Kelly was our server for lunch today and she knocked it out of the park! Prasino is at the streets of St. Charles. Nice place to meet family and friends for a good meal. I liked my hanger steak salad. It was delicious and filling. The salmon was the real star of the show. It was cooked perfectly nutty and crunchy on top. Prasino is a good choice for something a little different and delicious.

This place has such a great vibe! I love the fine dining part-it’s lovely and great for conversations but the casual bar area is also lots of fun. The sushi was tasty but the steak sandwich was just too huge to be eaten. I had to dismantle it to eat it but the beef tasted fantastic and the bread was homemade..

Prasino is a standout spot with a cozy yet modern vibe that’s perfect for any occasion. The menu offers a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, and their drinks are spot on. Sundays here are especially a vibe, making it a great spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food and a great atmosphere!

We've done several work dinners here. Also birthday dinners. Food is good, but I don't know why they choose to slather kale all over the plates. Garlic hummus was fantastic. Brick chicken is delicious. Burgers are great, and cooked perfectly. Not a fan of the steak, mussels, or birria tacos. Service is always wonderful.

The food and cocktails were great, table service I’ve had has been Kay nothing over the top memorable. Bar service we basically felt ignored. It was not busy, we were the only guests at the bar. Instead I saw her conversing with employees, which I have no problem with. However, it was just a missed opportunity to create regular customers or inform customers of specials or upcoming events. The opportunity was missed to create long lasting clients versus a one time one and out customer. Food and drinks were great, the service was just okay, if that.

Went solo and was given one of the best tables out on the patio. My server was super cool and kind while being very helpful with suggestions of appetizers, entrees and dessert. I had the shrimp as an appetizer which was okay but the filet was spot on. The sauce that accompanied the steak was a bit salty but very flavorful. The cut was temped perfectly! The best part of the meal was the pineapple coconut crème brûlée! So good! Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was upbeat but also relaxing. I will return to give some other dishes a chance.

Always a go-to for great food and drinks. Brunch is 10/10. Service is great. Lovely private room as well for parties.

Food was amazing!!! Or waitress Claire made us unique drinks that we loved we will definitely be back. We started with house sakad it was a great start the house dressing is so good, then ordered shrimp scampi, blackened chicken Alfredo, and hamburger pizza ,with red onions every thing was cooked to perfection. The owner was very friendly ask about our experience and talked to every table.

It was a solid good. I'm not rushing to go back but I absolutely would. Parking is easy in that area, there is a lot right behind it. The atmosphere is fine looking. Nothing special. It was a little cold the air was blowing right on us so bring a sweater. Out server was awesome. The food was all good. We split the white nachos and they were just fine. The meal came with bread and honey butter. My husband loved his steak. I got the house pasta which came with shrimp which was a ton of food - I got 2 leftover meals from it. I would probably get it again next time.

Tony's is the perfect neighborhood spot, great food, chill vibes, and friendly staff. Always busy but consistent and way better than your average bar fare. I keep coming back (with my main squeeze) because it just never disappoints!

Where do I start? First Lindsay was an incredible waitress!! My husband and I have been in St Charles for so long and have never been here. Absolutely phenomenal! We will be regulars. Each dish was perfectly made. Really loved the filet, literally melt in your mouth. Can’t wait to back!

Absolutely the best Italian food in St. Charles! I could eat here every night! The food is all delicious. Every dish I order is my favorite. My favorite is the garlic shrimp appetizer. Every pasta dish is amazing. The burgers are mouth watering. The steak and fish are fire. Service is outstanding. Our bartender Amelia gave us suggestions and made the tastiest cocktail.

I made reservations and we got there are little earlier, we had to wait some which wasnt a big deal. We were seated in nice booth, kind of in a busy spot but it was ok. It seemed romantic and private still. We came to celebrate a birthday and to have a nice dinner. We both got the steak Alexander, which was beyond good. The meat melted in your mouth and they covered it with the local cheese called provel. Also included mushrooms and onions on the meat too. I did a side of Au gratain potatoes. You could tell it was all freshly made and unique too. It came with a fresh salad and fresh bread as well. We also got the chicken nachos appetizer for the birthday guy. They were ok, i don't know if I'd get them if they werent part of the birthday. I think everything tasted great. I loved the atmosphere and our waitress was excellent and very attentive. There is also a happy hour that you can sit outside on the little porch area up top. I wanted to do that but we didnt get there in time. But I would try the happy hour if I was you! St. Charles has a cute little downtown area and this is one of the great restaurants there. I'd go there again.

My husband and I dined here 8/20/25..After waiting 45min to be seated, when were told 20 min, the hostess said she forgot about us She sat us in the back room by the kitchen.The air was blowing directly on our table.🥶..We placed our orders... let's just say the food was less than great the marinara sauce for the toasted ravioli seemed watered down and lacked taste. The house salad had very little cheese on it, the cheese is what makes the house salad. I ordered a steak sandwich with the skinny fries. The fries had been sitting for a while under a heat lamp and were super hard. I asked for fresh fries and they were tasteless. My husband's waffle fries were equally tasteless. Both of our sandwiches were great. The service was just okay. When folks come to a restaurant and pay their hard earned money for food, the expectation is to at least be comfortable a for all the food to be great especially for pain almost $100! Tony's on Main is a staple in the St Charles Community. Your food and service should be excellent for all those who come to your restaurant.

Hope this was an off day because I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses and this is by far the worst. People wearing pajamas and eating with plastic cutlery? Not a joke. Wouldn’t eat here again if it was free. I’d rather eat at McDonalds. If the restaurant is wondering, I was at the table that waited 20 minutes in between being served chicken thighs and dry shrimp. I’m not even going to go into any more and I’m being nice by saying no more. But if you want to experience waiting for charcoal on a stick; you gotta go here.

This was my first time eating here, and first time with this style of dining services. Absolutely worth calling home about. The staff were friendly, funny and really stood out by how exceptional they really are. The food was also phenomenal. I ate to my heart's content and then some. Such a variety. The mango white fish was my personal favorite, although everything was delicious. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant.

We haven't been here for about 8 months. It seems like it's gone downhill. We asked for rare or medium rare beef multiple times, but well done kept being brought over. Well done dry, chewy sirloin doesn't do it for us. The lobster bisque from the salad bar is good though. If you can get the fried banana right when it comes out fresh, it's delightful. They added smoked bbq ribs to the menu, but the sauce is like a watered down american bbq sauce. We were not fans. Overall, not worth the price this time.

Nice atmosphere, but the lighting was very dim. Service was fast and friendly, and they had an endless variety of meats—some were tasty, others were dry and bland. The all-you-can-eat salad bar had more than just salad, with stews, bread, and other options, which was a nice surprise. I got a free dessert (the chocolate cake), which was good but a little too sweet. Since they were under a boil order, they provided free bottled water, which was appreciated. Overall, the experience and food were just okay. Glad I tried it once, but I probably won’t be back.

It was our first time dining here as we just moved to St. Louis and were excited to try Tucanos, I have been to the one in Albuquerque and knew the concept and familiar with the menu. I want to say the salad bar was lacking on so many levels, the past tasted like pasta you get while in a hospital room or school cafeteria. The options were lacking and not at all great. The meats… wow never seen anything like it before every cut of meat was well done if you can even call it that because it was way past well done. My husband asked for medium rare and they brought out a medium well done meat. Some meets tasted old, the top sirloin tasted like it had expired. None of the meets were seasoned. The roasted pineapple came out in a serving bowl and they use every part of the pineapple including the core. The breaded fish tasted like frozen fish fillets, I didn’t try the ham but my husband did and he said it was chewy. Service wasn’t that great either, we ordered dessert when our waitress came by to clear our plates and she even commented that the dessert we chose was her favorite. We waited over 20 minutes, mind you no plates on our table as we were done eating and our plates had been cleared, but no one seemed to ask if we needed the check or if we needed anything. The same waitress who commented on how our dessert selection was her favorite brings our check and we then tell her we have been waiting on a dessert for over 20 minutes and she says “oh it was never placed but I can place the order now” we were upset at the fact that she saw us waiting with no plates on our table but didn’t think to check on us. we left having no dessert and paying 150.00 for over cooked meat and a mediocre salad bar.

Best restaurant in St.Louis hands down. Fellas, if you're looking to impress your date (and she eats meat) take her HERE! Everytime I go the experience is better than before, I'd definitely make a reservation first though, even on a Tuesday night they can get pretty busy. Weekends you'll be waiting a while and holidays like Valentines day you better book WAY in advance. If you call the week of Mother's day, Valentines day etc to book a reservation. You'll probably get laughed at, j/k but they'll shut you down quick and probably laugh after they get off the phone with you....I would. But everything about this place is GREAT. My favorite restaurant hands down but bring your wallet, its not cheap but if you bring your appetite you'll leave very satisfied. Salad bar has variety and goes well with the meats they bring you. They bring you everything from chicken, to prime rib, even seafood. Its ALL delicious. Just save room for the roasted pineapple

We sat on the patio and ordered some wine and an appetizer. We enjoyed the Hayes Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. This Cab is very smooth and dry. I enjoyed the taste and aroma of this wine. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip. It arrived hot and the dip was loaded with spinach which was nice. The pita slices that came with the dip was a little too heavy for me. Our waitress did an excellent job and kept tabs on us.

Went for mothers day brunch and it was excellent. The fact that they are tapas bar i didn't expect as much food as I got. I definitely will be back. I definitely suggest you make reservations so you know you have a table.

It was pretty packed when I visited but the atmosphere is still very nice. We were seated pretty quickly with our reservation. The food was worth the wait I say, would definitely come back for the flatbread. Great place to grab a bite. I would definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand though !

We stumbled upon this cozy Italian restaurant in downtown St. Charles and were pleasantly surprised! We went for dinner on a Saturday night around 8 PM with a group of four and were seated right away—no wait, which was a huge plus. The ambience was fantastic—warm, inviting, and just lively enough to feel fun without being too loud. We chose to sit outside on the front patio, which was beautifully lit and perfect for enjoying the evening. Food and drinks came out quickly, and everything we ordered was delicious. It ended up being the perfect spot for a relaxed girls' night out. Great service, great atmosphere, and a great find overall. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Me and my wife came for a late dinner and we were pleasantly surprised how good the food and drinks were. Wait time was very minimal. The drink were amazing and delicious. The food was also very good. Thr lighting was very pleasing at night although it might be too dim for older people who have problems seeing. There was one thing we definitely didnt like, and that was the our waitress. Our waitress was the least seen person in and out the whole night we were there. She came out twice in the 1 hour we were there. I was only able to order 1 drink when I could of had at least 3. We were very disappointed with our waitress and hopefully this doesn't reflect the other servers. Aside from this, everything else was good.

Definitely a lowkey vibe with a complimented atmosphere that's perfect for multiple occasions. Kid friendly and accommodating. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful and took the time to work with my food and drink restrictions as I was wanting thing that allied with my dietary needs finding the perfect foods and wine to meet my thoes needs as well as noticing the drop in temp and I didn't have to ask they just moved the heaters to adjust and keep the vibes going. Yes, they have multiple areas for patio dining, and it's a must for the warm weather seasons. Don't pass up this gem in the historical St.Charles area. Also, after you're done eating, it's located in a perfect area to experience the rest of what historical St. Charles has to offer. Stay about that life. You know the vibes💯🎯😌🤌

Love this place! I’ve walked by plenty of times and never gave it a shot until recently and my do I regret not going sooner! The atmosphere inside and on the back patio is just perfect. Great for a date night with girlfriends or your spouse. Enjoyed every glass of wine that I had and the campfire fondue was so fun! The salmon kabobs were also a good choice. It’s the perfect combination of a quaint, intimate place with unique food options as well as choices for a picky eater. Plus all the drinks and wines looked and sounded delicious. I don’t think you’d be disappointed going here!

I was not a pizza person. But Deweys made me love their pizza. I love how the outer crust can be so crispy, that's the first part I eat when I order their pizza and I love the taste, it's not too heavy. Soft, crispy and clear taste.

Always quick and friendly service with a great atmosphere. Pizza and drink selection is wonderful. The Tito Santana is an amazing seasonal choice!

It was honestly pretty fire for pizza I love how easy it is to customize and truly was yummy I just wish it wasn’t 35+ dollars for a pizza after tip but still staff was very nice and place was very clean! Has dietary options if needed which is cool too !!

Absolutely amazing. I think each one of the staff members came by to check on me. It felt like I was the only one there, but they were busy the entire time I was there. All very nice and smiling.

A chill spot to eat at, got seated fast on a Saturday, and the pizza was GREAT. Awesome service too. Definitely a must. Wish there was more pizza options!

The workers here were outstanding. There were a couple ladies working their tails off waiting tables, filling drinks, making pizzas, etc. The service was fast and efficient. Pizza was hot and fresh, perfect thickness on the crust, the right amount of flavorful sauce, and the amount of toppings was spectacular. Not too much, but not scarce either. Highly recommend this pizza place! We got a 17" pepperoni pinapple pizza and a gluten free pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño pizza.

I am out of town travel nurse from Dallas, TX. This is one of the best pizza places I have been! Flavors and toppings on everything are unique and scrumptious! The Seasonal Harvest Salad was so good that I ate it before I got a picture. 😋 I will be back before I leave.

Seeking out good bbq here in Missouri has been a challenge. Checked out a few of the top places around St Louis, and this one was said to be the "go-to spot". Unfortunately, it falls in line with the other spots, lack of flavor or smoke for most of what was offered in the picture, i will say the Turkey was great to have a positive side of the review.

Was in town for a work-related golf tournament and stopped by Sugarfire afterwards. Very glad we came here because the Brisket Dip sandwich was incredible, especially with the coffee BBQ sauce. My coworker ordered fries as a side and had a very small portion, however, my portion of BBQ beans was great. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town to try more off the menu!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Did not disappoint. I feel like the process were fair, good options, and delicious. I liked the vibes of the dining area as well.

You have to try the cornbread!!! Their BBQ is amazing, I’m and I don’t usually like BBQ. They always have really fun daily specials where their cooks make their own creations, which is fun to explore. Tons of sauces to try. It can get a little busy but always enough space to park easy to get in and out of. Their restrooms are clean. It’s a small place but nice atmosphere. The cooks are always very friendly and fun.

The place is very confortable , the food is delicious, my favorite is Baby Back Ribs (1/2 or Full-Rack) 💯 %recomended

Sugarfire is a terrific BBQ place. The ribs are delicious and one of my favorite things is their burgers. Made from scratch and cooked up on ordering, it never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic food! Was in town for an event and wanted to try some BBQ and we found this place. I had the 3 meat meal thing and had pulled pork turkey and brisket. All three were delicious, tried some of the BBQ sauce on the table but honestly the food was so good it didn't need it. Simply amazing, would eat there routinely if I lived there!

Beautiful building . Inside is dark but well lit if that makes any sense ... The portions are not big. We got the platter with three meats and 2 sides ... Thinking my two boys could split it. But we were wrong. Lesson learned I had the house burger,With pepper jack and slaw . Was very good. But they gave me literally 4 pieces of chopped lettuce .. no attention to detail really. The fries are skinny and seasoned . The ranch is good . And the corn bread is dry but has a dip that is yummy . I think it's apple sauce and barbeque sauce. Speaking of BBQ sauce. They sent them at the table 4 of them. None are spicy ... Our server was ok. Nice.. we went late so wasn't packed at all but I'm sure it can be on a busy weekend. The street itself is awesome. So much to do. And see. I would go for the day and end it here at Hendricks . .

Visiting from Connecticut for the first time, so we had to try some Missouri BBQ. The food was delicious! The drinks were pretty good too. My son is a picky eater and he loved this place. The service was A+, our server Kim was super friendly and helpful 🌟

Smoked chicken and ribs are good. Brisket didn’t have the bark and lacked smoked flavor. Fat was hard and beef wasn’t tender. Bbq sauces are a bit tangy and mainly tastes like vinegar based. Overall the food was okay. Service was great. Nice place with neat decor. I would change the Mac and cheese noodles and add more a creamy cheese.

Hendrick's is located in a cool spot. An old neighborhood inside the old waterworks building. This antiquity lends to the atmosphere. We got the whole shebang. It was plenty of food for 3 full-grown men, but why not add a half rack extra...? ;) The chicken was very close to being too dry. The chicken wings were tasty but also dry. The brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were all acceptable. Moist and taste were good. The sides were mediocre at best. It wasn't anything mind-blowing. They were just there. Beans were plain, coleslaw was OK, and the collard greens too. I would recommend it to other visitors, but I am sure there are better places around. Waitress was attentive and, even though new, made recommendations.

It was really good. I ended up getting a huge plater to share between 3, and it was plenty of food. The meats were smoked and tasted great!

We are so glad we came here to try bbq our first time visiting Missouri. Food and service was amazing. Our waitress Kandace made us feel very welcomed and gave awesome food recs! Will definitely come back!

I never cared to leave bad reviews, preferably just say nothing at all, but this place was not good at all. I think this place must be on its last leg. The first words out of our waitresses mouth was, I don't think we are out of anything, strike 1. I ordered a draft beer only to find out the CO2 was not working. There was no acceptable brew in a bottle I preferred, only in a can, strike 2. I ordered the brisket sandwich with slaw on the sandwich (the waitress just asked if I wanted the slaw on the sandwich or on the plate but never said it was an extra $2 for it, strike 3. My actual side was collard greens with onion and bacon that came with no onion and no bacon, strike 4. The brisket, while a huge portion, was served cold, strike 5. It's a wonderful building along the Missouri River with plenty of artwork dedicated to local famous Blues Artists. That was the only high point. We definitely will not go back.

Great food, good flavor, soups of the day was broccoli and cheese, teriyaki chicken with pineapple had good flavor, the stuffed mushrooms were really good. And a very nice size. Not the usual very tiny stuffed mushrooms that I normally get at other places. The spinach artichoke dip what's good on flavor, but the texture was a little crunchy for my taste. The spicy salmon was also very good, cooked well. Overall a good experience. I kept hearing some kind of rumbling noise, I was on the second story. Something in the restaurant was making a rumble sound. Other than that everything was great.

The whole place screamed other wordly elegance. The host and all staff treated you like a lost loved one coming home. So attentive and kind. Beautiful views throughout the whole place. Our waitress was so sweet explaining the many different food and drink options. The food!! The food was beyond amazing!! Nice size portions and I couldve made myself sick I couldn't stop eating! Wanted to try everything on their menu. Definitely recommend!

The catfish is incredible and a lot of food. Our server was amazing. The bread service is amazing also! I highly recommend. This restaurant is surrounded by lots of fun shops, bakeries and coffee shops.

Loved it! Went in there to have the eggplant stack that I had heard so much about but then noticed the 40th anniversary throwback menu and had to try the chimichanga. It did not disappoint! The rice and beans that came with it were seasoned perfectly, and the chimichanga itself was stuffed full of flavorful meat. Such generous portions that I had to bring half of mine home. We still felt we had to try to spread pudding, which was very good, but we also ended up bringing most of that home for later. Service was fantastic can the restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

I had a bowl of potato bacon soup. I wasn’t overly hungry and it sounded good. It was too thick, pee warm, with a film over the top. It did not taste very good. My daughter had spicy potato skins and my grandson had a mushroom cheese burger with fries. They weren’t impressed either. Pricy compared to the GREAT food I ate there in the past too! Doubt I will go back. Might suggest they use armless chairs on the outside balcony, it was difficult getting into the chair because the lady at the other table was out too far, she made sure to bang into my chair as she got out, i could not move in any further.

It's 3 story's and very elegant with great service. Great atmosphere. My quesadilla was ok but the desert was served as a large portion and tasted amazing! Def sharable!

Great vibe and great pasta! Recommend reservations on the weekend because it gets busy. Pizza for the kids worked well for my wife and I to try somewhere new! Service was a little slow but not bad for a Saturday night. Only three beers on draft but the Amber Bock was delicious!

What an unexpected surprise!!! Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner because…………..I was hungry duh. Lol No drinks or appetizers this time. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with broccoli and a house salad. The house salad with house dressing was delicious! Not sure the cheese used on it but wow! It wasn’t anything fancy but somehow it just worked. I ordered broccoli as a side to the chicken parm instead of pasta because I thought it would be apart of the dish but that wasn’t the case. Either way no worries because the broccoli was hot and fresh. I love love love chicken parm and this place didn’t disappoint. Nice size chicken cutlet with a flavorful red sauce. Finished it off with the gelato. Wasn’t planning on here for dinner but I’ll definitely be back. Wonderful ambiance. Very clean, fast service and awesome food. Decent portion size too. Surprised by super low prices. Literally nothing I could complain about. Our new neighborhood favorite 😍

First time eating at this place and it was awesome. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Very clean, quiet, lots of seating & acceptable amount of space between tables. The menu has a lot of delicious choices. The prices were a little more than I would find acceptable but considering I was there for a special occasion, the price didn't matter much. The wine list had a variety of wines and prices weren't too bad for a glass. I was happy to have a free tasting of a wine before I got a glass. I ordered Tutto Mare and it was to-die-for delicious! I thought the price of $25 was a bit much considering the amount on the plate but it still filled me up. Elsewhere I might have paid $15 for that much. I wish I'd have ordered dessert to go. We got there around 4:30 on a weekday and there was plenty of seating available. By the time we left an hour later, they were starting to get busy. I was surprised how busy they were getting for a weekday dinner hour. I highly recommend this place if you really like pasta dishes. Strip mall and restaurant entrance/interior are easily wheelchair accessible This is located in a decent size strip mall so parking is a little competitive with the other businesses nearby, including handicap spaces.

Very good Italian food , roomy not stacked up on top of each other. Service was above and beyond, a group effort by servers to help . Very clean and not loud

Was on a road trip stopping at O’Fallon, MO when I found this restaurant with good reviews and decided to check it out. I didn’t had a reservation but hostess were very nice and able to quickly accommodate. Table service waitress (Kimberley) was outstanding with her service, with extreme care and attention to detail. Food taste is as good as the plate presentation. Highly recommend this place.

We had an incredible experience at Fratelli’s, everything from start to finish was perfect. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious; you can really tell they care about quality. But what made the night truly stand out was our server, Preston. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely, one of the best servers we've ever had. It’s rare to get service that genuine and professional these days. Preston really went above and beyond!

Where do I begin. We waited an hour for our table, which in theory, is understandable for a Sunday and that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was when we got to our table, the drinks we ordered, were already disgusting. The orange juice was absolutely awful, it was warm and chunky, and the water was the most flavorful thing we had all day. We ordered our food, which included mozzarella sticks and ranch. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were sitting out all day. They were undercooked and the cheese was hard. The ranch had no seasoning and was disgusting. We then proceeded to get the rest of the food, the southern fried chicken meal and the biscuits and gravy. I HAVE NEVER had so much food that had no flavor, was unseasoned, and absolutely atrocious. All of the fried food, the potatoes, the chicken, and the French fries we ordered, tasted like dirty oil with nothing to taste except that. It was awful. The gravy had 0 seasoning, and tasted like chunky milk. Even covering the food in hot sauce did nothing for it. The bacon we got was clumped together with some burned parts and some raw parts which is just nasty. We never received the pancakes because the waitress forgot to put them in which happens, but they took them off and acted like they did us a favor even though we never received the food. They told us they took them off and asked how our food was and if we needed boxes which we proceeded to say no and obviously didn’t eat anything, which the waitress saw, but never said anything. After going up to pay, we let the hostess and manager know and the manager acted like we inconvenienced her, rather than taking off some of the food of the $55 ticket that we didn’t eat, she gave us 20% off and acted like taking the pancakes off was part of the discount. We still paid $45 for food we didn’t eat and for bad service. I’m unsure why this place had such great reviews, but it was disgusting. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Also the seasoning on the food that you see, was done by us. Definitely not by the cooks.

We had a wonderful experience. It was like eating at a family dinner for a holiday. One lady sneezed and the whole room replied, “God bless you!”. Then we all had a good laugh. The service was attentive and sincere. The food was pretty good, too. Fried chicken is a popular choice.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday. This place was packed, which is always a good sign. I had the country fried steak. I really enjoyed it. The ratio of breading to meat was good on the steak and the eggs and hash browns were both well done.

This was an excellent find using Google Maps while in St Charles. The service here was the best. All of the food was delicious. You can find all of your country cooking favorites in here. They keep the restaurant very clean. There is plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

No wait time at 4pm on a Tuesday for 3 people. Our server, Mikaela, was marvelous! She never seemed to hover but was there when needed. The food was excellent! I ordered the country fried steak with street corn and was not disappointed at all. My family ordered meatloaf with okra and Mashed potatoes and they were extremely happy. Made sure to let the manager know how much we enjoyed everything.

Stopped in for lunch after a funeral and was my first visit. It was clean and seated without long waiting time. Seems to be a hot spot as was a lot of people dining. Variety menu and good service. Would definitely recommend....

I attended Firebirds in St. Charles for a birthday celebration and everything was wonderful! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was just as excellent…attentive, kind, and professional, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The prices for the 3-course meal were very reasonable for the quality you receive. Truly a 5-star experience! I will definitely be back.

Food and drinks were excellent. Service was slow and not as attentive for a reservation with a less than packed house. This was on a Thursday night as well. It felt a bit rushed as the bill was at the table not long after our food had arrived. Cleanliness needs to also be addressed the floor underneath our table wasn't the best. We were attending a concert in the area and we chose Firebirds for dinner for the first time. We will be back but these were some of our observations during our time spent.

It was only a simple hamburger, meat and bread. It was supposed to be medium, fries came out cold and, they bottom bun was soggy. Food came out about an hour from the reservation time, which was great, service was decent (I had to walk to the back for my ketchup), but they were smiling and nice... maybe you’ll have a better experience.

Firebirds has a truly delightful ambiance that creates a perfect intimate setting for a date night. The atmosphere is really nice and makes you feel special. The steak was juicy and cooked well. However, the potatoes were a bit off, they had a mushy texture that didn't quite hit the spot. Maybe a different preparation method would bring out their potential. Overall, I'd still recommend Firebirds for its great ambiance and good food.

Her drink-making skills are next-level—every cocktail was perfectly balanced, creative, and served with a little flair that showed how much she loves what she does. We had a short wait when we arrived . It's not a very big place inside . The two waitresses were hustling though. The food came out really quick as busy as they were also. I had the country Fried Steak. Nothing special here just pull it from the freezer and deep fry it . The eggs were cooked properly and the sausage gravy on top was good.

It's a nice little diner but the breakfast menu is a little uninspiring and they could do with offering more 'complete' plates rather than just three pancakes on a plate. Something like 'French Toast with whipped cream and strawberries' or 'pancakes with banana and walnuts' would be nice additions. It seems they focus on the savoury rather than the sweet which isn't bad but a bigger menu would be nice. The service is great and the coffee is excellent. The place is quite small and the booths are very small. Clean and respectful place though and glad we visited. Just spruce it up a bit, play some music and create more of a vibe.

First of all, let me say our server, Morgan, is the BOMB!! While the restaurant isn't very spacious, Morgan was kicking butt and taking names! Great server!! We stopped by Tuesday morning and were lucky enough to find a table. The place was packed, and I'd read the reviews, so I hoped I had found a great place for breakfast! It was delicious. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone! I ordered half French toast and asked for extra crispy hash browns with onions. Perfection. Mom had biscuits, eggs, and said the eggs were cooked exactly to her liking. Our friend had a breakfast quesadilla and loved it! The portions were ample and despite how busy the diner was, our food was served quickly! Morgan kept our drinks full (a big deal forus) and was very friendly. We felt like regulars! Can't wait to visit again on our next trip to Saint Charles!

Great place! My dad and I came here this morning after seeing it on google maps. This place had good food and especially good coffee, creamer. Food took around 8 minutes and there was a decent amount of people inside. I am currently on vacation visiting my dad here in st.charles will definitely go back to this place, thinking about going there Thursday morning before my flight! If not definitely will return next year. Love the old fashioned diner vibes this place gave, feels like it belongs in a small town in the Midwest rather than in a city.

Great place to have breakfast; eggs and bacon made to order! I asked for butter for my coffee, to my surprise it was real butter! The locals have a hidden secret in this restaurant. Parking and restaurant very clean. Two thumbs up and five stars. I will be back.

My mom was visiting from out of town and we had several recommendations to try out Lady Di’s for breakfast. The atmosphere was great and there was ample seating outside which was great for such a nice day. They were pretty packed but we received our food within 5-10 minutes of ordering. Pancakes were huge and fluffy, mom ordered a hand and cheese omelette, and I ordered the haystack - which is biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, sausage patties on top a bed of hashbrowns. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious and we had plenty of leftovers to take home. Their full menu is served all day along with specials not listed on the menu. They only accept cash or check but there is an atm inside.

We are visiting from out of town and looked for a local place. This one ranked well and we love diners. Be aware it is cash only, but they have an ATM on site. It was chilly but sunny so we sat on the patio which was amazing. And the food was great! The biscuits and gravy was very good and, maybe for the first time, I ate all my pancakes! Definitely recommend this place.

Got delivery to the hotel and there were no utensils or napkins with the order. The Kung Pao Chicken was about 95% vegetables and very bland. Very little meat.

I think I’ve been ordering from 88 for 6 years now and this place blows everywhere else out of the water. I’ve had $20 Chinese entrees in Chinatown out in San Fransisco and they didn’t come close to the consistency and overall value of this excellent restaurant. I’ve gotten nearly all of my coworkers hooked on their food and I have no regrets because I know its high quality and made to order by some really hardworking folks. The general tsos is my go to and the orange chicken is a close second. I’d eat here everday if I could. Egg rolls are superb as well. No complaints whatsoever other than some decent wait times when they are busy but that in itself speaks to the quality of service they have cemented in the minds of us over here off of Cave Springs.

Very tasty. We got one cauliflower pizza and one regular dough pizza. Both really good. Not much difference in taste between the crust for both. A bit pricey but way better than any other pizza's in the area. Nice selection of drinks

Visiting this place doing a site inspection and wanted to leave a public review as well. Upon entering we waited about 5 minutes to be spoken to. The gentleman making the pizzas I assumed was doing online orders and after he noticed we were irritated just standing there he finally said he'll be a few more minutes. He Enlisted the help of someone else and she made my guests stuff when he made mine. He asked what size I wanted and I said he house-made sauce and he then proceeded to shove his glove hand into the mozzarella cheese. I stopped him and stated that I wanted the Daiya as I am vegan and do not eat any animal products. He removed his hand out of the dairy cheese and shoved his hand into the Daya contaminating all of the cheese! Okay so I asked for a salad and he points to the three already made salads and I said I don't eat dairy I would like one with the vegan cheese and he said there aren't any. Okay there is a sign right above his head that says that they make custom salads so I ask another person who works there and she said yes they do he must have misunderstood me. No, he has no customer service skills and was being lazy. Very disappointed in this place.. Obviously they do not practice contamination policies which is such a disappointment. when we walked in there were only two other tables of people in the restaurant is a mess!

This place was amazing! The pizza was amazing and we could add as many toppings as we wanted for one price. The pizza was so good! You have to give this place a try if you are in the area!

Workers are very helpful and friendly and made great suggestions on the options. The toppings are very high quality and the pizzas were cooked to perfection. I love the plant-based options here. The plant based sausage is the way to go out of the three options. Lastly, the cinnamon churro pizza on thick crust with chocolate chips is incredible. Highly recommend this location.

I love this place and I come so often just for the fries. Everyone is so lovely I never rarely put a bad review ever but I came in today for fries and I barely got any in my bag and she gave me OLD fries too. It’s not a thing here. They start on your fries in front of you, I got the rest of someone else’s order! It was cold and bad! I’m not the person to say anything and I hate myself for it bc it’s not cheap at all. She was so rude as well. Don’t know her name, first time I ever see her and she has very light blond short hair. Very disappointed and hungry so I hope she has the day she deserves ♥️

Stopped by for dinner while out of town for a work trip. I walked over from our hotel, ordered, and walked the food back. Happily sat down to enjoy dinner with my wife only to find that her bunless burger was missing the beef! They remade it for me after I walked back. The food tasted great, but what a frustrating experience!

The fries we had were overcooked. The space is a little smaller than others I have been to but still has a decent amount of tables. It was busy for a late lunch on a Saturday, but there is a decent amount of movie-goer traffic. Other than that it's a typical restaurant with decent burgers, good seasoning, and nice staff.

Bunless cheese bacon burgers with everything is the best here and I have to get one once a month or so. Whenever I want a burger juicy Diner food is the best way to describe it 😋

I am a self proclaimed pizza snob. New York style pizza is the absolutely #1. So with this pizza being cut In squares "stl style" I was skeptical. Had it delivered, and I have to admit this is the best stl style pizza in St. Louis. Sauce is amazing. Cheese is great. Overall I bought the pizza thinking the normal stl style that would feed us real quick, but I actually truly enjoyed it

A prime spot for just good ol' fashioned pizza and filling sandwiches. I like how the pizza is cut St. Louis style into squares. Easy to eat. Their Grinder subs are so addicting. Also love how the whole ones are cut into quarters. Good for 2 people to share. Be careful, it's messy to eat but so worth it. Fresh ingredients used as well. Delicious.

This has to be one of the best pizzas I have EVER had. After living on the east coast and all the Italian owned pizza places... this place beats them all. From the cheese and pepperoni to the almost buttery tasting crust, the entire thing was amazing. I like to try different pizza places in ever city and this one is one of my all time best. Definitely will get this when I'm in the St. Louis/ St. Charles area.

St. Louis style pizza is the feature here. Crust is a bit thicker than most STL pizzas and the sauce is just ok. Kind of bland. Toppings are plentiful. The Chicago steak pizza was interesting with a garlic sauce. Place was quiet but service was still slow and apps came out after the pizza, which is not ideal.

Just went to get a sandwich waiting patiently at the counter as several employees refused to even make eye contact much less simply say hello. We will be with you in a moment. Eventually, I just walked out. Very disappointed I was looking forward to this sandwich, but I can’t stand rude employees I can definitely understand being busy and would’ve been happy to wait, but I have no patience for several people to just look at the ground as they walk by me and not even acknowledge I’m there

I heard from a friend that this was a great place, so my boyfriend and I decided to try it out. We both ordered 18 inch grinders and they were so good! Definitely had leftovers for the next few days! Would go back!

I placed a to go order at King Edward's Chicken. It was served hot and fresh. My fries were hot also. I can honestly say I'll be back for more when in the area. I like the unique batter the chicken has as well.

Been going to this place for over 30 years. I haven't been there in a couple years and I think they got new owners. The chicken was very bland no taste in the new breading style and the baked beans tasted like cheap pork n beans with a couple green pepper pieces and one onion piece, just was yukkkk. It used to be my favorite place until I moved further out, purposely drove the distance today and was completely and utterly disappointed in the food. Service side was very polite and nice, food sucked tho. And I usually never leave reviews, but this time was deserved because of the disappointment. I couldn't even finish eating it, it was a to-go order. I thought something was off when it wasn't crowded as it used to be at lunch time, now I understand why.

I don't understand all the hype about this place. Tried it 3 times now. I've had much better at gas stations. My take on this is you have to be a natural born St. Charlien who just likes the nostalgia part of it.

I bought a box yesterday and it was bland. Has the recipe changed? I use to taste seasoning as if it had vinegar and spices like the old Charlie’s chicken and now no seasoning. Can we get that seasoning back? Has this business changed owners? The corporation I work for use to purchase large orders monthly and now they stopped because the recipe changed. I too for my parties would purchase a large quantity of chicken. Can the owner please advise?

Amazing food and customer service! the place is fantastic but make sure to order earlier in the day because they run out of some of their delicious options early due to the massive demand, easily the best place out in this part of Saint Charles and locals have been storming the place for many years.

So done. We've had wait times here but this was the worst. Ordered at 605, promised at 620, got the order finally at 725 after asking about it and it was missing half the items. Meanwhile another customer was mad other people getting food since he was waiting. The long wait times pushed him over the edge and he began yelling and swearing at staff and customers! My husband avoided him and asked for the missing chicken nachos and finally left at 730. We ordered a burrito, nacho and 2 bags of chips! That's it! And now that we have the food home- it's fish tacos and dried out beans&rice- not chicken nachos. Burrito has no cheese. After an hour for 4 items? Can't call to work it out since they don't answer (it's crazy busy i guess) and def don't want to drive 20 min to fix it. Just not worth it

Fairly generic little taco shop. Like yknow, nothing really stands out. Good selection of alcohol (beer and margs if that’s what you’re looking for) The food I don’t know. Subpar? Almost $8 for two tacos which, man they really skimped on the protein. (This was Tuesday too, so I think it was slightly discounted) The flavor wasn’t remarkable. The soft corn shells weren’t really even warm so yknow, they cracked.

Fuzzy’s rice and beans had a great taste. I liked the feta cheese on the tacos. Tried a brisket and a chicken taco and they tasted good. The margarita I was served was the most bland one I’ve ever had and it was served in a glass that was hot as though it just came out of the dishwasher. Cleanliness at the booth I was sitting in leaves something to be desired. There are chips and other food items from previous customers by the seat cushions that need to be vacuumed out. These are things that could be easily corrected though and I hope your visit is pleasant and clean.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The employee that took our order was friendly and answered questions. It took a while for our food even though there was only one other guest in the restaurant. We had to take our order to go but when we got in the car we discovered the portions were extremely disappointing. We paid over $7 for one tiny taco with a little bit of fish. The kids meal was definitely worth the money since there was plenty to eat and it came with a dessert and drink. The burrito bowl was good but the size was, again, underwhelming. The over $20+ we spent did not match the quality or quantity of food. The restaurant itself was clean but the bathrooms could have used some attention. There were many kitchen employees, but for being lunch time there was only one or two customers at a time. All the stuff we dealt with was very friendly and courteous though. We probably won't be returning.

First time at Fuzzy's. Ordered 5 hardshell tacos and a small soda and paid $24. Very expensive for the amount of food you get. Took them 15 min for my order and the restaurant was empty. Tacos were cold, like id they were just pulled out of the fridge. Tons of lettuce and diced tomato and little meat at the bottom. Being honest I felt like I was eating cold taco bell tacos at 3 times the price. Staff is nice and the place was clean, but I will not wat there again.

Service was fast and very friendly as well as helpful. I chose the Enchilada Plate. One chicken and one beef per the Order taker/cashier's suggestion. However, though food delicious, to get the normal topping such as lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream on top of the enchiladas, you had to request them and be charged $.50 each. That lost one star from me. Plus very small amount of red sauce topped both enchiladas. Maybe about a full table tablespoon over both of them together not each. But I think it was less.

I was excited to come to Fuzzy Taco Shop. I have been to some amazing Fuzzy Taco Shop's food was amazing. Unfortunately not here. I order Beef Nacho's Lime Rice & a Beverage. My Nacho's where skimpy on cheese, beef, and shredded cheese was not melted and was on the bottom of nachos, I had some grease from the beef that was just nasty. I had to mop up the grease with a napkin. I wished the covered the whole Nacho's instead of just being in the center. This location is just cluttered. Example the register area is also the bar area and the bev station was just cluttered not very appealing to my eyes. With that neing said, they had some nice people working.

Order was not delivered correctly to table. Wasn't asked if I wanted cheese. Burgers came with cheese, and fries were barley warm. They remade the order, which was greatly appreciated. Remake came out good and hot. Not much on burger in way of condiments. Could of had much more mustard. Not much taste to burger meat. Customer service is very good, and friendly staff. We just happened to have a problem this time, it was rectified, Just need to flavor up the burgers some how.

Have been to 3 Culver's over the past week. It did not meet my expecting. I asked for no veggies on the bacon cheese burger 'value' meal. It came out with no condiments, a dry burger. Second time I got 2 chicken tenders and made a value meal. Very disappointed with the portion size. I considered then inadequate. Third time I went with the cheese burger with mustard and ketchup only as a value meal again. I caught myself looking at the burger and found the portion of the condiments to be minimal. They were busy at all three meals. The people behind the counter were helpful

i ordered a plain sandwich, they put pickles and all toppings on my sandwich. didn’t realize till i got home, so ended up not even getting to enjoy my food. people need to do better at listening when someone is ordering directly from the person and not through a headset.

My chicken sandwich didn’t get the lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion I requested. Bread is hard, no tomato OR onion OR cheese. Just old and hot lettuce with a soggy piece of lukewarm chicken. Fries have also been sitting in the hot window for at least 10-15 minutes. Talk about a joke. Maybe quit trying to revolutionize your drive times and serve your customers food worth eating. God knows you charge for it.

I can't say my order was 100% accurate, but I think this is the first time the quality of the food actually made up for it... Hot and FRESH! Sooo, I was missing some items, but the workers went above and beyond to make things right! Unfortunately, 2 miles onto the highway we realized we didn't get our kids drinks. 🥴 The point? This location and it's workers are good to go! Just double check your items before you head out. 😉

Great service. Our server was the only one and she was very attentive and helpful. Our food was ready quickly and it was very good. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Waffle House is one of my favorite places to get grits and they made a pot of decaf coffee just for me.

Always hot, always fresh, always delicious, but most importantly AKWAYS open, unlike steak and shake who closes a 24 hour store because they dont have enough business to oay their employees. Guess Waffle House makes enough money to pay their employees because they were all happy and cheerful. Will definitely come back again soon!!!

There were 7 people working at 10pm Saturday night. Everyone was hard at work. They all got along. It was definitely a nice atmosphere. The place was clean, too, even the restroom. The food was good. My waffle came out first, I liked that. All of the food was lukewarm. The waitress was very kind and funny. I would definitely come back to this place.

Seth was amazing! He was so kind and personable. We came in with the blues and left red with laughter! He shared his joy and spread the love. Gave us hats and took our photo. By the end of our meal we were so touched that we asked for another picture with him. ‘Hats off’ to Seth for the best dining experience I’ve ever had.

What a neat little hideaway treasure. As soon as we walked in the owner/bartender/ waiter grated us. He explained the menu and even suggested a few entrees. I got “The Boss” and my friend constructed her own. The place was very very clean. The food came out hot, fresh and the buns were homemade right there in the kitchen. A must stop restaurant and can easily be a regular place to visit.

I'm really sad I couldn't try the chili dog due to my food allergy but my husband said it was amazing! Instead, I had the Disapproval (beef dog with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing). I'm not sure why it's called Disapproval, because it 10/10 has my approval as a Damn Good Hot Dog! The buns are super light and fresh, cut and steamed right before serving so they are unbelievably soft. I also had a side of potato salad; I love trying house-made potato salad at restaurants. I feel like it gives a sense of how much attention the chef puts into something simple. It went perfectly with the hot dog, was not too overpowering with the onion or relish, and had a nice tang from the mustard. I would heartily approve of this potato salad at any family gathering, potluck, or holiday meal. I'll definitely be coming back with my family, or ordering takeout if it's a busy night! Thank you for making my lunch today!

Best Hot Dog I've ever had at Dirty Dogz. The food was awesome. They must have 150 different beers available, with really good ones on tap. It was nice to just sit at the bar and enjoy watching a game while eating a tasty hot dog and drinking a good beer. The hot dogs awesome, there are so many menu options and combinations. I ordered the "Dirty Dog", so good!!! I also had the chili cheese fries, they were outstanding. We were glad to see a bunch of vegetarian options including an impossible hot dog you can add a lot of different toppings. We chatted a bunch with the friendly owner, who was there on a Sunday. Overall, great food and beer and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome little place with a delightful owner! Very interesting and different menu items. The veggie hot dog was terrific and I was very skeptical of peanut butter on a hot dog but I had to try it. It was awesome! Our fries were fresh and yummy too. My only critique is that the space is a bit cramped. Our larger group barely fit, but we did! We'll be back for more delicious dogs!

This place is great! Huge selection of signature dogs (plus a la carte option) made to order, wonderful soft buns. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. I was expecting more of a fast food place but there is table service and a bar and it's very comfortable. My son loved it as well and was blown away by the huge selection of Fitz's sodas! Fries were really good too. Will return!

Our waiter was very nice. Everything is made from scratch using good ingredients. The amount of different toppings you can put on your dog is amazing. The potato salad and beans were delicious. We all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals.

Took my family here tonight and was more than happy. The owner was very welcoming. He hung my daughters picture she colored on the wall. That made her day. The hotdogs was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Don’t eat inside the restaurant. They have let it go. Ceiling tiles are damaged, restrooms are closed, Diet Pepsi soda dispenser is broken, spraying soda all over the place and tables need a good cleaning. One malt vinegar bottle for the entire inside seating area. Cashier couldn’t get the register to work and forget about using Captain D rewards there. Food is okay, fries were cold.

Sunday night and all lights are on, 2 vehicles parked which I assume are employees. It's 8pm and they close at 10pm. No one answers at Drive through and doors are locked. Called and of course they are closed as stated by employee that answered phone. Needless to say I was disappointed with this trip to my go-to for fast food fish 😞

BEWARE!!! Certainly NOT fast food, and wouldn't necessarily even call it food! DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB CAKES if you dare to eat here (check out the floppy, too spicy, yet somehow simultaneously bland and dripping in grease example photo) Extremely slow service, food was cold when it finally arrived, prices are higher & portions much smaller than last time we visited, multiple excuses for the various problems. We were understanding & friendly about it all, but did insist on a refund for the inedible "crab cakes". Still not sure that we actually received a refund. Our original credit card transaction was voided (supposedly crediting back the original amount even though it says nowhere on the receipt about a refund). They then re-entered the order without the crab cakes and had my husband pay cash. RETHINK GOING HERE! Try Long John Silvers a little ways down the street. Not sure if LJS is good, but ANY place MUST be better than this! What a disappointment!

The cashier touched my food with bare hands and my food was all mixed together in the box because they threw it into the bag sideways then they gave me a sweet tea when I asked for Pepsi and instead of just making me a new drink, the cashier dumped it out and poured Pepsi into it and then gave me back the lid with the straw in it that had been sitting on the counter. I'm so grossed out, I can't believe I paid $15 for this.

Service was horrible! Line was long, but I was last car. Still told to pull forward. Had to insist on at least being handed drinks that were right there. Not asked if needed any condiments or given time to request them. Window was immediately closed. Ordered kids meal, popcorn shrimp, with rootbeer to drink and a 2 pc catfish meal. As you can see from picture, should be considered 1 1/4 pc catfish meal. Looked as if a portion of fish fell off and not added into the to go container. French fries were cold, coleslaw was okay but not much there. My tea was fine but the rootbeer was more ice than soda. For a 8 oz (?) drink there may have been 2 to 3 ounces of actual soda. A big disappointment overall for a restaurant I usually like.

Terrible service. Went through the drive-through ordered lunch was given the wrong dollar amount got up to the window. The girl never said anything never explained anything to me. Had a real crap attitude hoodie look like she just rolled out of bed if this is a manager or some type of supervisor this place won’t stay open long.

Horrible portions now. You get fish sticks and little chicken nuggets the size of hush puppies. Still the same high prices though. Long Johns is going to the same garbage. I guess I will make my own fish now.

Ordered Uber eats tonight. 5/25/2025. Order 1654 UE#2FE63. Order10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 apple pies. Medium Diet Coke, medium fries and double cheeseburger. Received sauce for nuggets but no nuggets. Double cheeseburger and medium Diet Coke. No apple pies received complained to Uber and got a partial refund but COME on people. Pay attention.

Shouldn’t be surprised that this location was disappointing yet again but here I am writing a review this time cause they’re 2 for 2 on bad service. The last time I was here was 9/27 and when I got breakfast then, they forgot syrup and butter, need I say more there? Today though 10/11, I placed an order and was charged at 10:44am on the mobile app. I came to the location at 10:57am just as another vehicle was done at the first lane speaker box. They proceeded to not talk to me or the person in the lane next to me until right at 11:00am which after about 10:58 I had a feeling it was what they were doing since they change breakfast at 10:59 on. I’ve been coming to this location for probably the last 15 or so years and each time feels worse service wise than the last in the last few years. Do better.

Food was horrible, just salty chicken fingers with no sauce. Really hate how these corporation fast food places run you through the drive through and make it seem like your doing something wrong by checking for everything. The young man who took my money was nice, the manager who had to hand me the food was severely inconvenienced by me trying to make sure we had everything. Turns out we didn't and thats okay, just never come back. 5 stars to the young man at the first drive thru window.

Service was pretty fast only issue I had was the frys tasted like they were sitting for hours my burgers were good. Maybe its better at peak times if I come back in to town again i will not be stopping here

This is a busy McDonald's that needs a bit of attention. Restrooms and dining areas need more frequent cleaning. This is a small dine-in facility that seems more suited for drive through. Very little and tight parking. This is a one direction in and out facility, so if you come from the highway you'll have to find somewhere to u-turn to get back. The food was standard McDonald's but we missed a couple items and didn't realize until we were back on the road.

Every time I roll through here it’s just bad attitudes, bad service, and bad food. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a bun or English muffin from here that didn’t cut my mouth open from being so hard.

Came in to get a quick bowl. And the fantastic team that works here advised that it will be a 20-25 minute wait as they are making a 40 item order. One order of one bowl will be too complex to interfere with the science of making bowls here. This used to be one of the best locations in the area. Oh well.

overall just your typical qdoba restaurant set up & environment. placed a order for takeout in advance & order was completed prior to pick regardless of the store staffed with just two employees. staff was brief, friendly, & efficient on helping customers. definitely would come back again just for the simplicity sake of it all cons: -pickled red onions could’ve been fully separated instead of one giant pickled slice -lack of utensils on condiment bar

I picked up a catering order 02/06/24. The young man that assist with packing my order was very nice. He stated that since I had a small catering order for the guacamole, so he upgraded my guacamole. When I got home I opened the pan with the three cheese Queso and was surprised with the amount, which was 1/4 of the pan. I also ordered steak and saw how little I have received. I have been coming to this Qdoba and ordering catering for about 8 months. I called and asked to speak with a manager about my quantity of queso and how very little I received for $57.00. This manager perceived to tell me he was the one who took care of handling the queso and how he had giving my an extra 1/2 pound. He also said the pan was bigger, which was not true. I have been ordering the same exact queso for months and have never received so low of this amount before. I took what he said as an excuse for saying the pan is larger. I hated I waste my money. A very unhappy customer. This is the second time I was disappointed with this location. The first time no staff showed up to open when I had a catering order for 11:00am on a Tuesday and waited for almost an hour. That manager was nice and very apologetic. I won’t make it a third time with this establishment and location of Bass Pro.

night manager on duty of 10/21 kept going on his phone (with gloves on) and not switching out/washing hands in between. took 20 minutes to even get acknowledged with only 1 person in front of me. i think ill still to the highway k store from now on. food was amazing though

All of the workers here are fantastic! I was blown away at their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care. The entire restaurant was extremely clean and everything was well stocked and tidy. Will definitely be coming to this location again! Unfortunately didn't catch all of their names, but Paris, Larry, and two others were especially friendly and kind!

This store is a HUGE joke!!!! You have coupons and are struggling to order, they stand there and watch you struggle. Then say “I’ve seen it take 30 minutes before it loads up.” And then offers NO ASSISTANCE when he could SEE I had the coupon!!!! The customer service here at 6:30pm SUCKS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Terrible management, specially Larry. Witnessed him mistreating, and disrespecting his employees on multiple occasions. As well as sending harassing and extremely unprofessional text messages to staff. Calling them names and just being a total misrepresentation of what I think qdoba would want displayed. Extremely disappointing and will never eat here again

I didn't have to time to take my order back. But I was sold some old chicken and also it has hair on the chicken. I just noticed it as I was eating my food . Its short pieces of black hair possibly facial hair. I'm truly disgusted and disappointed . I love Lee's in general but I will not come back to this location.

Food? Yes, eventually. Fast? NOPE. Terrible customer experience and zero attempt from management to recover. Ordered online for pickup at 5:25 PM. Despite arriving at 5:50 PM when the confirmation stated a pickup time of 5:49 PM, I was told by the manager that "people usually come to get the food right away after placing an order." When I explained that I arrived exactly at the time the confirmation email instructed me to, he responded, "online orders are not guaranteed." Umm... Since when? Isn't that what a confirmation statement is promising? He also told me they ran out of an item and then changed his mind and said that everything is made fresh to order upon pickup so I'll have to wait 15 minutes. Turns out he meant I would really have to wait another 36 minutes as the meal wasn't ready and brought to me in the parking lot until 6:26 PM. Moreover, despite the inconvenience and the terrible experience where the manager blamed me for the wait since I chose to place the order online, it turns out that the order was missing the sauces for which I paid extra! Seriously? No apology; total deflection and flat out lies; blaming the customer; and no offer of recompense. If you want actual fast food, order accuracy, and a generally acceptable customer experience, pass on the St. Charles Fifth Street location. There's another Lee's in St. Peters about 15 minutes down the road. Save yourself the time, frustration, disrespect and hunger pains.

I ordered spicy and got some chicken with no flavor and the thighs and breast pink in the middle. This is by far the worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I frequently visit this location but after today I will not be back.

I parked and went inside, to order take out. From just glancing, the lobby and ordering counter looked presentable and neat. The ladies working were super pleasant to be around; I was pleased with the customer service. I'm giving it a 3 star rate for a couple of reasons: - when returning home and opening the large bag of goodies, there were 6 biscuits on my receipt, but not in my bag. - so upon that discovery, I was going to go back, but soon decided not to. I saw a phone number on the receipt to call. This number is not valid. Then, I googled for the phone number and the number showed the same ,as on my receipt. I would just like to bring the information about a possible phone contact issue, with this location. Additionally, I harbor zero resentment. The ladies were pleasant, professional and respectful. Everyone makes mistakes (including me, correct? I, could have looked in the bag myself and checked, as well. My mind was off in la-la land, because I would have noticed.) This episode didn't create anything that would stop me from going back again. I hope this helps staff and potential customers. Sometimes, we all just have an odd day. The important thing, attitude. Regardless of the management, line workers or whomever forgot to place the biscuits in the bag, I am sure it doesn't make them feel too good to obtain such news as this. But I'm easy going on the issue because the gals were busy, doing their job. So they didn't remember to add the biscuits? It's an honest mistake. If a person working ALL day in such a busy, multi tasking, repetitive cycle, makes a few mistakes? So be it. That's being human.

Clean setting, good chicken recipe, and consistent. Good portions for a low price. I get up in St. Charles fairly regularly and want a quick bite, and this fits the bill.

The spicy dippers are perfect 😋 light crispy batter, not so spicy that it’s all you taste, and real chicken inside. I like it on a biscuit. This location is an excellent model for Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken

Went in August 29th. And did not get the right order, call them? Because my husband needed to have an operation and we couldn't get back to the store. He said, just come by, and they would rectify it. We went by August 31st, the manager said he didn't know what was going on. And he would not rectify it, this is bad business.

EDIT: spoke with general manager ashley and she handled my complaint with understanding and kindness and offered a free meal for the experience. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and eagerness to help rectify the situation. I have changed my rating specifically because of how well she handled the situation. Came in on my lunch today to order a to-go order I be the first, walked in and with four people behind the counter not one person greeted me the entire time I was in there. walked over to the area where I thought I was supposed to order Didn't even get looked at by three people behind the counter one lady looked up and smiled at me but still didn't say a word to me. I'm on my lunch I don't have a lot of time But to not even be greeted, No one asked if they could help me no one asked what I needed No one even said hello. I've never had an experience like this at this location so it was highly disappointing and I don't plan on coming back. I understand that they were probably busy with orders for to go and things like that online orders but there was one other person in the entire restaurant already eating there's absolutely no reason that they couldn't have at least greeted me when I walked into the door. Even when I said okay I guess I'll just leave not one person said a word not one person gave a damn. After leaving i STILL tried to patronize the business, and my delivery order was missing the pickle that i had ordered with my perk points, so they were deleted from my balance and i didnt even get the pickle. Just disappointing.

I did a pickup order. I brought the sandwich (The Wreck)home, it was the Big size. Opened it and there was 4 slices of salami, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham 2 slices of roast beef. I couldn't believe I spent $14 on that sandwich. They stapled a receipt to the bag with no prices on the receipt. I have pictures of the sandwich and the receipt they gave me. I don't think my family and I will order from there again.

Nice selection of sandwiches, the Mediterranean is my favorite. Shakes are good too. We typically take out, but the atmosphere is generally nicer than Jimmy Johns.

First time coming here and the service was spectacular!!!! Everyone was extremely helpful in navigating the app to order our food and made sure everything was right! I highly recommend coming to this location. The staff was amazing!!!

The decor is bent towards the college crowd. The Lindenwood campus is just across the road. Prices are about what is expected from a sandwich shop. There are bottled drinks and a self-serve soda fountain with iced tea kettles on the side. There are both booth and high tables available inside and deck tables outside. The hot peppers are pickled jalapeños slices with an above average heat. The cheddar broccoli soup is similar to the broccoli cheddar soup from other sandwich shops. It's good soup. The ice tea is brewed, but it's an institutional (restaurant) brew, not traditional. The sandwichs have a good base, each order is customized by the customer.

The employees are very friendly along with delicious subs. GM Ashlee is very kind and sweet to everyone. The Italian and chicken club sandwiches are my favorites!!

We got take out sandwiches today. The multi grain bread on mine was so stale I couldn't eat it. I took the chicken salad off & put it on bread I had.

I enjoyed the classic Italian sub. It was a little dry. More oil and vinegar next time. Bread is good with a nice outside texture. Fries are also really good.

The food is good has always been good. No complaints on the food, but unfortunately it seems like if you don’t write an official review then the concerns that you express doesn’t get hard. I usually enjoy watching my food be prepared and today I realize an additional reason of watching your food being prepared. The sweet young lady did not wear gloves. The other staff member had to tell her to put on gloves and she reluctantly put on just one glove allowing her to make the mistake as I watched her put lettuce on a sandwich with her bare hand. If she’s not going to listen to her coworker why would she listen to a concerned customer. WEAR GLOVES! It minimizes cross contamination. Not to is just unsanitary!

First and last time trying this place. Ordered the large Italian, medium fries and a cookie for $25. Sub was so skinny with hardly any toppings, fries were not full and even the chocolate chip cookie was disappointing. Only thing I finished was the fries, which was easy since the cup wasn't even full. The store itself had messy tables. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon and I was the only customer. I love a good sandwich and really wanted to like this place, but it's a no for me, dog.

I've been eating at this location for years. Twice in the last week. I've had junk orders. I get a dagwood with all the meats, all the cheeses, lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato, mustard. If be ok I've I paid 4 bucks not 8.

Bring back the tuna fish sandwich! It’s been missing for a couple years now and it is missed. It was a great tuna fish sandwich.

Have eaten here for years off and on. Noticed a big improvement in the staff. Martha kept the hot breadsticks coming! Loaded baked spaghetti with extra meatballs is my goto.

Amazing we had the best server ever her name was Otita and she was so nice and we got our food so quick 5 out of 5 recommended to people with big or small family’s or even first dates.

This is my place to go to for fast delicious Italian food! My server Kimora was super friendly and recommended the fettuccine Alfredo. She was knowledgeable and made my visit super great! I love Fazolis!!!

Service was very welcoming ( please tip ). Pictured here is the Baked Italian Meatballs, I ate one prior to the photo. Soooo good! Mozzarella and provolone mix, soooo good. And they toss in those melt-in-your-mouth bread sticks, soooo good! Restaurant was kept very clean. Will be going back!

They got rid of the penne romano! It was the best dish on the menu and my reason for going to Fazolis. So disappointing. The staff here was friendly as they explained how to build the former popular item with addons. The same dish(es) is still possible if you remember how to build it. The menu is going downhill here. Its still ok Italian fast food. I still expect to come back but definitely less often. The place was clean.

I would first like to say that the hours are incorrect, because I pulled in around 9:20 to pick up my online order and the doors were locked. I had to stand and wait for an employee to come open the door, because they were just sitting at tables and talking. I believe they only opened the door for me because one of their friends showed up behind me. So clearly the store closes at 9PM, not 10PM. The frustrating part, however, was my order. The mozzarella skewers were fine. My issue is with the Gluten Friendly Chicken Pesto Rotini I ordered. There was. . .no pesto. Don't get me wrong, I did ask for the chicken to be taken off and for the bacon to be added instead. But how do you forget to add pesto? How do you forget that crucial step? It's literally in the name of the item. I just don't get it, it's so baffling. I will not be returning to this location. First and last time ordering there.

It was my first visit and really loved the atmosphere and the service were so friendly! My only complaint really is that board with menu doesn't show prices. I will definitely be coming back!!

Lunch! These sandwiches look so yummy! I ordered the Kansas City and Jason got the Valenti’s Special. The shop is full of goodies. They got all the Dietz & Watson meats and cheeses. Great customer service, clean, and buzzing with business.

Fantastic food!! I wish they had longer hours but this is the perfect place to grab lunch on Main St.

We have come here 2 times and both times were great. The tall gentleman is very honest about the food and was very right! I got the Italian beef sandwich. I didn't want the garlic mayo, as I don't like mayo, but he let me know it was cooked into the bread and you couldn't taste it. I said okay I'll try it and it was very very good! Can't wait to come in for breakfast!

Asked for extra ketchup on my cheeseburger, got no ketchup. Charged for bbq sauce, didn’t get it. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweet. Fries were disgusting. Can’t hear anyone in the drive thru. Everyone is so unfriendly. Quite literally the worst McDonalds ever

This morning I visited McDonalds after being sick for weeks, I was finally able to eat real food and I had been craving a McGriddle. It sounds silly but I was excited, my boyfriend picked me up in between classes to make it. We did two separate orders on the mobile app each being breakfast. His order went through just fine, she hadn’t asked if we were using the app but the second we went to say the second order she cut us off and proceeded to say they are no longer serving breakfast. Mind you I had ordered it on the app at 10:29, it was now 10:30 but she refused my service. I already had it in my app and she told me all I could get was lunch. Upset because it’s not gonna be the McGriddle I have been craving for so long I said no and just didn’t get anything. I just feel this is so rude considering I had already ordered it and they had the same food out for my boyfriend they just couldn’t for me. And I wanted him to eat so I still didn’t get my McGriddle and at that had to cancel my order I already made on it. I might just be hangry but I’m seriously bawling my eyes out. I’ve worked in customer service and as long as I had the breakfast menus out it was MY responsibility to serve it. My boyfriend also has worked at McDonalds and he said he’s never seen one operated so bluntly. I just am used to better experiences and this caught me off guard.

I was at this location yesterday 9/28 at about 10:45am and I ordered through the app then went to the counter to pick up my order. They didn’t put my sauces in the bag so I went near the register to ask for my sauces and the RUDE manager says you need to wait on that side. At first I didn’t think she was talking to me until I asked and she said it again saying it was for safety reasons. I get that but don’t talk to me like I’m your child. If y’all did yall job then I wouldn’t have to come back to ask for sauce that was supposed to be in the bag.

I got a large fry and 2 mchickens. This was my large fry. Smallest large fry I’ve ever seen. Really upsetting. And no, there aren’t any fries in the bottom of the bag.

Revisited this location. While the inside colors still are not the most inviting, it is better than before and the staff were delightful. They were working in a cohesive manner. There were jokes, laughter, and everyone was smiling. Kyle is a new manager and he with a 2nd manager, Chastity had the lunch running very smoothly. I had an enjoyable conversation with Chastity during her quick break once the rush was dealt with. As you can see from my photos, the staff are all smiles. My meal was quickly served and for a fast food sandwich, enjoyable. The fries delicious and not over-salted. My only small criticism I could make was the need to go out to clean tables and the drink area more often. And bring back the unstweetened and sweetened tea to the self-serve drink area. Food was okay. But the "new" look is ugly and not customer friendly unless your related to the Addams Family. Painted dark gray inside and out with uncomfortable seating......it's not kid nor family friendly in any way.

Stopped taking orders 10 mins before breakfast cut off, and so I got trapped in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building, and didn’t even get my order. Late for work and don’t get to eat.

It was so disappointing. Fa I felt was so burnt whoever oaxked it seen the horrible quality and just said hell with me,,lettuce wraps were in bowl all mixed couldn't vtell what was what.i was so excited to try and has to be worst experience I've ever had with restaraunt.looked nothing like picture.honestly,I was insulted they served it.

Edit 4.4.2022 Needed something healthy fast, and chose to try crazy bowls again. I don't know why I even tried. Once again they forgot the sauce for the bowl, which luckily I know to check in the parking lot. Then I get home, and oh boy. My wrap is completely drenched in sauce, the soggy wrap now impossible to pick up without the contents spilling out. Tastes really off. Wife and my salmon is rubber. My daughters carrots look like they have been sitting out for 2 days. But hey at least my daughters 6 tiny pieces of chicken were cooked ok. Don't waste your time going here in the evening. --------- We've been going to this location since they opened, but we have noticed a drop in consistency over the last year. Multiple times have I went through drive-through, only to get home and find my order either missing their sauces, or have specific components missing(cauliflower rice a big culprit.) The people working have always fixed or replaced but at this point it's become a broken record and forced me to constantly check my meal in the parking lot before i leave. Today i only received 1 sauce for the 3 bowls i had ordered, as well as the drink having no syrup in it. I have tried to be very understanding at restaurants due to Covid, but this feels like an issue beyond that at this point. Also attaching a shot of the kid's broccoli bowl I ordered today with the 1.5 pieces of broccoli included....

Ordered Grilled Chicken Ceasar Bowl to be delivered to job during lunch. There was a dead bug in my food. I used the review portal that notifies management and the only response that was given was a generic text that didnt match the problem at hand. I will not be back. 🐞🤢🤮 Update. Someone else reached out via text attempting to fix the situation with an apology and offer of two free entrees. I appreciate the attempt to remedy the situation and have updated my review.

We are here usually once per week. Love the quality ingredients, the great tasting options, the wonderful service (which is always great), and the nice prices. Menu items are always consistently good and I’ve tried nearly all of them. I am frequently singing your praises to others at the gym, and at my work.

Very well ran location, always consistent and great attitude. I don't often get to come here but when I do I am never disappointed. Customer service is great and friendly. Plus a very clean restaurant.

Bought a fish filet meal and couldn’t wait! From paying window to pick up food (2 cars ahead of me) I waited a good 10-15 mins. Got my meal and had to try the fries before pulling away, fries were barely warm. I got home opened sandwich and fish filet didn’t have any tartar sauce on it and only a tiny piece of cheese. So disappointed!!!

I come her almost everyday on my way to work and I usually don’t have a problem but on Sunday 7/14/25 they gave me old food at 9:30am. Why would you be disrespectful like that. Don’t give customers prepped food that’s been under heat lamps so long it’s petrified.

The amount of undercooked fries I get btw I ordered a large fry. This is absolutely disgusting and insane. McDonald’s is starting to get pathetic all these teens who don’t want to work. I could easily sue and call someone to get this place shut down. Your giving someone food poisoning just because you don’t care.

Had a hard time in the dining area over kids harassing these workers probably 16-18 years old. That’s my only issue, but when I was being handed my food I asked the manager on shift (Sara) about the experience these teenagers were causing in the lobby, and she explained how it’s an everyday thing she and other employees have to deal with. Give these employees and managers a break!!!

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to pay for food you may or may not receive, wait an eternity in your car, and then be scolded like a child for daring to ask where it is — look no further than the McDonald’s at 3701 Elm Street. Here’s the short version: placed a mobile order at 9:30, parked curbside at 9:45, and at 10:15 still had no food, no option to cancel, and no sign of life. When I went to the drive-thru window to ask about it, the employee informed me (in a tone that suggested I personally should have fired up the fryer) that “the nuggets were never dropped.” Ah, of course. Silly me for not clocking in to help. Cars behind me in line? Getting their food just fine. Us? We apparently had to wait for the cosmic alignment of the fryer gods. When our food finally did arrive — over one hour later — it was handed to us with all the warmth and clarity of a hostage negotiation. My wife literally had to ask, “Is this ours?” only to be told “no” while the tray of mystery food was dangled in front of her. The final product? Nuggets so overcooked they crunched like gravel, soggy buns, limp fries, dry patties — basically a sampler platter of regret. Missing item? Naturally. At least one kind employee (the gentleman who got us our McFlurry) salvaged a shred of humanity from the whole ordeal, and he is single-handedly responsible for this location earning 1 star instead of 0. Bottom line: if you enjoy waiting an hour for food that tastes like it was reheated in a sauna while being treated like you’re the inconvenience, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the time, money, and cholesterol spike and go literally anywhere else.

This job should only be for prisoners as a part of their punishment while serving time. Work here if you enjoy being degraded and disrespected everyday by the most lunatic customers on planet Earth (drinks may get thrown at you and you will be called every name in the book). Work here if you enjoy shedding sweat and tears because upper management asks for more and more and more and more and give you very little to work with 85% of the time (maybe 10 months out of the year). Then they will act so utterly confused when you express your anxiety and anger, even calling you “negative” in their already immensely negative environment. I can assure you, you will be happier scrubbing toilets for a living. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. The one star goes to some of my actually competent employees and the free Diet Coke. I would never return to this stinking behind building. God bless!❤️

Good lord, where do I begin? Walked in, and a young black lady smiled and held the door for my family on her way out. As she was casually getting into her car, the manager came out and did her best Karen impression, loudly telling the restaurant that she stole. The young lady saw her recording, flipped out, got out, and threw her sprite in the vestibule before getting back in the car and leaving. Rather than cleaning up the mess, she sat on the phone with the cops for some reason. We debated staying, and decided that we would, since we were in a hurry. We then opened the McDonalds app to order, and the app said the restaurant was closed. By that point, which was several minutes after the Sprite incident, we decided to leave without ordering. The vestibule still hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go out the far door and around the building to get back to our car. This was the most ridiculous experience.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. Food was just the saddest thing i’ve ever seen. Employees aren’t that respectful either. Look at the “Spicy” Loaded fries we got. Saddest Squirt of cheese, no bacon, and no jalapeños. Just close this place down.

Probably the worst Jack in the Box in Missouri! Definitely the worst in Saint Charles! Every time I come here this place has some sort of excuse in why they're closed or not open at the the moment. Today at 1:20pm Central time and they say on the speaker...I'm sorry but we're closed for the nest 20 minutes. In the middle of the day? During lunch? Please, if you can go somewhere else and spare yourself the agony of trying to eat here! ***** New review from Saturday April 16th, 2022. I was hungry after a Blues game. I wanted something quick. I have not been back to this or any Jack in the Box location since my last review. I was thinking to myself..let's give them another try. Boy was I disappointed. Waited in drive for a while but I know it's hard to find help these days so I didn't complain about that. I get my order from a nice guy and I drive myself 10 minutes home and get inside the apartment and open up my Big box popcorn chicken and there are like 5 pieces of chicken and maybe 9 fries. I go back up to Jack in the box and attempt to go inside and talk with a manager about my order but all the doors are locked even though it says "dine in" is available. I wait in the Drive-Thru line and tell them at the speaker that I have some food to return. They say they're happy to assist me with returning my food. I then pull up to the window when they asked me to pull around and then the lady at the window says that oh they can't give any money back on food portion sizes and that I have to come back during the week to speak to the manager. And to top it all off she kept my food. So now I'm -$10 and I have no food to eat. This is truly the worst experience I've had at Jack in The box is experience even tops the last one.

Had the worst tacos of my life from this place the lettuce on the tacos was rotted, upon touching the part of it that wasn't inside the taco, (the lettuce hanging out) it turned to dust. My chirros had no seasoning on them, along with the stale cold taste. Needless to say I've never thrown anything out of my car, the meal was enjoyed by high 70 east bound. Also if you're leaving main street becarful, the night shift will make you sit at the window and call the police if they assume you are drunk. I didn't know it was their job to snitch and sabotage the customers that just are trying to get good munchies. As a cook of 15 years I can honestly say this jack N the box needs to be taught food safe practices. Lettuce looked like it had been sitting out all day and was brown crispy and crumbly.

The food was cold. Cheeseburger meat was cold and hard. Cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were old. Bacon that I paid for wasn't even added to the burger. AWFUL

Tacos smelled like burnt cigarettes which was a bit off-putting. The inside of all the tacos was filled with this black charred "ingredient". Not sure what was going on, but these are disgusting.

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. For some reason I continue to give them a chance and go one more time. Today that ends. I’ve been in line for over 30 minutes, and still don’t have my food. Was in line for 10 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me just to order. After paying the attendant disappeared for over 5 minutes only because someone was inside at the counter. I will not be back. UPDATE: As you can see below Jack In The Box responded to my review. Seemed like they really cared, and wanted more information by providing a link. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The link is just to their generic FAQ page. No way I could leave feedback, or chat with someone. Speaks volumes about what JTIB cares about.

This has got to be the slowest and worst Jack-in-the-Box in any state or location. You have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-through to get your order. If your order gets messed up good luck trying to get a hold of them I had to call over seven times they would pick up the phone but not say anything and then hang up several times. Management is no better and it explains why the reviews are so low. You call Corporate and you get absolutely nowhere and the owner never returns calls. It’s truly sad because this is my favorite place to get tacos however I will be driving to the other side of town going forward

Another Subway that is not supporting our troops. Went here for veterans day, for Subway's free 6-inch for United States veterans on veterans day. They acted like they didn't know english. And try to play a stupid game of you had to pay. Myself and three other veterans left.

I went there today around 2:30. I had not been to subway in years. I ordered 1 footlong cold cut combo and a cookie. Nothing special. I was charged over 13 dollars. The lady's English was a little hard to understand so I asked her to repeat what she said and she pointed at the cash register and it was over 13 dollars. I paid and left. While driving back to the office I got thinking how much does Subway charge these days. According to their website it is 4.99 for the cold cut and .59 for the cookie. I was ripped off.

Warning: the employees do not care enough to make your order correctly. I double checked my order to make sure it was correct before submitting it. The sandwich I received is completely wrong and I am not receiving a refund or replacement. I requested a 6in Ham toasted sandwich with cheese, lettuce, cucumber, and mayo. What I received is a 6in Ham, non toasted, with tomatoes and onions. The cucumber and cheese are missing. But be careful now, you'll get called a liar if you call them to let them know.

It was around 10 p.m. when I arrived. I was exhausted but made sure to drive to this location because there were still two hours until closing. I ordered food, paid, and when I pulled up to the final window, the employees looked at me, then all walked away. After a moment, they came back. I ate a couple of French fries and my mouth started burning. I figured it must have just been the salt, maybe too much on one fry. I waited until I got home, then ate a few more fries and took a bite of chicken. I immediately knew something had been done to my food. What did you put in my food?. For the record, I am transgender. So you took my money and then tried to poison me? My lips are still burning. oh and your guy didnt give me a receipt when i asked twice. but dont worry, i have the time of the credit card purchase (9:53pm) i have the text from the bank, and the evidence. such a disappointment

My friends and I came here for a late night hang out. I ordered the Caniac combo. The chicken fingers were pretty tasty and fresh. I also liked the lemonade. Service was alright, not very friendly. Management should pay more attention on the cleanliness of their tables and bathrooms.

My family is a regular at this location and boy do we miss Megan! My 87 year old mother loves the chicken but asks me to get it lightly floured...when Megan managed she made sure that we felt special and that the team was happy to support us with that. Just now I ordered her usual, with no toast extra fries. The kitchen immediately sent out the order, which can't happen with how she likes her tenders, so I sent it back. When the employee asked the expeditor what to do with that order I overheard him say to toss it in the trash or an employee could have it. When the right tenders came out the fries seemed like a normal portion, not a no toast extra fries portion, so I showed it and asked if I could have a few more. The employee in the back (key holder??) said he'd already given me a double portion and me asking means I'd have a four times portion...he was so rude and flippant about it.....I was shocked, absolutely shocked as I've never been spoken to like that here, and he'd just told the employee to toss the order they'd handed without my mom's special tenders. I went to RC because my daughter earned a kids meal with good behavior at school. I decided to make it dinner for the rest of us too. Why did I do that ??🤦🏽‍♀️The cashier was nice, but accidentally charged me for the free meal in addition to the over fifty dollars for the rest of our food. No one told me this happened. The manager just tried sneakily refunded my money (which I later learned could take several business days) Then I get home only to realize they failed to give me my daughters free meal (she was crushed because she earned it). I called the number on my receipt to bring the error to the attention of the manager, who only had apology and and an offer for me to drive all the way back to get the meal that was owed to me in the first place. During this call is when also decided to let me know that I was charged for my daughter's free meal and it may take several days for me to get my money back. After this service experience, Canes emailed me to request "feedback". I told them about my experience. They quickly emailed me to request a call to discuss what happened. I called the number and got a message stating that no one was available to take my call. Not a voice mail, just the message. Needless to say, they just lost my family's business. Oh! And the chicken strip lacked flavor and were rubbery. So, there's that.

First time at this location, I let 2 employees know both bathrooms had no soap on arrival, neither of them did anything and 30 minutes later after watching several employees use the restroom they still had not filled it so I informed another, who promptly went to wipe a light fixture with a wet wipe and ignored it again. I regret ordering food here after seeing their hygiene practices. The chicken was chewy and fries tasted like old oil.

Food is nice and fresh, the service not so much. The girl in the black hoodie in the first window did not need to have attitude and play dumb when asking a question. Didn’t even try to act nice.

Came in today and apparently one of the cooks walked off the job so the food took forever which was ok. But getting home and splitting the food up I realized I was missing an entire meal. My kids had their food but I had nothing. I was missing tacos and a burger. The burger for my child had NO condiments on it so it was dry. My daughter’s meal box had the wrong sandwich with it and the two tacos it came with….she gave me one and they tasted like chemicals. I spit it out and got sick. Something isn’t right. So 30.00 of food that went straight to the trash. Oh and the two dr. Peppers tasted flat and like diluted soda. Complete waste!!!!

Tonight 10/16/25, 8:35pm I was told at the drive through that they were unable to take any orders due to being short staffed. There were no other customers waiting nor were any customers inside. However I noticed what appeared to be 2 employees chitchatting in the kitchen. I’d figure that 2 people could manage to prepare 1 meal to serve a customer. Just wondering how many more customers they already had turned away. I rather spend my money with someone who is willing to earn a paycheck.

My boyfriend and I literally got there at 9pm tonight. We pulled in, two ladies were outside didn’t say anything then we get to the ordering spot. With a harsh tone says “WERE CLOSED”. Do better. It says they are open till 10pm. Plus there was a car at the window. Fix your hours or get your ducks in a row. Thanks.

I went to get food yesterday morning, and the older lady (I think she's new) told me I couldn't swap bacon for sausage. She had the most unfriendly voice. Another younger women jumped in and told me they could. The younger woman took over the rest of the order at the window while the older woman did nothing. The younger woman was very nice. Food was good. No issues. Then I went this morning. Same older woman came on the intercom to get my order but a man took over for her. The woman honestly looked high. She stands there doing nothing while the man worked around her. BTW, the man was amazingly personable. Great employee... promote him. However, my food was revolting. I got the platter and before I looked at the food, I grabbed a piece of bacon and took a bite. I chewed and chewed and couldn't get through the bacon. I spit it out. Then I checked the rest of the food. The eggs were OLD. In the picks it looks like I have cheese on the eggs... nope, that's old, crusty, solid egg. The pancakes were rubbery, and the hashbrown was old. Do people there not know when their food gets old they shouldn't serve it? Or how to identify old food? What a waste of money. At least I got my large drink... though it cost me $8.

This used to be my favorite fast food location. I used to order lots of tacos for movie nights and relish life. But now, the tacos have gone from 99 cents for 2 tacos on the mobile app to 1.99 for 2 tacos. This is not the national price for tacos, it is local franchiser doing this. I will not be visiting this location again. This is far too expensive for this slop. We did not get them because they were good. They are nasty and make you sick. But they were cheap and that was why they were my favorite. There is no reason for me to ever come here again.

To receive one burger and one fry, I waited 15 minutes and upon receiving my food, my French fries were cold and when I went inside. Because I waited out front for my food. They were all inside laughing and playing around. And not doing their job. Should be closed down honestly workers are terrible

We got to the drive thru at 9:30, we said hello multiple times , no answer. Drove up to the window and noticed it said the drive thru was open until 12 am.. so then we honked. A young girl came to the window, we asked if they were closed and she said yes , they close at 10 but stop taking orders at 9:30. How is that even right; when it says on the window the times. Probably need to hire less lazy employees. Disappointed

I will NEVER recommend the new Grilled Cheese Burrito to anyone, in fact, do yourself a favor& avoid it! The cheese was literally grilled to the wrapper, when I unwrapped it half of the burrito ripped right off with it. Both of my supreme tacos were also missing tomatoes 😿 I’m giving this experience 2 stars only because the drive-thru staff was very friendly and the person working the window and handling the money had zero contact with my food by their well thought out contactless design.

Really!!! Taco Bell is the only Fast Food Establishment that I will eat at, On New Town Blvd, in fact, its One of the BEST Taco Bells Around. But the last month has been Horrible. Manager Is very Unprofessional and mean to staff, I see her yelling at them ALL the time, Hear her screaming through the drive thru window, have even been inside and witnessed her being very mean to staff. And the quality and quantity of food has changed as well. Tonight I received wrong order. My order was $31, I got all the way home at 10 pm (no other cars even in drive thru) Ive been trying to call for 40 minutes and someone picks up the phone and hangs up, not even a Hello. They obviously are not that busy on a Wednesday night at 1030pm.

I visited this location on 10/19 and went through the drive thru. Then the next morning, I went to the store and noticed I didn’t have my bank card. I then immediately went to check my bank app to find that there was my transaction at Taco Bell at 5:37pm, then another transaction at Taco Bell two minutes later. I didn’t get my card back, and didn’t even notice. But someone there clearly used my card right after! I immediately called Taco Bell to ask if they had my card. The assistant manager tells me no. I told her that someone there obviously used it two minutes later and she needed to review the cameras and I wanted a call back. I waited and heard nothing. I called corporate and they told me the district manager would be contacting me and nothing. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Came here since the taco bell down the road is incompetent. Tacos were mostly full, service was great everyone was polite. Only issue was the meat in my taco was sadly low, they were probably nearing the end of their tin of beef but still disappointing, it takes 5 seconds to grab another beef from the hot case or water cooker. Besides that it was great

Ordered 2 taco supreme. Meat was greasy and made the shells not crunchy. Also no sour cream on the tacos. 3rd time I didn’t get supremes but were charged for them. I’m done with Taco Bell.

Waited forever for my mobile order. Tried going inside to see what the holdup was and the doors were locked. Employee gave gesture to go through drive through so I did. When I got to the WI dow he said I should stop at speaker next time to give them a heads up. I was the ONLY person there and only order sitting there. Very poor experience anytime I go to this location so I will not be returning. To top it off when I got home, my order was not even correct!

dairy Queen is so underrated in comparison to other fast-food chains. The burgers are always phenomenal. And I love the chicken tenders basket. However I would absolutely love it even more if they kept a glazed wings on throughout the whole year rather than a certain point of time throughout the year or allow a person to have that as a custom part of their order. Other than that keep up the good work. Your staff always seems like they're doing their hardest which I definitely appreciate cuz they stay busier than what you would think they are.

I purchased the 2/$4.00 deal, had a cheeseburger and two piece chicken strip, my friend had fries and cheeseburger, both orders was good and enjoyed. Pretty good for $4, plus tax. I'd recommend as I believe there's about 6-8 choices. Just a few: fries, cheeseburger, drink, ice cream, etc. Sorry, can't remember others. Id, purchase again

This place is a great place to spend some time and eat a great chicken sandwich. They have a digital coke machine so you have many selections to choose from. They play Christian music so the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff keeps this place clean. They also bring your food to the table. It's not bad at all for a fast food joint known for blizzards.

Went last night. Ordered our food at 8:25. We left at 9:10 and never got our food. Every customer there last night was getting wrong orders. The line to order food wasn't moving. One guy next to me got banana splits and the finally got them but there were no bananas in them. Food was sitting behind the counter never being delivered or calling a number. Employees weren't talking. I couldn't even try to get my money back because it would have taken over an hour to get through the 3 people in line.

Food is very good. Fries come unsalted so don't have to ask. And of course delicious desserts. However, they have dropped several choices from their $5 meal and added a $6 dollar meal that still doesn't give a lot of choices. But at least you get an entree, fries, drink, and small sundae with both type of meals. Otherwise food is a bit on the pricier side. I'd give it a $$ rating for fast food. But if you go for some icecream only.....I highly suggest the Peanut Buster Parfait and the Warm Fudge Filled Cookie with fudge covered icecream plate!!! Both are YUMMY!!!

Well that's the last time I go to this location. Employee had an attitude that was taking drive thru orders? Sunday at 4:30pm. Seemed to be bothering her that I was placing a order. Blizzard I ordered was very poorly mixed an alittle melted. Won't be back.

Fast and friendly service. Good food, served hot off the grill. Very clean with a nice restroom. Call the number on your receipt, give a review of your visit, and you will get a free Dilly Bar.

Food was good especially the apple turnovers got them fresh, fries and tenders were cold though. Lady at drive through told us to park to wait for the turnovers and we did waiting about 10 minutes finally brought it out forgot our chocolate milkshake, told her she had a attitude about it went and got it came back completely ignored me trying to show her the receipt and walked off with a nasty attitude. Service is definitely horrible.

I came in at 11 am and the woman who took my order was very nice, very gentle, and I appreciated her very much she was so sweet and welcoming to me this was my first time here and I asked for recommendations and she gave me some. After that I asked her for her name and she said it was Victoria she was a very sweet women and I appreciated her patience with me and my visit.

Customer service is back to being horrible again. Standing at the counter, 2 employees walked by mean several times without any acknowledgment. Manager was having a conversation with her ear bud, definitely showing that was more important than waiting on customers. If the manager acts that way, this store doesn’t have a chance.

Tried to order an iced tea but they said they didnt make any. When I got to the window was given tacos and told they were waiting on my fries. When asked to put some taco sauce in the bag when they bring it out they said they don't carry it anymore. By the time my fries and chicken sandwich came my tacos were cold. When I got home the tacos were thrown together and there was ounces of grease all in the container that soaked on the soft shell tacos. The chicken sandwich was luke warm and just all bun and mayo with what looked like a chicken nugget. The only thing that was good was that the fries were hot and the lady was nice and apologetic. Woul not recommend going here at all

The young cashier in the front, Sravani, was such a sweet kid and made my day. She was super smiley and wasn’t glued to her phone as i’ve seen others who worked there. I asked for her name to write a nice review! I ordered a frisco combo and got my food out in less than 5 minutes. It was good however the fries were not fresh.

Worst hardees I've ever been to. Definitely tell nobody here cares about their job at all. Food was meh. They didn't even have any hot sauce...its just funny to me when u see advertisements all over the restaurant for the hot sauce and then u ask for some and they tell u they dont have any for your breakfast burrito that was as dry as a leather shoe. Definitely needed some type of sauce.

The guy at the speaker and window was very rude when we ordered, they were out of dragon fruit freeze, waited for our food to get out. Got it home 5min later it is all cold Catalina tacos are bare on the inside and outside. Nacho fries are freezing cold. 35 dollars barely any chicken on any of our tacos, quarter filled cheese cups and missing chips. Don’t waste your money!

Food was cold. The place didn’t crap to give us more hot sauce than what we ordered. We ordered 10 tacos and they only gave us 2 packets of hot sauce like what. What’s the math there ! Very disappointing and when we call the store they didn’t even care.literally a waste of money.

No real issue with the food, it’s your typical fast food Taco bell, but the girl working the drive thru window with the face piercings was beyond rude. She didn’t acknowledge anything. Just on facetime screaming at her phone while working.

Used to be a good location, staff stands around and talks. An order that's clearly for multiple people can only have one name on it, stop assuming my husband just wants to stand in your lobby because it's my account. Will go to the more expensive franchise from now on.

lady at the window was SUPER sweet. but the line ppl messed up all of our food. we went back because the line forgot my verde. then came back home to the rest of our order being wrong. i get its on us for not checking before but it was also a door dash. just embarrassing considering i used to be a manager at a tacobell. new area coach is failing.

There was a disgruntled employee who was threatening other staff and saying he would "beat everyones ass, violate his parole and let people watch" as he whooped on the manager. They forgot my chips and I just wanted to get what I paid for. Instead I had to listen to these people get harassed by and angry employee who obviously didn't want to be there.

This place is an embarrassment to the brand! Can no longer go here! This place was filthy and needs the health dept to visit them, immediately! Moldy unswept floors (including the kitchen!), every table dirty (despite no customers inside), layers of greasy handprints on the table light fixtures and entry doors, soda fountain has mold in the tray from not being properly cleaned, and BOTH restrooms out of order. Staff was being loud and inappropriate and music was not appropriate for the general public. And most importantly, the food was off and tasted funny. This place makes the Colonel sad.

I usually give places a pass here and there but I am constantly having bad experiences at this place. I stopped going a few years ago because one of the drive-thru employees took my order from the dumpster area and then proceeded to walk inside and hand me my food without washing his hands. I tried them again this week and placed an online order and they refused to hand it to me at the window and insisted I go inside. I had to waste another 20 minutes trying to get my money back.

Ordered online with 20 minutes left to order. They comfirmed my order but then cancelled it 20 minutes later once everywhere else already closed. Learned my lesson to never order from this KFC wish i would have read thier google reviews before even trying to order something from this place. If your not going to make food for people dont bother showing your open online. hopefully they will close this place down and someone will open a real KFC like i remember going to as a kid and like where ever else i go.

6/8 drive thru! ordered 2 piece chicken( specified breast & wing! I got drumstick & thigh! I hate dark meat! Also, no receipt, no utensils, napkins!

DO NOT RECOMEND!!! Placed online order. Cannot pick up from lobby have to wait in the drive thru. 1st time thru I was given the wrong order. 2nd time thru I was treated as it was my fault they gave me the wrong order stating I gave them the wrong name. Then they gave me my order and yelled at to keep moving because I wanted to check my order at the window instead of waiting in the line a third time. When I got home the order was still wrong and screwed up. Shorted a piece of chicken in the basket, biscuits smashed, and large fries half full.

I have been here twice, at least six months apart, and they were out of fries both times. It was 11:30 am. Then I was asked to pull over. It's been 10 minutes so far. This is the Mexico Rd. location.

Food tasted like it was warmed for 6 hours by 5:30 pm. Chicken recipe completely different. I know which chain is on the bankruptcy train.

I was disappointed with the pre-made white castle burgers I received. These burgers have always been cooked per order . I was in town for my granddaughter Graduation I stopped here for a old school taste and this location dropped the ball. This White Castles isn't like the Real White Castles. New training needed.

Terrible. We didn’t receive a receipt and can’t return just wanted something quick. Customer service was terrible, dude at the window was extremely rude. Our burgers started off good and almost made us forget his little attitude, until down to the last 7 burgers…. there was a nice black long curly piece of hair stuck in the cheese in the container. Train your employees better, we were visiting and craving White castles and this just made us not want to visit the location ever again. I normally don’t complain, being that I work in restaurant and things happen but this was completely UNACCEPTABLE. If dude at the window was more professional, then maybe we would’ve been less disgusted or something. Unless you want a hairy burger don’t go to this location.

Dead big in bottom of hamburger box. Disgusting. Food was also cold. Had to heat up onion rings in air fryer. But definitely didn't eat after finding bug.

Extra long wait in the drive thru. Having recently been there twice, I get the impression that this is standard practice. 5-10 minutes for each vehicle to move. You have been warned ⚠️ At least the food was good. But not really worth the wait.

I won't say my experiences were only the employees' fault. My communication could have been subpar or they could be having a rough day. However, this location always appears to struggle with order accuracy. I have also never been asked about condiments and I feel I would need to just keep sitting in the drive through or standing at the counter before I could ask for any. I do not love the AI drive through but I have tried working with it. Sometimes it cannot understand you at all so you are passed to an employee. Other times it gives up halfway through an order! It will simply stop halfway through its own sentence and pass you off. I do wonder if there is a White Castle "phrase" or sizing structure that is not intuitive. I have asked for a large combo and gotten a medium back. I have asked for a medium with a side and I was given a medium of the side and no French fries. I am at a loss for what I can say for a proper sizing up order. Maybe "make my combo a medium" isn't the expected vernacular anymore?? I do truly love a White Castle burger, and those fries are amazingly salty and soft. It is just so frustrating for a childhood favorite to produce such disappointing and frustrating experiences.

Love this place. Food is alway on point. Price is fair. Service is good although it can be a longer wait from time to time. But not a fan of the A.I. drive through, I'll definitely stop coming all together if the keep pushing these types of things. But for now I'll just wait until I can speak with an employee

Love the original sliders and the fish nibbles. Tried the 3 cheese tots. They might be really good but tasted like they were fried in old oil. Couldn't finish them. Everything else was great and so was service

Perfect spot for burritos rolled like cold, dirty napkins. It's on me though, I should have read the reviews before inconveniencing the staff by ordering online. It's evident there have been massive issues for quite awhile with apparent zero interest and accountability to improve evening/night shifts. I'm quite realistic and forgiving for late night food quality, but this is abhorrent. Straight trash. O#908940

I tried to go through the drive through and they said it was inside only, I went inside I order a quesadilla and a burrito, the burrito was not wrapped well and the just didn't cut my quesadilla. I've had issues with this location saying their card readers are down or that they're inside only, from what I've seen they're definitely lying to attempt to deter customers so they don't have to do as much, this location was bad when it was a combination taco bell KFC and then when they dropped the KFC it was ok for a while but now it's bad again.

Employees refuse to take order. They say use kiosk. Soda machine isn’t working. Very messy and grate is not covering soda gutter. Bathroom walls and toilet is disgusting. It’s only been open 2 hrs.

I have tried and tried again with this location. Maybe they're better at the KFC side of things, but I always go with Taco Bell. I always end up with the wrong receipt, sometimes I have the wrong food or extra food (not a problem for me, but whoever's order they messed up!). The hard tacos always have a weird taste and are always stale/busted - their specialty. Good luck to you if you take a chance on this store.

Food tasted good, but the place is filthy and unfinished (they've had unpainted drywall up for several months...?), and despite at least five employees in the kitchen service is ridiculously slow and inaccurate. Easily the dirtiest Taco Bell I've been in.

I’m going to preface this by saying I go to Taco Bell frequently. At this location, I’ve been told each of the following on numerous separate occasions: fryers are down, truck didn’t come today, servers are down so exact cash only, and the drive thru intercom is down and lobby is closed. There is rarely an employee there before 10am, though they advertise being open at 6am for breakfast every day. The staff that used to work here (maybe still do, haven’t seen them in awhile) were amazing and attentive, but the new staff is barely competent on the rare occasion they’re there. I’ve had food missing, completely wrong orders, and food prepared incorrectly, and I’m always told an excuse as to why they can’t make my meal. Would recommend any location other than this one.

We normally go to Waffle House pretty frequently. This was our first time at this location. It wasn’t that busy, but it was very disorganized and the server was extremely short with us. No drink refills. No checking on us. Pretty much ignored us the whole time. I don’t expect like world class service. We tried really hard to smile back and to show her that we wanted to be good customers. The manager of the store was even there, I think, but he even came out to brag that he likes to spend his time behind the mirror and make everyone else do the work. We only saw him for a brief moment to give his friend a tea and then he escaped behind the mirror room again. All the workers were working hard, but one lady was kinda screaming at everyone that they would need to do their own waffles or something. It was chaotic and disorganized.

It seems we always have trouble with the calculation of our bills at this particular Waffle House we had to do the calculations for them. They did correct the bill once we showed them

For several years, this was my go to location for Waffle House. Sadly over the course of the last couple months, things seem to really be going downhill. Honestly, I don't even mind it being a little dirty and ghetto, as that's what you would expect from a Waffle House late night visit. However, recently the quality of the food has gone downhill, which is crazy. Last night our hashbrowns weren't even cooked properly - that's a problem. Hash browns should always be excellent and always have been until recently. Also received a waffle that was so undercooked it could not be eaten, just doughy. It seems like things are getting a little worse each of the last three or four times we've gone over the last couple months.

The food was cooked Great. The workers were friendly and on top of things. The roach that crawled across the counter as my wife was paying that was by the cash register not so cool.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Service was on point, friendly, fast, checked on us several times. Will definitely go back

Can't go wrong with a well run Waffle house. These 2 young men were on their game at this store. Store was clean and well run. Food was outstanding.

Great location! Love the staff and the food is always cooked to order and tasty.
