Phillips Place is an upscale open-air mall and dining destination located in Charlotte, NC. It offers a sophisticated shopping experience with over 25 specialty shops featuring luxury retailers like Restoration Hardware, Brooks Brothers, Eileen Fisher, and Allen Edmonds. The beautifully landscaped environment and elegant architecture make it a prime location for high-end shopping.
Nice shopping center with a good variety of stores and restaurants. Parking and walking are both easy, and there’s truly something for everyone. I especially enjoyed The Paper Store and a few of the restaurants. The Hampton Inn nearby is also a great place to stay.

It's such a vibe. The server was awesome. The truffle fries were good, just a little overwhelming. The lobster roll was tasty..... not like the ones in the lobster roll trucks, but still tasty.
Celeste F — Google review
I attended the opening of Hustlers and found the seating very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the volume was just right. There were plenty of options at the concession stand, clean bathrooms, and a good crowd. Overall, a great experience!
Thị V — Google review
Fantastic event for families! Running for four years now, it features exciting building projection mapping. It’s free for families and includes Santa, stilt walkers, hot chocolate, and gifts for Toys For Tots.
Nhung V — Google review
Phillips Place features upscale spots like Dean & Deluca, a movie theater, and PF Chang’s, along with other boutique shops. It’s a nice place to hang out with its fountains and stylish atmosphere, but keep in mind these stores aren’t exactly budget-friendly.
Nhung V — Google review
Why? Unless you live in the actual neighborhood, there is nothing here for anybody that doesn't like paying too much for clothes, alcohol, or food that is less than great. It's like rodeo drive for people that used to live in California. It's whiter than Mike Pence covered in Aspen snow
Grant N — Google review
A beautiful place! With restaurants, a movie theater and Restoration Hardware you simply can’t wrong. I love the close proximity to Whole Foods as well. Shop, catch a movie and eat. Philips Place has a lot to offer!

This is by far the fanciest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. There are way to many things so extraordinary about this hotel. It's the Ritz Carlton of hotels. They have tvs on the bathroom mirrors for heavens sake. The beds are very cozy and they sure do give you plenty of pillows to make sure you have a comfortable night's 💤. I would most definitely stay here at this hotel if I ever returned to North Carolina and visited this location.

If you're on the hunt for the ultimate gift shop in Charlotte, look no further than Paper Skyscraper. Nestled under its signature yellow awning in Dilworth, this beloved store has been a local favorite for over three decades. As you wander through its aisles, you'll discover an impressive array of unique gifts that showcase local artistry and charm—from delightful greeting cards to quirky home decor and stylish handbags.
So love this place! Exceptional selection of cards, gifts, funny things for parties, beautiful gift, wrap, and some of the best candles in Charlotte! Oh, and don’t ever buy that Chapel Hill Toffee they sell! Why you ask? You eat it all at once is that good😂. Last but not least the staff is always amazing.
Reggie M — Google review
I landed in Charlotte and wanted a quick hostess gift for my family member. I looked on the website, but could find a basket that had exactly what I wanted. Sales associate Rebecca helped us to tee while we were waiting for our rental at the airport! She walked us through each item and allowed us to pay over the phone. Pick up was also easy and seamless. My problem began with the quality of the gift. The baskets don’t include cellophane or a bow to make the gift special. I purchased a ribbon to zhuzh the gift a little more but it was definitely missing something. But Rebecca did her BIG ONE! Big shout out to Rebecca.

I love this store. It is my new favorite store to unwind and mindlessly shop. I always walk the entire store and very entertaining. Very nice staff! Very helpful and seem happy.

Such a cute spot for gifts—it’s really a one-stop shop! Find anything from books to hobbies to Charlotte-themed merch, and plenty of options for cards & gift bags to complete your presents.

Perfection! I finally had a chance to stop by to check out this store & I can say without a doubt, it blew me away! It’s packed with paper lovers dream products like stationary, exquisite wrapping paper, unique greeting cards & inspirational books & even gorgeous coffee table books. They even stock my favorite Dock & Bay 100% recycled (quick dry) towels. Let’s not forget the children’s section & a some really cool stuff for the guys in your life, home products, too! You absolutely must check out this store the next time you are in the South End area. It’s really close by & so worth the visit!

LOVE! Randomly found this place and had to go. I could spend so much time in here and find myself wanting to go multiple times a month. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite go to places for unique gifts. They carry lots of Charlotte themed items and local made gift. They have Lots of wonderful stationary for sending cards, gift wrap, and calendars. They also have a section with unique children's books and toys. Other sections in the store include cooking, birding, architecture, jewelry, candles and personal bathroom care, tea drinkers, alcohol drinkers, and inspirational. It's small but jam packed with fun stuff, plan to spend 30 minutes minimum looking through everything

This is my second time, in this store so I decided to do a review. The Skyscraper has been around Charlotte for sometime. I hidden treasure for the locals and travellers. In fact, while the store, I heard two couples speaking French. I took pictures that are the oblivious store displays but saw some interesting items for the home, car and personal uses. Oh, yes the books on Charlotte. I picked up a guide of places to go around Charlotte. There is one for the Carolinas. 💕 Stop on by and support one of Charlotte's few places that remembers Charlotte then and now.

If you're on the hunt for incredible deals and stylish finds, Charlotte Premium Outlets is a must-visit destination just a short drive from Uptown Charlotte. This expansive outlet mall boasts over 100 stores featuring popular brands like Coach, Nike, and Michael Kors at discounted prices. Located in the vibrant Steele Creek area near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, it’s perfect for both budget-conscious shoppers and fashion enthusiasts alike.
Fantastic outlet with a wide variety of stores and brands to explore. The spacious layout and lots of waiting areas make for a comfortable shopping experience. Clean restrooms and well-shaded walkways add to the convenience. One of the better looking Premium Outlets around—highly recommend!

🌟 Charlotte Premium Outlets – Strong with the Force of Savings 🌟 A great mix of anchor stores—Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Gap, Old Navy, Coach, and Banana Republic—make this outlet a galactic stop for deals. Discounts were stellar: Nike & Adidas clearance +40% off, Under Armour 40–60% off, Gap 40–70% off, Old Navy 30–50% off, and Talbots extra 70% off markdowns. Even Fossil watches had Jedi-worthy pricing at $89 or 2 for $139. Easy to navigate with plenty of variety, I left with bags full of bargains and the joy of a successful mission. 🌌✨

Charlotte Premium Outlets is a great spot for anyone looking to score deals on brand-name items. The outdoor layout is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with plenty of popular stores like Nike, Coach, Adidas, Michael Kors, and more. Prices are usually much better than retail, especially during holiday sales or weekends.

This small outlet still boasts a variety of excellent stores, including Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Fossil, Saks Off 5th, and others. While most of these stores are smaller in size and have a smaller inventory compared to larger ones I’ve visited, they all offer great sales, with some discounts reaching up to 65%. The prices are reasonable, and the discounts are substantial. The open areas and walkways are spacious and well-maintained. Uber has designated drop-off and pick-up spots, and security personnel patrol the area to ensure safety. The restrooms are clean and well-cared for. Overall, this is a great place to shop in Charlotte.
Nehal A — Google review
Always a great experience when I come here. Weekends are very busy, so alot time for parking. They have all the normal outlet stores, coach, Michael Kors, Guess, Tommy Hilfigure, etc. Everyone is super pleasant and efficient. You don't have to wait in lines anymore to go into certain stores, which is great! They have a food court and a wine slushie store, which Is a must visit during the summer. Always recommend coming here for great sales. During the week it is less busy so definitely go during the week to avoid the crowds.

SouthPark is a renowned retail chain that offers stylish and comfortable shoes for men, women, and kids. Located in Charlotte, NC, SouthPark Mall is one of the largest shopping destinations in the Southeast. With over 150 stores including big-name department stores like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co., as well as popular retailers like Apple and H&M, the mall caters to every budget and taste.
Wonderful mall with luxury, variant food providers in the court. Cozy and pleasant ambiance during the holiday season. No much activities and attractions for kids (playground is underdeveloped ,I don't want to be biases, But I see things in kids eyes).Secure, Familial and organized. Will revisit mid december.
Mazen T — Google review
Every time I visit SouthPark Mall, it feels like I’m stepping into my own little oasis away from everyday life. The moment I walk through the doors, the stylish ambiance and meticulous layout set the perfect stage for a refreshing escape. I love meandering through the wide corridors, where upscale boutiques and inviting cafes create a blend of luxury and comfort. Whether I'm on a dedicated shopping mission or simply enjoying an afternoon stroll, the atmosphere always manages to lift my spirits."* I especially appreciate the thoughtful balance between high-end stores and cozy spots to relax – it’s a place that understands the art of customer experience. The friendly staff and well-curated displays add a personal touch that turns a routine shopping trip into something more like a day of self-indulgence. SouthPark Mall isn’t just about the retail offerings; it’s a space where I can unwind, find inspiration, and enjoy a moment of elegance in the hustle of Charlotte life.
DONALD D — Google review
Love the holiday lights and decorations. Pretty nice mall with less traffic, in the morning. Plenty options of fast food places and dine-in restaurants. Clean floors, walls, restrooms and stores and I can’t forget about the customer service I’ve received from several businesses.
Alycia H — Google review
South Park isn't what it used to be before they did the renovation about 25 to 30 years ago. It used to be a classy midsize mall that you could go to and have a good time with no trouble parking. Now, It's so freaking upscale that it's no fun at all and there are no good stores in there either apart from the Apple store where there are the non-"Geniuses" , of course. Furthermore, there are parking decks where they didn't used to need to be any and so much valet parking that it puts people that need a handicap space at disadvantage. It truly isn't a shopping experience for people with a modest to lower-middle class income. I avoid Southpark Mall like the plague. Only reason I've been to it in the past 2 years is to go to The Cheesecake Factory. There used to be a Sharper It lmage store there too. Not sure if it's there anymore. All the department stores are crap and of course they shooed away Sears when they upscaled them all. They also threw out the really great cafeteria. South Park really sucks! Just go to Park Road shopping center 2 miles away to have a great time!
Tom F — Google review
My favorite mall of all! 😍😍😍😍 There are so many amazing stores, I always find everything I need when I shop here.
Linda F — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very Big shoutout to my absolute favorite store — My unique 3D Crystals near Cinnibon… Their products and customer service are truly exceptional huge kudos... I honestly give them higher praise than even luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci …Every visit is a great experience the attention to detail, quality, and care they put into their work is unmatched. Highly recommend checking them out.. *Tell them Jamal’s post send you*
Ahmed K — Google review
Great shopping experience with all the anchor stores Neiman’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Belk and Macy’s. The Apple Store is a good draw as well. There are some pretty decent specialty stores as well. They have a mall walkers program that allows for walkers to come in prior to all the stores opening. I took away 1 star because the food court is lacking and does not match the type of retailers that are here. Also, parking is not the best.
Graced2Flourish — Google review
Very upmarket stores, like crate & barrel, loui Vinton, Dubai chocolate (and yes, there is gold on the bars) , Rolex, etc. Plus, weirdly, a Lego Store. Cars are masterati, BMW, and many many more

The Sleepy Poet Antique Mall in Charlotte is a treasure trove for antique enthusiasts, with over 200 booths offering a wide array of vintage items. Spanning more than 50,000 square feet, this single-storey brick building accommodates visitors of all ages, including parents with strollers and wagons. The mall features food trucks for a quick bite and welcomes leashed dogs to explore the vast collection of antiques.
Plan to have all day for your first visit or you'll never finish exploring! Treasure around every corner. Mostly reasonably prices on items, some few scores, some high dollar items.
Barbados P — Google review
Lots of interesting vendor booths, with everything from new to vintage and in between. Unfortunately prices for vintage items have skyrocketed, and I rarely purchase anything. It’s still a great place to wander and look.
Tracy H — Google review
Was invited here by family who lived in the area and it's fantastic. As a kid who grew up going to yard sales and garage sales, I loved this place. Hundreds of vendors everywhere. You could easily spend an entire day here without any difficulty. I will absolutely be back.

Great antique mall. Vendors really take the time to display items to inspire one to buy. Most prices seemed reasonable. Staff was plentiful and willing to help

I absolutely LOVE the Sleepy Poet! We always get great finds there. I'm a fan of the antique jewelry and always leave with a piece or two. On our last visit we grabbed this fantastic set (actually came with 6 glasses). If you've never been, I highly recommend you go!

Ballantyne Village is a charming open-air mall located in South Charlotte, offering a mix of luxury brands and locally owned stores. The village complex features three levels with retail outlets, offices, dining options, and even a movie theater showing both blockbusters and indie films. Visitors can enjoy valet parking, salon and spa treatments, live events/activities, and a variety of eateries.
Went to a outdoor Christmas Market here. Very busy. Parking interesting. Had fun looking at all the items for sale.
A C — Google review
Ballantyne village is a beautiful area with a fantastic selection of restaurants. Some of my favorites include Burger 21, Jade, Terrace Café. each offering delicious meals that keep me coming back. The atmosphere here is vibrant, making it a great place to walk and soak in the lively surroundings. Today, we enjoyed dinner at Burger 21, and as expected, everything was perfect—delicious food and great service. However, the only drawback is the limited parking. Finding a spot can be frustrating, as you either have to keep circling until someone leaves or park in the deck and walk over, which isn't ideal, Overall, Ballantyne is a fantastic place to visit, and I highly recommend it for dining and strolling. If only the parking situation were more convenient, it would be a five-star experience!
Iman B — Google review
I visit this place fairly often and have enjoyed several of the restaurants here for both lunch and dinner. I also like stopping by the cigar shop. In addition, the shopping center offers a movie theater, a YMCA, and various other retail services. It’s a great spot for residents within walking distance and convenient for those of us just a short drive away.
Thị V — Google review
This mall has nice restaurants and shops, though many are on the expensive side. Still, it’s a great place to visit with plenty to do—from doctor’s offices to dining options. Truly a one-stop destination.
Duongpro87 V — Google review
I visit this shopping center often for the restaurants, shops, and movies. The dining options range from very casual to more upscale, so there’s something for everyone. There are also two coffee shops that make great spots for meetings, complete with Wi-Fi for business needs.
Nhung V — Google review
This spot really highlights the lack of entertainment options in Charlotte, offering a much-needed variety of things to do. It has plenty of great restaurants like Blue Taj, Mellow Mushroom, and Burger 21, plus a lively nightlife scene at Black Finn and a movie theater. The only downside is the parking—it can be almost unbearable on weekends.
Nhung V — Google review
Quaint and diverse shopping options. I live across the street but I love the walkable set up and variety. At its peak, parking is a but challenging though, unless you park in the hotel parking structure.
Noomwa ( — Google review
Had breakfast here at Eggspectation for the first time. Our server was Joanna. The food was good, however it wasn't hot when it came out, not even warm. I sent the pancake back. I had the All American that consisted of 2 eggs, potatoes, bacon, ham, and two sausages. My husband had the breakfast tacos with fruit. Nice atmosphere with TVs over the full bar. Comfortable booths, as well as tables and chairs. Clean restroom. There is plenty of free parking.

This hardware store has been there 35 years. It is two stories high decorated for Halloween and Xmas. Beautiful items in the store. Household items, hardware, yard decorations, free popcorn. They love animals a b d have a water dish for them. Also have a bath place for them to wash. It has an elevator also. Don't miss it.

This is by far my favorite hardware store! As the owner of an older home they tend to carry the things my house needs. The atmosphere is great and they make it feel like they know you. It's a mix of hardware store and general store. There's free popcorn, a dog washing station, an aisle full of old school candy and toys and of course stuff to maintain and make your beautiful. Oh, go check out the garden center, trust me.
Boris ( — Google review
They can be a little pricey but the reason I go there is because they usually have what I'm looking for . That saves me time instead of going to two or three different stores that don't have what I am looking for . I just go to Blackhawk and get what I need because chances are they have it. They have plenty of employees so you don't have to go find somebody to help you because several people are right there ready to help. I wish more stores were like Blackhawk .
Robert C — Google review
This particular store is almost an institution because of how beautifully it’s set up and the extensive selection of housewares it offers. A huge plus is that at every turn there’s someone willing to walk you to what you’re looking for! The garden center is awesome too. Highly recommended.

Excellent Shopping Center located in Charlotte at 4225 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209 Lots of stores and a good variety as well. Featuring Blackhawk Hardware as a main staple of the center. Parking is ok, but not laid out too well, however it is functional for the space.

Overcrowded with no place to park. Hard to Get into the parking lot and so much traffic. Great stores but I felt so compressed and crowded. Everyone is tense trying to find parking. Go find another place to shop.

What an awesome ACE hardware store. The manager personally showed us around after finding out that we were visiting the city and that we look for hardware for the furniture I refinish. I have never seen that much hardware in an ACE store. We were able to order a several unique pieces. They also have a lot of cool bathroom and kitchen things. Don't forget to visit their garden area as well.

Atherton Mill, a lively shopping district in Charlotte's South End, offers an exciting blend of over 115,000 square feet of retail space amidst the area's vibrant breweries and artistic murals. This mixed-use development features a variety of trendy boutiques alongside well-known national brands like Anthropologie and Warby Parker. Great spot for so many things. Coffee, food, shopping. I love the location and vibe. The old mill warehouse with exposed bricks is so pretty. Parking can be hard but it’s worth a couple of loops to find a spot. Don’t miss it!

This little shopping area has lots of good stores! Anthropologie, free people, Sephora, Madewell, Tecovas just to name a few. It’s a very active area with lots of people walking and running or going to eat or drink or shop. Sometimes the parking can be difficult to find.

Small shopping complex with a few restaurants and specialty stores. I don't know if I would necessarily go out of my way to go here, but a nice place to stop of a bite to eat and check out some small local shops. Be aware that there is a primary building but then there are some secondaries with other stores and eateries. We spent about an hour walking around and visiting the stores before having lunch. The area is neat and the building has some interesting history and architecture.

Went to the open air market "Front Porch Sundays" here at Atherton Mill. Occurring the 1st Sunday of every month from April-Nov 2023 11a-4p. Off South Blvd in Charlotte. Over 70 vendors. Enjoyed!

Old industrial buildings turned into a craft and food market. A lot of the stalls had closed by the time we visited but they looked good and what was still open was worth the visit. Next to the tram lines (Lynx) and near to other interesting parts - the Sycamore Brewery for example. A good coffee stall is available.

The women's clothing store Girl Tribe is a popular destination for Charlotte residents who love quirky, local brands. The store stocks products from female-owned businesses and features a variety of colorful clothing and accessories.
I can't say enough good things about Girl Tribe Co! We wanted matching "Lavender Haze" shirts for a mother-daughter trip to see the Eras Tour in London this past August, and they made sure we got them in time. My daughter was thrilled with the unique, high quality stickers, and we both loved wearing our shirts to the show, AND our Taylor Swift-themed tea party bus tour. They’re cute & comfy- the quality is amazing, and the customer service was truly top-notch! Additionally we happened to be visiting Charlotte this past weekend and I couldn’t leave without stopping by the shop. It’s so cute, and we just love the female pop-star & holiday themed goodies! My daughter couldn’t leave without a couple Sabrina Carpenter themed gems 💖 Thank you, Girl Tribe Co., for making our trip & my daughter’s passion for music extra special! 🙏🏽

Love Girl Tribe! They always have the cutest merchandise that you will truly never find anywhere else. So many unique graphic tees and sweats that they design and print themselves plus so size inclusive! Girl Tribe is one of the first stores that I’ve felt super comfortable in, while wanting every item. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help. Truly every time I come in I leave feeling like I gained a new best friend! Highly recommend shopping here!

Terrible experience. Bought a few shirts from here, my wife wore hers and we washed in cold water. ALL OF THE LETTERING/IMAGERY started breaking away immediately. These shirts do not last and especially at the price you pay. Not to mention- I’ve never been treated so bad by customer service before. They were aware of what happened, promised back and forth that they would make it right. After continuously reaching out and continuously being told “I’ll have someone reach out to you asap” and nothing being changed, I’m taking the loss. Absolutely terrible. Please do not buy your stuff here, take their designs and go to Etsy.

I had a sweatshirt saved in my cart from this store for weeks and I’m SO HAPPY I finally pulled the trigger to purchase it! It’s the best quality - and it was embroidered rather than screen printed which was the best surprise! I will definitely be shopping here again!
Lindsey A — Google review
First of all I wanna say that I’ve always loved Girl Tribe and was so excited to come into the store and get goodies when I found out their Halloween collection had dropped! Coming into the store I was met by Zoe whose attitude was rude, weird and off putting! Then when I went to try some things on her and her coworker followed me and Zoe actually made eye contact with me while I was in there and my bf was handing me more clothes to try! As a brown woman this all made me feel very uncomfortable! I expecting more from a pro femme establishment and needless to say I left feeling uninterested in purchasing anything and very disappointed in the behavior of the staff of an establishment that is supposed to be about inclusivity! I hope that this store becomes a place for people like me to be able to shop and not feel unwanted!

The most adorable and charming store! I saw it as I was walking in South End and had to make a detour to explore inside. a bit overpriced and wasn’t a thrift/ vintage store as I was expecting since they order everything and have it in multiple sizes (which can be helpful). definitely some cute and unique pieces but to me didn’t seem worth the price, except for the rings and sunglasses they have. they also have a sales rack in case you might be interested. Taylor Richards & Conger is a renowned boutique located in SouthPark, Charlotte, North Carolina. The store was established by three individuals who aimed to introduce innovative and unique styles in menswear. Spanning over 6,000 square feet, the boutique offers luxury menswear with an international flair. While they also have a women's line, the store particularly stands out for its exceptional men's department.
Taylor Richards & Conger is a great store with an impressive catalog. I worked with Doug Graves, and found his service to be very attentive and professional. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and thorough.
Emerson F — Google review
I first met Glen Taylor in 1995. He taught me about fine couture and the way fabric lies, meshes together and the way a tie can "bring together" an entire outfit. Glen and Richard have retired, Lyn is still there, as is Doug. I've known them both over 30 years. If you want the very finest in clothing? Don't bother going anywhere else. Go to Taylor. Richard's & Conger. I walked in there last Thursday for the first time in 28 years. I met Anthony. I had a 1" x 2" swatch of fabric to match my wife's dress she is wearing to our daughter's wedding next weekend. Without hesitation, once I told Anthony I am wearing a dark charcoal suit and needed a tie to match the suit and my wife's dress he picked an absolutely GORGEOUS Ermenegildo Zegna tie. Took a picture of it against a white Eton shirt, which is exactly like the shirt I have for the wedding (don't know how he knew that 😄) and a Grey Canali suit, that I wish I could buy for the wedding. I then went across the street to SouthPark Mall. Went to Dillard's and took about 15 pictures of ties. Then I went to Belk and took about 20 pics. Then off to Neiman Marcus. Took about 25 pics. Then last was Nordstrom's. They had Eton, Canali, Zegna, amongst other fine Italian clothing. Took 30 pics. Out of those almost 90 photos? My wife of 35+ years, our daughter getting married and our other daughter, the bride's little sister? They ALL, without ANY hesitation, picked the EXACT SAME TIE!!! Out of close to NINETY different ties. all three picked the first tie that Anthony from TRC picked. If you want to look your best? There is NO ONE ELSE in town that carries the fine couture that Taylor, Richard's & Conger does. Go see Doug or Anthony today and start looking like the best version of yourself that you can!!

Hands down the best place in Charlotte to go for a truly one of a kind experience. If you appreciate fine clothing and a bespoke look you will not be disappointed. The team has an impressive resume of experience and knowledge. From casual looks to board room meetings and everything in between the experts can help you craft the look that fits your desire. I’ve purchased everything from t shirts, button downs, short sleeve, long sleeve, shorts, pants, shoes, accessories, custom suits and even had one-off pieces created.
Nick M — Google review
Its refreshing to find a high-quality clothing store where you feel connected to the products. Not only is it a small business, its one where you can engage directly with them. This is where you can see the knowledge, experience, and passion for the craft. I will be a future client from now on. Side Note: I went in as a first time visitor and left with a beautiful coat. One of the owners educated me entirely on their offerings and I chose a coat that they pronounced as 50%. As a naturally skeptical person, I could tell the coach was beautiful and like nothing I've seen, but anyone can put numbers on a label and then mark it down. so I did some research... This coat is most certainly more expensive, even substantially, everywhere else I've found it. for which, is scarce and distant. Its a hard to find luxury coat for an amazing price. I was lucky enough for it to be my size. I love a good deal.

Found Poole Shop about two years ago and became a fan for life. They have beautiful, unique merchandise and I get stopped by strangers every time I wear their clothes. Went to return a defective skirt that has never been worn, and had a rip on the side. The manager said she wouldn’t take it back because it had been more than a week that it was purchased and it’s not their policy to accept merchandise after a week, even though it’s defective and a tailor said it could not be repaired. Most businesses thrive on customer service and to make sure that their customer is happy. NOT THIS PLACE. I do not recommend shopping here and I would spend my money elsewhere. The attitude of the store manager was dispassionate at best.

Been a regular since it opened…. It’s had some skids along the way but somehow stayed afloat. The real problems occurred when the previous owners defaulted on a $248 million loan and was “shelled off” for $39 mil in January of this year and the vacancies have skyrocketed with only a few random hood style shops coming in. I really hope the new owners have an actual plan for this place because NOBODY GOT TIME to go all the way to south CLT or Pineville for shopping options and concord mills is often too much hassle

Beautiful mall with a great variety of meaningful stores—not just small filler shops. There are plenty of food options, and I was especially happy to see The Great American Cookie Company, which brought back fond childhood memories. Went to IKEA. There was an intimidating line to get in, but the line moved fast and I appreciated the lines on the sidewalk that marked 6 feet. Everyone was wearing masks, and everything was clean. RiverGate is a large, suburban shopping mall with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. It is well-known for its high-quality clothing, jewellery, health and beauty services, and dining options. The mall is located in a suburb of the larger city nearby.
Visiting River Gate in North Carolina is an enjoyable experience, especially with the standout Sprouts Farmers Market showcasing a delightful blend of fresh produce, health-focused products, and a welcoming atmosphere. Here’s a detailed review of my recent visit to the area and the market. **Location and Accessibility:** River Gate is conveniently located just a short drive from South Charlotte, making it easily accessible for both local residents and visitors. The area is well-planned, with ample parking available, so finding a spot is never an issue. The charming setting features a mix of shops and restaurants, providing a vibrant backdrop for a day of exploring. **Ambiance and Layout of Sprouts Farmers Market:** Upon entering Sprouts Farmers Market, I was immediately struck by the bright, inviting design of the store. The layout is spacious and well-organized, with wide aisles that make browsing a breeze. The natural wood accents and colorful signage contribute to a relaxed, farmers’ market vibe, instantly making me feel at home. The store is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant shopping experience. **Fresh Produce Selection:** One of the main draws of Sprouts is its impressive selection of fresh produce. As I wandered through the produce section, I was delighted to find an array of organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Everything looked vibrant and fresh, from the bright red tomatoes to the crisp greens. I especially appreciated the variety of seasonal items available, including unique fruits and specialty vegetables not commonly found in other grocery stores. **Organic and Health-Conscious Options:** Sprouts Farmers Market takes pride in promoting healthy living, and it shows in their product selection. The store features an extensive range of organic and non-GMO products, catering to health-conscious shoppers. The aisles are filled with gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based foods, making it an ideal spot for those with dietary restrictions or looking for healthier alternatives. I was particularly impressed with the variety of bulk items, allowing customers to buy just the right amount of nuts, grains, and snacks. **Deli and Prepared Foods:** The deli counter at Sprouts is another highlight. They offer a wide selection of freshly prepared items, from sandwiches and salads to hot meals and side dishes. I couldn’t resist trying a homemade quinoa salad, which was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The option to grab healthy, easy meals makes it convenient for busy shoppers and those who prefer not to cook after a long day. **Beverages and Snacks:** As I continued my exploration, I found the beverage and snack sections overflowing with options. Sprouts has an excellent variety of craft beverages, including local juices and kombucha, as well as a remarkable selection of healthy snacks. I picked up some organic trail mix and a few protein bars, all reasonably priced. Their commitment to quality products ensures that every snack option is both delicious and healthful. **Customer Service:** The staff at Sprouts Farmers Market truly enhance the shopping experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help with questions or recommendations. Their passion for healthy living and quality products was evident, creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated. **Environmentally Conscious Practices:** Another positive aspect worth mentioning is Sprouts' commitment to sustainability. The store promotes environmentally friendly practices, including bulk bins to reduce packaging waste and a focus on sourcing local products to support the community. Shopping here feels good not only because of the high-quality offerings but also due to the store's dedication to making a positive impact on the environment. **Overall Experience:** In summary, visiting River Gate and shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market was a delightful experience. From the fresh, high-quality produce to the extensive health-conscious

We went here in search of one restaurant which is AAHARA 25. It was worth going. The restaurant is Karnataka style restaurant. We ordered idli vada and Pongal which were really tasty and connected us to Banglore food. Ambience is also very good. Happy to have it in charlotte.

Blakeney town center kids play park used to be a great place for little kids to play. But not anymore. Today I have seen the surroundings infested with cockroaches. Every wall behind shakeshack has cockroaches. Check out the pictures

Blakeney Town Center sits on the corner of Ardrey Kell Road and Rea Road. There are plenty of ways to get into the shopping area, with each area having plenty of parking space. There is a Circle K with a car washing station if you need gas or wash your car. You will notice Target is in that area with other shops. You also have a McDonald's across the street from the gas station. There is a Chili's, Brix pizza, and 131 Main Restaurant. Plus, there are plenty of other restaurants if you don't want food from those restaurants. If you're in the mood for coffee, you have a Starbucks, and if it's too crowded, there is a Starbucks in the Target also. For groceries, you have Harris Teeter, which has a good parking lot size, so it's easy to drive in and out. The area is very pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and cross walks. If you're driving through the shopping area, pay attention. There are stop signs at every turn.

Convenient, but the parking can be challenging at times. Nice outdoor seating at some restaurants, play area for kids. During the holidays beautiful decor. My frequent places are Target, Marshall’s, home goods, Atha hot yoga, European wax center, open rice, shake shake, jenis icecream, Harris teeter, banana Republic, open rice. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options

Coming from Europe, we appreciate having everything within walking distance, and Blakeney Town Center offers exactly that. We chose to settle in the community right across from it so we could enjoy the convenience of having a grocery store, playground, small park, My Gym, Noah’s Art, and plenty of dining options all nearby. Although I relocated to Raleigh for work, every time we return we still think of Blakeney as home. It’s a safe, family-friendly area that we truly love.

What a fun experience!!! We purchased an African Dwarf Frog....from some very wonderful helpers there.....and had the best time! Plenty of convienent parking and lots of fun fish items for everyones' aquarium...and lots to see as well. From parrots to parakeets this PETSMART had it all. Give it a chance. They'll take good care of you!

Blakeney Town Center is one of my absolute favorite places to go especially on weekends with family. It has everything you could possibly need, all in one spot! From delicious restaurants to great shopping options like Target, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Rack Room Shoes, Old Navy, Harris Teeter, and Starbucks, it’s the perfect mix of convenience and charm. What makes it even better is the atmosphere friendly, clean, and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing groceries, picking out shoes, or just enjoying a nice coffee, it’s all right here. There’s even a cute little play area for kids, which makes family visits extra enjoyable. Blakeney truly feels like a community hub, and I look forward to spending time here every weekend. Love this place!

Windsor was spectacular! Very welcoming and wonderful to deal with. Heidi was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and an ease to deal with. The entire organization was a pleasure to work with; Mike, Ben, and Heidi, all first class. Make sure you go to Windsor Jewelers for any of your needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Windsor Jewelers, and I had the pleasure of working with Tracy. She was absolutely outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Ulrike did a phenomenal job taking care of my wife and me at Windsor Jewelers. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed and valued—never rushed, never pressured. She listened thoughtfully to what we were looking for and worked patiently with us to find the perfect piece over multiple visits. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience feel personal and high-end. Windsor itself is a beautiful, top-tier jeweler in Charlotte with an incredible selection and equally incredible staff. It’s rare to find this level of service and professionalism in one place. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for Ulrike by name!

We have had an excellent experience at Windsor, both fixing a wedding band (cut off for a sports finger injury) and purchasing a watch. The work on the wedding band was top notch — the process was straightforward with an estimate, clear communication, and delivery timing as promised. The service was great in watch selection and fitting — Heidi was great: highly knowledgeable, thoughtful on recommendations and not hurried to sell in any way. For the watch fitting, we tried a couple of different adjustments to be sure the strap was the perfect fit. Overall, a great experience — both highly professional and super friendly! We will be back.

Best jewelry store in Charlotte, hands down. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family, unlike some other stores I’ve visited. Adam is incredible. He made me feel like a truly valued customer and helped me find the perfect watch to mark a major milestone. His knowledge and genuine care made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Windsor Jewelers and especially Adam. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases—10/10.

A fantastic experience working with David to find me the right Tudor. I ended up purchasing a Black Bay 58 GMT. If I continue making more watch purchases I will be coming directly back here and will utilize David’s expertise.

They have the most wonderful, caring staff! I took in a necklace that I’ve had for years in need of a simple repair, as one of the chain links had broken. The floor salespeople were so kind and personable, very respectful, and happy to help. I had my necklace returned to me a few days later looking better than brand new! The repair was a little pricier than you might find elsewhere, but it was so worth it for my peace of mind to have a family heirloom well taken care of. I felt much more comfortable leaving my jewelry with them than a pawn store or a watch repair kiosk at the mall, and Windsor does all their repairs in house so I got it back relatively quickly! The attendant that helped me made sure I was fully satisfied with the repair and I told him I couldn’t be happier to have a treasured piece of jewelry restored so beautifully. Thank you, Windsor!

Used CD store
Lunchbox Records, located near Plaza Midwood, is a vibrant independent record shop that has become a hub for music enthusiasts. The store offers new and used records, DVDs, turntables, and more. Since its opening in 2005, it has gained a reputation as one of the best places to buy or sell vinyl records. Owner Scott Wishart organizes engaging events like listening parties and special deals on Record Store Day that draw large crowds.
Here's great example of small independently owned purveyor of auditory excellence. It doesn't really matter what your musical tastes are, if you like vinyl, you'll like Lunchbox Records. Hell, just go in and fall in love with their robot logo tee-shirt ... I did. They have plenty of older records, plenty of new ... it's just a matter of looking through the shelves and find what your charge account can afford. You might go in hungry, but you'll leave full.

I was happy to get to visit Lunchbox records! They had 3 albums I have been looking for a while now. The staff was knowledgeable and made some helpful recommendations. The store is well organized and they have a clever variety of old & new. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back in Charlotte!

Really cool vinyl shop! Great selection! Prices were fair. It's definitely cool as well that they have an online store if you live further away. Most of the employees were very nice and helpful. One was very focused on the task he was doing and seemed irritated at helping myself or a fellow employee.

I had such a fun time exploring Lunchbox Records! They have an awesome selection with records in all price ranges—from about $5 to $50 and up—so there’s something for everyone. I went in hoping to find some BTS (no luck this time), but I still walked away with two great records. They carry a mix of popular artists, new releases, and even some I’d never heard of before, which made browsing even more fun. The vibe of the shop is really cool, and the staff were super chill. Definitely a great spot to spend some time digging for gems!

Excellent local spot with helpful staff. Hard to leave without something in hand...and you'll never know what you'll pull from the used section. Well worth the ride into Charlotte from LKN.

Revised edit: Lunchbox responded after posting the review. Bumping up 1 star. [I'm sure they are a cool local shop, but their online ordering offers zero customer service. Zilch. Email them, no reply. 2 emails for 2 separate orders, no reply. They probably only offer online ordering to stay competitive, but they give me the feeling that they would rather not. I'm open to a response from them to prove that I'm wrong. I would like to be. As it stands, I'm not getting good vibes from them.]

Anyways, the breach listening event was AMAZING. The bracelets were the exact same last year, and frankly being petty and leaving a one star review because you didn’t get in is petty and rude. Tyler and Josh would be disappointed in you two. This store took time out of their day to close shop and hand out free items. Be thankful.

I was introduced to Vestique last week and have visited 3 times since! I really love the clothing here. Great styles at an affordable price and they carry denim for my body type which is a win for me! ALL of the sales associates that helped me in Winston Salem were amazing and I was truly impressed to find the same caliber service in Charlotte. I am so sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name but I do remember Olivia in Winston and Sophia (or Sophie- forgive me <3) in Charlotte. Being a retail girlie for many years, I can appreciate great customer service. Kudos to the managers and owners. I will be back very soon! :)

The store was great and the stylist were super sweet and helped me find the right thing I needed for a dinner & drinks with friends. My only issue is with the clothes & sizes they offer. I am 5’11” and have very much big hips, so what you would say “tall and curvy.” The tops were fine, but I did seem to struggle finding dresses and bottoms that fit. They only carry XS - L and most of the mini dresses, skirts, & shorts were either way too short for me or their larges fit more like mediums. They were able to help me find a pair of jeans which helped a ton get my outfit together. But I overall wish they were more inclusive to the tall & curvy girls as well as plus size women!!!
Kate — Google review
I don't really know where to start. So here we go. I purchased a light denim jeans skirt about a month ago and me being such a shopper for unique clothing items, I hadn't worn the skirt yet. Well I went to put on skirt one day last week and noticed something was off and I couldn't figure out what. I'm a girl for pockets, so I put my hands in the pockets on both sides and quickly noticed pocket was extremely low and the other one was perfect. I kept swirling in mirror to see how much off it would be to notice. Well, I wasn't completely happy but then thought oh wow this is a no return item ( final sale). Well I really liked the skirt because it was different and I didn't want to return it, I just wanted a resolution. I reached out to Vestique online and let me tell you the team went over and beyond to search for another one I my original size but couldn't, so I settled for a different size just so I would have the skirt. Not this is the kicker, I was willing to return the defective skirt and they so kindly told me to keep it , donate etc and they will be putting a new skirt on the mail to me. I was so not expecting this at all. I honestly thought I would be told that final sale is final sale. I am so grateful and excited to do business witb owners that care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they are happy. Please support small businesses. Vestique will hold a special place on my shopping list as I share with others about my experience . May you be richly blessed. Best PAMELA FORBES.

Bruce Julian Clothier is an upscale men's boutique located on Selwyn Avenue in Charlotte. This long-standing establishment has been dressing Southern gentlemen for decades, offering tailored suits, custom shirts in bright colors and fabrics, trendy casual wear from brands like Tommy Bahama and Mododoc, as well as suit accessories. The shop provides a comfortable setting for finding the perfect attire for any man who appreciates dressing like a Southern gentleman.
Had a wonderful experience at Bruce Julian. Bruce helped me find a suit off the rack that ironically was almost identical to the custom suit I was building through online made to order sites. It fit well and was the price point I was looking for. I had stopped at indochino but could not visualize the suit by only touching the material. I really appreciated the selection and availability at Bruce Julian so that I was able to try on different suits with different materials, structures etc. I will be going back for my fitting and picking up a custom shirt. Very happy with my experience and will recommend friend and family to Bruce Julian.
Michael T — Google review
I was very excited to get a "nice" suit and heard this was the place to go. Unfortunately I felt very rushed both visits, when I was being measured and when I went back to pick it up. It seemed fine and they were all brushing off my questions and telling me "it looks great" instead of slowing down for a second to address my concerns. I honestly don't even think the jacket is the right size, let alone tailored correctly. But again, they were very good and rushing the process and making me feel silly for being concerned about anything to do with the fit at all. Now that I have the suit home and could slow down a little to look at it, I'm not happy with the sizing/tailoring and I feel stuck with a $1000 suit that I'm not even excited to wear. It's supposed to be my wedding suit and I feel like I need to take it to a second tailor before my big day to even stand a chance at being happy with it. I'm sure they know what they're doing here but I don't think they understand that $1000 is a lot of money to some people and they didn't give me the respect a paying customer deserves. I have a few suits from Men's Warehouse that were 1/3 the price and fit so much better because they took the time to not rush me back out of the door.
Anthony W — Google review
This place absolutely ruined my wedding tux. When I first came in, they were incredibly welcoming. I was excited, thinking I found a place I could trust — even considered coming back for more. The gentleman who helped me was enthusiastic and assured me I could come back for any additional alterations at no extra cost. But when I did — for a simple inseam adjustment — the tone completely changed. He seemed annoyed I even came back. No warm welcome, just irritation. Then to top it off, he charged me another $50, despite promising the follow-up alterations were “on the house.” I trusted their work and didn’t try the suit on again after picking it up (my mistake), but on my wedding day, I opened the suit to find the alterations were never done. Chalk lines and pins were still there. My pants were still too long. It completely ruined my look and my wedding photos. They charged me for a job they didn’t do. And even if I had caught it, there wouldn’t have been enough time to fix it before the big day. I spent over a grand here — and left with a tux that made me feel embarrassed instead of confident. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. Never again.
Avenir S — Google review
I’m not a review type of guy normally but James from Bruce Julian was amazing. We were very picky about the color suit and material and he went through loads of swatches and materials and colors until we found the exact matching that we liked for the suit and the vest and we couldn’t be more pleased. Not only that but the price was phenomenal compared to other custom suit places. James never seemed annoyed or irritated at our constant pickiness and always gave an honest opinion about what would and wouldn’t look good. This man was a professional from top to bottom. Can’t wait to see my custom suit when it comes in.

10/10 experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the education on perfumery and even in a group of people the leader made me feel as though I was getting one on one attention to select the perfect scent. I did do some homework ahead of time using AI to research my favorite scents and what type of scent profile I lean towards but I think even if I hadn't her expert nose and thoughtfulness were really good. I went alone as my friend didn't get her ticket in time but I still had fun. I'll totally be going back again and making my second scent. I would have loved the option to buy a smaller add on of the 2nd scent I created as a travel roller or something.. just a suggestion.. but otherwise such a fun experience. And it's a decent size finished product. I even bought me some cute earrings. Again 10/10. Go ahead and go if you're debating, you won't regret it, you deserve to smell decadent ✨❤️

By far my FAVORITE boutique in Charlotte! KK Bloom Boutique always has exactly what I'm looking for. The store is absolutely gorgeous, and they have the best selection of designers, jewelry and everything in between. The owner and employees are always so sweet and helpful. I never walk out of this store empty handed.

I absolutely love the feeling I get when I walk into this beautiful store. I was welcomed with a warm smile and hello. The girls are style experts and so helpful. I was looking for an outfit to wear to my friend's bachelorette weekend in Miami and they helped me find the perfect bodysuit to wear under a skirt I already owned. It was exactly what I was looking for at such a great price. Now they have such an amazing website so you can shop from anywhere at anytime. And when you receive your order it is like getting a gift in the most perfect package :)

Hunting and fishing store
The Sporting Gent is a men's clothing store with rustic hunting decor, outdoor & casual apparel & accessories. The store stocks classic Southern brands like Southern Marsh, Drake, Costa, Atlantic Drift and more.
I’ve been an online customer of The Sporting Gent for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I finally had the chance to go in to the store last week and it was such an incredible interaction. I left their feeling like I had made new friends. I placed another order today and the communication on an issue with my one of the items was great. They went above and beyond to make it right. I will be a TSG customer for life.

This is such a wonderful store where they make the shopping experience so easy and enjoyable! Can’t say enough nice things about it from the products they source, to the level of customer service to the appeal of the store! Always a first stop when shopping for our boys. Thank you to Mark and his team.

Excellent folks to deal with. I called to ask about the Yeti loadout 2.0 box. They said it was in stock. I ordered it online and they shipped it out the same day. It arrived at my door the very next day. Now that is fast service. I believe I spoke with a young man named Justin. He was very polite and professional and I was very impressed with him. I appreciate The Sporting Gent . Thanks again.

I ordered a vest that was too small. I tried to return it for a refund and I was emailed a virtual gift card for store credit. I do really like their products but I would have preferred a refund to my credit card. They have really nice merchandise and their shipping is very prompt. I would shop here again
Brian T — Google review
First of all, I love the store. And the staff is great. I don't recall ever getting better service from a store. All the staff was helpful and gave me their opinion on the clothing I tried on. Even the owner (at least I think he was the owner, maybe the manager) came out of his office to give me feedback on which size I should go with. The only issue I have is with the actual shirts I bought. I went there looking to buy Free Fly apparel, but it didn't fit me properly. So I bought the TSG All Season Long Sleeve Crew shirts. I bought two of them. They told me they're made from bamboo. Looks like they might not be completely bamboo. Not sure and certainly don't think they were misleading me. But I've worn one of the shirts only once and it was so hot. It did not breathe (at least not for me). A buddy of mine had on a long sleeve tee at the same time. We were both hanging out at a brewery outdoors. He said he wasn't hot at all. I was sweating like crazy. So it looks like I will be returning the shirts. But again, this does not leave me with a negative opinion of this store. I fully expect to do more business there. Loved the staff. Just need to find the right attire that will work for me. Read a few other reviews after posting this and am editing this review to comment on the dog. I didn't see the dog. Damn! I love Golden Retrievers (owned many over the years). Now I have to go back just to see the dog. :)

Really dig this place. I love their selection of clothing and the staff is very friendly. Their pricing is just as good as the high-end men's clothing brands you can buy online... and you don't have to deal with the headache of shipping stuff back like you do with online retailers. If you're looking for high quality mens' clothing in Charlotte, The Sporting Gent is a must.

His custom suits have garnered numerous accolades, including Best Custom Clothier and Best New Clothing Store.
Purchased some custom shirts and loved them. The exact measurements he took had them turn out perfectly for me. Loved the fabric choices and styling options presented to me as well, which formulated a truly “custom” shirt for me. Experience the difference of custom by choosing William Wilson Clothing for the next addition to your closet. You won’t be disappointed. #EBsaidit

I have purchased custom shirts from William Wilson Clothing 3 times and been pleased each time. He is easy to work with and I needed clergy shirts with detachable collars and he was absolutely able to do this at a very fair price. I have recommended him to several priest friends for their shirting needs.

Let me start off by saying, I'm not an expert in custom clothing, but I do know this. The quality of the material that William Wilson uses to make his suits are, hands down, the best I've felt in years. The customer service is unmatched. With my overall experience at William Wilson Custom Clothier, I am now a fan of getting my suits custom made. It gives you a whole new feeling. I would definitely recommend William Wilson Custom Clothier to anyone looking to improve the way they look.

Definitely the only store in Charlotte that offers high quality art, jewelry, culture and shopping experience.

I was introduced to MoaZen Jewelry on Small Business Saturday in 2019. I have been a fan ever since. I purchased a beautiful necklace called “Tribe.” It is beautifully handcrafted, high quality and quite a statement piece. I went back and had them to custom make earrings to match the necklace. And once again, they delivered. I have worn the jewelry in meetings, to events and in my leisure. It is always a conversation piece. When jewelry sparks a conversation and intrigue, you know it is a winner. It even comes with a warranty. I will definitely purchase from them again and look forward to the shop reopening soon.

Moazen Jewelry is always a hit! They have artisanal jewelry that is not only unique, but also made with such quality. Good thing the fashion cycle for jewelry is 7x that of clothing. ❤️ Talk about a good investment. 😎 The owners hold the community and their customers in honor. That being said, if you shop online, prepare for a beautiful unboxing experience...maybe even a few surprises in the mail sporadically just because. 😉

The store offers a laid-back and funky atmosphere on Morrison Blvd., where shoppers can find clothing and accessories with a boho vibe, perfect for summer maxi dresses or casual everyday wear.
I felt compelled to leave a review after my amazing experience in the Blakeney store today. I was in a major rush, looking for something very specific, and had my almost 2 year old with me in the store. One of the employees literally took my child so that I could try on my clothes in peace. She was so incredibly kind and I just wanted to say thank you for that ❤️ the store is adorable with the cutest clothes! I will definitely be back

I had a great experience at this store today. Megan and the staff were very nice and helpful. The store was very busy as it’s the weekend before Christmas and I was immediately asked if I wanted a dressing room, I shopped a bit more and when I was ready the girl who worked there remembered my name for my dressing room that I had given her earlier. When I was checking out, Megan made sure to speak about my purchase and was very friendly. This is the kind of customer service that is noticed especially when a store is so busy before Christmas.

I walked in to the Southpark location Sunday November 29 around 2 and was the only customer I was going to buy Christmas gifts for my daughter. There were two employees and One said hi and NEITHER offered to help me. Maybe I wasn’t dressed good enough for their store ( I came from work in health care) but I was ready to buy gifts for my daughter and there was a lot of nice jewelry. I will never will go in again when people don’t even acknowledge or try and help you when you are the only person in the store. You can’t judge a book by its cover.

Just moved to Charlotte and found a new favorite. I love the feel of the over all store. Have been shopping at this store since they were located in Phillips Place. The staff sometimes give the impression they are indifferent and cold. They certainly know when to let customers privately enjoy the atmosphere and experience of looking in the shop and when to step in to offer assistance. Inventory is very good for a well appointed home for gracious living.

This is a modern day "Pretty Woman" experience. These arrogant women are working retail and treat the customers walking through the door with the ability to purchase like they're doing them a favor to even greet them! They are unbelievably rude. I have heard how terribly they treat their customers, and told to go elsewhere, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I watched them treat a beautiful black girl like garbage when she came to use her gift certificate from her mother for college graduation. They rolled their eyes and snickered. HORRIBLE. Do not buy here!! I will never go back.

Probably the coldest experience I’ve had in a shop…..ever!!! The sales ladies hardly speak to you, only if forced to. I was picking up a special order and I was treated like a total inconvenience. This was the absolutely worst experience in customer service I've ever seen in my life. My friend and I went and she's got five houses she's got to furnish! (Dress up when you visit the store as they judge your purchasing power based on your dress). Snooty and slow is how i see this store and the wait staff. No response for customers who previously purchased a single lamp from Granville. Too bad. Customers MUST live according to Granville rules. Period. No accommodations for previous purchasers. Tough. Lovely things. Painfully slow check out…up to 30 min with 2 or less customers in store. Sales gal swapped (snatched) away frame I chose (silver with light grey velvet back) with silver with black velvet without telling me. Not first less than stellar experience (6+ times) which is why I avoid going in if at all possible. Just wanted light backed frame. Sigh Thanks for the reply…I only reviewed after many times of experiencing lengthy check out year round. The frame, I don’t have time to spare to return for exchange as I needed it for an event.

Concord Mills is a sprawling shopping destination located just outside Charlotte, offering a diverse mix of over 200 stores and restaurants. This massive mall features a blend of outlet stores and traditional retailers, making it both a popular tourist attraction and a go-to spot for serious shoppers. Visitors can enjoy an array of entertainment options such as a movie theater, an indoor kart racing center, mini-golf, and even an aquarium.
Concord Mills is a top shopping destination with something for everyone! With an amazing mix of outlet stores, big brands, and specialty shops, I always find great deals. The food court and dining options are diverse and delicious, and the mall is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. Whether I’m shopping, grabbing a bite, or catching a game in the arcade, I always have a blast. Highly recommend for a full-day shopping adventure!

What a super surprise it was to stumble upon this mall while visiting the Bass Pro shop. There are over 100 stores to choose from. But the biggest surprise was my favorite store, Primark. Haven't been in one since I left Germany. The food court also had plenty of different foods to pick from. All and all, it's a great mall.

I recently visited Concord Mills Mall and had a really enjoyable experience. The mall is large and well laid-out, with over 200 stores to browse. The variety is impressive — you’ll find everything from outlets and discount retailers to more familiar national brands. One of the highlights is the SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium, which is located inside the mall. It’s a fun & unique attraction that adds extra value beyond just shopping. The food court offers plenty of options. I especially liked Maki of Japan, and the usual treats like Auntie Anne’s and Cold Stone are there too. There’s also a carousel for kids, which is a nice touch for families. The mall is climate-controlled, so it’s comfortable regardless of the weather. Parking was ample, and I didn’t struggle to find a spot even when the mall was busy. That said, on weekends it can get very crowded, and navigating through the crowds can be a bit slow. Also, the mall is undergoing updates and additions. New features like darts & shuffleboard game suites and an attraction called the “Human Crane” are being introduced. Overall, I would rate my visit as very good. Concord Mills is a destination mall — great for families, shoppers, and those wanting a full day out. If I were to give suggestions, I’d encourage management to keep up security presence and smooth crowd flow during peak hours.

This is my favorite outlet mall!! So many stores and places to eat. It was packed when I was there a month ago. I love shopping there whenever I can. It's a two hour drive so I dont get there often. Just a great way to spend the day, and plenty of other stores and restaurants nearby.

In addition to grab-and-go food items and snacks, they also serve local draft beer and have an assortment of eclectic memorabilia on the walls.
Come here every time I visit Charlotte from Georgia because of the delicious vegan options!! I got the Vegan Dawn wrap, first day I got the soysage, second day I got the vegan chorizo. Both days were delicious and fresh!!! Love coming here and will continue every time I stop in.

I strongly dislike places that prompt you to tip but don't bring your food out, clean it up, or check in on you. Just pay your workers fairly dude and don't rely on customers. They throw your stuff on the counter by the window and you don't know when your specific order is ready for pick up (no buzzers or name calling). The food was delicious though and I like the concept of the bodega/brewery/diner mixed elements. There's board games to play and a nice outdoor patio/outdoor seating (both upstairs and downstairs). The loft is neat. Definitely Charlotte-y character.

I've always heard of this place but never actually visited. We had parked right in front of this location, so as we decided to head home, we wanted to stop in and see what the place was all about. It's like a continence store as soon as you walk in, but the further you walk in, they have a bar with seating and then a section selling wines, beers, seltzers, and regular sodas to coffees and anything else you may find at a gas station. Outside of the store, they have an open patio with plenty of seating. A lot of people go and purchase their beverages and then come outside to sit drink and have a good time. It's a quirky cool place, and I'm all for it. Love the ambiance and concept of it. The employees and everyone were super friendly, and there were no issues at all. I will def be visiting again.

This was a really cool place with a chill vibe. We had sandwiches which were pretty good. They had a little bit of everything and had a really great choice of beverages. The coolers had some great captions which we thought were humorous. The cookies they sell are the bomb! Will def visit again when in Charlotte.

City of CLT needs to revitalize “Queen City Quarter”. It was called Epicenter at one point. I only visit this area because I have to get to my dentist. It’s not a good feeling when you are walking an area that looks deserted. The main floor is completely empty. There was once a CVS store and even that’s gone too. Also, be aware that there are some weird people sitting at the benches and make you feel completely uncomfortable. I really don’t know how this is holding up to say the least.

I shopped at Marshall's which is on the 3rd floor of the Metropolitan Plaza. There is destinated parking on the 3rd floor with easy access to Marshall's. The elevator in the parking deck is clean and well ventilated.. in the event you can't park on the 3rd floor. The music was not loud and disruptive, the store is well-lit and a comfortable temperature. The dressing room is clean and enough room to get the job done. The sale on memory foam sandals was a nice surprise, but nothing else to offer in ladies heels. I enjoyed strolling the isles, there's something everyone...even Jelly Belly's 😁. This was my first visit to this store it was enjoyable, checking out was quick and the cashier was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice atmosphere. Upscale decor meets upscale dining. I did like it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought the salmon could have been seasoned better. The Arugula is seasoned well so eating it with the salmon does enhance the flavor.

One of the most beautiful retail spaces I’ve ever seen. The restaurant was full so I couldn’t get in, but I toured the first and second floors on the grand opening day. It was packed, though still felt like a palace because of the high ceilings, chandeliers, natural light, long hallways, and beautiful home decor. Look through the photos—they speak for themselves!
Casey C — Google review
My friend was visiting from out of town so we were trying to take a commemorative picture after brunch. It was getting crowded in the restaurant area so we thought we could go downstairs to the retail area. There was one person on staff who didn't seem busy at all (no one else was around). I asked if they wouldn't mind taking a picture of us, they pretended to not hear me the first time and only glanced at me from the corner of their eye when I repeated myself thinking that they must've not heard me. They paused, looked at me up and down and said "I'd rather not". I fully understand that anyone can turn down taking pictures for others if they're uncomfortable, and I would've totally understood if it wasn't conveyed in such a condescending manner. I later find out from the reviews that there's a no picture rule in the retail area, which is completely understandable but I wish there was a sign or the staff could've explained it to us. Why put a restaurant on the top floor of the retail area only to humiliate dining patrons as they come by?

Additionally, the outdoor seating area provides a great space to enjoy meals with a group. Customers also appreciate the occasional freebies that come with large orders.
Every time I come to Just Fresh the staff is ALWAYS super friendly. Recently an order was made incorrectly and Ray went out of his way to make sure that it was fixed properly and quickly. He consulted with Blue who also went out of his way to give a free breakfast since we were delayed a bit. Ray remembers people, he’s friendly, and always seems to be hard at south. It offers sophisticated and creative couture from renowned designers like Stella McCartney, Givenchy, Balenciaga, and Alexander McQueen. Capitol is located in SouthPark, a notable shopping destination that includes specialty shops like Granville and Poole Shop.
Capitol always has such a great selection of clothes you don’t see everywhere else, and the stylists are amazing at helping put looks together. I've shopped extensively in LA and NY, but never faced the kind of racial profiling I experienced at this boutique in Charlotte over the weekend. Touted as one of the top women's boutiques in the area, it was disappointing to find a lack of local designers, no diversity among the staff, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. It's apparent that this store caters to a specific demographic, which is a letdown for anyone who truly embraces the diversity we see in fashion today. I recommend exploring other options for a more inclusive shopping experience.

The clothes are the best out of a designers collection. After 25 years, the owner has developed an eye for clothes that you can wear daily. She picks out the right color and basic pieces to update your wardrobe for Spring and Fall. Very beautiful, relaxed atmosphere.
Leslie B — Google review
Visited the Charlotte store today and had the worst experience. Never have I ever understood, personally, what it means to be racially profiled and discriminated against until today . In addition to my horrible experience at the South Park location, it was so disappointing to go in the store and see your company isn’t reflective of the individuals, values, and cultures on your site. It’s easy to profit off of the image of black people but yet you have a problem with them in your stores. How can you profit off of black models but yet when a black person walks in the store, they’re told the store is used to a high theft rate. Disgusting. If you are a Karen, look no further. This is the perfect place for you.
Kayla T — Google review
Words are not adequate to describe this amazing store. You must visit and you will become a fan for life! Designers and stylists around the world shop for themselves and for their clients because no other store compares to their buyers' ability to choose the best pieces from the best designers each season, many exclusive to Capitol. The staff is simply wonderful, making you feel comfortable in this gorgeous store while styling the perfect outfit head to toe, accessories and all, or finding one special piece to go with things you have in your closet. I can count on compliments on everything I buy from Capitol. And they have FANTASTIC sales! Happy place!!

I have been collecting art for many years now and have never experienced the ineptitude and unprofessionalism that l have had with this so-called gallery full stop! I purchased a very expensive painting from them and l still haven’t received it due to their inexperience! Firstly, their very young employee Emma took it upon herself to send the painting via UPS Saturday delivery! She never once asked me if this was okay and the shipping fees were absolutely astronomical! I use a business address for shipping and Saturday delivery isn’t even possible! ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE CUSTOMER FIRST BEFORE MAKING SUCH BIG DECISIONS! I requested a refund for the shipping charges, but Emma refused! Young Emma kept promising me that she had followed up with UPS to reschedule delivery, but sadly, l had to keep following up with her as she never followed up with me directly! I kept tracking the package and there were even more hiccups! The package was never placed on the delivery truck for the supposed rescheduled delivery of yesterday. Today l wait and wait, At 4:37 p.m. l tracked the package again only to find that the wrong address is on the shipping label! Where is my painting? I will never know and will file a dispute with my cc company. Just a warning to please avoid SOCO at all costs for anything of value!

Art gallery
Located in the Hearst Tower in Charlotte's Center City, Sozo Gallery is a contemporary art space that showcases original works from local and international artists. The gallery aims to foster meaningful connections between collectors, artists, and art by featuring pieces that evoke various emotions and engage all senses. With a focus on supporting diverse artists, Sozo Gallery offers a unique opportunity for visitors to discover compelling artwork that sparks conversations and stirs the soul.
Stopping by Sozo gallery last week, we were warmly greeted by Hannah (the owner) and her assistants. They were busy hanging art and getting things ready for an opening yet let us know about the exhibit, explained they were signing a lease for their new location, and invited us to come back the next evening for the reception. We returned to find a remarkable transition with beautiful paintings, photographs, and sculptures curated throughout the gallery. Artists spoke about their art and Hannah and her staff created a welcoming atmosphere. It was a delightful evening!

Small, vibrant gallery featuring an individual artist's work. Last night they had a meet and greet with the artist. I'm not sure how often exhibits are changed or rotated. The pieces are also for sale.

All the reviews are about the owners, or cleanliness, the space, the location. These are irrelevant. It’s about the art the choose to exhibit. I don’t care how “nice” the owners are. I’m looking at art. So…the first criticism: like all local art galleries they present them as retail. It looks like a retail space. Pictures, I’ll call them, crammed in. Walls … covered in pictures on top of pictures. Tables…with clothes. Is the problem that women own these galleries? This is why these so called galleries…don’t last long. I visit NYC galleries yearly. Which is what these gallery owners should do. Not to mention how mundane the art is…that’s another conversation.

Beautiful Gallery in a bright new space. Well curated collection. I had such a great time chatting with Morgan, be sure to stop in if you get a chance. Parking available on site.

Beautiful gallery with nice collection of artists to choose from. The owners are nice and friendly. Have new artists and exhibitions all the time.

Purchased a painting based on an image that was sent to me and the reality looked very different - instead of the happy bright colors I bought and expected I received this drab dark completely different piece. The owners refused to reimburse me or provide the painting I was actually shown. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
Andreea R — Google review
