During a recent road trip, we stumbled upon Butter Krisp Diner while searching for an iced latte. What a delightful detour it turned out to be! The donuts here are simply massive and incredibly delicious—especially the honey bun variety that was so good, I had to share! This place is definitely worth the visit; I only wish there was one in Jacksonville, Florida. Butter Krisp Diner has become a favorite stop for many locals and travelers alike.
My group had a great time here. I was feeling brave and decided to order the donut grilled cheese, and it was actually pretty good. No complaints! Our server was great as well. Felt like a classic diner experience and we loved it.
Sophia G — Google review
First off I’m sorry for the half eaten food but it smelled so good and was calling my name I couldn’t wait! With that said their Donut Hamburger was AMAZING! You would think two glazed donuts and a fully dressed hamburger wouldn’t work right? WRONG. Your first bite is like what’s going on, do I like it is it weird? The second bite…. OMG how fast can I eat this because I want another one! If you are in the area do yourself a huge favor, STOP! Get the Donut Hamburger and a donut. Their donuts are delicious too. The little dinner is reflective of one you would see on old Highway 66 and the service is great. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
Amanda W — Google review
Spent many Sunday mornings grabbing some donuts on the way to church. The hot glazed are just as good I remember them 30 years ago. Back then, we would see a guy who used to work here he looked like Harry Connick Jr.
Caleb J — Google review
Butter Krisp Rules!! These are the absolute best donuts on this side of the pond!! Whenever family comes rolling through town, this is our go-to when it comes to donuts!! The buttermilk donuts rule!! So do the blueberry one and that monstrous apple fritters!!

We were traveling and stopped by accident. We were actually trying to get some ice latte from McDonald's but they told us that they had a power outage so we stopped here and boy am I glad that McDonald's told us that !!!! Omg I wish we had one of them here in Jacksonville florida the doughnut 🍩 was sooo good and soooo big we got some honey buns doughnut yummy 😋 delicious ...it was so big that we actually shared one so we had more from the road....lol definitely recommend this place!!!
Bianca L — Google review
Dot's Diner is my all-time favorite. However, when I'm not going to the southshore, this place is a good substitute. Well worth the 30 minute drive from my house because there aren't any diners in the Hammond area that even come close. Good food, friendly service, and you can tell they know and love their regulars.
Jonathan B — Google review
If 0 stars was a thing, we'd be there. 20 minutes waiting on a door dash, the staff is rude and cant take accountability for not doing their job. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! After forgetting to put the order in a second time and having to wait 20 mins for 2 sliders and 2 bottle drinks, I don't even want to try the food for myself. Be better. Do better. Provide acceptable service not waste people's time who are also at work.
Chris W — Google review
I waited for almost 20 minutes for this order. I was told to pull up and someone would bring it out to me. They never did. I got out my car. Waited another five minutes. The lady with my order walks out the door when I’m standing there waiting for it 25 minutes and you would think I could get ketchup for these fries. They didn’t even put one packet of ketchup, I will never in my life come here again this place is trash.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain renowned for its delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets, complemented by a variety of salads and sides. Each location operates under individual franchise owners, which means that the work environment can vary significantly from one restaurant to another. Many Chick-fil-A establishments pride themselves on offering competitive wages above the minimum wage, along with unique benefits packages that reflect the appreciation these operators have for their staff.
I cannot say enough about the customer service here. The drive thru is run like clockwork, so efficient and fast. And today it’s hot...like hot hot...and they still are smiling and polite. I particularly like the fact that they have a GIANT FAN outside to keep the staff cool. Always impressed. Oh, and the food rocks!
Stephanie N — Google review
Come here pretty regularly if I feel like buying lunch at work. Location is now the 1st in the area with mobile thru. Interesting concept I guess if u dont want to park but still significantly slower than just carrying it out. I do find at this location the mac and cheese and fries can be hit or miss but everything else is consistent. Mac N cheese sometimes being burnt instead of rich and creamy like it was today and sometimes the fries aren't salted right.
Kevin J — Google review
We did a mobile order to dine in and came in to sit. Checked in...and waited forever. Those who came in to order at the counter after us received their food much quicker. Those who had placed mobile pick up orders received their orders much quicker. I ended up having to go up to the counter and ask about our order as it had been at least 15 minutes. They asked if I wanted our ice cream brought out in 10m or so this way the boys could eat. I said yes that'd be great. 20m go by and we're done. Nothing. Again I had to go retrieve them. But this time I had to go back and forth *and* take the kid back to our table to show our receipt to prove we had purchased the ice cream and hadn't received them.
Elizabeth — Google review
Pregent women who took my order was very rude, interrupted me immediately after asking what I wanted and then as she was handing me my receipt she said, “your welcome” before I could say anything good great as always but that service left a bad taste in my mouth idc if she’s moody bc she’s pregent
Tristan S — Google review
Consistently slow, like not just a little. Like stuck in the drive through line not moving for 10 minutes slow. The food is wrong consistently and the quality is off consistently. Bless him I’ve talked to the manager and he was sincerely apologetic and I’m sure tries his best but the kids these days are part of the problem and I believe that’s part of it. But overall I don’t understand why this CFA has such consistent problems. I’ll find another one.
Kelly C — Google review
This is not a great franchise location. Consistently very slow drive through. I waited well over 20 minutes for a single chicken biscuit. Then the chicken biscuit was the thinnest piece of chicken. I hardly ever eat fast food anymore but this just isn't worth it.
Brandon M — Google review
when I got in seven people in front of me yet only one counter worker. A lot of Chick-fil-A is offer a military discount. Maybe you should think about that because I won’t be coming back until you do.

Five Guys is a fast-food establishment known for its customizable burgers, fries, and hot dogs. While some customers found the prices to be steep in relation to the quality of food, overall it was considered good. However, there were complaints about greasiness in both their fries and burgers. Some suggested that the management should change or maintain their grease more frequently. On a positive note, service was praised for being excellent.
This is the Premier Burger joint. You cannot find a better burger anywhere. And the service is outstanding, I actually had someone come up and asked me how was my meal. You only normally hear that in the more upscale restaurants slightly. It was clean and the food was delicious, I will go back to this restaurant or one just like it.
RVPeak — Google review
Surprisingly good! Reasonably priced! I feel that the staff was attentive and thoughtful of my requests. The guy cooking the burgers even said “God bless and have a blessed day!” My food was fresh and definitely hot! No complaints!
T. K — Google review
We absolutely love five guys. The food is always amazing but this evening we went to grab burgers. After placing our order we sat down with the intension of eating there. A young lady came out to sweep the peanut shells up and wipe tables. Apparently this task frustrated her because she began slamming chairs beside us while we eating. It was very inappropriate and I told my husband we were leaving because this behavior was so unprofessional we no longer felt welcome in the establishment. I alerted the manager and left. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and this isn’t how you allow your employees to treat customers.
Gigi S — Google review
The burger ,,, it's not just the every day burger... One of the best fast food ones out there?? If you like burgers this one mite just do it for you. Little pricey but good..
J J — Google review
I would take the time to write a full review, but this location is just not even worth the time. Can't get simple things right, and quality control is just a joke. The manager tries to make it right at least but your employees just ruin it all. Sorry to say this will be our last visit to this location for good. We are done with the constant issues here.
Vincent R — Google review
Never thought I would have rescinded a negative review of 5 guys but here we are. 5 years ago I rated it an overpriced rallys. Yet with "recession" and supposed "inflation" everyone's burgers are up in cost. So while 17-18$ was unacceptable 5 years ago when I could get 3 baconators or other premium burger equivalents for same price. Now it's only 2-3$ more and the value is much better. Food always is hot bc its cooked to order. Burger is juicy and full of flavor.... Melts in your mouth. Considering unlike other places 5Gs let's u dress your burger however u want which is a plus and doesn't get u a frown like it does everywhere else. The shakes I don't remember from before but they have malts and u can configure whatever maddening flavors u want from the menu and no extra cost. So reeses and oreo malt milkshake FTW. Unlike sonics whose milkshakes are generally to thick to get through the straw these are near perfect! Fries are a win here. I don't think it's the best fries in the world no buy u definitely get what every fry head expects. A healthy amount in the cup and still plenty more in the bag. Peanuts and trays are available for al customers to gorge on while u wait or just in addition at no extra cost. So if you're going to drop 10-12$ on a burger at McDonald's or wendys to get a messed up order or below par service you might as well reverse into 5 guys and get something worth your $

Got the double cheeseburger a couple months back and got severe food poisoning. Reached out to corporate which transferred me to the store manager at this Covington location. Claimed she would follow up and follow through. Never heard back. Keep in mind violently ill for a week. Recommend avoiding this location

Burger was cold. Fries were very salty. Too expensive for just a regular cheeseburger. Service was really good though.

If you're on the hunt for a classic burger experience, look no further than Lee's Hamburgers. This charming eatery offers an impressive variety of burgers, Po-Boys, and chicken tenders that cater to all tastes. During my visit, I opted for a carb-conscious twist by transforming my burger into a salad while indulging in their delightful sweet potato fries—perfectly crispy and flavorful!
Adorable gem! Great burgers, service and local owners. Everything fresh and hot. Great homemade onion rings and sublime bbq sauce. Definitely one that we'll come back to enjoy again and bring our friends as well.
Karen M — Google review
First time eating at Lee’s. It was amazing. Food was hot and fresh. Quick service. The burger actually matched the picture on the wall….that says a lot. They make exactly what they advertise. Why eat yuk food like McDonald’s when you can have real food.
Brandy S — Google review
It was a last-minute decision to grab a quick meal and it was not a bad one. There are a lot of options as far as burgers are concerned, but they also have options for Po-Boys as well as chicken tenders. I chose the worst burger and unfortunately since I am cutting out carbs I did it as a makeshift salad and ordered sweet potato fries. I brought the sweet potato fries home for a family member, but the burger overall was good. I enjoyed it and it is reasonably priced. The environment is great as well and I do not have to wait long, but that was also because there was only one other person in there at the time. Overall, if you want a quick burger and you are in the area I do not think you would be disappointed in stopping in to this location.
Jordan J — Google review
Louisiana staple, worth every penny, and the wait as it is made fresh and on the spot every time. Today I got the works (doubled up!) When i'm craving a burger I know I'll love, i'll come here! Also when I drove off with my goodies, my 5 yr old son in the back seat said "that guy was really nice". (Noting how lovely the service is!) I'll be back again, of course!
Victoria — Google review
It was empty when we visited so we received 5 star service. 2 vehicles came thru drive thru while we were there. The food was really delicious, and I loved their onion rings! The tables and chairs are retro 50's style. They also have about 5 or 6 stools to eat at the counter should you wish. Please show this good old-fashioned burger joint some love. They also had a shrimp platter special when we were there. Great milkshakes, too!
Terri T — Google review
The menu board leaves a lot to be desired. There is a new, fresh menu board on the left while the old trashy board was left on the right. It says a lot of the cleanliness and upkeep. At the pick up window I noticed condiment bins were there with what looked like dirt, rust around the window also on the containers along with a dish towel at the window .. unclean, dirty. My meal was just OK. It was a grilled hamburger that was fresh but the bun could’ve been bigger and fresh. My order for one combo meal was almost $13.!! I won’t return.
Kristy H — Google review
Still the best burger around. Old-school joint with cheeseburgers with onions built into them. Best onion rings in town. Very friendly service too. The best!
Brian B — Google review
This place knows their burgers. They are made to order, loosely packed, tender patties, filled with onions. The fries are cut fat, a bit soft, browned perfectly, and visibly salted. The chili is tasty, but will sit like a brick. They also offer all kinds of toppings, chicken sandwiches with fry sauce, fried seafood, hand-battered onion rings, floats, milk shakes, and small goodies like brownies. You'll need to go up to the counter for drink refills. They have skinny burgers with thinner patties, but who wants that? The menu differs some from the original one across the lake. There is a drive through and a large 50s style dining area with a juke box. Look for the small sign at the opening of the shopping center. It's hard to see from the road.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a fast-food chain that specializes in fried chicken strips, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast. They are known for their delicious chicken and refreshing lemonade. However, one downside at this particular location is the challenging logistics of the drive-thru, which can get congested due to traffic on route 190. If you decide to dine in, it is advised to park strategically so that you don't get stuck behind the drive-thru line.
~ Lucas greeted me at the counter and was great to talk with because he had a smile on his face! It was also extra nice because he recognized me as a celebrity from the show Holey Moley but he didn’t point it out. That was nice, I appreciated that because I was with my family.. It’s a great atmosphere except that their New Orleans Saints fans. Besides that everything was great. The bathroom had a changing station for my little one. And they were of ample size. Everybody is really nice. The food tasted great and the employees seem like they like working here. Really nice size parking lot so there’s easy parking and they have two lanes for their drive-through. There’s also places to sit out front with umbrellas. They also have a fan with one blade and a crazy disco ball.
Nate K — Google review
It was a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was very busy. The parking lot was chaotic with an extra long drive thru line blocking parking aisles at one end. The lot is very tight in general with no extra room for maneuvering around other vehicles. We ordered 2 box combos with extra crispy fries and subbed in fries for the cole slaw along with an extra piece of toast. The toast I had wasn’t hot - it wasn’t even warm. The fries weren’t extra crispy - they were barely cooked. They did replace those with some fries that were cooked marginally longer than the original - still nowhere close to extra crispy. The chicken was not at hot as Cane’s strips usually are and seemed tough to me. One of the worst Cane’s experiences I have had.
G R — Google review
Idc about he value of the food. Businesses need to be responsible for their waste and this business is the opposite of environmentally conscious. To go served in styrofoam in a plastic bag, and they gave me plastic to-go-ware without even asking me. Wasteful and toxic behavior
Ruth C — Google review
The chicken was soggy and the fries were skimpy. I'm pretty sure y'all have decreased fry portions. The service was fast and friendly. The food was not worth the price or calories!
Annie H — Google review
Just wanted to say how much I love the changes at this location! The new parking lot is a game-changer – so much better. But honestly, it's the staff that really makes the place shine. They're incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile. Seriously, they're awesome! And the food? Delicious! Always top-notch. Thanks for creating such a great place to visit!

The employee working from counter provided fast and great customer service. The food was hot and delicious. The establishment was clean and the environment was great. This was our first visit and will definitely stop in again.
Leogirl 4 — Google review
First time trying. The chicken wasn’t greasy, served piping hot, and quickly. The fires were ok, but the quality stands over some other competitors.
Lord E — Google review
Ordered a 3 finger received a 3 finger however for almost 10 dollars you expect hot food. Well my food was lukewarm but see them fries they was old and cold. Nah y’all know old and cold fries don’t taste good so I doubled backed and they replaced the fries but guess they was mad I said something cause they was heavy on the salt, chicken fingers taste burnt but looking at the receipt I understand. So I went through drive thru to order kinda like (Chick-fil-A) the young lady asked for a name for the order gave it. Now looking at the receipt it all makes sense there is no name but says SUV Gray/black. I drive a grey/ sliver ( at best) vehicle which means the black was saying who was in the car explaining the old fries and burnt tasting chicken, along with the overly salty fries.

If you're on the hunt for a late-night bite, look no further than Burger King! This iconic fast-food chain is famous for its mouthwatering grilled burgers, crispy fries, and delightful shakes. I swung by around 1 AM and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and fresh everything was—truly delicious! The manager, Felicia, added an extra layer of fun to my visit with her infectious enthusiasm.
Stays open till 2 am they will fry you fresh nuggets if you ask. Also they don’t act like you breaking the law if you pull up at 1:30. We have no good food in St Tammany parish open late. Places like this we need desperately for the restaurant workforce
Nicky P — Google review
Okay so the employee that helped me at first was super abrasive. He seen me taking pictures with my phone camera and rudely aggressively asked me "Who I'm with" I not liking the attitude responded with facts as I came into the store with my disabled older brother who I watch over. I responded "With my brother". He asked again in the same aggressive rude manner (owner or upper management might watch the tape from the time the receipt shows so there can be no arguing these facts) "Who are you with" I for sure not liking the attitude and aggression displayed responded again "With my brother" and asked didn't he see my brother he just walked in? Anyways I continued taking my pictures and if not for the rude and overbearing first interaction I'd have gave more stars. Seems customer service and polite, friendly welcoming attitude is not something that comes with the job any more. I did compliment them on how clean the store was but for sure think this employee needs some retraining in give the respect and kindness you want back. PS- next time you talk smack to your other employee about a patron coming in make sure the patrons not wearing hearing aids on high. I hope when your boss reviews the camera he gets the audio as well.

Ordered cini-mini's through the drive-thru for my wife. They were burnt to the point of being inedible. My wife tried to contact the manager by phone but was unable to hear or understand anything said. Tried to reach Burger King through the contact us option on website. That is absolutely useless. You are supposed to pick the item from a list to explain the issue while the list does not even have the product listed. There is no option to type out what the issue was. Worse than useless.
Darryle C — Google review
A wHOPPER of a disappointment meal. 14$ on a ‘whopper’ meal. …Here we go. 0.70$ on added veggies. Extra Tomatoes and onion — almost 1$ up charge for veggies that may as well be a regular amount of toppings. 3-4 baby-sized slices of tomato, 2 of which were rotten and couldn’t be eaten. So great, back to square one on my “extra” diapered tomatoes that I paid extra for was actually 0.40$ on garbage fodder. Thanks for that. 0.30$ extra for “extra” onions. There were 3 tiny rings of onion that were outcast To the side. Strange decision on sadwich maker’s behalf but there we are. The lettuce was a dejected mix of rot and unripened iceberg. They definitely hooked me up with the white stem portion of the head. Thanks for that?? The fries. Ugh. Once my favorite on the market. BK fries were large format, dark, and extra crispy. Tasted so good I hardly needed ketchup, but I did say hardly because I can put ketchup on my ice cream even. Ok not really. Alas, the fries were a soggy, undercooked bouquet of sadness. Flimsy, floppy, and a rather offputting al dente center that was wrapped in an overly white coating of rejected Idaho jewel. Weird experience. I didn’t finish the fries. Another waste of poorly spent money. Now for the good stuff. The dude at the window was kind. Mustached warrior serving up the goods and friendliness at window #2. As window #1 is now dead and useless. Why do they do that? Maybe to keep the habit of wasting everyone’s money strong? Oh well. To the abyss that question goes. The burger meat was hot and greasy so it appeared it just came off the line which was nice! It also melted my cheese slice. Yahoo. But back to the bad for a quick minute— my cheese slice was 1.20$. Dude! That’s 12% of the meal cost alone. Really?? Exorbitant. Maybe the cheese is important from King Rankana’s tomb in Egypt flying first class with the finest of refrigerant systems?? Who knows! And again to the good, my coke was mixed nicely. A bit flat but at least the syrup was on point. Good ole coke! A must with fast food visits. I want to enjoy fast food. It’s a nice break from organic this and that and responsible eating. Fast food is a last bastion of misbehavior that rarely rewards. I’ll keep chasing that goose!
J C — Google review
I just purchased food from this location and received a Burger with a hard Bun and looked as if it had been microwaved. I also purchased an original chicken sandwich with my order and it was black around the edges and the mayo was not white,it was clear in color which tells me it had sat around for some time before selling it. I have included pictures and you can see for yourself.

Went right after 1am, everything was fast, fresh and FREAKING DELICIOUS! The manager Felicia, her attitude makes me want to come back! They were little busy but it didn’t seem like that, got to the window and only seen 2 employees working!!! She said Welcome to the world’s best Burger King, where you rule at the speaker and I DIEEDD! Got to the window and this lady literally gives me a crown, and said today you get to rule, and have it your way!!! 😂😂😂 she literally made the visit despite the amazing food! Give her a raiiiissssee!

While dining options can vary—like drive-thru only at certain times—many patrons appreciate the quick service despite occasional waits.
Just wanted to share my awesome experience at this Chick-fil-A! Seriously, the food is delicious and the service is always super friendly and fast. employees are especially great – really professional and helpful. The whole team is amazing; they’re all so efficient and work together perfectly. It’s the kind of place you wish all restaurants could be like – a total breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this location!

Not a bad place nice and clean. The people are very friendly and the service was excellent salad bar was Soso and expensive fried tomatoes weren’t bad but we’re not fantastic. Overall, I’ll return to this place.

I was given the wrong food order, realized it 25 minutes later upon getting home. Turned around to get my food replaced, had to knock politely on the window to be let in the lobby, there were people trying to leave that had been locked in, and told my experience to the employee, and he handed the replacement food off to me rudely and walked away said “this yo stuff” I have never been more let down at a chic fil a restaurant and have always been compensated for any and Every mistake and will not be going back to this location. The particular employee's that “served” me quite literally rolled their eyes at me and walked off from behind the counter when I explained my grievance and I am very upset that I paid the amount of money I paid to have this experience. What a joke!! How about, “get yo stuff together” -disgraceful!!

My order was wrong. I tried to attach the photo to the on line complaint and it wouldn’t let me so i’m doing it here. If I wanted high cholesterol I would have ordered this but I ordered grilled for a reason. I let my dog eat this. Y’all charge way too much for how sloppy y’al have become. Maybe hire people that can read.
Melissa W — Google review
The staff was great. fast service, ease of face to face ordering don't forget the food was outstanding. My only comment is the design of parking lot with the drive thru. They have directions explained but causes backed up traffic at times into the hwy 190. Been years I have not visited chicken fil a
Laura C — Google review
Waited in a long drive-thru line . Couldn't see the menu because the worker taking the order was standing 10 ft before it. I Wasn't offered any condiments like ketchup or mayonnaise and there was no window to ask for it. Paid $16.00 and couldn't enjoy my meal.
Darth I — Google review
The manager and Addie, who is working drive-through with him did more to make sure that my order was right then I’ve ever had any restaurant in my entire 48 years of my life due for me. I just wanna make sure that the manager, the gentleman that was in drive-through with the blue polo on and Addie, who is there helping him I just wanna make sure that they get credit or credit is done. You need more people like that in your Chick-fil-A restaurants and I definitely recommend coming here, cause they will make sure to take care of you to the fullest

Waffle House is a beloved American diner chain that serves up all-day breakfast and classic diner fare, including their famous waffles. Diners rave about the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, making it a go-to spot for many. Whether you're in the mood for perfectly cooked eggs or a hearty breakfast sandwich, Waffle House delivers with speed and efficiency. Guests appreciate the fresh coffee and unique touches like chili on hashbrowns that elevate their meals.
Great people that work there My favorite waitress are Angie and Lisa They are so sweet and friendly
Diane W — Google review
It's a Waffle House. Coffee was good, service was fine, and my omelet found it's way to the floor before it got to me and had to be remade, creating a small delay. No worries. The one that made to the table was good and so was the girlfriends waffle. Dont forget that chili on the hashbrowns. Edit: had pork chops for the first time a few months after the initial review. It's a shame this isn't on the favorites menu. Not bad!

While sitting at any WH, everything can be seen and heard while waiting for our food. Wait let me back up. Let me start with ordering the food. The prices have become offensive, not just unfair, but truly offensive. If the products were prime it would at least explain so e of the reason, however, a lot of your products are low quality. I'm not insulting WH, please understand, I understand food and labor cost, purchasing strengths, etc., however, the repetitious routines are appearing to be the corporate, or the home offices failures. Everyone on the food industry recognized the need for changes and growth, but WH never takes this serious. You are worse than McDonald when it comes to paying attention to strengths and weaknesses. What is going well and what isn't? Are we attractive from the road? Fro. The parking lot? From the front door? From the table? From the menu? The attitudes in WH employees literally affects the food. The way it is cooked. The way it smells. The way it is presented. Who and how it is presented and absolutely how it taste. C'mon WH home office. It's time to reinspire your entire family

Ordered an Allstar breakfast - with a Waffle. Food was brought to table relatively fast.. grits were cold.. and imagine this - NO WAFFLE.. went to check out and told the redhead that took the order, she didn’t bring the waffle.. she then looked over at the booth we were sitting in in like I was lying. So, you don’t remember NOT bringing the waffle in a store filled with 6 people? Every time I go there is always something.

Excellent waffle house location. Exceptional service. Great food. Always the best value. Love my eggs sunny side up, grits were fresh, coffee definitely hit the spot. Stellar service by staff. This location is our home location and never disappoints. Mrs. Angie, Mrs. Lisa, Jordan always super great. Matthew makes the best eggs I swear. However you want them, he will deliver.

Waffle House rocks. Fast service. Easy to get a table for four. The breakfast sandwich was cooked perfectly. Staff at this location were super friendly. We were a fish out of water looking crew (not locals) and we were welcomed with open arms. 10/10 would scramble
James C — Google review
I had just gotten out of jail I was hungry for almost anything. The waitress act like she didn't even want to wait on us and the place was dirty every table. She had to clear up a spot just so we could sit down somewhere but they were only two other people in the whole place.
Shannon F — Google review
This Waffle House has been questionable since the day they put it in and it's only gotten worse. On this occasion I ordered 2 eggs scrambled hashbrowns scattered with ham and raisin toast...the toast was cold and hard and that is not two eggs lol...I was very disappointed but was already home before I saw this...and i only live less than 5 minutes away.

Pat's Seafood Market & Cajun Deli is a beloved local gem that has been serving up fresh seafood and Cajun delights for years. Known for its po' boys, crawfish pies, and shrimp salad, this deli consistently impresses with the quality of its offerings. Regulars rave about their crab and corn bisque, claiming it's the best in St. Tammany.
The nicest people work here. Locally owned! Their chicken salad is, hands down, the best I’ve ever tasted.
Jenn F — Google review
first time here and as far as getting crawfish that’s already boiled, Pat’s is tough to beat. i’ll definitely be back!!! thanks!!
Craig P — Google review
Never again for boiled shrimp! Undersized and hard if not impossible to peel. Left with mealy meat I couldn’t serve for a party where cocktail shrimp and dip was the main attraction. Very disappointing. Had to go to Costco to get their cocktail shrimp (likely imported) but they were actually much better. So I called on Monday to discuss and to seek an understanding of what went wrong. Management apologized, provided explanations and excuses, suggested I didn’t handle them right after I told her I pulled one right when I got home and found it hard to peel but taste was fine so I put the whole bag in the fridge. She offered a refund, but the damage was done for me. Never again! 10/15 count on the label. Priced accordingly. Actual results much less. Truly disappointing.
David R — Google review
Their boiled crawfish are always pretty good. Staff here is friendly, and it is easy to get in and out of.

Many patrons rave about their visits—like one couple who traveled from Slidell to Covington just to indulge in Rally's offerings. The friendly staff consistently impresses with their warm hospitality and exceptional service.
I had such a wonderful experience today. My husband and myself drove from Slidell to Covington (30 minutes away) just to get Rally’s. We don’t have one in Slidell. I must say the young lady that served us was very pleasant, friendly, and very patient. We ordered almost half the menu because we knew it would be a while before we’d have it again. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I commend her for her efforts and disposition. Our food was prepared fresh and hot. I’m immensely satisfied with our experience at this specific location. If you’re ever in Covington and want a great fast food experience stop by and try them out. Ask for Shandra, she’s a sweetheart. ☺️♥️

the worst people i’ve ever met in my life. made me cry on my first visit and my friend cry a couple moths after that, two separate employees. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for NO reason. based off the reviews, they don’t seem to care that they have a disgusting staff as this has been an ongoing complaint for months.

My experience yesterday was probably the worst interaction I've had from the fast food industry. I do not expect people to be perpetually happy. However, as the consumer, I don't need to know you're in a bad mood. One must always put on a facade while they're working, To maintain an experience for everyone. The consumer does not need to be made aware of your bad mood. Thank you

If you're on the hunt for a delicious sandwich experience, look no further than Jimmy John's! This popular counter-serve chain is all about sub and club sandwiches, complemented by their signature potato chips. With a variety of options to choose from, there's something for everyone. While prices can be a bit higher than expected for a quick bite, the quality makes it worth it.
I love Jimmy... They Toasted now .. the Bread soft too 🤤 oh and they cookies 🍪 is to die for .. I love The chocolate chip & Oatmeal, they have Red Velvet sandwich cookies now .. I'ma try that next 🤦🏾‍♀️

Food is good. Service is just ok. The person that works drive thru is rude and needs a hair cut or a hair net. Drink station was filthy and out of napkins.
Ashlee W — Google review
I ordered a toasted club lulu online, and ended up with a sandwhich that had prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeños. I called and informed them what I received was definitely not a club lulu. They asked if I could go back for the correct sandwich, I replied of course. I asked them if they wanted the jalapeño concoction back when I returned; they replied no. When my supposedly correct sandwich was completed, I thanked them yet again. Due to my recent experience and burning mouth, I checked the sandwich prior to leaving the store this time. If there was turkey on it, it equaled a half a bite of turkey, perhaps a half an ounce. My only assumption is that they didn’t want to give me any of the costly protein since they had already wasted a full sandwich worth of prosciutto. I walked out the store, then decided that I shouldn’t eat something when it wasn’t what I wanted. I went back in, threw it in the trash, and walked out again without saying another word. No one as much as even apologized. My lips are still burning from my surprise mouthful of jalapeños. No, I do not eat jalapeños.

Second time we ordered and dis not get all our order driver said he would got get it never returned. Don't think I will order ever again. You need to us different Uber driver because it was the same one
Sheila H — Google review
Continued disappointment with attention to detail. Ordered a sandwich and received a wrap, ordered online and didn’t start making our order until we arrived (Jimmy John’s, Freaky Slow), and forgot the pickle. I work in Harahan and you need to send your staff there to learn how to do it right.
Robert O — Google review
I love Jimmy Johns. However, I stopped in at this location today for a "totally tuna unwich" which I paid $9 plus change for. I got this back to my office and took a bite only to realize there was little to no tuna on it. I had a ton of lettuce, 2 pieces of tomato and 2 pieces of cucumber and less than a tablespoon of tuna on this sandwich. I said thank you to the girl that rang my purchase and she didn't reciprocate and I said thank you to the person that put my sandwich at the end of the counter. He didn't respond either. I can make a lettuce wrap at home for free and give myself better service. Kinda pathetic. Will never visit this location again.
Gen L — Google review
I'm a loyal Jimmy John's customer since living in Texas in 2014. It would be nice if this drive-thru location had an awning over the speaker and customer's cars so we didn't get wet during rain while providing our order or our name from the Jimmy John's mobile app order.
Matthew B — Google review
So, let's talk about Jimmy John's. It's basically what you'd expect from a place that sells sandwiches. I mean, come on, who doesn't like sandwiches, right? They've got a decent selection of options, and overall, they do a pretty good job. Now, here's the thing: sometimes it can get a bit pricey. You know, you walk in thinking you'll grab a quick and affordable bite, but your wallet takes a hit. It's not outrageous, but it's not exactly pocket-friendly either. But hey, let's focus on the positive. The sandwiches themselves are worth the price tag. They're fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Whether you're in the mood for a classic turkey and cheese or something a bit more adventurous, Jimmy John's has you covered. The bread is always soft and fluffy, and they pile on the ingredients generously. Plus, they've got this whole "freaky fast" thing going on, so you won't be waiting around for ages. All in all, Jimmy John's is a solid option for a sandwich fix. Sure, it might dent your wallet a bit, but the quality and flavors make up for it. It's a reliable go-to spot when you're craving a sandwich that hits the spot.

Theo's Neighborhood Pizza in Covington is a delightful spot that truly captures the essence of comfort food. On a casual Tuesday evening, I had the pleasure of visiting with my boys, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it feel like home right away. Our pizzas arrived promptly and were nothing short of amazing—definitely some of the best I've tasted in Covington!
I took my boys to pizza here on a random Tuesday evening at about 8 pm (an hour before they closed). The nice lady behind the counter greeted us very warmly and we ordered our food. The food came out in good time and was AMAZING. This is, hands-down, the best pizza that I have had in Covington. The shop itself is warm and nicely decorated and the staff is awesome. Despite coming in late (close to closing) they treated us exceptionally well and made us feel at home. They even gave my boys free cookies for the ride home! Such an incredibly pleasant experience. I look forward to going there again...and you should go there too!

My family and I order to go about once a week from the Theo’s Covington. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and goes about and beyond in making sure we are pleased. The pizza, chicken wings and salad are always top notch! Could not recommend them more and will continue to support!

The crew at the Covington location are great. We had a large group, each ordering individually. They were patient with us as we tried to organize ourselves. We have been here numerous times to eat then play mahjong. The crew was nice, polite and all 15 orders were perfect. No errors. The lunch specials are a great value. Looking forward to going again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called in my order. I walk in and this lovely young lady greets me and tells me that it’s about 8 minutes left on the pizza. She asks if I’d like something to drink. I asked for water and she gives me an ice cold glass of water. This guy from the kitchen walks out and compliments my old man t shirt, then he asks if he can get me something to drink. Very nice people. Now, on to the pizza. Monday’s special is a larger pepperoni pizza for $10.00. It has plenty of pepperoni and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!
P N — Google review
We had take out. Pizza was delicious and on time, and even better the next day. The Buffalo wings were not hot. I like spicy wings so it was not great for me, but if you don't like spicy, they are fine.

Pizza is the best on the northshore! Staff is always friendly and very attentive. The ingredients that are used seem to be the highest quality available. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great thin pizzas. I found it a little odd that you order and pay for your pizza and drinks at the counter and they bring it out to you. If I’m going out to dinner, I would rather have full table service. I guarantee that they would sell more alcohol if they provided table service. I for one would have had a second beer if I hadn’t already paid the bill when I ordered. For this reason alone I am giving them four stars instead of five. As far as the pizza, loved it. I am a fan of thin crispy pizza and they did not disappoint.

Pizza Hut is a well-loved chain that offers a delightful array of pizzas, wings, pasta, and an assortment of sides and desserts. Many patrons enjoy the convenience of their delivery and carry-out options, as well as the inviting dine-in experience. While the Pizza Hut App provides flexibility for ordering, some users have encountered operational hiccups that can disrupt the process.
I mostly go here on Tuesday's for one of their specials to pickup my food. The black male working behind the counter (I am thinking he is a manager) is always very nice and professional to me. Store always has my food fresh and ready upon my arrival. This store does everything I could ask for. I seem to see this same guy every week. He is always working very hard, and is real nice.

Four STARS, because of the Pizza Hut App. While robust with flexibility in ordering in many ways, the App CONTINUES to be operationally flawed. On average, I (and others that I have talked with about the App) experience three to four abrupt terminations of my order at various stages. Forcing me to launch the App again-and-again to eventually complete an order. Browsing the Apps "Google Reviews" will give you some indication of the dissatisfaction with this App.
