I’ve been coming to this place since the early 90s with my family. It’s still amazing. Best place for shopping.

Got harassed and followed to my car by 2 security officers for taking a photo of the water where the restaurants are. I was filmed on their body cam and saw them noting down my rego as i was entering the car. I only took a photo to show my significant other because I’m from out of town. A lot of others were too but I was singled out. A respectful talk saying that photography wasnt allowed would have been better, but the way i was treated was like i was shoplifting or being a criminal. Wouldn’t recommend going here (Attached are the 3 “illegal” photos i took. Can’t believe that I was treated like this for these)

Im a man, I don’t love shopping. I have been in many countries around the 🌍 world. But sunshine plaza have something special, that’s why I spend lots of time here and I buy all what I need for home, for me and sometimes for my work in this amazing shopping centre. Many shops around, we were looking for a place to eat and found Grill’d and Yochi for a well-deserved yoghurt dessert after our meal.

I’m not usually someone who enjoys shopping, but Sunshine Plaza has completely changed that for me. The atmosphere is so open, vibrant, and relaxed that it never feels like your typical crowded shopping centre. The beautiful river running through the middle, the lush greenery, and the breezy layout make it feel more like a resort than a mall. There’s an amazing mix of shops and plenty of quiet corners to sit, relax, or grab a coffee with a view. The centre is spotless, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly. Parking is easy, and there are great entertainment options like the cinema and paddle boats — perfect for a chill day out. Even as someone who usually dreads shopping trips, I actually look forward to coming here. Sunshine Plaza is a gem on the Sunshine Coast!

One of the best shopping centres I've ever been to, with iconic clothing shops, cozy cafes, multiple food places and even the opportunity to go on a mini boat ride on the river. I'm only giving it four stars since most people lack common sense when walking around, because does it really hurt you to not be next to your annoying friends for 5 seconds?

Sunshine Plaza is always a nice place to visit, with a good mix of shops and plenty of car parking, which makes trips a lot easier. The atmosphere is usually relaxed, and it’s a convenient spot to spend a few hours shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or just walking around.

We recently made a booking for 24 people, short notice but made feel very welcome. The food and service were exceptional with the owner going the extra mile in every way to ensure the group had a great time. Will be back when next in town as I have not had better italian food for a long time. Well done Cala Luna, you have won us over by providing the simple things well, and your happy outgoing personalities.

Lovely home style quiet restaurant albeit a little hard to find being located upstairs off the street. Kids menu was quite extensive and good value - our lot practically licked their plates! Service attentive and very polite. Would recommend

Come here every year when we stay in the area for a reunion. Usually excellent food, service and atmosphere. My seafood pizza with a garden salad was excellent. Unfortunately my wife’s gluten free pasta was undercooked, not the pasta ordered and the sauce minimal and was very bland. Whilst my meal was a five hers was a 1. The restaurant was very quiet last night and the lamb my wife usually orders was no longer on the menu.

Ate here a few weeks ago because the menu looked inviting, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. There was no one in the restaurant, and now I know why. That was the first red flag. The restaurant is dated, no ambience, but that's fine if the food is top notch. The seafood linguine was a game of spot the seafood, basically a bowl of tasteless and over salted pasta. The pizza was like cardboard with minimal toppings, I'm certain the base wasn't freshly made on site, tasted like a pizza base from the supermarket. The arancini was again tasteless and over salted, barely any mushroom flavour or actual mushrooms. My teenage boy who normally eats anything and everything, ate a few bites of pasta and didn't finish it. We were desperate for something to be right, so against my better judgement we ordered the pana cotta for desert. No lemon or vanilla as promised, not even a hint, tasted like milky jelly. The waitress was lovely but clearly this place is not authentic italian as promised.

Absolutely terrible. The pasta we were served was nothing like what we ordered, the Capricciosa had NO olives, and the entrees we specifically asked for never arrived. When the food finally did come out, it took far too long — and it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was bland and either overcooked or undercooked. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant, so there’s no excuse for such poor service. On top of that, the website is misleading — it claims the restaurant is owned by an Italian family, which is clearly not true. The photos online don’t reflect reality either; the restaurant looks stuck in the 80’s and desperately needs an update. Nothing about this place matched the promises on their site. We won’t be back.

Amazing feed! The flavours were phenomenal. The sauce with the wagyu dumplings needs to be bottled and sold as I would put it on everything. Chicken Katsu Bao and highway spuds were definitely some favourites My only critic is that I felt that the pork dumplings needed a dipping sauce provided - you could use sauces from the other dishes but not helpful if they all arrive at different times.

The BEST food I’ve had in ages! We definitely ordered too much for the two of us but no complaints here as we got to take some home. Could not fault a single dish. Our favourites were the beef Massaman and the Roti but we’d honestly order everything again and again! If I could rate it more stars I would, can’t wait to come back.

There are so many delicious options on the menu and the new menu items are amazing. The Roast Pumpkin Yellow Curry and the Beef Massaman curry are generous sizes and both come with rice. Recommend the Chicoen Katsu Salad for a lunch option. We can’t wait to come back 🤩

There’s a good vibe. The menu is fun and the food delicious- super flavourful with all the garnishes. The tables are a little small for the sharing that’s encouraged (everyone seemed to have more dishes than places to put them). Don’t be put off though- order up and enjoy!

We used to come here many years ago when Junk first opened. This was our first visit back in a long time, and the food and service was just as good! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Pricing and serving sizes were excellent. The staff were so helpful and so nice. Hope to be back again soon.

Asian fusion. Very well done food. Fresh, tasty, great flavours and different. Not the same old things you find everywhere. Someone in the kitchen cares about what they're cooking and isn't afraid to try new combinations. The Gundam fries are morish, the bento box is packed with flavour and the slushies...you MUST try the slushies!!

Out here for audits and looking to meet vendors selling their healthcare businesses! Peak! Trivia night was awesome! Enjoyed our evening dinners at the RSL. Modern and a menu that was filling! Large serving at a very good price point. Always walked across the river into the mall after a meal to enjoy the calm sunsets and ambience.

Dropped in fir Easter dinner! Met with a wonderful smile and help out front... felt very welcome by our host Rob! Given a window side seat for a family of five... place fir kids to have fun... PACKED yet fast service and great food. What more could you ask for. Thank you!

The kids’ playground at Maroochy RSL is pretty good and definitely a big plus for families. It keeps the little ones entertained while you can relax, which makes it a great spot for an easy night out. For an RSL, it does the job well — clean, family-friendly, and welcoming. As for the food, it’s about what you’d expect from most RSLs — decent meals at fair prices, nothing over the top, but still enjoyable. It’s the kind of place you go for a casual dinner where you know exactly what you’re going to get. Overall, a solid four-star experience, mainly thanks to the playground and family-friendly setup.

A nice dinner out. Food was good. Service was ok. Had to ask twice for our drinks, as we ordered off the app. Wasn't super busy in the dining room. Function room up stairs seemed busy.

Food was great, wine was really good and the service was also great. We walked there so we could have a few drinks and caught the courtesy bus back to the motel. Our driver was really nice and the little bus exceptionally clean..

The staff here are amazing, especially the lady behind the bar last night. Her service stood out the most it made my partner and I’s night for sure. The food was delicious and the timing between means was perfect. Other places we have been the timing has been so off and you are sitting there waiting for meals between each coarse Will definitely be back. Make sure to order the honey thyme goats cheese as a starter. Thank you for dinner we will definitely be back.

The restaurant is amazing when you first walk in, the vibe and the decor is amazing. The lady that served us was the most amazing and lovely lady. She was happy, helpful, polite and very prompt. The food was put together so well. The chef and kitchen staff did an amazing job at pairing flavours and creating some delicious food. Highly recommend for a date night.

A great boujee vibe. Service was great - prompt and friendly. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The time it must have taken to layer that ratatouille! And the drinks were on point too. Tried one of their cocktails...a coffee foam and cardamon mix that was a delightful sensory experience for my eyes, nose and my tastebuds. We'll definitely be back. Topped it all off with the decadence of a gluten free chocolate cheesecake with pistachio ice cream and macadamia crumble! 🤤🤤🤤

Had a really lovely dinner here with my wife. Food was all excellent, service was great and cocktails were really really good. Food also came out really quick which was a surprise given complexity and presentation. Staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and have some passion about it. They seemed to recognise and appreciate return customers, which is always nice. If I'm ever back in Maroochydore, I would come here again for sure.

2nd time dining at Orleans and 2nd time not disappointed. My partner got the seafood gumbo (has been hanging for it since last time!) he very much enjoyed it but wasn’t quite up to par from the last visit, he felt something was missing, however loved it all the same… I went out of my comfort zone and tried the ratatouille, enjoyed it very much, different, in a good way! Service 🙌

Such a fun, easy place for a great meal. The burgers were juicy, the chips were perfect, and the staff were lovely. Everything came out quickly which was great. The music was a little bit loud but apart from that I couldn’t fault this place.

Oh no, it was terrible. I loved the location. I loved the feel. The staff were pleasant. The food was - not quick, but close to quick. But. But. But. My burger - the double stacked meat patty thing - was bland and tasteless. Why? Because it wasn’t seasoned appropriately. It needed salt. Not at the table, but during the cooking process. Consequently the food tasted of temperature and oil. Very disappointing. I’ll never go back. But look my wife liked it and my kids thought the music was zippy (it was). The food just needed to be better. Please season your food. It’s all I ask.

I tried this place, for the very first time today. After perusing the menu board outside, my mouth was already watering, so decided on the Maple Bacon Burger. My burger was delicious, and the bacon and sauce was perfect! I was a little disappointed about the numerous dirty tables, but then realized that there was only one FOH staff in attendance; during school holidays?! I found the music to be quite loud, even though they were good tunes, but that's probably because I was feeling stressed and tired. 🤣 I did leave feeling satisfied however, and my taste-buds were tingling. I'll definitely treat myself there again, and try something else. 😋

A fun and hoo little joint on ocean st, with burgers a plenty as well as other options if ‘your over those’ ! We booked a table in case they were busy which was great - thank you 🙏. For someone with a hankering for a cheat meal, we had a Fat bastd burger 🍔 and for me, the brisket burger. My friend thoroughly enjoy the FB and my brisket and coleslaw burger was a hit for me! Of course all washed down with a beer and sweet potato fries! Mmmmmm.

We all really enjoyed our burgers and sides at Hello Harry's tonight. The buns were perfectly toasted and the burgers were well put together and stayed together. I hate when burgers just slide all over the place. I had the Maple Bacon burger which had a fantastic flavour and great pickles to add that little fresh bite to the burger. The sides were perfectly cooked, great crunchy chips and the onion rings had a nice amount of batter and both had really nice seasoning. We all had thick shakes which were nice as well. It was a quiet night for them and our meals were served really promptly which was great for us.

The dish is with big volume. I love soft shell crab. But when it’s fried as a whole it is a bit scary. And the sushi rolls is a little bit expensive. It was 17.5 for the prawn roll. Taste good tho with great wasabi. I live the green tea and chocolate tower. It’s huge. Good restaurant overall.

Food was so good we dined here twice during our three night stay! Favourite dishes soft shell crab buns, sweet potato tempura and wagu teriyaki.

This place was a suggestion from a friend and it didn’t disappoint! We had the banquet menu and it was great value, a feast for the eyes, well paced, service was quick and meals? - delicious! The restaurant is compact and can be loud but was still a great night and fantastic meal. Will definitely return and recommend 👍🙏

This place is brilliant. The food is very tasty, the service was great as well. And $2 ph corkage for BYO wine. The staffer was the cook and the waiter! It was a quiet Sunday lunch though. Will be back.

My friends and I went here the other day for dinner, we absolutely love it. We ordered takoyaki, cheesy okonomiyaki, green tea chocolate mountain, and one hot cake with green tea ice cream and banana. The total cost were $47, and us three was so full. Takoyaki came as six octopus balls, served with mayo and teriyaki sauce I believe. The octopus pieces was the biggest I have ever been eating in the Coast. Cheesy okonomiyaki was literally as cheesy as it sounds 🤣 and it was huge. And if you are sweet dessert lover, must come here. The two desserts we ordered was so much bigger than we expected, three people couldn’t finish two desserts. I don’t think I need to describe anything else, just look at the photos and you will understand 😉. Was a bit of the wait for the food but staffs are lovely and customer services were excellent. Great view for an ideal date by the way🥰! 11/10

Ordered a beef madras and a chicken bhunna. Both meats were fall apart tender Flavours were beautiful. First time ordering indian cuisine and will definitely try again, this was very enjoyable. Ordered medium and was happy with that, definitely not too hot at all. Garlic naan was great as well.

I mean it gets a bit raggedy. Security guards were nice, but the glassies a bit pushy. Gets real hot.

I’ve had great experiences at this place in the past, however you won’t be getting my support anymore. Your security guards are nothing but a bunch of little boys with big egos. I got denied entry for having an “attitude” after a security guard became extremely rude and impatient when I took too long to get my ID out. Short stocky guy to be specific, if I got a name I’d be making a report. You should seriously think about hiring better security guards, because it seems I’m not the first to have this terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible attitude and behaviour from the lady at the bar… claimed she “runs the joint”. She was rude for absolutely no reason, tried to over charge on drinks when she got shitty we released she was only serving who she wanted to no matter how long other people were waiting in line for. No one should be treated like this and this was as soon as we walked in… if she was stressed or under pressure fine, a little attitude is understandable but go ask for help from staff, don’t take it out on the customer… we didn’t even have a first drink there.

Tonight surprised me. Shout out to Erin and Tobi. For checking in on girls when they thought they needed. Asking ‘are you ok’ when my slightly tipsy husband was chatting with me. I didn’t need the assistance but the fact that Erin pulled me to the side to ask if I needed it, amazing! Keep up the amazing support girls. I don’t see what on the clubs in Brisbane. 10/10 service

We went to night club on Friday and the DJ if u could even call him that, was so horrible they play a part of a track for 1min then skip to the next and this went on all night. The worst DJ ( laptop music player ) I have ever come across. It was so annoying that they can't play a full track, just premade music that looped faster than u could imagine. Get rid of this guy and get a real DJ that actually mixes music live. He was so bad ,it's the worst I've ever seen and I'm 42. Worst dance night ever, he has know idea of real night club music. Bad choice of music that u would never go there for. Unfortunately he is no good at all. Shocking lowzy!

Lovely venue for our engagement party, staff were friendly, polite and so helpful for our function! Very impressed with the food service and we were also to come in a decorate the area. Disappointed in the unnecessary rudeness from sercurity however didn’t completely put a damper on the night.

Bar staff are always great and work really hard along with providing great service. The only issue are some of security guards most of them are polite and easy to talk to but there a select few that seem to be on some sort of power trip and are extremely aggressive even being polite and complying with them. I have had them kick me out for no reason as soon as I'm left alone. I have seen some of my friends while trying to use the bathroom get kicked out. I would appreciate if you guys would look into this issue.

Stopped in for a Saturday brunch and sat outside under the awning. They have table service and this was the bit that let them down. It was really slow. The food was excellent, well-presented and delicious. I had the garage chicken with poached egg and pickled ginger. Hubby had the French toast with bacon, fried banana and berries. Would definitely come here again.

A hidden gem! Don't let the 'industrial area' location fool you. NOT just for breakfast, this places has delicious fresh food, fantastic cocktails, a great vibe and fabulous flavours. The menus change all the time. I haven't had such a good meal in a VERY long time. Went there on Saturday and felt totally chilled. The garden makes it feel like an oasis and the fresh flavours, herbs and varied dishes show the chef has talent and really loves his/her food.

We regularly go to Riba Kai for brunch on weekends. The specials change weekly so you don’t get bored with the menu. The food never disappoints - always amazing! Excellent service (thanks Gaby) and vibrant atmosphere. Oh and the coffee is the best! Highly recommend although don’t want the secret to get out! 👌👌👌

Riba Kai is a stylish, spacious cafe, tucked away in an unusual setting. There is ample seating, both indoors and out, although parking is somewhat limited. Our party of 4 all enjoyed the assortment of meals and drinks. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was well presented and high quality, and the prices were reasonable. A special thanks to the waitress who prepared our desserts. My wife ordered a few different options and explained they'd be shared amongst the group. This thoughtful lady took it upon herself to slice them all into smaller servings and present them on a long plate, allowing us to all grab a bit of everything. It worked really well and made it seem as if we had much more than actually ordered. We initially booked our visit at random, based on the positive reviews. The decision was a good one and we all left satisfied.

Their steak is probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted! Plus, they’ve got some seriously huge parmies and schnitzels. The service is fantastic! The staff is super friendly, and you won’t have to wait long for your food. You’ll also get quality dishes that are beautifully presented. And guess what? They’ve got a huge parking lot!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. We went for a long drive, and the kids and I were both super tired and hungry. We spotted this huge parking lot and a lovely pub. It’s my first time visiting Hotel Maroochydore, and honestly, I was surprised! The seating area is huge, perfect for big groups. The staff are lovely and professional. The kids had nuggets and kids’ pizza with free ice cream, and I ordered the honey soy chicken salad.The serving was good, and the salad was fresh. I’m planning to come back with the family because I saw the parmies are huge here—it looks like a whole bird!

My wife and I had the main calamari and the 300g rib fillet. It was delicious, cooked perfectly, with a good portion size, and the mushroom sauce was amazing. Highly recommend!

Last three meals we had were over cooked. Battered fish was so tough we hardly ate it. A few days later had a schnitzel the topping was amazing but chicken was burnt then 4 days later steak sandwich was burnt as well! If I had an inferiority complex I’d be paranoid! Thank god the staff are amazing!

I drive past Hotel Maroochydore all the time but had never stopped by until today, and I’m really glad I did. I came with a friend as part of our tour where we try a new venue every two weeks to find the best chicken parmigiana, and this one definitely stands out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by multiple staff members, all smiling and friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic. It feels warm, lively, and very inviting. You can tell people genuinely enjoy being there, both staff and customers. The chicken parmigiana was absolutely delicious and easily one of the best we’ve had so far. It really made an impression and raised the bar for the rest of our tour. If you’ve ever driven past and wondered what it’s like inside, take the time to stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible service. Had to ask for menus, ask for table water and ask for soy sauce all on separate occasions (when usually this is provided to you upon arrival). This can be justified if it were busy but there was only three other couples dining at the time. Not only that, but they managed to get an order wrong for each couple there! Everyone got a dish they didn't order and we all had to wait for our replacements! The only positive is that the food is good. However, we will not be coming back as the prices are too high for absolutely horrible service.

I've been going here for a number of years now, and the food is always delicious every single time. I'm vegetarian, and they have a decent range of foods for me to choose from, unlike a lot of other restaurants, and were even happy to make me my own special meal (vegetarian okonomiyaki, even though it's not on the menu). The food is always beautiful and fresh, service is fast.

I have been eating here for years and the food is always excellent. However their prices are now absolutely ridiculous! Lunch for 2 adults and 2 young kids was in excess of $80! We usually pay about $35 for sushi lunch at other establishments. We definitely won’t be eating there again with those prices.

Best sushi in town, at a reasonable price! Staff are friendly, although I find there needs to be a bit more of a variety on seafood as the train is usually just chicken. Other than that it's a nice place to eat!

The food was okay. Not the tastiest Japanese food we've had, but okay. The place really disappointed us with service and ambiance. We arrived when it wasn't at all busy, and were completely ignored. Eventually we saw ourselves to a seat, and then a menu appeared. Had to flag someone down well into eating to ask for water as no drink order had been taken. Variety on the train was disappointing. Bento ($22) came with rice or miso (not both). Vegetable tempura itself was great, but dipping sauce tasteless. Pricey - most items on train over $5. The atmosphere was a bit cold and unwelcoming, really odd for a Japanese restaurant! Overall I wouldn't go back.

The worst sushi train I have experienced. I ordered a miso soup to start and it took 15mins to come and then it was delivered warm, certainly not hot! The sushi is ridiculously overpriced with only ONE option of the lowest priced plate advertised (cucumber roll) for $3. What is the point of even having this priced plate up on the wall? Service was friendly but VERY slow. Really disappointing! Sushi trains are usually my go to, can usually always rely on a good experience, not always excellent, but still good. Not at the Cherry Blossom Tree!

The place needs a decent clean and overall food is below average. There is a large amount of old food still left behind on the conveyor, the plates had stains from previous meals. There is also thick dust on the 'advertising signs/plates' that sit amongst the plates of food. Overall, the food was bland and ingredients didn't look fresh at all. Wouldn't recommend.

I enjoy the burgers 🍔 and chips here, especially when they serve it with cheese dipping sauce which enhances the taste immediately leaving you wanting more. Both beef burgers were well cooked and are decent size and value. One of the better restaurants in Maroochydore that's for sure. Definitely a must visit. Regards @fooderarri

5 stars. The food was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What stood out was when I realised I’d left my phone there after lunch — a full day later. I went back to check; they’d found it and kept it safe. A staff member brought it out, asked me to confirm it was mine by unlocking it, and just like that — Sneaky Bacon saved the day. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back, and I’m bringing the family.

Visiting the Sunshine Coast for the weekend and came here as it was dog friendly. Huge hit with the family. Loved that I could sit outside with my dog. Yummy food and tasty beer at reasonable prices. Will be sure to come again next time we visit.

Very high quality burger house, loved to alternative decor, all amenities looked exceptionally clean, men's rest room was amazing clean and comfortable. Live music on Sunday night was awesome! This gem of a restaurant serves Italian cuisine that's as close to perfection as we've ever tasted - easily among the best meals we've had. We decided on the $75 Shared Banquet - great choice! This was the perfect amount of food. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly and impressively knowledgeable. The family/staff's passion for the food truly elevated the entire experience. Every dish was standout, but the Tasmanian lamb fillet deserves a special mention - cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavour. The Wagyu melted in our mouths and the housemade Sicilian bread was incredible (warm & honestly addictive) and dessert was the perfect sweet finish - simple, elegant and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a go - you won't be disappointed!

We were able to make a last minute booking here for our Anniversary. We did not regret it, the service was excellent, the food was incredible. We started with the homemade Focaccia and it was by far the best bread both I and hubby have eaten. Fresh, light, fluffy, crispy. It was absolute perfection and the cooked garlic with olive oil took it to another level. We also ordered some olives and they were such a wonderful addition. The lamb was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Everything on the plate made sense and each mouthful was a pleasure to eat. The pork was divine and the pickled vegetables were such a compliment to the dish. We can't recommend this place enough. An Anniversary dinner we will remember. Compliments to the staff and chef.

I made a reservation with Sarah Biuso for my partner’s surprise birthday party, and she was very accommodating. She took note of my guest’s allergies, offered a good price for a group of 10, and when only 9 of us arrived, she kindly charged us for 9 instead of 10. That was so thoughtful, especially since the discount was originally for 10 people. Despite the restaurant being busy, the team still managed to assist us the whole time. I also celebrated my own birthday here before, and our favourite is definitely their banquet! Shout out to their barista too, he always makes us laugh with his funny humour. 🤗😂 I highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll always come back here. 💕

I can honestly say this was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Staff were super friendly and attentive, the Food was perfectly cooked and portions were perfect. Atmosphere was comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves without hearing others sitting close by. The Menu was divers with plenty of great options, we will have to return a few times to try everything we wanted to. Pricing was also very reasonable considering both location and quality. I highly recommend this venue.

Have been a few times now and whether it is lunch or dinner I have always left very impressed with the food and service. If you want something a little special that tastes amazing with friendly service then this is the place for you. The atmosphere is fantastic and I look forward to our next visit.

What an incredibly unique experience. From the masterfully crafted delicious dishes using nothing but the very, very best ingredients to the excellent wines paired perfectly with each dish, to the warm welcome and excellent service, this place is hands down a must and a true treasure for Brisbane. Not my local, but definitely a firm favourite. Consistent good quality coffee (great almond milk coffees), great menu and trendy atmosphere. It can get busy during office rush hour but service is super quick and friendly. Juices and meals are also tasty & owner is always innovating either the menu or the decor, which helps keeps it interesting when you visit quite often!

Smaller cafe, seating not as comfortable as many places. The best coffee I have found in either Maroochydore or Mooloolaba. The food we ate in was better than many other cafes around. Seating in the cafe is basic and it was pretty cool sitting there the day we were there. Doesn't have the lovely sea views of many other cafes. These people deliver best quality food and coffee and setting the standard. In a better setting you would have to book to get in.

Stopped here travelling home from Noosa after reading some positive reviews. It's all true! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a delicious coffee each. They've got a variety of the milk lab dairy free options and we shared a vegetarian jaffle minus the feta which they were happy to do for us. Fast, friendly service and all round delicious! Took a photo of the food menu as there is none online.

WOW!! I consider myself a coffee connoisseur and have been to a mosaic of coffee shops on the Sunshine Coast. That in mind, I can comfortably say that Zacchs Espresso is the coffee shop for me. From the stunning staff to the satiating coffee, look no further Sunshine Coast residents because this is a hidden gem that should be on your radar.

I'd love to review it as 5 stars as I used to but, I had such bad experience on a Saturday morning. The barista didn't know lac free milk was and started to be cranky with me my wife. We asked for a banana bread slice and they served it literally "frozen" When we asked them please to warm it up in a toaster they said the kitchen was closed. Like... How come? I don't recommend this place at all especially if you are not from Australia. It is sad indeed but it had to be said. I'm a barista myself and worked in hospitality for years and this isn't the way we treat any guest! I mean, any!!!

We had 2 lunch specials chicken cashews and green curry $16 each. They were absolutely beautiful, cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s not a place to dress up and eat in at night but perfect for a lunch in casual or beach clothes. Don’t let the look of the restaurant put off, it’s worth it.

Discovered this little gem of a place while on our holiday at Alex beach. Good breakfast choices and comes with a small coffee of your choice if you spend $10 or more. Been here 3 times and have had the Monster burger, big breakfast and eggs benedict. The food was good and fresh. The cheerful lady behind the counter greets you with a big smile. Excellent customer service and fantastic value for money. Slightly off the beaten track. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent and it is a casual set up.(relaxing) First time so can't comment on the food options. However I did find it more than reasonably priced. I have marked it as a favourite when next in the area.

The market itself is great, fresh food and friendly stallholders. Unfortunately, the car park is like entering a Hunger Games arena, run by self-appointed traffic wardens in hi-vis. I know they’re volunteers, not paid staff, but wow… one in particular carried on like he’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, if you hate it that much, have a Sunday sleep-in and let the rest of us park without the attitude. Nothing says “community spirit” quite like being barked at before you’ve even made it to the first stall.

Love my Sunday mornings here, covers everything from farmers market to delicious food and coffee to flea style markets, so many stalls with amazing clothes, hats, even plants and crystals. Love the local vibe here 🙌🏼

No complain regarding the markets !!! But, parking is shity and disaster!!! Poorly managed for parking purposes, coin is only the option to enter for parking, wow !!!! Seriously !!! And if you park your car nearby you get fine from Sunshine Coast council !!! They need to improve and work on this ASAP !!! I don’t think I will visit ever again fisher man rd market !!!! I went for lunch and drinks with friends and overall, the experience was positive, with some room for improvement. Food & Service Timing: The food was great - fresh, tasty, and served in good time for most of our group. However, one friend’s steak sandwich arrived around 45 minutes late, which was disappointing and disrupted the flow of the meal. Staff made her carry it out as well when asking. Drinks & Ordering: One drawback was not being able to order drinks directly at the table. This not only made it less convenient but also meant I didn’t order as much as I would have if service had been easier. It’s a missed opportunity for both customer experience and revenue. Atmosphere & Setting: The location is excellent with beautiful views, and staff were attentive when it came to seating - clearly trying to give guests the best possible tables. This effort was appreciated and added to the overall dining atmosphere. Final Thoughts: Overall, the food and setting were great, but the long wait for one meal and lack of table service for drinks held the experience back from being exceptional. With those improvements, this venue could easily deliver a five-star outing.

We didn’t have a booking lunchtime sunday (understandably a busy time) while the menu gives all your usually suspects (steaks, burgers, pizza, snitzchel, parmi, even some great vegan options) at mostly fare prices. what i got was rather disappointing. Tiny Kill Patrick oysters way too salty, I couldn’t eat them all. Fish tacos were very ok what I’d expect for pub meal, but $19 for 2 seemed bit excessive. The lamb and mint sald, was fairly horrible. Had very little flavour, no mint flavour or mint that I could see, no heriloom tomatoes as listed on menu. And the lamb tasted a bit like it was leftovers from yesterdays roasts. While the staff were all trying to be accommodating I felt the lady on till was a little anbrupt, maybe just flustered with the crowds. They were a little overly attentive at times. Clearing glasses every 5 minutes and even taking plates before some of our table had either finished their last bite or were still eating. Somethings must have gone wrong in the kitchen because we did wait 45 mins - 1hour for meals to arrive. I do hope these are just teething problems, as theres so much potential. I wish I could post something positive about this dinner experience but I cant .It started with the drinks order .Handy hint ,bar staff ,dont pour my beer until the cocktails are made .Bring the drinks to the table together .Think about the customers experience .I sat there drinking a beer and my wife waited and waited and waited. Next came the dinner .My meal arrived and my wife waited and waited and waited .15 minutes went by and no meal .We asked about it and a waiter followed it up.Five minutes went by and the meal arrived .The pork belly .Or should I say the five centimetres of pork fat and five millimetres of pork Enough coleslaw on the plate to feed four people.Just slap it on the plate.We took it back . We got offered another meal but by then my poor wife was so angry and miserable and sad we just asked for and got a refund. No one deserves such bad service . It would appear that theres no customer service training ,no connection to hospitality ,just a machine whose objective is to feed as many people as possible with a mad rush that disconnects the customer from the ambience . .My rump steak was delicious .But thats not the point is it .We were supposed to go out to dinner together ,to talk about our day over a drink and a meal . We might just as well have been on a holiday to Fiji but on seperate flights.Not really the point of it all is it . And please ,if we ever do come back dont slide my meal between my wife and I with the hope that it doesnt slide off the table onto the floor . Do better .

Visited Saturday 23/8/25 after the fresh renovation. The establishment definitely has a fantastic vibe. Plenty of seating options, inside and out. Water views on the deck too if you prefer. My meal was excellent. I got a vegan noodle bowl. It was plentiful and fresh. It was brought out in a timely manner too considering the venue was absolutely packed with a line-up out the door waiting for tables. I would have given 5 stars except 2 little teething problems prompted me to drop 1 star. Those being...No water station and no jugs of water allowed. The line ups at the bar to order food and drinks were long in length and time. Therefore it also took forever to get a glass of water. Ultimately I'm sure all of this will be sorted as it's barely been reopened a week. We will definitely be back.

We visited for the first time since the refurbishment on a busy Friday night. We arrived 20 minutes early for our 7:00 pm reservation and as expected, were politely told to grab a drink and wait by the fireplace and when the table was ready, someone would come and notify us. However, when 7:00 pm came, no one had come to seat us, so we had to ask at the counter and was told our table was ready. We placed our order via the me&u app around 7:15 pm, including Oysters Kilpatrick and mains, with the instruction to have the oysters brought out alongside the mains. Given the busy night, we weren’t too surprised that our food hadn’t arrived by 7:45 pm. At 7:50 pm, the oysters arrived, overcooked and dry. For $55 a dozen, I expected far better quality. We assumed the mains would follow soon, as per our instruction. By 8:15 pm, after an hour without food, except the mediocre Oysters, our patience was wearing thin and the sympathy we had for them due to how busy it was, had evaporated. Given the time, the crowd had also diminished by about half, so being run off their feet was no longer an excuse. I politely approached the counter to ask for an update on our order. The staff member said she would check and come to our table with information, and hopefully with our food. Fifteen minutes later, I had to return to the counter myself. The same staff member apologised, explaining they hadn’t even started cooking our mains when I first approached her. I asked why, was it just forgotten about, and she said yes. I expressed that this was completely unacceptable, given we had been waiting for over an hour. To her credit, she offered a full refund and still offered to bring us our meals if we were willing to wait longer. I appreciated the refund, which is why I’m giving this review 3 stars instead of 1. Our meals eventually arrived, along with a further serving of oysters, despite already having received them. The staff insisted we keep the extra oysters, but they were no better than the first batch, still not worth the price. The mains were average, and the oysters were disappointing. It seemed like they had used plain BBQ sauce for the Kilpatrick, with no noticeable Worcestershire sauce. To add to the frustration, table service was nearly nonexistent. We had to stack our glasses at the end of the table, to the point they reflected the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and our empty oyster plate sat untouched for 25 minutes before we had to move it to a vacant table ourselves. Staff passed by multiple times without acknowledging it. I reserve 4 stars for experiences that meet expectations and 5 stars when those expectations are exceeded. While the refund gesture helped, it doesn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I'm doubtful we will return, as our expectations were not met in any meaningful way.

Such a transformation from the old waterfront to what the feel of the place is now. Been a couple of times now and great staff like Hettie on the bar suggesting the best meals and Daniel greeting you and making sure we had what we need once our meal came. We loved the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre playground! It’s the perfect size for our little ones, with a wonderful variety of colours and equipment that keeps them entertained and the shops are nearby. We especially love that it’s made from recycled materials, helping teach our kids the importance of looking after the environment while they play.

The 'new' home maker centre is awesome! Lots of shops and I believe they even have a gym on the top floor. I was looking for a new bed so I went to Domai and was not disappointed! They had a massive range and some of the best mattresses I've ever sat on and at the time of this post, having a 50% sale! Here's one of the awesome couches they had. Awesome for laying down on with those end cushions. All in all, brilliant place 👍

I have no special affinity with Big W products, but I am writing this 5 star review for the super-star store greeter that was working on Friday and Saturday (I will find out his name and edit). I have never felt so welcomed into a store in my life and I'm no spring chicken! And not just me, I saw him greeting everybody, especially the oldies, in a warm manner with a friendly word and a lovely smile, putting a spring in everyone's step as they entered the store. This man should be promoted to CEO he certainly has the right attitude for the industry and the brand. Big W is very lucky to have him!

Worst customer service ever. Bought a chair from them before Christmas. It was faulty and couldn't be assembled. It's still sitting in a box on my floor because they refuse to honor their returns policy. I will never do with them again. Terrible service.

Quite a busy area as about 20 businesses in the zone area eg post office Drummond golf a quite large and very good I G A .B C F optometrist Medical a Thai food shop repco and a few other shops. So pretty much a one stop for most things that you need Parking can be a bit of a problem as it gets busy with lots of patrons.

I always enjoy the remedial massage here. 3 of us walked up for a massage, and they managed to get us in with an hour wait. FANTASTIC. While my daughters both enjoyed their massages and came out very happy and relaxed, I came out sore. Even while jumping and yelping from pain on the table, it didn't stop. 3 hours after the massage i could barely move. Even laying in bed hurts. Next day bruises have started coming to the surface and I feel like I've been beaten with a bat. Can't even get a hug from hubby cause touching my back is agony. I was asked about sore spots at the start and told him my neck, but had minimal massage on it. The most enjoyable part of the massage was when the oil was being rubbed off with the hot cloth. My neck feels worse than before I went in, assuming from not being able to walk normally let alone bend down. But I'm glad my girls loved it. First massage for miss 16, so appreciate that.

Buyer Beware Stay right away from foot Locker i brought a pair of Asics gel quantum 360's and within 3 weeks of light use i had to holes in them and the inner walls of shoes had big holes in them these shoes disintegrated faster than I can type this Review,I live in a Regional qld area my local footlocker is Maroochydore is over 200km away there response was one of our stripes needs to look at your Brand new shoes it would cost me more in petrol and road tolls to do so customer service and management of footlocker is Rude and would not be flexible in dealing with my issue,they should not sell yo regional areas if that's their attitude,will never buy from Foot Locker again nor will I buy an Asics shoe.

Well what an experience at Footlocker Maroochydore we had this morning. 3 staff on at the time we walked in. No acknowledgment whatsoever. One was standing staring out into the plaza chewing gum. One seemed like a trainee however we stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes without acknowledgement. One staff member came over and asked what we wanted and he then went out the back to find it however we waited and waited and waited and by this time there was a line up at the counter and no site of the attendant. A customer told the girl that was helping her to serve some others while she decided and the staff member said no I’m serving you I’m not serving anyone else. A forth staff member came in from what looked like a bank trip and by this time we had had enough and walked out. I’d have to say, this would have been my worst experience in a retail outlet ever. I work in retail and I can honestly say, if my staff were as uninterested as these ones seemed, they would have been replaced very fast.

If it was possible to award a negative star rating I would. The customer service here is absolutely non existent and has been this way every time I have visited the store. Here is my latest experience which will be my last: There were 4 staff members on - all of which where standing behind the counter talking about going to the valley and getting smashed (among other inappropriate topics to discuss around children and customers in general) and behaving very unprofessionally. I watched as the rest of the customers in the store awkwardly stood around waiting for someone to offer assistance or even be acknowledged, but to no avail. We personally waited for 10 minutes without even being greeted - the entire time the staff stayed behind the counter talking obnoxiously loudly amongst themselves as potential customers came in, got sick of being ignored and then left. I personally approached one of the staff and greeted him only for him to completely blank me and walk out the back. I approached another staff member to ask if they had an item in another size and she couldn't not have acted anymore inconvenienced. All she had to do was scan the shoe and say yes or no, but her attitude was as if I ran over her dog and then asked her to donate me a kidney. She rolled her eyes in pure contempt, rudely grunted a "nuh" then spun back around to continue talking about getting smashed. There was at least a dozen potential customers in the store, none of which were greeted, served or acknowledged in anyway shape or form and all of which left without purchasing anything. My wife and I ended up going to the Athletes Foot instead and happily paid $60 more for the same shoes because we received great service from the staff there. The bottom line is: Customers ARE your business. Serving them - even poorly - is the MAIN focus of your job. If you don't like customer service then find another job! I understand that Foot Locker is mainly geared towards a younger crowd and the business is trying to embrace this with "fun work environments and casual vibes" but that is no excuse for the absolutely abysmal attitudes, complete lack of service/manners in general or the ridiculously trashy behaviour shown by the staff here. The blatant disregard and disrespect shown toward the customers in this store is absolutely abhorrent, extremely unprofessional and pathetic. This store is an embarrassment to the Foot Locker brand.

Saturday 13th April 2024 @ 11am Sunshine Plaza. Completely disinterested staff. One female member of staff talking to her sister, one girl at the counter furiously avoiding eye contact and a young man again avoiding eye contact at all costs. Unfortunately it was the only store that had the runners my 10 year old son wanted. In the end after coming in for a third time and taking the shoes I wanted to the counter we were allowed to try them. The young girl then walked off with the box leaving us with a single shoe. They were too interested talking to each other, as I paid, to understand my customer experience. I get that it’s a crappy Saturday job and probably doesn’t pay well but I’m going to avoid at all costs in future. I needed shoes for Monday so it was my own fault. Avoid like the plague unless you are desperate. This place needs a legitimate store manager.

Just had a massage here by a younger man and it was horrific, can’t believe I still paid for it. It was supposed to be a neck, back and shoulder massage but he spent the time violently rubbing my neck, left side shoulder and ass. Barely touched my right side shoulder or mid back at all and spent most of the time poking and scratching me with his finger nails everywhere else. I’m seriously scared that I’m going to wake up with a sore back tomorrow and I’m sure when I get home I’ll be able to see his finger nail scratch marks. He definitely seemed untrained, which is especially bad considering it was a health fund remedial massage. First time I went here (for the same exact massage) and I had a great lady who clearly knew what she was doing.

The fellow who did my massage was almost violent around my neck. He pressed and rubbed into about 6 areas around my back neck hairline area. I later got an MRSA staph infection on those areas. It seemed intentional. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Never again.

I’ve visited several times on the last 5 years and every time is fantastic. Men or women staff are excellent, attentive and hygienic. I won’t go anywhere else at the Plaza. I had a young male today and he was attentive and caring - continually asked about the pressure and found that sweet spot of pressure and relaxation. Despite recent reviews this place is a firm favourite place of mine on the coast

Great place to get a massage. I had got a full body massage it was so good! Staff were very friendly as well. In conclusion, this is the place you wanna go to!

I can't remember if I have done a review already or not, but this place is worth the effort of a second review anyway, they are amazing! Huge praise to the staff for always taking car if me! Especially Emily, she is fantastic. They always considerate, helpful, friendly and take care of you. They listen to what you say, and will always try and assist you and work out any issues you may have. If looking for a good prices, professional massage with friendly staff, don't bother with any of the other useless places in or near the plaza, head for this place! You won't regret 5!

I like going to discounts galore, at big top, there is a lot of things that you can find, good, nice things to, and the prices is not over the top, there is some lovely Xmas things at the moment, all so the staff are very happy and helpful and friendly, the Indian owner is always a very happy person always smiles and says hi to you,, and a very tidy and clean place, can always find what you want if you can't just ask one of the staff and they will help you, I never leave the shop empty handed

Zyped is hands down one of the best spots around! The music is always on point, and their themed nights make every visit unique and exciting. The drinks are delicious, and the bar service is top tier—fast, friendly, and professional. Definitely a go-to place for a great night out!

Zyped has the absolute best vibe! With all the new renovations (and toilets) it has really grown into an amazing place. All of the management, staff and djs are so lovely and really help bring in good vibes. Music is amazing and the VIP booths are what really make it so unique to ocean street. 💕

Zyped is always a vibe and everything is done so well.. like they say it’s the place to be. Nothing is too much for the staff and management they just want to see you have a lit time. Great DJs , Their drinks and cocktails are reasonably priced and delicious. The VIP area has everything you need while still being amongst the action of the club atmosphere. There’s also a cheeky dance pole to which is fun after a few drinks. Big love for the team at zyped.

Just a great walk along the river's edge any time of day. Perfect to wet a line or hire a boat from Swan Boat Hire or a jet ski from Maroochy river jet ski hire. While away the time relaxing and people watching or go for a swim in the clear refreshing water.

Just do it! Walk along the river and enjoy every minute. Birds, fish stingrays crabs . View the fairy tree, it's so awesome. I love the river, chill out for free and enjoy 😉

People enjoy swimming in clean river water. I jogged on a trail along the river. The scenery is good and it is a very peaceful place.

Lovely park by the water. We ate our salad rolls sitting in the car looking out. Nice. The picnic area was busy. If it hadn't been, that would have been our other choice.

Stopped and admired the Maroochy River. Very popular at lunch times. Parking is a little tight. With all the parking nearly occupied by the new high rise buildings, it's not the same as before.

Private area for family/group bbq's. River Side has sand for the kids to play in. Be warned that the lorikeets are noisey once sunset hits otherwise lovely area.

Picnic Point, Maroochydore. A perfect place to see the sun go down. The children love to swim or try their hand at trying to catch a fish through the day.

It is a nice spot to have a picnic and a play on the playground. Also, the skatepark, being pretty small, still gets heaps attention and a lot of people there sometimes. Also, it is useful for rc cars, drone shots or fetch with your dog on that plot of grass.

Not hated it’s just that people praise it and there are NO toilets and on some days people stay for hours. The bushes near the skate park are used as the toilet.

Great area for kids and dogs. No good if lots of rain as backs on to a flood plain...

Was considering purchasing leggings today (even though they are quite expensive) but because of the interaction with the staff, I will never enter one of these stores again. Clothes should be able to sell themselves, having a sales strategy with leading questions that feel like a trap is unnecessary and unpleasant. Ridiculous, weird and pushy, why train staff like this? This is almost the first time I leave a review here. .But today, I had a very unpleasant experience and I am writing this. It's Boxing Day, so I went to the store to buy a product today and tried on a few pieces. Among them, in order to purchase products that are not on sale, I asked a female employee of a mid-length blonde hair in 20s standing in front of the fitting room if I could purchase a new product in the warehouse. However, I was not good at English and couldn't think of the word “warehouse”, so I asked if I could buy the new product from back. She smiled that this was new. I said again that I wanted to buy a new item from the back and she clearly understood what I meant, but repeatedly said that what I brought to the hanger was new. (I didn't ask because I didn't know that. It meant that I wanted to buy it in stock in the warehouse, and she understood, but she didn't even try to comply with my request, saying repeatedly that what was in my hand was new.) In the end, another female employee brought new one from the warehouse right away. But it was really unpleasant and I couldn't erase the feeling that I was ignored by her.

Have been purchasing from lululemon for years online. Always enjoy the excellent return policy. I purchased two expensive tops that arrived and did not fit and went to return them as I have ALWAYS done online. Lulu refused to give me a return OR exchange for the items as they were "marked down". This was not clear in the ordering process and they also sent a return slip with the packaging. I am now out $115 for items I cannot wear. For a company this size, this is incrediblg disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.

I went to Lululemon for the first time ever on Sunday and only have positive things to say. The man I had help me was very friendly and helpful. He made my shopping experience there so easy. The store is also presented very nicely. Will definitely be back

Went in store to buy 2 pairs of yoga pants... didnt have either of the ones in stock that I wanted so they ordered them online and would post to me...2 emails and 2 voice messages and I still dont have my items. First voicemail I got a return call back to say send an email... $278 & 7 weeks later still nothing.... Not impressed at all.

I ordered 20 custom party shirts from island style 2 years ago. I was looking back through the email chain today, to find out what options I selected as I was extremely satisfied with how they turned out last time. When I was looking, I couldn't help but notice how seamless the entire experience was. Brilliant customer service as we worked together to bring this idea I had for a party shirt come to life before my eyes. A few easy back and forth emails was all it took for the design team to absolutely nail it. Could not recommend this company enough. I will never go to another custom party shirt shop again 😎

Disgusting store with clothes and products always lying all over the floor. I visited the dressing rooms on Sunday 1/6/25 to try a top on and photos attached show what I was confronted with ...... 😡

The store itself was fine and I was able to find what I needed, but the customer service was a bit hit or miss. One of the younger staff members seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers and looking at his phone than actually helping customers. When I asked a question, I got a half-hearted response and a bit of attitude. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely left a sour taste. A little more professionalism would go a long way, especially from the newer or younger employees.

I love the 7am opening and 9pm close. Especially with school aged children when they come to you and say they need such and such for school that day! 🥴🙄 This store is on the smaller side for me personally however I rarely have had any issues with staff, have found them to be active, helpful and friendly. I love the Click and collect option of buying online. Navigating their website is a breeze and it's good to check stock at other nearby stores. On this particular visit and I was after double size sheet sets, fitted sheer plowcases combo and quilt covers for my teen and tween boys, 16 and 11 not a lot to choose from in-store so I will try my luck online. Overall, their range, quality and prices are fairly reasonable.

Bought a robotic vacuum here opened it up out of the packaging and it’s been used! Called the store for about 29 minutes after constantly being hung up on (obviously their outdated answering system) and finally got through to a girl who can’t explain how or why this has happened, but assures me I can come back for a replacement (no shit) I’ve already left the store with the product, asked what type of compensation would be offered for the inconvenience and was told they would replace the item? The item I bought and paid for brand new that wasn’t brand new? Asked if I wanted more they could call the store manager who was off (who apparently only works Monday Tuesday) and asked if they could take down my details and get him to ring me when he got in and they said no sorry we can’t do that?? Who is running this place? I’m not taking about a product that I bought and was faulty, this product was returned and put back on the shelf, this is 100% the fault of the store and the best they can do is offer a policy that is upheld for faulty items, horrendous customer service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. I dealt with someone named Tom im pretty sure that was his name gosh I wasnt paying attention enough to his name because of how rude he was. The entire interaction was frustrating from start to finish. He didn’t listen, kept cutting me off, and acted like helping me was a massive inconvenience. At one point, he even rolled his eyes when I asked a follow-up question. There was no effort, no professionalism, and definitely no customer care. It felt like he just wanted to be anywhere else but at work. If this is who’s being trusted to represent the business, that’s a huge red flag. Do better.

We were served by a young man named Henry at Kmart. The store was busy but he had such a positive and fantastic attitude! He was kind and positive and funny! We may have only had a 30 second interaction at the checkout, but it made my wife and my day! The world needs more people like Henry! I hope he sees this post but he may not. If you are Henry’s boss I hope he gets a raise, because he deserves it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I keep trying to ring and i stay on hold for ages. (Which is fine) but then as soon as they put me through to a person they hang up on me!! Without even saying a word. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Target has always been my go to store - today I needed to return an item of clothing BUT I’d lost track of my docket. The young service desk girl (long blond hair) should not be in client service. Disgusting service. Thankfully I asked the door greeter if I could speak to a manager - I think her name is Dominique (from homewares) she was fantastic and helped solve my problem. 10/10 for great service To the girl at the service desk - disgraceful service. You should not be anywhere near customers.

Forgot the receipt for a brand new product that won't suit the house and wanted to exchange it. I live in Gympie which has no Target, and forgot the receipt. They couldn't be bothered to look it up for me, even though it was 1 week ago at that store and I had the exact time. Common empathy and decency is continually lacking in so many facets of the modern world, and you, Target, are another one perpetuating it. You've lost a customer.

The lady in the change room made my 5 year old daughter and I go back into the change room and bring out the clothes we weren’t purchasing to her. It is good etiquette to do this however my daughter started complaint of a sore eye and a as getting upset.

Fantastic customer service from Ruby. I was sent on a mission to purchase a quilted baby’s backpack. (I haven’t done any form of baby shopping for 40 years). After a frustrating 15 minutes trying to find the item I asked Customer Service for assistance. Ruby spent another 10 minutes trawling the store with me before heading off out the back. And….Voila!!! She returned with the prized item. Thanks for making my experience at Target so pleasant.

Target is a shop that I like on occasions, I brought my Dad a few bargains today, a pair of jeans a couple of tops & grabbed some sheets, that's about it.... THEN in the car I jumped & headed for the Garden Shed Main St Palmwoods, veggie seedlings, organic fruit trees and banana trees as well they have organic soil, Dave & his team can advise you on so much more, I just planted my mini blueberry bush, when you pop in tell them Katy sent you Big Smiles oh that's Bentley the Bully trying to sit on the cats bed, he's too funny... 😂

Fantastic Plaza. One of the best. Straddling a waterway, with great views from the eatery section, also all the major retailers. If you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist.

Great swim suits, with selected bra cup sizes. Such good value for $39. Why pay $100 or more when fashioned charges, and my last years swimsuit no longer fits me.

Almost every staff member came across as mean and unfriendly, especially the petite brunette male at the checkout. This staff member was utterly rude, it was unprofessional and a horrible experience. It was our first time at the Maroochydore store and our first impression, it seems like the customer service is really lacking at this store.

Lady dressed in all black pretending to do work at rhe change-rooms all day treated everyone like they were stealing. Talked in a bitchy tone. And Me and my mum were buying a whole shop worth 400$ dollars and my mum realised her bank card fell out. So i asked the change room lady and she started acting like i was trying to find an “imaginary bank card” as if i was stealing. She told me if i can show her the item. And i said “the item thats lost” ive already described it and told her the name and number i. how was i meant to show her an item thats lost. My mum then rang me that she found it so we went and paid 400$ for our haul. The way she spoke was very unprofessional just because we were not looking our best after a long flight. I watched her talk to many other people in the same tone. Making everyone uncomfortable as she makes it out like everyone is stealing.

Disappointing Experience with Manager at Best and Less Maroochydore My recent visit to Best and Less Maroochydore left me thoroughly disappointed. The manager's (Mel) inability to operate the EFTPOS machine was frustrating enough, but what was truly unacceptable was being accused being a thief! The lack of professionalism and customer service skills displayed by the manager was extremely unsettling. It's evident that management needs to prioritise training to ensure a more competent and respectful team. Overall, a regrettable experience that I hope improves for the sake of other customers. Jenna was very helpful.

Best & Less has great clothes for the (ahem) larger woman. I would be completely lost without their collection of leggings and t-shirts. There is loads of variety - sheets, towels, school clothes, footy supporters gear, clothes, underwear, silly little trinkets. Fun.

Maroochydore store. Standing at the service counter waiting my turn to be served, lady in front of me being served, she has a 3 things, they’re having a good chat, that’s fine. Customers enjoy a chat. Another worker comes up to the counter in front of me, I’m right in front of the other unattended register, she looks at me, looks around, just standing there. She moves up to the counter, lifts up her drink bottle which is on the counter, slowly unscrews the top and takes a leisurely long drink. Screws the top back on, glances at me, says something to the other girl serving/chatting with the same customer, looks at me again, turns and walks to pick up a child’s white top on a coat hanger, checks the front out briefly, turns it to look at the back of it then hangs it back up and walks away. Other girl still serving/chatting with the other customer. Checked my watch, 8 minutes. I put the item I wanted to buy up on the counter and walked. Girl serving /chatting didn’t even notice. Not the first time but it is the last.

Best & Less at Sunshine Plaza is a fairly large branch. However they seemed to be short of stock when I recently visited, so I wasn't able to buy what I needed. They did have plenty of bargains on the sale racks & as usual their name speaks for itself.

I was greeted in the store by a friendly staff member. Then was served by a beautiful lady with pink hair I believe her name was destiny. Great experience, great staff.
