Bagel Central is such a chill and friendly place! When you walk in, you’re greeted by a counter where you place your order, surrounded by tempting sweets that make you want to try them all. It has that cozy, mom-and-pop feel, and the food tastes homemade—absolutely delicious!

Large and lively space consistently bustling with people working on computers, people grabbing take out, and people dining in. I was surprised to find not only bagels, but sides like potato salad, pasta salad, and coleslaw, as well as a large variety of pastries. I got a bagelwich on a sunflower bagel, and then went back and got an herb bagel with olive cream cheese. The bagels are soft and fresh. The olive cream cheese was fantastic, lots of pieces of olives. I think I will bring my laptop sometime and work from there because the vibe is so good. I did bring home some sweets. I ate a berry tart which was deliciously lemony and just the right size for two good sized bites. So many goodies to choose from!

Flavor: A Service: A Tea: A Solo dining: A I’m not a bagel lover but I had to get one of if I was at ‘Bagel Central.’ I was not disappointed. The blueberry bagel, cream cheese, oatmeal pancake (what a unique creation), and the hash browns (who doesn’t love a mixture of gold and sweet potatoes?) were all very well done. And then to offer cranberry-apple unsweet tea… it’s like they knew I was coming. What a great brunchy place!

Stopped here for breakfast and it was SO GOOD! Someone told me that Bagel Central had good NY bagels. Why do people say things like that? I'm not sure that's true. NY bagels are their own thing. And so are Central bagels. Both are good but they are not the same. IMO Central bagels are the kind of bagels that you want all bagel sandwiches to be served on. We got there around 1 PM on a Saturday and there wasn't a line. But I understand that we were lucky I had a Paul Bunyan 😋 and not a word was spoken until I finished it. And we shared a slice of carrot cake also delish! I highly recommend Bagel Central.

We love their bakery-fresh bagels! Perfectly chewy on the outside, soft on the inside, exactly how a bagel should be. Every time I walk in, I promise myself I’ll just grab a couple, and every time I leave with a bag stuffed like I’m feeding a small army. Highly recommend… unless you’re on a carb free diet. In that case, just come for the smell, it’s so worth it.

Highly Recommend for RV-ers! First time, passing thru. We have a 36’ gas motorcoach with a toad. We saw only 2 lanes with gas (which also had diesel). Note: Most lanes go in one direction coming from the street. A young pleasant young man pumped for us, which was a very nice pleasure. We parked to have breakfast. (Did not dine in). Getting in and out to I-95 was very easy. Note in pics that this seemed to have a lot of amenities for diesel trucks (Volvo, Kenworth, Ballad Truck Center (I don’t think they are associated with Dysarts); tires, etc)

Yep. Our party of 6 ate here today. Not much of a wait to get seated. The waitress seemed rushed…to get us in and out without decent customer service. One lady in our party asked what is on the turkey sandwich. Brittany W. stated sometimes mayo. The lady specifically stated she wanted nothing extra on it but ordered it anyway. Brittany showed up with a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it. It was sent back. It arrived again with leftover lettuce..as not all of it was picked off. The sandwich was sent back yet again. It was sent back, again, with leftover salad on it. When the same sandwich came back to the table, a fresh made sandwich was requested. Brittany W displayed a terrible attitude. A different waitress was asked to get a fresh sandwich. Brittany turned red. Well, buttercup - listen to your customers’ dietary needs and requirements and you’ll only have to deliver a meal once - instead of multiple times.

Has Definitely Gone Downhill I used to love coming here for the huge hot turkey sandwich. It came with stuffing on the side, a delicious roll, and a vegetable. I hadn't been here in five years and what a sad difference. My hot turkey salad was lukewarm, very little turkey, the gravy wasn't good, and I paid extra for all white meat, but there was also dark meat in it. My one side was hard, salty stuffing with no roll or vegetable. They did acknowledge the stuffing didn't look good and asked if I wanted something else, which I didn't. They did take half off the bill. Before my food came I also bought a loaf of bread, a dozen rolls, haddock chowder, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies to take home and hope they're still good like they used to be. The staff were friendly and the service was fast.

Let me first start usually this is one of our favorite stops, however in our opion it was not good last night on June 13th around 8pm. We had to wait a little longer than told for our take out which wasn't to big of a deal. The biggest issue was our food was so cold, including the chicken, fries were Luke warm , onion rings were okay, the cranberry sauce was forgotten for the sandwich which once my husband went back in to get it and told them got only one got one tiny cup for two halfs.. the bread was very dried out and the stuffing had white spots in it and was very hard & cold. We thru our food out when we got home and we didn't eat, we had to cook for our 4 year old when we got home over an hour away, because she wouldn't even eat the fires or chicken, which says a lot. This was an early father's day meal for my husband which we couldn't even eat because of how bad it was. My husband called this morning on June 14th and let them know, she was a manager she said and she asked for our number to pass it on to upstairs. It's now 7pm almost on June 14th, no one has called us back or refunded us for food we couldn't even eat. We would like a refund. Out of all the years this is the first time we have ever had horrible service and complained, we aren't sure what happened last night but it was horrible, I'm sorry. Depending on how this is handled we may never be back and won't suggest the place to anyone. Highly disappointed and sorry

Hands down the best, I will always, take my 34.or 10. Here, old school trk stop. With best and honest shop, had work done here, fast in and out, great job to all, no rip off, like. At a TA. Restaurant always great too. If you are OTR, like me, and if in Maine stop here, you'll see ,nicest people. And awesomes views of the state. Keep up the great job all-around we need places like this around this country for us few professional drivers that are left out here, trucking has gone down hill, he'll off a cliff, last 15yrs, new drivers don't know the difference between trk stop and a loves. Addi was a great server and I really enjoyed my Mac n cheese, the atmosphere is nice, calm, and quiet, very easy to have a conversation. I'd love to come here again.

This is one of the "you have to stop here " truck stops. Plenty of truck parking. Excellent restaurant with great waitresses. Kinda separated trucker area.... what i personally like..... Very affordable clean showers even without fueling. Trucker store. A baby chrome shop. Always some odds and ends with cool stuff. Attendees that will fuel your truck and clean the windows. No matter what time I came here....I never had to leave without a parking spot .

We stopped in to grab some takeout lunch on a Friday around 1215PM. We got a fish sandwich and the lazy lobster. The fish sandwich is actually a double fish sandwich which was a nice surprise. It was a good amount of fish. The lazy lobster was a lot of lobster but the lobster was a little tough. I’ve had better lobster in Bangor during this trip but it was a lot of lobster for a good price. I’d recommend popping in if you are nearby and want lobster! Oh the popsicles were delicious! Def get one of those!

Food came out quick! We had both the hot and cold lobster roll and both were great! I favored the hot, while my boyfriend favored the cold. Generous amount of meat, especially for the price! Picnic table seating in both the shade and the sun. We finished it off with a local blueberry popsicle that hit the spot on a hot day. Literally tasted like frozen, smashed up blueberries — pulp and all.

We ordered the hot lobster roll, the crab meat roll, and calamari. Everything tasted really great and fresh. The portion sizes were great too. One of my surprising favorites were the fries; it was made so fresh that the texture was indescribable. Also really great service, the cashier was very kind.

Wow. Showed up but restaurant window closed Monday-Weds. - so disappointed until folks said still serves lobster and crab rolls. Lobster rolls it was and they were absolutely outstanding. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We're definitely going back to try every single thing on the menu and for sale in seafood market.

We got the cold lobster and crab rolls and they were both delicious! The lobster roll was heaping with whole chunks of meat, the mayo was just enough to bring out the sweetness of the lobster and the roll was perfectly toasted and buttery. The price was about $10 cheaper than the restaurants too.

Asked them to cook a 2.5lb female lobster for me, and I went to pick it up. It was sweet, tender, and delicious - at less than 1/2 the price I ate at a local seafood restaurant the night before!

Pretty basic and small lobster roll for $21. No fries, no slaw, no warm drawn butter. I think we just missed the height of the season for the extras.....it was just a lobster roll from a seafood market. No flair.

Really enjoyed eating here. The lobster roll was delicious and so was the candied maple cheese curds. The waitress was amazing and so was the over all dining experience.

This is not a bad restaurant. Everything was good. The food, service, and atmosphere were good. Service was quick and friendly. The train themed dinning area was neat. The food tasted good, not exceptional. Would i eat here again, Yes.

Love to stop here when I am in Bangor always a good meal. My only complaint is a bowl of chowder is over $13. It's good but that is a high price. Love the crinkle fries.

We ate at Governor's a couple times during our visit to Bangor. Breakfast tasted okay. Went back for dinner and the lobster rolls were not fresh tasting. Fries tasted like old fishy oil. Prices were good if you caught the specials. Otherwise the prices were a bit high.

Our waitress Jennifer was very pleasant and attentive. Comfort food was great as always!

We were hangry and on our way to the Bangor airport and stopped in. We were delighted first by a lil train going around the dining room ceiling. Then the food came and it was really tasty. The fries were excellent both waffle and regular, the Philly cheesesteak was enormous, the habanero jam was delicious, and my mom really enjoyed the actual pieces of lobster in the lobster chowder. We are sad to have not had room for the delicious looking deserts and we are double sad there is no Governor's Restaurant in our state of Illinois.

I got a Denver omelet and blueberries pancake food was good. The waitress was friendly. They have bakery too. Plenty of parking clean restrooms.

I came here because this restaurant has good review and my friend recommended it. It turned out WORST experience ever. The food came after 1 hour 10 minutes - we ordered wings and salad. 9 out of 10 wings got burnt and tasted bitter. We did not complain to get new wings because we did not want to wait for another hour. My friend ordered burger and fries but he got chips over fries. And the waitress said “yeah you saved 2 bucks”. Best hamburger in Bangor and super friendly bartenders! We stopped by on an afternoon of walking around Bangor for some lunch and a beer. We left feeling full and completely delighted! The meatballs in the Flight of Meatballs were tender, juicy, and savory. Each of the three sauces were delicious in their own ways but the sweet chili was absolutely fantastic! They had a great selection of beers from the New England area.

I loved this place. It had such a nice atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff. The fact is, of all the places I have visited, I found the people of Bangor to be some of the nicest and warmest people I've met. Always ready with a smile and a hello and happy to chat. The food was excellent and there was an amazing amount of beers to choose from. There was live music when I was there and that was also pretty amazing, the guy singing and playing a guitar put a really good new spin on some classics and, important to me, wasn't too loud. I liked that dogs were allowed and even though it was just a place to eat and drink, it has provided me with a very nice memory.

Worst experience. We have been traveling for a year around the world and this is the worst food. We ordered 10 wings and have to wait 1 hour to get the food. 10 wings came with 9 of them burnt so bad I will show you the pics here in the post. I don’t taste anything other than the burnt. I don’t understand how the kitchen let this kind of food out to customer, even dog won’t eat this.

This was my third time coming to this restaurant, previously enjoying it but this third experience was absolutely awful. First, our waiter Morgan M. was very rude and short with us not even greeting us upon ordering. Starting the interaction with “drinks” And questioning my boyfriend’s out of state ID (although somewhat reasonable, he is freshly 21) but after showing his university ID to confirm his name she was bold enough to comment about his haircut in a very rude manner, which is not much different from his current haircut. This was the only interaction we had with Morgan because she had disappeared for about 40 minutes before another waitress had come over to take over for her. On that topic we had waited for our food for a little over an hour and had waiting for our appetizer major of the hour. We had been at this restaurant for almost two hours and had ordered two appetizers and one meal. I’m disappointed in the service I had received and I hope they can do better in the future.

One of the strangest trivia scenes I've encountered, but the food is top notch and service is friendly without being pushy. And more restaurants should offer tots. TOTS FOR ALL!

A solid option in downtown. It was Burger Night on Thursday and it was a great deal for a way above average burger. A great draft beer selection too. It was noisy in the bar area.

I picked this restaurants because they had gluten free options and I love burgers. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Our waitress was super nice and made sure that my food was gluten free. My husband had a philly chees sandwich and I had a burger with bacon, egg and mozzarella. The gluten free bun was soft and delicious. The burger was tasty melted in my mouth like butter. Husband loved his food as well. We ordered lemonade as well, they were made with real fruit juice, the mango one was yummy. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free desserts but my husband loved his peanut butter pie. Looking forward to visit them again.

I feel bad giving this beautiful restaurant a 4/5. The ambiance was 10/10, drinks 10/10. I ordered a Painkiller, it was done to perfection. I also ordered crab cakes, OMG they were out of this world. The only two things that I didn’t like was the wait for drinks and food. My daughter beef tacos, they were so dry even after dipping them in the sauce that came with em. My friend ordered BBQ pizza, she gave it 10/10. Otherwise our waitress was great!

This place has great food & service too! The lemonade is homemade and you can get strawberry or blueberry lemonade, delicious! The poutine (not pictured) is amazing, we dug in too quickly and no photo was taken.

We came in around noon time on a pretty quiet Wednesday, the service and wait staff were phenomenal. My complaints come from the food, I am a little disheartened by the pricing once the quality is factored in. Among three of us we ordered some pork tacos, a standard cheese burger and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. To begin, the fries were good, they were hot and well seasoned, not too crispy but I don't mind my fries being on the softer side. Firstly, the pork tacos left a lot to be desired, with so many other places in the Bangor area serving tacos I see no reason to come here. The pork itself appeared tough and upon having a piece myself, wholefully unseasoned. The tortillas were a bit on the soggy side as well, tending to be a bit mushy. The presentation was great, the portion size was great, visually it looked appealing but it lacked any substance. Secondly, the cheese burger, for starters I have to say, there was a hair visible on the patty once the bun was removed. We picked it out and soldiered on but not a great start. Listen, I get it, hair falls out, it happens. We do not hold this against the restaurant as much as others would but when adding in the other problems we had this only serves to detract from the experience. Regardless, the buns were literally charcoal, black as night on the underside. This really confuses me as toasting a bun is as basic as it gets. Fortunately the burger itself seemed to be fine, well portioned and well seasoned but the buns leave a nasty, bitter taste and residue if they are overdone to this extent. Thirdly comes the Nashville fried chicken with hot honey, with the expectation of a hot chicken sandwich having hot honey being on the spicier side I carefully ordered this sandwich. Let me say, the chicken itself was well cooked. The batter was very thick and in spots overwhelmed the chicken, my first bite was in a spot where so much batter had accumulated it was still undercooked. The batter was raw. While I appreciate a large chicken sandwich if there is so much batter it isn't being fully cooked I think the size should be reduced slightly. It also wasn't spicy, like at all, not a single ounce of spice, I have had cereal which has left my mouth spicier than this sandwich. I'm not too picky with my food but for the price I expect a bit more quality control. Among the three different dishes we all had at least one thing that could have been much better. Overall I don't mind the place if simply for atmosphere alone but the food and pricing leaves a bit to be desired.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blaze…Our waitress Jana was fantastic! Super sweet, polite and helpful. We had a party of 8 with kids and the food was all EXCELLENT! We had pizza, burgers, fish & chips, roasted chicken, fries, Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts - it was all great and we are all major foodies!

Had a lovely time and great oysters. The bartenders were very friendly and happy to recommend other bars in the area to check out.

Had dinner at Kobe Ninja House Japanese Grill in Bangor, and it was a delightful experience! We opted for the standard hibachi: I had the chicken, while my companion chose the chicken, steak, and shrimp combo. The dishes were cooked to perfection, with generous portions and flavorful accompaniments like fried rice and vegetables. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we indulged in their special cocktails: the Valentine’s Love on the Rocks and the Cupid Flirtini. Both were delicious and added a festive touch to our meal. The atmosphere was lively, and our chef’s performance made the evening entertaining. Service was prompt and friendly; our drinks arrived right on time. Overall, Kobe Ninja House offers a fun and interactive dining experience. We look forward to returning!

It was a short walk from my hotel so it was very nice that the food was amazing! The service and wait staff all 5 stars. Very quick and friendly.. Ended up ordering The famous platter of garlic sauce beef..seevice with fried rice, came with miso soup and salad.with ginger dressing. Also ordered shrimp tempura for appetizers . The cocktails came out nice and strong Highly recommend if you are in the area or the from the area..

First time trying Kobe today for lunch. Won't be the last. Very nice atmosphere, clean restaurant. Convenient location near the mall. We ordered hot and cold sake while we perused the extensive menu. The restaurant is divided into the hibachi area and the regular restaurant. We decided to order a few rolls after eating our salad (crunchy with plenty of ginger dressing) and miso soup. We shared the Manhattan roll and Incredible roll and both were beautifully presented and delicious. We'll definitely go back. There were so many rolls to choose from, not to mention several Thai dishes, hand rolls, and sashimi. Everything was fresh and so yummy! So happy that we finally tried Kobe. Highly recommend. Updated 7/10: another great lunch. I'm convinced this is the best sushi in the Bangor area. We enjoyed a Manhattan, Alaskan Beauty, Crazy Ninja, and Incredible rolls. All excellent. The food was excellent. The steak was tender, shrimp was perfect, and the lobster was but delish! The noodles and rice were fantastic! The chef was amazing. It was a blast to watch the show and all the tricks with the veggies! He got a good tip! 😉 Just a 411, it was extremely hot in the restaurant (I mean extremely), not just warm. For anyone that comes here, take this into consideration, wear light clothing. I'm just saying. The waitress was unexceptable. She didn't honor our reservation very well. Had an attitude. Then, she stopped helping us all together until another party member, which wasn't even with us, said something to her. The seating can be awkward.

Such a cool experience here! The prices are good, food is amazing and very different for this area and the atmosphere is very fun (but kind of loud) 😅 My family and I got 6 appetizers & 4 entrees and our bill was $160 so not bad at all! Our waiter was very good as well.

Despite being short staffed, our experience was exceptional. Hunter, our server, kept us entertained and happy! Presentation was beautiful and all of our food was served fresh and delicious. Sashimi was hands down best in town. Will definitely return!

Hate to leave a bad review, but this food especially for the cost was an instant regret. I’m not sure if this is good for the area but this was definitely the worst Japanese food I’ve ever had. I’m not even sure what I got was actually hibachi, the sushi almost tasted stale and cheap. Everything lacked flavor. Maybe it was just an off experience but based off this visit, I wouldn’t go back. Pleasantly surprised as I was expecting this to be completely different. My experience with the hostess was different than others and it was a pleasant experience with staff, just the food was really just not good. Almost $100 of food and we had to go get food somewhere else after. Only leaving this in hopes maybe it’s new chefs or something and someone will make a needed change!

Updated: Dropped my rating from a 4 to a 2 after the owner tracked me down on Instagram AFTER arguing with me here after I left what I thought was a very fair review. Definitely won't go back nor recommend to friends. Original review: Cozy restaurant offering a limited menu of Mediterranean/Greek options. I really wanted to give Utopia 5 stars. I love Greek food, and the atmosphere is really nice inside. Pros: the spinach pie was excellent, topped with crispy phyllo. Neutral: The Utopia appetizer plate was okay. Nice housemade hummus accompanied by warm naan. Uninspired tomatoes and cucumbers adorned the plate, along with some pickled cucumbers and peppers, which we enjoyed. The falafel was dry. I would have enjoyed some stuffed grape leaves and other traditional Greek appetizers on the plate. Maybe some nice olives? I was thoroughly confused by the chicken parmesan on the menu. Although my husband ordered it and enjoyed it. The portion was HUGE! Easily enough for 2 or even 3 people. But that definitely isn't Greek and isn't even Mediterranean. It's American, but for lack of souakibor gyros on the menu, that's what he settled on. The portions were large enough that we didn't have room for dessert, but did ask to see the menu. Pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate cake, baklava and cannoli? Again, I was confused by the cannoli, cheesecake, etc. I would have liked to see more traditional Greek dishes. There was a duck entree that looked interesting, as well as mushroom pasta and butternut squash ravioli. Again, not anything expected from a Greek restaurant. We had a nice meal, but I felt it was overpriced. 2 glasses of house wine, the appetizer plate, chicken parmesan and spanikopita came to $124 before the tip. I'm not sure we'll go back. Bangor doesn't have a ton of choices when it comes to fine dining, but sadly Utopia won't be added to our rotation. Good food (not amazing). Good presentation. But not worth the price they're charging. Even if it is locally sourced. Friendly staff and good service. If a restaurant charges $30-$50 for an entree, it should come with a soup or salad, or at least some bread.

The service was impeccable but beware of paying through the nose for the specials... we ordered the special appetizer chickpea and kelp fritters in a marinara sauce. They were just okay, not worth $19 for a starter. I ordered the special "vegan filet mignon" over black garlic risotto. The risotto dish was a small portion and had too much heat from the chilies. I barely touched the risotto but didn't want to send the dish back because the vegan filet (made from jackfruit) was very special. I was shocked to see a $47 charge for that dish. Our meal was extraordinarily expensive for not a lot of food. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly because of their lack of transparent pricing. However, the drinks were excellent and as long as you understand the cost of menu items clearly listed, hopefully you won't end up as disappointed as I was.

My husband (culinary trained), our daughter and her husband who both manage and cook for separate restaurants and I (a self-trained Martha/Julia) were here for a day-after-Father's Day dinner. We began with Alaskan Crab legs which were yummy and fresh along with the Shaved Ribeye Crostini.. Ribeye, whipped feta, balsamic picked red onion and roasted Roma tomatoes. Tender, tasty and terrific! Also ordered: The Duck Steak Pesto gnocchi with Prawns Fried chicken with lots of spices. The Duck? Scrummy. Steak? Superb. The chicken? Delicious and tender. The Prawns with presto gnocchi? The gnocchi was lovely, not so the prawns. A bit dry. Overall the accompaniments to the main dish were well planned and executed with just the right amount of zing and zang. The presentation was spot on. We ended our meal with 2 canolli's or is it 2 canolli? Regardless, they were delicious and had just enough sweetness and creaminess to top offa meal that I would taste overall, an 8. I was surprised at how slow it was (good for us as we didn't need to wait for anything) but disappointed in how dirty the rest room was. Glad they don't cook in there as it didn't affect our meal. Lol Go, enjoy, have fun.

OMG this has got to be the best restaurant in Bangor. Justin was the absolute best server and his recommendations were phenomenal. The risotto, steak, crostini’s, everything were outstanding! Farm to table and when they say farm to table he means it. Everything down to the grenadine is scratch made!!

We ordered Moussaka and Brined Duck. But duck did not smell good and Moussaka did not have enough salt. Overall, the price was so expensive than its quality.

Went there before a concert. Walking distance to the Amphitheatre. Lots of craft beer and cocktail options. Even a thc beverage for the non alcohol drinkers. Meal was delicious and lots of seating. Seating is laid out well so you can have a conversation and not hear the table next to you. Great view from the deck as well!

I loved the riverfront deck, solid house beers, and pub menu at Sea Dog Bangor. I found the bartenders friendly, seating spacious, and beer flights ideal for sampling. Lobster rolls were ok. Tuna sushimi was delicious. Overall, good spot for a pint and food.

Not our ffirst visit. Good food as always. This was the first time that our server was not good. Very few customers to explain her prolonged absence. Asked another server to find our server. One of the few times that we left a small tip. Great merchandise counter.

Mac (Mackenzie) was our server - wonderful person who loves her job. We shared the best ever clam chowder & huge fish dinner that Mac split for us. Tasty Blueberry Ale.

Everything was great, except the hostess. We arrived a little over an hour before closing, and she made sure to tell us to be sure to have our orders in before they close?! Like ok ma'am, if it takes an hour to place an order, maybe this place is the issue? Our server was absolutely amazing, sweet, kind, prompt and wonderful! Food was delicious, drinks were great, and dessert was out of this world! Other than the not so friendly hostess, we had zero complaints!! Oh and we ate and paid well before closing!!

Nice place for a seafood lunch or dinner. Waitress was young and able to keep up with several tables, seafood linguini was excellent. Order the bread, as it is worth the cost. Clam Chowder is nice and chunky with great potatoes. Ability to choose outdoor dining is nice. We enjoyed the food and used it as our yardstick as we sampled seafood up and down the coast. We highly recommend Sea Dog. Liked it enough to buy their tee shirt and give them free advertising😜

I got a beer flight and the turkey. BLT. Food was good. The blueberry and sun were my favorite beers. Service was good.

With mixed reviews, we decided to try it before we hit the casino. Everything was great! The atmosphere and staff was friendly. The food was on point. I had a cesear salad with nice big plump grilled shrimp. Plenty of dressing on the side, croutons, freshly shredded mozzarella and crisp romaine lettuce. Ooh, and if they offer you a roll. Take it! You will not be disappointed. My boyfriend had the ham club with the Zippidy-Do-Dah fries. He thought it all was delicious. We will be back. :)

I came in after work and got the spinach and artichoke dip and Moscow mule, India was my server and she was amazing! The food and drinks were great! India did exactly what I wanted without even telling her. All I wanted to do was have something to eat and have a drink and sit in peace without being bothered, I'm a mother of 4 and needed a break, she brought what I ordered and went about her business. I highly recommend this place and ask for India! For the owners, give that girl a raise, she deserves it! Thank you India! You were great!

Good little Irish pub. Menu was decent and the service was great. If you are looking for good Irish comfort food and a selection of beer give Geaghan's pub a shot.

Ordered a Pub Cheese Burger with Pub Fries. The meal came with a side of coleslaw, very gross coleslaw at that. The “Pub Cheese” appeared to be melted taco blend cheese on top. The whole burger lacked flavor. The floor was dirty, the table was sticky and the restaurant smelled like old seafood. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the Kings Pine IPA was decent. I was really disappointed with my experience after hearing good things about this place over the years.

This pub is the perfect definition of a fun, lively spot that makes you want to keep drinking and enjoying the night. The moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great time. Our server was incredibly friendly, helped us decide on portions, and gave us great insight into the food. The atmosphere was fantastic, with Irish music playing the whole time and decor that truly enhanced the experience. We were there for the vibe, and it did not disappoint! One of the highlights was the nightly events—they have something going on every night, even on weekdays. We happened to visit on karaoke night, which made the evening even more entertaining. This place came highly recommended by locals, and I can see why. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great pub experience in Bangor!

Great Pub with traditional Irish fare. We were promptly seated and the staff was attentive and friendly. There is ample outdoor seating available. Enjoy the Cottage Pie was delicious and filling. The fries we ordered as an appetizer were crispy and hot. Nice atmosphere and many families were enjoying a meal.

Mixed emotions here. Atmosphere is great in the thick of Bangor but execution is hit and miss. Certain dishes are great but then again a burnt chicken tender in the mix. Not sure overall.

The staffs are really friendly and nice. The restaurant owns good vibe! We met an old friend and had really good conversation here :) The food is good! Especially butternut squad salad with grill chicken. Beers are well served too. Recommended

Had the fish and chips and clam chowder in a bread bowl with a couple local beers on the outside area. Very nice and shady out there and dog friendly outside.

Went when they had live Irish music....LOVED! Our waitress wasn't the best as she served a charcuterie board missing items and when asked she said they were out and then asked if ee wanted certain items instead, we said yes but never saw her again. Also got a Cesar salad with literally lettuce and dressing no croutons or cheese etc. But overall a pleasant experience due to the music.

Mid-day Saturday visit, restaurant was about 3/4 full. Took the host a few minutes to seat us. Took quite a while for waitress to bring menus. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to share. She brought out the drinks and appetizer but no napkins or silverware. After continuing to be ignored, we asked another person for napkins, which she brought, but still no silverware. A long time later, our food finally came. “Is there anything else I can get you?” “Yes, how about some silverware.” After we finished eating came the longest wait - waiting for our check. Very few customers remained at this point, and I have no idea where the staff were. That said, we enjoyed our food, and the ambience was nice, a typical pub atmosphere. The restaurant is centrally located, and has indoor and outdoor seating.

Moe’s BBQ was absolutely amazing for our wedding! The food was a big hit with all of our guests, everyone loved it and kept going back for seconds. The team made everything super easy and seamless, from setup to service. We were also thrilled to be able to keep the leftovers, which were just as delicious the next day. Highly recommend Moe’s for any event, you won’t be disappointed!

Food is delicious! Usually very quick service. Staff very friendly and attentive. Helpful when trying to chose something different. I struggle, when I find something new I tend to stick with it. I wanted to try something different and staff didn't let me down. I got the pulled pork salad with a side of beans. Make sure you eat the corn bread. It is yummy. 😋

This is a regular stop for us on the way North or South. It’s the best Barbeque I’ve had north of the Mason Dixon line. The service has always been great, tables promptly cleaned. Not fancy but a wonderful place to eat good food.

The tofu is great, some of the best we've had and we really appreciate that. Potato salad is good, too, unique. But there's too much sugar in the food in general. Couldn't eat the cole slaw, cucumber salad or corn bread. I wish they'd cut the sugar in half and add more herbs and spices. And I'd love some hot sauces. BBQ sauce is too mild and too sweet.

We went on Saturday and I got brisket! It was so good! I also got the potato casserole thing and had cornbread with it. And I got the Mississippi mud pie. It was so freaking good. I didn't think it would be enough food lol but it was. It was so good and I left there full and happy.♥️♥️♥️

I'm from the deep South. I have a hard time finding BBQ joints that are Southern quality in the North. This is one of those places. This tasted like home. They don't have a sampler, which is my only very slight complaint. They did, however, let me get a kids plate and add all the different barbecued goodness as sides. It cost me like $22 to get everything that I wanted like that plus a drink. I'm definitely going back.

Food is definitely not fresh it is definitely microwaved, it is gross and expensive half of it was inedible. the front of house person was preparing the food. Spent 60 bucks to try it for the first time and am so disappointed. My mom didn't even get what she ordered. Truly disappointed will not be back. Call. To complain took the food back and was told that I would only get $40 of the nearly 100 that I spent because they only give 50% refunds. Apparently the owner is who I spoke to and he told me that there was nothing wrong with the food. They can't even admit when they messed up. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. This place is a scam..

Mostly take out now since COVID. Three tables to sit and eat. I ate in. Pay cash get 10% off currently. Food and service was GREAT today. Curry with Chicken and rice. Samosa was Great. Garlic naan was perfect.

Food is so friggin good. Most recently, I just picked things I'd never had. Everything is a banger. We were the only table dining in, weekday evening, but lots of people came through to pick up their takeout orders.

First of all it a only takeout,so dont fall for it. I would suggest anyone craving Indian food try to look around and have to drive another 40 miles, do it but not here. We ordered paneer saag and naan. Naan was not cooked well and being a cook i can tell. Paneer saag was all other stuff from the kitchen but the saag itself. Lots of onion and tomatoes but the saag. ONE MORE THING- it’s highly over priced compared to food and on top its only takeout. Very limited dishes you can choose from.

I got takeout and I was not disappointed! Portions: I got a few dishes and the serving sizes were bigger than I thought they would be. It is definitely enough for two meals. Plenty of rice to go around and huge pieces of chicken and veggies, ugh so yum! Price: It is reasonable for the portion and that this is not a big chain place. I’ll gladly give money to a local place for delicious food. Time: I thought the ordering process was efficient and I picked up the order in 15 minutes! That is speedy. I would order from here again!

I went with my husband as an impromptu date an hour before close. The atmosphere was nice, and the food was awesome! Gave me a little taste of home. The chicken makhni and mango lamb were flavorful, and the mango lassi was refreshing. The kulfi at the end really tied it all together. Would recommend if you’re looking for Indian food in the Bangor area!

Spent a couple nights in Bangor and multiple locals suggested this place. They had an amazing selection of treats! Definitely 4 star worthy, I will visit again. Great service, clean and tasty.

One of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had. The crust was very light and crispy perfection. The sauce was very tasty, nice tang, a really well balanced pie. I picked up some rolls and cream horns to bring home, they look amazing. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for these high quality product. I am probably lucky I live over two hours away, I would be in here several times a week otherwise.

Frank's bake shop should be the first and only choice for your custom cakes! After having no luck getting a Bingo cake for our daughter's 3rd birthday, we called Frank's. Not only were they super helpful and patient with me, as I called a few times to change things around, but the cake came out way better than expected, and it was extremely delicious! When we arrived to pick up the cake, the woman at the counter was kind and helped make our daughter's day very special! We will absolutely be using Frank's for all our special occasions, and they will be my first and only call!

This is our favorite place to come for sandwiches, coffee and, of course, pastries! They also have a variety of meals for take home, as well as pizza, bread, and much more. I also want to note that the young women who take the orders are unfailingly friendly and give exceptional service. I could go on and on, but I particularly want to mention that they have more gluten free options than any other place in this area. We have been and will continue to be frequent customers. Interestingly, we almost always encounter our friends here and also enjoy the friendliness of many of the other customers. So grateful to have a place like Frank's Bakery!

Their cookie/cake section is my favorite. It’s absolutely phenomenal. The frosting is super rich and creamy, it goes along with the light and fluffy cookie base perfectly and makes your mouth water. They have amazing decorating skills too. The way the frosting layers with each other is so delicate and elegant, it melts in your mouth. I also really like their crunchy and cheesy pizza along with their massive selection of pastries and donuts.

Franks is the absolute BEST! My family has been going here for years. No matter what you order it is always amazing. Their decorated sugar cookies are my personal favorite, and anytime we go for lunch the food is delicious. The whole family and all the employees are also incredibly nice and helpful.

We've always liked Franks and ordered cakes from here before but the recent one I got was very sweet. It was a gluten free lemon cake for my 1 year old son's birthday. Maybe it's the lemon flavor that's exceptionally sweet but it was almost inedible. Otherwise, the blueberry filling and whipped butter cream tastes great. I want to let you know so I'm putting this out here. It was quite expensive and I was bummed I couldnt eat much of it. Please do a taste test next time you make a custom cake

Wonderful spot for a quick, delicious bite and surprisingly good cup of drip coffee. I got the Maple Burger and it was amazing! My wife got the SW Salad and added chicken. Hers was really good too, only downside was the chicken came straight from a plastic bag and it was served cold. Would have been nice to have it hot. But that’s being picky. Really, the overall experience was great!

Always a great experience. We were able to sit outside which was nice! Great staff, greater food. My personal favorite is the Santa Fe Salad. If you're a steak and cheese lover, that was also exceptional. They have specialty drinks as well, I had one that was peanutbutter and chocolate flavored which was to die for!

We love our breakfast sandwiches in NJ. But the SMH breakfast sandwich has surpassed any breakfast sandwich I've ever had. In fact, I ordered it twice in a row for breakfast and a latte. I literally dreamt about it and woke up and told my partner, yeah we're getting the sandwich again. Do not hesitate to order from here!! I'm still thinking about it, and I wish was there another day to enjoy just one more ...

The Grind House is hands down one of my favorite spots! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently great. Their food is just as impressive, it’s flavorful, and made with well. I especially appreciate their vegan options, which can be hard to find at smaller coffee shops. Whether I’m grabbing a quick cup to go or settling in for a bite, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

The smell is always inviting walking by so after 2 months of going by every day to work I finally stopped in. The drink I got was absolutely wonderful, the PBC. Peanut butter chocolate and coffee, um yes please. I my breakfast burrito was expertly well made and didn't fall apart like so many others do. For being so short staffed the batista and short order were efficient and constantly smiling. A real breakfast jewel in the Heart of The Queen City.

It is hard to resist the House of Grind and once I heard I had to come quickly. In the morning they offer coffee, eggs and pastries. It has a quasi diner feel. The grind pastries had their own profiles and the maple glazed bun connected with me. It was oh oh oh so good and I swallowed the whole pastry without even remembering whether it was the maple or the pumpkin. You might feel guilty afterward, but it sure went down well with Grind coffee. I am sure I will be back to Grind looking for a new type of pastry soon.

I had the coffee flight and I cannot believe more coffee shops are not doing this! I get to try 4 of their specialty coffee’s instead of just one. As a coffee fanatic this is the best idea I’ve ever seen! And I loved every one in the flight. Best coffee in Bangor! I also had a Farmer Dan’s bowl which was so filling that it will definitely hold me through my busy morning.

This is my favorite restaurant in Bangor. The food is always made with the freshest ingredients and the flavors are great. The portions are generous. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like. I’m moving out of the area and I’m going to miss this restaurant. Support this business!

Had the rare beef pho and as somebody from Vietnam, I can genuinely say this place was fantastic. The food was delicious and went beyond my expectations. Fair warning the restaurant has very limited seating. My family and I dined outside.

I love their food very authentic and delicious and i have been here quite a few times, however i have NEVER had a good experience with the young girl at the counter. she’s always rude and acts entitled probably cuz she’s the owners daughter or something but there’s no reason to act that way literally every single time. ridiculous. but great food!

This place deserves more attention. I don't write reviews often but the food here was THAT good I had to leave one. I recently moved to Bangor and was craving Vietnamese. I saw the reviews here and figured this place would do the trick but this little family restaurant blew me out of the water. Don't let first impressions fool you. Food was pretty good . The broth was flavorful. However, the steak was way too fatty. Wifey usually gets that steak and shrimp and although she ate it, she says it left more to be desired. I had the chicken and shrimp, which was pretty good. Really liked the presentation of the food when it comes to take-out orders. All and all, we enjoyed the experience. Definitely one of the best places for Pho in or near Bangor, ME.

If I could leave 0's across the board I would. The quality is not there. The deli meat and cheese is low quality, and the bread kind of stale or overcooked? Also Robert Kerns makes that place a toxic environment. Soon enough it'll just be a flop house for his friends without walls. All well, used to be a great place. I'll never go back.

We had been meaning to stop by, and finally did a couple of days ago. All I can say is that you get better meat and a bigger sandwich at any gas station or grocery store. The price for what you get is very unreasonable, very little meat and ZERO taste. If you like the bread(which I very much did), just go to the bakery that they get it from....make your own sandwich!

We got the meatball subs and the meat was extremly cold it seemed like it was thrown in the microwave and left till someone ordered it

10/8/25 My husband and I stopped at Eagles Nest Restaurant after hearing it was a local favorite and it did not disappoint. I ordered the lobster roll and lobster stew and both were unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. Every bite was packed with tender lobster and it truly felt like a taste of the coast. Which is what I wanted to experience when I’m on this side of the country. The quality and portion were amazing for the value and I honestly wish every restaurant served lobster like this. The service was friendly and quick and the whole place had that cozy local vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. If we lived nearby I would absolutely come here every day. A true hidden gem for seafood lovers and one of those places that makes you fall in love with simple delicious food done right.

A friend took us here, and usually they say there was a wait of at least 20 to 30 minutes. But we got right in, the food was really good, i would just cut back a bit on the mayo in the lobster roll, other than that it was great. Three of us had lobster rolls, and one had clams, nobody complained, and everybody was full. The portions were very good and a value for what we paid. The seafood platter was humongous we all joked about it, we thought it would take 3 people to finish that for sure. I would return again on my next trip to Bangor.

Nicely "perched" by the river. The food was excellent and reasonable for local seafood. We both had the haddock, which was crispy-fried, but still flaky and moist. French Fries were really tasty and the cole slaw was too. Definitely a spot to head to when in the area. Known for it's lobster roll and pies. The service was great and food came out fast.

One of the better lobster rolls I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot) It was piled high with meat and they gave a generous side of melted butter with it, even the fries were good. It was very fast service too- it only took like 10 min to get the food. Granted, I was there on a weekday at 430p I’m sure it’s busier during lunch & dinner rush or on the weekend. Very reasonable price for the roll too considering how it was piled high with meat. I’d def go back!

We found this wonderful place as we were driving thru Maine. Got there around lunch time and there was a long line waiting to be seated. That was an excellent sign. We opted to order takeout. My first lobster roll and devoured the delicious chunks of lobster. We enjoyed so much we came back for clam strips for dinner. The people here are just the nicest. We were treated so well.

The food and service were excellent! Wish we could have been seated at the windows. Only one 2-top in front of the windows, and it was occupied. It looks out over the river. The whole-belly clams are extraordinary! The lobster roll was so full that I couldn't see the roll! Pricey, but worth every penny!

Best seafood platter anywhere! Cleanly deepfried and not greasy at all. So much food it was 3 meals. The lobster grilled cheese was perfect with big, sweet chunks of lobster. Best french fries I've had in years!

Okay we came for a catered rehearsal dinner and were upstairs in the deck and had a specialized menu for the event. The deck is a little broken in various sections so keep an eye on your kids. We had one child pull a shelf down that fell on top of her so they should start work on fixing the deck. Outside of that, the space was great with a lot of shade. They were so great about making sure we all had drinks and appetizers and were doing well throughout the time we were there even with 20ish people! The star of the dinner was the bacon wrapped scallops, bacon onion dip and the coconut shrimp! If those are options, you MUST get them. The cheese bacon onion goodness on the dip was out of this world. The painkiller drinks were also the best drinks we got too! Check them out!

We had a wonderful evening. We sat on the open upper deck and had a great water view of the marina and river. The food was delicious. They also have a seating area on their yard with a fire pit.

The ambiance outside is wonderful. The view of the lake and the boats added to our experience. The drinks were devine. The perfect pear was very good - maybe a pear garnish would set it off. The food was equally exceptional. Everyone cleaned their plates!

After canoeing at the marina Kimberly’s didn’t just serve a meal—it served an experience. The vibe? Immaculate. Cozy meets classy with just the right hint of magic. Horrace was an absolute legend—his food recs were fire, and yes, we listened to every word. Tyler? The man deserves a Michelin star. That salmon? I nearly proposed to it. Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth, life-altering. If you’re not dining here, you’re doing it wrong.

We came all the way from California to have Foster have to be main lobster and yes well I love cracking the shell, we both decided to get the lazy man’s lobster and there was so much of it! Fresh and wonderful with very light on butter. Kimberley was warm and welcoming, suggested two beautiful wines, and really made it a very special occasion. My husband and I loved it. Casual to nice dress and not bouggie

Okay, I had stayed away from here b/c I heard it was overpriced etc. The cheeseburger was wonderful and well worth it. All the burgers are double patties and made to order. You'll honestly spend close to as much at any fast food joint. Milkshake in about 10 different flavors. The dining area stays a bit chilly so bring a sweater.

Their hamburgers taste just like you made them yourself. Delicious!! Every chance I get, I order from Five Guys. Staff are always friendly and you get lots of extra fries, which are also tasty. Mmm, good! The cost was reasonable too. Place is clean

Amazing food... Loved the juicy burgers, perfect crispy on outside and soft inside fries.. Hot dogs were amazing! attention to detail, super friendly staff, quick service. It was soo good we had to make 2 trips in a couple days.

I recently visited a Five Guys location and was thoroughly impressed by the food. The burgers were juicy, the fries were overflowing (in the best way), and the quality was far beyond what I usually expect from a fast food chain. You really get your money’s worth here—huge portions and genuinely delicious food. However, the experience was slightly overshadowed by a concerning moment during our visit. One of the female employees repeatedly shouted, "Do you know how many different meds I'm on?!"—not once, but multiple times. It was loud, disruptive, and made several of us in the dining area uncomfortable. While I understand that working in food service can be stressful, this kind of behavior felt unprofessional and a bit alarming. That said, I’d still recommend this location for the food alone—just hoping the management is aware and addresses situations like that to maintain a more comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Everything about the restaurant was awesome! Staff were asking every new customer how they were doing, and were super fast making the food. The restaurant and restroom were clean, and the food was delicious! 5☆ Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good burger!

This was our first Denny‘s during this years roadtrip. It’s one of the best looking Denny‘s we have ever been to. We love the diner style building. The food was great like always. We had two slams which one was for 1$. Can there even be a better deal? Heather did a great job and took care of us during the stay. We would definitely come again.

It has been a while since visiting Danny's. Some items (like the vegetarian skillet were taken off the menu. Luckily there is still the 55+ menu, from which I enjoyed the generous omelet dish (excluding the meat), and replacing the white bread with 14 greens. Unfortunately they were out of both the soup and the fresh fruit mixture drink (which is why I gave it 4 and not 5). The strawberry banana smoothie was good. I was sorry to hear from the waitress that many Danny's were closed, and googled that, I can say that unfortunately this is true.

I loved everything about it. The atmosphere smelled like chocolate milk and I love that. The food is so adorable, and wonderful. If you say it isn’t, you’re a hater. The restaurant only had 2 workers in all and it was busy but they told their time and was respectful.

I love Denny's. It is the only one near where we are located. The food and service are always really good. This specific time I went I was really impressed more with how much they care for each other. They were making sure each other had eaten and weren't too taxed by the day. That made my heart happy and is just worth noting. Great food, great atmosphere and the pricing is definitely good.

2 stars only for food taste and price. The whole time we were there a woman in the back was singing very loud to the music that was also too loud. Also the music wasn’t what I would consider family friendly. I could barely hear my waitress or even my husband sitting next to me, we had to lean into each other to talk. Will not be returning any time soon considering this has been an issue for years at this location.

It's Denny's... Nice building and diner atmosphere. You either love their food or thankful for an affordable meal and a full belly. One of my favorite stops when passing through Bangor.

Whoever the manager was, she was awesome! She was definitely the hardest worker there. She was seating, taking orders, directing kitchen staff, pushing the employees, but staying upbeat and super friendly! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely going back soon!

I was excited to try this place after hearing mostly good things about it and finding myself near one. I tried to order something down the middle and let the drinks stand for themselves. My first impression of the store was the drive through menu’s right screen was severely damaged, but working. The young man whom took my order entertained a few of my first timer questions and took my order. We wound up with an iced caramel coffee and a large hot vanilla latte. Happy with 2 cups of coffee on the cheap! As we rolled up to the window, I could see a flurry of activity on the other side of it along with some indistinguishable yelling. An older woman with a wild-eyed look flung the window open and looked at me with a surpised look as if I wasn’t expected. She gathered herself, asked for payment, processed it, and handed my card back. Upon returning, she was yelling at someone in the kitchen then without turning or breaking eye contact with that person, handed me the two drinks, and closed the window. The transaction was apparently complete. Driving away I noticed the my latte was extremely hot, not necessarily a problem as I wanted hot coffee, but maybe it needed a sleeve. Regardless, I drove down the road for a short time waiting for the coffee to cool and was finally ready to have my first drink of this delectable coffee I’ve heard so much about! What was I rewarded with once I got that first drink down? Well, the same as the second and third drinks and that was nothing. What I believed myself to be tasting was hot, watered down milk. I got down the road further to another coffee shop before I could verify. What I found in the cup was a light brown liquid that appeared to be coffee, but was lacking the key quality of tasting like coffee. Now I can’t say the coffee was without merit as the caramel iced coffee was decent. I will likely avoid TH in the future going forward

The excitement to be from Seattle and be able to get Tim Hortons anywhere other than Canada on a vacation was unreal! Had no idea they were state side! Was a treat to get a beverage on the way through town. Yes it may be cheap and quick but it's still a cup of coffee! Service was ok, food and drinks were to be expected. Was neat to get a choice and visit!

No more Tim Hortons in Portland so we checked it out. Staff was nice, food looked great. Donut was good and coffee was ok. We spent $9 for 2 people on breakfast.

Fast service, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast / coffee. Much more affordable than other places, too. So happy we have a Timmy's here in Maine as well pour qu'on n'ait pas à voyager jusqu'à Québec pour le visiter.

The staff were arguing a bit over the orders, Lucille was super friendly and the only person who seemed to know what was happening. Not a bad experience, just not the usual Tim Horton experience.

This was my first time to a Tim Hortons and overall it met all my expectations! I got a cold brew with Nutella cold foam on top, a cheese croissant and some tidbits to share. The older lady at the register was so helpful and pleasant. HOWEVER, there were two younger girls (either teens or early 20’s) who were extremely unprofessional and outwardly rude to the lady helping me at the register. Loudly saying rude things, rolling their eyes, rude body language all in front of the 5 or so people in the lobby. I mentioned something to the register lady that I was sorry she had to deal with unprofessional coworkers and another lady from the lobby joined in so clearly this is an ongoing or often thing. I feel awful for not catching names because those two girls need their behavior checked. Other than that, the food and coffee were good.

Better than Dunkin, Special shout out to Bruce! Always get a warm welcome and I don't believe I have ever had my order made wrong at this location. Good to see familiar faces each visit! Try a Mocha ice cap with espresso, You'll love it!

This was my first time trying this burger and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! The bun was super soft, the chicken inside was tender, and the bacon added a perfect crispy, smoky flavor. The fresh tomato and lettuce made it really refreshing. The fries were amazing too. And the cherry lemonade was so refreshing and tasty—such a perfect combo!

Couldn't wait to get my chicken sandwich with cheese. It was great. They had an unexpected power failure that day. It affected a few blocks. The crew did a great job. Everyone in drive through staff were kind , courteous and helpful. I had just picked up my aunt from hospital. They got all orders spot on correct and were soo sweet at the pickup. Ty!!!!

1st time there! Food was good! Felt welcomed it was a nice place! But the person taking the order doesn't really listen to what we ordered luckily we ate our takeout order in the parking lot or I would of trusted I have everything and would of continued our 2 hour ride back home! We gotten it fix with no issues! The food was very delicious! The waffle cut chips/fries are really good, tastes very much like home cut and cooked chips/fries! First time ever to a Chick-Fil-A this past week! The place was bright, clean and orderly. My family and I were greeted with a friendly cashier - very helpful with the menu. The service was prompt with our order. We ate in. A vase with a flier on every table. Our second visit was the same as the first. I must say that we were very impressed. The food as delicious, which is probably why we went back a second time! (We we’re travelling on vacation)

The food is fine (I'm just not a big fan.. my kids like it) The waffle fries are outstanding! Girl who took our order was very sweet, but the ppl filling the orders really need to read the ticket. I had something missing that I asked for and needed. They were all very polite though.

I had a great experience at this pizza spot! The crust was perfectly done—crispy on the outside with just the right amount of chew. Super busy when I went in to pick up my order of a small meat lovers pizza. For as busy as they were they were fast and efficient in getting my order to me within a few minutes. Small area if you want to dine in. Parking was limited but i was able to find parking easily. Pizza itself was delicious. They are generous with the toppings. There was meat toppings under the cheese as well. If you love a good meat topping pizza this is the place to go.

There was enough parking and plenty of seats inside. The food was good, and they gave out a 2 liter soda for any large pizza order. The staff were nice and the seats/tables were clean. They had hats on sale and even had a gumball machine in the entrance. 4☆! Good pizza place!!!!

We came to Angelo’s based on reviews. We ordered the house deep dish pizza and it was stacked with meat! We ordered a small pizza and it was enough for two! Loved, loved it!!

Angelo's to the rescue! We ordered lunch for 20 from another restaurant. Some how dates got mixed up and other caterer could not fulfill. This left us embarrassed in front of a client. One call to Angelo's and they had several large pizzas, grilled chicken, a large salad, drinks, plates, silverware... you name it, delivered within 30 minutes! All of it delicious. Mind you we called during the lunch hour to place our emergency order. Just incredible. On top of that the service, from who took the order to who made the delivery, was outstanding. Keep it up Angelo's! Everyone give them a try.

Hole in the wall. DON'T MISS IT! Fast efficient, and accurate ordering. Very friendly service from a family-run business. Can't get much better than that. We tried the Hawaiian pizza and the cheese pizza. $31 including the free 2L Root beer. Highly recommend for a quick meal in the area!

Stopped in for a last minute lunch and was not disappointed. I got a garden salad and a bambino sized pineapple pizza. I definitely regret not getting a larger pizza but I’ll be back when I’m back in the area. I ate the pizza so fast I forgot to take a picture but snapped one of my salad. My son got a BBQ chicken pizza and said it was the best pizza he’s ever had and he’s hard to please. :)

I have recently started going to the Hammond street location. I have been traveling to Bangor for years and have never stopped in. I drove by about 3 weeks ago and stopped in and ordered a pizza and breadsticks, I was amazed on how good it was that I have been back 4 times since. Pizza was made perfect to my satisfaction. It was a large, thin crust, with lots of toppings, cooked well done. We ordered and picked it up within 15 minutes.

This place is disgusting! I used to work there so trust me, I’ve seen mice, mice droppings, bugs in and outside of the lettuce, hair in the sour cream, they used the same plunger that has been used in toilets and floor drains on the lemonade machine, they put new stickers over the old ones, most things are either not labeled or labeled wrong, meat is cooked on the side of the grill that is only for veggies so I apologize to all the non meat eaters about that news. I’ve seen them serve raw chicken MULTIPLE times. Sadly the GM is racist as he fired a black man who worked harder there than anybody else, for peacefully sticking up for himself ( by saying what the gm was doing was a violation and not okay) which he was CORRECT, and fired that man’s friend as well, he also put a restraining order on those same men not even allowing them to get food. Corporate they take NO action. The communication that happens there is honestly so disappointing. They have made an ice bath with the daily used mop bucket. And there’s just so much more. It honestly sucks that I even have to say this!

I’m genuinely frustrated with the service I received today in Bangor, Maine. I called and placed a very detailed order, specifically asking for all three meats. What I received was completely off — it’s like the moment you place an order over the phone, it’s guaranteed to come out wrong. I didn’t order a soup, drain the damm water off before putting it in the bowl. I’ve noticed a concerning pattern here — it feels like no one really cares about getting things right. Whether it’s the roads, the restaurants, the hospitals, or even the weather — everything in Bangor seems to fall short. But at the very least, getting a simple food order correct shouldn’t be too much to ask. I’ll give credit where it’s due — the spicy chicken was actually great. But the rest of my dinner? Completely off. At this point, it’s clear I’m better off cooking at home. No more takeout for me — this just isn’t worth it anymore.

Had never been to a chipotles so was quite excited. But this place ain’t it. Firstly it was packed so figured it must be good. But then the person serving me was pretty rude actually .. and just cared about getting out as much product with seemingly zero regard for customers. But regardless. That was not the bigger issue. This place is actually disgusting. Dirtiest restaurant I’ve probably ever been in. Food everywhere. All over the floors, spills everywhere, every table disgusting, pop machine also had 3 flavours that were out of syrup so just was gross. But I honestly felt kinda gross eating there, the food wasn’t that great and the atmosphere was awful, so so dirty. Don’t understand the chipotle hype and will not be returning.

My meal was good, but this location is understaffed for the amount of traffic. Spent at least 10 minutes standing on line before I got to the front (line was literally out the door), multiple tables were still dirty from the previous customer, all garbage cans were full or nearly full, multiple drink dispensers were empty. The staff on the line were doing a good job with what they had and again, I enjoyed my food, but this location would benefit greatly from staffing at least another 1–2 employees at peak times to get the line moving faster and take better care of the dining room.

I have seriously had enough of the lack of cleaning and workmanship at this place. Not one worker likes their job there, they ignore people when asked to do their job, I have countless times had to clean the tables for other people to even sit to eatz and I've mentioned to the front 5 times about the hot water in the bathrooms being so hot someone like a kid with soft skin could get very burnt if not warned or fixed. And still till this day it's not fixed. Boils down to this place should be canned for a better business

Came by about 1:30pm place was packed line almost going into the road and man... these guys kept the line going, brought back the meaning of fast food and it came out hot and got everything right for a family of five. This McDonald's or at least it's afternoon staff is on point.

We went through the drive thru at Odlin road location in Bangor, the server at the window was slow. She picked up my cup the cover came off and spilled down the cup put that cup inside another cup and passed it through. NOT IMPRESSED. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water with no flavor.

Another dunkin! They crew was quick to let us know they were out of some ingredients before we ordered to help expedite the plorsering and save the disappointment. Store was relatively clean with no vagrants hanging around outside!

Visited this very same location yesterday sometime after supper. We went inside to order to find a competent, energetic, albeit very busy employee. Asked politely if we could wait for her to take our order, we noticed the absence of employees at this location. After a short wait, she came ,with a (weary!!) smile and asked what she could do for us. My friend asked if she was the only employee working to which she replied yes. We placed our order, 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and 4 doughnuts. She prepared our take out order promptly with a smile and delightful conversation, all while continuing to take orders from the drive through. To this visit and this employee, we give 5 stars. Would give more if possible!!!! Today. Around 2:30-2:45. Visited this same location to find a disrespectful, hurried, irritated employee who took our order, (almost exactly the same order as yesterday, sans 2 doughnuts), with an annoyed countenance. My attempt at light conversation was met with bitter replies. One sandwich in my order was incorrectly prepared. To this visit I would give the food 4 stars. It was good except for the one sandwich. Service.... If I could possibly give negative stars I would give -*****. Minus 5. Which also affects Atmosphere which would be minus as well.

I was very excited to find a hotel directly next door to a Dunkin. But I was then disappointed when I found out that they don't have snacking bacon right now, because they usually like to cook it and let it sit out for a while before they serve it. Gross. The guy at the window refused to cook it fresh. Edit: Annnnd I didn't get a straw.

Wait until corporate revamps this place to go back. They drop your food loose in the bag, with no wrapping or protective paper. And if you try to call them to ask about that, the phone is mysteriously busy for over 10 minutes... in 2025... when call waiting is common. Do they take their phone off the hook so they won't have to answer the phone? I don't know, but they're not professional enough for me to trust the food that comes out of here again.

We drove to Maine all the way from New York. After a long drive and a hassle to find a hotel. We ended up in a hotel right next to this Dunkin location. Pleased to have a Dunkin Donuts next to us. But our pleasure soon became a nightmare as soon as we entered this store. Today around 2:00 - 3:00 pm there was this specific employee, (A lady to be precise) was so rude and disrespectful, who made us feel totally uncomfortable to place our order. She gave one word answers and neglecting our freedom to place an order. Even there other male employee felt bad for how she treated us and he came and took care of our order. We were left speechless. I dont what she was going through, maybe she had a bad day or she doesn't like to work or she didnt like our skin color. But thats not the way to treat customers and visiters to your beautiful town and state. I would say its an utter disappointment for our visit in Maine. Driving back to NYC with a bad experience. Unfortunately from now onwards, when I hear the word Maine. This bad and hurtful experience is always going to be in my mind..

Never been to Papa John's before thought we would give it a try! We get handed a menu, no updated prices actually no prices at all. No advertisements on the wall for specialty pizzas or prices. Decided on a 12-in extra pepperoni, was $20.01! Cashier recommended taking a penny from the gratuity jar, then the manager speaks up and says Just so you know that's our tip jar! Which I already dropped two bucks into! I said it's only a penny, we brought him in two pennies to make it right, he couldn't even look at us in the eye! Pizza's okay service manager has not very customer friendly. I'm a server myself so I know how tips work, it's just a penny! Pizza was overrated but again first timers.

Overall, I can only really rate the food, as all I did was go inside to pick up the order I had placed online earlier. I ordered 2 items. One was good, the other not so much. The Papa Bowl, which is essentially a pizza without the crust, tasted very good👌 If I were you, I'd stick with this avenue of food. I also had ordered a dessert. That, sadly, was sub par. It was supposed to be an oreo dough bite. I tasted the dough, but that was it. The Oreo part was very underwhelming. I'll probably go back, but I'll order just savory things next time.

Papa John's has consistently been our favorite pizza chain, and our recent experience during a major storm while we were stuck in a hotel only solidified our appreciation for them. Despite not having a Papa John's in our town, we were pleasantly surprised by their delivery service. Despite the challenging weather conditions, they managed to deliver our BBQ chicken pizza and spinach Alfredo pizza to our hotel room in a timely manner. The BBQ chicken pizza had the perfect balance of tangy barbecue sauce, tender chicken pieces, and a generous amount of cheese. The crust was just the right level of crispy, adding to the overall texture and flavor. It was a comforting treat during a stressful time. Similarly, the spinach Alfredo pizza was a creamy delight, with a rich Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, and savory cheese. Each bite was satisfying and flavorful, making our hotel stay much more enjoyable. Papa John's not only delivered delicious pizzas but also provided a ray of comfort during a challenging situation. Their reliability and quality have made us loyal fans, even though we don't have a store in our town.

Ordered a deal for 6.99 a peperoni pizza and cheese sticks to a hotel for delivery. Didn’t even knock on my door. Either left at the door step when i asked for contact delivery or didn’t confirm with me the right location. Don’t have it delivered because it won’t show up

Ordered delivery for my fiancee and I last night and we both woke up puking our guts out. Ordered an epic garlic stuffed crust pizza, got an under cooked plain cheese stuffed crust pizza instead. Way to go Papa John's, this dining experience will definitely help my fiancee recover from her eating disorder.

Tasty pizzas from a chain pizzeria. The garlic sauce that comes with it was the highlight for me. I gave 3 stars because the crew could have been more enthusiastic. Perhaps, they were having a bad day but good service always adds to the overall vibe of a store.

Just sat down to eat when I saw that order was wrong and what was correct (cheese sticks) were cold and rubbery, obviously not recently baked. Call to store and spoke with the manager Shelby. She was rude and said that their bone in wings were actually boneless now. Nothing on the menu indicated Papa John’s took wings off their menu and replaced with chicken nuggets. I honestly don’t believe that. She told me it was DoorDash’s fault that PJ’s didn’t have bone in wings anymore. DoorDash had my order to me in 25 minutes from time I ordered, and I live 8 miles away.. Those cheese sticks looked old and were cold. In that amount of time, they shouldn’t have been stone cold and rubbery. DoorDash was great with their service recovery. I didn’t want anything from Shelby but a sorry. Instead She was rude and hung up on me. I have ordered from Papa John’s since the beginning in KY. Vi couldn’t be more disappointed with this store manager Shelby,. If that’s the quality and service Papa John’s represents as a corporation, then I’m out. You can thank Shelby for that.

They have become so stingy! I just got a peperoni hamburger pizza and the hamburger pieces we're literally the size of fleas and like 1 or 2 fleas size pieces on an individual slice. I mean how do places like this stay in business? We need to hold these crappy restaurants to a higher standard.

Great sauce (I prefer sweeter sauce) everything tastes fresh and homemade unlike the chain places. Would recommend! No dine in seating however!

Walking in, I was immediately greeted with "hello, how are you!?" And I instantly felt important. The teller Danny was extremely nice, had a smile on his face the entire time he talked to me and more than happy to get my order correctly, more importantly- he wanted to make sure it was done my way as he simply put "your way is the only way". Best experience ever at a coffee shop. My girlfriend had her drink made wrong and ALL of the employees was willing to remake her drink and/or get her an entirely different one for free. Best Dunkin in Bangor/brewer ever!

Every. Single. Time I order from here there is something wrong. Why do I keep ordering from here you ask? DD automatically gives me this one when I order from work. I can’t choose a different location or I would. They totally didn’t give me my hot chocolate with espresso, the messed up my friends coffee, my other friends energy punch, and the donuts on the order. As someone that works at a restaurant.. I expect better. I expect my staff to look at their tickets and make the food correctly. This is wild to me. Now I have to leave work to go pick up my hot chocolate because God forbid I was able to get a refund. I won’t be Door dashing Dunkin anymore because it’ll being me to this store and I won’t be going back to this one again.

Great coffee shop, and this place has by far the best hasbrowns and the best bacon 🥓 and lots of options for drinks. Always great service, and usually, even if the lineups outside are long, it still goes quickly.

This location is awful. I've gone here twice in the past week and both experiences are why I won't be back. First, I ordered a 5 dollar meal. Got to the window, they tell me they were out of tortillas. They had already made my coffee, but didn't give it to me or offer me a sandwich or something as a substitute. 2nd was today. I got an iced coffee and it was literally the worst iced coffee I've ever had. It tasted burnt. I let my daughter (who works at another Dunkin location) taste it and she agreed that it was awful. I couldn't even drink it. I wish I had tasted it before I left Brewer.

I ordered a drink with my points, and I tried to use 700 points for a latte. The kid couldn't figure out how to do it, so he got his manager. She said the app can be finicky and order something else to go with it. I ordered some doughnut holes and waited for my latte. About 10 minutes later, the kid asked if I was picking up a door dash. I said no, I am still waiting for my latte. He said oh. You decided not to order it so you don't have one. SERIOUSLY, SMH. I just walked out and went to Aroma Joe's and got good service and a great latte.

Went through the drive up on Friday ask for 2 glazed sticks- git 2 chocolate sticks. Went through today asked for a glazed stick girl a plain glazed donut- Went back through to get the correct donut and so girl yells out... you gotta take that other donut back. So the girl at the windiw took it and threw it in the trash. Disgusting behavior due to their mistake!

Fantastic convenient place. I charged my EV with their charger. It worked very well. Their apple sip is great. Only one young fellow was working there on a Wednesday night. He was serving both the dinning room and the drive-thru. He was literally sprinting between the window and the counter providing great service with a smile. He deserves double pay.

This is the worst Dunkins. I haven't had a correct order for the last 4 times I've gone. The last time was when I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and got a frozen coffee. I said that's not correct and she looked at me like I had two heads and said "that's what you order". Um, no it is not and I had a witness in the car. It was another ordeal to change it out. You can tell this Dunkin only hires bottom of the barrel employees that don't care about their work or appearance. I will only be going to the second Brewer location moving forward.

This has been the only time I have debated just leaving my food and taking off from a fast food place The food came out slow it took about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to come out when there was not many people through the drive through. When they did decide to get it out it was burnt and black (They also always get my drinks wrong) The team in the back had no coordination or any sense of urgency There were people arguing in the back that completely threw off my mood Thanks to this dunkin it has ruined my morning I would have much rather have went 2 minutes up the road to the other Dunkin at 17 Schilling Dr Brewer, ME 04412 United States I recommend this one as they are fast and respectful and come out great each time I will not be going back to this dunkin and I advise you not to either

First time visiting and sad to say may be the last due to the attitude of staff. Stopped in a hour before closing. Young guy that came out from kitchen was very rude. Stated the sandwich station was closed and pizza was ok this time as if to say he would make an exception this time. Then told us we could wait either outside or in our vehicle. Pizza was good and price was average for the area.

This is a hidden gem! I love a good, crispy, thin crust pizza. This place has the perfect recipe for sauce - not too sweet. They balance the toppings with the cheese. This is my top pizza place!! Seating available outside, but I suggest you pick it up and take it home.

Local pizza shop with great daily specials, today we had the wings special, cooked in the brick oven, so no oil frying, and they were absolutely fantastic! Extra blue cheese with buffalo sauce and sweet chili sauce were so good!

Had a horrible experience here tonight. Placed my order at 5:06pm of a large sandwich and a pizza. The food was ready at 5:50 PM. No big deal on the wait time as we have had to wait plenty of times here before. When the food got home, which is just by Broadway Park, the sandwich was a bit soggy. I imagine they made the sandwich long before the pizza was ready. I probably would have been OK with it, had it been the correct sandwich (just missing the ham and cheese). I brought the sandwich back and asked for them to make it correctly and to refund the sandwich for the inconvenience. I showed him the order on my phone, which shows that it was a ham and cheese. He glanced at it, but clearly did not read it as he then asked me if I had ordered him and cheese on the sandwich when I placed the order. I said, "yes that's what I showed you" and held up my phone again to show him that it was there. He double checked the computer, which again showed what was ordered. No "I'm sorry" or "my bad." Only "ok yeah that's what you ordered." He went to refund the sandwich and tried to give me eight dollars and some change however when I added it up, it was around $10.75 without taxes. After I brought up the fact that he gave the incorrect amount, he asked me if I ordered extra of everything. I told him I wasn't sure if it was extra but that I just checked the boxes. He told me that the sandwich already came with that stuff on it and that I ordered extra toppings. I said, "either way I paid for more than what was refunded." Again, no "sorry about that" only "yeah I'm getting you your money." He finally gave me the correct amount. Mind you, I'm getting mild annoyance/attitude from him the entire time. Ok fine. After the sandwich was made, he just tossed it on the counter. Didn't tell me it was mine or even look at me to indicate that it was mine. I asked him if it was my sandwich. He said yes. After all of that, I said, "wow ok thanks for letting me know." I started walking out and he says, "being rude will get you nowhere." I walked right back through that door and said, "excuse me? You were the one giving me attitude and not paying attention after I gave you the correct information and then didn't even tell me that the sandwich you tossed on the counter was mine. But I'm rude?" He had the audacity to tell ME to leave after how rude he was. This place has gone downhill and we most definitely won't be back after coming here for many, many, MANY years.

Well…we got the same burger. As you can see, someone forgot all the toppings and SOMEONE THAT WORKED THERE ATE THE OTHER ONE! We opened it up with that, smashed and eaten! Order completely wrong. Ordered a big Mac with meat, bun, lettuce and pickles. Repeated twice. Came with cheese. Ordered two cheese burgers with ketchup and onions only. The burgers came with pickles on them as well. Receipt states these instruction. Still made wrong . This is not the first time. Sad people get paid $20/hrs and still cannot follow simple instructions.

The food was McDonald's, there's not much else to say it was hot. The people were friendly. The prices were high, but there's no reason to take it out on a worker. So please just smile at him and remember he or her. I guess trying to get by like us.

I ADORE RACHEL! i eat here atleast 3 times a week now because of her amazing service. My favorite McDonald's now. I usally eat there late at night, since Rachel became manager the food is made fresh, my order is always correct, service is fast, kind, and on point! I said my drink tasted funny they remade it twice for free and when I still didn't like it they replaced and upgraded it for free. The best decision they made was making her manager.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast so I could just pick it up real quick before work. I ordered a big breakfast with bacon and a biscuit. I get my order, and I drive 15 minutes to work. When I park and open my food, I realize they never put my pancakes in the container. I tried to call the store to ask for a refund and nobody picked up. It’s unacceptable really, it’s like if someone ordered a Big Mac meal and you just gave them fries and a drink. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas: first was cheese and onions; second was cheese with buffalo sauce and diced tomatoes. Everything except for the Buffalo sauce was bland. Onions, cheese, tomato sauce, tomatoes and bread had zero flavor. All tasted old, processed and canned. I never except anything good from fast food and commercialized places but this was really bad.

NEVER ORDER HERE I ordered my pizzas at 6:39PM EST and got them swiftly, unfortunately they were made wrong, I called and they said they would remake it free of charge, so they did, but never called us when the order was delivered, an animal or hell maybe even a delivery driver, got into the food and there were bites taken out of it, I called and complained again after finding it laying out on the porch like someone had thrown it, I have pictures of the bite marks, when I called they said they would remake it a 3rd time and that I would get a credit, I requested a full refund to my card and not a credit due to not wanting to order from there again and having it be a complete waste of money, I am waiting for the third delivery now almost two hours later, I demand a full refund to my debit card and not a credit. AS OF 9:22 they have canceled my order after stating they would send out replacement pizza's again and that they were in the oven last time I spoke to the store. I never received my last batch of replacement food and the store has been actively hanging up on me as I have called them multiple times as you can see in the pictures. They have recognized my number and I believe they have ordered their staff not to answer it because they cannot provide me a straight answer to my questions. I want my refund in full and disciplinary action taken against the management that was on schedule tonight October 25th 2024

I am a Dominos loyalty member and have been for a long time. I have never waited for pizza for over 1 hour. The staff in Bangor, ME were so slow. I don’t know if that’s the standard in Maine because I didn’t see anyone go off on them but I was really disappointed. I usually don’t review Pizza because pizza is the same everywhere in my opinion but last weekend was the first experience waiting on pizza that long!

So little sauce they should call it dehydrated wings the staff must be so high they forgot to work Buffalo wings not a chance black pepper has more flavor still frozen so you can cook them your self

Absurd business idea, Paid online for our food, the moment this guy shows up he tells us "you owe $35". We pay it because we thought there was a glitch, then to find out they charged us the $39 from our online order AND the $35 he took when he arrived, food was absolutely overcooked and burnt. We call and get told "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do" Pay $74 dollars for 2 pizzas on a fixed income and get told it doesn't matter. Horrible place

They are great one thing they which I probley keep to my self not many people know this for years at 2am when they getting to close all the pizzas that are left over that people never came got they will take all the pizza and everything else is left over that wasn't sold they have to small dumpsters one has no garbage and is completely clean they take all left over food and place it in this special clean dumpster so homeless people that haven't eaten in days can go and just pig out on trash hot dominoes pizzas and other food they put in clean boxes for the homeless to be able to have a hot meal as much as they can put away so when I come into a large amount of money it will be going to the dominos by Union and Ohio because many days I'd go without eating as would my son and dominos pizza at 2am got us by we could fill up with excellent food from that dominos and be able save for breakfast the day so if come into large some money it will going that dominos God bless them true stand out citizens

My wife and I treated one of my cousins and her boyfriend visiting from out-of-state and we had a MARVELOUS time! The food was delicious, the best calzones we have ever had and the setting was relaxed and friendly and our server Albert was a delight. Definitely a place to unwind and enjoy a hearty meal. I was impressed with the menu variety too and we look forward to dining there again!

Better hope you never have an issue ordering here because Jeremy the manager will give you the absolute worst time. “I’ll call you tomorrow and maybe we can work something out” What does that mean? I asked for a refund for a messed up order the blamed me for doing. His response, “I got a lot to do tomorrow I gutta go to Westbrook to pick up some stuff for the restaurant” What does that even mean I asked. He said “look man you messed this order up I don’t have time for this” So basically he just was planning on telling me he’d call me back to get me off he line. Pizza gets there cold, he wont let me take it off my cold ground because he needs to take a picture. I tell him buddy the pizzas already cold, he cops an attitude, 5 mins go by. Dude still murmuring at his phone that he cant take a picture, i just shut my door. Get the pizza inside, its cold as ice, no chicken. I ordered there once a month for 2 years, one out of every 4 times somethings wrong with the pizza. Usually its like, lack of sauce, too much sauce, not enough chicken, burnt crust, something along those lines, but all in all the pizza is edible, and i dont want to be a problem customer, ive worked customer service in the past. Last time I ordered before this, they put blue cheese on my pizza that i didnt ask for, i didnt call despite my girl being pissed. This is what happens when you speak up i guess, we should be happy with what we get...? Absolutely disgusting terrible service. Im sure he will try to twist this on me, but i assure you that Jeremy has little man syndrome or something. The dude starts off on a negative tone, blames me for messing up the order. I ask him is there no such thing as errors on the website? I assure you I clicked chicken. He just kept doubling down. Fun downtown pizza joint! We popped in shortly before close on a Wednesday evening. Our server was super helpful, and offered suggestions on crust type and kind of sauce. Overall great experience!

Ordered here many times. Often long waits but my order has always been right until today. Asked for 2 Cajun crunch combos and it appears that’s what is on the receipt and yet we got 2 chicken Asiago sandwiches instead. Not sure how you see it twice and make a completely different sandwich.

The place was filthy, the surrounding area inside looked half abandoned. U could tell that they did not keep up on the cleaning of the place at all in the kitchen or in the lobby. The cashier was a very older woman tho. Very kind. But that was the only good part about Wendy's.. The food was not good either . I thought the meat tasted off and u could tell the fry oil was over used and needed to be changed. If anybody asked me, I'd tell them to please find a different place to get food. Immediately. Seriously.

The whole experience here was much better on this visit. We had no issues placing our order and using the app and everything came out hot and quickly. Also, the whole place seemed much cleaner.

I dont know how the food was. I did not eat there after trying to order and having to repeat myself 4 time about wanting a swirl instead of a fusion. And if that wasn't bad enough she did the same thing to my nephew.

Place was disgusting. Trash bins in the walkway, almost all the tables were gross, trash overflowing in the dining area. And half the lobby floor was sticky with a wet floor sign. Tacky Halloween decorations blocked the view of the menu. And it was slow the drive through was empty so the lack of cleanliness is inexcusable

This place is disgusting. The food is what you’d expect from fast food and for being extremely under staffed. The restaurant is unclean to say the least, the bathrooms are mortifying, and it took 20 minutes to even put in the order at the register being the 2nd person in line. Disorganized and disgusting.

One star simply because we were hungry on a road trip and needed something quick. Interior was filthy, trash and water on the floor, ketchup on the walls, all of the tables were dirty, food on seats and the floor. All three of our burgers were smashed, the fries didn’t taste good, but the frosty and Diet Coke was cold so that’s a win. The bathroom smelled and was dirty, clogged toilet, did not use. 13 out of 10 do not recommend. Keep driving.

I’ve ordered from here when it’s convenient ( the closest spot) but they’ve never managed to botch a steak and cheese like they did. I get my bread in toasted, I go to bites into this sandwich after I picked it up via mobile ordering, and the whole thing was ice cold. I worked at subway at a point, that’s just not how you make those sandwiches lol

I ordered off of the app for the first time in. I guess I must’ve missed the part. Where asked you if you want your sandwich toasted I didn’t even think anything of it. I don’t know why I thought it was automatic. I thought you had to tell them if you didn’t want it toasted so when I went in and realized my sandwich that I picked up was cold I went to the front and I said I am sorry I apologized and explained that I didn’t realize that I hadn’t marked toasted and was proceeding to ask them if they could toast it and the lady behind the counter was very rude And snapped at me. I know that they get really busy and I also work in a deli making sandwiches and pizza and all that stuff, but it was just rude. You don’t treat people like that especially when they’re coming up with a good attitude and explaining what they did wrong and apologizing for it I was just asking for her to toast my sandwich and she snapped at me. She said well you’re supposed to make sure that you put toasted. We’re not gonna know unless you put it. I tried explaining to her. I’ve never use the app before I apologize and she looked at the other person and said now she wants it toasted. It’s disrespectful to me and to her boss to act that way when there was no need for it this situation did not call for it.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered through the app and the sandwiches were all wrong. The app malfunctioned and added things to them that didn't belong. Also the staff did not toast 2 of the sandwiches as requested. I went back to the store to see if they could resolve the issue. I explained the situation politely and asked for new sandwiches to be made, but the staff refused stating that if I wanted new sandwiches I would have to pay for all new ones because she wasn't going to fix the issue the app caused as it was "not her problem". I tried to find a place on the Subway website to contact them about this issue and it states to go back to the store for a resolution. I had done that already so next it said to call an 800 number. I did that and the phone number they have goes nowhere. Next it says to go to the contact us section and report issues there. This was difficult to find and navigate and when I did the amount of characters you can use is extremely limited so I was barely able to summarize my issue. There response was an automated "sorry that you are frustrated" , but at no point has anyone at Subway tried to make it right by offering a refund or offering to replace the sandwiches. The customer service is horrendous and the employee was rude and dismissive.

Ordered on the app and the employee helped everyone in the lobby that arrived after I placed my order and made a DoorDash before helping me. She told me it would be a while and then offered me a free drink and then took it back when she went to hand it to me. I ordered extra cucumbers and got THREE cucumbers on my sandwich. I will not be back to this location.

I got a burrito and Cinnabon pull apart, whatever they put in the burrito was like burnt cardboard and the Cinnabon had no icing, I guess I’ll take the blame for not looking in the bag for the hot sauce that I asked for.

I came to Wendy's today and got a classic chicken sandwich, fry and drink. Everything was hot, fresh, and very tasty. The wait was a few minutes longer than anticipated, but the quality was on point so I didn't mind an extra moment or two.

The staff have always been friendly whenever I go to this location and the food is delicious (for fast food).The wait time is very reasonable, they do a pretty good job. My only. issue with this location is the upkeep/cleanliness of the place, which is why I always have it to go.

I felt compelled to leave a review after the experience that I had today. Let me start by saying that this was not my first bad experience here. The first experience was a couple of weeks ago, we came for breakfast and I was given a medium box with TWO potato wedges... and I'm not exaggerating. I brushed this off and decided today to give a second chance. When I arrived today the line wasn't even long, it wasn't even around the corner. But it took 15 minutes to get to the speaker, and I sat at the speaker for 5 more minutes. By the time that I had left, it had been 25 minutes... TWENTY FIVE. Thats not very fast food. And as if that wasn't enough, the burger and fries were very very cold, and they gave me the wrong size Frosty. I will not be visiting this location again, and I highly recommend you dont either.

Quality has significantly gone down, especially at night. I went the other week to get two Son of a baconators at the drive-thru. It was a 20-minute wait, and when I got the food, the burgers were ice cold. I went back around, and luckily, the line was non-existent this time, and when I explained, the cashier understood, apologized, and made me two 'fresh ones off the grill' when I drove off I checked and the burgers were cold this time not ice cold. I was very frustrated and did not go back. This other time, I asked for chili cheese fries 3 times, and the lady said she put it on, I asked again at the window, and she said yes. Got my food, and it was just a large fry. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's not good. The restaurant is rarely clean.

Went through the drive thru around 5pm on a Saturday they were dead. Our fries were were given were old. My spicey chicken sandwich was cold. My husband's Jr cheeseburger was cold. The ONLY good thing was the strawberry lemonade.

Night shift is a mess. My food always comes out the window cold and inedible. Shakes melted. After two nights in a row wasting my money here, I refuse to eat at this establishment. Just disappointing and the wait was long for food that wasn’t even worth it.

My family went here and ordered food tonight got a 16 piece bucket, got home this is what the chicken looked like straight out of the bucket!! It was super soggy the breading fell right off from it being soggy and half of it looked uncooked!! This place needs to learn how to serve food without trying to give people food poisoning !!! This is what happens when you get a KFC manager off of TEMU. This guy is: lazy, sloppy, has low business ethics, unprofessional, bad customer service and is very rude. The employees who are punks play rap music with foul language when there are kids in the lobby let alone customers they also cuss at each other and yell at each other like a bunch of trashy people they are. Especially with DoorDash orders, he doesn’t seal the bags and when there was a hole in one of them with food leaking out, he just put it inside of another bag instead of repackaging it. I’m not sure where they got this guy but definitely a huge mistake. Not to mention that customers were in the lobby and when 11 PM hit and the lobby closed he kicked everybody out and forced everyone to go through drive-thru.

Went here to do a sit down meal on 10/10/25. My boyfriend ordered at the counter. He asked for a chicken bowl which consisted of chicken, corn and mashed potatoes. Asked if he could order a side (quart) of coleslaw to go. The young guy at the counter seemed totally confused as to what he was asking for. "He said to my boyfriend corn comes with it". My friend said I know corn comes with it, he said you want extra corn. He said NO I want coleslaw to go. I spoke up and said wait and we'll see what comes with it, sure enough an extra dish of corn. I took the dish to the counter and was greeted by a lady and explained the situation and asked for the coleslaw (quart) I was past a (pint). What is wrong with workers and especially people hiring do they not have any pride in their businesses any more. I know there's a shortage in people wanting to work but this is very unexceptable service. I don't know their issues, drugged, hungover or just plain incompetent. Come on KFC your not going to make it at this rate. Will never return there again.

Everything was really good. The only problem was I didn’t open it up until I got home and we ordered one original and one extra crispy and they messed up and gave us two original which was OK because we like original also. the screw up was technically my fault because I should’ve opened it up and looked before I left,But otherwise then that it was delicious. The service was fast. The people that worked there were super friendly.

Only reason I gave a 2 star is cause felt like jerk leaving 1 star. For as busy as they were (waited bout 20+ minutes in drivethru) the food should have been a lot fresher. Could only eat couple of my fried pickles and chicken wasn't that good either. I go to popeyes usually which is 2 hours away instead of going to kfc 15 minutes from me. I am in the food industry so understand busy but quality should not go out the window

Horrible experience, let’s start with the drive thru. I waited over an hour for 10 cars in front of me. It was only 9:45pm.. Next was the person in front of me who was throwing all of their car trash out his window. When I got to the window, there is a minimum of 5 staff working, but not one adult in there. They’re all teenagers with no guidance. The food I ordered was already cold when I received it.. Im extremely confused on why the food was cold when I waited over an hour in a 200 foot drive thru. Not only was the time horrible and the food was cold, the chicken sandwiches are awful! The chicken sandwiches as you can see in the photos are made wrong. A spicy chicken sandwich with no modifications were made to the sandwich. No pickles on either, one chicken sandwich was refrigerator cold with 2 chicken nuggets and so much sauce! The chicken sandwich that is mostly right has almost no sauce. I ordered 3 additional chicken breasts and each one is not only over cooked and dry, but they were cold too. For over an hour of waiting, I EXPECT it to be cooked to order. Ridiculous theft of $40.

It has a warm atmosphere with the fresh aroma of pizza and spices. They have a wide variety of pizza , subs , salads and house specialty items . We got the calzone. It was delicious and didn't disappoint. My husband and I we were able to share it . It was filled with peppers ,onions and mushrooms. It was a pepperoni and cheese calzone. It is warm and inviting place to eat . They also have soft drinks and snack food . You can get a whooopie pie for desert . I would definitely recommend this place. The food was delicious.

First time ordering from this location. The food looked and tasted bad. Not sure if I just got unlucky during a busy lunch rush or what, but the pizza and salad looked, smelled and tasted nothing like the state street location. We ended up not eating much of either item. Also I watched one employee stop prepping lettuce to ring up a customer on the register, she kept her gloves on while processing the customers payment, then wiped her gloves on her pants and got right back to prepping lettuce with the same gloves.

One of the best pizza places in Maine no argument there. Good quality cheese, fantastic sauce. The dough was cooked to perfection and has great flavor. Best part is absolutely no cornmeal or flour on the bottom. Price is more than fair!

Have been eating Gambino's since I was a kid. Has been and always will be my favorite place to get an Italian. There cheese sticks are also a family favorite.

The OG for pizza and Italians in Bangor. I've never had anything that wasn't good from here. The subs are loaded, and quality meats,, veg and cheese are used. My only concern is as someone temporarily using a cane, getting in and out the steps and the door was a little awkward.

I always stop here for my Italian when in the area. Usually once or twice a year and I have always enjoyed it. My ham Italian on this visit was good but slightly soggy. Had a lot more pickles than usual so I figure that is probably why. My husband had the godfather and had no complaints at all. Will keep returning!

The best calzones I have ever had! I highly recommend the three-cheese calzone, which comes with onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.

This location is hard to get into — it’s right at a weird intersection, which makes turning in and out a bit tricky. We ordered through the mobile app, but they didn’t get our order right. We had to tell them what we actually ordered, and the staff wasn’t very friendly about it. Definitely double-check your order before leaving to make sure it’s correct.

Asked for breakfast burritos which I get here at night often, kid at the counter started being rude to me about them even after he was told they do in fact sell burritos at night. I came back in the get his name to make a complaint and the manager Jason started screaming and me and my brother saying corporate will not do anything. Every time I get food in the drive through they have me park and wait 30+ minutes for my food. Highly recommended eating at any location that prioritizes customer experience.

I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. It was by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I know you can't ask too much, but I was in the parking lot waiting while other vehicles got their food and were sent on their way. I had all I could do not to blow up at the poor Young kid that was trying to do the best he could. Management is terrible

Was in drive through for 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect, I brought my sandwich in with receipt to get a new one and waited 30 minutes for one single sandwich. When I asked when it would be ready they replied with “just one more second” and ten minutes would go by. When I called manager her excuse was “well we are short staffed, I can give you a coupon”.

Stopped here on my way to vacation for a quick bite. Got our drinks and my daughter got her happy meal. 15 minutes later, still sitting in the drive thru pickup line, no food many people who arrived after us had received their food and left. Went in and talked to a person on the counter, they half assed apologized and said they could make something real quick, but at this point had already been waiting a half hour. They were rude at the counter, didn’t seem to care, and overall, unapologetic

I don’t think in the year I’ve been going here, that I’ve ever gotten a correct order. Something is usually always missing. I do mostly mobile orders on the way to work so I can’t always wait around for 20+ minutes, or to check and make sure everything is there the first time, and not in a second back placed out 5 minutes later. The fries have never been salted. I’ve been ripped off $20 + orders before, and due to it being mobile order I was given no refund. Avoid if possible.

The food is always great, order rarely wrong. However wait times are usually quite long. Although it is fast food, a few of the workers present themselves in a way that is.. not appealing when you are dining in to eat.

I started coming to this Tim Horton's because the local McDonald's in the area never gets our coffees right. I told one of the ladies I wanted 8 cream and 8 sugars, she knew right away I wasn't a regular, and suggested I start with 4 and 4 instead because of how sweet it is. I'm thankful they took the time to tell me that and waited to see if it was enough despite having others in the drive though line waiting. They made me feel like I was important and no other place has made me feel like that in a long time. I highly recommend this place. Their coffee and food tastes great! I am a new and budding loyal customer.. 😁

I have had mixed experiences at this Tim Hortons, but majority wise were good experiences! Better customer service than I have had at other coffee and fast food places. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the fact every time I order a drink it seems to come out exceptionally different each time (ie: frozen drink is not frozen or is so icy you can't drink it). I'm not that picky though so definitely recommend for a quick grab to eat.

OK so I'm going to be bias on this one. I LOVE going to Tim Hortons. Between the great service, food, and drink, and not to mention ice cream as well you cant miss here folks. The building grounds as well as the interior are spotless. You read that roght...spotless.Its always a stop when I'm in the Bangor area and to be honest it should be on your list. So go, you'll see what I'm talking about.

not sure why I keep getting no whip on a drink that comes with whipped cream (cinnamon apple latte)

We don't have Tims where I'm from. The closest one is still states away from me, so it's always a joy to be in an area that has one. The breakfast is pretty good and I really love the Matcha latte. The staff is friendly. I have only had good experiences here.

The old fashioned donuts and the apple fritters are fantastic. Pair them with a croissant sandwich and you have a terrific breakfast.

I love this Tim Hortons as a local. It's coffee is always a very good treat and there servers are always cherry and willing to have a conversation while taking orders and being efficient. The Cookie batter cold brew is quite good.

I mean, what can I say? Its a McDonald's. I went through the drive through to order 2 cheeseburgers. They were flat and just barely warm. Exactly what I expect when I stop for a quick bite at McDonalds.

Ordered cheese only cheeseburgers this mcdonalds added onions to bottom very dangerous do not use this McDonald’s for Dogs or for food allergies as this was really an attempted poisoning im sickned by the Managers response drive 30 minutes or Buzz off as our policy only replaces same day and no refunds?? My 30$ meal obviously ruined and as cherrt I was -also hung on when i asked for their supervisor’s number/corporate please Fire this manager/person immediately as they have no buisness being involved with anykind of customer service!!!!

Please tell me why the advertised chicken tenders look so different. They do not look anything like what they used to or anything like what they’re supposed to. They’re not crispy or anything they’re soggy. I was excited to go and get these tenders and will definitely not be ordering them again.

As a customer, I witnessed management treat their employees like absolute garbage. That caused the employees to speak to me and numerous other customers in a very undesirable way. However, I understand the stress of a terrible boss and I knew not to take it personally. Additionally, I waited over 15 minutes for my food, which had a hair in it. And when I kindly asked for a full refund, a female manager gave me nothing but glares and a disrespectful tone. Do better.

Place was extremely sow at 1041pm service wise. Think we sat in the drive through for about 15 min after ordering and was the only car. Order was wrong but didn't notice until we got back to the hotel. Bust. Food was cold and the onions were just pulled off of a re heated burger. Rockin.

Always rude and short tempered when speaking. Talks in condescending tones, and blames others for mic issues. Food is always rushed, and falling apart like it seems like they didn’t try. Don’t have things on the menu if you aren’t willing to make it.

DONT GO HERE STAFF DONT CARE. I asked for a simple chicken sandwitch and yeah at 11:30 it sucks I know. They proceed to give me a horridly stale and misshaped bun old meat and the main kicker they couldnt find pickels so they added tomato.

We usually go to pizza hut a couple times a month.we ate there 8/13. I could tell that something has changed with the pizza. The crust was not as thick and had a different taste and texture to it. It was ok but no where's as good as all the other times we have eaten there. My husband noticed it as well. I must say it was not a pizza that will make me want to go back. The guy that waited on us was fantastic as usual. I hope they go back to making them the way they use to, because we really like going there.

My dinner box came with a smaller round pizza. Both the breadsticks and pizza were cold on arrival. I literally had to put them in my toaster oven. Will prolly stick with domino's

Took my daughter for lunch yesterday and let me start by saying- never again. I usually like a salad bar, but their salad bar was stocked with old and very wilted and frozen vegetables. The pizza was something out of the frozen food section at Walmart. It was awful, very much undercooked and the sauce or maybe even the toppings tasted sour..not sure which. The only good part was the breadsticks...thank goodness. We really should have gone to dominoes! 🙄

Pepperoni smelled like my grandmothers dead corpse, soda was flatter than my ex's 🍈 🍈, and pick up order was put under the wrong name. Quality has gone down IMMENSELY from what I remember. Will NOT be returning again! A very dissatisfied experience 😔

We went there as a late birthday dinner for my 6 year old autisic non verbal cousin and we were treated horribly by staff because he was having a meltdown. We were all alone in the restaurant at the time so we decided to come in, give him some time to decompress and get him used to going out occasionally. Well my gran and him were barely in the seat before the waitress (who was the only staff who handled this respectfully) came up to tell us we were going to have to get him to calm down or leave. Which we 100% would have done however she didn't even get to fully finish talking to us and we got zero time to respond or even try to give my cousin a chance to calm down before another staff who seemed to be the manager comes up and starts yelling at us. Then a third joins in from behind the counter starts yelling at us too so we just took our stuff an left. We won't be going back to this Pizza Hut ever again for how disrespectfully they treated our family. I doubt any of the employees will see this, but for the blonde waitress thank you for trying to handle things in a respectful way. For the others you can learn something from her and I hope she becomes a manager one day because that's how you handle something like that. The others need some more training on how to handle these kind of thing because it was uncalled for.

My family visits often the food is always made quickly and too a high quality, as well as the employees always to have a smile. On my most recent visit the food was made on time and I was checked out by Alex. I have no complaints only praises.
