Crema is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a great cup of coffee and a quick bite in Nashville. The space is beautifully designed, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating — ideal whether you’re meeting up with friends or just enjoying a solo coffee moment. We ordered a latte, Cuban, and tried the coffee soda for the first time — definitely a unique and refreshing experience! The latte and Cuban were both well-balanced and smooth. Coffee soda might not be for everyone, but if you’re into trying something new, it’s worth a sip. For food, we got the avocado toast, which was pretty standard, nothing too exciting. But the rosemary scone and kouign-amann were delicious — buttery, flaky, and flavorful. Overall, great vibes, solid coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d visit again next time we’re in town.

Crema stays very busy. When I walked in there were five people in front of me, but the line went quickly. I had quite a few questions about menu items. Trying to order food because I have a dairy allergy. The staff was very helpful about finding out these answers for me so I could order. I ordered the avocado toast without butter and without cheese, a Americano decaf with oat milk. There is plenty of seating throughout inside and outside. The parking lot is not very large, however there are parking spots to the back. It is paid parking, however, the first 90 minutes are free. The vibe inside of the coffee shop is very warm and cozy. It seems to be the spot around downtown Nashville where a lot of people do meetings and hold work on their computers.

Crema was awesome! One of the best lattes I've had in a while, roast is super nice and not too sweet. Atmosphere was also super nice and, while I didn't have time during my visit, thought it was cool that they do coffee education in the back room!

well worth the wait! the berry tartine was phenomenal with a really smooth ricotta and sweetness from the berries that was broken up by the really good sourdough. the coffee with infused mint was refreshing but the syrups aren’t overly sweet which is nice!

[Update] I was able to get the ticket resolved after working with Crema directly — I’m grateful it was resolved and really appreciate their assistance That said, because I really love this shop and what it does for our community, I sincerely hope a business I love — one that states on their website "we intentionally seek out and choose partners who share our commitment to quality, sustainability and a belief that business can do good" — will take a hard look at its partnership with this predatory parking management company. I’d love to feel good about returning someday, and that starts with Crema holding itself to the same high standards it expects from its coffee and collaborators. [Original Review] One of my favorite coffeeshops in town, unfortunately finally fell afoul of the predatory parking when leaving after getting held up with an unexpected work call 5 minutes (literally) to the tune of a $70 ticket. I’ve visited the shop to sit at the window and work once a week for the past two years and sad to say today was probably my last visit. The coffee is always good though, some of the best in the city imo and have appreciated the great baristas (shoutout to Wes in particular who’s always been beyond kind and welcoming). Empathize with the shop, our parking issues are a city wide issue and it’s a real crime these monopolies are allowed to exist and are certainly the true villain but I can’t support or recommend a shop where patrons are in danger of a ticket that costs 10x the price of your coffee when you visit, it's not worth the risk if/when life happens.

We arrived before 8 on Friday morning. The worker bees are friendly and they work hard to get your order to you fast! If you want some fancy coffee, this is your place! Mind you, one can also learn here too. Check it out!

Came to have some brunch here after looking at the reviews. We were in downtown so it was easy since this was right where we were walking around . The service was great we got a table right away for a Sunday afternoon . We ordered a bagel sandwich and the salmon sandwich . We tried three different coffees . The flannel , the Havana and a caramel latte . The coffee was okay. I couldn’t really taste the caramel and the other two were heavy on the cinnamon . The bagel was not good :( very stale and not flavorful . The Sandwich itself was okay / maybe missing some sauce . The salmon sandwich on the other hand stole the show . It was very good - nice bread , the dill sauce was delicious and it was a thick piece of fish ! :)

Cute place for brunch. Easy to find, just a little walk from Broadway. There was a little wait when we went for brunch but here’s shops near by to peruse while you wait. The Havana latte was delicious! And all the food was fantastic. Service was great too. I would definitely recommend checking it out while in Nashville

The Golden Monkey 🧡🐒 is really special. Coffee with tumeric and black pepper. It really really works. I'd drink it everyday. The staff are really good to chat to. Today is Halloween and I'm having fun working out their costumes

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was very disappointed by this experience as the place had such good reviews. Waited 35 minutes for our food which was a bagel and a sandwich. Servers were condensing, except for one tall male with dark hair (did not catch his name). We were sat in a back corner, felt forgotten about. Wouldn’t recommend to any visitors from other countries like ourselves, we felt the reviews were misleading to what we experienced.

Delicious food and super cool atmosphere. Shrimp and grits were outstanding. Big shrimp, hearty andouille and a savory roux. Stuff was magical. Wife got the salami and Swiss which blew her mind. Will return!!! Service was perfect. Think some of the “slow” comments were largely tied to iced/specialty coffee orders that are prepared to order.

Had a 4 hour layover in Nashville & a very early flight so strong coffee was a must. Coffee at the airport done right! 10/10, got an americano (my second choice was a pour over) smooth, strong and just what I needed 🙏 staff was also incredibly kind and efficient. Highly recommend when you’re passing through!

A refreshing change where you can get your coffee from an espresso maker. I’m like my coffee short and black espresso style and Khalil (was it?) made the best double espresso I’ve had at an airport yet. When you don’t drown your coffee in milk it’s hard to hide a poor roast or a bad extraction. He did an admirable job. I’ll take the same again thanks.

Specialty grade coffee in an airport? Amazing find! Pour overs, excellent lattes with house syrups, and a good selection of pastries. Had a truly excellent latte when prepared for the typical bad airport chain options. Expensive though.

I ordered an European flat white and it was perfect! Not too milky or foamy. Just right. The perfect size for a preflight pick me up before a long day of traveling solo with a toddler. Employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Beats starbucks everyday of the week and twice on Sunday's!

Yall. This is far and away the best coffee I’ve ever had in an airport. Truly. It’s the real deal. Fresh espresso shots and hand steamed milk - very rare, especially for an airport. Kerrigan and Max gave stellar service - kind and skilled. This is your new spot if you are looking for quality coffee at BNA.

They have filtered coffee, so I asked if I could smell the coffee and was given 4 samples of the bean variety. It seems they don’t have good toasting process on the beans as 2/4 tasted burnt (remember I tried the beans raw), I recommend the Kabiufa beans for the filtered coffee. The coffee temperature was on spot, well prepared. Didn’t dare to try food because of other reviews. 5 stars because it’s the best coffee you can get at an airport.

Barista Parlor’s Germantown location is my neighborhood cafe and I love them so I naturally inclined towards them at the BNA airport. I tried to order Everything bagel 🥯 with cream cheese but they were out of cream cheese and recommended I get butter instead. When I received my order, they gave me toasted bagel with separate butter cups that were not room temperature; it was so hard to spread it on the go with the bagel crumbs falling all over. It made for a messy to-go food. Blueberry 🫐 muffin was good.

Sump Coffee in Nashville is a must-visit! ✨ The cortado is hands-down the best in town—rich, smooth, and perfect. ☕️ The croissants are also amazing, flaky, and go great with the coffee. 🥐 The staff is super friendly, and the whole place has a great vibe. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m in the states for the first time and I won’t lie, I’ve been struggling with the coffee here. You guys get so much right/ better than where I’m from but coffee is not one of them, for the most part. Thankfully I found Sump, a place where I can get a delicious cup of coffee, coffee as it should be. They saved my trip, the lack of good coffee was bring me down. Thanks!

Great pour over and lattes, good parking, a little pricey and not near anything. Service was good. Glad we walked from Vanderbilt to get there, would definitely go again if we are in the area. Recommend especially if you like black coffee.

Outstanding coffee. Lived in Seattle for a decade and am a ‘weird coffee person’ that gets to geeky about a good cup. Passed through sump in a business trip on a recommendation from baristas at other area shops (always a good sign). Had an espresso and a drip. Espresso shot was phenomenal - in my top 10 from anything I’ve had from anywhere. Branding has an onyx vibe. Interesting whole bean selection for purchase. Atmosphere was a little corporate / dead, but in every way, can’t recommend this place high enough.

The quality has gone down the drain. I used to frequent a year ago, and it was great but i’ve since returned and it’s awful. I wanted to go back and ask for my refund. The barista definitely does not know what he’s doing. Such a shame. Will definitely not be returning.

First off, this is a super cute clean place but their coffee beans are not my favorite. You know those new hipster coffee places that taste a bit sour….this is that! so if that is your jam, you might love this place. I thought I was staying away from that sour taste because I opted for a Costa Rica espresso blend. I live Costa Rica coffee….usually. But this was sour tasting. Some people love it. I usually drink my espresso with just a splash of cream but had to doctor it up with more half and half, simple syrup and cinnamon which they have for you to use to your liking at the counter near by. I do love that and appreciated that bonus, however when I ordered I wanted 3 shots of espresso. They won’t do that. You have to order 2 or 4, which I find a bit ridiculous. I went for 4. I spent extra thinking it was going to be awesome and it wasn’t.

Overall decent place I got the 🥑 avocado toast. It was pretty good just wasn’t that impressed by it. The service was good inside very hard for me to find a parking spot.

This Dose cafe is a great neighborhood spot in East Nashville. The space is really large and there’s plenty of options to eat & work at a high top counter, tables or a bar against the windows. Unfortunately their coffee is insanely bitter, which I do not like. Even after adding creamer, flavor and sugar, it was still too bitter for me to drink.

The overall experience was good but the food was exceptional. Creative and perfectly balanced combinations. They have a coconut chocolate scone that was really good but for me the Avocado toast was awesome. Best I’ve ever had. We had a veggie bagel as well and it was great. I got it with hummus and the hummus was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Cute spot with a clean, airy vibe. The salted whipped cream they put in some of their drinks like the Barcelona iced coffee was so. Good. We tried the turkey pesto sandwich and the curried chickpea sandwich. The bread tasted fresh and both sandwiches were delicious. Their signs advertised a Happy Hour from 3-5 that included $2 off beers.

1 star for the way my server was policing me at McGavock Pike this AM! Of course most places don’t allow outside food or drink but I’ve never been made to throw my drink away immediately. They probably were offended that mainstream competitor, Dutch Bros was messing up the hip vibe LOL. The true crime was telling me “you can’t do that here” when I fed my service dog scrambled eggs on a plate on the floor. I responded “luckily my dog already finished her food😚” and then I watched our server laugh about it with another server. By law my service dog can accompany me everywhere, and she damn sure can eat with me as well. I thought hipsters weren’t into policing? Such a loser.

Fantastic breakfast!! Loved loved loved the vegan bizcuit and how it sourced the biscuit and the sausage from local places (Guerilla Bizkits and Be-hive). Will be back to try the sausage and gravy! Can't recommend this enough to my vegan community. Latte and service was phenomenal as well. They had a designated work space, and can't lose with the weekwnd two for mimosas. Run don't walk!

Retrograde.Coffee is hands down my favorite spot in East Nashville to grab a latte. Every time I go, it’s a great experience with a super friendly staff. The coffee is always on point and really consistent, which I appreciate. Honestly, I think it’s the best place in the area to grab a latte. I enjoyed our time here on our coffee shop quest of the south. The unique apple latte smelled and tasted like fall. The pear pastry was yummy, too. Had a fun local vibe. Wasn’t in my top 3, but still really enjoyed it

This coffee shop could have easily been a 5/5 but I’ve some strong reasons for a solid 3.5/5 (-0.5) basic: I paid $4.25 for a plain croissant and they had no decent way of heating it up other than putting it in an microwave and making it soggy AF. I don’t have any problems when coffee shops charge you a premium for simple bakery items or coffee, but I do expect a high quality product in those cases. I mean, just buy an air fryer, before you start charging a premium for bakery items so you can at least warm them up without screwing up the taste. (-0.5) $$: they are charging slightly more than most of the cafes I’ve been to in Nashville with an exception of a few that go above them. (-0.5) location: it’s not a great location. Parking is free however there’s a wood work shop right next door and you can find gravel/stones lying around in the parking area. (Neutral) staff: they aren’t the friendliest of all people. No one was rude, however. Apart from these, I must say, the coffee was top-notch; one of the best espresso I’ve had in Nashville. I got the Cortado over ice (iced espresso with oat milk) and it was out of this world. They do have avocado toast on their menu for $10 The coffee was good enough to make me give them another chance, so I might go there again and see if my experience is different but it won’t be my go-to place.

The hot chocolate was exquisite as we only like good chocolate and nothing pre made. The tea was also so delicious as it was freshly steeped with a variety of different herbs. Our pastry was really good as well. Very nice

Visiting from out of town for a few days, and we got coffee here every morning because the coffee and the vibes were equally good. It’s a very chill atmosphere, great for adults and kids, and purposefully inclusive. Definitely will visit again!

NASHVILLE COFFEE TOUR #1: My friend and I tour different coffee places around Nashville that are new to me. ☕ We had a good experience overall. It was a well-lit, intimate coffee shop. The bar was a great place to converse and people watch. I had an Americano while my friend had a Latte. We both enjoyed the coffee for its freshness and size. The espresso leans towards the greener notes that people tend to favor in Nashville that it's not my fave, but I did like it. I do personally love a dark roast (scandalous!) but can definitely enjoy a well-roasted cup of coffee! ❤ Bestie had an egg sandwich that was pretty good, but I wasn't truly paying attention to cost and the details. The bagels are impressively made there and they were really good! I had a fantastic blueberry muffin! The staff could be friendlier and less condescending, but everyone is entitled to his own snarkiness every once in a while so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. We felt like we were a little too joyful to be there! If I was in the area, I would stop in to grab a cup, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

This spot has vibes. Modern decor. They pull a great double shot. Two bean options for their espresso draw. Zen feels while I sat. I'll be back if /when I'm in Nashville again.

Came here every morning of a conference in Nashville! Lovely people, great coffee, and wonderful muffins. I love the interior- the whole experience is just delightful! Also, the staff is so kind and knowledgeable about food allergies!

Coffee didn’t have much flavor or depth. The espresso was smooth and light but I couldn’t taste anything else and it was the special drink of the month. The avocado toast was good but needed salt and some kind of oil or more cheese. The acai bowl was good.

Place was very nice. Cool decor and good selection for breakfast. I got the First Lady coffee which had minimal ice which I loved and tasted of cardamom for some reason but was still delicious. I also got the Kona açaí bowl. I liked the addition of spirulina and hemp seeds but the amount of bananas was a lot higher compared to the other berries. The place definitely needs one of those big chalkboard menus that you can look up at. They only had a couple physical menus which is kind of an issue when there's a lot of people. Other than that, a great place to stop by.

First time visiting, the new employee in the front was very welcoming. Açaí bowl was okay, the Kenya espresso was great, just wish it was served with some presentation.

Honest Coffee was better than a mega chain. Overall, it was a nice place. Solid coffee. I’m definitely spoiled by having tried some of the finest roasts in all the land, so take my words with a grain of salt. This is a great spot to grab a quick cup, enjoy some mellow tunes (think Harvest Moon vibes), and be on your way.

What a beautiful find in German Town in Nashville. Wonderful bites and super java in a gorgeous facility. Everhtime I came it was packed. They also have a beautiful outdoor area. The only complaint is that the service is bordering on rude. Not helpful. It seems everyone is either grumpy or disinterested which is too bad because they have a good thing going here. This service was apparent the four times I returned here. I just overlooked it because where I was staying this was my breakfast spot before I had to work online. 4

You’re going to get good coffee here. You’re going to meet nice and friendly people working here. You’re going to sit outside when it’s the perfect temperature and listen to good music they’re playing when you forgot your earphones. You need to go to here!

Sometimes the best meals are the simplest ones. 🥓🍳☕ I stopped into a little café today and ordered the classic — bacon and eggs, toast, and a hot cup of drip coffee. Nothing fancy, but everything was spot on. The bacon was crisp, the eggs cooked just right, the toast perfectly golden, and the coffee had that fresh, comforting flavor that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. What really made it though was the experience — the staff were friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit. The atmosphere had a neat, cozy vibe, the kind of place where you could easily sit for a while and just take it all in. It’s the small cafés like this that remind you how good simple food, good people, and a good setting can be. 🙌

What a cute place! I don’t really go out into Germantown very often since parking tends to be difficult so today I was so pleasantly surprised when Steadfast not only had a parking lot where I could easily park, but also pretty easy street parking too. There is a beautiful outdoor area and the inside is great to hangout or to get some work done. I would love to go back when the weather is a little warmer and spend some time in the outside area. I got a matcha latte and a bagel. Both were solid options. They have other baked goods and other menu items which I’d probably opt for next time when I’m a little hungrier. I got to talk to the owner a little bit and he was so nice! All in all a pretty great experience!

Nice clean little coffee shop in the heart of Germantown. Simple tasty breakfast sandwiches and homemade pastries. They have a sesonal menu, which offers up a change of drinks and food. The coffe is good. Though the options are pared down, the coffee is well made and all sauces and syrups are made in house. Various milks are available also. Great place to meet up with a friend, have a small meeting, study, or work. Just make sure you order something 😉. There is outdoor seating for those who like fresh air. Dogs are welcome, they can even get a treat.

Went to this coffee shop to get some work done and really liked it. The vibe was calm and cozy, just the kind of space you want when you need to focus. I got a matcha and avocado toast, and both were actually really good. The matcha wasn’t too sweet, and the toast was fresh and hit the spot. No complaints at all. The staff were nice, and everything felt easy and chill. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I need a change of scene to work or just grab something light.

The atmosphere and the coffee were lovely. The staff were friendly and kind. The food option was not fresh. I got the avocado toast: the avocado was a cheap spread that was not tasty, the tomato was from a can, like an Italian stewed tomato, the mozzarella was just sliced and placed on top with way too much balsamic glaze. I was really hoping for more. I didn’t finish it! ☹️Butterscotch latte was amazing!!

We love visiting local coffee shops. This was our first time and it was pretty good! They don’t have a large menu for seasonal/ speciality drinks so that was a bummer. The latte and black & white coffee were pretty good, but not the best coffee shop we’ve visited. The seating and atmosphere is very nice, and the baristas were very friendly!

Elegy Coffee is one of my Nashville favorites. Even though it’s tucked inside the lobby of a corporate office building, it still nails the cozy, creative vibe you want from a great coffee spot. The Honey Bear and Lemon Bar coffees are both incredible. Definitely a must-try.

Cute spot with delicious espresso! The espresso was wonderfully rich, buttery, and filled with chocolate notes. The Cortado was perfectly proportioned, much to my joy! :) Really friendly baristas here, and so many nooks throughout the lobby to work from. Pretty sure they’ve got outlets (overheard that) and very sure they’ve got wifi!

We’ve been to every coffee shop downtown and Elegy is the best one there is for multiple reasons. The coffee is delicious and strong and they have a wide variety of lattes, cold brews, & espresso. It’s a dog friendly coffee shop (a huge bonus!) & they make their own dog treats to give to the dogs. Our Einstein (mini dachshund) is known by name here and we’ve always said that if he got off leash somehow in the city, he’d end up here at Elegy. The workers are always the kindest people who take the time to greet you and ensure that you enjoy your drink. Through the months, Elegy has done a great job of adding breakfast foods & pastries to their menu but be aware that the early bird does get the worm because they sell out every morning (usually by 10:30AM). This is the best coffee shop also to lounge in and people watch or just glance at the city views. We love Elegy and are so thankful for this cafe.

Killer espresso-based drinks. I had a latte and the Espresso roast was wicked smooth, medium bodied, and beautifully understated. Loved the overnight oats and croissant. Partner got the honey bear on tap, which was on point!

Very friendly staff and the coffee was great. I was just in the area for a conference and I always like to try some locally roasted coffee and I wasn't disappointed. Had a cold brew and fresh batch brew. I even picked up some dog treats to bring home to our 2 Aussies, one normally doesn't like hard treats but he's loves these so much I literally just ordered 2 bags to be shipped to PA along with more coffee beans.

Love visiting Elegy Coffee every time I’m in Nashville! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is cozy and clean. The coffee is consistently great definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to again and again.

My husband and I have been coming to this place for about a year, but unfortunately will never be returning after today. My husband and I enjoy getting bagels from Proper Bagel (next door) and then getting coffee from Bongo Java and sitting on their outside porch area. We’ve done this many times and it’s never been a problem. Today, however, the owner of Bongo Java himself, Bob Bernstein, interrupted our breakfast and told us that we could not bring outside food. When I showed him our coffee from his literal restaurant that we payed for, he replied that it doesn’t matter since we’re spending more money at the other place. This was the only reason he gave. (Would’ve been more understandable if he had given literally ANY other reasons besides just money) ?????? Mind you, there were PLENTY of seats so it’s not like we were inhibiting higher-paying customers. He then said that he would allow us to finish our current meal but we were to never do such a thing again. Obviously we didn’t feel comfortable continuing our meal there after getting berated by the owner, so we got up and left. I understand that it’s his place and his rules, but I just wanted to say that I think this is very bad business. Rather than making me want to purchase food from this establishment, it actually made me want to never come back there ever again. Thus, I really think that whatever he was trying to accomplish backfired and I’m sure that if other people were told the same thing, they would definitely feel the same way. So just beware that you may or may not be confronted by the owner and asked to leave if you bring outside food EVEN IF you’re a paying customer. Perhaps readjust your approach, Bob Bernstein. Food/drink is decent, would maybe give it a 3.5 out of 5. I enjoy the variety of their seasonal options.

I go to Bongo all the time because I live in the neighborhood, and today, the staff was again unfriendly and unhelpful. First, they listed the wrong name on my order so when it was ready, I had no idea and my order sat and died (food service terminology) on the counter. Then, when they realized I had been waiting for awhile, they asked my order and realized it was this “Robert” order that had been waiting. While annoying, I get that we’re all human and these things happen, but here, the inattentive nature of the staff is the norm, which is wild because it’s literally a CUSTOMER SERVICE role . My order had also been listed incorrectly so I asked for it to be made according to what I paid for (just iced instead of hot). 15 minutes later, I received my drink remade, still wrong. I have a dairy allergy and got home to realize the remake was whole milk. Not okay at all. I can’t drink this and paid and tipped 25%. If you can’t keep up in a busy moment of service, find another occupation than the service industry. You lost a customer today. As a gay man in a conservative town, I try to support queer friendly businesses, but these things happen all the time there. I am wondering if they only hire friends of the current staff and not actually skilled, trained baristas.

The blt and the grilled cheese sandwiches were really good. My husband had ordered the turkey sandwich and they brought him the wrong one, but he was ok with since it was so good. Service was extremely slow. The outdoor seating was very pleasant.

Very good coffee and food in a good location to go to Nashville or for Belmont University students. I highly recommend their mocha which pairs nicely with the Egg McBongo with apple wood bacon. Though it is expensive, it is only as expensive as Starbucks which is a major step down in quality and flavor.

Perfect spot for coffee on the go or to sit down and enjoy a pastry/light breakfast! I really enjoyed my cappuccino and wish I had time to stop by one more time before heading home!

The oldest coffee shop in Nashville! What a wonderful atmosphere, delicious coffee and a breakfast menu that is amazing! You definitely must visit here. Cool merchandise, too! Then stroll across the street to Belmont University and Belmont mansion. Gorgeous!

Wait: we had zero wait, which was refreshing after first going to Butter Milk Ranch and being told it was 3-3.5HR wait with prices 30-40% higher. Atmosphere: patio has ample picnic table seating, which is great for days with nice weather; its also great that you walk up to order food (zero wait); this makes for a much more efficient dining visit Improvement opps: my green eggs benny dish was delicious, though i recommend offering one side dish as included at this current price OR drop the price 1-2 dollars. Thoroughly happy that we wandered in and experienced Stay Golden. Plenty of seating, amazing light in the space and it is incredibly clean and tidy. Super friendly team there supporting the front of house and keeping things moving. Food came out quickly and while it was moderately packed, it wasn’t as loud as I thought it might be. Overall, hands down will be going back to my new favorite brunch place

A nice average coffee shop. It's always a great choice to go to someplace that is roasting and the coffee itself was very fresh. Nobody working there could tell me what I was drinking except for a description of "Medium" roast. Not helpful. My stretch item was the Cold Brew Morning Glory with was laden with so much condensed milk, I should have just asked for the diabetes special. It was more like a jacked up Chai tea than a cold brew beverage. The sausage/egg/cheese sandwich was vey tasty. It was huge and this would have been something to split with someone else easily. The Coffee of Day was quite good. Maybe a Columbian blend? I might go to this place again if this is where I was staying or lived, but as a destination coffee shop, meh. Your staff should really know what the coffee is if it's a coffee shop. SAVOR - 3/5

The coffee tastes so fresh here holy hell. I'm not a sommelier, so I don't know how to describe it. But you can tell they roasted the beans in house. None of that stale aftertaste, or gross burnt undertones (seriously why do people still go to St*rb*cks) The menu is also pretty refreshing. I've had dozens of turkey bacon sandwiches in my life, and they always taste the exact same (not that there's anything wrong with that). This turkey bacon sandwich slapped me in the face with some WILD flavor combinations that work really well together! I've never had a sandwich like it! But the ATMOSPHERE here takes the cake. This feels like a place I would want to stay at for hours after I finished my meal. It's so cozy and welcoming. So many tables and sitting areas for all types of customes, the color scheme brings so much light and space into the smaller location, and the coffee is really good you should try the coffee please it's really gooooooooood You can tell the owners of this place aren't just in it for the money. They're passionate about the food they cook and the coffee they roast. They want to make their little coffee place a pillar for the community, and I think they knocked it out of the park. Love this place. Support local businesses.

Stopped by to grab a snack after the Sabrina Carpenter pop up. Ordered a side of fruit. After 20 minutes my food was never brought out. Finally went up and asked for it and they brought it out. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for some grapes a few apple chunks and 1/4 banana

We often come to get coffee but the breakfast is great too! They have a British style breakfast which is super yummy. They have great seasonal drinks which change often & the classics.

Whatever you are doing to that poor overworked, despondent cashier and food runner that we encountered on Sunday, Nov 2 around 1:30, could you please knock it off? Absolutely gave off vibes that said “welcome to Flora + Fauna, now go ‘kick’ yourselves”. It was sooooooo bad that it was funny. I honestly wanted to see if the cashier was alright, maybe she was having a bad day…maybe she needed a hug or a better work environment…it was truly disturbing. All I can say as someone who worked in marketing is she is not the face you want representing you. The baristas on the other hand were giving out good vibes and just a great energy—so maybe share those wonderful beverages with your cashier and food runner. I’m so sorry they were having a bad day but their attitudes towards us were truly unwarranted. I wish I could rescind my tip; I’ve worked in food service so I just automatically tip. In hindsight however, I see that no one deserves to be rewarded for treating people in such an ugly fashion. Please pay attention to your staff and make sure they’re alright. The drinks were good, but I won’t be going back. I don’t need to pay to be treated that way.

For a quaint little coffee shop, this is a good one. They have all kinds of coffee options and do offer decaf. Some of the choices are rotated through seasonally. The music is a bit loud for working or holding a conversation. But the seating is comfortable, the coffee good, and the service is great!

Come get your fix at the Drug Store! The signature lattes are fantastic. Stationed on the first floor of the Noelle hotel-whole other story there! You cannot go wrong. Get you a prescription of coffee from THIS place! We enjoyed the huckleberry lavender as well as the Biscoff latte. My husband stuck with the staple Vanilla and said that it was a solid friend!!!

We had an iced lavender latte with honey and an iced coconut mocha, they were excellent. Haven’t had such a great crafted coffee in a while. Loved the atmosphere and the baristas are the nicest, they accommodated my order and even did a little extra with the honey 🍯 Thank you so much, best coffee in Nashville.

Drug Store Coffee is a great spot! The coffee is excellent, smooth, rich, and made just right. The service is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for my coffee fix.

Great for getting some work done, solid place for coffee. The architecture of the attached hotel is top notch and the cafe itself is great. I had multiple drinks here and my favorite was the pour over. I got the cold brew too but it was quite bitter. Maybe I got the bottom of the batch? 🤷🏻‍♂️ would definitely come back because I’m a huge cold brew fan

Pastry case was tempting. Got the chorizo breakfast burrito and the holy cannoli iced coffee. The burrito was awesome. The coffee was not as sweet as I normally get, but I wasn’t mad about it. The vibes are immaculate. There was a cute little display of the baristas’ pets. If I lived in the city I would visit weekly.

I like this place! It’s my first time in Nashville and this place is close to my hotel so I tried it out and I don’t regret it. I got a cortado, Hand pour(Ethiopia suke Quoto) Bacon egg cheese on a croissant and a cinnamon roll. The food was good. The cortado was great, but I really enjoyed the Hand Pour. I would come here again.

The atmosphere is nice, and the coffee os ok. But the person who is taking the order is really not welcoming. It is also really unprofessional that there’re no name was called when the drink is ready which caused someone else took my drink. I had to wait for longer. The lid is also really loose, and I constantly spilling on my shirt which RUINED my day.

This is one of the nicest coffee places in Nashville midtown/campus area. Great location, friendly baristas, high quality coffee and nice food options. Also the bathrooms are many and incredibly clean for a coffee shop.

Adorable coffee shop with a light selection of food and nice variety of coffees. The atmosphere was warm and very spread out with ample seating. The art was cute and souvenirs were nice. We enjoyed the avocado toast, house salad, smash burger, and kid’s burger. The amount of fries was a bit disappointing though and the service was mid. Overall we would visit again.

Stopped in for lunch and everything was delicious. I had the biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs and potatoes, plus a side of bacon. The gravy had a kick to it that I absolutely loved, and the bacon was cooked perfectly—crispy but not burnt. I also grabbed an iced chai tea latte to go, and it was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Great food, fast service, and a fun vibe. Don’t miss out on this super cute spot. As an out of towner we really just wanted good food and coffee without the hustle and bustle. Picked the perfect spot! Free 1 hour parking just across the street. My avocado toast was some of the best I have ever had and so was my latte! The hubby had a steak burrito and loved it. Zero wait, quick and kind service. 10/10 will go back!

What happened to this place??? This was always a favorite among the locals. Stopped in for breakfast and was HUGELY disappointed. Bacon was limp and greasy. Biscuit looked frozen, cooked yesterday, and reheated today. Completely inedible. $40 for two to eat diner food. Stick to the coffee and find your food elsewhere.

Found on Google while visiting for the weekend and decided to give it a shot. Casual breakfast and brunch spot with a good amount of indoor seating and some outdoor too. I got a simple bagel sandwich and it was fine. Pretty bland but nothing bad. I could just add salt and pepper myself but wasn’t too hungry so ate half of it. Overall no real complaints, was exactly what I expected. Decent spot to grab a quick bite and chill for a bit.

SAUSAGE! fido is known for incredible coffee and a wonderful bakery selection. You can’t go wrong with those pop tarts or cinnamon roll by the way. Today I had a spinach feta braid, which was excellent. but the breakfast plate with the eggs (which were cooked to perfection) the home fries, which were delicious and addicting was complemented by sausage patties, which are the stuff of which dreams are made. The flavor, the portion…. I’m telling you grab a side of sausage patties with whatever you order. :)

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was a piece of paper inside of it (like the wax paper that separates pieces of deli cheese). Really gross and disappointing after waiting 25 min for food. Other than that the coffee and pastries are decent.

We were tourist staying in the area, and a quick Google search told us this coffee close. Super friendly service and the two specialty lattes were excellent! Flavored lattes can get super sweet and these were just the perfect mix of sweet and coffee flavors. A wonderful start to our morning!

This spot was really cool and the staff were super friendly! The only problem is that I didn’t like my coffee very much. I think I may not be a personal fan of the brew of espresso, but I find that coffee is a personal preference. The bagels were delicious and I’d recommend going here to chill.

My go-to East Nashville coffee shop for ~12 years. Consistently great coffee (the specialty lattes are legit), super kind staff, and fresh pastries every morning. Perfect for grab-and-go or posting up inside or on the patio. Easy 5 stars.

My first time in the coffee shop and it was a delicious experience in both the coffee and the service. I explained my sweet coffee preference and current sleepy condition and the beautiful tall man behind the counter served up a delicious and potent concoction for me, a yummy iced Hoodie Latte. There was a wait line to the door but it moved along steadily. With seating inside and outside among plants, trees and sunlight, the vibe at Ugly Mugs is bohemian chill, mellow, relaxed. Super cool place with great friendly staff and a chill vibe! They offer very great latte flavors which not many places offer. I got the black bear latte with oat milk and love the blackberry flavor which I’ve never had in a latte. I asked if they did latte art and they were very accommodating to do their best. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and the music is very chill. This is a great place to hang out or get some work done. If you’re looking for fancy lattes with a great vibe then this is the place for you!

Good coffee! Great beans. The oat milk lattes are often flat unfortunately. The renovation feels more spacious! It is just always sooo cold. They have 3 big ac units set to 64!! Like… that’s crazy the floor is concrete and the walls are brick so it’s very hard, sharp, cold and uncomfortable. Why would you make a coffee shop so cold? Weird because the other location on charlotte is incredibly cozy and bright.

Love the berry tea, strong WiFi, and chips! Would love more herbal tea options and vegan food but there is also peppermint tea. Glad I came here! Love the vibes ✨💫✨

Nice coffee shop... BUT the food my fiance and I ordered was terrible. I got the veggie burrito and it tasted like the cook quadrupled the salt in the recipe, inedible. My fiance hit the chorizo burrito and he had a huge puddle of grease in the bowl. We are not picky eaters. Grab a coffee, or go to an actual breakfast joint.

Hip coffee/tea shop with seasonal and specialty flavors. Breakfast burritos and bagels are part of their food menu. Service is friendly but very slow. The coffee strength is typical for the area. I can't say that there is anything that makes this shop stand out out over others that would make me go back with the slow service. Parking wasn't hard to find.

This place had limited pastries, which was unfortunate. But they had a chai worth appreciating. It was subtle with both its spice and sweetness, but enjoyable nevertheless. The music was super loud making it hard to have a convo, but I would go back.

My husband wanted to go cafe hopping for his birthday, this was our first stop and it did not disappoint! We got a bbq chicken and beef sambusa, and they were both super crispy and very fresh. The mandazi was lightly sweet and went very nicely with the Somali chai we got! The chai itself was definitely one of the best I’ve had in Nashville! I enjoyed it so much I bought a bag of it! And the service was awesome, everyone is super nice! I couldn’t believe we’d never been before, we’ll definitely be back often!

Nice cafe intimate but big enough not to feel cramped in. I only stopped by to try the Dubai strawberries. They were delicious my expectations were high so for $20 a cup you already know I had my pinky finger up! 😆 7 out of 10 for me I definitely will go back to try other items on the menu The staff were nice and efficient.

We had a great time at The Horn. Their menu had so many things we wanted to try. We ended up going for mixing and matching three of the sambusas - Cheesy Breakfast, Philly Cheesesteak, and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. All of them were so yummy! We also got a Dubai chocolate cheesecake to share. The size was perfect for two people. I thought the chocolate itself was a little too sweet, but it was my first time trying Dubai chocolate and I have to say it is so good! Even better as a layer over cheesecake. Yum! I still think about that cheesecake sometimes. We went on a weekend morning day and while they had a line nearly to the door, we got through the line and were able to order our food pretty quickly. We were also pretty easily able to get a table for us and parking was pretty easy with some spots right outside. The parking lot isn’t huge so parking could be hard depending on how busy they are at different times of day. Excited to go back sometime!

I went in to see how good the sambusas are that people were raving about. It did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. I got the 3 for 11 deal, one bbq chicken, one beef and another cheese steak. Cheese steak was good considering Im also not a big fan of cheese steaks. The chai, Idk, maybe Im not a chai drinker, so it was ok. Dubai chocolate cheese cake was great but to sweet for me personally.

There is a reason they are highly rated! The Chai Tea is one of the kind! It’s so smooth and yummy! Try their butter/ sugar cookies crunchy and perfect amount of sugar! Couldn’t stop eating them :) Update: we stop by today and their food is amazing and Chai is top notch cold as it is hot!

We each had the cheesy and the Philly. Both were excellent and fresh. We got the Dubai chocolate cheesecake and the Biscoff cheesecake. Both are delicious and creamy. So glad our daughter suggested this place.

This is the single best coffee shop in Nashville! The atmosphere is perfect for working and hanging out with friends, the drinks are incredible, and the pastries--made by a super cool barista named Bee--are literally the best that I've ever had. Every single person who works here brings something special to the table. For example, one of the managers, Shea, runs a super fun book club that meets every month at this shop. Another manager, Jamie, has invented some truly awesome drinks that you'll never find in any other shop. As for the other baristas, Steph is so kind to animals and makes my dog feel welcome every time I come in. Sierra tells amazing jokes that makes all of the customers laugh, Riley always picks the best music to keep the shop's atmosphere cool, and Ryan brews some of the best cocktails in the world! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

This place was such a vibe! It was opened with the goal to get back to the roots of the original barista by serving coffee and other drinks. The vibes were none stop from the menu to the seating to the decor. I went with a “classic” vanilla caramel latte (so good!) and hubs had their house made signature vanilla cream soda which he loved. Its a place where you can get a little work done or simply just chill by the fireplace. Definitely a must visit when you’re in Nashville ☺️

A definite diamond in the rough. The coffee was quite good. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and, thanks to a previous reviewer, knew to ask about leaving the mustard off. The restaurant really needs to list all ingredients on the menu if for no other reasons than allergy safety and liability. The food was good and the atmosphere comfortable. The whole place gives off an old world vibe, but manages to do so without being pretentious. I found it odd that, as a coffee shop, it didn’t open until 9am. Overall, a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area.

Great spot to work remotely or visit with a friend. It’s a quieter atmosphere which is perfect for a study break or for someone with a “traveling office”. We had the affogato, macchiato, and a muffin. I really love the true lounge vibe of this place. This is a great area to walk around and explore and Americano Lounge is a definite must for a coffee break.

I visited Matryoshka shortly after they opened and really enjoyed the coffee and vibe, but found the space just a bit too confined. Upon visiting recently, I was happy to see that the seating area has greatly expanded and the coffee was as good as (if not better) than I remembered. In a city that is becoming increasingly saturated with "coffee destinations", Matryoshka stands out thanks to its playful approach to coffee, creative menu, and super personable staff. It's a great reminder that stellar coffee doesn't have to be synonymous with a cold, industrial garage aesthetic. I hope this shop continues to get the customers and reputation it rightly deserves.

Gluten free friends, another place for you! Marty's is bright, cheery, friendly, and inclusive. Their coffee choices are delicious, clever and most are GF! There are GF breakfast choices like muffins and donuts. I had the coffee cake muffin and the edible glitter topped Gas Station Capp. Glitter! Highly recommend a visit!

Got the Diane Keaton and I stg if that’s the last thing I ever drank I’d be a happy man. I almost never order lattes but WOW. Equally sweet and could fully taste the espresso. I feel like that almost never happens. On top of that, incredible decor that makes it feel like an art museum. Incredibly kind staff and clearly a space that supports community. Overall the shop feels intentional and meaningful in not only the drinks but the space itself and it has character. I’d be here everyday if it were closer but I’ll certainly come back as often as I can.

Been on my “list” to come to for a while I wasn’t disappointed! Great aesthetic and vibe inside, great service, comfy available seating and the coffee is fantastic (delicious Cuban). Will be one of my go-tos now!

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin?!? The atmosphere was adorable, the staff was phenomenal, and our coffee was absolutely amazing! We traveled in from out of town and I wanted to find the best coffee in Nashville… well I think I did!!! We CANNOT wait to be back.

Had their coffee a couple times and really enjoyed it. This was my first experience going in to the shop myself. They offer a nice variety of standard coffee, specialty, and seasonal flavors. Ordered three 16 oz lattes for $20 which is standard. Service was fast and friendly. My eggnog latte cup wasn't filled and was like drinking straight eggnog. The ratio was definitely off. Experience was not what I was hoping for but overall not terrible.

I got the mermaid lox bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Lox can be a hit or miss sometimes, not fishy at all. I also got a cowboy latte, which was so good too. Perfect little breakfast/brunch vibe! It was alittle crowded so I took it to go. It is also connected to a book store, super cute!

COFFEE IS SO BAD DO NOT GO HERE! My friend addicted to caffeine could not even drink the cold brew. Coffee tasted like it sat overnight and was sour. So bad we left, wasted money, and walked 4 minutes to a better coffee shop. Food was eh, looks like a grab and go sandwich. Service was good and quick. Place is comfortable and nice couches. People were nice. Has potential but fix the damn coffee please.

Super cute coffee shop in my neighborhood and the first time I went there, I tried their limited edition Valentine’s Day Latte (picture below). It looked so different from what they showed on the menu, specially the whip cream was served in their regular latte cups (picture below). But I instantly ignored that, as I was super exited about trying the latte, and didn’t care that it didn’t look like the picture they advertised. The espresso shot was actually good but the syrup and their homemade whip cream was too sweet and made the overall latte a tad sweet for me. Their brewed coffee was okay, but Cortado ratio was messed up, they had added more milk than the 1:1 ratio and there was no Cortado art in the cup that most baristas do usually. The place was super cute to chill at and the seating was comfortable as well. Wifi was functional, no issues. There’s no parking lot designated to the coffee shop, but we easily found street parking in that area with a little bit of a walk (within one block). Overall, i liked the place. I’ll give them a solid 3.5 and would come again to try their other seasonal lattes.

I had been in before for just coffee, which is good here. Last time I also got a sandwich, and it was delicious. REALLY good sandwich, the bread and other ingredients all fresh and flavorful. And the for-here order is actually served as such (in an actual mug and on a real plate rather than fast food style paper cup and plates).

Best coffee shop in Nashville! I love this place! Ken is so friendly and kind. The nutella latte can't be beat. Five stars all dayyyyyy!

Very cute spot! They were very efficient in making our drinks! I didn’t feel like there was necessarily anything unique about the taste or quality of coffee but it’s a fun spot to go sit for a little bit!

Very cool space - large restaurant that feels very modern and clean. Large bowling alley in the back. Good vibes. The hush puppies are delicious and the breaded cauliflower was very good (but spicy!) Only complaint was that the salmon Benedict definitely gave me food poisoning. Or possibly the cocktail with egg whites on top - if that didn’t happen Pinewood would’ve gotten 5 stars

So impressed with this restaurant! We came for a bachelorette trip and they went above and beyond, by surprising our bride with a card and dessert. The staff was so kind, helpful, and respectful, and the food and drinks were incredible. Plus, the place itself was adorable! 10/10 would recommend

Excellent! I ordered the Frid Chicken plate and it was a good choice. The chicken was not dry, and had great flavor. It was crispy and seasoned well and the hot honey was a perfect balance. The side were also delicious. The mac had the right amount of cheese and the collard greens were cooked perfectly with a hint of BBQ smoke. The coleslaw was also a great palate cleanser between the other flavors. It was a great space and great place to have fun with friends.

Dinner here based on my son's suggestion, but he didn't check to know that you need a reservation. Luckily they had seats at the bar and you could order the full menu there. Beware of the spice... the deviled eggs were hot! Uber didn't drop us off at the right place, so watch out for that too. Otherwise, good food and service. Unique place inside. Bowling? Sure.

I wanted to love this place, but sadly we were left disappointed. First off, we had a reservation and had to wait about half an hour after our time to be seated. Our entire group ordered within ten minutes, but our food took over one hour to come out. Our waitress was really nice, but after waiting that long, it would have been nice to have had some kind of discount. They did offer two sticky buns for our table. Our food (after an hour of waiting) was also room temperature. I got the breakfast burrito with potatoes. We expected more out of such a fun establishment.

My AirBnB host recommended Pinewood for my 25th birthday dinner, and I’m so glad we went! The food and drinks were outstanding, and the service was great. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to answer any questions about the menu. The manager even made a point to come over and introduce herself and even comped my first drink for my birthday- definitely a gesture that wasn’t needed, but was SO appreciated! The ambience was so neat, as there’s still a fully functioning bowling alley in the back too. I would most definitely recommend Pinewood to anyone looking for a great meal in Nashville!

What a fabulous place! The food was amazing, very tasty and the service was so friendly and helpful. Hannah was just super friendly and ever so helpful with decisions on the menu. We tried the fried cauliflower which had so much flavor and just the right amount of crisp without too much oiliness. The atmosphere is trendy with the vibe of an older place brought back to life! Just a great vibe!

Great neighborhood gem. Open early with coffee, good food, and large portions. The Crepe Florentine is excellent. The interior is simple, and clean. Service was prompt.

I decided to try a savory crepe, but I think the breakfast bagel my friend got tasted a lot better. Overall, the place had a nice vibe with good iced coffee. I just wish it had more than one bathroom

Sunday morning, arrived an hour after online hours said it was open. Open sign was lit, but door was locked. We thought they just forgot to unlock the door and didn’t see us, so we called. They hid in the back and didn’t answer the phone. As a local, we used to love coming here, but we won’t be back based on this and recent poor reviews. For those that are curious, the one on Nolansville was open and according to the business card is independently owned, so perhaps you’ll have better luck there.

The honey balsamic chicken tacos are my favorite breakfast tacos from anywhere here in Nashville! My friends say their breakfast burrito with chorizo is also really good. The coffee is about the same as any other coffee house in Nashville, but the vibe of the restaurant is very nice. The staff is super friendly and the prices are fair. It can get really crowded inside, but they have outdoor seating available too. The one thing I would change is their use of single use cups for coffee and water when dining in. I would like to see reusable cups/glasses, but I can understand them not wanting to over burden their staff with washing. Overall a good experience.

I have eaten here twice now and it offers such a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. The crepes are outstanding and taste so much like the French inspiration. Both the sweet and savory are excellent options. Their coffee selection as well is a good choice. Food wise, I have only tried the crepes, but I am sure everything else is held to just as high of a standard as everything else. I recommend this gem in Germantown.

I’ve been coming here for what feels like a decade now but I just finally had to share after today. 1. It always has an unpleasant smell. Like something is rotten. 2. Food is ok. Sometimes comes out hot. Sometimes comes out not so hot lol 3. A lot of people who eat inside are usually there working and hanging out for a few hours. When i tell you the workers stand behind the counter screaming at each other, cussing, talking about things they shouldn’t be talking about as workers or an establishment should never be screaming where patrons can hear them. 4. A lot of the employees need to work on their hygiene, wear bras and not be so high. If I’m paying your establishment for food, hygiene and cleanliness should be number 1 all while being able to be comfortable in that place. 5. If there’s 3 people behind the bar, only expect 1 to help even though the other two could be helping as well instead of screaming about their personal lives. I don't know how the owners haven't stepped in and done some training after reading the continuous comments of the same things happening like i described.

Dose has a chill atmosphere with excellent coffee and space to work/ study. Although space is relatively limited, there is some cycling of patrons just coming in for coffee/ food. I particularly enjoy the Barcelona topped with salted whipped cream and the Moka with the perfect balance and sweet and bitter. I mostly go to Dose for coffee, but their food is also great. I like the turkey pesto sandwich and the avocado toast. The parking in front of the store front can fill up quickly, especially on the weekends. There’s a small overflow lot located a couple lots behind the cafe. The outdoor tables are perfect if you bring your dog. Dose will continue to be my go-to coffee shop.

Place was really quite delicious both the place and the coffee. One of the best flat whites I’ve had in a while. Great service and plenty of space to hang out and spend some time. It’s a great working space. Not necessarily a great social space. The espresso was so smooth, milk textured perfectly, it’s everything you want in a specialty coffee.

We were staying at the Hilton across the street and were blown away by how good this place was! Known for their coffee, I must say their breakfast is quite good as well.

Yummy coffee and food!! You don’t often see a coffee shop do food this well. WOW regarding the rosemary biscuit. The avo toast was also great but it was kind of weird that the eggs on top were cold? Still great test but maybe that was an error. Clearly a popular spot as the line was long but didn’t feel like it took forever. Great lattes and the Barcelona was a popular pick. Plenty of seating inside but parking can be a pain (mostly because it’s hard to turn around and no close street parking)

My mind is absolutely blown that this is a top ranked spot in Nashville. The parking is awful. The wait is not worth what you get. Have given them multiple chances and tried different drinks. It all taste awful. Def seems like more of a hipster college kid spot. All hype. Not great coffee by any means. Everyone is shoulder to shoulder hardly any room.

This is such a great little coffee shop with amazing access to the 440 to pop in and pop out. Great friendly environment next to Sylvan Park.

This place is so cute. Came to Dose to visit my cousin, who is the baker. The pastries, which are handmade and baked by her are DELICOUS. Especially the chocolate croissant warmed up, with the flaky outside and the melty chocolate inside. The cheddar biscuit with an egg & cheese... perfect. The egg whites and fresh avocado, it was like a spread, was SO YUMMY! The muffins... You have to try! The cold brew, hot coffee & hot caramel late was delicious and pretty. They even have sugar-free vanilla syrup and gluten-free items. Dose is a definite Must Go!

Quaint & Cute lil neighborhood bakery and cafe you can walk to, on a Saturday morning to grab a pastry and coffee. It’s just adorable inside. We went around 9ish and they had a full spread of baked good. An older lady stopped by briefly after and said, “I never see the whole selection because y’all are always sold out, I’m glad I came early to have more options available”. All of that is true. If you go around noon, most of their stuff is sold out. By 10ish, there was a long line inside - people walking their dogs stopping by for their coffee fix, so someone finishing their assignment inside while drinking coffee - you’ll see a wide variety of customers inside. There’s a small parking lot outside you can use if you’re driving. Staff is friendly. Coffee, specially their espresso shot, is not bad for a bakery that serves coffee. I got their Bourbon Vanilla Latte with oat milk and it wasn’t bad at all. In fact, I liked the coffee better than the blueberry muffin I tried. It had a very thick sweet lemon glaze and it was just too sweet for me. I have had a better blueberry muffin at other bakeries but if I’m in the area, looking for coffee and pastries, I’ll definitely come by again.

I ordered a latte and a cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was one of the few better ones I’ve had from a coffee shop, soft and not too sweet! Latte was also great (I’m a coffee snob and really enjoyed them strong coffee taste)

Among 10+ coffee shops i’ve been for the past month, Slow Hand coffee had the best pastries. This was the best banana muffin i had and the baker/barista was really kind and patient. I came close to the closing time so more that half of the pastries were already gone but apparently their biscuits sell out first.

Our first visit definately didn't disappoint!! We ordered the egg & cheese biscuit to-go. The biscuit was absolutely delicious!! Perfectly cooked, delitefully seasoned & generous portion sizes. Great addition to the neighborhood. We'll certainly be back.

First visit was to pick up this delicious King Cake! I am far from an authority on King Cakes, but I know what I like and I know when it's good. This, friends, is both. I ordered the cream cheese version and it does not disappoint! The aroma upon opening the box was a good indication that I was about to be in Heaven, and I was. Obviously fresh, fluffy, not too dense, moist (the only allowable use for this word, BTW), the right amount of sweet... Just really, really solid. Get you one! Stopped into Elixr Coffee Roasters to try the Kyoto-style iced coffee, which caught my eye as it slowly brewed in the large glass display. It did not disappoint, smooth, flavorful, and surprisingly free of the bitterness I usually expect from black coffee. The shop itself has a relaxed, inviting vibe with solid curb appeal. I’ll definitely be back.

Situated in Downtown Nashville, this coffee shop is off Broadway and 5th Street near the Assembly Food Hall. I walked here on a mission for a Peppermint Latte but left with a Banana Mocha Latte (they don't have peppermint syrup). The service was fast and efficient. The ambience here reminds me of a Japanese inspired theme and woodworking. As for my latte, it was a perfectly balanced blend of iced mocha topped with a banana cold foam. It is definitely something I want to try to make at home soon. Reminds me of when I add chopped bananas to my chocolate ice cream!

Salted caramel iced latte had a fake flavor and not very coffee like. The employees were not very friendly, but it’s a cute place with great outdoor seating.

Cappuccino was A+ Chai Latte was delicious. Staff and environment was top notch. Recommend!

Nicely located with a great covered outside sitting area. Ordered a mocha and it was lovely! (Sitting under the covered patio while a rain storm passed by with a good coffee absolutely enhanced this experience!)

Good coffee & cookies. In a weird strip mall, but the location is nice, and they have a fenced patio area to sit outside. Plenty of on-site parking. They also serve food, but I didn't try it.

Great coffee. Good food. The Texas scramble was almost too cheesy. Tortillas were fresh. Beans were great. I didn’t love the wooden fork, though. Weird texture. All around good spot.

Very nice! Kinda has a coffee shop feel. Food is excellent, and authentic! Added bonus is the live performances that happen there! Stage is a cozy size! I look forward to performing there! The owners are awesome! Will be 1 of our new spots to chill!

🌮☕ Food is amazing. Steak egg and potato taco...mmmmm. The potatoes are crispy and seasoned. I almost ordered a separate order of just potatoes, but I was already stuffed. Tacos are filling. Two did me in. I could handle a third on the right day. Coffee is decent (I got half sweet and was still too sweet - sweetness masked the coffee itself). Atmosphere is ok. The location doesn't give many options. Feels dark. The type of lights give an odd vibe. Has potential but doesn't quite give me vibes to want to hang out.

I'm sure the coffee is fine, but calling canned refried beans, powdered eggs that Hilton would use, and potatoes (fry bits,) a Texas style breakfast is misleading at best... and an insult at worst. Make better food. And don't make me wait 20 minutes for something I'd give to Salvation Army on a Sunday morning. Pick up the pace, Tempo.

My only qualm is that my cousin and I ordered the same drink, but the amount in the cup was not the same.(The picture shows both drinks untouched, so you see what I mean.) Setting a standard in making the coffee being uniform is the only thing missing here. What this location carries a lot of is flavor, authenticity, and that Texas heart. I may be a native Tennessean, but my heart belongs to the Lone Star state. My order: Guava Jarrito (I screamed internally, cause these are hard to find.) Half Mexican Vanilla, half Texas Honey Cinnamon iced flat white. It was absolutely amazing. ( I definitely ordered one to go. ) My bowl was a build your own. Steak, eggs, beans, queso, jalapeños, and potatoes. Their food comes in the cutest bowls, portions are normal, but most Americans would find it small. KEEP THAT IN MIND, if you're a "hearty" food person. Do not say they're overpriced for the portion, just go to waffle house. If you have the time to sit in the cafe, do it. The music isn't too loud, it's spacious, and comfortable. A little chilly for me, so bring a sweater!

Amazing Nashville coffee shop. The Mexican vanilla latte and dirty horchata latte are delightful. All the tacos are packed with flavor and made with love. This is a business with soul and you won’t regret making the trip!

What a unique coffee shop . The decor and ambiance really make you feel like you’ve stepped into the Middle East . Great vibes . I love their mugs they serve the coffee in . We tried a flat white and the no bs latte ( it has brown sugar and star anise ) great flavor and the espresso was nice and strong . If you’re in Nashville you have to stop by !

I stopped into Café Babu for an iced coffee and a pastry. I got one of their specialty iced coffees with brown sugar, and it was really good. I’m glad that it wasn’t cold brew like most places have these days and it said it was a sweet, traditional iced coffee. I also got a chocolate chocolate croissant that they were willing to heat up for me. It was really delicious. The inside space is a lot smaller than I expected, but it definitely gives off vibes of Tulum. They were playing techno house, electronic music, which also complimented the vibe. Unfortunately there wasn’t any tables available inside and almost all of the tables outside were also filled with people working. Seems like a really cool neighborhood coffee shop for those that live in the area. Street parking was available but was limited. There was a lot of staff working inside, maybe almost too many people.

Café Babu is hands down one of the most unique and memorable coffee spots I’ve visited in Nashville. The drink selection is incredible—something for every taste, from classics to creative specialty options. I went on a weekday afternoon, and the place was packed, which just shows how much love and loyalty this café has built in the community. Came to Babu while visiting over the weekend. Chose this shop because of the Babu Latte with Cardamom. This alone made this visit spectacular, the Babu latte was so delicious. Husband got a flat white and loves the coffee, very good strong flavors. The space is very limited and waiting around crowded tables was uncomfortable. We sat after getting our order but again having a long line stand crowded around our seats made the experience less than good. Plenty of seating outside but the ordering line needs direction. Would have loved to soak in the coffee shop longer but it was just way too crowded. Staff if very nice.

When Babu first opened, the entire town lined up like they were waiting for Taylor Swift tickets sold by the Pope. I refused. I don’t stand in line longer than 15 minutes unless I’m being handed immortality or a free mortgage. Today, post yoga and spiritually fragile, I walked past and saw NO LINE. The ancestors whispered, “It is time.” I entered. I asked for their finest elixir and received the house cardamom latte and the turkey–fig–brie sandwich. The sandwich? Illegal. Emotionally destabilizing. I took one bite and felt my chakras crack open like pistachios. My skin cleared. My WiFi got faster. The state of my soul upgraded to Premium. The cardamom latte? A warm, spiced apology for every disappointment I’ve ever faced(except that one girl in 9th grade) . If you grew up in Asia/Middle East, you know cardamom in coffee is not a luxury — it’s a constitutional right. I quit breastfeeding early because my mother didn’t season properly. Babu redeemed her. Now. A quick note: They asked for my name. I said Tarek. They wrote Darek. I guess I looked white-washed enough to earn a silent promotion. At this point, I’d like to formally request the matching interest rates, job callbacks, and HOA leniency of my fellow Dereks. If you’re gonna anglicize me , please follow through. The staff? Ridiculously kind. They treated me like a baby squirrel learning to trust again. The aesthetic? Imagine The Flintstones got into craft coffee and minimalism. I entered a man. I exited a rebranded prophet named Darek.

This place has a very cool dessert-ish Eastern vibe. I got their house drink, the cardamom latte and it was served with a delicious bite of baclava. It was excellent. The workers were really nice too. They have a good amount of seating inside the cafe, but a lot more on their patio space. They have large long tables and plenty of seats. Great place to meet up with friends.

This place was packed in and out. I love the decoration and the color tone that they have. Nice staff and great coffee

I love the walk-up bar and the friendly atmosphere. The flat white is the flattest of flat whites, meaning the barista doesn’t aerate the milk, resulting in no foam. I order flat whites for a thinner layer of foam and a fuller beverage. The coffee was tasty, and I’d stop by again.

OSA was a really cute spot in Hillsboro Village, but unfortunately I thought their iced coffee / cold brew was way too bitter for my liking! The store front was cute- they had a walk up window and a few chairs/tables out front if you wanted to sit. The service was great and my coffee came out quickly. Could be a great spot for anyone in the neighborhood who loves bitter coffee!

A quick and easy walk up coffee shop. The barista was l friendly, had a great vibe. She helped me with some decision making since it was my first time. Ended up getting a vanilla latte with oak milk and light ice. I thought it was a little bitter but it was good. Definitely for the real coffee drinkers! Pro-tip: Egghill is a few hundred feet away too. Perfect combo.

THE best coffee in all Nashville!! The team is always so friendly. And coming from the Bay area of California our coffee standard was pretty high and Osa is absolutely amazing!

You can find Osa Coffee all around Nashville, but the hub and walk up coffee bar in Edgehill is the spot! We score the Drip 8.8, Espresso 8.7 and the Vanilla Latte 8.7. If available make sure to try their Brazilian Sweet Yellow. Also, grab a bag or 2 for some good home brews.

I stopped by the coffee shop when I took a walk around. It was nice experience! They welcomed me with smile and the cappuccino was good taste. They sell some foods so I want to try them next time.

We love trying new coffee places! OSA is close to our hotel and we decided to explore it. Great little coffee place where they roast their own coffee beans. We ordered a Cortado, Quattro ☕️ and a banana bread!! Everything were delish and I ❤️the banana bread. It was moist and I can taste chunks of banana 🍌. Too bad I take a pic of it!

Forevermore recently hosted my 30th birthday party, and it was incredible. Mary and her husband were so helpful in making sure my guests and I had the best experience. The Photo Booth was the perfect touch, and the atmosphere was amazing. My guests loved having the option to have coffee too! Cannot recommend enough 🩵

Absolutely loved this place! 💕☕✨ This coffee shop is such a vibe, so cozy and aesthetic, I felt like I was in a little NYC daydream. The girl who took our order was sooo sweet and welcoming, it honestly made the whole experience even better. 💗 Our drinks were absolutely perfect. sooo good that I totally forgot to take any pics (which never happens 😭). That’s how you know it was good! The sourdough bread was okay but still a nice little bite to have on the side. The photo booth moment? Obsessed. 📸💫 Such a fun touch and made for the cutest memory. Thank you for the lovely service and cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommending to friends, and can’t wait to come back soon!!

I wish I could give more stars to this establishment. I do work events in different cities and always try to find a matcha latte as a little treat to get me through our busy day. I am usually disappointed by the fact that the lattes I make at home are so much better than what I find, even at local coffee shops. Not so with Forevermore! Firstly, I called this shop ahead of time to have my matcha prepared and waiting for me so I could get in and out quickly. The gentleman who answered the phone greeted me warmly by name (taking the initiative to read my name off their caller ID). He then gave me a recommendation for the latte that would be perfect for me based on what I told him that I like. When I walked in to their beautiful coffee shop, the same gentleman guessed correctly that it was me (maybe from my contact photo but I prefer to think of it as recognizing me with that indescribable intuition that some people seem to have) and gave me wonderful, cheerful service that is sadly lacking in today’s world. My matcha latte was so good that it improved my day immensely and even beat my own version that I make at home. Before we left town, I stopped in for one more, and the same employee not only remembered me but also remembered my order!! It is so rare to find people and places that go the extra mile. Go to this place, you won’t regret it!!

Very lovely staff and wonderful atmosphere! I was able to get one of their speciality drinks (purple haze) and a sourdough cinnamonbun! Which was something different but so delicious! With that, they had a special of a dollar off for the photo booth so I was able to get a souvenir as well!!!

If you need some impromptu engagement photos, the Photo Booth is a fun and cute way to do it. With a purchase of a drink you can get a $1 discount on the booth. I am a coffee aficionado, and I would like to recognize this specific White Bison in Whites Creek, Tn. Hands down possible the best coffee shop I frequent, I travel with work, covering 7 states and go to many, many coffee shops. The baristas Mimi and Ryan are awesome! Always smiling, know my orders and strike a nice balance of professionalism and playfulness that make me feel warm and fuzzy during my visits. Managers Jerry and Mark are very personable and attentive, positive energy that I can feel/appreciate when I am present. The maintenance/cleaner Jay is always on the move, in the parking lot and bathrooms. Always clean, mopped and sterilized. Outside I never see trash or overflowing garbage cans…this place is kept PRISTINE! We travel a lot. Coffee shops inside of gas stations are iffy. This particular location pulls it off. We walked in to order and the counter person was pleasant. I can tell he's not a coffee type but he made the specialty coffee perfect. Our food was made to order and everything we added was there. The 3 people we saw working on a Sunday really kept the lines inside and outside moving smoothly. Management, you have a great Sunday morning crew! Also, I wandered over to the store side and that was well organized and clean. The sitting areas looked well kept and comfortable. Kudos to your staff !

Great place to get gas and coffee in the morning before you get into rush hour, they work hard to make your stop worthy. They have numerous gas pumps so you can fuel up quickly at the pumps or go inside for a variety of breakfast and lunch items to purchase. Lots of different kinds of beer for you to pick up on your way home. Shell gas

The pump wouldn't take my card? It happens...tried two different pumps. Forced me to go inside. I like to top off, so attendant asked me how much? I said $50 as I was on E! The pump did not kick off when the tank was full and continued to pump until the pump reached $50! Spilled about a gallon on vehicle and on the pavement. Should bee watching, partially my fault, wad cleaning windshield.! Safety measure on pumps is when there is "kick-back", it shuts off automatically. THAT should override a keyed in amount IMHO.

We were lucky enough to book Annika and the team at Prickly Pear for a late night coffee cart at our wedding. It was a HIT - the coffee was delicious, we worked together to set a custom menu, pricing was fair and Annika’s team brought EVERYTHING - it was such a worry free and incredible addition to our special day! They are communicative, professional, and their coffee is fantastic!

BEST COFFEE EVER!!! I am normally so picky about how coffee is made and the overall taste of the syrups, but let me tell you it doesn’t get better than Prickly! I love the meaning behind the company and how they truly have such amazing customer service every time I am there. Annika, the owner, was so sweet to introduce herself and chat with us for a little bit! If you haven’t tried it…you are missing out!!

The barista was super friendly, working insanely hard, but I felt so bad for her that she was working alone. She was bogged down with 5-6 people’s drinks and food when we’d came in, so it took a while to get our drinks. I assume that either she’s scheduled alone or that someone couldn’t come in for their shift to help, but either way I just want to point out that she was really trying to get everything out quick, I just wish for her sake she had someone to help her. We got the iced strawberry matcha and an iced latte and both were good. The matcha was a little watered down, but the strawberry tasted very genuine instead of just a syrup! I liked the latte too! We didn’t try any baked goods but they looked delicious.

The coffee and cinnamon buns were fantastic! Pictured left to right, caramel apple cold brew, pumpkin spice cinnamon roll (what's left), and Snicker doodle hot latte. The barista was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Super comfy lobby where the coffee spot is located as it's within the large AT&T (Batman) building on 333 commerce Street. Highly recommend if you're looking for great coffee and cinnamon rolls (if there's any left!)

The security front desk is unprofessional and dumbed down. She could not show me to the restroom like it was too hard for her! I would not buy coffee in this building! Negative security guards who are un-intelligent and snobby!

I had to try this place as it comes highly recommend. I came on Friday around noon and the wait was an hour and 15 minutes. I thought it was a bit crazy for a week day. They do take reservations. I just didn't think to make one. As I was about to walk out, a few ladies recommended I order to go and eat at one of the picnic tables outside. So that's what I did! The food was good, but not to die for. Their biscuits are not the best I've tasted in Nashville. I did appreciate the history behind this place. They have a gift shop and a little country market on premises. I definitely recommend visiting, just ensure you make a reservation!

One of the best "meat and three" type restaurants I have found yet!! The dry rub ribs are amazing!! The turnip greens, I could eat a massive bowl of. Also really enjoyed the basket of biscuits that comes with the meal, oh and the homemade jams are crazy good. Loved our server, she was great and very helpful. No excuses needed to go back here will return no question.

We came based on a friend’s recommendation when visiting. A really cool restaurant with a long history. The food came quickly and was a real highlight. They ran a brisket with eggs special and it was absolutely delicious. The hashbrown casserole was great as well. Biscuits were hot, buttery, flakey and the peach preserves were a standout.

A friend and I went here for brunch to round out our Nashville girls weekend. There was a bit of a wait but we expected there to be so. We first tried to make a reservation on the website but any time we were looking for wasn't available so we decided to just put our names on the wait list when we got there, which was super easy to do. While waited we walked around to the 2 gift shops that were open grabbed some coffee, and looked around the grounds. All together a really cool place to look atound while you wait for your table. The food was your traditional diner/café food which is exactly what we wanted and was delicious. The complimentary biscuits and jam are a must try. They are so soft, buttery and delicious. Service was top notch 10/10 I've unfortunately forgotten our servers name but they all seemed great from what I observed at other tables. They were very attentive and brought everything we needed without being overbearing.

I absolutely loved everything about my time at Loveless Cafe. I’ve been several times over the years, but this last Wednesday was probably one of my favorite experiences. A server named Chaz saw I was eating alone and took it upon himself to make my time as fun as possible. He checked on me every few minutes and joked around with me. He made what could’ve been a lonely experience, an enjoyable one. The food was amazing! I had the Hawkeye omelette (I think that was the name of it). It was delicious. The biscuits and jam were divine! I will definitely make Loveless a tradition to visit each year.

The loveless is always a tried and true but I was disappointed in the meatloaf. Great service, bathroom was clean but had a smell, would love to see something put in there to combat that. Love that there are stores to browse while waiting on your reservation.

The coffee here is very good! The experience overall was a little flawed. We waited 45 minutes for the coffee, but understand it could’ve been a bad day. The set up of the coffee shop created a cramped space to wait for your drink if there’s a back up, and there definitely was today. During our time waiting we noticed at least three people who had come up with issues with their order (checking status after waiting so long, order given to wrong customer, etc.) The baristas were very friendly, working hard, and I loved the mission of the coffee shop, so I’m hoping this was just a bad morning.

When I visited to Nashville, I was looking for the nice coffee place. During walking my dog, I found this place and decided to try it. The inside of this place is way bigger than I expected and their coffee was good. I wanted to try the cookies but they have only two options. I don't remember the name of the cookie but it was not my type. If you are not good at too sweet dessert, I don't want to recommend it. The vibe of this place was good. I like their interior design and decoration. If I live in this area, I am sure I want to visit to this place many more time :)

The coffee here is incredible! I got the Georgia on my Mind, thinking that coffee and peach was a strange combination, but wow! It very much surprised me! My fiancé got the “Wake Up San Francisco” and said that it was very tasty, good coffee, and good flavor balance. It paired well with the coffee. We also got a white chocolate lemon cookie and that was also really yummy! And for 2 drinks and a cookie, the price was really low compared to other coffee shops I’ve visited. I also love how this shop helps bring clean water to people in need! The atmosphere is very nice! My fiancé, who loves plants, commented on just how pretty and well taken care of the plants are here. Highly recommend checking this place out when you have a chance!

The Well Coffeehouse is a standout among the area's coffee houses. The quality of both the food and coffee is exceptional, making it a great spot for both a quick bite and a leisurely afternoon. The wooden interior adds to the homey atmosphere, and the stage is a great touch for live music events. Many customers can be found studying, making it a great spot for those who need to get some work done while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The foam art is also a nice touch, adding a little extra flair to the already exceptional coffee. Overall, The Well Coffeehouse comes highly recommended

After work went and saw American Idol Semi Finalist Amelia Eisenhauer with my buddy, her dad, at this funky little coffee bar / venue. Cool interior with a stage and a couple of small rooms with ample seating. This place has a killer sound system. Millie and Zach who followed her sounded amazing. An amazing morning in Nashville at Proper Bagel. As the name implies, this is was a proper bagel. So many cream cheese and sandwich options. As someone who’s had their fair share of New Jersey and New York bagels I was impressed. The pork role was especially exciting to see. Can’t wait to return.

We've been to proper bagel quite a few times now, and it has definitely become our favorite bagel place in Nashville. It is a busy place, but they're up front about wait times when you order (which should be obvious by the line than can be out the door). We usually feel that we get our bagels before the quoted time even. They have a great bacon, egg, and cheese. It's nice that they give the option of ketchup coming on it. All the bagel types We've tried have been good - plain, sourdough, and jalapeno cheddar. The jalapeno cheddar isn't like most other places - some specs of each throughout the bagel that really suits itself to complimenting whatever you get on the bagel as opposed to being the main show. We've also eaten here with a friend that avoids gluten and she was pleased with their gluten free bagel.

My wife loved Proper Bagel this place is popular it gets really busy my wife got a bagel sandwich she really liked the whipped cream cheese service was excellent and it was prepared fast there is only like 3 parking spots so it could get difficult to find a parking spot if you are in the neighbor hood and want some breakfast stop in

Some places make your soul feel good. This is one of those places. We enjoyed the best bagel sandwiches in our lifetime and wanted to say thank you! We'll be sure to visit next time we come to Nashville.

The Nova Scotia salmon is hands down the best bagel sandwich I have ever had. I have been all over New York City and Chicago and proper bagel has been the best. The only problem is the long wait which is up to an hour and the hectic holdback to wait for a table to open up. It is very loud and hard to talk but the bagels are very worth it. You can’t go wrong with any sandwich or bagel because we tried a lot and everything was good. They even gave us a free bagel when they made a mistake, and they’re was someone cleaning every table. I highly recommend proper bagel as it is one of the best bagel spots in the Midwest region.

I got a jersey finest bagel which has Taylor pork rolls egg and cheese i modified it and got scallion cream cheese instead of American and on a cinnamon crunch bagel, it was absolutely delicious!!! Get it I promise you it’s so so good!

We watched YouTube channel “Bilingirl Chika” and wanted to visit, so we came to Nashville from Indiana!! The store was clean, the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable during our visit. We ordered a strawberry shortcake, cookie dough, a Nova Scotia salmon bagel, and avocado toast. Plus, coffee. When we ordered the shortcake, we got an extra one as a special deal today! Everything was absolutely delicious! Since we couldn’t finish it all, we’ll save the leftovers for lunch. It’s such a wonderful and tasty place that if it were near our home, we’d probably visit all the time! We’d love to come back!!

Got two catering boxes from here - tried bits of the sausage / cheese / jalapeno kolache, apple kolache, crustless quiche, banana pudding, and cinnamon roll. Everything was okay, nothing spectacular I'd say. I don't know if eating it a few hours after I picked up the food made a difference. I had a matcha latte as well and it's made with pre-made sugary powder, very little matcha flavor. Pricing is okay I guess, easy to book online and pick up! Has a parking lot.

Like other bakeries in the area this was recommended as a fresh pastry bakery with good quality products I guess Monday isn’t their best day. I stopped in during my run this morning and settled on the cinnamon apple kolache. With a name like “yeasted” I expected to get a yeasted experience. Soft, tender, slightly chewy, moist pastry. Unfortunately that wasn’t was i experienced. The dough was dry and almost styrofoam textured and far from what I’d want in a kolache or yeasted product. The cinnamon apple filling was decent but I had to basically pull off the surrounding dough and just eat the middle because the outside was so dry. Not sure what happened if today was an off day or what but I can say this wasn’t a good experience or one that would have me going back or recommending them to anyone. With that said I appreciate the fact they offer to warm them up for you but hot dense dry pastries are…… no enjoyable.

Kolaches (meat and sweet) are good. On the other hand, their cinnamon rolls are not good. I’ve tried them twice and both times very dry. Coffee drinks are on point. Service is kind of lacking—seems like they’d rather be anywhere else other than there.

The food here was delicious. The Kolaches and bread pudding were a real treat. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The small dining area was adequate for a business that is mostly a carry out food service. We really enjoyed the food and will return next time we are in the area. I highly recommend trying Yeast Nashville for a delicious baked treat!

Consider me unimpressed. The quiche was watery with barely any mushroom and spinach to speak of. To make matters worse, despite being “heated up”, it was cold. The havarti kolasch was good but nothing special. Especially since it’s only half a sausage in it. Not sure what all the hype is about but this was a big disappointment on my Nashville foodie adventure

If you love kolaches, this may be the best you'll ever have. Located in the east part of Nashville, they bake all different kinds of kolaches every morning they are open. The jalapeno and cheddar kolache was great, but the sweet cream cheese one was OUT OF THIS WORLD! They warm it up for you and wow- the taste, the texture. It was SO GOOD! I savored every bite and that thing was big too!

I did not enjoy the kolache, not to say the other items aren’t good. But based on what I ordered I was not a fan, the texture and taste was just odd for my preference. The dough was grainy, the meat was bland and the cheese… not sure it was even some there. It was a bit on the dryer side. Go in the morning for freshness, they will keep what they make all morning until they close. So I am glad I didn’t get it the first time I walked in closer to 11am. The wait is not the best, but it is one person who is taking orders and making coffee so don’t expect a quick in and out experience.

Finally ate here. I’m glad I did. This place is so good. The coffees are amazing. Best coffee spot in downtown Nashville by far. Breakfast is a great value. I had eggs Benedict. It was delicious. Service was amazing. The atmosphere is very quaint and has a good European flavor to it.

This was by far my favorite place we ate on our vacation. It was my birthday and I was dying to find a spot in Nashville for a good piece of cake after most of the regular bakeries closed. We ended up trying some of the appetizers and tea and hot cocoa as well and everything was beyond delicious. I have never had a more delicious spinach dip in my life. And the cake definitely did not disappoint either! The staff was super nice. There were also a couple quirky things that made me laugh. There's a speaker in the bathroom that teaches you how to count in French like Duolingo. And a projector in the dining room showing a slideshow of completely unrelated photos and paintings for absolutely no reason at all. Overall, a great affordable tea and dessert spot!

Best restaurant in Nashville! I eat here every time I travel here! We’ve never waited more than 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and beautiful atmosphere. Food is INCREDIBLE. Love the rosemary potatoes.

We had just taken refuge from our walk. The servers were very good and the tiramisu and the cheesecake was excellent. We unfortunately didn't try anything else, but am sure it would have been good. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Hats off to them

This is the most wonderful place to eat in Nashville. The moment you walk in you are transported from the busy streets of the city to a world of peace and charm. The service is always so polite and bubbly. The atmosphere is incomparable in this fine establishment. Every item on the menu is memorable, and reasonably priced for a downtown Nashville eatery. I can’t recommend a place more, you will not be disappointed.

Riley is the warm and smiling face of the cafe, she always so friendly and welcoming! Servers and bartenders were great (Brandon was awesome, so was Faith). The drinks were delicious. We have stayed at the Placemakr several times and never realized it was right there. They also have a great happy hour.

I ordered a large ciocolocino (sp?) Last night to go. They had a small waiting for me and offered to remake it but I told them I was fine if they just wanted to make an additional small, as not to be wasteful. The lady I talked to while another girl made it was courteous and this would have been an exchange with all friendly staff, but with the additional chocolate came some other matter that was unfamiliar. There was something in my additional drink that had the feel of synthetic film with a redish-amber appearance, kind of like a cross between a lee press-on nail and the skin of a dried, cayenne pepper. I threw it away when I felt it in my mouth. There were also these little white pieces of something that had the consistency of a finely sliced nut. I was able to take a picture of the residue lumped in with the leftover chocolate; you be the judge:

Visited the bakery around 11 on a Wednesday morning. There was a line, and many seats taken, but everything moved relatively quickly. I got a breakfast sandwich - may have been the best I’ve ever had - everything about the sandwich tasted fresh. We also tried a slice of cake and it was also heavenly. Highly recommend!

D’Andrews Bakery & Café is an absolute treat in Nashville! I stopped in for a Pecan Cinnamon Bun and an iced latte, and both were fantastic. The Pecan Cinnamon Bun was fresh, perfectly baked, with just the right balance of sweetness and crunch—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The iced latte was smooth, rich, and refreshing, the perfect complement to the pastry. On top of the great food and drinks, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee, a pastry to start your day, or a cozy spot to relax, this place is worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

4 star only because my chicken avocado sandwich didn't have much flavor and it needed at the least a bit of salt added to it. Everything else was SCRUMPTIOUS. The pumpkin pastry I had was thoroughly enjoyed by all 4 of us in my party. DELICIOUS.

Dean Andrews is the place to be in Nashville! The coffee, croissants, pastries, and sweets are all absolutely incredible—everything they make tastes fresh, buttery, and full of flavor. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and it’s always lively and packed with people who know good food. Just a heads up—they close early at 2 PM so make sure you get there in the morning to grab your favorites. If you’re in Nashville, treat yourself to breakfast or coffee here—you’ll be so glad you did!

The pastries look so delicious and they are as well. I had the Dubai Chocolate Croissant and it is so light and sweet. I would highly recommend going if you want to treat yourself to a delicious pastry. Staff is also very sweet. Love the aesthetic of this place.

Walk by this spot almost daily and I wish I would have tried it sooner. You can tell they take real pride in their food, everything is prepared fresh. Ive now tried the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, the fried chicken breakfast sandwich, the house coffee and several pastries. All have been excellent. Fresh and delicious, no shipped in microwaved stuff. It is a a little pricier than say a large coffee chain, but such better food it's worth it. Would definitely recommend if you live / work downtown.

One of best places to play a game and get coffee that we have been to. Very nice selection of games that are FREE to play. Coffee is excellent and we had a choice of three snacks for only seven dollars. Plenty of people playing and others not playing and just having coffee and food. Small area to sit outside and nice park space next to store. Plenty of other great food options in this fun little part of Nashville away from broadway. On street free parking was easy to find.

Family owned shop with multiple other businesses and coffee shops in the area. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a very friendly staff member. The seasonal and specialty coffee list is very good. The snickersoodle and tiramasu lattes were very good! There are plenty of delicious options for everyone that won't disappoint.

Very enjoyable atmosphere! love that you’re able to choose from a variety of games! I got the Milky Way and my husband had a cappuccino- both were great. We also had a breakfast burrito and a bagel, both were enjoyable and filling. Wish there was more parking, but we didn’t mind walking!

Coffee was too sweet, I got a warm and fuzzy and my mom got the milky way (she thought it was slightly watered down). Customer service was not it though, zero personality, didn't make recommendations. There are too many local coffee spots to spend more money here

As good as it always has been! Places that stick around aren't easy to find in Nashville and Bongo is one of those places. My favorite has always been the Grey Skies Latte but you can also pick up Bongo beans at this shop or the local Kroger's and it's just such a tasty brew! This location is the original and has so many tasty pastries and snacks and every board game you could ever want!

This place is pretty good! I came here once and ordered a warheads coffee. I don't know what I was thinking or expecting, but that thing was terrible. Would not recommend. However, the rest of their selection is delightful! They have nice drip coffee, good tea, tasty pastries, and the sell gummy bears and animal crackers. Their board game selection is great! Their service is like any other coffee shop.

Nice chill place to gather with friends, study, enjoy coffee and play games. They have SO many games. Nice staff.
