Atmosphere was great. Very clean and greeted as soon as we walked in and seated. Waitress was very polite and was courteous and professional. Only issue we had was our appetizer came out at same time with our dinner which serves no purpose of ordering appetizers. You would think they would have delayed the meal slightly maybe 5 min. Fish and Chips and was ok but nothing to rave over. 3 small pieces of fish. Wife had roast beef and she said it was good.

We discovered this gem in 2009 while on vacation to Hershey. For 16 years we have discussed and remembered and dreamed of returning. We are so glad we got the chance! The food was outstanding and the staff was so friendly. I have recommended this place to so many friends and will continue too!!! It would have only been made better if our now adult kids and been with us to enjoy it again!

Classic 50s themed diner with full menu and Greek options as well. Home style food and large portions make this a locals favorite. Save room for dessert!

Such a cute diner! I really enjoyed that it didn't feel "themed", it just felt like a well-preserved time capsule. The server was great, and all of the food was hot and served in ample portions! The kids meals also came with a scoop of ice cream

We always make a point of trying a local diner while travelling; we tried this diner while visiting Hershey and it did not disappoint! We had such an amazing experience. Our server Can was so candid and hospitable. He ensured we had all the right food and accommodated my dairy allergy. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Second time here as I am from out of town... First time and this time as well we all sat at the counter... Service was great food is good prices are reasonable... The have a wide variety of items on the menu... This place is 100% retro style... A 50's 60's style Diner....

We found this diner on Google and based on the reviews, menu, and pictures decided to try it. It was the best food experience we had on our week long trip. Arianna was our server and didn’t steer us wrong on any recommendations and had a wonderful experience. We ordered a Philly wrap, shepherd’s pie, crab stuffed fish (I can’t remember what kind), Reese’s cup sundae and a vanilla scoop with their homemade hot fudge. The portions were huge, fairly priced, wide range of menu items, and everything came out quickly. The service was fast (a server was literally running), friendly, and would highly recommend.

It’s an okay place. I got a bacon cheeseburger. They asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium and got very well done. They give a good amount of fries with it and the fries aren’t bad… the spaghetti and meatballs lacks flavor Service is okay. Awkward vibe from most of the staff.

Typical dinner look and feel. Food is good and the best part, it costs the same as McDonald's next door. You get better food and service from this dinner. Had the chili and the turkey club. Chili was not spicy and tomato base. Club sandwich had lots of bacon and turkey. Very big sandwich for 12.99. Well worth it and it came with fries!

Homey diner vibe, large portions, bang for your buck. Good for when you have a large party, there's something for everyone on the menu. I always like diner breakfast food, this place hit the spot! Loved the specials, and the large selection of desserts. I definitely recommend this place, it's not fancy, but you can feel the love.

I went here after a Bears game last night around 10pm. Silly me to order "prime rib", which was one of the saddest things I've ever seen and my sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy were flavorless. My husbands food was fine. Everything was priced ok. I dont think I saw any staff member there smile, seemed to hate life. The floor to the bathroom was very sticky. I will not be back no matter how convenient it was.

We came for a lite dinner. We shared a club sandwich on toasted sourdough with fries. The sub covered a dinner platter and the fries were hot and piled high on their own small plate. I noticed a cake and pie case on the way in but we were too full.

I stopped by Cocoa Diner in Hershey recently and had a really good experience. I went in for breakfast with a friend and ordered the two eggs with sausages, which came with toast and hash browns. Server was subpar - she stuck her finger into my gravy while putting my food down, we also felt rushed. Food was okay - good for diner food. We were seated fast, wait time wasn't bad. Value was okay - wished they had some hot chocolate options on the menu considering their name & location but they only offered basic cup of hot chocolate.

Best sub I’ve ever had… gave it a second try just to be sure… the bread is perfect and the sub is filled and booming with flavor.. the employees were pleasant which goes a long way as well.. I wish they operated at longer hours as it hard to get there for most because they work during the day but if you get a chance. It’s worth the stop

Hogeez has been on my top list of hoagie spots to try for a while. The short hours they are open makes it a bit of a challenge. I tried the Rocky on the hard seeded roll. Very tasty, but with all the hoagie places in the area this wasn't one of the greats in my opinion. Still a very good sandwich but not exactly what I hoped for after reading all the rave reviews.

Hands down one of our favorite places in the area. I love the rolls but I also love getting my sub nakey! (In a salad) Please do yourself a favor and get it the hoageez way! Treat yourself to a cannoli for dessert! I always recommend the pepper shooters too!

I'm a hoagie girl. I could eat one anytime. My cousin flew in from Texas and wanted a real hoagie since she can't get one worth a nickel down there and misses them. I've never tried hoageez as their hours don't fit my schedule but yesterday it finally worked out! She and I each got a "Rocky" and my husband got a turkey and provolone. When he brought the bag in and sat it down I thought the weight was from the bottled sodas we got, I was wrong! The weight was from the hefty subs! The bread was perfect! The meat BOUNTIFUL. The taste and quality of the hoagies, out of this world! And the prices were fantastic for all you get. I've already quit Subway for Jersey Mike's now I quit Jersey Mike's for Hoageez! The amount of meat and the quality you get can't compare and that bread!!!! They have a new loyal customer and it supports a family not some billionaire corporation. And that vanilla cream soda. OMGGGG SO SMOOTH! I could go on and on but morale of the story they knocked it out of the park. Next time I'll just have to add a note when ordering that when we check the box for extra onions we mean an obscene account lol. Our fault not theres.

Hands down, the best subs! Great ingredients and combinations. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The rolls - wow!! If you're in the Hershey/Hummelstown area, do yourself a favor and try these sandwiches. Just be mindful of their unique hours and plan accordingly.

Hoageez is definitely one of our favorite places to get a sub! The owners are superb, we have been going there since they first opened their doors at the old location. They have the best quality bread, meats, cheeses and Employees!

The subs made here are exceptional. Primarily cold cuts, with the exception of the meatball sub, this is my go-to place for sandwiches. The bread is never stale and I’ve never had a bad experience with quality or service. The fact they get so busy at the lunch rush, especially in the weekends, should be telling. I’ve eaten here for over a decade and it’s never disappointed.

The pizza was really good. I got a couple slices, a buffalo ranch chicken which was phenomenal and one called The Three Little pigs which was really good. The only problem I had with the pizza with it being slices sometimes he the crust gets a little overcooked but outside of that it was perfect. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice and cozy and just quiet. A lot of room for seating indoors and outdoors.

This was our first time eating at Jo-Jo’s . We arrived around 4:30 for an early dinner and the place was empty as to be expected at that time. We were greeted and told to sit where we wanted to. We specifically came for the Grandma Pizza . We chose the old world style and we ordered a small portobello mushroom salad. The salad was delicious and big enough to share between two people. The Grandma pizza did not disappoint ( better than the ones we have eaten in New York! )Our server was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Wife stated "this was the best food I have had while on this trip." We ate at two acclaimed Italian restaurants in Philly on this trip so I would say they deserve this rating. It was the first time in 4 days everyone in my family was satisfied with their food, a win. Good value for amount of food.

This is such a great place to meet up with family and/or friends and just relax. We order a variety of pizzas and a calzone or two, and it's always a fun time. There are a variety of seating options, inside and outside. On the nicer weather evenings, we bring the dog and sit at a table by the outdoor fountain. He enjoys it, too!

Pizza was amazing, the best I have had in a long time, service was great, the food was definitely fresh. I highly recommend the pizza. There is nothing like a fresh, extra cheese pizza and a cold Cherry Coke for lunch 😋🎉. The server Veto, was very nice and attentive to when we were done with our meal and when we walked in. The outdoor dining was fenomenal, lights in umbrellas were an awesome touch. They even played some songs I really like. Will definitely be coming back again.

I ordered a breaded chicken sub, no tomato’s add bacon. I got a buffalo chicken sub…. That’s not what I ordered… always heard the one in Hummelstown was the best jojo’s . Will be ordering from Palermo’s or terrible pizza sorrentos going forward.

Small pizza joint which could be a great thing. Unfortunately, the front counter employee(s) aren’t too knowledgeable in the menu and lack confidence. The Italian hoagie is okay. I paid for extra dressing for a salad and didn’t get it. There was barely anything to the salad except lettuce anyway. The cannoli’s were good.

Trusted the 4.7 rating from Google reviews and chose this place over others, big mistake. Out of town visiting Hershey and wanted to try a local pizza place. My girlfriend and I tried a few different slices of pizza along with their garlic knots. All of our food was premade & sitting out for what looked like a while, they just heat it up in their oven when you order. Garlic knots were probably a 4/10, not much flavor, super oily, and were a bit dry. Their sauce they bring with it is what could potentially bump this to a 5/10 appetizer. I tried the “Steak, Pepperoni, and Bacon” and their “Meatlovers” pizza, which both were pretty average and nothing special. My girlfriend got a slice of their “Baked Ziti” pizza and their what appeared to be a “Margarita” pizza, but the person working the counter seemed to barely speak English, so we just rolled with it at that point and gave it a shot. Whatever that margarita pizza slice was, my girlfriend said she wanted to eat that slice first to “get it over with”. And the baked ziti pizza while intriguing was average at best (5.5/10). Long story short, the customer service was not there, the atmosphere felt like a dining hall at a senior home, and the food was extremely mediocre from what we had. Maybe we are spoiled from our local options in Maryland, but y’all who made this place into a misleading 4.7 stars deserve better.

The food is solid for a local pizza place. It depends on your preferences as always. My only complaint is the old menu online. Wings are listed as $8 for 12. You go there (or call) and they say "market price" which could be absolutely anything they determine. In this case $16 for 12.

A slice of home, what an amazing family owned and operated Sicilian Pizzeria!!! We came to town to visit Heresy Chocolate Factory, after a few hours we decided to get lunch. Found them on google looked at the reviews and had to give them a try. There’s nothing fancy about this place but the service was better than 5 stars. We placed our order at the counter, they brought us plates, utensils, and a tray to hold out pizza. The fried zucchini with the dipping sauce was delicious. The Veggie Pizza was loaded with toppings. You can taste the freshness in the dough!!! Soon as I have a chance to visit again, I will be stopping back in!!! Thank you Sal and Family!!!

Huge portion sizes and low prices!! Highly recommend the garlic knots, only $2 for 4 with marinara. We got the chicken parm (giant), new york style pizza, and spaghetti and they were all wonderful.

Try a different location first if you need to eat at McDonald’s. Waited at the window about five minutes for the cashier to get off his phone so I could pay. Asked for minced onion instead of slivered onion and got no onion. Paid 85 cents for extra cheese and most of it was hanging off the side of the box. No thank you.

Ordered a large iced French vanilla latte, and they placed it in a medium cup, not even filled to the top, claiming it was the appropriate size for a latte. They also claimed the Monopoly pieces only applied to large cups of sodas, which contradicts the app information. The app states large frappucinos and large coffee drinks apply for the Monopoly game. Would not recommend this location for orders.

This was the nicest and cleanest McDonalds I have been to, for a long time! All of the kiosks were working, and all of the tables were wiped off. The food order came quickly, was correct, and delicious and hot. Employees were friendly, gracious, and attentive. And the restrooms were clean!

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I ordered online and got into the drive thru line. Quite literally 30 minutes later (I have never waited 30 minutes for drive through “fast food” in my life) we were given our cold food, melted milkshake, and told there were no straws. We went next door to the Wendy’s for straws. My 6 year old and 2 year old wouldn’t eat their fries because they tasted so bad. This was a horrific experience and I would NEVER go to this McDonald’s again.

Drive thru employee was extremely rude. We ordered 4 of the same exact burgers they all came out with completely different ingredients. Our sprite was just carbonated water with no flavor. Fry’s were soggy:(

Large dining room with plenty of seating, which is good, since it's near the Hershey attractions. There are 3 double-sided ordering kiosks. And a few take cash-something I've never encountered before. There is no self-service soda machine...you've gotta go to the counter for a refill. Nice sized parking lot with 6 curbside pickup spaces.

Waited 25 minutes picked up got home and found this garbage. Drove all the way back and even though I paid in cash didn’t get a refund and got “store credit” in account. Check your box before you get too far away. They don’t make it right when they do you wrong. Oh and funny enough also put a tip on even for pickup.

There was no indication when I looked this up ,that online only was available. Please update your information to reflect this.

I used drive thru so didn't comment on atmosphere. Service is fantastic, there's a woman who usually works the window who is as kind and helpful as you could expect. I always use the app which has offers you wouldn't know about. Makes checkout a breeze. Pizza is always hot and exactly as ordered. Great store!

My family was visiting Hershey Park from out of town and on our way to our hotel we saw a Pizza Hut that has a dining room?! Yes! Amazing! We were all so hungry and so excited to eat some piiza. We walked in at 5pm and the place was empty. We waited for the cashier to seat us. We told the cashier we wanted to dine-in, she said hold on, I need to ask my manager. The manager came out and said no dine-in at this location, only carry out. We were so confused and so disappointed.

I order light cheese and extra sauce. Every time. I have to get a remake nearly every time because they load the cheese on and don’t even pay attention to the sauce. It’s really unfortunate because Pizza Hut is great, the employees need to do better here.

There was only one person working everything. We waited almost an hour for two personal pan pizzas. The seats are broken. The tables are dirty. The bathroom doors are sticky. I tried to cancel our order but no one would come out from being understaffed. Then they seemed annoyed when I asked how much longer or could we get a refund

Stopped in for dinner with the family while on vacation. Dining room was a joke, no service. It was apparent the employee who engaged the customers hate his job. At one point there were at least 5 customers waiting and never acknowledged! I ordered online and the order still wasn't ready when it said ready! When we finally did get our food one pizza was made wrong. We visited in the 90° weather and water wasn't available! Take your money to a local family owned business for a real experience.

I had a coupon for a free pizza from a previous bad experience. The manager made pizza and told me to bring coupon into the store. They said they wouldn’t honor it because that manager doesn’t work there anymore. When it was an official papa John’s business card with their logo and address on it signed by manager at that time. It’s under new ownership now. It was for a free pizza not a diamond necklace. If you take over a business you got the good and the bad..and you earn customers business and trust. they lost my respect when they wouldn’t honor that pizza along with the 2 , I was getting ready to buy. Foolish management, foolish excuses for not honoring it. I will never ever buy a pizza there. Eight pizza shops within 4 miles of them. I’ll go elsewhere. Better ingredients, better pizza, dum management… if they’re so tight not to give out a valid free pizza coupon to a customer with a bad experience. Imagine what they do with the food accidentally dropped on the floor. You would have thought I was asking for 10 free pizzas the way the current manager of this great new ownership store was acting.

It was this or Pizza Hut. I chose this. Pizza was what I expected. The counter lady was friendly and gave good service although the food was late. The cheapskate owner wants to charge you 10 cents for a packet of seasoning. So after spending 21$ on his lousy fast food pizza he then wants be be greedy and charge me 10 cents for something that should come with the pie. I did get a cup of yellow goo that I didn't ask for. I guess if he sold hot dogs he would want 10 cents for mustard.

This is my favorite place to get take-out pizza. I have gotten pizza here at least 20 times. My order is ALWAYS CORRECT. My order is nearly always ready when the app says it is. Staff is friendly. App is easy to use and has a diverse selection of deals.

Paid $30 dollars for a medium pizza topped with just onions and green peppers, I told the manager my last pizza had hardly any veggies on it, he told me they would add more this time, when I got it delivered once again hardly any veggies and only 1 very small pepperoncino. I will never order a pizza from this place again!!

As soon as I walked in Joshua was extremely upbeat and friendly! He informed us of the specials and gave us plenty of time to talk it over. His kindness definitely helped keep our family in good spirits after an almost 8 hour drive.

The store doesn't have AC and was miserable to walk into for my carryout order over the weekend. I dont know how they find it acceptable in this summer heatwave to just not have air conditioning.

Been here a few times. I think they have improved over the years on service and quality. The burgers are always good . The Cajun fries are a big favorite. My daughter got the peppermint milkshake around Christmas time and loved it. It looks pretty too. They are a bit pricey but everything is in the world we live in now.

Good food, it is Five guys standard. Good Atmosphere. Service is not bad at all. Visited this place few times with my family. location is good, close to Weis market, planet fitness, spirit store, TJ Max, Chinese restaurant and many more. Ample car parking. Close to Hershey park attractions.

I understand You must add fires on top of the burger but that wasn’t best place to put it! $19 isn’t worth the price! I will never return to five Guys! At Italian Shop you could get it both for $12! But she was already ordering it as they started already cooking! Lesson learned!

Friendly staff and both of my 2 Cheeseburgers were well done except it had too much grease on both of the Cheeseburgers. Also, overpriced just for one Cheeseburger and for one small or one medium sized fountain drink. I enjoyed going to Five Guys every once in a while but I am not impressed about how Five Guys have been charging their customers.

I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, pickles and lettuce on the side, seasoned fries, everything was delicious, staff was friendly and accommodating, place looks clean. Very pleased with this experience!

I dont know why they think a tortilla with a splash of cheese is a cheesy roll up, but we were highly disappointed because all we pretty much got was tortilla and when my son asked them about it they said thats how they make it SMH not to mention their chalupa shells were so hard. They really should be ashamed of pumping out such low quality food!!!

The management needs to change employees. Whenever I visit this store everyone is just hanging out and gossiping which can be heard through the pickup window. They’re so slow people keep leaving after ordering on the drive thru even when it’s not crowded. I’m not sure why 5 cars ahead of you should take 40-45 minutes.

Swung by tonight thinking I'd treat myself, big mistake. Apparently, the new rule is you can’t get nacho fries unless you order the chicken meal. Cool, love being told how to spend my money. So we play along, order the meal, and ask for a large fry. What do we get? A sad little small fry, like we didn’t just overpay to jump through their hoops. But wait, it gets better. I get to the window and ask for a cheese cup (because what are nacho fries without cheese?), and I’m told, I kid you not I have to go back around the drive-thru just to add it. I guess asking for sauce packets would’ve required a second lap too. The cherry on top? The staff, who clearly had zero interest in being polite or helpful. If I wanted an attitude with my order, I would’ve stayed home and argued with my microwave. Not sure what happened to basic customer service, but it definitely took a vacation here. For little wages these dumb employees all need replaced with better Americans who know what customer service is. Won’t be going back.

The cleanest, friendliest, best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The workers double checked with me that I didn’t accidentally order the wrong thing (we had a lot of dietary restrictions in our order, and then two items completely different). It’s scary getting fast food while traveling but this was a great experience.

This was one of the best Taco Bells I've been to in quite a while. The service was the absolute best! I don't think I've ever been treated so well at a Taco bell anywhere. The gentleman running the front counter went above and beyond to make my experience more than enjoyable. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars was because the meat wasn't that great for my taco, but the other food I received was delicious! The restaurant was also super clean!

got a medium baja blast no ice with my order and it was literally filled not even 3/4ths of the way. I don't normally write negative reviews but after 2-3 bad experience in my last 5 times going here between forgetting sauces in the drive thru, and now this i feel like it is due.

This sucked! My grandson doesn't eat meat. We ordered 2 beans cheese rice burritos. As you see in the picture one has beef. Also I had to ask for cups. No politeness just my name and a tray shoved at me. When I took the burrito up to complain I had to get someone's attention even though I'm standing there with 2 burritos. They were remade but no apology or any. I didn't see a manager at all. Several tables dirty. The only reason this isn't a 1 is that I really like taco bell

Very poor, slow service. Floors were sticky and cruddy, out of chili, no honey, and had a fair amount of employees but didn't have someone at registers taking orders consistently. He'd go back and forth and we'd have to wait in between. You can do better, Wendys!

This place needs cleaned up. Floors feel like they were mopped with grease. Always slow service. Half the time we go they don't have chili or baked potatoes ready. It's like they forget lunch is coming everyday. Haven't been there in a while but stopped back today and it's as bad as ever.

What a nightmare. We stopped here before we went to hershey park to grab a quick breakfast, but unfortunately that didn't happen. We went inside and waited at the counter for about ten minutes before noticing a bunch of other people sitting around with no food.

Unbelievably slow. I was stuck behind a van for almost 10 minutes at the box. I was picking up a mobile order and by the time I was able to let them know I was picking up, 15 minutes had past. Then, I finally got to the window, and I was asked to pull up because my order wasn't ready. What is the point of ordering ahead if they wait for the customer to pull up to start their order? This is not "fast" food

The restaurant itself looks pretty new and looks pretty up to date with the style and appearance. The food was ok and was warm. But that is where the praise ends. The bathrooms were very dirty and the drink bar (see pictures) was atrocious. There were no small drink lids and the napkin holders were coming a part, not holding the clean napkins in place. They had two soda machines (the ones with the numerous flavors of soda available) but both of the machines needed serviced horribly as there were very few selections available to drink from them and the flavors that were available did not taste good and the one machine didn't even have ice available. Horrible experience and would probably avoid in the future.

Bro I've never seen someone get so DISRESPECTED. Poor guy working the registered got belittled by a boss wanna be!!!!Not a real boss at all. Poor kid was definitely new they didn't give him a name they called him by guy. The drama was so high and tense. I got no lettuce and tomato on my burger and no sauces. WHO HAS NO SAUCES!!!!But a star for that poor guy that they chose to be unamed. If I was that poor kid I'd quit!!! This place is a favor dream I swear.
