Nestled in the heart of Quezon City, the Quezon Memorial Circle, also known as "Circle," is a bustling urban park that pays tribute to former Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon. This national park boasts a 66-meter mausoleum housing the Quezon Memorial Shrine, offering an observation deck with panoramic city views. Visitors can explore various museums such as Museo ni Manuel L.
Lovely calm oasis of calm in crazy Manila. There a lovely Art Deco monument dedicated to Manuel L. Quezon, which also enshrines his remains. Plenty of activities as well as a couple of museums too. The circle is really difficult to get to by foot. There seems to be only one underground passageway.

Good park but kind of hard to go to due to the traffic before you get to the underpass, if there's no enforcers on the streets cars don't prioritize pedestrians. An ok place to workout and see events by different groups like the QC adoption, bathrooms are nicer now however some are closed? They shouldn't be, there are more senior citizens that try and workout here and having no immediate access to that sucks given by how much the budget was used, also people bathe inside?? Hoping for a dedicated shower room instead, also I'll mostly post the cats and dogs I'll see in the park as the photos hehe
Shina A — Google review
Such a good place to jogging, walking, or even just to watching and enjoying the view. The Circle is big, there are some vendors that sell food, there are some broken restroom, only one that working. There are also some feral cats in there
Diki P — Google review
One of my favorite parks and among the most beautiful in the country. Located in the heart of Quezon City and very accessible since the park is in the Elliptical Road that connects to main roads and avenues. You can also take the underpass that connects QMC with the Quezon City Hall. Great for nature trip, garden shows and stalls for gardening supplies, jogging and other activities for health and wellness as well as historical tours because the Quezon Heritage House, Museo ni Manuel Quezon, and Presidential Cars Museum are also located here.

I am happy that they are renovating this place. The public toilet rooms are well maintained, they got new cubicles and lavatories and with bidet. Hope we can take care of this place for the future. Plenty of food stalls of cheap prices that can definitely be affordable for a large family. Playgrounds are still there for your kids to play around. Plenty of benches to sit on and there are spots where you can have whatever agenda your having with a group of people you don't even know, for example Zumba, political debate, boxing, latest cheese miss, listen and not judge.

Quezon Memorial Circle is a national park located in the heart of Quezon City, built to honor the legacy of the first President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon. At the center of the park stands the Quezon Memorial Shrine, a 66-meter-tall monument designed to represent Quezon’s age at the time of his death. At the top of the tower are three mourning angels, each symbolizing the three major island groups of the Philippines—Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—representing the unity of the nation. Within the park grounds, you’ll also find the mausoleum of President Quezon and his wife, Aurora Quezon, a history museum, a small amusement park, botanical gardens, local markets, and cafés. The park serves as a beloved recreational space where history, leisure, and nature come together for both locals and visitors alike.

Manuel L Quezon, thr Commonwealth president is immortalized in the city bearing his name and in this circular memorial park. From my photos, you can see the vast parkwalkways, the three pronged white obelisks, the Jewish memorial and the Quezon heritage museum house. A viable entertaining and ecological breath of fresh air alternative to chilling at the malls is here.

Plenty space you can walk around. Not the best maintained park but it holds up. Mausoleum is nice to look at.

Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center, located in Diliman near Quezon Memorial Circle, is a tranquil urban park featuring a wildlife rescue center, botanical gardens, a playground, and a lagoon. Managed by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, it serves as a temporary shelter for various wild animals. Despite being overshadowed by larger attractions in Metro Manila, this budget-friendly ecotourism destination offers diverse flora and fauna, including endangered species.
We need more green spaces like this in the metro! We brought our cat here multiple times already. This place seems to be well-maintained and we hope for that be continued. It had a huge enough land area and a pond. I think it's a great a idea to bring kids here to expose them to animals and know several species.

Quezon Memorial Circle is a great spot to jog, relax, and enjoy nature. The place is peaceful, clean, and filled with trees and flowers, making it a refreshing escape from the city. It’s quiet enough for a morning run but also has plenty of food options for a quick bite. A perfect place to breathe in fresh air and unwind!
Marife P — Google review
The best time to visit this park is when they first open as no one is really inside yet. This is an amazing location in the middle of a very busy city. If you like nature and you're in Manila this is a must see.
Eugene — Google review
35 pesos entrance fee you can enjoy the quiet, serene this park and wildlife center. This is also a place for photo shooting of debuts and wedding.
Josephine P — Google review
Date of visit: May 8, 2025 That was my first visit then and I was so amazed by the great beauty and tranquility of the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center (NAPWC). The park was opened during the administration of the late President Ramon Magsaysay in 1954 and renamed in 1986 in honor of former Senator Ninoy Aquino, Jr. Several local films and TV series had scene locations taken at NAPWC. The vastness of greennery, forests, a massive lagoon, and the wildlife rescue center make this nature trip so unforgetable. Let's contribute to the cleanliness and orderliness of public parks such as these even in our little ways like practicing CLAYGO (clean as you go) and giving our respect to Nature. The park is like a twin to the nearby Quezon City Memorial Circle. It's very clean and eco-friendly. You'll also find road signs to help you around as you explore NAPWC. Visitors can either enter via North Avenue gate (in front of the new MRT-7 track and Sugar Regulatory Board) or at Quezon Avenue gate (the main entrance-exit). There are parking spaces within the park. For commuters like me, going to NAPWC is accessible. From EDSA/MRT-3 and Eton Centris, there are Quezon Avenue jeepneys with route to QC Hall and QMC. Stop by the Lung Center of the Philippines and there is a footbridge going to the main gate of NAPWC. That is also the same avenue where you can take another jeepney ride back to EDSA after spending time at the park. Ticket prices and park rules and regulations can be read in one of the pictures accompanying this review.

I was just walking by going from Bureau of Animal to Quezon Av MRT station and I passed by this place I was not aware of before! Too bad I'm in a hurry and I did not bring my kid with me , not to mention it is raining cats and dogs!
Kittybelles — Google review
First time to go here last Sunday with my dad. My parents used to date here when they were younger. He told me a lot of things improved from before. The place is very well maintained. It’s clean. Biking inside is not allowed but you can bring one for photoshoot. And plus points for having a lot of comfort rooms! You can walk around for hours while enjoying the view.
Nica D — Google review
I'm a kind of animal and wildlife person, so I decided to put this place in my itinerary. The entrance fee is great, only 30 pesos for an adult. I think this place is awesome although it was not so well maintained, but still worth it to hang around. When I was there, I remembered it rained 3 times, the last one was the heaviest and I managed to get myself shelter and wait until the rain stopped. This place is definitely worth bringing over your kids to learn something about the species of different animals.

Highly recommended! Spent at least 2hrs walking through each themed rooms/halls/walk ways. It’s definitely and “visual treat.” Fun for everyone! Floors were constantly cleaned for safety. You can just seat anywhere, spend some time, and move forward. Washrooms also have their own slippers. The korean restaurant serves great food!

We had the opportunity to visit Art in Island during our 8th-grade field trip, and it was truly a memorable experience. Although it was our last field trip, it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable. The interactive 3D art installations were both fascinating and entertaining, allowing us to engage with the exhibits in a creative and playful way. What makes Art in Island special is that it brings joy to people of all ages. Whether you're a child or simply young at heart, there’s something delightful waiting for you. It’s a place that encourages imagination, laughter, and connection. I highly recommend visiting with your family, friends, or even your significant other. It’s not only a unique art museum but also a space where unforgettable memories can be made. Definitely a five-star experience!

Going to Art In Island with my partner felt like stepping into a dream we could share together. Every wall, every illusion, every colorful detail became more than just art it became part of our story. We held hands as we walked through the exhibits, laughing as we posed for silly photos and admiring how the place seemed to bring out our playful side. It was one of those moments where time slowed down, and all that mattered was being there with each other, enjoying the magic of the space.

Art in Island is a fun and immersive museum that lets you be part of the art — every corner is colorful, creative, and perfect for taking photos. It’s a refreshing break from traditional galleries, blending playfulness and imagination in one space. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the exhibits are well-maintained. It can get a bit crowded and the ticket is a little pricey, but overall it’s a joyful and memorable experience worth trying at least once. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — fun, interactive, and full of creativity. 🎨✨

Never expected to be this awesome!!! The 800+ entrance fee is very much sulit, no time restrictions inside. The staffs are so kind to offer to take pictures and videos for you.
Desiree C — Google review
After walking in and visiting all the scenes, I realized that the whole area was not as big as I thought. the ticket is over 800php per person. However, the recent rainy season in Manila is inconvenient for outdoor activities, so this kind of indoor tour is also a good choice for weekend relaxation.
JAYCEE L — Google review
Each 3D art zone comes with a sample photo and a floor marking showing the best camera angle — a really thoughtful detail that many visitors miss. It’s actually fun to try both the suggested shot and your own creative version to see which turns out better! The museum itself is clean, spacious, and comfortably air-conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s one of the best indoor attractions in Quezon City — fun, interactive, and perfect for families, couples, or anyone who loves taking creative photos!

The Archdiocesan Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, commonly referred to as the EDSA Shrine, is a significant Catholic landmark located at the bustling intersection of EDSA and Ortigas Avenue in Manila. Established in 1989, this shrine serves as a tribute to the People Power Revolution that peacefully ended Ferdinand Marcos' dictatorship in 1986. The site features a striking bronze grotto of the Virgin Mary atop its structure, symbolizing peace and hope.
The EDSA Shrine, also known as the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, is not just a place of worship but also a historical landmark that played a key role in the 1986 People Power Revolution. This shrine stands as a symbol of peace and unity, commemorating the millions of Filipinos who gathered along EDSA to peacefully overthrow a dictatorship and restore democracy in the country. Built in 1989, the shrine was dedicated to the Virgin Mary under the title Queen of Peace, as many believe that her intercession helped keep the revolution bloodless. The large bronze image of Mary atop the shrine, with her outstretched hands, is an iconic sight along EDSA, reminding Filipinos of the power of faith and nonviolent resistance. Despite being located along one of Metro Manila’s busiest highways, the church offers a peaceful atmosphere for prayer and reflection. The architecture is simple yet solemn, and the interior is well-maintained. Regular masses are held, and many people come here to light candles and offer prayers, especially during significant national events. If you’re visiting or passing by Ortigas, the EDSA Shrine is worth a stop—not just for its religious significance but also for its historical importance in shaping the country’s democracy.
Eugine P — Google review
Appointed a jubilee 2025 pilgrim church, under the archdiocese of Manila, this shrine is a testament to the Filipino peoples love of peace as it is at the very location of this shrine that has seen the peaceful overthrow of 2 presidents. The location itself is located at the crossroads of two major thoroughfares in Metro Manila and right smack in front of the entrance of Robinson’s Galleria Mall. The church itself is not big but beautifully designed to incorporate modern architecture with traditional Philippine touches in many areas specially seen in the many capiz shells used in decoration. Although compact, this little church has everything, a baptistery, an adoration chapel, parish office, votive candles lit in a minute open air garden. The cross centerpiece is a modern lighted rendition and quite unusual. Mass schedules are attached in the pictures here

September 2025 Historic shrine and church at EDSA that stands as a testament to the people power movements that marked significant events in Philippine history. Beautiful architecture and is a central religious and moral venue for public protest
Oliver P — Google review
Mañosa's expertise in architecture is displayed with the seamless integration of Our Lady of EDSA's monument and the shrine below. The glass doors are both functional and aesthetic—as it is fully air-conditioned inside and at the same time evoking an "open" space for people in all walks of life. The bells also have that distinct melody which admittedly is what called me back to the faith. The adoration chapel is located at the left side of the shrine, and a parking lot is located at the right side of the shrine. There are stations of the cross above, and a beautiful mural is placed around the shrine which makes the Filipino people remember that the EDSA revolution is not just solely political but also divine intervention.

The EDSA Shrine (also known as the Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace) is indeed considered a solemn place of worship, holding significant religious and historical importance in the Philippines as a commemoration of the People Power Revolution.
JCM — Google review
One of my childhood churches when I attend Sunday mass with my family. It has continued to be a living sign of faith that moves people to be instruments of peace and justice. It is fittingly right for this place of worship to be elevated to a National Shrine in honor of Our Lady's intercession during the EDSA People Power Revolution. Never forget to pass by the adoration chapel & spend few moments of reflection before the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. MASS SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday- 7AM, 12:15 PM, 6PM Sundays- 9AM, 10:30 AM, 12NN, 1:30 PM, 3PM, 4:30 PM, 6PM, 7:30 PM CONFESSIONS- Every Monday to Friday from 11am to 12nn & 5pm to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 11am to 12nn Rector- Fr. Ang National Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, also known as Mary, Queen of Peace Shrine, Our Lady of Peace Quasi-Parish and commonly known as the EDSA Shrine, is a small church of the Archdiocese of Manila located at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City, Philippines. It is a declared Important Cultural Property by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.[2] Built in 1989 on donated land to commemorate the People Power Revolution, the shrine is the site of two peaceful demonstrations that toppled Presidents Ferdinand Marcos in 1986, and Joseph Estrada (the EDSA Revolution of 2001 or EDSA II). The Real Monasterio de Santa Clara de Manila is a 20th-century nunnery designed in colonial-style, featuring modernist interiors. Visitors often leave eggs as offerings at the site, which serves as a place of solemn guidance for prayer and contemplation. Offering adequate parking space and public restroom facilities, the church also offers eggs for purchase to use in offerings. This beautiful Catholic Church dedicated to St. Claire of Assisi is ideal for prayer requests and offering purposes.
Hidden Grace in the City: A Visit to the Real Monasterio de Santa Clara de Manila Tucked away along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City, right in the middle of busy traffic and modern city life, there’s a quiet place that feels like a breath of calm air—Real Monasterio de Santa Clara de Manila. For many people, this isn’t just a church. It’s a destination for deep prayer, heartfelt wishes, and silent hope. What Makes It Unique? The first thing that makes Santa Clara truly special is that it’s not your typical church where Mass is regularly held for the public. Instead, it’s a monastery—a sacred space where Poor Clare nuns live a life of silence, prayer, and devotion. These cloistered sisters stay behind the scenes, but their presence is deeply felt through the peaceful energy that fills the entire place. And of course, if you’ve ever heard of offering eggs for good weather, this is the church behind that tradition! People come here bringing trays of eggs—yes, real eggs—to pray for clear skies, especially before weddings, special events, or even travel. The practice is rooted in the belief that St. Clare, known for her pure faith and spiritual power, can intercede for calm weather. It’s a beautiful mix of faith, Filipino tradition, and quiet charm. A Place of Silent Wishes When you visit, you’ll see a long, quiet pathway lined with candles and flower offerings. There’s a glass window where you can catch a glimpse of the chapel inside, but the real beauty lies in the way people walk up, leave their intentions, whisper a prayer, and light a candle. It’s not loud, not grand—but it feels genuinely sacred. You don’t need to be deeply religious to appreciate what Santa Clara offers. Whether you’re carrying a heavy heart, a quiet dream, or simply want a moment of peace, this place welcomes you—no judgment, no fanfare, just you and your intentions. Final Thoughts In a city that never stops moving, Real Monasterio de Santa Clara de Manila reminds us that stillness can be powerful. That simplicity can be sacred. And that even in the middle of chaos, there are places where our quiet prayers are heard. So the next time you’re around Katipunan, take a detour. Bring your prayers, maybe a tray of eggs, and step into this little haven of hope. You might not hear the nuns sing, but you’ll definitely feel the peace they’ve been praying into the world.

A peaceful sanctuary in the city. This monastery is one of my favorite places to pray and reflect. It’s quiet, solemn, and very well maintained. The tradition of offering eggs to St. Clare for clear weather or answered prayers is something uniquely Filipino and deeply spiritual. I went here to pray before a big life decision, and the sense of calm I felt after was priceless. There are vendors outside selling candles and eggs in different colors for different intentions, which adds to the charm and tradition. Parking can be a bit tight during weekends or holidays, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace or guidance. 🙏🌤️

Me and my husband visited Real Monasterio de Santa Clara in February 2024 to offer eggs and pray to God and St. Clare to bless us with a child after 10 years of trying. A few months later, I became pregnant. We returned in April 2025 before my delivery to pray for guidance, and I safely gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. This October 2025, we came back with our baby to give thanks. Truly a blessed and miraculous experience. 🙏💖

How to commute going to our beloved shrine. From Vista Terminal Alabang : Take yellow RCCG Bus labels Cubao. Bus will ply C5... inform conductor to drop you off at the Katipunan stop. Monasterio is on your right. A very peaceful place perfect for devotion to St. Clare and offerings for cloistered nuns in the convent.

Attending Sunday Mass at the Real Monasterio de Santa Clara was a truly uplifting and peaceful experience. The serene atmosphere, the reverent liturgy, and the heartfelt singing created a sacred space that deepened our spiritual connection. We felt warmly welcomed and spiritually nourished—truly a blessing to be part of such a holy and historical place.

The Fan is Strong & Nice. I LOVE how the Indian priest is doing his best to speak Tagalog. I respect that. I kind of felt in the beginning that the church is small compared to the rest of the building. I felt like the church could have used the other parts of the overall building & have been even bigger. I just thought it would be massive in here. God Bless. Thank you! 😇

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and the place is very accessible if you use the C-5 route. The atmosphere of the place is solemn although lots of families visit with their kids so it can get noisy at times. Best to bring your own egg offerings but there are stalls at the entrance you can buy from.

Nestled within the University of the Philippines Diliman campus, Vargas Museum is a storied modern-art museum that offers a diverse range of art collections and activities. Founded by Jorge B. Vargas, it houses various art, coin, book, and archive collections. The museum regularly hosts temporary exhibitions, workshops, and lectures. While its Permanent Exhibitions are currently closed for renovation, visitors can still enjoy ongoing exhibits like Vargas x Met until July.
I grew up nearby and went to school there but I've never really gone inside until recently. I was pleasantly surprised that they had artwork by Juan Luna, Amorsolo, Manansala, Hernando Ocampo, Hidalgo, Edades, Guillermo Tolentino—some of the best Filipino artists who ever existed, inside such a small museum in a simple building. They also have an ill-gotten wealth exhibit, which I think is really cool. I've been to a few major museums in other parts of the world and my personal experience in visiting the Vargas museum is just as amazing, despite the limited collection. Entrance fees are cheap and the staff are nice. Their best and friendliest employee is this one in the picture, even if she looked like she just woke up. I did ask for her name but I forgot. She greeted us at the entrance and escorted us to reception. I wonder if she's had her puppies yet

This museum houses an eclectic collections of paintings, stamps, coins, personal items of Jorge Vargas which he bequeathed to the university, plus an evolving exhibitions. Unfortunately, when I visited in April, only the paintings were on display and everything else was being re-organised and closed to the public. My favourite painting was "Idilio" by Juan Luna which reminded me of the Art Nouveau in Europe. The upper floor also had a exhibition on Yugoslav Naif art, which were fantastic display of surreal, fantasy and folklore painting on glass

The Jorge B. Vargas Museum is one of the 9 museums in the University of the Philippines Diliman campus. Museum has galleries on 3 floors. Ground floor is dedicated for temporary exhibitions. First floor is home to the collections of art, books, memorabilia of Jorge B. Vargas who donated his holdings to UP in 1978 (among them a great number of paintings of Amorsolo). On the second floor, the museum presents the art works sequestered by the PCGG from a trove of pieces traced to the family of former President Ferdinand Marcos. Specially interesting is the collection of orthodox icons. The Museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Entrance fee is 30 PHP (20 PHP for students).

The Lady of Mt. Carmel Shrine in Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City was declared a National Shrine in December 2015 and is set to become a Minor Basilica. Built by the Carmelites in 1954, this church honors the Marian statue of Lady of Mt. Carmel and was inaugurated on July 16, 1964. It is known for its refined beauty and solemnity.
The Carmelite Basilica Church is one of a kind in the Philippines. The architecture and the solemnity of the place strikes my heart so much. That's why I decided to tie our knots in the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony in this church.

The sense of community and fellowship is strong here, especially during the Christmas Dawn Masses when stalls would offer freshly brewed coffee and bread to churchgoers. Serenity during Evening Prayers preceding the Holy Mass on weeknights. Plus the Church itself with its high ceiling is comfortable and cool. Love the Blessing after Mass on Sundays.

The Shrine of Our Lady of Carmel is a long-standing church in Broadway, Quezon City. This is my revisit to the Church as of Nov 22, 2024. This is where I passed by and took the mass when I was a college student in FEU Manila around 2004, accessible by either jeepney or LRT 2. Some of the officiating priest is a European nationals, and beside the altar has a Vatican flag in the corner. On the left side of the basilica are crypts or columbarium, where the late Chief Justice Andres Narvasa's ash remains was located. The Basilica has a wide parking area, and the environment was generally peaceful despite being nestled by heavy traffic in Broadway Avenue heading to the direction of Aurora Blvd.

Went here to attend a bapstism. Church was well kept and had a solemn vibe. The ceremony was organized and the priest in charge had very meaningful insights. There is a dedicated area for baptism which seems newly built.
Jesus F — Google review
Massive and grand is how I would describe this hallowed basilica; I think it has the same size as the Manila Cathedral or the Binondo Basilica…I think! Located in a not-so-busy location (read as quiet, less traffic) and yet devotees still flock to this place. A very solemn and meaningful way to reflect and pray. The basilica has high ceilings with big fans that even a sweltering summer day will keep the interiors cool. There is also a place to light votive candles with a minimal donation. A blessed Sunday to everyone and a good week ahead to all!

The Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Cubao is a stunning Gothic-style cathedral with symmetrical pointed arches. It is the central church of Puerto Princesa and a significant tourist attraction in Palawan. This historic cathedral, known as the 'Blue Church', boasts a light blue vault that extends to the altar. It offers a serene and refreshing sacred space for contemplation and personal intentions.
The cathedral is amazing. Well-lit and well ventilated. The sound system is clear so listening to the sermon or the whole mass is easy as it is comprehensible. The architectural design and the interior is superb.

A really beautiful church in the Romanesque style. The crossing has a beautifully decorated groin vault. The north and south transepts have stunning stained glass window of the Holy Family and Mary. This building is definitely one worth visiting when in Quezon City.

Came here for a friend's wedding. The series of wedding mass makes me think that this church is famous for wedding ceremonies. Could be because of its long aisle which is perfect for entourage. The high ceiling makes it perfect too. I was baptized here on the 80's and this is my visit to this church since then. Feels good to be here and see clearly the surroundings. Amen!.

Nestled in the San Francisco del Monte district, the Minor Basilica of San Pedro Bautista stands as a testament to history and faith. Established in 1590, it holds the title of Quezon City's oldest church and ranks among the Philippines' earliest religious structures. This sacred site honors Fr. Pedro Bautista, a Franciscan missionary who was martyred in Japan during 1597.
Some of the best Churches here in QC! The establishment is beautiful and well-organized. It's my first time here so this is my first rate. 5 out of 5 ❤️ the church follows the safety protocols and social distancing is followed inside 🥰💙 good for a Sunday hang out 💙

08/24/25 Discovery of the oldest church in Quezon City. ✝️ As an avid fan of historic Spanish era churches in the Philippines, I have overlooked Quezon City as a possible site. Recently I was made aware of this old church when we were pointed to this church for marble comfort crosses to be held when one is in challenging circumstances. This was a happy discovery. The Minor Basilica of San Pedro Bautista started as wood and thatched roof chapel in 1590. The present church is not Baroque in design since its latest rebuilt was made in 1931. Although the inner courtyard still has remnants of its pre colonial structure. The church has an impressive retablo and domed ceiling.
Manny Y — Google review
This is the Provincial home of Filipino Franciscans, under the Diocese of Cubao's aptly named vicariate "Vicariate of San Pedro Bautista." The church is undergoing continuous renovation, and a box is found on the center aisle for it. Despite the appearance, the church is surprisingly cool inside, thanks to the large ceiling fans it has acquired. But I must note the concern by no less than their confrere who, in his last visit, saw that the church gates are often closed; said comment is also corroborated by some residents of Barangay Damayan, where the church is located. This may be a provincial center, but at least keep the parish church open for those seeking solace until for a reasonable time.

A welcome discovery in Quezon City. This church began in 1590, one of the oldest and best kept secrets in the country. The handmade retablado and church etchings, as well as the relic of St Francis, are a sight to behold. Lucky parish to have this solemn place for their religious sustenance.

DINO LAND SM North EDSA is a newly opened attraction located at the City Center. It offers various play areas suitable for both kids and those young at heart. These include a VR rollercoaster ride, a ball pit playground, and an enchanting Enchanted Forest perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The rates start at P550, providing an enjoyable day filled with dinosaur-themed activities right in Quezon City.
Super sulit for kids. A lot of moving dinosaurs na feel mo asa Jurassic Park ka 😅 adults are welcome too. May upuan naman and foods inside. 2hours max limit.
Catt R — Google review
It's a beautiful play place that easily wears off on you within the first 30 minutes and you will realize there is nothing much you can do after paying a hefty price of P550 kid's fee with 1 companion (plus P300 for additional guardian) for only two hours. Maybe that's the reason why they only assign two hours because making it three hours like what kidzoona and similar establishments offer will highlight the fact that there's not much anyone can do inside Dino Land. You can enjoy the truly breathtaking Enchanted Forest for maybe 15 minutes, and you can't repeat anymore. Then, you spent another 15 minutes in Dino Dig and Naughty Fort for another fifteen minutes each, so you would be left for the next hour and 15 minutes bored, not knowing how to make yourself enjoy it. If you have extra cash, you can snack inside with ice cream and a few other options. So, in the end, it really is not worth the price. If maybe half the price, I would reconsider. Otherwise, it's something you can try just once and go back to the good old kidzoona. Tips: 1. Bring socks to avoid buying expensive ones. 2. Go to Enchanted Forest first to check out the line as it gets long at times. 3. I saw some group walk inside the Enchanted Forest while my son and I rode a Dino ride. walking might give you a better chance of getting good shots, if that's what you are after. It won't hurt to inquire.

this is a complaint 2 days ago, we went here with my 10-year old son. No one informed us that the rides inside are all for toddlers 2-5 years old. we thought it is for all ages because they accepted us and they are aware of my son's age. but their facility doesn't fit for more than 5 years old. As for my son, it is not worthy of the price anymore. we paid 600 pesos for 3 hours and my son literally cannot do anything inside the play place. Aside from this, you have to pay extra 100 pesos if you like to try the VR. This is in addition to the 600 peso entrance. Everything is way too overpriced. we tried to do a refund but did not allow us for the reason of they have issued a wrist band already. it is like we are left with no choice but to leave and leave our money behind.

My 5 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the place. But we only stayed for 45 minutes because she needed to go to the CR. We left and went to the Prestige Lounge. But then, she was distracted by the things she saw inside SM Dept Store. We paid for their minimum of 2 hours with a non-refundable amount. I'd suggest that they lower the minimum required time in consideration for younger children.

Another playplace for kids with the concept of dinosaurs... ticket includes some free dinosaur-inspired rides... 4.4
Hepeng K — Google review
Expensive for a limited time only. There’s nothing much to do here. Only the pebbles area where the kids can play one time for an hour? And another limited time for the slides area. Overall three 🌟 It's not a waste of money and time. I just don’t think the price is worth the experience. At P550 per kid, it’s a bit expensive for just two areas where my kid can play and only for a limited time per area.
I R — Google review
I was really disappointed with this playground. For the price they charge, I expected a much better experience. The place feels overpriced compared to what it actually offers, and unfortunately, it’s not well-maintained. Some areas were noticeably unclean, which made it uncomfortable for both kids and parents. Playgrounds should be safe, clean, and worth the cost—but this one fell short in all those areas. Definitely not the value for money I was hoping for.
Jayne — Google review
Perfect place to bring your kids. Kids and kids at heart will definitely enjoy. It was also cold here so bring enough warmer and also bring socks because it is needed as a requirement to enter. Fee is fair for its entertainment and enjoyment it can bring

Timezone SM North Edsa has evolved from a simple arcade to a multifaceted entertainment hub. In addition to classic arcade games, visitors can now enjoy activities like bowling, karaoke, and virtual reality rides. While the space may be somewhat limited, it is well-maintained and visually appealing. Families with children can have an enjoyable time here, with various gaming options available. However, it's worth noting that the venue can get crowded at times.
I won the prize (jersey) after playing free throw basketball in SM North Edsa Timezone. Mr. Rey Mollaneda, Guest Service Attendant, accompanied me in claiming my prize. Great customer service. Will play again next week!

Timezone at SM North EDSA is a fantastic place to unwind and have fun, whether you're with friends, family, or just looking for a solo adventure. The arcade is clean, well-organized, and packed with a wide variety of games – from classic favorites to the latest high-tech machines. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist if you have any questions or issues with the machines. Reloading your card is also quick and easy, and they often have great promos and bundles that give you more value for your money. What I really love is the mix of games available – there's something for everyone. Whether you’re into racing games, claw machines, rhythm games, basketball shootouts, or even karaoke booths, Timezone has it all. And don’t forget the prize area – lots of cool items to redeem your tickets for! Overall, Timezone in SM North EDSA is the perfect spot to enjoy a few hours of excitement and nostalgia. Highly recommend it for all ages!

Quezon Heritage House is a historical Neoclassical style museum located in Quezon City, Philippines. It was the ancestral home of President Manuel Quezon's family and now serves as a museum showcasing their early-1900s lifestyle. The house, originally built in the 1920s by architect Juan Nakpil, was relocated to its current location at Quezon Memorial Circle in 2003.
The Quezon Heritage House The reconstructed house of the Quezon family is an intimate look at the day-to-day life of the President of the Commonwealth and his family. It is interesting to see the decorations and furniture in the time when there were no big industrialized factories.

Take the chance to go back in time by visiting the heritage home of Pres. Manuel L. Quezon. Tour guides are very friendly amd knowledgable. This house used to be located at New Manila and eventually restored in its current location inside Quezon City Memorial Circle.
Mackydoo T — Google review
This building is the relocated and restored residence of the first President of the Philippines. Admission is free. You can ask for a guided tour, but it’s also possible to explore the house on your own. Visiting this place in Quezon was a great opportunity to learn more deeply about the history of the Philippines.
Kana M — Google review
Nice and interesting place, the rebuilt house of the first president of the Philippines named Mr President Quezon. Here you can see how he and his family lived and learn about their lives. I got a very nice tour by Mr Michael, thank you for the interest facts and answering all my questions. It is for free but kindly leave a tip.
Leo R — Google review
The Quezon Memorial Circle is a usual hangout spot for picnics and other outdoor activities. We also visited the newly-renovated Quezon Memorial Museum, which is in the center of the circle. The more we get to know about our First President of the Commonwealth era, the more we discover that there are other museums inside of it. Not one, but two! Yes, there are two more museums inside the Circle aside from the Quezon Memorial Museum. Today, we will feature one of the remaining two: The Quezon Heritage House. The Quezon Heritage House was originally addressed in #45 Gilmore Street in New Manila, Quezon City. The house was the residence compound of President Quezon when he was recuperating from Tuberculosis, a sickness that eventually claimed his life. The president and his family often spend weekends there to seek respite from the fast-paced life in the city. They called it their “Lucky House” In 2013, part of the then 75th year anniversary of the inauguration and cityhood of the Quezon City, the house that rested in Gilmore Street was transferred on the present site at the Quezon Memorial Circle. Today, it is the only house associated with President Quezon and his family that still exists, although only 60% of the original house and its furniture remain. If you want to know about President Quezon as a politician, visit the Quezon Museum. If you want to know about his personal life, visit the heritage house.
Rozanne C — Google review
I really appreciate how the QC Govt made an almost exact replica of the old house of President Quezon in New Manila, and sought to preserve it as well, by transferring and using most of the original parts of the house, to where it is now in the Quezon Memorial Circle. What a fitting tribute to a visionary leader.

Not open on Sundays. Interesting to visit. Entrance fee is Php10 for Quezon City residents and Php20 for others. The tour around the house is guided.

Solaire Resort North is a luxurious destination that offers top-notch amenities and professional staff. The resort boasts a variety of dining options, including the renowned Fresh buffet restaurant known for its delectable seafood menu and bottomless drink offerings. With the anticipation of the opening of Solaire Resort in North Edsa, visitors are eager to experience the same level of satisfaction and excellence found at other Solaire properties.
Lots of entertainment going on in this place. Amenities are amazing, so modern and clean. Staff efficient, services topnotch. Food is another great offer. So many food variety, different cuisine and large choice of drinks, from whiskey to fruit juices, coffee and tea. One stop shop for both entertainment and dining pleasure! Five stars all the way!

A luxurious 5 star hotel with 2 floors of casinos. Really modern, clean and overall a great stay. Only thing is you are not allowed to bring outside food eg no grab deliveries or take away. It meant we either had to order food from the restaurants within the resorts or dine in menu. We are vegetarian so options were limited in the dine in menu too. The Italian restaurant was quite nice. Overall very happy with the stay and staff were amazing. They let us have a late checkout and were very accomodating. Would happily stay here again.

I just returned to Hong Kong after a fantastic stay at Solaire Resort North and felt compelled to write this review to highlight some of the incredible staff who made my experience so memorable. My trip started on a high note at the casino tables. I had the pleasure of being at a table dealt by Serge. His friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease and created a wonderful, positive atmosphere. Coincidentally or not, it was also my lucky table, and his professional dealing made the game even more enjoyable. Throughout my time gaming, I also encountered dealers Carlo and Charm. Both were exceptionally professional, courteous, and maintained a cheerful environment at their tables. They are a true credit to the casino floor. Beyond the casino, the excellent service continued at the Fresh Breakfast Buffet. A special mention must go to Jerome. His service was nothing short of top-notch. He was incredibly attentive, anticipatory, and had a genuine warmth that elevated the entire dining experience. He is a true asset to the F&B team. Thank you to Serge, Carlo, Charm, and Jerome for going above and beyond. It's your staff that ensures I will be returning. I hope this feedback reaches their managers for the recognition they truly deserve.

Oh my, this is now my top 1 hotel stay so far! Everything was amazing—from the spacious rooms, excellent service, to the delicious breakfast buffet. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Grand Deluxe room, and the complimentary valet parking made things so convenient. My whole family truly loved this hotel experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding Fresh Restaurant, Solaire North (Quezon City). Every time we dine and avail of PWD or Senior Citizen discounts, your staff refuses to issue a Service Invoice / Official Receipt under our company name for representation expenses. When we asked for the reason, we were told this is because of your “internal company policy.” 👉 We would like to remind Solaire North that internal company policy can never override the requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). 👉 Under BIR rules, all establishments are mandated to issue an Official Receipt or Service Invoice for every transaction, even if discounts are applied. The proper practice is to show the gross amount, less the discount, and then reflect the net billable amount not to refuse issuance altogether. This improper practice: 1. Prevents companies like ours from properly documenting expenses for BIR compliance. 2. May constitute a violation of the Tax Code and BIR regulations (e.g., RR 10-2015, Senior Citizen and PWD laws). 3. Puts your establishment at risk of penalties for non-issuance of OR/Invoice. We are respectfully calling the attention of the BIR Quezon City jurisdiction to investigate this matter. 📌 We request immediate action from Solaire North to: • Issue proper service invoices/official receipts in all transactions, discounted or not. • Correctly train staff to follow BIR requirements. • Stop hiding behind “internal policy” which is not a legal ground for refusal. As paying customers and corporate clients, we deserve transparency and compliance with Philippine tax laws.

We recently celebrated my husband's 30th birthday, and the resort certainly lived up to its five-star reputation. As an integrated resort, it offered something for everyone. The kids' club was a particular highlight for our three-year-old, and both my husband and I truly enjoyed it as well. Bonus: there is a cafe inside. The facilities were exceptional, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We received amazing customer service from Ann at the front desk and Aaron from housekeeping. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The pool area was another favorite, especially the waterpark, which was a hit with both children and adults. They also had a fitness center, which my husband utilized, along with a sauna and cold plunge. We had a fun, relaxing, and overall amazing staycation. We will definitely be returning.

🎰 Solaire of the North: A Stylish Casino Experience in the Metro 🎰 📍 Located near MRT Quezon Avenue My recent visit to Solaire of the North was a blend of elegance, excitement, and entertainment. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ambience and stunning art installations—a perfect welcome to a luxurious gaming experience. The casino spans two levels, offering a wide variety of games including slot machines, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and more. Compared to other casinos like Newport World Resorts, the crowd here tends to be more upscale, which sometimes makes it challenging to find a seat—especially during peak hours. Still, the thrill of the games and the unique offerings exclusive to Solaire make it worth the wait. What stood out was the variety of games, some of which I haven’t seen elsewhere. It added a refreshing twist to the usual casino experience. And of course, the free snacks were a delightful bonus—just as great as expected! Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience. Whether you're there to play, relax, or simply soak in the atmosphere, Solaire of the North delivers a premium vibe that’s hard to beat.
