A Cambridge staple! Best fries in town. I love the unlimited topping choices hot dogs, burgers, and fries. It's always a treat when this food stand opens. It's purely outside seating. Sometimes lines can be long but the workers are speedy and food is always hot.
I tried the cheese sauce for the first time, as a side to dip the fries. It was cold but delicious. I've never been disappointed here. I think my only complaint would be that the hot dog bun maybe was toasted and sat for a while, because it didn't feel toasted fresh.
I had the saurkraut and bacon dog on this visit. I love that the saurkraut doesn't have caraway in it. That kind of saurkraut isn't my favourite. Give the bacon and kraut dog some mustard, and it's a tasty pairing.

This hot dog/hamburger establishment is in a prime location by the Grand River. Absolutely beautiful. A wonderful place to enjoy great fast food and beautiful nature. I am from out of town and I always take my young daughter here every summer, she loves it!
I recommend the southwest hot dog and the cheese and bacon hot dog.
Simple and elegance rolled into one. Food was great. I had the spicy southwest fries that comes with chipotle mayo and bacon bits. As for the ice cream try out the Grammy’s cupboard. Its simply an explosion of flavour that has vanilla flavoured ice cream with chocolate and graham piece. Simply Nice. The whole team was pretty helpful and nice. They have a really nice initiative in remembrance of Sean who used to work there. Really glad that there are people who truly care about.
I ordered southwest poutine and got loaded fries instead, went back to counter to tell the girl I got wrong order. She started yelling at me you. You said this and that. No coming here again. Non-sense lady( chubby one). Just started shouting like an animal.
Please be respectful to customers even if someone order something wrong they don’t want it you should know how to handle situation in customer service.

Love this spot to grab a bite! The fries are hot and tasty! Best hot dogs and milkshakes too. I'm from out west but make a point of coming here every time I'm in town. Dog friendly, kid friendly. The reviews that complain about birds are comical. Go eat inside somewhere if you don't appreciate nature. I would recommend this place 100 times over.
We were there over lunch (12:05pm on a Tuesday) and were second in line. The tables were already almost all taken by the early birds who came just as it opened at 11:30pm. By the time we placed our order there was probably 20 + people behind us waiting to place their order. And the line continues for a long time!
The line can get pretty long, specially on a sunny warm day, but typically you can expect your food within 5 minutes of ordering it.
There were two of us today- we had the regular Hotdog, small Poutine, medium South West Fries, and their Deep Fried Pickles. We also each had a can of pop. It came to a little less than $35.
The food was tasty. The gravy in the Poutine is pretty good but the cheese is not authentic Poutine cheese… but it did the trick! The sauce in the South West Fries started to congeal not too long after we got them, but overall, not a bad mix.
Likely not the place for you if you fear birds or bees… there are plenty of both in very close proximity at all times and they are not shy in trying to share your meal.
We’ve been going to L.A. Franks for years. Usually once a summer is sufficient for me. But going here marks the beginning of the nice weather and reminds us that summer is nearly here!
Best onion rings I've ever had!!!!! The burgers were also fabulous!
The riverside location is absolutely beautiful, and there are lots of picnic tables.
The deep fried pickles are devine!
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the ice cream. It lacks in flavour, and the serving size is super sad. I got a 3-scoop, and the top scoop was literally a small spoonful!
Bonuses: Friendly staff, a spot for doggies to drink water, an on-site bathroom, and ample parking.
First time visiting. Loved the atmosphere. Employees were friendly which was refreshing..Poutine was great with lots of gravy cheeseburger was delicious.....I'd give it a 5 star but bun wasn't the freshest.

We had their French Toast and their Classic Breakfast.
The home fries were crispy and well seasoned.
We asked for very crispy bacon; unfortunately, it didn’t come that way… it looks like they tried to get it crispy by deep frying it, which is usually fine, except that today it made it very greasy.
The young man serving us was efficient and attentive.
Nice, cozy family diner with decent prices. Food was quite delicious with big portions. Coffee was really nice as well. Service was a mixed bag. One of the servers was really nice and friendly while the other was standoffish and crass. Maybe having a bad day, so I will give them grace
I was visiting family in Cambridge from Montreal and decided to try this restaurant out for brunch. The food was amazing. Had the rib eye steak with mashed potatoes and gravy which was delicious. The staff is super friendly, servicing the food fast and were very helpful. Would definitely eat here again next time I visit.
First the prices are crazy high for this type of place. I get everything has gone up, but $20 for an omelette! Anyway, ordered eggs and bacon with home fries for myself and my guy order turkey club with fries. Food got to the table and portions were huge and looked good. Then we started to eat. Nope...home fries were waaayyyy over fried and super greasy, bacon was asked to be crispy and yes, there were a few spots of crispy, a few spots of burnt and raw, and that was on one strip of bacon.
My mans club had raw bacon and made with stale bread. Also fries over done and super greasy.
Unfortunately, we couldnt even eat enuf tp get full.
The waitress was great.
Man comes from the kitchen asking what was wrong with the food. Saying he gets his bread from a company. So I told him to complain to his bread company then.

I had breakfast at Tony’s Family Diner and it was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the classic breakfast with eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast and everything was cooked just right. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy (not greasy), and the home fries were golden and seasoned perfectly.
Portions were generous, and the coffee kept coming fresh and hot, just the way I like it. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
The Food was 5000/5 stars!!! We were traveling in the area from out of town--what a lovely surprise to find this gem of a restaurant!! 🍀 Outstanding food, outstanding service, and decent atmosphere. Best take home order ever, packaged to perfection as the food was surprisingly warm 1 hour later.
We ordered Steak Milano and Shrimp Fettuccine in Rose sauce. Tony was so kind, caring and generous. He went above and beyond when he offered to let us try the Steak Milano sauce before ordering because we never tried it before and weren't sure we would like it. It was SPECTACULAR. The fresh herbs and spices, the attention to detail. The ladies at the front were attentive and responded quickly when we entered the restaurant. This is the kind of small town hospitality that is rare nowadays, definitely something you dont want to miss! Skip "Skip the Dishes" and go in to order--you won't regret it.
We also tried Tony's Potato bacon soup & garlic herbed bread (perfection!!!!!), fruit salad, rice pudding. I ordered double the shrimp for my shrimp fettuccine, and the staff did a professional and thorough job wrapping everything up. Food was still warm and toasty after the 1 hour drive home!!! Now THAT was impressive. We will be picking up food here from now on, whenever we are on town. Thanks Tony!
Yesterday about 8:00 pm, I ordered, through Skip, Pancakes plus a side order and Bacon. The pancakes were very large and the 2 (of the 5) that I could eat was very good. Cost before taxes, service charge and tip was $31.00. This is what I got! Not happy, wouldn’t order again. I had called before I ordered and the person answering was friendly but rushed. Delivery was fast.

Nestled in the heart of Waterloo, Mozy's Shawarma is a delightful Mediterranean eatery that brings the vibrant flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine to life. Decided to give this place a try today and glad I did. I ordered online for pick up, and was a little skeptical, but the the falafel wrap was one of the best I've ever had.
I ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra sauce and they nailed it. The wrap was ripped but I guess that's what I get for stuffing it so full.
The falafel were fluffy, moist and flavourful and the online ordering offered the option of paying when I got there which many don't offer.
Give these guys a try, you won't regret it!

Ordered off Uber eats and basically got just the roti. There was absolutely nothing inside. Of what is inside it's completely dry. The fact they're overcharging ($16) for this kind of food is ridiculous. The pictures don't show this well but there's basically like 3-4 tablespoons worth of chicken inside (for context the pickle jar is only 300 g mini jar). Better to go to any other shawarma place just around the corner
Edit: in response to the owner, I’ve had mozys in the past (over a year ago) and it’s been fine in terms of the amount. This was literally nothing inside (no way close to 4 oz) and it was dry unfortunately. I’m not sure who made it today but it was definitely not it
After 5 years, I drove from Toronto just to revisit Mozy’s.
That massive rotating rotisserie still rules the kitchen, and the aroma? Unchanged magic.
ORDER:Chicken Shawarma Plate (half rice + half fries). Tender shaved chicken, golden rice, crispy fries + warm pita, ALL drowned in their legendary fresh garlic sauce— creamy, punchy, PERFECT.

Came in late. Order extra garlic and an extra pita on the side and didn’t receive it. Paid cash, told the gentlemen I would come back in 15 mins when my order was ready. It was an extra $4 and I didn’t receive it. I even left a $6 tip
The full-flavor shawarma from this place is the best one that I've ever had, by far! It is juicy, it is crispy, it is zesty, it is starchy, and it is packed with flavor - it is a freaking culinary masterpiece! Bravo!
The Chicken Shawarma wrap’s at Mozy’s Waterloo were delicious. We got four of them for dinner, one for the each of us.
a) The marinated chicken cut from the vertical rotisserie - marinated, cooked & grilled
b) Pita bread - fresh.
c) French fries in the wrap - soft.
d) Garlic sauce - exceptional.
e) Pickles - Tangy and Sweet.
As we always ask ourselves once we have eaten. Will we get Mozy’s shawarma again while visiting Waterloo? the answer is we sure will.
This shawarma place is very special to my heart, I can say without a doubt is is the better tasting places I can enjoy in the area. The meat is never dry and the service is very nice.. it’s a bit pricey but they make sure you have enough to eat from one order. I like the place for being so clean too, hard to find places that clean up nicely
Shawarma was actually fire! But customer service was beyond trash. Told me they closed in 30 minutes so I wouldn’t stay long but there was 2 hours left until they closed. Guy also had zero warmth or engagement and they all just constantly loudly yapped (probably gossiping) nonstop in another language. At least speak English to keep me in on the joke my friends! Thanks for the great shawarma but not so great service 🙏🏾

I don't normally leave comments/feedbacks but I just cant resist on this one. This cozy restaurant is just amazing, do yourself a favor, visit them and order your favorite dish. The staffs are nice and dishes are delicious! Me and my family including my 3 year old kid enjoyed it a lot. I ordered their steak burger, fish and chips and onion rings, then add a little pepper, salt and ketchup on top of it, absolutely stunning. I've personally been to many fish and chips restaurant and this is by far the best. Highly recommended and I'm already staving now by looking at the photos!

Good riddance to Frida's place! It hasn't been Frida's place since the new owners purchased it 7 years ago. I was actually happy when I went there today, in hopes of the best French fries and gravy in town and it was closed. It lived on its laurels since it sold and I'm happy it's over now. The new owners ran into the ground. The only thing the new owners ever did right was learn how to cook the fries properly and make the exact same gravy. But then they doubled the price and added a little more and just insulted their customers.
Frida's is one of “the originals” of Cambridge meaning it’s one of those places that have been around for what seems like forever. I haven’t been here for probably 20 years to eat, however I’d pop in occasionally and grab a large take dish of ceasar dressing for family functions or just to have in my fridge. I decided to grab lunch with high expectations to only feel a little let down. The cashier and chef were supper nice and attentive. We ordered a large ceasar salad, Pork Slovaki on a pita and a BC burger with fries and 2 pop, grand total was approx $49.00. I wanted to add a large ceasar dressing to go and the cashier said the new owner wouldn’t allow it. This really perturbed me because what owner wouldn’t want their product to be a conversation piece in someone’s home that’s free word of mouth advertising, makes me wonder how long or if any restaurant experience this owner has.
Ceasar salad came out first and isn’t a ceasar salad, it was made with only iceberg lettuce and a cpl crutons. The rest of our food was average, nothing special especially concidering the cost. Sorry guys but you dropped the ball.
Very generous serving size for a very great value. The 3-eggs super breakfast only costs me $13 + hst and I was full until dinner time. The food was quite satisfactory and might be better than Denny’s or Wimpy’s. Keep in mind that this is an all American/Canadian truckers restaurant type. I will definitely return. I highly recommend their breakfast and lunch combos. I will have to return again when I’m in the area. Cheers!
Underwhelming food, greek salad was just a lot of lettuce with 4 olives and 4 pinky finger sized pieces of tomato swimming in a lot of dressing. Chicken was dry and salty.
My friend had ran to the washroom 30 min after having their burger that looked really unappetizing.

First time coming here. I ordered the western sandwich and my friend ordered the western omelette. Food was good and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it if you are in Cambridge Ontario and you want dinner food. Portion size are big .... No complaints here 🇨🇦

This was unreal tonight! We were asked to park for a cheeseburger and small fry for 10 minutes! Then the person delivering the food had no idea what car got what. We saw them hand our bag to may cars and allowed other people to handle our food. Is this not a health and safety issue! I also raised my concerns and the person walked away.
Worst mcdonalds! I try to avoid going here but my kids like their crappy food. Every single time they forget something! After making me park to wait after going through drive through that last two times it's the fry I ordered for myself and what 4.50 for a fry I didn't get ! And no point in ever calling to complain because they do absolutely NOTHING
The service here was amazing. The staff that were working on Mar. 28th @ 6pm were so kind & helpful. I am a person with a disability who uses a mobility device. There was a young woman who helped me with my meal, carried my food & cleaned up the area where I was sitting I really didn't have to ask. It was her initiative. I forgot to get her name. I hope that this is typical of the staff. The woman who took my order was also kind, friendly & helpful. I think that she was a manager.
The food of course was fast food but it was hot, tasty & flavourful. I got a Big Mac meal & Oreo McFlurry. Both were good. I love that I can add extra veggies & sauce to the Big Mac. The fries were hot & fresh.

Went to this Mcdonald all excited to have a chocolate Sunday icecream and was so disappointed with the serving. Asked them to add some chocolate sauce and they were like ohh you will have to pay extra. There was not even enough chocolate for the serving. The ice cream prices have increased over the years hoping there would be at least a standard maintained however it was a pathetic small serving and didn't even enjoy the vibes. A happy meal is only when it's served with great energy and sadly it wasn't transcended to the meal. O customer service and 0 customer satisfaction and I will not come back here. The management needs to restructure the products service and management. Standards are not maintained and dropping. I see them closing down soon as there's many others in market that does better. I'd rather get the same from costco. Better bigger and happier servers and servings. "Enjoy a summer treat today.. it's no treat with such treatment. You charge more but reduce the serving size like a kids size serving. Ridiculous. From a $1.50 for Sunday fudge icecream to $3.79. A rip off.

The diner has some new equipment however, there is rust in the bathroom and the windows, doors and glass were very greasy. Touch points need addressing. The glasses we received our drinks in were coated in fingerprints and calcium build up and had to be sent back. The manager and waitress were very accommodating and I think if whoever owns this business currently could put a little attention into the cleanliness and replacement of less visually appealing dishware this place could be very popular with a more health/safety concious crowd. Still, this is an alright place to eat.
It's a tiny little diner in one of the most visited Plaza in Cambridge. At first, it doesn't look much from the outside, but the moment you enter...the vibe changes.
It's a throwback to the 1900s with diner-like vibes, jukebixes, posters, and famous white and red checkered decors.
The food is standard and fresh, but sadly, the taste is kinda generic. Their famous wimpy burgers are however eye catching and filling.
Prices are a bit high and are just as expensive with gourmet burger joints such as Five Guys , The Works, the Keg, etc. You do, however, get a 10% discount on Friday evenings, and the vibe is a one of a kind unique experience that you can't find elsewhere.
Ordered a hamburger and an omelette and 2 pops - cost us over $60 - prices have easily increased by $5 per item.
My burger tasted freezer burnt or old. The garnishes were wilted. How do you mess up a burger? You're a diner ! The new owners need to greatly improve. This industry was crying over not having customers during covid - you're going to continue to see a decline from your poor service , product. and manners. You and the rest of the establishments on the strip are seeing this. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant close at 3pm. The times are changing for you. BUT you bought the franchise cheap and thst's exactly what you are. I look forward to seeing you go out of business.

So good and completely even exceeded my expectations.
I’ve grown up going to Wimpy’s Diners around the Toronto area, but unfortunately a lot of them closed down so when I moved out here I was so happy to find out they are still open here. Pure nostalgia.

I had the liver and fried onions and it was real good 😊 The lady who made it for me definitely knows how to cook.
The liver was like butter.
I also ordered blueberry chocolate chip pancakes to go and ate it later on and it was so yummy 😋 it was fluffy and had the right amount of chocolate and blueberries. So incredibly delicious.
I also have to say the staff is really nice and welcoming.
The people who visit the restaurant are also really friendly and everyone is enjoying a nice meal with great company all around.

We went for breakfast at the end of our vacation in the area. Our waiter was so friendly and nice. Always smiling and attentive. The food was good and served quickly.
Food was pretty good, enjoyed the eggs and pancakes but the fruit on the French toast was not great. Staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Reasonable prices as well.
Always great service and great food! Every Wednesday after 4pm to closed they have all you can eat fish and chips. It was $11.

I went to last Wednesday for fish and chips. Price is only $1 up (last time I went to 4 years ago. So, it's still great deal. Because, only $1 up. Some restaurants are more getting up). Close was at 7pm. I went to around 5:40pm. It was so busy. Almost seat are full. Cooking people are two and waitress was only one. We started to eat at 6:15pm. That's why, I rated 3 star for service.
But, fish was crispy I love it. It was enough for one plate for me. But, still great deal for $11.99 Fish are came with 3 pieces. It was only Pollock but great taste. I'll be back for sure! Maybe I'll come in early next time. All you can eat started at 4pm.

I went to this Wednesday again. Because want to eat Fish and chips again. Lol I went to around 5pm this time. Because I remember last time when I go there at 5:40pm it was cloud. But this time was okay. Only few groups are there. Food are delicious and I enjoyed this time too.

Super nice and professional staff, provided extra help to choose the right combo for our family, order was ready within 15 min, it was not busy at all, we got a good deal for pizza, wings, garlic bread ad pops for 29 bucks. 1st time visit, we thought we found a jewel for our 2 teenagers Friday nights usual menu.
Pizza and garlic bread are well approved, cheesy, great flavor, and savoury crust.
Unfortunately, when the time came to feast on their wings, which we asked to be PLAIN + honey garlic sauce on the side, the cooking type and flavor were far from being plain. It was not a joyful susprise.... A very strong curry flavor did not pass the 'like test' after the first bite. Mouth, fingers, and napkins were super greasy and orange. The honey garlic sauce had a very strange gooey, wet starch-like flavor, garlic was not in the picture. Just weird and unpleasant.
Kudos on the pizza and breads, but the wing and sauce experience was just not for us... AT ALL. Not coming back.

Showed up and picked up my freshly reheated pizza, cold wings and crap garlic bread. Look at that ooey gooey cheese and to eliminate any shadow of a doubt you can see that they added extra cheese when the reheated the pizza with bacon to save the bacon from burning. Zero percent chance I will ever go here again. Actually disgusted by the service

Had a pizza with mushrooms, garlic, and extra cheese. Probably had a total of one whole mushroom on the entire pizza, no garlic to be found, and a pitiful amount of cheese regardless of the fact I got extra. Not great tasting sauce, or anything really.

Seems like the majority of reviewers are ordering pizza so I went ahead and ordered different items to see if they’re just as good as people claim the pizza to be.
I started with a panzerotti, its affordably priced but that comes with a cost, excessive amounts of grease and lack of toppings, tastes like a basic panzerotti, nothing special to it. Next, potato wedges, they claim you get 1 pound, I weighed them and they’re far less than a pound, they definitely lost my trust there. The website is very confusing, makes ordering over the phone difficult. They don’t label the panzerotti box, very frustrating when you’re ordering meat and vegetarian at the same time, makes it a guessing game. Plenty of parking outside and located on a big plaza. I probably wouldn’t return here.

Ordered a chicken junior meal. Asked for them to replace the lettuce with Tomato as I have an allergy and experience severe heartburn. Only to get home and find layers of lettuce and no tomato in sight. I was appalled that Burger King would disregard an allergy alert a customer has disclosed. I used to love Burger King as a kid, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. The restaurant wasn’t very clean, which made the visit less enjoyable. While the food still had that classic BK taste, one of my burgers was cold, which was really frustrating. Overall, not very impressed—I expected better.
Ordered on Uber eats asked for bacon and no tomatoes on my whopper did not get what I ordered also it was very cold. No bacon paid extra for it and tomatoes on it I can't eat. Uber eat won't help with the order wrong too

Horrible experience. Had my dog in the car so went through the drive through. Couldn’t get in the drive through because a delivery truck is blocking the entrance. Walk inside, not a worker to be seen. Had to call someone over, explained the situation. The audacity, they told me to tell the driver to move. Too busy having a conversation amongst themselves to care about customers. Do better, hire better, what’s happening to customer service? This location is a perfect example of how downhill service has gone.
What is with the horrible attitudes at this place? Im appalled. Guy at the drive through this morning was mumbling and got frustrated at ME when i politely told him i was having trouble hearing him. He also must have been hard of hearing since they got my order wrong. I asked for sausage egg and cheese, not just egg and cheese. Its not the first time i have been given attitude here. Another time last month the lady at the counter was staring me down and giving me dirty looks.
Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and another chicken sandwich on the side going through the drive thru. Hoping I'd get a better experience than what I've had over at Victoria St BK in Kitchener. Or Fairway in Kitchener.
Nope.
Although they weren't super slow like at Fairway, and didn't mess up my order like Victoria St always seems to be able to do, my chicken sandwiches both had next to no mayo on them, making them dryer than any of Stephen Wright's jokes.
I'm just not meant to have BK it would seem.

Really cutting back on the Chilli and cheese for the crazy fries. For the price of a large crazy fry to only get a tablespoon on cheese and Chilli on top and the rest just bland unsalted fries I'm not to happy.

Absolutely love this location. Everytime I go (I assume it is the owner) they give me suggestions on new things to try and he always asks me to come back and tell him what I thought of it. They are absolutely the friendliest place ever. Food is always hot and fresh and most important, made correctly. And I love that I can go early in the morning and grab anything on their menu (my pregnancy cravings just make me want their crazy fries at all times of day). I would highly recommend!
Fast Eddies is an experience. The restaurant itself has no seating options, instead there are a few tables outside great for warmer weather, the other option would be take out/ drive thru.
The burgers are decently priced but I wouldn’t say it’s anything super unique; just your average cheeseburger/hamburger. We ordered fries and crazy fries both are cut shoe string which is nice but we weren’t a fan of the crazy fries. The gravy or chili tasted as if it’s been reheated one too many times.. there was a distinct after taste that’s hard to describe.
Otherwise it wasn’t terrible. They also had shakes which we didn’t get because it was too cold when we visited.
Came here for the first time the other day with the family, we got the garden burgers since were vegetarian and were amazed with how good it was! Cheap, excellent service, fast and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

The prices at City Pizza have recently increased, but customers still love the restaurant. They offer a "Pick-up special" where you can get 2 Medium Pizzas with 3 toppings for $19.99 and 2 Large Pizzas for $21.99. Some customers were not happy that there was no sauce and toppings around the edge of their pizzas, but they still enjoyed the taste. The pizzas are now priced higher as well, with Pepperoni costing $1.
Great value pick. Selection is limited for walk in slices but because of that it's almost always hot and fresh. High turnover is important for fresh tasting pizza and this place has it. Is it the best pizza in the world? No. But the taste for what you pay probably can't be beat.

We have had City pizza numerous times in the past, however after today we will have to really think about ordering from here. Called for 2 xlarge pizza deal...
1) she was charging me for separate pizzas not the special, even after telling her.

The employee called to tell me that they refused to make my order because they had turned all their equipment off early. If your business is open you should still be able to serve customers. Instead of blaming customers who are unaware you like to close early. If you're open until 10 you should be able to serve a customer until 10. Blaming them for wanting to order a product from your establishment BEFORE 10 isn't right

I went to the a&w Cambridge Centre location on a Friday June 14, I order mama burger for my son. I paid $15 and some change for the meal. I took them I gave the food to my son in the car because I had to go to Toronto. What happened is I got veggie burger, very spicy. I had to stope on on rote and go buy him another food, because I got the wrong order. The next day I went to the place and I showed them evidence of the burger and the pay. The answer of the worker that they had new hire and he/ she made mistakes( so I am not sure how is that my fault. Anyway I asked for refund and to talk to a manger, which is weirdly she does not work in the weekend. Her answer was I should have return back, so I told the worker to ask her that I have return from the highway to go back get my correct burger and make it back to Toronto. Then he called her againt, her answer was make a burger for me at 10am in the morning, where I need to go to my work. I asked to talk to her, her name is pearl. At least that what the worker told me, she said to leave my number and she will call. Of course non of that happened. I am really upset, not that I lost money also was disappointed of the treatment I am getting from her.

Today around 2:35 pm, I ordered large coffee with one cream on the drive through but when I reached the window to pick up my coffee, I was delivered wrong order along with pastry and large coffee with double cream. This was just extremely frustrating because instead of admitting her fault she blamed me. Honestly not bad at all - I pass by it pretty frequently and as such it piqued my interest and figured I'd give them a shot. I got a double cheese, strawberry shake and a medium fries all for 12 bucks tax in. Overall the food was pretty standard fast food, but for the same thing at McDonald's it would be like double the price. The double cheese was pretty much just like a McDouble, it had two thin patties, American cheese, onions, pickles and ketchup, pretty good. The fries were also pretty much identical to McDonald's fries however they were a bit undersalted. The shake - pretty standard strawberry shake flavour (the good kind) and a decent size too. The lady who helped me at the drive thru was very kind and sweet. The kitchen looked VERY clean from the outside. For the price alone and what you get for it I'll definitely be back. Overall, standard fast food but very good prices.

Drove from Toronto and it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't too busy when we arrived. We ordered the Chick'N Eddie with cheesy fries and chocolate milkshake, Double Bacon Cheese Slider with the classic crazy fries & chocolate banana milkshake, and a side order of the chicken wing burger. The Eddie was on point, crunchy and juicy. It was well seasoned, and not too salty. The slider was a bit bland but it was juicy, both cheesy and classic fries were great. The shakes were really good but a little too sweet for our liking. The chicken wing burger was OK but it was a little too drenched in RedHot, it was otherwise juicy. A definitely joint to check out! We shall return.

Revoking my past review as this has been a year with no change. Maybe this is a head office thing but there is absolutely no way that a breakfast burrito should resemble a spring roll in size. The meal is maybe 12-14$ and I’m baffled to see what I could assume is less than an egg per burrito. It’s not all the time either, sometimes I get double in size, sometimes it resembles a burrito from 6-7 years ago. But predominantly resembles a taquito.
As far as it goes for the service, it’s high turnover with students so any complements or complaints usually sees the opposite review later that month.
Atmosphere also is due to it being Cambridge, anyone from Cambridge should be able to understand where I’m coming from in that regard.
This location needs to train staff to clean . No clean tables available. Garbage was overflowing. A worker finally came out with a cloth and quickly wiped all the tables with one cloth , no spray or bucket to rinse cloth between tables. She brushed the food and wrappers onto the floor. No one came out to sweep all that was brushed onto the floor. Get your staff together McDonald’s. This was the start of dinner time too.

Fabulous pizza that has lovely and flavourful pizza, staff are wonderful and kind and quick - they even gave my dog a couple of pepperoni when they saw her outside! Today, March 25, 2025, I called to order a pizza, but I mistakenly ordered from the wrong branch. When I realized my mistake, I called back to apologize and cancel the order since that location was too far for me. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and angry. He spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone and then hung up on me.
I am truly disappointed with Tito's Pizza (Dovercliffe RD) for treating a customer this way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

My family and I used to love Sam's grill. Their poutines were one of the best besides Quebec"s. great fries, gravy and cheese curds!! We stopped going 2 years ago because we found the portions were a lot smaller, so less fries in the container. A large used to last an adult 2 meals. Fo $20 that's worth it, after a few experience of those smaller portions we stopped going a large poutine was finished in one meal for $20 plus tax so not worth it!
We decided to give it a try on March 15th 2025 again at the Cambridge location, we were excited to stumble across a buy 1 regular size poutine and get 1 free. We ordered that and a large order of deep fried pickles. It was horrible, the poutines were swimming in gravy and again, skimpy with the fries! The cheese was the worst, it wasn't the real squeaky fresh cheese curds that makes you know it's real. I'm a French Canadian I know these things! It was this melted semi liquid mush in our mouths. My who family was very disappointed! The deep fried pickles were good but a large 5 pieces for 16.99 like come on and they weren't even big! That is disgustingly expensive for 5 small pieces. So since I didn't go back to complain I'm writing this long awaited review in hopes that Sam's grill owners in Cambridge will go back to the quality food and portions that they once had. If not, customers beware, you will be disappointed and overly charged for it.

Incredible food. All made fresh with top grade ingredients. Burgers are great. Poutine is unbeatable in Cambridge. Fresh shaved sandwich meat for the Montreal smoked meat sandwich.

Well we always wanted to try here, and to find a better burger joint. We were very disappointed. My hubby ordered double bacon cheese burger and a hot dog with fries and gravy, the burger was so over cooked the topping were nice and fresh and the fries, well I think it was the bottom of wherever they came from little pieces. I had the hot dog and fries , hot dog over cooked my fries were good, the best thing was their shakes were incredible., for almost $62 a huge disappointment, we won’t be coming back😕
I think if you keep the hot dog whole instead of slicing it open , it would be better and juicier
Honestly I’m shocked the burgers are great here even for a steep price. However if I were to give a negative I had trouble finding a seat in the booths that were wiped down properly. I heard previous complaints from friends that their poutines were very salty, well I got news for you they came to me unseasoned which is great because I get to salt them myself. They’re good by the way perfectly crispy slightly more brown for a deeper flavour than your regular fries so I’d imagine the poutine would be good the crispness may be present even with some gravy all over it. Double bacon cheese burger I got is great.
The food here is absolutely delicious, so comforting and fresh. The owner was so kind and the staff was awesome and quick, we had a large order and they had it out quick, the owner even gave us a milkshake while we waited. Can't wait to come back!

I ordered a 20 piece chicken meal from the 480 Hespeler road Popeyes.
Halfway through our meal we found rotten chicken, which was black from the inside and smelled very strongly - it was putrid and spoiled. After sifting through the rest of the pieces we saw a few other pieces with the rotting and stopped eating the meal and took it back. We showed the person working (same person who took our order) and she said we already ate most of the meal so she will not give us a refund and the best she can do is give us 4 new pieces of chicken.
After a few minutes of requesting a refund l realized that she does not understand the magnitude of the situation, as I fed this chicken to my 70 year old uncle and aunt who could of gotten extremely sick. All I asked for was a refund and she wouldn't budge. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name to file a complaint to the manager (who wasn't in) so I took a picture of her.
The chicken was burnt, mac and cheese cold and pastey. Manager said nobody else complained about a bad order so he did nothing to rectify the issues.
$66.00 wasted.

I don't usually review restaurants until I find food that matches my spice level, but I recently discovered the spiciest dish in Canada: boneless chicken wings with sweet heat. OMG, they were hellishly hot! The flavour of the spice was phenomenal, and the chicken was perfectly cooked with an excellent coating and no oily residues. I'm thoroughly pleased with the food and can't wait to visit again.
I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for a while now, and they never disappoint! The boneless wings are super crispy with just the right amount of seasoning, and the nuggets? So tender and juicy inside. I always treat myself to their apple pie—it’s warm, flaky, and just sweet enough. And don't even get me started on the buttery biscuit—it's melt-in-your-mouth good!

I visited Popeyes recently and had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The girl at the counter was so rude, dismissive. Customer service is a huge part of any dining experience, but she had no smile and show to much attitude, i don’t know why. There was one uber driver. She did the same behaviour with him even he greeted her but she didn’t even reply. I hope management takes this seriously and offers better training to ensure all customers feel welcomed and respected.

Samosa Corner in Cambridge is hands down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful, and fully Halal comfort food. I originally stopped in for pizza, but ended up trying their samosas, wings, and fries too—and everything was fantastic!

We pre-ordered food to be ready for 730. This was at 630. When we went to pick the order up, we had to wait another 15 minutes!! For 2 pizzas and wings!. What is going on? Unassuming exterior and underwhelming interior are hiding one Cambridge's best-kept secrets. Mostly take out, there are a couple seats for a meal. The chicken wings are fantastic. The pizza crust has a nice chewy structure and the halal toppings are great. You won't get the type of processed pepperoni you'd get from franchise pizza places, but those places dont offer anything close to the tandoori chicken, and seasoned beef sausage. Great selection of beverages as well.

Even though Google Maps said that this Mucho Burrito was open on Monday, April 7 at 11, it wasn't. (Google Maps also said the hours were verified by the business in the last number of weeks.) We arrived, and the doors were locked. No sign of life inside either. No people working at the food stations or present at all. We waited around until 11:04 and then moved on. My hubby said this has happened at this location before to him.
We left and went over to Fresh Burrito nearby, which we had never tried before, and we were delighted by!

Payed $20 for a bowl and they barley gave me half a scoop of meat. Terrible. Separated all the meat from the rest and that’s what was there. Make sure you watch them make your meal or avoid this place.

I like the burrito bowls and toppings from here the best compared to other chain burrito places, but the portion sizes have been really small lately...I feel like I can no longer go here because the portion sizes are so much smaller than others. $16 for a bowl shouldn't leave you still hungry afterwards
The girl making burrito at the counter was really good at providing service. We have tried many outlets for Mexican food in Waterloo but this one is the best. I can travel straight from Waterloo to Cambridge just to have their burritos. Awesome place!
Fair quality food, portion size is extremely small compared to Chipotle or other competitors. A bowl when ordered is being consistently half filled by staffs - I am not sure if this is a Mucho Burrito issue or staff issue. Also, the store and uber orders don’t correlate and there’s always a problem for orders made through uber or online. This has made some customers furious.

Disheartening Encounter with the Owner at Mr. Sub
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Mr. Sub that compelled me to share this review. My visit was marred by the disappointing behavior of the restaurant's owner, which overshadowed the quality of the food.

When I approached the owner with a simple inquiry, I was met with a dismissive and impolite response. Their behavior was unwarranted and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I firmly believe that any establishment's owner should set a positive example and create a welcoming environment for patrons.
While I've enjoyed the food at Mr. Sub in the past, this recent encounter with the owner has made me reconsider whether I want to support this establishment in the future. It's crucial for any restaurant to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism from the top down, and my experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues

Horrible experience at the Wendy’s on Hespeler Road. On August 22 at 7pm, I ordered the family meal and the kids’ burger came with no patty at all. When I asked for the kids’ meal to be replaced, the supervisor refused. Instead of resolving the problem, she argued with me, repeatedly cut me off, and wouldn’t even provide her name.
The staff were completely disorganized, the kitchen was a mess, and the supervisor showed absolutely no signs of leadership or management ability. For a company like Wendy’s, this level of service is unacceptable.
That supervisor should be fired immediately for the way she handled this situation. Customers deserve far better than this.
Wendy's is one of my top fast foods, this location is awful, my father and I arrive at around 9:50, after using the touchscreen to get our order it says there was an error and to refresh, no amount of refreshing would save it. We then go to the counter and see 1 person running around the whole restaurant and doesn't help us for 5 minutes, eventually she does come up to us and says 1 moment. She goes around to the bathroom and starts laying into a co worker (in another language) who is obviously cleaning them. She comes back and asks for my order so I tell her and she starts pressing some buttons on the tablet when she then calls her co worker to take over and I have to repeat my order for a 3rd time. After getting our food I finally see 5 other workers walk into the kitchen. At about 10:05 as we are eating someone walks up to us and says they are closing the dining room and need us to leave. My father points out how their sign says they are open till 10:30 and she argues it saying they are closing anyway. If I managed this place I would be beyond furious that my employees are closing my business early but after looking at some of the other reviews it seems the manager doesn't care for this establishment very much either.
I have so many things to say but i’ll keep it short
1. I suggest turning off your headsets in between customers, we don’t want to hear what is going on inside and it’s obnoxious pulling up the the drive thru with that happening
2. if i a customer tells you “i actually order a regular” you don’t respond “no you said strawberry”, apologize for your mistake?? it happens but when you give a customer attitude for no reason it leave a bad taste in their mouth
3. if you don’t like your job you know you don’t have to work there right??? the attitude from beginning to end of the transaction was beyond me, i’ve had bad days too but you don’t treat customers like that especially when you had made a mistake !
Absolutely atrocious. I ordered my family dinner and they forgot more than half of our order, then proceeded to try and blame skip meanwhile our bag was closed and sealed. If you’re going to have a job at least do it right. In my opinion the manager needs to re-evaluate their staff to make sure they are completing orders to the specifications shown or better yet fire the staff and hire people who can actually do their jobs. Sincerely a very pissed off customer.
I've been to a lot of Wendy's and this one was pretty much the worst in a while. Went inside to sit down for a bite to eat with the girlfriend. Place was empty except us. Ordered a few items off the value menu, cheesy cheddar burgers, Jr bacon cheese, drink and chili fries. Fries came first and sat on a tray, then about 3 minutes later, a cup, then another 3 minutes later one of three burgers, and so on. About 10 minutes had passed since the first food item was on the tray. We went to look for condiments and this location doesn't do ketchup, vinegar, or anything out in the open like every other Wendy's ever. Tried to get pop from the only fountain machine and it was out of pretty much everything. Needless to say we had cold food and a drink we didn't want.... And we were the only people inside. It's too bad because I like Wendy's normally but I'll never return to this location. Seems like they are trying to cut costs to increase profits or something and honestly it will just hurt what little business they have left. If you want to go to a great Wendy's, there is an excellent one on Woodlawn road in Guelph. Best in the region.
We ordered 7 special order burgers and they did not come labeled. The lady behind the counter didnt seem to care as she We were missing two burgers and the lady behind the counter argued insisting we had all the burgers. The manager had to come out to clear it up. She didnt seem to care either. We have been regularly coming to this location with the benefit of the doubt thinking that the staff will be more friendlier than the previous visit. Dont count on it and spend your money elsewhere.

I recently ordered pizza from a restaurant called Twice The Deal Pizza due to being affected by Covid. Despite leaving a note requesting contactless delivery, the driver's kindness exceeded my expectations. They even included a thoughtful message on the boxes, encouraging me to rest and take care. We bought a family combo! It was a very good deal! For the low price, I feel it was very fair! The BBQ wings were amazing! Our 3 meat pizza was delicious! The 3 veggie pizza was good. Coming to the burrito boyz on Hespeler Road is the highlight of my day every time I visit. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they work fast and the food is always beyond delicious. I used to live near Joey's and went there almost everyday for his awesome pizza. The best pizza in town for sure, and the slices he sells are huge. And great deals. If you like real Italian style pizza made by an Italian, you go here, or you can go get it made by Asians or Indians somewhere else in town. If I want Chinese food, I prefer it's made by Chinese, get it? Joey and his staff, especially the young girl who's been there forever are very nice people. We paid $20 for a voucher to get a medium pizza each month free for a year. The pizza is not too bad, and the employees there have always been friendly with me when I go to pick it up. I've seen several people complain about them being rude but I've never once had that problem. The toppings are lacking usually but for the price I wont complain. Only issue really is we decided to order two pizza and wings combo from them and I paid extra to have double cheese on all 3 pizzas and for thin crust. The crust was very thick and there was like no toppings...I was very angry. I could see the crust even though I asked for double cheese, pepperoni, bacon and sausage. I've never been so disappointed with pizza before. So we will continue to get our free pizza and once that is up I will not be going back. There are too many other great pizza places.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM JOEYS PIZZA.
We paid $20 last year to get ONE YEAR of free pizza (1 each month) . A friend of mine went to order their free monthly pizza and the owner was extremely rude then hung up on them. After coming over and telling me their story (they live in the same building as me) I explained that I got my pizza at the beginning of this month despite the owner claiming that they haven't done this for two months. I decided to call them myself and see what they would say. He started off very rude saying "I already told you we don't do this anymore" I told him that I didn't know what I was talking about because he had not spoken to me previous to this. He continued to be very rude and hung up on me. It is not okay to just break a contract with no notice and this is ridiculous. I would understand if the owner was nice about this but he was EXTREMELY rude to myself and the others who tried to get the monthly pizza they are entitled to which is bound by a signed contract. I hope the owner realizes that they have just totally screwed themself over because after contacting the advertising company it looks like he will be going to court. Have fun buddy! I'll make it very clear to EVERYONE I know of my experience and I know damn well that they won't be eating there.
Its a huge disappointment because each time I would order my pizza I would spend at least $30 on wings and fingers as well because let's be honest their pizza is not very good but their wings were delicious.

Got that pamphlet thingy with the free medium pizza blah blah. Got a meat lovers, canadian and pepperoni for the free one. Came with garlic bread dipping sauces and 2 pounds of wings. Garlic bread and pepperoni pizza were super over cooked. Other two pizzas were under cooked at best. Just seemed soggy. Wings were fine taste and crunch wise but the sauce was next to nothing. Not really a delectable wing when you can barely tell the flavor it's intended to be. Probably the first time I've been truly disappointed with pizza and I don't object to much. First experience there was fantastic. Pizza was amazing, wings were great etc. Next visit we called ahead for pick up on our way home. Waited the amount of time specified by them on the phone, only to get there and they hadn't even started making our order yet. Probably waited over an hour that day only to get okay pizza and burnt bread. I can admit that they were relatively busy that day so left it at that. Tried again tonight, hoping our last visit was a fluke. Placed our order, and waited the 30 minutes they said before it would be ready to pick up. When I got there she almost looks confused when I said I was picking up. Found my order only to say that only one of my pizzas was currently in the oven. Then for Joey to come over and ask if I still wanted the pizza, while I was paying. Well I told him that I didn't wait all that time already to go home empty handed, to which he said "we told you 30 minutes" which at this point it had already been 40....and they tried to tell me it was because they were busy and there was nothing they could do. I paid and waited for my order, got our pizzas(2 almost right from the oven, which had me thinking they had at least remade the first one they already had ready so they were both fresh) when my order was ready she placed it on the counter and didnt say another word to me. The entire time I was there I only watched them make ONE other pizza for a guy who walked in after me to order. I got home and opened my pizzas only to find that one of the pizzas was made entirely wrong!!! When I called to let them know and see what they could do, I was told they could credit me a pizza(ONE PIZZA) for another visit, or wait an hour for a fresh pizza to be made. Because they are SO busy and there's nothing else they can do. AN HOUR for one pizza. Needless to say, I told him not to bother and I will not be returning to this location ever again, and will inform all family and friends that they would be better off to avoid them as well!!
You won't find a guy who loves making pizza more than Joey! He makes great pizza, thick and thin crust, and all of his items always taste fresh. I have had his lunch special slices, to a full meal deal for my family. Never disappointed!
My family has ordered from here 2 times now and both times the man taking our order was awfully rude. I'm not sure if he's the owner or what but he's always quick to cut you off in the middle of speaking or he'll just put you on hold in the middle of placing your order. I unfortunately paid for the $25 pizza for a year thing and it's the only reason we tried ordering a second time.

I usually order here, and as a vegetarian guy I always prefer kitchen staff to wash their hands before they make my pizza and use fresh knife to cut the pizza. They always do that for me. Today RAMAN was on her shift and she did a great job. Though I was sing my phone she showed me the clean knife before cutting my pizza and increased my trust level that they make and deliver the pizza going beyond the mark.

We have tried dominos after a long time, but it was not worth it. All i can taste is the chilli flakes. Minimal or i can say almost no sauce/cheese. Totally a wastage of money. Worth no stars even. Not recommended at all.

I ordered a pizza through the Domino’s app on Thursday night around 1:15 a.m. I asked for four toppings, including pineapple, but the pizza arrived missing the pineapple. When I called the store, the staff offered to remake the pizza, but I was too tired at that time and didn’t want a remake. Instead, I requested a credit for next time. I was told the manager would send me a text message with a gift card or credit, but I never received anything, even after waiting the next day. Very disappointing experience and poor follow-up from the store.

Amazing and absolutely delicious, what else can I say. This location has so many options and makes amazing food. We can not wait to try it again and again. There are so many things we want to try here and will. The staff was very polite and our food was ready and made perfectly very fast on a walk in order. I highly recommend a visit to this location and definitely try the Cup and Char Pizza OMG IT'S SO GOOD.

Usually decent pizza. We get pizza on Friday nights at work. I found a chunk of plastic on my meat lovers medium pizza this week. Never ordering from this place again.
Ordered our usual Chicken Ceasar pizza and had to return it. The sauce tasted awful. Not ceasar sauce and had yellow peppers on it.
* Restaurant called as we were driving back and said they changed sauce. They'll remake our pizza with the correct toppings tho. Going to have to find a new place unless they bring back the regualar ceasar sauce. It's awful.

I tried New Orleans for my first time a few days back and it was incredible I cant explain how well the pizza was done here. All I can say is all the rough reviews of this place make no sense because when I tried this pizza it was probably the best pizza I have had since I moved to Cambridge. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza in Cambridge. The young man at the counter had excellent customer service and the pizza was incredible as well.

Ordered pick up first pizza cheese was blotchy and was completely raw (first picture). Didn’t notice til I got home so I had to drive back and the lady on the phone said we couldn’t be compensated, so I brought the pizza back and asked for a new one to be made at least. They remade it toppings were much better but dough still gummy and undercooked (second picture). Super disappointing
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Guy told me it just came out the oven 15 minutes earlier so it doesn’t need to be warmed up. It was made the day before, probably 2 days ago, it was so stale. I never do reviews on food because I’m not picky but if you like cold pizza bread that is 90% dough and old while being told it’s fresh, just go to loblaws and get it cheaper from the bread section of the store.
After having discovered the Mardi Gras pizza here my husband and I fell in love!! It is the only one we order from here.

The lady working there left the pizza in the oven for over 5 minutes (while beeping to take out) instead she went to the cash register where people were just starting to come in and didn’t pause to go get it. As a result the pizza was burnt and I honestly have never had a pizza that thin in my life (did not ask for it) I don’t even know if it qualifies as pizza or a chip.

I wanted to experience the freebies on my birthday, so I went and pick up a pizza at domino's. When I got to this location I was told I am not allowed to pick up my free birthday pizza here and should be pick up at the other locations near my house.
Their sign in store said within 7 km( I was 2 km away)or delivery area. I went to a different location and their sign only said participate location nothing about kilometers or delivery area. It was disappointing to arrive there and walk to no pizza. Wasted time.

Well Deep showed up from the other location in 5 minutes and it was still gonna be at least 5 minutes till my brownies were going to be ready , So Armand said Terri we'll put your pasta bowls in the warmer while you wait for your brownies. I thanked Deep for coming so fast with my order. Not only did Armand go above and beyond customer service but he wouldn't let me carry anything out to my vehicle, He carried it all out for me. Ordered our pizza at 9:12pm for delivery and arrived at 9:30pm. We ordered a classic Canadian with light sauce, extra cheese and well done. They did exactly as asked. Very delicious. Bonus was a 50% off deal. Thank you for the great pizza.
Extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered pizza with oregano, red flakes, and herbs — none of them were provided. Instead, the pizza was drenched in extra sauce that kept dripping all over and completely ruined the taste. It was so soggy and messy that I couldn’t even eat it properly. I managed to eat just one slice and had to throw the rest in the garbage. What a total waste of money! Very poor quality and careless preparation.

Nice! Great offer from Domino's. Went online, but didn't know how to include the special-order code. By the time I made it the Domino's at the plaza just off Avenue Road my extra large pizza was ready -14 minutes from the time of placing the order!
I thought my chance to use the code was lost until I came into contact with the manager, Brittany, who very matter of factly inputted the order code so that I could avail of the 50% off offer.
It's coming into contact with people like Brittany that makes a customer feel special. She even gave me a hand carrying my order back to the car.

OMG!!! Absolutely AMAZING pizza! We just finished up a day at work when the posted they had a medium feta and pepperoni pizza to offload. Am I ever glad I jumped on it as we've been meaning to try Tommy's for like a year now! This bad boy must have JUST left the oven as we picked it up because 50 minutes later when we finally got to eating it was the perfect temperature to enjoy. The sauce is some of the best I've tasted, the ingredients seem to be top quality and I even ate the crust which is a rarity! We'll definitely have to grab more of this pizza.

I wanted to try what everyone was raving about. I loved the pizza and the wings were awesome. My only problem was the language barrier. I couldn't understand the counter person. She had to repeat herself several times. It upsets me that people dealing directly with customers aren't able to communicate in English, at least enough to be understood. I finally got things clarified and had some excellent food.
We just ordered from here and I have to say, the pizza is delicious !!😍😍 We loved how flavourful they were and also a great size. Our kids always love having pizza parties. We will definitely be ordering from here again and again! ❤️
Best wings place in Cambridge. My first visit wasn't too good since I asked for sauce on side and I received no sauce. But the lady credited my next order. Ever since I've gone there 3-4 times and service is very consistent. Huge wings. Super happy.

Absolutely disgusted. Used the men's bathroom after buying a coffee and donut. Extremely dirty with no tissue. Quickly went to family bathroom. No tissue there either. Went to ask the staff for some and the four women were standing in a circle just chatting. What happened to doing your job? Will never return.
I just submitted a survey coupon for a beverage that I had completed from another Tims visit. I was told at the drive thru window that they will now only be accepting survey coupons from their own store. Is that a policy change? Is that an internal thing? I find it quite silly to do that as a franchise where people make purchases all over the country.
I visited Tim Hortons recently and was served by Shivam. His service was excellent—friendly, quick, and professional. I've been going to this Tim Hortons for like 20 years and this is the first time I've left a review. It's not that big an issue, but I just wanted to note that it was an order of 10 assorted Timbits that made me leave it because 8 out of 10 of the Timbits were the same flavour. I don't expect them all to be different, but I think it'd be good courtesy to mention whenever more than 50% of the assortment of Timbits/donuts are the same. Wouldn't be too hard to implement either, and would maybe even be a soft incentive to try and balance them out more often.
I’ve been wanting to write a review for a while but recently this location has just gotten worse. I am a regular at this location I’m usually here about 3-4 times a week. The drive thru is slow AF. Every single time I order a coffee, it always tastes different. It can’t be that hard to do the correct amount of pumps for an ice coffee?? Or pour the right amount of cream? People are just getting more and more incompetent by the day. The food, every time I order a bagel, or a savoury pastry it is NEVER toasted even though I ask for double toasted and I specifically ask for the pastry warmed and I get it ice cold. Do better because this is not how you run a business.

What a terrible location. I keep giving this place a chance, and every time, it's the same issue. Multiple times, my food has come burnt, and I have to wait over 20 minutes for a basic heated croissant. Tim Hortons has truly degraded in terms of quality and service. The staff is a hit and miss in terms of the service you can expect too. If things are this poorly managed in the front, how bad is it in the kitchen in the back?

Got delivery it was super slow. The pizza was average. The potato wedges were probably some of the worst potato wedges Ive ever had in my life, they didn’t really taste fully cooked.

This subway location "protects" their napkins behind the counter and you have to ask staff nicely if you want some. What a joke! When asked why, they said it was because of "covid". How ridiculous. I won't be coming back to this location.

I ordered online for veggie delite sub. I ordered with veggie petty but restaurant doesn’t have that available so I orders veggie delite sub. I choose cheese in my both sub. I added extra sauce in my order too but missing cheese and also less sauce even after ordering extra mentioned in order. Never try again from here.
Too late service. Unexperienced staff only one there have no sign of welcoming.
People were going out without ordering.
I don't recommend to anyone to come on this location until there is more employees or atleasr should be that employee who work fast.

Excellent customer service: friendly, pleasant, respectful, courteous & helpful.
Food arrived almost as quickly as I ordered it: timing was superb.

Young people have always been fast food employees. Many unhappy people today except for a lovely bespectacled young lady with long, dark hair & others mentioned below. She had a warm smile.
Marginal improvement since my other visits. Still, tables, floors & counters were dirty, littered with paper, napkins & food, albeit less than before.
Why are lower standards acceptable at fast food restos? No upscale restaurant or even a slightly higher end chain like Swiss Chalet, would accept paper, food & litter on the floors? Would you want to eat in a place where tables were dirty? Probably not.
KANE greeted me. He was friendly respectful & efficient. I placed my order then asked for a wipe down of my table. Kane cleaned my table but all the other tables as well after I mentioned they were dirty too. Nice work Kane!
A sad looking young girl with dark blond hair also cleaned near the ice cream machine. (since learned her name is Sam).
I remarked that the fountain area was in need of cleaning, so she did the job.
Another shoutout goes to HUGO What a friendly, courteous, respectful young man. He showed great customer service. Treated me respectfully. Much appreciated Hugo!
I will not give up on this location. One day, it will sparkle!

I have made several visits back to this Jamieson Parkway hence the updates.
Each time that I've visited lately the store is dirty, litter is on the floor/ under tables, food or sauce residue around & the condiments/pop fountain/counter contains ketchup pools, spilled drinks, & lids/straws.
This time, however, shocked me. Food was everywhere. The prep area was disgusting. There was residue was on all floor areas.
Usually I eat in but was afraid to order anything but I did: a Big Mac combo customized. It was fast, hot & fresh.
OWEN took my order showing excellent customer service. He was friendly, courteous, asked if I needed anything else, then wished me a good night. On another visit, ZAC, provided the same level of great customer service.
To the staff's credit, they did respond quickly to my feedback. I spoke to the young manager, (glasses, dark short hair with blond tips) to request a table wipe down. ANNA, came out, wiped all the tables, checked the garbages, & swept the floors.
Behind the counter, I saw NICHOLLE sweeping up the food residue, litter & mess in the cash/ food prep area. It was reassuring to see. Thank you!

Food was quickly prepared to my specifications. I ordered in the app because I receive loyalty points.
Efficient, friendly staff at the counter respond quickly. The store sees steady customers but it's not very busy. One of my favourite McD's locations.
BTW, they offer delivery, outdoor seating, curb service and a drive through. I commend this location because of most of the staff whose service makes me want to eat here.

Overall, food is good. Haven't had any real issues with the food, always fresh, you can trust them to do it right. That's about the end of the positive for this location.
Come here if you want to simulate eating in the dumpster. Seriously, I've never seen a dirtier restaurant. 8/10 times you come here, there will be straws, lids, and ketchup all over the counters, floor, and tables. Half the time the soda fountains serve flat, room temperature drinks (and good luck if you want ice). Bathrooms are usually okay - when they're open...
DO NOT COME HERE BETWEEN 10:45 AND 12. The high-school down the street is on lunch at this time, and the dining room becomes a zoo. Screaming, fighting, stealing food. Just awful behavior. While I understand this isn't the restaurant's fault, they also don't control it. Plus, you will get worse service during this time, as the staff is understandably overwhelmed and overworked.
I would like to see this location put more effort into keeping the 'self-serve' area, and dining room more presentable. Take pride in your cleanliness.

Men bathroom stall door doesn't lock. Looks to be kicked in over a dozen times. Washroom dirty. It's the dirtiest MC I've ever seen. I ordered my food on a kiosk. My order number was up for only a minute. They cleared the number. Then, let half my order sit on the counter for several minutes. My burger was cold, and fries were old. Sunday was not frozen but melted ice cream with watery strawberry sauce. McD corporate inspection must be skipping this location. I will not be back to this location. The owner needs to visit and see the mess.
This McDonald's always disappoints me. The staff are very nice but the place is a dump. We went for lunch today (Thursday) at 11am. The women's washrooms had pee all over the seats. There was no ketchup, and there were tons of fruit flies all over the ketchup container.
The ice was empty in the machine also. Meanwhile there were 4-6 people working behind the counter standing and talking.
The food was fine. I ordered to eat in and they packaged it to take out. Also forgetting both the sweet and sour sauces for my kids.

had placed a bulk order and, due to the volume, couldn’t check everything at the time of pickup. After reaching home, I realized one burger was missing. I had to drive all the way back, which was frustrating. When I spoke to customer service, they simply said, “Yes, it’s here,” and handed it over—no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
The whole experience felt very unorganized. It seemed like they were short-staffed and unable to handle the order volume efficiently. The wait time was also extremely long, whether you choose pickup or drive-thru. Definitely needs improvement in both service and customer care.

But all the Fries were old, Old Chicken Nuggets and the burger seemed Old as well.

When I raised the issue, the staff insisted it was the same, and although they offered to make another one, the way it was handled was unprofessional. The second drink also tasted just as bad, and the attitude shown while giving it to me was very disrespectful. Customers deserve polite service and quality drinks, and this experience was far below expectations.
This place is a joke. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, cane syrup, and espresso, and what I got was garbage. When I told the staff, instead of fixing it properly, they argued and showed attitude. Handing me the second drink, she said “you can try this now” like she was doing me a favor. Both drinks were disgusting. If you don’t know how to make a coffee or speak to customers with respect, you seriously shouldn’t be working here. Worst service ever.

I visit this location every day. The service from every employee is excellent and fast; they never waste time. The quality of the food is also good. I want to thank Ash, Susan, a tall gentleman with glass ( forgot his name) and a few others for their outstanding service. Recommended.
Ash however, is a constant shining star. Pleasant, kind and always cheerful. She knows my order and takes the time to do it properly, rather than rush through it just to get more customers through like its usually done at Tim Hortons. my oh my where do i start. we arrived at 11:30 hungry as br, ordered a xl pizza for a measly 25 dollars! the pizza came hot, fresh and delicious. on top of this, an anonymous worker who i love with my soul gifted us a large pizza that was not picked up by a previous customer! if you want free pizza and love, come here.
Stepping into to this establishment, I was greeted promptly by both of the employees. The service was excellent. The guy at the register was attentive and friendly. The lady who was making the pizzas, also handed me my pizza and was very polite. The pizza was well made, it was fresh and it tasted delicious.
bruh, this Papa John's is a whole different level of mid. the staff got a major attitude problem, like, they woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to take it out on everyone. it's honestly the worst experience i've ever had at any Papa John's, period. they need a major vibe check 'cause this is not it. straight up trash.
simplify you’re taste buds, papa johns Pie is a must try you’ll be satisfied with anything you pick off the menu trust me. Unfortunately very pricey pizza.

Very happy we chose Quiznos catering service for our sons birthday party. Every little sandwich was carefully made and individually wrapped. They also included a bowl of pickles and hot peppers, which I was not expecting. The sandwiches were not soggy and tasted great, everyone was happy. The whole presentation was great. Thanks to the the nice lady who took the order and made sure everything was the way we wanted.

Quiznos doesn’t give you the deal of the day anymore unless you download their app. I don’t need another app and I rarely come. They are already hanging by a thread as this is the only location for miles. This does not help your business Quiznos. Not sure why you would make customers give up their personal information for a deal.
The previous owners were so welcoming and kind. Today it seemed like he had his kid who is not eligible age to work yet ringing in the orders. Not impressed. Sub was still good but I paid $5 more for it as I wouldn’t download the app for the deal of the day. Not rushing back. Good luck with your business.

I've always preferred Quiznos style of subs over Subway's. Service is quick and the owner is friendly. I saw him offer some tissues to a customer when they took their order without some. Quiznos can be expensive, which is why I try to find coupons before ordering. The facility was clean, no trash or bits of food left over. It's unfortunate, the Brantford location is closed. This is my go to spot whenever I'm in Cambridge.
Please make sure your store hours online match your actual hours. I drove a long way because my wife was craving Quiznos while pregnant, only to find the store closed even though it says open until 9 PM online. I’ll probably delete this comment later, but right now I’m beyond frustrated.

The only thing I order from Burger king are Bacon DOUBLE Cheeseburgers. I capitalized "double" because I stopped at this BK to eat on my way to London, ON from Orillia and my Bacon DOUBLE Cheeseburgers only had 1 slice of cheese on the top patty instead of the usual 2 slices - one on each burger patty. It tasted bland and it's how I found out when opening the first burger after the first 2-3 bites. They skimped on the ketchup too.
When I brought my 2nd burger back, the manager on duty told me that's how they come. I replied no it's not. It's a Bacon DOUBLE, I repeat, DOUBLE Cheeseburger. I'd have ordered a simple cheeseburger if I wanted only one slice.
Inspect your food for accuracy if you're ever brave enough to order from this place. Worst Burger King franchise I've ever ordered from. Never again. The franchise owner is a crook.
I ate here because subway was closed. I ordered fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Over $15 for small portions that weren't even cooked. The cheese in the mozza sticks wasn't even melted. Onions rings were under cooked and soggy. Fries were all tiny end pieces. They didn't give me any of the condiments that asked for (even ones I paid for) until I was thrown my food and had to ask for it. Then was thrown the condimeny. What a waste of my time and money.

Stopped by the On Route yesterday for a quick bite. BK was out of fries (yes, no fries!!), out of sweet n sour sauce (I know, not a big deal!) and ice. The gentleman at the counter was kind and apologetic, not his fault. Unfortunately, the onion rings were soggy, the meat in our burgers tasted like it had been sitting for awhile (crusty around the edges) and the chicken sandwich had all old wilted lettuce. I normally wouldn't write a review, but after spending $50 on less then mediocre food, I felt compelled.
Bit into a crispy chicken sandwich to find a large chunk of actively rotting lettuce half in my mouth and half in the rest of the burger I was holding. This wasn't simply discolored, I tasted it the moment I took the bite how rancid it was. I thankfully realized it before I started to chew and spit it out. I bought it on my way home, and didn't start to eat it until I got home, so taking it back would have been a 40 minute trip at least, and they were closed by then anyway. I gave a 1 star because this was the second screw up on the same order, as I had also ordered a triple whopper, which the person taking my order punched in as a "triple burger", thankfully I noticed that error before leaving, and the lettuce on it was fine. Utterly ridiculous that they could have had lettuce old enough to actually rot. Tonight is the beginning of a week of vacation and I was treating myself to some comfort food, so that just made this all the more outrageous. This location absolutely has earned it's low rating.

The experience at Mr.Sub was delightful. Initially, the manager was occupied with other patrons and a novel program called adults in motion, resulting in a slight delay. However, this wait provided an opportunity to witness someone dedicated to enhancing the community. Moreover, when a door dash order arrived, the manager patiently waited for its completion and expressed apologies for the delay. Engaging in conversation with her assured that she is performing exceptionally well in running the restaurant.
The owner was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help our family on Canada day right at her close. I don't usually give 5 stars she she is truly exceptional. Amazing way to end the day. Thank ypu so much for your time and patience.

Went here for lunch. Ordered the sub of the day and that’s where the issues started. This restaurant is far from warm and inviting. The person who helped me was a blonde woman (I didn’t get her name). It was very evident that she hated her job. Then, when making the sub, the protein given for a large grilled chicken is not nearly enough, the sub was very sloppily made and broken in multiple places which made it difficult to eat. Then the taste… the sub did not taste good at all. Ingredients did not taste fresh. I had not been to Mr Sub in a long time and thought that it would be a reliable consistent brand, which is it not. Do not recommend going here. Too bad most local places are closed Mondays.
First I ordered an ultimate club and got a Canadian club. Then on my other sub I asked for just one line of mustard and got more mustard than I’ve ever seen anyone put on a sub in my entire life. The sandwich was dripping in mustard and that was all I could taste. Complete waste of money and time.
So the family decided to have a treat, we order 5 foot long subs.. literally every sub was wrong, forgot extra cheese, forgot lettuce, not grilled , wrong meat.. was literally the worst sub experience I've had, except subway in general. Was very disappointed, and when complained to delivery app, they said to bad.
Moral of the story, eat in has always been Fantastic, order sucked, 70 bucks down the drain.
Recommended: my 9 yr-old son and I ate there tonight. We were greeted by a very professional and helpful young man named Zack. He deserves a raise. Thank you so much for the great subs and wonderful service.

I've been going to this spot for years. They changed the name (formerly Pita Pit), but my husband and I agree we like the new changes better. Same people running it, who are always friendly and we're happy they're still there. Pitas are awesome and fresh. I like the chicken shawarma and hubby likes to the Southwest.
We went this evening on the way up to the cottage and it was the first time I noticed it switched from Pita Pit. A quick google search and I saw it was the same owner that had the Pita Pit franchise. The pita's taste better now. The chicken tastes like real chicken vs the artifiical/rubber-like chicken that you get from Pita Pit.

Extremely disappointed after my 5th and last trip to this location. Every time there has been an issue with portions and rude staff but today really set me off. The only reason I kept returning is because it is the closest location to my house but I can’t put up with the constant arguing with customers when you won’t provide the right order, portions, or adequate customer service. I ordered a South-West chicken (which is more expensive than a regular chicken breast because of the sauce). Had to constantly ask for more of each veggie as four cubes of each vegetable is ridiculous. Then the lady brought over the meat and it had no sauce and was plain chicken breast. I reminded her I paid for a South-West. She put some sauce on top of the pita. I said this is not the same as when it is cooked in the sauce. I paid for South-West and also tipped you. She continued to say that I was only getting the chicken breast and wouldn’t put it back on the grill with the sauce nor would she remake my order.
I never have an issue at the location further up Franklin blvd or either brantford location. But this location and the cheap owners are a complete joke. When someone pays for something, and even tips you, you don’t give them the wrong order nor do you refuse to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am not writing this to try to get anything for free or a refund. I am writing this as this franchise and these owners make the whole corporate brand look bad and are not good representations of the other locations.
Stop trying to cut corners and costs and give the customer the right order especially when you are tipped. Won’t be returning to this location and will continue to recommend other locations. I’m not trying to be rude but when you pay $15+ for a Pita you expect some quality.

I love Pita Pit and the staff was friendly. My only negative review is that the last couple times I went in the evening the chicken Caesar Pita was very gritty. So either the romaine lettuce was clearly not washed and had dirt on it or they aren't cleaning the grill enough. At $15/pita it would be worth it as long as there's no grit/dirt in it.

Wow. Thats was so disappointing. What happened to Pita Pit? Ive been to pita pit once before and when I went there their chicken Cesar wraps were soo good. Today I went in to treat myself to discover they basically turned the place into shaworma wraps. Chicken cesear was hardly even on the menu below all their indian food, and was waaay over priced, over $15. $15 is restaurant prices… I should have kept going down the street to boston pizza. Would have had a waitress, fries, a nice place to sit and eat, a drink, ect. Not to mention, the wrap itself was sad and sorry… mostly lettuse and not even close to as meaty and full as they used to be. Sorely disappointed and wont be back wasting my time or money, ever.

Each time I have gotten a rice bowl with NO meat and a smoothie with protein. Maybe the rice is no good? Maybe the black bean? Maybe the milk from the smoothie? Not sure. But SOMETHING is not right.
First time I couldn't be positive if it was from pita pit or not so I let it slide.
Returned again to give it another chance, and again sick after. Terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Okay there is a pattern starting here...
