Absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff is great too!! They've got a TON of stuff to look at. Take your time going through cuz everything is packed in here like sardines and it's bigger than the outside would have you believe. This is a regular stop when we come to Dubuque, and it's rare we ever leave empty-handed. Do yourself a favor and stop in. It's just down the hill from Harley Davidson.

September the 10th I called and had the privilege to speak with Lisa, aka Shaggy about possibly having some skeleton keys that I can try on a door lock. 🤞my oldest daughter keeps having her lil sisters terrorize her room when she’s not around (she had the original skeleton key fall behind the door trim) and lone and behold I found 4 keys that worked with my lock👍 the place inside went on and on and on as my son voiced “ we need to come back here” Lisa or Shaggy was 👍, made our experience enjoyable Will return for more treasures

The employee working here was lovely and the location and set up is great. The downside is that I don't think the vendors have guidelines on pricing because things were very, very overpriced here compared to most other antique shops in the tri-state area.

You can look around in this place for hours. I always find something I need. Friendly people.

Found this place on Google maps while in Dubuque for the day. Great selection of a little bit of everything. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly.

Very fun place to search for treasures. Just packed with all kinds of things. Interesting finds and unique items. Hard to come here and not find a goodie. Will definitely be back.

Tried the cheddar ...super tasty, however, salt overload. I wish they would lessen the salt in their powdered cheese that they use. Also, they should try popping the "mushroom" type variety of popcorn that pops into an almost perfect large ball and has practically no hull. It has more surface area to collect the coatings of cheese, caramel, and other flavor coatings used for the many flavors of "candied" popcorn. Plus, it transports better when shipped, because it does not crumble as much.

The staff is friendly and it feels so good to be supporting this family business. We bought 9 different flavors, and our family of 5 still can't pick a favorite. You sincerely cannot go wrong -- traditional, savory, sweet.... All delicious. Their popcorn would make a great hostess or teacher gift as well!

Had Freddie’s popcorn for our wedding snack and almost all 38 gallons was gone by the end of the night, people loved it!

Stopped in while in the area. Owner is funny and friendly and I bought a whole bunch of popcorn. He was also very generous about samples. I REGRET NOTHING!

Stopped in and picked up Christmas gifts for mechanic, contractors, friends and family. Caramel sea salt popcorn. Less then 5 bucks a bag. I called ahead and had them hold 20 bags. You can freeze it. Just be sure to let it fully thaw before you open it.

Unique hand crafted popcorn. Caramel apple is an amazing choice.

We look forward to stopping at Freddie’s Popcorn every time we visit Dubuque. The wonderful aromas of freshly popped popcorn and sweet caramel greet us when we walk in the door. There are other great flavors as well. The owners and staff are very friendly.

Seriously if you are going to run a mall..at least have your stores open or update hours. Went to go to Claire's several times and they are closed already. Suppose to be open til 9:00. There were other people there also to go into store but closed..reason being not enough people to work ..only 1 person available to work. What???? I do not understand this answer. What ever happened to finding people to work or close the dam doors

I was there with my electric scooter, I’m a truck driver that was my transportation without bringing my rig to their parking lot. I was there, walking around, causing no problems no issues no disturbance never once rode my scooter throughout the mall. My scooter was completely off at the time. A security personnel approached me and told me I had to leave because I had my scooter. I felt very discriminated against.

We are from out of town and we stopped by the mall today at 8:00 p.m. to check out a few of the stores. As you can see in the pictures several of the stores were already closed and the lights were shut off when we arrived. I asked the gentleman at one of the T-shirt stands what time the mall closed and he said it was 9:00 and I said well why are all the stores closed and he said it's they weren't busy. The mall has potential but it was disappointing that all the stores were closed.

Cute little mall, very clean. Has JCP, Ulta, Claire's, and a few other well-known stores. I'd go back if I were in the area again.

There is a cleaning guy who was being unfairly treated by the security guards. I feel with them, knowing that he has a disability. They should not be so harsh on him. It was disgusting to see.

We went to Kohl's to look for a pair of tennis shoes for my 8 year old daughter. No one was there to help, there were hardly any sizes and one shoe that we liked didn't have a match. The box said display on it, but the shoe on display didn't have laces and the shoe in the box did and they were different sizes. We ended up getting the same shoes we were looking at just down the road at Famous Footwear and it was cheaper.

Large selection to choose from and with opening Kohl's credit card, saved 40% on purchase. Store was tidy and associate Michelle very friendly and helpful.

Could not find any dress for wedding. Selection poor. The clearance sections a terrible mess in all softlines areas. Can't shop racks you can't see or move clothes on the rack. Left.

I go in around a little after they opened to find some work shoes, right as I enter I get asked “can I help you” before I could even get my bearing’s in the store entrance and in a unwelcoming manner as you say to someone you suspect to be stealing. To only get told oh there’s plenty of employees in that department as she points over instead of helping me through the store and even helping with the right employee avoiding me all together. Only for me to find the five employees all stocking same area and not one person could help besides one only picking up what’s in sight that was a black shoe, not a work shoe to leave me on my own to find all the shoe boxes not in the right places so even if I found one I liked nope can’t find the right size or it’s completely a different shoe in a place it shouldn't be. I left without purchase. This isn’t how to treat a shopper like a thug, or ignore them, this is how you lose customers. Do better Kohls I worked retail and call me old fashioned even if you don’t know that department you lead them to the right person who stays with them till they’re good to go so many employees and no help

I love their clothes and there's always some kind of sale. I spent under $100 and got 2 name brand outfits.

Employee Sue helped me with an an online order when I was confused. She was great and very patient helping me to figure out ordering and applying my Kohl's cash.

This Kohl's looks like what you would expect a department store to look like immediately after an apocalypse. Piles of clothes just thrown around the store. Complete chaos. I think the managers must have stopped caring a long time ago.

Clean store with great merchandise. Its smaller compare to the other tjmaxxes in the state of iowa but its one of the well organized tjmaxxes i have ever seen. Their home department is well organized and well decorated. Beauty department is well organized. Men's and kids full or merchandise, same as juniors, active and women's department. If you are in the area, you probably want to check this store out.

We often come here, a convenient store with a large parking lot. Inside, everything is well organized, the staff is polite and friendly.

Went in to get my mom a birthday present and ended up asking Eloise for assistance getting the bag I wanted. She went above and beyond and even took the time to grab a bag that would be large enough to hold the purse without squashing it. She did all this with a smile. The genuine kindness she showed brightened my own mood. Her customer service is great! Thanks Eloise!

The place always has something for me, I just never know what I'm going to find. I like the idea of searching and finding a new home decoration, a nice smelling perfume, or a cool new shirt. Every thing is marked at a decent price, and it's very good quality items. But you better buy it when you see it, or it will be gone the next time you go there.

Stopped in for some fragrances, spoke with a young girl named Haley, she did an amazing job. Was very nice and helpful, was working at the jewelry counter and took time to help me. She really knew what she was doing, Kudos to her.

I always find what I need. Yesterday I was with 2 friends and they warned us that a tornado was coming. We were at the entrance to the warehouse and had to sit on the floor to wait for the weather to improve so we could leave.

What I like about JC Penney is the ability to order online and have my item sent to the store for pickup. The pickup process was easy -- someone kindly helped us from the first customer service desk we ran into. I found the best price on men's pajama pants during a sale (less cost than Sam's and Walmart). I think it is worth looking at Penny's (online is easier) when you are looking for the best price.

A department store that has evolved. This store has something for everyone. In a day when you can order almost any item online, it is nice to be able to touch, try on, and discover merchandise in an inviting environment. Even when very busy with holiday shoppers, the staff is always ready to assist, and check out is easy. The quality of the goods on offer is superior to most other retailers. I generally don't like to shop, but I find shopping here is pleasant. With retail, people vote with their wallets. I am glad that so far this brand has survived. If you do want to point and click your purchase, they are able to do that as well. Your order can be ready for pickup the same day in most cases. Hope this brand will survive the retail extinction and be here for many years to come.

Had what I wanted, which larger JCP did not

I can always find that last minute piece I need and their sales are great. I love being able to try on pieces prior to a purchase, and judging from the 7 busy try-on-rooms, I am in good company. I appreciate their price-match policy, too.

I hear the staff is great. I generally avoid going here because Target corporate doesn’t allow Salvation Army bell ringers. Most of the time other places have better options and prices

Always clean. Employees R helpful and friendly. Plenty of carts and they're pretty much always clean. Excellent selection of whatever trips your trigger. Always fairly well stocked. Prices R Excellent, sale prices R off the charts. Love their holiday and seasonal selections. Their clothes R always on trend and at a nice price. But basic, every day clothes and office wear is always available as well. The place is extremely well lit, bright and much more welcoming and cheerful than Walmart. Their pickup and their 2-your-car service is ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE WALMART'S!! Target's return policy is an extra nice feature. I've only used it a handful of times in the time it's been there, but it was always quick, easy, painless and accommodating

I have been going to this target for almost 5 years and it's great I love the staff they are super nice and helpful and I can get just what I need here and it's great. Love that it's open for a bit longer so if I'm out I can just stop by at target. Walmart changed their hours so u will shop at target a bit more frequently which isn't a problem

I attempted five phone calls. It rang numerous times, then hung up on me. I could not get ahold of anyone in any department.

Purchased 3 of the 12 cubby storage item online, assembly was easy, all pieces intact. Used all of them as an Entertainment Center, my 55” TV fit perfect in the Middle, love it, thank you

Really amazing. I live an hour away so getting stuff serviced is sometimes a pain; called Ikes and they were able to replace a nut on my Les Paul same-day. Really cool shop too, great selection and prices with a wonderfully friendly staff. Any time I need guitar stuff in DBQ this will be my choice.

Found a guitar online through Reverb, Uncle Ikes was the seller. I called them to make sure the guitar was instock, verified that they had the model i was looking for but strangely they wouldn't let me make the purchase directly from them. Said i had to purchase through Reverb! Didn't make sense but nonetheless I made the purchase and it was FedEx next day to me! Guitar was packaged well and was in tune when i tried it out! Love this Martin guitar, the low end sound is awesome! Everything went well and would not hesitate to purchase from them again! Thank you

Purchased an ADJ Mystic LED light from them off of Reverb, and the light was not as described. The light was listed as in excellent, and like new condition, and the outside of the light does look good. However, it doesn't run like it should. It seems to run normal for a while, then it starts jumping and acting like it's hanging up on something. It also seems to be stuck in only dmx mode, and the light came with no power cord. I tried contacting the company through Reverb to let them know what was happening, and the case has been stuck under review. I just recently sent the company a message through their own website, and i'm currently waiting to see if they respond.

Like the store But the Return policy Sucks! If something breaks like a Zipper Just take it back say you didn't need it because they do not take Broken Items back! Bought a Backpack Zipper Busted right off... never used Wouldn't take it back! So I bought another swaped tags returned the next day! crappy that I had to do it that way but the manufacturer was Unhooked contact able

I lost my wallet and I was in a panic had no idea were it was and this store was the last place I had it. So I came back to the store and asked them if they seen it and they said no but would keep an eye out for it. And a few hours later they call me saying I left it in one of the carts can’t believe I did it but the moral of the story is that they were very kind and had such great Hospitality and customer service. I would most definitely recommend this store to anybody who is looking to get a couple of things for cheap. They had a lot of good sales and deals. 5 stars all around for everyone who works here. very disappointed with my experience, found a golf set that had been marked down. was about to buy it then an employee came up and said i couldn’t because it was missing a 9 iron. then proceeded to tell me that he would have to break all the clubs and throw them out. told him i didn’t care and still wanted to purchase it but was told he would get fired if he sold it. i also mentioned my situation to the lady cashing us out and she didn’t help. so what i learned from this experience is that this big corporation would rather throw away and waste products then sell them to their customers.

Today I was lucky enough to acquire the most splendid piece of home decor I own to date : see photo. After admiring this one from the store window several times I went in to make the purchase about a week ago however I discovered the stand did not come with it. After searching several other stores for a plant stand and coming up with nothing I came back this week to ask the owner if she would part with the display stand for a price which she did very fairly. Overall great experience with the staff and owner. The items were also reasonably priced. Stop in when you have some time because you will want to look around !
