I was not impressed with the food choice I picked. I had been wanting to stop in and try this place since we moved here. Maybe it was the sandwich I picked. But the cheese sauce had no flavor to it.. the fries were good but the pork sandwich i got was just not hitting the way i wanted it to. But the staff was very very friendly. The building is in serious need of upgrading and cleaning as it definitely shows it's age on the inside. But all in all not to bad we will give it another try.

After Church my family and I often get lunch at Saucy's in Milton. I recently tried their chicken sandwich, they use tenderloin strips, which are perfectly fried to a crisp, golden-brown. It's a smart choice that ensures every bite is juicy and flavorful. The sandwich is generously dressed with a savory, signature sauce (as the name Saucy's suggests!) that adds a nice kick without being overpowering, along with pickles. It's a simple, well-executed sandwich that hits the spot. The drive-in service was friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience. Saucy's itself has a simple, unpretentious atmosphere, which I appreciate--it focuses on delivering great food. If you're in the area and craving a solid, hometown fastfood Saucy's is a definite winner.

Been here a few times but tonight was terrible. My banana split was half of the size it usually is and they forgot my nuts. And yes it was a small and that is what I usually get. Not sure what was happening but it was very disappointed in my banana split.

Stopped by on Sunday...@ 7:45. The only customers inside (not many) were eating ice cream. Was told it would be a 35-45 wait for 2 porkloin combo meals! Plenty of workers....needless to say we left...Only three cars in the drive thru. We've been going to (Tasty Freeze) Saucys for over 30 years very sad, not sure if we'll be back.

sincerely THE best place to eat in Milton. Cailyn helped us and she was phenomenal. The food was quick and DELICIOUS! The side sampler was full to the brim, worth every penny. their ice cream is thick, the people are nice, the food is quick, what else could you ask for? 😍😍

Bring cash to tip the nice ladies! You can't tip on card! Great spot! Loved the chalk wall on the inside to keep the little one busy and having an ice cream treat included with the kids meal is very nice. Their food is delicious and the ice cream is perfect. Also love their outside area. Will definitely be back !

I just went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tenders and fried okra, which I requested to be fried well done or extra because a few times before I've gotten it doughy and not quite done. Not only was it still soft and doughy it was obviously not cooked well done. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I'm not coming back to this place because I paid almost $9 for food I had to throw away. I guess I'll just wait for Grovers to open.

I ordered for takeout and the service was not the best. Besides that once I got home, I noticed my waffle is very undercooked.

We regularly drive to this location from Gulf Breeze because we normally get really good service. Today, we were treated really bad. With only 2 tables occupied when we walked in, every table was dirty. 3 or 4 servers standing in the back with only 1 out front to handle the register. We were recognized by the 1 server but waited for someone to come and clean a table. When she did come out. She cleaned the seats and walked off, we tried to let her know that the table was covered in egg but she immediately, with alot of attitude in her voice, came back with "I'm getting another towel!" Very rude and short, she obviously didn't want to be there. We have so many options. My wife was shocked by her attitude and started walking out. We have enjoyed the staff at this location in the past... Very disappointing 😕 You must have all the customers you need. You've lost us.

Most of the seating was dirty when we came in. The food was prompt and hot and correct. Near the end, the staff were blabbing loudly about their personal lives in the dining room. Idk if this is just a waffle house sub-culture or what, but ugh. Seems to happen every time everywhere. Atmosphere killer.

I was here 2 days ago and my server, Saraphina (I think) was super nice especially when it was like 6am! Food was great and the other servers were kind too, would come back again! Xoxo

Stopped here on our way home to Texas, and I have always enjoyed eating breakfast at Waffle Houses all over the United States. The food here was great and service was friendly. Our waitress "Broom"... (yes, it's Broom.. lol) was sassy (in a good way) and full of energy. If ever I were to come back through this area... I would definitely stop here again.

Came here for the 1st time and I'm glad we did. (Atleast to this location) Tabby was our server and she is just the nicest and most attentive server I've come across. Menu is simple but tasty.

Had a great experience here. 11pm dining. Only one cook here tonight however he made all our food quickly and it was all perfect, and we had 9 people in our party. The waiter Brandon Greene was so social and was very attentive. Food was hot, never an empty glass, and we didn't wait long at all.

We room a detour driving home from Florida to Taco Town. The prices resemble that of Taco Bell in the late 90s but that's where the comparison stops because the food nearly knocked me out of my seat. A short drive off the interstate or from Pensacola, it's well worth the detour!!

This restaurant is one of Milton's many gems. It is small, convenient, and very satisfying. The employees were very polite and very efficient at their job. The food was prepared and served in a timely fashion, and was a blast of excitement to the taste buds. If you are looking for the taste of Mexican Cuisine at an affordable price, then Taco Town is the place for you! Photos are of a “Colossal Burrito Meal, a Soft Taco Meal, a Cheese Enchilada, and all of the fixings including their Salsa(made fresh daily).

Always delicious Burritos, Enchiladas and chips! My favorite inexpensive haunt in Milton! The best homemade Salsa! I do 50/50 hot and mild for my taste.

We Love this place! The Food off the hook. The prices are unbelievably low. Two people can eat very good for under $20. We have become regulars now. Food is consistently great ! Service is great , food is always hot so tasty !

The food is very good and reasonably priced. The workers are extremely nice! I have been here twice within the past two weeks and will be back again soon.

Some of the best tacos and burritos in the county. Fast, courteous service. If you need Mexican food right now this is the place to go. Also the best Salsa available anywhere. Serve yourself.

Great food, great prices. Don't expect big chain atmosphere and packaging. Enjoy the food and appreciate the staff. The Taco Salad Bowl with extra guacamole was incredible. Bought a 2nd one for home lunch the next day on my own chips for crunch.

The food was good, though my Texas toast was pretty close to burnt. But our server did not appear to have ANY interest in being at work. They weren't that busy at 10am on a Monday at I'm not sure what her deal was.

We had dinner at this location. After working a long days work the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious just being nice to your guest. Makes the food much better. I do recommend going to this location the night staff they are wonderful. They had great vibes make you want to go above and beyond and tip greatly.

I feel so bad I don't remember our servers name! We came on 02/16/2024 at around 2pm and our server was a brunette wearing a mask. She was absolutely amazing!!! I came in with my almost two year old, and she (along with all the staff) made us feel so welcome and appreciated. She went above and beyond and cut my child's waffle up for us so that she could eat it right away, and I didn't have to do it. That right there is amazing service!!!!! 👏 and she gave us the paper hats which my kiddo loved!!!!

Food was ok just not very warm. Could be because restaurant is kept at sub zero temps. Waitress was nice and engaging.

Order to Served in less than 10! And might I add the place was packed this waffle House has it going on! When we arrived we were famished and the fact that we were serve so quickly earned a five-star. You can tell by the amount that my husband ordered that he was near starved.. or so you would think. From time to time we've gone to a waffle House and they're only half full and you wait 15 minutes for more for your food understanding that it's cooked hot and fresh so you expect some time but you usually don't get it in under 10 minutes.!

I walked in to place a "to go" order and as I am standing there waiting to place my order a lady walks up behind me and proceeds to mop and area of the floor with a rag, she then picks up the nasty rag that she just used to mop the floor (with ungloved hands) and proceeds behind the counter, tosses the rag in the sink, then immediately without washing her ungloved hands opens and reaches into one of the coolers and begins grabbing out food items!!! I was completely disgusted and quite angry that I just watched this!!! This seems to be a real problem in the food service industry today and it's absolutely atrocious! I very rarely eat out because I already don't trust strangers to handle my food and this is a great example!

This is not a review to the location or staff. They were great. This review is towards the product. I ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich and I was totally disappointed. The meat was cut thin and it was an ugly brown in color. It's felt and tasted like cheap processed gelatin turkey slices that I wouldn't even serve my cats. No one is going to tell me that what I had was roast beef. I will never eat at any Arby's again.

They need to do a training on how to be more friendly or get RID of everyone including managers and start over and make sure you hire staff that actually CARES about the customers and the company. AND GET THE LOADED FRIES BACK!

Foods always prepared well, and the environment is pretty casual. Likely the best Arby's in south Dayton area.

Disappointed in quality control. I understand being understaffed and having a POS down, but it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to double check the bag before handing it off. Went back in for our missing sandwich, and there was another lady waiting in line for the same issue and then someone came in after me because they were missing something too. Just take an extra 30 seconds to double check the order!

Great visit, wife had the classic and it was full of meat, I had the French Dip , could have used a little more meat. Really tasty and hot fries!!🍟

The whole experience here is absolutely amazing. I have worked fast food on and off for 11 years as a carhop to a manager..... I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my father is disabled we normally go out to eat and always go in. Gwen that was working the counter has been nothing but amazing to every person she speaks too. She is respectful takes her time with each customer. She's Accurate and she makes sure she leaves an impression on each customer. The food looked as good as it tasted. It was warm and we waited maybe 5 minutes before our name was called. The whole team/staff in the back and in the drive thru glowed! The environment is a very well managed and team work is awesome. They cut up and joke but they work very well together. The environment is very inviting. I have ZERO complaints. The price was oh so worth it. $22 for two large meals loaded french fries and the brisket flat bread... We go to any other fast food and spend $30 for two small basic meals. I'm very pleased and will be back. Oh and they all had their mask on property and washed their hands when the timer said to do so.

We went inside to order, and the staff was busy doing drive through. Finally a girl took our order for whoppers. It was a to go order and when we got home to eat the fries were good but the whoppers were cold. Cold as in never cooked.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Christina at the Burger King drive-through! She was incredibly sweet and patient with me and my kids while we were trying to get breakfast sorted. It’s not always easy managing toddlers, especially when all you want is a big bottle of orange juice, but Christina went out of her way with kindness to help us out. She made our morning so much smoother and started our day off right. Thank you, Christina — you’re a gem! And the food was hot and always good

We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn't. We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no's with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and there was a ball of hair about 2 feet away from our table. Gross. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.

I actually really like Burger King normally. I have been to the one here in Milton and the food that is supposed to be hot is just not hot enough and it always concerns me. The people are friendly and the place seems clean but the hot food should be hot.

We stop in here about once a month for kid meals. The food is usually good, the atmosphere is usually good, the inside is usually clean, the parking lot is usually empty, overall it's worth a visit. The kid meals include a burger, fries, drink, ice cream, and a toy for around $6 dollars or so. You can also get a Burger King crown. I rated it 3 stars because of the service. Most of them are friendly, but a certain young female staff member is very rude. It reminds me why I visit once a month, over once a week. I do recommend this place, but I suggest the drive-thru. They have always been friendly and professional.

I ordered a bacon and egg croissant at the drive-through and I was told they had to cook the eggs and asked me to move forward. 10 minutes later I still haven’t received any food so I went inside and ask what was going on and was told that my French toast had just come up. I didn’t order French toast. I ordered bacon and egg croissant. The girl with the long red hair looked at me and said oh we didn’t know what you had so we made French toast and I said so y’all were just gonna let me sit out there without knowing what order I had and then you’re gonna bring me the wrong order instead of coming out and asking me. She rolled her eyes and said oh well I’m sorry. I asked to speak to the manager three times and was totally ignored will never ever go back to that Burger King

I had literally just ordered, drove to the window and they handed me a bag. The burger was so cold it was disgusting. The cheese didn't even melt. The fries were still frozen in the middle. NEVER AGAIN!

Only two gentlemen working on a Saturday night. We ordered a sackfull if cheese, and it was prepared, quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Shame on management for taking advantage of these two employees, but kudos for handling things professionally, quickly and with great attitudes. Will definitely return to patronize in the future j..

The woman who was obviously in charge did a fantastic job! I didn't catch her name but she said her day at work was just beginning at 7 pm on Saturday night. She gently coached her team and told them how to do tasks with firmness yet kindness. My family went inside to order takeout. The service was efficient and the food was exactly what I expected. I didn't check the order and unfortunately an order of chili cheese tater tots was forgotten. I was very surprised to see that the milkshakes were made with real ice cream! What a treat! The carpet in the lobby was so disgusting. When we walked in our shoes actually stuck! My husband joked that they must clean the floors by dumping Coke on them. Floors are visibly dirty and desperately need a professional deep clean. I understand that it's difficult with the business open 24 hours but it's necessary to figure that out. Payments accepted are cash or card. Tap to pay is only an option here if you know your full card number. All in all, an acceptable meal.

I placed an order at this location in Milton, FL on 8/23/2025 at 2:14 a.m online. Both their website and Google listed the location as open 24 hours. My order confirmation told me to pick up at 2:25 a.m., but when I arrived, the store was closed. Later, I received another email telling me my order would be ready at 3:25 a.m. I went back again, and they were still closed. At 7:20 a.m. when the store finally opened, I spoke with the manager on duty (Grace) and requested a refund. She told me she was unable to process one, and when I asked for the franchise owner’s number or upper management’s contact information, she said she didn’t have any number or names to give me. Her only solution was to remake the food, or else I would just lose my money. I also tried contacting Krystal’s through their website and called the number posted on the front door, but I received no help at all. As of now, I’m out $43 and some change with no resolution. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours should be updated online, and customers should have a clear way to get help when an order goes wrong. This is pretty sad. This is my hometown and this Krystal’s has always been a favorite. I have never had any issues with this place up until today. It’s THEFT as far as I’m concerned. And to tell me you can make my food 5 hours later instead of a refund…Yeah, I already ate somewhere else. Just give me back my $43.86 you’re holding hostage from me. Placed my order at 3:51 it’s 4:12 and I had to go in and ask where my food was and come to find out my food had just been sitting there in a bag totally unacceptable I paid 16.00 and it was not fresh I’m from out of town here working and that was the closet thing to home that I liked I would love a refund. And to top it all off one of the employees peeped around the corner laughing as if it’s funny need a new staff manger was so nonchalant as if everthing was good.

When we arrived i was told there would be a 5-8 minute wait because there was 2 large orders ahead of me. I was prepared for a 10 minute wait but I waited for over 20 when I got my food i was missing my fries. I had to go in and get them. My biggest problem with my experience here was the 5-8 minutes became over well 20 then my fries i got were not fresh and were soggy.

Place needs work ...Water drips from ceiling...we were literally the only 2 customer,and no one came through drive threw the whole time we were there ...it took 45min to get the food and our fries were cold...I would not recommend the Krystal in Milton Florida...I have been to really good ones...but this one gets thumbs down..

Stopped by for 24 cheese krystals around 3pm yesterday. Ordered taken by Hunter. Guy seemed cool and told me to wait 10minz for the order, no problem. He brings them out to me and says "We put extra love in these for ya man." Alright cool, jump back in the truck and see what looked to be a box with 24 krystals launched into it by a trebuchet... I'm serious it looked like someone hurled the sandwiches in thier boxes. They were made so poorly that half of them had the meat completely out and in the sides of the boxes, not between the buns, AND they were almost cold, lukewarm at the very best. With the visually unappealing sandwiches aside, I'm not sure what "extra love" they put into my order here, but I didn't sleep last night and spent most of my twilight A.M. hours feeling like I'm going to die on the toilet.

Food was the usual for Chick-fil-A, as was the service......both were above average. I'm not wowed by Chick-fil-A, but I'll give it to them for being consistent. The line is always wrapped around the building, because of the cult following they've developed, and usually you're still in and out relatively quickly. This morning was different, as I spent approximately 20-25 minutes in drive-thru. It seemed as if this one vehicle in particular was holding everyone up, and I wondered why they didn't have that customer clear the path for other customers that could be served quickly. As always, everyone I talked to was very friendly and well-mannered, so it would have been 5 stars on service if they hadn't held so many people up over one customer's order. Not a bad experience at all though. Definitely not their best showing, but still better than just about all other fast-food options on their best day! 😏

One employee really stands out from the rest at this location! Sarah-Kate really went above and beyond! Showed nothing but quality workmanship, and was a totally awesome person! Popped into the drive thru for a late dinner and to grab my birthday reward. My meal was fresh, and delicious!

This has to be worst chick fil a in existence. Seriously you better have 15 minutes of your time available just to get your food. Fast where? Never in my life have I had to endure such poor operational skills. All the chick Fil a(s) Ive ever been to have been kind and most importantly quick. Like 5 minutes on a busy day. Here it dont matter what time of day. Your always going to have wait 15 minutes minimum. Inside or out, the waiting is a problem, but it doesn't stop there. Half the time, your food's going to be disappointing.

This is one of the slower CFAs I've been to. Nice people but just one person manning the cash register and taking orders while one other guy running around delivering orders and refills. Most of the staff was dedicated to the drive though. That seemed way faster than dine-in

This is a great Chick-fil-A location! Not overly crowded and has very friendly staff. Our order was mistakenly put in incorrectly, and we received a wrong item; however, they quickly replaced it with what we actually ordered.

Longest drive thru wait I've ever experienced. We are 25 minutes in right now and we are only halfway there. Not sure whats happening but this needs to be addressed.

The food and service at this location are consistent good no matter what time we go. The indoor play place is always a favorite of our kids and the restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean.

Placed a mobile order for a meal with a diet Dr. Pepper. Get there to pick it up in the drive through. Waited almost 25 minutes in the line AFTER I had already reached the speaker to give my code. They had no diet Dr. Pepper or anything diet. Burger looks like someone stepped on it. Terrible location. Manager refused to give a refund.

the food was ready super quick! quality is absolutely horrible tho. the steak is severely overcooked to the point where it’s torture taking a bite.

Our McGriddle and Egg McMuffin were fresh and tasty. Service was excellent with smiling, friendly, associates. A manager was on the front line yelling about being short staffed and "a bunch of unhappy workers". That manager should be reprimanded, IMO. We always have good service at this McDonald's.

me and my wife ordered online and when we arrived they informed us that they were put of apple pies and their oven doesn't work. we asked for a refund we were told we had to go through the app and that the owner told them they would be fired if they refunded any mobile orders so we went to the app and the app said to go to the store and have them refund it. we informed the manager at the store of this and she accused us of being rude and kept telling us that she refused to give us a refund. then she slamed the sliding door in our face and refused to speak to us anymore so we left and now our 20$ is gone and we have nothing to show for it idk who the owner is but i need you to reach out so we can get our money back and an apology.

The staff were super friendly and kind, which I really appreciated! My daughter and I stopped in just for some ice cream, but unfortunately they were out. kind of a bummer since that’s what we were really craving. I also let them know my daughter doesn’t like apples and asked for just fries in her kids meal, but they still gave us apples anyway. It’s whatever. people make mistakes. The great customer service still made it a decent experience overall, just hoping for ice cream next time!

Horrible experience everytime. Terribly slow. Fries always soggy. Always lying about the ice cream machine being broken. Finally went on a day it worked and they charged a surcharge for a shake on top of the menu price. And they definitely do not drug test their employees.

Last week I got a happy meal for my daughter and they forgot the fries . Today I went to get her another happy meal so I ordered the 6 piece nugget kids meal and was given 4 pieces despite the box saying 6 on the top. Additionally both of our drinks were FLAT and disgusting

26.00 for 2 people to eat. Went thru drive thru and they were pulling everyone up which pisses everyone off. 20 minutes later bring out my order to my car and it was wrong. The lady walks around to 5 other cars before going to correct mine 10 more comes out and guess what wrong again luckily this time just sauces so I just figured didn't need any for our nuggets atleast that's the way they looked at. Get home after all that and this is the type of food that was recieved. And do you think they have a working telephone number ofcourse not. Worst service have recieved.

Came to leave a review after my experience here only to see literally hundreds of similar ones. I redeemed a free small fry from monopoly rewards and ordered a large coke. An order they could push out in 30 seconds. I didnt even care if the fries were super fresh. Anyways, I ordered on the app at 10:40ish and selected counter service. I arrive and the doors locked and 15+ cars in the drive thru so I call since I have to be down the road at work in 15 minutes and ask them politely if they can hand me my order through the door. My simple 2 item order. No the cannot. Absolutely not. Okay than I ask for a refund as I can’t sit and wait 40 minutes(not exaggerating) in the drive through for a fry and a coke. They wont give me a refund. $2 whatever. Than when I reiterate it will take them less than a minute to hand me my order, that I don't even need to come into the establishment to get, she gets an attitude and threatens to block my number if I call again. I guess Ill be going in to the store in the morning and not leaving until I get my $2 refund. At this point its the principal of the matter. If she wasnt rude, I would’ve just written off the experience to be honest.

This is the second time in a matter of weeks that I got a McDouble and fries around the 4pm time frame. BIG mistake!! Apparently you get the OLD McDoubles that have been sitting since the lunchtime rush....that taste nasty and like SHOE LEATHER!!! I kick myself for ordering again at that time frame! In my opinion, especially with the prices you pay for cheap FAST FOOD that isn't cheap from the wallet, you should not be getting OLD FOOD that's been sitting for hours!!! NASTY TASTING FOOD FOR TOP DOLLAR PRICES!!!

I received the worst customer service of my life on 10/07/2025 at this location on Caroline Street at approximately 8:20PM. The incident has been reported to the owner and corporate and neither have bothered to get back with me about it. I went to McDonald's to get a treat for my family and take part in the recently revived monopoly game. I ordered 2 ice cream cones, 4 apple pies, a large coke, and a smoothie. The drive through line was long and taking forever. I had enough time to order and pay in the line via the app to save time. I get to the speaker and they inform me that their oven is broken and they cannot provide any pies or cookies and they offered a milkshake to compensate me. I was not interested in a milkshake as compensation for the nearly 8 dollars worth of pies that totalled half of my order. I suggested nuggets. There was a long hold while the woman working the register checked with management regarding my request. When she returned I was informed the manager denied it because they're not a dessert item. I asked for my money for the pies to be refunded. I was told that has to be done in the app. She asked me to pull around to the 1st window for my receipt. By the time I arrived at the first window I had pulIed up the information in the app about refunds and how they have to be requested from the restaurant you ordered from directly. I asked to speak to the manager at the window. She came over with a bad attitude and was clearly unwilling to help and was stressed out over her drive through times. I showed her the information in the app that states that refunds need to be requested by contacting the restaurant directly. The manager then informs me that they can refund it but cannot refund just the pies. That they'll have to refund the entire order. I told her I was fine with that. That's when the story changed again. She told me the owner won't allow them to refund any mobile orders and I have to do that through the app. I again reiterated that there was no possible way to request a refund for my order in the app and showed it to her again. She told me she's not losing her job for going against the owner's orders. Then proceeded to slam the window shut in my face and refused to give me my receipt or order. I could hear the staff screaming obscenities through the closed windows. The woman who was working the register and the manager could be seen peeking around the corner to see if I was gone while I waited for someone to come back and give me my receipt or remaining food/drink items that were available. People in line behind me were honking and yelling at me as if this entire scenario was somehow my fault. I spent nearly 20 dollars on a special treat for my child and an opportunity to play a sweepstakes, instead I got treated like garbage while my money was stolen. I was actually pretty excited that 2 of my items had monopoly pieces and I had a chance to play a nostalgic game and show my daughter what it was like but that was also ruined. Who knows? Maybe I could have been a winner with those pieces and lost my opportunity. It's completely unacceptable for management to treat their customers in such a manner. Even more acceptable that the higher management will not respond on the matter. I was treated like I was the problem for being upset that the establishment was refusing to refund or replace my order. Then they retaliated with blatant theft. I paid for an order and it was refused to me. Do better. Be better.

Only leaving 1 star because there’s no option for 0. Door dash driver has been waiting for 30 minutes for a simple order. And they don’t answer their phones. Driver said they won’t tell him why it’s taking so long

This store is absolutely trash service is awful no food and we waited for over a hour for a Big Mac we asked for a refund and they said it would be on the card with no receipt or proof so they maybe they are stealing either way we will not be coming here ever again. I was denied entry with my service dog. He was clearly identified as a service dog. They asked me for paperwork to prove he is my service dog. They told me they don’t allow service animals of any kind indoors. EVERYTHING they did and said violated federal laws regarding registered service dogs. The layout of the store which you have to walk through to get to DQ was not easily accessible for disabled persons.

Rushed me to order then suggested a flavor that was horrible I tried to tell them my son was on the way in and not to make his yet but she made the suggested flavor then when my son hated it she told me to throw it away then charged me for a milk shake of which my son wanted. Horribly ran. She also didn't give me a receipt for the milk shake

Friend regularly regular Frie cost $3.89 that's just the fries them self that's actually the smallest frie they have that $3.89 let's go ahead and round it off. 4 freaking bucks for a small Frie my bind is so blown right now. wow !!!!!! Service a little "country harsh" but food is always excellent

The service is always great! We love going here in the evenings to get our ice cream fix. They also have great cheese curds!

Gas station filled to the brim with trinkets, souvenirs, and candies. We found some off the wall candies that we haven't seen in ages. They also have bottled sodas. Staff was super friendly.

This location is full of nothing but incompetence. It is not hard to mark items unavailable, especially with the claim that online orders aren't allowed to be refunded. Every time we go here it is a guarantee that something is wrong or missing. I have left numerous complaints about this place but if you don't have items, remove them from your freaking ordering system. It's easy yet managers here either don't care or are too lazy to do anything. Last time they didn't have anything that we ordered the manager was camping in the bathroom for God knows how long.

Our order was wrong. Luckily, my daughter is not allergic to tomatoes, she just doesn't like them. Ordered and paid for a regular baconator, got a junior. Bacon was hard. Baconator fries were cold and stale at 6 p.m. I won't go back.

We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and states. There has been mostly 'chili and beans' in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a few pieces of hamburger in it. We understand costs and all.. but that's just not up to standards.

The Cashier needs +10 stars was Amazing and looked like the only person doing his job .Very Great Customer Service by him !!! We came in ordered our food and waited 45 minutes and still no food .We ended up getting a refund and leaving.

Soggy baconator fries for me and cold fries for the wife. The wait is long both to order and get food . People standing at the counter for almost ten minutes just to order so that long wait times don't show up on the their screen. Soda machine was plumb nasty, dirty tables, and the floor is sticking to my shoes. I can only imagine how bad it gets when it's busy here. This was mast last trip ever to this location.

Ordered three jr cheese deluxe sandwiches. The meat was like that on all three. It was so overcooked/old that it crunched when I bit into it. Terrible food quality control. I ordered a chili too. I know that when they make chili they use hamburger patties that didn’t sell within five minutes after cooking. Needless to say I returned that too… if my burger looks like that, I’d imagine whatever went into the chili would make someone sick.

It's a Wendy's. You know what to expect. Sadly they were out of vanilla frosty, but the service we got from the young woman was spectacular, and way more than required or, to be honest, expected at a Wendy's.

The staff was friendly and the food fresh however, I asked for light ice on two large drinks. They are PACKED with ice. These were full price drinks and very much a rip off

I personally don't care for their burgers. But they have the best milkshakes around. I go daily for a bag of their ice!! Cant live without it! But they are very slow. So make sure you have plenty of time!

The server immediately saw I had walked up w 2 dogs and a cat (1 dog in the stroller) and brought them out ice cream and water. So incredibly sweet of her. I had water with me but I forgot a bowl so they were definitely thirsty. I got the Dragon Fruit Red bull Refesher. It hit the spot. It was absolutely delicious and it was just what I needed.

I really enjoy coming to Sonic! The food is always great, and ordering through the app makes things super easy and convenient. The employees are polite and provide excellent customer service every time. My only complaint is that the wait time can be a bit long, even when ordering ahead—but overall, still a solid experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Always takes 20/30 mins to get your food. Order a shake, get a blast. That is a small scoop of Oreo, a drip of peanut butter and NOT mixed at all. Idk what the issue is but this is a constant issue. It’s really not that hard to mix a blast or make a shake. Get it together.

I purchased a junior cheeseburger in the drive-through. I asked for no tomatoes or ketchup on my burger. A couple of minutes later when I had the chance to eat, there were no napkins in the bag, there appears to have been ketchup that someone tried to scrap the bulk of it off, and the burger tasted almost freezer burned. Definitely not the quality I am used to getting from Sonic.

Today I pressed the call button, but no one answered. It appears the location may be extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. In the past, I have also experienced unprofessional responses when placing an order. After only a few visits to this Sonic, I have encountered more issues than I can count. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns and improves service efficiency.

Wow this is subpar performance! Bacon and onion pizza had all the onions the few that were there all piled in the center and just a dusting of bacon on it. The other literally had all the toppings placed in the center and outer 3 inches were bare! And we waited 45 min for this… we’re too hungry to reject it and the thought of having to wait another 45 was out of the question! Definitely not happy! The request for correction was rudely told oh you were at the busy time and so just take it as it is. They have no concern for customer satisfaction! Manager is rude and condescending to customers.

Ordered through door dash. Was delivered before the time said online which was great. The dasher forgot or did not receive our Pepsi. We called the store to let them know. Was placed on hold for more than 25 minutes. Both my wife and I tried but never got anyone on the phone.

Rude staff. It's not my fault you're short-handed. Tell the franchise owner to stop being greedy and pay another person so you're not by yourself. When I entered the store I was immediately told if you want something you're going to have to wait. What a way to greet a customer. I can't believe the gentleman with the long hair even has a job. Decided on the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza. I must say the Crust was filled with plenty of cheese. Garlic taste was lacking in the cheese. The Crust and the remaining pizza was flavorful and delicious. Our one topping choice was pepperoni. Each slice was laid to perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better tasting pizza. It was even delicious cold! And don't forget the Garlic dipping sauce 😋

4 super risky dinky slices of Bacon on the Pizza, and the Second pizza was not cut and so hard to chewy, I was so tempted to bring this back... OMG.... no wonder this place has a 3.4 star review.... I mean, cutting cost, by cutting toppings is very Rude.. just saying.. please please try to be better... you are a pretty cool place to get pizza. My son choose you over all other places and he seldom goes off his norm... I wish to see your rating rise...

The door dashers could not fit inside and there was no one at the front to assist with us I sat inside waiting for my DoorDash for 15 minutes I had to cancel I had some other job I needed to go to George ashers beware

I typically have good experiences here but this afternoon when my boyfriend had placed an order for the first time in the pizza portal, he went down there to pick it up and when he tried to ask the guy working behind the counter about where his extra pizza was for the order, the guy gave him an attitude and acted like he was upset just because he had a question about his order. He said in a snarky tone " Have you checked the bottom? Any extra pizza we put at the bottom. If it's not at the top it's at the bottom". Mind you it's not what he said it was how he said it with attitude. Then the guy making the pizza in the back had to butt in the conversation and say "We didn't screw you over man. We put the extra pizza at the bottom. Anything extra always goes to the bottom" with attitude. My boyfriend wasn't saying they screwed him over. All he was trying to do was ask a question about his order especially because this is his first time using the pizza portal and they just wanted to be rude and disrespectful and act like it was an inconvenience just to help. Even if they did help, they need to lose the attitude. And the guy in the back didn't need to speak up and butt in a conversation that didn't involve him. I'm not a customer that goes out of my way to be rude to public workers first. I completely understand that dealing with the public can be hard and difficult but employees shouldn't be rude to the customers first either. They're lucky I don't know their names but needless to say if I ever come there and they give me attitude, I'll be contacting corporate. I'm not playing around. I dare them to speak to me the way they spoke to my boyfriend. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary.

Best pizza I’ve have had in a long time! I had pepperoni pizza with extra cheese on regular crust and a Detroit supreme pizza, hands down better than Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut or even Domino’s!

We have just moved back to the area, and with so many bad pizzas that we've gotten from other places, we ordered pizza, bread sticks and the pizza puffs. All were very good and pick up was within 1/2 an hour. We will return in the future.

Honestly, I get it... It's not the BEST pizza. You know what it is though? The cheapest pizza. And quite honestly the price tag that comes with the pizza makes it taste so much better. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Don't wanna blow your stacks on expensive takeout? Well look no further! Little Caesars always has something to enjoy! Going to try their new Baja blast flavor as well. Once again I know it's not the best pizza but this 5 star review comes from the combination of pretty good tasting pizza followed by the cheap price it comes with.

I don’t believe any of they Hardees I’ve recently visited does breakfast as good as the one in Pace, Florida. I like my biscuits dark brown and my gravy a little runny and this Hardee’s has the best tasting biscuits and the gravy is just right. They never disappoint and deserve more than five stars.

Go to Chick-fil-A!! Fresh Biscuits are supposed to be served daily. This one sells old biscuits for breakfast that will make you sick!! Do NOT go to this Hardee’s!! This Hardees is always a disarray. Never have coffee done. Soda machine in the lobby is always temporarily out of service probably to deter people from getting refills. Overall very dissatisfied with this location. Lobby and restroom is never clean

Our favorite pizza chain to order from. They always have great specials and deals going on. My wife loves the salad, I order a Large Pepperoni with Garlic Stuffed Crust, and always have leftovers for the week. They have several toppings and crusts to choose from, ask about them!

Ordered delivery. Their system messed it up and put it as pick up. I called to see why my Pizza hadnt been delivered. They said that it was changed in their system and that if I wanted it delivered, I had to pay an up charge. At this point it’s over an hour old. So I went to pick it up myself at this point. It’s about two hours old. I asked what happened to the tip if there was no driver. They said it’s theirs now. So fun. Paid a ton for old pizza and they couldn’t give any less of a crap.

Hungry Howies is our go to on busy days. Mike W is wonderful! He is always kind, remember our order, quick witted and a joy to be around. Hungry Howies is very lucky to have such a wonderful young man ! Good food! Good friends! Great service! Kudos Mike W! Thank you for being you!

Fast friendly service a wide selection of pizza and pizza adjacent fare. Probably better pizza to be had in the area, but not at the price or speed at which you get your food. Minimalist but acceptable in-house dining area but it's geared more towards take out.

The customer service here has always been so awesome, the inside is sorta small but I can live with that to be fair. The staff has always been so phenomenal. This place is way better than little caesars and I will always come back to them.

“I don’t care” is NOT an acceptable way to speak to a customer. We did not receive some of the items that were requested per the online order and when we called to ask if they would be so kind as to bring us the missing items, the worker overheard a conversation between me and my husband over the missing items and replied “i don’t care” in a very rude tone i might add. Horrible customer service. I will be up there shortly.

Every time we've decided on Taco Bell usually months between orders cuz we get upset it is always wrong. This time we ordered on the app to go pick up and the order was wrong again so my spouse stayed there for 30 minutes. During that time four other groups of people asked for their orders to be remade and they remade our order twice making it wrong each time and the manager even did it and then they threw random stuff in the bag and said they would not be remaking it again and we had to go online for a refund but you have to call customer service for a refund and it's the weekend so we will be calling on Monday. I'm not sure what was so difficult or why there had to be arguments had over the items on the receipt or why they threw in random stuff that we did not order that was not even completely cooked or done correctly. We will not be going back to this location at any point in the future. Photos are of a chicken quesadilla and a stacks that we did not order and my crushed Gordita Crunch. They also did not put in two of the tacos and the food was cold. I'd like to also add that when my spouse got tired of checking the order and just decided on a refund, a line worker and the manager both shouted out "see he doesn't even care he didn't check the bag" as he left. He had used up his entire lunch break waiting on them to learn how to make tacos and could not use any more break time.

I was in the drive-through and a tree branch fell on my car for one. The person at the drive-through window could barely utter a word or barely open the window. I ordered a loaded nacho, no beef sub steak The steak could've easily been made at 6 AM this morning. I was in the drive-through at 10:30. It was dry and crusty and I didn't receive before so I had to sit here and pick it off with my fingers while driving trying to eat. Not only that they didn't put the red sauce on my nachos and so I had to ask for it More training needs to be done at the establishment and quality needs to be checked every hour on their products that's what you're supposed to do when you're a manager at an establishment. I wouldn't have even fed my dogs, the steak because it was that terrible.

Honestly…I’ll take part of the blame from ordering at this location while knowing what I saw the last time I was in there as a regular patron..there were MULTIPLE DoorDash drivers who were waiting for 30 minutes +….PAST their intended delivery time. One driver was older and couldn’t see well at night and this delay put her into a time period where she couldn’t cancel the order. (But she also couldn’t see to deliver it). Taco Bell…yall just had a whole Wal Mart opened in front of you and you can’t staff your people? Get it together

The food is fine if youre willing to wait longer than a proper dine in restaurant for "fast" food. The staff shows no sense of urgency while preparing the food. I've been delivering food from the food delivery gigs and have repeatedly spent 40 minutes waiting on an order to be prepared. The one night one of the staff members started shouting at the delivery drivers for being in the lobby 5 min after it closed, stating we shouldn't be entering at that hour. I had been waiting atleast 35 minutes for my order at the time. I was already frustrated before she started yelling at us.

I mobile order from this Taco Bell all the time and I can safely say no matter how understaffed they are everyone is very nice. I normally come in the middle of the night when the line is wrapped around the parking lot but I have NEVER been disappointed with my food or the service. ALEX confirmed my order and passed it out with a smile. He was so pleasant and efficient even with the long line. Props to him!

I order from this place frequently enough to see its ups and downs and I must say this place is amazing, it does sometimes has long wait times but majority of the staff is teens (just like any other fast food place) and they definitely try their hardest here, the food is always so good and I rarely have an item missing, along with really good portion sizes that leave me so full I gotta take a nap after. I don’t care what anyone says this Taco Bell is so amazing and I don’t think enough people give them enough credit for it.

If you want your food prepared the right way and you want quick/good service go in the morning time they’ve never messed my order up but if you go in the afternoon or night time they do a horrible job. Expect to wait 8-20 minutes at minimum even if they aren’t busy because they just smoke and talk in the back and also be ready for them to argue with you and be out right disrespectful to you if you say something about it. A couple months ago One worker tried to fight a customer because he hadn’t got his food in 45 minutes.

Admittedly me and my daughter came for breakfast three days in a row for breakfast. First day everything was superb. Second quality went way downhill but tried to have some grace cause they were busy. Third day our food was mediocre and service was bad. I guess go only when it’s dead if you want good food.

Great customer service! Everyone worked as a team. Probably one of the best waffle houses there is. Clean- employees constantly cleaning. The food was great too- no complaints. Rv/truck parking in the back. We would stop again! 👍🏼

The night time service & food was real good but the breakfast crew the next morning was a diff story. Service was ok but the waffle was awful, it was flat & had some runny dough left in the middle. I'd rather had on the more firm side. And what restaurant doesn't have fresh fruit of any kind? Waffle House, sad no fresh fruit.

It's an outdoor eating place. But OMGOSH that mushroom swiss burger. I'm 45 and that was the best BEST mushroom swiss I have EVER had. Like BEST. (My opinion of course). It makes me sad knowing I live 7.5 hrs away but I would darn near drive that far for one. And ya I took a lot of pictures but I just couldn't help myself!! I wanted to remember this moment.

We tried here for the first time and asked for the best recommendation of what to order on the menu. We were told to order the steak fries. I got the philly as well. The philly was pretty good but the steak cheese fries were awful. The steak on it was nothing close to the meat on the philly. It was dry and not very flavorful. I like the atmosphere here and that lunch and breakfast are served all day. The window can be a little hard to hear and order with the busy street nearby and ended up getting part of our order wrong I believe because of it. I do think it is a nice area to sit outside and it. Lots of room for improvement.

A breakfast Gem! I've lived around Spencer Field for 3 years and hadn't gone here. I was a fool for not investigating this sooner! We got the basic Bacon, egg, and cheese burrito, the crayfish & Andoullie sausage burrito, and some beignets. The BEC burrito was the best I have ever had. It was perfectly seasoned. I didn't know it was possible to enjoy a burrito that was made with American Cheese that much, but I did. It was packed with the goods too! I'm a hearty eater and 1 is large enough to fill me (I split half with my spouse so I could sample our next item). The Crayfish and Andoullie Burrito was way too salty, but other than that, the flavor was great! Btw, Please don't think I don't like salt. I eat salt, like a child eats sugar. I dip fries into a salt mound and revel in it. So when I say it is too salty, it is TOO salty. I imagine they have the filling heavily salted to be used with something plain like rice, but in the burrito it is down right overwhelming. I still ate my half though (I split these burritos with my wife). If the purveyors read this, you might want to consider either reducing the salt, or make it a "rice and crayfish+andoullie" burrito. The added plain rice would reduce your cost and level out the saltiness. In the end, I needed a good amount of water to help balance the salt my body was starting to complain about. Here is the real heart breaker: the Beignets kinda sucked. Skip them. I'll probably try them once more to be sure it was not a bad day. The presentation was beautiful though. They were buried in a mountain of powdered sugar, which made me chuckle with anticipation. Sadly, it was a let down. The problem was that the dough itself was tough and flavorless. Reminded me of chewing on day old plain pizza crust. The powered sugar could do nothing to make it better. Now I am not a Beignet connoisseur, but I can't imagine a dessert bread is supposed to taste like that.... Note that it is all outdoor seating. Just pull up, hop out of the car, and place your order at the window.

BEST breakfast burrito! Tots were good (fried in clean oil). Staff was super friendly. We were just passing through town and were shocked this place was not packed. The food is so good; will definitely visit again when passing through in a few months.

I just wanted to pop by somewhere for a cheap breakfast but instead found one of my new favorite spots. The place is run by only 1-2 employees so there was a bit of a wait for my food despite no other customers being there at the time, I didn’t mind though because I could tell they made my food to order. Everything was piping hot and delicious. I got the steak sandwich with hash browns. Both were fantastic. The employees were friendly and helpful. Just overall a pleasant experience. I found out they serve alcohol so I think this would be a chill spot to hang with a group of friends. They even have a cornhole game. They also have a sandbox area full of toys to plop your kids in if you have any. The one hiccup is that they only have outdoor seating which can be a bit rough in the peak of summer heat. I loved the food, service, and atmosphere. I will 100% be coming back with friends

Order to Frisco burger and small fries. The fries were hot crispy and very good. The burger was hot and very delicious at the time. 3 hours later I was having severe stomach cramps and threw up. It had to be Hardee's because that was the only thing I ate that day.

I went to the Hardee's in Milton at noon. I went through the drive-thru window. I got a single burger meal that was Ice cold. The hamburger was cold the french fries tasted like they had been sitting there all day. This was my one Indulgence in 6 months for fast food. I used to love Hardee's. I am beyond disappointed.

Came to eat but they were closed early, it took me 5 or so mins to cross the busy road and got to the drive thru at 150and it says we are closed so tried to get the person insides attention at drive thru window and they ignore me so I park and come to the front door looking at the sign that says closed at 2 and it’s now 155pm and I get the guys attention, he comes to the door and says it’s 155 what do u want. I said it’s not 2 is it, he argues with me and then Says “we have had a bad day give it a rest” I asked his name and if he was the manager! He said yes his name is Daniel and he is one of the managers I told him with his attitude he needs to be fired!! What a shitty way to run a business. Kalani was awesome and deserves all the recognition, what a sweet, genuinely kind hearted woman to have around. Through 2 different mishaps, she handled things with grace, compassion and urgency, that's the kind of service that is rare these days. We had a great experience and will be back. 🙂

They need to change out their grease that they cook the hash rounds in they are super bitter. I went to a hardees in pensacola and it was super good so milton hardees, do better. The people are great though

Who makes a burger this black and thinks yea that's ok? The sweet tea taste like they didn't have enough for our order so they just added water. The fries were good. Unless you just want fries id advise against visiting this location. It's so disappointing because the Pensacola location was fantastic.

At a time where Dominos is offering all the toppings you want for less money, how can you offer up the equivalent of Little Cesars hot and ready pizzas? It's a shame how far pizza hut has fallen. We won't be back, it's awful.

No stars. We waited for almost 2 hours for food. When I called after waiting for over and hour, the lady that took the order said the driver had left w our food. She said if the driver isn't there w in the next 10 or 15 mins call us back. 30 mins later still no food. So I called back. Almost 2 hours later lady that took food order . Got manager on phone and then they didn't have my order. So 2 hours later, no food. And she says I can reorder it free of charge. No I was not waiting another hour for food.

Placed an online order and assumed it would be correct and complete. Went to pick up the order and the individual asked for the receipt since they didn't know what was on the order and had to still make something and by the time we got home the food was less thab the ideal temp.

Tiny chicken bits were made out of breading and the cheese bread was burnt, but the kids ate it because it was late and they were hungry. Definitely not worth $30. Please do better, I don’t like spending money on poor quality food.

Terrible service. Left me on hold for over 15 mins. And everytime I called back the rude girl on the phone wouldn't even let me speak and kept placing me on hold 5 times.

Kathren is the manager on duty Saturday 3/4/23 order two pizzas and wings at 6:48, received WRONG ORDER at 8pm after a 35-45 minute time. My wife Called for a refund. KATHREN refused unless we she was polite, and got into a yelling match with my wife. I went up there with the wrong cold pizza and was smirked at and said well you ate it, YEA CAUSE WE WAITED AN HOUR AND 15 minutes. Any way was told to leave the store or she would call the cops I told her to call because Pizza Hut stole From us by giving us wrong order and not refunding the money. She decided that cops wouldn’t come out for that at that point and still refused to refund our money and said to call the general manager. So I am and corporate and the owner. Gave her opportunity to refund the money herself but she’s on a pizza manager power trip.

It really sucks that this is the closest subway to us because we eat subway a lot but this is the worst Subway. Everytime we order from here(we always order online) it either takes forever or the food is wrong or both. I worked at and managed Subway for 12 years it's really not a difficult job so I don't understand. Tonight I ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki but got plain chicken and my fiance wanted his toasted yet it wasn't. I mean it was an online order it's quite simple you read the paper and make the sandwich accordingly how does one get that wrong??

Ingredients were looking a little worse for ware, see lettuce below. Staff was friendly gas station was clean but a little short on parking. Easy on off the highway though.

The problem here it the cashier is everywhere but behind the counter and one cashier makes you ring up your own stuff no good

We stopped for food after being in the car all day. It was delicious, and the two girls working were absolutely amazing. My little one was being crazy and silly after being cooped up in the car for so long, and they were being silly back at him while they were doing their things. He enjoyed it and I got to eat without chasing a kid. I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

I'm not a fan of their meat products. Also ordered a bowl of soup the other day. The "sandwich artist" then proceeds to fill up a cup that must only hold 5 or 6 spoonfuls of soup. It was literally the saddest portion of soup. I have ever seen. I would of had to order 5 just to make a dent in my hunger. So don't order the soup.

A large woman was a disappointment to work with while she was bare handed, making a sandwich, and proceeded to talk to the customer while he was engaging with the working employee. Wouldn't shut her mouth to let the employee work with the customer. She says the lettuce that was brown, but she can't do anything about it. That's the way it came from the truck.

Dude it's a subway in a gas station, if you're expecting fine dining you probably shouldn't have gone to the same place you buy your cigarettes. 5 stars because they are quick and very nice.
