The 50 best cheap eats in Rock Hill

We drove down from Charlotte on a recommendation from a friend and Kounter did not disappoint. We had dinner on a Saturday night around 6:15 and the restaurant was surprisingly not packed. This rating isn’t just a “4” but I would say a 4.6/5. We will 100% be coming back. Awesome spot and a must visit if you are in Rock Hill (or close). Brussels on Brussels: 4.5/5 - excellent and cooked just right Fried Ribs: 5/5 - unique dish that blew us away. This is a MUST order Seared Scallops: 4/5 - they were cooked well. Definitely recommend Whipped Key Lime: 4/5 - solid

The food was wonderful. I had the seared scallops with the fried cheddar grit croutons. It was delicious, and not a huge meal which helped save room for dessert. The seasonal espresso cheesecake cannoli was amazing! The shell is a bit thinner than your standard cannoli shell, but the cheesecake filling has a great tang to go with its sweetness. The staff was great too. Skylar was attentive and helped me decide on things to eat and drink as everything looks good. Can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I went to this restaurant after being asked from a friend have we ever tried it? We stated, “No” and they said you have to go! “It’s great!” Well, we finally went and the food was great and fresh! We went for dinner, all of our appetizers were amazing and our meal was even better! We even decided to order a desert and I’m glad we did because it was worth every bite! We will come back and try the lunch and brunch on Sunday’s. And we will bring more people with us when we return because they have to try this food!

We had Mothers Day brunch and as usual, Kounter did not disappoint. Evan was an awesome, attentive server with a great personality. I had chicken and waffles and my husband had shrimp and grits with a side of the house potato hash, and Cubano toast. The chicken was bone in drumsticks, which was a little different, but the outside was very light, crispy and delicious. Bottomless mimosas of course were a perfect blend; not too strong, not too sweet. Everything was cooked perfectly and when they box up what you can’t finish, they even put the date on the box for you. Thank you Kounter for a great experience! 

We had such a fun time! The food was phenomenal. I loved the flank steak. It was perfectly seasoned and expertly seared. The peanut butter pie was rich and thick. Our waiter gauged our mood and gave us extra attention, sharing stories about the restaurant. My only gripe was the noise level. Due to the acoustics of the room, the conversation noise reached painful levels several times throughout the evening.

Service was great! Fried ribs were amazing. Hamburger was ok, and the fries were ok but had a burnt taste. I would come back to try something different.

Wow! We have traveled all over the USA, this place is spectacular! It is not often you eat something and your taste buds explode into a frenzy of colors, nostalgia, and yet something you have been looking for all at the same time.....crazy right? I had the meatloaf "Blue Plate Special". It was special! We also ordered the chicken and waffle sushi, and the cannoli (not a normal cannoli) and oatmeal cream pie for dessert. I would recommend this place to anyone and go back if we visit again.

Wonderful spot for BBQ. Tried it while in town and I wasn’t disappointed. Chopped brisket was tender, smoky and flavorful. I added a link of brat that was delicious too. Sides were black eye peas with collards and the hash, both were wonderful. I chose the house bbq sauce which was tangy with a touch a sweetness. Try this place out and you won’t be disappointed. Servers were very friendly and an eclectic mix of music that I really enjoyed.

Flavorful pulled pork w a tangy SC gold sauce. Red slaw was great and potato salad tasted fresh. Affordable price. Glad to find a solid lunch spot in the area. look forward to coming back and trying the BBQ Hash and Pork Sundae.

Hidden gem in South Carolina. Was able to sneak in about 15 min before they closed and tried the ribs, pulled pork, seasoned fries, hush puppies, corn, mac and cheese and couldn’t decide between the peach dumplings or the banana pudding so we got them both and finished every bite. We went with the house vinegar based BBQ sauce and the Carolina Gold, neither disappointed, but I would suggest the pulled pork with the house sauce because it could almost be used as a version of BBQ au jus. The two gals at the counter even included some southern charm. I would say atmosphere is exactly what you want from a Carolina BBQ joint, character, original and not commercialized. If you are close to Charlotte or South Carolina I would say don’t miss the Dixie Pig!

Our food was quite good. We ordered two catfish dinners. This is not our first time coming here. The fish was a bit too salty, but still good. We were excited to eat the cabbage as one of our sides, but it had no taste to it at all. Except for the taste of just hot water. :(

GET THE BRATWURST! Absolutely delicious BBQ! Great service We ordered the Half Rib plate and Bratwurst plate. Everything was cooked to PERFECTION!

Finally found a great local place to eat on our stop south. Highly recommend the French Dip, Mac and cheese, and fried corn! Husband chopped brisket dinner was actually too much food. He wished he had gotten a sandwich. Fries were nice and hot. Impressed with all the items they make in house. The au jus was excellent.

This is now my go to bbq spot. The food serving are huge and it is so so so good. Not too sweet, not too spicy and overall a great flavor. The black eyed peas and collards are great. Get the black Betty. The prices are so affordable and the staff is great. I am blown away by this place.

The food here was absolutely delicious but what makes this restaurant even more amazing is the staff. We were in town visiting and my 8 year old couldn’t find anything on the menu since it was the weekend brunch menu. The waitress and chef went above and beyond to make sure she had something to eat. I’m so glad they did and that we stayed because the salmon breakfast dish was the most delicious thing I ate all week. Whenever we travel back to Rock Hill I’ll definitely be bringing my foodie husband here.

Hannah was great! This is my second time coming, and both times the food has been awesome! I love the paintings on the walls, although I wish they had chosen a wall color over gray. Everything is always very neat and clean. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. The avocado pull-apart bread appetizer is absolutely amazing! It’s worth going back there just for that alone! The bread is the fluffiest I’ve ever had and the pepperoni sauce that went with it was so good. The mushroom ravioli was jampacked with flavor! The messy chicken sandwich was super delicious, although incredibly spicy to me, but my partner does not have a spice detector so he loved it and came out alive lol. All of their desserts are homemade except the strawberry shortcake, but it comes from a local bakery. The peach cobbler was delicious! (They had some great looking salads as well.)

The food was excellent! The best food I’ve had in Rock Hill! I love that they had non-alcoholic cocktails as well! They were very good! Everything we got was excellent, I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Rock Hill!

Best meal I’ve had in a while. Such an unassuming place in downtown RH. The bartender was our server and he took great care of us. Try the avocado pull apart bread, the sloppy Joe Mac n cheese and the maple aioli sweet potatoes waffle fries… TO DIE FOR!

The food was excellent. Had the grilled chicken salad, spinach, heirloom carrots, purple turnips, shaved fennel, fried apricot bits and cranberry with spinach. Each leaf was tossed with just enough sugar free cider vinegar dressing, how wonderful. Grilled chicken sandwich was a home run also, with balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. Attentive service too.

We traveled from Columbia to have lunch at this location. The food and service was great. The portion size was big. Not pictured the truffle fries, recommended by the staff were amazing.

Stumbled upon this gem after a drive to Rockhill from Spartanburg on the weekend. Food was delicious! Their white cheddar pimento cheese is yummy! Biscuit board was a hit and their burger was great!

It's one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always delicious, a decent portion, and fresh. Our server was super young this time and was a bit slow in taking our order l. She needs a little more experience with working faster but she didn't do anything wrong otherwise, actually did everything by the book, and took really good care of us. I just ended up late to my event after lunch. It was my fault I should have told her we're on a timeline.

Fun atmosphere! Tons of tables. We loved the patio area in the spring evening! We ate here with a few other families on a Friday evening. Got here at 6:30. We had a reservation so we were seated almost immediately. Drink orders came quick. It took a while for them to come take our food order. Then it took close to an hour for our food to come out! We left at 8:30. Extremely limited parking!!! Servers were super nice. I built my own burger. I’d give it an 8.5, but it might also be because of how I built it. The kids enjoyed their salads and chicken fingers.

First time visiting this location. If you're looking for great burgers this spot is a must try. I ate at the bar for lunch, I had a house salad with honey mustard and it was delicious. The burger I chose was The DareDevil. I had it cooked medium well, and it was AMAZING! The fries were delicious also. The service at the bar was friendly, and professional.

My wife saw an advertisement for this restaurant in a South Carolina tourist guide. We went on a Friday night, so it was busy, and we had to wait approximately 30 minutes or so to be seated. Our family tried a variety of burgers: Brinner, Daredevil, Fried Mac & Cheese, and Build your own. They were all delicious! We also had fried pickles for an appetizer. Service was provided by Amya, and she was great 😀 There was a great sports bar atmosphere where we were able to watch various sports on the numerous televisions throughout the restaurant. There was something for everyone (basketball, baseball, hockey, and race car driving). We will be back whenever we are in the area since we have family that live just 2 miles away.

Absolutely love this spot, I love the turkey burger and sweet potato waffle fries, always amazing and tasty. Staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is chill and fun, you get to pick the music too. Always a favorite spot we enjoying going too.

The food was horrible compared to what it used to be a couple of years ago. My burger that I ordered well done came back medium .... the fried green tomatoes i did not even touch. They looked horrid.. and the fries were mediocre. The ONLY good thing was the jalapeño margarita (at least the bartender knew what to do.) Furthermore the waitress gave me that evil side eyed look , And their new cooks 🍳 wouldn't be fit for McDonald's. Im highly disappointed. Not worth $150 for 2 adults and a 6yr old child.

I have lived in South Carolina for many years and this is the first time I've checked out the Pier 51 seafood restaurant. It was pretty good and had a nice salad bar with fresh vegetables. The hush puppies were delicious. I was just in the mood for some wings. So they do have other things on the menu besides seafood. The wait staff was friendly and we were able to get a seat right away.

All I can say is Pier 51 is awesome. Amazing. Great food Awesome great service friendly. The owner Demetrious accommodated my father’s 80th birthday. His staff is awesome. They made his own menu for him with his name on it. They allowed us to decorate bring the cake in even the young guys that were clean the table off. They were awesome as well they offered to help. I can’t say enough about how great and respectful And genuine. The owner is and the staff as well thank you again so much and will be back next year for the party and monthly for the food.

Our first time here and we were so pleased with the experience. I first thought we were going to have to wait for seating, there was so many cars in the lot. The place is huge and we were seated straight away. While ordering off the menu, hush puppies were brought. There is also a salad bar and from what I saw, it is all you can eat, but even though I ordered broiled fish off the senior menue, there was no way that I could eat another bite. The fish was made perfectly and there was plenty of it. Priced very reasonable. We are definitely going back.

I go with my aunt and always order a regular order of whole salt and pepper catfish. They give me 4 large, hot, crispy, flavorful catfish along with my choice of fries, sweet or regular potato, or onion rings that are hot, large, crispy and heavily breaded. The servers bring us all we can eat hush puppies and butter and sour cream is in a basket on the table along with tartar and cocktail sauce. And if that isn't enough, the salad bar comes with my order and it has EVERYTHING you can think of and oh so large!!! Now, I was hungry so, I ordered a "table" order of onion rings and my aunt and I got far more food than we could eat. We had to get 2 to-go plates!! Many times, people will be lined up near the door, on the weekends. It draws an older crowd early on and then a mix. I hope you go and enjoy.

I have lived in South Carolina for many years and this is the first time, I ordered white fish with vegetables, I've checked out the Pier 51 seafood restaurant. It was pretty good and had a nice salad bar with fresh vegetables. . So they do have other things on the menu besides seafood. The people friendly and we were able to get a seat right away.

We had dinner on Saturday night. Everywhere else we tried had a 30-45 min wait. We got to a table and were seated as soon as we got there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food is great! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a seafood dinner.

Great food, environment, and service. Their salad bar is my favorite! Always clean and fresh with many choices. Love that they give you a boatload of fried pickles when ordered as an appetizer instead of like 10 as most other places.

I visited Amelie’s for the first time and was charmed by the Rock Hill location’s decor and ambiance. The pastries were delicious, and I also enjoyed my half spicy chicken salad and a cup of chicken pot pie soup. The meal was good but not outstanding. I imagine most people visit for the treats more so than the deli offerings, and I certainly enjoyed the sweets more! Service was excellent.

I would recommend stopping here if you are looking for a desert and a coffee. All the deserts looked really good. I got what looked like a custard eclair. The pastry was light and fresh. The custard was delicious.

What a delightful place! Quirky yet elegantly decorated. In an old bank. Unfortunately there is only 1 person to take your order and it seems like everyone in line had questions. The food came out pretty quick and was very good. The bacon was amazing. The dark roast is pretty strong. The strawberry something lemonade was really sweet. I’m really glad we don’t live closer as I would be here all the time trying all the pastries.

What a delightful find! An unexpected treasure in an old, converted bank. The double dessert cases are full of beautiful creations- fresh fruit tarts, cakes, eclairs, and a large variety of macroons. My friend and I had not had lunch so opted for the tostines. Great choice! We shared 2 types- the bacon/fig/cheese (both savory and sweet) and the savory pesto/tomato/cheese. Both were delicious. We also had a chai and raspberry tea. There was ample seating both down and upstairs, WIFI and the atmosphere was perfect for our meeting!

I picked up a large catering order for a corporate event early in the morning. The food was delicious and fresh. Patricia and Maddie on the Charlotte area events team were phenomenal and unbelievably helpful and patient. Staff in Rock Hill was kind and welcoming. I had a minor issue with timing, but it was handled with accountability and grace. The overwhelming tone was “this is should not of happened and we will take care of it” I wasn’t wildly upset, and believe them because they run a tight ship and hold themselves to high standards. I appreciated how clearly they were willing to communicate. Would recommend them for catering pastries and coffee if you want to be a bit more upscale than Publix with breaking the bank. Pricing was very fair, they were able to adapt a package to my needs, and servings were generous.

We love all Amelie’s in the Charlotte area. We’ve been to all four locations. Today’s visit to the Rock Hill did not disappoint. Our desserts were so yummy!

My family and I came from Georgia for a family reunion. We decided to stop here after seeing a menu from our hotel. As soon as we walked in we were greeted which was a plus. Our waitress was really nice and she checked on us often. I had fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had stramboli and he was in heaven eating it. Everything was good and delicious.

Got pizza from Mario’s last night it made my mother and I extremely sick, I’m fine now but my mother is so sick Easter has been cancelled and my grandparents who drove 8 hours had to start another 8 hour drive this morning and didn’t even get a chance to see my sister. The dough and crust are always floppy and gross but my autistic brother loves it so we always get it I’ve never liked this place from the beginning but now that the pizza made my family so sick that Easter is cancelled I’m gonna leave a review and file with the health department. Pic is leftovers that I’m throwing out.

The pizza is super tasty, with a crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The prices are great, and the service is fast and friendly.

We here for lunch yesterday and it was fantastic!! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but on the inside great Italian food. We even got a pizza and calzone to go for later and that was phenomenal. The homemade red sauce for the pizza etc…was extremely well prepared. What makes this an even greater restaurant is the service that came with it. We will be back!

I thought the pizza was amazing, my husband wasn’t impressed. We ordered the kids fettuccine Alfredo and it had a lot of garlic and he didn’t care for it. Our food was ready quickly, the order was correct. We ordered extra cheese and pepperoni and we definitely got extra cheese. I would get another pizza if we were in the area again.

We had such a fun time here with our close friends — it was one of those feel-good, food-coma kind of nights! 😄 We ordered the Veggie Stromboli (so cheesy and satisfying!) and the Tri-Color Tortellini in Vodka Sauce — and OMG, I was in absolute 🫰🏼 with that pasta. Huge shoutout to Chef Martino for the amazing vodka sauce — seriously, it made the whole dish unforgettable. 👨‍🍳🔥 Also love that they do a daily pizza buffet from 12–2 PM, and it even includes two pasta options. Perfect for a midday carb fix! Such a cozy spot with great food and even better vibes. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a small order of garlic knots with marinara that were both up to par. There isn't a option for thin crust but the hand tossed dough is made really well. The spinach topping reminded me too much of Papa John's and that's not necessarily a compliment. My lady had the cheese pizza and she wasn't a fan of it. The fries were good.

I asked a friend of mine who is Thai where is the most authentic Thai restaurant in the Charlotte area? Without hesitation he said Sila Thai in Rock Hill, I immediately went to Yelp to check it out and saw the reviews which seemed to back up his claim. I took the family with me to Sila Thai and when we got there at night, there were no cars in the parking lot and the building didn't seem to meet my high hopes. I walked in and the place was completely empty, a young man walked up and asked carry out or dine in, I said well let me look at a menu first. I took the menu outside to the car where my family were waiting and we pondered over and over whether we wanted to take a chance or not, so I finally said let's do it. We walk in and the decor is definitely of Thai theme but still not knowing what to expect we ordered appetizers to get started (calamari, spring rolls) and when they came out I wasn't impressed with the calamari because I do have high standards for such a delicious appetizer, the spring rolls were good as should be expected. I ordered the Pad Cha, my wife ordered the Basil Saute and the children had Green Curry with chicken. From the first bite to the last, I was thoroughly impressed and savoring every bite. The Pad Cha was very spicy just as I like and I honestly could've had another plate but the portion size was perfect. My wife loved her Basil Saute with chicken and the kids ate all of their dinner without a complaint. When we finished eating we all looked at each other and laughed because we realized that looks on the outside can be deceiving and we are very happy that we took a chance on Sila Thai. After speaking with the waiter, he told me that they do a lot of to go orders, so that was one of the reasons that the restaurant isn't packed. So Yelp family, Sila Thai is definitely worth taking a chance on if you're looking for great Thai cuisine and we will be making frequent visits here. I am confident you will not be disappointed and if you are, I'll refund your money. J/K but you will enjoy!

We were craving Thai food & Sila delivered 🙌 it seems to be family run & we love that. The dumpling sampler was a perfect start to our date night dinner. Served with a carafe of wine, dinner was delicious as well. We tried the chicken red curry & the basil fried rice with shrimp. Both were authentic & yummy. We will definitely be back!

A Hidden Gem- As a WFPB eater there aren’t a lot of restaurant options. I asked about no oil items on the menu and was directed to the curries. I ordered the yellow curry with vegetables. It was delicious! So many vegetables and the sauce was yummy! Other family members loved the Thai dumplings.

The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. My favorite is the Chicken Pad Thai with a heat level of 1...although you can get it as hot as you can stand it. I recently tried the Thai dumplings and I couldn't get enough. They are obviously made in house, and the dumpling sauce is fantastic.

We are in town for a work training and decided to stop here for dinner. After reading the reviews I thought to give it a try. This place did not disappoint. The food was amazing and they served some of the best Pad won seen I have ever had. Everything was great along with the service. I highly recommend this place when you're in the mood for Thai food. 👌🏾

The service was excellent and the food was great. My husband got a noodle dish and it was wonderful. The spring rolls were super delicious, although a little greasy. The tofu dumplings were absolutely delightful. The banana spring roll for dessert was one of the best we’ve had. Very clean and laid back atmosphere.

Update: We usually love eating here. Tonight we got Pad Thai and pineapple tofu. Something has changed. Very little sauce, uncooked soggy tofu, what tastes like frozen peas, carrots, and corn in the fried rice. This is not the Sila food we know and love. Sadly. Delicious variety of dishes.

Our first experience here was wonderful. Such a fun gem to find. Amber, our server, was personable and helped with all of our questions. The food was as fantastic as the service was! We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is great. For the restaurant to be in such an open space they do a great job at keeping the noise down. Foam under the tables and plenty of sound absorbing decor. Our server was nice, definitely new. Their computers went down so our food took a bit longer. I had the flounder and it was well seasoned. The grits to fish ratio was a bit off to me. The grits overpowered the dish. I would have preferred less grits, more black eyed peas and tomato. Otherwise it was good. The french fries were 10/10. The shrimp toast was also quite good. It is spicy but I personally like spice. We will come back to try a few other dishes. The cocktails were also done well. Good value for the quality of food.

This is a great spot. My friend & I went here twice & really enjoyed the food & environment/atmosphere. The drinks were good & the inside has a nice design/decor. Recommend.

We ordered food to go at the bar. Love the atmosphere. Plus free parking across the street. The bartender and GM were super friendly and fun to talk with. Cocktails like lemonade lavender were delicious. We had had fried green tomato BLT and country fried steak, both meals were delicious. Parents had steak and a salad with grilled chicken on side. The latter was a little spicy, fyi. Definitely recommend and plan to return.

The old mill architecture and basically half a museum were pretty cool but not why I showed up. I was looking for an excellent country fried steak plate and that is exactly what I found. This was not chopped steak. This was sirloin pounded and perfectly breaded and fried. The gravy was goodness and the whipped potatoes and Brussels and black eyed pea salad were perfect sides. Anyway I gotta sleep now. I loved it. Go check old town kitchen out

Our second visit last night. Restaurant was kinda dead for a Friday at 7 pm. I went against my better judgment and ordered the fried flounder and Shrimp cocktail. I broke my standing rule of not ordering seafood when the sea is not within sight. Karma reprimanded me swiftly for that poor decision. I have zero doubt that what I was served came from a frozen section of Our local grocer. The flounder was not “fried” it was crusted. And “crusted over”. I’m not certain it was actually flounder. It was barely room temp. My mind went to “air fryer”. The shrimp part of the shrimp cocktail was not chilled. It was slightly cooler than the flounder. The cocktail sauce was hard to differentiate from the fancy ketchup on the plate. Not enough horseradish to call it cocktail sauce. Same goes for the tartar sauce. I believe it was mayo with some pickle relish mixed in for texture. Full disclosure. I grew up in Charleston. I fly to New Orleans, Seattle , and southeast Alaska for the sole purpose of catching seafood and eating it. So maybe I’m being a little extra. . My date had the Parmesan chicken. She thought it was very good. Presentation on both plates could use some help. You eat with your eyes before you eat with your mouth. I don’t recall the young ladies name that served us. But she did a decent job. I am rooting for your success. But it won’t come via the seafood I’m afraid.

Me and a co worker stopped in for lunch this afternoon. I had the Bloody Mary Shrimp & Grits. The grits weren't bad, just not the flavor I'm use to when having shrimp and grits. My co worker had the Classic Burger. He said it was delicious. The atmosphere, and service at the bar was exceptional!

The place to go for if you’re in the mood for a hot dog with amazing chili. Really low prices, made fresh and quality ingredients. Small town vibe / friendly!! Service is quick too! Great place.

2025 09 20 - I did a Google search for best hotdogs near me and Sonny's popped up. Found them to be very popular with a line waiting for tables. I found no reason for their popularity. They only offer 3 boring basic dogs. Plain, slaw, and corn dog so I opted for a cheeseburger. Disappointing. Old school. Smooshed. No fresh toppings. No lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion. Fries were served cold. Apparently many people like the place and people have different tastes so maybe you will like it.

I have been wanting to try Sonny's Dutch for so long and today I am happy to have gone. Atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Everything looked clean and tidy. Menu was simple and easy to read. Waitresses were kind and helpful. Food was very tasty and affordable. Our food genuinely tasted homemade. Portions were very satisfying and filling. I had the Club Sandwich and my son had the Double Ben burger (2 6oz patties). Diffently will return to try other dishes.

This is one of my "go to" lunch spots. The burgers and home fries are the best! My favorite is a bacon, chili cheeseburger, all the way (mustard, chili, onions), with extra chili. It never disappoints. The fresh cut home fries the best. The staff makes you feel like family and they are always attentive no matter how busy they are. Get there early because they have a mean following and run out of tables quickly...but any wait is worth it! Don't forget the Cherry Lemon Sundrop!!

We came here to eat on our lunch break and we are happy that we chose this place. Everthing was good. We ordered a variety of food and we enjoyed everything. It was pretty crowded so we assumed this place is very popular. If you haven't eaten here. Try it.

First time at Sonny's and will definitely be back. The burgers were amazing, service was quick and friendly. My partner even commented that it was the cheapest date we've had in a while but was probably one of the best meals. 10/10 would give more stars if possible. Make sure you pay attention to the chalkboard when you enter for the special and ask about desserts.

I went here because I had a taste for a good hotdog. Unfortunately, this location did not satisfy my craving. I have never had a hotdog so dry! The chili was bland and the slaw beneath was tasteless. The home fries had ZERO seasoning. Thankfully my daughters enjoyed their meals but they had to add seasoning to their food also. I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the store or the customer service because I didn’t go inside. I don’t think I will eat here again. Big disappointment.

Went to a Gothic Punk market here. Some really unique items for sale. Market had a restaurant, bar and ice cream palor. Everyone super friendly. Had fun looking around. Recommend!

Had the Argentinean and it was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and Sabrina did a great job helping me choose. Huge beer selection too. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back, all the way from Columbia!

This is a great place to grab a beer and a bite. Don't let their great beer selection fool you though, they aren't serving bar food. Common Market offers a wide variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches along with a rotating variety of daily specials.

This place has a very casual vibe and friendly service. Food came out quickly and was well prepared and very fresh. I can't wait to come back and check it out again when the beer starts flowing from the taps.

Great food selection so far, especially the breakfast burritos, and supposedly adding in a dinner menu soon. A great new spot to hang out and grab a drink! Update: dinner menu has been added, one of my favorite spots in Rock Hill at this point. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they have thrown some really great events. Looking forward to more things going on at this place!

I used to love this place. It wasn’t very crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but unfortunately, the food came out cold. The flavors weren’t quite the same either. The soup, starters, and main course were all served cold. The ambience, however, was fantastic. We sat outside, enjoyed the lovely weather, and had a beautiful view of the water.

One word, yum. But here are a few more ... Delicious food and fast service. Ate here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and the flavors were bold and satisfying. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for good eats and great service (a smile goes a long way). Can't wait to return!

Food has been delicious.. can’t complain about food but last two times consistent carelessness has been noted. While we dined in there last week they gave us a table surrounded rice on the floor which was not cleaned yet and served us a cracked glass filled of water l. Had to point everything out to the waiter. Today got takeout and while I was eating it I felt thjs piece of plastic from my mouth… luckily I didn’t swallow it. This carelessness is dangerous to our well being and I just don’t trust their service to go there anymore.

My favorite Asian restaurant as of right now. Have been multiple times and have gotten something different each time. None have failed the test. The rooftop or the inside seating is very comfortable. Servers are friendly and food doesn’t take long to come out.

Would recommend to anyone even if you don’t like Asian/Thai food . I got the Wagyu burger cooked to perfection. Absolutely loved the spicy sauce not too hot just right.The wife got the vegan fresh rolls with sweet chile sauce along with Drunken noodles portion sizes were good She thought it was amazing . As tourist to Rock Hill I can say this is a most eat .

Ok this spot is SO nice inside and in a really cozy location. My husband and I traveled to SC for his work. Our friend brought us here & highly recommended it, & boy they did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious - I love a good lychee martini. We got the Szechuan dumplings & sushi roll to split for apps. The dumplings have quite the kick to them but as someone who is sensitive to heat, I really loved the flavor. Same with the sushi rolls - so delicious. We ended up going back on one of our final nights and also tried the spicy tuna rice crisps. Those were also *chefs kiss*. Highly recommend and we plan to grab full dinners next time we're visiting!

This is the first review I have ever left and it is more than deserved. We have been going to Spice for years now and have never had a bad experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are always great. What we have recently experienced, is that their customer service is top notch. A simple mistake was made and it was quickly rectified beyond belief. We are very thankful and appreciative for the effort to go well above and beyond great customer service. If you haven’t gone to Spice yet, you are doing yourself a disservice.

I never leave reviews. But this place is so good it reminds me of my grandma and when we would all go to her house for dinner. The food is so good me and my wife loved it and will definitely go back.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight at Rizzo Brothers (formerly Luigi & Sons). Chicken alla vodka and chicken cacciatore; pasta and chicken were both perfectly cooked and delicious. Salad was fresh, breadsticks were soft and warm. Way too much food for one meal, so we have plenty of leftovers. We like to sit at the bar & Roberto is a big part of the why. Expert recommendations, service and good conversation every time.

The second you open the door the smell of a great pizza hits you! The kids wanted extra cheese and pepperoni and it was delicious! The portions here are huge and the prices are fantastic! I had a 12inch sandwhich and it was massive and so full I couldn't get my whole mouth over it. Great flavor n taste. Very fresh! My friends family got the pastas and holy moly the portions are massive. The kids portions are bigger than your other Italian pasta place and way cheaper. Delicious too!

Our food was over the top delicious. My husband had chicken Francese and I had gluten free eggplant parmesan with zucchini noodles (to cut the carbs). Notice: Name of business is changed to Rizzo Brothers.

Food was fantastic! Reminded me and my husband of his Grandma Cross and her delicious Italian cooking. We got so much food too! Tried 2 different soups, meatball app, and the scampi. The imported Tiramisu was so good. We will definitely be back!!

We have ate here before so I thought I’d give another post on tonight’s meal. My wife got the special for this Saturday night which was Penne Ala Vodka with shrimp. I got the Grouper Marsala and both came with a house salad. Was disappointed in her Penne dish. The reason is it barely had shrimp with the up charge of $5.00 and they were small shrimp. My dish was really good as I’ve had it before. The house salads were fresh so that was nice. If your looking for a nice restaurant with great ambiance then don’t go there. It’s a very bland/old place and doesn’t seem to have ever been remodeled. It’s an old Italian place for sure but the food is really good. Now with an old style Italian restaurant one would think they would have great bread to eat with the meal….WRONG!! The bread sticks are horrible. You can get French bread knots for an extra .50 cents a piece if that’s your thing. With the other Italian places around with better reviews we will try other places going forward for the money we spent.

Food is decent, but has gotten significantly more expensive as of late, without the quality maintaining or improving. Be prepared to be nickeled and dime to death. Hell, even McDonalds gives free cups of water, and as a business owner Credit cards fees are my responsibility, as is for every other business owner. You walk out paying 2-5 bucks more than what you should after drinking water and paying your fees.

We ordered hashbrowns on every plate. They were burnt and crumby.

The only issue I experienced, I couldn't select egg whites when placing my order online. I had to call the store and tell them, I don't want regular eggs. The whole meal was great, very good food and delivered hot. I LOVE eating at this restaurant, very good food. And nice people working there.

Great restaurant for the *community* atmosphere. You're sure to see someone you know and enjoy a good laugh and tasty food. The "chicken tips with rice, peppers and onions" is a staple for me. There are *plenty* of other options on the menu to suit any appetite. So, if you're in Rock Hill, give Nishie G's a try. You'll be glad you did! 😋 Happy eating!

We have a wonderful experience at Nishie G's. We used the Olive Tree Room for our meeting, then had the great and caring staff prepare and serve a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you have a need to meet with an event they have a nice venue and unbelievably good food.

The Good The preparation technique at Nishie G's deserves recognition. On most occasions, the flounder is fried to absolute perfection – the exterior achieves that ideal golden-brown crispness while maintaining a proper texture inside. The consistency of their frying technique demonstrates skill in the kitchen. The Disappointing Unfortunately, technical execution is only part of what makes a dish worth ordering. Where Nishie G's falls noticeably short is in the flavor department. Despite the visual appeal and textural success, the flounder breakfast plate is persistently bland and underseasoned. Even after giving the dish multiple opportunities to impress, the lack of proper seasoning remains a significant issue. A well-executed piece of fried fish should celebrate the delicate flavor of the flounder while enhancing it with complementary seasonings. Instead, what could be a standout dish ends up being forgettable due to this fundamental oversight. Final Thoughts While Nishie G's demonstrates promising cooking technique with their perfectly fried flounder, the consistent lack of flavor makes it difficult to recommend the breakfast plate. With just a more thoughtful approach to seasoning, this dish could transform from mediocre to memorable. Until then, diners seeking a flavorful fish breakfast might want to look elsewhere or request extra seasoning when ordering.

If I could give a 4.5 I would do that instead but I can only do 4. I would give it a 5 but there is limited vegan options here. For what they do have though it's very tasty and the service is Extremely nice but it's also very well priced. I would one hundred percent go back here again easily.

I've past this place for some time and finally had the opportunity to try it. DON'T. Service was great but the food was not. The hummus tasted eek!! Tasted like the oil was old. The chicken wrap with fries and garlic shrimp were inedible. They went in the trash. We tried but will not return.

From the start we had a great experience with Stephanie who seated us and took our order. She was kind, welcoming and checked on us a couple of times during the meal to see if we needed anything. The lamb shank was amazing and came with two sides making the portion very generous. My Kufteh Kabab was just a little tiny bit dry BUT delicious and also came with two sides. As our sides we got rice, soup and baba ganoush with pita that was sooooooo good. We are definitely coming back to try other dishes and their fresh fruit juice.

Hands down, this is some of the best food I've ever had! Be patient... good things take time, but the wait is never too long. I usually get the lamb kabob, but I've tried the chicken, lamb and beef and all are incredible.

The best food around this area, it's mediterranean style food is absolutely delicious, I've been going here for a while now for lunch, at least once a week, even if it has to be to go. All the ladies are super nice, all the food comes out quick. Definitely recommend! My favorite is the lamb! Also they have a lunch special comes out better price than fast food anywhere around. Lastly they have a drive through too.

Great little spot located on Cherry Rd. We ordered Togo on a Thursday afternoon. The portions are very generous, absolutely delish and the prices are very reasonable. I got the veggie delight plate and it is more than I can eat while hubby devoured the kofta kabob. Will be back again soon!

Food was good, but it took longer than the 15 minutes we were told when we ordered. We had it "to go" so we could eat at one of the tables outside. Otherwise, if you are dining in, they see to provide table service. The $14.99 garlic shrimp came in a delicious sauce. It doesn't automatically come with rice as pictured, unfortunately. For the two sides, I got the labneh yoghurt cheese dip and baba ganoush eggplant, so I could have used more pita all around! At $16.99, the lamb shank was a good value, too.

Flavor is an understatement! I am the biggest fan of their sandwiches (burger & chicken) as well as Brussel sprouts. I thought the lo mein was good/average...it packed a little more heat than expected (but later they told me let them me know and they can adjust!). The tacos were fine for the kids- I think they do some things awesome and other things well. About 5-10 minute wait between order taking when I arrived a bit after 5pm. Try them out!! Dreaming about that burger now....

TLDR; if you want the best burger and chicken sandwich of your life, make your way to what looks like Winthrop’s campus and go to this food truck located at Slow Play Brewing. Service: fast, efficient, and super friendly. We chatted a bit with the guy running the register - not sure if he was an owner but he was so nice and provided fantastic service! Ambience: located outside on the patio of Slow Play Brewing Company, there are plenty of tables available and you can go in and grab a beer while you wait for your food. Food: what we’ve all been waiting for. Harriet’s in Charlotte always held my heart at the number one spot and I do love them so much. Cibi Cibi’s sultry ways stole my heart away from them and now they sit at number 1. I can’t say enough about the burger - flavorful, goopy, perfect amounts of cheese. Get the double and thank me later. Their chicken sandwich was also the best I’ve ever had! It comes with 4 levels of spice and we got the level 3. I love spicy food and have a higher tolerance than most so this was a good level for me but would likely be too spicy for the majority of people. I’m not brave enough for the 4 since they apparently cover it with Reaper spice haha. Also, don’t sleep on the Brussel sprouts and fries which were the perfect accompaniments. I absolutely will be going out of the way to venture through Winthrop’s campus to come here again because there’s literally nothing bad I can say about this food truck.

The best food truck we've ever eaten at! They have the best burgers around! There isn't a bad option on the menu! The Cheesesteak and Patty melt are phenomenal as well! Their seasonal options are a must try when they have them out.

We went to Hoppin with some work friends. We scanned a QR code to order our food and they texted when it was ready to be picked up at the truck window. I got three tacos and brussel sprouts. My husband got a burger and fries. Wayyyy too much food but so delicious. 15/10 would recommend the sprouts. I think I could eat them every day forever.

Food was tasty and all very flavorful. Love the fresh ingredients too. The chicken sandwich was a little too heavy on the salt but the heat was good with the pickled cucumbers. Would definitely come back to try other items.

Wow, this fried chicken has to be the best I’ve ever had. It was so crunchy and perfectly flavored. The pairings with the bun and toppings was spot on to complete the taste. The hand cut fries, perfectly crispy as well, were a great side to go with. We also had some wings to go with it which were also fried so well. Great food truck!

Excellent food! Hot and spicy chicken sandy was amazing! My bride loves spicy food, she had ordered level 3 of 4. She said the bread toned it down to her level, the chicken alone was almost too much. -chicken taquitos were fried and crispy, much love. We came for brews, will go back for the chow!

TSF is 2/2 thus far on my last 2 trips and no negatives from me. I asked them to overcook my shrimp/grits and they did a great job. Very flavorful. Greens were tasty. Rice and gravy needed salt and pepper, but texture was true and good. Thank you.....til next time.

I do not know what happened to this place in the last few years. But the quality of the food in the service has gone straight into the crapper. I ordered some oxtails and it came covered in some kind of gravy that tasted rancid like it was used months old grease. When I got a fried turkey wing instead it has so much grease in it that I couldn't even finish it. Don't eat here you will be disappointed

First time trying this place and the food is great. I love their fried chicken, flounder, and the collard greens are to die for. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac an cheese was just okay but I would order it again. The best soul food in Rock Hill. Actually, the ONLY real soul food in Rock Hill from my experience. Good service also. Quick phone order and pleasant employees.

Stopped here Sunday around 4:45ish to grab the honey Sriracha shrimp which is fire 🔥 brown stew chicken because that's all they had available and veg Jamaican patty. To our surprise the patty after opening it was not it. First time we came it was golden yellow not too dry just right. Today this thing looked store bought which is unlike them. So please 🙏🏽 go back to your authentic ways, prep, and keep serving good food. The community supports you all.

As evident from the restaurant’s response, I must have been imagining things when I thought an employee explicitly stated that the ginger lemonade was missing an ingredient. I had an edible that day, so I'll let it go and assume it didn’t actually suck. However, proper trimming of oxtail is essential. I wasn't dreaming, see the pictures. While I don’t dispute that the flavor was on point, no one wants to eat flavored tallow. Let's hope they up their trim game. Flavor does not mean spice. The chicken lacked flavor(.)—24-hour marination or not. No flavor. I suggest incorporating a natural enzyme to help that marinade penetrate, maybe even some ginger from the lemonade. Now I visited this restaurant based on a glowing review, from someone I trusts. So clearly there are inconsistencies in preparation and cooking. Unfortunately, during MY visit, it didn't slap. And it's all ❤️ ****************************************************** I visited Island Grill on February 7, 2025, around 2:30 PM. First, I want to say that the restaurant has a charming atmosphere. It’s clean, offers plenty of seating, and plays good music. My friend and I ordered two large oxtail plates, a side of jerk chicken, cocoa bread, a chicken patty, and two ginger lemonades. The first issue arose with the drinks—our ginger lemonades had no lemonade. They tasted like pure ginger and sugar water. When we asked about it, a staff member explained that an ingredient was missing, and since the owner was in Jamaica, they couldn’t figure out the correct recipe. We sampled the other drinks, but they all tasted like flavored sugar water. I’m not sure if that’s how they’re supposed to be, but either way, they weren’t appetizing. The wait for our food was another disappointment—it took about 40 minutes. This was surprising because most of what we ordered should have just been plated from a pot. The jerk chicken was also underwhelming. The only seasoning was on the skin, and the meat itself had no flavor. It clearly hadn’t been marinated, leaving it bland. I enjoyed the cabbage and rice and peas, but the oxtails were extremely undercooked. The oxtails were not properly trimmed, which raised concerns about whether they were cleaned thoroughly. Even if a chef prefers to leave some fat, it needs to be cooked long enough to render down properly. Instead, all of my oxtails had thick layers of hard fat, making them unpleasant to eat. It was disappointing to see such an essential part of the dish improperly prepared. Overall, while the ambiance was nice, the food and drinks did not meet expectations. I hope they can improve their preparation and consistency. This place was recommended by a friend who loves it, but MY experience was so disappointing.

I ordered the oxtail pasta throught Uber Eats. The food was delivered in nice containers. The pasta was creamy and flavored well with a very nice portion of pasta; however, as you can see from the picture, they sprinkle just a couple of tiny pieces on top of the oxtail pasta, and that is it. For $18, I definitely expected what would have been the equivalent of at least one oxtail. That is extremely disappointing. I would like to try this restaurant again based on the flavor of the pasta but will steer clear of this dish.

I went in a few weeks ago and got the small order of oxtails with an additional side of yams. The girl at the register was super friendly and kind. She made sure that my order was accurate with a very friendly and sweet personality. I had to wait about 15 minutes on my order which was not an issue at all. Once my buzzer went off I then went to the counter where a young man gave me my food. I checked my bag and informed him I had a missing item. After going back and forth with the girl behind the counter and me as well he finally gave me what I was missing. Island Pub has always been a favorite but the oxtails have became extremely fatty. Overall flavor is still spot on, just wish what seemed to be the manager/owner was more polite.

Outsider, not from Rock Hill. Bar tenders were very friendly with 1st order, once the regulars/locals came in, I became non-existent. Got here at 1700, writing the review at 1900 with NOTHING from both male/female bar tender (both working). Great atmosphere, loved my drink...but could have gone to a chain as a non-local, got better service and better money spent and not felt so awkward. (Travel is part of my occupation)

I went to Slow Play Brewing on Friday night, and they had music bingo. This is a cool brewery with plenty of seating inside and outdoors, and there is usually a food truck. They have a good selection of beer with some very creative names. I love the Mow Your Lawn Later. It is an American lager and their best selling beer. I look forward to coming back soon.

One of my favorite breweries in Rock Hill. The beer is always good. The staff is always nice. Great merchandise to choose from and one of the domestic food trucks around. There's not much to love about this place. Highly recommend 👌. Get your butt up there, down there, over there, just get there.

Great environment to meet friends and make new friends. Live band karaoke is on Wednesday nights lots of fun. Zack and Phil behind the bar super friendly and knowledgeable. Pictured here is Throw Pink a spritzer drink that is perfect for Spring and Summer I had them throw in a popsicle bc why not live a little. The sparkly drink for those who need an even lighter option is a Prosecco with a popsicle. My new friend Mike’s helmet was the perfect accent for my drink pic I thought it was pretty cool. If visiting the area it’s definitely worth a stop…oh and check out Cibi Cibi food truck out back the food is excellent!

This place is great. Located right by downtown Rock Hill and Winthrop University, its a great spot with great indoor/outdoor seating. Very quiet most days but hosts live band karaoke on Wednesday which i attend fairly often. They do a great job at rotating their beers on their decently sized tap list. Nothing bad to say about this place

Nice selection of different beer and ale styles, staff is the best. There is almost always a food truck (wings in the photo are from Cibi-Cibi), and they have live local music on a regular basis. Big taproom, big outdoor area with heaters and some fire pit tables. My favorite of the breweries in town for many reasons.

I stopped here for a peanut butter banana milkshake and it was incredible. It was made just the way I like them with lots of peanut butter and a very thick consistency. Unfortunately the straw was so narrow it made it difficult to drink. I had to eventually just drink it without the straw. It would be nice if they had wider milkshake straws.

UPDATE: Nasty. Just went from 5 to 2 stars. I just ordered a burger and chili cheese fries and at first I thought it was cheese but it was a long hair that I pulled out of the chili cheese fries. so nasty I almost threw up and no way I was eating that had to throw it all away from disgust. So gross; say a prayer when you eat here that you don’t get sick I know I did when i ate the burger to keep from starving. From first visit: I am hooked. Big double burger cookout style (mustard, chili, slaw, and grilled onions). Shakes are good too; great price. The service is good, but the line can get long, especially at night on the weekends.

I have always loved cookout and was so looking forward to enjoying my meal. Me and my family got burger trays and the burger patties covered half the bun. I’m very disappointed!

Drive thru moves pretty quick, never waited over 10 minutes. Staff does a great job, food is fresh, order is right, and they handle a big volume of customers. The big tray has good value and the milkshakes are awesome.

Cookout always has the longest lines but yet it moves fairly quickly. A great variety of shake flavors and quite a variety of food choices at a low cost. I wouldn't say the food is excellent but it's fairly decent for what you pay for

I usually have a good experience but tonight it was far from good. I told the young lady in the drive through at least three times what my order was and they still made it incorrectly. I had to wait several minutes for one sandwich which was a very simple order. I had also asked her for Polynesian sauce which she didn’t add to the order. I reminded the young man at the window to add Polynesian sauce o the bag when they bring out the new sandwich to replace the one made incorrectly. Bag comes and there is still no Polynesian sauce. I get home and realize the other sandwich I ordered had pickles when I told them no pickles. My daughter hates pickles and this was her sandwich so she had to go without the dinner she expected to be eating tonight. Not to mention, my fries got cold because I had to wait… night crew is not very good.

The drive thru line is terrible. Are we getting punished because no app use. I personally just like to talk to someone. Please do better. The mobile drive thru is nice but it’s making us suffer. Seems unfair.

Terrible experience literally left crying! I ordered 2 milkshakes and waited 20 minutes for them. The lady came over and said the machine was broken and they needed to give me a refund. They gave the persons before me a refund but when I got to the front, the computer conveniently stopped refunding (i heard them say they couldn’t refund it unless it was the full sale, and they didn’t want to refund me for the fries i got). After 25 minutes of begging for a cash refund or a gift card they told me there was nothing they could do, and i would have to come back later to see if I could get a refund. They didn’t even offer me an alternative item! I knew they would forget me if I left plus I was on my way out of town and didn’t live in the area. I literally had to break down in tears before they offered to refund me $4 instead of the $10 i payed for the milkshakes. If you can’t give me the product AT LEAST give me my money back! I thought it was a requirement to be kind to your customers at chick-fil-a, but I was treated poorly and spoke to like I was stupid. I will never be going back. They are not gonna take my money and give me nothing in return ever again.

The mobile drive through lane would be wonderful - if you could get to it! But when you have to wait in a line what goes out to the road when it's busy and can't get to that lane- it's kind of useless. Two lanes that merge leaving half of the second lane empty seems inefficient too. Wonderful friendly employees and good food though.

Can’t say I’ve ever been inclined to give a Chick-fil-A a bad review! I could drink their Polynesian sauce all day! The only thing I would improve about Chick-fil-A is their tea. It’s pretty watery and not that sweet, but I’m sure there are other people that love it. When you get the waffle fries fresh and soft, they are the best! And if you haven’t had that peach milkshake, you definitely should!

Visited around 2 pm with my daughter for lunch. Sat down for almost 15 minutes with the table marker they gave us before going back up to the counter to ask if my order got lost. The manager said "You asked for fresh fries--that's why". Seriously? Fresh fries don't take 10-15 minutes ! They take 3. Now try again and you still could have apologized for the inconvenience.... They also bagged my order up when it clearly said Dine In. Seems like the workers need to pay closer attention.

I've just discovered this little gem of a restaurant after living in Rock Hill for almost 2 years. It's not large and you order at the counter and they bring your food out when it's ready. Everybody is incredibly friendly the prices are absolutely reasonable, the service is outstanding and my BLT was one of the best I ever had! The bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked, the tomato was Vine ripe in the lettuce was just perfect. I know it's not a complicated sandwich but they did it as well as anybody and served on their sourdough bread it was perfect. My wife had the club which was a double-decker and she absolutely loved it. We will be regulars!

I recently had my first visit to Southern Salads after hearing about them and it will not be the last. The restaurant is casual yet comfortable while the customer service is just as dynamic as their food. The staff was very welcoming, which heightened the experience. The SW BBQ Chicken Salad (Grilled chicken coated in their homemade BBQ sauce, served on a bed of salad mix with black beans, fried corn, and egg, sprinkled with spicy French fried onions) had fresh, crisp veggies, an excellent combination of flavors, but the star of the show was the BBQ chicken. The sauce on the chicken was irresistibly delicious. I loved the Build Your Own Burger (BYOB) option, which I loved because my burger was cooked to perfection MY WAY. The Egg Salad Sandwich (Fresh, homemade egg salad with your choice of bread) was enjoyable and nostalgic not only because of the fresh ingredients, but also because of the grilled sourdough bread. The egg salad did not have sweet relish, which is how I am used to eating it, but it did not impact the taste.

Their salads are all fantastic, especially the pimento cheese and chicken salad. I get it every time, but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu, I think. Kinda a niche place, not really somewhere I would dine in because it seemed crowded. You go up to the counter to order, and the staff was polite enough.

Wow what a busy place at lunch time. It must be good. She had a salad of course. I had the Ruben with potato salad and a pickle. It was very good but I prefer the meant not grilled hot. But it was very good. We'll be back.

Loved the pamenetto chese so good chicken salad hood too. And people are friendly

Why did I order and was told 10 minutes later that the order would take another 8 minutes because the guy you see in the picture was not dropping orders but, instead talking to employees like they’re not at work. Not to mention another employee was outside smoking while he was inside, then they switched he went outside to smoke and chill and the other guy came in to actually make the orders. I get back inside after 15 minutes the lady says it’s still being prepared. Not to mention it’s 6 people in front of me no telling how long they’ve been waiting if I’ve waited 20 mins now!! Then I look up to see this lady with a big bonnet on her head looking like she’s at home watching the kids or something. Talking on the phone like it’s not even work doesn’t even have on the right uniform for work.. Popeyes llc and owners need to look into this location directly! This is an ongoing occurrence. I’ve not met 1 person who’s came here and had a nice experience! We rather go to bojangles!! It’s a shame it’s sad that they chose to go to work and live this way making others lives harder. Turning a 5-10 min food trip to an hour just to leave with no food.

I love my Popeyes, the red beans and rice was perfect. Fries cool not hot and chicken (3) was over cooked and dry. Sweet tea extra sweet. Must have been a bad day for cooking.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and this is the “chicken” they gave me. Whoever is serving food like this here needs to be fired immediately. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Was here long before the lunch rush and ordered for 3 people. Told to pull to the front and wait, that it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the food came out, some nice and hot, most of it cold, and some missing altogether. Staffing issues notwithstanding, it was an awful experience. The place was a dirty mess, especially considering the early hour. Staff clearly needs help, and if more people aren't coming to help, better and more accurate communication. Not the first bad experience here but will probably be the last.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There was no one in drive thru or in restaurant. Only staff was sitting in dining area and did not get up when I entered. Finally ordered and listened to the staff complain about working the entire time. 7:00pm and they had all but closed the kitchen. I love Popeyes, but this location needs some serious help. Chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday.

To the owner/mgr. Your restaurant is going out of business. Uber Eats driver here. Never again. Lost count of bad experiences. Last straw was 9:40pm, lobby open, no one up front. Heard talking in back, said "Hello!" after waiting. Dude comes out and mutters something about me "yelling" and says they are closed. I said door was open and all lights on and on line says you close at 10:30. He says look at hours on door. I never did. Every time I have gone there to pick up, its always something. Slow employees who clearly dont give a shit. Few customers (if any) even at dinner time. Just letting you know. Fire everyone and hire some decent people (pay a bit more per hour?) or else I would bet my next paycheck you go out of business ... soon.

I always order the All Star, but last Friday night I forgot to check in the bag. The bacon was missing and the over easy eggs were well done!

Waffle house is a great bet for a budget-friendly breakfast. The food is good. The service was fast. The price was right.

I've been a Waffle House fan for years—the hash browns are always spot-on, and the coffee hits the spot on a late-night craving. Service is usually quick and friendly too, but my last visit fell short in a couple areas. First off, the cleanliness was a letdown. The table we sat at had sticky residue that no amount of wiping could fully remove, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. It's a busy spot, I get that, but it made the whole vibe feel off. On top of that, the speed of service was painfully slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our order despite it not being peak hours, and the kitchen seemed backed up with a decent sized crew too. By the time the food arrived, we were hangry and ready to bounce. Overall, it's still a solid go-to for classic diner grub, but they need to step up on upkeep and staffing to earn those extra stars next time. Worth a try if you're nearby, just temper expectations.

Came from Florida, was hesitant at first. BUT I will say they did not disappoint, food was great and customer service was amazing. Jennifer was an astounding server full of life and laughs. Would recommend find you have the chance ask for Jen

I absolutely loved this waffle House. I come from Florida and waffle House is a staple so I'm quite skeptical of Carolina Waffle House's, but when I tell you this was the best waffle House I've been too up here. The staff were attentive and didn't have that fake retail/fast food Smile. We all know that smile but they seemed so down to earth, yes it was hectic but they didn't skip a beat on greeting me and my husband. And let me tell you THE FOOD OMG IT WAS AMAZING. This is the first waffle House ever and I mean EVER that has made grits that were good. I didn't have to put salt pepper or sometimes if I know I'm going to a waffle House I bring a baggy of seasonings. But this waffle House has won my heart over just because of the grits. I never give a 5/5 but this waffle House has done better then a lot of fancy restaurants!!!! I will go again<3

You just can't beat a good waffle house! I get the same thing everytime - bacon lovers BLT with hash browns scattered well with a plate of pickles. I like to go on Saturday around lunchtime. You'll have to wait a few minutes for seating, but it's well worth it!!!

I normally never write bad reviews, but after the food and customer service received from this location I just wanted to warn others! I picked up food and frequent this location a lot (never had an issue) so I drove off without checking as I had a screaming toddler in the back seat. Everything in my tray of food was full of coleslaw juice, my fries were cold and were supposed to have extra seasoning which they did not, and the chicken tenders were cold! I’m pregnant and honestly don’t trust eating them without knowing how long they have sat out after being cooked. I called to let them know and wasn’t looking for a refund or more food, but I was simply met with a “sorry” and nothing else. Probably lost my business and my family of 5!

While cs was ok , food could've been a lot better not to mention we spent nearly 50.00 and part of our order was missing which we couldn't go back for ! Only my second time at a Zaxby's restaurant & I'm not impressed in the least! In fact, I will not go to any Zaxby's restaurant anywhere again anymore! Very dissatisfied & disappointed! As far as recommendation goes for this location in Rock Hill SC on home depot Blvd. ..... To each his own . Maybe the experience one has will be better than ours was so I say , have at it ! I wish all well !!

Really terrible food this time. We eat at this location quite frequently. Normally it is on point. Last night's order was bad, just bad. The boneless wings were hard and seemed like they were hours old. The fries tasted like they had been cooked for 30 seconds, they had that raw taste texture. It was the worst two meals we have gotten there since we started eating there. I tried calling a few times, no one answered and the app does not have an option to message the store or send in a complaint. So, I hope management sees this.

I’ve lived in Rock Hill for the last three years. This Zaxbys has been a consistent go to spot for me during that time. Staff is always so friendly and they put effort into delivering the meals in a timely manner. I can always count on a good meal from here in the times I need it. Thank you to the staff

5/29/25 ETA the food was good, as usual! Still bugged by this experience; I am not usually a Karen. Also, the zaxbys listens site will not let me set this particular location to leave feedback. I don't even know if the food is good; but I know the manager has a horrible attitude. I put in a mobile order, and went through the drive thru. I was told my order shouldn't be ready for 15 more minutes. Like I could've ordered the same through the speaker and it be done in less than 5. The manager was rude at the drive thru and then brought my food to my car where they had parked me. She barely threw the food in my hand and over the window threshold with an angry look before walking away. Rock Hill is always a favorite stop for food and hotels, because the people were wonderful. She sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Writing this on 5/24/25 at 837pm if that helps. Hopefully this is a one off; but if not, she's not helping your business.

This is what a Zaxby's is all about. Pleasant service, good chicken, amazing dipping sauce. Everything here was spot on, the service was fast and friendly, the chicken was pretty good, and the sauce was FANTSTIC! So good.

Chicken breading was crunchy, chicken was well cooked and tasty. Sides were lackluster. The seating inside needs an update. Service was average.

Update: the manager reached out to help after the employee wouldn't help. We will definitely give them another try as mistakes happen! Hopefully all the employees will offer better service in the future! Ordered 12 strip family meal; received 10. Called to explain and they can’t help. The ideal solution would be to refund the difference, but they’re not willing to provide that kind of customer service.

I took my Mother here for lunch Sunday March 16 2025. When we got in there it was just one customer ahead of us inside restaurant but the drive thru was somewhat busy. The girl who was taking orders inside was also taking orders for the drive thru which was clearly to much for her. There was several other people behind the counter that was just standing around. She never even looked up at us to take our order and we finally just walked out with no service. I have eaten here for years and always got good service, but all the good employees that use to work there are no longer there.

So I ordered Chicken Strips, Potatoe Salad, and Baked Beans with Honey Mustard Sauce. The cashier even confirmed you want baked beans not green beans correct? I said yes, when I got my order I didn't get potato salad or beans , I had a pile of potato wedges and BBQ sauce. The kitchen cooks give you whatever they feel like I suppose. I will not come back to the disrespect.

2 out of the last 3 times I placed a order at their drive through, it was screwed up. Again today and I am through with lees. Ordered 2 fish plates without drinks. Got to the window to pay, they only entered 1. Then they said I could not remove drink from the order. Got home the fish was not good. I suppose I have finally learned my lesson about lees.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I loved the coating on the chicken and the potato wedges, Everything was very fresh and was served very quickly. I noticed the drive-through line moved very fast as well, and all of the workers were very pleasant and friendly. Overall, absolutely awesome delicious food stop on my visit to rock hill.

Food is really good. At 5:45pm, they had all the chairs upside down on the tables. Not a great dinner view. (If I were franchise owner, I’d be livid). Asked for salt & pepper on sub, told they have packets that i could put it on sub myself. So odd.

I was in the area last night and really wanted Jimmy Johns. I had stop coming to this location because every time I would come the managers Tiffany or Michelle would take so long to either take my order or make my order. Michelle was normally very rude and Tiffany just very lazy and talkative. However last night I decided to take a chance and I'm so happy I did a young lady was in there working alone and still managed to greet me with a smile and get to my food fast JUST HER. I think her name was Kayla. When I asked was she alone she just smiled and said "yes ma'am since 5pm but it's ok I'm fine" I felt bad for her but proud because she honestly handled the business with respect as if it was her own. The restaurant was clean and calm unlike when the other 2 are there where behind the counter is trash on the floor and it just would seem so chaotic. I just wanted to make sure I gave this young lady her flowers she deserves it great job.

It was a busy night during the parade. However, they didn't have napkins available without asking every time we needed one. And with a large family, only getting 2 or 3 napkins at a time wasn't working.

This place is a hit or miss. Every time I place a delivery order I have waited over an hour each time. Order An hour or so before your lunchtime or you won’t eat. The food is good though, that’s why I keep ordering. (Tuscan Wrap with Jalapeño chips)

I stopped here to see if I actually liked there sandwiches because it had been awhile and I never went to this location I've always gone to the herlong location well if I based liking the sandwiches off if this location it was horrible herlong food is way better but honestly speaking I am going to stick with firehouse subs which the food is way better and the bread doesn't taste like it was 1 week old and you have more variety to choose from Jimmy John's apparently has one type of bread and it is nasty so if you'll want a great sub sandwich go to any Firehouse location and you'll see why I say they have the best subs ever

Manager was incredibly rude because she was too busy hanging out with her friends to do her job. Greeted me with a “what” when I walked in to get my order and said “yeah well you’re too damn early you’re going to have to wait”. She also messed up my food. Will not be returning.

Terrible service!! Avoid this location!! I ordered delivery through Jimmy John’s app and they sent the delivery through Uber which is great had it actually been delivered! They were very rude about the situation and very bothered to help fix their issue - so much so she hung up on me!

Dirty and extremely slow. Second Chick-fil-A I’ve been too. Service has gone extremely down hill. Made my order inside at 3:11 PM and food was not served until 3:31. See photos. The standard has fallen. Won’t be back

What a horrible experience… we are regulars and go to chickfla all the time… but I will not return to this location.. They forgot my drink so I had to drive back… then I realized they also forgot my salad. So apology or anything. Once I finally got my salad it wasn’t even edible because of how much dressing was on it… I’m so disappointed

I visit Chick-fil more than once a week. Not sure why today they thought it was ok to fill my breakfast bowl up only 1/4 the way. It charge full price.

Stopped in for salads. A very busy Chick-fil-A. We went inside to order. Ordered quickly but waited 20 min for our salads. It seemed the cars in line were getting their food much faster. Interesting 🤔. Lots of employees.

As a traveler I eat a lot of different places through out the year. I also end up in the same places annually during certain months. You can pretty much count on Chick-fil-A to have their drive in game on point every where you hit one in any state, inspite of the lone person who thinks they have the hack on the parking lot and drive through dirtection(they don't again). However I have found the exception to the rule 2 year's in a row. Their game is not on point in any way. It took more than 30 minutes to fill a curbside pickup order at this location last night. This sums it up, if you are staying on Dave Lyle in Rock Hill do yourself a favor and drive to the Cherry Road location or any other location in the area. You'll still be ahead of the game when you get back.

Updating my previous review: I went through for lunch and the service was fantastic. The wait was a little longer than normal, but The girl behind the building said they were trying a new system, and they are still trying to get everything figured out, and this new system should make things a lot faster for everyone. I appreciate the communication between the workers and me, and they even asked me a question of the day while I was waiting! The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. 100/10 would recommend to anyone stopping for a quick meal.

Someone was feeling overly generous with the vinaigrette on the kale salad. I had to eat it with the bowl tilted to strain the sauce. Almost inedible when it’s supposed to be a light/healthy side 😝

This was my first time at a Freddy’s. I am very disappointed. It went downhill when they told us our total at the window, $21. Immediately I was shocked and confused, considering we only got a plain burger with no sides or drinks and separately, two regular plain vanilla milkshakes. Now, maybe for some people that price is OK, not for me, but maybe some people. The burger came out with mustard and pickles even though I am positive we told them plain because it was on the ticket . The burger was $7.25, I believe, we threw the receipt away by accident. The shake and Malt were a tad bit less than $6 six dollars but are comparably small for that price. The market price for a shake this size is 3-4 dollars (pictures for comparison). The shake and Malt were the same consistency, so not really sure why they have two options. Overall, just very disappointed in prices and portions will not return. However, staff is very nice.

So I went here in the drive thru first they let 2 other cars in first lane order before even acknowledging me. Secondly they handed me a bag of just fries, I checked my bag & said they weren’t mine as they grabbed the fries back then put them back on the counter to serve them to someone else. Once I finally got my burger it was pretty good - sloppily made but pretty good.

I will remove this at some point because it’s a corporate issue. Wouldn’t let me make my order on the app 30 minutes out from the store closing. It should work all the way up until you close otherwise you should just say you close 30 minutes earlier. Seems to be a trend in restaurants to start “slowing down” 30 minutes before closing. Then why not close 30 minutes earlier so people don’t have to deal with a half ass 30 minutes where the app doesn’t even work? Don’t say you’re open unless you’re still accepting orders in all forms so people can plan accordingly. Missed out on the $1 day deal because the app doesn’t close when you actually close

I get that it’s fast food so my expectations are NOT high but this place was lacking the bare minimum even. Out of all places, Freddy’s is a dependable place to get a burger quickly but this location was very very dirty. All the trash cans were full and cups and napkins were overflowing onto the floor. Every table and booth was dirty, even the seats, and the bathroom stunk. Ya’ll need a manager in here and if there is already one that was working during those hours, then you need a new one. Staff was friendly but they are not keeping up with the cleanliness of the dining room. Not a very appetizing experience. Food was good but just being honest & leaving some constructive criticism. Plenty of room for improvement.. probably won’t be coming back.

Visited SC for the first time today and the highlight of this visit was my steak burger so let’s break down the stars rating: friendliness of staff: I wish I could hear a bit more of excitement in workers in both Carolinas but not much, the guy at the window was not rude but he looked like life is miserable, why smile? Food: the fries are super cute and so good! Better with the sauce. Meat: so much flavor!! I got the double bacon cheeseburger. Skip the pickles, way too big and is just not needed! Bun - is ok. Price - pricey! $11.42 for the burger and the fries🙈. My dog and I enjoyed it but for the price bigger bun and more bacon will be amazing!!

The Tiarimasu donuts are great, and we're nicely filled. The Canoli donut was just okay, not much taste. The glazed was skimpy with hardly any glaze.

Bad service. Donuts were not good. August 10, 2025. Employees need to learn how to greet customers and put a smile on their face. When the hot sign is on you don't shutdown the machine to clean it. The machine is supposed to be filled with hot donuts, 6:00pm crew. Rude manager at 2:00pm. Employees did not acknowledge customers when entering, 2:00pm crew.

Usually I have a great experience at this Krispy Kreme but that day the staff didn't seem to want to be there. I waited several minutes in the drive thru but no one ever spoke up so I drove around to go inside. I wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes after I entered the store. Once they did it was a very flat greeting. I ordered two dozen glazed for which there was a promotion but I wasn't offered the discount or even asked if I had the app. Instead of fresh donuts, I was given two already boxed dozens off a rack. It wasn't until after I left that I realized they were cold. I was very disappointed.

Happy National Doughnut Day!! The staff were very friendly and kind even on their busiest day. The strawberry sprinkle doughnut is my all time favorite!

This place is a joke. I ordered the new Harry Potter dozen online at 9 am to be picked up at 5 pm after I got off work cause I know how fast they run out. So I get to the place to pick up and I get told sorry we don’t have any left. How is that so after I ordered them at 9 am? Can you pick them up tomorrow morning uh no I can not I have a job. Really poor management on Krispy Kreme thanks a lot you should get negative stars.

I cant make this up! I go through drive through, order donuts and a coffee. “Im sorry, we are out of coffee”. Get to the window for the donuts. “Can I get a few napkins please?” “Im sorry we are out of napkins. “ i was told the manager didn’t order. Totally inexcusable and wont be back.

This was from my second visit. I didn’t write a review for the first visit because I was very disappointed with the service. Turns out it wasn’t an anomaly. The Man met me there for a quick bite. I have been on the hunt for the best cheesesteak and Hwy 55 has good stuff in the past. Unfortunately, the food was great, but the service was severely lacking. If you (the server) brings out the food, give it a minute before you ask the customer wants drinks to go. The Man asked for ice cream to be contrary to a pushy server. I don’t know if we are going to go back.. if we do, it won’t be to sit & eat.

Went to Hwy 55 for the first time with our niece, and it was pretty good! Their burgers are about average for the price you pay and the fries were good! Our niece ordered the hot dog kids meal and it came in a car with stickers she could decorate along with tater tots and she really enjoyed the food and the whole experience. The staff was very nice and even brought her extra stickers! We have always heard of Hwy 55 and saw billboards and commercials so we were excited to finally try it! Would recommend stopping in for a visit!

2022: Staff should attempt to acknowledge customers upon entry. There isn't a designated place to stand for to go orders. The air was very smokey and the floors need to be cleaned. My order sat at the counter for a few minutes before it was bagged and handed to me. I asked for no cherry on the shake and no onions on the hot dog but both were included. Overall, the food was good but the quality of the restaurant has declined. 2019: We tried the all American cheeseburger combos with strawberry shakes. Everything was great. We ordered to go but the restaurant was cute and clean. I downloaded the app and have a free shake on my next visit and have already won another reward after the first purchase.

The waiters are fast, the food cones up pretty quick, the manager, Luke, is awesome. He stays busy. I've had him take my order, cook an order, watched him mop up a mess at the Coke station and more. I finally asked what his name was and was told he was a manager....he needs to be. The Shrimp po boy is excellent.

Let me start by saying I love Hwy 55 but this location did not live up to what I’m used to when visiting. As I waited to be served I noticed the restaurant was very smoky and the floors were caked in grease; this is a sign that grease traps are not being cleaned. Second I noticed there was a ton of trash around the restaurant and the floors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time. After doing some research and looking at the door I noticed a low grade on a recent DHEC visit and looked up the report. Sure enough the items I noticed were all marked off giving them their low score. My recommendation would be to close the restaurant for a deep clean for a day or two to get things back on track. Short staffing is not an acceptable excuse. There were almost as many staff members as people eating in the restaurant. Food was on point with what is expected at Hwy 55 but the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant was no where near.

Very disappointing... Ordered two shakes. Neither were topped with whipped cream and a cherry, even after asked if we would like it. Skimpy on the candy. This is a Snickers milk shake. There were a few bites in the top, but the bottom 3/4 of the shake was just vanilla ice cream. The waitress was nice when we ordered, but just didn't make an adequate shake and didn't even follow up. This was one of our favorites in our prior town, but not even close here.

Food was great! Probably one of the best highway 55s we've been to. Fast service, food was put quick, absolutely no complaints!

Bad food, do not eat here. For some reason I decided to give Hardee's a try after several years. It was a mistake. I got there 10 minutes before noon when breakfast is supposed to end and I was told they are all out of breakfast. Fine. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain. No pickles and no mayo. The sandwich I got had both. It felt like it had been in the warmer for an hour and there was black grease all over the bun. I'm afraid to eat it.

Food is always good but I don't like the rewards part I feel it's not profitable to me because it doesn't work properly when you order on the Mobile app!

Not sure which is worse. The substandard service or the uninviting food. Staffed by young kids who aren't even willing to speak to you. Yelling at each other like they are in the streets. Management used to teach employees to leave their hip hop lifestyle at home. The general public does not want to see all your shenanigans. My sandwich look like someone took a spoon and stabbed into it about five times. I don't guess there's any need for me to go on. This is what we have come to expect for fast food service today. In fact this is the service industry anywhere.

The posted times for closing both on Google and on their own signage say they are open until 10. At 9PM a lady smoking outside told me it was closed and when I questioned her, she shrugged and went inside so I couldn’t do so again.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken fingers meal. The fingers were over done, dry, and very small. My husband ordered a fish sandwich meal. He said it tasted better than it looked. Looked nothing like the pictures. Not worth the $20 we spent. Stick with the burgers, I guess. The person working at the window was upset about something and very verbal with a coworker the whole time we were waiting on our food. Doesn't give a good impression to customers.

Was told I could not have a strawberry peach lemonade they weren't allowed to mix flavors. Then said I wasn't even allowed to have a flavor in a lemonade with a coupon period. Southern hospitality is non existent in the places i have been. Competence in nonexistent. Just all out awful service then gonna say smart Ellic I hope your day gets better ok bye. It was fine until I tried to get a lemonade here!

Place is over all nasty. I know some people who won't eat there ecause of this. Drive thru wind looks where they fed hogs. Years of caked up grease on bottom of window, pitiful! Also, never give a money total untill ypu get to the window. Then you holding up people trying to get the correct change.

We always stop by when we are close to any Penn Station so in this case this was the one. We come for the delicious sandwiches and mostly for the fries. This location was friendly and fast. However they can do better to wipe down and clean the floors to the tables and chairs as they are sticky and dirty.

I ordered in when I got home I realized my daughters sandwich was missing the meat. Her order never changes, Meat, cheese and lettuce only with fries. This is the 1st time we ever got a bun full of lettuce and a few pieces of meat. I attached the photos. I spoke the the manager, Kayden, he confirmed he made the sandwich and then affirmed he put the correct amount of meat on the sandwich. I told him I'd send photos if he'd like but he said there is no where to send them to. So I insisted, I wasn't offered a credit of any kind. But this just isn't acceptable. It's not about the money, it's the principle. I took my time, gas and money and chose to support this establishment. They advertise large over flowing sandwiches with meat hanging off the bun. Now none of our sandwiches ever looked like the photos unfortunately but it was enough meat to satisfy us so we continued to support the chain. But as a paying customer, I deserve better than this. After waiting 34 mins they just sent me out the door with the left over end of the night scraps as if I were getting it for free. Penn Station, do better. And a apology would have been appreciated. First time, no greeting! Store had a little smell and got a little nervous. I ordered turkey and avocado regular sub, and it was bland! Maybe next time, try the cheese steak. Hopefully, that will have a favor! The young lady was very attentive, making sure everything was correct!

Completely disappointed in my latest delivery order. The grilled clubs we received should have never left the restaurant. We ordered three, two on multigrain. One sub was only ham and the other only turkey but I paid for three subs that were supposed to each have turkey, ham, and bacon. Delivery services cost more so to receive less food is inexcusable. Whomever fixed these subs should be retrained. I am awaiting a partial refund through UberEats.

We normally drive here from Charleston for our favorite Philly sandwiches, but this time wasn't their best. We normally go for lunch, and maybe that's the difference because these were not their normal standards. The cheesebread was smashed and not cut at all. They forgot the condiments, so one sandwich was very, very dry, and the other was over seasoned to the point that we couldn't eat it. This is the first time we have thrown away all the food. The fries were the star of our order. They were delicious , hot, and fresh, as always. If we weren't staying in a hotel, we would have had knife and condiments, but this was a wasted dinner for us.

CAIDEN, what can i say that hasn’t been said… he’s a delight. We came in late and he made the sub…. hot and fresh… toasty and warm…. juicy and delicious. He made my night, my week, my MONTH, my year…. maybe even…. my life.

Shout-out to Caden, man makes the best lemonade I've ever had, and the food is always amazing no matter who makes it, though him and the girl with the braids always make the best of the best in food quality.

What a awesome place, the pizzas are delicious and all the sides are fresh! But the best part of it definitely the honeybuns! So soft and sweet! Oh and it has a game zone this some video games and gatcha style games with a lot of prices!

The food was excellent during my visit, not to mention the extremely affordable price! But what really made this visit special was the warming and outstanding attitude and service that was got from Anne! The store was so busy and you could tell she was really working hard, but she kept such a positive attitude and was spreading the Christmas spirit. I didn’t ask for the other employees’ names, but literally everyone was so cheery and looked happy to be working! This staff deserves a bonus :)

They do a good job at this location. The food is pretty good especially considering the price. The staff is very friendly and works hard. The gentleman cleaning the tables was very attentive. We didn't have a plate empty for more than a minute before he would ask if we wanted him to take it. Hard to find people wanting to work that hard and friendly at the same time.

In my year in Rock Hill, I loved going to Cicis. Not because its cheap and I love pizza but because the food is good, the atmosphere is great and the service is amazing. Ann the Manager will definitely come around talk to customer and get to know the regulars for sure! In my opinion Cicis in Rock Hill is way better than Empire Cardboard Pizza 🤷🏻‍♂️!!!

Staff decided to run a vacuum cleaner while patrons were still eating. Staff started to perform clean up procedures approximately 1 and 1/2 hours before scheduled closing time. I witnessed several other patrons cover their food as the vacuum cleaner was operational so the dust wouldn't disturb their food. Kitchen staff was super awesome in getting a specific menu item back on the bar upon request. However the manager decided to allow staff to expedite cleaning/closing procedures while ignoring patrons and customers who were waiting to pay so they could sit down and eat.

Any buffet that’s under $10 has my attention and when it comes to “cheap pizza” - CiCi’s Pizza has everybody beat by far! With flavorful and fresh pizza at just $8.99 per person (kids $5.99) for an unlimited buffet which includes pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert. The staff is always super friendly and even their soda tastes fabulous, it doesn’t taste like water! If you are looking for an affordable and delicious lunch or dinner option, look no further than CiCi’s Pizza!

Wow. They are all about keeping this place clean. Was blown away with the cleaning. Awesome. Polite staff. And kept fun pizza coming. Yes the pizza is not gourmet but it's super fresh and fun combos. I totally recommend this place. Good work guys.

I think the food is delicious. I have been there 3 times, and every time the food has been great. It does take quite awhile to get your food, even on app orders. When I go in, I have only seen 2 or 3 employees. It may just be a staffing issue. The food hasn't seemed to have suffered though.

I want to like popeyes because the food is good when it's fresh but I never get fresh food and my order is always wrong! After waiting on fresh Strawberry biscuits mine were burnt. I ordered a breast and a leg. Why do I have a breast and a wing??? And this tiny dry breast is so old and not hot. Last who ate my Mac and cheese??? Where is the rest of it?? I'm so sick of wasting my money here. This Mac and cheese and tiny dry breast just mad me so mad. And where is my baby's chicken leg??

I placed a mobile order tonight a little after 9PM. I arrived to pick it up and there was already 1 person who had been waiting a while. One worker had their back turned to the counter and was on their phone most of the time. It seemed like closing tasks were already beginning and limiting what was available. It took 20 minutes just to get 2 wraps. When I left, someone was there attempting to pick up a door dash order and it seemed most of it wasn't available. There were several cars in the drive-thru and it seemed like only 1 employee was trying to fill orders and the others were focused on closing. I understand doing closing prep while still open, but this was severely impacting service.

Food was stale and not salted, service wasn't slow, it was just... weird? They said drive thru was down, thrpigg the drive thru, so it wasn't actually broken, they just didn't want to do it. Not exactly friendly inside either, it was sort of the McDonald's effect: people who interact with you without saying anything. I expect better...

This place need better management. The person working the counter kept scratching her arm because of a new tattoo while she filling peoples order. Nobody greeted us, employee playing around and knock something on the floor and they were playing while customers waiting. But me and the kids left after seeing a phone on the same table as food is prepared and the young lady who could not stop scratching her arm

This was my first time at this location and it was the nastiest food and inside dinning area I have ever seen at any fast-food restaurant. If I didn't have an elderly family member with me , that needed to eat, we would have left. The floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in weeks and every single table was dirty, mind you no one was dinning in at the time. The floor was very slippery, like someone had spilled grease over it, and it was water coming from the trash can, that left a puddle and running along the front of where you order. I told the cashier and she shrugged it off, smh ! Despite no customers were in dinning and no one was in the drive through, it took forever to get our food. Our food was cold and the order of tenders tasted like cleaning solution. Waste of money. Never again will I return. They need DHEC to come for a visit, if the front looked the way it looked, I would hate to see the kitchen 🤢

I order my food to be delivered. The delivery guy (who worked for Door Dash) started yelling at me when I told him the instructions were to leave it at the door. Then he backed over our mailbox. It’s on video. I lodged a complaint with Popeyes. They escalated the issue the told me I need to take it up with Dopr Dash and ghosted me. Door Dash doesn’t have a record of my order because they were a sub through Popeyes. I will never eat at a Popeyes again.

Well, stop by a few days ago. Ordered a Double Fish Combo. And apparently, the food looked old and burned. But, was told by a manager that the grease was old and needed changing. Which was crazy to me. I would have never serve that to no one. The service and quality of food is never the same across the board. Never.

Disappointed with Quality Control – Burnt Bun Ruined the Experience I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, expecting the usual quality. However, I was quite disappointed when I opened the box to find a burnt bottom bun. The charring not only affected the taste but also made the sandwich unpleasant to eat. Fast food should be consistent, and attention to quality control is key. Mistakes happen, but something this noticeable should not have been served. I hope McDonald’s improves its food preparation standards to ensure customers receive fresh and properly cooked food.

Absolutely rude and lacking any customer service but I should expect that. Knew better then give McDonalds another chance. At least they proved me right. They can keep their fake delivery driver free punch card too. McDonald’s is a lost cause.

Ordered a mobile order 20 mins ago and still had to wait 10 mins when I got to the location. They forgot to give me sauce and any napkins and when I went inside to get some I was ignored and when I asked an employee to help me I was told “you can wait.” All I wanted was my dang sauce

Went to drive through ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel ex sauce 40 cent ex they put one little dab of sauce on there so I had to come around and go inside the manager a black lady ask me what's wrong and show her the amount of sauce that was on my sandwich and she says to me not sorry but I didn't ask you all that she needs to learn how to talk to people service was good food was good she's obviously running a good shift but she needs to work on that day and attitude and how to talk to people. wrong

The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. My food wasn't the best. My other half had his sandwich remade. However I didn't know my sandwich wasn't done all the way so when they finished fixing my hash browns, I didn't have time to have my sandwich redone. But everything else was great. The store's beautiful customer service was great.

Don’t come to this McDonalds unless you want to be waiting at the ordering screen for 5-10+ minutes waiting for a worker to take your order. They leave you sitting there without saying anything, or a “we’ll be with you soon.” When there’s no other cars waiting or in the drive thru. So 10 minutes later they take your order and they give you extreme attitude and when you get to the window they throw the bag at you. I’d recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the McDonald’s off of Mt. Gallant road. Much better than this one!

Stopped at Sonic today because I've been seeing their commercials for the double Sonic smashburger. Thought I would give it a try. I waited a lot longer for my food than I ever have when going to Sonic. When I received my food it was the wrong burger. So I had to wait again for them to cook the burger correctly. But I understand it happens, usually I don't have an issue with Sonic. I tried their pickle fries They were pretty good and I recommend the double Sonic smasher! The only major complaint about this place is its location! Celanese road in Rock Hill It's almost near impossible to get out of the parking lot between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.. If you do get out you have to go right because it's very difficult to go left and cross over the highway because you'll be sitting there all day.

I Just Drove All The Way Across Town To Get A Hotdog & Cherry Limeade. Well The Cherry Limeade Was Good. I Asked Specifically For An All American Dog With Just Chili. After Driving Back Home All Ready To Eat My “Just Chili” Hot Dog Only To Discover That It Had Onions & Relish On It Too!!! I Am So Disappointed & Aggravated!!! I Ended Up Scrapping Off Most Of The Chili Just To Get Rid Of The Other Stuff I Did NOT Ask For. There’s A Phrase That Is Befitting In This Situation, “ Common Sense Just Isn’t Common Enough Anymore “. On The Way There I Passed Several Places I Could Have Gotten My Hot Dog From, Next Time I Will.

I recently realized that Sonic does the specialized drinks like Swig has. It's the fastest trend. But because Swig is still new to our area, there's usually a long line. I can just skip that line and go to Sonic now and get just about the same thing. I love it!!!

Always a hit or miss, but this location has some decent staff providing a positive experience. We ordered online and checked in upon arrival. Our food was delivered in a short time with everything fresh and as requested. The car hops were kind and friendly and the location is clean.

Bathroom is sketch. Service is fast. Food is great. Made a huge order and they got almost everything perfect and happily fixed the two mixing items.

Love this sonic. Always gets the order right and appreciate Jailee making sure we were well taken care of when he brought out our food!

Ignored for 15 minutes, watched doordash/ubereats orders go on and on before my food, only to be charged for a different sandwich than the one I ordered and then open the bag in the car to find a completely different one than the one I paid for or the one I ordered. Jersey Mike's, please don't forget about the customers coming in to their favorite sub shop to order.

Great food, great staff, premium quality at a good price. (Be honest who doesn't want cheaper prices...) Shout out to Ms.Alisha. She takes care of her regulars. Came in today and got 3 subs 9, 56, 26 for my daughter, myself, my wife. With about 5 people ahead of me, online orders, my order with another 10 people in line. Her staff was amazing. Ms Alisha, a young lady, older lady, and young man were in there all working. Answering phones, slicing, cutting, custom ordering... I do have 1 thing that happened that actually was a blessing in disguise, I ordered the big kahuna and custom made it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and said make it like mine... meaning the toppings lettuce, tomato, mayo, extra pickles. Well, she accidentally added onions and bell peppers while making my sub to my daughters. So that was the issue.... turns out she loved the sub so Much it's her new favorite now. She asked dad can you get this everytime for me.

This Jersey Mike branch have failed on many accounts. Food - we ordered double meat on stickball sub but they placed the double meat on the clubsub we ordered. They ran out of the chips I ordered, so they just immediately substituted with Lay’s assuming it was ok with me. Service - we ordered online and arrived 2 minutes early, we stood to the side as we wait, servers did not acknowledge us or even looked at us. When we called their attention, they finally did, server gave us a the look like why didnt you line up? She was very rude, did not even greet or smile at us. Atmosphere - as my husband stood to wait in the cashier, I sat down and the table was super sticky like, it have not been wiped in days. Tip - we agreed to tip before we picked up our order and I do believe this kind of service does not merit a cent of my hard earned money. This is very disappointing as we are not one time customers, we order subs from this location in many occassions - with this instance we would not be back. I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s to grab dinner, and I have to say, I left disappointed. I’ve been to multiple locations and always had decent service, but this one was different—in a bad way. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I left. I stood there for about 7 minutes waiting to pick up my online order, and not a single employee asked if I needed help. It was like I was invisible. What makes it worse is the lack of urgency or care from the staff. No eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. You never know who’s walking into your store—a regular customer, a first-timer, or someone who genuinely supports the brand. Either way, everyone deserves common courtesy and basic customer service. Not sure if the manager or owner is even involved here, but it shows. This location needs stronger leadership and a serious refresher on how to treat people. Definitely lost my service.

Waited 40 mins in the drive though (maybe 4 cars in front of me), got to the box to order & sat for 10 mins, finally ordered. I ordered a #9 combo & an order of bacon cheddar wedges no ranch. I get home, my food is cold and there’s no bacon. The staff is unfriendly & service has gone down hill so much. This used to be my favorite fast food place and now it’s mediocre at best. The woman at the window was drinking her drink while holding MY food bag be the open drive through window waiting for my wedges, which is probably why it was cold. Jack in the Box on Dave Lyle Blvd would never & I’ll never purchase from this specific location again.

We pulled up in the drive-thru and a lady rudely said “doordash or mobile orders only” due to staffing supposedly. Well we place a mobile order and pull up to the window…the lady said they were out of any tea so we told her what we wanted instead. She only gave us two of the three drinks we ordered slammed the window shut. We waited a while for her to finally notice we were still there and we told her we were missing one drink. Without a word she abruptly turned around and walked away to go check her screen. Then she stormed back over and asked what we wanted. Basic human kindness has escaped this location. It’s not that hard. Just be kind.

Food was given to another customer who opened it. It was about to be placed in the window again! Took 25 minutes to come out. Order was placed on kiosk as no one was at register. Another customer came in and order was taken by a cashier and it came out in 10 minutes. Drink machine broken down. Door Dash came in after me and I was told they had to take care of that order first. I was told the order was being made fresh. It was not fresh and had to toss as if was cold and potato wedges hard and cold too! Completed survey with no response.

Slowest service ever but not the fault of the one employee trying to manage both the dining room and the drive thru. Management needs to support their staff by ensuring adequate staffing. Honestly felt bad for the employee being left to handle all that.

I pulled into the drive through at about 11:30 pm The line had about maybe 4 cars in front of me I then waited till about 12am and placed an order at 12:05 am I proceeded to get to the speaker at 12:10 and was told that they were only doing mobile orders and door dash, luckily I had already placed an order and was told to pull around. I get to the window and I did not get my food until 12:55 am. This location is extremely unprofessional and there is no reason for the wait or food to take that long at a “fast food” establishment if I could give this store a negative rating I would.

Grew up going to Jack in the Box with my brother in San Antonio. I live in Columbia, Sc now. There are no locations there, so when I travel to the upstate, it’s nice to stop and get a few tacos. However, pull in the parking lot, that is trashed, walk inside to a group about 10 people that are obviously pissed off, isn’t cool. Right away I can see why they’re upset. One lady says she’s been waiting 30 minutes for her food and the two visible workers behind the counter couldn’t care less. No sense of urgency or care for what they’re doing. One girl is violating health code with her extremely long hair that isn’t tied back and over exaggerated nails. Inside wasn’t any cleaner than the outside. Not interested in having any food prepared here. One person that already paid and walked out the same time I did.

I've been coming here since 2015. The food is great. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you're going through the drive-thru. Takes 10 to 20 minutes. Slow slow slow. This is a shame since I love Jack in the Box menu. It has been this way at this location for years. Why can't they just hire an extra person to help make this location competitive with other fast food in the area?

It's impossible to get anyone to take your order at Taco Bell, you have to order it on the kiosk., and then it's hard to navigate.

I ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots. The associate who took my order was polite and well-spoken. My meal was delicious. I will definitely visit Hot Dog Depot again.

Today was the 1st time my family and I ordered food from the Hot Dog Depot. How was my experience? Awesome! Brittany was cool, professional, and a straight-up bada$$ when it comes to performance excellence!!! She and a couple of staff members made the food fresh and made sure that every ((6 cars within (4) minutes from the time we arrived)) customer in line received their food quickly and accurately. First visit to this place definitely in need of a parking lot ordered two Depot dogs, which is supposed to be chili mustard, onion, and slaw and all the dogs round it with was with chili and mustard. Everybody has a half day. I guess plenty of french fries I’ll give it another try next time. I’m in town Very sweet girl at the drive-through window, though that was worth a visit.

This location is usually really good and it saddens me to write this review but I honestly had an unpleasant experience here with my mom 04/23/25 around 6:45pm (give or take). The lady at the ordering window was super friendly but when we pulled around to wait for our food we weren’t greeted on the other side like usual and the boy running that window had us wait about 15 minutes while we watched him and the blonde lady make somewhere around 3 or 4 different orders that weren’t ours until he opened the window and asked if we were DoorDash (I won’t lie, he was honestly a really kind person with a good customer service attitude with handling our frustrations). We said no and my mom said something along the lines of “we ordered at the window and have been waiting” and his face was clearly in shock. I understand working in the food industry things get busy and aren’t always easy, especially considering it was Weiner Wednesday but we were just sitting there waiting on our food that whole time prior just to find out our bag was the same one sitting there the whole time on the right side from when we first pulled up :( he assumed we were DoorDash and never asked and that’s where the irritation on my mom and I’s end came from. I’ll definitely come back here because I understand it was probably a one time thing but I was disappointed to see my hot dogs were cold and my mom’s hotdog was missing one ingredient. All in all it tasted great, I just think with better communication these issues could’ve been solved on the front end.

With this being on the Yelp Charlotte Top 100 and me loving loaded hot dogs, I'm not sure how it took me so long to try this place. It's drive through only. They have some picnic tables outside. The hours are day time only. I could order and pay over the phone which made me happy given the current situation. My husband and I tried the Reuben Dog, Coney Dog, Depot Dog, Chicago Dog, fries, and a peanut butter banana milkshake. The hot dogs were all fantastic. I think the Reuben dog might have been my favorite followed by the Chicago Dog, but it's really hard to pick. The fries were great, but the hot dogs were so good I would probably skip the fries and get another dog next time. The milkshake was delicious. I definitely recommend getting one. The best part about it is how cheap it all was. 6 hot dogs, fries, and a shake were $25. It's hard to beat that. If you like hot dogs, you need to check this place out!

The pics posted by the restaurant should be what they serve to paying customers. The food was good but the presentation was definitely different. After biting into my cheeseburger, I noticed it only covered half of the bun. There was extra tomato and lettuce on the other side. The toppings were not spread throughout the hot dog but haphazardly placed. Small details that make a big difference. A few drink choices on the menu weren't actually available - the owner stated the flavors were being discontinued by Pepsi. The price of milkshakes were a little steep for a hot dog restaurant so we didn't try them. Overall, the food was good but I'm not sure that I would order another cheeseburger.

Food's been fantastic and service has been great so far! Lived here a few years but just decided to check this place out. It's super conveniently located for where we live and will definitely be coming back often.

Ordered three of the 7$ taco boxes. Was told there were no more boxes so I assumed they would be bagged individually but it was all thrown in one big bag, not a big deal just mildly annoying. Get home to check out the food and all the nacho chips are crushed, the chalupas were cold to where it seemed like they were never warmed up in the first place, zero chicken on them just lettuce sour cream and cheese. Burritos sucked tacos sucked it all sucked. Absolute dogshit today do better.

The food is fine, but have fun being understood talking to the drive through computer, then answering its 10 different questions about order add-ons before it will place the order. Ordering inside is also annoying. You have to navigate all the menus on the order kiosk to find what you want instead of just asking for it, then skip through several questions about order add-ons before you can pay. I'm sick of this crap, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

So I frequent this location often, and it use to be REALLY well run but the new staff they have are ruining it. Tonight I was in and the lady working is swearing up a storm yelling with her friends who came to visit her. I go to leave cause it wasn't comfortable being around and the moment I open the door I am hit with a strong stench of weed. There was a employee sitting on the ground in front of the door openly getting high. Hate to say it cause there are a FEW good employees left here but not enough to save this place

Whoever is making the food in there tonight is skimping on the meat. All of my families orders barely had any meat in them at all. I'm not talking just a little less than usual im talking a chicken chalupa with only two little pieces of chicken on them. Something needs to be done about this.

Went to the John Ross location today at 1:40 approached the register and stood there waiting for more than 5 minute. There were two employees sitting directly beside where I was standing. No acknowledgement at all. I assume they were district manager and general manager because they were talking food cost as well as labor cost and there was a lap top involved. Finally someone on the line told me if I wanted to order I must use the kiosk on the wall. Not being able to find what I wanted by this time, I left. I know guest service has become a thing of the past but as a company you have lost a customer for life.

Gabe was so helpful in the drive thru always held a smile will return again for good service like this!!

Where is the meat? and the shells were soooo hard!

Lunch specials are a good value. The service is very good. My pizza slices were delivered promptly and hot. The pizza was tasty, but on the greasy side

They wouldn't deliver befit was 1.5 miles out of there delivery zone. So I went to pick up. Cool I got a notification it was done as I pulled I to the parking lot. Everything was cold except the fries. It's ok I would not go out of my way to get it. Oh and my sausage sandwich had 3 shaved peices. Order at your own risk.

My family and I have been eating at Ouzo's for years. The last few times I have ordered carry out, my orders have been wrong. When ordering, I ask to have my order repeated back to me. I normally order a small turkey sub with lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar only. I specify no cheese, no mayo, no tomato. I ordered the same thing this past Saturday and it was made as requested. Ordered two orders of turkey subs today 1st order - small turkey sub with lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar - no cheese, no mayo, no tomato, 2nd order - small turkey sub with lettuce, mayo, cheese, oil and vinegar - no onion. Went to pick up my order - 1st order had cheese and the 2nd order had onion. The kitchen remade the 1st order and my fries were burnt and the cook added tomato. I'm not sure where the miscommunication comes from or if the cook does not read the orders throughly. Maybe there was a different cook this past weekend. The cook this evening needs to do a better job at reading orders.

Good food at a good price. I returned and got the Gyro and fries and my daughter ordered a large Italian Sub with fries. The large sub is HUGE and they really pile the meat on! The Gyro was very good, and everything was served hot. The fries are crinkle cut. You order at the counter and the server brings your food to the table. Service was very quick. Fountain drinks are self serve. The men's room wasn't great but was clean and stocked properly. The trash receptacle on the sidewalk was overflowing with trash. It could be that it's supposed to be there responsibility of the shopping center but management should take it upon themselves to take care of it because that's a sanitation issue and just a poor presentation overall.

Hidden gem!! New favorite pizza in rock hill! Got a white pizza and house special. Delicious!! Comes with a house sauce that’s SO GOOD! Must try.

Carmen, thank you for the five star experience! Me and my fiancé showed up and was greeted, ordered and seated quickly. There was clean tables and looking into the kitchen it was clean as well!!! I ordered the house pizza and she ordered the calzone. Such great quality and surprisingly fast! I wasn’t five minutes before my appetizer arrived fresh. Y’all are sleeping on this place!!!

I love this place and eat there often when I am on that side of town. I stopped in today, its got to be 90 degrees in the building. I ask if the AC is broken and am told the owner wont let them turn it on. Everyone already seated looks uncomfortable, staff I can see is sweating heavily. Decided to eat elsewhere this time.

Well, it was a hit. When we travel to South Carolina, we normally stop at hubby’s favorite, Waffle House. We were pleasantly greeted by Carolyn. She told us our wait time and escorted us to our table when ready. This is our grandson’s first time. At first he looked strange at us. He thought the food was so good, he ordered a plate to go. He had the patty melt and we had the all American. The food was delicious and came out fast and hot The server, LaJasime was on point. She was pleasant, efficient and despite it being crowded, served us and continuously checked on us to see how things were. Awesome experience.

Great comfort food, service was southern hospitality to its fullest and had a jukebox for a nice change in atmosphere. Cook was superb with dishing out the orders, waitress was friendly and patient for a party of 5. One thing I know cant be changed is the size of the tables. Comfortably fitting 1 and 1 for a meal and the rest off to the another booth or along the "bar" area. Food was tasty and made fresh!

Nothing better after a tough game than some good ol’ Waffle House. Tammy, our server found a way to take it to the next level. With some good music, a Don Johnson story or two and lots of laughs. We enjoyed it throughly!

I tried to call the store because I had a few questions (WiFi, dine-in hours, etc.) I got a recording telling me to place my order online and that's it. None of the info I needed was online and the only way to find out would be to drive all the way over there and waste my time if they didn't have what I needed. Waffle House as a business really must not care about its customers if they won't even do basic stuff like allow us to call the store.

The place has improved! Food..great! Their grillsman, Robert..a straight guru! We were in complete awe, as he displayed mastery and impervious abilities, while being bombarded by countless orders. What a display! Great job team!

I haven't had an issue with this waffle house until today. This is my 4th visit to this location. I ordered over the phone instead of inside this time, and they charged an extra 20%. My total for a sweet tea and an all-star breakfast was $19. After I said something about the price, they marked it down to $17 and some change. I was told the 20% is always added to to-go orders. They have never charged me more than $15 for the same exact meal I always order to go inside. To make matters worse, it looks like they spit on my bacon that was obviously pulled from the trash. I saw fresh bacon going to other customers while we were waiting on our food. I am adding the bacon photos because this was the nastiest food and the most money I have ever paid for breakfast. This is a waffle house, not Outback. I was hoping the food was as good as usual, but this time, it was purposely messed with. I have saved the food to show the proper authorities, and I am contacting corporate.

I've been going to waffle House 55 years, and I have never been to a waffle House in the morning and it been closed. During covid is the only time a waffle house has ever been closed that I know of and I go in this morning because they were busy they are not cooking any food and that was at 5:30 I'm not a happy camper. I guess they should change from open 24 hours a day to open 23 and 1/2 hours a day.

It was okay. Never been before and was hoping for something else. Food was decent. The inside was not very clean. Glad I visited.

The chicken was moist , tender and hot. Coleslaw was perfect and not too creamy. The bo rounds were also tender, crunchy and hot. Everything was great. We will be back.

First time at a Bojangles. Good but there's other chicken places that are better.

Surprisingly I had a good experience. The store was clean. The employees were working and not complaining. My food was fresh and I wasn’t met with a bad attitude from an unhappy employee. I ordered the 3 wing combo with fries as both my sides. My fries were cooked fresh without me having to ask and the chicken was delicious. Since my previous visits were awful I attributed my good fortune to my arrival at the start of lunchtime and the employee who assisted me is a childhood friend I hadn’t seen in years. I wasn’t thrilled about paying more than $10 for a 3 -wing combo and I wish they would start filling the container of fries to the max. I didn’t complain because they saved me a few calories. Overall, I was pleased with my visit to this location for the first time in years.

Went through drive thru this morning before work. I will not be going back. I will find some where else for breakfast. The lady gave me the wrong order. I brought it to her attention. She said you must not have heard me when I asked what you had rudely. You didn’t repeat my order back to me. All you said was good morning. Don’t make your mistake seem like my fault because you were talking.

You do not go to Bojangles for service or atmosphere. Maybe for food. Many years ago, when I worked construction, the crews, of which I was a member, sometimes stopped here for lunch. I found it preferable to most of the other fast food places. In particular, I liked their rice. But nowadays, nah. I went there for nostalgia reasons one time, and found it so lacking in quality. Yet, I won't give it a one for the quality of its food, as I save that grade for places like McDonald's.

1st of all I will tell you I love Bojangles. However this location is way below par compared to any other location I have been to. I placed my order via the Kiosk, grabbed napkins, straw and took a seat. There was one other customer in the dining area who had already received their order. I watched as no other customers had entered and only one drive through customer passed through during my wait time (which btw had to pull forward and wait for thier order to be presented). I noticed two personnel standing around doing nothing while I waited on my order. Just shy of a 15 minute wait time I was given my food. I had to to go back up and ask for my drink (served from behind the counter). The person hesitantly poured my drink while looking over their should to see if the on-screen showed I had purchased the drink, which it showed I did. I was handed the drink with attitude and I returned to my table only to realize the hot sauce I had ordered was also not present. I walked back to the employee behind the counter and asked for hot sauce. As before she glanced over her shoulder to confirm I had added the hot sauce on my order, which I had. Again I was handed the hot sauce with attitude and back to my table I went. The food was cooked well but both their chicken and cajun beans were noticeably over-salted compared to all other location I have been to. Go to Bojangles but not to this location if you want good service and good food.
