Reflexologist
Massage therapist
Bucca Reflexology is a boutique spa located in Nashville, Tennessee that specializes in reflexology. The spa offers a wide range of services, including massage and foot reflexology treatment. The staff is highly trained and experienced in providing quality reflexology sessions.
I received a gift certificate and had no idea what to expect. I was wonderfully surprised by the service! Easy to find, easy parking, and very serene environment made the experience that much more enjoyable. He knew where all of my "knots" were and worked to release them. I'm also a diabetic with neuropathy and fairly quickly could literally feel the improved circulation! This is one of the best gifts I've ever received and I will definitely come back!!! Thank you Bucca Reflexology!!!

5 Star massage in a 4 star building - Was treated to 90 minute reflexology massage by my girlfriend and it was FABULOUS. Easy off street parking. Comfortable chair with feet placed in warm salt water soak. Amazing massage - head, face, neck, arms, hands, lower legs, feet. Followed by intense chair massage covering neck shoulders, back, arms, hands. Space is located in a shared building, so heard some light conversations. Earplugs are available. Full flight of stairs to climb up (we then went down a full flight to treatment area). Space was clean, smelled lovely and had nice decoration. Bathroom was spotless.
Sean D — Google review
Hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever received. They advertise as a foot spa but they don’t forget about the rest of your body! Obviously the foot massage is the longest and most in depth massage, but the massages (with the 90min session) they give to the rest of the body is AMAZING - especially for the price!!! Will absolutely be going back! If you’re even thinking about trying this place, do yourself a favor and BOOK IT!!!!!
Alexandra C — Google review
Visited for the first time today. I called when they opened to get an appointment and was able to be seen an hour later. There was plenty of parking available and the spa appeared quite clean. Friendly reception and service began promptly. I am physically active at work, a lot of repetitive movement, and I came in with significant muscle and joint pain. My therapist was very skilled, working confidently and with authority while still having very soothing touch. By the end of my 90min, the painful parts of my body were no longer that way. It’s now two hours later and I feel fantastic. I feel my 60min reflexology session with 30min hand reflexology added was more than fairly priced at $100. I left in a relaxed stupor and failed to get my therapist’s name. If the business owner sees this and could update me, I would love to request her next time!
Maggie L — Google review
The 90-min reflexology service was life changing! It made me realize I much prefer the pin-pointed work of reflexology to a traditional table massage. Carry is now my new bff! The service was fantastic! Highly recommend if you, like me, are always asking your spouse to jam their elbows into your shoulder! I’m sure they would gladly adjust the pressure if you need something more gentle. Will absolutely be returning!
Ashley B — Google review
Not going to lie, it was pretty intense but I think that’s normal for someone who sits for a job. But I did feel good afterwards. I didn’t know I had so many knots. Needed that good hurt
Edward R — Google review
I just had the worst experience of any place I have been. My massage therapist was rough and rushed and kept doing the same things over and over instead of focusing on my neck like I requested. Then at the end when I left a tip he scoffed at me saying it was not enough and then proceeded to tell me “leave” once I left the 10% tip. I will never be back and advise against anyone going.

American restaurant
Restaurant
BrickTop's is an upscale chain restaurant offering gourmet New American cuisine in a stylish, contemporary setting. Located on West End Avenue, it's conveniently close to attractions like The Parthenon Art Museum. The exterior exudes modernity while the interior boasts formal table settings. The brunch menu offers surprising culinary delights. Indulge in their popular dessert, a mouth-watering chocolate chip cookie served in a skillet with vanilla ice cream.
Always amazing! One of my go to spots. The deviled eggs are a must-try.. they’re perfectly seasoned and always a crowd-pleaser. I also can’t get enough of their house salad. They’ve recently added a new Oreo cake to the menu, and let me just say, it’s amazing! The cake is rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end any meal. The staff is always friendly, and the ambiance is perfect for both a casual lunch or a night out with friends. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out!

This is our all time favorite place to eat In Nashville due to thier consistency, great waitstaff and free parking! We usually go for lunch especially on Saturdays because it’s not as busy. They have fall off the bone, sweet, sticky bbq baby back ribs, grilled salmon, high quality crab cakes, french dip sandwiches, ground chuck thick cheddar topped burgers, bloody marys, Stella Artois on draft, and great key lime pie with real whipped cream. They have both a lunch and dinner menu and some entree’s are not on both menus but they have always prepared them upon request.
Chase — Google review
We stopped in around 9:30pm on Friday. The dining room and bar still had lots of guests. We only wanted a burger and salad, nothing too fancy. Everything was good. The Caesar salad had homemade croutons and they were delicious. I NEVER eat croutons, but I ate all of these before I even took a bite of my salad. The Caesar was ok, nothing special. Ordered the tavern burger w/o cheese and no sauce, but it was served with cheese and sauce. 😆 I had to send it back, which I hate doing, but the second time around it was as I requested. It was worth the wait. The beef patty was hot and juicy. The skinny fries were crispy. Perfect dinner. The charred Grapfruit cocktail was yummy. The servers were friendly, attentive and apologetic. Thank you.
Monica W — Google review
I had the Chicken Milanese and my girlfriend had the Cobb salad. We each had a pineapple martini. My meal was nicely plated and the chicken was thin and lightly battered. The pasta was light, creamy and delicious. The salad was cylindrically plated with ample amounts of chicken and avocado. There was a 18 percent gratuity included as we were in a large group but price was still reasonable. We will be back!

This was a nice first visit for me. Party of ten for an office lunch outing, they accommodated us per our reservation. Service was solid, my water glass never left empty. Plenty of servers keeping up with us without interruption of our conversations. Food was exactly what we ordered and no mistakes. All ten of us were served out meals at the same time. Quality was high. I would recommend this restaurant to altimeter looking for a good meal and experience. I plan to return.

I hadn’t seen a friend for 2 years, so we came here to catch up! I understand why this restaurant is a local favorite, the ambience reminds me as if a well respected casino was four blocks away and this was a place people would come to as an appetizer for their satisfied hunger of losing what they expected to bet with or winning and cutting themselves off early if that makes sense. Onto the review : The deviled eggs with bacon- i’m a sucker for deviled eggs, I always have been. The candied bacon they serve with it was a perfect touch, light and crispy with a subtle flavor. For the entree I had the Bistro Chicken. The presentation wasn’t expected to be honest. The mashed potatoes were good (reminded me of how my mom makes them) and the chicken was full of flavor. I hadn’t had the taste of chicken melt on my palate like this before- I tried to savor it but I couldn’t resist; I love chicken so compliments to the chef! 10/10. Next time I’m in Nashville I’ll pay a visit to try out more of the menu. Thank you!

Can't believe this was my first time at BrickTops. What a great restaurant with top notch service. The food was very good and I throughly enjoyed the entire experience. This will absolutely be a regular spot for me. The deviled eggs were my absolute favorite. One of the best I've ever had

The Serenity Salt Cave offers a unique experience of healing and relaxation in a zero gravity chair. The cave is lined with Himalayan salt crystals that have been used for centuries to treat respiratory problems, including colds and the flu. Breathing in the crystals’ healing properties can help you feel refreshed and relaxed after your treatment. The spa also has a wide range of treatments available, from massage therapy to facials.
The wife and I visited the Nolensville Serenity Salt Cave while we were visiting Nashville for the weekend and we had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and informative. We arrived and hour and half early and they were kind enough to move our appointment up. We thoroughly enjoyed the Salt Cave and Detox Foot Bath. We left feeling very relaxed and a bit tired. I would definitely recommend this place!!
Robert P — Google review
I called to schedule an appointment for my kids and told that wouldn't be a problem. We showed up to our appointment to be told that they don't allow kids on Fridays. I understand they have certain policies in place, but when I called, I made it very aware that I would have children with me. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and lacked any type of empathy for the mix up. I was very disappointed in how it was handled. We will not be returning.
Laura A — Google review
I have orthostatic hypotension/POTS (very low blood pressure) from covid complications and on my doctors advice I have to slowly drink water with electrolytes all day. The website doesn't say there is no water allowed in the facilities and the woman at the front desk refused to contact the owner to ask if there was an exception for medical reasons. Her lack of compassion or willingness to even ask about accommodate a disability speaks volumes about the ethics of a place that is supposedly assisting others in improving their health. In response to the owner's reply, a FAQ page on your website would easily address confusions around accommodation for disabilities; I was happy to speak with you and offered to do so at the front desk but she shut the idea down dismissively. It seems like a lot of people have had some challenges with her unprofessional behavior based on the reviews. I appreciate your willingness to work with people to offer reasonable solutions--being able to take a sip of water so I don't become unconscious isn't something that's ever been denied before, as most people understand there's a time and a place to make exceptions.

My sister and I would frequent the Salt Cave post pandemic we always enjoyed our experience there thus why we continued to patronize you all. We decided today to visit you all again and the experience was not what we expected. We were uncomfortably hot during our session making it difficult to get comfortable. After expressing this to the attendant her response was that a party of 8 had recently used the space and that she was unable to use the humidifier afterwards. We understand that situations arise ,and had we known this we would’ve waited for our session instead. We felt as though a session at full price shouldn’t have happened or at least been offered some kind of incentive. Our card was given, charged and we had to tell them have a good .. followed by one saying you too. I plan to revisit in the future , but feel hesitant due to today’s events.

READ IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO BASED ON RECENT VIDEO AND SEE MASSAGE CHAIRS IN SALT CAVE! While the lady working was lovely and the foot detox was fun and seemed good. I feel it was a bit of a gotcha when we got to the salt cave with the recent posted video of massage chairs in the salt cave and when asked, it is at their other location not this one. Doesn’t seem to be much concern about that incorrect video being posted by the owner to this specific location. Just and oh that would be disappointing, have a good day. Hope the false advertising gets corrected. UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE: They have zero accountability for their mistake, based on their response seems they intentionally posted the incorrect video at this location with no more information. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place for further proof just look below at their lack of professionalism to original review.
Deanna F — Google review
This was the first time I ever experienced anything like this very peaceful. Healing. I loved it. Please go check it out. I was relaxed the entire day. They don't allow your phone on the inside of the cave, so there are no pics. It's well worth it.

A very relaxing experience. I actually fell asleep in the salt cave. The foot Detox felt nice, but I was a bit grossed out by it. The young guy who helped us was very polite and informative. I would highly recommend treating yourself. It is truly a time to disconnect and clear your mind, if only for a few hours.

Umami Asian Fusion is a Japanese-style bistro located in Nashville, TN, offering creative sushi rolls and various Asian entrees. Owned by two individuals of Korean and Chinese descent, the establishment prides itself on using authentic spices flown in from Asia to ensure genuine flavors. Best Korean fried chicken I've ever had! I always have to get the fried chicken wings when I come visit. I know the chef personally went through all kinds of different trials and recipe tweaks to get it absolute perfection. The hamachi collar is one of the best I've had as well. One of the friends in our group said it was her favorite dish of the night besides the wings. The pad Kee mao is legit, so much flavor and we totally killed that dish. If you're into inventive creative dishes, try the kimchi fries, interesting way to make loaded fries. All the sushi rolls that we ordered were delicious, chef's kiss "mwah"! Stop by the bar and say Hello to Michelle. She is the sweetest!
Tina L — Google review
How have I lived here this long without discovering this gem?! YOU HAVE TO GET THE WINGS! BEST Korean wings I have ever had, HANDS DOWN! They also have a hand washing station as well as a “doctor” station with every sauce and seasoning you could need to perfect your ramen! Will ABSOLUTELY be back as soon as physically possible. THANK YOU!
Mak H — Google review
Fantastic food, cozy atmosphere, and attentive service! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. We sampled several dishes, all of which were delicious — especially the Spicy Korean Fried Chicken and Pad Kee Mao, which were absolutely outstanding. The Hamachi Kama was tender and perfectly grilled, and the sashimi was fresh and clean. Great variety and beautifully executed flavors. We’d definitely come back!
Global P — Google review
First time here and it didn’t disappoint. I’m a huge fan of great customer service and Michelle gave us top notch service. I went with some friends that are regulars here and we sat at the bar and Michelle took great care of us. She remembered their names and orders from previous visits and she recommended the sushi boat since the 4 of us were considering sushi. It came with a salad or soup, which I was not expecting and made the overall experience even better. $16 for sushi and a salad or soup is a great deal in my opinion, plus the sushi was excellent! If you’re looking for great food at a great price with excellent service, look no further than Umami Asian Fusion! You won’t be disappointed, I promise.
Craig W — Google review
This was our first time here, we ordered medium size (10 pieces) Korean fried chicken; half soy garlic and half spicy. I think some of the dishes are expensive compared to the portions. My husband ordered beef bulgogi and he liked it. The atmosphere was amazing, it was clean with a hand washing station which is so awesome!
Nabila — Google review
BEST KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN IN NASHVILLE! If you are in a rush or HANGRY, please be patient. Korean fried chicken takes 30 minutes to be ready. During rush hours, it will take awhile for your food to be served. Even on Friday night, there are 2 servers working. I would say it is worth the wait. I have been dining here for 2 years and food tastes exactly the same! That is consistency in recipes. I highly recommend Korean Fried Chicken and Jalapeños poppers. It is more of a family friendly restaurant. Expect some loud noise.
Summer H — Google review
Great! Alex wash the perfect waiter, there when you needed him, but not to much:) all the food was great! Sat outside on a Thursday night to get some lesson planning done and atmosphere was just right.
Sarah S — Google review
Such a great experience! THE best gyoza I’ve ever had, and the Korean fried wings were not *just* the best—they will star in my food dreams from here on out. Great food, great service, and the hand-washing station to fix my sticky fingers from eating wings?? Class act. We will absolutely return, and recommend to all our friends!

Catering food and drink supplier
Shake Shack is a popular fast-food chain known for its gourmet twist on classic dishes like burgers and frozen custard. The Broadway location offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere with ample seating. Visitors praise the accommodating staff, such as Andrew, Theresa, and Kourtnee, who go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The menu features items like truffle burgers, chicken bites, bacon burgers, and peach shakes.
Exactly the experience you'd want from a fast food place on Friday night - good hot food, quick & easy service. Went in around 7 PM on a Friday night and ordered the Veggie Shack burger with no cheese. Very easy to make adjustments using the touchscreen device at the front or with the employee at the register. The Veggie Shack patty was warm and seasoned well - not an Impossible or Beyond meat patty but really good. The fried onions were crispy and the pickles add a nice zing to the burger! The burger sauce was tangy and complemented the soft bun. Krinkle fries are nicely salted with a balance of crunchy exterior and soft interior. It's about $9 for the burger alone + $4 for the fries so a little pricey but pretty standard for burger meals these days. Opted for the free water instead of a drink - I wish that they still had the vegan shakes! :'( The restaurant is brightly lit and in a nice outdoor mall. It was semi-busy but not packed and service was very quick, bringing the food over to our table. Extra mayo, ketchup, and other condiments are self-serve. There is also a water station and cups available. Very accessible, open space. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

Mmmm mmmm. Post Incubus show trip to Shake Shack did not disappoint. Can’t remember exactly which burger I ordered 😏 but it was fantastic. Single patty, no fries, but husband for a strawberry shake that was also 👌👌 I would happily return and do it all over again. Not crazy expensive, and most importantly, didn’t wreck my stomach.

First time trying shake shack ever and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Quan made our meal. We got single shack burger add bacon, double shack burger extra pickles, grilled cheese, fries, fountain soda and craft root beer. I didn't know how to use the kiosk and the servers helped me after, very nice. We were offered free refills, while sitting and chatting after finishing our burgers. Fries were good, wish they were hotter but perfect crispy. We really enjoyed our meal and service. Space is clean and located main level of assembly food hall building.

I've NEVER had such phenomenal cheese fries! The crew here is amazing too. I often pick up deliveries here for UberEATS and this gang is on top of it! The place be so busy it stresses me out to watch them put all the eat in and delivery orders together with such precision and the presentation makes your mouth water! I don't know who the manager is in there nights/ late nights but they're doing an amazing job training these employees. I look forward to picking up orders from them because they're friendly and time oriented. Kudos to all y'all! And thank you for making my job easier as well
Dana H — Google review
Always ordering fries and burger from here! It was nice and fulfilling. We ordered online to eat for our dinner. I felt the burger could have been more saucy, so I just used my ketchup with it.
Paridhi — Google review
The food was extremely greasy. It hurt my stomach. But the manager was very nice. I ordered from the kiosk. I didn’t understand why I had to put my email address in there after putting my phone number in. He came up to me without realizing he was there and told me he’d take care of it and deliver my food. Nice guy.
Dawn S — Google review
This consistently excellent chain is mo different in Nashville. To be clear, it is what it is,a burger and shake place, but the food is consistently above average, the shakes great, and it's a fast food place with decent beer. Put the stuffed mushroom cap on a regular burger and thank me later.

The Thai restaurant Thida Thai is a great place to enjoy traditional dishes and sushi bar. The food is fantastic and the service friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, perfect for a lunch outing with friends. Prices are a bit on the high side, but it's definitely worth a visit!
This place is excellent!! The sushi is fresh, and not overpowered by spraying Kewpie mayo and sweet & sour sauce all over it. Don’t eat down the street at the Rock and Roll Sushi!! It was such a mistake, we went to Thida Thai afterwards to have good quality food. The sushi took a little while, but great things come to those who wait. We loved the eel nigiri and the rainbow roll!! Crème Brûlée was silky smooth and delicious!! We will 100% return!!

Hidden gem. Break out of your comfort zone and experience some amazingly fresh flavors and authentic food. We ordered a bento box with some drunken noodles. Tuna and pineapple salad appetizer. Garlic stir fry with beef and rice. Thai tea and iced coffee. The flavor were great. The verity is vast. The dishes were visually beautiful. The presentation is very arts. Wasn’t expecting the attention to detail. You can actually taste everything individually. The noodles weren’t soggy or over cooked. The seasoning were perfect. Although it is a smaller restaurant. Very clean and nice bathrooms. The service was fast and the plates were big. The menus is large but they have traditional options and sushi. We spend 71 dollars for two. Got a lot of foods The prices range from 5 dollars for drinks like Boba tea. 7-9 per appetizer. 12-17 for noodles and rice. 15-20 for curry. 32 at most for duck dishes. Bento box meals are around 20. Sushi is anywhere from 8-20 depends on the item. While it was 80 dollars after tip we did order a lot of food. You can easily have a great date night for 30 or less. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely have to comeback for some drinks and dessert.

We had a great experience at this restaurant, and it was our first time trying it. My friend ordered the Beef Pho, and I went with the Seafood Pho. She absolutely loved hers, but I wasn’t a fan of mine. It had a really strong fishy taste that’s hard to describe and didn’t have much flavor overall. For appetizers, we tried the fried dumplings and vegetable egg rolls. I loved the egg rolls, but the fried dumplings were just okay. For drinks, I had the honeydew boba with ice cubes, unblended, and no whipped cream. My friend got the taro boba, but she didn’t like it because it was blended. Here’s how I’d rate everything: Beef Pho: 8/10 Seafood Pho: 4/10 Vegetable Egg Rolls: 10/10 Fried Chicken Dumplings: 7/10 Taro Boba: 6/10 Honeydew Boba: 7/10 The service was excellent, and our server was super friendly and kind. If we come back, we’ll definitely try something different!

I ordered $120 of food. They forgot one of our meals. I sent my husband back to pick up the entrée and to ask for the peanut butter sauce that should come with the fresh rolls. Instead of attempting any form of service recovery or at least providing us with the sauce, the woman at the counter argued with my husband that the rolls do not come with peanut butter sauce. Lady, please see your online menu where it states that the peanut butter sauce comes with the fresh rolls. There are plenty of good Thai restaurants in the area. We will be taking our business to one of them.

I have been living in Nashville for three years and I really couldn't find any good places to eat sushi. Until I came across this restaurant. Wow, they are the best I have ever eaten at in my entire life. 1000% recommended, the service is excellent, and the speed with which they serve the food, I hope they continue like this, they are the best.

Incredibly surprised of how food turned out. It wasn't precise the best food in the area but it was above average to tell yall the truth, not to mention that there are all kinds of food from thai to Japanese style cuisine and even vietnamese. Good service and friendly service is always appreciated 👏

First time experience at EWC. All of the staff were so welcoming and personable. The front receptionist was welcoming and hilarious. My waxer, Elizabeth, was obviously very experienced and did a great job. I got there very early because my errand before was quick and they worked me in earlier. I’m very pregnant and felt like I was in great/safe hands. Could definitely tell there are a lot of regulars. Will definitely be back!!

I have been seeing Zi'Kesha for years and she is my "go-to" professional! We have built a great relationship and she truly goes out of her way to ensure the service is painless and as smooth (pun-intended) as possible. I always look forward to seeing her as she is truly an amazing individual who cares about her clients. 5 stars is an understatement

My favorite European Wax location! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Zi'Kesha sets a comfortable atmosphere and works efficiently, quickly and less painful than waxes I’ve had in the past. She also recommended products that were catered to my specific needs. Would recommend :)

I’ve been to a few locations in different states, but the Green Hills one knocks it out of the park!! Julie, who gave me a brow wax, was fun, nice, and did a fantastic-and painless-job! My elderly mom was with me because she wanted a leg wax, and Liz was the perfect choice for her, too. Can’t recommend either of them highly enough!

Bluefin Sushi & Thai, owned by Michelle and Steve Kang, offers a diverse Asian menu influenced by their Chinese and Korean backgrounds. The restaurant features family-style dining with a variety of dishes such as sushi, ramen, teriyaki, kimchi fries, Korean-style fried chicken, and bibimbap. The drink menu includes Japanese sake and soju-based cocktails. Visitors praise the generous portions and recommend trying the Japanese bento lunch boxes.
As a transplant who came from a food mecca, this place is my favorite restaurant in town - a diamond in the rough. Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and it's consistently great every time. Places like this are hard to find here. The sushi is fantastic and the food is still amazing leftover - the portions are generous, so it's perfect for lunch the next day.

I stopped in last minute around 5:00 this week on Monday 02/10/25. I had been water fasting all day so this would be my first real meal for the day. I asked for an order to-go. $21.45 was the total for a large egg drop soup and chicken lettuce wraps and about 10-15 minutes it was ready to go. I went home and ate the soup first right away. Towards the bottom of the container, I noticed the eggs were gray-greenish looking, as shown in the picture. I stopped eating the soup at that point and threw it away. Hours later I had three episodes of diarrhea. I am so glad I did not eat the discolored egg at the bottom. After three episodes, the diarrhea stopped. The next day I called and spoke to a senior lady on the phone. She told me my symptoms were unrelated and that they make fresh eggs daily…. Then she told me she could not find my order. I asked for a replacement instead of refund and she told me no. I was actually more upset by her rudeness on the phone than I was the food poisoning. To say the least I will not be back due to her poor customer service. We have frequented this restaurant a lot so this dismissal by this senior lady was very disappointing.
Stacy S — Google review
We walked in and were immediately sat down. We got our drinks immediately then put our order in. The wait was not that long as they were semi busy. The food was fantastic! Everything was perfect, the sashimi melts in your mouth! The only issues was the lack of service. At the start of our dinner, we had another server then switched in the middle. There were no refills on our water nor check ins if we needed anything. The only time the servers came to our table was to get our order and to drop off food. After the bill came and after waiting 10 minutes, we headed to the counter for someone to check us out. I understand that it was somewhat busy but the lack of service cannot be made up by the food.
Angel S — Google review
Gosh, we had a terrible experience here! Walked in to order sushi to go and first of all, waited forever! It seems like it was almost 30 minutes, but then we were very tired. I do know that folks who came in after we had ordered, sat down and were served their food before we got ours. The special sushi rolls are on a tablet of endless photos, so it was a little overwhelming. And what we finally ended up getting looked nothing like the photos! I don't know if it was because it was to-go, but there weren't all the sauces and layering that we were expecting. And the taste was just not great - three were okay, but one was actively bad, even bitter. For the record, we ordered 4 rolls and some soup, so maybe that's just how long it takes, but it felt like a very long wait to pay $80 for a very poor meal. And since we had lots of time to sit around and wait, we noticed how goofy (literally) the decor is. It's a nice blue-lit, chairs & benches atmosphere with piano music playing, but around the bar it's like a sports bar, and the at the entrance is a massive Goofy (from Disney) artwork that didn't seem to fit the vibe of the rest of the restaurant. We just found it super weird.
Sara W — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing but the service was ehh. The guy who seated us was not friendly and our server didn't check on us at all after delivering the food to our table but the food made up for it bc it was delicious.

Went there for a quick lunch. Service was great and efficient! I got lunch bento with shrimp teriyaki and California roll. Shrimps were really good but I was not a big fan of California roll. Sea weed in them seemed a little mushy. Tom Yum was great! It has fresh mushrooms in it!

Will is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! From the moment the session began, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease. His technique is incredible—firm where needed but always attentive to my comfort level. He intuitively found the areas that needed the most attention and worked out tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. Will is professional, kind, and truly skilled at what he does. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality massage therapy!

Decided it was time for a massage and Elements Massage is close to work, so a nice choice for a lunch break. Online booking was easy to use and offered plenty of appointments convenient to my schedule. My massage therapist, Melissa, was great. She checked in during the massage to make sure the pressure was the level I wanted. I added the Himalayan salt stones as an extra and was happy that I did. The heated stones were soothing and helped with relaxation. Very happy I decided to spend some time on self care. Will definitely be back.

Elements Massage is a great place to get a massage. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, and I really needed one. I can’t remember the man’s name who gave me the Massage, but he was very professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to. He got rid of all the mats in my back and shoulders, and I felt great afterwards.

I scheduled a 90-minute massage. Actually, this gives you 80-minutes of table time, with 5-minutes before and after to discuss your needs and how it went. My massage was completed 10-minutes before the 90-minute appointment timeframe. I also was taken back 5-minutes after my appointment time was scheduled. No matter how much explaining the front desk did, I only got 70-minutes of table time, and I'm being generous. ****************************************************************** I wanted to give an update. When the management and ownership saw this review, they immediately reached out. They were apologetic and offered to bring me back to let them correct my issue. I agreed and today (5/14) I received 1st class service from walking in the door to leaving after the massage. Thank you Christine (General Manager) for caring about your clients and facilitating bringing me back in. This shows compassion, empathy and care beyond anything I've ever experienced from a business. And oh, WOW, WOW, WOW.... Jennifer who performed the magical massage was soooo good, I have never had a better experience. I will definately be back many time over!!

I switched to Bloom and Branch when I moved for brow threading. I’ve had good experiences but nothing like my experience with Shamna. Even a simple brow shaping and tint feels like a spa experience and the results are perfection. An added plus is how pleasant she is as a provider. 10/10 recommend and with the new services they added to their menu, I’m excited to try new procedures.

I had never done a float before this visit. I absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice and large, clean, well appointed, and private. It was the most relaxing hour I think I've ever spent...floating in what felt like being in space. I would rest my arms at my side, feeling nothing but the soft, perfectly warm water, as I focused on my breathing, completely losing touch with the reality outside my little pod. I dislocated my right shoulder over 30 years ago and it's never been quite the same, always being a bit stiff and sore, especially when I work out. Since the float, I experienced no pain, no stiffness, and it has lasted for over a week now. Absolutely INCREDIBLE! No lie!

Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Holiday Salon + Bathhouse offers a serene escape inspired by Finnish traditions. Housed in a charming century-old building, this unique venue allows for private group rentals with a swimsuit-optional policy, perfect for those seeking relaxation without constraints. Guests can indulge in the soothing Himalayan salt sauna, rejuvenate in the steam room, or unwind in the expansive saltwater soaking pool.
I scheduled a 2 hour booking as birthday treat to myself while I was visiting Nashville. The facility was clean with a minimalist design. Booking is fairly straightforward - but you do have to sign a waiver beforehand. I was staying at a hotel with a pool, but being in a pool in the hot sun didn’t sound appealing, so I’m very glad I got enjoy an indoor session within relaxing environment. The changing room has showers with basic toiletries, along with shower caps if needed. Towels are provided, and robes are available for purchase. I wish I would have booked a hair appointment as well, because the salon I ended up booking with did not complete the service requested and let me leave with a very bad, frizzy blow out. The 2 hours flew by, and you have to take account of showering/dressing to be part of your booked time, so don’t dilly dally once there because the clock is ticking. I highly recommend booking time at the bathhouse, it was a wonderful experience.

I booked the Soak and Sauna for a birthday treat, and I highly recommend the 1.5-hour session! I had a wonderful time at the spa—it was the perfect way to unwind and completely relax. The ambiance was soothing, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is such a great spot for anyone looking to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle. Also, attached to a small shopping center with a few restaurants, if you want to make a morning or evening of it. Can’t wait to visit again!

I booked a custom facial, which was available almost 2 weeks from booking. It was relaxing and my face was supple and glowing afterwards. They use seaweed infused high end products which might explain the higher price point. The only negative I would say is steam wasn’t used prior to extractions so it was painful for that part. Other than that it was a good experience.
Michelle A — Google review
I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).

I received the Moxi Laser Treatment last Saturday and had a wonderful experience! The whole staff is amazing and walks you through what the expect and how to properly take care of your face afterwards. They numbed my face so I didn’t feel much during the treatment. Every once in a while I would feel a tiny sting but it wasn’t bad at all. My face was red afterwards (like a bad sunburn) but that only lasted a day or two. My skin “shed” for 3 days and by day 5, my face was back to normal. Completely refreshed and glowing. It’s amazing what removing dead skin can do for the appearance of your skin. Highly recommend and I will definitely be doing again!

Despite being far from home, many are willing to return for another visit due to the great experience they had at Nails Deluxe.
I walked in on a whim and had a set of beautifully gel-polished acrylics in less than 45 minutes. Did I mention that they had me in a chair as soon as I walked in? 5 stars!

I have had my nails, both fingernails & toenails, done several times by both Henry, Gina & Kim. All three have done a great job on all nails for me. I’ve also enjoyed joking & just talking & laughing with all of them while they are busy working & cutting up. I have a great time there & sincerely enjoy laughing and visiting with them while I’m there! -Cyndi W.

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First, making an appointment was difficult as they simply told us to come in without taking our names, despite us asking twice. When we arrived, we had to wait for 44 minutes before one of us was attended to, while the other waited an additional 20 minutes. The pricing was unclear, and we had trouble understanding what was included in each service. Only two options were offered, and when I inquired about the $50 deluxe service, I was told it included a stone massage, towel wrap, massage, and pedicure scrub to remove dead skin. However, none of these were provided during the pedicure. The towel wrap was just a cold towel laid over both legs, and the entire pedicure lasted only 20 minutes, shorter than our wait time. Moreover, the place was very unsanitary. They didn't use separate packages for tools, so there was no way to know if they had been sanitized. After scrubbing the bottom of my feet, the technician rinsed the tool in the same water my feet were soaking in. Additionally, they grabbed towels from a communal basket without any indication if they were clean or dirty. Overall, the service was subpar, and I felt we received a basic pedicure despite paying for the deluxe option. The lack of hygiene practices was also concerning. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on this experience.

I’ve been going here for years. One of the girls that do waxes cannot at all. I gave her a second chance today and I could cry. I’m so mad right now, I look like the Rock.
Tori H — Google review
Went as soon as doors opened and was seated for a pedi. Feet soaked in water for over an hour before the pedi actually began. What a waste of time. Zero nail clipping or cuticle trimming and honestly thank god since I could see all the tools in a bin on the cart without an autoclave bag, likely used from client to client. Cheese grater thing used for callus removal was shaken into my dirty foot water to remove skin and thrown back onto the cart for future use. EXTREMELY unsanitary on the most fundamental level. Then to top everything, the polish job wasn’t even good and my 8yo niece could’ve done a better job (polish lumpy and uneven and all over my surrounding skin). This dude didn’t even try. 100% would never go back or recommend this place. Drive the 30min into Nashville and avoid getting a fungal infection.

Rhapsody Spa is a beautiful and welcoming spa that emphasizes holistic wellbeing. The steam shower is a very nice addition to the two services offered (a 80 minute relaxation massage and a sole reviver). Brittany gave one of the best massages I have ever experienced, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Rhapsody Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
Had an amazing massage while in town for a work trip. The therapist was very intuitive & technical. She melted away any kinks and soreness I was experiencing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Would recommend 10/10!

Arrive early use the sauna, steam shower and relaxation room; you can use it after too. I wonder if you can use the pool during the season? You get validated valet parking with your spa treatment. The reviews are correct, it’s chilly- the floors are tile throughout so it’s echoing and you hear every click and thud. I would recommend the experience- the price tag was hearty though.

Makeiba (not sure of spelling) was absolutely incredible. The spa is beautiful and well put together. I enjoyed using the dry sauna while waiting for my massage. Probably the best massage of my life!

By far the best spa experience I’ve ever had. The staff was courteous and very professional. All areas of the facility were extremely clean and the environment was conducive to a relaxing atmosphere. I will be back and I will tell my friends and family about this outstanding spa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at The Westin Nashville and stopped into The Rhapsody Spa — and I had to leave a 5-star review after the incredible massage I received from Kathryn. I walked out feeling like a new man. Completely relaxed, tension melted away — I even considered extending my stay just to keep the vibe going. Kathryn, if you’re reading this: thank you. Absolute chef’s kiss. 👏 I’m already looking forward to booking with you again and returning to the spa on my next visit!

I had an excellent experience at the spa with oxygenated fatial! This is one of not so many spas, which offers fatial with an eye treatment😄👍 So happy that I have chosen it. The spa itself has sauna and steam room plus you can use gym which has good verity of exercise equipment and pool. I enjoyed relaxation room as well with exclusive tea variety👍 I enjoyed the whole day exploring this facility and my fatial was perfect end of relaxing day 🥰 My therapist was great!

I recently visited Rhapsody Spa and the service was amazing. Brittany was very gentle and patient with me through the whole process. I am new to the area and i was referred here and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back to book more services.

Nestled in the heart of Franklin, Skin & Beyond Day Spa is a premier destination for those seeking exceptional salon and spa services. With a dedicated team of skilled professionals, this spa prioritizes client satisfaction and well-being. Many visitors rave about their experiences with Martha, whose expertise in customized facials has transformed countless skin concerns, including hormonal acne. Her compassionate approach ensures that clients feel understood and supported throughout their skincare journey.
I have been going to Skin & Beyond Day Spa once a month for over a year. Martha has transformed my skin with her customized facials. She knows just what your skin needs to look its best. She is personable, encouraging and kind. You will leave her spa feeling better inside and out! She's just past the Franklin Family Entertainment Center off N. Royal Oaks & Hwy. 96.

I loved my trip! I have struggled with hornonal acne and skin conditions for almost two years now. I went to ulta and they did a microdermabrasion on my face WHILE I STILL HAD ACNE and it left me with twice the problem even months after... Martha was so caring and passionate about helping my face heal and clear up. She is so knowledgeable about what she does and told me exactly what was going on with my face and I would refer anyone to her. I have spent countless hours and money trying to correct problems with my face and was at my wits end so decided to go to her and I truly believe I made the best choice by having her help me!

This salon is on the Better Business Bureau as a CREDIT CARD SCAMMER!! ZERO STARS (It won't let me give less than 1 but ZERO is my score) FOR POOR SERVICE, CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a Groupon. First: the appointment - I called and left messages TWICE a day for 7 business days. I contacted Groupon by email saying no one had called me back, and a representative at Groupon called them and made them call me back. Second: getting there- it's a dump and the customer service reflects that. I walked in and there was no one to be seen so I sat and waited 15 min until a man came out and asked if anyone had seen me yet and offered me water. He went back in and came out 30 min after I had been sitting there and asked the same thing (still have not been greeted by anyone else) and left the building. 45 min after I arrived, another client arrived. 50 min after I arrived, someone came downstairs with a client and proceeded to the front desk to check her out. The lady behind the desk started chatting with the woman who came in after me, and she was telling her she had a 2:45 appointment. The lady behind the desk never looked at me, greeted me, nor asked if she could help me, or if I had an appointment. Third: the incompetence- I waited 10 min to see if I would be asked if I can be helped, and she never asked, so I spoke up and said, "Hi, I have a 2 o'clock appointment." She asked what my name was, and asked me to spell it. I told her, and she told me my appt was for Nov 8 and 15 at 10 am, and I told her that's impossible because I am going out of town on Nov 10 and needed my eyelashes done before that, and won't even be in town on Nov 15. She said "You're wrong, because we schedule out appointments 3 weeks in advance for people who regularly get their eyelashes done" to which I replied: "You remember I called twice a day for 7 business days, and no one called me back, and I had to get Groupon to contact you, and you called me after they contacted you, on Sept 17 and that's when I scheduled these appointments, which was 6 weeks ago?" I told her she clicked the wrong two weeks on two consecutive Tuesdays. She continued to say that her regular clients book three weeks in advance (which makes no common sense since I booked mine 6 weeks in advance and this is documented in an email with Groupon). She BASICALLY LIED because she was 45 min late and her next appointment was already there so she told me I didn't have an appointment even though I have the email from Groupon that my appointment issue was resolved. She said she could see me at 7 pm (I had driven over an hour to get there) and quite frankly, not only did I not have the time, I no longer trusted her with my eyes. UPDATE: so after reading reviews here and in other places about this salon wrongfully charging credit cards even after cancelling appointments well in advance (they make you give your credit card number even if you have a Groupon or Living Social special), I called the salon and left a message to call me back to cancel an appointment. "Martha" who must be the mother of the rude girl I encountered who never spoke to me, started YELLING preaching to me, saying "If you are a Christian then you will understand that in life people run behind and it's not her fault you got your schedule wrong"- I cut her off right there and said, "I'm not getting into this with you, I just want to cancel my appointments and tell you NOT to charge my credit card" to which she didn't acknowledge that she would do both but continued her rant about being a Christian SCREAMING and hung up on me. I called back and told her, "DO NOT CHARGE my credit card or I will call the credit card company and report fraud and also the police" and she kept on screaming something about Christianity and never acknowledged that she would NOT charge my credit card. My credit card company verified they have numerous complaints about credit card fraud from clients of this salon and thanked me for adding to their investigation.

please don't bother with this business, very depressing experience! I'm not sure why they are posting a Groupon for new customers, when they either don't want them or they resent them! I had 2 terrible experiences with this owner, and didn't even make it to the location or have the services. ... I can't think of a situation I would ever give them my money or suggest anyone I know gives them their money... Groupon refunded my purchase! THEY apologized for this business's behavior and had it taken care of in 5 minutes... My conversation with the owner of this business ended with an eery karma threat of "this will come back to you, not on us -- this I know"... (details below if you want to know more) I was immediately turned off with the owner's demeanor when I called to schedule my appointment. Honestly, I have never had a business (any type) treat me, as a paying customer, the way this owner did. I'm not sure she even understands what it means to appreciate a customer or work with a customer to make sure they are comfortable, let alone satisfied. I wish I could explain her tone... braisen, pompous, rude, dismissive and entitled... hopefully that gives you an idea... here's a quick breakdown -- when I called to make an appointment for the groupon I purchased, she asked for my credit card to hold on file without first explaining why... I tell her I'm not comfortable giving that, and her immediate reaction is "well then I can't make an appointment for you" ... hmm braisen... okay, I have already paid for the groupon, so I need to find a way to make this work... tried having a conversation about why I was uncomfortable, that I had already purchased the groupon and would be sure to keep my appointment. I can understand wanting to keep a business running smoothly, but you should have heard her very defensive response, "well I don’t know what to tell you, if you don't trust us, we wouldn't want to have you as a customer anyway!"... I couldn't believe what I was hearing. There were no attempts to make me feel more comfortable, or work with me... I'm in complete shock! My 2nd experience was worse! After getting notified that my groupon was going to expire, I try again... this time, I have 2 weeks before it expires, but she can't get me in until 2 days after that. I'm not thinking this is a big thing -- she'll definitely work with me to make sure I can use my groupon right? ... no, absolutely not. Both of these conversations are not more than five minutes... and multiple times, I've heard, "nope, there's nothing I can do", "this is how we do business, if you don't like it, you don't have to come", "it's not my fault you didn't take care of this sooner..." --- It's 2 weeks before this expires and all she can do is give me store credit for the amount I paid (which doesn't even cover 1 treatment, let alone the 3 that the groupon covered). She has the audacity to say that she is offering me a deal, that she'll take $25 off the other 2 services... a deal would be honoring the groupon when I have 2 weeks left, not offering a way I can pay you $100+...

Terrible service! I attempted to make an appointment- showed up and noone was there. Then was told that I was in the wrong with my date and time (which is not true!) then never got a call back and they charged my card anyways!
