Good coffee. They have all the standard coffee selection. With local roasted beans. 👨‍🍳 Very friendly and helpful stuff. They suggested a very nice custom drink with was a hit. 🛋️ Cool and cozy atmosphere. They have a small pop-up shop with scarfs, handbackgs, paintings and other small stuff. 🅿️ There is parking in the back of the cafe! When you drive up, make sure to turn right at the first entrance, since there is one way. However, if you miss the turn, you can drive in to the parking spots from the neighboring parking lot.

Beautiful and clean atmosphere. Plenty of space to choose where you can feel the most comfortable to seat and very quiet. It feels like home. The only thing I will said is that the vegetarian Kish Eggs I bought it was with no flavor, no salt and it did taste a lot like egg 🥚 but not the good flavor of eggs. But the one that you don't want to have on your mouth really really strong and a awful Aftertaste, my tea that it was halfway of the small cup, a small cup and not completely full It was like one zip and it was gone so it's not enough to enjoy. But so far everything is pleasant. Very pleasant. If it wasn't because the egg and the tea I will give five star. I'm sorry I really wish I could give a five stars because I know how much it means for a business to have a five stars but I really need for the owner to pays attention to those two things. I'll come back and I hopefully I can take away this low points and give them a really high one. Thank you and my apologies once again!!! My absolute favorite coffee shop here in Naples. Without fail my iced beautiful latte and spinach feta quiche has me thinking of the next time I can return. Amazing staff with a perfect atmosphere for getting work done or even just chatting! While parking can be a little tricky, it is so worth the unique feel of this establishment. Love it here!!

A very causal and relaxing ambiance with delicious coffee and excellent quiche.

My daughter heard of this place so we checked it out. The coffee is very good, I had an iced caramel macchiato. My daughter went with a blueberry iced tea and ordered a quiche. Both were very good. My only negative is it took quite a bit to heat the quiche. We were almost done with our drinks by the time it was done. We will return. Great atmosphere to hang out, study, or do some work.

One of my absolute favorite spots on 3rd Street! The coffee is always delicious and the whole place has such a great vibe — from the fun merchandise to the cozy ambiance. A special shout-out to Siguineau, who always greets me with a smile and remembers my name — that personal touch makes every visit even better. My favorite drink is the Coffee Cooler, which I’ve re-named the Coffee Slushi! ☕️❄️ Highly recommend Bad Ass Coffee to anyone looking for great coffee and friendly faces!

Very cool coffee shop right by the waterfront. Cool merch and interior vibe although I wish they had a patio space. Ordered an iced latte for a warm morning and it was delicious. They even place coffee ice cubes in this drink which I thought was unique!

The place is very cool, great vibes. Employees were ok. The coffee is AMAZING!!!! This was the best coffee EVER!!! We can never visit Naples again without stopping here. Highly recommended ☕️

What a great coffee shop in Naples!!! After a long hot riding we decided to stop in this cute coffee shop and what a great experience it was… as I entered I told the guy in the register to get ready because a group of 15 were coming and to my surprise, between him, I think his name was Kepler and the guy making the coffees -Zack- we were all served and seated. Talking about great services but the coffees were perfect, what a delicious Lavender Cappuccino!! Amazing product with amazing customer service is what makes us come back over and over again. Thank you for making this stop for coffee, one to remember and a reason to Come back! Totally recommend this place, plenary of sitting space, clean, beautiful decorated and their cookies are superb!

I love this place! It has a really nice and relaxing atmosphere and I love the design of the cafe! It's also great for working as there are tables and wifi. I had the dragon fruit dream lemonade and it was soo good! The coffee is reallyyy good here as well. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I agreed we had two of the best cappuccinos here. The barista took such care in crafting our coffees; little works of art and flavor. Loved drinking from glass cups as opposed to take out containers. Outdoor seating and live music was a plus. Great coffee, service with a smile, and lovely atmosphere. The food, service and atmosphere were great here. The ladies at the counter were super helpful and very kind. The coffee was delicious and so was the presentation. I love a coffee shop that does beautiful presentations when you order to dine in. We got the croissant sandwiches and they tasted fresh and very delicious. I am very happy I chose this place to have breakfast this morning because it was one of the better coffee shops from the area. They also had lots of comfy sitting space inside and outside.

Friendly service. I like the atmosphere, they play music that I personally like so it’s a nice vibe to stop by and sit there and do some work on your computer etc. Coffee is decent, I wouldn’t say the best in town but it gets the job done for the price you pay! Theyre very accommodating to custom drinks for example, dairy free milk for people like me. They even serve some alcoholic beverages, if you’re there longer into the night with the late hours of operation and need another kick without the caffeine 😅

We stopped on a Sunday morning in April. It was quite peaceful, quick, and enjoyable. My wife and I both got egg bagels; she got a vanilla chai, while I got a cappuccino fredo (so good).

The Brick Coffee is the Real Deal on 5th AveNaples' 5th Ave has tons of incredible restaurants, but if you're looking for a simple, real European coffee and croissant in the morning? It's tough. I’ve tried so many places downtown, and every croissant was the same—it tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer bag, reheated, and felt soggy and plasticky. You know, the generic Costco style. But The Brick Coffee & Bar is totally different.Their croissant is perfect: it has that amazing crunchy outside, a light and puffy inside, and you can actually taste the real butter. It’s the genuine article.Their coffee is great too. It tastes authentically European—smooth, full of aroma, and a great medium roast. It's not that burnt, over-roasted stuff you get at Starbucks.They also have real freshly squeezed orange juice, and a ton of sandwiches. I don't usually grab a big lunch early, but their selection looks huge and perfect for a mid-day meal. Seriously, if you need a proper European breakfast or a great cup of coffee in Naples, go to The Brick Coffee. You won't regret it.

The atmosphere is good but not amazing! The iced coffee was decent but the iced latte was not good; the espresso was very bitter and could not finish the drink. Lemon bread was very dense and not enjoyable. Service was okay for only one person working.

We loved this place. It's rather unassuming from the outside, and the menu mixes probably like 4 languages, but the food and coffee were really good. The croissant texture was fantastic, and the fillings fresh and tasty. There were plenty of vegetarian options and gluten free options.

The BEST - food, drinks, coffee, ambience and hosts (not calling out staff, but hosts because entering this place was made so welcoming and warming). Never tasted better croissants - try the Nutella croissants and pistachio croissants - too too good. Their dark chocolate mocha was great too. Great range of croissant options, cocktail options.. The coffee was divine and the European plates were a great change of pace from the traditional American breakfast. The staff was delightful, witty and fun. We loved every minute of our breakfast. It's just off the beaten path of 5th Ave in downtown Naples. It was quiet and welcoming. We plan to go back tomorrow before we head home. I'll be dreaming of the espresso. Edit - we did come back two more times. Love this place! Wish we could bring it back home to the Midwest. Had to settle for some coffee beans instead.

My boyfriend and I moved to a Naples a little over a month ago. Almost every weekend, we’ve been trying out different coffee shops and cafés. Divine Naples did not disappoint! It’s the best coffee we’ve had in Naples so far, and the food was also delicious. Some of the best oatmeal I’ve ever had, and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the croissants on the menu. Brie sandwich was fantastic. The owner is hilarious (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name), which made it a fun dining experience. My boyfriend and I could tell that he is really passionate about the menu he has created, which we both really appreciated. We’ll definitely be returning!

Out of town and came to 5th ave to shop and needed something quick to eat. We stumbled upon this place and it was perfect for lunch! It was great quality and quickly served with a friendly staff. The California panini was very good and would go again! The outside patio was perfect to take in the Naples atmosphere and enjoy a quick lunch

If you are looking for great atmosphere, a locals hangout, family owned and operated business, delicious food and reasonable prices, this is your restaurant. The scrambled egg sandwich on a croisant is my favorite and you can order this all day long. My hat goes off to the chefs👌 delicious!! Combine this with a latte or iced coffee and then grab a seat outside or inside if you can find one. This place is always crowded. l Dog friendly and people friendly. I am a frequent visitor and the people that work here have been with this family for years, It is always a good sign. Don't forget to leave a good tip and say "thank you". These are hard working people

The staff was very rude. We were coming in to order and sat down as we just went on a walk and it was so hot out. An older man came up after not 3 minutes and asked us to order at the counter. He was very condescending and pushy. It made us feel uncomfortable and there are many ‘friendlier’ places than this like The Cafe up the road. The food there is insane too! This older man that worked there chased us out and again started saying snarky comments as we left. Because why would we stay and pay for their food. It was such a failure of humanity and if this restaurant is this desperate for our service maybe they should consider doing other things.

Cute place to meet up with people. Seemed clean but a bit unorganized. Appreciate they have water on the counter to get yourself. We went later in the day in the off-season... I think they were closing soon. Reasonably priced. The staff was good. DON'T use the outdoor S&P on the tables... birds eat directly from it. Was odd to watch. 🐦

I had such a wonderful experience at Bean to Cup! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the food was fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put care into everything they do. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend!

Cute little brunch spot! Tucked in the corner of the plaza so it was hard to spot at first. Food was yummy and they had a lot of variety on the menu. Drinks were okay; vanilla latte had no sweetener at all. We were told the raspberry matcha latte was super sweet already but it was not sweet at all when it was brought out, and the waitress offered to bring more syrup if it wasn’t sweet enough but she never checked up on us at any point to see if the drinks were okay. Service was very very mid, I’m a server and the waitress never checked up on us once mid meal to make sure everything was going okay. It was a little busy so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, but she wasn’t the only server and it took her 15 mins to even take our food orders. Only came to our table two times total, to take our orders and to bring the bill. I came for the coffee because so many people raved about it but I’ve definitely had better lattes before. Cute spot but service definitely needs more work!

Celebrating my birthday week, I decided to drive from Miami to Naples because I've seen pics of the food at this place. It was worth every penny and minute on the highway. Firstly the decor from you walk in the place is exquisitely luxe. The dessert in the display just says don't leave without me. The staff was super friendly helpful and have a great humor. The place was filled to capacity so i knew this food was going to be good and it was everything and more. This is a must visit place for great food you won't be disappointed

This was a delightfully delicious discovery! This hidden gem in Naples has impeccable meals, decor, & service. The BREAD is mouthwateringly good—reminded me of the baguettes I had in Europe. If you're looking for a delightful experience this charming café is a must-visit! Tucked away in a strip mall, its cozy interior transports you straight to a European café. My husband and I, along with friends, have enjoyed multiple visits. Coffee and the Burek feta is one of my fav. On my second trip, I tried the egg white omelette, which was equally delicious. My husband can't get enough of the Serbian breakfast, and it's easy to see why! Big portions!!! The service is very friendly and accommodating, making every visit feel welcoming. Amazing atmosphere, food was great we got the French toast and blueberry pancakes which were delicious.

We had breakfast at The Cafe and it was truly excellent. The portions were generous, the food was flavorful, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The menu was impressive, with a great selection and even a few unique items you don’t often see elsewhere—always a pleasant surprise. The only small critique I’d offer is about the scone. In my opinion, it wasn’t quite a scone but more like a cake—almost like a muffin top. Still tasty, but not what I’d expect when ordering a scone. Overall, though, The Cafe delivered a wonderful breakfast experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Really enjoyed The Cafe and hope to return soon! We went about noon on a Sunday and there was no wait. The juices are fresh and delicious, they have a large selection of coffee and tea drinks. The menu is big and offers a little of everything, but the best part is that you can tell this is prepared fresh using quality ingredients. Many gluten free options and accommodations available as well. I highly recommend trying the cafe for yourself!

I’ve been to The Café on 5th Avenue in Naples before and loved the matcha tea, but my recent visit was very disappointing because of the service. The server a young, slender woman with dark hair and a strong accent was rude when I told her I had wanted my matcha iced instead of warm. She made a comment like, “Why didn’t you say so?” and handed the new drink back roughly, almost spilling it on me. Other staff were kind and offered to remake it, but the experience was already unpleasant. The café itself is cute with a nice vibe, but that kind of unprofessional behavior shouldn’t happen.

I spent 5 days in Naples and ate here 3 times. Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I had the açaí bowl for breakfast and the ancient grain bowl for lunch and both dishes were perfectly executed and so tasty. I ate indoors and outdoors and both areas were clean and peaceful. Great veggie options!!

We stopped here heading out of Naples for bakery items. Small selection, prices were expensive. I did get a snowball which, I was told is a best selling item. Really good, not heavy at all. Customer service was not the best, they seem to serve a wealthier clientele. Would I return? Probably not unless I was coming back for the snowball cupcake.

This is a nice place to come and have a bite and read, catch up with friends over pastries or have a nice tranquil conversation. I came for dessert and coffee. The flourless chocolate cake was spectacular and rich in chocolate! As a chocolate lover, I would suggest this cake. The cortadito I asked for was weak and it was more like a tall weak café con leche but I was happy with the cake.

After reading many amazing reviews, I decided to check this place out. The coffee was rich, smooth, and strong—it did not disappoint. The staff was exceptionally courteous and polite. Our sandwiches (antipasto and grilled cheese) were good, but nothing out of the ordinary, and slightly overpriced. The wait for the food was also longer than should have been for sandwiches. The seating and view are exceptional—yachts and palm trees are always a delight! Considering the location, view, and coffee, I would recommend and return.

It was a nice walk to this cafe from our vacation home and so glad we made the trek, Nia and Nemo were our servers and both with very kind and attentive. The food was delicious as was my coconut milk latte. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the fountain and enjoying the view of the boats parked on the bay. Would definitely return again.

The whole experience is a celebration of Columbian coffee, cocoa, food and people. This is my new favorite coffee shop - nothing else is close. We will be back for sure.

The service was amazing, when she realized it was our 1st time here, she really showed her expertise on the art of Colombian coffee and how to enjoy each beans flavor, and notes...the Empanadas, sorry didn't get a picture because we devoured them..so fresh and you can taste the love in them!!!! Heard great things about this spot and finally got a chance to visit. First off, we will definitely be back. The food here was immediately intriguing and was delicious. We got a cheese arepa and the chicken arepa. Both were extremely delicious and make me very excited to return. Unfortunately we came later in the day so we decided against a coffee, but I am highly anticipating the drinks here as everyone says it is great.

Visited for first time and tried a few items. Started with vanilla latte and matcha latte. Both had great taste, could have been a little hotter. Had two empanadas (chicken and beef) which tasted fantastic and came with two dipping sauces. Once that settled, we went back for more. An iced mochaccino and an iced matcha latte (my wife really enjoyed the matcha. For food, an arepa montada which was a treat. The staff is very friendly and the service fast. The cafe is decorated nicely and is relaxing. Highly recommend!

I recently drove from Miami to Naples and decided to stop by Winfield Coffee, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I’ve been to many coffee shops, and I had never been treated like that before. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor, and the staff showed little interest in helping. I ordered a cappuccino, but what I received wasn’t even close to one. It lacked enough milk and foam, and tasted more like an espresso. When I brought it up, the staff—who clearly didn’t know what they were doing—insisted that it was the “normal size” and “standard” for their cappuccinos. However, this was nothing like the drinks shown on their social media or in reviews. On top of that, they charged $6 for this half-filled cup. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

A cute boutique-liked coffee shop. Great ambience and excellent service. Gourmet coffee, Chai tea. pastries, and breakfast. The quality of food is great. Had the BEC and also the Avocado toast (one of the best I tried). Free WiFi and a small table outside for your coffee al fresco on a sunny day in Naples. The man at the cash register was very nice and understanding. The first thing I ordered was not what I was expecting and he was very accommodating to get me a different sandwich. The breakfast sandwich I ended up with was wonderful. The refresher drink I got was good too and perfectly refreshing. The cafe has lots of table space to bring a computer to work as well.

Wish I could give it 10 stars, that's how much I love this place. Perfect spot for me to hang out and have a cup of coffee with my best friends. My iced latte was delicious and don't even get me started on the bacon egg and cheese. Whoever's idea it was to get the rolls from New York is a genius. I can't say enough great things about Winfield, let alone the owners! Cristina and Greg are amazing people! Really appreciate how they take the time to build relationships with their customers- it's as if they've known me forever. Extra bonus that they are pet friendly! The owners even had a treat for my dogs :)

I have been here before in person and never had a problem, but this time I ordered breakfast from Uber eats. I order a side of Home Fries for $6.50 and received this… it is nothing like the picture which wasn’t even what frustrated me, but it was this tiny cup and the cup wasn’t even full! What a rip off!

I love Winfield coffee, I try to go at least once a week and they never disappoint. Today we had a catering order for my office and the owner personally delivered it and was even early (before 7am). To me that is top notch service that deserves to be recognized. My coworkers raved about the food and they even went out of their way to label everything for us. Not worth money. We order total 7 items, couple of them were not as per description. Instead of sourdough we got regular bread. Bagel was not toasted, even though we asked. Coffee was barely hot enough. Also when we bought muffin separately, told it will take 10 min to warm it up. They don’t offer seating nor any plates or proper cutlery, so all food comes in takeout bag. We did not know this until food was arrived. If u don’t provide any service where customer had to pick up there food, nor eating plate, what in the earth they feel to ask for tip??? (I still tip 20%, not knowing any of above, it’s not about tip, it’s about getting services) If we knew dine in was not option, we would have skip this place entirely. Overall poor experience. Not recommended for dine or group.

This brunch spot was a great find! The service was quick and friendly, and the drink options were on point. Everything from classic mimosas to spiked coffees. I loved that the mimosas came in so many flavor choices; I tried the blueberry, and it was delicious. The French toast was good. Nothing mind-blowing, but still satisfying. The bacon, though, totally stole the show...crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of seating, both outdoors and inside, which made for a relaxed, easy going vibe. Overall, a solid spot for a casual brunch with great drinks and quick service. Very dog friendly for well behaved dogs.

This place is a true gem, my breakfast was amazing, and the food was just super and our server Ricky was fabulous and gave us great recommendations, kudos to the kitchen because they did outstanding

This place is good we came here twice during our vaca! Service is outstanding! Our server Katie was phenomenal, so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious, you have to get the fresh cinnamon roll YUM!!!

We love EJ's Bayfront Cafe in Naples Florida. Devin our server was amazing excellent customer service, the entire staff truly great. My husband and daughter loved their menu selection, I as well. The pancakes are delicious especially the omelet and chicken sandwich.

I love this place! It is my go-to for breakfast; superb corned beef hash and eggs! The wait staff are friendly and professional. Nice countertop for a solo dining. It has indoor and outdoor dining although some of the outdoor is in the entrance way to the condo building above the establishment. This place can become very busy during "The Season"

Stopped in for lunch (but at breakfast time) and the food was great! I got the chicken corn chowder and the crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Bloody Mary, which was all far beyond expectations. Devin took care of us and he was immaculate, and Eder was also very helpful and hands on. Very nice men, delicious food, great atmosphere.

The food and coffee is good at a reasonable price. The service is great. The place is inside of an Inn that is on the water. Pretty cool environment. You can get your food made in to go containers and eat outside by the water if you want. We ate inside and went walking out back by the water afterwards. They have gardens and seating by the water. It would probably be pretty cool to stay at the Inn too. I would recommend the pancakes and coffee.

Cozy little spot inside the Cove hotel. 🏨 You can choose your table seating, the server was attentive, and our breakfast arrived as ordered. Fresh-made to order pancakes, which were all you can eat today! I added a fried egg 🥚, a real egg 😄, and a side of bacon 🥓! Very 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hubby had corned beef hash; needless to say, he had NOTHING left on his plate! We will return 🔙 when revisiting the area! Great value great price— also it's a cash 💵only location!

Was recommended to us by a local, my friends said it was the best breakfast they’ve had in a long time but I thought it was okay. $20 for two pancakes, coffee, small apple juice and side of bacon felt like a lot considering the laid back atmosphere. The staff and cooks were incredible though

This is a great hidden gem. We’ve been going for years and it continues to be delicious. Diner menu, relatively simple, it’s just delicious. Pancakes and omelets are very good. It is cash or check only but there’s an ATM on site.

There were no seats available when we arrived there, and the tiny café was packed, so we decided to get takeout. *Mobility note: there are automatic doors to the hotel, but there is a narrow 3-step up entrance to the café, which can get even narrower as there is room for only 1 person or 2 slimmer people. The doorway entrance is even smaller than the steps. The waitstaff that greeted us was friendly and gave us menus to browse in the lobby. Yvan took our orders at the counter - I ordered the #4 sailor's special, and my husband ordered the #5 deckhand delight with a large orange juice and large Coke no ice. We both had a side of hashbrowns added to our orders. We waited in the hotel lobby, and the food was ready in about 20 minutes. Order was 100% correct. Total was $40 with generous tip, which I expected since this was a hotel café. We ate our breakfast outside since the rain stopped, and there was a nice outdoor patio area outside of the hotel, overlooking the marina, with umbrellas and chairs. The order: The eggs were over easy and PERFECT. The hashbrowns were great! 👍 The toast was unexpectedly cooked in butter (sort of similar to soggy french toast), which we didn't order with the butter, but I was ok with that since it was still good. My husband didn't like it since he's not fond of butter, so if we return here, we'll be sure to ask for non-buttered plain toast. The large orange juice size was only half the size of a large fountain drink, so that was a bit underwhelming, but at least it was cold and fresh. Overall, clean and good quality food. However, we'd most likely go elsewhere in the area if we wanted to spend $40 on American breakfast.

This is a small, somewhat out-of-the-way place. It takes a little searching to find but it’s worth the search. Only serving breakfast but the crew there is great and the food comes out hot and fast. I would definitely try to find this place and make sure you’re hungry when you get there I’m gonna post a few pictures and the servings are large.

I come often for a quick bite before going to the office. The staff is so friendly and cheerful, and the cafe is super cute and welcoming. It always brightens my day! The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I love the Caribbean Delight coffee. It’s a great way to get into a positive mindset for the day ahead and to support a local business at the same time.

Love their sea salt Carmel coffee ☕️. I am addicted, in a good way. Service is on point. The woman at the counter is very professional and she remembers what I like. I also tried the chicken feta wrap which was fresh and yummy! Went back for some more goodies!

Man, the food was absolutely delicious, it hit all the right spots. The staff were so friendly and made me feel right at home. I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to share how phenomenal everything was. It's hard to even put into words the incredible flavors I experienced. Honestly, I'd drive all the way from Ohio just to have that best breakfast of my life again!

One of the fluffiest croissants in Naples. We also had a Nutella donut and fruit tart. All were fresh and tasted excellent. We enjoyed a latte and chai tea which were nice and hot. The sandwiches looked great. They have other offerings for food as well. I did see a sign that read 50% off food after 6:30.

Today I finally visited this highly recommended bakery and it was absolutely worth it! I ordered takeout and every item was incredible. The prosciutto sandwich was delicious, the sfogliatella with ricotta and orange zest was perfectly crunchy and flavorful, the pistachio bomboloni filled with cream was soft and heavenly, and the Nutella croissant with just a touch of orange zest balanced the sweetness beautifully. I also love that they stay open until 9:30pm—it’s the perfect plan to grab some goodies and enjoy the sunset by the beach. A must-visit spot! 🌅🥐

Fantastic pastries!! Their nutella bomboloni and pistachio croissant were DELICIOUS - the best I’ve had outside of Italy! Perfectly flaky croissant, and everything is fresh baked. The girls working at the counter were very polite and provided great service as well! We came by twice during our 3 day stay in Naples.

Atmosphere was great. The food was disappointing to be honest. I’ve been twice now. First time, the gelato tasted like tap water, and the croissants today tasted off, and barely any Nutella or pistachio at all inside. Wouldn’t go back to be honest.

Great food! You won't be disappointed in this real Italian hot spot, they don't make their own cannoli but it doesn't matter they get them delivered daily and are top notch! Pizza is real deal like your in Italy , forget the Italian American theme as you stroll into a Roma like experience in this italia gem. Seating is right inside but the food will make you forget it.

This place has become an iconic stop when you visit 5th Avenue! Our friends have introduced us to this beautiful place, and I see why: it is a must have to have when you visit Naples! After enjoying your food, go down the 5th Avenue and catch a beautiful sunset!

Bonta’ Bakery in Naples has good service and beautifully presented products. I tried a sfogliatella that was nice, though another dessert wasn’t really to my taste—maybe just a personal choice, since there’s something for everyone. I’d go back to try something different. If you’re around, it’s worth stopping by and seeing for yourself.

By far the best coffee shop in Naples! The vibes are immaculate, the owners are the absolute sweetest, and drinks are phenomenal! They have an adorable vintage shop with exclusive pieces and cool art work too! Not to mention the garden is so cozy and welcoming! 10/10

I would not recommend going here if you are looking for a coffee shop or a place to work or hang out with your friends. The atmosphere is curated and well thought out and the coffee is lovely. However, the customer service is severely disappointing. My partner and I have been there approximately 15-20 times and have always enjoyed it up until the last few times. On one of the recent visits, the owners were audibly snapping and fighting with each other behind the bar and banging glasses around out of frustration the entire time but we brushed it off as an off day as we’ve always had good experiences. My partner often goes there to do paperwork on his computer and i’ve enjoyed bringing friends for a morning coffee in the past. When my partner arrived to do paperwork this morning and enjoy his coffee as per norm the owners said “we need to talk to you” to which he asked what was up. They told him they did not intend for this to be a coffee shop and just an art gallery for people to sip coffee while they looked at art and that they did not want people in the building doing paperwork, taking any phone calls, or it “having a coffee shop atmosphere” and said that they were telling this to all their regulars not just him. the tone of the conversation was extremely condescending and unlike any past experiences. He finished his coffee and left pleasantly. I would strongly recommend not spending your time here unless you solely intend on observing art and silently sipping your drink. It’s frankly incredibly disappointing.

Such a great cafe with beautiful decorations that make it feel cozy. I love studying here because of that and their outdoor area is well maintained, spacious, and an overall great hangout place. The iced matcha lattes are delicious!

I love black tulip! This is such a fun and unique spot - I love how many corners there are to hang out in, all the vintage items to peruse, and the GORG garden to hang in. Their coffees and teas are so good and I appreciate all the details from thrifted glasses to the sustainable goals. The owners are so sweet. Worth the drive from Fort Myers! Can’t wait to check out The Burrow.

First time at Black Tulip today and was very impressed! Friendly staff and the service was wonderful as well! I had an iced matcha latte with oatmilk and honey. So so good! They also use eco friendly pasta noodle straws! I've never seen that before, but super cool alternative to those soggy paper straws. I enjoyed my matcha outside in the garden and took in the beautiful views of the palm trees and flowers. Such a cute place. I'll definitely be back!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Loved the coconut shrimp with fries and fish tacos. Everything tasted fresh. Tables are located in an open air area which sits adjacent to marina. Relaxing, laid back atmosphere. Service was friendly and on point. Overall a great dining experience.

Lovely location. Helpful serving staff. We were really looking forward to fresh seafood but jambalaya and risotto were both overcooked and disappointing. Our daughter had the spider crab legs and was very happy with her food

Cool marina ambiance, open air, lots of boat traffic. Service was very proficient yet not friendly. Matter of fact. The Key West Bag n bake was amazing. The wings were very good too.

The Riverwalk at Tin City was a nice restaurant along the bay. It was covered but open to the outside. At no point did I feel hot or uncomfortable as they have many ceiling fans and AC units. It had great views of the bay, I enjoyed it greatly. The service was very good. We had a good server who kept the drinks filled without ask, and food timing was perfect. It was excellent. The food was very good. I got the marinated seabass, which was excellent. Great taste and great presentation. Also got the shrimp ceviche, coconut shrimp, and some New England clam chowder. The chowder and the ceviche were very good. The coconut shrimp, although tasted fine, definitely ranks low on my opinion of coconut shrimp offerings other restaurants have. Again, it didn't taste bad, was not unsafe, I still enjoyed it, but not my favorite. I had an excellent experience, I recommend, would go back again next time I visit.

Great place to have dinner or lunch right on the water. Don't miss out on the early bird appetizers and drinks from 3 to 6. $3 beers can't beat that! The fish and chips was good but not exceptional.

Amazing grouper. One of the best seafood appetizers I’ve had. The service was fast and friendly. All of the shops make it so fun to explore. Definitely check out the custom candle making shop. I was blown away with the creativity and the good vibes in the store. I ordered a custom candle from them. Very impressive

On vacation we were in search of a dog friendly brunch, this place sounded appealing. We made a reservation the night before thinking brunch would be busy, it wasn’t. We sat at a lovely, shaded table by the water. Gael was our server, he was nice and attentive to our needs and he immediately brought water for our pup. He brought us warm guava coffee cake, quite tasty and perfect mini size. My husband had an egg Florentine flatbread which was light and each bite was consistent. I had the egg skillet, mine was fine though because I chose scrambled instead of basted, it was lacking a sauce to tie it together, so hollandaise on the side did the trick. Overall, it was a fine experience, fans of the patio would’ve been awesome, thank god for cloud coverage. May be worth another try if visiting again.

We had dinner here for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Our server, Amy, was amazing—so attentive and kind, and she even surprised us with a dessert to celebrate. The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful, and you can tell they really pay attention to detail. We only managed to get one photo—of our dessert—because we were too busy just enjoying the moment. Such a lovely experience all around!

We had a wonderful evening dining al fresco at M Waterfront Grille, seated right along the wharf with stunning views of the bay. The ambiance was serene and elegant—perfect for a late-night dinner. Even though we arrived toward the end of the evening as the kitchen was winding down, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even brought out a surprise taste of their soup and grilled cheese, which was such a thoughtful touch—and absolutely delicious! The presentation of the Lobster Surf & Turf was jaw-droppingly gorgeous (definitely Instagram-worthy), and my Scallop Risotto was rich, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a treat. From the view to the service to the food, this place made a lasting impression. Highly recommend for a memorable night out, especially if you can snag a seat outside by the water.

Blown away by tonight's meal. I had prime rib with some kind of mashed potatoes and green beans! Absolutely heavenly. My brother had a burger and fries, which I also tried and was out of this world! To top it off we got a taste of a tomato bisque soup with bread compliments of the chef and each got an unbelievable truffle at the end. Wait staff was impeccable as well. They definitely earned our money and patronage. Seriously well done.

Our food was delicious, however it was our waitress, Amy, and the GM, who left a bad taste in our mouths. My mother, grandmother, and I thought we'd take advantage of a Summer Sizzle lunch menu. Before arriving, we browsed the offerings on the Sizzle dining website, and finally decided on M Waterfront's "3-Course Lunch for $29/pp", along with the food options. Once we finished our entrees and each requested a root beer float which was one of the options for the 3rd course of the "3-course lunch", we were told that we were supposed to choose 2 of the 3 courses and that was the deal for $29. I showed the picture from the online Sizzle menu to Amy and she pointed out that in fine print, it disclosed this the select 2 of the 3. Okay... we didn't realize that we had to read fine print on something that clearly stated it was a "3 (yes, 3!) course meal. So then the GM comes over, I show him the menu from Sizzle and he argues that that isn't their menu, that is what is on the Sizzle site. Really? Are the menus that Sizzle published on the website where the entire event is being offered, not proofread by the restaurant. Not one other restaurant of the many had their menu listed in the way that M Waterfront's did. it's either a 2-course menu or a 3-course menu, not "3-course menu, but you pick 2 out of the 3". How can you call that a 3-course menu? Anyway, he offered to give us discount. We tried to tell him not necessary, that we just would like the root beer floats but he had hurried over to desk, so we explained to Amy, no need for discount, would just like our root beer floats. To my mother, she said "no problem, I can bring you a root beer float", and I said "3 please, she looked at me, said yes, and nodded", then 10 minutes later comes back with one root beer float that we were expected to share. When I brought up that when I said 3, she claimed she didn't hear me. Not to mention that this wasn't the first time Amy argued in our dining experience. When I had ordered my hamburger, she asked if I would like lettuce and tomato, in which I replied "yes, please." Hamburger comes... no lettuce and tomato. Not a big deal, but Amy was then no where to be found for almost 10 minutes while I stared at my burger. When I saw her, I just asked if I could please have lettuce and tomato. She comes over and tells me that when she asked me, I said no. I absolutely said "yes, please" and why even say that? Just bring over lettuce and tomato and all would have been great. Then my mother asks for Tabasco sauce and Amy asks her "what are you going to put Tabasco on?" It was just unbelievable. I want to thank that GM for really trying to make things right but Amy was rude and snarky, and really ruined the whole experience. It was really disappointing.

We celebrated our anniversary here and honestly it felt like the perfect night. The food was incredible — the onion soup, escargot, short ribs, bouillabaisse, and that eclair were unforgettable. But what made it really special was our waiter Ivan — so warm and kind, he made us feel at home. If you’re in Naples, you have to try this place!

What a great experience. Marco was our dining team member and was helpful in explaining the menu. Another great spot by Vincenzo. Food was excellent and we will be back. We enjoyed the grilled octopus, lobster ravioli, tortellini, soufflé, and crème brûlée. Great for dates, or groups having a nice night. Various seating options for any occasion.

Great French restaurant on the Fifth Avenue South. This is very close to the beach. Delicious dishes choice, including brunch options on the weekend. We ordered Grilled Tuna and Farm eggs omelette with salad. Both dishes were excellent. The service was excellent, the waiter who served us visited all major cities in India. He was super nice to us. The ambiance was great!

My husband and I love french food and we were so excited to try out this restaurant, it did not disappoint. We loved it. Our server was Zoran, we truly had one of the best dining experiences with him. Zoran was so warm, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dinner. We ordered margaritas that had a salt foam, Wow that was incredible, one of the most delightful cocktails I have ever had. We then ordered French onion soup...Wow it was so decadent and delicious, the best I have ever had and we have had french onion soups in Paris that weren't this good. Salivating just thinking about it. We ordered the mussels and Wagyu NY strip with fingering potatoes. Both dishes were so so good, so flavorful and delectable. For dessert we had the chocolate soufflé.. again another winner. Every course was delight. Also I have to mention both my husband and I are gluten free and Zoran was so knowledgeable on which dishes we could enjoy safely. Most of the dishes can be done gluten free and this was so great. Some restaurants have very limited gluten free options. I highly recommend this restaurant, we love visiting Naples and this our new favorite restaurant there.

Another great evening at The French. We came a little earlier and took advantage of summer special. It was an amazing deal and as always, the food was amazing. Our server, Ivan, took great care of us and made the evening very enjoyable.

Last night, we were lucky enough to secure two seats at the bar at this exceptionally wonderful new restaurant! Jim had the Wagyu steak and the amazing fries and I had the lobster ravioli. Both were exceptionally prepared and presented. Dessert was the eclair, of course, a ‘wow’! Wine 🍷selection is 5 star worthy, also The bar team is super friendly and fun while still providing top notch service for those seated at the bar. Our new fav go- to restaurant in downtown Naples 👏🏻👍 Highly recommend!

First Watch is my go to breakfast spot when visiting my family in Naples; they never disappoint!!! Diana was our server and she was the best! She is kind, patient, and has the best recommendations! When we walked in we saw an advertisement for their Shrimp and Grits🦐, the advertisement looks mouth watering 🤤. My husband and I both decided on that! I didn't get any photos because I was excited to eat, but check out the advertisement photo I attached. I hope it makes your mouth water too and you head over there for some deliciousness!! 🤤🦐🤤🦐

First watch is consistently wonderful! Great food, consistent atmosphere across the country. A strongly recommend indulging in the million dollar bacon. It's Delish!!

I’ve come every other Sunday. Food is always fresh and tastes excellent. I recommend this particular one for being clean and the service people always smile and are friendly.

We just enjoyed an incredible breakfast here at First Watch Restaurant in Naples Florida. Jenna was the best! She was very friendly and recommending the Shishito Brisket Has was certainly a winner. Family owned and they have their own farm to grow most of their food. My grandson loved the Honey Caramel Crunch drink. They have a very creative menu so make sure to dropp for breakfast or lunch.

Unique atmosphere, love the music, excellent wait person. Extremely kind, super responsive and quick to requests. I had the strawberry dulche leche french toast. Warm maple syrup. Great cup of coffee. We definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

Pretty sure they forgot about us...So we came in with family, ordered a salad to start off with...we reoeved the salad and then 20 minutes later the server came out and was freaking out we didn't have our food yet. She went and checked on it and then it appeared. We were very excited about this meal. All of of food items were rough &dried out, down to the kids chicken fingers. Later we found out our salad and food all came up together and then let our food sit on the window until they brought it to us. We couldn't let our server know because she didn't check on us til it was too late. Wanted to a 2nd round of drinks too and couldn't do that either due to lack of service. The server did say she was brand new, so we looked past way more than we should have. I did aware her my fish was dried out, she didn't offer a new dish or anything. I only took one bite. Won't be back until they figure things out.

I don't understand why this restaurant wasn't packed! The food was fantastic, the service attentive, and the place was very nicely decorated. Even the bathrooms were very clean. The price is incredible too. Absolutely dirt cheap for very good real food. All farm to table and scratch made. I'm just traveling through the area but I hope to come back here real soon.

Love eating at The Local! It's the perfect spot for a date night or taking guests from out of town. The Pistachio Pesto Pappardelle is my favorite but the Pig & Fig Sandwich at lunch is a close second! Other photos show the Shrimp Bruschetta and Pork Tenderloin, both very good!

Absolutely delightful seasonal salad at The Local! The grilled chicken, peaches, and pistachios with that lemon balsamic dressing were a perfect blend of fresh ingredients. Clean eats and I'll definitely be back to try the Cobb salad.

We visited The Local Restaurant for lunch and were delighted with our experience. The sourdough pizza was a change to a typical pizza that I didn’t know I needed— now I want more! Everything was super fresh, and really tasty.

We had the two course lunch special for $17.50. she absolutely loved the tomato Caesar watermelon salad and the turkey sandwich. I had the pumpkin poblano soup and the turkey sandwich. Then we followed it up with the banana bread pudding. Everything was perfect!

Great grocery store, cafe, juice bar and bakery! They have made-to-order and prepared items - lots of vegetarian options and a few vegan options! The grocery store has a varied selection of whole and vegan food items.

My go to for an amazing grass fed burger! Love the concept, love the location so I don’t have to always go to crazy Seed to Table even tho I love it there to but this is a quaint and classy way to have a quick meal that is healthy and nutritious . I can grab my raw milk Thank God I am so blessed to have access to this in the area and grateful for Allday Farms for their contribution to society and our right to have what God intended for us to consume. So appreciative for this establishment it is always clean, the workers are so friendly, very well run!! Thank you for a great time every time!

Food and Thought is an essential for anyone in the Naples area. A perfectly warm atmosphere to have a meal. The servers are friendly and attentive to your needs, making sure you have everything you need. The star of the show however, is the incredibly talented cook, Freedom. Each of her meals are carefully crafted with fresh ingredients, and flavors that deliciously pop out at the taste buds. Her skill and passion for cooking are evident each time I enjoy a plate here. Overall Food and Thought is a must visit, the perfect place to have a great experience!

We love the fresh organic market here. Tons of fresh, organic produce at great prices. The staff is always very friendly. Wonderful variety of freshly baked breads. We love their raw and vegan desserts. We finally stopped into the cafe for lunch. My husband got the grass fed beef burger and I got the beet and goat cheese salad with chicken. The sides were huge! Everything was so yummy. Can’t wait to be back to try more dishes on their menu!

Super cute place to shop for groceries but also to grab a bite to eat. They even have a juice and coffee bar but I will say that the juices are a bit pricey. I paid $9 for a small cup of the Sunset juice but it was delicious. Now, for the same $9 I got the chicken salad sandwich with chips and although there wasn't much to it or anything special but it was pretty good. The ambiance itself is great and my favorite thing about the entire place, they have tables outside and inside

I like the place not bad! A little pricey simply because they have very small portions! Excellent outside sitting area, but! Tables were dirty! They definitely need someone looking up and making sure that the tables are clean so when customers arrive they have no issues with that!! But overall it’s not bad, it could be a lot better! Location is excellent! The photos I took make everything looks better simply because I’m a good photographer! Ha ha ha ha!

The vegetable flatbread is a very thick pizza covered with too much cheese, too few vegetables and a sickly sweet balsamic glaze. It just didn't taste good. My spouse enjoyed the burger but found the dense side salad inedible. The portions were really too big for one person assuming you liked them enough to eat them so consider sharing if you decide to eat here . Bad acoustics and piped in music made the atmosphere less pleasant . This lunch for two with one drink cost $42. Lovely gardens- but eat before you get here.

Food is a bit expensive for a cafe, but is well worth the price. Veggies are very fresh. Portions are very large and came out in less than 5 minutes. We were a bit surprised that their wagyu were smash burgers, but were still great. We didn’t realize that You also get a side kale salad with the sandwiches and ordered a caesar. lol def got too much food and ended up taking it home with us. Overall, highly recommend stopping here when you visit the botanical garden!

While visiting Marco Island, FL during the winter, we visited Naples Botanical Garden. We dined at their Fogg Café for lunch, and it was a pleasant surprise! This is the only dining location at the Naples Botanical Garden. The inside was quite large, with plenty of seating. The outdoor seating was a nice size too, but with its popularity, it might not be easy to find a table outside, under the shade. The menu is not large, as it is a “café” but it had interesting and unique dishes, which was great. We ordered Mango Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad Sandwich, Cubano Al Pastor, and Garden Burger Banh Mi. The Mango Chicken Salad was placed on top of fresh lettuce, with a beautiful edible flower accent, with side of tostones. Refreshing and a healthier option. Tuna Salad Sandwich had a generous amount of tuna salad, and came with a side of fresh salad, which was great. Cubano Al Pastor was a nice large portion, and melty cheese and generous amount of meat packed in there. Garden Burger Banh Mi, which is Vegan burger, was smaller than the other sandwiches, but packed with flavor. We also ordered a Hand Cut Fries for the table to share. This one was a bit heavy on the seasoning, making it a bit too salty and spicy. Other than that, it was crispy and addicting... I like how unique their offerings were. They also have a few more Gluten Free and/or Vegan dishes to accommodate any and all patrons. There were a few staffs coming around all the tables, picking up plates and cleaning up the tables, keeping the area clean. We had a really nice lunch here, with beautiful views and a wonderful company!

OK, so I have visited a lot of Starbucks in my day, but this one ranks far and above all others as my favorite! The staff is a really great tightknit group of friendly professionals, and the drinks are always made to perfection. A special shout out to some of my favorite people there: Karen, Rosario, Brent, Ryan, the other Ryan, Sara, Bella, Alexa… what a really nice and welcoming staff. They never make you feel rushed, always engage with you in conversation, and genuinely have a good time.

Second stop, total success. After a disappointing start at the Old Trail location, we gave it another shot – and the 5th Ave Starbucks came through like a critical hit. friendly service, quick turnaround, and the kind of energy boost every adventurer needs. I am fairly new to using Starbucks because I’m not a coffee drinker and I only like a special type of green tea that they do not carry. But I do love their dragon drinks. So today I decided to go for one this afternoon, walked into a very quiet Starbucks on fifth Avenue in Naples with two employees standing behind the counter talking about when one is going to take their break. Stood there with my app open, waiting to be recognized or even waited on what they totally ignored me. I’m still not sure they knew I was there even though I was right in front of them only 2 feet away. Got tired of waiting and left very disappointed in more ways than one. I have never had that experience in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.

One of the most glamorous Starbucks locations I think I’ve ever been to. Beautiful street and the store was perfect. Staff very friendly and attentive, recommended and made us some amazing ice drinks which were perfect for the weather. Free on street parking (where available) and prices in line with other local locations.

Zach was without a doubt the nicest Starbucks employee I have ever met! He made my day. He surprised me by speaking to me in my native language and was just so warm and kind. I talked about it with my friend for the rest of the trip.

We walked into the Starbucks at around 6:30 pm, there was no one in the front. We thought it was closed because all the chairs were on top of the tables. Then we saw someone mopping the floor, which then started talking to another girl that came out of the back and was meddling with the register. The one that was mopping went behind the counter and took our order. The place did not look good, it was in disarray, the staff was not wearing hats and the second drink was not made, and they did not have oat milk, the service left a lot to be desired. I’m a loyal customer of Starbucks and honestly this was unacceptable.

Fairly quick at taking and filling orders. Generally pretty busy. The self serve cream and sugar station had obviously been neglected, very dirty, ants crawling around, no sugar, no cinnamon, no napkins and no one interested in helping. I found the sugar myself in the cabinet below the counter. The coffee is just ok, nothing special. I would go back but I'd like to see them put a little more effort into cleanliness and keeping things stocked. I realize they get pretty busy but these things are kinda crucial.

I tried the brownie and was not impressed but the salted caramel Gelato was very delicious. The strawberry yogurt flavor tastes exactly as the name. Wife got the tiramisu and said it was very delicious. Overall I would come here again. Not going out of my way but if your are close you should get some delicious deserts here.

Gelato&Co. offers a wide variety of creamy, flavorful gelato options that truly stand out. The place is super chic and spotless, with both indoor and outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy what you’ve picked. They have a great selection of flavors, and if you’re undecided, they’re happy to let you sample a few before choosing. In addition to gelato, they also offer other tempting desserts that look absolutely delicious. We tried several gelato flavors: pistachio, stracciatella, dulce de leche, cherry yogurt, Nutella, and my personal favorite — brownie. The brownie flavor had a deep, intense dark chocolate taste that was just incredible. The waffle cone was also amazing — crispy, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the gelato. This is a beautiful place to visit, and one you definitely don’t want to miss if you’re in Naples. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

We came here several times during our weekend getaway. My wife and I would get the affogato with different gelatos, for me the salted caramel gelato affogato was the best but the others were also good. My daughter tried different treats each time. Delicious!

A nice place to stop if you want to treat yourself while walking down 5th Avenue. They have a great selection of ice-cream, Sorbet, milkshake, and coffee. I highly recommend this place!

We were walking on 5th Ave and decided to get Gelato. Wow! This place was packed. Line all the way back to the door. Staff very friendly and Gelato did not disappoint. Tres leches was pretty good too. Definitely need to try this place if you haven't yet!

Loved getting to stop in here. Wish I had time to come again. I was visiting my cousin from Cleveland. With that said the pricing was similar to coffee shops in CLE that offer similar quality. The staff: very friendly, kind and helpful The beverages: I got a latte and really enjoyed it, my cousin got an iced tea drink that she thought was too sweet. So if your not into that maybe ask for 1/2 the sweetener. They make all their syrups for you know you’re getting good stuff. Cleanliness: clearly for the pictures you can see they keep this place very clean and organized. Vibe: Great place to come and have a chat with a friend, colleague or read a book. Unfortunately there isn’t covered outdoor seating. Bummer for Florida. Price: you will pay more but you’re getting good coffee and drinks made with quality ingredients.

I love Narrative coffee! I recently enjoyed a lavender oat milk latte which was beautifully presented and delicious! I love the cool vibe as well!

Clean smartly decorated coffee shop in affluent 5th avenue area. Great coffee and seating area to work, or just hang out and drink a cup of coffee. The shop also bags coffee in a section of the shop if you care to watch. Friendly staff.

My favorite thing about Naples. Nitro cold brew is A+. Food is good too,they are first and foremost a coffee shop so keep that in mind. The burritos and sandwiches are simple but tasty. Keep up the great work 👍

First time at the Black Letter. It's a small Cafe but I was pleasantly surprised by a nice fresh menu. There's also outdoor seating. Who doesn't like crepes! Young man cooking crepes did a great job recommending their mixed berry crepe, it was delicious! There was a small issue of them forgetting my coffee so they refunded my drink cost to me and quickly made it ready. That's what I call a great customer service! Iced Mocha was great too. Sorry for the photos, I was in a rush and starving, forgot to take photos of the beautiful crepe before I dug into it.

Very cute little cafe tucked in beautiful Villages of Venetian Bay. I had a large iced latte which was excellent and then I had a savory crepe with ham, Swiss, tomato, avocado, greens, and a curry sauce. It was very good, they served it with a little side sales and balsamic dressing with wood silverware. They were playing 80’s music which I love so it was a nice touch. Defiantly will be coming back!

First visit there. Had scrambled, cheddar and avocado on a multi-grain toast with a matcha latte and a almond croissant. I was so hungry. I took a bite or two before taking this picture. It was fresh, delicious and it hit the spot. Definitely going back.

What a beautiful cafe in the heart of Naples! We had a delicious lunch, the food was priced right, and tasted amazing. And the Almond pastry for desert was absolutely delicious! We were fortunate to meet the owners while there, a sweet couple who treated us like family. I highly recommend if your near the downtown area of Naples, FL, check this place out, you’ll be glad you did!

It took 30 minutes for me to get a crepe and coffee to go. I ordered a raspberry iced coffee and couldn’t taste the raspberry, I did ask for another pump of raspberry, which they provided. I got my crepe to go with plans to sit and enjoy it, as I always have left overs to save time, but since there are only two small tables inside to seat 4-6 people in the entire place and there were people sitting there. I left. If you have time to waste and are getting it to go, give it a try, unless you want to sit outside, where there’s plenty of seats but it’s very hot out there in Aug.

Enjoyable experience! Our waiter Joshua was attentive, friendly, and helpful with suggestions! Weather and location were perfect. Food was delicious, great latte, we enjoyed the French omelette with Brie and bacon, and the Cabo omelette. Looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in Naples. Off to some local walking and shopping now!

My experience at Jane's Cafe was wonderful! I went with friends for lunch and got the chicken salad croissant. It was the delicious pick-me-up I needed for the rest of my busy day. I love that they serve breakfast all day and want to go back for brunch someday!

Really nice place and the food is delicious! The only thing that was a draw back was that it seemed like there was a lot going on as far as people painting and working on some outside things. The bathroom was being painted so we had to be walked to a separate place..which wasn't too bad but still a draw back. Overall it was a really nice place, great service and really nice people.

Atmosphere was great, loved the outdoor seating. The food was okay but nothing special. The coffee was not good and especially at $8 I would expect a better latte. Eggs Benedict and the Ultimate breakfast sandwich were the best things we ordered . Wide selection on the menu. Overall I think it’s overpriced but good vibes.

Home cooked delicious polish food. Reminds me of my mom's cooking. It's a small cozy place, relaxed atmosphere , friendly people and really nice place to dine in and enjoy polish dishes and beer.

Went into this cozy little place looking for some coffees and pastries. Was delighted with the charming ambiance inside and even more by the owners, Marta and Hubert. Cheesecake is very good but different from American style; it’s lighter and fluffier. You have got to try the mystery cake; it’s an eclectic mix of flavors and textures that make for a tasty treat. Unfortunately we already had dinner plans otherwise would have definitely tried the perogies and the pork chops. Great food; unique ambiance, wonderful people. Like others, I was taken aback by the cash only policy because I absolutely refuse to carry cash; luckily my wife had some dollars on her. Still, this place is worth the trouble of paper money for some homemade goodness.

Delicious!! A perfect dessert spot near downtown Naples. It’s in Tin City which has multiple shops and restaurants. I got the apple cinnamon monkey bunt and it was amazing 10/10!! If you love cinnamon rolls this is a must try!

Great and delicious. I expected them to be a little like monkey bread, but they’re a different consistency. Soft and still a little crispy on the edges. My wife had the chocolate and I had a banana. It was worth the trip!

On ordering the bunz at the till, when I went to pay I was asked for a tip of 20 per cent. This is a shop ...asking for a tip is so cheeky. It's embarrassing to say NO TIP whilst the cashier looked on. Tips are for waiting staff. Not for shops. This is a shop with 1 very small table. No table service at all. You wait at the till to get your bread and either sit or leave ..you even clean your own table when you leave. The Monkey bread was nice but dry as we were given a very small amount of topping. This place is pushed by loads of 'influencers on line' and to be honest I was seriously disappointed. Its all hype and no substance

I'm from NY, I've eaten in some notable places including London, Rome, Naples, etc... my relatives to this day own a bed and breakfast outside Naples... That baguette was some of the best bread I've ever tasted in my life. A real treat and surprise to find in Naples florida. And the service was excellent and friendly. As I ate my egg sandwich I was imagining how great the tuna must taste in that bread... I'll be back!

The employees don’t care. I love Einstein concept but this franchise so poor. Normally the bagels are under toasted. So I asked for more toasted. I came home to unwrap this. I didn’t say I want burnt . They just seem so miserable. They never smile. You are bothering them.

What can you say about a fresh bagel in the morning with a great cup of coffee, except YES, please! Great customer service, the manager who I need to give a special thank you for the smile and greeting . I wish many of the Naples Restaurants IE: Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's employees follow her lead. I had the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich. OMG delicious. My wife had the Tasty Turkey Sandwich, and she said it was also delicious 😋 We will be back.

Awful customer service. I stopped in this morning to pick up a bagel. I was the only customer in line. There was one other customer seated in the dining room. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes while the three staff members behind the counter ignored me. Not one of them even looked at me or acknowledged my presence. I finally decided to just leave. Business must be really great for them. If they can treat customers like garbage. I will just add this to the list of places I will no longer give my business to.

I love a breakfast sandwich - especially on a pretzel bagel. But... This place is so dirty I hate going there! The ceilings are horrible and so is the carpeting. Even the outside needs a good power washing. Please clean it up! Love the bagels but hard to step foot in there

Absolutely DELICIOUS! These are true NYC style, fluffy, large bagels. Easily the best I’ve had outside of NY or NJ! We came by twice for the bacon egg and cheese and chicken salad; they don’t skimp on anything, and the bacon is perfectly crispy! Fantastic lattes as well. I wish we weren’t just visiting and could keep coming back!

We absolutely loved the bagels here! There was such a great variety to choose from, both savory and sweet. We tried an everything bagel, one with sesame seeds, a beautifully colored rainbow bagel, and 2 sweet ones (cinnamon raisin and French toast). The cream cheese was super tasty and went perfectly with the savory ones. The week before, we had bagels in New York, and honestly, these were just as good. Every single one we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The colorful bagel was especially fun, it looked amazing and tasted even better. If we could eat here every day, we definitely would. Highly recommended for any bagel fan!

Brooklyn Dough is the bomb dot com. One of the best breakfast sandwiches we’ve ever had. I got the spicy everything, ham, egg, cheese, with garlic herb spread. It was unholy (total foodgasm!) My other half got the steak, egg, cheese, everything. It tasted like a breakfast Philly. So good. And yes size does matter! These bad boys were huge. They’ll feed anyone’s insatiable needs.

Traveling here on business, and I have found my all-time favorite bagel place. Truly the best bagels I have ever had. And I am Jewish from New York, so consider me somewhat of a subject matter expert. I don’t know what they’re doing, but they got it right! Even the vegetables and salmon were fresh. The guys working there are awesome. All the Brooklyn none of the grime.

Okay being a Brooklyn NY , Queens, manhattan , long island , native , Theses bagels are pretty dam good !!! The closest to an original New York bagel I found since I been here , 4 years now … no BS ..

Not authentic and disappointing. Service and atmosphere I can't judge, ordered togo. But twice I've ordered pan con lechon (pork sandwich with mojo and onions) and it comes cold/dry and either no onions, no mojo, skimpy pork. They don't butter their bread which is insane, I'd would go anywhere else. I come from a Spanish family in Miami, and if they witnessed me take the pork off my pan con lechon and place it on my media noche because there barely is any, they would cry.

After working in a Cuban restaurant all through college, this place brings back warm memories and the food is by far the best Cuban in town. I always have to come in with an empty stomach because I’ll finish the entire plate every time!

Sandy's Cuban Cafe is small hole in the wall place in Naples. I worked nearby and was looking for a good Cuban breakfast as they're good and cheap. Sandy's Cuban Cafe didn't disappoint. I order Sandy's Desayuno Especiel(breakfast special) that comes with 2 eggs(omelet or scramble) with onions green bell peppers, ham. and chorizo with toast, 2 ham croquettes, and Cafe con Leche(not pictured bc I don't drink coffee).I also ordered a side of fries, an additional egg, and a coke. That came up to about 15(the breakfast special was 8). In addition, the service was quick and the server was very sweet. All in all, a good stop for breakfast.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices and authentic Cuban food. Can't beat that. Price to food ratio is on point. You get deal of the day is quick in and out. Sit down order something food is great and staff have a great personality.

What a great little cafe! I have been wanting to stop in here for years. I went with the breakfast special and added orange juice. Everything was delicious and the coffee was unbelievably good. Stop in for a cozy meal.

I haven't been back to this Starbucks in a while because it's always terrible and I thought it'd try it again. There was a blonde barista that remade my drink because it tasted and looked wrong and once she remade it she rudely said it looks the same. Definitely will not be back. Someone is rude to me every time I go in there. I have already contacted customer service in response to this.

I went to this Starbucks in morning (12.26.24) on the way to urgent care with my son who was not feeling well. The plan was to grab a coffee for me and breakfast for both, since he we knew we would spend hours in the clinic. Inside Starbucks was a chaos. Fully staffed, yet the orders were not happening the way they should. Staff looked like ill-prepared theatre actors. The first red flag for me was a female customer who asked the cashier where her order was. After a minute back and forth between the two, the customer got fed up and left the store, visibly without her order. As I was waiting, other people were asking about their orders but I did not pay much attention. One of my "sandwitches" came about 15min after I ordered it and I discovered it was a wrong item inside. The second one didn't even come. I told the woman at the registry (I believe her hame was Deborah) that I have been waiting for a long time, and not only my order was late, but it was also different from what I ordered. What I got in response was just a blank stare. Not even a slightest attempt to appologize or attempt to make it right by expediting the order. I told Deborah to give my order to someone else when it's finally ready, and then I left. I went down the street to another coffee and sandwich place (less staff and no chaos) and got my order very quickly. If I could, I would not give even one star for the "service" I received today. Whatever the problem of this place is, they have to fix it. It is not customer's fault for whatever they are going through.

Most disorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Service is horrible. You can clearly tell they are disorganized and don’t know what they’re doing. Even found a nice surprise of a long hair in my coffee when I went to drink it. I’ll never come back to this Starbucks. It was truly disappointing.

Naples florida is the worst place on earth to deal with basic shopping service, people are mean management is horrible.. Naples is not a good place to live the whole Florida is getting very hard to deal with. Best to find other place to live and vacation..

Worst coffee joint i’ve ever seen. disfunctional, disrespectful, very rude, very short and would not even give me an extra cup because my coffee was hot, instead they threw me an oversized sleeve. extremely unprofessional everyone should be reviewed and have some quiet time and reflect upon their attitudes. you can’t take out your anger on customers collect yourself and try and to be positive

Amanda was the most rude person I've encounter, wouldn't give the the order I went to pick up even tho the order was ready, only needed to get bagged, making their actual customer wait longer than needed. After telling her the order was ready right behind her, she said "this delivery guys are so annoying" 👎

So A Saturday morning trip to Starbucks sounds great right? You would think so.. The moment I walked into the store and up to the register, all three employees were upset and talking to each other about how they were not staying later for their shift and that their labor was being exploited. They were upset that they had to open and that no one was coming to relieve them. They thought that they were being abused. Ok, so you are at work. Keep that conversation outside. The negative energy really put a damper on my visit. They were not friendly at all and very stand offish, especially the one with the glasses. My coffee tasted pretty good, so I was at least happy about that.

Ordered Chicken Noodle soup with an Asian Chicken Salad. The soup tasted like it came from a can with and added rank aftertaste. The salad was made mostly with iceberg lettuce, a few almonds, and crisp garnish. The dressing made it edible. Was never impressed with their servings previously (years ago) and was reconfirmed today. Their pastries and breads are the better choice. There really is no "service," as you pick up your order from a counter and take your used dishes and trash to another counter when finished. Will not return for a meal.

Panera Bread has always been a convenient spot for a quick bite, but my recent visit was nothing short of frustrating. From the moment I stepped in, the service was disorganized and inefficient. Instead of ordering at the counter, customers were directed to use their self-service iPads, which were glitching and barely responsive. It took several attempts to get my order through, and even then, I wasn’t sure if it had registered correctly. After waiting longer than expected for my food, I grabbed my order and left, only to realize that multiple items were missing. I had to go back inside, wait in another line, and explain the issue to an employee who seemed indifferent. No apology, no urgency—just a sluggish effort to fix their mistake. For a place that prides itself on fresh and fast food, the experience was anything but. Between the malfunctioning technology, inattentive staff, and careless order preparation, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I won’t be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a smooth, hassle-free meal, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

The last two times that I’ve been to this location, I have asked for the exact same thing a Mediterranean veggie sandwich without peppers. And both times they had put it on the first time I decided to go back and they made my food correctly. This time I checked my sandwich, looked like there was none on there, Realized it was tucked in between everything. Just wish that this location would pay attention a little bit more when preparing the food that’s all.

had a really frustrating experience at your drive-thru today. It was pouring rain, and the team member at the window refused to speak up or lean closer. We had no choice but to open the window fully to hear her—resulting in water pouring into the car. It showed a real lack of consideration for the customer experience, especially given the weather conditions.

We were greeted by an unfriendly individual who clearly was tired of explaining how the 2 for 2 Menu item works. We had to clean our table as no clean tables were available even though the restaurant was not busy. The new au jus sandwich dip was, surprise- the French onion soup in a pathetic disguise, served without the bread and cheese topping. The portion was ridiculously small. Wondering when they will actually figure out what quality means and turn this chain around.

Literal RAT POO on the back of the booth bench. I told the manager and she didn’t seem to bat an eyelid. I am so disgusted. This is the worst Panera bread in Naples. Don’t not go here! I wasn’t going to write a review but after paying $40 for a disgusting lunch, rotten fruit and seeing rat poop i had to say something.

Breakfast shown on app until 1030am but the manager or system cuts off our ability to order it online! So I need to run in and demand to get Breakfast at 1028am in person since the app wont take the order at 1025am! Horrible. I give up.

Annette at the counter is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at Panera! She refused to give me a cup that I paid for while standing there doing nothing! I went to the pick up counter to again try to get a cup! I wait another 5 minutes to get a cup! IF you really worried about lost prevention in lieu of customer service I’ll understand why Panera goes out of business one day! I have been coming in here for years!The manager is great. Policies and people like her are shameful!

I’m Glutton for punishment. I like their soup, and typically buy pick two. This Panera is closest to my home, and an added plus has been the drive through pick up feature since I’m disabled with mobility issues. My last 2 visits were grilled cheese with added ham. Both times there was no ham and the employee/manager didn’t offer to replace the sandwich with what I actually ordered, just gave me a free voucher. Which brings me to todays final visit. I didn’t feel like driving the extra half an hour to the better Panera so I placed a mobile order here for a turkey sandwich thinking they couldn’t mess that up. Well… I’ll just leave the picture below and let you decide if it was worth $12.

Pick up lady was insanely rude, I was waiting for my pick up order for 15 minutes without saying a word to not be annoying. I went to ask her if she had a pick up for me in case I ordered at the wrong place. She rudely said “you have to give me a minute” and walked away.

I ordered one of the new chicken sandwiches and it was made wrong and very dry. Update I have tried this store again bc it is convenient to my home. The chicken sandwich is good at every location except this one It is very dry and no matter how you order it, they seem to mess it up. You call it spicey chicken sandwich and one or two bites have sauce. And it’s EVERY time at this location even if you ask for extra sauce

Panera is always really good! A large variety of options so you will probably find something that you like here. The bagels here are delicious, my personal favorite is the Asiago because the cheese tastes so good on it when it is toasted. They also have great sandwiches like the Tuna, the Chicken with avocado, and the toasted steak which are all amazing. And the soups here are perfect, the broccoli cheddar is our personal favorite, and it gets even better with the baguette they give you as a side or even the Large Asiago bread that they make which you can purchase from their bakery. They also have plenty of desert and drink options if you like to have sweets. Panera is a good, if slightly expensive option if you are in the area😁

Everyone is always so friendly and the drive thru has always moved pretty quickly. My kids loooove the mac n cheese too!

Service is quick and food is great. Haven't had a soup or salad that has disappointed. The smoothies and fraps are pretty tasty as well. Haven't tried the sandwiches but I'm sure they do not disappoint.

Sad to share this review, I can't give lower than 1-star, or I would. I went yesterday to this location, it was dirty, tables not bused or cleaned no patrons and a sadness that bad restaurants take on when they aren't special anymore. (2) orders of Pick 2 both with Soup and 1/2 sandwich. Mine was supposed to be turkey chili soup with BLT Roasted Turkey Avocado sandwich. Picture below is what I got. So horrible I returned it. Didn't ask for a replacement or refund. The soup was chili, but not turkey chili, the sandwich was served with the avocado 1/4 whole, not sliced, the bacon was almost nonexistent, and the turkey was a 1/2 slice ripped apart from the whole, definitely not cut. All this with regular drinks was over $37 before a discount coupon was presented. I literally slopped better food to hogs back home on the family farm in Indiana. A nice young man came out and apologized, offered to replace my food, I declined, I never return food and expect replacement to be better or served without a grudge. He offered no refund (and I didn't ask for one). I will not be going to Panera again; this chain should hold better standards. I told him I would post this review and mention he was polite. I understand inflation, this complaint was not about the cost of the food, but what I could have dined on for that amount of money would have been better options. Sometimes you want something light and fast (mine was light - as I left without eating), sadly, I won't be able to go here again. It just makes me so sad when this is what passes as a dining-in option today. Quality and pride didn't show in the cleanliness and definitely not in the food served. Sad people, making sad food = sad review. Sorry!

Spent $33 for horrible experience and food. Placed order on app, within 5 minutes was notified it was ready. I knew it would not be ready so I waited 15 more minutes. Went in and there were 8 people waiting at the pick up window. So much for the convenience of ordering through the app. 25 minutes later I received my bag. The girl behind the counter was working very hard, not her fault, obviously needed help. I quickly look through the bag, was missing chips, she gave me the chips. I leave to get back to work, unload the bag and a cookie is missing. Not a big deal but when you pay $2.79 for one cookie it is. The food was NOTHING like the pictures. The /2 Turkey BLT, at $7.59, had 3 thin small pieces of turkey and 1 hard piece of bacon. The BBQ chicken had barely any chicken on it and the bread was burnt and hard as a rock. Pictures below are of what they market as their food and what it actually looked like. To find a positive the Mac and cheese was delicious. Something has happened in the last couple of years as this Wiggens Pass Panera used to be so good in quality, appearance, and experience. So sad

Both locations, Naples Blvd and Wiggins Pass/US 41 has decreased very badly. I had visited many times those locations. There where no hot water, the other location the hot water was cold. No coffee at service station. No cream or milk. No hand sanitizer, No Butter 🧈 for the bagels 🥯 we bought. The recently time there where no butter and on top of that no plate for my bagel, they didn't even mentioned that there where no butter, they just served our bagels plain and dry I have go and get cream cheese, and that's ok but I'll will be wonderful if the mentioned at the counter so we can choose something else and no waste time waiting in line again to get cream cheese because who can eat a bagel plain and dry? At least not me😔. Panera it's usually know for very good, fresh and healthy fast food. But for some reason for real it's decreased so badly. I can be here mentioning many things on the last experiences I have had here. Hopefully the owner do something to have a better service on this 2 locations!

I placed a delivery order yesterday. This is what I received for my Chipotle chicken avocado melt. So disappointed. I never experienced such thing and was so surprised that I have almost nothing to eat for lunch.

I placed an order at 3 pm for myself and 2 coworkers, wanting it to be delivered before I left for the day to go home at 3:30. The order arrived 30 minutes later - right on time for when I was supposed to leave for the day, only to find that part of the order was missing. Mine, of course. I called back into the store and told them that part of the order was missing and they stated they would send it right out. After waiting 50 mins I called to check on where it was and they told me it had just left the store at 4:20. The delivery guy finally walked into the office at 4:30, so I grabbed my stuff to finally leave for the day, spent 45 minutes driving home in heavy traffic in the opposite direction (otherwise I would have just picked it up myself), finally open the bag to eat my mac and cheese at 5:30 - and the container was only half full...

I love Panera bread and bagels, but their chicken salad sandwich was very scanty. Mostly bread, lettuce, and tomato. I got sick 6 hours later; it may not be related, but it was violent.

I seldomly have complaints. This visit was no different. The food and service were good. It was a big surprise to see the kitchen and service worker wearing slippers at work and on the food service line. It doesn't seem too hygenic and I don't think it's the uniform.

Horrible customer service by a person named Ava, who claims that she is the owner of this Starbucks. After reaching out to corporate I found out she’s not. She did however fraudulently charge my card for a drink I never received after I got my refund. Very passive aggressive and won’t be coming back here. She represents the company horribly and should be fired. If you read other 1 star reviews you’ll see she comes up in all of them just not by name because she doesn’t wear a name tag but is a fake blonde with fake contacts in. She’s heavy set and seems to struggle to move around. I recommend she join a fitness facility to combat this. This is a franchise location owned by a company called Matt Ventures and they seem to be okay with her behavior.

Poor service and attitude. Got the FU look from a barista when they served drinks to two other parties who were behind us in line and I asked about mine. They were slow, so sure about the attitude. We had to take a drink back because it was nasty. 3 drinks and one slice of bread = $23.

We have visited this location many times. Today our order was misunderstood, which was difficult given the two coffees were the same except one was decaf. Our order for 2 x pumpkin bread turned into just one. When we took the coffee back the replacement tasted awful as if the milk was sour and the frothed up milk looked more like clotted cream. On tasting the other drink, it was the same. We gave up and returned the drinks to a disbelieving server. The pumpkin bread however was great.

Really dirty and lack of options. Food cooler completely empty and trash everywhere. The floors and tables were disgusting.

Big and fancy, nice layout. Workers could use a customer service refresher. Shift change just occurred, and the outgoing manager was nice. The next crew didn't respond to him if they were all good. Why would they respond to us when the drink wasn't right, right? Big guy copped a "tude" when asked to fix it. I know they're busy, but come on, they just started the shift. You can do better.

This is the worst starbucks I have been to. There was a sign that clearly stated "50% off Holiday Coffee". I brought a bag to the register to pay and it didn't give the discount. I told the employee I didn't get the discount. They said that's what it rang up and that's what is. I asked to speak to a manager. The employee uncaringly said I'm the person in charge and made no attempt to resolve the situation. They were not helpful and not very polite. I paid for the coffee and left vowing not to come back. This seems like a case of FALSE ADVERTISING along with a rude employee. ******This is an edit to my original post. I contacted customer at the recommended customer service site that the owner suggested on numerous reviews. I contacted customer service and was only given a case number. This was two weeks ago. I haven't received any further response from them. This is really bad customer service 😒.

Hi, the dude on the drive through taking orders this morning? He ain’t it. Poor thing. No “Hello!” No “Thanks”, No “What would you like today.” He just stared down at the lil tablet thing. I had to ask, “Are you ready for me? Did you get that? Are you there Sir?” I had to say, “I hope your day gets better young Man. Thank YOU for taking my order.” Sheesh! He should go on fries or something. But anyways, Happy Spring! 🙂

My visits have been pleasant in service, whether calm or crazy. Your sandwiches, sweet breads, your egg dishes, and the beverages both served hot as well as cold are ordered without hesitation. However, due to traffic, the cleanliness of floors and service counters and tables are difficult to avoid spills and debris that customers are inconsiderate as well the customers occupying occupying tables for hours as an office desk nursing purchases when you might have more traffic at your counter purchasing what you are known to offer.

This is not a review on the product(s), but for the employees. The manager - Jason - often berates and disrespects his employees, verbally harasses them causing them to be visibly uncomfortable. He does not treat his employees equally, and I've seen him get too close to some of the female employees by touching them inappropriately. The employees aren't even comfortable working there when he is present, and his management style should undergo IMMEDIATE investigation. This causes for an unpleasant experience because if the employees are on edge because of him, they won't provide the excellent customer service that the Starbucks brand so proudly represents! This IS a place of BUSINESS, after all!!!

We were at Tropical Smoothie on Tuesday of this week and we always get a side of flat bread with our smoothie. The manager told the cashier we’d have to pay for a full sandwich. We come here all of the time and it’s never a problem here and at other locations to order a side of bread (way less than a $8+ sandwich). There was no concern or care. This happened one other time as well. We love this place and would love to give it a great review but the customer service today was terrible.

Staff was doing a lot of sitting around. Place was not busy most of the tables were filthy and napkins and crumbs all over the floor, had to wipe off my own table, love how when you pay it asks if you want to leave a tip, if I have to wipe down a table, look at food on the floor and have to get up to go to the counter to get my food. Do not expect a tip. Granted the employees here are young but it’s a reflection of the business. Maybe some over-site may be in order.

Love there Chia banana boost smoothie. Good chicken Caesar wrap as well.

The staff is wonderful and the smoothies are the best. I love that you can customize them.

Been to this location for several years and the old staff was amazing. They would remember your name and your usual orders. They would greet you when you came in and make you feel welcomed. All that changes in 2016 when they remodeled the store. They got rid of the colorful walls, Tropical island decor, and wall art. The colorful dining booths were replaced with basic tables and metal chairs. It looks and feels like a hospital cafeteria now. Cold and somber. No tropical music playing like the good old days. No greet when you walk in. No friendly smiles. The entire staff has been replaced. The service is subpar. Smoothies are not as great and tasty as they used to be and the food menu changed for the worst. Sad, as this used to be our favorite spot we frequented at least 3 times per week.

Kelley and his team are awesome!! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Each and every staff member remembers my name, my order and are always so nice. I have worked in customer service for many years so when I am treated great, I have to let it be known. The store and bathroom are always clean. They are fast and efficient. They're suggestions are spot on. Kelley recommended The Thai chicken salad and it is delicious. I like to change it up, so the chocolate truffle smoothie, little lime berry and the blueberry bliss are my favorites.

Waiting for about 20 minutes to get my chicken sandwich and that chicken was only 1 teaspoon. I gave 2 stars for cashier was nice.

We were here for a soccer tournament with a ton of parents and kids and this place was great. They can handle a LOT of people at once and the staff are very nice and have a great attitude. They also donate day old food to people in need which is amazing, given all the food that goes to waste these days. The food quality is very good. The bread bowls were fresh, soup was great. I got the Napa chicken sandwich and the cheddar broccoli tortilla soup, great combination! There is plenty of parking in the lot outside that is free. Lots of seating inside. Overall good place!

That is why I love this place, I made a decision to try new bagel bur did not realized it has spicy on it, it was my mistake, after take a bite my mouth started to burn, I kindly ask the cashier and the manager, made me a new bagel with no cost, this is so lovely this make me keep bringing to Panera bread, because this is satisfying even it is my wrong food choice they made it correct awesome awesome awesome

I am very enjoyed this Panera location, I used to go there after my shopping with my daughter. She loves eating together a bowl salad and the taste of the sandwiches in this location. I went to Panera Bread located on Airport Pulling, and we were very very disappointed there. But this location is quiet and very good environment and good customer service

I haven’t been to Panera for a meal in a while. The food is still delicious and we both enjoyed our meals. FYI - the lady behind the prep counter was a bit crotchety when I mentioned that I requested a chocolate chip cookie and not an M&M cookie. lol

I am a member of the Sip Club and come in about 5 times a week early morning to get a large iced coffee at the Tarpon Bay location near Target. Most times the coffee isn’t ready when they open at 6:00 am and end up waiting 10-15 minutes. You have to tell them there’s no iced coffee and then you have to wait while they make it because they forgot. The manager is rude and very unorganized. Not a great example of customer service for her staff. I really like the coffee here and hope they can improve their service!!

I specifically asked the cashier if teriyaki chicken bowl can be split for a pick two. She told me yes. When I was paying I noticed that my bill for two items was almost $18. She then told me that I was getting a full serving of the chicken and broccoli because it could not be split!! What?? Didn’t I just ask you that?? Then, I get home to eat my meal and find, the chicken and broccoli to be basically half of a serving. I don’t know why I keep giving Panera an opportunity to prove me wrong. They have not been the same for many years now, and I will not be returning.
