Hello everyone, once again, it’s a hit or miss at IHOP. This is the first time us eating at this one on Jefferson Avenue. Won’t be going back. They do have great customer service, but I don’t know who’s in the kitchen cooking, but they need to go back to cooking school. Overall, my food was OK but they messed up the Mrs food …. Everybody knows to say happy wife, happy life, so I guess the rest of the day I won’t have a happy life because my wife was not happy with her food they burnt her steak. I don’t know what they did with the pancakes. Her potatoes were cold only thing she liked was the fried hard egg. Again, let me say the waitress was very kind and accommodating. This time is the kitchen but again it’s always a hit and miss. I guess we’ll go back one day all I can suggest if the food don’t look right tell the waitress right away and have her take it back and get you some more. Take care.

It is with a heavy heart that I share this news; OLD FAITHFUL IS DEAD! While on my final visit, so many things went wrong. Let’s start with the service, shall we? Well, it was literally touch and go, mainly go! It was so terrible!!! Our waitress brought our food out in 20-30 min intervals, and one person in our party NEVER GOT HER FOOD! After an hour, we were completely over it. Now, we’ll move on to the food, my level of disgust will prevent my return! Shame on the cook staff. The environment was full of confusion, management must have vacated the premises. No organization, people were standing around with empty tables in front of them. My advice? Skip it…

The quality of the food is okay. It's what you expect from an iHop, so nothing special- but definitely serviceable. It took a very long time to get out, unfortunately. There were 8 other customers here. I'm not sure if there were not a lot of staff, but we waited 45 minutes for our single shared appetizer. The waiter was sweet and we were seated promptly, but the long wait for food was unpleasant. She visited us and said our food was almost ready, and it came out 30 minutes later. It is absolutely not the wait staff's fault about the speed of the food arriving, so she did the best she could. Apparently they had a new cook that was learning, so that must have explained why. In total, we ordered an appetizer sampler, a Colorado omelette with hash browns, a French Toast Breakfast with pancakes, and a Steak Tips Breakfast with pancakes. When the food arrived, we were missing multiple sides. The eggs were cooked very differently than we asked, and our steak was sweet. Our French toast was very good. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, but the waiter made it nicer. I also liked the music they played in the background!

Even though the store was extremely busy, Cassandra did outstanding service. She was kind warm and inviting and kept us up-to-date about the weight and was transparent about everything. This was my first time back at Ihop in a long time because of bad service. Cassandra has definitely made a difference and I would definitely be coming back because of her and Carlos the manger was polite and helpful

Nikki was my waitress and she was delightful. She made sure that I had all that I needed. She was very attentive. She just made me feel valued as a customer which is one of the most important things I look for when I done out. If I don't feel like my presence is acknowledged and appreciated, i WILL NOT GO BACK, BUT, she made me want to come back and HOPEFULLY have her as my waitress. THANK U NIKKI!!

Jennifer was amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was super friendly, kept our drinks filled without us even having to ask, and double-checked our order to make sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Even though the place was pretty busy, she never made us feel rushed just really attentive and kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, which honestly made the whole meal so much better. If you end up here, definitely hope you get Jennifer as your server she’s the best!

I stopped in for breakfast but will return for the phenomenal service. Nikki had extremely personable service and made sure my coffee never made it to empty. She ensured my order was exactly how I asked and everything came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. Will definitely return and request her again.

First time ordering breakfast through DoorDash. I ordered the new croissant breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, and white cheddar), and it was okay. The bacon added flavor to the sandwich. It wasn’t worth the $10 to me. The iced mocha latte was not sweet at all, and I didn’t have the option to add any sweeteners or sugar. Once I added my own sugar, it tasted better. The other sandwich I got for my husband was also burnt. I’m okay with not ordering breakfast from here again.

No table numbers so if you select dine in you still have to get up to get your plate even tho the manager is taking the order and working the register he should walk it over. Thats the reason it asks for a table number so it can be brought to the customer. Also the baguettes are ice cold. There should be a warmer keeping a few toasty for dine in customers as there are always dine in customers. Tables covered in crumbs which again the manager or cashier could do when they have a free minute which they had many. Now idk how much I trust eating off of the plates.

I reviewed the old location before Panera opened a new location in a new building. The old location was plagued with problems with staff not knowing how to prepare food and missing items in orders. So now I have been going to the new location for about a year. It started out good with most of my food and orders prepared correctly and not missing items. Now after they have been opened for over a year, the same old problems are starting. I ordered a full Strawberry Caprese salad, half Italian Market Salad and Mexican Corn chowder. In both the salads, the half and full, the bowls were only half full. The manager was checking and bagging the orders so evidently the manager is shorting people on the quantity of ingredients in order to increase profits and his bonus. My $10 full salad would be considered a small side salad in any other restaurant. Total price for salad, half salad, and cup of soup was $28. Total amount of ingredients Panera used to prepare my meal was around $6. The first 2 pictures was chicken noodle soup in my review 2 years ago at the old location. The next two pictures are the salad I paid over $11 for at the new location.

The prices, out of control. The food, low quality at best. It honestly should be illegal for them to false advertise what the food looks like on their website. This is no fault of the underpaid employees but the company as a whole. Absolutely disgusted, order from a nice sit down restaurant, not this trash.

Panera never disappoints! However, today, it seemed less tasty than in the past. The new Hampton location is much easier to access than the previous space located near Chic fil a. The new location is directly across the street from the previous. It is new and shiny. There's a signature Panera fireplace to try to make it feel cozy. There's plenty of seating for groups and couples or individuals. I do miss the charm the previous location had, but not so much that it changed my opinion of the food. Today, I had creamy tomato soup, which is served with croutons atop and a baguette served on the side. The soup is good, not spectacular or different than any other basic cremy tomato soup. The bowl was about half full. Tbh, it was plenty of soup. The soup was one of my Pick 2 menu items for $6.99. The second was 1/2 of a tune salad sandwich. It was ok but the bread was disappointing. It was flavorless. I was honestly hoping to be wowed by at least one of the bread I had, but today wasn't the day. I left wanting more. The sandwich and fixings were fresh but somehow didn't have a ton of flavor. And the tuna salad wasn't anything special. It wasn't bad. I just won't order it again. The location is easier to access than previously, but in the future, I will probably stick to my personal favorite broccoli and cheese soup.

Placed an order for rapid pick up for 1:20 PM. It's now 1:56 PM (real time) and my order is still not ready.

First time in a Panera Bread in years. Not too disappointed either. Place looked clean for the most part. Friendly staff. I got the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich without the cheese. Thought I would have seen more vegan options but i was still able to find something.

While visiting Newport News, Virginia, I was in the mood for a classic American bistro experience, and after checking a few different sources and reviews, I decided to give this local spot a try — and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere had a welcoming and laid-back charm. The dining area was clean, well-kept, and had a cozy, modern vibe with comfortable tables and chairs that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. I ordered the shrimp jambalaya, and it definitely hit the spot. The portion was generous, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The shrimp were cooked perfectly — tender and flavorful — and the dish had a good level of seasoning, just enough spice to bring out the flavors without overpowering. It had that balance of Southern heartiness with a bistro-style presentation. They also offer a limited but well-curated selection of local draft beers, which was a nice bonus for someone like me who enjoys trying regional brews. Service was another highlight — the staff was attentive, friendly, and everything came out on time without a hitch. Overall, this American Bistro is a solid choice if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food and great service in a casual yet polished setting. I’d definitely come back.

Tonight's dinner was @secondstnn! It was really tasty! Drink: Drunken Pumpkin Bird Dog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey, Chilled Apple Cider, Lemon juice, and Simple syrup I also had a Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager Apps: Duck Rangoons Corn, Duck Bacon, and Cream Cheese Stuffed Wontons with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce Smoked Gouda Grit Cakes Entrée: Grilled Bison Meatloaf Ground Bison, Beef, and Pork Meatloaf, Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Vegetable du Jour (broccoli), and Demi Glace The drink was fall in a glass. It was so comforting and made me super happy. I highly recommend it. The duck rangoons... these we so duckin' good. They were perfect and wouldn't change a thing. The grit cakes were everything I wanted them to be. The meatloaf was so good and had a great crosshatch. Really good flavor, but simple. The demi-glace finished it perfectly. The atmosphere was great and the service was great as well! Our waiter, Allen, gave us great recommendations and provided great service. Other staff also checked in on us. I have no complaints whatsoever.

When I say the food in this place is 'get outta here' GOOD!! You can dress up, you can down. The atmosphere is homey elegant. My WHOLE family enjoyed their food, and that's saying something (lol). Look at our plates! Chefs kiss for real. Whenever we come this way, we'll be back.

Went for my spouses birthday and we were seated right away. Everyone was super friendly and we were checked on every time someone walked by. Very pleasant atmosphere! The food was delicious as well! We will definitely be coming back

They have a separate gluten free menu with options. I had the crab soup and lump crab meat with home made chips. They were all pretty tasty.

Wonderful place, what took me so long to eat here? I chose to eat on the outside patio because it was a beautiful day and it was decorated so nicely I received three menus because there's a special 40th anniversary where they brought back some specials and I asked between a couple dishes and my server Madison Did not scare me wrong by trying the grilled bison meatloaf and I had never had bison before so this was another first. The presentation was amazing and the taste was wonderful. Madison also was so helpful because I realized I had another meeting and I wasn't going to have enough time to fully enjoy everything. So she brought a to-go container and brought my check early so that I wasn't having to wait and I could get out when I needed to Can't wait to go back and bring friends along and try maybe dinner and some of their cocktails as well

It was my first time..the food was great! I would def go again. However, the service was a lil slow due to a large party, so it was understandable. But the atmosphere and food was def worth it. Try it!

Not as good as I remembered (it's been a couple of years since my last visit) but not bad enough that I wouldn't give it another try. We opted for bread for dinner. The sweet tea was good. My scrambled eggs were dry and obviously overcooked. The bacon was chewy. The sausage patty had a weird texture. The ham was good. The baked apples were tasty but I could have done without the bits of peeling on a few of the apples. The French toast was tasty but lacked fluffiness. The server was efficient and not overly friendly, which was good. I enjoyed perusing the general store after the meal, and even played a game of checkers with my son, so that was good.

We happened to pass by this Cracker Barrel and ordered Campfire chicken and shrimp. The chicken was tender and delicious; the shrimp was a little spicy (I don't like spicy food), but it tasted good. Hopefully they can provide campfire shrimp that is not spicy.

We got here and got seated right away at about 6 pm. We ordered but then we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food. The kitchen situation seemed pretty disorganized. There were a lot of people waiting for food and we could hear shouting from the kitchen. While we were still waiting for our food a waitress came up (not our first one) and said that they were out of the food my dad ordered and he needed to order something else instead. Then while we were sitting and waiting, another waitress spilled a bunch of food on the floor with a huge crash. We didn't get hit with splatter but it was a huge mess that had to be cleaned up. Our own waitress was very apologetic, and we felt bad for her. The food when we finally got it was fine. Finally left after eating around 7:45 pm. Just a lot of drama for a Cracker Barrel visit.

I usually love starting my day with a hearty breakfast at Cracker Barrel, but my recent visit to the location on Hornsby Lane in Watertown, NY was disappointing. I ordered my usual eggs and hash brown casserole, and it was subpar. The casserole was sad and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. The onion rings were also not appetizing, with a batter that just didn’t taste right. To top it off, when I mentioned my disappointment to the cashier, she didn’t even offer to make it right or involve the manager. Just a plain acceptance of my comment. It’s a letdown, especially after the recent changes to the logo. I’m truly dissatisfied and won’t be returning.

Great food and always consistent except some of our favorite menu items are gone!! Also there is only 1 large size for juice now. We really enjoyed shopping in the store as well. We were also asked if we were having breakfast or lunch and seated in a specific section that applied.

I have not been into a cracker barrel for probably 20 years, so I am sure a lot has changed but I heard that they had a new menu so I wanted to pop in and check it out. I had wonderful service and asked for some recommendations because it had been so long since I had been in and was recommended to get the hash brown casserole shepherd's pie which was very tasty and had to bring half of it home because there's just such a large portion. No way you can finish it in one sitting but very good I see a lot of reviews talking about the poor service and that was not my experience at all. I'm not sure if it's because I went for a late dinner versus breakfast. Maybe they're much busier in the mornings, but they were very attentive. I didn't have to ask for anything. Came back and kept checking on me. Keep up the good work I still love the cute shopping area with all the retro candies and everything from little kids cowboy boots to Halloween and Christmas decorations. Always fun to walk through

One of the reasons I continue to eat at Cracker Barrel is because of the variety of food and costs. However, what I'm tired of is the luke warm food. The food is never hot and they always scoop a ball of butter on the pancakes, but the butter doesn't melt. It just baffles me that the food is always warm. Both my husband and I had the grandma's sampler that included two eggs, a slice of bacon, ham, and sausage, and one side. We both substituted bacon for the ham. The bacon was undercooked, the eggs with cheese was missing the cheese, and the sausage was well done. Overall, the food was a three. The service was ok. It took the waiter forever to get back to us for everything. I was disappointed and wasted $43 on food that was practically cold. I'm not returning any time soon.

I got the lemon ricotta pancakes + the watermelon wake-up when I went with a party of 5. We waited 25min for ours seats since it was a Friday morning, which wasn’t bad and the servers were very nice and provided fast service. The pancakes had ricotta and lemon mixed into the batter, making it tangy and moist. Fresh cut strawberries and a lemon curd on top paired perfectly with the stack of 2 pancakes and overall, was very delicious. The watermelon wake-up drink tastes very lime and minty, with a refreshing hint of watermelon. The drink flavors balanced well and all came out pretty quickly. I also ordered a blueberry lemon cornbread to-go, but I have yet to taste it! It also comes with the lemon curd and is a seasonal menu item for the summer. You could pay the bill up front or online, which makes it very convenient for any patrons who need to split the bill or want to stay longer without having a server wait on your table! Overall, I’d recommend the pancakes and the drink I ordered, although the drink might be a summer seasonal special.

Food and service was excellent as usual. This is our go-to place for a nice breakfast and brunch. I always get the The Traditional, and my eggs are always made perfectly. The Trifecta is also a good option if you prefer a waffle, pancake, or French toast with your breakfast.

This was a good spot. We came during Father's Day so the wait was understandably long (50 mins) but the food was good. The waffle was the best thing on we ordered for sure. Good brunch spot with a nice flow on how they provide their service, and an overall good atmosphere. Wouldn't mind coming back to any of their locations and give some more of their specials a try. Give it a shot and enjoy!

These days customer service seems to at an all time low so I was so pleased at the staff here. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly host and I was sat at the communal table. The new spring menu was amazing and my server recommended the BEC and it did not disappoint!

I absolutely enjoyed myself! It was my first time and I will be going back! The lemon blueberry cornbread is to die for! And the tres leches French toast was lacking in the tres leches department but good nonetheless. Jaclyn and TeeTee helped me and they did a wonderful job!!! I will be back!

We came here Wednesday for breakfast. It was delish! We will definitely be back again. They had a lot of options, so if you’re overwhelmed by a lot of menu options, be prepared. I only wish that their juices had the option to be made without sugar. I don’t consume sugar (at least not a lot) so I prefer to order without it. I really wanted the Lavender Haze (I might have the name wrong I’m bad with names, it’s on their spring menu) juice, but it has sugar in it and you can’t have it freshly made to have it without. There were also A LOT of potatoes in my breakfast bowl and just a couple pieces of meat. I wish there had been a more even ratio. But overall, it was delicious and I will come back again. My husband ordered French toast and throughly enjoyed it. Our waitress was very kind and on top of everything. Service was quick. I saw some recommend reservations, we didn’t need one but we also went mid morning on a weekday. It was busy but not packed. The atmosphere was energetic, lively and bubbly! Very fun place!

Had the Summer special Burrito. The chorizo and everything was delicious. Burrito was a little lopsided with more egg on one side than the other. But tasty!

Andrea’s is hands-down one of my favorite gems in Newport News. The food is always fresh and satisfying, but let me tell you—that Western omelet is everything! Perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and packed with ham, peppers, onions, and cheese just how I like it. You can tell they don’t cut corners in the kitchen. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the staff always treats you like family. Whether you're a regular or it's your first time, you’ll leave full, happy, and already thinking about your next plate. Don’t sleep on Andrea’s!

This is a classic style diner with southern classics and good coffee. We went for breakfast and loved every tasty bite. The country fried steak was cooked perfectly and had a fried crispy outside and tender meaty inside. The gravy was a nice consistency, not too thick and not too thin. Just a hint of pepper which was exactly how it should have been. The home fried potatoes were fresh off the grill and had mixed in onions. Part crispy and part potato-ey. The tall stack was overflowing the plate with three large and fluffy pancakes which we ordered with strawberry topping and whipped cream. To top it off we had generous refills of coffee to make for a delicious breakfast.

Normally I love Angelo’s. I grew up coming here and the staff are always friendly. However, my mom and I did a to-go order tonight and paid $3.29 for feta to be added to a burger just to get a few crumbs which was very disappointing. I ended up just putting some I had at home on it.

If you're looking for the best burger in town, Angelo's is the spot. This place is a local treasure with food that's not only hot, fresh, and home-cooked, but also well-priced for how much you get-you're definitely not leaving hungry. The burgers are top-tier, but the real show-stealer? The "crack" fries. They're ridiculously good--crispy, seasoned just right, and made fresh only when you arrive for takeout. That attention to detail makes all the difference. Even my grandma swears by Angelo's--she would order their pancakes in bulk, freeze them, and serve them up for our family breakfasts. That's how good this place is. Inside, it's always warm and welcoming. You'll be greeted by multiple staff members, each making sure you've been helped and feel right at home. Friendly service, generous portions, and food made with care--Angelo's really checks all the boxes. This is one of those places that earns your loyalty with every bite.

A person my husband works with mentioned that Angelo's was really good for breakfast. We had tried it one time before a long time ago, and it was give or take. This time around it was very good The hash browns were excellent eggs were good coffee was really good, everything was great! Great service! Hot food, all around very good!

Average diner. Paid $19 for a sub with barely any sauce and wasn’t even toasted on the bottom. And the soup….so bland. Tasted like straight water. Can’t have high expectations for any restaurant in NN though. Disappointing

Food was terrible, and the wait staff were really kind and friendly, but the kitchen staff were rude and passive aggressive. Ordered 4 of the king cut prime ribs, they were all different sizes, three of them were the wrong temperature, and the steaks were so salty that they were almost inedible. One of the members of our party could not eat food that incredibly salty. When the steak was sent back to the kitchen for a piece that was not drowned in au jus. The kitchen staff sent the new cut of steak back out extremely rare and told the wait staff to wait and make sure that we like it because he wasn't making it again... The wait staff felt terrible, and were clearly embarrassed by the owner/cook in the back making them serve terrible food. The kitchen here is all canned food, there is almost nothing fresh on the menu aside from salads and steaks, and they are mediocre at best. 84th birthday party was supposed to be a fun dinner, turned out to be a back and forth of embarrassed wait staff and terrible food. Save your money and go somewhere else, in fact, you could just go buy yourself canned vegetables and frozen meat at the grocery store and save yourself some money because that's exactly what you will be served in this "restaurant"

Went here based on a recommendation. My first experience wasn't the best. My chicken was dry and fries overcooked. The biscuit, burger and waffle were on point. It does get crowded. Its a small popular place.

The restaurant was packed on the day we went. We waited 45 minutes b4 being seated. Let me tell you... it was well worth the wait. I had the best pancakes that I've ever eaten. My wife had a wonderful 3 egg omelet, home fries & a great southern biscuit. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Expect a wait, they don't take reservations. Food and service is phenomenal. Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Had a 30 minute wait, but it was worth it!

Highly impressed by the breakfast here. I had the banana bread French toast and it was amazing. The cappuccino I ordered was perfect as well.

By far the absolute best place to eat in Newport News We just stopped in for breakfast / brunch and I must say in Al of Virgini beach / Hampton roads the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Great French toast , sort of like how they do it upstate thick bread . Amazing flavor. Only thing I would suggest is for the servers to be a little more attentive . Friendly for sure still 5 stars but it wasn’t a terrible wait time to be seated but I was done eating and everything for maybe 10-15 minutes until I could get my check. Again it’s great service but you can definitely turn some tables quicker will help y’all out. Not a huge place so if you are coming here be mindful of that don’t be a Squater. The entire meal was excellent , I would highly recommend

Now we are starting to become regulars. We got in earlier about 8:30 am hardly any wait at all (typically about 45 mins) if later. The service is exceptional and the place feels artsy and home comfy! I love the sense of humor and how everyone helps everyone (genius really) Food is fabulous, a very special place that makes you feel special too.

A surprisingly delightful restaurant tucked in a shopping center near Christopher Newport University. They serve everything from their menu all day and offer a variety of coffee and adult beverages. I had the eggs Benedict, my son had the day's special cookies and cream pancakes, and my husband had the create your own omelet. All were great. My favorite part was my side, white cheddar grits, which were creamy and absolutely perfectly seasoned. I would return for these alone. Their servers were amazing. I think every one of them checked on us at some point in our meal, without us feeling it was too much. My husband’s coffee cup never ran dry.

Last time I was here was 12 years ago. Food was pretty good then. Maybe its what we ordered but the steak sandwich had a-lot of fat and wasn’t much thicker than a slice of bologna. The veal parmesan wasn’t breaded and the spaghetti sauce was bland . 2.95 for a salad bowl that maybe had 6 pieces of lettuce, 2 thin slices of tomatoes and 2 slices of onion is ridiculous. Our waitress was great. I think Charolette ( spelling) was her name.

Unfortunately there aren't many places left like this. You can get a good meal here for the same cost as fast food. Friendly staff and quick service. Breakfast is great as is the pizza.

Vancostas gives me a diner vibe. The restaurant has been around a while so it explains some of the dated decor. The decor had no affect on my food or the service provided to me because both were great! Heather was our waitress and she made sure to make our first experience an awesome one! I ordered the French toast breakfast which came with a side (I got bacon) and 2 eggs (mine were scrambled with cheese). My husband ordered steak & eggs and an extra order of toast. Our total was $40 including tip. You can use card or cash!

It took us forever to go to this place because of what it looks like from the outside. I am hoping someone from management will read this, as my family said they will not be going back because of some of the issues. I absolutely loved the food and service. My DD ordered the country fried steak breakfast and I ordered the ribeye breakfast. Both very well cooked and tasty. The price is outstanding. The waitress an elderly lady was slow but accurate and friendly. Here is our issue you walk on the floor and you literally stick to the 100 year old carpet. It is that dirty and gross. The awning over the cashier is so thick with dust someone wrote on the dust and it was never cleaned. They are in NEED of a Makeover like no ones business. I hope they at least clean the floors and awnings. I don't want to think about what is going on behind the scenes. Give them a try and see for your self.

Glad vancostas was able to reopen even if the menu seemed reduced from their previous offerings. Still great food at very inexpensive pricing. Basic diner food without the hyped up pricing at the new diners.

Nice locally owned restaurant. So glad this restaurant got to reopen after the change in ownership of the property. They have made a lot of improvements to the building. Very friendly staff Quick Service good food at a very affordable price, No Frills just straight to the point. Known for their Pizza and their breakfast but all the food is good where else can you get a gyro and fries for 595.

The food was great!! But the service was even better. Are server was Jodi!! She was absolutely wonderful!! There aren't enough stars to rate her on!! She handled our group like a champ!! We will definitely be back soon!! Thank you, Jodi!!

I wish we read the reviews before going. The service was horrible! Our sever had 4-5 other tables and couldn’t keep up. The manager even came over to make sure we had been helped because it took 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and I was overcharged for chocolate milk. The worst part was I didn’t noticed till we were home. My 9 year old ordered off the kids menu where the milk is supposed to be $1.99 but got charged $3. The T Bone steak looked NASTY!!! Like they microwaved it. I should have taken a picture. The Philly Cheesesteak omelet was pretty good but I don’t ever plan on going back. Not to mention it was hot as hell inside the restaurant. They probably had the heater on 90. I was burning up in there. My husband also ordered another coffee and our server said it was coming up but instead walked to their large party of people to take their order and never brought the coffee. Despite the horrible experience I felt bad our server sucked so bad I left them $10.

Went to Denny's for a late lunch with my brother. The place wasn't crowded, which was nice because it was quiet. We were seated right away, and a server took our drink order within a couple of minutes. We ordered breakfast entrees. After a short wait, our food arrived. Everything was hot, and our order was correct. Each food item was well-prepared and very tasty. The cook did a great job considering the variety of items he was preparing while working alone in the kitchen. Our server had a very pleasant demeanor, and she was attentive throughout our visit. We're looking forward to our next visit to Denny's.

DONT GO HERE Save your money or go to McDonald's atleast we know McDonald's is going to screw up or literally any other place that sells food I will update if necessary but still here is what's up Ordered food for delivery received a sorry excuse for a meal the fries are raw... I say raw because they are not just cold they are not even slightly warm they are cold to the touch and have no color they definitely were not put in the fryer... maybe in the fryer basket then immediately dumped into my box but they look like they never touched oil, you can't say it's because the driver took too long because all the other food was not cold... not as hot as it would be for dine in but not cold I also ordered boneless bbq wings (I DON'T RECOMMEND) that was supposed to come with a dipping sauce I did not receive my dipping sauce that I ordered the wings were very under sauced aswell so almost didn't receive any bbq either practically no sauce like some one with barbecue sauce on their hand threw them into the box it was such a disappointment opening the box and seeing the item they claim is boneless bbq wings. Have to eat it anyways because I'm stuck at work so thanks for nothing NOTE I did get some ketchup I didn't want or ask for

We are breakfast here on Easter morning. When we arrived the hostess told us that they could seat us but that there might be up to a half hour delay in getting our food. Since it was Easter Sunday we figured that would be standard anywhere we went so we told her we would be fine with that. Our server was very prompt in greeting us and getting our drink orders. Our coffee and juice arrived immediately and our food order was taken. Our food arrived within 15 minutes, hot and delicious! Our server was excellent. She remembered every little detail of what we wanted and checked on us periodically; each time with patience and a smile despite the business of the morning. We ate at several different restaurants on this trip and were surprised at the lack of service we received at most. Our experience at this Denny’s was absolutely one of the best service experiences we’ve received anytime, anywhere, including 5 star restaurants. If we are ever in Hampton again we will definitely plan to eat breakfast at Denny’s.

This is always our go to spot. Has been for years. We absolutely love the staff. When I think I have a sure nuff favorite they hire someone else and their personality and customer service vibe is to notch too. So we have several favorites. Even when the take out board is FULL they take care of us. Food is always great but we keep going for their personalities.

Extremely slow service with very few customers. The manager. Kia, was rude and unfriendly. Even drumming her fingers at the register as I reached into my purse for my AARP card and never said thank you or even "You're welcome"when I thanked her for my change. The table was dirty, fried potatoes were over fried, the sprite undrinkable. Not a pleasant dining experience at all 👎!

Horrible experience, ordered online and the system said the food would be ready in 25 mins. I arrived 30 mins later and food still wasn’t done. I’m now still waiting in the resturant now over an hour. There is one person working the whole restaurant and 2 cooks.(the cooks didn’t don’t have gloves or hair nets) Multiple people waiting and they messed up on 3 peoples orders who have complained while I’m waiting. There’s 5 tables full of trash. I would never recommend anyone come eat at this location . If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I’m extremely disappointed they should close this hampton location immediately. I haven’t been to Dennys in years and this has made we never want to try it again. ( I will be reaching out to the Health department on this)

I spent 22 dollars pluss 5 in tips I was not impressed first and last time eating there to me it's not worth the cost egg grits cheese add bacon is not with it definitely a kids meal. That cup of grits look like the size of a double shot

Clean restaurant, old school diner vibe, the staff is friendly and the food comes out fresh and doesn’t take forever. We don’t live in town so I just happened to pick this place based on a Google search. We came two days in a row. We got French toast and a kids meal and sweet tea. Prices are okay. If you usually eat at diners for breakfast you’d really like this place.

It was my mom's birthday and we were looking for a local place to have breakfast. Our server was sweet and attentive. Food came out quick. My mom ordered the biscuits and gravy, my grandson ordered pancakes and I got the french toast. The bacon and eggs was cooked perfectly. Everything was so good! This is my favorite place for breakfast in Newport News! I always get the hot cake special or the French Toast special. The food is delicious, comes out quickly, and the service is fantastic. And the prices are so reasonable! My entire family loves this place.

We love this place!! The homemade chips are phenomenal and the Greek sausage is delicious. We enjoy going each Sunday and talking with Frannie and the gang🥰 the atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly!

Flying under the radar, this place has a great breakfast menu. Many "breakfast" places in Newport News are packed on the weekend. Possibly be ause of the name this place is overlooked, but it is a hidden gem! I wish I had a few photos to share.

Laura was my waitress… only found out at the end when handed my check cause no one has on a name tag. I had steak n eggs. Asked for scrambled and med rare stk. Came out well done… couldnt eat it, tried, it was dry and tough. Waitress came back at the end and asked if I wanted a togo box! I said no, even with 3/4 if steak on my plate she didnt ask why. Never asked how food was or I would of told her. Never have I not left a tip. But this service and food wasnt worth it. When paying my check at the register, the oriental man didnt ask either so I paid my 28.92 dollar check and left. Will never return here, will tell everyone about my experience also.

The food and service was excellent! The prices were excellent. The best bang for your buck here for sure! The only thing that was a negative was the bathroom, no locks on the door and in a poor state, needs updating and cleaning. But as long as you don’t need to use the bathroom, it’s a great place to enjoy breakfast. I did not go for lunch or dinner so I can’t speak on it, but I did see the menu had lunch and dinner. Also this restaurant’s parking lot is always full since it’s so small so keep that in mind. Overall good experience 😊

Waited 2.5 hours with no food, paid for drinks and left. We came in on Labor day around 11:45. The restaurant is seat yourself. We grabbed menus and began to look for tables, plenty were empty but had plates and cups on them. We finally find a table but it already had menus and straws (as if someone was waiting and left), unfortunately we didn’t catch the hint. We sat down at this table and looked around noticing that there were 3 tables that looked as if they had been waiting as well. We patiently waited for our server. After sitting for about 20 minutes she greeted us first. Trying to be polite we informed her that there is 3 tables there that were before us, she replied “not my tables, what can I get yall”. The table next to us overhead and walked out. We ordered and began waiting again and about 15-20 mins later the other two tables continued waiting until a manager came out and asked had our order been taken. We replied yes but the other two tables are waiting, she went over and began assisting them with taking the orders. They ordered and we began getting our drinks. About an hour into our visit another couple sat down with a small baby and are greeted and they ordered as well. Our server comes by and says the kitchen is backed up but our ticket is next. Another 30 mins go by at this point we have been in the building for coming up on 2 hours. Food starts rolling out and to all the tables around us (which we don’t mind because they got here well before us). That is until the couple with the small child gets their meals and we are still waiting… At that point we are tired of waiting and feel forgotten about. We take cash and place it on the table for the server and walk to the front to pay for our coffees. As we are paying the server finally walks out with our plates of food stacked with the food touching the bottom of the next plate. That’s the final final straw, we told her no thank you and that we would like to pay for drinks only.

Nice friendly locally owned restaurant. Very friendly staff very reasonably priced homemade food. You can get breakfast all day long. Clean well up kept restaurant. Family friendly and lots of locals. Not many of these type of restaurants left these days. The Proprietors and owners have done a wonderful job keeping up the looks of the building on the outside as well as on the inside. Home cooked food enjoy. Recent visit waitress made a mistake on the check I noticed it was a little out of whack but didn't say anything, however after paying it and seeing a strange look on the owner's face I tipped and sign the receipt, I was waiting on it to go order after eating but the owner caught the mistake had the server apologize and gave me my money back. The owner is incredibly nice lady.

I visited this place for the first time today and it was great! The atmosphere was inviting and the staff gave me the impression they cared for their customers and knew them ... by name. I ordered an omelette with sausage, onions, and cheese, with home fries, and rye toast. It was very good and I will definitely be returning! The only thing I will do differently next time is to bring my favorite hot sauce with me.

I might have reviewed this restaurant any time these past forty years, I think, as it has been operating at the same location while revolutions in real estate have changed the entire face of the map around it. Originally it was begun by Tommy, who later gained fame by starting “Tommy’s Restaurant” on Mercury Boulevard in Hampton. Location, location, location! But to move, Tommy sold the modestly successful Warwick Restaurant to the present owners, a Korean couple who have nurtured it all these years—and through the raging Covid epidemic, although it had to be closed for a considerable period. I am not recommending the Warwick Restaurant as a place for an intimate evening or haute cuisine. The decor is unremarkable, there are no tablecloths, there are really no pretensions at all. It is spotless, however, and ALL of the waitresses are extremely friendly and attentive. And five days a week, there is Skip in the kitchen! Skip and the waitresses are the more than five stars of the Warwick Restaurant, and the meal you don’t want to miss is breakfast—which is served all day. If you want your breakfast prepared just so, from Country Ham to Belgian Waffles to Hominy Grits, you will find yourself at home. Don’t like margarine? There is a bowl of butter pats just for you! Are you “one of US?” Tabasco Sauce will be brought for your eggs! I don’t know what’s in the coffee, but I confess I have grown addicted to it here—and it never gets cold, and your cup never gets empty! Husbands and wives who have evidently been coming here for years still enjoy their morning here together, and those who now come alone reenter an environment where perhaps many happy memories abide, and many friends remain. I find this the most therapeutic geezer-friendly space in Newport News, and I have not, over many years, found any guest unwanted—or unhappy. A fresh face here is always welcome! UPDATE 12/16/2022: I can no longer recommend the Country Ham, as it is now sliced so thin that it can barely be tasted or seen--curls up into a sort of ball--, and trimming off the fat (if you customarily do) would best be accomplished with a scalpel brought from home. When I return--and I certainly will, as everything else is delicious-- I will probably order the bacon (and save myself money in doing so). UPDATE 01/04/2023: a New Year’s Surprise—probably predictable in the face of the doubling of the wholesale price of eggs—has raised all the prices for 2023, and the waitresses—who were not previously warned of the change—are scrambling to calculate the new checks properly. The breakfast I chose—with bacon instead of my former country ham—was of course still less expensive than it would have been last year, and there has certainly been no injury to the quality of the food or service, although nearly all of the wait staff called in sick this morning—only two waitresses had arrived by the time I finished my breakfast and paid at 09:23:57.

The Nest at the Kiln Creek Hotel and Resort, was amazing experience. The food was simple delicious. I chose the Seasonal stuffed French Toast which had a great balance of sweet and savory flavors. Great portion size and the staff was great and friendly. Special thanks to McLaren and Hailey for the services and information about the Hotel and places in Virginia to check out during our time here. Awesome place, definitely coming back.

For me, the experience at Nest was just ok. The service was extremely slow for there not being many people there. I did really enjoy sliders they had as an appetizer. I ordered the biscuits and gravy … the gravy was cold and lacked flavor for my liking. I did order a side of French toast but it was a little burnt. My partner ordered the steak but I also feel like it lacked flavor. The potatoes that came on the side was probably my favorite. Really was hoping for a better experience based on the reviews we read.

Delicious food…Catfish and Shrimp and burger were excellent! Founder breakfast stout was a winner, and choc cherry old fashioned was wonderful. Service and atmosphere were great, food served quickly…definitely would come back.

This was my very first time dining at NEST Kitchen & Taphouse, and I have to say the customer service from management was outstanding. Haley, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was taken care of and that we left happy. It really says a lot when management takes the time to personally check in and show they care about their customers. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the way the team handled us as first-time guests left a lasting impression. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness we received, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Started with the host asking if I had reservations. Given the atmosphere that was kind of an odd ask at lunch time. After some fumbling between the host and a server we were seated outside. Beautiful weather but the patio has windows so it was kind of stuffy inside. The AC was running as it was obvious the condensate line was clogged causing water to drop near the doorway onto the patio. We were seated and after 15 minutes the bartender eventually came to take our order. I assume we were forgotten, we almost left prior to ordering as we really had a hard time finding anything desirable on the brunch menu but decided to wait it out. Ended up ordering drinks and food together. Food took about 30 minutes and then we never saw our server again. We are and approached the bar to settle out. The place was only about 1/4 full and plenty of staff. I can only hope they were servicing a large party in a different room on the property as it didn't seem like the diners in the restaurant were of any importance. I will say the drinks were good. As I paid my tab at the bar I noticed a large draft beer selection available but I never saw a beer list. Probably a good place to grab a drink after a round of golf but other than that I don't see a return in my future.

This place is really nice. The food is good. I got Friday's special and loved it. The coffee was really nice, much better than what you can find at Dunkin or Waffle house. I can't wait to come back again

I love this place!!! I am so thankful my husband and son happened upon it, and then liked it so much, they brought me a couple of weeks later. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a hot dog, all the way, and was delighted that they use Nathan's hot dogs, like we do at home. The chili was awesome also. The crinkle cut fries were good. The first time my family ate here they got shrimp. The next time that I ate here my husband and I got the daily special, spaghetti and garlic bread. It was good and we got milkshakes for dessert. This place has good home cooking daily specials and very reasonable prices. I am so glad we found it! I highly recommend trying this place, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best community dining around to me. It is so quaint & the servers are always quick efficient & friendly. The milkshakes are to die for here! The menu selection has a wide variety of food & it’s not super expensive, but the quality of food is never a disappointment.

Very charming restaurant with delicious food at great prices. My mom and I decided to have breakfast here today. I had two scrambled eggs, two sausage links, potatoes, and a biscuit. My mom ordered the same, but with eggs cooked medium. Everything was just perfect. The waitresses were very nice. We can't wait to go back. Thank you.

I have been going for years. They ahve great food and staff. The pricing is very nice and that is saying something g since now and days you order a burger and its 12$ or more while here it is around 5 and if you get fries 9 ish. Other food options as well. Breakfast is great and so are their milkshakes.

We were hungry for a good burger and weren't familiar with the area. We found that Monty's was close by so we went there. It has been in business since 1946. There seemed to be customers who were regulars because the staff knew their names. We each ordered a double cheeseburger and a shake. There wasn't anything fancy about the cheeseburgers, but they were really, really good and hit the spot. The shakes come in 16 ounce cups and they are delicious. They were nice and thick and made with quality ice cream. We will definitely be back.

Ordered two Venti hot coffees (Wife wanted a White Chocolate Mocha and I wanted a Cappuccino). The guy at the window was very nice but when i got home I opened up the lid, there’s barely any coffee in there!

Placed a mobile order for two Spinach and Feta wraps. We got there in 5 minutes and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the wraps and 2 coffees. As we’re pulling out, we noticed both the wraps were literally ice cold. We go back to replace them, and now they came out fried to a crisp. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. The only shoutout we could give is the barista was very cheerful and kind.

I asked for cold foam on a drink that I picked up immediately in store and was condescended to by two employees who exchanged glances and eye rolls explaining that cold foam melts on hot drinks. I have ordered this up and down the east coast. Nobody deserves to be made to feel like this when asking for something they ordered to come out correctly. Do better.

The Best Starbucks Experience Ever! This Starbucks location was hands down the best I’ve ever visited—like ever! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and we were served promptly without any delay. What made it even more special was that they greeted us by name when we left. That small touch made such a big impact. It felt personal, thoughtful, and just above and beyond what you usually expect. My daughter and I both enjoyed it so much—we’re already looking forward to going back! Friendly staff, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. This Starbucks is officially my favorite of all time!

On our travels, we stopped here to get some coffee. They were wonderful here. They messed up on one of our coffees, but fixed it right away. The Barista was very kind and all smiles! That is Amazing! Thank You! Need more of Smiles in the World!

Standing here for 20 minutes at the pickup counter. Didn't acknowledge me and they messed up my order. And they are still pretending that I'm not standing here. I finally spoke up to get staff's attention and met with excuses after they completed everyone else's orders after mine. After my order was corrected, I was left with a passive aggressive "I hope your day gets better."

The workers are amazing. I needed a little bit of directions to see where it’s located and it’s actually located right over by the JCPenney’s. The staff are great with communication. I We’re in there only for about 3 minutes. I’m not being dramatic. Everyone is positive everyone’s having a great day today I tipped a worker in my bowl was amazing !!

There's nothing here The business the establishment all of its fake. The website shows a picture of a freestanding store. The tropical smoothie does not exist at this location in any shape or form. Nor has it ever existed in the last 2 years. Where the reviews are coming from I am not sure maybe they're shared amongst all tropical smoothies but this business is a closed down skating rink has been closed for almost 4 years.

This was my first time coming to tropical smoothie on Coliseum drive, and I sat there for almost 15 minutes until my friend. Let me know. That was probably my drink sitting on other side of the cash rest. And they were just sitting there talking these young African American Girls looking at me knowing my tricks right there. So I would've missed work and been late for work because I didn't know that was my dream and they didn't even call my name but they asked you, dude, what kind of what name do you wanna leave? You know for your own order? And they just sat there and watched me sit there and stay in there and not else Madrid. So no I give you one review and I don't require or refer tropical smoothie or toddler. The same drive to Nobody Cause They'Re Sorry. I took 3 steps in and was instantly smiling from how energetic and just overall interactive staff. I ordered a whey protein with mango magic and it tasted like a magical marshmallow just like all the staff Jorden, Maya , Khya, Ayianna, Dean. My Chicken Pesto came out wonderfully and this was definitely the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I’ve been too. Found a new home store.

Beware of their high rated comments, prolly spams. While I enjoy Tropical Smoothies in general, my experience at this branch was disappointing. The smoothies were diluted and didn't meet the usual standards. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired, with sticky tables and floors. Given the price and effort required to visit, I would suggest exploring other options.

Terrible Service, Terrible quality smoothies and food. To top it off, it’s dirty! I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap, which contains wonton crunch strips. For whatever reason, they put Cesar flavored crisps in it instead! My smoothie obviously had the wrong ingredients. The Peanut Paradise is usually tan with peanut butter. The one given to me was nothing close to what I ordered. I asked an employee a question, he just looked at me and walked away. This restaurant should be investigated and inspected by Food Safety ASAP! Why is this location even open? It’s Sucks every time, no fail. I won’t be back here again.

Just seems to take forever for your smoothie...even when there going fast. I dare not order food too!

I got to Dunkin donuts at approximately 5:15am. I went through the drive thru and ordered a boo bucket. It cost me almost $19.00 with tax. They had been opened for 15 minutes, the first thing that bothered me when I got home, all the munchkins were in this bucket and there was nothing in them to protect the food..I have no idea what kinds of germs, dust, or anything else harmful was in that bucket before they put the munchkins in it. The second thing that bothered me they've been open 15 minutes, and I got zero Halloween ones, I got pumpkin, chocolate, cinnamon, and powdered, no Halloween ones with the sprinkles. I felt like I paid all that money buying a boo bucket. You would think I'd get a few Halloween ones.

There’s never usually a long line. They move pretty fast. The staff is polite. But, when I came around 2pm, the munchkins were stale. So, the donuts aren’t always fresh. But, it’s the closest Dunkin to me. What can I do? Hit or miss.

I went to get some donuts for my twins birthday breakfast on 6/13/25 at 6:30 am. When I came in there was one customer at the register paying for food and that's it. Pretty empty. So I thought I could get in and out pretty quickly. However I stood there for like 10 minutes. No one greeted me or asked if I was being helped and there was literally like 4 staff behind the front counter. They all clearly saw me standing there. They all gave the vibe like they didn't want to be bothered with a customer. They all looked like they had attitudes on their faces, and didn't want to be the one to take my order. Like how hard is it to put a few donuts in a box and ring up a customer. They gave very lazy, standoffish, I don't want to be here, don't want to have customer service vibes. All that staff and not one of them had customer service etiquette. I'm not going back. They all need a retrain on the job.

I love Tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich but this is not it ! It was cold hard Ramiro chunks were humongous . I had to pull it out of sandwich . This sandwich was not made with love !! I tried my best to eat because I was hungry … but no it was a hot mess !! Someone in there does not know how to make the sandwich a couple days ago it was great . I had a issue with my card the young man was accommodating patient and remade my coffee so I said ahhhh lemme go back today for that comforting satisfying warm sandwich and coffee.!! What a disappointment ! Please do better … teal all employees to make food with the same consistency !!

I did a mobile order of a iced mocha cappuccino, butter croissant, and hash browns. My iced mocha cappuccino was frozen, watery, not a hint of coffee. If I wanted frozen chocolate water I could have done that myself.

Poor management in this store . She acted like she was angry she had to be there. She took our order and screwed it up . We had to ask twice to get it right . The store had plenty of employees but Noone seems to have any specific job .so orders were messed up .the line to fix orders was longer than the order line. Please rethink this stores management

They were obviously short staffed. The dining room was untidy. The sweet tea was good. I liked the fries too. They were fresh, hot and lightly salted. The double cheeseburger was no good. The burger patties were dry and tasteless and the bun was chewy. The chicken wrap was okay for the first bite but by the time I was ready to take a second bite, it had become tough. Two of the four items I ordered were fairly good. The other two were practically inedible. Would not recommend and will not return.

This is obviously a very old Hardee's. It is ready for an update. The service was extremely slow. I should have known that the food was no good here as it was lunch time and there was one vehicle here. Order the $5 bag. I'm not sure how long that hot dog sat in water but it was disgusting and the burrito wrap wasn't much better. I don't think I'll ever go here again. Don't bother, don't waste your money.

I used to go here on a regular. The breakfast is a No No. The biscuit and gravy combo is a joke! They say it’s sausage in the gravy, but I can’t tell. This was my last visit with this restaurant. The receipt shows the outrageous prices with the small amount that you receive. Since new management, this place is the worse. From the watered down tea, to the cold coffee. Service here is the worse. The people that work at Hardee’s are NOT very appreciative of our business. So I stop utilizing this restaurant. Not worth the money.

I went through the drive through. The customer service was very good, but the food wasn't. My burger looked thrown together, my fries were cold, but the drink was good. Whoever was making the food should take more pride in their work.

Normally we get very good food from Hardee's but this time not so much. My burger was made incorrectly which they did fix and we were given old cold fries which they did make us a fresh order of some customer service was good but quality of food was not. The burger patties on my Frisco BLT you can tell we're very old and not pressure juicy. I think this is definitely unacceptable for a $9 Burger

The breakfast is delicious, and I would give 10 stars if I could for customer service. Mary is so kind, and attentive. I usually do not leave leave reviews but felt compelled to solely off her service.

First off, I saw your sign yesterday driving past the Hardee’s that you had new grilled cheese burger. So later that night I decided to try it and order online with among a few other items. I went through drive thru and went home which is about 10 minutes each way. Got home and sorted through my items. (I normally peak through my bag at drive thru make sure no items were missing but don’t unwrap everything cause that takes too long if there’s People behind me.) so anyway at my house everything looked correct except for 1 item. Which was the big item. The only one I wanted. The grilled cheese burger. Was no where to be found and by far the most expensive item May I add. What I got instead was the double cheese burger. (The smaller patty) huge price difference. I tried not to be too angry thinking it was a teenager that made it and just missed the (Grilled cheese” part on screen and just saw double) so I went all the way back to the store and went inside with what they gave me. And explained I ordered the new promo item grilled cheese double bacon. The cashier looked confused so I pointed at the board behind her if the new advertisement. The cook was not a teenager but a manager. The cashier told the manager 3 times the grilled cheese burger double. Manager kind of complained and said she already made it for me and I’ll have to wait for new burgers to cook. So waited and got it. I went in the corner to check it. And it was wrong a 2nd time! Instead of the little double burger it was the big version of it with the quarter pound beef. So went back to counter and showed them they were wrong but again. Cashier looked disgusted and looked at me like I was in wrong for bothering them. So again explained to manager what I ordered. Also, manager asked the cashier to hand back the burger they gave me. Keep in mind I took it in the corner and walked away with it. She said she was gonna reuse the patties! Anyway waited several minutes and got the order a 3rd time. I told cashier don’t go anywhere I’m gonna open this up in front of you make sure this is right. I told her I’m not trying to be difficult, all I want is what I ordered. So, finally it was right! Got no apology from the manager in the kitchen. No compensation or offer to discount my future meal. The cashier at least apologized for my inconvenience, but since they tried to fix my order and messed up a 2nd time I would think leadership would step up and at least talk to me. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect better service!

I ordered two Large Caramel Iced Coffees with extra caramel drizzle. When I received them, they were extremely light in color and completely missing the drizzle. After I politely mentioned this, the staff did not remake the drinks. Instead, they poured caramel into the bottom of the cups, leaving the drinks looking watered down, with all the caramel pooled at the base. This is not what I ordered, and the drinks tasted terrible. As a pregnant customer, this was very frustrating — I paid extra for a product that was not delivered and was handled poorly when I raised the concern. Mistakes happen, but they should be corrected by remaking the order properly.

This McDonald’s made me smile! As soon as I walked in a lovely lady named Chavron (not sure if I spelled it correctly) greeted me with a bright and positive attitude!! We were there on 9/27/2025 about 8am. We had been up since 4am trying to fix our friends vehicle in the rain we stopped at a different McDonald’s up the road where the service was terrible and had to get a refund on our food because they didn’t have anything we wanted… we were starving! we drove to this one and Ms Chavron and the whole team was incredible! They were incredibly fast and so helpful with drinks , another lady in the dining room said good morning with a wonderful attitude and smile! They definitely made the rest of my morning much better! I’m a travel nurse and my boyfriend is a travel welder so we have been to a lot of McDonald’s around the country but this one I’d say has been by far the best, from the positive attitudes, quick service and they didn’t miss anything in our order, we were impressed! This isn’t just a McDonald’s this was a 5 star restaurant:)

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever gone to in my life. It took 40 mins for a mcchicken and snack wrap. Didn’t even get my cup of ice correct, they handed me water in a cup and was confused when I asked for my ice. What a joke. Ford the whole staff and clean up the weed smell. Might have a better location if you did that

Purchased a mobile order late, an hour before close. Says they close at 4. Go to the window, no response for 5 minutes, until finally a voice rudely says “we’re closed”, then leaves. I know fast food restaurants can turn off their mobile orders, but clearly that’s too difficult for them to handle. Change your hours or at least shut off mobile orders through the app. Get it together.

Normally I would give this location a 5 star rating. Always pleased with the service everytime I'm visiting my grandkids, but this is the first time I ordered on a weekday. I ordered the 5 big breakfast, ice coffee no sugar. My one grandson and I arrive and enter the dining area to pick up our order. Upon arrival all we could smell was 💩 poop. There was a homeless gentleman in dining room and clearly messed his pants. Of course not the fault of the restaurant. We waited for our order outside. Order finally ready, I take a sip of ice coffee and there was sweetener in it. I tell the woman at the counter and her reply was there is no sweetener in it, I reply yes there is. I get the stink eye, she grabs the coffee and throws it in the trash, grabs a cup and makes a new coffee and returns with the new coffee and I take a sip, I said thank you, and again I get the stink eye. I leave with grandson, get home and discover there was one big breakfast missing and zero hash browns. I go back to restaurant and lucky me, same counter person, same attitude. Part of of me came close to saying, if you hate your job so much, time for a career change. My daughter explained that the only time you can expect great service is on the weekends. That is usually when I visit.

I waited in line for 25 mins at the freakin SPEAKER!!!!!! With nobody coming to the second speaker to take an order. 4 cars in the first line went an ordered ahead of me. I pulled up to the window and the Manager told me there’s nothing she could do and wouldn’t service me. This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. DO NOT COME HERE

You guys can do better. You forgot to bag part of my order, I had to come back. I ordered the pimento cheese sandwich and this is what I got. Very disheartened. I guess I wont know how its supposed to taste. There's almost no cheese.

The food is generally great, but I’ve noticed that the waffle fries seem to taste a bit different lately. It feels like they’ve changed the recipe, and honestly, I’m not a fan of the new flavor, so I’ve stopped ordering them. Additionally, they often under-portion the fries and don’t fill the fry box to the top, which is disappointing—especially when you’re not getting what you paid for. My usual order is the Grilled Southwest Salad with avocado ranch, mac and cheese, a brownie, and the grilled chicken sandwich meal with lemonade. It’s always satisfying, and I appreciate that the drive-thru moves quickly, even when there’s a long line. The locations near me are conveniently situated with plenty of parking, making it easy to pop in or grab something on the go. Overall, it’s good food, good service, and convenient locations, though I do miss the old waffle fries!

As with most of the Chick-fil-A's I've visited recently you really don't know what you're going to get. I used to love a Chick-fil-A sandwich. But now more times than not you get a very small pail poor excuse for chicken breast. I understand the restaurant doesn't pick the chickens but they shouldn't be serving them. This isn't the worst one I've seen but it's not good. It's sad when other fast food places are now making better chicken sandwiches then the original. I wont go here again

Great food and generally excellent staff. Shout out to Melissa, Ken, and Ms. April who make this Chick-Fil-A what it is. They are some of the kindest and most welcoming people in town. But be warned. Other employees will look for any opportunity to short you on sauces and sneak in addt’l charges for said sauces that are not consistent with corporate policy. The management team, represented in my encounter by Sheynne, are not half as good as the people they employ.

This has been by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I have been visiting this location for 3 years regularly and it is never quick! I have currently this morning been sitting in this drive thru for 10 mins and I haven't made it around the building to speak with anyone. The parking lot is the worst and one drive thru lane is closed cars are back up in the main street and it is literally always like this. I think a better system for the mobile orders would be a great change because I have now ordered 15 mins ago and it is not convenient or safe to go inside due to the parking lot set up. You have to go around the drive thru to get inside, and it is blocked. I am pregnant and walking from the next parking lot to get inside is a hassle right now and hurts to walk, hence the reasoning behind using their drive thru.

Finally tried the creamy salsa and it was sooo good. I bought it separately to put on my sandwich and honestly I can tell it's more of a salad dressing but you can put it on a flip flop and it'd still be good.

The food was good, but beyond that I’ve never had a Chick-fil-a experience like this one. We walked in to order and most of the unoccupied tables were dirty. There was a young man sweeping the floors, but no one touched the tables the entire time (40 min) we were there. When we got to the counter no one was at the counter and no one acknowledged us. I had to catch an employee’s eye to get someone to come take our order. Again, the food was fine, the service time was good, they seemed to have plenty of staff, but I can’t really say much else was good. When we left, the garbage can was overflowing, another sight I’ve never seen at a CFA. I will add that this weekend is an event weekend at the coliseum, so maybe the employees there were wiped out/this is out of the ordinary, however the inside wasn’t packed by any means, which is why I had higher expectations.

Momo's at Quark Cafe is the operation of a satellite location of the local Momo's Newport News restaurant chain at Jefferson Lab. The food is adequate, but there are also many options within an easy walking distance

This place used to be full of life, with good food, nice portions/prices, weekly specials, and great staff. Now it is pretty empty, food is ok, portions are kinda small in my opinion. The staff is still super nice. Google maps says it's open from morning to late afternoon, not true. It opens for a bit in the morning, then closes until 11:30 am, then closes after lunch.

Texas Bacon Petty melt with a side of scrambled eggs is Literally the only thing I order from Waffle House. The service was pleasant and obviously the food is cooked to order. No complaints over here and definitely recommended💕

Edit: Forgot to mention, the Waffle House sign here is quite short, so if you are accustomed to the tall signs you can see from far away, keep your eyes open so you don't miss this gem. This is Waffle House #2370 and wow, it was so superb. When we got there, it looked like our server was the only one working besides the cook. But wow, they did such a great job, even though it was obvious they were both stressed out. Now let me tell you about how great it was... At Waffle House #2370, there were about 5 tables of customers and only the two people working while others were on break. Yet the cook (Alicia?) just kept cracking eggs and getting orders taken care of. After we waited for a while (understandable), our orders were taken by the sweetest server. Not only did she get our complicated order in, she also helped us save some money by making it a combo. When the hashbrown bowl, hashbrowns, and waffles came out, they were so delicious! The hashbrowns and bacon & cheese hashbrown were cooked to perfection. Maybe we were very hungry, but those potatoes and cheese and everything else just created such a perfect breakfast melody at 2 in the afternoon that they were gone in about a minute. Now the waffles. The waffles at Waffle House #2370 were amazing. I don't know if they have superior waffle batter to other Waffle Houses or what. Maybe it is because of the cook's experience, but wow. Those waffles at Waffle House #2370 were so delicious! They captured the whipped buttery spread perfectly and held it with the syrup. They were perfectly crispy and fluffy at the same time. What a great place to eat waffles! I'm proud to say that the most southern Waffle House on the Virginia Peninsula, Waffle House #2370, is a great Waffle House and worthy of such distinction. Highly recommend!

I've eaten at Waffle house literally hundreds of times. I'm not leaving them a 5 star review because it's a five-star establishment, I'm leaving it because it was a 5 star Waffle House. The chef could not have hit my crispy hash browns any more perfectly and the vibe was chill.

I love going to Waffle Houses when I'm down south. I always get the All-Star breakfast, which is a waffle, eggs, meat, toast, Hash Browns, or Grits. I love how the wait time is never long. If there is a wait, someone takes your order almost upon being seated. The only thing to be aware of if you are ordering take out. They charge an extra 20% of your bill for service charge for the convince of getting it to go, and I believe the waitress gets 10% of that. Don't quote me on that, though. I didn't get takeout. I just noticed the sign at the register that stated that. I had no complaints and will continue patronizing Waffle House this trip. we actually ate at 3 different ones in the area in 3 days.

Fantastic visit! This location is within 5 minutes of where we're staying and great! We went here to get a late night meal and Waffle House was up for the challenge! They were crowded but we located a booth for 4 and were greeted immediately by Carl. Despite how busy they were, it was clean and comfy in there. We ordered within 3 minutes of sitting and were eating our food less than 10 minutes later. Everything came out perfect, hot and tasty! We ordered the waffles (of course), bacon, eggs, grits and grilled chicken sandwich. 100% yumminess!! I will definitely visit this Waffle House each and every time visiting Hampton, VA and/ or surrounding areas !!

They replied "whatever you want it on" so I ordered a #7 The Combo - (Pastrami, corned beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato & deli mustard) this place is on the map. I'm telling you check them out.

I tried S & A Deli and ordered a Philly cheesesteak that came with onions, peppers, and mozzarella cheese and added lettuce, tomatoes, black pepper, and oil & vinegar. The green peppers were very overpowering, which made it hard to taste much else. The meat looked and tasted more like ground beef with American cheese, even though it was supposed to come with mozzarella. The added toppings were minimal, almost unnoticeable. That being said, the flavor was different but still decent tasting, it reminds me more of a chopped cheese sandwich, which is also offered rather than a philly cheesesteak I’d give them another try to see how their other menu items compare.

First time here, I ordered the lamb over rice, the hawk, smoothie and roast beef sandwich on a roll for pick up. Everything tasted great. I like with the lamb over rice dish, they put the white sauce and hot sauce on the side. The sandwich you can get hot or cold and the roast beef was great quality. The hulk smoothie tasted great. I will definitely come back again to try their other dishes.

I originally came for a hair appointment (Candy is amazing!), but quickly fell in love with the chicken salad and Jan’s Pick Me-Up. Words can’t express how good they are. With its convenient location, I genuinely look forward to the mood lift every time I walk through the door. Even when I’m not there for one of their fantastic services—hair, nails, massage—I still find myself ordering takeout just to enjoy the comfort and flavor. This place is a gem, and I’ll absolutely keep giving them my business.

Five stars in every category! My husband and I came here today for brunch. I ordered avocado toast with a scrambled egg. Flavorful and hearty. He ordered a quesadilla with chicken and colby jack cheese which was yummy and filling. The drip coffee wasn't too strong. I had a blueberry muffin for dessert, and my hubby had a double chocolate muffin. They were huge and not overly sweet, but sweet enough to satisfy that craving. :-D Sierra and India were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We both thought the prices were fair for what you got at this lovely cafe. We will be returning. Definitely a hidden Yorktown gem!

Fantastic service! Comfy boho ambiance with plenty of seating for a small cafe. Free wifi. Highly recommend the croissant basket and the brown sugar butter latte. Update: Jan’s Pick Me-Up was a delicious coffee spiked PB chocolate milkshake, so good. Highly recommend the Cobb salad, it was fantastic, maybe the best restaurant Cobb salad I’ve ever had.

l ordered the Avocado Toast with a fried egg on it as well as a Nitro Cold Brew with almond milk and their brown sugar butter flavor. Coffee was absolutely fantastic, however l am beyond unsatisfied with the Avocado Toast, in the description they say it's "piled high" with tomatos, feta, onions and balsamic sauce. what got was exactly two cherry tomatoes cut in half, one smudge of feta and barely a smear of avocado. Thankfully they at least added a decent amount of onions. Will certainly not be ordering from here again.

Baristas were kind. Out of whole milk at 10:30am on a Sunday morning. Ordered an Americano with a splash of cream but it tasted like steamed milk and no espresso. Also out of bananas which is required for their fruit smoothies. Doesn’t seem to have ownership and management that cares for consistency.

The bread-cake fell apart making me think it’s old the hot mess should be called Big disappointment I thought it being called a melt it would have melted cheese nope. I can safely tell you that, although the temperature of the sandwiches might not always be great after a delivery (lost heat in the time to deliver, duh), but the few times I've had these sandwiches, I've always been happy with them. Full of flavor and exactly as described. I feel bad that others haven't had the same experiences I have.

Roomy with plenty of seating. Plenty of bargains. Ended up with a free cookie with purchase. I had a bowl of tomato soup (they were out of croutons though), half of a turkey and bacon sandwich and a bag of chips. My 93 year old dad has a French dip sandwich, half a Cobb salad and a bag of chips. We both drank water and spent barely $20. It was a pleasant, leisurely lunch and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and constantly maintained. Will definitely return soon.

I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with no meat and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The greens were withered, clearly pulled from the bottom of the prep bowl, which suggests poor rotation and prep standards. As a former kitchen and multi-unit restaurant manager, this is something I immediately noticed. To make matters worse, the portion was barely a quarter of what it should have been—definitely not even three-quarters full. After driving 25 minutes out of my way, I didn’t have the time to return and address it with management. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me both hungry and disappointed. 😕

When you pay $13 for a sub, you should get something close to the picture. This was clearly just thrown together. Just look at the pictures. The size of the take out drink for over $3 is a complete rip-off. The $8 soup was also small and mostly just broth with a few noodles. I did get 2 carrots and 3 little pieces of chicken.

Coffee + two meal deal is a great choice here. Not too pricy. The food was great!

3.3⭐️ I love panera for soup or pastries. I used to love their sip club mango yuzu tea. It was great. And I do like their salads sometimes. But I think I only go to Panera bread for soup nowadays. I tried the coffee and it was just okay. I tried the flip flop cookie and it was old and stiff. Just not things I’d order again. I love their soups, bread, and pastries.

Tell me if is just me or what but when I go for food I like to see the picture of what I’m getting and I expect something similar not the same but similar!! I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant 🥐 this morning and I got this 🥲🥲

This was my grilled cheese with nothing but burned cheese on the inside. It was a delivery order so I had no way to return it.

UPDATE! Vomiting & DIARRHEA 10hours later! Sick to my stomach all morning!!! STAY AWAY!!!!Super slow service, ICE COLD FOOD, I should have trusted other reviews, extremely limited selection of food. No new food or even butter replenished in over an hour. Such a sad experience from what my childhood remembers. No pepperoni pizza, and when it did come out fresh and hot it was disgusting no gummy bears for ice cream, no bread pudding, cold mash potatoes and Mac and cheese. Cold rolls :( meat loaf was gross

This Golden Corral was on my way, and I thought it was an excellent choice for a meal. It did not disappoint at all; everything was clean, and the freshly prepared food was excellent. Of the several Golden Corral locations I’ve visited, this one stands out because it offers a greater variety of food compared to others.

This location is slowly falling apart. Let’s start you walk in and get your own cup and drink yet there is 3 different ice machines and not 1 of them have ice. Next the smell of soggy carpets. Should have turned around at the ice machines. $90 later the food is cold. I literally watch the worker take the ham out oven yet it was the same temp as the crab salad. There was 1 bake potato. 1/3 of pans empty and need to be refilled. The ribs were barely cooked hard. My daughter waited 10min for pizza, watched the worker take the pizza out over sit it down and walk away. 4min later he comes back slices it and it’s burnt on bottom. The workers look tired which I understand it’s a busy environment but today is not busy. The drinks (lemonade taste acidic probably need the soda machine filters cleaned. All the fried food chicken and shrimp is burnt. It was probably cooked together because they were burnt showing same color. No vanilla ice cream, no cones for ice cream.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Let's start with there is currently no silverware to be found- asked our "server" and he pointed me in the direction of the bins which I informed him were empty. He then proceeded to give me 2 bags of silverware off another table. I'm sorry, my husband has stage 4 cancer sir, I don't know who touched these!! There are at least 6 empty food trays at the buffet with people standing around complaining that there is no food to get. I did manage to snag a piece of fried chicken and it is cold, somehow dry and greasy at the same time, and taste burnt. The broccoli is cold. We were told there is a 40 minute wait on steak and the man cooking them has promptly turned the grill up to inferno and they look like charcoal bricks right now. This is without a doubt the worst Golden Corral I have ever stepped in, $30.84 down the drain... walking out.

If I could I would give this place a zero star . If you want a buffet with FRESH HOT Food this place is not the place ,go somewhere else. I ask someone in the kitchen if they could make me a fresh cheeseburger , not so well ,well, well , well done like it burnt to Crispy. That you could bounce it off your plate. One of the rude manger she is short and heavy set, rude attitude and wearing a blue shirt did not let me to finish my sentence about my cheeseburger. What happened to customer Service? I was not expecting to eat cheese and ham from the salad bar. And manger arguing about how the meat should be cooked. One of the manager says it has to be well done and burnt. Just letting you know that everyone does not like well done burnt , dry meat . I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. I do not recommend the place to anyone .

Found this spot while exploring Hilton Village. Purchased a cheesecake slice and a carrot cake slice. Absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly and quick. Took their time with the customers and made some suggestions for us. Will definitely visit again.

Food is just ok and outrageously overpriced. Service is great, and the place is very cute. The drink menu is wonderful but again, expensive. Crab quiche was soggy, lacked flavor, and part of my crust was missing. Small portion, especially for the price tag. The mixed greens were nicely dressed and were easily the best part of my plate.

I would say this was an absolutely amazing experience if you’re trying to be in a nice calm environment with amazing food and amazing coffee. I highly recommend this place to anyone new to the area and any coffee lovers. Thank you to indulge and their amazing staff!

Adorable place, amazing food! I was excited to see gluten free bread but I was not expecting it to be as good as it was! This bread was not “good, considering it was gluten free” - it was amazing, period. Their gluten free bread was a focaccia and it was SO delicious, I went back to the service counter to make sure they didn’t accidentally give me regular bread. I got the country club and the aioli on it took the sandwich from good to great. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Absolutely delightful and fulfilling. The queen and I needed some breakfast and found this lovely bistro - what a gem. We shared the loaded grits and a croissant - just heavenly. The grits were perfectly cooked with and over medium egg spilling it's goodness across the German style potatoes. The croissant and apple bread were tasty and the perfect pairing for our meal. Can't wait to return and try their loaded biscuits and gravy!

This is my favorite waffle House in Hampton Roads I've been going here for a long time since I was a little girl and I love the peanut butter waffles that have peanut butter chips on and I always get extra peanut butter chips and they always look out for me when I asked for them!

Always a pleasure to walk in and get a good satisfying meal. The strawberry waffle was excellent. As you can see I cleaned my plate.

Stopped by this waffle house for some waffles and the place was filthy. Customer service sucks. Staff members hollering and being unprofessional in an establishment. Please skip this waffle house. Puddle of water on floor by the service station. #hazard Coffee cup was brought to table with food on it. Returned it for another cup to be the same. The waiter is not paying attention to detail. Water came up with something on cup. Please....check your utensils, cups etc at this location. Bacon not fully cooked. Unorganized and every staff member needs to be trained properly.

I ordered one biscuit and gravy at 8:49, it did not get to me until 9:25. Several people came in, sat down, ordered, ate their food, paid, and left during the time I was there. I watched a man stand outside after I had placed my order, order food himself (he walked in and walked back out to scan the order online QR code) and then he got his food before me. Freaking ridiculous. For a biscuit and gravy.

Food and service was good but I found a bug in my hashbrowns☹️

I’ve always enjoyed Waffle House for its food and laid-back atmosphere, but during my recent visits, I’ve been disappointed with the service from one of the servers (unfortunately I don’t recall his name). He repeatedly forgets to bring our drink orders and doesn't clean up tables promptly, which leaves the place looking messy. (We received our drinks after our food.) 2x. In 2 different visits. It was not busy at the time. I understand this is a casual dining spot, and I don’t have unrealistic expectations, but a bit more pride and attention in the job would really improve the experience. Everyone has to start somewhere—doing well in a current role can open the door to better opportunities down the line. I like Waffle House usually has good food, and I’d love to see better service.

Service was fine to average. Food was good. We ate and enjoyed meal. Went with my daughter. Only thing was this one annoying guy he talked incessantly and was talking louder than normal. Other than that, the typical Waffle House experience!

The food was extremely good and hot. The service was nice. My order was prepared in a timely manner. The price of the food has really gone up.

We went there for breakfast during the week. It was not crowded at all which made everything go smoother. I got the 2x2x2 menu with scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon, it was really tasty. My boyfriend got the Colorado omelette with the tres leches pancakes. Food was really delicious as always. You can’t go wrong when you go to IHOP

Typical IHOP. I enjoy the food (hashbrowns were a bit overdone) and the staff was friendly enough. Kinda loud (it is IHOP), and the staff was arguing with each other while we were there, but that is part of the experience! Better than Waffle House!!

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Upon arriving i verified my arrival online. After waiting approximately 10 minutes I went inside. The female that eventually approached me greeting me with "two?" I Informed her no, I wasn't with the gentleman standing more than 5 ft from me, that I was there to pick up more order. I pointed to my order, that had been in a cubby behind the register that had been sitting there the entire time. When I got home, less than 1 mile from the location. The food was barely warm. Cold pancakes can be reheated, but personally aren't as good as to compared when theyre fresh. Sorry for all the detail, adding context. .....

Bathroom was gross, food is meh, service is slow. VERY NICE PEOPLE. The service is very nice for sure. They just need to figure out how to do the job I guess? Kids eat for free tho so that’s cool. Not worth the price tho.

Great Service, Food was good presentation wasn’t best. my server and manager was great. BUT THERE IS BLACK MOLD OVER ALL THE AIR VENTS AND COMING DOWN THE WALLS VERY DISGUSTING!!! NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE WORKERS CAME OUT OF THE RESTROOM W HIS APRON ON AND WENT BACK IN THE KITCHEN SO UNSANITARY

Staff was very disorganized and extremely slow despite not being super busy. Could hear them arguing about personal drama every time they'd return to the kitchen area. The food was good but the service was subpar

After ordering at this Panera, I doubt I will ever visit another Panera again. The salads were pathetic. $8 for a half greek salad and there was no more than $1 worth of ingredients. You could see the bottom of the bowl. My Caesar salad was the same way. Both bowls did not even cover the bottom. This is not bad service, this is stealing from the customers. When they show a picture of the salad, it should be prepared that way. I sent the picture to a class action lawyer and maybe we can get a class action suit against Panera and drive them out of business. Panera used to be my go to place and I visited 3 or 4 times a week. Now it is just a scam to get your money. Very little food and ingredients in your food and nearly double the prices. DO NOT leave tips for the employees, they are paid well by Panera. I doubt the employees even get the tips, they probably go to the manager.

People who work there need to greet people and not make the customers initiate. Do better, say good morning and be polite! Prices are way too high. Not as relevant anymore.

Tortilla strips on the salad were stale and the avacado was already browning. Normally I'd say "whatever" since the food was otherwise fine but at these prices I expect better. Also we had to wipe down our table, as did others who came in around the same time. We were there 45 minutes and did not witness any staff wiping down tables. It wasn't nasty but wasn't clean.

The servings are hit or miss anymore. Sometimes they give you what you pay for and sometimes they don't. And what happened to the pumpkin muffin? It's pumpkin season! And they sold well. Are the stock holders really more important than the customers? Who gives you money? Them or us?

Food was well made and packaged. Used kiosk, so there was no service. Drinking cups were not available with the correct lid size. Parking is atrocious and not convenient to turn into the lane for the light when you leave.

Don't bother coming later in the evening and expecting anything. Their hours say they close at 9pm, but what that means is that they soft-close at 8:30 and treat you like garbage if you expect anything past that. I work late nights, like a lot of people do. I like having a place to go where I can unwind and relax, or do private work with free wifi. I'm not at Panera every day, like some regulars seem to be, but I visit it around twice a week, sometimes more. And every single time, for well over a year, they've treated me very poorly once closing time approaches. It's late, I get that, and you want to leave, I get that too. I'm not unreasonable. I'm not complaining about customer service, or being waited on. I'm complaining about buying a drink from them, being handed a cup after being rung up, and then finding out that I can't fill it with anything but tap water from the bathroom sink, because they've already disassembled the drink machine. They shouldn't sell customers something if they're not able to fulfill the sale. I'm not buying a plastic cup, I'm buying a drink, and until 9pm, I have every right to expect to be able to get that drink. It shouldn't matter if it's 8, 8:30, 8:45, or even 8:59. I have no way of knowing what they're being asked to do on the back end. Maybe it's not their fault. I like most of the employees there, they seem like good people. But you will consistently get treated like a vagrant if you're there past a certain point. They act like they close at 8:30, and you're now lingering around and asking for things after closing time. That's a managerial problem. That's the fault of the managers. Whoever is in charge of handling the closing, that's their issue. And it's not a Panera Bread problem, either, because other Paneras don't do this. I've been to others out of state, and they respect the 9pm closing time. The Panera Bread on Jefferson also doesn't start closing until their actual closing time at 9. It's just the CNU Panera that does this. As someone who worked in retail a long time ago, it feels like someone is trying to cut corners. Like they're trying to leave the registers open, but they close off the kitchen, the drink machines, and everything else, so they can leave early. And while I can't prove that's happening, that is what it looks like. And that's dishonest. It's bad customer service. They shouldn't be taking carry-out orders, selling drinks and pastries, and then refusing to fulfill their end of the deal just because their shift is almost over. tl;dr, if you work late shift or are just getting off of work at 7:30 or 8, don't bother with the CNU Panera. If you must have Panera food or atmosphere, go to the one on Jefferson instead. They actually stay open until 9, and don't treat you like a second-class citizen for ordering something at 8:35. To the CNU Panera: Don't treat paying customers like this. If I walk into the door at 8:50, you're still open, and I should still be able to order a sandwich to go. I should still be able to use the drink machine if I buy a drink. It isn't unreasonable to expect a restaurant to serve me if they're still open, and it also isn't unreasonable to expect to be treated like a human being either. If you refuse to change your ways, then at least change your listed hours to say you close at 8:30, so that way you're honest about what people should expect if they show up at 8:45.

Ordered Flat Bread Pizza to try for the first time. It gets a big Zero stars. Chewy and stiff. I knew it would be a frozen product but Foodlion sells much better and less that $9.95. Chicken Noodle Soup had exactly 4 noodles, 5 carrots, and 1 small piece of chicken. Tasted great but clearly not what it should have been. Sandwiches tasted great but fell short on appearance and bread was hard. The clearly new employee running the register was trying so hard and was very friendly. This was around 5pm on 10/7/21. She really stood out. Manager was running expo and looked miserable and not very friendly. Not actually checking orders because I had to come back ftom car to get a missing item.

I aleays get excellent service whenever I come here. The entire staff are great & friendly (including the owner). Everyone there treats you as family with fast friendly service. Some people complain about the wait time which to me is crazy because even when the line is completely full, I have had no longer than a 5min wait to get my food which if impressive to me. I've been coming here for a long time & the service & food has always been great.

Cece was an absolute gem! She had a smile and a positive attitude. Made my day before even getting my food. Service was fast and food was hot. This team always takes great care of their customers.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize a lady that took my order and drive-through. Her name was Nicole. She had an amazing attitude. She was so friendly and bubbly and she just made my day and I wanted her to be recognized.

People here are nice and have always had good quick service. Chickfila prices have risen just like most places the last few years but can't blame a single location for that. Drive through is quick. Nice location for residents and shoppers in the area as well as CNU students/staff.

Went today and have to say It ruined my day. We ordered 3 Cobb salads and 2 didn't have a fillet. We also got two 12 nuggets and one medium fries. Mind you the fries were missing. We also got a kids meal that didn't have a apple juice. This all cost $53.37!! We called and honestly all we wanted was a refund for the mistakes because we did get charged for them, but they couldn't offer a refund at all. Honestly one mistake fine, but 4 is insane. I think they need to be more mindful of people who order takeout, obviously its take out because I'm taking it home. When I called they asked if I could go back, one I'm already frustrated and and you want me to go back!! and they offer me rewards that are valid for only 30 days like afterward I would want to go back to any chickfila location during those 30 days. and We had to go to different place to get food. I don't go often but the last 2 times I was completely unimpressed, it used to be very good. The size of the chicken has gotten a lot smaller, like they sliced it in half lengthwise. It was way over cooked and the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. I always ask for extra pickles and this is the second time the pickles were spoiled and tasted horrible. It makes me wonder if management has changed. I definitely will not return to this chic fil a (near CNU). When I do try a different one and I get the same results, then the restaurant has gone downhill because of corporate...maybe trying to give less and have us pay more.

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? Great food. Great service. They are fast getting your order to you. Ots just all around a good place when you dont feel like cooking dinner haha

The baristas are always nice & quick. This used to be my favorite store nearby, but now the cold brew is always burnt/bitter. Not sure if it’s the machine or process, but I should not be making a sour face at every sip. The cold foam is always good even if they only add a bit, but the cold brew tastes horrible.

Reese took my order a few days ago ( I know I’m late on the review lol) but he was so friendly! Excellent customer service. We had a great talk and he has a bright future ahead of him! Thank you for your help and good luck with your future endeavors! 😁😁

Just went through the line. Lady at window handed me my cup, didn’t say anything. Went back to get my water. Handed that to me. No words. I said thank you (sincerely). She just turned away and then noticed I was still there and said “you’re welcome😒…girl!” Pretty sure my coffee doesn’t have any of the syrup in it either. I just drove across country and got Starbucks every day. This was the rudest interaction I’ve had.

Always happy, kind, and fast. Can’t beat the customer service. But I am sad that all the workers have to wear plain black shirts.

Spent a total of $17.76 which had two coffees and a brownie the only thing that they got HALF right was the brownie which was lukewarm at best…. My mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was a Nesquik *NO ICE* with some great value Oreos crumbled on top which was also lukewarm, the other coffee was supposed to be a caramel Macchiato with extra caramel the only thing extra about it was the overwhelming taste between a blend of some old caramel candy at the bottom of my grandmothers purse from 1946 and dishwater. -18 points to Hufflepuff

Line was long and only one person working behind the counter, but I waited and get the strawberry frappuccino with extra cream and a vanilla, both of them was good. Forgot to take photos of the drinks, but took photos of the store inside and out

This is the worse TAco Bell I have ever been to, you go inside to order and you have to address someone to take your order, I ordered a crunchers Supreme and when I got home it was so poorly made that the upper and lower layers touched each other, they need to be sued for false advertisement and poor representation. (Update 13 June 23, leadership should be fired for such poor good presentation, see the Chalupa and tacos I got today WTH, I will not return until food quality is improved., 10/17/2024 Still this Taco Bells is still a mess, I got a chalupa combo of beef and the soft taco had only the beef, no lettuce, cheese tomatoes or sour cream and when I walked them they tried to tell me they don't put lettuce, and the other items on a soft taco, WTH they need people who know what they are doing or talking about.

Had to wait over twenty minutes for two burritos and one taco. Zero management on site. We were told a new person was preparing food. All other employees were not assisting. Avoid if you pulled off the highway looking for fast food.

If I could rate this a zero, it would be a zero. Went through drive-through asked for two hard tacos with just meat, cheese and sour cream she said oh so two Supremes Because they will charge me Supremes because of the sour cream, which I don’t mind. Got the food, my daughter picked up the taco to make sure that it was correct ( toppings fell all over her lap) while we were still there And of course it wasn’t. It had lettuce and tomato on it. The employee opened the window. I told her it was supposed to be just meat, cheese and sour cream. She looked like she was mad. I gave them the whole bag back a few minutes later she brings it again. They only did one taco and not the second one so I told her it was supposed to be both of them. Few minutes later a guy comes to the window. I’m assuming one making the food he wanted to clarify what I wanted on it I told him meat, cheese, and sour cream, and then the same lady said a supreme was just no lettuce or tomato by the time we get home my daughter said now they just being dumb or childish. They only put cheese and sour cream with no meat. Well, they lost my business. I told my daughter we will never eat at Taco Bell if they cannot understand a hard taco which just meat, cheese and sour cream and for the lady to have a attitude the whole time when I kept on repeating myself was a little rude. Not saying that lettuce is an allergy but if I ask for a specific items, there’s probably a reason that means my child does not eat lettuce or tomato and I was just looking at the reviews from three years ago or a year ago and it looks like nothing has changed. Completely sad

The dumbest experience I’ve ever had. You won’t serve a free cup of water when I order $15 worth of Taco Bell. Guy told me “the homeless messed that up asking for water cups”. Why do I have to be punished for that? Plus, it’s just water!! And that’s all I drink with my food!! Never coming back

I’d always come here and get 3 meals and 2 cups of water. Now water cost .89? That’s insane. Definitely won’t ever be coming back ever again if you won’t let people have a free cup of water with the $15 worth of food they are buying

This is a great location. Consistent food and friendly staff. On this visit I finally tried the Mexican pizza and it's worth the hype. However, I found myself loving the hard shell tacos even more.

My husband went in got me a filet-O- fish the fish was rock hard I couldn’t even eat it . The fries was cold in my coke was nasty all around the worse McDonald’s I ever had. In when I try to call about the food in complain nobody answered the phone

Definitely be careful when you go there at night time. At this point, I only go to the specific location to get mystery meals. You either don't get all of your food, or you get someone else's stuff. In a way, it's kind of fun to me, especially when they mess up the meal, and the cheese is on top of the bread rather than inside of the sandwich, or when it looks like they threw it on the ground before putting it in the bag. It's a whole experience, and everybody should experience it in my opinion. How can you not want to see what $15 an hour gives you?

Lazy, slow, and rude employees who complain about doing the simplest tasks and cannot get a very basic order out in less than 10 minutes. Desperately in need of better management and team members. My Order took 20 minutes. In the drive thru at a "fast" food place, it is unacceptable. Do better.

This is the NICEST McDonald’s on the Peninsula!!! I was there earlier this morning for my usual Mocha Frappe’…. and was asked to pull up, as they were just changing shifts. 5 to 10 minutes later, a very nice lady came out with my Mocha Frappe’…. and a FREE turnover! She profusely apologized (for the wait which I didn’t think anything of.) IN MY BOOK, THIS FAST FOOD EATERY DESERVES 10,000 GOLD STARS!!!!!!

We went through the drive-thru to place our order. The employees were great at taking out orders and repeating our orders back to us. The wait wasn't long and the food was hot and fresh to the point we seen steam coming from our food. I ordered a Fish Fillet with cheese lettuce and tomato and my friend ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Awesome

My order was correct, so I'll give them that. It was served in a timely manner with a smile. The entire restaurant is terrible. The soda fountain was trashed. It's not. a place to set down your drink without laying in spillage. The restrooms were nasty. The tables had spilled coke on them that was dried up, so it had been there a while. A hard pass on this McDonald's! 2 stars from me.

Me and my family went there on 8/10/25 to get some breakfast before heading back to Philadelphia PA from visiting our Son who's serving the USA arm forces. The guy who took our oder through the drive through was so polite. Even with my broken English he was great. He bare with me lol. Idk his name but he was young with a mustache hahaa. The reason I mention this is I'm hoping his boss read this and will take care of him. The food was on point & people like this is what makes me like Virginia more and more 2 the point that I'm considering it to move there.

This was my first experience at a Waffle House ever, and it certainly did not disappoint. Ms. Sabrina has shown boundless energy and kindness from start to finish – love her! The customizable All-Star meal was also very brilliant, from the eggs, to the hashbrowns, and to the waffles. Hats off to the staff!

Convenient location, Fast & Friendly service. Food was well-prepared and very good. We had a great breakfast while traveling! Thank you for feeding us a hearty meal at a very good price !!!

For a waffle house, I was surprised. It was busy, as most usually are. But this was clean.. everywhere. Our waitress DID act like she cared if we were having an overall pleasant experience. And no one working had a negative or "over it" attitude that you often get at most waffle houses these days. Keep up the gr8 work y'all.

Fast service, work on your food items can be seen as you wait, it is in a bad location to get to but worth the trip for their Great waffles

It was horrible. The ceiling was leaking water over 2 tables. We waited over 10min for someone to remove dishes off the table so we could sit down. Then water started to build up under our table. No one mopped it up. So finally we got fed up and left. After waiting another 20min for our food. Which hadn't arrived yet. So we got up & left. Went to ihop insted.

First time going to Waffle House and it was great. Lidia was welcoming and took care of me and my friends. We ordered and it was quickly brought to us. The food was absolutely amazing and Lidia was so nice. She made us feel welcome and at home.

Great food. The cook was fun and energetic. He kept us laughing. I wish I would got his name. Prompt service. Wear a jacket. I felt like I was in a refrigerator. We dined in and then took take out for the kids.

Didn’t catch this till I got in my car, but the giggle I got from it brightened my day so much. Great customer service inside the cafe as well. Asked for a different lid out of preference and the barista was kind and replaced it for me. Thank’s for such a warm start to a rainy day.

Great location! The staff is super friendly and greets you immediately, even when it's busy. The parking options are good, and the coffee always tastes excellent. Note: order ahead from this location, as it does get busy

Management has been letting a homeless person hangout outside this establishment everyday for weeks. I don't think it's a great look to allow a homeless person to sleep in their outside seating.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to decorate a cup for my daughter's birthday!

The drink was served mixed together and not full. It an espresso cold brew - Pat milk drink. Both the quality and value fell flat. Also, the rice crispie treat was stale. I’ll need to take this location off my list.

This is normally a fantastic Starbucks location, and I’ve never had a problem here before! The staff are always kind and accurate, the drinks are good, and the inside is clean and organized.

This location at Jefferson Common is definitely my family & I favorite Tropical Smoothie to visit because they make the best Beach Bum in the city. However today was a bad experience because we ordered sandwiches with our meal as we alway's do but the cashier Jaquan (manager) made us flatbread wraps instead. We didn't notice this until we got home which isn't far from the shop so we came back. One young lady came out & we let her know that our order was made wrong she said no problem we'll make it correctly & we said Thank You. Next thing Jaquan (manager) came out & accused us of ordering flatbread & made a big embarrassing deal about it. After arguing he offered a refund w/ the re-made food, we declined the refund & said we just want the food we originally ordered. We told him that we didn't order flatbread wraps because like anybody else we're not going to order something we never ever eat & we let Jaquan know that everytime we come to that location he is always disrespectful not only with us but other patrons as well. Mind you we've been patrons at this location well before covid when the owners worked there daily & never had a problem until Jaquan started working there!! We have witnessed his disrespectful behavior most times he's on duty. He has a very sassy mouth & he's even disrespected elderly women for no reason that have been in line ahead us, he is bad for business in my opinion!!

Ordered a large group order for work and was very disappointed in the portions. The yogurt wasn’t even filled half way in the bowl and even with the toppings it didn’t even come near the top. Several of my employees made comments about the size. It tasted good but this single bowl costs over $11 and for it to be this empty is kind of crazy.

Honestly I’m disgusted with them… literally ALL of the bananas in my yogurt bowl were ROTTEN and my smoothie had banana as well which means I can’t even drink my smoothie. I try calling them and it goes straight to voicemail so I can’t even call to get a refund on anything. Disgusting.

Every time I ordered from here. The portion size is not great at all. Also It is always liquidity with honey or whatever it may be. There is never enough yogurt and I only order strawberries with granola and that’s it, Each time I have a little to no yogurt at all. This place really needs to do better or they will start losing customers quickly. Also if i could i would give no stars. Its just disappointing and ridiculous

If I could leave no stars I would. We went in for smoothies. You could see the worker just sitting there using her phone with her back turned. We called out to her. Couldn't get her attention. I didn't think to snap a photo but it was absolutely horrible. We ended up leaving!

Just witnessed the store manager Jay being so rude to one of the vendors. I was in line and witnessed him refer to one of the reps as an “old white man”. How are you being professional when you’re coming to work with a durag on? Suddenly, I didn’t want a smoothie anymore. Do better JAY.

Decided to try the new spring drinks. Not a fan. I had the lavender oat milk latte and brought my friend the lavender oatmilk chill. We could not even drink these drinks. Very overpowering honey type of flavor mixed with the nutty oat milk was just not doing it for us. We had to dump these drinks!

They gave me cold coffee in the drive thru around 930am today. When I told them they denied it

Did not have a good experience at this Starbucks. The girl working there name Anastasia never greeted us.. she just stared down and the screen and said what can I get you. She then proceeded to asked how to make the drink I wanted?!??! When it was all said and done I said thank you and have a great day (thinking maybe she was having a bad day) all she did was simply walk away.. no your welcome, thanks for coming, or happy holidays..? I will never go back there again and I suggest everyone avoid this Starbucks.. there is actually a better Starbucks with a drive through down the road on oyster point road.

Got a nice cup of coffee here. Not burnt nor weak. Just right. Service was fast and quick with the Staff being friendly. Atmosphere was nice, and the store was clean and tidy.

Ryan helped me and my daughter and he is the most authentically nice and professional person I have experienced in a long time! He took such good care of us, asked how we liked our drinks and was pleasantly eager remake a new drink we tried but didn’t care for. Thanks Ryan!

Why do I keep buying my coffee at $tarbuck$? Must be because I like it $o much! It's not about the money. It's based on flavor, warm places, charming smiles, stuff like that and flavor that my palate feels for a moment even after the drink is gone.

I usually don’t review chains, but this location has the absolute friendliest staff of not just most Starbucks, but most coffee places I’ve been to! Every time I’ve been to this location in Harris Teeter I’ve had an exceptionally pleasant customer service experience for one reason or another. Just a fantastic (and competent - my drinks are always perfect) staff.

Found glass in my Boston Cream donut. I tried reaching out to the location multiple times but only received the generic message saying someone will reach out. Wasn't even asking for a refund, just wanted the location to be aware and acknowledge they need to work on their training and sanitation. I normally would not leave a bad review or even reach out to customer service, but having glass in you food is extremely concerning as someone could have gotten seriously injured. Dunkin in general has gone extremely down hill in quality and service since this is not my first issue from this location and several other locations, but I still liked going there to get a bunch of donuts for my coworkers. Ended up having to throw away the entire batch just incase there was glass in the other donuts as well.

This location is a consistent disappointment. Whether it’s waiting in a drive through line that never moves, or they ask you to come inside instead of the drive through because it’s a “shift change” (?), or- if everything goes fine and you actually get an iced coffee/latte- it just tastes like old milk. This is why so many people go to Starbucks instead of here. Whoever owns the Dunkin' locations in this area needs to reevaluate and figure some stuff out. ALWAYS slow service, out of stock of items, and absolutely ZERO consistency on preparing drinks, they will taste/look different every single day. Your surrounding community continues to be disappointed in ALL of our local locations.

This is my second time here and like the first time the service was bad. The staff pretend like you don’t exist. They didn’t even acknowledge a customer that came in after us for like 10min of him standing there. They just told us to order at the kiosk or wait. It took like 15min just for a donut and a coffee. It would’ve been faster to go and order in at Starbucks. I don’t recommend :(

I ordered large hot coffee with cream and 4 pumps of butter pecan and 3 pumps of coconut. When I arrived home and my coffee had no flavor. I called Dunkin store several times and no one answered the phone.

I used the app to order ahead, giving them 15 minutes to complete the order. I pull up and they barely started the order. I ordered ahead to avoid the wait time.

This location used to take forever, even for mobile orders. But their renovations seem promising! The layout looks amazing inside and they now have a perfect pickup place for mobile orders.

Doors locked and NO SIGNS... again! Thanks for not communicating with us! I really LOVE (not!) walking up to pick up my order and finding the door locked, then having to wait in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes (nice sign on the drive-thru speaker, by the way, AFTER we wait in line). Have you ever heard of customer service?

McDonald's you have to do better. The black guy that worked the drive thru on Oct 3, 2025 around 2345hrs. Check your cameras McDonald's- he was very rude!!! First and last time at this establishment!!!!!! People don't waste your time or money!!!! A simple request, no cheese on a fish sandwich, and lo and behold ---- can't follow a simple direction!!!! Follow-up: I responded to McDonald's asking me to give them details about the incident, and they emailed me back, closing the issue without actually investigating anything!!!

Whoever owns or runs this McDonald's should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Watch the video, this was the music we were subject to while eating here. And the food was wrong, but I just ate what I got and left. Not another dime will be spent at this location.

Would not surprise me if someone gets food poisoning from this location. Was served a sausage/egg mcmuffin in which the yellow parts of the egg portion had turned into visible patches of grey. When brought to the attention of the manager, I was informed that it was "just how it was cooked" and told me "it's not like it's bad or anything like that". Additionally I witnessed a member of the kitchen staff visibly picking his teeth with his hands and then going back to handling food. I've seen all manner of eggs cooked in many different ways and grey colored eggs has never been a byproduct of that cooking process. Respectfully, this type of service and food quality could kill someone or at a minimum, induce the type of food poisoning I wouldn't wish on my worst of enemies.

I asked for no onions and light mayo. I got onions and extra mayo. Fries were stale. Ppl that work there are nice though and the place is clean. First time eating here.

They just lost my business. There McMuffin is always burnt on the edges. Today in stead of a Frappe', they gave me C milk with crushed ice and caramel. And they gave it to me in a child's happy meal cup. I'm over this location.

Food and customer service sucks here. A lot of employees that don't care about their job or anyone but themselves and wonder why they have been working at McDonald's for the last 8 years. GET NEW MANAGEMENT.

So um I guess this is how This location prepares a big breakfast @3:00 in the morning. I ordered extra eggs and didn’t even get it. Not to mention, these eggs were seriously salty. Like ocean water salty. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and it didn’t even have any cheese on it whatsoever. I called a manager to complain earlier this morning and she had a really nasty attitude so I’m going to escalate this to corporate. Because McDonald’s is most definitely not supposed to be serving salty eggs. You don’t know what health conditions somebody may have.

The experience was great. The staff were friendly, got what we ordered, the place was clean, the atmosphere was great. The food was good.

Went here back on 11/12/24, while I was in the Richmond area to photograph bald eagles. I stopped by for lunch, and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, no salt on fries, and dr pepper. Nothing really stood out, it was what I expected. Service was a little slow in the drive-thru. I worked at McDonald's a long time ago, and I always took pride in making my food look very neat, not too much cheese on one side, and try to not have it be sloppy for customer. You really don't have to worry about a cheeseburger being sloppy, unless you ask for extra ketchup or mustard possibly. One of my buns looked like it was hit like a family feud buzzer, and they were light on the fries. I would recommend this location and you judge for yourself. I may potentially revisit, and see if they have stepped it up any.

Very disappointed. I ordered the snack wrap meal (paid $15.98) for it to be made like this. How pitiful. Tried to call and of course no one will answer the phone.

My boyfriend waited for 15 minutes for a soda before the manager passive aggressively told him he should have used the kiosk and they’re short staffed. Horrible customer service skills, even for a fast food restaurant which doesn’t require many. Then the lady with the bad bob haircut proceeded to go back and forth with me and threaten to give me a thumbs down for my uber delivery as if I cared.. the fact that it took 15 minutes to get someone a drink and you have time to argue with patrons is deplorable and just outright bad for business. Do better.

I came thru this morning and had been having a ROUGH WEEK! No sooner had I pulled into the drive thru I heard a warm welcoming “ GOOD MORNING THIS IS MS. Jean” … did my day turn around. She asked me how I was, she promptly and politely took my order and my mood lifted instantly. Thank you Ms. Jean ( and also thank you to the wonderful polite man who gave me my order as he is also very warm and professional) for making my morning just a little better. Simple kindness goes a long way. 🥰

The Julie the manager at McDonalds be having roach eggs in the ice frozen roach eggs in the onions on the back line I am calling the health department on that store immediately she told me she don’t care call them and that what I will do have a good day they need to shut that place down with bugs in the food back line in the table and roach eggs and roach 🪳 in the ice machine in the back‼️‼️

Come here all the time The bad reviews on here r straight lies. The service is exceptional. Everybody in that establishment needs a raise. The food is top tier. The paper on the bag didn’t print right so they didn’t see I had ordered TWO mcgeiddles so it just read McGriddle and I drove away with one Called up there and explained and they took my name down and the next morning I explained in the drive thru and they gave me a free McGriddle in place of the one I had already payed for. Since then I’ve been back 7-8 times I frickin love this McDonald’s best McDonalds ever

I'm not sure if I came at a bad time or something but I think the management of this Starbucks is lame. They have one lady working the whole front on a Saturday afternoon. I appreciate Ms Samone for her efforts to get these orders done, and it's a shame that she was made to do it alone. Almost every table and chair in the dining room had crumbs or wet stains on it, which was kind of disappointing.

I forgot his name, but the guy who wears a ball cap with a beard at the Starbucks makes one hell of a coffee! Everyone there is sweet and funny. 10/10

Ordered a coffee light on sweetner but got extra sweet coffee. I guess she did it on purpose since I mentioned that there were few people before me wondering where baristas are(one of them were waiting for 10 min and left). I guess two baristas in a corner coffee shop aren't enough.🤷‍♀️

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the barista named Whitney! This girl is the hardest worker I’ve seen in a LONG time! There was a long line in front of me when I parked my cart to get some coffee, but the customers were checked out so fast and before I knew it it was my turn already! She was the only one behind the counter and she worked quickly. She was kind, professional, and gave me a great suggestion on what drink to choose for energy. I let her supervisor know what an outstanding worker she is and even another customer chimed in in agreement! I hope this Starbucks holds onto her and treats her well! 5- Stars Whitney! I have never been to a "bad" Starbucks. Of all the troubles in our world. The day to day grind. I can have confidence in ordering at ay Starbucks. While pricier than my normal coffee. That can be overlooked for the customer service! Thank you! For the hard work and dedication your staff provided.

The phone number doesn’t work I’ve tried to call them like 4 times they never answer. Last time I went they didn’t even fill my cup all the way. And when I asked her if the drink was made already because I forgot to say oat milk she glared at me. But since she already made it I wasn’t going to make her make another drink. Over all she was just rude. She had curly hair and it was long. She was panicking clearly but it was steady. It wasn’t a long line or anything. She was just carelessly making drinks

Came here for breakfast. Only one of the touchscreen kiosks was working when we got there. The rest were broken/down. The bathroom was decent. We got our food pretty quickly. Some lady was watching Tiktok with no headphones. There used to be a playplace here that has been converted into some type of carpeted office/dining area, but it was blocked off. Overall a pretty typical McDonald's dine-in experience.

While waiting for our food an enormous cockroach 🪳 came crawling out of the drive through window and greeted us. When we pointed it out to staff they didn't say anything just poured hot water into the whole it crawled into.

worst service ever of my life, straight up ignored us at the kiosk and rudely asked us if we were paying with card or cash. Then when we asked for a sauce, the old white lady threw had the audacity to throw it on the counter and walked away !! unbelievable. so we threw it back to her.

It was good. The one machine that we ordered from didnt give me a receipt but whatever. The place was clean and the staff were nice. Food was quickly made and great.

I came to this location at 6:43pm to get my grandbabies some cookies. This is what I received. I told the manager that the cookies were not done. He insisted that he allowed to cool for boxing. Clearly he lied. And this is what he's COMFORTABLE WITH serving his customers. I am disappointed and so are my grandbabies.

Came here around 1045 the lobby at the rest of the restaurants owned by the same company lobby is open til 11pm. When I walked in to pick up my order I was told I had to leave back out because the last person that left didn't lock the door. Drive thru wrapped around the building and employees here are very, very rude. Definitely need a management change. Atmosphere very sour. Need someone from corporate to get in touch with me asap and I also will be back to speak with the store manager tomorrow.

I'm allergic to onion (not a common allergy) and I ask for no onion and without fail I get onions. On top of that I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes just to have to go in and ask for them to remake me my burger. I would've checked it before leaving the window bc I didn't want to hold up the line but you have to at this location

So my family is a regular here but they have new cooks now and waitress and they have us grits instead of hashbrowns .i tried to call but they don’t take calls .why would you not take calls ? That sucks

06/07/2025 10:15pm the store isn’t that busy but the staff is moving slow more focused on personal conversations than working. They should be more focused on discussing who’s going to do the others hair instead of gossiping about work related drama. I wouldn’t return for the sore sights there alone. You should be kept when coming to work. Pants falling off one servers butt all night and she kept pulling them up without washing her hands then serving people. Disgusting

This place was amazing. Great food and service. It was just a little cold. I would definitely recommend going here, just bring a sweet shirt.

My husband and I stopped here to on our way through town. I had just learned that my Grandpa died so I was kind of a mess. Chris, our server, & the woman who seemed to be making this location a well oiled machine, was kind & a felt no judgment as I had clearly been crying. Our food was hot, flavorful, & hit the spot. The restaurant & restrooms were clean & showed no signs of late night shenanigans. We dined at 7:00 on a Sunday morning, so that was pretty impressive. Thank you, Chris & team for a great meal.
