The dumpling is really tasty and I definitely recommend to get their kombi-menu. The price is a bit more expensive and you might not feel really full afterward because of the thin dumpling skin (but that's why it's good!) I also got their tangyuan which is really tasty. The restaurant does offer stampcard and also a voucher for dessert (I forgot what deal exactly they offer within the voucher) for over 50€ spending.

Good quality dumplings. Its just right, no complain. I like it, very comfortable food. I recommend the Red Beef dumpling. 🙌🏻 Btw the sesame ball is good. Much better than (onde onde) in my country!

I went there with my mom and step-father. Booking a reservation was really easy. In addition, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and aesthetic, overall. The food is great, specially the vegan gyoza, and comes quite fast. Unfortunately for us, we came as the same time as some loud college students, so it was a bit annoying. The waiter was really handsome and cute. Great place to eat dumplings, we will definitely be back.

Very innovative approach to the flavor of dumplings in a positive way. Usually when Asian foods get “modern” I am always afraid the fusion would take away their originality, but in this case the ingredients and herbs blend used inside the dumplings are very successful, plus their colorful skins make them not only look good but also taste good. I loved the fact that they offered different sauces as well. The service was great, friendly and helpful staff, I really enjoyed dining there.

Tasty dumplings, nice drinks. Highly recommend the bowl with all different dumplings if you cannot choose. I am not a vegetarian but enjoyed a lot the vegetarian options too.

A quality experience... The place looks quite unpretentious from outside but once inside one quickly grasps that this place offers "something extra". Without doubt the finest culinary experience I’ve had in Aachen. I ordered the 'Pikante Ente knusprig gebacken nach Art des Hauses with gebratener Reis'. The duck was perfectly crispy with a sauce that was delicately spicy. It was accompanied by excellently seasoned stir-fried vegetables, and I highly recommend pairing it with a glass of red wine, a perfect match suggested by the staff. Although I was never a fan of Asian cuisine due to my earlier experiences in Thai restaurants, this place completely changed my view. My friend ordered the Scampis vom Wok mit frischem Gemüse & Chili-Kokos, which was very different from anything I had tasted before, absolutely incredible. For dessert, I highly recommend the gebackenes Eis flambiert, a great finale to the meal. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was impressively quick. Highly recommended, perfect for couples, families, or professional dinners!

The food is really really good (as many recommend) for their hand pulled noodle. My gluten free friend even commented that the gluten free version of the noodle didn't even taste gluten free, but just like regular noodle which is amazing. The place is also cozy but the service is a bit slow (maybe because there's only 1 waiter) and the price is also more premium. Around 17-19€ per main dish and 5.8€ for drinks like limo.

Chicken ramen, shrimp dumplings and shrimp shiumay are tasty. I like their chili oil (contains chili, sesame seeds, peanuts and oil. Yummy) Staff is friendly. Vanilla ice cream and pistachios ice cream are delicious, but the crispy wafer is not crispy. They have lactose free and gluten free ice cream.

I have been to Mei Choi twice and the food was unbelievable both times! I recommend the Tonkatsu Ramen every time, it was one of the best (if not the best) ramen I have ever had.

We took low mein and chicken ramen and both tasted exactly the same. The home made ramen noodles itself is good but it does not justify the price of 13-14 euros and so little quantity. The ramen broth is little too salty for me and the egg was over cooked. It is not hard to make a soft boiled egg and they blundered it. In most restaurants, I pack my left over food as the quantity is too much for me but here, I ate the whole thing under 5 minutes and I was still very hungry. The staff behaviour and the ambiance is very good but disappointing food quantity. The drink also seemed over priced to me.

I ordered Guangdong Charsiu Mien and it was delicious. I expected a chewy noodle with thick sauce and was very satisfied. Charsiu can be roasted more but overall was a great dish in a restaurant with a great atmosphere.

Cute place with great food. I was full after I ate my dish, good value for money! I recommend the tonkotsu ramen and the raspberry limo drink.

An amazing selection of great, authentic dishes. Be aware that the portion sizes are rather mighty and every table receives a serving of rice. The food is not cheap, which is reflected in the quality and size of servings. Wonderful food and atmosphere, I would certainly recommend.

Discovered this restaurant by chance, it’s well decorated with taste and good atmosphere, also the staff are very welcoming and professional. As an expert of Chinese food :-p I could tell the food are super delicious! It’s for sure the best Chinese restaurant I’ve tried in Europe! Will definitely recommend to all the friends going there while visiting the chilling city Aachen :-)

Fantastic Chinese food. The prices are cheap (albeit slightly higher than the menus displayed outside the restaurant). Unlimited rice (free). Staff is nice and friendly, though they were pretty busy so we waited a while. Food is one of the best Chinese food I’ve had in Europe. Highly recommended if you are in Aachen.

Very closely located in city center and near to Aachen Bushof and on the street which lead towards Rathaus and Beautiful Marktplatz area. Service is good and fast...Food is really authentic Chinese. Cost wise moderate. Only accept payment by cash so that's to be taken care while you get inside.

We really loved the all-inclusive hotpot experience at City Garden Aachen. The spicy flavor had a perfect amount of spice, and the two other soup flavors were also good. There were lots of ingredients to choose from. I believe we haven't tried them all. There was even a buffet with prepared food already ready to eat as well. All that for a good price, awesome! We will definitely come back here.

Visited this place last year while taking a walk through the streets of Aachen. There are many Asian restaurants in Aachen, most of them serve great food but you don't get the Asian vibe from the place & staff. However, this wasn't the case here - this place is super authentic in its cuisine, staff and ambience. I tried the basic noodles with chicken and it was delicious. The prices are very budget friendly this I would recommend this place for everyone. Great taste at good price.

Proper authentic Chinese food and Hot pot. When you walk in, you immediately get that really good Chinese food smell,literally just like in many good restaurants in China. The staff are very friendly and ask upon seating if you would like the buffet or order from the menu. There are 3 soups to choose from,chicken,tomato and spicy. We got all 3. There is a fair number of things to choose from for the Hotpot, and the waiters will bring you either Lamb or beef slices- which they can top up when you ask. In the cold fridge theres a nice variety of seafood,tofu and also more exotic ingredients like duck blood and beef tripe,all good quality,which I haven't seen in many places. In addition to the hot pot ingredient buffet, there are hot and cold dish stations; all the dishes I tried were good,especially the cold spicy noodles. I also had a look at the actual menu, which was massive and the portions were rather large,so definitely for sharing. Will definitely be coming back!

A happy place in Aachen! The food is incredibly tasty, the service is amazing (they always have a smile on:)), and.. wait for it! The ice cream is out of this world and included is you get hotpot, same for soft drinks. Bonus points they also have several types of exotic fruits and nice interior design, 100/10.

Authentic Chinese cuisine! The ambience of the restaurant was so peaceful and exquisite. There were variety of food items availed, À la carte. The hotpot buffet was delicious and contained numerous stomach pleasing vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes, especially the sea foods was so delightful! The spice levels were moderate. Fu Hao offers an amazing Sino-Mongolian and Pan-Asian buffet with an impressive variety of dishes to choose from. Our favourites were definitely the seafood selection and chicken dishes, flavourful and well-prepared. The dessert spread looked great too, though we were too full to fully enjoy it. I personally loved the chocolate fountain! The staff were friendly and attentive, always smiling and quick to clear tables. The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for a dinner date, family outing, or business gathering.

The food was okay, but it is a little on the expensive side. I personally found dish no T.19 not worth the price as it had more of fried red chillies than the quantity of chicken. For the 2 dishes with paid side dishes (one rice and one noodles) we ended up paying 24 €. For chicken with mixed vegetables the quantity is okay for two people.

Great service, the friendly hostess recommended a dish of spicy beef in a broth of schezuan chillies and it was really good. The portions were huge and we had to get most of it to go. Also ordered crispy duck with fried noodles and it was delicious. Definitely will go back to try more dishes.

Staff is very kind and interesting to chat with. Atmosphere is pretty cozy (probably it is family business or something like this). Dishes are delicious and authentic. BUT my stomach felt bad next day. Meat had a bit suspicious taste. Not blaming anyone and it might be coincidence though or just my reaction to spicy food (which is perfectly spicy - you still can feel taste, but it warms all your internals)

The dishes are very delicious. As a southerner in China，I especially like to eat the dish of yuxiang pork shreds. Their beef is so tender and smooth that it is worth a try. One of my favorite dishes in China is called twice-cooked pork, and the taste is very authentic! If you like spicy food, the spicy chicken, boiled beef and fish with pickled cabbage are sure to be your best choices.

Loved the food there. Extremely well cooked and tasty. Especially loved the fish soup which was very light and the fish almost melts away in the mouth. Had some spicy beef and lamb and both were awesome.

Pretty disappointed by the whole experience. The place is dirty and most of the tables were sticky and still full of dirty dishes. We were there before 7pm and liang pi was already sold out. I made the mistake by ordering rou jia mo (the pork burger), I saw the staff using already made buns which is such a BS. Most of the places would make them on their own, not surprised it tasted so bad that I couldn't even finish it. The noodle was way too salty and not worth the price. Overall I don't recommend the place at all.

So far, we've tried 5 dishes, and my personal favorite is the concubine chicken. They also offer vegetarian dishes which look delicious. Their food is mildly spicy, fresh, and tasty. You can always add chili paste to your liking. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I believe that the Xi'An kitchen is doing a great job, and I wish them the best of luck in the future. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely wonderful, so glad we came by! Delicious food, nice people, and lots of variety, for vegetarians too. The tofu noodles marked with 2 chillies was properly spicy, wantons were really good, and there's also what's most important in any Chinese restaurant: a sauce and condiment collection for you to help yourself to?

the fried tofu was a little bit over-seasoned for me, while the lamb soup was a little bit under-seasoned for my taste. It would have been 5 star if it was right but tbf, nothing in life is perfect. The vegan noodle is really good tho.

Found a treasure when I visited Aachen. You can really taste how the noodles and dim sum was properly hand made. My favorite was the Xiao Long Bao, finally found a good one here in Germany. Right thickness of dough, yummy soup inside. I love the skin of the other dumpling (I forgot the name) am- more like bakpao. We order the sparrmenu - which is quite cheap. 1 bowl of noodle + 1 portion of dumpling less than 15€ - I would say a very good deal! Portion is huge and I was so full for hours. Maybe next time I will try the ala carte menu. I saw the other tables and they look good. Alao saw many Chinese people eating in, so I think thst’s a good sign of the food’s authenticity. The only downside is they don’t have a lot if drink options. And pay with cash, no card.

31.12.21 I ordered one spicy chicken and one pork noodle for lunch time. It was quite a lot of food for 16 eur including 1 Coke zero. I had to do to-go the chicken. The chicken was good and authentic in my opinion, except that it was not as spicy as i expected. My recommendation is to put a bit of the dark vinegar to really get the perfect taste. I did not like the noodle that much since it’s quite plain for me. Overall I did enjoy my lunch and the quick & friendly service here!

The noodles in the beef noodle soup were again tasteless and it didn't come with the egg that was shown on the picture. Edit: I gave it a second try and I was very satisfied, the soup was very yummy and the dumplings too. As usual the staff was very nice. The only side note for me, is that they don't sell beer. Great real Chinese food restaurant. The place looks like a pub but it’s relaxing. We had the eggplant potatoes and pepper dish, and the spicy chicken.
