The service was horrible. Our waiter came to the table and squat down next to us while taking our order. she forgot to bring us our drinks and not only that she forgot to bring us lemons when we asked for lemons with our water three times on the third time we asked someone else if they could bring us lemons and they told us that they weren’t our waiter and walked away when our waiter came back out she brought our food and appetizers all at the same time usually at all the restaurants I go to appetizers are brought out first and then the main course is that something new?! and still forgot our lemons once the food came out! once the lemons came out we weren’t able to put the lemons in our water because they weren’t cut to squeeze! I would also like to say how One of our guests found hair in their food and our hush puppies were burnt. I also would like to say how unprofessional the staff dress and acted when all of this was said and done we went to the hostess at the front to ask for our check and to speak with a manager and she told us that she was the manager and we had complaints about her and our waiter. She then proceeds to say that she’s going to get someone for us to talk to. she went and got the real manager and lied to us about her being the manager. the real manager was very nice and under standing. so disappointed!!!😡

First time here. It's a great little spot in downtown York. Inside and outside seating. We chose inside on this day. Very friendly and comfy atmosphere. We started with flavored lattes. They were amazing and a big cup, too! I had the roost side salad, which was amazing, and 6 old bay wings. Absolutely delicious. Hubby had the El chapo tacos with a hashbrown and said they were good and did not spare any filling/toppings! Great spot. We will definitely be back!! There's nothing negative to say!

Great spot for breakfast. Friendly service, delicious food and very mod looking. Loved it. Had the skillet, it was filling, and delicious. Look forward to eating at Roost every time I visit York.

Had brunch and lunch all in one with an orange, pineapple crush. The food was top tier, all the flavors popped off the plate. The wings are smoked and so crispy. My new favorite spot downtown York. Don't skip out. Great service and ambiance, sit outside when it's nice.

Visited at 10am on a Sunday and it was the perfect brunch breakfast! Parked at garage next to White Rose and walked 2 minutes.

An alternative breakfast place in York that is reasonably priced for the area. I had the “Closed on Sundays” Benedict with veggie roast. My wife had the All in breakfast. The restaurant is split between breakfast on the left and a pizza place on the right. Food The food was an adequate portion for breakfast and we left satisfied and not overfull. The vegetables hash was not terrible as I thought I was be. The fried chicken was a little salty but still great flavor combination overall. My wife felt the bacon was better than the average place as was the eggs. The hash browns are average, not bad. The French toast was the star of the show. Overall review The menu selection is diverse enough that you can make to your general preferences, the wait staff were kind, seating was spread out, and I’d say parking might be the only challenge unless you park at a garage. I would come back.

Thank you ROOST for the delicious brunch. Slab bacon and fried green tomatoes were so tasty! Service was wonderful. I had the french toast with berries and granola. Portion was huge but more importantly it was delicious. Didn't love the cafeteria style tables in the back but we were a huge party so that's what they had the space for.

Before heading back on the road to go home to CT, we had breakfast at Round the Clock. This place is clearly a well oiled machine! We were in and out within 45 minutes, and we really appreciated the efficiency. The food was all fantastic and our server was great! If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular.

I was in town for work and saw it as I was passing by. I try to eat at local or regional places as much as possible when traveling so this was a must try situation. I expected a certain level of Kitsch, but it was so much better than that. It was genuine and fun and a good experience, not just a good meal. The staff were messing around with each other, the manager was eating and giving them a good natured hard time. It was...nice. the food was great, prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was fun. I'll be there again anytime I'm back that way.

I was very pleased with the workings of this diner. They were busy and yet I was able to be seated quickly. Waitress was very patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Finally settled on an omelet with homefries and toast. All the good was hot when served. For my personal taste the home fries could have cooked longer on the flattop so they were all browned.

Very nice and clean retro diner. Our young waitress and most staff observed were awesome but this one loud mouth older redhead witch should've been sent home after going off on a coworker infront of customers. She had no class yelling and cussing. I couldn’t believe a Supervisor didn't get her out of there no matter who was at fault. It was obvious many of the staff were clearly embarrassed and on edge afterwards. Would've been a 5 review otherwise!

Charming diner! Not many places open 24 hours anymore. Nice and clean with a great staff. Prices are good. When we ordered our food, I swear it was less than 10 minutes until we got our food. Waitress was excellent. Oh hey... they asked if we wanted a to go cup for our drink. I really liked that. My only complaint is that there's no napkin dispenser on the table. They give you a napkin with the silverware, and that's it. Unless you ask.

My family and I have always stopped at the sheets across the way for over a decade We always wanted to stop here, but had never really had the time. We had time today and we agreed it did NOT disappoint. The staff was super polite. I saw our waiter adjust how he interacted with us after just two times of talking with me and my family to give us the best style of service for us. I ordered the turkey croissant sandwich that comes with coleslaw and a pickle spear like all of the sandwiches, and the ingredients were very fresh. In addition, the bathrooms were very well maintained!

I'm old so take the taste opinions with a grain of salt. (See what I did there) I had the hot roast beef sandwich and it needed a little more seasoning to the gravy. But the service and the speed at which the food came out was amazing. Our wait staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is just what you want if you are searching Diner. There is counter seats which we always love. Big place so even if it's busy there should be room. I posted the menus because I couldn't find a good idea of their selection online.

Decided to give this place a try to just treat myself for the end of the week. For the truckers, you do need a permit to be able to stay in the parking lot. Simply go to the diner and you need to spend some money on the food and they will give you a permit. Food was alright but nice and hot. Definitely had a better breakfast with some flavor to it. Would I try it again? Probably not a chance unless I need a place to park.

First time here, and we enjoyed our food and fast serve. Had omelets and couldn't believe that our meals were completely done under 10 minutes ..we will be back again. We also had to take a piece of strawberry 🎂 cake home...oh and that was also very good 👍

First off, super friendly server! Menu picture vs what I received...I definitely got the better deal! The baked apple oatmeal serving was HUGE and SO delicious! The waitress asked if I liked ice cream and brought out a little to try with the oatmeal...paired with their amazing vanilla soft serve it became a heavenly dessert! Easy access from highway and a big parking lot for rigs and cars alike. We will be back!

I had the pleasure of being served by this amazing young man during my recent visit, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. Even when we had a small issue with a drink, he handled it quickly and with a smile—no fuss, no attitude, just genuine hospitality. He kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, and you could tell he truly cared about providing a great experience. It's rare to find someone who balances friendliness and efficiency so effortlessly. The restaurant was clean, the food was great, but the service? Truly next level. I hope management sees this—he deserves to be recognized for how well he represents the team. Give this guy a raise! Best server at 83!!!

Dinner was 5 star, and breakfast was about 3.5. It was one of the best meals I've had. Liver and onions? Two good size pieces with fresh onions 😋 Great seasoning. Mashed 🥔 with gravey. Corn dessert ? Wow, that was really amazing! Sue was the waitress and she is wonderful ! Everything was perfectly cooked. A lot of food and took 1/2 my meal to go.. Fresh cakes and desserts in the front display cases. Everything seems reasonably priced. Morning, didn't open on time, stated they open to their clock, but the lock behind them on the wall showed past 6am. Waited at the door for about 10 minutes. 😆 😂 Service just wasn't that good. Hashbrowns/ potatoes stated like all cooking oil with no flavor. Omelet was delicious.

One of the few that gets 5☆'s across the board! Definitely earned, whoever chose the staff did a great job and found all the right qualities! Tina the hostess was amazing. She engaged in conversation, she showed a sense of urgency and concern for the customer, and she treated me like an actual person! She put my needs before hers and made them a priority...she also has a great sense of humor. Denise my server did the same thing and made me feel the same way! Very professional I must say, very well-spoken! I'm from South Texas and I didn't expect to be treated and welcomed as if I was a local..thank you guys very much. The meal was delicious and it was prepared in a very timely manner, it was still smoking when I got it....oh yeah, and for truckers, your meal expense goes toward your parking permit ☆UPDATE☆ I returned for dinner and I can't say enough about the food and service... homemade BBQ sauce, homemade mashed potatoes, and gravy. This is one of those spots that's hard to come across, oh and this time my server/manager was Tonya, NOW I know where Denise and Tina get their good attitude, expertness, and kindness! The cherry on top was the price total for my half rack of ribs and two sides with a sweet tea! Most definitely returning!!

It was evident by the line and number of people waiting for food that they were short-staffed. But they did their best and the food tasted great. I would not recommend the "garlic sticks" as they just use a mod-size pizza and put garlic sauce and cheese on it. It is not cheesy at all.

I did an online order for pick up at 6:17 PM today, when I went to pick up my order I had not realized that you guys don’t use curbside anymore and I had my 3 year old and 4 month old napping in the car at this point. I called in to see if it was possible to get it brought out and a gentleman said yes but it would be a couple minutes. Flash forward 20 minutes, my kids are both screaming so I decide to just go in and get it since they woke up since I figured at this point the pizza would at least be made and I wouldn’t trouble anybody with brining it out anymore. When I got inside the pizza wasn’t even started yet and the gentleman stated “I told you it was gonna be awhile”, which I was fine waiting to have it brought out but my pizza wasn’t even made after a guaranteed time of 6:17. Now my poor toddler is upset cause she isn’t getting pizza and doesn’t understand why we are leaving without it and neither do I. Don’t guarantee a time online if you can’t commit to it. There was also 0 offer of compensation which is even wilder to me. Crappy service all around, and I used to be an avid mod buyer. Not anymore.

Pizza and salads served. Custom pizza toppings. Pizza is prepared and set up like Subway, but for pizza and salads. Pictures show the mini pizza. The pizzas are put in an oven and within 5 min are finished. Prices are competitive with restaurant pizza shops. Nothing bad to say. Deep dish also available

Always a pleasant experience. Our granddaughter loves interacting with the staff to make a pizza the way she wants it, and the staff makes her feel very special.

This place is very similar to a CiCi's. The pizza is just OK, but you have to get it as soon as it comes out. If it is not busy the pizza gets stale. They do have a good variety of pizza flavors. They also have pasta, but I found the noodles to be too dry in spots. On the good side they have three flavors of spaghetti sauce (Alfredo, Bolognese and Marinara). The sauces were good, I just wish the pasta wasn't so dry and crunchy in spots. They also had a small salad bar, and several dessert options. I particularly enjoyed the Oreo Pizza.

Yum! Visiting town for business and had to try this. Very good. Quality of food is excellent! Variety of pizza hot and fresh. They’ll make one if they don’t already have the variety. Bread sticks are delicious, everything was! Customer Service was top notch, all employees friendly and smiling. Troy was very friendly and informative when I checked in for a table. Price was a value. Would visit again when in the area. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did!

I went on Friday and was shocked with how the employees were that day, we get there and everything is fine but then we start getting our pizzas and you can and you can tell that none of the employees were doing their job. They were just sitting around. just laughing, talking around the oven and I am an employee in the fast food business so I understand that that could be moments of just conversing when it’s slow and not busy, but there was several tables at the restaurant full and you could just hear them laughing loudly, making fun of their other employees. I could even hear them talking about the poor person cleaning up the tables and picking up the plates. He was just doing his job like the rest of them should’ve been, but he was being made fun of. Everytime I got a slice of pizza I would be looked at like if it’s not a “get pizza until ur full” I’ve been to this location numerous of times but its defenetly strange now

I have held birthday parties here the last 3 years. The employees were super friendly and great with all the chaos that comes with a child's birthday party. Wonderful experiences.

The pizza and salad were both stale, and rubbery like it was sitting there all day. The staff were very quiet and not interactive at all. They did not rotate the new and old lettuce they just put a new bag on top of the old. We asked for a custom pizza and never got it they did not wash their hands and did not have any music playing in the lobby at all

Pizza and dessert items were good. Unfortunately, they do not cut through their pizzas very well to make sure that every slice is cut apart. Please do not allow your young child(ren) to try to get their own pizza slices. When I touched some of the pizza servers. They were scalding hot. The dining room being kept clean was not done until a 3rd or 4th employee showed up. Even after that employee started clearing off tables and cleaning tables. Our own multiple empty plates were left to sit till sometime after we left. It is a "so so" place. It has its pros and cons.

It was your typical pizza buffet but the staff were fast friendly and efficient. They made specialty pizzas on the fly and it would be ready in minutes. All the pizza was cooked perfectly and a waiter that came by and checked on us frequently

First time trying Pizza al Bacio, the crust was light and airy, yet substantial enough to hold up to all the toppings. Truly, if you're a fan of well made pizza crust, this is worth checking out. I was impressed at how quickly the prepared our order. Shop was clean a service over the phone and in person to pickup was friendly.

Long time customer since they opened up. I was a 5 star fan back then. Over the years we felt the quality has gone down hill. Because of this, we started going other places, but always would come back occasionally hoping for a return to old days. I’m not certain what it is, but the dough seems that it got thinner. So our pizza is always wet…like so wet it doesn’t dry in the toaster oven. I used to think it was because of vegetables, but this past weekend we did one without and still a soggy bottom. I even ordered it well done. It’s unfortunate, and this has been about a five year review in the making…just kept hoping it was bad luck. But I think we are done with Al Bacio.

The food here was good. I would come back. To me, this is an on-par and basic pizza place. I like Sal’s pizza in Dover better though. But this place is ok. Also, the cheese fries had melted cheese on them. Not cheese sauce. They were good but not amazing and great.

The best pizza shop around! Sicilian is delicious. Subs are bomb. Rolls and dough always taste fresh. Tons of different options and apps. The food is always great, and their customer service is fantastic as well. We recently called an order in for pickup and amazingly they realized they accidentally forgot a topping on half of our pizza. They offered to make a new pizza, add it or keep it the way it was. We just had them add it on the cheese side. Then they proceeded to give us a free pizza for the trouble. You don’t get service like that anymore. Usually we end up already home when we realize there was an issue and someone in the family ends up with something messed up but not here. Also the house salad was presented beautifully. Salami roses with little ham and cheese pinwheels. So pretty!

Grandma's pie is very good!! I usually get the Italian sub, made with fresh made rolls. Very nice staff and always quick pick up times.

Bunless Southwest cheddar cheese 1/2 lb burger was so good! I love the toppings bar too! I really didn't need to order the side salad 😉

C+ . We've tried multiple locations, York's food could have used more flavor when cooking. Hopefully it was just an off day. The service was great and location nice. I would try it again.

The place was pretty empty so service was pretty good even though sign on the door let’s you know that they are working short and your wait time may be a while. I’m sure that’s true if you go here on a busy day, night, weekend.

It was a good day to be able to be here! I was visiting from out of state where all my local Fuddruckers are all gone. All the staff were very friendly and nice when I walked in. I miss the good times this company brought to me and being able to have it one last time was worth the hours/miles flown.

FREE BEER?? Fuddruckers has been a staple for amazing burgers of variety in my life since the early 80's. This specific location is our go-to, and the food is generally awesome! But lately, most definitely due to COVID, the burgers haven't been the same (double patties for a 2/3rd and 1 pound burger?). The "fixing bar", a usually open spot for piling on everything from pico de gallo to onions, tomatoes, and sweet peppers, has been shuttered. You now have to ask for it. Okay, COVID, you get your way with this one. And while indoor dining is open, they do have outdoor seating as well. But you may get a mixed review of staffing working there. Some seem disinterested to help, mainly the folks handing out the food. I can't fault a whole restaurant for this, which is why it really deserves a 4.5 stars, but alas, Google rounds to the nearest. Make sure to visit. And yes, they have FREE BEER!!

I so enjoyed myself today. The food was standard faire but what I liked best was the atmosphere. Music was great to listen to, place was clean, staff was friendly, loved the old tyme flair.

Walking into Marcello’s is like being teleported to the 1990’s. The menu sign is probably the same one they’ve had since they opened, and the restaurant looks and smells like your classic mom and pop pizza shop. I only ordered a slice of cheese pizza as a snack, so I can’t speak for their whole menu. The slice was okay. The crust, a bit hard for my liking. The prices, although not from the 90’s, were very reasonable!

My kid wanted a Marcello's stromboli and being a YCP student had obviously visited the shop plenty times before and enjoys the food. We decided to give it a go since it would provide food options the family could agree on. It's an interesting place for sure. Interior is decent so we decided to eat there. We take a look at the menu presented above the pizza display and it's anyone's guess how much each item costs. Not a good start. There are no prices listed anywhere until we head to the register where a paper menu is open. Ok, not bad, prices are reasonable. Looking up there's a plexiglass screen between the customer and cashier. A little off putting but I get it. It's in York City, I'm sure they've seen and had crazy things happen in the shop. I place the food order and try to also purchase a 2 liter since the individual drink prices are close to $4 for a regular size. Immediately, the cashier barks out that bottled drinks and 2 liters are for take out orders only. Minus 1 ⭐. The only option is the fountain. Fine. We get cups for the fountain, turn around to fill them, and see a letter sized note indicating 1 refill per customer. You know they are guarding that fountain like a hawk. That's not cool. 1 ⭐ removed. Sitting at our table waiting for the food to come wasn't terrible. The $10 subs came out fast but weren't as full as I hoped. The bread to filling ratio was two notches off and it was an okay sub. Nothing incredible that I'd want to come back for. Minus 1 ⭐. The medium $19 stromboli came out 10 mins later and it looked fantastic. Kid was happy, so I was happy. Add a ⭐. The owner was nice and it appeared he did most of the work at the shop from the cooking to the cleaning. The cashier stayed behind the counter doing light duties, like handing out overpriced styrofoam cups, ketchup packets, and pizza boxes. Seemed off balance. The shop wasn't particularly busy on a Friday night. All in all it's not a bad place to grab a quick bite as long as it's to go. Skip the subs, get a stromboli.

Their chicken salads are usually really good! But they changed their mozzarella sticks! They used to have thick cheesy ones now they have the skinny ones. Not as good! And they were overcooked the last time I got them. Almost burnt. Didn't taste good. I was disappointed! Please go back to your old mozzarella sticks they were the best! Update...they finally got their old mozzarella stix back! Happy about that! But lately they've been forgetting stuff in my order. If it's not the diced seasoned tomatoes on my chicken salad, it's either the French dressing or the plastic fork. So now I really have to check my order before I leave now so I don't end up disappointed or frustrated. So for that I have to deduct one star 🤷

It's a family owned establishment. They have operated in York for over 30 years. During our visit I witnessed that with my hubby and I being the exception that every single person that came in all the workers knew each customer by name as well as their parents. Seriously these two sisters came in To get the order and the cashier says "I saw your orders on the ticket but nothing for your dad so I called him and he ordered two. I told him you asked me to call because you were driving ok?" The girl was Appreciative. That actually really impressed me so kudos to the cashier and great job everyone else.

To start, they were very polite on the phone, and made sure to repeat the order back to ensure it was correct. I was greeted with smiles and a very positive attitude as soon as I walked in, which not many places seem to do anymore. Both ladies working there made it an awesome experience. I ordered a large pepperoni, a California cheese steak and a order of fries. Everything was very well made, exactly how I wanted it. The pizza had great flavor and they weren't stingy with the pepperoni. The fries were crispy and plentiful. My sub was above average but not the best I've ever had, the lettuce tasted a little old and it could have used some more meat, but nonetheless it was good. I would recommend Marcello's over any other pizza shop in York.

We,re about an hour away from here but anytime we are in the area we make sure we stop and get a pizza from here. The pizza is fantastic, has great taste.

We ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. They took cheese pizza that had been sitting out on the counter for a while and added pepperoni. After they reheated it, it was hard and a little burnt. We weren't able to eat any of the crust, as it was as hard as a rock.

Let me start by saying my wife and I dine at chick fil a at least once a week. We I’ll live Wrightsville and will from now on be driving to Belmont or west York (past your restaurant) to dine at chick fil a. Monday the 10th we came in for lunch to try the new sandwich we ordered our food and sat down our food came and the tray was missing something so I had to return to the counter and dealt with a very pleasant worker. I went back to my seat and opened my food my sandwich was missing pickles and bacon. I’m now returned to the counter a second time. The worker was extremely rude and scoffed at me for complaining told me to wait one second and got the pickles and said have a nice day. I was now irritated and went back to my table not realizing I never got the bacon. So now I returned to the counter for the third time and dealt with same rude work who again laughed at me. I return to my seat and assembled my own for which is ridiculous they should have fixed it since it was messed up by them not me at this point my food is now cold. Upon eating my food I discovered that the restaurant had for gotten what a filet of chicken is and decided I should eat a tender on my sandwich. Half of the bun didn’t have chicken on it. (Pic below). 3/4 times we come here our food is messed up or missing items. Do better this is not the chick fil a that is standard everywhere else. Rude workers and even worse food.

Traveling south and ended up at this Chick-fil-a. Store is very clean, and food was ready by the time I got to a table. Ellie was our cashier- she was friendly, efficient, and I finally got my hearts content of Chick-fil-a sauce.

there is a basket where you return your tray and throw out your trash. that says to please put your condiments here and they will be sanitized and used again. I watched an a employee as he was doing the trash. take the condiments out of the basket and put them back in with unsanitis hands and definitely didn't sanitize the condiments.

This chick-fil-a place wrote my goddamn name wrong twice, it is mia. 3 letters. they had the audacity to first put mina. then i go today and guess what.. they wrote it as ameia. IT IS 3 LETTERS. this can not be real. chick-fil-a workers please open up your ears. it is 3 letters. thank you

This is the second time that I pulled up to the window and I had a blonde girl at 7:35 pm take my order and she shows so much disrespect especially to a US army ranger for 24 years, this is the second time that I've been there and it will be the last time and I weigh to eat at McDonald's before I ever come back there again knowing that she's working. I travel all over to United States and this is the worst time I've had someone disrespect me and other customers

It’s Chick-fil-A. What bad stuff can you say about them. Well, besides we always want to eat there on a Sunday. The fresh flowers on the tables are a nice touch too.

Fantastic food. Fresh, delicious, and of course greasy. It's a pizza joint. That's what makes it good! Good subs and garlic knots too. Atmosphere is a 3. Good place to dine-in. We came in just after the lunch rush so I understand the messiness. What I saw were dirty tables, walls, and floors. Trash in the parking lot. But there was ample seating. There was a 2 minute wait and the person who took our order was wonderful. There are many vegetarian options, as well. Plenty of parking. I would come back again!

I chose this place for pizza because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. It was my first time here, and Nathan greeted me with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. He took my order for a pepperoni pizza. However, when my pizza was served, it did not have pepperoni on it as I thought I had ordered. The young lady who brought my food out (also very nice) clearly showed me that my receipt was for a cheese pizza. No big deal, as the pizza looked delicious and I was hungry. No more than 5 minutes went by when Nathan came to my table with a complimentary cannoli. He apologized for me not having a pepperoni pizza. Customer service above and beyond! The pizza was excellent. I will return.

It was a bad day of travel, and we were exhausted This place is by the slice or personal order. I am not usually a fan of getting pre-made pizza (see pics) and almost left, but it smelled really good, and we were too tired to go somewhere else. Sooo glad we stayed 😀 First off, 30 minutes before most places close, they are in a hurry to pack up, but the ladies behind the counter were courteous and helpful. Then, the owner came over and offered his assistance. The selection was limited but with very good options. They will make whatever you want. The pictures of the cases of pizza were as we were leaving, showing that even though it was minutes away from closing, they had just refreshed the selection, and they were all full. We had meatlovers, chicken bacon ranch, a chicken with sweet peppers, red onions, and a white sauce, then he threw in a caprese for extra to try. Large (basically 1/4 pizza) sized pieces on a crust that, even though it had been setting, was still crunchy after they reheated it in the brick oven. The ingredients are plentiful and very good. The atmosphere is nice for a small place and it helped us relax. The pizza was awesome. The price was awesome. $9 will get you 2 huge slices and a drink. Cheaper than McDonald's and a world of goodness better. I would like to say thanks to Vito and his staff for helping put a smile on our faces after a difficult day. If you live in this area, you gotta try it. Highly recommended two thumbs-up 👍 👌

The place is beautiful, super friendly people. I was surprised when I get there and saw the counter with so many different options. Everything was delicious, slices and the sub. I will definitely come back when I get a chance. 10/10

Me and my wife went for my birthday. We got two pies, mozzarella fries, and mozzarella sticks. It was like 67 dollars. I was like it's a tad steep but not bad. Then the fries and sticks came out. The portions were massive. Then the pizzas came. We have food for the next week at this point. It was honestly a steal for how big everything was and it was all delicious. Plus there's ice cream downstairs. Also a coke freestyle machine, another win.

I haven’t been to this location in a couple months because I had several orders over some time that were not good. I was sad to stop visiting this location. I decided to go tonight to see if things got better and I’m so happy to say my order was top notch! Even though it was very busy. It was made well and didn’t have toppings falling all over the place. It had everything I requested on it and the ingredients tasted fresh. Whatever changes that were made or whatever team you got keep up the good work!

I came into the East York, PA Chipotle around 9pm on a Sunday, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, helpful, and hardworking — even that close to closing time. You could tell they really cared about providing great service and keeping everything fresh and clean. The energy and teamwork were awesome to see. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Huge shoutout to the whole crew — you all deserve recognition for going above and beyond!

I ordered a kids meal 2 soft tacos with sides of rice, fajita veggies, and chicken. This is what it looked like straight out of the bag, not touched. 1 crispy taco no chicken, 1 piece of a pepper and the rice that’s it. Half the order wasn’t here.

Tasty as always! I got double meat and the portion was decent — not huge, but enough to satisfy. The food quality was on par with every other Chipotle I’ve been to, which is a good thing. Only small issue: the restroom light was a bit dim, which made it feel a little off. But overall, solid experience.

The workers here were more interested in chatting with each other than serving the line of customers. We were all standing around waiting on proteins that had just been placed on the grill, and there was no rush to get anything prepared. I never leave bad reviews, but after this visit I felt the need to warn everyone not to go to this location. Waste of time and money!

This location specifically I am not impressed. My pickup order was not available when I arrived. They claimed someone else must have taken it. Did not offer solutions. Did not offer to remake it. Approached the situation with a “not my fault not my problem” mentality. If you have issues with people taking orders, maybe try what other stores do and require they show you the order on the phone or provide the name for pickup instead of leaving it on an unattended shelf right next to the door.

My fiance ordered here for her lunch break, instead of ordering from the location right next to her it ordered from a location 45 minutes away, because its 2025 and location services for cell phones haven't been invented yet. Not a big deal right? Just call and explain and get them to make it at the right one. Wrong, the employees don't have time to talk to all the upset customers on the phone so you have to wait on the phone for an hour then be told they won't refund the money until you spend more money there. Sorry Im looking for a restaurant not a casino where you win food if your lucky.

Very unpleasant experience yesterday,I am a die heart ❤️ Chick-fil-A fan. Unfortunately yesterday my experience was horrible. This week I went to this location twice. The first time my experience was awesome like the Chick-fil-A 5 star 🌟 experience, the guy who took my order was very attentive polite and kind everything was perfect as ordered, I also requested the cashier to please make it fresh as we like it super hot. He was very understanding and we sisters had a blasting meal that we enjoyed. However yesterday we requested the same food we also brought one of our friend especially to try the new pretzel bun sandwich 🍔. We requested the cashier to make it fresh he agreed and we paid. But sadly when we received our meal it was not fresh cold buns and barely warm sandwiches fries 🍟 weren’t fresh either. My friends didn’t even wanna eat it, so I went back to ask them to make it fresh as we requested before our order, it was the same cashier he was wearing blue shirt bald man 👨‍🦲 with blue eyes white beard. I told him these sandwiches are not fresh and are cold, he wasn’t polite he got offensive and told we can’t make fresh sandwiches just two for you guys, it’s probably the lettuce 🥬and tomatoes 🍅 that made your sandwich cold. The cheese 🧀 was also not melted either plus not fresh chicken. I told him this week the other employee with the red shirt he made it fresh it was hot that’s why we came again today. He didn’t even wanted to fix it. His response was this time I will fix my mistake but expect it to be the same next time we can’t make fresh tor our customers everybody pays the same price. At this point I wanted to return my meal and get the refund but since our friend came from far away and was hungry we didn’t want him to wait more. He was not happy to resolve something that he told he will make fresh but it wasn’t, if he told me at the time of order that we can’t make fresh for you guys we wouldn’t order. I am never 👎 coming back to this location ever again. Rude people don’t buy us any business. Anyways this morning I cam to a different location Chick-fil-A the one on E Market Street awesome service fresh hot breakfast not cold meal. Welcoming attitude and very happy friendly and kind staff. Just like the usual Chick-fil-A service 5 🌟.

Always a good option. No matter how busy they get they can definitely handle it. Food is always hot and fresh. Very friendly staff always smiling which is contagious. Great place to go for a home town meal.

Food is amazing every time, the workers are always very kind. They made sure I had my order right and it tasted good. However, Chick-fil-A is very overpriced for what you get. The lines are always long whether you’re inside or at the drive-thru. The company isn’t the best either since they have donated to companies that are anti-LGBTQ.

Chick fila is known for their efficiency and customer service. I arrived at the location 10 minutes prior to 1030am. There was no one outside directing traffic (problem #1) so everyone was in one lane. I thought maybe the other lane was out of order or not in use (lack of communication). Due to the slow service (problem #2), the lead walked out while there was a long line and changed the sign from breakfast to lunch. When I asked the lead if we could still order breakfast since we were in a long line, said it’s not my fault everyone was in one line and we threw everything from breakfast away at 1030. I would highly encourage management to address getting someone out front to direct traffic, as well as educating the leads about customer service and communication.

First time experience here, the employees were friendly and patient, the shop was clean as well. Ordered a chicken burrito & a cheese pizza with pizza fries. Review goes as follows. Pizza-dough was soft, definitely not a very crispy pizza, but it was very delicious! Pizza fries-huge portion, very good as well. Burrito-at first is was good until the chickens came into the burrito, it was extremely chewy & a lot of bad pieces more than good unfortunately, if it wasn’t for the chicken it would have received 5 stars from me. I wouldn’t recommend the burrito because of the rubberized chicken inside, not very pleased....

Ordered bbq chicken sandwhich. The bread seemed to be based off of pizza bread but was amazing. Fluffy and tasty which held together well. The chicken was tender, sauce seemed generic. I wish there was some more toppings or vegetables but a good sandwhich. Very big and good value. Simple interior with booth seating. The girl who helped us was very friendly and made us feel at home. Good casual and comfort food place. They are very accommodating for vegans.

This is one of my favorite pizza places in the York area. The owner is super friendly. The food is great and they make vegan/vegetarian options. You can get Beyond burgers, which come out amazing or they have purely vegan sandwiches with Daya cheese and alternative protein options. Their pizza is great too. I will be returning many times over!

I really enjoy both the pizza and their sandwiches. The sizes and portions are always larger than one would think. My personal favorite is the chicken buffalo pizza. Without a doubt it is my favorite pizza in the area. Their menu of sandwiches are, however, just as good. I truly don't go anywhere else for pizza.

Definitely one of our top 3 if not the top of our list of best pizza places around! The staff is always friendly, the food is always great, and prices are pretty good too. The BTO subs are unlike any other subs around here. Delivery time has always been pretty good for us even during peak hours. Nittany Pizza is definitely worth trying out if you haven't already!

This place their food is good but make sure if you get take out you stand there and check EVERYTHING you get. For some reason THEY DO NOT know how to get an order correct. Then when you call you get attitude and you have to waste your gas to go back in and get your meal correct. No apology no "i will take money off" Just we don't deliver anything you come in. From now on I will go in and make them open everything to prove order is correct!!!!!!! I don't care if they are busy or NOT!!!

My family's favorite spot! The food is spectacular, the service is unbeatable, and the prices are so affordable for what you get! We went back 3 times in a week! The owners and staff shine so brightly that you feel that inner warmth of welcomeness. Super kind and helpful! The food is to die for honesty! Wow, what a great find! My wife and I were hungry after peddling the rail car bike in nearby Seven Valley. We try to eat locally at a family owned restaurant when visiting a new area. This place exceeded our expectations. I had the house made meatloaf and my had the stuffed meatloaf (turkey & dressing inside). Both meals were fantastic. The portions are huge, the mashed potatoes excellent, the side salad was perfect, and the rice soup was great too. Service was prompt and friendly and the price was unbelievable. Less then 25 bucks for both of us. For a complete, dine-in meal for 2 that is very uncommon these days! If we're ever in York, PA again we will definitely eat here.

The service was underwhelming both times I’ve been here & the food isn’t anything special. I only stopped in twice because The Copper Crust was either closed or just too busy. I had an older female server that was not that polite & sarcastic about rushing my friend and I out since they were about to close soon. Easily won’t be coming back.

I've been coming here for some years. I always get a slice and a salad for lunch to go. The food is always decent. The service is never great but it's a busy place, so to be expected. Today I ordered a slice to go per usual there was a little bit of a mixup because it got busy at the same time. No issues. My only concern is that delivery drivers are walking around eating with bare hands over food that's gonna be served.

On Saturday, September 27, my family placed a $200+ online order with Parma Pizza at 6:18 PM for pickup at 7:18 PM. We were gathering to watch football and celebrate our niece’s homecoming, so we wanted to make it easy and support a local spot our family had been recommending. When we arrived around 7:15, the scene was chaotic. Some employees were working hard, others were standing around, and no one seemed to be managing the order or taking ownership. Honestly, an order of that size you’d think it would be standard practice for a manager to take the lead in ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the order. Different staff came out at different times to say they were out of certain items sometimes even asking the same questions we’d already answered. I ordered additional food to replace an unavailable paninis, but no one made any effort to ensure the order was complete or accurate. Over the next 20 minutes, bags started appearing at the table we were waiting at. We had to open and check every one ourselves because no one on staff offered to help. After nearly 45 minutes and multiple texts from hungry family members asking where the food was, we finally took what we had and left. When we got home, things got worse. About a third of the order was wrong. One order for two slices with pepperoni and sausage came as one slice of pepperoni and one slice of sausage. The Old Bay wings we ordered came out as buffalo. Overall, the food was decent at best. No better or worse than a national chain. My nephew called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he’d pass along the feedback to the owner, promising I’d get a call that week. That call never came. As a consumer, I’m tired of being treated like this. We choose to spend our money at these businesses, and yet quality and customer service seem to have become afterthoughts. It’s all about producing a mediocre product at the maximum price. Parma Pizza came recommended by family who discovered it while visiting York College, and they’d been regulars the last several weeks, but after this experience, no more. We’ll take our business elsewhere and hope to find a place that still values quality and its customers.

Trash. Wings are barely cooked . One pizza cutter was used for all the Pizza’s. Therefore, it’s easy to get cross contamination. Nobody had no hair nets or Beard nets. The same gloves that were used to grab food items was also used when touching the register. Just not a place I would Take my family to eat.

I ordered the pretzel crust for the first time from this location. It exceeded all expectations. So good!! I can't wait to try the other pretzel crust variety.

I’m an ETown college student and today was my first day of orientation. I came with a family friend and even as busy as they were, the service was exceptional. I had a delicious Stromboli (even got extra pizza when they made more than needed) and met a truly amazing woman running the cashier. Thank you Parma!

The food is great there pretzels pizza and boily is the chef kiss of good. But the price and removal of the old coupons has made it so I can't afford to go anymore. If you have money and want good food delivered there great but if your living paycheck to paycheck like me the 3 dollar raise on some items made it impossible to afford.

Not impressed, ordered dinner tonight, consisting of a large Cajun fry and a regular fry, plus two burgers and one sandwich. The fries were not full and the regular was upside down on the burgers The food was a little on the cold side considering my husband had to wait for it to be fresh. Thought to give this a location a try since they refreshed, but it seems not much has changed…

The bacon cheeseburger was amazing, among the best ever. Everything is made to order so expect a wait. The fries however could have been better seasoned and cooked a little longer. Watch out for portions, what's a medium here would be a super size elsewhere. The free Peanuts were great.

The kids and I ordered online after a morning of helping a friend with work. My son placed the order as I drove. The food was ready when we arrived at the location. The food was great, no shortage of fries when ordering Five Guy's. The location is not the easiest to get to, but worth the effort. We had to wait for the shake my daughter orded as they wait to make it after you arrive so the shake is cold and thick. (Awesome thinking on their part no one like a runny shake).

Since reopening i have been to this east york location about half a dozen times. Tonight was strike three. Burger was good but the fries were absolutely horrible! Way way overdone and cold. I suggest taking lessons from the towson location. NEVER had a bad meal there in dozens of times.

Best hamburgers in York. Friendly staff, great cooks. The burgers are so juicy and flavorful. Fries were hot and crisp. Of course we had milkshakes for dessert.

I DoorDashed 5 Guys for dinner tonight and the order was completely wrong. None of the toppings were on any of the 3 burgers I ordered (they were just plain dry burgers) and when I called the store the manager accused the door dash driver of tampering with my order! 😂 She tried arguing with me about it when I told her that wasn’t possible. Instead of just apologizing she insisted that none of her staff would miss putting toppings on any of the burgers….i would say based on the pictures it’s pretty obvious the door dasher didn’t do it since the bun was stuck onto the patty. 😅 Woowee does that employee from Five Guys need a class in customer service. 😂

TERRIBLE!! We are obsessed with five guys, recommend it to everyone we know. What happen to their employees and cleanliness. We went for dinner at 7:30pm, the place was dirty soda spilt all over the floor no wet signs. I told the girl hey you might want to clean up the soda or put up a wet sign, she said ugh I don’t think we have a wet sign. The rolls were stale, hard and burnt. Cheese wasn’t melted. Soda machine was down, no peanuts, no napkins, no salt. Couple waited 45min for food, after they left the employees were laughing and dancing in the back. There was no a/c on 80 degree weather day, hot and sticky.

I hadn’t been to Jim and Nina’s in over 20 years and had always bragged about their hamburger subs, cheeseburger subs, and pizza. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was terrible, and the service was even worse. Will not be returning the next time I visit York.

This is a nice and quiet place to sit back and relax. I ordered a bacon cheese burger sub with fries. The cheese was melted on the bacon. This is so the bacon is in every bite. The service comes with a smile and politeness. There is also an ice cream shop within the restaurant 😋 😀. What better way to enjoy a lunch or supper.

The food here is always good. The atmosphere is great very nostalgic, but need some updating and then last time I ordered from here they took forever to come when I tried to call and inquire they refuse to pick up the phone on purpose.

Normally I would always give this place 5 stars. But they weren't willing to put less meat on one half of a stromboli for me. I usually order here once or twice a week but I can no longer do that. They wanted me to pay for 2 separate strombolis instead of just a large Italian stromboli with only the sausage on half. It's unfortunate to have staff chase off regular customers over the phone. I'm afraid for other people. All I asked was to not have the other meat added to half and they said that they can't do that. I am terrified since they won't put less meat on something I am paying full price for that they will let someone with food allergies die for the bottom dollar. Who charges more to have meat not added to something? Only a scammer, so beware.

Best cheese steak stromboli I ever had!

We love Jim & Nena’s and after a recent move, we started ordering from their Philadelphia St location more. The staff and always super friendly and relatively efficient for a pizza shop. Pizza and Stromboli’s are good and greasy - your classic grub. If grease isn’t your thing, just dab with a paper towel as I sometimes do. Love this local business and love to support them :) I included a 16 oz mason jar as a size reference for their SMALL Stromboli.

Updating my review again, and to keep it short, everything has gotten better. Food is amazing, I've tried multiple types of pizzas, subs, sides, even burgers, and it's all great. Good food for a good price, and what's amazing is you get a quality hand made burger for cheaper than McDonald's or burger king or wherever. That's insane! Seriously, try their pizza or subs, but if that's not your drift, get burgers! So cheap but so good. Also the service has improved by a lot, they're kinder and more informative than before, and I have zero complaints about this place other than the dine in crowd can be a little much, but that's not the business's fault at all. Either way, definitely 4/5, and I'd say 8.5/10 if I could, I don't think 4 stars does it enough justice but it's just shy of a 5 for me

The pizza was good and delivery was quick. The only disappointment was the mushrooms, they were almost nonexistent. I don’t know if they ran out of mushrooms or if this is typical but they were few and far between. I’m going to give them another shot, hopefully they are more generous with the mushrooms next time.

Had a great experience. Large cheese pizza and breadsticks. The marinara sauce with the breadsticks was very very good! Breadsticks could have been baked just a touch more, but my daughter absolutely loved it the way it was. Just my preference. Most definitely will be back.

This place is a great lunch spot in a place with a ton of fast food options. The food is so fresh, always. They have a half sub and fries for $6.50 or something like that at lunchtime and it's a heck of a deal. I've eaten several of their subs, right now I'm enjoying a top tier Italian sub and it's outstanding. The customer service on the phone is wonderful and the gentleman who answers speaks so clearly and kindly without making you feel like he's being slow with you. Just an all around great lunch spot!

I just ordered a slice, and a super italian sub for pickup. I specified, no oillvin, but add mayo and black pepper. After I got to work, I opened the sandwich. Wilted lettuce with celery pieces. No mayo, no black pepper, and the cheese tastes off. I called, they 1st offered to remake it and bring it (they deliver) then told me to bring it in after I said I would rather them refund my card. I told them I am at work to which they said “that’s on you” unbelievably awful customer service and food.

Last evening we ordered pizza and fries for takeout. The fries were excellent! So crispy and delicious!! The pizza... no! It was basically crust and cheese. Absolutely no sauce to be found. I don't understand why some pizza shops are so stingy with sauce. Very disappointed and next time will go with our usual chain pizza.

I’m so disappointed. I wanted to try a new place and this was near where I live. My husband and I walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. Aside from no greeting and being rushed through our order, the cashier acted like she was afraid to talk to us AND the food was horrible. Undercooked, made poorly and not the way we requested. It was a complete waste of money. Good way to make sure we never go back.

First time here. Not busy. Was waited on and served very quickly. We got the special - 2 weiners (comes with chili, onions and mustard, I added cheese) and a large fry all for just under $13. They have ketchup and vinegar to add to fries. Plenty of seating and seemed like a clean environment. Staff was friendly. Overall not a bad quick stop.

So the reviews aren't lies first off the staff SUPER NICE!!!!! it was clean looking. Offer free water cups. And literally waited maybe 2 minutes for our food..now for the food review...TRASH lol.. the hot dog tasted funny like the meat itself was ...weird.. they overloaded it with toppings so I had to peel back a inch thick layer of it to actually taste the dog. And it was cut up and had a weird texture and taste. The chili cheese fries were decent but if there were no toppings the fries are veryyy bland. I ordered a burger and a hot dog the burger patty was indeed cut in half on a hot dog roll so it was like a cheeseburger sub..again bland no seasoning on anything also got the chili it had soooo many onions and a thick slice of cheese and not much flavor we had the coupons so it was like 7 bucks but at regular price It would've been 12 I think. But the food is not worth it in my opinion and I won't be back but s/o to the super nice staff.

Horrible, made me sick after I ate there(went to the movies after and spent 20 min in the restroom after eating here). Couldn't even finish the food, hamburger was so dry, also its like the cut a frozen patty in half that was super over cooked... Wiener didn't taste warm and the meat had a strange flavor. Skin was so thick none us could easily bite it. Toppings flew all over. The fries where hallow, and mostly grease. The cashier also didn't understand our order requests, one of us asked for relish added to the everything dog, and they only gave him relish. I wanted everything on the burger plus mayo, but no chili. She kept saying so you only want mayo?? I had to explain slowly 3 times and gave up. Will not be going back.

Satellite location of hubby's hometown favorite. They have a different setup from the Hanover location. Here you order at the counter and they bring it to you. Same good ol' comfort food, different surroundings. The manager on duty was very nice.

The hot dogs are horrible. The meat is almost a white color which most likely means they are make with the lowest quality pork products. You need to change your brand of Dog! Let us know if you go all beef and maybe we will be back.

I love a good Hot Dog. So, I had to check out the Famous Hot Weiner. I got The Famous Hot Weiner Special … two hotdogs with mustard, chili, and a generous helping of onions… Along with french fries. It was wonderful… I will be back!

The Famous Hot Weiner Special is a great place to start here. Burger and Dog loaded with chilli, mustard and onions (I really mean loaded) Hope you like onions 😉. The food has always been good whether this location or the OG spot.

Pizza is always amazing. They delivered on time for my child's birthday party, at funcity. Even when we go to parties same very delious.

This has to be the best pizza place in York! Can't think of anyone that even comes close! I always have a great experience here. The owner and the staff are always very friendly and treated me like a regular since my first visit. The salads are beautiful, the pizza is always delicious. But my favorite is the Veggie Lovers pizza! It's really a work of art, I've never tasted pizza so good! It's a little out of the way for me, but I always try to remember to grab something when I'm in that part of town.

This is how my sealed door dash order was delivered. My fry container was LESS than half full. Unacceptable. Someone working was simply being lazy and didn’t want to drop a new basket figuring they’d get away with it since it was a door dash order. Pathetic. Won’t be ordering again.

One star because I’m tired of it. Ordered my Big Mac. No sauce, light onion, light lettuce, extra pickle, and no salt. My Big Mac came with 1 pickle, no onions, 2 shreds of lettuce, no cheese and it is the saltiest burger I’ve ever had. This was done on purpose. No way it wasn’t.

I was super excited to order the happy meal with the TMNT x Hello Kitty collab. I wait in the drivethru and then get my meal and its not the hello kitty box and it doesnt have the hello kitty toy. It was a baby book. I went back inside the mcdonalds and tried asking what was going on and the person did not seem to care and said they dont have it. I asked why they cant put in their system that they dont have it because i wouldnt have bought it if they didnt have it in stock. They didnt care. So now i have -$ and a baby book. Thanks a lot for ruining my excitement Mcdonalds.

So why would anyone spend $5.19 on a kitkat mcflurry if it looks like someone ate 1/3 of it and its half melted… its already small as it is. Also, they didnt give me my full order. Missing a mcdouble. They also gave me what looks like a medium fry in my large fry. Annoyed and they took my money for what? Half my meal?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD’S. This place is absolutely terrible. How are you open 24 hours but can’t even handle the bare minimum of putting the right food in a bag? I ordered TWO MEALS and all they sent me was some sad nuggets with no sauce, the wrong drink, and no straws. Like… what is even the point of having a menu if you’re just gonna throw in whatever you feel like? you can tell it’s not an accident, it’s literally laziness. The workers here clearly don’t care about their job, the customers, or the fact that people actually spend their money expecting to get what they ordered. This was a complete waste of time and money, and honestly DoorDash should reconsider even letting this location stay listed because they clearly can’t handle basic service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Always an issue for late night orders at this location. The restaurant says open 24hrs, but on 2 seperate occasions I was denied service at the drive thru window and told they close at 3:30am to prepare for breakfast. Why keep advertising as 24hrs?? Went back a third time, after ordering through the app and they didnt have the item. Employee told me to cancel the order because they're not going to process it. I've never had to cancel an order before so I wasn't sure where to find it in the app. I showed her the app and asked if she could help me find where to cancel it. She just abruptly said there's a way to cancel in there. Showed her again I wasnt seeing that option and she rudely said click on customer serach. Again no option for that... only an option. She went on to repeat that they are not going to process the order so I will get a refund in 3 days. Mind you after searching around in the app I was able to cancel the order and it said 1-7 days for the refund. Just poor customer service, she couldn't have asked if I wanted something else just blatantly said she wasnt going to process the order and started dismissing me. Very disappointed!

The place itself is fine, and the people are nice. I went to this Mc Donald’s on two separated occasions (one in the day, one at night) found hair in my food both times.

Had us waiting and the poor lady in the picture for mins to order, all while he was standing there making sandwiches. Two people on Friday night. Didn’t have the new cookies defrosted either at 6 so I got it frozen and had to wait an hour for it to defrost. Tables were nasty. Dude making the sandwiches was so high, couldn’t even open his eyes and respond to questions. Someone spilt a whole soda by the machine, the girl only picked up the rug but didn’t mop it up.

I ordered Ultimate Toasted Italian sub, add hot peppers. I got a cold, untoasted sub with no bacon or hot peppers and only one type of cheese, menu states 2. It is less than 6" long. Unbelievable that you charge 12.48 for this!

Disappointed. This is my first time at a jimmy johns and I ordered a #13. On the menu the sandwich looks full and delicious but what I received looked like a food ration. It’s like they put the bare minimum ingredients on the sandwich, there was 3 thin slices of meat total. Subs are way fuller from Jersey mikes or Subway.

This location always does a great job with quick service and making sure all orders on big deliveries are correct. Zero complaints. Great service.

Staff doesn’t look at or speak to me everytime I go in to pick up an order. And everytime I ask about my order they almost completely ignore me & give attitude.

Absolute worst time. I stood for 20 minutes with 5 other people waiting for our orders trying to get an ETA from staff and nothing. Finally I just left. They weren't putting any orders out.

Place is designed a bit strange. You park in the back but the door is on the side facing the road. I had thought it was 2 different restaurants when the buidling was going up. It is a combined space for DD and JJ. Im asking people as a recent customer, to have grace for this new staff. You can instantly tell they are new to the work force and are already short staffed. I'd give this place a few months for the learning curve. People were getting annoyed that orders were wrong and they were waiting a little bit longer for their food. I'd say, if you want food from JJ, be prepared to wait and have some patience until they get the hang of it. Good job! In 6 months I can see yall kicking sandwiches out in a jiffy.

Been to this McDonald's a few times. It's fairly clean, lil bit of crumbs here an there, mens bathroom pretty clean too. Food is warm and fresh, not much of a wait (like 5 mins) Only minor issue is that when standing a counter, a few employees would stare but not walk over to see what I needed even when speaking up, no one came over right away ( wasn't that busy since it was early) otherwise staff was average. Overall this McDonald's is fine but nothing special. 3/5 ⭐

Fish sandwich was barely warm and dried out. The chicken nuggets were barely warm. The only thing hot was the fries. Plus we had to pull up and wait for this food.

Apprehensive with Service Animals. Kicked us out after 10 min of ordering saying they don't allow dogs told them they were service animals offered to show paperwork, they were properly outfitted with identification on them and in my pocket told me I had to leave to make room for other guests without dogs. All in Spanish refused to speak English to me went back to get more food, even though we spent between $20-$30 on what we ordered before, they refused to serve me. It was just bad service all the way around food cost between $20 and $30 to being with and I really would like a refund of my money for the items we got which were cold as if they had been left sitting the entire time before they gave it to us the coffee was hardly worth buying as well. Just bad bad bad all the way around I really wish I'd be compensated for this but they refuse to allow any form of grievance procedures claiming an inability to understand due to not being able to speak English (supposedly)

Bought a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon how are you gonna forget 2 out of the 4 ingredients on my sandwhich just poor work ethic. talk to who i assume is the manager and they get all smart with me the next day after i told them i had called about the situation and the person who was a female that i talked to over the phone said to come in the next day to get it remade i did that and the store just wanted to argue with me the whole time

I don’t know who oversees this McDonald’s but they really need to do better. Reviews already low and it will stay that way. Every time I come here to specifically buy certain things the prices change meaning each time. Either It’s the wrong food, there’s no condiments added, they forgot a part of your order, they give you the wrong size. At this point, I’m done with McDonald’s especially this one.

Very slow for a McDonald’s. You will have to wait for your quarter pounder. Also they will always mess up your order. If you say no pickles, they put an extra pickle. Most other McDonald’s put an extra sauce in the bags, this one doesn’t.

I had ordered a latte with an extra expresso shot, it does not look as I’ve ordered previously at multiple different Dunkin’s. There are 5 people working at the back with rarely any customers. We stood for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order before they had to ask what we ordered. There was a customer in front of us that also got fed up and had to go himself as well. It looks like regular coffee and not latte with no foam. Did not put extra shot as I requested. The staff does not know what they are doing and confused. Probably need more training.

We sat in line for 45 minutes. Once we got to the window people were wandering around staring off into space. I ordered 2 strawberry donuts for my son and they were hard as bricks. I did see you all have a mandatory meeting soon so perhaps time management can be discussed.

This location needs alot of work. I've tried it out a few times. Every single time I've ordered items that aren't available. Seem to always be out of stuff. They were out of the ham & cheese mini and the munchkins both times. If you order ahead you still have to wait for awhile. My refresher was not made right and does not taste the same as other locations. The cold foam is barely foam its like a white liquid just sitting on top of your drink. Won't be returning to this location.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff always seem irritated and unfriendly, as if serving customers is an inconvenience. No greetings, no smiles—just cold attitudes and rushed service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when it’s every visit, it starts to feel like part of the culture here. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I’ll be taking my coffee business elsewhere until there’s some improvement in how customers are treated.

Food was all the hot and fried goodness you expect. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes (1:30-2:15) to get the food. The workers were busy, professional, and accommodating. The place was clean. This building seems to have gone through half a renovation. The men's bathroom is out of service. The fit and finish gives clues it was renovated quickly with cheap material that already wore out.

As of June 1, 2025, the store has its own "policy" of shutting down fryers after 9:00pm. In other words, if you try to order food after 9:00pm, the only food you'll be able to pick from is whatever OLD food they have sitting under heat lamps. This information is not present anywhere on their website or social media platforms, so I've reached out to corporate to let them know what this particular location is doing.

Went here twice the past month. Food is very greasy the second time it tastes like the oil was really old and needed changed. Food was edible, but definitely was not the freshest and very over salted. Employees do not seem happy at all, you can tell they are doing the bare minimum. No one was rude to me but I did not feel welcome at all. Both times they were out of clam strips. The restaurant could be a lot cleaner, even when it is slow tables are greasy and crumby, and floors are tacky. The mountain dew sweet lightning flavor is good in the machine and worth coming in for. I like Long John Silvers, but the quality here is not worth coming back, I hope I find a better local place for fried fish. If you really want kfc or ljs know what you get will be mediocre or bad not their best food and this feels like a Hood spot not a professional quick serve restaurant.

Don’t waste your time at this restaurant. I placed an online order for more than $50 of food. I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after placing the order. From then I waisted more than 30 minutes waiting and never getting my food. The owner of the restaurant needs to focus on hiring more staff and paying them better. This store also refuses to give refunds - they insist on making things right but I waited 45 minutes and they were still saying they had no idea when the food was gonna be ready because they were so understaffed and had a reasonable amount of customers. The owners of this restaurant just dumped so much money in to a remodel and they appear to be only investing in the remodel nothing else.

I recently visited York, PA and went to their Long John Silver's. Their food was good! Upon checkout, I was glad to see a challenged young dude providing service. What a nice guy! Polite, pleasant! Excellent!!!

No condiments out so we had to come back and ask and everyone was in the back. Bathrooms are easy access to anyone on the street and someone crapped on top of the toilet seat.

Over 30 years, and I barely remember it. I passed by this place often. It finally piqued my interest because there's a billboard for it leaving Spring Grove, headed toward 30, on 116. Good pizza as far as strip mall pizzas go. Not as much grease as other places. Still had to soak it up with napkins. Inside was decent. I liked the table clothes, although they were beat up. The place could use an upgrade. It was pretty clean thoggh. But I'm sure it pulls in some good business. While I was there, they had a few people coming in for takeout. I liked the simple, go up to the counter and order. No where did I see a sign asking for tip. I paid with a card and had no annoying screen asking me to pay a tip. If you have tip fatigue, this place is great!

Stopped in to check out a cheese pizza and was not disappointed. Right of the bat i could tell the cheese was the kind that I like. The sauce was realllly good too. The overall flavor reminds me of my favorite local pizza place

Overall, the place was okay. It was a spot more so to just eat because you’re hungry, not because you want it. Service was standard, but the girl was on the phone while doing some things and when I walked up to her, she finished her conversation before tending to me. Inside is just a place to eat, nothing special. Chef just threw the vegetables on top of my pizza instead of cooking them with the actual slice. Everything on top of it is raw ingredients as seen in the photo. Sauce is okay. Pepperoni pizza was nothing special either.

1st visit went well , although they were busy and our order was confused with another customer. Classic pizza shop eats and flavors. 2nd visit left me wondering... ordered pizza and wings ...but our pizza just sat as a Togo even tho we were dining in.. They got some work to do with staff, I think

Visiting York from out of town. I had an inch to eat some Stromboli like one does in Pennsylvania. We were lucky enough Shakey Jakes was open until 11. My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large. Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above. This was EASILY the best food I have ever eaten in Pennsylvania. I can't recommend Shakey Jakes enough. Can't wait to go there again in 3 days when I finally finish my large Boli.

Paid online sub was $13 they ended up charging me 15.77 although tax was only 78 cents. When I took my receipt in she said we only charged you 12 72 until I showed her my phone she said well I don't know what happened there she couldn't figure it out and didn't give me a refund. But the food is good next time I will order my phone and go and pick up as opposed to that then hopefully I will be charged correctly

I am from Buffalo and they make wings as good as I can get back home. Best in the area. But try the pizza and garlic bread. Fantastic! Great food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend you try Shakey’s.

We came through the drive through with a big order, the person taking our order was very friendly and patient with us, a busy family trying to figure out what their 3 kids wanted to eat. We got our food and realized we were missing a fry, and then my wife decided to spill one on accident as we checked our order. I went inside and spoke to the manager, and he was super friendly and got us our missing fry. He gave us a second for the inconvenience and to cover the one my wife had spilled. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely the best Arby’s in the area! Thanks to the staff and manager!

My husband ordered the new quarter pound brisket sandwich and the 8 count jalapeño cream cheese bites, came home and his sandwich was a joke! 3 slices of meat and the pickles and only 7 of the bites! For what they charge for their sandwiches and to get that, just sad never again!

We had placed an online order and it went to the wrong store. We tried calling the other location to cancel but no one answered. So we went to this location to see if they could help and Michael was great! He filled the order for us and the food was hot and delicious. My brother was visiting from Texas and we were on our way home from the airport. He commented how nice the store was inside. Thank you so much for making our evening less complicated!!

Came in with a coupon and $10 gift card that was unused and had some issues with payment regarding the coupon. I think they charged me twice for the same meal because when I ran the gift card again they told me it had insufficient funds. Not wanting to make a scene; I just ran with it.

Our waitress was sooo nice and attentive. I didn't catch her name but she had pink acrylic nails and wore white crocs but s/o to her. We literally ordered and the food was ready no lie like 5 minutes. I ordered the eggs Benedict the sauce they use was a little different but BETTER than any other diner in the area. Home fries very bland but that's typical diner food. We also ordered the 2/2/2/2 the suasage are HUGE. Atmosphere VERY OUTDATED it use to be a mcdonalds from like the 90s lol still has the same flooring and it def has the smell of a mcdonalds. That fry smell. Our bill came out to about 29 bucks for 2 meals a juice and coffee. So most likely we will be back for breakfast since this is prolly top diner in the area I've tried so far.

The Manchester Diner has a very large menu of both healthy and comfort foods, all freshly prepared. Lots of local ethnic foods like Hog Maw and Pork & Sauerkraut. Portions are generous. Service is attentive and food is served quickly. Prices are very reasonable.

I was craving a large breakfast for myself, figured I would try this diner out. Came on a Monday morning around 9am, was seated right away , no wait time. They have a large menu and daily specials as well. I got the sausage gravy with home fries, paid an extra 1 dollar to get the sausage gravy over top of my home fries as well. That was good, however my husband got the cream chipped beef (not pictured) and I felt like that tasted better than mine. I also got myself 1 plain pancake, that was good. Staff were attentive.

The food was pretty good, but everything costs extra. For example, I ordered an omelet and had to pay extra to have cheese in the omelette. I don't know that I have ever seen an omelette without cheese until dining here. The omelette came with toast and when asked what type, I ordered rye. What they failed to tell me until I saw it on the bill was that rye costs extra. We will not be returning.

Food was mid. My daughters was good. Mine was over cooked. Alot. Dry. But the servers were amazing. The atmosphere is great. Prices are decent. Is go again and just ask to have it not cooked so long that it's dry.

The prices for a weekend special was awesome! The kitchen kept up with a full dining room. The servers were also attentive. The building is old and shows its age. It was also unusually warm. We would return again for a nice weekend diner breakfast.

It's my order so I say my name, she says "oh i cant hear you" my husband turned off the music completely knowing it was only at 5 or 6 out of 40, then I say it even louder knowing my husband getting irritated with the expression on his face as he was looking at me, then she says "I can't hear you if your saying anything" I yell as loud as possible again my husband was fed up and yelled with me he says she said it at the speaker and we are the only ones in the drive-thru are you stupid then she pushes the drink in his hands and rolled her eyes

Won't ever be back! The bathroom was disgusting, the SMALL milkshake was over $8!!! For a SMALL! it was the worst milkshake I've had in my life too. It literally tasted like cookies and cream flavored milk. You couldn't even tell there was ice cream in it and im pretty sure the milk was expired because it had a weird taste to it so hopefully we dont get sick!

Very unwelcoming, when you enter they look at you like you don’t belong, order always wrong. They don’t like to correct orders made wrong. You get looks even when you walk in. I’m not going here anymore!

Not happy. I ordered avocado toast NO BACON when I checked my order I immediately handed it back and informed I ordered no bacon (I don’t eat meat)the girl at the window took the box and came back shortly said my apologies. So I get back to work and realize it’s the same box same receipt on it so I take it I won’t be refunded the extra charge for bacon. Not only that there is small bacon pieces on my toast you can literally see the dents where the bacon was smh -__- that’s cross contamination you can’t just pick pieces off and hand it to someone you can cause serious damage to someone NOT HAPPY.

Love Dunkin, always have, always will but this location is the worst in the area. This is my last two times I’ve gone here and both times my drinks were completely disgusting when they were exactly what I wanted from other Dunkin location. Previously I ordered a mocha latte from this location and watched them make it incorrectly through the drive through window, then asked them to remake it politely because it was obviously wrong and then they tried adding chocolate sauce to to make it a mocha. WAS STILL WRONG and I had to go inside to get it fixed by a manager. Again today, I get my drink the turtle signature latte and it looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement and taste absolutely horrendous compared to other location I’ve had it at. I really don’t care if someone screws up usually but it’s solely this location. Two times I’ve received my two usual drinks that both times were screwed up. Pictured is the expectations to reality. If you want your $15 an hour then actually fulfill the expectations. I’ll continue to go to Dunkin but this location is hands down the worst in the area.

Stopped at Arby's for the first time lately as I was in the area. They have so many items that always sound great, but because I don't live too close, when I get there, I'm always ready for a roast beef sandwich. I got a double size classic r.b. sandwich, and decided to take advantage of the special on the new ham and cheese sandwiches, ordering 2 of them as well. My r.b. sandwich was delicious, as were the fries, so I had no room for the ham and cheese sandwiches. No problem, they reheated perfectly and my son and I ate for lunch the following day. Excellent fast food again this time, I only wish I lived closer

This is one of the nicer Arby's we have visited. We received our food qu8ckly once our order was placed. The staff were all friendly. The Asst. Manager was checking with customers . The dining area to be sure everything was good. Good experience.

I am a regular at this Arbys at least 1 day of the work week after my shift. Staff is always super friendly and provide service that surpasses chic fil a. Food at any Arbys is always top notch quality. I recommend the French Dip and the Jalepeno poppers. Smokehouse brisket is always super tasty too.

Now they have an order kiosk, New for 2019. Chairs still broken, service is good. Tables were clean. Condiments stocked. We had a large order and it came out quickly. Food tasted good we had no complaints. Bathrooms need some work. Rumor has it they are moving the restaurant across the street, so if and when it happens I will redo my review...

This taco bell is always busy, but I understand why. They always get my order correct no matter how complicated it is and iv never gotten things that tasted cold or old here. For fast food this particular taco bell is very high up my recomended list.

This is the best Taco bell. The staff here is amazing. I know working fast food is a tough gig for less than ideal pay, but the crew here goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. Kudos to everyone working the late shifts in particular (my normal visiting hours). You're all heroes.

This is the absolute worst "slow food" restaurant we have ever been to. The bathroom was disgusting, tables were dirty, the floor was gross. Customers place their own order via touch screen kiosk. All the employees do is literally make the food and hand it out and that is portrayed as rocket science being handled by monkeys. We watched a full crew take 25 minutes to fill orders as they bickered about who's going out to smoke at 9:00 p.m. at night. The worst customer service we have ever experienced along with poorly made food.

My son went through the drive thru and personnel was disrespectful, ordered a baconator and this is what I got when its suppose to look like the third picture, only 3 little pieces and the meat is supposed to be fresh and it looks like it was there for hours! They made a mistake on my sons sandwhich, he went nicely inside and they was giving him attitude! I am sorry but if you not a people person please dont work at these places!

When I first walked into the restaurant, it was a bit complicated to find a clean table to sit at comfortably and eat lunch. The floor was very sticky as I walked and there was a wet puddle located under the mat by the soda machine. The soda machine was splashed with different flavors of soda. It looks to not have been wiped for weeks. After ordering with a pleasant and friendly cashier named Mariangely, i was ready to pay when a lady yelled that we don’t substitute baked potato’s for fries any more on a biggie bag. I asked when this became in effect and she said 3-4 weeks ago. So I’m just confused as to where the communication is with management and staff because the poor cashier was clearly unaware of this. I also felt discriminated because the lady in front of me had substituted her fries for a potato, and the manager did not say anything about it and gave that to her. As a manager, I would’ve addressed this situation to my staff and the customer allowing them to do it this time, but not in the future. Instead i was treated differently! And let’s not forget how the manager gets smart to her staff right in front of customers . I had a coupon for a free large fry with a purchase. Since my first order had to be canceled out because I could not substitute the fries, my coupon would not rescan. When the cashier asked the manager to mark the fries as free, she smartly said just give her the fry. It’s free anyways. When I received my tray of food, I had the large fry but not the fry that came in the biggie bag. I said I was missing my small fry and she sarcastically said it’s not a small fry. It’s a value fry. It’s sad because I love Wendy’s and some of these workers really treat the customers well. But when you have to work for management like that, it’s just embarrassing and sickening. I will never bring my business back to this Wendy’s. Mariangely was so apologetic and looked embarrassed and i felt horrible. I explained that it was not her fault and she should not have to work under a management like that. Through the entire situation, she kept her cool and still smiled, treating customers with the same respect. She’s great at her job. Besides her, that is the only pleasant part of my visit today.

This place is so unorganized and dysfunctional. They need serious training on completing each order. I placed an order on the app at 4pm. Currently still waiting at 4:38Like how does it take 35 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and some kids meals? This place is absolutely ridiculous and you should probably avoid it if your in a hurry. (fast food?) I will say the workers were pleasant. Walked out and got to my car.. needless to say neither kids meals had their fries. YIKES.. really?

The boy at the front is so frustrated with all of you it’s surprising he isn’t yelling at everybody Jonah’s service 5 star. Clean level 1 food 3 speed 0 . I’ve never in my life have had the staff give me free food but I waited so long for our burgers and chicken sandwich. Ur front of house even recommended shutting the drive through . Seems poorly managed the young guy in the front could do so but u rarely speak out . Ur gonna loose him if y’all don’t do anything about it m. Horrible. I truly recommend you putting the young male that was running in front of house in charge because whoever is in charge isn’t doing their job Need a clean house and I don’t mean the restaurant I mean your staff it seems like you guys need a huge change or this location is going to tank

Usually the service at this Wendy’s is pretty fast, but the speed of the service today was ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m not sure what kind of issues were going on, but it seemed absolutely no one here knew what to do to fix it so it could at least be semi-productive. We arrived at 4:28 and we didn’t actually leave the parking lot until 5:15. For some reason they couldn’t take our order at the speaker and they were taking and making one order at a time at the window. We waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru just for them to forget a fry. When I went in to report the issue, I was ignored, along with many other people. Even the manager seemed to not care how many people were there. I didn’t even get the fry! Not to mention the workers could not multitask whatsoever. We will not be back here. I should not be waiting longer for fast food than I would at a sit-down restaurant.

Feedback on Recent Wendy’s Experience I am writing to share my recent experience at Wendy’s, which left me quite frustrated and disappointed. Extended Wait Time My family and I arrived at the drive-thru at 5:56pm, hoping for a quick meal for our five young children and infant. Unfortunately, we did not receive our food until 6:53pm—nearly a full hour later. The delay was especially challenging given the ages of our children. Ordering Issues After placing our order through the Wendy’s app and selecting the drive-thru option, we were informed that we *had* to use the drive-thru to receive our order. Even when we attempted to go inside to speed things up, the staff required us to remain in the drive-thru line due to the app selection. If we hadn’t already paid for our food, we likely would’ve left. Missing Items and Unhelpful Service Once we finally received our order, we discovered several items were missing. This meant we had to go inside anyway to resolve the issue—a frustrating step after such a long wait. When I explained the situation to the staff member at the counter (the same person who had initially required us to use the drive-thru), he seemed unconcerned and made no effort to correct or remedy the situation. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. We were seeking a quick and easy meal for our family, but unfortunately faced significant delays, inflexible app policies, mistakes with our order, and a lack of genuine customer service.

Disgusting. My family went in to try the new frosty flavors. We waited 20 minutes just to have them take our order when we were the only ones in there to order. After ordering, we waited another 20 minutes to be told they didn't have frostys because they ran out. While there, we realized how disgusting and dirty the kitchen and eating area was. The TV that is supposed to display the orders being prepped looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (greese was coating the screen), the floor was sticky, and every table was covered in trash. The other people in there were all there way before us and some even said they were there because their order was incorrect and they were waiting for them to make it right. Will not go back to this location ever again.

This place was an absolute surprise. Went in looking for a quick bite that was "on the way". The subs were awesome. Fresh made bread, subs were packed full of substance, and it was all delicious. Also, the subs are HUGE. The fries are also some of the best fries I've had, and they held up to the test of being leftovers too, still amazing the next afternoon. The staff here was super friendly, the place was clean and there was a nice comfortable atmosphere. This place has definitely been added to my list of places to go for a special treat.

Do not let this restaurant’s unassuming exterior discourage you; this place has delicious pizza! I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. The crust was very firm (almost hard); however, it nicely complimented the slightly runny cheese. The cooks used just the right amount of sauce and olive oil on the pizza. The pepperoni was flavorful, making the pizza slightly spicy. The owners were friendly. The bathrooms, although dimly lit, were immaculately clean. This place might have the best pizza in York County!

Is this place under new management? I came here three weeks ago and the pizza was good. I purchased a Sicilian pizza today and I literally threw it in the trash. The crust had an awful chemical taste and the sauce was terrible. I’m a fair person when rating but this was a waste of money. I had to go to another pizza place to get dinner.

I ordered a gluten free pizza from Vincenzo's Place for the first time while visiting my mother in May. Wow, the pizza was the best I've had and the service was tremendous. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also outstanding. The owners were working and while they were busy, they did not hesitate to speak to me about their work or refreshingly their faith. This will for sure be my favorite place to visit every time I'm in pa and I'm excited to one day take my family there. I highly recommend them and also want to state I loved how they prepared my gluten free selection being careful not to cross contaminate...Thank you!!

Fresh cut fries! Not frozen from a bag like most of every other place in York. Ham boat was great and their bread was homemade. I would give it 6 stars if i could.

The atmosphere is quiet and clean. The staff is friendly. I went with my dad and when we walked in, they addressed him by name as he is a frequent there. The food tasted good and was cook properly.

Took my family on a day trip and on the way back stopped in York to find food. Let’s just say I’m glad every place we looked at didn’t work out and this one did. I live in Baltimore and I’m highly considering making a monthly trip to this locatIon for Pizza it was that amazing. And I love all the Jesus in that place!

I placed an order at 6 I still hadn’t gotten my order by 7:15, i called the store so many times but either no one would answer or they would say that they were gonna connects me to the front desk but then the front desk desk ended up not picking up for 20 minutes straight while i called them. Customer service horrible! Still havent got my pizza

Manager doesn't answer the phone . Ordered a pizza for lunch ahead to be delivered to our business. Even states on sale!!! And the workers had it delivered to red lion home. Tried to clear it up and no one was helpful. Wanted to pay it off. I will get my money back! Not done yet!!!

Ordered pizza and here it is almost 2 hours later… still no pizza. I would check the tracker and every time, it had a later and later time for delivery. And I just checked the delivery time again and it said ordered cancelled!!! And they’re now closed! No emails, no calls, nothing! Now my family and I have nothing for dinner tonight and it’s almost midnight.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. They tried to pass off a bunch of breadsticks that aren’t even the 1/4 size of a full breadstick as one. Ridiculous. Only thing more ridiculous is the Manager “Reggie” that contacted me to “Make it Right”. Took me a few days to respond as I was outside the US on business. Have now responded 2 times and he just ignores me. GREAT JOB!! I would avoid the East York, PA Papa John’s AT ALL COSTS!!! Don’t have to trust me, Just look at their Google reviews. Off to corporate now. They WILL fix it like you should have already done Reggie. Ridiculously poor service at this location.

Stopped in to order pizza , they're were quite a few customers waiting when the customer service person finally asked. When we said we wanted to order he rolled his eyes. Needless to say we left frustrated and went up the road to another papa johns.thankfully this experience was night and day different..

Ordered a mushroom onion and pepperoni pizza, apparently they don't know the difference between mushrooms and olives, they wouldn't even pick up the phone when i called to complain.... pizza was trash, so here's a shining review to add to your already awful 3.3 score. do better. Ps. nobody likes olives let's be real.

I mean it’s all right, but just like hide your soda and sauce and napkins. And bring it to my table when I put dine in down yell at me to get up here faster and get it at the counter. also forgot my mcFlurry. Not friendly. Also, the chicken nuggets are flatter than me. I come here all the time and the past three times I have come here I’ve been waiting for over 20+ min without getting my food and one time i ordered no onions because I’m allergic and they gave me onions and when I told them about it they didn’t care. However other people who came after me got their food, and when I go and ask the crew about it they get an attitude. And get snippy with me. I get this place is popular but as someone who works in fast food this wait time and the crew’s attitude is horrible

I love this McDonald's. I haven't had a problem in 3+ years visiting it. I like how well everyone treats their customers, and how precise they are with the orders. Definitely your best bet in West York! Added to my review: I love how they take into consideration all the countries around the world when decorating (see pictures). My favorite so far has been their Christmas decorations that included information about Christmas in countries around the world, with a little centerpiece in each table with a different country and how they celebrate Christmas. When you walked in, you were greeted by a decoration with stars that had "Merry Christmas" written in a LOT of languages. Also, their Christmas tree with a distinctive item for the Christmas season in each country (sadly, I forgot to take a picture of it). Every decoration so far has been so thoughtful, that when I go to any other McDonald's I feel something is missing. Thank you for making our experience more enjoyable!

When ordering my food for a family of 5 the person first continues to input the wrong order. I corrected her on the 3 orders for my kids after she tried to convince me I said something different. (I order the same thing every time for my kids) then I had more to order for me and my wife. Before I could get the words out of my mouth she told me my total and directed me to the 1st window. That was rude so I decided not to correct her and continue my order, instead, I took my business elsewhere.

Upset because we usually dont have complaints of this McDonald's. My Quarter pounder with cheese was burnt and all our fries were cold. If i could upload a picture i would. 🤬😣

You can't go wrong with a classic stop at McDonald's! The burgers and fries are always satisfying, and it's a perfect place for a quick meal or breakfast on the go. Their consistency keeps me coming back for more!

Forgot a quarter of my order and I didn’t realize until I got home, not wasting my gas money for them to correct it, just don’t go here they suck all the way around

For the past couple of years Dominos has been our "go to" place for pizza. We very much enjoyed the pan crust pizzas from here. However, recently there has been a change of staff at Domino's and not for the better. When I go inside to pick up my orders the workplace reminds me of the old keystone cops slapstick comedy movies where everyone runs around bumping into each other, the employees are all yelling at each other, and no one seems to be a competent supervisor directing the employees tasks and work flow. Our orders recently have been getting made incorrectly, and the quantity of cheese and toppings seems to have been reduced by 50%. This is really shameful for a national chain business, regardless if it is company owned or a franchise. It seems like the owner just doesn't care about quality.

Absolutely terrible service in every possible way. We had three different family members order on three separate occasions (delivered to the same address) and got terrible results every time. Once we were told there was a delivery special and when it was delivered, we were charged full price, as it turns out it was only a pickup special. The manager did nothing to compensate. Another time we scheduled a delivery, hours in advance, for a get-together and the food was still late by almost thirty minutes. A third time, our order was completely wrong. Again, nothing was done in any case to compensate us. This is after YEARS of giving them our business. We won't ever order from this location again.

This dominos continues to uphold excellency when it comes service and customer satisfaction especially since the new management took over. I have been ordering from this location for 7 years. This Domino's provides exceptional customer service, with attentive and efficient staff who ensure quick deliveries and a pleasant experience every time. 10/10 recommended.

This particular location has gone down hill since taken over by a New owner. The staff is lethargic and don't pay attention to the customers waiting on orders that are actually ready, instead they ignore you and continue making this terrible pizza with minimal cheese and toppings,, a very thin layer of everything and then they have the nerve to have the oven on too high so the skimpy amount of toppings they put on will come out hard and crusty, especially if you get the thin crust. I saw my order come out the oven and then sit for 5 minutes instead of it being boxed and handed to me and they knew I was waiting on it.... But I took a good look at the overcooked garbage and just walked out... Why would I wait any longer and then pay for that garbage

Trash experience my wife can not eat spicy things and they literally put buffalo sauce realized they messed up and mixed it with garlic parm I also bought tenders that is just breading I will Include pictures as well talked to the manger and he basically gave me the we will do better next time. I ordered on Uber eats and there is no option for dark meat. So not only is it white meat it looks gross. So I call the restaurant asking them for help and the guy on the phone was so rude and dismissive, he argued me down about it being my mistake and wouldn't even offer to fix, even after I asked if I could come up there and have it replaced. Customer Service has declined so much recently. People act like you are doing them a favor by ordering from their place of work. I mean what kind of three piece is that??? Even if I don't want the breast I could have eaten the wings if they looked semi decent.

Went and ordered from the drive-thru an 8 Piece chicken family bundle with Mashed potatoes. When we arrived at home we had all dark meat which was cold and French fries instead of the mashed potatoes. It was not busy for them to mess up this order.

They were slammed with orders. Staff was friendly. It was extremely cold inside the restaurant so I got my meal to go instead of eating inside. A combo meal is cheaper than ordering 2 different foods. They didn't have butter for my biscuit. Chicken was hot. Mashed potatoes tasted fresh. Overall the food was good. Lots of parking.

My sandwich was poor quality. It was very rubbery when I bit into it. I did not eat it. I called the restaurant to discuss with the manager. First, he answered with "hello" so I had to clarify that it was popeyes. Second, when I stated that my sandwich was rubbery, he interrogated me about how often I've been there. He was argumentative and kept overtalking me. I initially would have taken a replacement but after the confrontation I just wanted my money back which he refused and continued to argue after I said this to him. This manager is awful and his customer service really makes your company look bad. You can't even call to speak with corporate. It is digital.

There was hair in our food, they didn't pay attention to orders, chicken and bacon were both undercooked, and the Mac and cheese was practically raw. Kind of sad, honestly.

Drove 5 mins from my office only to wait 20 mins to order. Then still had to wait an additional 8 mins for one freaking strawberry biscuit. I watched them service mibole order as soon as the drivers walk in. Leaving all of us that have BEEN standing in line to wait even more!! I in total waited 35 mins, and still never got the strawberry biscuit! Freaking ridiculous!!! Worst popeyes ever

Normally there in no point in reviewing a McDonald's because it's fast food so no point in it really However this place is not a place I would recommend the at least not from this visit i got one picture which isn't the best to show the negligence I felt this place had. The burger was smashed looking and the chicken sandwich was very sloppy with a taste that made me feel like I never want a chicken sandwich again (of course I will get it somewhere else one day but just that feeling alone sucked). The line was so long, and I got rushing to get it done, but feeling like you were rushed and not even there is another. If I didn't look in the bag when already on the road, I would have gone back inside for it to be fixed or a refund. On the upside, they did throw in 1 extra sause

It was the average McDonald's meal. Went in Sunday morning rush and still got my order taken and out the drive thru in less then 15 minutes. Although they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich they made it right and gave me the one i received first for free. Overall happy with the experience.

When inside to order my food because I don't use the kiosk I was completely ignored three different people walked past me didn't greet me didn't even give me eye contact people kept peeking out from the back saw me standing there trying to order not one single person came out and waited on me as they all stood in the back and talked about personal issues after 10 minutes of this happening over and over I just left. I could tell they just didn't want to wait on me that they wanted me to use the kiosk maybe the issue was they just didn't feel like doing their job

Don't order a ICED LATTE here.. it is on the menu under iced coffee. in a meal they upcharge you 1.90 PLUS they put it in a small cup... not the Medium other locations do... it's a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE!!! A LATTE IS A COFFEE BEVERAGE. Not to mention it sucked, Never again. Not spending money at this location...ever again.

Usually don’t have a problem with this location, but recently they decided that a medium iced latte comes in a small sized cup. They don’t do this at other locations… I went through the drive through yesterday morning (at this location) and ordered a medium iced macchiato- it came in a correct sized cup. Today I ordered a medium iced latte and it came in a small. The manager told me that IS a medium for a latte, despite the cup clearly saying that it was a small cup for an iced coffee. So just a word of advice, if you want a medium iced latte, just order a small. You’ll save $2 and get the same size cup.

Finally! At McDonald's at serves fresh fries and seasons them just right. The cashier took time out of her busy schedule to answer my questions with patience.

I have had constant issues when getting food from this location. 9/10 the fries served are cold (this has happened even during busy hours when you'd think they'd be constantly making fries). They also consistently mess up happy meals, forgetting to add fries or even giving you the 4 piece nuggets when you asked and were charged for the 6 piece. Their only saving grace is that when I did have to interact with one of their managers, they were very easy to talk to and helped correct the issue in a timely manner.

If you coming here looking to have the hersheys chocolate chip frappe don’t expect to get it. Twice I’ve came for one twice they didn’t put the chocolate chip in or on it. Was told “it’s blended in” but every time I order at a different locations you can taste and see the chocolate chips in the drink. If I wanted a mocha frappe I’d order the mocha frappe!

Never had problems here but today we did. We ordered 2 big breakfast with hot cakes never received the 2 hash browns. Not that it was a deal breaker but still you should receive what you paid for. I was the only one in there so it’s not like they were busy I was there at 5:45AM on a Saturday. Get your stuff together guys!!!!!!!!

I ordered two things, a shamrock shake and a bacon cheeseburger. Not only was the ice cream machine “not working” but they also got my sandwich wrong!

Food is good as usual but prices seem to have skyrocketed. A small frie should be no where near $3.19! Might have to boycott again. That's crazy.

Order was messed up and waited almost ten minutes so I had to go in and get it! There’s a ton of employees but they’re doing nothing but talking to each other. Every time we try to get ice cream here it’s broken and they fail to tell you till after you order every time

Employees were yelling unkind words and mocking me while working. Just because it is slow does not mean for employees to be yelling these gestire. Food was cold and i am not satisfied with this location anymore.

Let’s start with the ordering process. It took a good minute and a half for anyone to acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker. Once I started giving my order I had to repeat almost every single thing I said. The kid was so distracted and you could tell. Once I finally got through my order and I pulled around to the window he was so ignorant, didn’t say one word to me other than “pull around to the front and I’ll bring it out”. I didn’t mind because usually that means fresh food. Ha! Fresh food? Where? Why did I even need to pull around when the nuggets were so old and hard that my dog ate half of one and wouldn’t eat anymore. Same with the chicken fries. Hard, old and just haphazardly thrown into my bag, didn’t even come in the box they’re supposed to. I am beyond pissed that this is what I got for $25. And no, I didn’t go back to complain because it was 95 degrees out and I wasn’t about to complain and have my new food messed with. The people who work there only care about getting their paycheck, nothing else. Horrible food, horrible attitudes, horrible everything. And no this isn’t a new thing at this location. Don’t be lazy like me and just drive to the Cape Horn or Concord Rd location. Much better food and service at those locations.

They are really hit or miss.. sometimes the food is hot and fresh. Sometimes it's cold and barely put together. The last time they forgot my chicken fries and we didn't get any icing for the cini minis, which whats the point without the icing.

I am vegetarian so i do not go to burger king very often as i can only get impossible burger to eat. The kids wanted to dine in so we went inside. 5:45 pm: do not go for dine in. It seems its rush hour and we waited for 10 mins just to give order when no one else was there. We can see all working, orders are being packed but all was for pick up and drive through. After we ordered we waited for 20 mins and when we asked for our order it seems the order was made long time ago but did not call us or give us. The burger was cold as well by that time and instead if tray as it was dine in, i was given to me as pick up order. I can enjoy even waiting for the food with my kids but service was less than ideal. Could be staff issues or something else but nothing was communicated. Overall the fast food experience was very slow and we regretted our decision to dine in. Next time drive through as we like the burger 🍔

SMH! 🤦‍♀️ I don’t know what’s going on here! People were getting our order mixed up, the place was dirty and we waited for 20 minutes 😭😭 It’s FAST food! Never coming here again!!! I feel so bad for the guy who just had his hip done and was managing the few workers in pain 🥺🥺

All employees are ready to work. The food is always delivered to me hot, they have never made a mistake with my order and if they did I forgive them. For me the best BK in the area!

I live much closer to another BK location, and I go out of my way to order here because I want the food to be right. They're very reliable and consistent with food quality ay this location. The building itself has never been the fanciest, but the food is good!

Ordered through Doordash and requested my burger be made completely *plain*, only for it to arrive nearly an hour later with EVERYTHING on it, including condiments. I filed a complaint through doordash and got credit back. I then tried to order the burger again, only this time, I called in after making the order to verify that the sandwich was made as requested. After asking if the burger was made plain, I was met with, "The burger is already made, I have to go." And then was hung up on. I waited another hour, and opened the order to see that it was, once again, made with absolutely everything on it. As someone with sensory issues and autism, I find it important that my food is made properly. Even without these conditions, I assure anybody would want their food made as they asked for it.

I spent almost 8.00 on nachos because I got charged for extra cheese and this is what I get? If you’re gonna charge for it atleast give the extra I didn’t even get the normal amount…

I stopped in and ordered on the screen .. I have kids and they love cheese roll ups .. I ordered a large amount and hear the kitchen say “Jesus look how many cheese roll ups” which was unprofessional which doesn’t surprise me bc this location is ran by kids and is never professional … anyways that wasn’t the worst of it.. so I get my food come home and my Mexican pizza was of course at the bottom of a full bag of food ! Smash (as pictured) not cut AT ALL.., looks regurgitated…and it tasted like cardboard … then I call to at least get a credit for the food I definitely wouldn’t eat and they didn’t answer the phone … to say I will use that place again, I doubt I will I will drive the extra 15 min to go to east York just to avoid the horrible food on white street … also everything was dumped out in the bag , the fries , the cinnamon twists .,. And no sauces as requested

Didn't get my order right. They gave me the order I wanted, but said I said a different number, but I did not & my passenger in my car car said I said the correct number for the meal I wanted! The chalupa was over baked, hard & fell all apart and there was barley any sour cream on it to make it a Supreme! I wasn't happy or satisfied!

I work late sometimes, and this place is open until 1, so I don't feel bad coming at 11 to get food. On two occasions, I've pulled up to the empty drive-thru and been told the wait will be more than 30 minutes. I've gone through with the order anyway, and the food is always done in about 5 minutes, which I appreciate. It still rubs me the wrong way that I'm being told a longer wait time because the workers want me to drive away. Service is not much better in the daytime. 🤷‍♂️

No bueno!!! In the area needed something fast for lunch. So Burger King was my first choice until I saw the line. So I got excited for Taco Bell. Me being a fat boy I order a bunch of stuff 😎 and like my Diablo hot sauce with it. So I got all my stuff get back to eat it and there were some problems. First my order was correct and the food was pretty good. But there was no Diablo or any other type of hot sauce in my bag. The second was my little bag of tortilla ships had only 4 chips and a couple pieces. Those little things of customer service are so easy to make sure the little things are correct. Had to rely on hot sauce from Roburritos.

I love how in 2 days they messed up my order three times. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with the Doritos nacho cheese shell and no spicy ranch. The first Taco I got wasn't the nacho cheese shell. I politely let them know and they fixed it but they spicy ranch on it. I came back today February 12th and I ordered the same thing and the young girl even said that she would check the taco to make sure it was correct before she gave it to me. It is again a Cheesy gordita Crunch without the nacho cheese shell. And when you try and make phone call it automatically hangs up after it gives the please hold Spiel and rings once. And I can't go back because I'm at work now and I drive a semi truck and it does not fit in the parking lot.

Too bad the $5.00 footlong no longer exists. My footlong was almost $11.00 before I added chips and a drink. All in $15.67 for my lunch. The staffers got flustered when I told them not to add the Parmasian Vinaigrette. They weren’t the friendliest bunch. The food was ok but it will be a while before I visit another Subway.

Everytime I get off work and come here at 9:30 they are packed up and pissy I want to buy a sub! The works at this locations are absolutely unprofessional and the women are always having attitudes. I walked in and she’s on the phone and says” I got to go these freaking people just keep coming in” well of course Sherlock! It’s a subway! What the heck I don’t get it I called for 20 mins one time . This location needs serious customer retraining back in my day working at subway I loved a good rush! I don’t understand why people are working there that don’t want to work

On Tuesday me and my family went here and it was a lot better than some of the other subways. The two ladies that were working were nice and friendly even though we came in a little close to their closing time. The subs were made neatly and they were overall nice. The place was a lot cleaner than I expected to be and me and my family had a good time.

Lavert was extremely helpful and professional. This subway has to be one of the most clean locations I have ever been too as well. Overall very pleased with the staff and environment within the store.

Lady was very rude asked how many subs my husbands wants we thought she was just talking about how many he wants so he said one. She made is his sub and ignored the fact I was there. When my husband pointed out that I wanted a sub she said “well that’s why I asked you how many you wanted” in a rude tone. It made me very uncomfortable. I hope she learns how to be nicer to people. She knew she was being rude too cuz said “ I’m sorry if I’m being rude”

My husband goes to this location almost daily because it’s convenient for him after working all night long. He made comments daily about how horrible the customer service was from a specific employee. Even stated she was really rude and nasty while he was in there with our autistic daughter. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. However I saw first hand just how nasty she really is. Had a horrible attitude that my husband asked his wrap not be toasted, tossed our food around and flung things like we were putting her out of her way. My husband asked for Parmesan on his sandwich and she immediately snapped at him yelling that they were out it’s gone we don’t have any. I then asked for my chicken to be heated and not the whole sandwich toasted and this also clearly “put her out” as ingredients were being added she put teriyaki sauce on my sandwich and I asked for a little more she aggressively grabbed the bottle and squirted a huge amount in one section of the sub slammed the bottle down and didn’t seem to care at all that 1/4 of the bottle now take up the left side of my sub. I asked for a pretzel she threw the tray on the counter grabbed pretzel from fridge and slammed it upside down on the tray. Poorly made food, burnt food and a horrible attitude. Not many of us lien our job and that is ok… what is not ok is displaying the behavior that was displayed today. I will be contacting the BBB, the corporate office as well as trying to get ahold of the store manager.

All i can say about this place is that i absolutely love it the employees are very nice and the i ordered a sub here yesterday and i loved it the inside is so nice I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good sub . 💕

BRENDAS CLOSED AND NEVER CALLED ME AFTER I HAD JUST SPOKE TO THE OWNER THE WEEK PRIOR ABOUT MY FUNDRAISER AT CHURCH. TRY CALLING THE NUMBER POSTED AND YOU'LL SEE ITS NOT CONNECTED. I HAVE ORDERS FOR ALMOST 300 SANDWICH'S. LUCKILY I FOUND SUES MARKET IN WRIGHTSVILLE AND SHE WILL FILL MY ORDER ON TIME FOR THIS SUNDAYS DELIVERY.

Food and service was great! Price was very reasonable. Excellent choice for a quick lunch.

The chicken may be good but $75 for 48 wings that some were smaller than a chicken nugget completely not worth it. Especially when 50 wings are only $45!! Which is what I thought I was paying. Then they tried to say it was because I got more than 2 flavors. Never had this issue in Shrewsbury!! Way overpriced at Queen St may be owned by same people but way better service in Shrewsbury won’t buy from Queen St again!!

Done ordering food at this place. Every time it takes absolutely forever to get your order. This time I spent 15 minutes on hold for their phone system to hang up on me when I called back and told them I had been on hold. The girl told me it would still be a few more minutes and they would be back because there was only one girl answering the phones. That's fine my business goes to Romas from now on.

We got an order of boneless and bone in wings, probably the best wings we’ve ever had. The bone in wings, they might be the thickest wings ever and the flavor was fantastic. The boneless had the perfect crunch to them that you usually have to ask for. Found our new wing spot that’s for sure!! On a football Sunday could pick up the order in 20min, can’t beat that.

Pizza and wings are awsome. We get the food to go, the seating inside the restaurant is VERY rundown. Expensive compared to the last pizza place we used to buy from, it closed. 2 pies and 12 wings for 60 dollars. Tried multiple pizza places in the area, and this place had the best.

Decided to stop here with the family one evening. Was greeted by 4 individuals who worked here. At the the time we were the only diners in the establishment. However, there we a lot of take out orders. We ordered 3 subs and a large pizza. The food was good and the service was amazing. See the pictures below. We had ordered a Turkey sub, Ham sub and Italian sub. It came with French fries. We did not care for the fries. They were a bit limp and soggy. The pizza was food and the crust was different. My son who is picky about his pizza...liked it. And asked to come back again. The wait staff was young, mostly teenagers. And they were so nice, very attentive and should be commended for their hard work. The interior was not fancy but adequate. Over all good food, great service and you should give it a try. They have daily specials and wings.

Don't waste your time coming here. 9/10 times they cant get the order right even after confirming over the phone multiple times. Management is rude and unprofessional. Laughing at me cause I had to come back and return an order that they messed up at 845pm. Everytime I have come here there has been an issue and management doesn't ever seem to resolve the problem in a professional manner. Honestly dont understand how they are still up and running. I will no longer be supporting this business and will be going elsewhere.

Years ago before moving south I ordered here all the time when working in Dallastown. Told all nurses I oriented if they want to order out that their food is good. Haven’t eaten there since I moved back. Last week I ordered a cheesesteak with marinara and wings. Loved the cheesesteak. Wings were crispy but a little overcooked so dry. Today I called to order a cheesesteak for dinner and decided to get 2 so I would have lunch for tomorrow. I told the girl taking my order I wanted sauce 3 times. I get home and opened my cheesesteak and no sauce on either. I called and spoke to Jen the manager and she said I could drive back 20 minutes one way or more during rush hour traffic to get new subs. Been up since 430 and worked 10 hours so no I’m not driving back. Basically told me I could come and get new subs or the sauce. I said someone can deliver the right subs to me and she said you’re not n our delivery area. Exactly! I live too far to deliver to but I’m suppose to drive back to you to remedy your mistake. I wanted a refund or new subs when I was in the area. She said she can’t do that so I said well you just lost a customer. She didn’t seem concerned about it and argued with me. They lost a customer and word of mouth advertising over $20. They screwed up my order then wanted me to drive back to their store. No thanks! Poor customer service and I won’t be back!
