Our server made sure we had everything we needed and even pointed out the best times to catch the ships moving through. Our last visit there was the absolute best so far. Ordered the deep fried pickles and the ahi tuna appetizer. The pickles were fantastic- served with a perfect homemade tasting ranch sauce and a delicious spicy chili sauce- it has some heat which perfectly compliments the zingy pickle. The ahi tuna appetizer was good- the won ton “cups” were a little too crisp for my taste. The entrees wowed! The salmon served on wild rice with mushrooms and pea pods was perfectly cooked and the salmon was not fishy tasting and maybe the best I’ve had to date. The NY was perfectly cooked and a quality steak. Service was fantastic! Our server was polite, she answered all my questions happily and we couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to go back!

Service was great, food was great, and it was clean. We made reservations to sit next to a window so we could watch the boats pass by. I ordered fish and chips and my children ordered chicken strips with waffle fries and butter noodles with waffle fries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was all very delicious. They also allow dogs to sit on the patio, dogs inside when there patio is closed as long as they’re on a leash. Not that we brought our dog. The hostess told us this. We will definitely be back when we’re in town. Thank you for the great service.

Well how do I start.. I wouldn’t come back unless I was drinking .. I had high hopes for this place. I’d like to say that the atmosphere was beautiful because of the scenery. Now the service was not good at all our server was musty and looked like he hadn’t showered in a few days. I paid for a burger that cost me $20 bucks and idc how much food is as long as it’s good but when I took my first bite it tasted like it was dipped in straight salt. It literally was just meat and cheese and lettuce tomato and pickles no mayo or mustard or even ketchup. He’ll at this point I should have gotten up and just said I was going to McDonald’s. At that point I would have taken something. The patty looked like it came out of a frozen since it was nicely shaped into a square round shape. Yes never again…! The las thing was we ordered the fish tacos that came with chips and “salsa” well that definitely was not “salsa” it tasted like straight tomato sauce. I’m not sure how this place gets such amazing reviews because the food just is not good at all. Another thing I order the chocolate dessert now idk in what planet we thought it was okay to put caramel popcorn with chocolate cake and ice cream? Please tell me? If that was a way of making this fancy well.. you failed! I’m very disappointed. Like I said I expected something like a wow but there’s definitely no chefs here that can cook. I just can’t. There’s no words for how disappointed I was here! Please save your money go elsewhere.

Service was lacking, our food was cold when we got it. Had to go to the bar to order our second beverages and there were plenty of servers. The juice from the steak was dried hard on the plate and meat was dried out. Clearly was sitting under the heat lamp way too long. I had 3 tiny pieces of chicken on each half of my chicken wrap. Disappointment for the price.

Amazing views and awesome atmosphere! Food was pretty good too. Waiter could have been more attentive and more of a "people person" but wasn't horrible at his job.

We liked the look of both the inside and outdoor seating, although we ended up switching (outdoor) tables 'cuz ours had no umbrella and my hubby was literally sweating. Table service was very sweet but s l o w, and, honestly, she seemed tipsy to me. (Bar service was 10/10!!) My dinner was Outstanding, and the server got the chef to swap salmon for local walleye on my salad, which made my day! My hubby's steak was, sadly, more chewy than he'd like, but ok. Fried pickle (spears) are HUGE, so if you prefer the chips, you may want to reconsider.

Went here for a birthday party. We were upstairs. Very quaint inside. Looks like a library. There was a lift on one wall half way up that had to people Playing guitar and singing very nice. The upstairs also had an outside balcony you could eat on. I'm not a coffee person but there are many different drinks and coffee to choose from. The food was good the staff was very helpful and friendly. The French onion soup was great. We were a group of 16. We did have reservations. Definitely recommend for larger groups

This place is amazing. I hate coffee, especially espresso, but their caramel hazelnut latte was excellent. My partner and I had sandwiches and soups and I took a turtle pecan brownie to go. The food was all delicious and so filling the waitstaff was so attentive helpful and polite. Any questions I had they answered, they brought the food, refilled the waters, gave us boxes, and did it so promptly, even with all the people they had to attend to. They were all so patient and sweet. We drove about an hour to get to Port Huron from our area, it was completely worth it for this place alone, I only left a few hours ago and I already miss the wonderful vibe this place has. Thank you to all the people who work here! Waitstaff, cooks, baristas, everyone was perfect!

A very lovely place for having meals, drinks and hang out with friends and family. The have quite a selection of drinks you can get and a variety of food you can order. Their food is very good. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here is very nice and comfy. Overall, this is a good place!!!!

First visit on a day trip to Port Huron. Fun atmosphere with bountiful coffee and luncheon choices. Reasonable prices, terrific and helpful service. Seating was a bit cramped. Outdoor seating was option we didn't choose. Restrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Lobster Bisque and Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich were great. Nice place to stop before heading out to tour the town.

I will be taking a trip to return to this fantastic restaurant. I loved the decor and ambiance. The food is great. Salad was very fresh. The inside decor makes you want to sit and take it all in. Love that you can grab a book and sip on coffee or wine while reading. Very friendly staff. Great food options. Worth a trip to visit this local treasure!

The Raven Café in Port Huron has amazing décor and a great atmosphere, definitely a fun spot to check out. The coffees, however, were much sweeter than expected, more like a dessert than a morning coffee. If you’re into indulgent drinks, this is your place, but if you’re looking for a simple cup to start your day, it may not hit the mark.

Just as adorable as the pictures, love the idea of the book nook you can read while you wait. I came around close so out of courtesy for the staff I didn't order a full meal I ended up having a smoothie and enjoying the live music! Good for everyone even vegetarian options. Cool place to take a date or your kids.

Let me preface this review abit by saying it was my first time, the food was good, and service was friendly, however I think we came on a really “off day” according to my group who have dined at Bob Evans before. You know they put time, effort and love into their food. The soup is homemade with homemade noodles too and all so fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try Bob Evans a second time!

Food was okay. Waitress didn't give use silverware so we had to get up and ask for some.

Food is good. Not too keen on the servers. They are hit and miss. Even the seasoned ones are slow; unless you seem to know them then they are all over your table and sitting with you...which I don't care for either. Don't expect much but a drink refill would have been nice. The time we went it was mildly busy. So I do take that into account. Atmosphere was fine. Place seemed clean. That is always a plus.

Always enjoy going to this restaurant....we visit at least 2-3 times a week...Been enjoying the Bob Evans App I was told about with rewards...But In September and now in October I wasn't getting the rewards like I did in the past....I wasn't getting anywhere with agents when I called or emailing, so I called Corporate...reached a lady named Susan who was a delight! She helped me with giving rewards and waited patiently with me to see if they were loaded to the App...got it resolved....also said she would reach out to the Dept. that handles the rewards.... kudos to Susan..thank you so much, you made my day!

Shout out to Denise, who took my to-go order today. Very pleasant on the phone, and made sure I had everything I needed in the bag such as butter for the rolls, ketchup for the fries, barbecue sauce for chicken strips. Very good experience, and I highly recommend asking for Denise when visiting.

Been along time since my wife and I have visited. Menu has improved. Our server Kimberly was very good. Place was clean and food price really good. Overall a good visit, will be back sooner.

We had the beef and turkey pot roasts and both were somewhat disappointing. Offal tasting beef and insipid tasting turkey. The restaurant was close to empty with an hour before close. We had to ask for refills and after finishing our meals, the cheque was brought, not being asked if we wanted anything else (all wanting to close up the kitchen?!). My partner had the 3 course special, which included a dessert, but again, she had to ask.

Stopped on our way home from a visit to the park. Didn't eat a meal but enjoyed beverages. This establishment was clean with friendly staff, fun atmosphere and ample seating indoors and out. Will definitely keep this restaurant on our "stop for dinner" list for future visits.

This is a GREAT Mexican restaurant! They offer a wide selection of entrees. All that I've tried have been excellent. The prices are fair and the portions are sizeable. The meal pictured below is Mixed Fajitas for Two. It's huge for its $29 price tag. The service was also fast and friendly!

Had a group of 14 for a birthday party. They don't take reservations but were able to take our group. Food and cocktails came out fast, chips and salsa were refilled. They had the entire restaurant singing happy birthday. From start to finish was under 2 hours which is commendable for that size of a group during dinner hour. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Margaritas were delicious. Will definitely be back!

We came on June 6th 2025 for my husbands birthday and our service was great, however, the restaurant was so dirty. There was debris, napkins and nacho chips all over the floor at multiple tables which sat there our entire 1.5hr visit. I picked up the table piece to read a menu and it also had old fingerprints and food all over it… typically if front of house is unkept, it’s a bad sign. Food was decent and arrived quickly. The red sangria was not good… they ‘muddled’ strawberries/fruit which left the cocktail with tons of chunks. Fruit does not need to be muddled for sangria. The server did offer us a substitute for the sangria and removed it from our bill which we appreciate. The highlight of our visit was our server who was so accommodating and friendly.

We ate outside in the wilderness! There was a bird begging and lurking near our table. 🐥 I think he wanted some chips or something. Or maybe he wanted some of the white sauce off my yummy yummy burrito bowl! 😆😆 Enjoyed it mucho!

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything was amazing, food, service and speed. Guacamole was the best restaurant guac I have ever head. We are from across the boarder but will be using our Nexus cards just to go there when we are craving Mexican. You can also scan your bill to pay instantly with Apple pay / Google pay and even split the bill if you want. So convenient!

Stopped for a late lunch in a weekend day. Looked like it wasn't that busy but there were tables occupied. There was also food on the floor in a lot of areas of the restaurant. Service was kind of show but we're not in a hurry. We order guacamole, tacos, and birra tacos with rice and beans. The guacamole was bitter and I'm sure there was an over ripe avocado or two in there. It wasn't good at all. The rice and beans were dried up and cold. The tacos were ok, very well done meat. The birra tacos were kind of greasy but the consumme was good. Seconds on salsa is charged. Same for chips. The server dropped food and never really came back except to give the bill. The place could use a good scrub, including cleaning the menus. The bathroom is cramped and kind of gross too. They have a neat koi pond and there's an entrance to the huge antique store next door.

Just went today for the first time. My niece had gone many times before. She has a gluten allergy and they take great care to not cross contaminate. The one girl working today even went above and beyond to make sure the cherizo on one of the pizzas is gluten free. Greatly appreciated! Got the Dragons Den and the Margarita.... So good, highly recommend!

Definitely not your average PH pizza. Loved the sweet/fig base and the selection of cheeses and meats. The quality of the toppings was excellent. The crust was chewy and crunchy and really just perfect. The red sauce needs a little fine tuning but otherwise Bella Bolla is top notch! We ordered four small pizzas so we could try a variety of flavors and they were all delicious! I highly recommend Bella Bolla!

Both pizzas were very good, The specialty bruschetta pizza had one topping that was too much overpowering onion. Less onion more tomato, better balance. The dough had a lot of elasticity in it in both pizzas, a little chewy, I would recommend asking well done., but all in all price point and area a great pizza facility. I will be ordering again!

I'm used to eating at this pizzeria and I've always eaten well and been well received by the owner, but we came to eat a pizza this Tuesday with my friends. There were 8 of us. The reception and the service were very bad. To begin with, the waiting time for the pizzas was never so long, then we were served the pizzas in boxes while we were eating there. All the other customers sitting on the table had cutlery and plates, but we were served in takeaway boxes. As every time I come to eat a pizza at Bella Bolla, I ask the short-haired waitress for ranch sauce. She tells me that they charge for it, even though every time I've come, I've never been charged for ranch sauce. So I kindly tell her that the previous times the sauce was free, but she only responds haughtily that if I want sauce, I just have to pay. Finally, when it was time to leave, we wanted to throw the boxes of finished pizzas into the trash can at the entrance and then the short-haired waitress insulted us, telling us to take our empty box home and that we had to leave. Frankly, this short-haired waitress was very vulgar with us and I did not appreciate the way she treats her customers. She should respect them more, especially since we are loyal customers who have never caused any problems. However, the pizzas made by the other two employees were very good as usual.

I love this pizza joint! The owner is super cool! He is so invested in bringing in the freshest ingredients and providing the best possible finished product, pizza!!! I’ve eaten there 3 times just this week! lol Best pizza in town!!

The pizza is so freakin good. This is honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I don’t normally get excited about pizza, but theirs always hits the spot. We’ve come in to eat here twice, and got it delivered once, and each time the flavor was just phenomenal. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and has chill vibes. It showcases art from local artists which is always nice to see. And I can always look forward to having a nice chat with the friendly staff. Looking forward to the next time I’m craving some pizza! I’d post a pic of my orders, but we ate them before I remembered to take any photos.

We came here back in March for the first time before checking out the antique shop down the street. The location is nice, in downtown Port Huron. We easily found a spot and walked in and sat down for lunch. A lady then brought us some menus and was very helpful. The pizza here is very good wood fried pizza. Prices were decent for what you get. The menu has lots of options for various types of pizzas. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was pretty good. We'll definitely be back sometime. 4/5.

Stopped by to grab some lunch while I was downtown. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was okay. I couldn't tell that there was any pulled pork on the sandwich, and since I don't drink pop I didn't have much of a selection of beverages. On the up side, the staff was stellar and very polite. They'd be the only reason I might go back and try something else.

Love the set up. The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing! I got to try a sample of the bacon mac and cheese the first time I was there, and came back next time to get it with the Super Mario sandwich I ordered.

Want to have a meal in bank? Moe's corner is the place to come. This deli is inside the 1st bank that was built in Port Huron. Amazing food being made in this restored place. This place even sells ice cream for the dessert. Free classic video games This place is has an amazing menu but if you want to locally famous this place allows you to make your own signature place. And you'll get your photo on the wall. I ordered the down on the parm sliced chicken breast with marina and parmesan cheese this sandwich was amazing the sub bread was lightly toasted and the sandwich was so cheesy. Prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back soon.

Came from Canada, just off the border for a quick shopping, due to the long line at border, went to Moe for late lunch. Great sandwich! Freshly made! Cuban B is amazing! But I wish they have Montreal style smoked beef sandwich. I preferred the closest one which is called Omeha, close enough but not the same. No beer or fountain drink offer though, not sure it is an American thing so not, at the corner location with river and bridge they could offer patio and maybe cold beer, they will be packed on a hot day !

First off love the decor and what looked to be local art, another nostalgic experience with the free to play arcade machines and the old school 80s music. The place is cozy and welcoming off first glance and there's some cool history to the building, not to mention the old safe with sweet marine themed murals depicting a sailboat. The owners seemed super cool and very friendly and welcoming. Now on to the food, I had the 540 lordy and honestly I don't think I've ever had a sandwich so good in my life. The portions were perfect and the flavors meshed extremely well even the bread was perfectly toasted and fresh. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was amazing, and there was a good portion of meat on the sandwich. There's a nice little area to eat street side or you can dine indoors. Either way you're bound to have a good experience here.

So, we pick up food here on a regular basis and I always hope that that kind gentleman answers the phone, when he does they have egg foo young, and he listens politely to my order, if the woman answers, oh boy, no eggs and she yells at me like she is doing me a favor to take my order. 'Just tell me what you want!' Yikes. Sadly we like the food and convenience and hope spring eternal that the nice guy will pick up so ....

First time. Stopped for take out. Gentleman was very friendly. Food was fantastic. Chicken with Garlic Sauce was great.Large portions. Inexpensive. Best Chinese food in the area. Wish they delivered.

This is one of the only Chinese places we like in the area. The food is generally good and there are large quantities. However, the service is 50/50. Either horrible and makes me not want to come back as a customer or very pleasant. When the woman answers, we have been spoken to very rudely and even have raised her voice when asking about the menu. Which is obviously a huge turn off. If a man answers, he is so polite and great. Unfortunately it is what it is for the food. However, when you are a frequent visitor it can become a problem.

We went 2 times in the past 2 days Love the Crab Rangoon, and the Seafood Lo Mein was very filling. Fast service, and fresh food! Great place for last minute take out. Will go again.

Great Wall, Great food! My only complaint is that I haven't tried this place sooner. The food is excellent, ya their building isn't in the best shape but it looks clean enough inside. Our Sweet N sour chicken, General Tso chicken is always fresh, always well cooked and same with the fried rice that you get with it, oh and the egg rolls THE BEST! We've ordered from here at least 4 times now and it's never been dry, veggies always fresh looking N tasting. Best Chinese restaurant in town 4 sure!

Used to like the food here. Quality has dropped significantly Only thing that i ordered that I would order again in the wonton soup Chicken was chewy, sinewy. General Tso Sauce used to he good, not anymore. Service was fast and polite Store front was dingy

The service was iffy at best. Our appetizer arrived waitress dipped her pink glittery waitress book in the cheese on top of our seafood mushrooms. We also had no appetizer plates until we were halfway through with the appetizer. I ordered the lobster upgrade baked potato and it was crispy old looked nothing like the picture. When I asked the server for another she got us both another one after our meal was already eaten we brought it home in a box she said they shouldn't have put that on your plate like that I said you should have looked at my plate and not served it like that and she walked away I had no lemon with my lobster very poor service we usually enjoy Red lobster but wasn't a good experience the dining room was a mess stuff all over the floor the bathrooms were dirty looking what's going on here? Oh and my husband wiped his silverware off with a wet nap it was dirty and the glass I was drinking out of was dirty as well. I didn't notice until the sun came in the window yuck!

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time and I enjoyed my meal but my companion was surprised that they didn't remove the lobster carapace and it can be quite messy . He asked why it wasn't removed and the waitress candidly responded that it was a corporate policy not to remove it🤷‍♀️ . For a 40 dlls dish they should provide a glove, a lobster pick. 🦞or at least a moist towelette , I remember they used to give you moist towelettes but not anymore.

My wife and I have been here twice in 5 years. It has been good both times that we have gone. This last time we went our waiter was excellent and manager came around to all tables while we were dining. My wife got the Coconut Shirmp and I chose the Ultimate Feast. We both really enjoyed our food.

First time ever here. My mom always said was good so gave it a try on babes bday was not disappointed. First taste of REAL crab and lobster tail! So good!

What an amazing chef. Our wonderful server Chris introduced us to the chef/owner Jeff who whipped up some succulent mouth watering lobster and shrimp mashed potatoes in a gluten free sauce to accompany my lobster tail. The creamy herb butter sauce was so delicious swimming in amongst the shrimp and lobster!!! The service was lovely such a nice gentleman and accommodating even under difficult dietary restrictions. Chris was so delightful and helpful I felt right at home. The sincher was when the Chef Jeff came out to greet us and put me totally at ease. From the very start I knew this awesome hospitality was going to mean an wonderful dining experience. It was from start to finish a great dinner and I'm so happy we stopped here to experience such kindness with great food. BRAVA

Went in around 3pm hardly no one in the restaurant. Went in solo, my server was Jennifer, she's amazing! You can also tell she works for tips! I tried a new passion fruit drink great if you like fruit or just sweet drinks and our pineapple. Also had the endless shrimp with lobster tail on the side food was impeccable. Also love the fact i want brushed aside because I was by myself. Will return of I'm ever in Fort Gratiot/Port Huron again

A very good friend recommended "The Atrium," to us. I can honestly say that, I am most appreciative for his efforts! The ambiance is incredible! The food is great and very reasonably priced, the staff entertaining and accommodating and the collection of theatrical memories, "over the top!" Will I go back? In a heartbeat! Would I recommend it? You betcha!!!!!

Nothing short of Incredible!! The loaded Mexican potato was absolutely delicious, and the bumpy cake that was recommended was smashing!! I definitely would recommend this step back into time with silent films and upcycled atmosphere! The service just added to the experience. Thank you Atrium!

Excellent food, great staff and service. Interesting evironment and decor, old time moviehouse theme in an old time moviehouse, or what used to be many yesteryears past. First visit for me and my wife as we enjoyed with another couple who wanted to share the experience... very enjoyable! Not hungry enough after lunch, but we'll be returning sometime soon to try out those huge beautiful banana splits we saw being served to other customers... looked like creations the way ice cream dishes used to be served... not the teeny servings offered at major chains. If you're in the area and hungry, absolutely worth the visit!

This place was awesome. Went here for dessert and they did not dissapoint. I had bumpy cake and my kids had hot fudge sundae and brownie sundae and all 3 looked amazing and tasted great. The decor inside was early 1900 or victorian best way to describe it and it was cool to sit and look at everything. Wait staff was very friendly and the regular menu looked like they had some awesome dishes.

Cute, vintage, though a tad gaudy (Christmas and Valentine's decorations up in July), this place has regular seating but also an atrium area with more natural lighting and lots of greenery. They have a gluten-free menu offering great sandwiches. Salads were large, filling, and gourmet (artichoke, brie and apple, as well as more typical options). Only one ladies' bathroom. Didn't try their "bumpy cake" but it seems to be their signature dessert.

I stayed here July 2024 and was pleased with my stay only due to location for a stay prior to the Mac regatta, room with 2 queen beds for 4 people, some who participate in the race. Bed was great, breakfast great, location great…staff non existent. I booked ON CHECKOUT for the same room, or equivalent with 2 queen beds for 4 people for July 2025 Mac race. Confirmed and got confirmation email. Fast forward to this past month as contrary to my EMAIL CONFIRMATION I found while making an inquiry, THEY swapped my room to a king for 2 people. I have been trying to get this rectified for weeks to no avail. I keep getting told various things to clearly blow me off…too bad, I’m sorry, ??people booked before you??, silence when I ask how 4 people sleep in a king, put you through to manager, not my fault, leave a message… top and bottom: NO help, and zero accountability. I have been waiting for 10 days now for a return to my message with the manager again and no one is answering my calls now. They have single handed ruined something that was planned one year in advance with the inability to problem solve THEIR error. I do not recommend staying if you have expectations to stay here or get what you reserve. They do not have a full or competent staff (witnessed that last year when having to hunt someone for checkin) and will be escalating to choice hotel chain themselves.

This hotel deserves no stars. Horrible. We got a call two hours before the check in time that they realized they overbooked the room due to their system errors and have to cancel our reservation. We were already in Port Huron after the long drive. We asked to pay the hotel that we will be reserving on that day but the owner refused. The owner said they CAN cancel the reservation anytime per their policy. So this means your reservation can be cancelled any time like last minute, and they refuse to give anything to compensate. I don’t trust the reservation they take and of course we won’t be reserving this hotel in the future at all.

We loved this hotel. They couldn’t have been nicer, the rooms were super clean and cute. We booked the suite which was awesome. The views were spectacular. Food was great at the cafe in the morning. Such a cute boutique hotel. Book it!

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding/reception. Room was nice & clean, unique. Bed was very comfortable. (Only complaint is that there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room.) Wedding/reception was held in the Ballroom. Bartenders Brandon & Gabby were outgoing and very friendly! Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Chef Tonya was outside on a break and overheard myself and some friends talking, joined our conversation as if she knew us and asked us if we enjoyed our meal. Overall, very enjoyable experience!!

I am not usually the type of person who evaluates or criticizes other people’s businesses, but I feel compelled to share the terrible experience I had in hopes it might serve as advice for anyone considering staying at this hotel. On the day of my stay—just two hours before check-in on the day before Labor Day—I received a phone call saying my reservation, which I had made through the hotel’s own website, was being canceled due to overbooking. After a three-hour drive, I had just arrived in Port Huron and was only five minutes away from the beach when I rushed over to the hotel. At the front desk, the receptionist told me, “I don’t know why this happened.” Imagining how difficult it would be to find another hotel on a holiday weekend, I asked if at the very least they could cover the price difference if I booked a nearby hotel myself. She said she couldn’t make that decision and called her manager. The answer? Because of their self-serving policy that “the hotel can cancel at any time for any reason,” they would not pay the difference. It’s not like I was trying to book a Ritz-Carlton suite. Fortunately, the DoubleTree nearby had availability and we were able to stay there. When I explained what had happened, even their receptionist was appalled, saying, “That’s awful. The hotel should absolutely cover the difference!” I completely agreed. If I could, I would take five stars away from this hotel and give them all to the DoubleTree. This is a free country, and these are free times. I can’t tell you to stay here or not to stay here. But if you do, I strongly recommend calling several times in advance to make sure your reservation is actually confirmed. By the way, my family and I are Asian, and I sincerely hope that had nothing to do with this unreasonable cancellation. For me, this hotel deserves no stars at all, and frankly, I think the hotel itself does not need to exist. Finally, to the young and beautiful receptionist who treated us with sincerity—I truly hope you find a proper workplace, not one owned by such dishonest management.

Rooms are awesome but very noisy. No amenities were open both days I was there. Location is good, bridge is cool but noisy and incredibly annoying after the novelty wears off. You seriously need to sound proof - huge oversight. Too expensive for what it is in my opinion. Also no safe, no fridge …

They charged us $200 to fix a lock that was broken when we arrived. The lock to our room was broken when we arrived. I reported it immediately. They were unable to get the keycard to work and the lock was so broken that even the physical key didn't work. The desk clerk admitted that it was broken. They moved us to a second , then a third room. When I called to find out what the extra charge was, the clerk pretended not to know, so she knew very well what they did was wrong. Update: the $200 has now been refunded to my credit card.

I'm very well aware that the meat is cooked with onion. However, I asked for no raw onions. I actually tried to ask for no mustard as well, but I think it was a new girl at the. register and she had to ask for help, and I don't think she heard me say no mustard after I asked for no onions. There has to be a better way to package this. Having a restricted diet sucks. Trying to keep it local with folks that don't get that, is frustrating. The fried dill pickles were OK. A good sized order. Crispy.

The location is good. It sits right in the middle of Port Huron and Fort Gratiot on the main commercial strip. It's easy to get to if you are traveling north but more difficult if you are traveling south because of the street light and resulting traffic. The restaurant itself isn't dirty but it's far from clean. The seats and table have a slight sticky greasy feel to them, as though they weren't wiped off from the last group who ate there. The atmosphere is wide open and feels like a mix between Perkins and Steak & Shake. The staff was very friendly and somewhat attentive (they didn't bug us but they didn't ask if we wanted refills either). The menu is pretty standard fare. Hotdogs and hamburgers, soups and salads as well as other options. They also have ice cream and pie slices (you can buy whole pies to go). The food was somewhere between ok and good, not fantastic. It's a good place for Coney dogs, anyway. I would recommend this place if you are "jonesing" for a chili dog. All in all it wasn't bad.

I’ve been going to Teds for 15+ years. Normally I go to the South Teds which is always good. But lately I’ve been going to Teds North. I don’t know if it’s the lack of staff but this place is starting to go downhill. It’s very disappointing because Teds is my all time favorite place to go for food. The North location has been having too many errors lately. Was in recently and the food made me nauseous. They were out of all the soups for the day and the service was poor. Anytime I go the food is burnt and over cooked. The quality is not there like it used to be. Plus most of the waitresses have really poor attitudes which makes it not pleasant dining in. Like I said very disappointing because I grew up with Teds and it’s not the same anymore.

I have been coming here for years with my family. This restaurant is a staple in our community. They have excellent food and service. The servers are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Their coney dogs are the best in town. If your ever in Port Huron I suggest stopping by Ted's Coney Island for a nice, hot meal!

I have s friend visiting from out of town and wanted to let her experience "Detroit style" pizza. We were super disappointed. Spent $45 on a 12 square pizza plus tip. The dough was still not done after five minutes in my air fryer. Staff was disinterested and seemed like they were just hanging out and the lobby needed to be cleaned. This was not at all what I wanted to serve a good friend after talking it up. Terrible squishy pizza and lousy customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere (Buscemi's) I do not recommend.

This place is amazing. The food taste is top shelf, highly recommend you order the Detroit style pizza crust. It’s not just a pizza place either as their menu has other options like sandwiches and salads. The place was really busy which is always a good sign. The service was very quick all things considered. As I waited for the order I observed that many people had ordered ahead via phone. It appears that this would be a better way to efficiently order. Overall a fantastic pizza and well worth the trip.

I placed the order online and went to pick the pizza up. They were very busy but paid attention to every customer and what they needed. It was soo good.

😬 dang had my order messed up (2 cheese 1 pep slices) Got two pep and one cheese. They asked if I touched it and took back the slice 😩 that's got to be against some health code, yikes. Them insult to injury I asked for it to be combo with a drink and they rang it up separate so I got disgusted and overcharged 😵

Had to argue with the cashier who didn't want to honor an online 5 dollar off online coupon because it was from "corporate" and not them as a franchisee. Some guy stepped in and said that they could help me. Order was 19 dollar and change so it should have dropped to 14 dollars and change.Decided to go ahead and order and add extra cheese and extra pepperoni and the price went up to 23 dollars and change, supposedly with the coupon which would make the cost of the extra items cost would be 9 dollars... complete and total bullshit rip off. I am done with these people.

I really enjoy their deep dish pizzas. They have great sauce and the crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a great selection of specialty pizzas and decent subs. Salads are just ok. The ranch is tasty though. Altogether I think it's better pizza than most places but it's not a Grimaldi's, which I think has great pizza.

Let's start off with the 2 bikes chained together in the doorway blocking the interior doors, definitely no way handicap accessible. #2 they had no idea when I asked for the box of coffee. When they finally figured out what I meant he gave out a huge sigh, like I was asking too much. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Do better people!!!! Will not be back for any reason and will be telling everyone that will listen. Ended up at Starbucks all the way across town. BTW Starbucks did an amazing job. I usually give 5 stars easily. I usually visit this Tim Hortons in Port Huron very often, and one of the highlights of my visit is the friendly staff who always offer a small pup cup or dog treat for my dog when i ask. It’s a simple but thoughtful gesture that makes my day while I enjoy my coffee. I am new to Tim horton and thought pup cup is a thing like other franchises. However, today was a disappointing experience. A young girl staff member told me that Tim Hortons doesn’t give out pup cups and that they’re not supposed to. I completely understand if that’s the policy, but what bothered me was her attitude—no courtesy, no friendly explanation, and not even a simple “thank you” in response when I said, “no worries.” Great customer service is about how you communicate, not just what you say. She could have kindly informed me of the policy while still maintaining a welcoming attitude. Instead, her dismissiveness made me feel uncomfortable, and I won’t feel at ease ordering when she’s there. That said, the coffee is good, and all the other staff members have always been professional and friendly. I just hope this location maintains the great service I’ve come to appreciate.

I'd put 0 stars if I could. I have a problem to the manager an supervisor who ever runs mornings are just bloody terrible. I get that it's morning an no one wants to be there but seriously the attitude and disrespect I get in there in the Morning is bad. I'll give them a simple order an yet somehow they screw it up. That being said, Who ever runs the afternoons shift is just awesome. Listens very well. Repeats my order to me to a tee, I'll bring my dog with me at drive-thru, get a lil doggy cup for her. Idk who runs it, I think her name was Sammie or Sam W.e. her name is, she was just completely awesome, she really Goes out of the way to make sure that my order was correct, I'd definitely would go in the afternoons for my coffee instead of mornings

Placed an online order for the wrong location and IMMEDIATELY called to cancel it. They gave me the run around, said they couldn’t do it and that I needed to do it through the app (which I had already tried). Went through the app - there is no cancellation option btw - submitted a support request. Finally heard back (a full week later) and the online support stated that I would need to contact the restaurant for a refund, as they cannot do it through the app 😖 Even though I specifically told them I had already tried calling the store. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t just a button to cancel. At the very least, the order should fall off eventually and send a refund. I’ll be reporting this to my bank so they should get hit with some great fees too.

Was met with extremely rude staff when asking about a pup cup. In addition to that, when mentioning a coupon at the window was met with flagrant rudeness. An audible sigh of disdain could be heard and person in the window rolled their eyes. Coffee is alright but donut was stuffed into the bag and the icing came off when I tried to get it out and eat it. Will NOT be coming back.

My waitress Jessica was very nice. But my food was greasy. Yea, I asked for onions and peppers in my food, but this was unacceptable. Kinda figured since I had an encounter with none of the cooks, they intentionally messed my food up. Very disappointing

Visited with my son starting off a day of cross-border shopping. The restrooms could use some work. The food was just fine. Nothing to rave about. Service was good. Quick and friendly staff. There seemed to be a lot of drama/gossip between the staff, though making it a little uncomfortable. I understand that this is normal and human nature but maybe it is better left to a back room or when customers aren't present. We will try another breakfast spot next time we visit.

Very poor service, waited 15 minutes after being seated b4 waitress finally came over to see what I wanted to drink, another 15-20 minutes till she came back to take order, nearly 30 minutes till I got my food, over easy eggs with hard yolks, nearly raw bacon, another 5min till I got my toast and pancakes then had to ask for silverware and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. Again very poor dining experience due exclusively to the staff working on 6/11/23 at 1:30pm, manager should fire everyone working at that time, believe me, it would be no big loss

My wife and I took our grand-daughter her and we all loved it The food was wonderful. Kaela, our server, was fantastic. The price was very fair. Adding to the already fair price was that it was before 3:00 so the whole Bill received a 20% discount. What more can you ask of a restaurant?

My first time coming to port Huron and i chose this place i spent close to 7 bucks for not even a 4 oz cup of soup and the soup tasted like it came out of the toilet i am very disturbed and unhappy and very dissatisfied with the food taste the food cost and the food serving size i will never come here again i hope nobody else does either my friend got a sandwich with soggy bread and wilted lettuce never again on one good side was a very sweet blonde lady in the window with a beautiful smile thank u mam u are the only good thing this restaurant has to offer keep being great ❤️ and thank u for the delicious cold cup of water your great .

Always a decent place. Coneys are regular hot dogs..Not many places in Port Huron area serve the real coney hot dogs with skin on so these will do. There tasty..great bean soup..I was bummed they charged extra for ranch for my onion rings..that's a 1st

My boyfriend was born in Port Huron . We now live in Florida . Every time we visit the area , he has to get his Coneys. I personally am not a fan but I indulge because its better sharing in his excitement. We came from Canada yesterday and stopped at Mama Vickies Coneys and got there at 7:04 to find they had just closed. Called our friend and they said to go to Teds. Wow liked the atmosphere 110 % better. Service was very good and fast . Even though just two of us we bought the family special ( buy a dozen and get either two coneys or two fries free). We chose the coneys . The waitress accomodated us buy just giving us a few to eat and then when we were ready to leave, she had the rest packaged up . We freeze them. Fries were excellent. Added our picture after our drive to Banner Elk ,NC , our leftovers . Definitely would come to this one again .

The food was weak and cold. The service was terrible. The cashier had a terrible attitude. There were three kids in the dining room and one of them was walking around the entire restaurant barefoot.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Let's begin with the fact that I purchased 2x extra banana for a total of 80 cents extra and somehow still got less than half a banana!!! Beyond that I was inside the establishment for no longer than 15 minutes and the following is what transpired. 4 doordashers turned away because they already confirmed the order and couldn't confirm it again. One banana split sent out missing guess what? The banana.... (SIDE NOTE This establishment must have a hard on for not using bananas). One person who waited 10 mins only to find out the cashier never rang them up for their child's ice cream. 3 separate old lady's given incorrect items. And to top it all off when you go to leave the front door sticks so hard I had to kick it.. all in all avoid at all costs unless you wish to watch helpless people make ice cream..........will most likely return to do just that.

I thought dairy queen had standard sizes, and that a large Sunday was like 3 ice cream glob above the cup. Aparently here it's maybe one. I spent like $6 and got maybe $3-$4 worth of ice cream.

Just went there and asked for a cherry sundae with a lid, they put hard cherry cone dip on my sundae! I called them because that's gross and the lady i spoke with said that's what we have and pretty much hung up on me! Will never go there again. Every ice cream place i have ever been to has cherry sundaes or would at least inform you that they don't. So I basically got charged 6.00 for a 3.00 cone in a cup that I didn't eat, and they wouldn't replace.

Ice cream is okay. The cleanliness is a little to close to borderlining sketchy for me though. It's a small place which is fine in its self, but the tables & booths being grubby is off putting. The soda tastes a little off. And the bathroom smells always seems to creep into the dining area. Not very pleasant.

Updated review 08/13/2024 Today's order shocked me. I drive from Bridgehampton Township/Deckerville to order at this store. The attached pictures are of what I ordered and what I ended up with. I have not had any issues. Food and service has always been great.

First time iv ever been disappointed in their pizzas. There was a strange un melted underlayment of mozzarella under the melted cheese. Altho the pizza was clearly cooked, it was almost as if they used a old batch of cheese. The taste was off as well. Almost a sour hint to it. I ate 2 slices and got pretty grossed out by the texture.

Well, this was my first time trying this place and I can see it was really good. I was told I might not like it because I’m very picky when it comes to Pizza I’m not gonna say that this was the best pizza in the world, but it’s a little bit better than other chain restaurant pizzas that I’ve been to. I didn’t take any photos of it so I’m a little disappointed in myself. I would definitely eat here again. The service was great. The lady that was working. The Night Shift was very nice. I don’t know her name, but she’s doing a very good job here. I would definitely eat here again.

We had some issues on the app with my Venmo but used the same card (as connected to Venmo) and it worked fine… it did show a charge on my bank (not Venmo) and when I charged my bank card, the first charge disappeared… feel like it was on Venmo’s side… pizza was the bomb and the ladies and one man working were awesome! I didn’t get names I apologize…

Except, instead of talking to someone down the street, I ended up on the phone with someone who’s probably chilling in Bangladesh. After 10 minutes of trying to explain that 'no, I don’t want extra cheese and confirming my address three times because I’m pretty sure my zip code doesn’t exist on their map, my order finally went through. Moral of the story: Hungry Howie's pizza app is on strike, and I just took a culinary journey around the world to get 2 pizza's and some breadsticks. Worth it? Ask me after the first bite." When a customer is buying lots of happy meals to collect the new tinytan toy collection and are given the old collection its extremely frustrating. I called to ask if they had just maybe run out of the new ones because I understand that that might have happened and was trying to see if that was the case. I dont believe it was because when I asked, I was told they were "too busy" to discuss it. Good thing im not "too busy" to drive further to a different Iocation whenever I want mcdonalds because its bs that I was given the old toys, I already have that collection completed and it was a complete waste of time and money to be given old toys when im trying to collect the new ones now. I already have bought over 20 happy meals just trying to collect each one of the old set. And then to be told that they are too busy to talk to me. I would give 0 stars for service if it was an option.

We were asked to pull ahead to 3rd window and wait, it was abt 5 min. When our order was finally brought out, we checked the order and as usual, missing items. I try to get the employees attention, no luck. So I call as were still at the 3rd window. No answer. No one comes back to the drive thru window. So had to go park and go in and ask for the missing items. The rest of the order was cold by the time we got our complete order. Not happy.

Unfortunately, half of my experience at this McDonald’s wasn’t great. The playroom was dirty and poorly maintained, with tables and floors inside and around the obstacle area noticeably unclean. They require no shoes inside, but my kids’ socks got really black from the floor—if you want shoes off, at least clean the obstacle area. The seats at the tables were also dirty. I’d suggest considering other locations if you want a cleaner, smoother experience. Although the staff was incredibly busy, the food was fast and fresh, and the service was very good. When we accidentally received an extra item, they let us keep it—thank you!

I don't have the app so I had to go to the counter to order. They truly push the kiosk. I hate that it is so impersonal ialways skip it. Especially since I use cash and it will send you to the counter for that anyway.

This McDonald's is superior above all I've ever encountered in St Clair county I tell you what the employees are marvelous now they are some dolls I tell you I would love to go there each and every day of the week but I just can't find the time but tell you what when I'm there time stops it's amazing I mean what could you ask for more except more beautiful women that's all I'm saying we love ya

Ordered here on new years. I have never had a problem here before. I ordered wings and sauce on the side. After I was done eating some sauce I found a bug in it. I poured the rest of the sauce out and there was another bug in a different container. (I ordered teriyaki btw)

Would not recommend!! The food tastes terrible and the service was very unprofessional!! I ordered wings for a Halloween party and they completely messed up the order. I ordered half boneless and half regular bone-in wings and they gave me all boneless. I immediately called them as soon as they delivered them and I saw that they had messed up the order and the lady was rude and illiterate. She made it seem like it was my fault, she refused to take any accountability and only offered to correct the order after arguing with her for several minutes. If was my first and last experience with them. Very unprofessional!!!

Love the food most of the time, and I have been a customer for the last ten years, but every single time I have ordered delivery in the last few months it is late and they don’t send the driver UNTIL I call the store to check on my order. And the person that answered the phone could ‘not be bothered and said “ you're the order waiting for a delivery it’s on its way”. You didn’t even ask what order number it was or the name on the order. If you are so slow that you have one delivery going out at a time, it definitely shouldn’t take over an hour and a half to deliver food that was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. I have been on hold without talking to anyone for over ten minutes and counting. Yeah you just lost a long time customer. Update: After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back to get them to pick up their phone just to find out after a lengthy convo between the delivery driver and the manager (I could hear everything btw) they delivered my food to the wrong house. The delivery driver lied to the manager about the other address being a corner house it’s not. Could also hear that over the phone… Would like it noted that the manager I spoke with was very apologetic. And the person that did deliver was super friendly which is the only reason I changed this from a one star. The picture is of the 1/2 pound wings for $8 Waiting for my food to be remade now. I love the food and the workers. What I don't love is that the card reader doesn't give you an option to add a tip when you pay with a card - you have to remember to bring cash for their tip jar. I rarely carry cash, although your 3% credit card fee is a good motivator to pick the habit back up. It doesn't make me feel very Happy that you don't value your workers enough to add a tipping screen to your card reader, nor value your customers enough to answer my email regarding this issue. Eat the Rich and give them bad reviews if they don't value their workers!!!

Pizza had plenty of toppings, but their pizza sauce tasted too much like tomato paste. Bread sticks were good and loaded with cheese. We did not get the flavored crust we asked for on any of our pizzas.

The employees are nice and friendly there pizzas and salads are good to

The conversations among employees are more important than making sure customers get their food. My food got put on the rack instead of handed to me because the regular customer was more important to converse with then letting me get my food while it was warm. Not pleased one bit.

I order the same breakfast any time I go here and normally it is made correctly. This was completely wrong. As you can see from the receipt I ordered my Crunchwrap No Egg, No Jalapeno Sauce with steak and bacon. I got a regular steak Crunchwrap with egg and jalapeno sauce and no bacon. Yes I pay extra for the substitutions. I have dietary restrictions which is why I order it this way. Very disappointed do better

Cheesy roll ups were cold and not toasted, cheese on it was just shredded asked for tomatoes on it, there was 2 small ones, 5 layer burrito was cold, cheese was not melted. Cinnabon balls were cold, hard and smashed in the bag. There appeared to be a full staff, no excuse. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The worker was absolutely amazing but unfortunately their food just falls short. Everything was dry and the sauce packets I asked for weren't in the bag so I couldn't even put some on to help. All of the sauce is loaded to one side of the item to emphasize the dryness. Maybe it's because I'm from Arizona and our taco bells are held to a higher standard but I know Michigan can do better for their people.

Super incompetent and the staff need to clean out their ears or turn their headset up as s customer i shouldn't have to repeat myself more than once that I have a online order then get told it's not working so I have to reorder everything to be changed twice also to lose $7 on an item that I was getting free. Then to get refunded the online order instead of the forced second order which was more money.

some of the most poorly made food ive ever had from this chain. burritos had fully fallen apart before we even opened them. insanely varying portion sizes for everything, even 2 of the exact same item. ??

Taco bell??!!More like taco Hell!!!they do not care about the customer it was a horrible experience burritos were trash not wrapped like the should be my naxos were thrown in the bag all over the food they were out of chicken and beef!!!and yet had 2 hours left to stay open i leave all my reviews in fair but this was unacceptable I will be calling headquarters. We'll it's 2023 and I gave it another go..! Absolutely horrible I'm surprised they still in business.. trash..trash...trash... got 2 steak tacos and no steak on them a bunch of cheese I can believe I fell foe it again!!!!!!!

Local Diner, I see why. Prices were very reasonable & portions are very good size. Breakfast anytime. Wide variety of food-burgers, dogs,gyros, tacos, pasta, etc. Something for everyone. All of our food was great. Mango salsa burger did have a little kick. Fruit bowl was fresh. Burger tasted like the real stuff. Waitress was friendly but needs a little more training. We're obviously not local so you need to help us out a little. Didn't tell us any specials, had to ask. Shouldn't assume everyone wants fries, had to ask what the options were. Bill for 2 was under $25 & we brought some home so that's better that the chain restaurants. Would definitely stop in again when in the area. At least for summer they are open 24hrs on Saturday night. Fyi-the buns weren't smashed when we got them.

JUST left and WOW!!! Service was extremely prompt and friendly Booths are spacious and clean Now for the food … super fast and hot! I ordered the turkey club added avocado and a fried egg - w a side of fried pickles BEST lunch ever Ingredients were fresh and flavourful! Staff was super friendly when I needed a to go container and some sour cream to go Were from Alberta but if we one back to this town we will be returning Thank you for the wonderful experience

Today my wife and I attended this fine establishment and we were not disappointed the food was good and the service was great. The only complaint I had was that my spaghetti and meat balls came out cold which was very disappointing upon telling the waitress she offered to get the kitchen to remake the meal or heat it up . I accepted the offering of heating the meal up as I did not want to be a nuisance but wanted a hot meal it came back out piping hot and it was delicious, the waffle fries are amazing and the chilli is good as well . Definitely a great experience and will be back.

Nice diner that appears to be THE weekday breakfast spot for locals. I visit the area once a year and this is my Go To place for breakfast -- the food is good and reasonably priced. Usually only one server during breakfast hours, but whoever is working that day does a great job at keeping your coffee cup fresh. I've tried various dishes and none have disappointed.

Been there for breakfast and its always very good. Today went for dinner. Got fish n chips..we got chicken noodle shop which was hearty and tasty. I got clam chowder..it was little watery and has a little sour taste but passable. Fish was on greasy side but tasty. No bread basket which I'm used to get but no big deal.. Our server Sierra was very attentive..so ask for her since its hard to get good servers. will try place again for dinner .

Cozy little diner tucked away in a side road shopping center but they know there doing! Sat at the counter place was packed on a Sunday. Was extremely surprised at how fast the food came out and it was perfect. Crispy hash browns, eggs done right... they have the pro back there on Sundays for sure! Will be back!

Ordered breakfast at 11am and still waiting for my food. This is a joke the staff are rude it doesn't seem like they want to do their job. I was just told it'll be another 15-20 mins. Omg this is NOT acceptable, it's eggs not sure what he dborbtomr consuming. A lady received her food I ask how life ng have you been waiting she said not long. They are serving people who ordered after I did. This is probably my last time ever coming here.

My burger a sloppily prepared. One pickle was not in the sandwich and one was hanging out. The edges of the meat patty were crispy hard. There was way too much ketchup, dripping all over. They didn't include napkins. None were offered in the dining room. I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt was blank. I had to go to the counter and wait for an attendant to find out if my order went through.

Service has been so good the last few times especially from this worker i just had to ask their name, Tyler in the window is so adorable and kind, goes above and beyond everytime and even always asks what he could do beyond that as well. I’ve had some bad experiences w different locations close by so i’ll definitely be going here more often no matter how long the trip. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work! 😁

I just wanted to give a shout out to this McDonald's and their people always nice and polite.....if something happens to the order they are fast to fix it and I really want to give a big shout out to Daniel who always make my day when I come thru Im proud of every single employee on each shift for doing their hardest to make sure everyone is taking care of properly thank you 😊

Loud obnoxious environment, very disrespectful and a lot of yelling and cursing around the kitchen. Ordered a double quarter deluxe lettuce and onions were piled, McChicken was cold when ordered were called the guy yelled across the restaurant for the person that ordered. The staff needs retraining on how to talk in a establishment and respect others who are eating around the establishment and stop playing their own music loud in the back of the kitchen as well. Rude staff. Manager didn't do a damn thing about it.

Got breakfast burritos at 11:12am my friend did as well, and they were falling apart everywhere and so freezing cold. Some people just want to enjoy a nice meal. This is outrageous, could have just thrown them in the microwave for a minute and I would have never complained.

So basically I’m a normal door dasher to this McDonald’s so I live 15 mins from them of a car ride when I was done doing that I drive up there to get food a 20 piece nuggets three ranches two barbecue 2 buffalo sauces and a medium fries and a large coke so let’s not forget a cheese burger the lady repeated to me abt the order and I said sure that’s correct I seen the cheese burger up there so when I went around the corner to check my bag I was missing the cheese burger so I went back up there to tell the workers my concern and the one lady came to the window was so dismissal abt the situation basically calling me a lair and now my other items is cold so I don’t have no dinner to eat I am so unsatisfied with my experienced then not to mention they mix my cheese burger with a vernors how we do that
