Chinese restaurant
Leong's Asian Diner is a laid-back Chinese restaurant with a full bar, renowned for its signature dish, cashew chicken. The eatery has an interesting history dating back to 1963 when David Leong created Springfield-style cashew chicken to cater to the American palate. This innovative dish became a local favorite and continues to be served at Leong's Asian Diner today.
The OG of all cashew chicken! This was a staple every weekend in my household growing up in the 80s. Every time I come back to Springfield, I always get an order of cashew chicken and this original dish did not disappoint. Great service! Super fun atmosphere plus they have two small private rooms or you can convert into one big room that host up to 50 people. You can have buffet style in that room or order individually. Again amazing service. Would recommend. Will come again.!

Tried several dishes here. Based on remembering GEE's on sunshine. The Cashew chicken was really good , sweet and sour pork as well. Beef and shrimp fried rice was excellent. Egg foo young was disappointing. Egg rolls had a bit too much peanut butter. The Wong tons had a great flavor and they have plum sauce which is awesome.
Paul L — Google review
Prices went up...again! Most definitely not worth the money. The food is maybe mediocre on its best day. This time, I ordered chicken fried rice: $10.99 lunch size. The fried rice was not fried but more mushy and lack of flavor big time. More like boiled rice with vegetables and meat. Couldn't finish it. Trash. I also ordered spring rolls: $7.99 for three. That's just crazy ridiculous price for three spring rolls. Over cooked on the outside but not quite done in the center. Didn't eat them. Trash. Finally, the sweet and sour chicken ($12.45 lunch) my daughter ordered was good to her so I can't complain on that. The inside has dust and spider webs everywhere. Clean bathroom. Overall, the food is nasty, the people are so sweet and kind and the prices are sky high. I won't be back and I won't recommend this place. I'm just being honest. I'll post pictures.
Rhonda M — Google review
A friend of ours told us to check this place out, as the owner made the 1st cashew chicken. They were very busy, but our server was very direct and didn’t seem very happy. The cashew chicken was very good though, & my husband had the Asian salad which he enjoyed.
Irene E — Google review
After hearing about Leong's Asian Diner is where Springfield Cashew Chicken came from I had to try it out. Excellent food and service. Thanks and will be back!
David D — Google review
Came to try the Cashew Chicken, that I learned was this restaurant's invention from the documentary "The Search for General Tso". However, I was disappointed by the small portion size given how much they charged for the dish. The food tasted pretty good however.
Andrew D — Google review
First time eating here, food is amazingly good with large portions, service prompt and friendly, restaurant kept clean!! Highly recommended !!
Robert H — Google review
We have eaten here several times. I always get the general chicken, hot with fried rice and an egg roll. The food always comes out hot, the chicken is tender and the vegetables are fresh.

Fast food restaurant
Hong Kong Inn in Springfield, MO offers a pleasant dining atmosphere with a menu suitable for all ages. The restaurant provides milder versions of popular dishes for young palates and is known for its famous sweet and sour chicken that appeals to both kids and adults. It's a favorite Asian restaurant at the north end of town, offering dine-in, take-out, and a busy drive-thru. The food quality is consistently excellent with generous portions.
Our motel was surrounded by chain restaurants, so I looked to Google to find something local nearby. This was exactly what we needed. Not too fancy, very friendly, reasonably priced and really tasty. I had Sesame Chicken made with white meat and my mom had Beef Broccoli. We both had the combination plate with steamed rice and an egg roll. We also added a small order of Crab Rangoon. We could have easily split an entree since we couldn't take home our leftovers, but everything was so good that there wasn't much left on our plates. We dined in - you order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, but the drive-through looked like it was the most popular option on a Friday night. The food far more quickly than I'd expected, too.
Dorothy W — Google review
I can't believe I haven't reviewed Hong Kong Inn yet, so I'm rectifying that right now. Hong Kong Inn has been a staple for Cashew Chicken for decades. And while the prices have gone up (just like EVERYWHERE ELSE!), they still give you a fair amount of food for the money. And the service is great. Especially that sassy lady at the drive thru window.
MO H — Google review
My favorite Asian restaurant at the north end of town! The taste and food quality is always excellent and served in generous portions. My meal in the pix is veggie fried rice and a bowl of hot and sour soup. ALWAYS perfect! 👍👍👍
KESHER M — Google review
There for first time today. Ordered 3 plates to go. Sesame chicken too spicy with peppers. The beef and broccoli was good. The young white employee was kinda nice. The older white lady doesn't say hi or smile. Customer service is kinda creepy there. Sad environment.
Rapha C — Google review
This is the third time they messed up my order. First time I complained about it. I called active very nice. Explain the situation. They wanted me to drive back from Fair Grove to bring the food back. I’ve been coming there for years. I will never return. the lady hung up on me when I told her that that was a ridiculous solution. The beauty of Springfield Missouri is is that there’s a Chinese food place on every corner. Peace out! I recommend Golden cuisine on Republic Road great food great service and you don’t have to deal with people that don’t appreciate your business. Triple 8 just opened also a brand new restaurant on Kearney Street also very good food too. Give one of those a try . No reason I came here because my wife wanted that place but from now on, we’ll be going somewhere else. Also, my wife also runs a business locally that has a ton of people that go there…. I have a feeling, A large staff office very close by Will hear about it on a Monday. Manager was extremely rude.
W L — Google review
Chicken is hot and fresh, offer all white or all dark. Cashew Chicken is good, but brown sauce could be more flavorful. Generals Chicken is again good but a solid 7 out of 10 since it has NO sweetness. It tasted like a spicy brown sauce. Fried wantons are good as well. All good was hot and there was a line out into the street to get in on a Tuesday evening.
George K — Google review
The cashew chicken was decent (I'm not from here but wanted to try the food the area is known for), but not overwhelming. The portion size is enough to feed a small African country, so you'll have leftovers, which is nice. If I was local and I wanted acceptable, cheap food, with good portion sizes, I'd definitely go back.
Michael L — Google review
Cashier's don't really listen to the customer. I ordered food there and the cashier rang in half my order right. Got home to eat and seen the missing food. Called up there and was told that my order was correct as I placed it. I told them 5 times my exact order and was told that they couldn't do anything to correct the cashier's mistake. Plus instead of listening to the new customers coming in, they would rather talk to customers that had already eaten their food and was just standing there talking. I have been in the restaurant industry a third of my life, this was the worst customer service I had ever seen and had

This cozy eatery specializes in delicious cashew chicken, made with quality ingredients that keep patrons coming back for more. The casual atmosphere features simple formica tables and walls adorned with accolades celebrating its affordable yet flavorful dishes. This place is simply awesome. Prices are unbeatable and it’s the best cashew chicken I have had in the Springfield area. Such a great little Chinese spot for an unbeatable price.

The absolute best oriental food in Springfield. It's always been known as the best to locals for years so if your in town visiting or just get a craving for Asian food, this is your place! They have been in business for many, many years and the food tells you why. Make this your goto place!!
Troy C — Google review
I'm not usually one to review places, especially since Canton Inn has been one of my family's favorite places to go for lunch. But today... I went and got a large order of chicken fried rice and got about 1/4 the way down the carton and realized I was staring at a rather large, pinky nail sized cockroach. I spent $11 and although the rice was good, up to this point, I had to throw the rest away and probably will not be back again 😞
Keagan A — Google review
WONDERFUL! One of the BEST Chinese around with pretty good prices! Crab Rangoons CANT BE BEAT! Good options for eating, got the General Chicken and rice WORTH IT! Restaurant was ok but food was amazing!
Aidan G — Google review
Overall, everything was okay. The young man placing the orders was great! Some of the other staff was not the greatest. And I know getting Sriracha was a little difficult for awhile, and most Asian restaurants would not give any out. But it's not difficult to find Sriracha currently. They either didn't have it, or didn't want to give any out. So, I then asked for traditional chili sauce & it was wild to see the man's reaction. He definitely did not want to give us any. But he reluctantly gave us 2 of the tiniest amounts ever. But make no mistake about it, he did not want to! (I'll include a picture.) I had heard wonderful things about their "Springfield Style Cashew Chicken". I don't personally agree that it's one of the absolute best in Springfield, but it was pretty good. The Beef Lo Mein was very bland. We both were very pleased with the crab Rangoon.
Brad D — Google review
I did delivery with door dash. Got the pork fried rice large size. Strictly average fried rice. “Tender pork” was chewy tough and each chunk was mostly fat. Not really edible pork. Just put on my own good organic soy sauce and decided well…. Lesson learned.
Susan R — Google review
They used to be better now this place kinda sucks. Dry overcooked chicken, flavor has gone down. Over cooked crab Rangoons. Hot and sour soup isn’t so hot and sour it’s more of a chicken soup without any spice to it. I used to like this place years ago. Now it’s just gone downhill. Not to mention the roaches that you will see when going inside.
MaddMandiMusic ( — Google review
Look, I very rarely write bad reviews, but with as unacceptable as this was I just had to. Ordered dinner for the Mrs and I since our usual Chinese takeout place was closed. I had the Generals Chicken, this was served SWIMMING in a container of sauce with as much garlic as they could add. Flavor wasn’t great and with so much sauce is just wasn’t appealing. Why bread and fry chicken if you’re going to soak it in so much sauce it’s practically a soup anyhow? The Mrs has the Beef & Broccoli, that had to be tossed immediately. It looked fine, but the beef reeked and tasted super strongly of fish. This was supposed to be beef, mind you. Why does it smell and taste like 3 day old fish? The rice served with the order was a rather small portion. I was expecting plain white rice but received a “semi-fried rice(?)” thing instead. I was basically just rice stir-fried with an onion, that’s it. I would have been fine with it except the rice wasn’t fully cooked and had a hard crunch interior. Overall not great, I made the Mrs toss the Beef & Broccoli as soon as I tasted it after she said it tasted funny, and I couldn’t stomach more than a few bites of the General Chicken. 1/5 stars, would not recommend.

The Riksha is a long-standing family-owned restaurant in Springfield, known for its generous portions of chicken dishes and exceptional sauces. The establishment has been a local favorite for over 25 years, offering classic oriental cuisine with a focus on quality and attentive service. Their sesame chicken is particularly popular, and the new owners have been praised for their kindness and dedication to maintaining the restaurant's legacy.
The staff was super friendly. The food came out HOT ( temperature wise). I love that it sits on the corner. Delicious. We will have to make this a routine stop.
K. L — Google review
I had the Cashew Chicken and the General Chicken. Neither of them were the standard flavors I was use to. Both of them were quite unique in their own way and nothing that I would want to try again. The eggroll and wonton were just your standard fair and the fried rice was comparable to some kind of instant. My normal go to Corner 21 was closed and this had high ratings and wanted to give it a go.
Robert S — Google review
The best hot and sour soup!!! I’m very picky on my hot and sour soup and the spice is phenomenal. The perfect spice. I love the spice in the hot and sour soup!!!
MaddMandiMusic ( — Google review
BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND THEIR FOOD IS DELICIOUS WHILE NOT A BIG MENU BUT CASHEW CHICKEN, SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN AND GENERAL TOS AND SHRIMP FRIED RICE IS DELICIOUS! MADE FRESH PER ORDER. AND DEFINITELY A LOT CHEAPER THEN OTHER FANCY ORIENTAL RESTAURANT!!! HIGH RECOMMENDED!
Helen S — Google review
The Riksha is an excellent restaurant to get your Springfield style cashew chicken at! They have a nice variety of dishes to choose from, all of which are super tasty. The staff was very friendly as well! Would go back for sure!
Billy D — Google review
My hopes were not high walking into this establishment. The linoleum floor was a little worn (which was a good sign), but there was no 12 year old sitting in the corner doing homework and the menu was displayed on crystal clear LCD screens. But when I took my first bite of the beef lo mein, something happened. I was transported back to 2003. Oakland CA where my Dad had taken us to a hole in the wall shop after church. Both English and Chinese menus were available and the dancing melody of Mandarin was being called out from the kitchen. The smells and flavors of that restaurant enchant me to this day, and I have been longing for a taste of it for over 2 decades. The Riksha is the closest thing to perfection I have found in Springfield (and I've tried a number of places). Lo mein is my favorite dish and The Riksha's beautiful rendition of it awakened that part of my childhood that I thought was lost forever. Needless to say... I'll be back.
Christopher G — Google review
Wow! What a delightful little Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, and it was ready within seconds. The staff are very friendly. I’m from Arizona, so I had to try the famous cashew chicken. It was really good with the cashews and the brown gravy. I hope to eat here again next year and bring my wife. Blessings!
Lee R — Google review
2nd generation authentic oriental food. Easy to walk too if you're downtown, also good close parking nearby. Wok fried chicken dishes (general style, cashew style, sesame style) are all amazing.. cooked as you order. One of my standard stops when I'm in Springfield.

If you're in Springfield and craving some comforting Chinese cuisine, look no further than Lucy's Chinese Food. This beloved local chain has been serving up delicious stir-fry, lo mein, and fried rice for over 40 years, making it a staple in the community. Known for its signature cashew chicken—thickly breaded and drizzled with a light caramel sauce—Lucy's offers a casual dining experience that feels reminiscent of fast food but with heartwarming flavors.
Not sure when everybody in Springfield became food critics! Despite what other reviews have to say, this place is pretty decent for what it is. I feel like you get a really solid amount of food in the full order for 11 bucks. The chicken is fried to a good consistency and the rice is the same way. The staff that work here have always been friendly as well. The cooks always wave if they’re sitting out back, there’s a lady who works the window that reminds me every single time that the combos come with a drink when I say I’m getting a water, etc. I notice small things like that. I don’t discredit a business simply based on one poor experience. That seems to be the theme with the rest of the reviews. Take that for what you will but I think they’re doing it right.
Noah T — Google review
Loved the food and the service. Only complaint was an odor that was not great so we grabbed our food and took it home. Delicious cashew chicken
Cricket W — Google review
Service was great, food just wasn’t that great. Very small portions, ordered sesame and got cashew chicken the first time. The second visit, the sesame chicken was hard and rice wasnt great. Crab ragoon was great. But for the price- just not worth it. There’s better Chinese restaurants in Springfield.
Seanna T — Google review
I have delayed doing this review because I do not like writing bad reviews on what at least seems like a locally owned business. I will admit that I have been spoiled when it comes to Asian foods. I have lived on both coasts, in large cities. But I have spent most of my life living in small towns. First off I expect in house sauces when paying the price they charge. Not only is the sauce bulk generic sauces, they don't follow the instructions apparently because they are so thick and strong that they are inedible. If they followed the instructions they are leaving it to simmer far to long on the stove. The fried won tons had maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon of meat filling in them. So little there is no point to putting meat in them at all. We took the food home in to go boxes and fed it to our dog. Sorry but true. Service, my son stood at the counter waiting to be addressed at all for over five minutes. There were two waitresses standing in clear view, if they would be paying attention. They were both playing on their phones. It's Springfield, not tiny town USA. Save yourself the experience and extra expense. Go to Panada Express.
Tamera L — Google review
Tasted bad. Chicken had a strong poultry taste. Tough. Sauce was sparce. Won Tons were very Greasy. Plus serving was small for the price. Not a place I would go to again.
Del H — Google review
Paid 10 dollars for a few pieces of chicken and some rice. This is a "full order". Drive through was quick and food was okay but for $10 you can go to any other chinese restaurant in town and get almost 4 times this much.
Widow's M — Google review
Employee in the drive through earned 5 stars for friendliness, but the food was 1. We ordered cashew, sweet and sour and general chicken combo meals. The chicken was so tough we dug out steak knives to try to cut it. Fried rice was very salty. Crab rangoon was over fried to the point that you could not even tear it open to put sauce on it. We have eaten here in the past but it has been a year or so. Very disappointing.
Pam C — Google review
The food was very good! And the lady taking our order was very nice especially since we came in an hour before closing. I would definitely eat here again.

Visitors can also enjoy happy hour deals that include the cashew chicken, an eggroll or crab rangoon, and a drink for an affordable price.
Seriously the most delicious crab rangoon either of us have ever had. Moo goo gai pan was also delicious, and we echo of previous review about the perfect subtlety of Tao’s chicken. My new favorite Asian restaurant in the Springfield area!

Decent Chinese food. Had the Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoons. The chicken was ok, but a couple of my pieces were kinda tough. The Crab Rangoons were above average though, so if you like those, I’d recommend ordering them! All in all everything was ok, but I don’t see myself making a trip just to eat here. If you’re regularly in the area though, definitely check them out!
John — Google review
Honestly was a lot less food than I was led on to believe by the reviews for a large order Togo. Chicken was dry but it was good. Alittle less flavor than I expected. Very blan. But still good. Sauce was super sweet to where even with the small portion o wasn’t able to eat it all bc of how sweet it was. The crab rangoons was decent but a lot smaller. They forgot my side order of Rangoons. The lady didn’t know how to make change so after 5 minutes of waiting for her to try to figure it out I told her. It’s alight. Just keep it. I’m not too worried about 80 cents. Chicken was mainly just lose crustings. Overall if desperate enough I’d eat there again. (Cons) Portions very small for the large combo Crab rangoons tiny Forgot part of my order Staff wasn’t able to count change Very dry chicken tasted like old oil Blan flavor (Pros) They deliver with cash Delivery had to of been 10$ from the calculations Ain’t no way calculations are correct for this to be 30$

Super yummy. They have Vietnamese and Chinese selections. Everything I've ever had from here has been delicious. Prices are fair. Staff is super friendly. Helpful if you need it. Convenient location right off battlefield not too far from the highway.

My wife and I were wanting to get some cashew chicken as we revisited Springfield after years away from there. Saw the really good reviews and we were excited to try it out (I had asked chatgpt for slightly upscale cahew chicken restaurant and this was listed in top 3). We arrived and walked in - the sign said seat yourself which was kind of ok but then we looked around: no one else was eating there (at dinner time), several tables still had dirty dishes and mess on them from whomever ate there before, there was stacked junked in the open at the back hallway, and no one was came out to see us. We got up and left right away as we got a very bad impression of the lack of cleanliness and service within the first minute. I did not rate the food in all fairness as we didn't even try it. But the impression of the place turned us off immediately from even going that far. We were disappointed - and it was our wedding anniversary and chose to eat there above other places. We went to Leong's Asian Diner and had totally the opposite experience and made up for it. So this is just a heads up if you plan to go this place. I really do hope they can turn it around.

Stopped in one day for a late lunch with my husband and everything about the experience was top notch. The building has plenty of room and is clean and welcoming with very pretty and fun decor. The staff is super helpful, friendly and inviting and willing to answer questions and make suggestions. I had spring rolls and a medium Hawaiian tofu and my husband had gyoza and a medium hot and spicy chicken, we each chose steamed rice. The portions were fantastic and we were glad we ordered smalls as it was more than enough food for each of us especially with appetizers. We shared a soda as I don't drink much more than water and it was great too, perfectly balanced and refreshing. We were very impressed and loved our food and we'd highly recommend them. My husband follows a regular diet and I'm a vegetarian and there are so many options for both. If you're a vegetarian in this area you know it can be hard to find more than a dish or two at any given place but here you'll have several great options. We're looking forward to trying new dishes very soon. This is how a business and restaurant should be run and you won't be let down going there! We have come back again and again!

Good food, good price, no complaints from me. Being able to get small food portions for such a good price is amazing. I can get two types of chicken if I want variety, and it costs the same as a small at a bunch of other places. We got the cashew chicken (medium) and the sweet and sour chicken (small). I appreciate that the fried rice doesn’t have a bunch of stuff in it too.
Kristi E — Google review
It was really clean inside. It was nice. The chicken was very hot when it came out and it was very tender. Probably the most tender chicken. I’ve eaten lately at a Chinese restaurant. However the chicken had some weird flavor. I couldn’t really place it. Maybe the batter but as you ate it you kind of forgot about it. Some of the rice to me was a little bit hard but overall it tasted good. I’m gonna give them four stars with a chance for five when I go back again sometime.

My mom and I came here to eat and the food is definitely worth the wait! Reasonable pricing. I haven't had Chinese this good since I was a kid. Definitely will be back!

I had the teriyaki chicken bowl with egg drop soup and my husband had the hot n spicy chicken combo. My teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies was incredibly filling and very tasty. The sauce was very light but full of flavor. The egg drop soup was rich, creamy, and delicious. The hot n spicy chicken had a light batter and the sauce was spicy without foregoing flavor. My husband certainly enjoyed it!

Chicken pad thai was ordered. Huge pile of scrambled eggs on a pile of noodles and a little few pieces of chicken. Aweful, spent 14 dollars and change....gross food.
Sean M — Google review
I got the General Combo. The crab Rangoon and egg roll were fresh and warm and all the food seemed just made (not sitting in warmers too long). It was plenty enough food , very good at a reasonable price. Two of us had the small combo bowls which included a small egg roll, small Rangoon, and drink. Total was around $21. Clean restaurant with good and efficient service.
Annette — Google review
Changed menus and prices for the worst. No rangoon egg roll or anything with my meal. Rice and chicken seperate containers. Asked for Pepsi and second time they gave me diet. If they didn’t give you drink very last maybe that goof up would be addressed. Prices and portions are confusing now. 15 dollar for sesame and fried rice. Wrong drink cost me 3 dollars. Just can’t come back again. Food that was there was decent but not 15 dollars worth ever.

King's Asian Chef is a delightful find for anyone craving authentic Chinese-American cuisine. Nestled in modest surroundings, this eatery serves up classic dishes that transport you straight to flavor town. Diners rave about their orange chicken, rice, and egg rolls, often declaring them the best around. The menu also features tempting options like the Jr. Cashew Chicken special—offering generous portions at an unbeatable price—and delicious sushi rolls that even non-sushi lovers can appreciate.
We kicked things off with the cream cheese rangoons—no seafood in sight, so a perfect win for my vegetarian girlfriend. Then came the vegetarian egg rolls (though let’s be real, more like gloriously crispy spring rolls) and the wonton soup. And y’all… the broth in that soup? I swear it could cure the flu, a broken heart, and maybe even Monday mornings. This was our second visit this week for the exact same lineup, and I’m not mad about it—we might just make it three. Everything was crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive. The staff? Super friendly. The place? Immaculately clean. If you’re craving a small-but-mighty appetizer feast that leaves you full, happy, and slightly obsessed, King’s Asian Chef is the move. Seriously, I might start calling their wonton soup “liquid gold.” Next time we will try the fried eggplant🤘

We were passing through and wanted to try some Chinese food. We ordered Happy Family, Chicken Lo Mein, and a California Roll combo. The food is decent, but not great. You order at the counter and they bring out the food. They also have a drive-thru. Prices are really good!

Best Chinese restaurant in Springfield! I love the fried rice and highly recommend it. I always get it with shrimp and add tofu. Their tofu is great as well. The staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome.

Picked up Kung Pao Chicken and I do not like that it is SWEET for some reason. Why is it sweet? I took a few bites and it is not good at all. Im nauseated now because I do not like that flavor at all. This rice is also a bit soggy. I did not drive back across town to replace it. This was thrown in the trash and I decided to skip dinner, even though this meal was around $10. Eggroll and Crab Rangoon were fine.
B S — Google review
This is the absolute worst. I waited 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it it was horrible. My chicken wings were so overcooked and dry. I ordered beef pepper steak but you'd swear it was kung pow beef. I also ordered 3 of the $4.99 chicken and rice specials. They overcharged me $1.58 saying it's all white when I said over the intercom I didn't want the upcharge. Not only that they put my food in small Styrofoam containers upside down. I tried calling back to back but no answer. I live too far to come right back. This is unacceptable. I still have all the food. I just want a refund.
Dee S — Google review
Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside it looks very run down, but the food has ALWAYS been hot and fresh! So good! I get it to go on my way home (30 mile drive) and it is still warm when I get home.

Great customer service. Great Food. What else do you need. Been coming to this spot for a couple years. Everything I've ordered has been great....but today something happened with the mango chicken that almost felt heavenly like I don't deserve food this good! Don't even get me started on the crab rangoons and egg rolls. Great place to get food and close to the highway for people passing through!

Ordered pickup, showed up 5 min after est time. Waited for 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. I'm assuming they thought i was a food delivery driver (there was one frantically walking around cause for at least a 10 minute window no one was in the front of the restaurant.) The General Tso's was good but for the $$ the portion size was small compared to other places!

Chinese Chef is a casual Chinese restaurant in Springfield that has gained popularity for its delicious cashew chicken. The menu features traditional Chinese dishes like sweet and sour, sesame chicken, pepper beef, and of course, the famous cashew chicken. Customers have praised the generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. The restaurant offers a laid-back atmosphere with self-service drinks. While some visitors found the food to be on the sweeter side, others enjoyed its unique flavor.
This was awesome! I got the orange chicken & it was awesome! I chose to dine in & that comes with unlimited soup! The food was fresh & delicious! The staff was great! I can't recommend eating here enough! A+

Fantastic restaurant with large portion sizes and excellent Springfield Cashew Chicken! Service was fast and friendly. I really enjoyed the soup bar. Will eat here again.

Food was fresh and had great flavor. Very clean restaurant. Service was excellent. Had Lo Mein, orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll and pot stickers all of which were great. Only downside was I ordered egg foo young and they were out. Ordered lemon chicken and they were out of that too. Maybe put a sign up so people know what you're out of.

We did take out only because it was after 9pm and the was a storm that knocked out power around the area. But they did a great job, and the food was so great!

Visiting from Kentucky and the locals told me to try to Cashew Chicken here. It was Awesome! It was a great experience!
Ken H — Google review
If we blind tasted their general and cashew chicken dishes, neither tasted specific to the dish's name. General (ordered medium heat to be safe) completely missed the mark on the unique flavor it's expected to have. Paid extra for white meat, still got some dark pieces. Not a deal breaker. Hoisin taste absent. Cashew chicken was even more bland. No distinct cashew taste, no cashews, no kidding. Took one bite of egg roll. Hot/sour soup was heavy on sour, egg drop soup was flavorless. Crab rangoon was good. Rice was different. We've dined at Chinese restaurants all over the Midwest. Never left food behind til this meal. Maybe their main cook was out for the day, it happens. Based on reviews and decades of being in business, maybe we'll try them again.

Shanghai Inn is a popular Chinese restaurant in Springfield, known for its delicious cashew chicken and sesame chicken dishes. Many patrons prefer it over other local establishments for its flavorful offerings. The quality of the food has left customers impressed, with some claiming it to be the best Chinese food they've ever had. The owners' dedication to maintaining the restaurant's appearance and providing excellent service has also been noted by satisfied diners.
One of the best Chinese restaurants I ever ate at. If I'm ever in Springfield Missouri again. I'm definitely going back to this amazing place❤️

They gave me the wrong order and it was disgusting. I don't use that word lightly. I want to be nice because I used to like this place a lot but it's gross now. The rice is mushy and the cashew chicken tasted burnt. I ordered sweet and sour but they gave me cashew. The spring rolls taste full of grease. My favorite place in town is New House. New House always tastes cooked in clean oil and never tastes burnt. I won't be going back. Also, the prices are too high.

We chose to eat here when my boyfriend and I stayed in Springfield, since we were traveling through the states and this place was not good. I’m from Wisconsin so I trusted google reviews and was super excited only to be disappointed. We got shrimp lo mein, orange chicken with veggies and it came with rice, egg roll and crab rangoon on the side. I liked the lo mein noodles but the shrimp tasted old and gross. It didn’t look right either. The egg roll did not taste fresh at all either. It felt like they left it sitting out and served it just like that. The only good part was the orange chicken w/ veggies and the staff was friendly. I love Chinese food and I really wanted to give this place a chance, but the quality was not giving. Save your money if you’re coming from another town or state!
Paj M — Google review
I got the sesame chicken. It was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken tasted bad which I believe they tried to cover up with way too much sauce. I also asked for it to be spicy but they must have forgotten that part. The egg roll had little to no cabbage inside and in not sure what the meat was. It appeared to be some cheap filler that also tasted terrible. The fried rice had no egg in it... just a low- cost attempt at something they could call fried rice. This is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. I would recommend that you do not go there.

Hot Cluckers is a popular eatery known for its Nashville-style spicy-hot fried chicken served on white bread with a pickle. The hottest level of hot sauce is called the Hot Mother Clucker. In addition to their signature dish, they also offer a half-pound burger with ghost pepper cheese and other hot ingredients. Customers rave about the juicy and well-seasoned burgers as well as the delicious fried chicken, crispy sides like fried pickles and okra, and even fried green tomatoes with comeback sauce.
Tried this place for the first time today. It was absolutely fantastic! This might just be my new favorite chicken place! They have four levels of heat to suit anyone's taste. The 1clucker was perfect for me with it's subtle honey sweetness and just the right kick. The fried pickles were delicious and a hearty helping. The okra was delicious also. Support local and try Hot Cluckers asap! Edit* This place has the BEST chicken strips in the whole country. They're better than Cains, better than your gourmet steakhouses, and so full of flavor. Also Colton was a great server!
Clarissa D — Google review
We just left Hot Cluckers on South Campbell Sunday evening at 6:20, we didn't have a good experience. We were taken back to a table quickly, we had to walk on the floors that were just mopped and they were super slick, had to hang on to a chair so as not to slip and fall. Then they had to wipe off the table before sitting down. There were many other tables/booths available that were clean/dry so not quite understanding why we had to walk through slick wet floors to a dirty table. We ordered drinks and instead of a Chardonnay he brought a Merlot, we know a Chardonnay was ordered. When ordering food they were out of okra which was really wanted. We waited and waited for food, the waiter came back and said he didn't put in our order and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. The table of three that sat next to us after we got there had ordered, eaten and were leaving and we still had no food. He said the wings were done but wasn't bringing them, we said to bring them. Wings were to come with celery but he said they were out. Later he came by with 4 celery sticks. About 25 minutes later our chicken arrived. We had been there an hour and a half, seemed longer! He went to get our check but didn't return for quite some time. These things all seem little and are but when they all happen at one setting it gets pretty annoying. Keep in mind we have been here many times which have all been takeout with good results. The inside service is not great!

After reading the reviews we were hesistant, but we had a wonderful experience. Our server Pam was very attentive, informative of the menu, we never had to ask for anything and we always had refills. She was kind and the best server we have had in years. The food was delicious. They upgraded the bone in wing size to giant wings, the tenders were also delicious. We tried BBQ and 1 cluck. Ranch was delicious. We will be going back and asking for Kim.

Great fried chicken! I'm picky with my fried chicken, but there's was awesome. Crispy and juicy. The sides were delicious. Even fried green tomatoes! Crispy and delicious, and the comeback sauce for the tomatoes was excellent. I'll definitely be back!
Bethany S — Google review
We tried Hot Cluckers for the first time. It was very good. I know it's a chicken joint but I was in the mood for a burger. The server said the half pound burger is very good so I was in. It comes with ghost pepper cheese and another hot ingredient, this is not for me. So I got the half pounder with American cheese and bacon. With onions and pickles it needed nothing else. It didn't need sauce as it was juicy, not greasy but juicy. It was seasoned very well and was a great burger. My wife had the boneless wings with garlic parmesan sauce and sweet bourbon sauce. They were very good also. The fries were excellent and the fried okra was good too. The place was clean and the server was very friendly. The hostess seemed a little put out that we asked for a table, not a booth. She asked if we would sit at a booth.... "no, this is why we asked for a table." No big deal, we would have waited for a table. We got a table without a wait as there were several open tables. .... ??? Overall, we really enjoyed Hot Cluckers have already recommended them to friends and will go back for sure!
Jason S — Google review
Their chicken is so good! You can get the spice at whatever level you are comfortable with. The chicken is always juicy and cooked very well. The pasta was what I had this visit, and it was very good!
Tiffany B — Google review
Pricy, small portions, 15 boneless wings and they were tiny and I easily finished them all. 3 flavors, and none of them had much "flavor" to them. The ranch was the best part. I tried the beer Cheese corn, but it was more of a Mexican cheese dip with red and green peppers and full of onions! I can't eat onions at all, no mention of this on the menu and when I told the waitress about it I got a "sorry hon". Oh well one less place to choose from as I will not be back.
Abbott E — Google review
We ordered a Hot Mother Clucker and a Nancy. With fried Cora, beer queso corn, Cole slaw and hush puppies. The Hot Mother Clucker was mixed with Carolina reaper and ghost pepper. Had good heat and was flavorful. It could have had a little sweetness added to balance the heat but was good. If you like spicy give it a try!

I had the pleasure of dining at K Fried Chicken, a Korean restaurant, with my best friend on a Friday. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any additional requests from the kitchen. Although it was my first visit, I decided to try their chicken dish which did not disappoint. While there were other intriguing options on the menu, I ultimately chose the soy garlic chicken.
After watching K dramas for weeks, I just had to take my bestie for a night out at the K Fried Chicken off National in Springfield and it did not disappoint! The owner is so sweet and made sure that we knew the best way to pair the food with sides. The food was amazing, extra crispy and moist chicken in a sweet and spicy Korean sauce. Medium is just right for those that like a little kick but not blow your head off. All the sides are hand made and DON’T skip the seafood pancake! It is the best thing on the menu.

The sweet and sour chicken was amazing! The ramen was perfect, and the kimchi was great too. The service was wonderful! And had a very clean setting.

I ordered two Korean corndogs one with the sausage one without and a five piece chicken wing with your signature sauce now I will say that the corn dog batter is good if overly sweet I’m most disappointed with the actual size of the Korean corn dogs, but it is the Korean corn dog with the sausage that really took me out. It was not a sausage. Well, maybe it was but it was a Vienna sausage that really disappointed me their signature so while it is good, it does have a sweet and spicy to it. I am not big on sesame oil. It turns my stomach so I could not eat the chicken. I understand that people love sesame oil. I’m just one that doesn’t and while I can initially enjoy the sweet and spicy. It’s the sesame oil that leaves a weird taste. That is just my personal opinion Overall while this may not be for me I think this place is good. Just did not meet my expectations personally.

The food was delicious. Customer service was great. The Sweet & Spicy chicken actually have great flavor but I would have liked my chicken a little more well done. Teriyaki chicken was good. He’s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quick at a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn’t know they closed at 8) he had already locked up the truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he’s open back up. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Springfield is a stylish theater chain that offers a unique cinematic experience. It's not just about watching movies; it's about enjoying creative bites and cocktails served right to your seat. This location is known for serving its signature cashew chicken dish, which is a must-try. Additionally, it's the only spot where you can enjoy this special treat.
This place was awesome! This is probably the first cinema I’ve ever visited that mixed the movie watching experience with the dining experience. There were reclining seats, which I enjoyed sitting in. They had tables at the seats and the whole dining system was like a restaurant, with multiple servers in each theater! They also had good food, albeit a little pricey. They showed old music videos and trailers before the film. I also loved the space theme in the lobby and hallways. I would absolutely come back here again!
The P — Google review
The food was good and seats comfy, but the service was lacking. Had to ask for our drinks twice, and we only got them a good 45 minutes into the movie. My buddy got the “bottomless” lemonade but only got one because they kept forgetting about us. I probably won’t go back. Add to that the 18% service fee that they try to justify by saying “Our employees deserve a fair wage” (instead of paying their employees themselves) and the fact that you still should tip your waitress and it’s way too overpriced for what it is. Eat and drink first, it’s a waste of money to go here otherwise.
A S — Google review
It’s a nice theater as long as you don’t buy food. For the price of soda and food for 2 people I could’ve went to an upscale restaurant.my tab was 90 bucks. THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD TWICE FOR FOOD! Getting a refund was a nightmare! Also they expect you to tip after they charge you for an 18 percent service charge. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

We were recommended the Alamo from our daughter who just moved here to Springfield. We’ve never been to a theater like the Alamo before but we were pleasantly surprised with the food quality and our waiter Preston was very sweet and informative. We will definitely be back.
Monica R — Google review
We used to love going and would have given a 4-5 star rating, because I honestly thought the food was grand and but as far as movie theater prices go I believe it to be fair priced and based on the food or drink you get. When we went this last time, the bar area was closed off to the public for a private event, but had it not been I would have normally got in early and had my drinks and food before the movie but due to the fact, we had to order from the cinema menu and then was charged a fee for the service automatically even though it shouldn't be that way, and when tickets are costly, food and drinks, and the amount of income, they should have plenty to pay their staff. That's my personal opinion. A business shouldn't charge a customer's card automatically without full knowledgeable consent from the customer. To go for their staffs wages? And to go along with why I thought it was more difficult is we had to be passed our guests food through the whole movie when the staff could have just handed it off to them, especially if I had to pay for it involuntarily!!! So yeah kinda burnt me out. We went an seen Venom 2: let there be Carnage before fantastic four(2025)........ and just from that time spand I feel it has dropped in customer service, the friendliness, and it just really disappointed us cause after Venom 2 we were convinced it was the best movie theater in town....... but this time I just felt they didn't care..... and I don't feel it was a time difference when we went to see both..... it was about the same time frame...... just wish they could hire more efficient staff, not charge their customers a fee automatically at the end especially when the bar wasn't in service to have given the bartender a proper tip and not it dispersed out from my bank automatically whether we had to serve ourselves and had terrible service or not......

I come/came here regularly. At least twice a week. Today my server and management were so rude to me I couldn’t believe it. They had zero care that they caused me an allergic reaction or that their staff had given me information telling me that the things I’m allergic to were not in the food. They were rude, short and 100% took it out on the customer rather than their worker..I’m paying an 18% gratuity fee to be told I’m in the wrong and won’t get looked after. Not until they saw me having an anxiety attack did they even attempt to help. Management doubled down to protect their worker rather than care about the customer. I’m so disappointed.

The Alamo Drafthouse makes considering returning to a conventional theater very hard, if not impossible. The options of eating a light meal, having an adult beverage, and the refills on popcorn and soft drinks are hard to beat! I love the reclining chairs; although other theaters might have them, they likely do not offer the above-named amenities. I like how they offer the opportunity to view classic movie favorites in some of their select screenings, also. Alamo Drafthouse has made going to the cinema fun again, in my opinion.

Hy-Vee Grocery Store offers a diverse range of food options, including Chinese cuisine like cashew chicken with carrots and celery in a light brown sauce. The store is known for its wider aisles, cleanliness, and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the convenience of finding everything from produce to deli items in one place, as well as additional amenities such as Starbucks and a gas station. Additionally, the Aisles Online program makes shopping even easier for those with time constraints.
Really missed this store while I didn't live here. Love the fresh food and dining room. Today Alan at the deli gave us wonderful service and Michael at the checkouts did as well. Great variety and reasonable prices. Store is always clean and welcoming.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but the situation was so horrid I was compelled to write this. I would advise people to not waste their time or money at either location in Springfield and avoid. Staff is friendly, service from workers was wonderful, great prices, they pretty much had it all .. but the management is terrible, and that is what ruined everything. Do not be fooled when businesses tell you they value customer service but do nothing to help you or meet you halfway. It was empty words, and actions speak louder than words. I enjoyed their breakfast, weekly specials, picking up treats for others, lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, even picking up breakfast sandwiches for family (my mom & brother love them) etc, but I will be taking my business elsewhere until things change and encourage others to do so as well. The economy is terrible enough that customer service is important and if they continue to make things difficult for customers then that might mean future lack of customers.

Why is it this Hy-Vee has a tendency to always sell out of date food?? I bought this yesterday 6/15/25 and didn’t notice it was out of date since the 11th! Really?? Only reason I noticed the out of date stamp was because we cooked it and it tasted off… Pay a high price and you get out of date food it seems a lot here…

I absolutely love this store. I travel over 30 miles to come here. I love their fresh choices from deli, bakery, and meat. Their prices are great. They are fast and friendly.

I was in the store on Fri, Sept 12th around 1. There was a senior citizen in front of me whose insurance card was declined for groceries. The manager, named Ryan I think, swept right in. He was SO kind and respectful to her. He took care of the bill. I was so impressed with how well and delicately he handed the situation. Definitely made me want to come to that store.

The pharmacy here is the best, always use hy-vee pharmacy now. The food court choices are pretty good, and their food item selection is great. Prices for some items are cheaper but others are a little more expensive so it is worth to take note of your regular purchases to compare.

The Chicago Cheesesteak Company South is a popular spot, especially during lunch hours. The wait for their delicious Philly cheesesteak and fried mushrooms is worth it, as the bread is flavorful and the fillings are just right. They offer weekday specials and have an additional laminated menu with various options including cheeseburgers. The staff is known for being polite and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
My introduction to the Chicago Cheesesteak Company was downtown Springfield—full STOP the Halle Berry is the best sandwich (I will NOT be hearing otherwise). Each time I’ve come to this location I’m promptly greeted, even if it’s a “hey, we see you, be with ya in a moment.” I get my food and dip. Pros: *The best Cheesesteak I’ve had *Halle Berry Cheesesteak *Jalapeño poppers *Portions *Food quality *Service *Supportive of other small businesses Cons: *Personally I get my fries next door, that’s probably the only thing I don’t like from here. *I think that customers should be encouraged to take care of their own trash, polite of y’all to offer. *Halle Berry isn’t the only sandwich available (seriously, y’all gotta try it). *If a legitimate “con” arises, I’ll update.

Best fries in town, probably the state. If there are better I want to try them. Great variety, quality is always top notch.

Food: Ordered the “Spicy” combo (comes with fries and a 22 oz drink) along with “The Springfield” and a side of fries. They provided a water cup when I asked for one. The Spicy wasn’t very hot yet it had a good flavour of zesty banana peppers with vinegar. The Springfield was my preferred sandwich. Crunchy cashews with crispy chicken gave a satisfying texture to the sandwich. This was combined with the cashew sauce which completed the sandwich. Both sandwiches had high quality bread which retained a soft texture after being toasted. 4/5 because of their fries. They were slightly burnt and very greasy. Overall though, satisfied with The Chicago Cheesesteak Company.

I was super excited to try this place, as the photos looked amazing. The overall experience was kind of a let down. The staff seemed to be kind of annoyed about something so that was off putting from the start. There were no recommendations of any kind, as a new customer I would’ve liked to had some kind of knowledge on what was most popular or their best seller! I would’ve tried it! With that being said, I settled for the first thing on the menu, which I assumed was one of the classics, (Chicago Philly) which had lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese with oil and vinegar. At first the sandwich was pretty dry, I almost had to ask for some mayo or something to put on it, but then I got towards the middle and it turned out to be ok. The overall presentation of the sandwich was good, decently sized. The seasoning on the meat and the American cheese kind of resembled a hamburger. I think some chipotle mayo or some kind of sauce would take this sandwich to the next level. The overall flavor of this sandwich was pretty average, so I probably wouldn’t order this one again. Jersey mikes is better all around 😬

Freshly made sandwiches and great service! Good variety as well. They have classic Philly cheesesteak options and other fancier/ less common options. I got to try the BLT and the Halle(peño) Berry. The BLT was pretty generic, hard to mess up a BLT. I was skeptical about the Halle Berry sandwich but it was actually super good! It had cheesesteak beef, cream cheese, grape jelly, and cream cheese. It was such a perfect blend of savory and sweet. If you're not good with spice though, I'd recommend taking out the jalapeños. Overall a good, reliable hot sandwich shop with plenty of options.

Ordered a Philly, Fries, and Drink. Bread was perfectly toasted. Sandwhich I wish it was a bit fuller, but it was good. I prefer a philly more like a Ricks Steak or Gino's style not chopped and peppers and onions sliced vs diced. But very yummy! Loved it. The fries. Amazing. Perfect. I had the best fries I've had in years here! Over all great job.

This is about the only place in Springfield that you can get a true Chicago Italian style beef. Next time I go though I will be ordering double meat. My wife had a cheeseburger and we had the hand-cut fries which were very good. I would recommend this eatery in to anybody who was looking looking for Good sandwiches.

Thank you Chicago Cheesesteak Company for reminding me of a simpler time. Picture it, Springfield, early 2000's. We are in our old neighborhood dining on junk food, specifically hand cut French fries with ranch and Frank's Red Hot. The guys working the register and kitchen are having a spirited conversation about current events and are helpful when ordering. No one is on their phone, people are just sitting in a restaurant eating and listening to the music. The Simpsons are on a TV silently in the background. Nothing fancy, totally chill and the vibes are good. Old school, serve yourself soda machine, waxed paper cups. Legit fries with ranch and the Dr. Pepper syrup to fizz ratio is solid. No joke lunch today was just like it used to be in the early 2000s and it was awesome. I don't know if this location was open back then but I'm going to pretend it was. Thanks for a great lunch!

Queen City Soul Kitchen is a rare gem in Springfield, offering authentic African American style soul food. The menu features mouthwatering dishes like fried chicken wings, baked beans, and a standout fried fish on Fridays. Customers rave about the delicious meatloaf and an array of sides including mac and cheese, green beans, candied yams, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. The atmosphere is welcoming with a great staff to make your dining experience even better.
Our absolute favorite place in Springfield to eat. The food is fabulous and some of the best recipes and cooking we ever had. A little place with limited seating so don’t plan on dining in with more than a few people. If you do they make you feel like you’re dining at an exclusive eatery. The food and people are more than worth the the limited real estate. Just get it to go.

Amazing food! Friendly personal service. We loved everything we had. In our group of four we had and loved the catfish, meatloaf, wings, mac & cheese, green beans, collard greens. We will definately be back. PS awesome secret recipe tartar sauce.

We had a FANTASTIC experience! My family and I were passing through and stumbled upon this mom and pop brick and mortar. Rick was so welcoming and gave us an 11/10 experience. They were unexpectedly short on staff that day and Rick did a great job keeping things moving. The food was delicious and exactly what we were craving. I ordered the catfish with collard greens and spaghetti. My family tried the Mac n cheese, smothered chicken, peach cobbler and yams and we were very satisfied with it all! Heads up, not a lot of seating inside. There are two tables outside. If the back side coffee is closed, the food part might still be open so don’t be turned away driving by, since it’s tucked away and looks like a drive through bank.

EXCELLENT food and service!!! We tried the catfish and pork chops, collared greens, candied yams, mac and cheese and the best green beans on the planet!! Loved all of them! Glad we tried this off the beaten path place while traveling! Stop by, the staff is incredible!!!

A Taste of Soul Food Heaven Queen City Soul Kitchen, located at 1626 N Boonville Ave in Springfield, Missouri, is truly a hidden treasure for soul food enthusiasts. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and the mouthwatering aromas of authentic, home-cooked soul food that instantly makes you feel welcome. This cozy establishment has quickly become my new favorite dining spot in Springfield, offering an experience that goes beyond just a meal. ## Exceptional Chicken That Sets the Standard The fried chicken at Queen City Soul Kitchen deserves special recognition as it's simply the best I've had in Missouri. Their whole fried chicken wings are tossed in a special spice mixture, deep-fried to perfection, and topped with Queen City's special seasoning that creates a flavor profile that's both familiar and uniquely their own. Each bite offers the perfect balance of crispy exterior and juicy, tender meat that practically melts in your mouth. The chicken is clearly prepared with care and expertise, making it the standout item on an already impressive menu. ## Outstanding Service from a Dedicated Team What truly elevates the dining experience at Queen City Soul Kitchen is their exceptional staff. During my visit, three wonderful employees provided attentive service, each checking on our table throughout the meal to ensure everything was to our liking. This level of personalized attention is increasingly rare in today's dining scene, but at Queen City, it's clearly part of their commitment to hospitality. The staff's genuine warmth and friendliness made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. ## The Unforgettable Peach Tea I must highlight their incredible peach tea, which is genuinely the best I've ever tasted. Freshly made and perfectly balanced between sweetness and tea flavor, it's a refreshing accompaniment to their soulful dishes. Even those who don't typically enjoy peach-flavored beverages might find themselves converted after trying this exceptional drink. It's clear that the same care that goes into their main dishes extends to their beverages as well. ## Value That Can't Be Beat Despite the high quality of both food and service, Queen City Soul Kitchen offers remarkably reasonable prices. Their menu includes options like the Queen City Plate featuring two main dishes and two sides, providing excellent value for the generous portions served. The combination of affordable prices and exceptional quality makes this restaurant a standout dining option in Springfield. You'll leave satisfied both by the delicious food and the knowledge that you received excellent value for your money. ## A Community Treasure Queen City Soul Kitchen isn't just a restaurant; it's a family-owned business that serves as an important part of Springfield's culinary landscape. The restaurant nurtures community while producing good, comforting food that connects to many people's ancestral heritage. The term "soul food" extends beyond just the cuisine—it perfectly describes the heart and soul that goes into every aspect of this establishment. ## Final Thoughts Queen City Soul Kitchen delivers an exceptional dining experience that combines the best elements of traditional soul food with outstanding service and value. From the incredible fried chicken to the unforgettable peach tea, every element of the meal is crafted with care and expertise. If you're looking for authentic soul food in Springfield that will satisfy both your appetite and your spirit, Queen City Soul Kitchen should be at the top of your list. This gem is truly a must-visit destination for food lovers in the area.
