Bar & grill
Blaze Bangor is a popular dining spot in the city, known for its warm and stylish decor and fantastic food and drinks. The restaurant offers wood-fired pizzas, burgers, and an extensive selection of craft beers. One of their signature pizzas is the Chorizo Manzana with a white ricotta base, chorizo, bacon, fire-roasted apples, smoked cheddar, cilantro, and a sriracha aioli drizzle.
If you’re looking for a flavor-packed adventure, Blaze Bangor is the spot to hit! On our recent visit, we dove into a pound of Thai wings that were pure dynamite—crispy, with just the right blend of sweet and spicy, and paired with a house-made ranch that was nothing short of spectacular. But the real star of the show was the Philly cheesesteak skillet. Picture this: tender, juicy beef, perfectly sautéed onions and peppers, and a generous layer of melted cheese that pulls you in with every bite. And just when you think it couldn’t get any better, two beautifully poached eggs top it off, adding a rich, velvety twist that took the dish to a whole new level of yum! Rounding out our feast was the Hangover Cure, a dish that lives up to its name by delivering comforting, hearty goodness when you need it most. Every bite felt like a warm, satisfying hug for your taste buds. With its vibrant atmosphere and a team that makes you feel right at home, Blaze Bangor isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. Whether you’re in the mood for a bold bite or some classic comfort, Blaze Bangor brings the pep and the flavor in every dish. Can’t wait to head back and fuel up on more of their creative, mouthwatering eats!

I picked this restaurants because they had gluten free options and I love burgers. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Our waitress was super nice and made sure that my food was gluten free. My husband had a philly chees sandwich and I had a burger with bacon, egg and mozzarella. The gluten free bun was soft and delicious. The burger was tasty melted in my mouth like butter. Husband loved his food as well. We ordered lemonade as well, they were made with real fruit juice, the mango one was yummy. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free desserts but my husband loved his peanut butter pie. Looking forward to visit them again.

I feel bad giving this beautiful restaurant a 4/5. The ambiance was 10/10, drinks 10/10. I ordered a Painkiller, it was done to perfection. I also ordered crab cakes, OMG they were out of this world. The only two things that I didn’t like was the wait for drinks and food. My daughter beef tacos, they were so dry even after dipping them in the sauce that came with em. My friend ordered BBQ pizza, she gave it 10/10. Otherwise our waitress was great!
Bernice M — Google review
This place has great food & service too! The lemonade is homemade and you can get strawberry or blueberry lemonade, delicious! The poutine (not pictured) is amazing, we dug in too quickly and no photo was taken.

Just give freaking stars all around. Awesome wings, the best dirty martini EVER, and Nolan was legit amazeballs. Wish we lived closer - we'd be back every week.
Erin W — Google review
We came in around noon time on a pretty quiet Wednesday, the service and wait staff were phenomenal. My complaints come from the food, I am a little disheartened by the pricing once the quality is factored in. Among three of us we ordered some pork tacos, a standard cheese burger and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. To begin, the fries were good, they were hot and well seasoned, not too crispy but I don't mind my fries being on the softer side. Firstly, the pork tacos left a lot to be desired, with so many other places in the Bangor area serving tacos I see no reason to come here. The pork itself appeared tough and upon having a piece myself, wholefully unseasoned. The tortillas were a bit on the soggy side as well, tending to be a bit mushy. The presentation was great, the portion size was great, visually it looked appealing but it lacked any substance. Secondly, the cheese burger, for starters I have to say, there was a hair visible on the patty once the bun was removed. We picked it out and soldiered on but not a great start. Listen, I get it, hair falls out, it happens. We do not hold this against the restaurant as much as others would but when adding in the other problems we had this only serves to detract from the experience. Regardless, the buns were literally charcoal, black as night on the underside. This really confuses me as toasting a bun is as basic as it gets. Fortunately the burger itself seemed to be fine, well portioned and well seasoned but the buns leave a nasty, bitter taste and residue if they are overdone to this extent. Thirdly comes the Nashville fried chicken with hot honey, with the expectation of a hot chicken sandwich having hot honey being on the spicier side I carefully ordered this sandwich. Let me say, the chicken itself was well cooked. The batter was very thick and in spots overwhelmed the chicken, my first bite was in a spot where so much batter had accumulated it was still undercooked. The batter was raw. While I appreciate a large chicken sandwich if there is so much batter it isn't being fully cooked I think the size should be reduced slightly. It also wasn't spicy, like at all, not a single ounce of spice, I have had cereal which has left my mouth spicier than this sandwich. I'm not too picky with my food but for the price I expect a bit more quality control. Among the three different dishes we all had at least one thing that could have been much better. Overall I don't mind the place if simply for atmosphere alone but the food and pricing leaves a bit to be desired.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blaze…Our waitress Jana was fantastic! Super sweet, polite and helpful. We had a party of 8 with kids and the food was all EXCELLENT! We had pizza, burgers, fish & chips, roasted chicken, fries, Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts - it was all great and we are all major foodies!

Had a lovely time and great oysters. The bartenders were very friendly and happy to recommend other bars in the area to check out.

Bagel shop

Breakfast restaurant
Bagel Central is a cozy and spacious bagel shop in Bangor, offering a variety of homemade bagels, sandwiches, soups, and vegan treats. The pumpernickel bagels are particularly recommended. In addition to their delicious baked goods, the bakery also features a pumpkin patch for visitors to select their own organic squash or ripe pumpkin. Guests can indulge in an array of desserts and sweet treats as well.
Well, that seems I found where everybody in Bangor Maine goes for breakfast. There’s a good reason why everybody from Bangor goes to this place for breakfast. It’s because it’s delicious. It’s actually pretty affordable and delicious. The coffee is good!!! The seating is a little different just because you don’t know where you’re gonna get when you get it, however, everybody seems really kind and makes room as needed.
Malcolm G — Google review
Bagel Central is such a chill and friendly place! When you walk in, you’re greeted by a counter where you place your order, surrounded by tempting sweets that make you want to try them all. It has that cozy, mom-and-pop feel, and the food tastes homemade—absolutely delicious!
Hua B — Google review
Large and lively space consistently bustling with people working on computers, people grabbing take out, and people dining in. I was surprised to find not only bagels, but sides like potato salad, pasta salad, and coleslaw, as well as a large variety of pastries. I got a bagelwich on a sunflower bagel, and then went back and got an herb bagel with olive cream cheese. The bagels are soft and fresh. The olive cream cheese was fantastic, lots of pieces of olives. I think I will bring my laptop sometime and work from there because the vibe is so good. I did bring home some sweets. I ate a berry tart which was deliciously lemony and just the right size for two good sized bites. So many goodies to choose from!
Lisa W — Google review
Stumbled into a bagel central today. I grabbed a classic bagel slathered with garlic-herb cream cheese and—wow—this isn’t your heavy, chewy usual. The bagel has a light crackle on the crust, a soft, steamy center, and the cream cheese is whipped, herby, and garlicky without being sharp. Every bite hits savory, fresh —clean finish. I honestly wish we had this exact style back in Texas. Order: Plain (or sesame) with garlic-herb schmear Why it’s special: Crisp shell + airy chew; whipped spread with real herb lift Worth a detour? Absolutely. This is the kind of simple that ruins other bagels for you. Rating: 4.8/5 Pro tip: Ask for it warm and go heavy on the schmear—you’ll get that perfect crust-to-cloud ratio.
Vineeth B — Google review
Flavor: A Service: A Tea: A Solo dining: A I’m not a bagel lover but I had to get one of if I was at ‘Bagel Central.’ I was not disappointed. The blueberry bagel, cream cheese, oatmeal pancake (what a unique creation), and the hash browns (who doesn’t love a mixture of gold and sweet potatoes?) were all very well done. And then to offer cranberry-apple unsweet tea… it’s like they knew I was coming. What a great brunchy place!
Larry R — Google review
Stopped here for breakfast and it was SO GOOD! Someone told me that Bagel Central had good NY bagels. Why do people say things like that? I'm not sure that's true. NY bagels are their own thing. And so are Central bagels. Both are good but they are not the same. IMO Central bagels are the kind of bagels that you want all bagel sandwiches to be served on. We got there around 1 PM on a Saturday and there wasn't a line. But I understand that we were lucky I had a Paul Bunyan 😋 and not a word was spoken until I finished it. And we shared a slice of carrot cake also delish! I highly recommend Bagel Central.
Kathi B — Google review
So glad we stumbled upon this place! The staff was so sweet & gave great recommendations. Blueberry cheesecake was to die for!
Callie A — Google review
We love their bakery-fresh bagels! Perfectly chewy on the outside, soft on the inside, exactly how a bagel should be. Every time I walk in, I promise myself I’ll just grab a couple, and every time I leave with a bag stuffed like I’m feeding a small army. Highly recommend… unless you’re on a carb free diet. In that case, just come for the smell, it’s so worth it.

Stinking love this place, total classic. 10/10 would recommend if you’re visiting or a local. And if you’re visiting get the Blueberry pie. Well I guess if you’re a local too. It’s amazing. Amazing baked beans too.

Highly Recommend for RV-ers! First time, passing thru. We have a 36’ gas motorcoach with a toad. We saw only 2 lanes with gas (which also had diesel). Note: Most lanes go in one direction coming from the street. A young pleasant young man pumped for us, which was a very nice pleasure. We parked to have breakfast. (Did not dine in). Getting in and out to I-95 was very easy. Note in pics that this seemed to have a lot of amenities for diesel trucks (Volvo, Kenworth, Ballad Truck Center (I don’t think they are associated with Dysarts); tires, etc)

Yep. Our party of 6 ate here today. Not much of a wait to get seated. The waitress seemed rushed…to get us in and out without decent customer service. One lady in our party asked what is on the turkey sandwich. Brittany W. stated sometimes mayo. The lady specifically stated she wanted nothing extra on it but ordered it anyway. Brittany showed up with a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it. It was sent back. It arrived again with leftover lettuce..as not all of it was picked off. The sandwich was sent back yet again. It was sent back, again, with leftover salad on it. When the same sandwich came back to the table, a fresh made sandwich was requested. Brittany W displayed a terrible attitude. A different waitress was asked to get a fresh sandwich. Brittany turned red. Well, buttercup - listen to your customers’ dietary needs and requirements and you’ll only have to deliver a meal once - instead of multiple times.
Taterhead30 — Google review
Has Definitely Gone Downhill I used to love coming here for the huge hot turkey sandwich. It came with stuffing on the side, a delicious roll, and a vegetable. I hadn't been here in five years and what a sad difference. My hot turkey salad was lukewarm, very little turkey, the gravy wasn't good, and I paid extra for all white meat, but there was also dark meat in it. My one side was hard, salty stuffing with no roll or vegetable. They did acknowledge the stuffing didn't look good and asked if I wanted something else, which I didn't. They did take half off the bill. Before my food came I also bought a loaf of bread, a dozen rolls, haddock chowder, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies to take home and hope they're still good like they used to be. The staff were friendly and the service was fast.

Note they never reached out or went good for bad visit! Will not recommend and will not go back. Past review attached. Let me first start usually this is one of our favorite stops, however in our opion it was not good last night on June 13th around 8pm. We had to wait a little longer than told for our take out which wasn't to big of a deal. The biggest issue was our food was so cold, including the chicken, fries were Luke warm , onion rings were okay, the cranberry sauce was forgotten for the sandwich which once my husband went back in to get it and told them got only one got one tiny cup for two halfs.. the bread was very dried out and the stuffing had white spots in it and was very hard & cold. We thru our food out when we got home and we didn't eat, we had to cook for our 4 year old when we got home over an hour away, because she wouldn't even eat the fires or chicken, which says a lot. This was an early father's day meal for my husband which we couldn't even eat because of how bad it was. My husband called this morning on June 14th and let them know, she was a manager she said and she asked for our number to pass it on to upstairs. It's now 7pm almost on June 14th, no one has called us back or refunded us for food we couldn't even eat. We would like a refund. Out of all the years this is the first time we have ever had horrible service and complained, we aren't sure what happened last night but it was horrible, I'm sorry. Depending on how this is handled we may never be back and won't suggest the place to anyone. Highly disappointed and sorry

Hands down the best, I will always, take my 34.or 10. Here, old school trk stop. With best and honest shop, had work done here, fast in and out, great job to all, no rip off, like. At a TA. Restaurant always great too. If you are OTR, like me, and if in Maine stop here, you'll see ,nicest people. And awesomes views of the state. Keep up the great job all-around we need places like this around this country for us few professional drivers that are left out here, trucking has gone down hill, he'll off a cliff, last 15yrs, new drivers don't know the difference between trk stop and a loves. Keep up the fight Dysart.thank you from a AMERICAN TRUCK DRIVER!!!

Addi was a great server and I really enjoyed my Mac n cheese, the atmosphere is nice, calm, and quiet, very easy to have a conversation. I'd love to come here again.

This is one of the "you have to stop here " truck stops. Plenty of truck parking. Excellent restaurant with great waitresses. Kinda separated trucker area.... what i personally like..... Very affordable clean showers even without fueling. Trucker store. A baby chrome shop. Always some odds and ends with cool stuff. Attendees that will fuel your truck and clean the windows. No matter what time I came here....I never had to leave without a parking spot .

Governor's Restaurant & Bakery is a beloved local chain in Maine, offering a casual setting to enjoy breakfast, seafood, and classic American comfort food. Established in 1959, this iconic spot is known for its generous portions of diner-style dishes and their famous strawberry pie. With its friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere, it's the perfect place for a wallet-friendly night out. The restaurant also features a ceiling train that adds to the unique dining experience.
We’re here for the lobster roll and the blueberry desserts. I also have an award-winning haddock chowder, that was actually pretty good. I don’t think I can go just for the chowder or the lobster roll, but it was good. The service was very friendly and the place was very clean. It did take a little over an hour to order it and get out of there so if you’re in a hurry, I’d probably avoid this place.

Really enjoyed eating here. The lobster roll was delicious and so was the candied maple cheese curds. The waitress was amazing and so was the over all dining experience.

This is not a bad restaurant. Everything was good. The food, service, and atmosphere were good. Service was quick and friendly. The train themed dinning area was neat. The food tasted good, not exceptional. Would i eat here again, Yes.

Love to stop here when I am in Bangor always a good meal. My only complaint is a bowl of chowder is over $13. It's good but that is a high price. Love the crinkle fries.

We ate at Governor's a couple times during our visit to Bangor. Breakfast tasted okay. Went back for dinner and the lobster rolls were not fresh tasting. Fries tasted like old fishy oil. Prices were good if you caught the specials. Otherwise the prices were a bit high.

We were hangry and on our way to the Bangor airport and stopped in. We were delighted first by a lil train going around the dining room ceiling. Then the food came and it was really tasty. The fries were excellent both waffle and regular, the Philly cheesesteak was enormous, the habanero jam was delicious, and my mom really enjoyed the actual pieces of lobster in the lobster chowder. We are sad to have not had room for the delicious looking deserts and we are double sad there is no Governor's Restaurant in our state of Illinois.

Spent a couple nights in Bangor and multiple locals suggested this place. They had an amazing selection of treats! Definitely 4 star worthy, I will visit again. Great service, clean and tasty.
Isaac D — Google review
One of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had. The crust was very light and crispy perfection. The sauce was very tasty, nice tang, a really well balanced pie. I picked up some rolls and cream horns to bring home, they look amazing. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for these high quality product. I am probably lucky I live over two hours away, I would be in here several times a week otherwise.

Frank's bake shop should be the first and only choice for your custom cakes! After having no luck getting a Bingo cake for our daughter's 3rd birthday, we called Frank's. Not only were they super helpful and patient with me, as I called a few times to change things around, but the cake came out way better than expected, and it was extremely delicious! When we arrived to pick up the cake, the woman at the counter was kind and helped make our daughter's day very special! We will absolutely be using Frank's for all our special occasions, and they will be my first and only call!

This is our favorite place to come for sandwiches, coffee and, of course, pastries! They also have a variety of meals for take home, as well as pizza, bread, and much more. I also want to note that the young women who take the orders are unfailingly friendly and give exceptional service. I could go on and on, but I particularly want to mention that they have more gluten free options than any other place in this area. We have been and will continue to be frequent customers. Interestingly, we almost always encounter our friends here and also enjoy the friendliness of many of the other customers. So grateful to have a place like Frank's Bakery!

Their cookie/cake section is my favorite. It’s absolutely phenomenal. The frosting is super rich and creamy, it goes along with the light and fluffy cookie base perfectly and makes your mouth water. They have amazing decorating skills too. The way the frosting layers with each other is so delicate and elegant, it melts in your mouth. I also really like their crunchy and cheesy pizza along with their massive selection of pastries and donuts.

Franks is the absolute BEST! My family has been going here for years. No matter what you order it is always amazing. Their decorated sugar cookies are my personal favorite, and anytime we go for lunch the food is delicious. The whole family and all the employees are also incredibly nice and helpful.

We've always liked Franks and ordered cakes from here before but the recent one I got was very sweet. It was a gluten free lemon cake for my 1 year old son's birthday. Maybe it's the lemon flavor that's exceptionally sweet but it was almost inedible. Otherwise, the blueberry filling and whipped butter cream tastes great. I want to let you know so I'm putting this out here. It was quite expensive and I was bummed I couldnt eat much of it. Please do a taste test next time you make a custom cake

Whether you're in the mood for avocado toast with poached egg or indulgent French toast, this place has got you covered. Additionally, they cater to various dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices.
Casual, comfortable atmosphere for dining in, and very clean. I was impressed by how quickly my made-to-order breakfast was prepared and brought to my seat. Generous portions! One of the better cups of coffee in downtown Bangor as well.

Wonderful spot for a quick, delicious bite and surprisingly good cup of drip coffee. I got the Maple Burger and it was amazing! My wife got the SW Salad and added chicken. Hers was really good too, only downside was the chicken came straight from a plastic bag and it was served cold. Would have been nice to have it hot. But that’s being picky. Really, the overall experience was great!

Always a great experience. We were able to sit outside which was nice! Great staff, greater food. My personal favorite is the Santa Fe Salad. If you're a steak and cheese lover, that was also exceptional. They have specialty drinks as well, I had one that was peanutbutter and chocolate flavored which was to die for!

We love our breakfast sandwiches in NJ. But the SMH breakfast sandwich has surpassed any breakfast sandwich I've ever had. In fact, I ordered it twice in a row for breakfast and a latte. I literally dreamt about it and woke up and told my partner, yeah we're getting the sandwich again. Do not hesitate to order from here!! I'm still thinking about it, and I wish was there another day to enjoy just one more ...

The Grind House is hands down one of my favorite spots! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently great. Their food is just as impressive, it’s flavorful, and made with well. I especially appreciate their vegan options, which can be hard to find at smaller coffee shops. Whether I’m grabbing a quick cup to go or settling in for a bite, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

The smell is always inviting walking by so after 2 months of going by every day to work I finally stopped in. The drink I got was absolutely wonderful, the PBC. Peanut butter chocolate and coffee, um yes please. I my breakfast burrito was expertly well made and didn't fall apart like so many others do. For being so short staffed the batista and short order were efficient and constantly smiling. A real breakfast jewel in the Heart of The Queen City.

It is hard to resist the House of Grind and once I heard I had to come quickly. In the morning they offer coffee, eggs and pastries. It has a quasi diner feel. The grind pastries had their own profiles and the maple glazed bun connected with me. It was oh oh oh so good and I swallowed the whole pastry without even remembering whether it was the maple or the pumpkin. You might feel guilty afterward, but it sure went down well with Grind coffee. I am sure I will be back to Grind looking for a new type of pastry soon.

I had the coffee flight and I cannot believe more coffee shops are not doing this! I get to try 4 of their specialty coffee’s instead of just one. As a coffee fanatic this is the best idea I’ve ever seen! And I loved every one in the flight. Best coffee in Bangor! I also had a Farmer Dan’s bowl which was so filling that it will definitely hold me through my busy morning.

Restaurant
Mason's Brewing Company, located in Brewer, Maine, is a spacious beerhall with its own artisanal brews and delicious pub grub such as pizzas and burgers. The brewery offers a delightful gastronomic experience beyond just great beer. The food is delectable and presented with flair and finesse. Visitors rave about the juicy, perfectly cooked burger and the surprising treat of fried bristle sprouts that tantalize the taste buds. The attentive waitstaff adds to the positive experience without being intrusive.
Butter burger amazing, salad fresh and flavorful, great homemade dressing, Brussels sprouts tender, slaw crunchy, pub fries with bacon and shrooms magically delicious. Servers second day but you would never know it. They seemed like a pro making you feel right at home, professional and thorough to make sure everything was good. View was lovely and were able to have our dogs outside and walked them on the walking trail by river afterwards. Thank you for making our date night.

Great spot with great views right on the water. Large outdoor seating area. The inside space is huge. 2 dining and dining areas. Only had 1 beer, a blueberry cream ale, and it was decent.. Pizza was real good. Nice brewery, maybe a bit too 'commercial' for me.. but no real complaints.

My wife and I popped in here on our way to Acadia National Park and it was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is right on the river so you have a gorgeous view as well as access to the riverfront park. The first time we came, it was pretty cold, wet, and dreary outside and it was still such a nice view. Service was efficient! As soon as we walked in, we were seated outside and were able to order a couple beers while we decided what to get for food. Both of the beers we got were sours or sour-adjacent and both were good! For food, we started off with just a side of fries with the dirty seasoning (not the dirty fries on the menu, I believe these are new since we were there). The fries were just okay. They were very dark and not crispy so that leads me to believe that maybe they use peanut oil for frying? Not sure but they weren't the best. They needed a lot of salt as well. The sauces we ordered for dipping were the Bacon Blue Cheese, Liquid Gold BBQ and Black Garlic Ranch. All but the Gold were really tasty! The gold just tasted like honey mustard which is not what we wanted. We expected tang like a gold should be. We also ordered burgers; the Sweet Hot Mess and the Butter Burger. Both were delicious but the Butter Burger was better. It was soooo buttery. Spot on! For sides, we got the Hoisin Sprouts and the Pork Cracklins with salt and vinegar seasoning. The sprouts were too sweet and not spicy enough for my liking. The cracklins....now THOSE are something to write home about. And in fact, I did say in the beginning that we came here more than once. And that was because of these cracklins. We stopped back in on the way back to the airport and best believe we took these babies back home to FL with us. Had the best post-travel snack on the couch!! If we find ourselves in Brewer/Bangor again, we'll make a point to stop into Mason's!

10/8/25 My husband and I stopped by to try out their beers. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any Pilsner options on tap, which was the main reason we came in. We ordered a beer flight and their Smashing Pumpkin beer, and it was pretty good! Service was friendly and attentive. The only downside is that it’s not pet friendly, so we had to leave our dog in the car. Overall, a decent experience.

Great location, and outdoor seating was very nice. Food was delicious! You can tell ingredients are fresh, quality, and many things are made in house! Great service as well. Two pizzas, an appetizer, and three draft drinks was $80.

This was a fabulous spot. We sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing, so attentive. The hatch chile burger was the best we’ve ever had, also had the hillbilly hot dog. Fantastic! Beer was delicious too!

Nice place! Lots of room. We say outside on a beautiful day. They have a heater run above the tables that work great when it's cool. The beer was great and the burgers were amazing! Go check this place out!

My mother and I enjoyed the beers and ate amazing foods at Mason’s Brewing Company at the night of Monday, September 29th. I planned to go Mason’s Brewing Company Downeast but my GPS got us other brewing company is actually the same brewery business as the other where we planned to go. Anyway, we had an awesome and friendly server named Sydney. We sat down in the back corner inside next to the window and the porch outside. And to next an empty bar with nobody sitting. Really far away from a big group of people were sitting center of the other room. I got my Oops! All Berries - Sour that was a really good sour beer. Mom got Ice Cream Ale: Blueberry - Cream Ale that was very sweet and delicious. We’re waiting a bit longer for our server Sydney for ordering the food. I understand she was very busy and it’s kinda easy that we’re very invisible because we’re at the back corner. But we don’t mind the wait time before ordering the food. I got good spicy Chicken Street Tacos! It was so freaking good! My mom got (I think) an Old School Burger that was good. Got four-pack Oops! All Berries, too. What another great brewery! Great service!

Delicious food, fast service & highly recommend! First time visiting and I got the chicken parm with Alfredo sauce & linguine! 10/10! It was so good my sister tried stealing mine and taking it home with her! 🤭 Sauce was definitely made from scratch! My little 7 year old niece got the kiddos chicken basket...2 kids could have shared it...large portions & well worth the price! Another great place to add to the list!!

I had dinner at Chase’s Family Restaurant in early 2025, with a guest, and the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. There was a short wait, but it was absolutely worth it. I had the broiled haddock with mashed potatoes and butternut squash—everything was fresh, cooked just right, and full of flavor. My guest had the lobster roll, which was generously portioned and just as good. We each had a bottomless drink (free refills during the meal), and we took a couple of classic whoopie pies to go. Nice way to finish things off. The prices were very reasonable—our full dinner for two came to just over $59, which felt like a solid value for the quality and portion size. The staff was friendly, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere added to the overall experience. If you’re in the Bangor area, Chase’s is definitely worth a visit. If ever in the area, I would return.

This a very nice family restaurant with a charming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We got the Johnny Breakfast which we split . It came with two pancakes , two eggs.fried potatoes, choice of toast . We were seated quickly. Our order came out promptly. It was delicious and didn't disappoint. Everything was made to perfection . There prices are reasonable. Our breakfast was under twenty dollars. I had coffee which was delicious and hit the spot . It is a popular place. I believe their hours are from 7 a.m til 8 p.m . I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is worth the visit .

Visited this restaurant two nights in a row and would definitely go back! Food was great from scallops to haddock to seafood Alfredo to buttered lobster tail, etc., everything came out hot and delicious. Fried clams were awesome. Felt so bad for the manager tonight as he was working the entire restaurant by himself in the front. Looks like there might’ve been two cooks. Locals were helping to bus and help answer phones. that’s a sign of a great community! Way to go Chases!

A group of 20 for lunch. 1 waitress easily handle all the orders and with help quickly had us all served after a short wait for the kitchen to cook. Food was great. Low ceiling made it difficult for some to hear others us further tables but once we started eating we quieted down to enjoy the food.

Honestly the first time I’ve been here, food is delicious and properly cooked. Service was incredible never have I ever had someone so attentive to making sure my coffee was filled. We are happy we found Judy's restaurant. We were in there about 10:00 am. It is so local. It defines a local restaurant. The breakfast was excellent, the service was also excellent. Our only comment would be at 10:00 am there were 6, (male and female) bar flies drinking beer as if it were 10 PM at night and they were blitzed. They were noisy and took over the atmosphere of the restaurant. It still gets a five. They should not serve liquor that early in the morning. That would eliminate the bar fly noise. Definitely visit the restaurant. It's worth it.

Restaurant
98 Wake 'N Shake is a cozy café located in the atrium of the Bangor Public Library, offering a variety of hot and cold beverages such as mochaccinos, smoothies, and bubble tea. In addition to their beverage selection, they also serve all-day breakfast options including bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and the 98 Breakfast Special. Customers can enjoy their food and drinks while reading or studying in the library.
There's a wide selection of soft drinks, three types of coffee, tea, chocolate milk, cookies, Whoopie Pies,, chips, ice cream, shakes, omelettes, and bottled spring water. I've tried the Breakfast Sandwich. It is $6.75 and is served on either a toasted bagel or a toasted English Muffin with your choice of sliced ham, sausage, or bacon, a slice of cheese, and a fried egg. Make sure you ask for the slice of cheese cuz she may forget to include one on your sandwich. This cafe offers a daily sandwich special: a sandwich, a can of Soda Pop, and a bag of Chips. Hours of operation are 08:00 to 16:00 or 16:30, Monday through Friday.

They have bubble tea both traditional and poppers. Their menu is small, simple, but still has good options for breakfast and lunch that I think most people would love. The food was awesome.
Jordan G — Google review
First time in for breakfast, pretty disappointing. First, they keep the two doors that obviously go into the store locked, making you go through he library. One right beside the lot "OPEN" sign. Confusing, and since the entire front wall is glass, embarrassing as everyone inside watches you. The food was terrible and over priced. 20 bucks for a sad panini, and a standard egg and cheese sandwhich, and a small coffee that my date took one sip of, and asked to go to dunkin. I got avacado on the panini, one slice of cheese, and two slices of meat. I'll let you judge via the picture. The atmosphere is very bright for a breakfast shop, and incredibly acoustic. I could hear conversation, and coughing, clear as day from any patron, as well as their cell phone games. The menus are crooked and don't list any flavors for their milkshakes, or smoothies. The staff was tired, and seemed bored and annoyed. Tldr; do not come here.

This place is in the library, which is genius. I went there somewhat regularly before they moved, but gotta say, library location is even better. They have a decent panini and I like to get the Thai tea in the summer, although no reason you can't enjoy it all year round, it's just that I like hot tea and coffee most of the time. They have sweet treats from other local business and that's nice too. Anyway, I always stop here when I go to the library but it holds its own even without the help of the library.

I give it 5 stars for the hot latte alone, it was awesome!!!! Sausage was the best tasting I've ever had, just greasy though. Toast was not impressive, hard and no flavor, eggs were fine . Update: I returned for another"great latte" & was sorely disappointed. What a shame, won't make a special trip downtown to do that again. Wish it was consistently awesome. Please work on consistency so we want to return

Denny's is a popular casual dining chain known for serving classic American comfort food, including all-day breakfast options. The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious dishes like the Loaded Veggie Omelette and cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese, and adherence to COVID-19 precautions. However, others have expressed concerns about inconsistent service and management practices.
First time visiting Denny's. We are immediately greeted by friendly staff who say hello and smile, and find me a great place for breakfast with a beautiful view from the window. I ordered SLAM berry waffles and orange juice. The order was accepted quickly and all details were clarified. SLAM berry waffles arrived quickly, they were still hot. We had to wait a little for them to cool down. Everything was very, very tasty. Especially the combination of sweet waffles with orange juice is simply delicious. I recommend everyone to try it. The restaurant is clean and has an interesting interior. Many thanks to all the staff for their professional work, which gave me such a wonderful morning, breakfast and mood for the whole day.

This was our first Denny‘s during this years roadtrip. It’s one of the best looking Denny‘s we have ever been to. We love the diner style building. The food was great like always. We had two slams which one was for 1$. Can there even be a better deal? Heather did a great job and took care of us during the stay. We would definitely come again.

It has been a while since visiting Danny's. Some items (like the vegetarian skillet were taken off the menu. Luckily there is still the 55+ menu, from which I enjoyed the generous omelet dish (excluding the meat), and replacing the white bread with 14 greens. Unfortunately they were out of both the soup and the fresh fruit mixture drink (which is why I gave it 4 and not 5). The strawberry banana smoothie was good. I was sorry to hear from the waitress that many Danny's were closed, and googled that, I can say that unfortunately this is true.

I loved everything about it. The atmosphere smelled like chocolate milk and I love that. The food is so adorable, and wonderful. If you say it isn’t, you’re a hater. The restaurant only had 2 workers in all and it was busy but they told their time and was respectful.

I love Denny's. It is the only one near where we are located. The food and service are always really good. This specific time I went I was really impressed more with how much they care for each other. They were making sure each other had eaten and weren't too taxed by the day. That made my heart happy and is just worth noting. Great food, great atmosphere and the pricing is definitely good.

2 stars only for food taste and price. The whole time we were there a woman in the back was singing very loud to the music that was also too loud. Also the music wasn’t what I would consider family friendly. I could barely hear my waitress or even my husband sitting next to me, we had to lean into each other to talk. Will not be returning any time soon considering this has been an issue for years at this location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Morning Fuel with Smiles! Stopped by Tim Hortons this morning for breakfast: a rich Coffee Mocha with extra cream and an Egg & Cheese Wrap with mayo. The staff here is friendly, but the lady at the front counter truly stood out. She greeted me warmly, remembered my mayo request without hesitation, and even double-checked to ensure the wrap was made just right—attention to detail at its finest! Despite the morning crowd, service was quick and efficient, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Huge thanks to the front-counter team (especially that awesome lady!) for turning a simple coffee run into such a pleasant experience. 10/10 for flavor, speed, and kindness! 🍳☕️🙏

I was excited to try this place after hearing mostly good things about it and finding myself near one. I tried to order something down the middle and let the drinks stand for themselves. My first impression of the store was the drive through menu’s right screen was severely damaged, but working. The young man whom took my order entertained a few of my first timer questions and took my order. We wound up with an iced caramel coffee and a large hot vanilla latte. Happy with 2 cups of coffee on the cheap! As we rolled up to the window, I could see a flurry of activity on the other side of it along with some indistinguishable yelling. An older woman with a wild-eyed look flung the window open and looked at me with a surpised look as if I wasn’t expected. She gathered herself, asked for payment, processed it, and handed my card back. Upon returning, she was yelling at someone in the kitchen then without turning or breaking eye contact with that person, handed me the two drinks, and closed the window. The transaction was apparently complete. Driving away I noticed the my latte was extremely hot, not necessarily a problem as I wanted hot coffee, but maybe it needed a sleeve. Regardless, I drove down the road for a short time waiting for the coffee to cool and was finally ready to have my first drink of this delectable coffee I’ve heard so much about! What was I rewarded with once I got that first drink down? Well, the same as the second and third drinks and that was nothing. What I believed myself to be tasting was hot, watered down milk. I got down the road further to another coffee shop before I could verify. What I found in the cup was a light brown liquid that appeared to be coffee, but was lacking the key quality of tasting like coffee. Now I can’t say the coffee was without merit as the caramel iced coffee was decent. I will likely avoid TH in the future going forward

This was my first time to a Tim Hortons and overall it met all my expectations! I got a cold brew with Nutella cold foam on top, a cheese croissant and some tidbits to share. The older lady at the register was so helpful and pleasant. HOWEVER, there were two younger girls (either teens or early 20’s) who were extremely unprofessional and outwardly rude to the lady helping me at the register. Loudly saying rude things, rolling their eyes, rude body language all in front of the 5 or so people in the lobby. I mentioned something to the register lady that I was sorry she had to deal with unprofessional coworkers and another lady from the lobby joined in so clearly this is an ongoing or often thing. I feel awful for not catching names because those two girls need their behavior checked. Other than that, the food and coffee were good.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain renowned for its delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and a variety of salads and sides. My recent visit to the Bangor location was nothing short of delightful! From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by friendly smiles and outstanding service. I opted for their tenders meal, which was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside yet juicy within, bursting with flavor that left me craving more.
Whenever we visit Bangor, this restaurant is always our first stop. I often wish someone could open a similar place in Saint John, New Brunswick so I wouldn’t have to make the drive all the way to Maine with my kids. The chicken here is so incredibly delicious that I can catch its mouthwatering aroma from miles away as I approach the restaurant.

I appreciated how quickly my order was taken and prepared, even though they were busy. The team was working like a well-oiled machine, and everyone had a smile on their face. It’s clear they care about both the food and the customer experience. Special shoutout to the team members who checked in on us after we were seated—such a nice touch that you don’t usually get at a fast food place. Restrooms were clean and well stopped. I went yesterday (05/12/2021) to this starbucks location, located inside of the Bangor Target. I ordered my drink (dragon drink) and I received another person's drink. I am not impressed by the service here. I also purchased the color changing marble cups and they came with no plastic over the straws, which is extremely unsanitary. The Starbucks on the Bangor Mall Blvd. always sells their cups with the plastic covering. The Starbucks inside of the Bangor Target also limits the amount of cups you can buy, which is extremely unreasonable! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back and neither will my friends/family!

Today (September 5, 2020) at 7:15pm I went to Starbucks inside of Target to purchase a grande dragon drink with no dragon fruit inclusion and light ice. I recieved my drink and I took 2 sips of it and the drink was almost gone. The drink did NOT have light ice as I had asked for and had extra ice. I went back in to tell them immediatly after and the girl proceded to tell me she couldn't remake my drink because I had "drank most of it." I told her she put extra ice in it when I asked for light ice and she said, "sorry I can't help you." I DON'T reccomend going there!

I am glad with time this location has hired a staff that cares more than the location by the mall. Sure I have to get out of my car and stand in line but I receive better service and better quality made drinks at this location on average. I also want to give kudos to Teras, or maybe I’m spelling his name wrong. This dude hands down makes the best Refresher I have had in a while. That’s proof that leadership cares when the Barista cares.

The crew working today (Labor Day Monday 2022) we’re so friendly, accommodating and professional! Went in to get a latte with my young toddler and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!

I love Starbucks coffee but I’ve tried this location a few times. The last time I went my coffee went straight into the overflowing trash can after one sip. Will never return to this location. It’s also very chaotic behind the counter.

Literally the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Rude, totally did not know how to make one of the drinks we ordered, forgot the flavoring in one, and seriously...add your own cream and sugar?? The staff was clueless and downright rude. Never, ever will we cisit thia location again.

Early close!! They were open but drew the line at my order, taking the lady in front on me but not me. They advised they’re closed, yet it was 3.5 hours prior to the displayed closing time. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Figured we go inside as I am not a fan of getting parked. Counter person was attentive and completed our order in under five minutes. Food was brought to our table. Restaurant was clean and soda fountain was properly stocked

Well they don't like getting their orders right, they also make sure they should be called slow food not fast. The bathroom is disgusting 🫣 😒 and the only thing I like getting there is fries or ice cream hot fudge etc. Cuz everyone knows the food there is not good for you and doesn't even taste good! I'd recommend getting a burger at burger King!!! They got to close down McDonald's and make more burger Kings

I have seriously had enough of the lack of cleaning and workmanship at this place. Not one worker likes their job there, they ignore people when asked to do their job, I have countless times had to clean the tables for other people to even sit to eatz and I've mentioned to the front 5 times about the hot water in the bathrooms being so hot someone like a kid with soft skin could get very burnt if not warned or fixed. And still till this day it's not fixed. Boils down to this place should be canned for a better business

Fries were nice and hot. Sadly, my big Mac was missing an entire burger patty. 😒 Probably a sign that I didn't need fast food for dinner

Incredibly slow drive thru, virtually guaranteed to get parked and have to wait 10+ minutes for your food, at least during lunch time. Took 25 minutes today. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.

Great job this morning by the short staffed team. 3 of their co-workers did not show up for duty this am and the 3 who were there, did a great job getting orders processed and dealing with a few frustrated customers due to the delays. Bravo!

We went through the drive thru at Odlin road location in Bangor, the server at the window was slow. She picked up my cup the cover came off and spilled down the cup put that cup inside another cup and passed it through. NOT IMPRESSED. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water with no flavor.

Another dunkin! They crew was quick to let us know they were out of some ingredients before we ordered to help expedite the plorsering and save the disappointment. Store was relatively clean with no vagrants hanging around outside!

Visited this very same location yesterday sometime after supper. We went inside to order to find a competent, energetic, albeit very busy employee. Asked politely if we could wait for her to take our order, we noticed the absence of employees at this location. After a short wait, she came ,with a (weary!!) smile and asked what she could do for us. My friend asked if she was the only employee working to which she replied yes. We placed our order, 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and 4 doughnuts. She prepared our take out order promptly with a smile and delightful conversation, all while continuing to take orders from the drive through. To this visit and this employee, we give 5 stars. Would give more if possible!!!! Today. Around 2:30-2:45. Visited this same location to find a disrespectful, hurried, irritated employee who took our order, (almost exactly the same order as yesterday, sans 2 doughnuts), with an annoyed countenance. My attempt at light conversation was met with bitter replies. One sandwich in my order was incorrectly prepared. To this visit I would give the food 4 stars. It was good except for the one sandwich. Service.... If I could possibly give negative stars I would give -*****. Minus 5. Which also affects Atmosphere which would be minus as well.

I was very excited to find a hotel directly next door to a Dunkin. But I was then disappointed when I found out that they don't have snacking bacon right now, because they usually like to cook it and let it sit out for a while before they serve it. Gross. The guy at the window refused to cook it fresh. Edit: Annnnd I didn't get a straw.
Jesse B — Google review
Wait until corporate revamps this place to go back. They drop your food loose in the bag, with no wrapping or protective paper. And if you try to call them to ask about that, the phone is mysteriously busy for over 10 minutes... in 2025... when call waiting is common. Do they take their phone off the hook so they won't have to answer the phone? I don't know, but they're not professional enough for me to trust the food that comes out of here again.

We drove to Maine all the way from New York. After a long drive and a hassle to find a hotel. We ended up in a hotel right next to this Dunkin location. Pleased to have a Dunkin Donuts next to us. But our pleasure soon became a nightmare as soon as we entered this store. Today around 2:00 - 3:00 pm there was this specific employee, (A lady to be precise) was so rude and disrespectful, who made us feel totally uncomfortable to place our order. She gave one word answers and neglecting our freedom to place an order. Even there other male employee felt bad for how she treated us and he came and took care of our order. We were left speechless. I dont what she was going through, maybe she had a bad day or she doesn't like to work or she didnt like our skin color. But thats not the way to treat customers and visiters to your beautiful town and state. I would say its an utter disappointment for our visit in Maine. Driving back to NYC with a bad experience. Unfortunately from now onwards, when I hear the word Maine. This bad and hurtful experience is always going to be in my mind..

Dunkin' is a well-established chain known for its iconic breakfast offerings and an array of coffee beverages. It has numerous locations in Bangor, making it a convenient choice for locals and visitors alike. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with particular praise for the service at the drive-thru. The donuts are often described as soft and fresh, contributing to a positive experience. Visitors also commend the cleanliness and modern atmosphere of Dunkin' outlets in the area.
Danny helped me place my order and made it, he’s very welcoming, friendly and always had a smile, definitely love seeing friendly faces and feel like you can always talk to the workers and you aren’t a burden on their day :)
Greg — Google review
Walking in, I was immediately greeted with "hello, how are you!?" And I instantly felt important. The teller Danny was extremely nice, had a smile on his face the entire time he talked to me and more than happy to get my order correctly, more importantly- he wanted to make sure it was done my way as he simply put "your way is the only way". Best experience ever at a coffee shop. My girlfriend had her drink made wrong and ALL of the employees was willing to remake her drink and/or get her an entirely different one for free. Best Dunkin in Bangor/brewer ever!
Chris M — Google review

Every. Single. Time I order from here there is something wrong. Why do I keep ordering from here you ask? DD automatically gives me this one when I order from work. I can’t choose a different location or I would. They totally didn’t give me my hot chocolate with espresso, the messed up my friends coffee, my other friends energy punch, and the donuts on the order. As someone that works at a restaurant.. I expect better. I expect my staff to look at their tickets and make the food correctly. This is wild to me. Now I have to leave work to go pick up my hot chocolate because God forbid I was able to get a refund. I won’t be Door dashing Dunkin anymore because it’ll being me to this store and I won’t be going back to this one again.

This Dunkin has a talent for getting things wrong, and when you call it out the manager would rather argue than fix it. Less “how can we make it right” and more “sit down, you’re wrong about your own order.
Frayed K — Google review
1 star by default. This place sucks! If I could do zero stars I would. Their machines that make certain drinks is conveniently “down” way before close. No tap pay at drive thru is the ONLY Dunkin in this area that won’t accept it. NO SIGNS TO TELL YOU AS WAIT IN THE LINE EITHER! Highly recommend literally ANY other Dunkin in town AVOID THIS HEADACHE!

This location is awful. I've gone here twice in the past week and both experiences are why I won't be back. First, I ordered a 5 dollar meal. Got to the window, they tell me they were out of tortillas. They had already made my coffee, but didn't give it to me or offer me a sandwich or something as a substitute. 2nd was today. I got an iced coffee and it was literally the worst iced coffee I've ever had. It tasted burnt. I let my daughter (who works at another Dunkin location) taste it and she agreed that it was awful. I couldn't even drink it. I wish I had tasted it before I left Brewer.

I ordered a drink with my points, and I tried to use 700 points for a latte. The kid couldn't figure out how to do it, so he got his manager. She said the app can be finicky and order something else to go with it. I ordered some doughnut holes and waited for my latte. About 10 minutes later, the kid asked if I was picking up a door dash. I said no, I am still waiting for my latte. He said oh. You decided not to order it so you don't have one. SERIOUSLY, SMH. I just walked out and went to Aroma Joe's and got good service and a great latte.

Went through the drive up on Friday ask for 2 glazed sticks- git 2 chocolate sticks. Went through today asked for a glazed stick girl a plain glazed donut- Went back through to get the correct donut and so girl yells out... you gotta take that other donut back. So the girl at the windiw took it and threw it in the trash. Disgusting behavior due to their mistake!

Fantastic convenient place. I charged my EV with their charger. It worked very well. Their apple sip is great. Only one young fellow was working there on a Wednesday night. He was serving both the dinning room and the drive-thru. He was literally sprinting between the window and the counter providing great service with a smile. He deserves double pay.

This is the worst Dunkins. I haven't had a correct order for the last 4 times I've gone. The last time was when I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and got a frozen coffee. I said that's not correct and she looked at me like I had two heads and said "that's what you order". Um, no it is not and I had a witness in the car. It was another ordeal to change it out. You can tell this Dunkin only hires bottom of the barrel employees that don't care about their work or appearance. I will only be going to the second Brewer location moving forward.
Amanda C — Google review
This has been the only time I have debated just leaving my food and taking off from a fast food place The food came out slow it took about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to come out when there was not many people through the drive through. When they did decide to get it out it was burnt and black (They also always get my drinks wrong) The team in the back had no coordination or any sense of urgency There were people arguing in the back that completely threw off my mood Thanks to this dunkin it has ruined my morning I would have much rather have went 2 minutes up the road to the other Dunkin at 17 Schilling Dr Brewer, ME 04412 United States I recommend this one as they are fast and respectful and come out great each time I will not be going back to this dunkin and I advise you not to either

Idk how they do it, but they have an A+ team working here! I came in as part of the post-concert rush and they were cranking out orders so efficiently. Well…we got the same burger. As you can see, someone forgot all the toppings and SOMEONE THAT WORKED THERE ATE THE OTHER ONE! We opened it up with that, smashed and eaten! Tried to call, women claimed she couldn’t hear us even though we were on WiFi calling. A waste of 50 bucks and very disrespectful/disgusting

Order completely wrong. Ordered a big Mac with meat, bun, lettuce and pickles. Repeated twice. Came with cheese. Ordered two cheese burgers with ketchup and onions only. The burgers came with pickles on them as well. Receipt states these instruction. Still made wrong . This is not the first time. Sad people get paid $20/hrs and still cannot follow simple instructions.

The food was McDonald's, there's not much else to say it was hot. The people were friendly. The prices were high, but there's no reason to take it out on a worker. So please just smile at him and remember he or her. I guess trying to get by like us.

I ADORE RACHEL! i eat here atleast 3 times a week now because of her amazing service. My favorite McDonald's now. I usally eat there late at night, since Rachel became manager the food is made fresh, my order is always correct, service is fast, kind, and on point! I said my drink tasted funny they remade it twice for free and when I still didn't like it they replaced and upgraded it for free. The best decision they made was making her manager.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast so I could just pick it up real quick before work. I ordered a big breakfast with bacon and a biscuit. I get my order, and I drive 15 minutes to work. When I park and open my food, I realize they never put my pancakes in the container. I tried to call the store to ask for a refund and nobody picked up. It’s unacceptable really, it’s like if someone ordered a Big Mac meal and you just gave them fries and a drink. Thoroughly unimpressed.

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting customers for decades with its iconic burgers and crispy fries. The experience here is all about speed and freshness, as your meal arrives hot and ready to enjoy in no time. With budget-friendly options like two cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a medium drink for just $10, it's an excellent choice for those looking to satisfy their cravings without breaking the bank.
Just don’t understand what’s going on with this previously reliable place! The last two times I’ve been here, my food has taken close to 15 minutes and it hasn’t been the correct order when it does arrive. The kid working the window is super pleasant, but my goodness !

This location is hard to get into — it’s right at a weird intersection, which makes turning in and out a bit tricky. We ordered through the mobile app, but they didn’t get our order right. We had to tell them what we actually ordered, and the staff wasn’t very friendly about it. Definitely double-check your order before leaving to make sure it’s correct.

Asked for breakfast burritos which I get here at night often, kid at the counter started being rude to me about them even after he was told they do in fact sell burritos at night. I came back in the get his name to make a complaint and the manager Jason started screaming and me and my brother saying corporate will not do anything. Every time I get food in the drive through they have me park and wait 30+ minutes for my food. Highly recommended eating at any location that prioritizes customer experience.

I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. It was by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I know you can't ask too much, but I was in the parking lot waiting while other vehicles got their food and were sent on their way. I had all I could do not to blow up at the poor Young kid that was trying to do the best he could. Management is terrible

Was in drive through for 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect, I brought my sandwich in with receipt to get a new one and waited 30 minutes for one single sandwich. When I asked when it would be ready they replied with “just one more second” and ten minutes would go by. When I called manager her excuse was “well we are short staffed, I can give you a coupon”.

Stopped here on my way to vacation for a quick bite. Got our drinks and my daughter got her happy meal. 15 minutes later, still sitting in the drive thru pickup line, no food many people who arrived after us had received their food and left. Went in and talked to a person on the counter, they half assed apologized and said they could make something real quick, but at this point had already been waiting a half hour. They were rude at the counter, didn’t seem to care, and overall, unapologetic
Ali G — Google review
I don’t think in the year I’ve been going here, that I’ve ever gotten a correct order. Something is usually always missing. I do mostly mobile orders on the way to work so I can’t always wait around for 20+ minutes, or to check and make sure everything is there the first time, and not in a second back placed out 5 minutes later. The fries have never been salted. I’ve been ripped off $20 + orders before, and due to it being mobile order I was given no refund. Avoid if possible.

The food is always great, order rarely wrong. However wait times are usually quite long. Although it is fast food, a few of the workers present themselves in a way that is.. not appealing when you are dining in to eat.

We are from Wisconsin and there are no Tim Hortons in our area. I remember them from New York State. Their donuts are awesome. What's better than a pretzel bagel also? P
Tim R — Google review
I started coming to this Tim Horton's because the local McDonald's in the area never gets our coffees right. I told one of the ladies I wanted 8 cream and 8 sugars, she knew right away I wasn't a regular, and suggested I start with 4 and 4 instead because of how sweet it is. I'm thankful they took the time to tell me that and waited to see if it was enough despite having others in the drive though line waiting. They made me feel like I was important and no other place has made me feel like that in a long time. I highly recommend this place. Their coffee and food tastes great! I am a new and budding loyal customer.. 😁
Abigail T — Google review
I have had mixed experiences at this Tim Hortons, but majority wise were good experiences! Better customer service than I have had at other coffee and fast food places. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the fact every time I order a drink it seems to come out exceptionally different each time (ie: frozen drink is not frozen or is so icy you can't drink it). I'm not that picky though so definitely recommend for a quick grab to eat.
Katelyn F — Google review

Please tell me why the advertised chicken tenders look so different. They do not look anything like what they used to or anything like what they’re supposed to. They’re not crispy or anything they’re soggy. I was excited to go and get these tenders and will definitely not be ordering them again.

As a customer, I witnessed management treat their employees like absolute garbage. That caused the employees to speak to me and numerous other customers in a very undesirable way. However, I understand the stress of a terrible boss and I knew not to take it personally. Additionally, I waited over 15 minutes for my food, which had a hair in it. And when I kindly asked for a full refund, a female manager gave me nothing but glares and a disrespectful tone. Do better.

Customers often find it to be a great place to take a break while shopping or on road trips. The staff is praised for their friendly service and ability to accommodate custom orders. Despite being busy at times, the baristas are commended for their hard work and friendliness.
Another wonderful Starbucks coffee shop ☕ thanks to the real nice people who work here.

Five stars across the board. Guess what makes this Starbucks better. ITS IN MAINE!!!!! Also new strawberry cake pop, delicious We live in Florida so it's awesome! Ladys were so nice. I've been going to Starbucks since I was 3 years old. It's like a home to me at this point.

My coffee always comes out wonderfully. One of the workers took the time to put this adorable drawing on my coffee and it made my day. Whoever did this deserves a raise!

If I wanted to make my own coffee, I would make it the house. Coffee 8 sugars 3 cream. Get a coffee with 8 packs of sugar and 3 packs of creamer to put in myself?! What is the point of ordering? Pure laziness and unprofessional IMO! Trash customer service!

When we ordered at the speaker we asked for no dragonfruit chunks, which they’ve done for us before, but this time the girl on the headset laughed at us, and as we drove up started mocking us from the sound of it going “no chunks,” still laughing with others in the background. Just for them to give us chunks still. Why make fun of our order and then make it wrong? You knew what it was supposed to be because you kept repeating it like it was something stupid to ask.

we had the BEST road-trip ever today (and the best customer service). i have a very custom order (Venti Strawberry Acái Refresher with 2 pumps white mocha, 3 scoops vanilla bean and sweet cold foam.. highly recommend) and they make it right every single time. by the time we got to the window my little one was already ecstatic to greet them all, and i believe almost the entire staff came to give her such a warm welcome !! we had a great time (and i think she enjoys my meal better than her own), thank you! 🖤🌙☠️

Can you guys do something about the flies?? This seems to be a recurring issue. It’s gross and impossible to enjoy sitting here when there are this many flies around. :(

I don’t understand how hard it is to make one of your most popular drinks, but for some reason y’all can’t do it. This is the 5-6th time I’ve gotten a pink drink like this through DoorDash do better. I’m so done spending my money here!

This is my first stop right out of the airport ! I fly into town to visit family. I have been stopping here for decades now. I live in the south and we didn't used to have DD any where around. So, too get my fix, this is the place !! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My mom would call ahead and see if they had my favorite donuts in stock. If not, they would makes some up !! Oh, gosh, such a nice thing to do ! Of course during my stay we'd have to drop by a time or two. Might not always be this one, but this is if def my First and Last stop in town. The store is always clean and service is great. No issues. I most highly recommend this place for anyone passing thru - if you are a local then you probably already know.

Smells pretty bad in here. The staff constantly was negative, used bad language, and made fun of every customer that entered the building. I would recommend maybe just grabbing from the drive thru.

I don't know why this is becoming a common practice with Dunkin in areas where there's more tourism and in tail younger employees but I don't understand what's so hard about lattes.. I ordered a large iced latte with butter pecan (unspecified amount of pumps which I assumed meant the standard amount) and I got a cup of milk with a single pump of butter pecan. No espresso in this cup whatsoever.

Fast service, polite staff, convenient parking. Very tasty, I ordered donuts.

I sat in the car while my wife went inside to use the restroom and order us some food. She came out with our food and drinks and told me how disgusting the bathroom was. Then, we started eating our food, and 3 bites into my breakfast sandwich I see a hair, but, not just any hair. It was a black curly/kinky type of hair. One that usually only one specific area of the body holds, and I don't mean on top of your head. We were absolutely horrified and disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE!

Food is to standard unfortunately Dunkin will only ever get 4 stars unless they redo their ingredients. In essence its a dunks, but the service was top notch, easlch person was doing what they were supposed to and doing it with muster! Great job!

My order is never wrong, but it generally takes a solid 15min to get through their drive thru. even when they aren't busy. it's unreal.

Took my snacking bacon back in because it was cold and the bacon fat was jelled up on it. They told me that they keep the snacking bacon at room temperature which I’m sure that osha would love to here that meat is being kept in the danger zone (40-140*) The manager was there or owner not sure and he didn’t seem to care. Once again this is why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts !! I’m just glad I had a gift card!
