Big portions, if you leave hungry it's your own fault. Decent price for what you get. The corned beef hash is homemade not from a can. So good.

I go on a lot of TDY's for the government, Crazy Otto's was the number one best meal I've had out on the road? Excellent service, mind-blowing portions, and the quality of food was top notch... I wish there was one in my city. This business should go national, would put Denny's and IHOP to shame.

This place has really gone downhill. They’re now charging an extra $2 just to add onions and peppers to your home fries you know, the same ingredients that are part of the original recipe for home fries? It’s ridiculous. On top of that, the staff brings you your check while you’re still eating or in the middle of a conversation, which completely kills the dining experience. It feels rushed and unwelcoming, like they can’t wait to get you out the door. Definitely not the same place it used to be.

Worst breakfast experience I’ve had. The service was horrible our server was at our table for maybe 2 whole minutes the entire time we were there. Served us COLD EVERYTHING, the gravy was cold the biscuits were cold the house potatoes were hard like apples. They served a country fried steak that was cold and looked more like a Salisbury steak that was grey with no flavor and a big lump of cold gravy on a dirty plate that you could clearly see had a chorizo and hash brown on but switched it to cold house potato’s and that steak yet charging $25 for the plate!? For the prices this place has I would NEVER advise anyone come here for breakfast ever! This establishment is for people who they know, if you’re new in town they will rob you for your money! Never come here!!

This is atotal throwback to how diners are supposed to be. Great food. Great service and awesome old school atmosphere. You're in the middle of comfort food and comfort atmosphere. It creates the feeling of total relaxation and comfort food. All of the omelets are great. The chicken fried steak and eggs breakfast is my favorite. The biscuits and gravy are the bomb. I haven't had a below standard meal here or any of the locations. You can't go wrong eating at Crazy Otto's

First time here, and I've been told it's been there for sometime. It's a classic 50 style diner with what looks like original counter with stools. Food was freaking AWESOME!! My overeasy eggs 🍳🍳 cooked perfectly and the potatoes nice and crispy and seasoned great. Customer service was good also

My husband and I went for the first time for the fourth of July and thankfully made it before they closed for the day. The atmosphere strives in giving nostalgia from the 50s. I was born in the late 90s so it was pretty cool trying to imagine this as somewhat close to the real deal with its memorabilia. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and it was served quickly too. I would go again to try more of their menu

Seriously, the best burgers! Freshly made and full of flavor! The lettuce, tomato, and onion tasted like they just came from the garden. The pickles were fresh and crunchy. The french fries were perfectly seasoned and didn't even need ketchup. We also ordered onion rings. They were crunchy and flavorful. I loved the batter. They were golden brown and definitely worth the price. Enough to share! The portions were generous and delicious! The peanut butter chocolate shake was very peanut buttery with a taste of chocolate! It was so good! Absolutely, added to my "I have to come back list." The employees were awesome. Super friendly, and they all had great personalities. They joked around with us and made sure all of the customers were happy.

Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff was courteous and friendly. The menu is well-priced for the quality and portions of the meals!

The best kept secret in Lancaster. Delicious food; shareable portions but who wants to share such delicious food? I had country fried steak and it was delicious. Personally I tried the biscuits and it just wasn't for me so I traded to sourdough toast without any issues. Service was great, my coffee cup never ran dry and the French vanilla creamer kept coming. I will definitely go back to try their malts.

After church Breakfast at AM Cafe they really had a lot on the menu 😋 unfortunately most of the food was cold . The French toast banana Bread was ok , bacon & eggs cold the only thing on the order at our table was warm was the scrambles it was very busy & the atmosphere was nice 👌 the manager said they were short handed literally ! So We will all try again.

I came to this restaurant for the first time with my husband and son The waitress was really polite. The food was amazing. They Have a lot of different breakfast we will be coming again overall, good customer service great food

Food is so good here. Everything we have ordered from the menu has really been scrumptious and you will have a happy belly full. Great size portions. They have great coffee, so good . The servers here are so sweet and attentive. Love coming back each time. If you haven’t tried this place and are not sure of coming. Give it a try. You can thank me later.

It can get busy, but always a good choice for breakfast. One of the few places in town with savory crepes on the menu. Friendly and attentive staff.

Mornings at this place is great. I have come here for early morning breakfast for Father's Day, Mother's Day, and many birthday brunches. The cinnamon roll pancakes are a dream. I would get these all the time. You cannot go wrong with any place here. The only thing I question a bit would be the chilli. Other than that this place is a 10/10.

WOW!! Got the AM Cafe omelette with hash browns. I ended up making 3 meals out of it. It was so stuffed with meats and veggies. I didn't try their own home potatoes. Will try next time they looked great. Didn't get a picture because when it arrived it was steaming hot, looked so amazing I immediately dove in and started eating. It wasn't till I was stuffed did I realize I didn't take a picture. It was that great. So much on menu and so many people ordered so many different things I can't decide what I'm going to get next.

It was very quiet but nice because the service is so nice!! Especially when the food comes out!! I got french toast and it was to die for!! I definitely recommend it for one of those chill days we all have!! Overall, they were very respectful and polite!! They gave us a pretty good portion of food on my plate!! This place made my day!!

We go every time for breakfast and the portions have gotten a bit small but the food is still delicious and I'll continue to go there. The staff has always been friendly, but the decor of the restaurant, in my opinion, needs to change it feels worn down old and suffocating, like the walls are closing in and dark. Still, I recommend you try it for yourself. I'm sure you will still enjoy it.

This is the first time coming to this place and I noticed it’s small like a hole in the wall. Well I ordered the bacon scramble and it was not to my expectations at all and instead of the waitress asking me if I wanted something different she took my food and moved on to the other guess leaving me sitting there without any food, menu nothing. I will not be returning back due to terrible customer service. This is the worst experience in my life.

This place is delicious I tried some dishes and all of them are delicious, love their crepes with raspberrie cream Only thing is that maybe a little improvement on they dinner area will be good.

I think we got here at the perfect time of day on a Tuesday night. I ordered liver and onions, with a full size combo that included a large delicious salad, excellently prepared vegetables, and a delicious baked potato. My husband ordered a bacon avocado hamburger that was delicious, also! Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture until I had eaten quite a bit of it! I love liver and onions, and what I had this evening was prepared the best I think I've ever had! We will be back! We've also had breakfast and brunch here, and lunch, and always excellent food and excellent service.

I finally got to try Scramblez Grill and Bar and it was a great experience. Even though they were busy on the 1st day of the New Year, they were attentive and service was great. I ordered chicken fried steak, I was surprised to see a handmade chicken steak, impressive. I also recommend you try the Bloody Marys here, one of the best I've had in a while. Pancakes were great had the crunchy edges 🤤 don't hesitate, check them out

Since the moment you walk in their door you are greeted with a huge smile and the service is very prompt, great Team work and the food is algo great.

This was my first time at Scramblez. WOW! I haven't had a breakfast this good in a long while. I ordered the two eggs with half bacon and sausage, hash browns and toast. No need to season or add ketchup to ANYTHING. The food was excellent! Nice large portions that you'll probably need a to-go box. The staff was EXCELLENT and made sure your felt like a V.I.P. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCRAMBLEZ. Come out and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.🤓

Went 2 days in a row due to appointments. First day was awesome, pancakes were great. Chorizo and excellent, great flavor. The next day the pancakes were good but could have been done more. It was more busy the second day and the staff was great both days

Overall 3.5 stars bar. They serve breakfast all day long which was good. The food was good. I ordered two pancakes with two eggs and two sausages. I also ordered a small fruit salad which was 2 dollars. They don’t have WiFi which they have the right to do so, but what was frustrating that they wanted me quickly out after I finished eating which felt very unwelcome and ruined all the atmosphere. I have been talking over the phone and needed to eat and finished some business. While after eating I was drinking my coffee and talking over the phone they already gave me a bill despite I haven’t asked for it yet. The breakfast came quite expensive for 1 person. With a tip I paid almost 30 dollars. I don’t like that push environment when I want to sit longer but I must to leave. Not sure that I will ever be back.

I loved my breakfast. Gravy looked bland, but was very tasty! CFS had great flavor. The breading was coming off the meat because it wasn't worked in prior to cooking. That is the only negative thing I have to say. Biscuits were great. I'm a country boy, born & raised in Texas. I love my CFS, Biscuits, & Gravy!!!! Service was fine, ambience was good. I'll be back soon!

10/19/2024 Today is my second time to be here. The food is good. All my friends love it. I do not eat meat. They made my breakfast burrito, took out the meat, and added avocado. It was very good. Two of my friends had the perfect landing because it comes with coffee (only one comes with coffee). Hope u will try it. Thanks. 10/20/204 My friends wanted to come again. So I am here. I wish they should have more vegan dish or vegetarian with coffee for me. I hope it will soon because all my friends love to eat here, but I do not want to eat meat. Thanks.

Love coming here, a place away from it all is always a great idea and with good food to choice from on the menu is a plus. The staff members are always so friendly. This place has big windows that you could get a glimpse of planes taking off. You could seat outside when the weather is nice to do so. After your meal there’s a park near you can take a walk after. If you like planes check out the pictures on the walls and models.

Pilots, if you haven't been here in awhile or it's your first time, Foxy's is pretty good. Locals you probably already know about it. There is not much going on nearby the airport that I can see, but we just flew in for lunch and then went back to San Diego. The three of us all had melts. Turkey and ham and cheese. We all liked them very much. Fries are a bit dry, lacking in taste but acceptable. I had the coleslaw side instead of fries, which impressed me because it was without mayonnaise. Actually healthy and good tasting. The server she was really nice.

Great views and ambiance, friendly service. I was a little disappointed with the size of the Crispy California Salad for $13, although the salad was fresh and delicious. The Million Dollar Burger was huge but made with premade patties. Foxy's Burger had great flavor but maybe needed some cheese. Fries were perfectly cooked. I'd come here again to try breakfast because it looked delicious.

A group of us met for lunch yesterday. The food was fabulous. Brandy was our server and she gets 100 points for her speed and patience. We had a full coffee spill all over the table, and she helped us move just like that! The place is covered with aero stuff, and you get to watch the run way as you eat. All in all, great experience! We have already made plans to come back!!

Am perhaps a bit biased for a quaint diner such as this: I love planes, airports and watching take off/ landings. My Dad owned a single engine Cessna, when I was young. Precious memories of riding with him in his plane, plus sitting at a little diner like this eons ago when I was 7/8/9 years old. Our waitress was very nice, thoughtful, attentive and we had a neat conversation about Moms. Lots of photos of all sorts of aircraft from many eras hang on the walls. All windows were on the one side to watch the runway and see planes. Also, there were several miniature planes hung from the ceiling. Great selection of meals, fun names for the meals all referring to aviation in some way. It was breakfast time while we were there, looking at the menu, I found something quite unusual....an omelette with Cacti slices. Yep....Cacti... No, no prickles, just the vegie. It was a bit different, the spice paprika gave a bit of an after kick. Would definitely enjoy it again! After we ate, chatted and watched some small planes land and take off, we went next door to Apollo Park and had a nice stroll.

Been coming here for about 5years everything is absolutely delicious. Plenty of food items to choose from even vegan too. And the drink menu is with many flavors sweet,savory and tart. If you ever around stop in grab a bite to eat you wont regret

It was very good food. This was my first time there. My daughter wanted to go there because they offer vegan food. Which was good. I had breakfast tacos. Good, but next time, I'll try something else. The teas were good. It's a bit sweet for me. I've cut back on sugar, so that's just me. I'll be back again. The employees are very nice.

This is the best restaurant i’ve been to in Lancaster! The service is 10/10 and the food is amazing! I had the breakfast burrito and i’m still thinking about it till today. Also the strawberry shortcake biscuit was to die for omg! Definitely give it a try!

Some great vegan food in Lancaster!!! I've been living here for 4 years and have been sad about the lack of vegan restaurant options and am so glad I finally came across the Modern Tea Room! The food is healthy and delicious, I love the tacos the best (ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture lol). I just wish they stayed open later and used sustainable packaging.

This is a true hidden gem here in my backyard of Lancaster!! Amazing food amazing flavors had the biscuits and gravy it hit the spot with flavors!!!.. also had the strawberry filled waffles omg that was a lot and deliciousness definitely a must come for items!! Clean place very welcoming seating inside or outside. Great staff very quick and kept up with our table needs. 5 stars all day long amazing place my new breakfast spot! !!HIDDEN GEM!!😁😁

A gem in the high desert, diamond in the dirt First off, I highly respect that the pricing is closer to affordable than reasonable. In my opinion the quality of the food here is worth a lot more than what's being asked. Keeping this pricing in this economy is admirable. Second, the vibe and the service were warm and wholesome. Not sure how to word it but nostalgic in the best way. The songs playing also added to this vibe. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Third, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I've had many breakfasts in many places and this place quickly became top 3 all time. Great cup of coffee, Fantastic pancakes, Perfect Hashbrowns, Good Homefries, California Omelette was delicious TexMex Omelette was so flavorful. Next time I'm on this side of Socal I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu which was full of unique food options. (I saw their soup of the day was chicken gumbo! I was there in the am but was so tempted) So yes do yourself a favor and Stop at Pheobes

What a gem in the high desert. We went for the first time and were very impressed. The wait staff was great, and we really enjoyed our meals. We had the eggs Florentine and the Hungry Traveller, all yummy! Be warned… Hungry Traveller is probably enough food to feed 2-3 people. Bravo to Phebies cafe because it was cleanlier than a lot of other breakfast spots in the area. We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu.

The rating here is well deserved. If you’re looking for an old school typical American diner with homemade freshly cooked food, then that’s the place you want to go! Rustic charm, lovely but not overpowering decorated, very clean and nice & fast service. Hash browns are really good, not that fat dripping stuff you know from some chain restaurants. Here they’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My kid loved the fruit option and my husband cleaned every crumb off of his plate. Even the waitress noticed :D

It's a nice old school place. It's better than IHOP or Denny's. It's similar to them. The atmosphere is like from the '50s. It hasn't been updated since then, but it has a nice homey feel the staff is on par. They're very attentive and make sure your needs are met in a timely manner. It go there at least once a month with the parents. It's one of our favorite places to get breakfast at some of the booths can be a little tight for four people, but they do have the bigger boost that I can accommodate us bigger people. Not that we're big. I should have said the bigger people. The portions are very good here. We always end up taking something home

I go here every week. At least once, good old fashioned style diner with great food. Home fries are delicious! Food never takes too long to get to the table. And the atmosphere is polite and respectful.

I love this place because the service is chef’s kiss’s pardon the pun. But it is! Ana is the best and she always takes care of us. She knows my order almost before I order it and no matter how packed it gets she is always on top of it! Been a very happy customer for years and will continue to come back again and again.

I had such a great experience at Denny’s recently that I just had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and golden hash browns — everything was cooked perfectly and served hot and fresh. Classic comfort food done right! A big shoutout to Ana, our server, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and professional — she made our visit feel personal and relaxed. Also, I want to recognize Daniela, the manager, who stopped by to check in on our table. It’s clear she runs a tight ship with care and pride — the restaurant was clean, organized, and well-staffed. Highly recommend this Denny’s location — the food hits the spot and the people make it even better. We’ll definitely be back!

It was Sunday afternoon very busy.. I was seated right away and my waitress was there in a few minutes. Put my order in and receive my food quickly stop. My waitress was doing her job well with a smile on her face..... PS.... is there a rule saying you cannot eat salad with your breakfast. LOL

Alan and Miss Jeannette were very kind, they made us feel like we were at home, very attentive with our needs, and I really liked their personalities. I highly recommend when you go eat there to ask for them as they went out of their way to make us feel good and blessed. I love the way that they served us and their amazing service.

I always have a great experience at Denny’s thanks to Vianey! She’s such a friendly and attentive host who always greets me with a smile. She goes above and beyond to make sure pick-up orders are ready quickly and correctly, which makes everything so convenient.

I am so very happy I have went to this location this morning and had Vianey as our host! She was very very helpful and so nice ! We bonded over our lashes and she is so very considerate! Helped us with getting our baby girl with a high chair ! Anyways regardless I did love my experience there because of her!!

Im from Scotland and the wife from Germany and we have never ever had such a perfect service anywhere in our travels, My four kids loved the food...you guys deserve 1000 stars ... So fourth coming..... I needed Internet access and the young waitress offered me a hotspot...now how nice was that !!!! She didn't even know me!!!! 100% customer service...thank you guys so much ...Keep up the amazing good work.....I definitely recommend a visit here.....last but not least I wish everyone a nice meal with the family or friends.

Been coming here occasionally, for years. Lately i noticed the decline in value. Lattes are watered down. So, I buy another espresso shot (1 oz. exactly) for $3.50. That made the total price $9 ...for coffee!!! Maybe it's the fact that I've been going to mom & pops coffee shops, lately, that i noticed how much Starbucks coffee sucks! Overrated. Not to mention all the chemicals in their processed pastries. I'm just gonna stick to my Keurig coffee from now on.

I am super disappointed. I love strawberry Acai but this is the only location where they give me water down drinks!!! All the time!!! I always have them remake it and they ask me if I meant to order the lemonade. No I did not! I always order Strawberry Acai Refresher not lemonade at other locations, have been since 2021 and it’s never tasted watered down like this location. It’s super annoying, this is the closest location to me. They need retraining!

Worst Starbucks in town.. They didn't even give me my whole order, and when I came back, they said they could not accommodate me in any way. Waste of 40 minutes for a cake pop to make my kid happy, just because of incompetent people that can't do their jobs.

Really bad customer service, girl at the drive thru today has no manners. I had ordered a lot of drinks and she didn’t offer a drink carrier. Had me sitting there at the window for several minutes until she says my total, no drink carrier, no straws. I asked her a question and she didn’t respond. She shoved the drinks into my hand and turned away. The only thing she said to me was my total. Weird.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I don't know how roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and basil pesto layered on toasted focaccia bread became whatever the heck I got. I asked for Impossible breakfast sandwiches, which they were out of. I asked the order taker what vegetarian options they had. She didn't answer, so we ordered the two tomato & mozzarella sandwiches after looking at the menu. Didn't even get to eat what we didn't even want. Now here I am wasting another 20 minutes at a Del Taco drive thru.

This was my first time dining here. My sister made sure were the before the crowd. This is a busy restaurant. This restaurant has been in this location near the train tracks in the Lancaster area for over twenty years. The decor of the restaurant is a ton of memorabilia of the railroad, vehicle license plates from all over the United States, and the evolution of their menus over the years. The food is amazing and you will receive a plate full of food at a really reasonable price. Our server was Kim and she was amazing. There is plenty of free parking.

Absolutely blown away by the food here! The portion sizes are massive and the flavor is outstanding. Shout out to Stephanie for being an amazing waitress!

The Ortega omelet was awful. The meat was old and stale. The biscuits and gravy was good but it wasn't worth it at $20 per plate. The portion size is large but it doesn't matter if the food is no good. The server sucked. She was super rude with a big old attitude and she didn't give a hoot. The omelet isn't really an omelet. It's a big egg crape filled with onions, bell pepper, cheese and chunks of steak. By the way they charge extra for pepper jack cheese but they don't tell you that it's extra. The place didn't have many customers during lunch time, only a couple tables. Maybe that says something.

It was our first time here after living for 3 years and this place did not disappoint. The portions are huge, the food is amazing and the service is great. We loved the ambiance and the sports look. 10/10 for sure.

This is hands down the best and safest place to get breakfast. It makes the Denny’s across the street feel more like a McDonald’s. They serve generous portions and are great with coffee refills. I didn’t have the same experience at their other location on Avenue I. The atmosphere felt rougher and even the food didn’t taste as good. I’m not sure if it was the environment but overall this spot is a solid choice for breakfast.

Coworker and I stopped in for breakfast. We both got the prime rib and eggs. Usual starch on the side. Coworker ordered a side of gravy. It was bacon gravy and very good. Prime rib was thick and tender. I ordered the 14 oz and it was more than I could eat. Our server was Kim and it seemed like she was a one woman show when we arrived and she was hustling from table to kitchen to table. I think before we left help arrived. She definitely was a star. Good flavor all around, eggs were cooked as ordered, over medium. Not cheap tho, with a milk it was $37 before tip.

We've ben going to Crazy Otto's since the "old shack by the railroad track" days. I generally do not get the sausage patty due to the heaviness of sage, BUT, my wife gets it for that very reason. I weirdly decided to get the sausage with my F/T combo sorta/kinda wanting that flavor, and my wife got the Bisc/Gravy with a side of sausage. To both our surprise, NOT a HINT of sage!!?! Sorta/kinda tasteless, to the point my wife wasn't eating it!? So I ask: what's up with that??! Would have probably been 5 stars, but the sausage nixed that!

Nice quaint diner, with good helpful service. The food was good and a good selection on the menu . Separate menu for drinks where there is a decent selection of local and international wines and beers. Also a wide selection of cakes and pies. Either sit and enjoy your meal in the booths or at the bar, there's also an adjoining cake shop which doubles up as a souvenir shop.local papers can be purchased at the entrance and also a smoking bin outside for smokers. I don't think I've once had a bad meal here and the staff have been great with their tips and advisories for the local area .only bad thing I can think of is , I thought the sizzler came to you hot sizzling and spitting , but each one I've had here does not.

Had the worst Strawberry pie (my favorite) it was watery, strawberries mushy, and crust was mush. Happy Mothers Day to me. Ultimate waste of $24.18 in the trash. The manager I spoke to did not offer a voucher with proof (picture) he asked me to bring the mushy pie @ almost 8:00 at night to exchange it. Not good customer service being I own a business. You tell me, would you be upset?

Food was mediocre at best. Pies are still good but not worth the price. Our waitress was what pushed for this review. She took my daughter's plate before she was done and hardly apologized. No, she was not new she was not clueless, she was just rude. Asked her for a bag to go and it seemed like she took it out of the recycling bin of bags. The first bag was flimsy and I had a couple of boxes to take home, I was worried about it falling apart, so I asked her for another and she got a bit annoyed. She questioned why and after I explained it to her, she got another but it seemed like she was the one paying for it because she was reluctant. Not going back, i was completely disappointed.

Drive thru.... Female taking order was as pleasant as an angry feral cat. Girl who gave me my order at window was very nice. Ordered unsweetened ice tea with meal. When I opened the lid of the cup of tea, a odor similar to pond water came from it. I had my doubts. Checked my breath, nope not me! Had others smell my breath lol and the beverage cup not telling them what I could smell. Right away they stated, "smells like sewer water!" Apparently, they need to clean the ice and tea machines. I had already left the location otherwise, I would have went in the restaurant to return it.

Its a decent diner. Nothing fancy or amazing. OK food at OK prices. Other reviewers who are complaining need to reign in their expectations and remember this is a diner not a four star restaurant. The BLT was OK. Toast was over cooked but that was my fault as I prefer under toasted. Bacon was extra crispy as ordered. The fries were good. My friend said her burger was decent. The avacado was not brown which is rare for these types of places. Yes, the staff could have been faster to clear tables and the bathroom could have been better, but again, its a cheap diner. We will be back when we want a cheap burger that is not true fast food.

Drive thru person was nice but their food preparer needs serious skill trading. I ordered a small chili cheese frie and it looks like not only slapped together but not even a complete order. Cmon how do you screw up chili cheese fries. I will not be going back. 10$ for this. Just SAD!

I've been eating here for years and I absolutely love their food. My children swear by their breakfast burritos and my favorite is the steak and eggs. No lie, their steak is always cooked perfectly medium and absolutely delicious.

The breakfast food was good and plentiful and the coffee ☕️ was good and hot. I enjoyed my scrambled eggs and hasbrowns. I really liked the sourdough toast. Also had a half order of french toast.

Love all the Tom's Burgers, every time that I see one of them I run to get my favorite dish but honestly I like all the Menu from them, like the chicken salad, taco plate, burritos, all the sandwiches but my favorite is "Steak & cheese sandwich " and not leaving out side my favorite hamburgers Special bcuz for one price I get a delicious combo, that's coming with French fries and a drink and I won't forget dessert, they offer delicious cakes or cheese cakes and also I really love that the place is always shiny clean and smells all the food that they preparing, the bathrooms are also very clean, I love everything about Tom's BURGERS and now that you can dinning in is much better bcuz you eat it hot and tasty and I won't leave behind the personnel all of them are always happy, polite, friendly and they always greeting you at the entrance, I'm hungry all the time for Tom's BURGERS.

Well the food was good but it needs improvement on the servers and employees as I sat down to have my burrito chorizo burrito and egg they were dirty plates on the table when I started eating and as I was done eating and left the female staffed that we're cleaning tables kept passing me by and the floor was dirty what I didn't like if they used a broom that stirs up dust into your food they should use a Swiffer mop no dust that's would be a better way to sweep the floor and another thing I didn't like the female servers that were tattooed up they should cover those up cuz there are people who don't like to see those especially me think about it it's not very professional gang members people in prison I'll wear them do you want to look like them really Hitler tattoo the Jews for a reason to degrade them and humiliate them so why would you want to wear them especially the restaurant I don't want to See them cover up your advertisement nobody wants to see that you're giving young kids to go there a bad idea you're not setting an example you're setting a really bad example to look like prisoners in prison and gang members you don't want to set that kind of example to children who eat there very unprofessional girls who are them there start learning how to clean up tables when people are eating their clean up the old plates that are sitting there that was pretty disgusting poor workmanship no etiquette a proper etiquette or manners on how to serve people need to send these employees to school at edicate school restaurant training I guess the manager and the owner didn't train these people you can't just run a business and leave dirty dishes on the table while somebody has to sit there and eat his meal and a dirty dishes just stay there while the person is eating their meal well staff members just walked by continuously they did give me two cups of coffee you think they would have picked it up and took it away but they didn't I just can't believe this

We had a group of 14 looking for lunch after church. The restaurant was very busy so we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to be seated, but we expected to wait longer. The staff is very accommodating and we are flexible to unusual seating options. The food is good, servings are generous and service is top notch.

Great late-night stop at Denny's! Salvador gave awesome service, super friendly and attentive (wish I caught him to tip!). Place was clean despite construction, and bathrooms were spotless. Only downside? Not many outlets, but it's a diner after all. Perfect when everywhere else is closed. Definitely coming back!

Had an amazing omelette. Just a great breakfast. Even the hash browns were cooked just right. Nothing spectacular just a great morning for a perfect breakfast and real pleasant service and atmosphere. The senior prices were a bonus.

Best broccoli cheddar soup I've ever had! I always get it here, i recommend getting it in a bread bowl. We also had salads, sandwiches and Mac and cheese, everything was perfect temperature and delicious.

Placed order for carry out like I normally do. The difference in this scenario was boyfriend was traveling through Lancaster and offered to stop and pick up food. I ordered enough for lunch the next day, he ate his before getting back on the road. After he arrived home with the food about an hour later, and I moved onto the soup notice it was regular mac & cheese and not the broccoli mac & cheese soup. Called and informed the store of the error. They apologized and offered for me to pick up the correct item and a complementary side. And informed them that I am not local and it’s just happened to be this particular store that we stopped at and if they can refine the amount of the item charge refund it back to your card. Was inform no can-do.

Above and beyond customer service! We had an order of four drinks. The ongoing summer lemonade drink with popping raspberry boba, matcha frap, mocha cookies and creme frap and mango dragonfruit with 3 pumps simple syrup and extra dragonfruit. Usually, my family and I go inside but on this occasion we used the drive thru (AV summer, am I right?) The people working at this particular Starbucks made sure that we were well taken care of - very patient with any slight adjustments to our orders! We appreciate you all very much! This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the Lancaster area. I have been traveling out of state quite often this summer, and today was the first time that I had been there in about four months. There appears to be all different crew working there. I don't think that I will be going back to this location for personal reasons which I will not elaborate..

Stopped in to meet a friend and enjoy a cup of coffee. Got the hot chai late w no water and oat and it was great, Green tea lemonade and ice water and all was good. I also ordered the egg bites and the impossible sandwich with no egg and they did a fantastic job. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards so you can enjoy an item in the future. The store looked real clean and there was not a line inside. I went in around 830am and walked out quickly.

Starbucks is pretty universal this location is no different it does what Starbucks says it’s going to do. They don’t greet you when you walk in though so that’s a deal breaker. I asked for my receipt and they didn’t give it to me.

I came in last night about 930. I asked the guy to make my burger well done instead of him putting my burger well done he put fries well done no salt. My burger was still pink. I couldn’t even eat it all. It had me throwing up my kids was eating too so It’s very bad. I come to this place too much for my food to be this nasty but my kids was eating. They didn’t wanna stop, but I told them that the food wasn’t all the way done.

The burger and fries i ordered did satisfy but this joint is charging 3-4 dollars more for the same you can get at any other fast burger joint I have to take points away for no originality even down to the same beverages and seasoned fries as just every other average burger and breakfast joint. Went to get food for my Son and Husband we were given someone else’s order got half way to our destination when I checked the bag turned the car around my Husband went inside got a replacement and I should’ve checked the bag thinking it would be fine nope they made my child’s burger with no patty how do you do that and to make the matters worse they never answered their phone I called over 30 times and left a message then called the next day it’s ridiculous to spend that much on food he couldn’t even eat

I witnessed an extremely disappointing incident at this location. A customer had ordered a burger with nothing on it, and the staff handed him just two buns. When he asked for it to be remade properly, they refused and told him, “This is your burger — eat your two buns.” The situation escalated when the customer, understandably upset, threw a milkshake at the wall and left. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never return to this place after seeing how poorly they treat customers.

I just love Louis Burgers, plain and simple. The people are great, the food is tasty especially my favorite breakfast burrito with hash browns, eggs, cheese and sausage! It takes me two days to eat it! They also have great sandwiches, Burgers, hot dogs, so many other things. Come and try it, you won't be sorry! They have alot of parking too!

We usually like the food and service here, but lately, they've both been off. I ordered a steak n shrimp dinner with a salad, veggies n onion rings. They forgot the shrimp, over cooked the steak, skipped the veggies on my dinner plate and served only onion rings with the steak BUT the breading was separated from the actual onions. I ordered and paid extra for ranch and cocktail sauce and didn't get any of it. I literally ate 2 bites of the dinner and threw it away. 3rd order in 2 weeks that I didn't eat. Also, when you order, one of two things happens. Either they stay quiet but act like they heard you and then get the order wrong( wasting my time while they try to rectify) OR the employee says Is that it or "OK? " Anything else" after every item ordered. Always in a rushed manner. I gave this place a fair chance. It's a shame because they use to be our favorite family place.

Stopped by for lunch and I’ve never left so disappointed with the food quality. Found hair on my onion rings (which were honestly horrible) and burger was extremely charred. When paying at the register, I noticed everything was coming out burnt (even the hashbrowns were coming out black in the background). Hardly ever have to say this but I will never be coming back to this specific location ever again. Ruined my appetite and ruined my image of this place.

I can't really hate on this place. The food is fine, like any other place similar (Primos, Doublez) It was clean and the service fine. Had a club sandwich was exactly what I expected and nothing more. Overall I prefer Primos to Tom's, but that's just my preference.

Had the french toast breakfast and it was delicious. The portions are large and the prices are low. The restaurant was very clean and they use their signage very well to promote food items. I would definately return here. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff member put our order in incorrectly. But they made it right. Besides that great place for breakfast.

Update. Here today, the server just ignored us to take the order or give us at least drinks for over 10 minutes serving other people who came after us one after another. Rude, unprofessional. I don’t recommend to come here if you don’t want to be ignored by the waitress. Food is good. Always fresh and delicious, but the price after the cafe was burnt out increased significantly. The service is good however sometimes there is a line there to eat. I like their pancakes. The eggs are good but they should not cooked them to the golden crust since it is not good for health. Overall it is really good place for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

Finally, I got to try Easy Egg Cafe, and it was pretty good. The food was nice and fresh. Everyone I went with enjoyed their food items. The service is pretty speedy. Atmosphere is nothing special. I personally ordered the Croissant Turkey sandwich, and it was pretty good next time. I definitely will be ordering the eggs benedict, though. I guess I'm just underwhelmed because this restaurant has such a big hype in the AV, and it is good. But it's not as hyped up as people make it to be.

The girl with the angry eyebrows was rude from the moment we entered. Never had a waiter treat me like this. This is the first time I didn't tip. I don't know what her problem was, but taking it out on your customers is not the way. I brought some friends because I wanted to show them this restaurant with great breakfast. They are never coming back here again. Sadly, first impressions matter a lot. I tried to reason with my friends that she never acted like this before. I've been here dozens of times. I would gladly change my score and keep coming back if she apologizes and promises to not be rude to any future customers.

This little gem is one you want to add to your breakfast plans. The food was really good. Portions are a nice size. The food was seasoned well and cooked like you want. I asked for an omelet and I asked if they could cook the eggs soft and that’s how my omelet came out. Delish!!! I loved the intimate setting as well. The service was excellent. I’d def refer friends and family. When I have family visiting, I’m bringing them here. Very, very nice👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Where do I start!?!?! Their gravy is amazing!!! I've had it on the Loaded Breakfast Burrito with sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, and that delicious gravy. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with more gravy. Their burgers for lunch are delicious as well. Great service, great food, and the menu has something for everyone... today for my kids bday we had the Quartz Hill Burrito and the Country omelet and they were both delicious. Still a great place to get an amazing breakfast here in Quartz Hill.

First time I've been to Easy Egg. A few coworkers and I went after work this morning. We were the first through the door. I ordered the blueberry french toast. It was very good and had great plate presentation. Also our waitress was attentive and pleasant as well. I'll definitely be coming back.

I like the Easy egg café, I really like grabbing breakfast here because everything just tastes kind of country homemade it’s a very laid-back environment. The servers are really attentive and take care of you. The food is tasty flavorful tastes fresh. The atmosphere is nice. highly recommend it if you’re in the area for breakfast.

I wish when you leave reviews you can leave no stars and still leave comments. I used to love going to this place until a few days ago I went there for lunch . I was overcharged and the cashier did not understand English well so he was unable to communicate the order to the Cook. After making sure the order was correct I was also overcharged by the manager because she told me that the order that I placed was actually extra from what I paid earlier. After my calculations while I was standing there I noticed that I was overcharged for the meal. I'm very upset at the issue because it could have been fixed while in store but the manager didn't know how to count even with the calculator. I'm very upset because this should never happen especially if you're explaining it to the person that is in charge. I feel like they can use more training there at that location that way this doesn't happen in the future. I would also like the remaining of my money back for being overcharged.

Always good food, clean spaces, good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of parking (including handicap parking) and most of all clean and well stocked restrooms. I have been to A LOT of Farmer Boys - from Lancaster, CA to Gilbert, AZ with locations in Nevada in-between. ALWAYS let those Zucchini Sticks cool for a few minutes before you bite into them (they are hot for a reason 🤣).

BEWARE OF PEDRO CORTEZ the manager on duty on 8/30/25 at 12:44pm has no clue on how to manage a restaurant and needs to be removed immediately. I placed a DoorDash order and after about 40 minutes of my order being extended constantly I receive a call from the restaurant saying someone took my order and that they will not remake the order and they will not cancel the order . Never in my life have I encountered a manager with less incompetence and understanding on how to handle a simply solvable situation. Somehow it’s my fault that his workers gave food to a random person and didn’t confirm it on their delivery app? And the attitude on the phone that man had was completely disgusting . I order from there regularly it sucks to see how terrible the staff is . Would not recommend

And after a while, i'm i'm almost done with the pancakes.The lady brings me the blueberries.She goes, here's your blueberries.I go I told the lady, forget it cuz.I was already eating the other one.I go now you bring it.And she said, well, you can take it with you.I go, i'm going to the laundromat.So when am I supposed to dI will never go back to IHOP. Good lord they have gotten expensive. $4.59 for coffee is ridiculous. The food was good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. It was not very busy on a Saturday morning. They had an annoying speaker that was making weird noises so we had to move tables. It was clean inside.

Went in for takeout very friendly and courteous service was clean and the decor is immaculate we were told 15 minutes and my fine folks I timed it just to see if the wait time matched and Im happy to report to all it did! the pancakes are my favorite item of course as the name they are King of pancakes and waffles alot of new items on the menu can't wait to go back and try them see you all soon and thank you for your service to the community

Had pancakes 🥞 of course along side a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and served piping hot. The burrito was large enough to share with my dining companion who had the 2+2+2 and was more than satisfied after adding a side of hash browns. My burrito contained a LOT of hash browns,sausage links, bacon, cheese and hollandaise sauce with a side of salsa. Not quite sure it contained three strips of bacon as listed in the description but I did enjoy it. Had my Hollandaise sauce served on the side. We did the hot pecan flavored syrup. I have never been a fan of the syrup setting out on the table. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. Will go back again. Out server was awesome, so sorry that I missed her name.

It was slightly dingy and service was a little slow. But to be fair it was very busy and we had a large group. The waitress did really well to get all of our orders in and they all came out correctly. I ordered the protein pancakes which I was a little nervous about because protein anything can be hit or miss. But at IHOP? Perfect. Found my new favorite order. The eggs and sausage were also really good. We ordered two kids meals, and they were both well portioned and quality. I highly recommend coming to this location. Just be aware parking is a little tricky(but thats not within their control)

It was okay. The only complaint we had was that the server had already put in the tipping amount she wanted, when I went to pay. Unfortunately I didn't catch it until after I had paid. It was over and above what I felt was deserved for the service we received and definitely more than I had wanted to/could justify tipping. Be aware of this tactic the waitstaff uses and always check your receipt and the adjusted total BEFORE you pay. The tip cost more than My order. 🤨🤨🤨 The food was blah and there are definitely better choices available.

This is one of the worst locations, I have been to. I ordered the 5 pc chicken strips and they basically gave me 6 half chicken strips for roughly $18. Total rip off, and Jeanette (drive thru attendant) is rude and unprofessional

I went to this location 1 night in the drive thru, ordered my food and gave them a REAL $50 BILL. The guy gave me my change 2 $20 bills and a few 1's. Next day I used that same money at a store and was told the 1 of the 20's were FAKE! I told them it couldn't be because I got this money from jack in the box. Long story short, looking at the $20 bill it looked real but was DEFINITELY FAKE😡. I CALLED CORPORATE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND NOOO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. SO IM ADVISING THAT YOU WATCH THESE SHADY EMPLOYEES AND BE CAREFUL WHEN U USE YOUR CARD ALSO BECAUSETHEY PROBABLY HAVE CARD SKIMMERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME!! Got the double fish burger, which was strangley satisfying. Just your standard JIB. Only reason it didn't get 5 is because in the bathroom it was as if they had a direct line to the sewer. It smelled so bad. At least it was contained to the bathroom

I had just purchased a metro PCS phone for my daughter she forgot it in the bathroom along with her other phone, I called and described my daughter's phones they first said they weren't there I said the phone locator says they are then the girl back peddled and said oh here they are well when I got there they handed me one phone that was my daughter's and tried giving me someone else's phone I told the girl that one phone is not my daughter's she said that's what the person found in the bathroom meaning another employee I said GPS still says phone is there and they basically made me leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

Upped review from 3-5 to 4-5 Stopped by for lunch. Tried the chicken strips with fries combo. Food was average, on the dry side. Not tempted to return for anything else here.

The Workz has amazing food! It's very fresh, especially the veggies on the sandwiches. All of the food is very good, you can't go wrong. The service is quick. The atmosphere is fine, good tables and such. The neighborhood isn't so great, but that's unavoidable.

I'm pregnant and annoyed. Last night they messed up my order. Tonight, they put a cone in the middle of the drive thru saying they're closed from 4-5am but it's 1 am!!! So YES I moved it. Manager Tomas was being rude to me at the window when all I want is my damn sandwich! He's the same one that messed up my order last night. Jack needs to reconsider his management.

Completely isolated from all of the other businesses in the area. This location has convenient avta bus stops. Limited parking food is as you would expect from jitb. But don't dare mess with the soda machine unless your a paying customer.

Love Jack and some of their prices. Great selection though. Update 8/2/19: This Jack in the box is the best in the area. I gave Jack another try after my bad experiences on Ave k Jack and this one had ice cold water pitcher on counter with cups for those of us who need water in this hot California sun. Also my food was actually fresh this time and not microwaved. I hope all the other Jack's in the area follow suit. This is the store that sets the bar up there.

Employees don’t pay attention to costumers when and if you need to ask or something. The food was fine but the fact that me & a lady had to step into the employee area to be assisted is beyond me, they’re so disorganized it wasn’t full. The food was McDonald’s quality tho so that’s fine

Today, I decided to give McDonald’s a chance. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal . Tell me why my chicken is hard as a brick. I asked for no salt on the fries. They still put the salt on the fries anyway. At this particular location it’s always a problem. Nobody takes pride in giving great customer service. It’s either something wrong with my food or my mom’s food . I really wish they do better.

I always have problems at this McDonald's with the staff I just don't go anymore the fries are never fresh it's like they leave the old fries sitting there for hours and still serving them the eating area is always dirty you gotta clean your own table just to sit down and they don't even where gloves I sat there and watched all of them touch there hair wipe there faces and touching food with out washing there hands really gross will never ever go there again

Worst customer service from the manager/shift leader herself. Cogent see her name because she didn't wear her name tag. Ordered a 2x6 and substituted ONE of the sandwiches eggs with scrambled instead of round egg. When approaching the widow she was waiting for us and immediately said " You can't substitute with Scrambled, only with folded egg!" Very rudely, not apologetic or any greeting whatsoever. I told her that they have always done that in the past. She was argumentative stating they never did it. Then she changed it to we will charge you extra. I said ok that fine. This lady proceeded to charge me almost $4 for a side of Scrambled egg instead of adding it as an extra condiment like you do with bacon or extra cheese. The part I really disliked that she was reprimanded the kid who was the cashier at the moment right in front of us. She is vindictive and rude and definitely does not show any leadership or customer care qualities.

Spent 25 of my 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru . Not even out the end yet I'm writing this while waiting. Was only 1-2 cars ahead of me in my line. Crazy wait time I could travel to a different McDonald's and get food quicker. I could go get food made somewhere else and be out quicker. Not fast food here. Just trash you wait forever for

Holy hell this place is depressing. Came inside to pick up my food because the drive thru line was ridiculous. What a mistake. It's like the waiting room to hell in here. There's a homeless guy sleeping at a table in the corner. Its quiet and awkward in here. Does it cost too much to have a little music playing to distract us from the fact that all of our mistakes in life led us to be here at this very moment? Add to that the fact that the wait time is atrocious and it's just all bad. What a nightmare. The owners and managers don't care because they know people will come anyways. That's the world we live in I guess. Apathy all around. Od better.

Anyone else have contestant issues with this McDonald’s specifically? “Oh sorry we don’t have large drinks right now.” AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT. Conveniently the receipt printer is also broken. They also run out of tea almost every time I order. This place is suspicious.

Solid Jack in the box location. Pretty good. What you would expect from a good Jack in the box. They have a cool soft drink machine that makes crazy flavors and such at this location. Drive thru always open 24hrs.

About a week ago I requested a refund as the Server/Driver delivered 1/2 of my order. I have not heard back from the company/manager. It could have been a mistake, but I have not been compensated for by the company. This is a disservice.

I always drive through, there Chicken Sandwiches in my opinion are pretty good.

I ordered the $15 sampler plate. It was supposed to be chicken strips, onion rings, taquitos, and quesadillas. They didn’t give me taquitos or quesadillas. They subbed three matzorella sticks instead. The “spicy polish” sausage sandwich was a hotdog with a scrambled egg and tomatoe and lettuce.

Love this place! Food is really good. Service is amazing, our waitress was super friendly and brought everything we needed.

Tables were very dirty. There was crumbs and a used straw wrapper in the booth. Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs meal, and they forgot the toast. I had to ask 3 times and wait almost 10 min to get the toast. Chicken fried steak was decent, and lots of gravy with small sausage link pieces in it. I rate it a 5 on a 1-10 meal wise besides my complaints. They serve solid food overall, but nothing to rave about. Kitchen is cooking decent food. This place serves everything a standard primo serves, but they have TVs, full bar, and a more comfortable dining room. If they improved thier dining room cleanliness and service, they could easily earn another 2 stars from me.

We had an absolutely wonderful breakfast today. I got the eggs, bacon, home fries, toast and coffee. Each item was perfect, and I wouldn't change a single thing. They offer flavored creamers with the coffee which is a great touch. The booth and silverware were clean. Will happily go back anytime.

I ate here yesterday for the first time and I will never go back, I ordered a 25$ patty melt combo and it was the one of the worst I ever ate, the jr. size hamburger patty was much smaller than the rye bread, piece of cheese was smaller than the bread, the onions, at least I think they were onions, were the size of dental floss and black and burnt and the whole sandwich was dry, so not worth it.

They give you very large portions and the food comes out fast. I had the philly and the steak was soft and tasty. They service was very friendly as well. I need to come here gor breakfast. Nice clean place too.

The customer service is really bad. The dining room was closed, they only had two tables to for eat. I waited long time to be served. I had to scream to bring someone to front desk. If this business go like that! I don't think they will have enough customer to survive. Pay attention to all of this seriously or else, you will go bankruptcy.

The shift manager (I don't recall her name at this time) today was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. I had made a mistake while ordering and she resolved it quickly. The food is also very tasty and reasonably priced!

Del Taco needs to get it together bought a number 1 two del tacos with chili cheese fries. The tacos were like snack tacos for the ingredients. Both taco shells were broken and stale tasting. Chili cheese fries look like some was missing.

Went there early in the morning and bought 2 of the Mexi boxes and service was good but food was kinda bland it all tasted the same. Beans tasted like they had been almost burnt. Scorched. We did not eat much of the meal. Not the normal quality of del taco food!

Most fast food restaurants have kiosk now, so I can't really judge service. This particular McDonald's atmosphere is great. I mostly visit McDonald's for Happy Meals and breakfast. I'm not a fan of their Burgers. Love the Frapps and ice coffees.

Came through the drive thru, I got two double cheeseburgers with no pickles and light on the onion ketchup and mustard I also used my points for a free large fry my app told me I used it and I clicked okay. After getting to the first window and paying I looked at my receipt and saw they had charged me for my free large fry and my burgers only said no pickles. When I got to the second window I told them I had used a code for the fry and he charged me for it, I also tried to ask them to make sure my burger where light on the onion ketchup everything else but before I could the worker walked away from the window. She came back with a manger and she asked to see my code, I let her know I had already given it and couldn’t pull it back up because I used it I also pulled up my history in app to show her that their location just took my point for it but she refused to give me a refund on it without using another code and using my points again. I gave in and came around to the inside to get my refund and use my points, when I got the refund and used my deal again but I had also noticed they didn’t do light on everything else for my burgers so I asked them to do that for me to since that what I originally asked for. I sat in that McDonald for a hour waiting on two burgers and a fry. And I a had to use double my point for it(better than paying at least). I did get a bit more than just the fries and the burgers and I found out a lot more was wrong with my order than I originally thought but I had already wasn’t so much time in there I let it be. Never coming to this McDonalds again that’s for sure they’ve don’t this to me too many times.

Speak up couldn't hear/understand anyone in the ordering processing regardless ordered online and got no sauce. Looked like the manager was the one putting to get my bag too and was running around? Rest assured in the hands of ur manger not only will he forgot ur sauce but he'll hand out extra to the person in front of me. Had to even out the cost of the sauces or what. Came here to get breakfast at 10:45 and By the time I get to the speaker at 10:50 they tell me one minute and make me sit there for 10 minutes and waited right until they changed the signs to get back on the speaker. It's ridiculous, yall could have just taken my order for my one McMuffin instead of making me wait 10 mins at the speaker cause they decided they were done with breakfast. Just plain lazy.

The food is good.What?I only buy is the breakfast sandwiches.The two for $6.00 breakfast sandwich, I love those. Those are very good and I know that my griddle's good too, but they're more money if you don't have much, get the 2 for $6, very, very good cheese with eggs in it. And that one's over by k Avenue. Just in front of 24 hour fitness, which place you don't wanna go? Nasty there. I don't like the workers. I can go to in shape in Palmdale. I love it there. Better better app and just fear. And nobody messes with ya, nobody steals anything and he got equipment downstairs. They got equipment upstairs, pull Jacuzzi, heat room, that the steam room they're still fixing it. Supposed to be done state-of-the-art and they said it's gonna be done by the end of the month of this month, which is March 2025.

Stopped with the family and had a great time. We had burgers and burritos. They were so good!! There were some hikers on the Pacific Crest who had stopped. A little group of musicians playing. The whole atmosphere was fun and upbeat. The owner, Richard, was friendly and was quite the character.

INCREDIBLE SPOT!!!! Richard gave me the tour over here and was an incredible host. Spread the word about this place and support those who take care of truckers! 5 Showers available you can practically access anytime, 3 lounge areas, the fence with the T. rex looks locked but it not and you can just walk in there they'll have coffee ready by 4am. The food is solid got myself a carne asade burrito, and coffee is free for truckers! Bathrooms are well kept single room inside the store. If you can make it here I highly recommend it, quiet and safe spot away from any mischief that lurks around the crowd of fully loaded trailers. The hospitality is above and beyond here. He is making more room for truckers within the upcoming months and renovating all the building space for people all the like. The place is close to hiker town and the pacific coast trail so a variety of people roll through here and they make sure to accommodate everyone as best as they can. The store inside is pretty bare boned but covers all the necessary things you might need on your travels but restaurant is a solid grab to get something and start your day off right!

This place might look like a small convenience store with a kitchen, but don’t let that fool you — the food is amazing! The burgers, breakfast sandwiches, and Mexican dishes are all super good. I stop by whenever I’m in the area, whether I’m riding dirt bikes or working nearby. The outdoor seating area is clean, shaded, and just a nice place to hang out and eat. Highly recommend the sausage breakfast sandwich and the bacon burger — both hit the spot every time!

First off! The people are lovely! So nice and accommodating!! Second, their Café menu is delicious! I've tried a couple of items, and so far, everything has tasted great!!! They provide gasoline, have some market supplies. A lot of snacks and a small selection of beer. Great little market! Picture attached shows pulled pork with jalapeños over some French fries. Not on the menu but it's something they put together for me as they didn't have pastrami fries, what I was originally craving. BUT! It was delicious! 😋

The green salsa was delicious. I also really loved the breakfast burrito I got! Combined with the free snaple (thank you :)) everything was amazing!

This is a little spot in the middle of nowhere in the Mojave desert and we have very options of other places to go to. They were kind to us (the food was a bit expensive however) but when the food came out it was unfortunately not what I ordered. I ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single cheeseburger but I believe it was an honest mistake as opposed to anything malicious on their part. I would go back again but that's more out of necessity than anything else

Awesome people that really care about their customers and it shows in all their efforts. Great food. Good prices. Nice place with interesting insights to local history. Update... I stopped by with my wife for lunch. She, having never been there, was very impressed. We were greated with great warmth and welcome by a whole new crew that I was unfamiliar with. Not the phoney, hi welcome to Walmart, Subway or such but real, from the heart, gladness. It instantly changed not just our day but our whole overnight trip. Awesome kindness, people and food and, we discovered more of the place than I had previously known. I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

This is probably one of the rougher McDonald’s locations in the Antelope Valley. I came here for breakfast once and noticed homeless individuals hanging around inside. While I was eating, a couple of them approached me, which made the experience uncomfortable. If you’re stopping by, I’d recommend using the drive-thru instead of dining in.

This place has gone down hill since the general manager Kristina left. It seems like the General Manager cares more about staff drama than making the customer happy. The employee Agua had so much attitude at the window.

I regret ever going to this McDonalds. Girls who work there are always on their phones and mess up on orders. For big orders only give 2 ketchups. They have bad attitudes. Well I guess McDonalds corporation likes to pay for rudeness. So I don’t mind going to worse area McDonalds. At lease they treat customers with great services. I have had two bad experiences and and I feel that I am being judged for getting a happy meal. The second bad experience I felt it was both the employees and my fault and someone had to intervene and did not handle it well. Just moving forward I want to be treated respectful and whatever I order should be accommodated to the very best. Honestly I did not plan on going to going to McDonald’s again however my boyfriend surprised me with a happy meal and god I was disgusted with it. Usually has long wait times in the drive thru but food is usually pretty good and they have a play area for kids inside. A lot of McDonald's are getting rid of the play areas, so it's good to see that.

Horrible experience , horrible customer service. Expect for one worker he was very polite Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but thank you for being kind and helpful. But Lindsay on the other hand is the worst , I think she’s just naturally bitter. But if you don’t like your job look for something else . Customer service should be your priority and that’s something you lack . So from my understanding, you are only able to get two orders per car . I was picking up my sister’s fries she had previously ordered via mobile as (they should have been ready) . They refused to get give it to me in the drive through , they said I had to get back in line be I had already placed two orders . I asked if the doors were open, I can just get off . They said yes . Well upon getting off the doors were closed it was 9pm . I called the number and Lindsay picked up . She said that I had to get back in line again and she cannot bring me the fries because it’s closed and it was policy not to open the doors . The line of the drive thru was long I informed and explained to her . She said she couldn’t do anything about it . 2 mins later she opens the restaurants door and she comes out with someone else’s food and delivers them their meal in there car it’s was like 9:20 at that point . When I asked her if she can just get me my fries she refused and said she only got out because supposedly that customer forgot his order? I explained to her that it doesn’t Makes any sense and it’s literally not that Hard. She literally contradicted herself. And walks away as I’m still taking . I know it’s just fries but the way it was handled was not it . I Rather drive farther to get my meal instead of here . She should find another job that doesn’t involve her with customers. I can only imagine how she treats her workers.

Save your time and take your money to a different McDonald's. Time and time I give THIS location a "second chance" and they fail miserably every time. Drive-thru takes minimum of 30-45 minutes and if you go in the lobby there is ABSOLUTELY NO staff to help you with any questions.

Management here is absolutely garage. Ordered mobile pick up and lobby was closed. Couldn't cancel the order. By the time I got my food in the drive though it was cold.30 minutes later. fries were cold. burgers were cold. kids happy meal was cold . They need new management here. Employees were nice enough to replace my fries with fresher ones at the least.

If you go here prepare to have a difficult time getting the attention of real live people who are there to serve you. You must order your food with the kiosk, which is at most McDonald's, but at this one, unlike others that I've been to, a live person will receive your order if you approach the register. However, at this restaurant, they seem unwilling to do this. In fact, in my recent visit, the employee, possibly a manager, saw me, didn't acknowledge me, no eye contact, no reassurance that they would return shortly, no smile or hello. They simply returned to the back without any attempt at customer service. I think there is a better way that includes relationships and expedience. But in it's current business model coupled with a lack of personal customer service and digital kiosks, just go through the drive thru. At least there, if you need something, you can ask a live person for it.

Since they started with the self checkout and to add the closure of the lobby this place been going downhill it’s useless to place an order online if you still arrive and wait 20-40 minutes to get your order. They don’t answer the phone either

Got hit by a table number stand all because the employees refused to give out their store number to a customer whose order they got wrong. Employees didn’t even seem to care I got hurt.

I spent a month trying to speak to every manager available and every time they say they call me back they ended up stealing $45 for charges that I never authorized them to make on my card after going through the drive-thru and only ordering $12 worth of food. I have the charges to prove it and the manager said there's nothing she could do the card issuer is prepaid so it wouldn't allow me to get my money back. Try not to go to this place they haven't had orange juice in 2 months because their machine is broken and it's clearly always busy so it's not like they can't afford it but maybe the manager is smoked out

They need to do something about their drive thru. Too many people cutting in line because there's three different entrances. And the homeless begging outside.

It's clean, fast, and convenient with the app and curbside. There is nothing wrong with the food, it's good, I like McDonalds, but you know what you are getting. 5 star is a great steak.

If you come here in the mornings there is this lady that works the drive thru. She is soooo happy and helpful i just love her!! I dont know her name but she makes my whole day when I come thru the drive thru and she's working. She's super sweet and is just wonderful! Definitely gotta be the best McDonalds employee i have ever met at any fast food location.

The morning staff is AMAZING. I go in before every work shift and they treat me like family. Above and beyond amazing customer service

The food was prepared perfectly. The tacos had plenty of lettuce cheese and meat. The restaurant is one of the best around. You will get your money's worth. My meal was. Truly delicious. It was refreshing to get food prepared the old-fashioned way instead of a dime-sized taco filling with a tiny bit of lettuce and cheese. I feel so ripped off when this happens with food orders. This Del Taco has plenty of Shade trees in the parking lot to park under. And it's right off the Interstate 5 freeway.

Saturday October 11th 2025, This is probably the best Del Taco I've had in my entire life. You can tell when the cook knows what they're doing, the fries come out as the burgers and burritos are being wrapped up. The timing on my order was perfect, and timing is everything. The portions were generous the staff was friendly. I use to drive from Lancaster to Palmdale for Del Taco, not anymore.

I went to give this place a second chance. The tacos shells had white flakes on them it looks like mold. When I showed them to the Asst manager, she got aggressive and rude. She said all of them are like that. I spoke to her nicely and advised her to contact corporate about that.The ladies working in the back making the food look clueless and were defensive. I went to the Del taco on palmdale Blvd and no White Flakes on corn taco shells.

Worst service ever, had us go around didn’t want us to wait at the window. Just because person behind us wanted an iced coffee , clearly saw that we were waiting for our food didn’t say anything . Went to the door to waive that we were still waiting ignored us. Until we went to the drive thru line again and said oh we were waiting for you. Terrible service. Terrible.

The morning employee was very rude and rushing us to order. Asking me to drive around in circles through her drive through acting like i'm her employee rather than a customer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Apparently her time was bad. Not sure how that's my problem. (Not recommended to come during the mornings if this is the kind of people they have working the morning shift)

I dined inside and was impressed right off the bat with the cleanliness of the restaurant and seeing staff actively cleaning the tables and floor. Once up to the counter we were greeted by a very friendly woman who was going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our order. This is definitely one of the best fast food joints in the antelope valley and highly recommended to everyone who wants a friendly fast clean experience.

Hey community Del taco is not charging the price you see on the screen in drive thru and lobby. I brought number 5 just the burrito. According to the screen says $7.49 and when i paid was $10.00. So keep on mind yo will pay more. The cashier says he can't do nothing because is their system. But at least the should have to change the prices on the screen.

The orders are always wrong here and management has an attitude when you bring up an issue. I’m not sure why this specific Del Taco can’t get it together. They need to send the manager and employees to the one off of 5th street in Palmdale for additional training. It’s very much needed.

I only come here for the grilled chicken soft tacos but they're pretty tasty, the marinated meat is also good for the street tacos and prices are well within a good rang. I also recommend the chili cheese fries and del cheeseburger. Super delicious and tasty! Clean and good location, pretty fast in the drive thru lane as well!.

Went in to grab some dinner ordered a couple of burritos through the drive thru & drove straight to the pick up window, where my burritos were already waiting for me. Needless to say they didn't taste very fresh, crazy considering they ask "what can we make fresh for you?" It only got worse they were cold & i only had a couple of bites then gave the rest to my dogs.

I have never been treated so rudely ever. This manager called me a bad mom and threatens to call the cops on me and wouldn’t apologize for her employee rushing the order, cutting me off. Trying to order my son and I some food and get interrupted during the order and told to pay and go back around.this location used to be great COCO was amazing. This new manager is so mean and unprofessional. I did not deserve to be talked to or treated this way. Will never go here again and I have pictures and videos of how unprofessional she was. Learn to apologize to customers they pay for the food which pays your check. If u make a mistake own it and make it right don’t blame the customer and be rude. She’s so mean and rude for no reason instead of making it right. Hire a more mature manager that handles customers with care Sad thing is deltaco only sent $10 for the inconvenience. Deltaco doesn’t care about their customers.

The food is decent but the last four times I've gone to them to get a chocolate shake the milk has been spoiled they leave it out all day due to stupidity

I've given this location far too many chances. They keep using old and reused oil on my food. The hard shell tacos are stale, the rollers tortillas are hard to chew, the hashbrowns are made with old oil and taste microwaved. On top of all that BS, I'm not even getting full tacos. Is this location doing that bad??? It should be out of business or get new management/employees.

The value taco shells were rancid and stale today. They were like this 3 years ago too. Definitely a quality control problem at this location. The fries had no salt, but were good. I've never had a problem with their burritos.

This whole month has been so bad the food is not even good I got 4 taco's 🌮 this morning crunchy the shells where expired not stale expired they smelled like something your grandmothers got sitting in her pantry that's 5 years past the expiration date. the night shift may want to revisit food quality training. And del Taco know when to throw things out I don't want to eat smelly nasty expired shells

Good & clean location compared to others. With coupons del taco is probably the cheapest fast food literally got a quesadilla & 2 bean & cheese burritos with salsa verde all for $2.79

The food isnt always fresh and they get mad when you ask for it fresh

Call me crazy if you like but I have yet to have a good donut from any Dunkin’ location. Unfortunately, this location helped me end my streak of disappointment. I will never go to any of these. Please go to sugary donuts. Clean friendly. Donuts are freshly made every morning. These donuts were like cardboard.

This location is good for the most part. Quick and drinks are always consistent in taste! The only issue ive had is that I ordered through the app and set it to pick up in the drive thru. They didn't give me one of my items, gave me something for less of the cost i spent. I tried calling but their phone is not in service?? what business has no phone. Apparently this location hasnt had a working phone number in years even though it's on their receipt. thats a great way to avoid upset customers and get away with messed up orders from people who cant come back to get it fixed.

I deleted my previous bad review because it was based on only one employees attitude it did not reflect all the employees so it wasn’t fair. Most the employees are very nice and accommodating. I started going back and haven’t had any problems I changed my drink order so it’s not so complicated . I would recommend dunkin donuts the current drive thru workers are great! They always hook my puppies up with there pup cups with a smile.

If I could give negative scores, I would. My order was placed and paid for (6 assorted donuts and munchkins). The staff member served 3 other customers drinks and donuts until I felt compelled to just request a refund. There were 2 employees on staff, and the other 3 customers came in sporadically. I waited 15 minutes as she served others without getting my order. She said, "We don't give refunds." And I said, "Well, I haven't been given my order..." She said, "It's being made." However the case was full of donuts and munchkins. She continued to skip me. It was embarrassing. Idk what the problem was. I asked for her name, the number for corporate she wouldn't respond. I'm not even sure if it is legal to not provide refunds without being given your order, especially when corporate customer service is M-F 8-5.

First time customer of Dunkin’ Donuts in Lancaster, CA. The 2 donuts I bought were stale, like they had been in the display case for over 8 hours and the coffee was like dishwater, very weak. The young black man that served me was very nice though… Besides that, I was very disappointed and won’t be going back.

Donuts are not particularly fresh at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, which considering the name may be intentional. "Want yesterday's donut to dunk in a hot cuppa?" may be the question DD was founded to ask. Iced coffee is 7-11 quality, like the donuts, but doesn't taste like the coffee is as old as the donuts, so cheers to that. Service is fine but the kiosk experience is badly designed, and staff asks walk-ins to use the machine for card orders. Staff did volunteer to help when I couldn't find an item and commented about the difficulty. Next time I come I'll bring cash and ask for a day old donut (so as not to put them out) and a plain black coffee, but next time I want a donut I'll probably look for a more traditional donut shop that develops and implements basic service and selection expertise instead of interposing a clumsy machine.

(UPDATE) (PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY) CAUTION TO ALL DINERS AND WHOMEVER ELSE IT MAY CONCERN. (BE VERY CAUTIOUS EATING HERE) HARD, SHARP CLEAR PLASTIC FOUND IN NACHOS. PLASTIC WRAPPER FOUND IN MEXICAN PIZZA. After eating about half of the Nachos, I began chewing on what I thought was just a stale tortilla chip covered in nacho cheese, although after attempting to swallow it, I began to choke and was fortunately able to cough it back up and spit it out which made a big mess all over the driver seat of my car. After inspecting further it turned out to be a hard, sharp piece of clear plastic.( Possibly piece of a plastic drink cup) (Pictures shown below). My throat became scratched and sore immediately. If soreness and irritation don't clear up very soon I may have to seek help from a Physician to avoid a possible infection. Very scary experience for a casual late night fast food meal out. I am very very lucky to only have suffered damage and discomfort and not have to rush directly to the E.R., others may not be so lucky. CAUTION to anyone with elderly family members or children who might be more at risk to choking. This is the second time within six months that I have had plastic in my food from this location. The last time I found a plastic wrapper in my Mexican Pizza, after eating over half of it. Taco Bell Corporate offered me a discount coupon after the last incident however I don't believe that is worth the risk of possibly choking or worse by continuing to eat here. It appears they have not implemented better standards. CAUTION, always thoroughly inspect your food in a well lit area. The employees here seem to be very nice however the quality control and food safety are not to be desired and should be reported to the proper authorities before someone else chokes or worse. I understand mistakes can and do happen sometimes, however mistakes like this can cause loss of life, or at the very least an injury and/or expensive and traumatizing trip to the Emergency Room. Totally Unacceptable. Such a bummer I was starting to enjoy this store again. At this point I don't feel it's worth risking a choking hazard, and will not be returning here to dine. Food safety and possible choking hazards should be taken very seriously as many die or are injured every day due to negligence regarding food handling. Taco Bell you have to do better and implement higher standards to ensure the safety of your customers! No excuse. I'm lucky to be breathing after this last food safety incident with Taco Bell. (ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR FOOD) Hope this review helps others in some way. Stay safe. Be cautious.

Location: Ave J×20th East Not bad food quality here actually. I personally always get two Stackers w/ chicken, rice, red tortilla strips & creamy jalapeño sauce added to them. 👌🏻 Although, the service you'll receive here is minimal. I personally found some things absurd, this is my opinion based off personal experience.. — I never get napkins (unless you ask) — I'm never greeted by a friendly employee, let alone an employee who even appears the slightest bit grateful to have a job or be alive for that matter. — I feel a depressing vibe walking in this location, I notice most of the staff are sluggish, irritated and seldom offer any help to customers that don't understand how to order food off a computer, as they don't take orders face to face anymore. I took it upon myself to help two separate elderly women who were about to walk out because they were being told to order off the touch screen computer, yet these women didn't know how and were getting frustrated as they had been promptly ignored (as though every employee was too busy to offer some quick assistance, on a very slow day) Overall, the best experience you will have at this location (imo) is the drive-thru, don't expect a greeting or any type of manners out of the individual taking your order, make sure to check that everything is in the bag as well (if they forgot something and you try calling their phone, nobody answers.. ever) and last but not least, don't forget to inquire about their exclusive napkins and ask for extras. Best advice I can give from personal experience.

Tried the $7 box.... Cold chalupa, broken soggy taco crumbled chips, didn't try the burrito (looked greasy)....... Thew the whole thing in the garbag!

I think we all know how Taco Bell tastes. But I love Taco Bell so I gave it five stars. As long as they have the $7 box, Taco Bell will be a win for me

I normally go here at night and have a pretty good experience and pretty good customer service but today my girlfriend went for me and ordered a quesadilla combo and some other things but my combo did not come with the taco so she went back up there for me and got the taco but they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about mind you she called before she went. They ended up giving me an extra quesadilla (that was bent in a small bag and all we wanted was our taco lol) and the taco that they owed me but I guess to be smart this is what I got in return a broken taco now 🙄(see photo). So the day crew gets a one star but the night crew gets a five. I wouldn't have complained but I really love my tacos from Taco Bell.

I love this coffee with a passion. But I came today for the new sticker drop. The app literally says get a sticker with every drink purchase. I ordered two drinks and the girl at the window gave me only one. I had to ask her for another since I got two drinks and she told me they don’t usually do that yet the app literally says with every drink purchase 🥲 I’ve never had an issue but please make sure the whole crew is aware of how the drops work

Very friendly service, ask for them to surprise for my birthday drink and they did an awesome job. Got the birthday shake a little to sweet but overall tasted good. Prices are fare.

The lady taking your order was very friendly and respectful. It was only a short time to wait for the single drink to to brought to my vehicle while still sitting in line. Only took a short few minutes to be in and out.

The drinks at dutch bros are good overall. But this location makes the drinks better with their service and quality. Many people feel it’s loud and “too much” with I slightly agree but, I feel that energy and vibe adds a lot and Id rather go get a coffee leaving with a smile on my face with staff who cares about me then just treat me as “just another customer “

ordered large iced nitro coffee, i thought dutch bros brews thier own coffee, but I actually saw them take out a can of "stoked" brand coffee and pour it into the cup filled with ice. did i just pay $7 for canned coffee. ive could of gone to walmart and get a 48oz bottle of stoked ice coffee for $5. might just stick to coffeebloom or starbucks after this.

I've been coming here for years pretty much daily. Lately they have messed up my order that I get on a regular seemingly intentionally. I don't know what the deal is or who I pissed off, but sadly I gotta find a new place.

Where do I even start with this review I’ve been coming here since it’s opening. Me and my friends rave to everyone how East Lancaster Dutchbros is the best in the AV hands down. For a while now it became if the OG workers aren’t there well the drinks will be okay at least. Lately if the OG workers aren’t there there is no point in ordering. No matter what type of drink youll order: rebel, chai, green tea, or even a coffee it’s never good. Little to no syrup even when it’s just one flavor, over adding milk/creamer can’t even taste the coffee or chai, and if it’s a blended rebel- just water down. There truly is no point. You can ask them to remake it and it ends up worse. The newer employees will scoff at your complaint. Even when you are tipping youll end up with the same results. For drinks that you will be paying minimum 6 bucks and as high as 10. It’s ridiculous. P.S if you don’t mind the drive Palmdale Blvd is where it’s at now.

Workers are so careless, we just went for coffee our cups were so full they spilled the minute we got them. Drink spilled all over our Tesla, over my husband white dressing shirt. Employee didn’t even say sorry and even seemed bothered when we asked for napkins to clean up the mess. Sucks that people can be so inconsiderate

I guess you can say i am a regular here as I frequent this Dutch Bros often. Everyone here are very nice while maintaining a pace that gets drinks out quickly. Now, there’s times when people get chatty but it’s usually when it’s not busy or it’s to pass time. I noticed, ALOT of people here commenting about wait times. Yes, somedays it is packed. You’ll be waiting a good 15+ minutes. But, it’s worth it. This places has a wide variety of drinks and they are helpful with explaining to newcomers on what’s what. Don’t go here expecting to be in and out if you see a long line. And if you decide to come here while the line is long, be prepared and don’t complain. They all do their best to make excellent drinks and also maintain great service.

Can't rate food cause I'm not sure if they have, but drinks are amazingly delicious. This week while I was working nearby with a couple, was a very hot day and I know there are not many Dutch Bros in Los Angeles and this couple had never heard of Dutch Bros I decided to introduce them this amazing drinks. They were very surprised with the taste. Husband got mango smoothie and his wife got the strawberry one. I was thinking about any of the sour drinks but as I had tried before the golden eagle I just wanted to have it again. If we are anytime soon back in the area we will probably swing by. And by the way most Dutch Bros I believe there are drive thru only, however anyone can park and order at the front. No restrooms available. Service is just amazing, the guys taking the orders are super friendly and helpful. Thank u guys for being helping out there during this hot days

Whos the guy w bright red hair who keeps messing up my drinks? I can tell he hates his job and fails to read the details about my drink orders. It's not even that complicated. The facts that I have to sit in line for 15 mins to not get the right thing is upsetting.

Delicious coffee, kind staff, a standard drive thru. I wouldn't sit here for the ambiance but I think people realize that isn't what they're about when they visit. The service was a little slow but they were very busy so it was understandable.

Love Dutch bros. This location just always takes forever on pick up orders. 2 times I’ve ordered on the app, and they always take 10 or more minutes then the “estimated time” The location on ave I is much better and consistent with the time/ orders

Nice big drive thru and the person taking my order was very friendly. The guy at the window was rude. Ordered shakes and was really disappointed. I haven’t had Dutch bros before but it’s kinda gross. The shake mix is thin, icy, and watery. All of the flavors are just Torani syrups which made it all so sickeningly sweet. Two stars only because this place is an absolute must if you’re having a diabetic episode

Staffs are friendly! They also gave us free stickers. Ordered chocolate crunch freeze and it wasn't on the menu but they still made it for us! Highly recommended this place! They're heavenly amazing!!!!! 5++++++
