I had a 3 egg omelette with cheese, ham, spinach served with chips and salad. What can say, great choice and I can definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

First visit, lovely friendly staff, excellent food, clean toilets. 25 minute wait for food, not a problem, all food cooked fresh. Free parking close by. 10/10 Excellent value for money

First visit, had fried egg on toast. My companion forgot I only eat brown bread but the staff were very happy to sort our mistake. Lovely staff and very friendly atmosphere. Food was prefect, hot and I surprised to get 3 eggs most places only give you one on each slice of toast. Will visit again.

Best breakfast place I’ve ever had! Lovely and polite service at the counter, and a great atmosphere. Big fan of the fried toast! Worth a detour and a Michelin star ⭐️ Greetings from the BERTHAJU Band (on tour in the UK)!

I cannot thank the staff enough for our gluten free breakfast this morning. I have been 3 times and this morning I took my daughter who has multiple allergies. The lady at front of house was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Thank you too all the staff and chef, we will definitely be back. Bhavi

Good food, good coffee, good service, good value. My father-in-law and I like to have breakfast out occasionally. The Four Seasons is up there with the best in terms of quality and better value than most. We will definitely be back.

Wasn't that busy when we turned up..... Yet people who came in after us were served their food before us.... Took ages for our food... 3 brekkies.... Nothing major. Food was very nice tho.

Carvery
Breakfast restaurant
British restaurant
Toby Carvery Old Forge is a classic family-friendly restaurant known for its carvery-style roast meats, kids' menus, and traditional desserts. The venue at Knebworth House, Barns and Park is versatile and suitable for various events such as conferences, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies. The passionate events planning team ensures that every detail meets the specific requirements of the occasion.
Excellent food and spot on service from a very helpful waiter Aaron. Had the beef which was cooked to the perfect melt-in-the mouth tenderness, the monster Yorkshire, beef dripping roast potatoes and the amazing gravy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the vibe relaxed , with the setting sun through the windows. Have an often picky 7 year old who all but cleared his plate. Would recommend 👌

Visited the Toby Carvery yesterday Wednesday 22/10/25 at midday! I was with two friends and we was seen quite quickly at the entrance, our waitress was the lovely Fiona she was very friendly, informative about how the new set up was with the recent refurbishment! Noticed the smell of the new carpet which for me is a nice smell! It all looked fresh, updated & more spacious especially where the step entering the restaurant has been taken away which makes the area more accessible! The food was good, no carrots but Fiona did kindly bring over a bowl of carrots which were a bit hard but still edible! The potatoes were slightly hard? I didn’t raise an issue; I am assuming teething with the demand of lunchtime! Overall the experience was a good one, we felt we were attended when needed, Fiona was polite and a happy demeanour which is always a pleasure to see when visiting any restaurant! The food was good except for the potatoes & lack of carrots (which was resolved by Fiona supplying a bowl of carrots) at the serving bar, gravy was spot on! The restaurant is very local to me, I am hoping to visit next week in the half term with family! Thank you it was a very pleasant visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely food. Definitely hits the spot for a Sunday roast and there was a good variety. Good value for money. Also our server Fiona was so attentive and lovely. When I wasn’t too happy with my Yorkshire she even went and looked for a better one for me. 10/10 experience

Place was packed from 12:00. We arrived 13:30 thinking it would be quieter but it wasn't. Jack or maybe Jake found us a table even though we hadn't booked (2 of us) Stella was our server who emerged immediately and was busy but made sure we had drinks ASAP and checked on us and made us feel welcome regardless of the mayhem of half term kids/families. The food was running low ish due to so many people but Ryan gave us a great portion of food with a smile and explained that the gammon would be out once cooked. I randomly asked for some help from a chef who was topping up the gravy and he was stressed but so kind and helped with a smile. The refurb looks Great!! So well done Wendy and team!! Thank you!!

We popped in for a last minute Wednesday carvery 5.15pm and the restaurant was extremely busy. The restaurant was booked so we were offered a table in the bar area which worked well for us. Despite how busy the restaurant/bar was we were given 5 star service. We ordered at the bar for our food and drinks. This was being managed by Jake and one of his female staff who was going off duty actually stayed on to serve us (sorry didn’t get your name). We had to queue a few minutes for our food but the serving chef was very efficient. All the food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The thing that stood out for us was the great team work amongst the staff. It was all hands to the deck. Well done Stevenage Toby 👏
Pauline F — Google review
I recently visited Toby Carvery shortly after their “makeover,” and overall, the food was great — everything was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d hope for from a carvery. However, the service side really struggled during what was clearly a busy period. The staff were rushed off their feet, and I actually noticed a few people (with reservations) walking out after not being seated at their booked time. This was disappointing to see and could be avoided with better front-of-house organisation (not leaving one person to do all the work on his own) A bit of constructive feedback: Having two people at the front desk and 2–3 people behind the bar during peak times would make a big difference. They’ve scrapped the takeaway box option, which is a real shame. Allowing customers to take home food they’ve already paid for would not only reduce waste but also give more value to diners. There also needs to be more wait staff during busy hours. The one waiter, Mollie, was absolutely brilliant, friendly, efficient, and attentive — but she was left to manage a whole busy area on her own. She was clearly overworked, though still doing her best. The food is still lovely, but a bit more support for the front-of-house team and bringing back practical options like takeaway boxes would really elevate the experience.

Took my nan for a last minute dinner while visiting and the food was gorgeous and the staff were so lovely. Apart from my nan beating me to bill I had a lovely time. Highly recommend the maple syrup sponge as well as wasnt too sickly and was cooked perfect.

Booked a table for 4 today and had a tasty meal. Jody was our waitress and she was lovely and attentive! Even though it was 4pm on a Sunday, and completely rammed, Jody still made us feel very looked after. She didnt make us feel rushed she was clearly working very hard! Give her a raise! You know she deserves it! 💪

Classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its burgers, fries & shakes.
First, BigMac was cold. Inside is dirty as always. The management is poor in this McDonald's because doesn't care about clean atmosphere and customers. Cleaning stuff just standing. I understand when there are many people and busy hours, but in this case no people and dirty. I've been in many McDonald's restaurants and this one definitely the dirtiest one.

Tonight I ordered and received a total mess burger was just a mess stone cold chips stone cold they look like they’ve been sat for hours as per ordered a milkshake received a Coke instead

DO NOT COME HERE!! if you are in a car it's fast as they get you in and out bit if you go in you wait 20 or 30 minutes as the staff ignore you. The machines don't print receipts so you don't see the number you are we was 68 assume it to be 63 as it came up as soon as we ordered. When the staff come to the counter when you repeatedly call them and give you the food and you explain its wrong as the number was wrong not our fault!! And the oder comes cold they get the hump like it is your fault, do come here thisnis the last starw with this branch, as for people who order online its worse you never get the right order things missing and nothing gets done. Just do not come to this branch.

Ordered 1 McFlurry and was number 48 and numbers 60 came Out before us and we waited for 40 mins. Asked for the order 3 times and was ignored. Got no extra food for the wait plus the burger was cold and gave wrong McFlurry
Alfie P — Google review
Initially decided to order in the drive thru but at 5 cars behind the order point and not moving for 20mins since joining the queue I decided to park up and go in and order. I thought it'd be better! Walked in to be met with a group of around 25 people waiting for their order!! and totally packed inside (I never dine-in as its never clean enough) Staff rushed off their feet, around 20 orders being prepped, with a few orders ready shown on the board!! Lots of JustEat/Deliveroo drivers in and out who seem to have priority over a paying customer in the shop!! whilst the continous members of the public wait for their orders. No apologies, no sign to advise on 'expected' waiting times by the door and no control for the amount of people inside. I really felt for the younger members of staff dealing with agitated customers who had been waiting 30mins plus for their order and for some longer length of time, only to check their order with items missing. A lady and her young son must have been waiting close to an hour!! This is no longer a fast food service, it's spiralling out of control with poor customer service and lack of care. The food was OK but rhey really need some control inside. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Jo P — Google review
Delivery came with missing items as well as cold food, tried to call the store but no answer, went to the store to sort out the items (the store had all of 6 people there so no excuse for being busy) and the manager blames it on uber eats and trys to say there's nothing he can do. After confronting him about the cold food and how they leave e.g chips under the heat lamp to get cold he then changes the items. If they offer delivery I don't expect to have to drive to the store because they can't pack bags with the right items or hot ones.
Charlie P — Google review
NOT A 24 HOUR RESTAURANT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO THIS MC'DONALDS. This is the worst Mc's I have ever been to,full of teenagers throwing stuff around, which the staff just leave. The 'Food' ,if you can call it that does not taste like other Mc's for some reason, and everytime I have been here I have had stomach issues the next day. Avoid.

I went to the drive-thru 2 weeks ago and the lid of a drink came off as I was passed it and it spilt in the car. Tonight I ordered 2 lots of chicken nuggets at the drive-thru and they only put one lot in. Absolutely pathetic.

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service chain that specializes in an array of hot beverages, refreshing iced coolers, and a tempting selection of sweet treats and sandwiches. One charming aspect of this coffee haven is its commitment to community engagement; on the last Friday of each month, staff don themed outfits to promote the Costa Foundation, which supports those in need.
Costa in Old Town is the best one in town. Stewart and Zach make best coffee and provide excellent service. They remember orders which adds to the whole experience. It's always a pleasant visit!

After visiting several Costa’s now this store is my favourite by far! Staff are all really lovely, friendly people. Always welcoming and happy. Always make the best drinks and serve with a smile and a chat. Proper friendly inviting place to visit.

Somewhat surprised to see the staff stressed as superheroes, I was delighted to learn that each of the last Fridays of the month, staff are encouraged to dress to a theme. This is too promote the Costa foundation. The staff were happy to tell me a little about the charity and certainly won over my donation. Look into the charity, which is about helping those who need it the most. Also can I request you look into Mary's Meals charity, which possibly augments the work which the Costa foundation builds.

Normally I'm grabbing a coffee to go here but today we sat in for coffee and cake. Table felt a bit sticky and when I picked up the tray I could not believe how dirty the table was! Needs more than a wipe, a sanding clean would probably be more appropriate!
Steve S — Google review
Came in for just a croissant and it tasted awful, chewy & dry. The size seem to have shrunk and the prices increased. I did have to wait to be served as the server was just sitting in staff room as it was quiet. Dont blame a barista needing to sit down but the store had only been open 40 mins. Once he noticed me, he was actually very pleasant. Just would have been 5 star service if he had just acknowledged and apologised for keeping me waiting.
Grace — Google review
Long term frequent customer, BUT now Costa allows DOGS into their cafes. This would be fine, but not where the owners allow the Dogs to put their paws up on chairs and tables, let them sit on the chairs & sofas, often dribbling on the surfaces. Or even worse allow them to walk up and disturb other customers. Plus having dogs barking or constantly whining doesn't make a nice atmosphere. The tables and chairs are not immediately cleaned after dog use either. Update: just saw a dog with owner in queue to till, putting its nose into the cold sandwiches and rolls which are stored in the low cold fridges! Really off putting visiting now. Reduced my score a lot.

Jacket potato with chilli Con Carne topped with cheese and a salad with a can of sugar free Fanta. £7.50. Michelin star food, sumptuous surroundings, stunning views from a restaurant set in a stunning location. You will find none of this at Tesco Cafe at Tesco extra in Stevenage. But hey! what do you expect for £7.50? However, I can say that it makes a decent escape from the hustle and hassle for a cappuccino in the comfortable chairs they have along side one wall. Enjoy.

Disappointing. Poorly cooked. Breakfast. I think the bread was shown the toaster and not actually toasted. Butter like spreading an ice cube on toast. Tea undrinkable. Sauces are all low sugar sauces so like putting tomato flavour water on your food. Vile. Change your chef that can't seem to cook basics. When it was upstairs it was great. Relaxing. Its so depressing in this cafe now

So prefer the old cafe because it felt like a cosy large living room with the sofas and service was great then, could watch people shopping and relax in a lovely atmosphere ,we used to look forward to visiting. Not any more, won’t be returning any time soon, Went to the new cafe today it was very uninviting, seating just basic, food took ages and was cold, staff rushed off their feet. Could tell by the amount of food left on the plates on the tables that it wasn’t very good 😌

Popped in for lunch, it was busy. We had to ask a member of staff to clear a table for us so that we could sit and eat our lunch. My colleague ordered the turkey and stuffing panini..... very disappointing as it wasn’t fresh turkey but the sliced processed meat. The salad wasn’t very fresh lots of brown edges. She ordered a different panini in the end, and wasn’t overwhelmed by that either.

2 big breakfasts ordered, 1 big and 1 normal arrived. Big breakfast returned as sausages warm not hot and cooked bacon cold. Both breakfasts had been served up for a while before staff were available to bring it to our table. I received it back with hot sausages but still with cold bacon. By this time the rest of the breakfast was cool. Only 2 staff, 1 cooking 2nd doing everything else. The area was clean and tidy. 19th June 2025

Very slow service even when it's not busy at all and staff not utilised very well either. Very dismissive of people waiting in the queue for a really long time and several people did leave in the end (don't blame them!). Seems to happen a lot here unfortunately and doesn't matter whether there's a few people or it's packed, which is a shame. No apology for the long wait either. Asda Ware Superstore is a delightful shopping destination that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks in large part to its friendly and helpful checkout and customer service staff. Regular visitors appreciate the store's competitive prices and the added bonus of an on-site coffee shop, perfect for grabbing a cozy soup and roll during the winter months. While some have noted concerns about staff turnover, many shoppers find that the positive attitude of the employees makes navigating through aisles filled with pallets much more enjoyable.
Lovely Store, prices are good, love that they have a coffee shop, looking forward to the soup and roll when it starts up in the winter months. Very helpful staff.

Customer service at ASDA is truly disgraceful. I purchased some Schweppes bitter lemons for a cocktail party, had a very poor taste test traced back to the bitter lemon you see in the photos. Note the different colours! Really acidic and chemical tasting. ASDA Ware told me it wasn’t their responsibility and to contact Schweppes. This is not how UK consumer law works, I told them. Another ‘manager’ intervened and said they can only refund me for the bottles I had left after 30 minutes of being lied to, rather than the ones my wife had tipped away but purchased on the same visit. I will not go back to ASDA at any branch. The lies, the fake managers and ultimately the total lack of ‘Customer service’
John T — Google review
Security man SHOUTED at my 11 year old son for going to use the toilet, saying he should’ve gone at school. We was in there getting snacks and drinks after he had finished. When I asked him about it, he told me exactly the same and adding that the toilet was for customers 🤷🏻‍♂️. Seems you need to be of a certain age to use the toilet in Asda. Completely rude. Big bully in my opinion.
Lee N — Google review
What seems such a shame is that there seems to be very high staff turnover at this store. I’m a regular shopper here. Whilst I acknowledge the issues that other people have mentioned, I feel that the checkout and customer service staff are always outstandingly helpful and friendly. That means a lot to me and I navigate around the pallets with good humour.

I would not evern give it 1 star now after my experience i paid for my shopping when walking out the alarm went off security officer stopped me i had to explain 3 times what til i used felt so anxious cause done nothing wrong i no he was doing his job but should not make someone fill like that and with past experience with asda wont be going back til they sort dome of their staff out and i stll waiting for a mangers apology for leaving me with no food a Christmas

As a trained barrista on ordering a cappuccino this was one of the worse service of coffee making I’ve ever seen the man left the milk to be heated without watching it overheated the milk and proceeded to pour the over heated milk straight into the coffee without rolling or banging the milk jug to release the air pockets leaving me with half a cup of coffee terrible think you need to retrain I’m both coffee making and customer service
Beaulee G — Google review
It’s my local “convenience” store and I visit the store a lot. There are a number of things that bother me surrounding the evening delivery processes. On many occasions there are Ambient pallets approx 3 blocking several bays mainly brioche bread & ambient cakes. Not only does it make it impossible to shop these areas but it’s not safe either? Tonight those said pallets were 3/4 worked making them low and a trip hazard. Also it seems that the standard practice is to stack all the new cases of product in the aisles blocking the bottom 2 shelves making them unshoppable? (Tonight approx 7.55pm). Just seems like very inefficient “non retail” type of practice as nobody was working this stock? Still 2 hours trade left can’t shop comfortably? No fresh milk tonight at all of any type,I understand this could be a supplier issue but no signage? First time I’m leaving a review and can only echo’s others experiences of customer service wait times, often seems like too many idle staff on self checkout when could be re-deployed to other areas? Just my honest perception.

Went in today to do my normal shopping, and had a few parcels to collect. Waited 20mins and the lady came out and said they were having problems finding some of the items. 45mins later they had found all my parcels after a bit of a nightmare. This was made so much better by a lovely lady called Christine who gave a me a little present for being so patient and understanding with her. She was lovely!!

Starbucks, a coffeehouse chain based in Seattle, is renowned for its special blends, light snacks, and availability of WiFi. This convenient café offers a spacious setting with a cozy ambience and an array of options such as freshly brewed hot or iced coffees, trendy cupcakes, delectable cakes, and other items that come with clearly labeled expiration dates and ingredients. The prices are reasonable, the staff is always cheerful and eager to assist customers with decision-making or providing any necessary information.
Absolutely fabulous Starbucks and I've been to a few. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming and the drinks are top notch. You must try the new in store baked pastries they are absolutely fantastic
Dave — Google review
For what I bought, I found it overpriced compared to other coffee shops, especially since it was bland at best. I love the atmosphere and the service was to be expected. But the main issue for me was the bathroom. Mens/Women's was locked, leaving only the disabled as choice. And the disabled toilet was messy, needed more of a clean up. It would be nice to have a hook on the back of the door to hang my bag. And I'm not sure what that black stuff is growing on the toilet paper, but I hope it ain't mold.

I visit here at least once a week and the staff have always been super friendly. I went on a Saturday at about 4pm and it was really busy but the staff were all hands on deck and keeping very calm and composed, not rushing orders just to try and make the list less unlike some places that just slap your drink together with no real care (sometimes that caramel swirl on top of your macchiato foam is what you look forward to and can show how unbothered someone was about making your drink). It’s usually quite quiet here but regardless there’s plenty of tables, there’s bench seating that lines the windows with tables in front (some look out to the fountain in the square) and a small bar type table and chair set up in a corner. There are some charging points dotted about ‘under’ the bench seating (on the front of the wooden base) of both plug and USB option if you only have a wire. There are two unisex toilets available, one of which being wheelchair accessible and contains a baby changing table too.

I used my 500stars for nothing. I asked no ice, no coconut milk. We got standard order. We asked to make it as we asked. We got with double sugar??? Why? When I asked to make it the way I order all turned around and start arguing... never again! So I just bin it!!! I pay for nothing!

That’s very convenient coffee shop, they have a huge space offering a very warm atmosphere with great options as fresh coffees either hot or cold stylish, cupcakes, cakes ... anything that you can easily see the label about expired date also ingredients. Prices are good, the staff very smiling and please to help you to decide or any kind of information that you may have. Efficiency and quick service. Outdoor area is very nice and clean. You can find toilet in very high standards of cleaning. Excellent opportunity to stop ,have a drink, enjoy the atmosphere .

Friendly staff, even to pigeons! She carefully push the pigeon out the shop walking slowly behind it. Seats available outside the shop, excellent for summer sunshine
Jasper Y — Google review
I've visited this shop a number of occasions and the average I had to wait for my order is 20min+. Especially if you are getting a simple drink like Americano, cappuccino, latte etc. I'd suggest trying another coffee shop. They are constantly out of something whether it's ice, cold brew or some syrup. The staff are working hard but it doesn't seem sufficient. Atmosphere is unpleasant possibly because it's Stevenage New town but we can definitely benefit from more frequent cleaning, organised line management and less shouting.

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service coffee chain that caters to all your beverage cravings, whether you're in the mood for a classic latte, an indulgent frappé, or a comforting hot chocolate topped with marshmallows. This cozy spot also tempts you with an array of sweet treats and savory sandwiches. Picture yourself enjoying gooey chocolate brownies, fluffy muffins, or perhaps even a scone while sipping on your favorite drink.
The service was great and the coffee was good, but the queue time was quite long, management could do with adding staff on weekends. Update 2023 - pace has picked up and queues diminish quicker than previously. Coffee was well prepared and presented, though it was fairly busy we were able to find a table and sit. A selection of both m&s food and costa own brand is on offer. We opted for the tried and tested toasties, and a Victoria sponge Muffin!
John M — Google review
Long term frequent customer, BUT now Costa allows DOGS into their cafes. This would be fine, but not where the owners allow the Dogs to put their paws up on chairs and tables, let them sit on the chairs & sofas, often dribbling on the surfaces. Or even worse allow them to walk up and disturb other customers. Plus having dogs barking or constantly whining doesn't make a nice atmosphere. The tables and chairs are not immediately cleaned after dog use either. Really off putting visiting now. Reduced my score a lot now.

Nice coffee. I little dirty but very busy so I think we can let the staff off at this time of year. Coffee was tasty I had an americano and can't complain. Mrs had a latte and seemed very happy. We both had sausage roll which was hot and tasty although we both agreed lacked butter. Feel like I'm being overly negative but we had a nice time was in there close to an hour sipping our drinks and no one bothered us. We will go again!

Lolo Cafe Bistro is a charming bistro cafe located at 116 High Street in Stevenage. Visitors have expressed their delight with the addition of this establishment to the old town area, praising its fresh and flavorful food offerings. The cafe has a strong Turkish influence on its menu, featuring a variety of delectable breakfast and lunch options. While some patrons found the breakfast burrito to be average, they were impressed by the well-marinated chicken salad and the friendly service provided by the staff.
Lolo’s Cafe Bistro - A Local Gem Lolo’s Cafe Bistro is hands down our favorite local spot! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here, and trust me, I’ve had plenty. At one point, I was having more breakfasts here than at home in a week—that’s how much I love their food! My husband swears by their shakshuka, which is always packed with flavor, while I’m completely obsessed with their French toast. Honestly, I’ve never had better French toast anywhere else—it’s just perfect every time! The team at Lolo’s is another reason we keep coming back. They’re always so friendly and warm, making every visit feel like a treat. What truly stands out is the quality of their food—everything is freshly cooked and consistently high-quality. Whether it’s a cozy breakfast or a leisurely brunch, Lolo’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Ella V — Google review
I have visited this place twice and would rate my overall experience 3.5/5. The food is freshly cooked and tastes really nice. The vegetarian breakfast is a good option. However, the food is highly expensive, which makes it more suitable for special occasions rather than regular visits. The atmosphere is pleasant but can get quite noisy, especially on Saturday mornings when it’s very busy. The staff are somewhat supportive, but I couldn’t find any option to pre-book online, which would have been helpful. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a treat, but the high cost and noise level might make it less appealing for casual visits.

We absolutely love this place. Very friendly service and just incredible food. Try to go once a week if time allows. Our children even ask to come here now. The coffee is to die for! Best breakfast in Stevenage 🙏🏻 Went again today 16/3/25 - still as amazing as when it first opened. Superb food and incredible coffee.

Great spot for brunch. It gets busy quickly so would be prepared to wait for a table. Friendly staff too.
Ben J — Google review
Have been here a few times & cannot fault the delicious food, and normally friendly service. It is VERY noisy in this cafe; today a rather sullen looking waitress took our order, I ordered the coffees & heard her say something but because it was so noisy, I asked “sorry, what was that?”, after which she stared at me blankly and rather rudely replied “I said yeah” I carried on with my order politely, after being slightly taken aback by her tone, and have to say that her attitude rather ruined the enjoyment of my breakfast here today. I know exactly what it’s like for anyone with a public facing role, and sympathise with them completely when they come up against rude customers, and we all have bad days, but when you encounter staff that look like they’d rather stick pins in their eyes than be serving and are rude to polite & considerate customers, it’s not a very nice thing to do to someone and does ruin the dining out experience, bearing in mind that this place is not cheap! I love the food here, but that one particular waitress could do with a bit of training in customer service skills for her public facing role.

Daisy's Kitchen is a delightful eatery nestled in the charming village of Radlett, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack in a cozy and inviting setting. The decor exudes warmth and cheerfulness, making it an ideal spot for families and friends alike. With an impressive menu that features hearty English breakfasts alongside lighter fare like toasties and pancakes, there's something for everyone.
First time visiting after seeing the place in town yesterday. This was by far the best breakfast I've had out in a very long time. Everywhere else in rugeley spoons, colliers, towers business park etc all are inferior to here. Fast friendly service, food arrived quickly, generous portions, presentation was on point and food arrived very hot all while being priced reasonably. Will visit again thanks for the great food and service :)

This cafe doesn't seem to know difference between a Latte and a Cappuccino. Whatever you order you get about 50% of cup watery coffee, topped by 40% of cup thick foam. If ordering a Latte you are therefore getting half a cup but paying for a full one!!

This isn't my first visit to this charming little coffee shop in the train station, but this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I'm very disappointed and frustrated that they served the customer behind me while completely ignoring me. The girl on shift didn’t even look at me, despite me telling her that my train had arrived. I just wanted a pastry—how hard could that be? Is it because I’m a woman and Asian? If not, then why did you serve the white man behind me first? This is incredibly humiliating. I can't believe it. I'm very saddened by this experience. P.S. 12:52 Platform 3, the women working on the back wearing red glasses look friendly. I'm referring to the girl working in the front.

Great little shop in the middle of platform 1. I stopped for a frozen white chocolate mocha, and was pleasantly surprised to see there were vegan options, alternative dairy options and juices and smoothies too. Great selection, and the white chocolate mocha is delicious. The sandwiches and pastries also looked good, and there was still quite a good variety of foods considering it was 5pm. Seats inside for about 8 people tops, and cheery decor - apologies I couldn't get a picture of the inside as my train had arrived!

Shame cause I really enjoy getting a coffee from them as they taste nicer than Costa I think, their food options are ok. But I think they are up there with the rude restaurants or Karren dining experience cause they are the rudest people I know. Don't respond throw straws at ya have the face of someone who can't be bothered to be there and are just genuinely rude. At least what it says on their transparent cups is true: "Now even more transparent a fake smile with every purchase." Edit: 1/10/24 seems like the employee has left or I haven't seen them in a while and the new people are much nicer. For a quick dry and coffee or snack while waiting for your delayed or cancelled train it's good.
