We went to the paranormal circus the mall is closed when we got there but we love the show it was fantastic

Overall a pretty good mall - not very many shops interesting to a nerd like me, but there's at least a REALLY good candy shop there. Most things are expensive as hell, but it's about what you're gonna expect from a mall. I was incredibly sad to find out my favorite cookie dough place here shut down, which was just depressing when I went by it. All in all though, a pretty okay mall

Even though shopping malls are an endangered species these days, this one holds its own. It offers a nice variety of stores, an average but reliable food court, and a parking lot that seems to double as a driving skills test no one is passing.

Lucked up on this mall. I was attending a college softball game. The fields were located right behind this mall. After the games, I went shopping. Very nice mall and extremely bigger than I anticipated. It was well lit, trash cans every where and hand sanitizer located throughout the entire mall. The bathrooms were clean as well. There were mini ramps located throughout the mall for wheelchair accessibility. Which gave the mall a little flair with the split level steps on the opposite side. The mall wasn’t busy at all as it appeared some of the stores were closing up at 6:30pm on a Tuesday. I am not sure why so early. The food court was nice and spacious with a variety of food selections. If you are visiting the park behind the mall and need to kill time after some games, definitely go hang at this mall.

Honestly would give it a 3.5, but googles rating scale doesn’t allow .5 ratings. The mall was cute for this area. We arrived at like 1030 and all the stores were not open. We walked around for 2hrs and the place is nice. The area around the mall is nice as well minus the trailer park by it, “Ozark Mobile Home Park.” Would love to explore Springfield some more. If you’re in the area, come on by the mall and Battlefield. There’s plenty of shopping centers by the mall itself.

I’m not a big mall shopper, but this one isn’t too bad. It’s clean, well-maintained, ample parking. The mall has several anchors: Two Dillard’s, a Macy’s and Sears. They have a typical food court, which they are expanding currently. Many of the standard mall stores can be found here. The next closest mall is Branson Landing, or Joplin’s mall. I enjoy the sales at after Christmas most stores have.

Some areas looks old, some places is nice. It is some food options and enough places to sit and talk. So you can spend all day for shopping with friends and family. Be ready check all prices by phone.

What a fabulous place to visit! So much to marvel at! There are several free museums or other if you want you can pay to enter the Wild Life museum. You can certainly spend a few hours walking around and looking at everything! Remember to look up!

We had an amazing time. We went through all the exhibits, it took all afternoon and was well worth it. I would suggest if you have any health issues be aware there is lots of walking,they do offer scooters. This was the 4th Bass Pro property we have gone to and each one is different and wonderful. We love the exhibits and museums, they are Outstanding! We are not fishermen or hunters but we love Bass Pro.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve visited Bass Pro Shops in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Omaha, and several other locations across the country. However, I had never made it to the flagship store — until now. I have to say, I was absolutely in awe. This location feels more like a Bass Pro mall than a store, offering an experience unlike any other. If you’re a Cabela’s or Bass Pro enthusiast, this destination deserves a top spot on your bucket list. It’s truly a must-see for any outdoor lover! My only critique is for the fishing department manager. I tried to purchase a Shimano Nasci 1000, but it wasn’t available even though one was on display. I would recommend removing or clearly marking items as out of stock until replacements arrive to avoid confusion.

We stopped in while in Springfield as a family member of mine had bought a boat here 30 years ago so we wanted to check it out. This location is huge!!! I thought the Clarksville, IN store was big, but this one was MUCH bigger with so much more to see. This one has so many fish tanks in the Bass Pro store, along with an archery and National Rifle Association museum inside thats FREE to look around. So many rifles from hundreds of years ago to look at. We spent over 2 hours wandering around inside, 100% recommend visiting!

What a cool experience. I am from Michigan, and most of our bass pros are on the smaller side, but this place is huge. I really enjoyed the fun museum and I could have spent hours there without shopping. If you are anywhere near this location, I recommend you stop in.

Worth the stop—even if you’re not an outdoorsy type.” This location is huge and packed with everything from boats to boots. The staff were friendly, and the layout made it easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed. Loved the museum and aquarium touches—they add a lot of character. Great for families, gearheads, or anyone curious about outdoor life. Just plan for at least an hour (or three).

The store is fine. Always fun to walk through and look at all the fish and taxidermy. However, today we came and were walking through the store after going through the aquarium. My 7 month old started getting hungry, so I decided I would make a quick restroom stop and then we would either find somewhere to nurse or head out. In the restroom I used (the ones on the second floor right by the huge stag statue, outside the aquarium/museum entrance), there is a plaque that says “nursing room available ask an associate for details.” Perfect. I went down to the front counter and asked the cashier (appropriately) named Karen (an older lady with tinsel in her hair) about the nursing room. Not only did she tell me no such nursing room existed, she told me that I could go nurse in the bathroom (ew). I questioned her on this, and told her that I just saw a sign that said there was one available. She called who I assume is her manager or supervisor and then confirmed to me that there is no nursing room, but this time told me there were fitting rooms that have the stuff to set clothes on, and I could go nurse my baby there. We went to the museum entrance and asked the person selling tickets (who was quite lovely), and they directed us to the aquarium lobby. We spoke to the lady manning the photo gallery entrance (who was also quite lovely), who told us exactly where the very existent nursing room was.

HUGE, NOTHING GARAGE SALE THROUGHOUT THE STORE! From the Outside, it looks like it has Lots of Nice Stuff, however when you go in, it's a different story! Booth after booth, I saw Nothing, but Old Stuff that you couldn't even Sell at a Garage Sale. A few Nicer Areas, but Mostly Old JUNK! Even Any Furniture Pieces were Obviously Old, Damaged, & should Actually be Thrown Away! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

2025-06-17 - 3.5 Stars Very large antique/vintage mall, lot to see, as with most places like this, there are good items for a fair price and some that have the “I don’t want to sell price” but that is everywhere. We did find a few treasures. Down side is we wanted to see in a cabinet that was locked. Only employees behind the front desk seem to have keys. Not good for the vendors. Check your receipts on what you buy to make sure you get the correct discount. AND if they have to refund something back make sure they ALSO include the tax!!!!!!!!!

I love this store. I always find something beautiful there. The guy that unlocks the glass cases is extremely nice and fun to talk to. He always goes out of his way to help me when I'm there. Very sweet guy. The ladies at the registers are sweet too. One of my favorite places to shop.

This place is massive. Furniture, collectibles, commics, books, glassware, crafts and home made small business goods. Well worth the stop. You're almost guranteed to find something.

We love relics, you can spend an entire day here, so many vendors can find almost anything you are looking for, comfortable atmosphere, always clean. Check out can take a while, but it gives you time to peruse the cases a little & the staff is generally helpful & friendly. They stay very busy & parking can be a bit of an issue. All in all though I highly recommend Relics

I could spend all day getting lost in here. The only thing that holds me from it is that lack of snacks. Edit on 5/31/25: The provisions we're located as foretold. Extended adventures unlocked!

Huge quantities of relics. A person needs to take their time, and get ready to spend a day! It's a large building. Very well organized.

Literally the WORST shopping/customer service experience you could have. Not only do you have to deal with high pressure sales tactics but you better hope that you don't need a refund for anything (like being charged twice) because they will not help. I've literally had to dispute this through my bank account because Best Buy refused to help me. That's the store and at a corporate level. Pathetic.

Really Bad Experience I've never made a large purchase at Best Buy before, but I went in because I wanted to buy a new Mac. I basically knew what I wanted but was on the fence between the MacBook Air with 24GB of RAM because I want to be able to run an AI on it with less lag. However, since my other MacBook Air is an M3, it can't have 2 monitors connected to it, so I assumed this was a MacBook Air thing... We'll get back to this later. So I'm on the fence because I want to have multiple monitors, and I think a MacBook Pro is the easiest way to get this without having to buy a $200 display dock. But for my budget, I'd only get 16GB of RAM, which really doesn't cut it for running an AI. This worker named Nate comes along, asks some questions, and starts pushing the MacBook Pro with 16GB. we had been back and forth a bit about it and I'm like, "I can't really see the upside since I know I need more RAM for what I'm doing," and he gets super pushy and is basically like, "Well then what are you wasting my time for? Just tell me what you want so I can go get it." Funny enough, my wife could tell I was about to lose it on this guy. I'm not doing justice to how pushy he got. Anyway, I say fine, go get the MacBook Air with 24GB RAM, and he goes off, gets a scuffed-up box, and hands it off. I went and got the $200 display add-on, but then at the register I'm just so flustered with this guy I tell him I don't want the add-on and just buy the Mac. Before this, he really pushed for me to sign up for that card, which I told him I would get rejected for, and I did. But he really pushed for it, and even during that, things just felt off. I walked away from this encounter with the Mac I wanted, but I honestly will never shop at that store again. Very bad first impression. And now to the multi-monitor issue: this dude was super pushy saying I needed the Pro and was basically saying I don't know what I'm talking about... only for me to get home, get this thing plugged in, and for giggles I plug both my monitors in and it works. So I didn't even need the display extender add-on. This dude was so cocky and sure of himself, but he didn't even know that the multi-display issue the M3 chip had on the MacBook Air wasn't a thing for the new M4 chip. 0/10, will not go back. Honestly feel off from this whole thing. like I was getting scared or something. that kind of, I feel dirty and mad at the same time kinda thing. Absolute worst first experience buying anything from this store.

This store completely mistreated my elderly mother. When you try to call the store now it only goes to call centers which say you can’t speak to someone at the store anymore. The little geek squad guys would not talk to me but had not problem telling my mom that she was crazy and had no idea what she was talking about. She then had a panic attack in the parking lot. Promise they should be happy I’m 5 states away. Who treats people like that ? Terrible… so as an update they try to respond all concerned and send you to a generic place where they basically blow you off… so the below answer is just absolute garbage from a garbage store with no intention of actually fixing the problem. So update… after they reach out pretending to care over a week later and there is no response. This is just them pretending to care about people or business. No wonder it is dead when you walk into Best Buy now.

I came into today with my computer having issues with connecting to my hard drive. I came into see the geek squad today and I was helped by Abraham who was absolutely magnificent. He explained everything to me to make crystal clear and leading me to success. I feel way more comfortable using my computer and highly recommend seeing him if you are ever having ANY technical difficulties. He’s very kind and respectful.

While the sales people are helpful, there is no way to contact the store directly. I accidentally left my drivers license there and didn't notice until I was checking into a hotel to travel out of state. Thankfully, my son was able to meet me halfway with my passport so I could board the plane the next morning. There needs to be a way to speak directly with the store. Three stars only for no way to speak with someone in the store.

Old age smacked me in face at the new setup of Spfld Best Buy. I used to be impressed by the updated electronics and could easily find what I was looking for. The store seems to be mostly focused on phones and home systems. I bought a printer there a few months ago and the ink is never stocked. I have to go to a competitor to get ink.

My mom and I had such a a positive experience at this Best Buy! One of the employees, Dane Psyhos, went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed and explain new products to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My mom and I got in the car talking about how refreshing this amazing customer service was!

Ordered tires on 04/03/25 (barely) as the lady at tire desk told me she couldn’t help me with ordering them nor was there anyone else to help because she was headed to lunch but if I waited a half hour she could after lunch. (Don’t ever tell your customers that, so rude and unprofessional). Went to customer service desk and they found someone else to order them. I stated wheels going on the vehicle were 1 inch bigger but still an OEM wheel. They confirmed that they would fit (they’ve been on the vehicle all summer), and used a VW Golf R trim level to populate the needed tire size to order. I bring the vehicle in for the appointment on 04/09/25 and they again ask if that size will fit, and again told them yes they have already been on the vehicle. They pull vehicle in and call me to ask if I wanted the new tires/wheels installed on car or just put in the back. Why would I leave you with my vehicle to just mount/balance tires on a set of wheels if I didn’t want them put on the car? So I go back to tire desk and am then told that they just flat out can’t put them on my vehicle because the tire size doesn’t match what is on my door sticker (even though all along they all knew the wheels were 18’s vs 17’s and had me verify numerous times.) So now I get to take a set of wheels and tires to a different shop to pay them to literally just swap wheels. Complete and total incompetency on the most basic level and this is coming from a shareholder. Thanks Springfield Costco!

My first and last visit occurred on 8/21. Prior to that day, I had researched the two levels of membership and had all but decided that the Gold Star would be the most beneficial for me. Once I arrived in club, I was directed to the customer service area to start the membership. I was greeted by an employee who stated that he had a “deal that starts today” on the executive membership. I began listening to his sales pitch and it was basically all of the information I had already personally poured over. He kept alluding to the deal that started that day and I was under the impression that the Executive level would be offered to me at a discount from its price of $130. Twenty five minutes later, he wraps up his spiel only to inform me that there wasn’t an actual deal on the Executive level membership. It would still be $130. The deal he was offering was how the Executive level would pay for itself with its 2% back (you have to spend at least $6500 annually to gain this benefit). I ended up right back to settling on the Gold Star level, with a painful realization that I just wasted 25 minutes of my life with this wannabe car salesman. This should have been enough for me to realize I should have exited-stage left. My shopping experience was much like being in Sam’s Club. Mostly the same products or equals thereof. My checkout experience was the final straw. I get to a self checkout register and fairly easily get the twelve or so items scanned and then retrieve the credit card which pays for practically everything I purchase. The pinpad reports an error. I try it again. Same error. I then realize Costco does not accept MasterCard credit cards. I was so turned off at that moment. I scrambled to find a Visa card and did not have one. I ultimately paid for the purchase with my debit card and missed out on a good amount of rewards I would have normally gotten with my credit card. First world problems coming to fruition… Save yourself the trouble. Just stay with Sam’s and don’t believe the grass is greener at this poser. In my 20+ years of doing business at Sam’s, I never had one issue. Not one. That speaks volumes…

Costco is always a pleasure to shop. Clean stores, friendly customer service, and easily navigable - as long as you go during the week. Don’t go on the weekend in the middle of the afternoon without your football pads and/or 3-4 hours to spare. You better prepare for battle because you’re going to be jockeying for position more than the little fella on top of Secretariat. Do yourself a favor and go early am before everyone else OR in the evening before they close. That way you can guarantee an experience free from oblivious people who are more concerned with getting the last tub of margarine, rather than watching where they’re going. Not that there’s ever “a last” of anything here. You picking up what I’m putting down? Good. I recently stood in the wrong line for about 10 minutes at the customer service desk and one of the senior reps working the counter was cool enough to let me know and help me out instead of watch me stand there. That’s the rare kind of service all establishments should provide - but don’t. Kudos Costco. Keep the culture alive.

You know it's a pain to have to scan your card to get inside. Then whenever you not a premium member and they make you wait at the front door for 15 minutes extra to get in. You know what... I pay a membership fee. If you're open, I should be able to shop(period). Next, why don't you accept Discover credit card like every other vendor in America? Costco has become a stressful place to go. I prefer Sam's club.

Went to Costco for the first time with my daughter and was surprised with how much of a variety they have there, the selection of meat was outstanding. We use the other bulk item store currently but will definitely be checking out costco for membership back home even if they are further away than where we shop now.

Great items and we found everything we needed and more. I wish they had more canned cat food. The dog aisle has about 200 feet of product and the cat area has about 10 feet. Still love this store!🥰

We had an incredible experience at the Springfield, MO Costco Tire Center thanks to one of their employees, Garrett. We were in the middle of a road trip when we discovered one of our tires was dangerously close to blowing out. Understandably stressed and far from home, we pulled into Costco hoping for some help—and we got far more than we expected. Garrett went above and beyond to assist us. He quickly assessed the situation, helped us find the right replacement tire, and made sure it was installed as quickly as possible so we could get back on the road safely. He was kind, efficient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Thanks to him, what could have been a stressful and dangerous setback turned into a smooth, even pleasant, pit stop. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and compassion. Costco is lucky to have him on their team!

Freshest milk and prices are lower than local grocery stores and I'm able to get way more groceries with my money. The parking lot is congested normally though and hard to get out of when leaving due to all of the customers walking directly behind your vehicle while trying to back out. You gotta really be careful when trying to leave so you don't hit anyone, because the pedestrians continually walk right behind your car not paying a bit of attention that cars are backing out and don't even try to watch out for backing cars. So the parking lot isn't too safe at any time. So be careful. If you're coming from the East on Grand you need to know to turn on Campbell to enter the lot from the back since you can't turn left off Grand due to the median. So you have to be familiar with the area to know where to enter and exit the store. They do always have tight security circling the lot continuously, so your vehicle is very safe parked there during your shopping experience, so that's nice. Although all Walmart stores don't help you much anymore when checking out, I will say that the employees on the floor that's stocking have always been good to help me with finding things and even helped me load heavy items into my cart like bottled water. They don't mind going to the back and checking to see if there's any more product in the back when there is nothing left on the shelf of what you've came to get. On many occasions when I've been to the store I've been inconvenienced by their Diet Coke, Great Value potato chips and corn chips and bread are sold off the shelf with none available. I've not got any Great value corn chips the last three trips there and very little selection of bread is left to choose from. Simply pure Orange juice and other orange juice is regularly already cleaned out when I've been there as well. There should be people keeping those items stocked better and there immediately restocking the products way before running out of them totally. They should be on top of it and should already be taking care of it well before the stocked product gets low. Especially on the items that are regularly bought off the shelf quickly. They have to be aware of the products that sell out quickly, because as a shopper I'm aware of the items that do. I'm there once a week and not every day like the employees. Just gets frustrating from a shoppers standpoint when it happens continuously and you don't get to buy everything that you had on your list. There's usually one employee working one lane only at checkout, but besides just scanning and bagging your groceries they don't try to do much else for you like lifting any of the bags and handing them to you and don't help you load anything into your cart either. There's little to no help in the checkout process but just a bunch of people standing and staring at you while you do everything yourself. Never even seen any employees ever try going out of their way to help someone who could use a helping hand. Don't even try assisting handicapped people checkout who should be given a helping hand to. They also don't even give you time to finish grabbing your bags to load off the carousel before they are already got the next customers bags getting put with yours on the carousel before you can get a chance to get your bags all off there so you don't leave anything behind or grab the person behind yous bags on accident. Being courteous and helpful to your customers should be a priority and it's sadly not anymore. No going above and beyond or treating customers like they matter anymore unfortunately. Good job to the employees who help you that's actually working on the floor and good job to security in the parking lot. Other than that I don't see any others who do much at all to help you. I don't know if very many people who are too happy how little most do for your customers anymore that have made your store be the unhelpful moneymaking store it's became after decades of shopping at your store and giving you their loyalty for all these years...How disrespectful.

Ok, so this neighborhood market is in a slightly more upscale neighborhood. 🙄, I visit it because it is enroute to/from a frequent location I have business with, otherwise I wouldn't. The employees are rude, stuck up, and watch you without a hello or offer of assistance. Otherwise, the facility itself is well stocked, clean (on the inside anyways, parking lot is trashed). The checkout lines are quick and efficient IF you are doing self checkout, if not, bring a lawn chair. One, live person, employee is working the regular checkout. So, if you are a city type introvert, who doesn't care about personal, and congenial service, you are in the right place; if you're looking for the service and care Walmart started and prided itself with, you are in a different world. No thank you

I like this store, but the way the driveways are set up, they don't allow left turns out of either exit... It makes it difficult to just leave the store and go back towards my house... I have to go out of my way with a right turn, then i have to wait at the light, and then turn around at the gas station before I can go back west on Grand... it's frustrating and inconvenient. that's the only reason this location only gets 4 stars from me personally... the store itself is a good neighborhood market.

Never has anything we come in for even when the APP shows you DO. Need to give customers a way out when they are not purchasing items, either go thru the gate that makes a sound for going thru it the wrong way or get stopped at questioned by the cop for going under the blue strap gate.

Why you have more employees standing around smiling at us like machines with painted faces is just sick. Human interaction is non existent in your stores anymore. Not everyone is a thief. Rip out some of them self serves and put people in front of your organization. I truly hate shopping here I get what I need and get out after I’m asked for a receipt after being on cam the entire time. Oh and the guy that didn’t pay! Walked right out not showing his receipt. Walmart is delusional

A great place to shop. Friendly staff. A little trashy. You would think you would want where you work to be clean. Not just walk over the trash and ignore it. And think it isn't my job, apparently you aren't too happy to work there! Would you want your house to look like that? I didn't think you would! So why does your workplace have to be that way?

Be careful ordering online/app! I was charged more than double the initial amount. I don't shop here to often but started to more and was enjoying it until today. I live 30 mins away so I liked ordering for pick up. My first order today the gentleman dropped my case of water when loading. I couldn't see exactly what happened but when I got home it was completely torn and bottles were all over my trunk. No big deal. I got a coupon in my pick up order for 15% off their brand and saw they restocked their turkey jerky so I did a second order (Alpha Gal house so we stock up when we can). I also found a great price on packs of chicken and ordered a few which stated a "max price". Once I picked up I was charged an extra $21!! When I went to customer service they made me feel like I was crazy and max price was per pound and not per package. I have never heard of that and even then the math wasn't matching. They said it was fine and perfectly normal to be charged more than double my quoted amount. I returned and wont be ordering there again.

Target was alright. Not really a store of many diverse groups of people or styles. Pretty much uniformal from the front to the back of the store. It was like pleasentvill. I almost didn't feel very welcomed.

Cool spot. This is an out-of-towner's view point. I love a good Target run and I needed just one item. I was in and out in no time but I would have loved to stick around and browse. I'm used to my Target, not one that has an Ulta and Kendra Scott area. I wonder what other little kiosks and gems were deeper in the store?

Fun place to go, it's always clean and stuff on sale constantly. Someone is their to always ask you if you need help. Walmart used to do that, now you can't find help to save your life. The food section is over priced. But if your dropping Benjamin's on some snacks at Targé then you ain't worried about cash money.

Rude staff out of stock of a huge amount of items. Managers are rude too they hide from customers and offer no rep. Nice Target.

This is not quite a “Super Target” but this location does have a significant grocery section. I wish we had another Target in the Springfield area. This one is always very busy. They have a CVS pharmacy. There’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut near the checkout area. This Target has a large electronic section. Plenty of flat screens, video games, all the iPhone accessories. Target has nice home decor for the price range. A lot of their decor has a modern flair. The shopping experience here is more pleasant than the competition.

I remembered when this store opened and everyone was excited to get a Targ'et. Its come a long way since then. Starbucks has invaded like in most corporate owned stores. The target staff are impossible to find if you need any help so be sure to have your walking shoes on. Their clearance deals are usually pretty good though so be sure to check the end caps on the Isles. If you are searching for collectible toys such as Chase pieces then this is not your store as the guy in electronics who stocks the toys pulls all of those to sell online. What used to be a fantastic store has slowly diminished to a well-oiled puddle of goo. Maybe they will improve in the future and get a better rating but for now......

In town for business, a colleague told me about the mission at 5 # apparel. I visited the store because of the mission to help feed the hungry and was delighted with all of the apparel and gift selections, including those for our furry friends. I'll 💯 be back for another t-shirt on my next visit. Keep spreading goodness in the world 5 # Apparel!

I'm not from here & didn't know what 5 pound meant. Apparently for every t-shirt you buy, they donate 5 pound of food. Which I love!! Great store with really cool stuff!!

Up and ready to go home, I needed to stop here to gather myself before heading out of Springfield. Everything here resonated with the roots I'd planted back in the Northwest. Just sitting here chatting with Becca and getting ready for the drive to Montana. I've had a great visit and appreciate all the chances I've received to visit with the townspeople.💖💫

If I was rich is probably buy 1 of everything in the store. My wife and I just discovered this store and we've already decided that we're loyal repeat customers. Friendly staff and a generous owner. If you like cool shirts, buying local, and helping people you ought to check out this store.

When you walk out with a purchase, that's a good sign. Antique stores are constantly changing inventory as vendors move in and out and add new, rather new old stuff. Some of the obligatory stuff you see at practically every single antique store in America, but a lot of really cool stuff.

Mikes isn’t a bad little antique store here in Springfield. I don’t rank it a full 5 as like most places they also have a lot of junk so it can feel like a flea market in some stalls (just nasty stuff) overall they have a great selection of used furniture for fair prices. Overall it’s a good little store!

Huge selection of random stuff. Albums, vintage game systems, furniture, and so much more. Make sure you have plenty of time when you go.

I’d say this is the best farmers market in the surrounding area. Good variety, cute vibes, a good amount of vendors, live music, food trucks, lots of free parking.

Came here for the first time in 6 years and it has exploded. I was very pleasantly surprised to see all the vendors. Heavy foot traffic on a sunny Saturday.

I came here during my wait at the Aviary on an occasion, and I really enjoyed my time here. The booths were full of tons of different items, crafts, foods, and samples. There were animals to be seen, hand crafted wooden spoons, homemade earrings, an açaí bowl truck, and a lot more. There was plenty to look at and there were some great deals. It’s definitely worth coming to check out if you have some time.

It's a really big place, lots and lots of vendors. The vegetables are so fresh and wonderful and beautiful, and the vendors are very nice and helpful. Lots of fresh baked goods etc, you really want to go.

Love coming to the farmers market and we go honestly almost every weekend. I love coming to see all my favorite vendors when they're there. One of my best farmers market experiences by far!

While it has become much more crowded than I remember, there is still an amazing selection of yummy fruits, veg, and eats here to make anyone happy!

This was hand delivered to my house this am. A Sam’s associate would have had to pick this out and a Sam delivery driver had to have noticed upon bringing it to the door. 5/9 apples completely rotten and leaking out heir contents out of the bag. Do better Sams

I’m so glad I got a membership here. The Cafe is the most affordable spot in town to get a quick bite. I use the pharmacy, and it’s so quick and easy. I spend less time shopping because I can stock up on name brand snacks. I also like the ready meals that you take and bake.

An employee was checking us out today. She didn't take anything out of the shopping cart to scan it. The cart was full. We got ready to leave the store and one of the employees that checks the receipts. Found an item they missed scanning. So we had to go back to the register and have them rescan the one item. So we stood in line twice basically. They need to start using the belt at the register. I can understand if you do self check out or scan and go checking your receipt. But when you have a employee doing the checking you do not need your receipts checked.

I placed an order for pick up because they won’t let you buy bulk qtys of chicken like drum sticks and tenderloin unless you order pick up. We live far away 2 hrs and scheduled a pick up and got there at my pickup time but couldn’t check in after waiting 45 min into my pickup time. I stopped an employee to ask and they said oh something is wrong we see your order but it’s still not been shopped for. They shopped for the order and came out and said they are now sold out of chicken I had ordered which was the whole reason we went there. They said sorry for the wait which was now 1 hr and 15 min past my pickup time and I didn’t get what I ordered! Horrible customer service.

In store experiences have been great pickup experience has been awful each time. 3 of 4 last pickups more then 25 minute weight. 2 of those 4 also resulted in missed items I caught while in the lot and had an associate go grab.

Sam's Club use to be a good place to shop. I will not be renewing my membership they are taking away the cashier and putting in self checkouts in all spots but two. When I shop I spend anywhere from $350. - $400. I am not going to check myself out and hope I don't forget something and below accused of stealing. They want people to shop there but don't want to supply a service. I will pay a little more to have the service. Major problem is that the big wigs want to give themselves more raises and have the customer do all the work.

This guy, Mike was a total tool from the second I walked up trying to purchase a firearm. He was either super annoyed that I was trying to buy one or he is completely anti firearms. I didn’t have the opportunity to even ask any questions before he showed his utter disdain for my presence. I finally had to ask him what his problem was and he only said, in a condescending and curt voice “nothing” with a fake smile and he walked away. Maybe he’s on his monthly’s? I’ve never seen that dude in my life but I’m hoping he doesn’t get paid on commission because he’s probably starving to death.

I made 2 curbside orders for my son to pick up from this location. The website advertises that curbside orders will be ready in one hour. My son showed up two hours later and they brought out the second order that was placed. He gave that guy the order number for the 1st order placed, the guy returned to the store to check on it and never came back. My son eventually went into the store and up to customer service. While he was still waiting for his order, I called the store. They transferred me once to the department that handles curbside orders and nobody ever got on the line. I called back multiple times and nobody would answer the customer service phone. Why is it so difficult to get a hold of someone or have an order ready? My son eventually had to leave without his order because he had to get to practice. He drove 45 minutes to get there. I have still been unable to reach anybody in customer service. Nobody answers their phones. What are you guys even doing there? This was a complete waste of my son’s time. Now I will go to my local store in Belton, MO to purchase these items and then drive all the way to Bolivar to deliver them to my son today. Completely unacceptable! Too bad they don’t allow zero stars.

Maybe it was because i was taking pictures for my review or maybe they thought I was a criminal,either way it was a disturbing visit as it felt like my brother and I were being stereotyped and under surveillance. We stopped because we have never been to academy sports and not sure I would return. We did make purchases while there.

Good variety, and pleasant atmosphere. Only blemish to visiting is the staff. Lots of kids very few willing to be helpful. Pass that, I usually find what I want or need without having to order it online.

This Academy Sports was really good, they have everything you could need or want for any kind of sport. Prices were high for some things but lower for others. I got a bag chair, that is easily $60 at Walmart, but normal price was only $35. That was for a tall oversized chair that holds 500lbs. That's even better than Amazon. Plus my son got a KC Chiefs jug that would easily be $40 anywhere else, we paid $20. LET'S GO!!! Will visit again when back in Springfield.

Staff was super helpful despite the store being disheveled from morning after a sale. Price matched a pair of great shoes because the website showed them much cheaper and it took 3 staff to help w the transaction. Will definitely shop at this store again.

Made an online purchase that stated it would be ready within an hour. Came to pick it up an hour later and was greeted by two very rude staff saying they were short staffed and it wasn’t going to be ready for at least another four hours. Turns out the item wasn’t even available at the store…after the website said it was. Had to go through two different customer service calls to get refunded. What a headache. Not returning here, will shop elsewhere.

Barnes and Noble is likely the most well known bookstore chain that is known for carrying every genre! There are places to sit and visit. There's a coffee shop inside the Springfield location with dedicate places to eat and drink. There's a children's section and play area. The store is clean and we'll organized and most of the staff is helpful, but they are generally pretty busy at any given point in the day.

I love Barnes & Noble. I’m alone a lot. B&N has the most wonderful staff and the fact that I can browse books, magazines and get coffee and pastries, makes this my favorite place to go.

Love this store, I can spend hours skimming through books, the Self-Help/Personal Growth section is my personal favorite. I also get work books to help my kids in school, they always have a wide selection to look at!

Always love their metaphysical, psychological, philosophical, and self-growth selections. Usually a nice option of tarot and oracle too! There's always something cool to buy that you didn't see last time.

The store is always clean and organized. I ended up having 3 different people help me find 3 different items. They went above and beyond and did everything they could to help me. The service there is always amazing.

Stopped by Lowe’s recently, and it was a pretty good experience! I was picking up some supplies for a small DIY project—needed some wood, screws, and paint. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They had plenty of options, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful too. One of the employees in the lumber section took the time to help me cut the wood to the exact size I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle. Checkout was quick, but I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance at the paint counter. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Overall, solid visit, and I’ll definitely be back when my next project rolls around! 🔨🪚🎨

Recently picked up an order placed online only to get home and see the box had been taped back together. The contents of the box said crystal clear film, extra wide 5/8” double sided tape. The kit came with the film but the “tape” that was included was a used roll of tape for presents….. we needed to use this product right away since the weather has been quite terrible lately so we ended up using duct tape. I called customer service and the person who answered the phone kind of chuckled at the fact of what was included in the box but said I would need to bring it back. I don’t have time for this level of incompetence as I just came off of an 8 hour work day and then to turn around and let you try to help me again. Thanks but no thanks. The only resolution was for me to waste more of my time to go back to the store. Aweful customer service Update: I had the day off today to go back to this Lowe’s location and let them know what happened, I brought what was left of the product with the packaging and receipt. The manager on duty was very understanding and offered me a full refund. I appreciate you listening to my concern over the way the matter was handled last night and you did what you needed to make it right. Thank you!

Over all I love Lowe's, I have bought washer and dryers there as well as other appliances. I trust them. What I don't like is self check out. If you want me to do self check out then hand me a W2 form and we can go from there. You have enough people there standing around that you are already paying so stop it!

With being a local business owner myself, I know how important it is to provide the BEST customer service and experience possible. I make several purchases and expensive ones at that here at Lowes frequently. I am not the kind that writes good or bad reviews on every experience, but today's experience was completely rude and unprofessional and feel it must be told! Ordered a door from Lowes on North Side of Springfield, MO was told when it arrives we will be notified, 3 weeks later I called asking for an update, the lady employee told me it has been in the store ready to be picked up for a week and a half! Why no phone call I asked, she responded that they don't have a person that does that it is all done through automated calls now! Which I never received either! Ok, so lets just get the door, I thought, so I drive up there and tell them i am there to pick up the door, so she notifies an employee to get a cart, and two workers loaded it, ( very heavy door by the way), then the employee pushes the door on the cart to where I am waiting in front of the customer service area and lets go, allowing the cart to roll away with no one holding on to it! and says "Here you go". I grabbed the cart to prevent any possible injuries and asked "Can I get someone to help me load this"? The employee responded, " Oh you want help"? To which I replied "Absolutely" it's raining hard outside and the door requires two people to handle it, just like it did for the two employees in the store! They sent a young man to assist me and he was great! It just seems like Lowes customer service is getting worse every time I go there, I mean do the employees not realize that the customers are paying for their wages and keeping them employed? I know I am not alone in saying that if you don't like your job, then for crying out loud leave and go somewhere else! And if employers keep letting employees run this way, then customers will go somewhere else, Lowes is NOT the only store that sells what they do! I hope this review helps to remind Lowes and their employees that people who shop there work hard for their money too, and want to be treated with respect when shopping at any of their stores!!

Service is always terrible. Prices have become outrageous. $25 for 25lb bag of pool sand, compared to a similar name brand at Do it Best at $10 for 50lb bag.

First and foremost, they have some of the best public toilet paper I have ever used. Very soft, always full!!! Lowe's has a larger selection than the home Depot ranging from stuff I wouldn't gift to a friend all the way to stuff I would like to put in my dream home!!! Friendly helpful staff. Overall good store, needs more American made products though.

I’m in tech and believe it can do a lot of good and I’m a proponent of useful AI and automation. But there has to be a balance between people and technology. I went to Home Depot for a specific item. Found it myself, but it was locked behind a cabinet. Scanned a code, someone came to unlock it—quick and efficient. Then I went to check out… no human interaction, just self-checkout. In the machine told me thank you for shopping at Home Depot and have a great day… I almost instinctively responded you too, then I told myself that would be dumb😂. I sort of felt like I was in the movie Wall-E🤖😂 Made me wonder: if this is the future of physical stores, what’s the point? Why not just order from Amazon or the website?

On April 29, 2025, 90 mph winds followed by a tornado hit Springfield, MO. My husband was delivering a load to Home Depot nearby. Tornado sirens blaring he was not comfortable riding out this storm in his semi, parked to be unloaded. Home Depot receiving door was locked. He called and was told to come around the front of the store to shelter until they could get him unloaded. Running around to the front, he was greeted by an employee through the locked door who said "they" had changed their mind and he would not be allowed in. He delivers to this Home Depot approximately two times per week and they know him. Looking around, he spots this Kum & Go. He ran across the streets and was greeted at the door by an employee who welcomed him in and directed him to the restroom where he waited with several other people/customers until the storm passed. THIS Kum & Go practiced humanity, decency, and safety. Thank you. Don't get caught in a storm near Home Depot - safety and humanity isn't a concern for them. The trucking industry has endless safety standards they have to follow. Most include the safety of others. Home Depot - not so much.

Parked by and shopped in the garden center. Bought some pavers for garden at $5.47 each. Great deal and a flower pot with American flag to decorate front porch area. The cashier was friendly.

I got a 750$ chain saw from them for a Christmas gift. It was broken with very low compression from day one but I didn’t know until I needed to use it when a storm blew down our tree. I talked to corporate Home Depot customer care and explained my situation. They said I had to go into a Home Depot store and a supervisor can override the 90 day return policy for this particular exception. I drove to this Home Depot and when I told the guy at the store return desk he just said that the Home Depot customer service at corporate told me wrong information. That a supervisor is unable to make any exceptions. He said to check with manufacturer for warranty.

This Home Depot is better than average, in my experience. Location is great, off of Glenstone and James River Freeway. The store is always well stocked. I have been here many times after working on my house, and the staff has always been helpful. The selection is good, pricing is on par with other competitors. I enjoy their selection of house plants. They have a nice lighting section with a variety of styles. Parking is plentiful. Checkout lines are rarely long. Great paint selection.

I was in the store today with my 70 year-old mother and 90-year-old grandmother checking out in front of me while I waited for a register to open. I overheard the cashier, Tawney, offer my 90-year-old grandmother, a credit card and my mother said no. Instead of accepting the “no” the cashier begin to lecture my mother in a very rude, condescending manner on why my grandmother needed this credit card. I asked my mother if she needed help because I felt that they were being bullied into getting a credit card. The cashier, Tawny, looked back at me in line and said “do you think I’m being mean to her?’ I replied “I never said that.” When it was my turn to check out and I took my clothes to Tawny, she said “should I even ask if you found everything or OK or should I not say anything?” This was all said very confrontationally and in a sarcastic manner. I said she was being rude and she asked if I would like to speak to her supervisor. I said “sure” The supervisor came to the register and acted like he could really care less, he did not introduce himself, He simply said “what is the problem?” I told him the situation and that I also felt this cashier, Taney, was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed that she was making a scene in front of a long line of people. He said “well,we can talk about it later” and walked off. No apology, didn’t bother to give me his name,nothing. I have never been treated so poorly in a store before. I feel like the lady was pushing a credit card on my mother and grandmother because they were elderly And she was taking advantage of the situation. I will never shop in the store again, and they should be embarrassed and ashamed of the way they treat their customers.

Went to buy some shoes and the men's shoe department was a disorganized mess. Either there was a weekend sale and it wasn't straightened up or it was neglected. Sizes were all mixed together so I had to open each box to find what shoes they were. Sad to see that in a nice store.

The store was a mess. Disorganized. I saw two employees trying to organize the ladies department but the task seemed daunting. I did buy two pairs of shoes. But it was a monumental task to find the style I was interested in, in my size. By the time I found the shoes I was so done.

I realize retail's been hit hard lately with labor shortages, but there needs to be a balance between merchandising/stocking and customer service. Twenty, maybe thirty folks in the check out line with most registers closed. I'm generally not an impatient person, but today I'm headed home to order online.

Upon entering this location was given dirty glares and stares. But never once greeted with an offer of assistance to find anything. But rather followed around the entire store as I attempted to shop. Not only are the staff including the management of this location rude, hateful and uninviting, the store is a complete disorganized mess making it impossible to find what you are looking for. I was so disappointed and appalled by the behavior of the store employees and the disorganized mess, I will not be returning to this location.

Kohl's is a nice store and they have a lot of great items for this Fall/Halloween season.

They had a bunch of boots in clearance section so this wasn’t a case of well someone tried some on and just set them there and yet they ALLEDGEDLY were not on sale nor would Kohls honor the fact that they were in clearance

Great selection for dresses for special occasions!! Found the perfect dress for my daughter and my mother. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not carry plus size dresses. They carry plus size athletic wear and plus size casual wear, but they do not carry plus size dresses. Besides that, perfect experience. Excellent staff! Great layout with clothing in the relation to dressing rooms. Fantastic shopping experience. But ladies who need plus size, I'm sorry, we are left out.

Lot's of good help getting what we wanted. Reasonable pricing for the better leather. We were fearful of our cat tearing up the new furniture but he seems to have adjusted just fine

The Toys R Us is a great welcome back site to Springfield since the original closed. This one located in Macy's is a lot smaller but still a great start. There's a bench with. Photo opp Geoffrey in the entrance and a few classic names like got wheels, Barbie, Lego and others. Hope it gets bigger as the years go on but we shall see.

Lots of clearance! That was surprising. I couldn't believe how much was on discount, take an extra 50%+ off of things. It was cool to find toys r us upstairs. Not a big selection but It was neat!

The store is decent enough but it just seems tired. The employee who helped us was awesome. She was from Poland and had a great accent. She was very sweet to me and my granddaughter.

In a perfect world we would all be healthy and fit, and above 5 and a half feet tall. However , life is unpredictable and sometimes multiple surgeries later (not that this needs to be disclosed) you put on a few pounds. My excitement of finding a nice evening dress was short-lived after an employee informed me that they no longer carry any plus size clothing inside the store. Only regular sizes. So the people with the most irregular bodies can only shop online. I am no marketing expert but whoever came up with idea to not include plus size or petit women in the in store shopping experience is unwise. Especially when you can walk down to the other side of the mall and find more inclusive store. As a formerly loyal customer I am disappointed in Macys. It's no wonder they are closing locations left and right. Just terrible.

Rescue One is located in this plaza. I went there to take a rescue kitten that I am fostering to see their vet. Rescue One is sponsoring her to hopefully get adopted and are also taking care of all the costs necessary to keep her healthy which included all her vaccinations and spaying. So she was fully vetted. Her appointment was on Tuesday March 16th. They are located underneath All About Guns just to the side of this shopping center. They are wonderful, compassionate and kind people that truly care for the animals that they rescue and care for!

My boyfriend and I go to the paradise lounge over there. The workers are very nice and actually socialize with the people and they come check on ya make sure you haven a good time and if you need anything.. so yeah very much consider on going there if I was you.. it's now mine and my boyfriends favorite place to go and socialize with new people.

I went to the Salvation Army and picked up a few Little Gems for my Flea Market booth at the flea hag in Branson Missouri

The facility is very neat and clean, and the personnel are very curious. I had a sudden mechanical failure and was unable to get into another shop for a week. They were able to work me in and fix the problem quickly for a good price. They also checked for any other safety issues and we worked out getting them covered also.

We generally go here to get hair cuts. With that said, there are some amazing stores in this strip mall. We love them all great business owners and great selection of stores. Parking is easy and close to stores. Safe and well lit.

I feel 85% better after the first week!! Staff is all very friendly and helpful and always has a smile on their faces! Great atmosphere, very clean and positive vibes. I highly recommend an assessment if experiencing chronic pain. Dr. Carter is superb!

I can’t begin to share how much I have benefitted from the treatment and care from Dr. James Crawford and the rest of the staff. From chiropractic to muscle release techniques, I am getting back to my best self faster than I ever did at my previous chiropractic provider. They really have taken the time to understand my history and applying that to a treatment plan. Their extensive knowledge really shines through when explaining things and options. They really take the time to guide you through what they are doing and how it specifically helps each area. I am so thankful for the care I have received here and excited for all that’s to come with the Loehr Health Center team in my corner.

Would not recommend this office they'll blind side you!! Was getting care for my newborn baby and had all my appointments pre booked and my insurance was accepted which allowed my daughter to have 18 visit fully covered! Which for a low income family is Amazing and I think chiropractor care it a must and I loved the care my daughter was receiving!! But unfortunately when I went to one of our appointments. Like usual I walked in checked in had our usual care went to check out and that's when I was hit with the payment of 102$. I was confused because insurance covers it. Well apparently they stopped taking our insurance and didn't have decency to email or call me to give me a warning that they no longer accept our insurance. Which in my opinion is ridiculous due to the fact that they pre book all you appointments!! So yea dont recommend this office very unprofessional!

For the first time in 6 months I am pain free thanks to Loehr Health Center. Dr Crawford has been amazing! He is kind, patient and very thorough in helping me understand my treatment plan/options. Thank you to Ryder for watching over me during the therapy sessions and Corinne for helping me navigate my scheduling. You should give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

I drive 2 hours to get here because they are a Fantastic place for rehab, chiropractic, functional medicine and acupuncture. I’ve had great experiences with all the staff here. Been seeing Baca for functional and chiropractic he is easy to understand and has help get me back and going. Jason has been great with rehab helping me to be able to get back to heavy tasks again. Dr Loehr had been fantastic in helping me with alpha gal and nutritional coaching. I appreciate there’s folks and would highly recommend anyone to come see them.

These people are the very best!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else or bring my baby anywhere else for chiropractic care. Anna, Kaitlyn, and Dr. Goins are incredibly helpful and kind. And of course Dr. Loehr! He is more dedicated to his patients than any doctor I've ever met! I feel so lucky to get treatment from the Loehr Health Center 🫶🏻

As a welder I really appreciate how well Dr. Bacca gets my back in place. I have been going to him regularly for the last six years and have appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism and good sense of humor. While a little pricey, Loehr health center does have quite a bit to offer and staff typically has a good, cheerful attitude.

Definitely not worth going to the downtown Hudson Hawk Barber schedule an appointment to get your haircut. The guy over-the-counter who took the reservation for the haircut took my reservation. Said they could do my hair when I got there Finally came time to get my haircut I showed him what I want done was a taper fade said they don’t have time to do that even though they took my reservation so I had to leave Horrible customer service the guy over-the-counter taking reservations said he could do it and as I got there and I waited they told me they couldn’t do it. I’ll make sure to never come back down here again.

Whole experience was great. Easy to book. Shop was clean. Austin was my barber. He was great and professional and went above and beyond, even spending a little extra time to make sure I was happy when I got picky about the length. Price was decent for the service.

SO frustrated with our experience at this location. I arrived with my son to his appointment 5 minutes prior to his scheduled time. Samantha was 20 minutes late getting us in. She then told us she didn’t have time to do the cut he wanted and it was an upgraded cut. We have been getting this same cut at other locations and NEVER been told this was a “stay sharp” cut. I honestly wouldn’t have even been as upset to pay for a different cut, but when SHE was late and then told us she didn’t have time was extremely frustrating after making this appointment and driving to town and then wasting our time by not providing the service.

Tried out an actual barber for the first time in years. Went to see Austin and he absolutely nailed my haircut both the first and second time. Definitely go see him, best haircut I’ve ever had. Need a haircut, Austin is your guy

I loved hudson hawk not only because of their skilled professional barbers but the overall environment is very inviting. Usually I have a hard time finding a good barber because I find that most can't cut curly hair correctly. But not here. My barber I think her name is Jamie, took the time to teach me how to style my hair. Which can be difficult with my curly hair. Overall I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great flea market. It’s clean and organized. The new management is very nice and improving things everyday. All of the employees are helpful and nice. They have so many different and unique items. I love this flea market. It’ss wonderful shopping experience.

Great market! It is a producers only market so all the produce is locally grown, the crafts are made by the people who sell them and the baked goods are homemade. There are watermelons, sweet corn, cantaloupe, tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkins, soap, baked goods, sourdough products, pottery, beef, chicken and much more! I definitely recommend this market.

I went right before they closed and they still had a great selection and delicious produce!!! Their prices were average but the quality was way above that!!! Highly recommend!!! If you're disappointed with the produce at the grocery store give Farmer's Market a try!!!

We love Saturdays because we get to go to the farmers market! They have about 20 vendors there I get sourdough, tamales, flowers, all different kind of farmers. Highly recommend. They also have the farmers market manager booth there if you need to inquire for any information. It is located in the battlefield Mall parking lot so convenient parking. Highly recommend to check it out if you haven't been at least once!

Love the vibe, environment, and variety!! Most of the vendors are very friendly and kind. I am still giving a 5 star rating even though a big handful of vendors are now charging up to double what they did last yr.

Fun place to gather on the weekend. Not a lot of produce when we were there but plenty of specialty items as well as a coffee place, hot dogs, and tacos if you are feeling hungry. Best part of this little market is its location and proximity to the unique shops and restaurants on C Street. Give it a try on Thursday afternoons starting at 4:00 or Saturdays starting at 9:00

I love going to C-Street on Saturdays!❤️ Its not overcrowded and local vendors are super friendly! I've been going for a month and half now. I take my dog and son and they love walking through and saying hi to everyone. I always find something new to get, whether its produce/food, little trinkets, and flowers. I always recommend everyone to stop by here even if its a little early for some!

Last time I visited there to go shopping in the Farmers Market I was disappointed to see that so many of the booths were just national MLMs rather than handmade artisan goods or locally grown produce.

Really has its own feel that’s different than other farmers markets. There’s pride of community here as well as the vegetables and fruits and various homemade products. Don’t forget local honey.

This was the WORST birthday experience we have ever had here. When it was Jordan Valley, the staff was amazing! Since it has changed to Bright Speed, I will never go back! The staff was rude and hateful. They were not helpful. I paid for my children to have helpers and I was not allowed to touch the helper while they were using them. We felt extremely rushed to get out of the party room even when our pizza was delivered 30 mins late. My group felt like we were being watched like a hawk waiting for another opportunity to nit pick. The only staff member that was willing to go above and beyond was Brett (the party planner).

Great Ice Rink! Coach Marie Wells is an awesome Ice skating coach! She is patient, supportive and will take time to make sure you figure it out and have fun! Cant recommend her enough! I was struggling to even move on the nice and she’s made learning how to a blast!!! I will be skating again soon!!

Fantastic birthday party experience! The staff is friendly and helpful. The party room is a good size and very clean. And everyone loved the skating, children and adults alike. Great value for the experience. Definitely recommend!

We had my granddaughter's 8th Birthday Party here and it was awesome! The staff were great, the party room was clean and big and the visit from the penguin was the perfect way to end the party! Would highly recommend this place for a special event!

Stopped by to ask a few questions about their services, but the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of being helpful, they acted like we were bothering them. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t great. If the customer service was better, I might have considered moving forward with an appointment.

This was my second appointment at EWS, and while my first was good, this one was EVEN BETTER. I had Emma as my waxer and she was unbelievably sweet and easy to talk to! She made me feel so so comfortable in my own skin and was a total peach. She also did an AMAZING job at waxing, I've never had someone do such a thorough but gentle job on my stubborn hair. She even let me give her a hug at the end, SO SWEET!! 🩷🩷🩷 10/10, five stars would recommend her, I will absolutely ask for her again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have left messages and have tried calling at other times today. I love coming to this place to get my brazilians with Callie. I never have any ingrown hairs or any issues. However, today, when I was in just a couple hours ago and made my next appointment, you guys screwed up and made it for the wrong day. You made it for today. Not sure how your appointment scheduler, didn't catch that especially when you made an appointment at a time that had already passed. I've also tried calling three or four times and nobody's answering the phone during business hours. I've never seen your lobby so busy that somebody didn't answer the phone. I'm not gonna keep calling back. If you all don't make it easy for people to call during business hours then I guess I have to just move on and call someplace else to make my next appointment.

If I could give them more stars I would, I absolutely love the Dream Team at this location. Mia and Carmen are absolutely fantastic. Mia is just a delight from the minute you walk through the door they are so welcoming and pleasant. The store is clean and well stocked with all of their amazing products. Carmen is hands down the best waxer I have ever had!! Carmen was able to get all my stubborn areas with ease. She is very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable during my waxing session. I was greeted with the same smiling faces when I left and Mia made it easy to schedule my next wax appointment. Was in Springfield for two weeks for a summer class across the street at MSU and was recommended to grab coffee here by a professor. We ended up going for lunch 3 or 4 days in a row! Excellent coffee and smoothies, a great chicken salad sandwich, and super friendly and helpful staff! Already looking forward to next summer when I return!

Visiting Springfield for a couple of days and found myself at traveller's house. First their coffee is good. I usually just get plain lattes with extra shots. Taste of the coffee is phenomenal, amd not burn coffee taste. Then I decided to try their quiche. My mind was blown, crustless quiche wow. Tastes home made so I decided to stop a second time next day. Coffee even better than first day and tries a different quiche on the second day. Both days just awesome.

Love this place, fast friendly service. They always expect a bunch of us on a Saturday and are accommodating. Good food and variety of drinks.

This was a perfect spot to grab an snack and get some work done. The atmosphere was clean and spacious. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food and beverages were delicious. I will definitely be back. My only issue was the fact that they closed an hour earlier so we had to cut or whir time short but they were open later than most other cafes!!

Great location, with a variety of seating, tons of natural lighting, delicious soul warming tea's and mind stimulating espresso drinks, belly filling quiches/sandwiches located in middle of a busy small city.. Traveller's house set my standard for what a delicious cortado should taste like, it's well balanced. Their seasonal drinks capture the essence of each season so well. In the photo it is their hazelnut cinnamon cream black tea, you won't mind that it's steaming hot because it smells heavenly.

Great opportunity to try another coffee shop across the street from Missouri State University. Instead of the Potter's House because I heard tell at the last minute it was closed! Great view of National Avenue and Missouri State University from indoors, and the atmosphere is beautiful and even contemporary for the late 2010s (this coffee shop is part of Boomer Town Studios, which opened in 2018). They also brew really good coffee! Gotta say --- it really depends on who is working whether this location is worth going to. Their rewards program rarely works, the store is tiny, the food is either overcooked from being under the heat lamps too long, or just ugh, the cleanliness varies from shift to shift, the blonde chick on days is rude, the tall skinny guy at night is rude and unkempt... Don't even know why I bother going to this location when every other location in Springfield is friendly and clean. This location is a DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They have a pretty good selection, but as usual with convenience stores they are a little high. I haven't noticed that they have very many cigarette specials very often at all. But their gas prices are fair and equal to store surrounding it.

The cashier wasn't paying attention while waiting on us. My boyfriend had to repeat three different times what kind of scratchers he wanted. Then he said he wanted his receipt and when she got it out of the cash register she wadded it up and asked did you want your receipt all rude like. If your going to go to this gas station go later in the evening when the cashier's aren't such airheads

I had to wait for the cashier to come help me with getting gas, this has happened several times and the wait is around 3-4 min. No hurry just would have liked for her to pay attention better.

If I could give my visit I just had a zero I certainly would. When I walked in for help I was met with judgement from the lady at the counter that just eyed me up and down and didn’t even ask if I needed help, which I was in line so clearly I did. There was a man sitting on my side of the counter who was visiting the lady and she didn’t even ask me what she could do to help me, again I was technically standing in line. She picked up her cell phone instead to talk to whoever was on the other line, while she had customers waiting and when I finally gave up on her asking if she could help me, and I even waited a few minutes for her to put down her cell phone she was nothing but rude to me the entire time. I was on a time crunch because I had a flat tire and had to work in five minutes. However all she did was sass me and give me an attitude when I asked for change. So I will certainly not be going back to this Sinclair. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

The pump was INCREDIBLY slow. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for my tank to fill up, it then told me I had to go inside to get my receipt. After waiting in line to get my receipt I asked about the slow pump. He apologized and told me some of them act up.

Had the most absolute, disturbing customer service experience at this Sinclair establishment. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. Whoever hired the rude woman working as the cashier needs to reevaluate their decision. I went in there with some change to ask for $1.50 in quarters to pump some air in my tire because the machine only took quarters. She straight up told me she couldn’t do that. I asked her why, then she responds with I just can’t and proceeds to use hand motion to direct the next customer forward. I am flabbergasted and shocked at this poor customer service. No wonder why there is barely any business here.

Really cute artsy store with lots of locally made gift options. Nice scented candles (not too strongly scented), handmade jewellery, greeting cards, pottery, shirts, soaps and bath soaks. The guy working there was very friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in the local neighbourhood. Also very close to other shops and restaurants in a lovely walkable area.

My daughter took me here saying it was a cute place...and it was cute ..some things a little over priced but cute. I however will never go there again. After leaving the place we hear the owner yelling at us and quickly walking towards us flailing her arms. We thought we had forgotten something..but no she was accusing us of stealing. My daughter told her where she put the item at in her store and I offered that we go back in there and show her we had not stolen anything. She refused our offer of showing her where the item was and to prove we were not criminals and then she had the audacity to say she wasn't accusing us of stealing. My immediate thought was if someone is yelling at you flailing her arms and causing a scene saying we took something but then says she wasn't accusing us of stealing when she clearly knew she was in the wrong, well that's an unstable person and I don't do crazy. The woman didn't apologize for the scene she caused or for accusing us. Unless you like to be treated like a criminal I wouldn't go here. Oh and she doesn't believe in germs ..that's a whole other story.

Used to love this place... I brought my mom here for the first time to show her this store which I always thought was so cute and quaint. After looking around we were leaving to go back our car and the store owner came chasing after us screaming and yelling. We were confused and walked over to her wondering if we forgot something while there. She accused us of stealing from her store while looking around. Specifically a pair of earrings. We told her we didn’t and said we’d go inside together to show her they were still there. She refused and then tried to laugh it off like nothing. Didn’t think me or my mom were doing anything to raise concerns that we’d steal. We weren’t wearing masks, or hoods, or had big bags It definitely wasn’t a good impression and we won’t go back after this experience. It’s not a great feeling being accused of something you didn’t do. Especially when the owner is causing a scene yelling and chasing us down the sidewalk. If you want to shop here I guess be prepared to be accused of stealing if you touch anything.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Multiple rooms of furniture consigned. Picked up May 25, 2024. After many follow ups, partial payment for June sales received in October and December 2024. Still owed for furniture sold in June, July, August, September etc. 2024. Have had numerous conversations, emails, texts, and visits with many promises but then no payment. Have filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office.

We had some furniture on consignment here. Most pieces were sold in a short period of time, but it took forever to receive the money they owed us. They picked up our furniture in December 2023. By October of October 2024, I was still requesting the money due us. Excuse after excuse. It is now February 2025, and still owed a small portion. Very poor way to run a business.

Surprisingly they have quite a few really nice items in the store. Today is 50%off. I'm hoping it's all week. I might go back tomorrow.

Horrible ownership!! I bought and paid over 300.00 for a dining table. She explained they could sell my old one on consignment 50/50 and I agreed. Sold it in early October and I have yet to receive my 50%. Emails are not returned. Absolutely pathetic business practices.I sure paid for the table when I purchased it. Do not let her sell anything for you. You will NOT get your percentage.

Bad business and unapologetic about it. Suzanne sold me a set of China with "no flaws" but the platter had a 1" chip in it. She denied it, blamed it on shipping, but I have proof that it was present before they packaged the set. She wouldn't give a partial refund for the platter, even when I offered to split the difference of replacing the platter.

Found the perfect glass front, two shelf cabinet. On our way out saw beautiful China. Everything in store was half off. It was an awesome day finding these special treasures. Owner and clerk were especially helpful.

Honest review from their online Auction. I shopped the app when it was storming and I’m not sure there was a glitch or what but I was marked down for purchasing an item I had no clue what it even was. They said they’d refund me and I never picked it up and they kept my money:-) The second thing a bought was an expensive baby item. The item I bought does not work and will not connect to Bluetooth properly as it should. When informing them about this they told me I could request a return if I was not happy. It’s not that I was unhappy it’s that the item simply did not work after all the money I spent on it. It’s been almost three weeks since my return request and I still haven’t heard anything so now it’s out of the “return window” because they never responded. What a scam.

I found a new curling iron that normally sells for between $59-69 on Amazon, for $8. Works perfect! Found 3 different sizes, all new, but only wanted one. It wasn't a bad place at all. Clean store & environment & very nice employees. They have "sale days" which determines the price of the items (Saturdays are $8 day), which is neat. Helps if you're a frequent Amazon shopper in order to possibly recognize some of the tags/labels. Totally worth checking out!

I've found some awesome deals here, like items that price $60+ for $10 or less. But beware, some things might not work, so definitely bring them to the test counter (I've made that mistake once). My main complaint is there are a lot of unlabeled boxes and you aren't allowed to open them, so you're never sure if it's something you need unless you bring it to the counter. Other than that it's a cool idea for a store and a great place to shop for Christmas. Keep an eye on their Facebook page!

I've been coming here for some time now. I have spent a lot of money on bin items as well as premium items. Generally great prices. The last two times I have been though, the customer service has been terrible. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon due to rude staff. First, I was wanting to see the entirety of bed set I was thinking of purchasing. Respecting their rules, I went to a station to have it opened. Finding it was not a set, I decided I did not want the bed cover. The guy that opened it huffed and puffed and said "you people drive me crazy" then he just stared at me. Usually others write what the item is and put it back. So I reluctantly asked if I should put it back. His response was a laugh and a sarcastic "well yeah that would be nice" Then I went again. My card declined my purchase and only took a partial. I did not have another card to use and was asking if I could take an item off. I guess because their system rings thingsa certain way they had to redo it and with the partial ring the other things in differently. I apologized several times and was really embarrassed. Come to find out there was a hold on my card from fuel at the station. I had never had that happen before. The woman trying to fix it said it wasn't the exact amount owed but close enough. And then sarcastically told me it was to my benefit since it was a little less because she didn't have time to play with the numbers. Then when she offered my receipt she made the comment that I couldn't return anything but that I might want it so I can keep better track of my money. It was humiliating and there was no reason to make comments like that when I was already panicking over my card declining for a reason I had no clue about at the time. I don't understand why being unkind is a thing. But I won't spend a bunch of money somewhere where people treat me that way. Bums me out, I use to love my Fridays at bin crazy

What a unique shop. It's like a treasure hunt. You never know what you will find. Each day they are open, a new price is listed for all the merchandise. For example, everything is first listed for eight dollars one day. Then, the next day it goes down. Eventually, everything in the store is two dollars. It's really fun to dig around and see what you can find for such a good deal.

Pick up is ridiculous. I was the only car in the pickup lot and I waited well over 25 min for them to bring me 1 item. I First checked in on the app, then after 10 min I called the pickup order number and left a voicemail. Then 10 min later called walmart and the operator couldn't get ahold of anyone. So she had to call over the intercom. Finally, about 5 min later someone walked slowly to the car, without a vest, and handed me the 1 item.

Went there for an interview and got there about 30 minutes early so I looked around. It was a very relaxed and peaceful store not chaotic like most Walmarts. I ended up finding some really nice ceramic plant pots that were on clearance. During the interview they gave me a long tour of back and explained the different processes they use to do the job. It was very interesting to see all of that and all of the employees that I met there were very friendly.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this but this felt necessary. Didn’t catch her name or even really interact with her but the behavior I witnessed was disgusting. Darker dyed hair, eyeliner, pigtails, pins all over her vest, kinda emo looking, and was working the automotive counter. Fire her. Was checking out in the back by the automotive counter and overheard a conversation between her and an older gentleman with special needs. Whole time she was extremely short witted with the conversation, impatient, and disrespectful with him even though he was being very friendly with her and was just trying to checkout.

I visited your store on July 8th around 7:15am. After making a purchase I decided to try lottery. The machines were turned off, same as yesterday. I was told that they had to be unlocked. Remind you there are 2.machines, both off. The lady at the front went to ask the manager to unlock them. His response was to tell the customer they were down. I approach him and he gave me the same line. Give me a break. Both machines! Laziness is what I call it.

The employees are always smiling and helping out if a customer has questions. This location is usually stocked up on their products, so I do not usually have to find substitutions. The atmosphere is very clean and organized :)

More specifically than just the Supercenter, the Auto Care Center was where I would have to say excelled. Kenton, the service manager, came through when it counted the most. Normally, getting a tire changed would be a routine that most people have very little trouble with. However, we were over six hours from home; drove last night on an emergency donut for over 120 miles at 50 mph. Now, buying from the dot com is a bad thing. The corporate website will not tell you whether something is actually in inventory at any location. That's where Kenton played the role of guide. Choosing a tire nowadays is nothing like a decade ago. You have to know a multitude of things about your vehicle AND your tires. Add in the state laws that mandate what services can be used. We got exactly what we needed in 15 minutes.

I love the W Sunshine st Walmart. They are always so fully stocked and the lines are never too long to check out. They also have the same door greeter’s working that have been there for years, it’s always a pleasure getting to see them when I go in!

Per your comment below, the store is cluttered. The only clerks are behind the 1 cash register. You have let it look run down. I had to order the dress I saw in the ad, vs. getting to come in to try it on. When I walked around the store there were no clothes for younger people. In the 80's, the junior's were front and center with mannequins in ideas of how the create a outfit. There was clerks greeting you. Making sure you were finding what you need. Then there was jeans, and dresses... what I saw was mostly for older than me.

Love JC Penney’s jewelry department! I buy all my family birthday presents there. Great selection, wonderful prices for quality items, usually a sale of some kind. Rachelle at one of the jewelry counters is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always look to see if she is working!

Curbside pickup? It's a trap. They'll leave you sitting in your car for as long as it takes for you to give up and go in the store. They don't answer the phone.

I saw on Facebook yesterday morning that you had some T-shirts on sale for $5.19. I was going to order them but then I needed to go to the mall for something else anyway and decided to wait and try to buy them there. The T-shirts were on tables in the front. The very same shirts I saw on the advertisement. And they were Marked $22. I took them to a checker and ask if they match the online prices. She rang up the price and it said $22 and she said no we are not allowed to do that. I said if I order online it says I can pick up in three hours at the same store. So you’re going to have someone walk to the front and pull the four T-shirts that I have in my hand and then you’ll only charge me $5.19 apiece but I have to wait three or four hours and come back later. She said yes that is correct. That is our policy. My comment to that is. …… no wonder people shop at target and Walmart instead of coming to Penney’s. They immediately change the price to what you can buy it online. What difference does it make? The money is still going to JCPenney. Except I was expected to take extra time extra trip extra trouble. I just failed to see how that is Good business practice, and how it is worth it for a customer to shop with you.

This is my favorite place to buy Levi’s and Nike goods. There are hardly ever any people in the men’s section upstairs. The store is kept clean and organized. The cashiers are always friendly. I generally hate clothes shopping. Going here is stress free. The dressing rooms never have a line. J.C. Penney always runs good sales on their in store brands as well. A good time to go is the end of season for great deals.

Maybe it’s nostalgia coupled with persistence, but I can always find good deals here, especially with the clearance. The company seems to always be running some sort of promo to save you even more, if you do the thing where you give them your phone number and email.

Men’s section needs some attention. Shirts are really touching the floor look more like a Thrift store. I will try to avoid this store, and Ross on the other side of Town is more organized and managed than this one.

Cashier's were nice. The clothes are hard to find when they are jammed on the rack. but I was able to find me a few shirts. I do love shopping here one problem I have now is that even though you just checked out and walked to the door, security will now check your stuff out. I mean come on its bad enough that we have to go through this at Walmart. UGH unbelievable.

I always find something cute for a great price. I hate spending money on myself because I'm always thinking about others. I don't feel so bad buying stuff at Ross.

Always find cool things & great clothes here. Prices are much higher than they used to be, so once again, companies are trying to increase their massive profits at the expense of us & their employees. Shameful!

The place had LOTS of luxury brands like juice couture, Bebe, guess and more BUT everything is very over priced.

Hey this is a great place to find clothes for the whole family and not only clothes but everything for the home at a reasonable price.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. My husband and I always shop there for wedding clothes for him because they have a good variety. I needed to return dress pants for him that he didn’t wear to a wedding and the way I was treated like they were disgusted by me. I’ve never been more humiliated in my life they didn’t even take me to the counter they came at me in the middle of the store in-front of customers embarrassing me saying that the pants have been worn and aren’t in the same quality and the tag wasn’t put on correctly. First of all the pants have been in a bag for 2 weeks so no they won’t look like store quality and yes the tag was cut off because we thought we were going to keep them for the event. I kept the tag and the receipts. They didn’t even look at the receipts. The way she talked to me was vile. Will never be shopping there again.

I have been a Mac make up fan for a rather long time. I went into Dillard's for help matching my foundation due to me ordering on line and it being way off. Anyways long story short. There is a lady who works up there in the skin care center who came over to the mac department and made my whole experience magical. I have not been in the mall or even to Mac for years , due to major anxiety and social anxiety, but Katie made me feel like I was the ONLY customer in the whole mall 🙃, she took her time to make sure all my questions were answered and I left with everything I could have needed. And for the items that were out of stock she made sure that I would have them delivered to my house. I was very impressed with Katie and her passion she carries.

It was my intention to purchase a product at the Clinique counter today. The lady was busy when i approached. No problem. I had some shopping to do. 40 minutes later she was with the same customer who seemed to be a friend as they hugged after. No problem. When it was my turn I tried to purchased some powder and she told me to wait because the previous customer “might have “ forgotten something. The employee called her “friend” they talked score several minutes while I stood there . Apparently no one else could help so I left. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Excellent care and knowledge of product even in the midst of moving. Quick, efficient but not rushing you. I’ve had to purchase clothes for weddings and funerals. Dillard’s always come through for me!!

I was trying to buy a Watch, and there was an indian lady kept saying the watches i look are too expensive for me (they were between $100-$300 which what i make in an hour). I was going to buy 2 watches but this indian lady approached me like i can’t effort to buy those and i felt the racism inside her. I would never go back and they should be aware that lady doesnt do anything but make the customers feel uncomfortable

Dillard's is the only place I shop for my business casual wear! They have a great selection of men's clothing, and their fragrance selection is a bit more than adequate.

I’m addicted to this store and always find great items, BUT every time I come here (which is a lot), the dressing rooms are filthy. So someone is slacking big time & management clearly isn’t checking or just doesn’t care. With the amount of people, this place should be cleaned every single day. Photos from 8-29-25. But again, the items they carry is great and I’ve never had any problems with any cashiers I’ve interacted with. Very nice people.

Disorganized, stuff is everywhere, on the floor, piled on shelves they don't seem to belong on, and just a mess, can't find anything. You have to walk all over the store wandering around. I am convinced the employees are putting back nicer things for re-sale and not even putting them out on the shelves. Every time I go I never find what I'm after, even though I see many other people posting on social media the things they find-our Springfield MO store never seems to have them in stock. And employee told me they get a truck every day but Sunday, but oddly enough name brand licensed merch seems no where to be found. Tired of driving out of my way to go there. The website is worthless. I searched for "Strawberry Shortcake Blanket" and the results I got were laughable-"Some of our brands are shy, please visit our store to see our large selection". I mean, what? Last time I went I couldn't even find ANY throw blankets. It's all a scam to lead you in and then hope you buy over priced items.

T.J. Maxx/Winners is a great store, this location can get a little untidy, but it’s mostly from children rooting through the items. The face and makeup section is large and there are a lot of cool colours to look at.

Love this place - could hunt for some brands cheaper than usual!

I’m a new mom and needed to use the bathroom urgently (if you know, you know.) I arrived to a line outside of the women’s room. I was desperate enough to consider the men’s room, and asked the ladies in the hall if they saw anyone go into the men’s. One of the women happened to be a worker, and said “I wouldn’t go in there if I were you” I asked why, and she said “I work here. It’s marked men’s” I explained that I was going to have an accident, and she proceeded to tell me I needed to wait just like she was. I myself work in customer service and I could never imagine telling a customer that they can’t use the available bathroom, ESPECIALLY in an urgent state. Nor have I ever experienced anything like that. I left the store in a panic that I wouldn’t make it to the next bathroom. I’m very disappointed.

Employees don't even acknowledge you while they're scanning your items. They just talk to the other cashiers. Very bad customer service. If they would stop their conversations while the line is wrapped around the aisles it would move a lot faster. Had to come back for a refund because I was charged twice for an item while they were distracted.

I always enjoy shopping the T.J. Maxx in Springfield. It's a very clean and well organized store. The variety of brand name products amazes me. There are plenty of various sizes in the apparel. Plus bedding, kitchen ware and a unique offering of food items.

Too many changes this past year and none for the better. Less food, and more junk equal less shopping for our family. Every item increased in price to nearly same level as or, now equalling WM. Shame as had been coming here for a decade, due to the honoring of military discount (10%). Previously there used to be coupons on your receipt and they have stopped that. That stopped me getting in to store more often, so please bring back. The store itself is fairly clean, ok B/R's ... some workers are great, one or two others a bit rude, and short w the customers. Aisles are to close now and making people are hit each other, w carts, a safety issue. The less food, and now higher priced food, has me only going once a month, and am noticing less people going as well as myself. Sometimes reinverting a store not the best idea, when the store worked fine at the onset. Many grumble about the changes, I just shop more at the Dollar Store for the items I used to pick up here, but do come for their bigger store wide sale which are definitely worth going to as the 25% makes the prices hard to beat at that point. Decor is not as good with to many foreign products, would love the see more American made. Please return to more food, less clothing. Good location, after 1:30 during M-Thurs for best traffic flow and less shoppers. I do like the manager, a plus.

This is our go to Big Lots. They have a great staff. Lately I have been spending less because most of the stuff we always went there to get are no longer being stocked. But I will keep checking and hoping and one day I will again find European products. We hope. In the meantime thanks to the kind, helpful Big Lots crew.

They have a large assortment of items, most of which are on sale, or at a better price than their competitors. Very friendly staff, and very funny pots for your plants at home.

Came here to shop for a majority of my new apartment furniture, and Pauline was an angel. She worked with me for probably a couple hours while I tried to match everything, figure out pricing, and take phone calls with my roommate while I tried to decide what the best course of action would be for buying our furniture. She was incredibly polite and understanding while I navigated the whole process. Would recommend her and Big Lots a thousand times over!

This store is clean and well organized. The staff there today were amazing. Greeted every person that came in with a smile and welcome. The ladies were in a great mood and seemed happy to be there. I never do the surveys, but I did this one. Shout out to, I believe her name was Pauline. Very sweet.

I am truly impressed with this store. During this pandemic they've been so careful to keep everything clean and sanitized and they keep someone at the front door to ensure everyone is masking. In addition to all their precautions, the employees are all very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond and even help load heavy items in the car. Highly recommend this store!

Update- I like Ross ok, but the selection of men's XL clothing is next to none. Lots of smalls, mediums, and a few larges, but hardly any XL. It's a common size, but not much to buy here. Still lots of Chiefs stuff and pet items, prices aren't awful, little for me to choose. I didn't find a thing. 🫤 Ross has a decent selection of items at a discount price. Home decor, clothing, shoes, kitchen accessories and more. They have lots of KcChiefs-themed items at great prices. They have tons of Christmas stuff and are set up for the Christmas crowd. (I will not be a part of that, it will be crazy for sure.) 🤪 Ross is a good place to look if you're Christmas shopping, clothes shopping, or if you're redecorating. Friendly staff, clean store, and good prices. Will go back.

0 ⭐ On Sunday around 6:45 PM, there were more than 30 customers in the store and not a single restroom was open. The staff said they closed them just because they were short staffed. When we asked about it, the employee was extremely rude. Out of all the fitting rooms, only two at the front were open and every fitting room in the back was locked. The line for the fitting rooms was ridiculously long. We left our cart full of items and walked out without buying anything. Opening a store without restrooms for paying customers is unacceptable and using a staffing excuse makes it even worse. This location is an embarrassment to the Ross name. Avoid it like the plague.

I love the store but one of my pet peaves is when a store clerk announces to the people walking in and saying with a loud voice they are closing in 30 minutes. That's rude. Announce it over a speaker to the people that the store is closing in 15 minutes. There are not that many people in the store.

I found my son a pair of shoes. The store wasn't dirty or messy. We used the bathrooms and they were clean. The cashier was polite.

I love this place. I can afford clothing i like there when i haven't been able to for awhile. Like Walmart prices, but better style.

Horrible service at this location, 6 registers and ONLY 2 OPEN...middle of the afternoon. This store is starting to have the same service as Ross. Worst location we have been to. We put all.our items back and left. This company won't last with this lack of service.

This is a discount store with fashion for women and men. They have a nice selection of clothing with moderate prices. The staff were okay, nothing outstanding. I would recommend this store for your fashion needs.

When I was younger Marshalls was my go to for everything from sneakers to clothes. I still love going through the racks hunting for a bargain. I picked up two shirts today for under 20 bucks. The checkout lines are always an adventure (waiting for your number to be called) and I don't like being asked if I want to save $$ by opening a charge account. I have more than enough credit! That aside, I still like the store and will most probably visit again

Love Marshalls undies. I was able to purchase Danskin undies in my size, medium, for a reasonable price. And most importantly I used my Marshalls credit card that I can also use at TJ Max and other stores.

I went here with my Mom to go shopping for socks for a family "Thanksmas" party last year, and it was a fun part of my shopping experience in the Southside of Springfield. AND, besides getting a pair I would like for the party, I got a pair that I really liked for being a brand from London!

Clean store but only winter items in clothing. Still 80's and wanted plain blouses. Small selection women shoes.

Positives are store is organized and the lady up front was nice. Negatives are the lady stocking shelves was rude, told us to "watch where we were going" when her shopping cart was practically in the middle of the main isle and forced us to bottleneck between her cart, then she perceded to follow us around the store as if it wasn't obvious..... Great customer service.

Most horrible customer service ever Miss horrible customer service ever and the bathrooms were completely locked and no one ever came back to unlock them despite several attempts for us to call someone. I pushed my car to the side and walked out without buying anything and will never be back

Now we have ask the associate to use the restroom but there are none near the isle around the restroom. ( like Ross has) This is very unfriendly burlington. They have only 2 fitting room open- they closed the bigger fitting room. Very few employee. Just close the damn store if only thing you are doing is trying to stop theft. But at what cost? It is so difficult and inconvenient to shop at this location. They don’t care about paying customers.

Not a fan of walking through the first door to a second roped off door where we have to be let in to the walkway by a rent-a-cop wearing a bullet proof vest with a smug attitude and mouth. I at first thought we were walking into a closed store by mistake, then realized this is their new "loss prevention".

A little disappointed in Burlington. Selection for children's clothing was very little. Only one cashier checking customers out with the line backed up. Building was extremely hot as well.

The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I needed a restroom, and to my disappointment, I seen a sign that said please walk up to the front to find an associate. Upon finding an associate, the associate never spoke to me and gave looks that were very unappreciated. Never coming back here again!!!

They need to get handicap carts for handicapped people so they would be able to shop. There's nowhere to sit down and no riding carts

Recently explored this adorable shop with some friends. They have so many cool options for cocktails and accessories. We especially enjoyed all the options for syrups. If you are a fan of smoked whiskey, they have some pretty neat accessories to get your favorite drink just right. If you are new to making cocktails, don't worry, not only do they have great staff who are happy to give recommendations, but they also have a good selection of cocktail books. The shop is two stories, which was super neat. Overall, my friends and I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend you visit.

This place is amazing, because Mandi is amazing. I've purchased some really nice gifts here before but I took my first cocktail class tonight and it was wonderful! Lots of fun, educational, and I got to try heaps of new bitters. Mandi is so kind and friendly and she knows so much about cocktails! There's also a really nice selection of non alcoholic things if you or friends are taking a break or getting sober. And nice glassware! Really can't go wrong if you like to drink tasty things.

My group of 6 attended a private event with 417 Cocktails at her storefront. It was fabulous. Two of us needed mocktails and she easily accommodated us. Not only was it was a really fun evening, but it was educational. I 10/10 recommend this for a fun girls night, an event for a small to mid range group, a present for a family who want a hands on activity to do, or even for a team building event! This would also make for a fun birthday event. Thank you 417 Cocktails for hosting us in your space, making us laugh, educating us, and teaching us how to make really yummy cocktails!

Mandi, the owner, has an incredible selection of cocktail accessories including a lot of locally sourced items. 417 Cocktails has everything you need to create perfect cocktails at home. She has thoughtfully created a variety of kits with syrups and sugars she makes, adding the perfect personal touch to everything she sells!

We had a blast at the Intro to Mixology Class. Mandi was an excellent teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a delightful delivery of the information. The drinks we mixed were great and the atmosphere was fun! I highly recommend taking her classes. You will not be disappointed!
