The staff and manager went out of their way when it came to modifying our pizza due to a couple of allergies. I was amazing and absolutely impressed by their kindness and accommodation. Not only was the pizza fantastic, my daughter loved their meatball sub!

We like to try pizza from all over the area and we've tried A LOT of pizzas. We drove across 3 counties to try this pizza & it did not disappoint! My husband said it was his second favorite behind Pizza Cellar. We got a pepperoni on traditional crust and the Neighborhood Pie Signature pizza. Both were really, really good! There was a generous amount of toppings and I liked that the cheese went all the way to the edge. It was definitely worth the drive!

First time trying this place. I’ve been looking for a good east coast style pizza. This place is awesome! I stopped by mid afternoon and ordered two large pizzas. I needed them half cooked and uncut so that I could finish cooking the at home for dinner. Staff is friendly, pizzas looked amazing. Plenty of toppings and lots of cheese. We cooked them the rest of the way for dinner and man…they were delicious! Very filling. No complaints. I will definitely buy from them again!

Absolutely blown away by how good this place is! The pizza was beyond delicious — hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can tell they care about quality in every bite. And the service? Top tier! Friendly, fast, and super welcoming from the moment we walked in. This spot definitely deserves more attention. Whether you’re local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by. We've tried it twice , both times were amazing. The sauce is full of flavor and the crust is authentic. Our first pizza was the supreme and it was absolutely delicious. Then we tried the four meat pizza and we were equally impressed. The staff is as friendly as can be. We will be going back!

Great pizza!! Stopped here as we were traveling through the area and this pizza was fantastic. The personal 8" is the perfect size. The neighborhood pie and 4 meat are a must try! Definitely recommend!

Food: I got the “pappo’s famous 5 cheese” pizza. Excellent crust and soft dough. Waitress was hospitable and offered Parmesan and red chili flake shakers as additional toppings before she left. 3/5 stars because quality and quantity didn’t match the price — the pizza was a bit too cheesy with a redundant taste. In addition, the wait was long and the waitress wasn’t at her station upon arriving.

From out of town and ordered pickup. Was given a 15 minute time and it was ready as promised. We got a Canadian bacon, pineapple( no discussion on pineapple here) and jalapeño hand tossed. Very delicious. Highlights for me was the crust and sauce.

Our hostess/waitress was wonderful. The pizzas we tried were shrimp scampi and the steakhouse. They were different but really good. We also had the honey ricotta and bruschetta appetizers and they were delicious!

Good food. Excellent service. Carly provided amazing customer service AND delicious drinks. She made the BEST margarita for my friend. My lemon drop was 10star. She was helpful and cheerful. Of course "The Greek' pizza is the bomb! Love the hand tossed; worth the wait! Bonus - the bathroom was super clean.

They seemed overwhelmed . The bartender was doing all she could and I think she was very polite but just couldn’t keep up. She was doing door dash, bartending and waiting tables. I ordered wings for an app and a small pizza . The wings and pizza came out at the same time and the wings were literally cold . There was minimal sauce on them and underwhelming. The pizza was ok, the crust had a decent crisp to it but had a big flop . The flavor was ok but it was a pizza that is forgettable. I think the place got potential and I may try again if they have more staff on.

Ordered a calzone with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. (Delivery) What I got was a burnt calzone with paper thin crust and very little ricotta/cheese and who doesn't enjoy that in their calzones. The charcoal crust took away from the flavor and you never send a customer burn food. I understand the cost of ingredients has gone up but flour isn't that expensive. This was my first and last experience.

The Chicken Cesar Salad pizza is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. I’m addicted and already ate there twice in three days. Toasted Ravioli is also gas. Big fan, thank you Ryan Trahan for putting us on!

Best Pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. The thinnest crust I’ve ever had and the most delicious pizza. The only complaint I have is that they don’t make a bigger size :-) great atmosphere and nice staff.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the place is very unique with some interesting decor, the best part is they had my favorite beer. The pizza?? Meh. It's not my favorite style, I would much prefer to have normal slices vs tiny little saltine cracker size pieces. It's great for women and kids but as a full size adult man I want something less dainty. I had to stack a few pieces up to get a proper bite. The pizza tastes good and one of the servers suggested I ask for it uncut next time and then roll it up and eat it that way because they refuse to cut it into traditionally. I will definitely go back and try it that way.

Ordered the 13” veggie deluxe and sodas. The pizza was good, but be prepared this is THIN crust to the extreme. Pizza was yummy, but service was lacking. Had to ask the person who brought the pizza out for a water that we had ordered when we first sat down. Will eat here agin because the food was good, and hopefully it was just an off day for the server. Parking is limited because of location and street parking is about all that is available, but I don’t mind the walk, as I got to check out some of the stores and other places on the street.

Dining at Pizza House is like going back in time. I knew the place had a rich history. I came in very hungry. I ordered a deluxe salad with creamy Italian dressing: 10/10. For the pizza, I got a 13 inch 2 topping. I’d give it a 6.5/10. Good taste but not elite. Given that the crust is paper thin, I feel that it needs provel cheese or more sauce to complement it, next time I will ask for that extra sauce 😄. Great service from a friendly staff

This was my 1st time here and I'll definitely be back. They only offer thin crust pizza with several house specialities you can build your own. It was about a 10 min. Wait to get seated so I ordered a beer and relaxed until table was ready. Kind of noisy but the place was packed so that's understandable. The salad is what I would call standard pizza house salad good but basic. Our pizza was loaded with topping and cooked perfect. Pretty cool theme and decor with cold war posters and a telephone thing going on. Not sure the back story there. We'll be back!

I've been enjoying Pizza House since I was a baby and that was a looong time ago! It is always delicious with a great, thin crust that keeps me coming back for more. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go. Support local!!

Restaurant was super clean and the service was fast and very pleasant. The young man that served us had a great attitude. The food was phenomenal. I got the the bruschetta pizza and I couldn't have picked a better one. Everything turned out great and even the drink price special was pretty awesome.

Arris Pizza catered my wedding, and they were fabulous from start to finish. They were the easiest vendor to work with through the entire process. I met them through the Springfield Bridal Expo. The food was delicious and really reasonably priced, especially for wedding food! They communicated with me throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond to make me feel special as the bride. The tasting was wonderful, and the chef was super accommodating to any requests we had. We had some pasta with gluten-free noodles, and one guest who is vegan, gluten and dairy free, not only did Arris make her her own little lasagna, they had made a separate salad for her as well with special dressing. It is little things like that that really impressed me. For our wedding, we were able to pick four pastas, two types of salad and breadsticks. They were very responsive, set up quickly and made the buffet line run smoothly. We had several friends and family tell us the pasta was delicious! Arris even made me a (HUGE) to-go container of a pasta I loved. :) I can't recommend them enough, and will be using them for all catering needs in the future!

We were visiting family and Arris was the closest "pizza place" for hungry travelers. Not only is it probably the best pizza (and gyro) I've had, but the service was excellent. Kind staff who took our order close to closing time, and they provided plates and utensils since we had none. We loved it so much we ordered again before heading home - this time salads and gyros, and I even bought gift cards for my Springfield family. Give this authentic Greek restaurant a try - you will not be sorry. When I return to Springfield, this will be my second stop after seeing my family first. Thank you, Arris! I wish you were in Ohio!

First time trying out the place and we were disappointed. The pepperoni pizza did not even taste like pepperoni but like Italian sausage. Not sure if it's something in the sauce or seasoning. The server was nice and professional but the food quality is not good.

My Wife & I had a fantastic experience. Our Waitress Payton, has got an eye for attention and detail making the experience even better. My Wife ordered the traditional gyro with a house salad. I ordered the Greek gyro pasta salad with a house salad. Everything was fantastic, down to the Greek dressing which we bought 2 to take home.

The service was amazing! Just finished eating here and the price for the pizza is great too! A whole large cheese pizza for only $15? Uhm… Yes! The person who took our order was very frequently checking in and refilling our drinks as well. The food was good, service was amazing, and the all around atmosphere of the building was very nice too! Great place to go eat! Edit: After recent experiences at this location as well as with the manager, do not go here and pay with card! I ate in, and a $10 tip was added to my order when I only asked for a $3 tip. (It was a $13 order and they took an extra $10 from my card for a tip that I didn’t leave) I tried to call and have a manager fix it and they said they would call me back and never did. Multiple failed attempts to call them later and I never got my $10 refunded!! Don’t pay with card if you eat here, and i’m taking back my 5 star review and leaving a 1 star! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU PLAN TO PAY CARD!!! THEIR SERVERS ARE THEIVES AND MANAGERS DONT CARE!!!

First of all, I must start by saying their pizza is fantastic, texture, size and serving is pretty good. In order for me to rate a place with 5 stars, they have to meet my 5 stage criteria which is based on, cleanliness, speed, food quality, price and customer relations. This place was pretty good until we get to the customer relations part, yes. The waitress was friendly, but we had to ask for things such as silverware, straws, and refills on drinks 3 or more times, I do understand they were crowded and understaffed, but still does not justify ver lack of attention. This will not keep me from coming back in the future tho.

As an official Hillbilly from MO, I've never been to New York City. Therefore, I cannot be an expert on New York style pizza. With that being said, the Big Slice had very good pizza. The slices were huge, the pizza was great, and the staff was really friendly.

I was so excited about eating at this location but good lord was I disappointed. The pizza was terrible, barely any cheese or toppings for a supreme and not much flavor. The salad was mostly the core pieces of a head of lettuce and the vinaigrette dressing was absolutely terrible. We ended up not being able to eat the salads and ate 1/2 of a 14” pizza. There were 3 of us so we normally would’ve ate it all. I feel like I threw $45 away for crap. So disappointed!!

We were visiting from out of town and ordered delivery, having never been here before we got several different pizzas to try. Kind of a mistake because we didn't realize how huge the pizzas actually were and ended up wasting a lot of it. I personally really enjoyed it, my husband was not a fan, the rest of the family had mixed reviews. If you want a huge slice, really thin, foldable pizza, this one is for you!

I ordered the margarita pizza add artichoke hearts. Worst pizza I’ve had in Springfield MO. There were four blobs of cheese and the sauce you could pour off. Artichoke hearts were perfect! Is the only thing I can say positive about it. For the price it isn’t worth it. Sad to say but a frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been a quarter of the price and better. The manager when I called says that’s what a margarita pizza. Lots of sauce and a little cheese. Sadly disappointed!

Do yourself a favor and get the Burt Reynolds. One of the best pizza slices I’ve ever had. The crust was fantastic. The sauce and cheese were amazing. Seriously some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in Missouri. But still the star of the show was the extremely kind and hardworking lady taking orders. She had amazing energy and was so happy and proud to be at work. 12:20 10.29.2024, she deserves a high five! For $5 I got an amazing slice of pizza. I highly recommend The Big Slice

Had a lovely first experience. Pretty good pizza, pretty good wings, pleasant atmosphere (it wasn't too loud to enjoy conversation), and super friendly staff. Pretty good accessibility, too, although the ramp to the sidewalk is a little rough. Our family will be back for sure.

This place sucks. I am not sure why they decided to quit using the recipes from NY Pizzaria. The garlic knots are grey and hard. The crust is soggy. If you want to try a place better, I suggest Slap Box! It is miles above Big Slice.

Our pizzas had cracker-like crust you associate with a good St. Louis style pizza. However, when you grabbed a slice, they were droopy. The middle of the pizza was doughy, but they couldn't cook it longer as the edges were beginning to char. There was a decent amount of toppings, though it would have been nicer if they were more generous. Price-wise, it's about what you expect from a local pizza parlor. Between the four of us, we were satisfied, but not completely full. The waitress was friendly and did a good job of refilling our waters. If you're curious, we ordered the 14" Combo Deluxe with Italian Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, and an Original 14" Pepperoni Pizza.

OMG 😳 best love of a Italian Heaven ❤️!! Don't let the name fool you on Pizzeria. They have a full option menu of deliciousness. Plenty of seating! Outside patio on the first floor. Then inside the first floor, because there is an amazing upstairs with great seating and the best place all is out on the second floor balcony. For a fantastic dinner under the Stars 🤩

We love the Garbo's Santa Fe Salad with chicken. The small is big enough to split. The house Italian dressing is great. We go early enough that we can usually get a table. And it is quiet enough that you can carry on a conversation!

Excellent local food joint with great micro brew beer line in bottles and on tap. They have a nice wine list as well. The pizza is fantastic thin crust and can be multiple combinations. They are famous for their small house salad (Huge portion that feeds 2) and for their Pizza. The servers are always super friendly and the food is made to order, not frozen junk. They even treat their customers special on holidays. We got a free flower and chocolate for Valentines day from the server when we paid our check. A+++++ Local Eatery!

To start I really enjoy Garbo's food. But in regards to ordering your food, it better be just something on the menu. I tried to substitute a couple of the meats for vegetables, on our Pizza or even pay extra for the vegetables, just remove the meats and it's wrong. 60% of the time so order, What's on the menu and enjoy But, be careful if you try to order something special or different .Because it doesn't happen regularly . Hour and 20 min later was correct......6 people in the restaurant at the time..

I have been looking for a good pizza! I found it! This place had the greatest pizza ever in Springfield. Will defiantly be coming back! Austin specifically was super nice and helpful! Super family friendly and budget friendly! Try the salad!

This pizza used to be awesome!! I left a review just a minute ago about how good the pizza is but the size of the large is the size of a personal pizza at best. But then I started eating the pizza. This stuff used to be great but it doesn't even taste good anymore. I'm not sure what has happened but it sucks because we used to love getting Garbo's every once in awhile. 0/10!

This advertisement clearly stated I would receive a 24-inch pepperoni pizza, but what arrived was a plain cheese pizza. When I called to resolve the issue, the manager claimed it was my responsibility to select pepperoni as a topping—on a pepperoni pizza, no less. That’s both misleading and nonsensical. Instead of offering a solution, they rudely hung up on me and blamed DoorDash for the mistake. When I called back to request a conversation with a manager in person, they escalated the situation by threatening to involve the police. This is unacceptable behavior from any business. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and refusal to take accountability ensure I will not be ordering from this establishment again. Buyers beware!

Delicious pizza, reasonably priced, friendly service.

Great pizza, and amazing subs. Taste like homemade bread, but not sure if it is. We had a meatball, and Italian subs. 8" was plenty of sandwich and had another meal as leftovers. Would absolutely recommend, especially for out of towners, or just tired of the reg pizza joints. As soon as you taste this place, you'll throw rocks at the "big brand" pizza and sub shops.

This place is AMAZING! The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Italian sub, and my friend got the pasta. The pasta sauce is WILD GOOD. Great service and very attentive. Come give them a try.

The food was great like always but the girl at the counter didn't even ask me if it was to go or to dine in. I had planned on dining in as I waited on my food. They brought it to me and boxes and told me to have a nice day and I said I'm eating here and they just gave me my food and walked away and never once came back to check on me or asked if I needed a refill or anything. Three different employees walked through the dining facility. Never once did they stopped to ask if I needed anything.

This is by far 1 of the best pizza places we've ever eaten at. The toppings were large and plentiful. The crust was done. The service was excellent. We've been looking for a good pizza place to eat since we moved to Springfield last year, and we've found it.

It was really good the pizza was awesome and the manager and staff were extra awesome thank you all very much not to many of these places left.

The food was delicious. The jalapeno chips were really hot, but delicious if you like spicy. We couldn't decide between like 6 different pizza options and they let us do a split pizza. We will be back to try all of the pizza options.

This was only my second time dining at Pitch, and years later it is still an awesome place to grab a bite. The server was fast and friendly. The restaurant was spacious and clean. Kid friendly. Prices were fair. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!

Not real sure what happened but I don't know how someone would bring burnt food to a table and serve it. The pizza was supposed to have Canadian bacon and pulled pork on it. Where is the pork. Had a draft and waited 5 mins after my glass was empty before we saw the waitress again. All at the table had empty glasses. On the bright side...... it is a clean and nicely decorated place.

Booked their banquet room for a surprise 65th birthday party for my mom. SO impressed! The room was perfect, food was great, and service even better. I was able to set up hours before ghe party, only charged a $50 deposit, and ask you make some kind of pre order purchase so I did 2 large sides and everyone ordered their own food. So happy with it! Might consider doing my son's birthday there now!

The Pitch says they are a "pub" pizzeria, which is why I chose The Pitch for dinner last Friday. I also went for pizza because KY3 News had announced on Instagram that it was National PIZZA Day, which surprised me. I had seen on their social media that The Pitch's Happy Hour not only included discounts on alcoholic drinks, but also appetizers. But those announcements were from the early 2020s, and when I asked my waitress if they still offered discounted appetizers, she said they did not. Yet I did order an appetizer of tortilla chips with buffalo chicken dip. It sounded a great alternative to proper "pub grub," such as the complimentary buckets of potato chips and French fries that the Irish pub restaurant Dublin's Pass used to serve in the 2010s, but sadly not anymore. With my tortilla chips and dip, I enjoyed their Mediterranean pizza. I really liked them both.

My husband and I were in Springfield for a rehearsal and decided to stop in for an early dinner and are we glad we did! We don't live in Springfield, but because we live near Branson we often visit and are always looking for exceptional places to eat and The Pitch proved to be such a place! Not only was the bartender friendly and helpful, but the loyal regular patrons in the pub provided helpful advice and conversation. We even got to chat with the owner. We had a wonderful time, the pizza was the best we've had since we moved from Dallas, and we can't wait until our next visit!

Crust in all pizzas was tough and tasted stale. Not enough sauce on all 3 pizzas. Atmosphere was as stale as the crust. Even though they had just opened, we were the only ones there for a half hour, which immediately drew a cause for concern before the food was delivered to our table. Server was nice, but lacked professionalism. We will not be returning. First, and only, time there.

Really great pizza! $16 for a medium pep, little pricey, but worth it for that great taste!

Our absolute favorite pizza - the multi-grain crust is fantastic! Great toasted sandwiches and we love the crushed ice in the soft drinks. UPDATE: Still great after all these years! Come early (or late) for lunch on the weekends and avoid the rush!

The restaurant is easy to get to and walking in feels very cozy. The ambiance is laid back and creative. The waitresses were nice and the food even better. There are a couple options for an appetizer which were lovely and the pizzas are amazing. You can order them in numerous sizes, which is nice for couples getting their own little pizzas or parties sharing a big one. I love that they use whole wheat crust, it gives it so much flavor. The crust is thin but sturdy enough to hold the toppings! I totally recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again soon.

Quirky yet relaxed restaurant that has legit pies and good service. Cold beer (bottles) and a simple wine selection. Had the Bear Pizza and it was great. Thin and crisp crust, mellow sauce , and a great blend of cheese. Nice selection of salads as well. Great place for lunch 😊

They have great pizza! Top 3 in town! I personally love the Honey Badger. It's pepperoni, jalapeños, and they put honey in the sauce. Delicious. Also, they make chocolate chip cookies, but it's catering only, so call ahead and get those made for your dessert. It's worth it! Great spot!

Really good pizza! The cauliflower crust pizza was crispy and delicious. The server was fast, everything was great.

Ordered Togo from website. The pick-up process was easy. They had a great Take Out pick-up area inside the restaurant. They had my food well packed, and I could tell they cared about their take out business. Our lasagna was good but could have been better with a little more sauce on them

The calzones are very good. No Cherry Pepsi but the waitress suggested adding grenadine to normal Pepsi and it worked out great. I brought my girlfriend here specifically to get toasted ravioli and that was pretty good too.

The food was delicious. our waiter new the menu well and was great. The owner came to our table and was really friendly. The pizza was fantastic, my Chicago sandwich was perfect and the pasta dishes were great also! We will visit again the next time we are in Springfield!

The most succulent French dip I’ve had! The beef was fall apart tender with immersed in au jus - didn’t even need to dip it, and don’t get me started on the homemade bread and crusts! Crisp and flavorful- food was served promptly and our waitress was fun and helpful with choices and specials. Very comfortable seating and great atmosphere! Homemade croutons and salad dressings. This is the place!!!!

Something changed and not for the better. Restaurant was not busy, only 4 other couples there at 6:30 pm. Ordered bruchetta, and it was barely toasted, pizza crust was doughy in the middle way undercooked. Waitress just said that's the way they make them there. There are definitely better pizza places than this.

My sister and I made our first visit today. We didn’t arrive until about 12:45 which is usually a good time in most restaurants to get in and out so she can get back to work. Unfortunately that was not true today. There were few customers in the dining room and wait staff seemed almost non existent. It was almost 10 minutes before anyone showed up to take our drink order and we had to ask to go ahead and place our order since we had had plenty of time to make our choices. We then had a lengthy wait to get our food (a small pizza and grinder which were delicious). Again, there were few people in the dining room. Two other ladies waited this entire time to get their check! While I initially appreciated the owner’s offer, I have emailed 3 times with no response.

I was actually going to another place but it was closed so I decided to come here instead and I'm glad I did. The homemade ranch was delicious and the grinders we're out of this world. The atmosphere and staff we're very cozy and nice. I took my family but it's somewhere you can eat by yourself. Everything was great and I'm definitely coming back.

Good food, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service. Our server Abigail was very sweet and attentive to our needs. The smell of fresh bread cooking lingered throughout the restaurant, making our mouths water! The food didn’t disappoint!

My husband and I just left Cox Hospital South looking for some place to eat. Decided to give Roccos a try. So glad we did. The best meat lovers pizza Ever!. Our waitress was super nice. We will be back.

Great pasta! The food was delicious and the service was great. We had the garlic knots as an appetizer. The knots have a crusty garlicky exterior with a warm soft interior. They were great. The salad was good and they have a nice selection of dressing. I had the baked penne Palermo and they added mushrooms for me. It was wonderful. I love the fact that they let me add mushrooms. Again good food good service.

Delicious Fettuccine Alfredo and Mushrooms, would be nice to have the mushrooms mixed in before the food came though and a better pasta selection would be nice. The food was good but the Alfredo is a lot more liquidy then I was expecting.

Got a pizza here and it tasted so off, we threw it away. It was awful. One week later, we are reading a Health Department report in the New Leader "six priority violations including observed debris growth on cooked ground beef held in cold holding and several ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food items, like deli ham..." (Springfield, Health Department Inspection Report). Plus they also had 3 non-priority code violations too. This sounds beyond GROSS AND IS JUST PLAIN NASTY! but explains a lot. Guess I know why our pizza tasted awful.

Food great but out of chicken livers, didn't know where the Hard Knox's meat came from because that BBQ place is closed. Not very attentive. Waiter disappeared for long amount of time. Hard to get the bill to leave.

We were passing thru town on vacation looking for a place for a late meal, & not only did they keep the kitchen open later for us but the food was excellent! We had delicious pizza & a great healthy green salad with a couple of beers while watching some great football & baseball on their many screens. The olace is clean & comfortable. Starting with the phone call we made to see when the kitchen closed, the manager/bartender, Colin, went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed & satisfied & even looking forward to coming back another time...even tho we live in SC😄 Highly recommend.

Best pizza and service in town! We showed up right before the kitchen closed down. They were nice enough to keep the kitchen open and made some of the best spinach dip and pepperoni pizza I've had in a very long time. The staff was amazing and very personable. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be going back.

First time visiting this restaurant. Ordered food 1 large pizza for our kids and 2 smaller pizzas for each of us. Server brings out food and puts on the table and grabs drink menu from center of the table as he’s doing this drops drink menu directly into our kids pizza. Absolutely no doubt this was an accident. And not enough of reason to give a bad review. However how he handled this situation was far far worse. He apologized and tried to tell us it was fine. It’s was not. Then tried to tell us he had just wiped the drink menu down. Now he’s straight up lying to our faces, as if we are fools. Twice I told him to get the manager and he kept trying to gas light us. I warned him I’m trying really hard not to get angry but you need to get him now. He still doesn’t listen until I stand up and suddenly he decides to go. Manager never comes either. He comes back with the receipt to pay for the beer she drank. I paid him and left. Never step foot in the place again. Ruined our dinner and disrespected us about it multiple times

Nice selection of Pizza possibilities here. Couple that with a cold drink and you have a nice start to your evening. James our server did a good job helping get us the beer we wanted. We had the Italian stallion pizza and it was very tasty.

The gluten free pizza here is my favorite, my family loves this place and the staff is very friendly. The problem is this place is never open. They don’t open until late in the afternoon (3 or 4). Their website says they’re open until 1 A.M. Saturday, Google says 11 P.M. I arrived before 10 P.M., the door was locked and when I called they said their kitchen was closed.

PaPPo's Pizzeria Springfield South was phenomenal! We got the steak salad, Kitchen sink on hand tossed crust, and Philly cheese steak on thin crust. Everything was delicious. The food came out fresh, hot, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The thin crust was crispy despite the loads of toppings 🤤 and the hand tossed crust had a crisp bottom, and a chewiness you’d expect without it being gummy. The service was excellent. Our server kept our glasses full, checking in at times without being all up in our business, and gave excellent recommendations. There’s even a window for watching them hand toss the pizza dough! We will definitely be back! 🍕 PS the freshly grated Parmesan cheese in the cheese shaker is chef’s kiss 👌🏼

Convenient location and excellent service. Met friends here & quiet enough to talk and visit, but also a nice spot to watch sports as there are TVs all around the place, but high enough on walls where they aren't distracting for other diners. Large variety of specialty pizzas - is making me return multiple times to try more selections. Have had bbq, supreme, and this time (my favorite so far) the GOAT. Delicious with caramelized onion, goat cheese and vibrant seasonings. This pizza sings. Very tasty spinach salad with sweet tomato, fresh cheese, candied walnuts and a caramel dressing. Waiter was incredibly friendly and very conscientious. I'm eager to return and try more pizza flavors.

Placed order for pick up. Packaged well, when I got to where I was going, I enjoyed all items. The hand tossed pizza was hot, tasty and had a great crust. The meatball sub was hot and full of Flavor. The salad, though it was good, could have used more dressing. Very nice food!!

Maddie was super awesome, very friendly, pleasant attitude. Such great service! I'm from out of town but she made this experience so great. I definitely will be making this a go to every time! And to top it the pizza and all the food was amazing!

I love this pizza. My daughter and I ate there today. We both have Alfa-gal. It's the first time we've had a real pizza in over a year. If you try the store bought ones, they suck. So please take your kids and family there !!!! You will not regret it. I will drive from Willow Springs to Springfield any time I grave a pizza. Thanks to Pappo's and its staff. Spent $50 on an 8” pizza and a “garlic butter shrimp in a white wine sauce” appetizer that ended up being nine tiny shrimp in a pool of butter. None of the food was that good, a 2/5 at best, and tiny portions. The pizza was $18, the shrimp was $16.99. This was like kids meal portions. I cannot believe we spent that amount of money for food that was not even good. Never again.

We came here because we saw in a Facebook group that there were options for Alpha Gal. My husband was thrilled to have his first pizza in months after being diagnosed. My son has a gluten allergy as well so pizza has been out of the question for us. My son loved his cauliflower crust pizza. I had the Greek pizza which was fantastic. The beer selection was great and our server was very knowledgeable about food allergies which helped a lot. We will be back for sure!

The mushroom ravioli was amazing! The spinach artichoke dip was very different. It was almost like Alfredo sauce with a few pieces of spinach and fewer artichokes. The bread that came with it wasn’t even toasted. Overall I would go back I just would not order the dip at all. My husband got the Greek pasta not a lot of feta and flavor was very mild.

I went during a busy lunch and I only had a brief wait. My server did a great job. The food was delicious and plentiful.

This neighborhood restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It is clean, nicely decorated, the tables are comfortably spaced, In addition to a great menu, there are daily specials that are very tempting. The server was so good. She took the time to explain the menu, making great recommendations. The food was delicious! It tasted like homemade, which is a real treat! There is plenty of parking. Outdoor seating is an option. This place is a gem!

The new building is great. Artwork inside is good too. Food is fantastic like it has always been. The prices may make it the best value in town. Great restaurant!

Skip the Nonna. It tasted like can soup with boiled chicken. It wasn't very good. The bread however is good. Dip the bread in the garlic and it takes the nasty pasta flavor out of your mouth. The Greek was in a garlic butter sauce, with boiled chicken and canned olives. It was alright but bad after taste from the olives.

We visit here very often, it was a great experience! Also, it was a huge staffing improvement compared to before the remodel/reopening! Our server was the best we’ve ever had at Bambino’s (name in attached photo of bill)! Great job!

The food was okay there was a lot to choose from but didn't have the best taste. Gave 3 stars because half the arcade games were not working so it was a struggle to use some machines. I gave 5 stars for service my husband set his card down and a kid picked it up and refused to give it back but the employees gave him his money back and points in the card and they caught the kid who did it. 5 stars for atmosphere my daughter had a great time for her birthday. There are 6 rides total and she rode all of them. They do put the kids in a slower go kart if they are under the age of 14 which my daughter didn't like but it makes sense for safety. They have lots of party rooms available. They have a movie theatre eating room as well as other places to eat and plenty of space. My daughter loved the trampoline area however I don't like that they don't tell you about the socks you have to purchase for $2 ahead of time. They just took the money off the card for both my girls. I saw the sign when I walked up but I do feel they should inform first and ask if we want to purchase before just taking the money.laser tags was fun and so were the other attractions.

This place is nostalgic for us. There are some decent deals if you’re a large family. The buffet is actually a great deal (I mean, the food is so-so), but the arcade is ridiculously overpriced. The minimum price for a game is $1.25 - in some cases that gets you a solid experience, but in other cases you’re paying $1.25 for pushing a button. If your kids aren’t patient, they could spend $20 in less than 10 minutes. I recommend buying a bundle that comes with some attractions for kids. They’re a good way to pass time and keeps them happy. All in all, we always have a good time. Food isn’t the best but it’s good service and the buffet line and establishment are kept fairly clean.

We loved that they had salad bar some rice and sweet and sour chicken, tacos nachos, baked chicken corn dogs Mac and cheese pizza and dessert plenty of games to play kids loved the trampolines and the VR roller coaster ride

Our experience at Springfield Incredible Pizza Company was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff member at the front counter was unwelcoming and provided little explanation of the available packages. This set a negative tone for the rest of our visit. The food was acceptable, but the game room and attractions were a major letdown. Only one attraction was open, and it operated for a very limited time. We were not informed of height restrictions for the go-karts, which directly impacted our plans since we had a toddler with us. Additionally, multiple arcade games malfunctioned, taking credits without working properly. This location was once one of the best family destinations in Springfield, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and non-functional attractions make it difficult to recommend anymore. Unless significant improvements are made, we will not be returning.

I was surprised at how clean this place was, despite so many patrons they kept the establishment clean and neat. The food was good but not hot enough. There are tons of games and activities for all ages. The rate was fair. The employees were helpful and friendly.

This doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside has multiple different eating rooms each with different settings. One was the movie theater, with a kids movie playing, one is the gym with several tvs showing sports, the other one was the family living room, those were cool but that's really the end of it. The food is all you can eat buffet style with salad, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, chicken legs, hot dogs, pizza and multiple desserts but unfortunately none of it was worth the money we spent. Most of the food was pretty bad tasting and we all ate very little. No where near the 66 bucks that we spent for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would not recommend this place, there are so many better places in Springfield!

This was a really great place. Had a blast. Went on a Tuesday so not many people. Pizza made to order. Did was really good if fresh. Bathrooms were okay, just needed cleaning. Drinks were good and great selection.

The best Italian food (really Sicilian) food in Springfield. Highly recommend. I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s always consistent. PS the gnocchi is back May 2025!!

Mike was our server and he was great. The food was fresh and really good . The service was top notch and the chef offered several enticing off the menu items a well. We walked from our hotel so it was convenient but felt like a nice little getaway.

Really enjoyed a great dinner. Got in and out in about an hour. Mike was our waiter and did a wonderful job checking on us and making sure we were more than satisfied.

Went on a Friday night around 8:30. Was able to be seated right away. My wife and I had drinks and each ordered an entree. The food was amazing,as was the drinks. The only problem that I might have had was with how slow service was, but it didn't bother me too bad. If you are not in a hurry it's a great place to linger and visit with company.

Overall, very pleasant. The service was polite and helpful when assisting me in making a decision for what to have for dinner. She was quick and very attentive. The food was excellent and came out quickly. I would love to order the tortellini again. The bread with olive oil and vinegar was a nice little appetizer. The bread had the perfect texture and moisture. The lemon cake was a great finale to everything. I really enjoyed all the food. I would have given 5 stars, except the restaurant was dirtier than to be expected for a place charging this much. I saw several fruit flies, which is always very concerning. Simply, the place could be cleaner and I would have really awarded 5 stars. Overall I would love to come back and try something new. It was a good experience.

Loved the place! The atmosphere was almost perfect for a date. Acoustics made it a little hard to hear with even a half filled restaurant. The Caesar salad was the best I had! Enjoy some of the cheesy bread for an appetizer (just order 2). The entrees around the table were delicious and flavorful. At $20+ a plate, the portions were a little smaller than I had imagined they'd be. I only had 5 medium to large shrimp on my pasta and felt like I had to ration them. Jumbo woukd have felt generous. We all could have finished our plates if we weren't saving space for dessert. Get some dessert! Each bite was worth every penny. Salad, entree, and dessert will run you about $50. Service was outstanding and as soon as my drink hit the bottom it was refilled.

Beautiful decor. I came in with high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to them. Bruno's Gin-Secco was excellent, but it took 30 minutes to arrive — and the restaurant was less than half full. That delay set the tone for the rest of the evening. I ordered a steak rare, and while the edges were nicely done, the center was medium to medium-well — something I’ve never seen before and a clear sign of poor execution. Bread didn’t arrive until 30 minutes into the meal, and the portobello ravioli was only enjoyable after being reheated. The staff seemed overwhelmed despite a slow night, which makes me wonder if the restaurant is understaffed or just poorly managed. Whatever the reason, the service and kitchen issues made this a one-and-done for me. I won’t be giving it a second chance.

Overall great value for the cost. I’m from an area that has lots of wonderful choices for food - so this was hard for me. The food was good but not great. The bruschetta was served more like a soup - definitely not what I was used too. It had a good flavor but more on the bland side. It lacked garlic - 🧄 which I LOVE - so I did add the fresh chopped garlic they served on the table - but of course, didn’t give the garlic time to infuse with the remaining ingredients. I had The Poppa and they made adaptions - I love the spicy sauce - they swapped the sausage for chicken for me and added spinach. The pasta was definitely overcooked - as you can see I like my pasta less soft. They definitely give you healthy serving sizes. It was enough for me to eat 5 times on. My son and his wife enjoyed their dishes a lot and the kids ate all their Alfredo and spaghetti with meat sauce. Overall a good experience - I just like more flavor. I’ve been to Italy and eaten many different dishes there - so I do know they can cook!

Bambions Cafe was great! The wait was normal for any restaurant on a Friday night, but we decided to eat on the patio so we were served immediately. Gary, our server, was wonderful! He was very attentive and quite pleasant. We were celebrating our anniversary so he was so kind to cover the cost of the dessert. What a guy! I quite enjoyed the Steak tips with oven roasted brussel sprouts and my wife's Ziti was good too. But if you really enjoy dessert, get the chocolate cheese cake. Don't know if they make it in house or bring it in, but that Chocolate Cheese Cake is Amazing! Doing a great job Bambinos and Gary! Thanks for a great time our first day in Springfield!

Food was delightful, a real treat! Tomato bisque soup was delicious!! White bean chicken chili was really good. Panini sandwiches were served piping hot on homemade bread. Complimentary bread basket was appreciated and wonderful with soups. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Meredith, our waitress, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and just simply top-notch! We’ll be back soon!! Note: visit before 4pm to get lunch pricing.

Amazing food and the service was very good. The bar selections for drinks are ok but not great. The atmosphere inside is very chill and cozy. The location is easy to get to and is pretty convenient so check out this tasty Italian gem when you can

This place was pretty full. I know places back home that are beloved because of huge servings, and i guess that is the case here. Their specialty seems to be giving you a spoonful of garlic straight out of a giant jar of minced garlic with your bread. And the bread was ice cold. Sorry, but that's not a plus. Who eats raw garlic? He had Alfredo and I had meat sauce with three or four kinds of pasta . It was all watery and not flavorful, we won't be back. The walls needed to be painted really badly. And the waitress was abrupt.

The atmosphere was pleasant, our waitress was sweet and prompt, the food was superb and the price was picture perfect. Loved the art on the walls and I'm definitely going to be coming here more often.

My dad was craving spaghetti and meatballs so we stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. There were 5 of us so we had to wait around 20 minutes. Waitress got our drink and appetizer orders quickly after we sat down. Food came out pretty quickly. Everyone loved what they ordered. Definitely freshly made.

Fantastic food!!!! My family and I were traveling through Springfield and found Bricktown for dinner. With 8 adults and 3 children, we needed somewhere with lots of options. After about a 15 minute wait for our table, we were seated out on their cover porch. Our waiter was very friendly, and got our drinks and food ordered right away. I got the house favorite, meatloaf and tenders, while my wife got the hatch green chili burger. The meatloaf is to die for, super moist with lots of flavor, and they chicken strips are the best hands down, very light and crispy with tender meat. The rest of our table ordered more meatloaf, chicken pot pie, chicken fired steak, cheese pizza (kiddos), fish taco and sliders. Everyone enjoyed their food and the plates were licked clean by the time we left. Whether your local or traveling trough, I highly recommend a visit to Bricktown Brewery!!!

I came here for the spicy fried chicken sandwich, and it really didnt hit. It wasnt spicy, and the slaw tasted left out. But I went by myself for lunch and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd go back, but id try something else. The fries were fire tho.

When I first was seated, it took what felt like forever until someone finally asked what I wanted to drink. Thankfully the lady who seated me also gave me a menu so I went ahead and ordered food too. I ordered the fish and chips, and a side salad. The blue cheese dressing for the salad is AMAZING! The fish was cooked perfectly, it just had a little bit too much breading for my liking. The fries were terrible. They tasted like they were made well ahead and just sat in a basket until ready to be served. Most reviews say the service was great, but my server was not attentive at all. My drink sat empty for several minutes, and I was rarely checked on. I understand a place being busy, but it wasn’t terribly busy in there.

HOPPIN! Came on a Sunday night and the place was packed. Had to sit at the bar and the bartender Matthew was fantastic. Disappointed that they didn't have avocado fries but the Watonga Cheddar Curds were really good. Had the chicken and berry salad and a pint of their Millie McFadden Red Rye Ale. Everything was fantastic.

Food and service was great. I didn't like where I was seated and the chairs were very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Excellent... Update Went back for second night. Had the seafood platter and blueberry ale. This place is a true delight. Service is too notch, food is well cooked and seasoned well. I highly recommend. Also, take some blueberry ale home with ya....I did 😁

Don't order to go because its always something. They gave me a ramekin of coleslaw as one of my sides and exactly 14 pieces of okra. I spent $17.35 to basically get 2 bites of sides and fish. Times before that, you'll be lucky to get the sides that cant all go together in one container. Food tastes good, but make sure to dine in and save yourself the irritation.

The service was not professional at all. The pizza taste like it’s from an easy bake oven. It honestly just didn’t taste like pizza. It’s cut into small squares and has very hard thin crust, but that is not advertised. We only ate a few pieces then left. You’re better off getting a frozen pizza from Walmart!

Cute shop. Had to argue with the guy at the counter to get my drink. Beer foamed up, he ran to the back, a line formed while he was back there and then when he finished with them didn't remember not giving me my beer. Toasted Ravioli are good. Pizza is not. Skimpy on the toppings, crust is tough and not crispy, and the whole thing leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Do not recommend.

As soon as you walk in the door, your greeted with the most delicious smell of PIZZA & seasoning. It’s five of us, the dining room was CLEAN and comfortable. We ordered the 14” Deluxe, Toasted ravioli and a 2 liter which was around $40. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The taste of the food was on point, as it looks on the menu and TASTED GREAT.

We are big IMOs fans from out of town. This IMOs is old school and cool. Love the decor and building. The staff was nice and got us taken care of. Pizza dudes in the back getting it done. Our deluxe pizza was great. Toasted raviolis were as toasty as we were. Neighborhood is cute and you’ll find a bunch of different things.

The St. Louis staple all the way down in Springfield, MO. It was a bit of an acquired taste for me over time, living in STL for 13 or so years. It took a few years and multiple tries to really start craving it. Very unique. This far flung location is very nice and much appreciated.

I have to admit I have been wrong about something my entire life. As it turns out, there actually IS such a thing as a bad pizza. For decades, I (and many others) have said, "there's no such thing as a bad pizza." The fall back position was, "even bad pizza is better than no pizza," which also turns out to be wrong. Imo's Pizza, here in Springfield, MO, combines an imagined worst-ever Chicago tavern-style pizza (thin crust cut into squares, which I love) with a St. Louis-style crust (think overcooked dried shoe leather- never my first pick- though I have found a few that were okay here, like Rocco's Pizza). And then...it is covered with provel cheese, a monstrosity that was created in St. Louis and is really only popular in the St. Louis area and apparently, here. Provel is a processed cheese known for its gooey, buttery texture and a blend of...wait for it...Swiss cheese, White Cheddar, Provolone, and...Liquid Smoke. Or as I call it, Frankenstein's Cheese. It's okay on sandwiches where it is part of many other flavors, but DOES NOT work melted on top of pizza as a predominant flavor. I was warned not to go there by someone with a restaurant industry background and I didn't listen. I don't know what you would call this, but they need to stop calling it pizza. ‐70 out of 10. Would not recomnend.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza Togo, it took about 35 minutes for it to come out. Pizza was kinda weird they cut it in all kinds of crazy directions, and the sauce didn’t really taste like pizza sauce.

The pizza was pretty good. Nothing special but the crust is really good, and came out pretty quickly. There was only one person working the front and they were a little busy running orders, restocking, and then coming to take our order. I would come back here and try something other than the pizza.

On Sept. 6th, 2025 @ 5:54 pm, we stopped at Schlotzsky's 1316 N Glenstone Ave for dinner. While in the Store, noticed a window poster (See Photo) advertisement, $5.00 Pizzas after 5pm & decided to order Two Pizzas. When ordering, the counter associate informed us that offer is NOT valid. I pointed at the window poster & He politely asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager. The Manager, informed me, She can NOT honor the advertised offer. I pointed her the window poster! She said, "After 5pm the price of Pizza is $10.00 and she was waiting for new poster for the replacement and RUDELY marched off back to the food prep area. No Apology offered. The initial Counter associate was polite and apologetic. The Counter associate would be the PERFACT replacement for the Manager who was on duty that day. I will NEVER eat at any Schlotzsky's.

Food was decent but for the price I paid I was hoping the ingredients would be better and spread out more across the sandwich. The peppers and olives were all just clumped in the middle. Service was quick but the guy was cussing under his breath about the cash machine not working the entire time lol. Also was given my drink with the lid not on. Not that great of an experience unfortunately which is a shame cause i usually enjoy schlotzskys at other locations

I always forget about Schlotzsky’s, but when I remember it’s a nice little treat. Service was great and food came out fast and hot.

Tried Schlotzsky’s for the first time tonight and I was honestly impressed! I got a pizza and it came out super fast, and it was actually really good. The people working there were super sweet too, which made the experience even better. Definitely a solid first impression I’ll be back!

I had my first Schlotzsky's sandwich in 1989 in Sioux Falls South Dakota and have loved them ever since! My wife and I were going to the movies on my birthday and stopped in to grab a bite before the movie and Josie was working the front counter. My wife made mention it was my birthday and Josie sang me a special happy birthday song! For her to do something like that, goes well above and beyond normal customer service! Of course the food was outstanding, but what made the night the most memorable was Josie's attitude and song! Thank you so much, josie, for making my night amazing! You are a true rockstar!

Bro the pizza was phenomenal. My boyfriend got the bbq chicken w/ jalapeños and I got the supreme. The sourdough bread was so yummy and filling, but not rough on the gums and had a depth of flavor!

You should go here!!! No joke! The food was 👌👌 immaculate!! No notes. Kassidy(?), the bartender, was so helpful. I go out to eat solo a lot and sometimes I can tell when the staff doesnt appreciate that. But I felt so welcome here. 10/10 I will be back.

We tried this tonight on a whim. The service was fantastic, the facilities were spotless, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was mostly great. The kids' portions were absolutely massive and well worth the $5.49! The Tuna was fantastic and cooked as ordered. The burger was fine, not fantastic but adequate for the price. The only(and I do mean only) thing that was off was the Cesar salad, the lettuce was very wilted and inedible, it seemed that maybe they were pre prepped dressed which causes the lettuce to break down and now remain crisp. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

What a terrific find on the south side of Springfield! We really enjoyed our lunch. The burger and the wonton shrimp were great. Also, no complaints about the fries and onion rings. Both were also delicious. Loved the vibe here too!

I ordered the Kung Pao pasta and it was delicious! The heat sneaks up on you but it isn't a hot burn your mouth heat. It was sooooo good and I would definitely recommend!

We had to wait about 5 mins and flag someone down to get seated, but after that we had a great visit. The food was delicious

How is this place not the busiest restaurant in Springfield? There has consistently been a lot of exciting choices on both the regular menu and the seasonal menu. I have a hard time choosing what to have, because it all look so delicious. The impressive bloody mary and black berry smash are my go to drinks depending if I am feeling salty or sweet.

Great atmosphere and food was great, too. I would recommend eating here at least once if your in the area.

We had a good visit! The food was hot and delicious. The young lady taking my order was super helpful and our server ( I think his name was Blake) was so friendly and helpful. He checked on us 5 or 6 times. We missed the shredded cheese though😂

My granddaughter and I stopped in while on a road trip. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Our food came rather quickly. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was somewhat bland. It wasn't bad, just not delicious like we had hoped.

We are new residents to Missouri and today we stopped at this Fazoli’s in Springfield,MO. We had an excellent meal and I have to say the best service from Talia A. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great customer service. It was one of the better Fazoli's we have been to in a long time. Clean, food was great and like I said cheerful employees. Great job 😊

Service was good but pretty disappointed with the food. I ordered the oven baked sampler not realizing that it didn’t come with meat. They gave me one little meatball on a plate full of noodles, sauce and cheese. Definitely not worth $12. Do you have to order meat separately now? Ridiculous.

The employee that I was ordering my food from was so kind and told me all the new things on the menu. The manager on duty was very nice and was making sure I was comfortable! Will be back!

I signed up for reward on their website and they instantly gave me a redemption code for $5 off any order of $15 or more! I got lasagna, house salad and a small drink for $11 something, including tax. I picked up my order at the drive thru window which was very handy on a hot day with my dog in the car. The salad was crisp and fresh. Lasagna was not Michelen star,but it was hot and had plenty of cheese and sauce and the noodles were cooked to my liking which is al dente. You might want it cooked a little softer but not me! The guy working the window had a friendly smile and he complimented my dog, who IS pretty dang cute. He loved the bite of lasagna I shared with him. Oh and it came with two hot bread sticks sealed in foil to keep them soft and warm. Great value. Not sure I would have paid full price but you can't beat $5 reward JUST for signing up! If you aren't sure what to order, I saw several good combo options.

Wow the rum drinks are amazing. The drinks are spendy, but as strong as the strength rating says, so be careful! Their Hurricane and the Monkey's Paw are great. Make sure that you check out the bathrooms, seriously... They have a whole vibe and we loved them. We were able to sit out on their lovely patio.

During Halloween, I visited this place and loved the halloween atmosphere. The service was excellent and I enjoyed my cocktail. I haven't had the chance to try their food, but I definitely plan on going back. It's also a great spot to hang out with your girlfriends!

My friends and I came here after going to another bar in town. We were after good drinks and some Christmas vibes. The staff here was incredible and the food and drinks were amazing! We got a vegan mushroom pizza and it's probably the best I've ever had. Skip the other places in town. This is the place.

I can not give this place enough stars. 10/10 for sure! We were in town for the Route 66 Festival and it was blistering hot! My husband and I were set up not far from this establishment. Each time that I went in to make a purchase the staff was incredibly kind, efficient, and got our orders correct. The GM (I wish we'd gotten his name) was so hospitable and offered us kindness through some free refills. We made sure to patronize this establishment because of their incredible service. I was so impressed by them that I spread the word to other vendors and people at our hotel to give them business. If you are in the area, please give them a shot and enjoy the fresh food & hospitality!

Despite how busy this restaurant can get, the service never misses a beat..especially thanks to Evan. He always greets everyone with a calm, welcoming attitude that really sets the tone for the experience. Even during the rush, he manages to stay attentive and professional without ever making you feel rushed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. I’ve went here so many times in the last year because it is delicious!! Go to is #5 which is a turkey bacon sandwich; absolutely scrumptious. #12 which is a pulled pork, so juicy and mouthwatering. Mac and cheese is always good and their soda machine hits the spot every time. All around amazing place, the pickles are the best.

Just delicious food. My meatball sub was both tasty and filling. Staff is quite friendly and the dining area was clean and well organized.

I've been going here for a long time and I love to eat here but my last experience was a disappointment. The recent renovations have made the dining area feel cold and lifeless with no atmosphere, and their signature lemonades were both empty:/ the workers were very friendly and kind though, so that aspect is still excellent!

I had seen this place I lived near and checked their hours. Looked like a few hours a few days a week so I waited till they were open. Ordered through grubhub since this was the checkout process from their site. Got the Arthur's pizza for 24.00 and a 7 dollar appetizer of garlic bread with cheese. The pizza was pretty good, especially for Springfield standards. The garlic bread was awful and hard. I had a hard time believing the same people who made the pizza gave me the appetizer. Thought about going with 3 stars but felt I the pizza should be the main focus.

We've been to Vito's kitchen several times now. Never had the same pizza twice and always new choices. Fantastic fresh crust that reminds me of our favorite bistro in Florence. Our new favorite place! Vito's only serves pizzas at very specific times, as the dough is fresh, handmade, NEVER FROZEN. Trust me, the limited serving time is so worth it, because it is fantastic. I can't even begin to describe why it's so good. You must try it for yourself! The pricing is wonderful, as well! We had a group of eight that split four pizzas, cannoli, and who knows how much wine. Less than $10/person! Really, there's no excuse for you to not try it. Great place!

True New York style pizza served up by a fantastic staff in a perfect downtown location. I’ve eaten so much pizza in the Ozark area but Vito’s Kitchen stands out as the crown jewel. The margarita pie was a 10/10. Seriously if you are considering going, just go. You will not be disappointed. I am not kidding it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be back. You just don’t find people who put care and patience into their work but it’s clear Vito is a classic with excellent taste and experience.

I had an opportunity to eat here when visiting Springfield. I have to say that this was an amazing experience. I normally scarf down pizza, but the pizza here was a culinary experience that demanded that each bite be savored and explored. Everyone I have spoken with raves about this place, and it stands up to the hype. Well done Vito, well done.

Love this place! I wish they were open more, but I'm happy with going when they are. The food is so fresh that it melts in your mouth. Plus it's a different menu every night! Vito is also a very pleasant man. He always makes sure that we are well taken care of and enjoying ourselves. Can't wait to go again!

We really enjoyed our first time visit. Vito even visited with the boys and I. Carmen was a truly sweet girl and excellent waitress. She gave us a lot of info about the restaurant and the pies. The food was delicious and the boys ate their whole pizza. Pie was delicious.

I would say this is the best place for pizza in Springfield. The menu is fantastic, the atmosphere is just right, and the people there are great. It's the type of place you can see a couple on a date as well as a family and have nice beer while you food is being created.

Came in for a relaxing Friday night. Vibe, on point, this place is awesome. Drinks, strong, menu was a little bit of a let down because so many options were unavailable due to seasonal menu shift, but understand as that's pretty normal for a seasonal based shop. Mac and cheese , Kevin Costner. Mac good, mild, Kevin saucy and meaty. Wrap needed a bit more crisp and for me was missing some salt. Overall really good. Wait staff super friendly but left waiting at times. Overall a solid spot for a night out. The good Mega vibes, this place has it. Seasonal menu so variety changes Strong drinks Friendly staff Made to order. The bad Catch the wrong part of the season the menu options get shorter. Was a bit of a wait, but the vibes make up for it. The ugly Nope this place is good. Check it out.

Their shrimp tacos are delicious. My son enjoyed his pasta. Not a fan of the potato wedges as they were a little too over fried. Hamburger was fine. Portion sizes are large. Service was very good. Restaurant was clean. Items arrived in a timely fashion. Unless you enjoy loud rap music you will not enjoy the ambiance. Lunch for 2 people including an appetizer and one soft drink was $79, not including tip.

Eclectic, cozy, simple with distinction. Good for couple or small intimate group. Service was outstanding. We had the Tuna bombs. So good. Butternut ravioli - subjective... I felt the flavors were subtle. But, following the tuna bomb, I could have had a higher expectation of the flavor profile than what it was intended. Definitely a healthier comfort food. My friend had the tortellini with 5 cheeses and said it was wonderful. We both agreed the tuna bombs were the star of our evening.

5 stars. Amazing food. So much flavor. So much community. Jenna (my waitress) and everyone else were so welcoming and very helpful and positive! Drinks were topped, food was hot, music was pumping! I had the Burger and wedges and man, I have to say, one of THE BEST smash burgers I've ever had. Cheese on the bun?! Who would've guessed?! I can't say enough positive things about this place! Go here and try their food!

What an unexpected little surprise in Springfield, MO. Brunch menu did not disappoint with a variety of savory and sweet. While it was a bit pricier than other brunch spots- it’s well worth it due to the fact that it’s not a chain, it’s not usual, and the food was fantastic. Add to the fun names of entrees like the fancy sandwich or the diva and drinks like the brunch buddy, the “I’ll take it black(out) coffee, and of course the momosa (selections of peach, mango, cranberry, and mango). The JJ brunch option was divine! The biscuits were pillowy butter yumminess with a perfect egg and creamy, salty meets savory goodness of the gravy- the bacon was a bit underdone for my taste but the flavor- omagoodness!!!!! The breakfast burrito was also a huge hit with its surprise of fries in the little tortilla boats of beauty. I can’t wait to travel through again and try the Brussels and Beef!!!

Came in for a meal first time ever , we got the pasta and the big burger they advertised, my burger was amazing and worth the 24 dollars, my husbands not so much he got maybe 6 tortellini and no side no bread we had to pay an extra 2 dollars for 4 small pieces of bread. His was 26 dollars. No paper towels in men’s restroom :( I have always heard amazing things about this place so I was definitely disappointed, they also didn’t have any desert :( and that’s the one thing I was looking fwd to. I will say I feel like it was way overpriced and we left frustrated to say the least

Amazing. The atmosphere is so chill and laid back. The food is wonderful. The Brussel sprouts on the Brussels and beef just phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Ashley was our server and she was so sweet!

We are from out of town and decided to eat here. Not only was the manager Jeremy beyond super helpful and went above and beyond for us. The restaurant was super clean, staff was friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. The salad bar and pizza bar were fully stocked and very clean. The bathrooms and play area were also emacculate. 5 stars! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. It was a very pleasant lunch experience. Thank you again for all the help and great service from the manager!

If you want a good dining experience with a good feeling atmosphere, and clean restaurant with fresh pizza or want a specialty pizza made and expect it quick? You'll definitely want to go when Jeremy and his crew is working. I've never had a bad experience as long as Jeremy is the manager on shift.

My daughter wanted to go back to see if it was the same as she remembered 8 year's ago, but it was a hot mess! Every available table was not cleared so we, as well as others, had to wait and flag someone down to clean so we could sit. The salad bar was out of tomatoes, Ranch dressing and lacked options. I think they should offer gloves for the patrons as it was disgusting to watch everyone handling the tongs. There were very little pizza left when we got there so waited for more to be put out. The taste was definitely not what we remembered and definitely not worth $30.

This place has went uphill. The pizza tastes good, the fountain drinks weren't running out, and there were clean tables to sit at when we came in for the dinner rush on a Saturday. I will start off by saying, I am well aware this is a first word issue. However, the customer service I just received was abhorrent. I have lived in Nixa for 24 years. I have frequented Godfather’s Pizza countless times. Today at 12:32 I used 1,000 points for a free cheese stick and then also ordered a small pizza. I had trouble with the website as it continued to kick me off and ask me to sign in again. I had to click on delivery several times as well. I finally ordered the items and received an e-mail confirmation. An hour went by and no pizza. I called and was told they were having problems with their new website and that I would have to come pick it up as it was marked carryout (vs the manager sending a delivery driver to make things right). The young lady informed me she would tell her manager to see what he could do for me. Fair enough, things happen. I was expecting to get my cheese sticks and pizza with, perhaps 10% off. After all, I tipped 15% to the delivery driver without it being delivered. After getting changed and driving to the opposite side of town, I arrived and picked up one item: the pizza; no cheese sticks. I showed them the email as proof that 1,000 points were used towards them. They would not make them for me as the manager had told them not to. Then, I was expected to do more work (other than getting the pizza myself) and call corporate to see IF I could get coupons towards cheese sticks. Of course, I am sure the answer would be no. So as I am eating my pizza, which now tastes like leftovers since an hour and a half has gone by, I am left knowing that they can keep my remaining points. I will never order from Godfather’s Pizza again. This is such a poor business practice.

Went in yesterday one medium height middle age gray hair guy was taking customers I was next and last he took their order and walked away clearly seeing that I am the next. Completely ignored me and was using his body language while reading customer's order on the screen mumbling with head motion. Finally a young employee probably the youngest one saw me came to the register took my order it was regular large cheese pizza. Waited for my food and when picked up it was very over cooked like almost burnt. Completely disappointed tossed in a dumpster and did not even want to go talk to them about pizza or my money because I've had enough already.

Great food. If there is something not on the buffet it was made in a timely manner.

I give Godfather's 3 stars for 2 reasons. I thought they could have had more pizza's out on the buffet. However, we did go at a busy time- 615pm. When we were leaving, I did see an increase of pizza's as well as a lot less people. The 2nd reason is because although they were busy as I previously stated, they needed to have someone constantly cleaning up the buffet, especially the salad bar. In addition, there was a lack of lettuce and the lettuce that was there was laying in about 2 inches of water. Def didn't get a family or friendly vibe. None of the staff spoke to us except when we walked in to pay for the buffet. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Came in ordered my pizza, and a soda. The employee took my order, then turned and walked away with out giving me a cup or telling me where they were. When the pizza came I told the employee I ordered a soda, he said he would get me a cup. He returned with a cup very quickly. The pizza was hot and good. They had an employee working the dining room, she was nice and had a smile on her face. The Nixa location is much bigger than the Springfield location that I am a regular customer at. Over all it was a great meal. I 100% reccomend Godfather's pizza. 🍕 🍕 🍕 3-5-22 Went back. pizza was good, service was great. the only thing I did not agree with was that one employee was vacuming around and under my table while I was eating. now I do not know if it was a vacume or just a powered sweeper. in either case it should not be being used around someone who is eating or there table.

Placed an online order at 8:05 showed up at the predicted completion time of 8:24 had to wait for my food until 8:50 meanwhile I watched three customers walk in without an online order and order the same 3 items I had been waiting for that took 45 mins to get from the time the order was placed. Let's not forget the 3 door dash orders that got pushed to the front of the wait line as well. Completely understaffed had only 3 employees working on a Saturday night.

Walked into little Caesars on scenic. I ordered a ultimate supreme,cheese pizza,and 2 cheese breads. Then I ordered a pepperoni,and ask for a sauce for my bread. Well you have to buy sauce for your bread. I just spent $44 and can't have a marinara sauce. Wow. The girl taking orders never washed her hands and walked over and prepared other people's food,and bread. Also coughing all over other people's food never once covering her mouth, or washing her hands. Won't go back

I love this little Caesars! They gave my daughter cookie packs and made the food so fresh and good. You have to try the bacon crazy puffs. Holy cow they are the best new thing I've eaten in awhile. Obsessed! Crunchy, gooey, and the bacon is crispy and so so good. I hope they keep them around bc they are as of right now a limited time offer.

I've been looking for a sit down and eat Godfather's Pizza, not a convenience store version, for years and found one in Springfield,MO. I had my first Godfather's probably 55 years ago and this place took me back to that time. The salad bar is smaller but all of the ingredients were fresh and the Ranch dressing was fantastic. We got a Classic Combination pizza and a Pepperoni/Sausage one as well. We also got two mini-pizzas for our youngest grandsons. All three of the youngsters with us, who had never had Godfather's, loved it. The pizzas all came out quickly, hot and with that fantastic Godfather's flavor. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and took some time to visit with us If you have ever had Godfather's back in the day, look this place up. You won't be disappointed.

It's okay. I always wanted to try St. Louis style pizza after reading about it for years, but I was underwhelmed. There's comparatively little flavor, and the Provel processed cheese is a downgrade from mozzarella. Nothing is wrong with this location or the staff, though. They're fine.

Imo's Pizza was delicious! There are several reviews on here talking about the cheese Imo's uses. Stop! It's not cheese whiz or Velveeta cheese sauce... it's provel cheese, it tastes creamier than most cheeses. If you walk in expecting traditional mozzarella pizza hut or domino's style pizza, you have mistaken. You will find the same style cheese at Garbos, and they are both delicious. So, don't be rude as it's you that doesn't know what you're talking about. The "St. Loius" style pizza is spot on! We love it! Imo's had friendly staff and the restaurant was clean. We had the all meat pizza and the chef salad. Their house dressing was sweet and very good, had the ranch too, also very good. The Pizza came out hot and I will be honest I ate too much! The only suggestion I have is they had paper plates and plastic silverware, which is fine but was a little hard to get the pizza on to the plate with a plastic fork. A pizza spatula would have been helpful. The plate was a weak paper plate so it was tricky to cut the pizza. I recommend Imo's (if you are looking for creamy proven, St. Louis style pizza) and I will go back for sure.

Great regional chain with pretty consistent menu. This location does good business and tends to get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. The cracker crust pizza is very good, although I'm not a fan of the extra sauce. Sometimes the toasted sandwich is not warm inside. The employee's are friendly and the service is generally good too.

Not my favourite pizza. It was definitely good but not my favourite. I prefer arris or Fazolis. Good food though nonetheless. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best. The tables were clean, but the service was very in and out. They brought us our pizza and didn’t say anything else to us. I ended up having to grab my own box from their front counter because nobody was up there and ready to help. An employee actually walked past me and got a drink and came back asking if I was helped yet. Completely ignoring me originally. It was mediocre but not the best place to eat in at.

Called the W Republic store to get my free T-ravs (for being a loyal Square Rewards member) 20mins before close and was told they were already "closed"... Wonder what the owner would say about that? Hopefully they will reach out to me or you've just lost a long-time customer... SUGGESTION OF THE DAY: If you don't like working in the service industry, find another way to pay your bills.

I'm not sure in what world these are considered "Boneless Buffalo Wings", but obviously these went straight into the trash. On our first order they were out of bone-in wings, and there were a lot of other issues with it. We were supposed to receive complimentary bone-in wings as a replacement, but instead we received this abomination. Fake chicken with a splash of sauce randomly applied to a few of them. Anyway, they consider this good enough to serve to customers so we're just never going to order from Papa Johns again. Don't put up with this garbage. I could literally go to McDonald's, order some nuggets, pour the McDonald's Buffalo sauce on the Nuggets, and it would taste better than this.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. First time neither were completely cooked through. Called the store and the manager was super short, finally said he would get a new order sent out. Second order arrives and the breadsticks were completely doughy. I called back immediately, once again manager was super short. He stated he checked the order himself. I said I would rather them come back and get the order and get a refund. He said best he could do was give us a credit for the next time we order, then gave a ton of stipulations on when I could use it, said have a great day and hung up on me. Out my money cause I highly doubt I’ll use my credit.

If I could give them Zero stars I would our pizza came smashed we called the store and the manager KRISTY was so rude told me I would need to send pictures to an email even though her delivery driver saw and said something as well said that the bags are durable and boxes cannot be smashed! Refuse to give a hotline # said they didn't have one and, gave me a bogus email that was not valid to even send the pictures. Will never order here again. Do yourself a favor Call a different store and please get more friendlier and better managers!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is from a while back. And it's from the location on West Kearney. I received coupons and when I took them to use them I was told by an employee that I couldn't use the coupon. The coupon was valid and was not out of date, but he said they did not accept those Papa John's coupons at that location. He was extremely rude, and didn't seem to have time to explain to me why they wouldn't accept the coupon. Absolutely 100% horrible experience and I will never walk in that location ever again. And most likely won't buy Papa John's Pizza anymore due to this experience.

Messed up my order twice and then hung up on after calling to say they messed up again. It's so nice to pay for food you never receive and what I did receive was only half right. Manager needs to do alot better.

The absolute BEST customer service ❤️❤️❤️ The atmosphere & back patio was great. There’s LOTS of flies on the back patio. This is obviously out of their control. We watched a group of loyal pizza fans bring 3 table fans to keep flies away. The pizza was unique but I’ve had better. It’s definitely a solid 4 & recommend especially if you’re looking for something unique.

I visited the Springfield, MO, location of Slap Box Pizza and tried a pepperoni slice and a build-your-own slice. The crust was delightfully crispy, and the sauce and cheese were amazing—rich and flavorful. However, I prefer my toppings melted into the cheese, and these were not quite there. My wife, though, absolutely loved her pepperoni slice! We also had the Greek salad, which had a great balance of ingredients and a delicious dressing. The service was super friendly, though seating was a bit limited. Overall, a solid experience—I’d give Slap Box 4 stars!

Highly recommend! I’m from Jersey, been searching Springfield 20 yrs for authentic East coast style pizza. This is the BEST we’ve found! Excellent crust with crunchy bottom, flavorful cheese & toppings! Fresh salads too and the garlic cheesy bread is YUM! You can actually taste the garlic! Home made ranch for dipping - you can’t go wrong! Outdoor patio for warm weather, otherwise takeout. My only regret: it’s a Pepsi place (I’m a die-hard Diet Coke gal).

Probably my favorite pizza in sgf. I also would add that I absolutely love the atmosphere of you decide to stay. Simple interior-walk up order pizza, pick a to go beer. If you wanna stay sit down at a table on the patio with swing music and even some visits from the employees checking in on you. Which I thought was unexpected generosity considering it's a takeout pizza spot. Genuinely loved it. Will be visiting much more often instead of Big Slice.

The best Franchise pizza. The crust is delicious with just the right amount of chew, the menu has plenty to choose from without being overwhelmed. The delivery drivers are nice. It's a bit pricey compared to Domino's But worth it. This location is set up for delivery or pickup, so don't plan a date night here.

Clean off the auto cashier and keep it running. Nobody wants to stand behind 10 people waiting to pay for something. This station is way to popular for the system you have going and lack of concern for the auto cashier.

If you enjoy that coffee taste in your fresh brewed tea, this is the place. Any eagle stop all of them? This is why I don't go to eagle stops anymore

Always make sure to check the times on the hot case food because they are bad at selling food 1+ hours past it's toss time

I don't go to Eagle Stop on Division because THEIR pizza ALWAYS looks like this. I loved Republic Eagle Stop until today 😭 I cashed in my 2500 points to get this pizza. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😥 I didn't even eat a piece. Usually a man does my pizza orders & it's perfect. Today a lady did it. Maybe this lady transferred from the Division location because THIS NASTY LOOKING BURNT PIZZA IS UNACCEPTABLE 😡 The pictures actually don't show how black it really is. I immediately opened the box so the 15 year old with me could get a piece because THIS WAS HIS REWARD FOR LAST DAY OF SCHOOL 😡 I started to bring it back in & demand an explanation (and refund) but I didn't want to embarrass my relative who had been in school all day. This is totally unacceptable. THE LADY HAD TO NOTICE IT WAS RUINED 😡 It was 3:30 today when I picked up the burnt mess

I always try to time my gas fill ups when I'm going by Eagle Stop in Republic. The gas is a bit cheaper than most and they have super clean bathrooms. Friendly staff also. I recommend and will return for sure.

Super friendly staff. Their deli items are great. I'm requesting some fresh food options in the ready to go case. Like bananas, apples, fruit bowls, yogurt, salad, boiled eggs or mini veggie snacks. 😀

The guy that cooks food that just became the manager is awesome!! Always takes care of all the ananzon workers when they get off work at 5 AM:). I do wish it was open 24 hours and they had the food going all the time cuz us amazon workers don’t always want breakfast after work. We come here almost every morning after work and love it!! There is one older lady that isn’t very nice but other than that this gas station is top notch!!

I lived almost 3 years in Quarry town, the facilities are amazing and the neighborhood as well. The maintenance team is super professional (the best one I have found so far) along with the previous Property manager, Seamus, as they provided an excellent service. My only complaint about Quarry Town is the current Property manager who takes too much time to reply and take actions, in lot of occasions I needed to send reminders to this person or go downstairs to get an answer due to the lack of answers, this service can be definitely improved.

I moved into Quarry Town almost a year ago and have loved it. The property manager, Meg, is very attentive to resident's needs and the maintenance guys are always prompt and quick to help. The whole staff is so friendly and not to mention the apartments/floor plans are beautiful. The location is great, I can cross the street to walk my dog on the Galloway Greenway Trail and am close to restaurants and breweries. An amazing place to call home!

Apartment was fine, location was great, maintenance slow to respond, and the management team was virtually non-existent. When we moved in, the apartment had several issues like dented stove drawer (NEVER FIXED) which made it hard to open, bugs, split seams on wall, flooding, and the pot smell lingering over from the neighbors house. We moved out but the apartment sent us to collections without notification or follow up for less than $120. While the deposit is low at $200, you pay an admin fee of $500 just to move in. We would have been happy to pay the bill, but the management team dropped the ball and didn't even notify us of the issue. I think the self glossed "luxury" apartments are a bit much. Response to owner: We never received a notice or phone call from you. That is false.

Don’t get me wrong these apartments are nice. but TO EXPENSIVE. they charge you for every little thing. might as well have a house because that’s how much you’ll be spending on rent. glad i moved out. go elsewhere with your money better apartments out there for lower price. one last thing. management are very rude! don’t come here!

Had several things stole which management stated they ‘checked cameras’ and could tell someone took them but did no further investigation to find them!! Maintenance will bang holes in your wall just from changing smoke alarm batteries! No one is easy to get ahold of. Management is horrible.

This is a great restaurant with amazing decor! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing!! Everybody needs to go here!! We had 2 servers taking care of us and wanted for nothing!!

Hayden is great! He was super helpful during the "search" for apartments.
