this area! buildings are elegant and classic, the architecture reminds me to the old NY buildings meets uprising Tokyo, recently went to Gustav Klimt's immersive experience and later grabbed some lunch at a Spanish restaurant to finally wanting to buy all kids books for my one year old. The place has baby stations which is a big plus for me. Such a fancy neighborhood I want to go back whenever I can
Jenny K — Google review
A lavish and luxurious shopping mall with mostly clothing brands and restaurants. A relatively spacious mall considering the limited numbers of outlets. Directly accessible via the Nihonbashi Metro station.
Jay S — Google review
An interesting fact about the Coredo Building in Nihombashi, Tokyo, is that it is part of a multi-building commercial complex that has been designed to blend in with the Nihombashi area's cultural and historical environment. Nihombashi itself is a historically significant commercial district, with roots going back to the Edo period. The Coredo project aimed to revitalize the district while maintaining its traditional aesthetic. This is reflected in the architecture of the Coredo buildings, which incorporate elements of traditional Japanese design alongside modern features. Coredo Muromachi, one of the buildings in the complex, has a facade that is inspired by traditional storehouses, known as “kura,” a nod to the district's mercantile heritage. Inside, it houses a variety of shops and restaurants, many of which specialize in traditional crafts and gourmet foods, offering a contemporary shopping experience that honors the historical significance of its location.

IMPROVE YOUR STAFF TRAINING!!!! Tasaka at Jins on 3rd floor has the worst attitude and service. She’s very unwilling to communicate even of we tried our best using all the translators and Japanese words we know. I’ve been to Japan four times. Tasaka is definitely the worst Japanese staff I’ve ever encountered. This was the worst part of my trip. Unfortunately there’s nowhere I can find to report this issue on your website. She definitely need extra training about being polite and patient to customers.

There are many restaurants that excite your palate. Not hungry? No problem, cafes give you a great caffeine fix and somd sweets for that afternoon break. Ther a place for food lovers, too. There's a haven for lovely ladies- the SHISEIDO service shop is waiting for you.

I loved my visit to this new modern building a short walk from the East-side of Tokyo station. (Opened in 2016.) Not only does it have the wonderful Chuo City Tourist Information Center on the basement level (B1), there was a great museum-like display from Toysclub.co.jp of memorabilia. I found it really fascinating with certain displays focused on American toys and American history. Of particular interest was the display featuring JFK and Marilyn Monroe. (Interesting there was no reference to Jackie Kennedy!). Building has 34 restaurants/shops to visit and the open architecture is beautiful and very airy...at least it was on a cool Autumn day. Loved touring the lower floors and will definitely be back to visit again!

Lotte Duty Free Tokyo Ginza Store is a hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo, offering a variety of discounted goods. The store may not be spacious, but it makes up for it with its helpful staff who speak multiple languages. While the 8th floor is currently unavailable despite being listed on directories, the 9th floor remains open for duty-free shopping.
Great store for all the TikTok drug store cosmetics duty free!! Staff were really helpful as well in helping me find all the products my zoomer sisters wanted from Japan lol.
Neelu P — Google review
Don’t buy here. They dont speak good enough English to explain that the goods you buy can only be picked up at the airport when you’re leaving. Might be convenient for some but for those who wants to have the goods right away, it’s a total disaster. On top of that, it took 10+ mins just at the cashier because the new staff is not trained. Very horrible experience.
Tiffany F — Google review
Strongly advise against visiting this store, especially if you are a Chinese tourist. I had a firsthand experience of being scammed at the Lotte store, where prices are exorbitantly higher than elsewhere. When I attempted to return the goods, I was told that my purchase information had been sent to customs, preventing any possibility of a refund.
Victor W — Google review
The worst duty-free store in the world. I went there to purchase Yamazaki Smoky Batch and Hakushu Bittersweet, but the employee demanded that I spend an additional 50,000 yen just to get a chance to purchase any Suntory whiskey. I asked if this was an official policy applied to all customers, and the answer was yes. However, she added that she could lower the requirement to 30,000 yen if I felt 50,000 yen was too much. I’ve never experienced such absurd behavior at a duty-free store—especially one located in central Ginza. If this additional purchase requirement for Suntory whiskeys is an official policy, the Japanese government should investigate any potential wrongdoing, as it constitutes unfair bundling practices that harm consumers. If this was simply the inappropriate conduct of an employee, Lotte Duty Free should take immediate action to properly train and supervise their staff to prevent such incidents from happening again. I ended up going to the Mitsukoshi duty-free store, just a 5-minute walk from Lotte, and purchased the same items without any extra purchase requirements.
Br Y — Google review
DO NOT BUY HERE We made a purchase at the Lotte Duty Free store in Ginza, but the staff never mentioned that the product would have to be picked up at the airport and not on the spot. When we realized this and asked for a refund, the seller refused and told us to contact Lotte directly for a refund. We did contact Lotte by email, but they never replied. We had to leave Japan earlier than planned and never received the product. So now, Lotte has kept our money without delivering anything, this feels like a scam. We are now raising this case with the Japanese consumer protection authorities.
Reda — Google review
I wanted to save some time in the airport so I chose this duty free shop. But unfortunately it was a total waste of time. Obviously they were in short of staff. I picked some skincare product myself and asked if someone can help me with the checkout. I’ve waited for like 20 minutes and nobody came. I was told only the black suit staff can do the bill but there were literally only two of them and were both surrounded by a bunch of customers. I can’t believe this happened in the middle of Ginza!
