Biscuits cafe is a fun experience. We are in town visiting and ordered a lot of food for a small party of four. Our food came out quickly and fresh. Every plate coming from the kitchen looked amazing. The kitchen, dining area and restrooms were all noticeably clean.

Very nice breakfast restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I don't have high expectations for breakfast as it can be pretty simple but this place had a nice menu and really good food. The bacon flight was really good. Definitely looking forward to enjoying more food from here.

Food was good, good portion size had to take half my breakfast home. The biscuits and gravy were very good. Home made jam was really good 👍. Prices are high but it was worth it.

This was our first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! They definitely have more breakfast options than lunch but it’s a nice selection. My husband ordered breakfast and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the Rueben sandwich and it was delicious. Lots of meat on the sandwich and the fries were good as well. We will definitely go back. Oh, and the waiter was great - explained the menu and picked great choices for us.

This was our first visit to this location. We thought the atmosphere was very inviting. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server very quickly. The BYOB has great options to choose from. Portion sizes are great. You won't leave hungry!

One of our favorite restaurants in Surprise! Food and service are consistently very good! I ordered off the “Build Your Own” and chose a chocolate chip pancake, scrambled egg whites, and 2 slices of bacon!!😋

Nice family place with an emphasis on quick service and rather large portions. Our server was polite, prompt and gave us good insights. I had Corned Beef Hash with potatoes, eggs and biscuits, it was great and I especially appreciated the corned beef wasn’t over over salted. My dad had an omelette and he loved it and my wife had scrambled eggs with ham and was very happy, again the ham wasn’t over salted. Next time we might consider sharing orders as the portions were quite large!

The food was amazing, and priced right - and service was exceptional. Chicken Parmesan was on point, and the Icelandic Cod was soo good as well. Definitely going on our "places to take friends" list!

We stopped in for breakfast. Large breakfast menu with all the food you would expect; Eggs, French Toast, Pancakes, Waffles, signature Omelettes or build your own, Biscuits and Gravy, etc. For those of you who love Eggs Benedict, Tivoli Gardens has a terrific EB menu. I ordered the Steak and Eggs and chose hash browns and a pancake for my 2 sides. All items were perfectly made! The steak was tender and juicy, and the hash browns were crispy on the edges and moist on the inside. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, even with the main di ing area being completely full and somewhat hectic. We live near here, and I can't wait to try their lunch and dinner entrees. We will definitely be back! Perhaps on their outdoor deck-dining area!

The server was friendly but the food was terrible. The white sauce was gritty. My friends marinara sauce was watery and vinegary. The sausage is precut and looks like something that comes from a restaurant supplier. I could not eat my meal. We paid and left.

We have eaten here at Tivoli Gardens many times on our trip to Sun City west this year and it has been absolutely delicious! We love the breakfasts on Sundays and two of our favorite dinner meals so far have been the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and the spaghetti with meatballs served with a salad and garlic bread!! Their homemade loaf bread is served warm with butter and is to die for! The restaurant is so clean and our server Prescilla was a joy. We always look forward to talking especially to Karin who is a hostess, a bartender and a manager . She has been absolutely wonderful! So warm and welcoming to us and made us feel at home. We look forward to her smiling face and great sense of humor and we are going to really miss this place and Karin when we leave but we will be back and highly recommend it if you are looking for delicious home type cooking you will Not be disappointed. ! Tonight we got the salted carmel lava cake for dessert and it was amazing ! Thank you again to everyone! Until we see you again!

We’ve ate at Tivoli Gardens long before it was at it’s present location. Love the place, never disappoints. I wanted to take the time to do a review as we ate there this evening. Wanted to recognize “Tyler”. Tyler was the bartender and also waited on several tables (while waiting on us), along with what appeared to be a very large group on the patio. He was slammed basically the whole time we were there, but his service was fantastic. I don’t feel like any of the other customers (or and of the other servers or staff for that matter) knew just how busy he was while we were there tonight. If he wasn’t taking orders, or delivering orders, or getting refills at tables, he was behind the bar making drinks for the other servers. He was a flat out all-star. Appreciate you Tyler!

We eat at Lou's Tivoli Gardens often, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For the most part we have had great service and most of the food that we have ordered is tasty. We have a few favorites, as well. However, four of us had dinner there last Saturday evening, it was all great; Priscilla was our server. Her service was nothing short of horrible. She served us once before a couple of years ago and we did not have any issues. We're hoping the next time we decide to eat there, which will probably be within the next few days, that she is not our server. If so, we will ask to sit elsewhere.

Sauce ruins the food! We ordered the lasagna and the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was a nice big piece of meat but the marinara sauce on both was HORRIBLE. It’s a very strong over powering green pepper taste with very little tomato taste. Inedible.

Nice dine in eatery, plenty of seating accommodations. Very clean and organized. No long lined waiting. Cam call.in and pick.up and go. The fresh scent of eggs, Not my favorite part. Reports the food is great here.

Good place for an easy breakfast, lots of older folk visit the location but when that happens you know it’s a good spot. My main complaint is having to tip before the service, feeling obligated if I don’t tip they’ll mess up my food type feeling. Food was great, only complaint would be the toast was too crispy for my personal liking. Chicken fried steak, eggs, and hash browns were perfect. Kiddo enjoyed chocolate covered pancakes, while the wife had a breakfast sandwich that got devoured. Overall good place to eat breakfast in the Surprise area

The breakfast was good for the most part. The hamburger patty wasn't great though. I really like the fact that they serve breakfast all day. I saw a plate of battered and fried zucchini, mushrooms and onion rings that was gigantic!! They really looked good. I plan on having that next time!! They have a nice variety on their menu!! The servers were really nice and friendly!!

I don’t know what kind of wizardry they’re cooking with back there, but these burgers must’ve been handcrafted by angels on their lunch break. The patty? Juicier than a soap opera plot twist. The cheese? Melted with such precision I’m convinced a NASA scientist was involved. And the fries… oh, the fries. Perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside-like little golden pillows of happiness. I would gladly fight a raccoon in a dark alley if it meant I could have another basket. This place didn’t just serve me food; it served me a life experience. I walked in hungry, I walked out full, and somewhere in between I considered writing a love song about their special sauce. 10/10 would abandon my diet again.

Food was amazing. I recommend the onion rings. They are homemade fresh burger super fire… Also, breakfast is amazing. You guys have to try out Nico‘s omelette.

Bright and colorful pleasantly decorated dining room. Service is a bit spotty as they appear to take a not well executed team approach. We ordered avocado toast 4/5. My wife particularly enjoyed the lemon infused olive oil. I had corned beef hash 3.5/5.

I came here to have breakfast with my brother and while I was hoping for some of the magic and flavor of the shows Over Easy has been featured in I was sorely disappointed. We sat at the bar and service was average. However, when I asked for well done hashbrowns what I was served was a soggy pile of steamed potatoes with a hint of brown. The "hashbrowns" they served weren't cooked on a surface hot enough to have any texture to them at all! ... either management never trained the line cooks properly, or folks are simply too lazy to properly heat oil before tossing on a pile of shredded potatoes. Honestly, save your money ask just ask your youngest son to make you something, its likely be a hell of a lot better than what they serve at Over Easy. Pictured below are; 1) my brother's well done hashbrowns with zero texture and without asking to be redone; and 2) the returned to the kitchen and eventually returned to me hashbrowns that finally had a crunch but were nearly as bad as the first attempt when delivered with the watered down hospitality that seemed the norm. Save yourself the time and skip Over Easy.

We've been to Over Easy several times now, and it never disappoints. The drink options are fantastic – from fresh-pressed juices to their flavorful coffee and cocktails, there's something for everyone. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Loco Moco – it's hearty and delicious – and their French toast is always a hit, perfectly sweet and satisfying. The Vital Shots are a great touch too – super fresh and energizing. One of our favorite things to do is sit on the patio, relax, and enjoy the laid-back vibe and Arizona sunshine. We originally came here after seeing it featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and we totally get the hype. It’s one of those places you just have to try at least once – and chances are, you’ll be back again.

I’ve been to 4 of these restaurants and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them,the food is always consistently great,service friendly,attentive you need something ask any one of them even if they’re not your server. I had the chicken fried steak excellent,wife had chilaquiles with shredded chicken and it has to be cooked right or else and this was made perfectly, enough for leftovers and that was even better. Will continue visiting Over Easy restaurant!

Had breakfast at Over Easy in Surprise and it was excellent. I tried the jalapeño biscuits and gravy — incredible flavor, just the right kick without being too spicy. The real star was Emma, her service was outstanding, friendly, and full of energy. She made the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibe, and amazing service. I’ll definitely be back!

2nd time coming here went for my birthday on the 25th of August you won’t regret coming here. The waffles and chicken is fantastic as well as the service. The maple syrup is also amazing I recommend this place 100%.

Junior R. Was great! She had the chicken fried steak and I had the 4 pork tacos topped with over easy eggs. Both were phenomenal! On a side note, we saw a waitress drop a plate two feet in front of the costumers table. Everyone ran to help, Junior cleaned the floor, while the waitress completed the other half of the delivery, another waitress got a new plate ordered and brought it out immediately. We love to try places we haven't been to before. Richi's Diner sounded promising due to all the 5 star reviews. We had to try our go-to meals, which are biscuits and gravy and eggs benedict. The food was good and plentiful. As always, my daughter always has a coffee drink, which she enjoyed! Our server was pleasant. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that both our plates had chips on all the corners of the plates, which could lead to health risks.

First visit looking to try their breakfast. I sat at the bar, and ordered the Richi’s Choice, water, and orange juice. The eggs came out as ordered - over medium, and the hash browns were fine. As for the meats, the bacon was crisp; good; and had a slight taste of smokiness. The sausage was fine, but the ham was not that good. The ham was thin, and tasted like your store lunch meat. A little disappointing with that and the orange juice that tasted it was made from concentrate. The biscuit that came with breakfast was a bit small, dense, and not fresh. The only choices for jams or jellies were strawberry and grape. No orange marmalade; no mixed berry; no blackberry; or apple. My check after tax + fee came to $20.29. Service was fine. Elsa was named on the check, but there was another lady who helped. The restaurant is clean, and offers adequate seating inside and outside. I couldn’t answer for the cleanliness of the restrooms. Parking appears sufficient being located in a mall. Would I come back for breakfast another time? I don’t think so from the limited menu items I noticed. They have specials each day of the week for lunch, and dinner(?). You decide for yourself in dining here. I think you can do much better for breakfast elsewhere… AZ Diner, or Campbell’s are two places far better than Richi’s.

Theresa was our awesome server this morning. Helped us immediately with water and a cold mocha Caramel coffee. Took our order. This restaurant has a full bar plenty of tables and both seating. A very friendly hostess who was also a bus girl. The meat lovers' skillet was delicious. I did ask for a side of sausage gravy that I poured on top of my skillet with wheat toast. The country skillet was gravylicious. Also with butter covered wheat toast.

I was super excited to try this place because who doesn’t love the diner feel and homestyle food?!? Well, meh! I thought we were in for a treat when they had VEAL scallopini on the menu and also a gyro! I first got a soup , clam chowder, and husband had a side salad to start! Off to a good start - soup was excellent and hot temp! Well then the meal came and the gyro was drowning in sauce. Don’t get me wrong, I love tzatziki sauce, but not when it’s drowning in it! Husbands “veal” was NOT veal. It was a fried steak - gross! Neither of us enjoyed the dinner. We won’t be back. Oh, and we were the only two in there! That should’ve given us a heads up!

Family-owned gem in Surprise and shouldn't be overlooked! Great home cooked food, reasonable prices for the quality and portion sizes, and every staff member there takes pride in their role at Richi's. I've only been there a few times in the last five years but plan to make this a more frequent stop, even if its just a quick coffee meeting. The coffee is pretty good by the way! I will have to take photos next time!

Gabrielle provided great service and very attentive. I would recommend her if you have a choice. I watched others too giving good service. The food was really good had. Breakfast today. Management was very kind and concerned. I would recommend support6 this place to all. The only thing I would suggest is work on the ham. But my food overall was great and prices really nice.

Always a great stop if you want a good breakfast sandwich without much chit chat, while service is ok I didn’t get much interaction and he actually left me feeling more like a bother. Maybe it was just an overwhelming time. I’m not sure, but my order was made quickly, exactly how I ordered it . It was so good and I will be back again soon I am sure.

This was my favorite place to get bagels until yesterday… I ordered a bagel and I witnessed with my own two eyes the woman toast my bagel, apply the strawberry cream cheese I ordered and then get a little extra cream cheese on the knife and LICK IT OFF! Then she proceeded to put the knife back in the cream cheese and put it away!!! I left in shock and I am truly devastated because this is my favorite bagel in town but I will not be returning…

Hot Bagel and Deli is a weekly ritual in our house. My daughter won’t touch anything but their rainbow bagels, nothing else compares in her world. I’m hooked on the everything bagels with jalapeño cream cheese (made fresh every morning), and don’t even get me started on the bialys with chive-infused cream cheese absolutely perfect. We buy at least a dozen bagels every week, and it’s not all breakfast. Their chorizo breakfast burrito is loaded, spicy, and hits the spot every time. And the lunch menu? Don’t sleep on it, the Philly cheesesteak is a standout, but honestly, every sandwich we’ve tried has been fantastic. The staff makes you feel like part of the family, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Call a day ahead and they’ll even whip up custom orders. Places like this are rare.

The bagels were fresh and serve quickly, the service was good. This is how hot people used to be with all the restaurants, the contrast was telling, I’ll be back.

Okay I admit I love Einstein's for a quick bagel, but when you're looking for a high-quality real bagel or a legit sandwich, Hot Bagels can't be beat. They have all types of bagels & sandwiches, it's the most authentic bagel place I've visited in all of AZ. Also they're reasonably priced and efficient. If you haven't tried them, do yourself a favor and get after it

LOVED this place! Very nice service and the bagels were AMAZING! I had marble rye bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese and it was unlike any bagel Ive had before. We will be returning to try more! Great prices too, so a win-win.

Well unfortunately we decided not to even order anything, all we wanted to do was go in and grab a few bagels just as is. We wanted 2 garlic and 2 Asiago just plain uncooked in the bag. Seeing a very full basket of garlic in front of the sticker that says garlic. The very grumpy man behind the counter tried to inform us that the very obviously garlic was in fact not garlic… it was salt… now idk about the rest of you but I think we all know what garlic looks like. So we proceed to ask if any of the other stickers are wrong so we know we are looking at, he says that none of them are wrong. Very quickly after taking another last and final look, the lady sweeping pushes us aside and away from the counter/register. So that’s our last straw, and we just leave. Overall very rude interaction, don’t appreciate the straight up lying to the faces of customers. We’re not stupid, it’s a freakin bagel.

Four + 1/2 Stars 🌟 with my first visit for breakfast on Sunday, February 23rd. Took a seat at the counter as they were busy, and people were waiting to sit at a table. The menu is rather large with a lot going on. I settled for the Spinach & Feta Omelet that came with home fried potatoes and toast (biscuit). $13.95. I had water and a large O.J. ($4.25) with my meal. The omelet was fine. Fresh spinach, and feta cheese. Not a fluffy omelet as it was prepared on the griddle. Still a large omelet made with three eggs. I thought I’d try the cinnamon roll. That was a mistake of monstrous proportions, because it’s HUGE! It was good; with loads of icing. Others oohed and ahhed at the sight of it. Honestly, you could feed four on this monstrous treat ($8.99). I boxed the pastry for home. Before settling my tab I ordered two soups To Go. The soup of the day was lemon chicken and rice soup. The Greeks would call this Ovgolemono soup. They were $4.79 each for 16 oz servings. Well worth taking home, and easy to reheat. The soup is delicious. Everything was enjoyed, and the service was very good. Total before tax was $36.77. Parking is ample as it was Sunday. Seating is spacious, and the restaurant is clean; including the restrooms. This was a very nice discovery as I’m new to the area. I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu. Update: Came back Monday for breakfast, and had the corned beef hash (Tasha Touch $14.89). It was good, and as I paid my check I grabbed two soups to go. One chicken noodle; the other lemon chicken and rice. Both were good soups… the chicken noodle tasted a bit salty. Tab for breakfast was about $18.64 before the soups and tax. Total for the day was $30.99. Update: Came back Tuesday. I wanted to try their Belgium Waffle (Belly Dimples $9.99). Sides of sausages ($3.79) and two eggs ($3.99) were added. Everything was good. With a fountain beverage the tab came to $23.63 after tax.

Hello all, and to all a good morning. We went here the other day to try it out on a whim. Parking is packed because everyone is there eating and now I know why. This is my new go to spot for breakfast albeit that is all I have tried thus far. I had the meat lovers omelet with home potatoes and a pancake. My girl had a steak with home potatoes and a scrambled egg. This food reminds me of how Grandma used to cook for us. I don't say that lightly either. Prices are reasonable, food is great, and it is very spacious on the inside but there is standing room only, because every table is happily eating just as we were. Go with confidence!!!

We were looking to try a new breakfast place today and stumbled upon AZ Diner. We got up the front and got seated fairly quickly. No wait. I ordered a Vietnamese and a breakfast discourse platter of pancake with egg and bacon. My husband tried the briquettes French toast. And we got a side of home fries. The food was delicious! My only knock off a star comes from the Vietnamese coffee. It took forever to get the rest brewed. I gave up eventually because it was getting cold. Unsure if it was the filter or the amount of coffee that was inside which prevented it to keep flowing. But, that was the only thing that I would say didn’t meet the bar. We would highly recommend. Our bill came out $31 which I didn’t think was bad at all in today’s prices.

I hate paying premium pricing for mediocre food. I get it it’s a diner. But when you pay $20 for a dish it should be as you ordered it. I asked for my eggs Poached soft and it’s a non runny yolk hard boiled egg. This place is always a disappointment. And they add gratuity on the ticket, that’s lame for the customer and server. I normally tip more for pick up. If a breakfast spot can’t pouch an egg then that should tell you all you need to know. This isn’t the first time and I’m done complaining to the restaurant itself,

Came here around 1100 for breakfast on a Sunday and although it was very busy everything was great. Food: The food came out pretty quickly and everything was just as ordered. It was fresh, hot, and seasoned well. I had the #10 corned beef hash which is clearly homemade and well done. My husband had the #4 sausage plate with potato pancakes and the potato pancakes were a hit with everyone! Service: The service was very good. It was extremely busy but the hostess got our name quickly and the estimated wait time was pretty accurate and not too long. Our waitress greeted us quickly and let us know she would be back shortly as she was running around tending to many tables. Although it was a little wait before we got our orders in she was precise and friendly. The food came quickly after ordering and she was attentive after we got our food and made sure we had what we needed. Atmosphere: Atmosphere was busy but positive. No one was unhappy in the lobby about their wait times as they were pretty reasonable. No frustrated customers or employees, everyone was enjoying their Sunday. 🙂

Today I had a pleasure of meeting the owner Joe. He walked around visiting with every table, making sure that things were great. We sat down and looked at the menu and it was difficult to decide because everything looked so good. One of the best menu layouts I have seen in any eating establishment after my 20+years in the food service industry. Our food came out, and we were surprised at how quick it was brought to our table. Giant portions of fresh hot and delicious food. Best part about the day is that my waitress Birdie did an exceptional job, coffee was always hot and refilled before I ever needed it. Shoutout to Michelle for being SO kind and just absolutely excellent at what you do!! Your hard work is so much appreciated! My boyfriend and I were first timers here and it blew our expectations out of the water. The hostess was just an absolute delight and made it enjoyable to wait for a seat with her humor! On top of all the great customer service, the food was extremely affordable and did not disappoint. We came on a Thursday morning and waited less than 10 minutes for a seat. Absolutely coming back because of the rockstars that work here. 🙂

My son, daughter and I had breakfast at the 14539 W. Grand Ave. Surprise, AZ location. Our Server was Kimberly W. She was fantastic! Extremely Professional, Courteous and Friendly. I spoke with her Manager twice during our visit. He was like Kimberly, very Professional, Extremely Courteous and Friendly..As was all the staff in this location. They all made us feel like we were at home. Our meals were EXCELLENT!! We will definitely be going back to this location again. Hope to have Kimberly W. as my server again.

I had the turkey avocado sandwich. It was very good! Our server was the only one working in our section. He was amazing! Very good prices.

10/14/25 - The food quality was good, the service was excellent. The restaurant is clean. Atmosphere / decor is average. We dined there a few weeks ago for dinner and our ratings then and now are the same. We will be returning again and again as long as they maintain current performance. Food would have been a 5 star if portion was a bit more, I left satisfied, not stuffed.

We visit this cool breakfast place every Friday, as we pass 4 hours of time between preschool drop off at 8am and preschool pickup at 12 noon (Cave Creek is too far to circle back ‘round!). We spend 4 hours every Friday with Michelle, who playfully keeps us company while offering world-class service and a damn good Denver omelet! We LOVE this location! Y’all keep making those eggs!!

I can always count on delicious food And awesome serviceat my favorite Village Inn in Surprise, Arizona !! Every time I’m there for breakfast I tell them they have the best Scrambled eggs anywhere around !! This is my Number one Favorite breakfast place❣️

Ordered 4 frosted lemonades and they were all practically melted into water. I asked for them to be remade and fresh so that they would actually be thick like they’re supposed to be but I believe they just took the old ones and plastered over it. I’m disgusted and will never return to this location again as I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Treat your customers better.

Great breakfast as always. The iced coffee was exceptionally yummy this morning. We stopped here for our daughter to have something delicious for breakfast and i got a coffee. Shes been so extra helpful lately and a yummy breakfast was needed. She had the chicken biscuit meal, her fave! Biscuit was soft and tender and the chicken cooked perfectly.

I went to this Chick Fil A at 8:30 pm!! And went straight to ordering, and we were expecting to dine in with my family, but the cashier told us that if we don't leave by 9 pm, we will be kicked out. Excuse me? When did places start kicking out people for eating 30 minutes before they close, and on Google, they say they close at 10 pm! I love the food, and it's always delicious, but saying we will be kicked out at 9 pm and we were there 30 minutes early is outrageous. I'm hoping that they change this rule because the other Chick Fil A at Prasada does not treat us like this. You might as well go to Culvers down the street at 9:45 pm, and they treat you with respect, and they won't kick you out. Very disappointing

I'm late on this, but I love the new drive thru layout. The misters are so nice for the workers taking orders outside and the awnings are a plus for the cars and workers, as well! Had a spicy chicken sandwich today and added pepper jack cheese. Lemme tell you, that bun was so soft and buttery good, and of course the chicken was super good per usual. I also greatly appreciate that the operator at this location consistently sends email offers. Definitely a perk!

Love CFA - always good quality, and is one of the "healthier" options in terms of fast food! Plus the staff, no matter the location, have always been so friendly to us. The drive-thru lines can be long in the morning, but they move fast

I am very sad about my salad. I used to get them all the time and the lettuce was beautiful, green leafy and I would honestly brag about how good they were. Today I got a salad, it was romaine lettuce mostly light green and some wilted and barely any chicken. What a bummer. I take my salads seriously and this was not good.

Restaurant was nearly empty. I ordered breakfast that comes with toast and it took almost 20 minutes to get my toast after my plate was already dropped off. Proportion sizes are not great. Coffee tasted burnt/old. The hashbrowns and bacon were cold and greasy. Condiments at my table were empty. See pictures… that’s two strips of bacon….

The Marketing Team at Denny's is real good. We thought we found a new restaurant, a burger joint called "The Burger Den" but maps took us to a location where Denny's was located. We haven't gone back to look for any fine print but for $17-$20 plus dollars, we'd expect to not have been mislead and maybe a few more french fries and onion rings. I've taken time to post this, so others know The Burger Den is Denny's. Give them a try but if you read this review then you know the full truth. Enjoy!

Nice restaurant and clean bathroom. They were short handed but did a good job considering. Food was good. There is a supply chain issue with Hinds ketchup so we had to share ketchup among other tables. I would eat here again.

I ordered these pancakes at a different Denny's and they were perfect. Here the just look like garbage.

The wife and I came in late, too late to cook, and found ourselves in front of Denny's on Grand in Surprise. We very seldom go to Denny's but had frequented the one in Anthem 4-5 years ago and, at the time, were somewhat impressed with their upgraded menus. At the time I believe Corporate was attempting to upgrade their offerings. So we were surprised in Suprise when we found their menus back to basic and the actual food when delivered, almost inedible. There was one waitress handling a dozen tables, causing a 20 minute wait to order and another 25 for the food to arrive. The only thing that kept us there (This is stupid) is they were offering what looked like an amazing apple crisp desert just for downloading a Denny's app. This ad was displayed on the front door, stuck on the table and on a tag in the menu, all offering this IMMEDIATE fulfilment for downloading the app. Of Course we were burned. This stupid offering that kept us there was never to materialize. Their excuse was the app was supposed to send us a credit but never did. Aggrivating but not what will keep us from frequenting a Denny's again. The horrible food and service will.

Waitress was good but needed help . Her help were 2 young girls who looked lost and since Waitress was waiting for food.the girls were terrible on making sure customers need fresh coffee,I had to get up and get my own twice while the the little girls were lost I really don't know what help they were. Never had that bad of an experience at this Denny's. We arrived there just before 9. We didn't finally leave till 1040. To long!!!

We frequently visit for breakfast. This Dennys has a fun welcoming atmosphere. Our favorite server, Honey, always brings out the drinks before we even order! I've only had this type of over the top service on a cruise ship! The food is consistently good too. Five stars.

My order was forgotten and when I asked them about they said that they didn't have a ticket for my order. We gave them the receipt and I guess to fix their error they just smacked some Lettuce and some chicken and gave me a tiny portion. This salad is not worth the $15 I spent on it. I got this order to go and I don't even get silverware.

This was my first time visiting this IHOP. Very clean and welcoming. They allowed us to choose our seating. Our server was fantastic and he well deserved his tip. However, I requested well done fried eggs and got very loose sunny side up. Had they been flipped over to cook more, I would reach up and give that extra star. Everything else was amazing.

Ihop is my favorite place to visit for breakfast. This location makes the best to eat. Service is marvelous . The food was on point . It took no time to come to our table. It was hot and was just like we order it. I will definetly be back. Its 100% great. Thank you.

I got DoorDash from here today and placed my order at 10:10 and at 10:40 DoorDash said it was going to be here at 11:20. So I texted my dasher and the poor man was sitting there for 30 min waiting for the order, so I called and one of the lady’s that answered asked for my name and said, “oh the foods been ready” and she also said that it was already made so they wouldn’t remake it for me even though it was sitting for over half an hour. Then when I finally got my order the receipt was in the bag so my dasher couldn’t confirm my order. When I got my food it was burned, the large coffee I ordered was an extra small, the eggs were just horrible and inedible. I got a refund from DoorDash but this is the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody.

We enjoyed are meals. Michele H. was our server and showed us a good time and how it should be done. People of all ages were enjoying their breakfasts so a menu to accommodate a large spectrum of different needs. Everything was clean, and taken care of. Smiles were on all the employees, unlike a nearby restaurant. When in this area this is a good choice.

I still can’t believe I got a ham & cheese omelette and two good sized pancakes for only $6. If I weren’t so hungry, I could have taken half home with me and had a second breakfast from the leftovers. The coffee cost half as much as the food, but it was worth the price.

I normally get off of work around midnight so I went super late at night. Only 1 waiter and 1 cook, but boy were both those gentlemen amazing! Waiter was super nice and attentive and our food was too good! Definitely having my "dinner" there often ☺️

I love my Whoppers thank you to all the staffing management awesome service especially the front lady running register and also with headset on seem to be running drive through as well and cleaning tables all while she was doing all of this she deserves a raise she was awesome thank you again Burger King for a great lunch

My youngsters had nuggets they were good. My son and I had the # 9 the Lettuce was a lil brown and the chicken seemed over fried. The fries were good and hot.

I ordered a kids nugget meal and fries. No fries, even though that was half the cost of my meal, and the nuggets were literal rocks. Money wasted for inedible and non-existent food. Super frustrating- and unable to go back and fix things with a toddler and it being time for food and sleep. This really threw off our day, and just stinks.

I do like a warm greeting when I enter a place of business. To me it says "thank you for trusting us with your business!" I prefer this BK over the sullen attitude at the BK on Grand Ave

The restaurant is clean. Service is good. The bread was a bit stale. I just removed the bun and ate the burger and fixings. :)

Once again, they got the order wrong. Two out of 6 were wrong, and they placed them at the very bottom. Seemed intentional . Because we checked, given the ones on top looked correct. My fault for assuming, but still.

I love this Burger King. Juan, the manager is awesome always friendly he has a great staff and good food.

I love Einstein but I would recommend to avoid this location if you have the option. If you order ahead, you can expect to wait well over the expected wait time. Your best bet is to walk in since they will take care of those orders before the ones that were already placed online. Both my farmhouse bagels were also more on the burned side this time and they hardly had any schmear.

Nice selection of bagels fixed different ways. Parking was bad as it is in the same parking lot as discount tire on a Saturday morning. The drive through was packed too. The food was good. We ended up taking out because there was no place to sit.

Drive thru is convenient. Line is always long in the mornings, but it moves fast. The food is great, special recommendation for the breakfast sandwiches and their cream cheese, they are unmatched as far as I'm concerned. Friendly staff at this location.

Brenda is the absolute best part of this Einstein experience! While I love the bagels and smear, she is the start of my day, always happy, always polite, always a smile and sunshine to begin a day with!

Brenda is always so friendly. The food is incredible but the app has gotten less user friendly. Frustrates me often. For example if I put my rewards items in, i cannot order my normal order, I have to start over from scratch. Takes time and a nuisance

They have a good breakfast menu. A big variety of options.. I had the egg cheese and bacon bagel sandwiche. Service was a little slow but it was Saturday around 11;00 AM. The have seating but it was super busy so you had to wait to get a table. Lunch is much more relaxed . With a great menu.

Let me preface by saying that this is exactly how they came out of the bag AND there were no bag fries at the bottom of the bag. This was my "large fry". Also, nuggets cold and of course no napkins. Don't know when that became an industry standard. They gave me the wrong drink, however, the nice young person at the window gave me the correct drink and told me to keep the incorrect one. My grandson scored on that one.

You know it's okay to ACKNOWLEDGE customers who are waiting up front to order, if you're too busy packing other orders. "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment." Fries were hot and fresh. Lobby dirty. Dinning room closed. 9pm.

I would rate the service except for the fact that i didnt recieve any. Nobody at window for several minutes. Went inside, nobody at counter. Waited several minutes attempting to flag someone down. Eventually someone looked me in the eyes and than walked away wich was the final for me. She afterwards attempted to help but her broken English came off aggressive and impolite. I left hungry and frustrated

So many errors and no accountability or apologies from the staff. First off, every time I come here and ask for the most simplest request, it is NEVER correct. All I asked for was a hot & spicy with pickle added. I get more order and no pickles. I had to give it back to them and have them add it. Here’s where it gets worse; my boyfriend had ordered just a normal hot & spicy as well and never received it. We waited for over 15 minutes and the manager with glasses and facial hair looked at us, asked him if he was still waiting and provided 0 updates on what was going on, just turned around and made other orders. All the employees were gathered in the back doing nothing and pacing around. Keep in mind it wasn’t until another worker clocked in and asked what we were waiting on. We told her and she instantly gave us the hot & spicy. It was sitting on the counter on their end!! There is NO reason anyone should wait over 15 minutes for a dollar sandwich. As an old fast food manager myself, I would know better than to leave a customer waiting and provide no updates or communication on what’s going on. If it’s cooking, that’s fine, but for the love of God TELL US. Don’t just stand there and ignore! It’s so disrespectful and to not even own up to your error and apologize? It’s beyond me. So disappointed with todays service. What tops all of this off is this place wasn’t even busy and there was no rush during this. Unacceptable. Please communicate with your customers so they know as to why they’re waiting, and if you made an error as to clearing the screen and missing the order, learn to apologize to the customer for your wrong doings.

Ordered a Mcdouble , it Camelot single with 1 pickle and ketchup and mustard and a hard stale bun and it looked like they had one already made and just scrapped it off. Worst McDonald's burger I've ever eatin

Exceptional unsweetened iced tea, perhaps there best of the entire fast food industry. But the successes ends there.

I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's due to its convenient location near my workplace, but my last three visits have been consistently disappointing. Despite the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, the food quality has been significantly below average. On my most recent visit, I received cold sandwiches that tasted as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. The fries were stale, dry, and appeared to be old. After requesting a replacement, the new order had the exact same issues – cold sandwiches with dry cheese and stale fries. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving the food quality to match the standard of the staff and location. I would love to continue being a regular customer, but these consistent issues are a major concern.

Second McDonalds establishment where the hours are falsely advertised. It’s 4:25am, the drive thru menu is one (more than the other McDonalds) and there was an employee inside handling the cash drawer. Knocked repeatedly on the window to inquire about the expected open time but was ignored. It’s early, I get it. However, Google and the McDonalds app advertise operating hours starting at 4am. Clearly 4am is too early for McDondands

Half of our order was wrong and the lady taking our order sounded done with us before we even started ordering. Took one sip of my coffee and threw it out. At least the were quick with the food I guess.

The crew didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I ordered an iced coffee and a medium caramel iced macchiato..and this is what they gave me. Correct me if I’m wrong, but does this really look like a medium size? 🤔 I asked the lady if it was medium, and she said, “Yes, that’s medium.” This is my first time receiving a “medium” this small from McDonald’s. 😂

The old lady at the counter was extremely rude after I drove through the drive through and was not given my sauce. I went inside and simply asked for sauce and I was given extreme attitude by her. “What did you order because there’s supposed to be to sauce in the box” I said “yes but i was never handed sauce” and she just continued to give me attitude asking if I placed an order after I told her I drove through the drive through and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. Horrible service!

Ordered food at this location. Gave my app info. At the drive thru we didnt get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit minus cheese. Still at drive thru didnt get proper order. Was redone was told no cheese. Started to drive away and still had cheese. Went up to the window and said look there is cheese on everything. After leaving the sandwich was correct. After getting home the bacon egg cheese mcgriddle didnt have cheese on it.

Not sure why the disrespect for your local customers in this area but when we pay for assorted and you dump a box full of chocolate in the box, that says y'all just don't give a damn about us. How did we hurt you? Do you need a hug? Y'all didn't have a customer in the store so busy wasn't a factor. So instead of coming back and spending more of my time and gas to resolve, I sent a photo to doordash(the app i use for my pickup orders), and at least I got my money back. Stopped by for coffee and donuts. They were pretty much out of donuts and the ones that were left weren't fresh. At $2.00 each we opted out and went next door to Safeway grocery store and bought 4 fresh ones for under a buck each. You guys charge a lot for donuts to get 2/3 of the order wrong. Why read my order back to me if you’re just going to take creative liberty? How hard was it to put the chocolate frosted w sprinkles, the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, and the strawberry frosted with sprinkles in the bag??? Why did I end up with 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles donuts??? You guys weren’t even busy 😭

No sale! Came in this very evening about a quarter to seven. No greeting. I waited in front of their case while observing two associates with headsets on, bent over and doing whatever they were doing (training). After a while having observed they’re not tending to a drive-thru order, I stepped over to say “hello.” Not a good start being ignored and never greeted. The excuse was the headset. What’s wrong with your other ear? I asked how much for a dozen, and was told $18. I was prepared to order two dozen to take to work. The lady said she had assorted, but I wanted to pick the donuts. I’m the customer, right? Long story short, I didn’t care for the attitude or the look 👀 I was given. Asked for the owner’s card with number, and didn’t get it. So I walked. Wasting my time trying to order donuts… thought of one remark she made saying “we’ll select the donuts” to which I replied “you’re going to help pay for them too?” Not a good experience.

The food is not good, our bagels were burnt to the point we could not even eat them. There was a munchkin donut in our variety box that had a bite taken out of it, so we could not even eat the entire box. The staff clearly needs better supervision and training.

I usually have a decent experience at this Dunkin location. Usually always ready once I walk in for my mobile order. For once today, I did a mobile order as well as placed an order for a gift card. Location was pretty dead and I walked up to the counter to where the cashier was. Cashier did not greet me and just stared so I informed her I would like a gift card only since I had a mobile pickup. She didn’t say anything but I saw the gift card rack to the side and grabbed what I thought was a card, but it was only the card holder. Instead of just grabbing a card for me, she asked me if I was going to grab an actual card so I did and handed it to her. She tried to charge me an extra $20 but I reiterated to her the correct balance. The card reader wasn’t showing it was ready to take the payment so I waited a second and she told me rudely to pay. Afterwards, she handed me my card and receipt. No, “have a nice day” or even at minimum “here you go”. I just walked away, I’m not one for confrontation but you shouldn’t have someone in front to greet customers who can’t even be a bit nice. The receipt stated her name was Aliona, but she was not wearing a name tag so I cannot confirm.

Very upsetting when you try and get chocolate munchkins for your kids for the last 5 days and every single day they have been completely out of them before noon. Leroy the manager says it’s because it’s a popular item. Make some more then. Have extra. You would think on a holiday Friday (July 4th) you would make a bunch.

The food is usually good when you dine in. Order take out, and you'll be sorry. Items are always missing, food is soggy, cold, burnt. Every time. This morning I ordered the salted banana cream pancakes slam for pickup. Bacon burnt. Hashbrowns burnt. No cream for the pancakes. Bananas look almost rotten.

First time here. All the staff were warm and friendly. I got the pumpkin pecan pancakes breakfast. It was very good as was my husband's breakfast. The diner was clean, food hot and cooked correctly. The entire staff was attentive here.

The service is really slow.. there were only 2 tables occupied,ours and a lady having breakfast herself. It took probably close to 10 min for anyone to come to the table. He took our drink and food order and dropped the drinks off fairly fast. The food arrived at the table cold. There were 4 employees working up front , I don’t know how many were in the back , however with that many people I feel the food should not have been sitting there in the window as long as it did being it’s cold. Been many years since I’ve had Dennys……

Ordered the unlimite omelette and received a idk what you would call it. Service was horrible. Bacon was burnt. Pancakes tasted like a sponge. DONT COME HERE

Took my family out for breakfast and all agreed.. the cook that day didn't know how to cook the hash browns. They were crispy on the outside and almost raw in the middle. Service was great and it was fun to visit with my family. Would suggest you ask for the hash browns to be cook a little longer for next time

Awful service. Ordered chicken tenders and fries, server asked if I wanted any sauces, I said ranch and bbq. Server came to our table and refilled water with no ice, we had to ask for refills constantly and they had 5 people in there total. Server brought the check, and charged me for the sauces. They never told me. I then addressed it with the cashier, who was our Server and she said because I ate it, she had to keep it on there. I asked for the manager (no actual manager) just the one on duty, and he said he couldn't take it off. I told him she should have told me it was an extra charge. I paid for it and left...ill be calling and asking to speak to the actual manager.

90% of the time have no issue. 15 min wait, really uncharacteristically small burrito price is higher. I don’t mind the wait I totally understand things get wild and even if things come out lackluster I won’t stall anything but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had yet :/ I don’t mind the price or wait but a half empty $12 burrito ain’t cool

I don't give very many bad reviews, but I when they really deserve one. I picked up 2 orders of 5 rolled tacos on the way home after working a 12-hour shift. I live 20 min away. Got home, and they are way overcooked, extra crunchy. I called to make them aware and that I couldn't come back tonight, but I would gladly stop by with my receipt and the pics tomorrow after work. They wanted me to drive back tonight or no refund. It's the whole principle of not making this right. Your error, Frederico's, should not be my time and money on your poor quality. Do better! Won't be back to this location. PS..I contacted my bank and sent pics. My bank refunded me.

Update September 2024: Prices have gotten out of control. Used to go every weekend and ordered the same thing once a week. Used to be around $24, then it went up to $30, then $38. Last visit, it was just over $40! I like the food and I totally understand everything has gone up. But I can not justify paying $40 for fast food, especially when the quality is not consistent enough. So sadly, we will no longer make our weekly trip. Update April 2024: This last weekend, the food quality was back to its former glory and why we go once a week. The burritos were stuffed and full of flavor. The rolled tacos were not overcooked, and the chicken was so good. I hope they can maintain the great quality! 🙏 Original review: We go once a week and order the same thing every week. The only change is that sometimes we get breakfast burritos instead of Arizona burritos on the rare occasions that I go in the morning. The price has gone up a TON, but the quantity has gone down. There is less meat and goodies in the burritos, and the rolled tacos have been dry and over cooked lately. The flavor in the burrito is still great, though. I just wish they were consistent.

I ordered a chimichanga with beans and rice. The young man asked if I wanted a number 3 (enchiladas with beans and rice). I said no. I want a chimichanga. I got just the chimichanga. I asked for 2 cups for water and 2 plates. I got 1 plate. Had to ask for another. Service here is usually great. But not today.

This Fredrico’s used to be good. Now it is just garbage. I will never return. Waited in the drive thru for 20 only to get handed a 1/4 filled burrito that was cold and rolled tacos that were so stale and the cheese wasn’t even melted on the top. I will definitely be sticking to the Filabertos that just opened on bell/citrus. Their burritos are a little expensive but so worth it cause of how HUGE they are.

EXCELLENT! This location had a beautiful remodel done recently. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The food was fast, hot, and delicious. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

The food is decent but the service is so frustrating!! Ordering at the drive thru they constantly cut you off while ordering and after every word they ask “is that it?” So aggressively. Then they don’t repeat your order just, “pull up” to then mess up your order. Not to mention the wait is always about 20 mins. They have the convenience of being open all night but I prefer going somewhere else simply to deal with better service!

Stood for 10 minutes at the front of the line, no line. They ignored me and were only serving the drive through. They have no donuts in stock ever, so that is why I came inside. Whoever is managing this location is a hot mess. The inside is not clean. Trays laying on the front counter. Blenders everwhere. Its been this way for the past couple years. I told my kids, let's go, they are not going to help us. Walked out and no one even said anything.

I gave 2stars for food because they had the iced coffee I wanted, but they did not have a variety of donuts readily available. 3stars for service cause the kid at the window was pretty cool and my coffee was quick. 1star for the atmosphere because the place was trashed and dirty and Manager and employees were just sitting there talking about personal life. The new person at the counter was very strange. She has a huge learning curve because on everyone’s orders she was messing up and had the guy help her - she just giggled “I’m new”. I repeated myself multiple times. She moved in some weird way and like very anime girl/reel vine type of way. I can’t describe it well. That cutesy try to flirt her way through a mistake. Hi that’s my husband- I’m standing right next too. She messed up our order and charged us wrong. She talked slower than molasses. Even for a first day- it’s pretty easy. They moved her to drive through and she immediately messed up. The food and drinks came out super slow. I mean my sandwich was cold by time I got it. They weren’t even busy. We got the order fixed but still. No music. Dirty tables. It was freezing inside.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The selection of donuts I received was underwhelming, and the staff member assisting me seemed visibly annoyed, which made the experience uncomfortable. When I got home and tried the donuts, they had a strong chemical taste and were not enjoyable at all. I paid nearly $20 for a dozen donuts and expected better quality and service. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that these issues have been ongoing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We stopped for coffee, we wanted some donuts, they had barely anything. We got an old fashion, it was so stale and nasty we actually went back to see why they would give us such stale donut. It turned out that they just keep their donuts open on the rack without any cover. That really made my stomach turn. Imagine dust and flies all day

I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Waddle Rd in Surprise AZ! I was very disappointed! This young gentleman most likely in his early twenties, had no customer service skills, and made my drink completely wrong! This is becoming an on going issue with these chains of Dunkin Donuts! Most of the time they can't make half the drinks because the blender isn't working! I'm so done, Dunkin Donuts, you just lost a customer! From now on I will go to Dutch Brothers and or Starbucks!

Horrible service. The employee acted like he hated his job. My bagel came out burnt and barely had any cream cheese. My drink was also not filled to the top. It also took a very long time I do not recommend this Dunkin’. It was a waste of money.

Not today Taco Bell! This is the 2nd time I've received hard shell tacos that are not only stale but rancid. I know the difference and let it go the first time but here I am a whole month later still being served... That says a lot doesn't it.

I am a door dasher and every single time I come here food is never ready, we get ignored and treated poorly. Most workers have the mentality that they will help everyone in the store before the door dasher but our MUTUAL CUSTOMER ordered online way before so I’m not sure why door dashers get last priority. Even aside from that though I have been here 10 minutes now and not one person has asked me who I’m here for, said hi or acknowledged me what so ever. Not accepting door dashes here any more and if you are a customer who orders online don’t do it here! They make it clear they don’t care about online orders because the person isn’t in person.

We came here at 12am the service was horrible. The person taking our order was so rude and told us that he couldn’t fulfill our order because there was “too much”. He took my sisters and my boyfriend’s order and was so dismissive. I have never had service this bad.

Taco bell never let you down with their crunchy tacos. The food is tasty as always. Tables could be wiped down as well as the serving station which was empty of napkins and dirty to touch. If you're not dining for ambience it's a great stop for a flavor fiesta!

Ordered taco bell delivery from this location. Order arrived missing half of the items. Of the few items that DID arrive, the cheesy Gordita crunch was the biggest disappointment. There was a small amount of meat on each end of the shell, but none in the middle. It was FILLED in the center with the ranch sauce that was ordered as an extra. No meat in the middle. At all.

Drove thru to get a surprise burrito and it was awful. Nothing like I remember and not worth $7. It was cold! A thin piece of lettuce that looked old and wilted, never saw any cheese or sauce. I couldn’t believe how bad it was, very disappointed to say the least. Service was good and fast. Go to the other Taco Bell on Bell by Sam’s club. That is a good one. Never had any bad food there

I went to this Taco Bell late night. The guy in the drive-through was kind of rude or very quiet. They did not give me all of my food and the food that I got was very light on protein. Honestly, I would say half of what I normally would get from Taco Bell Not very impressed and will never go back.

Oh my goodness, where do you want me to start. Went inside to order went to the restroom first men's room, that is. What a pigsty the commode was full of you know what and TP the garbage cans were overfilling and it smells. I ordered three egg rolls nothing to drink got my order and was leaving as I walked to my car there was a white car parked next to me and a Jack In The Box employee female that is got out of the car and I clearly saw her throw the coke cup large one on the ground. I just looked at her and said, "You work here." She had the nerve to ask me that that fell out of my car, and I go know you threw that out of the car on the ground. So she picks up the cup of opens, and her driver's door puts it in there and walks into the store. I went there this morning and the lady was so rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce and then gave me the one sauce that I didn't ask for and like five of them and I know she did on purpose because she was being rude. The food. Is fine, but the customer service in the morning.The big mexican lady needs an attitude adjustment. Don't work in customer service.If you're not good with people.She acted miserable and like she didn't want to be there.

Best damn Jack in the Box tacos of all the Surprise AZ locations. Always fresh, shell always crunchy, lettuce always cold, always the perfect amount of hot sauce, and NEVER greasy or soggy!!! I don’t know what the other locations are doing wrong, but they should take notice of this one!! Great job Bell and N WestPoint Parkway!!

Went to go get my whole order re made and they told me that I waited to long and that I ordered a grilled chicken salad with cold chicken even though it says hot grilled chicken on the meal I picked and they wouldn’t even re make it just the salad but that’s not it !… instead of making a new grilled chicken salad they put the piece of hot chicken on the same exact old salad I was having issues with the first time.

they have nothing available no shakes no slushy no nothing and say everything is out you in ordering online orders always messed up incomplete and take forever. Do not recommend going to this location. Go to 303 in Bell instead.

Staff didn't tell us they were out of sausage until we discovered the meat missing from all the breakfast sandwiches (obviously would've chosen different items had we known). We were missing 2 other items from our order and all the hashbrowns were mushy and undercooked. We won't be returning to this location. Completely different experience from the location on the same road near the 303.

Who runs this place?? I want to speak with corporate. I have several complaints and whoever manages this store needs replacement! Last time I went there there was a long blonde hair in my burger! The time before that the dude at the window took a shot of liquor right infront of the window at 3am! TODAY! The dude at the window with LONG hair charged me extra money for curly fries then gives me a cold box of regular OLD stale fries! I asked him why his hair wasn't tied back as he works in a kitchen! He said it broke.. smh!! No wonder they serve food with hair in it!! This place is disgusting and I will definitely talk to the big bosses at corporate about this nasty action and lack of professionalism! Clearly the manager here let's these young people do whatever they want.

The drive through moves quickly. The staff is polite and the building is clean. The only issue is you will almost never get your food at the window. Almost every time you go through the drive thru, you have to pull into a spot and they bring it out to you. Even small orders.

I order 2 Mcgriddllers, 2 hash brown, and 2 small orange juice and they told me to pull up to the second window. The cashier said 29.98..I paid but order the exact combo before and it wasn't that high. I paid with my card and they didn't give me a receipt. I pulled off and got home and the order was correct but no receipt in the bag or on the side of the bag either. I call back and ask to speak to a manager and a young lady said I can help u. I said, Are u the manager and she said yes. I explain everything and she said it would add up to 30 dollars. I said okay and hang up but something didn't sound right so I call a different McDonald's but in the same area and ask to speak to the manager. I didn't tell her about my experience and just explain if I order 2 combo Mcgriddllers meals with orange juice what's the total with taxes. She said 22. 54..i call a nother store and they said the same but this time i mention what happens and she said u was over charged and it should have never been almost 30 dollars. I call back the location I order from and ask to speak to the manager again and this time this was some one different. I told her we spoken earlier and she said it wasn't her. I ask her what's the prices with taxes and it was totally different what I was told before..she tried to say for a small or mid it's 6 dollars. I never known arizona McDonald's to charge six dollars for a small or Med drink. You can pay that much for a gallon at the grocery store or less. I don't think she was the manager either and everyone was lien because I heard a person in the background said the manager not in yet. She also mention to me I pull up your receipt but we can't give it to u and u can get it. I said huh..she didn't make any sense. I always come to this location because I love right across the street but I willnt anymore unless it online pick up order. I price my order at this location online and it was 18.76. I have experience multiple times waiting for my order inside a hour or longer wait when it was just two or four people and didn't complain and said thank u after. This was the last time I will visti this location after two years of being a customer. I may do online pick up order and that's a big maybe. Know refund offer or anything smh... oh almost forgotten about over these pass years order be wrong

Went through drive thru and got parked. There was another car waiting, and the passenger finally got out and went in to get their food. We waited 15 minutes outside and our food was never brought out. Went inside, my number was cleared from their screen And the food was just sitting on the counter. Asked why it was just sitting there and the two employees in front just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Worst customer service at this store.

Not the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had (that's the one who didn't put meat on a burger and then argued about it), but close. Place is disgusting with spills on tables and trash left around. Bad smell inside. Ordered food, took 15 minutes to get it. Other people walked up and a kid stood at the counter on his phone with his headphones in and ignored them. Looked up, saw them, turned around and told the other people working "I'm on break", and went back to his phone. Never acknowledged the customers. Food was cold, and they built our Big Macs wrong. I had to reassemble my burger myself. Corporate should probably step in and close this place down, it's horrible.

Tonight Jennifer Q. Went above and beyond. I’ve been to the specific McDonald’s so many times and they have forgetten food and were rude when I came back or called about it. Tonight Jennifer Q let us know the ice cream machine was broken but she substituted that with another dessert instead of sending us out with nothing. This was an already paid app order. She’s fantastic and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I just paid $16 for a quarter pounder, medium fry and medium tea. And the fries were old and gross. And all they did was microwave them. They also want to bribe me to remove this review.

Was the only person in the drive through to watch someone else pull up and get served and order before I had even been spoke to. Thata annoying what's the point of being first in line if someone else can pull up after you and get served before youm

Panera is my all-time favorite place to eat. I could eat there every day. My husband and I have had lots of lunch and dinner dates at this location. We've tried the Prasada location and it is nice as well, but this location is a lot bigger. The food is always delicious. I miss the fruit punch that they used to have at the soda fountain, but I'm sure that was a decision by Corporate to remove it. Aside from that, I definitely recommend Panera and all of their high quality menu items.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is a photo of what I ORDERED and what I RECEIVED! Absolutely no advocado cheese or peppers and hardly any chicken. Practically $30 for 2 “sandwiches” of bread!!

We came for here for a goodbye lunch, as my staff really enjoyed this place. The parking lot is super busy and not enough space. The staff inside were great despite being busy. You can either order from the cashier or the iPad. There are a ton of seats even for our large party, which was nice. Most of us ordered the 2 item mix and match lunch special. I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and the turkey avocado blt with chips. Great items were very filling, I could eat the soup year round. I decided to spice it up with the blood Orange charged splash and a dessert chocolate chip muffie. The food is fresh and quickly made. Very clean, and the staff were constantly trying to accommodate everyone. If you are going to want to eat here, I'd suggest ordering ahead just to make it a bit easier.

I have been dealing with health issues for several years. I count on my neighborhood Panera for healthy, quality meals at a reasonable cost, I so appreciate appreciate the ability to pick up at the drive through, employees are always kind and courteous.

Panera Bread is a pretty mediocre experience. The menu is fairly broad, but it's a bit of a hit or miss with what you order. The sandwiches tend to be heavy on the bread and a tad light on the fillings. Similarly, if you're hoping for a hearty salad, set your expectations a bit lower. They often come across as more garnish than meal. The soup, while decent, won’t have you singing praises either. Ambiance-wise, the Surprise location boasts a good-sized space, which could have been a plus if it were better maintained. On my visit, cleanliness seemed to take a backseat. Unserved tables were a common sight, and food debris scattered not only in the dining area but also alarmingly near the kitchen, made for an unsightly view. I do like the self-service order system, which is efficient and the pictures make for a user-friendly menu navigation experience. It streamlines the ordering process, particularly during peak hours. Price point is where I find a bit of contention. Given the quality of the food, it does feel overpriced. For similar rates, I'd much rather recommend the local Wildflower Bread Company chain. If you happen to be in Arizona, it's a treat not to miss. Their offerings are not only generous but also burst with flavors, making the dining experience truly worthwhile. In conclusion, Panera in Surprise, AZ is alright for a quick bite, especially if you're on the go. But if you're in the mood for something more delightful without denting your pocket, there are better local alternatives around.

I am following up on an issue I recently reviewed. Panera says a pickle comes with a full sandwich and a bag a chips unless you request an apple instead of chips. The pickle has been a hit or miss and my last review was because of the no chips and no pickle. If your not sure of the pickle put on your website you might get a pickle or u might not it will be a surprise. This review is to recognize Dawn as she handled this issue and I feel confident the issue for future orders will be corrected. Thank you Dawn and look forward to my future orders at your location.

We usually go through the drive-thru, which goes very quickly. The cashier was nice and friendly. We only ordered drinks, and cookies. I must say, I do love their drinks and salads. Typically, the drive-thru doesn't take very long. However, there was a vehicle, before us, and it was at least a 10 minute wait. We pulled up, and the cashier gave us our order, free of charge, due to the long wait. We didn't expect that, but that was super sweet of her to do.

My lunch was going well until I had to use the bathroom. The service was great, and the food was prepared as the menu stated, but the bathroom took my appetite and flushed it down the toilet. I think it's time for the owner to step in and correct these issues before the main lobby starts to look the same way.

Horrible I wanted soft tacos and the shell was completely hard and stale. My bean burrito. I went to take a bite and the whole entire bottom of it blew out, so I have to eat it with a fork. I’ve never been so disappointed in them. it’s crazy how they want $20 an hour, but they can barely make a bean burrito or a taco lol

We come here weekly very disappointed how any human being can be so disrespectful. No wonder reviews are bad. Management needs to do some adjustments. Half our order was missing and when we walked in and questioned her she was like did you check the box. Well that had 2 items missing as well and she screamed at my husband that he wouldn’t let her talk. Well he was very calm and let her speak and when he tried to speak she screamed at him again. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t care if she an hourly employee. Dont work in customer service then.

Ordered 2 Beef Burritos with Green sauce via Doordash. Received 6 breakfast rollers and 2 hash browns. Informed Doordash of the mistake and asked for re-delivery of my 2 burritos. Dashers told me the staff refused to remake the burritos saying "that order was already picked up" Drove down to the store with the bag of incorrect items to have my 2 burritos made and show them I got the wrong order. Right off the bat, the worker in the photo was hostile telling me I needed to "fix my attitude or she wasn't going to serve me." I calmly tried to explain that I was upset I needed to drive down to resolve this issue that wasn't my fault to begin with. She tried to blame the driver and everyone else but herself for the mix-up. The bag had my name on it, but claimed the driver grabbed the wrong order??!?!? After that it went downhill. She said due to my attitude she wasn't going to serve me and I needed to get out of her store. I asked for the store managers name and number and she refused to provide it. Repeatedly telling me if I didn't leave she was going to call the police. I stood at the counter as she hid in the back of the store till new customers walked in. She then walked up front and screamed at me "Are you going to leave or do I need to call police?" I asked one last time, "I just want the store managers name and then I'll go." She just stood there. I asked for her name, and she refused. I pull up my cell phone to get a photo of the employee and she lunges across the counter trying to grab my phone. Throws the food I had brought in on the floor and then storms outside as I'm walking out yelling "I'm so tired of you people" while taking photos of my vehicle and me. 100% unhinged behavior from an employee who just made a mistake and could have been easily fixed. Del taco management, I would review your cameras between 9:40-9:50am on 7/5 to see the incident for yourself.

I went for a quick bite and this Del Taco did not disappoint. My food was fresh and tasty and the service was great. The drive-thru line was quick and the woman helped me was so friendly. I will definitely be back.

My absolute favorite taco spot! I watch these ladies make the tacos with love. They fill them up and are gentle not to break the shell like taco Bell. They have lots of meat and are not soggy or fall apart. The flavor is amazing. The sauces are awesome.

I hadn't had Del Taco in quite awhile and was really looking forward to some great crinkle cut french fries! Issues at this location started at the register, when attempting to pay using contactless payment, the unit to pay was essentially facing the cashier (well, back of the register) so it tipped it back in my direction so I could see the screen/prompts. After doing so the cashier said "don't touch that... It won't work if it is moved" well, too late and it's not as if there were a sign or note to let me know. So after 5 minutes of trying to get the remote unit to reconnect with the POS register, the manager came over and rerang me on an adjacent machine. Apparently, all the while, my food was sitting on the counter, and by the time the transaction was completed, the fries I was looking for were approaching room temperature and by the time I began my lunch, I was not about to go back to the counter to complain as things were already difficult with them at the beginning. Not too sure why they would fulfill an order prior to it being paid for, which may have avoided the disappointment of the food. This location has been there some time and despite a slight refresh with updated branding, the interior still feels old, dated and dirty. Although I may visit another Del Taco in the future, I doubt I will return to this location.

I ordered online for breakfast(as it said they were open). I then arrrive to find 15 other people waiting in the drive thru while I see employees sitting in their cars, and not going into work. They then have the audacity to tell me I can't have my food after I had paid for it. Do better!

Found hair in my sausage mcmuffin thos morning. Smh. They also allow people to bring non service dogs in the restaurant. Ppl have allergies and just don't want dogs sniffing and walking around while we are eating.

The supervisor who is working now is rude. I went through the drive thru and ordered a frappe. It was leaking out the top all over my car. I asked if they could either dump some out or make a new one. She was rude and had me park. I waited almost 10 minutes and had to get out and ask for a refund

My partner and I placed a Mobile Order after our shift at work, and when we arrived at the drive-thru and provided our order code, the McDonald’s employee rudely told us to “just go to the second window.” Once we reached the window—after waiting behind another car for 5–10 minutes—we discovered that our order hadn’t even been pulled up or started yet. To make matters worse, the employee then spoke with her coworkers and incorrectly blamed us for supposedly cutting off another car in line. We were the only customers at the time we gave our code, so that was clearly not the case. After an unnecessarily long wait, we finally received our food, only to find that it was poorly prepared. The hot fudge sundae was made incorrectly, the sandwiches were thrown carelessly into the bag, and one was even half unwrapped. The food itself was stale and unappetizing—the bottom bun on my burger was hard and crunchy. (There was also a hair in our nuggets 🤢) This experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope that the staff at this location can receive proper training in both customer service and food preparation to ensure future customers don’t have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Went to the drive thru around 10:20pm on Thursday April, 18th. The women who had taken our order at the speaker was rude and unprofessional, she was rushing us on our order and then once we had pulled up to the window she had a nasty attitude. Kept laughing and looking at us while proceeding to do so. The young lady had a blue shirt on with a jacket had super long hair that was up and had a nose piercing. On top of the rude and unprofessional customer service the food was burnt, we couldn’t even enjoy it nor eat it. We had ordered 4 20 piece chicken nuggets, hot fudge sundae, 1 chocolate shake, 1 black coffee, 1 apple pie, and a number 5. When looking through the window we had seen the oil and it had looked black which makes sense why the food tasted disgusting. Would not recommend this location at all. You’re better off going to chick fil an and making the extra drive. I give out multiple reviews and I try and be fair with them this was absolutely disappointing and now I know why I don’t go to this location anymore.

When I give out stars, I do it so that they are proportionate to the expectations. Yes, a McDonald’s can get five stars. It will be held to a much lower standard than a fancy restaurant in Beverly Hills. With that being said, this easily was the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. It was very mechanical and sterile. That applies to the tables and counter, as well as the staff. With one exception, the staff could not have been more cold, disinterested, and unhelpful. As a manager, I would have fired everyone on the crew, with one exception, and would have shut down the place until I could hire people who want to be there and have a good attitude. My son ordered the two cheeseburgers combo, asking for mayonnaise to be added to them. Instead, he got one cheeseburger with double the amount of mayonnaise you would give to someone in the Marines, and the other one had no mayonnaise. With zero exaggeration, there was a half-cup of mayonnaise on the cheeseburger. It was all over the place. It got thrown away before I could take a picture of it. When we asked for ketchup, they were all out. Someone had to go to the back to get more. There was also no soap in the bathroom, and the hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the restaurant were empty.

I have never been so disappointed over a smoothie. This is the second time I have ordered the same smoothie and both times were sad. The Avocolada was terribly blended with chunks of fruit and ice. I had to go home and add more flavor and blend more. Second time, I asked for a better blend and sure it’s blended, but The color is not vibrant and it is tasteless like pure ice. Surprise location 1 star out of 10. Arrowhead location 8 out of 10. Gilbert location 10 out of 10. I know what a good Avocolada smoothie is. It isn’t here sadly.

Ok fine they are busy not a big deal. 3 people working completely understaffed and clearly all 3 employees are on the edge of a breakdown. None of the employees had a clue where my drinks were at. Then they were out of the stuff to make one of the smoothies, can’t get a refund until tomorrow when I contact the manager because I used the app? Used Apple Pay? Idk. Not clear why I couldn’t get a refund when they didn’t have what I ordered. Disappointed. Frustrated. Shouldn’t have to chase down a refund.

Avoid on the weekends (good early mornins durung week) . Ive been sitting here for 20 mins already. Its not the employee, she is working . But looks to be the only one here. Owner- maybe consider hiring her some help? Or at least put a sign up saying "wait through drive thru will be at least 20-30mins" Im now late for appointment, but already paid.

Lack of service. We stood at the counter for 5 min and not only did we not get help they did not even acknowledge us. They saw us standing there and didn't say a word. No other customers were even in the store ,just 3 employees. We walked out and they still said nothing. Poor customer service.

Drive thrus are supposed to be fast, so tell me why I was stuck there for at least 10 minutes minimum. Don't get me started on the woman on the speaker being rude. Was just trying to get a fun drink before running errands, but this made me run out of time to do that.

The best part was the privacy inside because there were no people but the employees. They completely forgot the bacon in the Jumbo Breakfast Platter, which we realized only after we got home, about 20 miles away so more money to drive 40 extra miles. This is the closest Jack in the Box to our home but definitely not our first choice. Last time we came here the cashier blithely told me the biggest tender combo they sold was a 3 piece after I had ordered a 5 piece tender combo, as I do nearly every time I visit a Jack in the Box, and after she looked behind at the menu herself. I wanted to chalk it up to her making a random mistake as we all do sometimes, but after today I’m not so sure it wasn’t just vindictive customer service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a meal and a cheesecake. This is the moldy cheesecake I received. I already contacted Jack In the box and I haven’t heard anything.

This store needs attention. Every time I come here the employees look like they are one minor incident away from completely falling apart. The moral is super low. Super long wait times. They don’t greet customers. No patients or customer service towards the elderly. The only reason this store gets orders is because there isn’t another one for miles. It’s sad. This could be a good place for both employees and customers but someone would need to actually care first for that to happen.

We had drive-thru. I ordered a smashburger. Very disappointing. Small, dry, tasted bad. And cost almost $9. hardly any cheese. Vegetables were not cold. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had at Jack in The box.

If you want a guilty treat that has absolutely no nutritional value but tastes great this is your place. Why are those mystery meat fried tacos so good? We add extra lettuce and extra sauce. I like to think I’m getting in some veggies that way. lol. The Oreo shakes are incredible.

Takes 15 minutes each car in drive thru, I will never go again. One car behind me pulled up as backing out after waiting too long, driver would rather fight me than reverse like 10 feet. The employees are very nice, they just need more. I think only 2 people working there at night.

My fries were completely cold with no salt. And old for that matter. My burgers were soggy and gross and I got one ranch. I ordered 4. It’s not my fault you don’t charge on the website but charge in person. I will never be ordering from this location again. My food was disgusting and cold. Not worth the money.

I ordered food for my kids, waited 13 minutes, and someone who ordered after me got their food first. I saw the staff just chatting and taking their sweet time. I had to go ask about my order because it looked like it was just sitting there. Once I asked, they finally started making it fast. Do better and make sure staff put their phones away, and not in their back pockets. Plus, my kids' food wasn't even fresh, even after I waited 13 minutes.

I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in a long time I went there got a hamburger. It was disgusting. Didn’t even taste like a hamburger. I took one bite and threw it in the trash . I got an orange juice as well but now when you order a large, it’s actually a medium, but they still charge you for a large. It was fine. The place was clean and the employees were nice, but as far as his food goes, I won’t eat there for probably another 5-10 years. And only as a necessity.

The employees all seemed new, inexperienced, and unfamiliar with common menu items. The floors had trash on the floor in the dinning area and about half of the unoccupied tables were dirty during my visit.

I have been waiting 30 mins for a mocha frap. I watched them bump all the orders to keep the time down. Now they are scrambling not sure what to do. Highly not recommended eating here until proper management can keep them going

Literally gave me food poisoning and I haven’t been out of the bathroom today. I got a simple $5 meal deal and it messed me up the second I was finished with the food. Dont come here unless you want to spend the rest of the day paying for it.

First time. Went on Saturday at 8 . No waiting,self seating. Mike our server took our drink orders. My wife had the 2 piece french toast. No taste and undercooked, soggy. My Ribeye was a thin cut. Ordered medium rare. Overcooked and a tough piece of meat. . My eggs potatoes and toast were great. Service was good. The place was clean. We will come back and give it another try.

Great little family owned Mexican restaurant that competes very well against the larger multi site chains. Service is outstanding, portions are huge, and the quality of the food will have you wanting to lick your plate clean. The menu is extensive with daily off-menu specials like all you can eat shrimp for $12.99 or a fish-fry for $10.99. Prices are from the '70's and the restaurant is definitely worth trying as you won't regret it.

This is a great authentic Mexican restaurant! She came out with freshly made chips and homemade salsa. The flavors are great, you can tell that they make the sauces too. 10/10 would recommend. We had the chimichanga and enchiladas and they were both great!They speak English and Spanish here.

The food here is AMAZING!! Char-grilled peppers, of every color, tender carne Asada, FRESH, & I mean FRESH, chips & salsa (also AMAZING)! Service here was exceptional! We were treated like family! Exceptionally clean restrooms! What else do you need?? I needed this restaurant tonight!! 😎🌮

I kept hearing about this place in the Sun City Chit Chat group on Facebook. I told my Mama we need to go give it a try, because other pics the food looked good and authentic. And this day, I was craving some really good beans. I ordered the beef flautas and rice n beans. The beans were so very good, just like if I made them at home. The rice was tasty. And the flautas & guacamole sauce lacked seasoning. But I still ate them and added salt. My Mama ordered the red chicken enchiladas, rice and beans. And she ate everything on her plate. I also, tasted the chicken enchiladas and they were tasty!! The Chips were fresh made as the salsa. The price for both of our meals was $20 and some change. We both drank water. That is a steal!!! We will be back to try breakfast next time. P.S. We got our food very fast, we didnt wait very long.

We were so excited to be first time customers.walked in at 9:30 am and there was one other table. I ordered eggs Benedict. The server said I don’t know if the cook can make that as he has a big to go order. We should have just left right then as you could feel they were stressed about. We got our food and it was awful. Our hashbrowns were barely cooked. The ham on my eggs Benedict was paper thin and fried to burnt.Hollandaise sauce was water. I could literally could not cut the meat. I ate a few bites and set my plate to the side. Server came and asked if it was ok. I told her I couldn’t eat it. She said ok. Walked directly over and got our check and set it on the table. We paid and left. Never again. Awful!

I recently visited this family-owned Mexican restaurant, Sofi’s, during my trip to Arizona, and it was an absolute gem. The food was bursting with authentic flavors, and even my picky kids couldn’t get enough. They loved everything they tried! The service was warm and personable, and you could tell the family running it truly cares about their customers and their craft. This place was a plus on my trip to Arizona. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping by again. Wishing them all the best—they deserve it!

The people taking the orders, and delivering the orders were nice enough, but there definitely was no sense of urgency here. I understand this McDonald's is inside a Walmart, but I waited 15 minutes to get my order and it wasn't that crowded. The people at the front counter were moving at a snail's pace. Not sure why. I guess times have changed since I worked at Walmart years ago.

oh no, no no no McDonald’s holy I’ve been to other better location than this. You’re telling me I paid $1.09 for a two swirl ice cream cone and I paid $25 for a big Mac bundle that was missing a drink. I can go to a different McDonald’s and get everything for half that price if I use my reward app. i’m saying that by the way because apparently their scanner for the rewards app wasn’t working too. look at this point I’m thinking about going to Burger King, but I somehow stuck through it and made it through with my decision which was a bad idea. such a small ice cream, I ate two bites and I almost actually ate the paper. Front desk was so mean and choosing a rush. Didn’t even give me my receipt when I asked for it said she was out of paper, but she wasn’t. apparently she’s a Manager doesn’t act like one. One could say she’s a karen she definitely is; hear her yelling at her employees. she wears a watch. She has her glasses that are cleaner at her hair in a bun with semi blonde hair. She ain’t no Manager. She don’t act like I saw her drinking soda on her shift in front of all the customers that ain’t sanitary that’s cross contamination little bro. also, while she was just sitting there sipping on her soda customers waiting at the front desk for their order and stuff, trash all over the floor in the lobby I even saw oil spilling from the fryer. Like are we gonna overfill that Manager. then she went on break and started sitting so close to me. I basically just threw on my lap like so weird freaky awesome McDonald’s workers. And on top of that, I didn’t even get a receipt. I’m so sad. I know you’re not out of paper. Why are you telling me lies? and then when I asked her if she had an ice cream she was like she’s paused for a minute took like 30 seconds to answer that I can tell she was gonna say no, but then she’s like we could use the sells.

Flies flies flies flies flies flies flies flies flies. I can’t count how many flies are here there’s so many one landed in my ice cream and it left a little black dot on it. I think it pooped in my ice cream. I asked for ice cream and they never gave it to me. Employee also asked for a lick my ice cream.

McDonald's is our kinda place! The customer service was amazing and the friendly smiles were very welcoming. A special thanks to the cashier who took care of us she was very kind and friendly.

The seating is very limited, but the service is great. Some workers will have to get additional training on handling customers' orders. A worker was seen handling a customer's cup touching the top of the cup after handling another customer's money.

Every time I go this walmart, all the employees are on their phone. They can't hear you when you take your order.Because they always wear earphones. When you ask for ketchup or pepper or salt.... They never want to come to the counter unless they're dropping off food and calling a number, otherwise you'll never see anybody.

Food seems like a lot less than it used to be for way more in cost. Very unfriendly feeling with the tablets to order yourself. What happened to a friendly welcome from the staff and somebody taking your order. Also the dining room was absolutely disgusting. Not a clean table in sight, counters are sticky and the floors are gross. Sanitizer buckets were right in front of us on the main counter (they shouldn't be) yet clearly not being used...

Damn, look how tiny this breakfast burrito is...when the bottom of the barrel is going down hill in quality then you know we don't stand a chance. @owner, I already left some feedback about your store on the corp website. Do better.

This is $28 worth of food. Never again. The bowl was good but had 2 little pieces of broccoli. Very disappointing

Haven't been to a Jack in the Box for a long time... after visiting I understand why. We went inside and the wait just to place the order was over 20 minutes. The wait for the food was acceptable and the foods quality was fine. Just nothing I wish to go back to.

Went through drive through this evening and there was no one in line. As soon as we got there we were asked to wait that took 5 minutes. The person working the drive thru sounded like she did not want to be there. Got to the window and the same kind attitude. When she handed us our food she didn't say anything word. Just handed it over. Usually you would get here you go or have a good night. Nothing. This is just standard customer service.

We ordered a burger and 2 tacos and they had us go wait in front of store for 15 minutes. Then I sent my son in and they didn’t have our order.Food was not hot. The store was empty and the drive thru was empty. This was at 5:09 on 7/24/25. Unacceptable won’t be back!

Took me 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. Had to wait 15 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get my food. Keep in mind there was only 1 car ahead of me. Went there 1 time before and walked in waited 25 minutes to get food they said they lost the ticket. Won't be going back to this store very slow and unprofessional

Ordered online to go on a Sunday around 1 PM and my food was ready by 1:20. The biscuits and gravy are DELICIOUS. My biscuits were soft with a slightly crispy edge, eggs were nice and fluffy, potatoes well seasoned and the gravy is super tasty! Definitely the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had 🤤 Can’t wait to try more from here!

9/23/25 Today we had breakfast at First Watch. It was very good. I had the "Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich". My husband had "The Works Omelet". The service was good. The food was good. The don't charge for soda water!!

The service was great. It was a little loud in the restaurant, to the point the waitress also mentioned it, but we were still able to hold conversation. The food was just okay. The potatoes had a nice flavor to them but they were over salted. The gravy was nothing special. The chocolate chip pancake was good. The bacon was a little undercooked for my liking. The chicken Apple sausage seemed heavy on the chicken side, but again, just okay. The waffle was cooked perfectly and the fruit and warmed syrup was delicious. The biscuit from the biscuits and gravy, was fluffy with a fantastic crunch on the bottom. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants.

Me and my husband came for breakfast, first time here. It was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious 🤤. My husband had the classic Benedict and I had the Heathy Turkey (omelette). I recommend if your dieting and your husband is not.

First time visiting this location. Grabbing a quick breakfast before leaving town for the week. I started with the Morning Meditation and coffee; and for my entree I wanted to try their Belgian waffle with a side order of chicken-apple sausage. Everything was good. The waffle came with a fruit compote that was tasty with the assortment of berries. The sausage was unique. Would I order it again? Probably not… I’ll stay with pork. They brought syrup when asked for. Shawnlee was fair and attentive in providing service. Only plaints I have are: the seats at the bar are cramped… pinching in on the sides of my hips. And there was a lot of ice in my juice. I find it strange to pour juice into a glass filled with ice. The restaurant is spacious, and clean; and offers seating outside on a covered patio. Bathrooms are clean. And there’s ample parking now that contractors have striped parking spaces in the Target lot. I visited Einstein Bagels one day, and couldn’t find parking as First Watch was slammed. Overall a pleasant experience. Oh, one last thing. I hate your raw sugar packets. Please offer regular sugar… PLEASE! 🙏

This was our first visit, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere and the service were both wonderful. I ordered The Works omelette with potatoes on the side. The omelette was outstanding—packed with filling, not greasy at all, and the portion size was perfect, especially considering the price. My husband had the eggs Benedict, and he absolutely loved it! The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the fresh fruit he received was truly fresh and delicious. For dessert, we tried the donut holes, which were divine! They came with two delightful dipping sauces—chocolate and raspberry. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time trying First Watch & I’m so happy my dad chose this as our breakfast spot! The wait was an hour but that just made me understand the hype more. The morning juice gave me so much energy for the rest of the day! Also my breakfast tacos were amazing & my husband is very picky about his French toast & loved it! Definitely will be returning often! Thank you

This location is my favorite! My drinks always come out perfect & the employees are all so sweet. Selena took my order this visit and she was so friendly and helpful. At this point, I go to Dutch just as much for the stellar service as I go for their great coffee!

I came here two days back to back and was greeted immediately and had excellent service. Selena got my drinks to me very quick and I was able to make it to work on time both days. I appreciate her hustle and positive personality.

Dutch Bros has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a fast, fun coffee break. The moment you drive up to their stands, you’re greeted with a positive, upbeat vibe. The staff is always friendly, but Alynna was absolutely amazing today and made us feel like we were long term friends!

This location is not good with fast pace there's a over flow in the two car lane and at the windows the staff is just sending all the cars to wait at the parking lot and no orders have came out for 15mins people are starting to cancel there orders due to horrible service from all these high school employees. There is currently 40 cars waiting for there drinks

Yeah, I love this location. They have very nice people. Their drinks are always made so well and every single time I come here. I just get like an energy boost so much to the point that like I have energy for the rest of the day, so you're just coming down. They would be awesome if I could give them more than 5 stars for anything. It'll bring it all the way up to like 1000 stars because they are awesome anyway. And then Jayon is awesome. He's glorious, so yeah.

This is a brand new Restaurant in the city of Surprise, Arizona off of Waddell and the 303 freeway. Going inside was immaculate and brand new as to be expected. I visited during lunchtime and they were very busy. My cheeseburger came out hot as did my french fries. The food was tasty and I encourage anybody who likes hamburgers or cheeseburgers to stop by. They also sell salads and chicken sticks.

First time at a Whataburger and what a surprise it was really good! The staff super helpful and friendly! The restaurant was clean and really I really enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger and fries 🍟 which were thin and flavorful! One of the better fast food burger 🍔 joints!

Friendly and courteous. Food is usually hot. Sometimes, they don't always get your order correctly. So, double-check your bags.

I can honestly say this Whataburger on Sarival road in Surprise is great. They always get my order right it's amazing how good they are getting the order right. The service is always friendly. It's clean and fast. IMO these employees deserve a raise they are far exceeding any other fast food restaurant that I go to. At the time I placed this review Capri took my order at the drive-thru and the order was perfect very polite made sure she got my order right great!

Didn’t have WhatAburger in Nor Cal and it’s easily my favorite fast food now. One of the few places that tastes like a real restaurant or home grilled burger but somehow still fast. Other amazing part is I would put this against In-N-Out in terms of taste and quality, but somehow they have a Jack In The Box sized Menu! My son works here but at another location so he has helped me tweak the items to be amazing. Order online and get a normal Whataburger (or double.) Ketchup light , mayo light, mustard light, and make sure you add cheese. While the regular cheese is good, make sure you get Monterey Jack! All the shakes are good, but the limited time Dr Pepper shake is amazing . Sounds weird but make sure you get it! Last tip, make sure to get the spicy ketchup. You can also buy it at grocery stores and it’s amazing!

Me and my staff ordered some food during a very busy night shift in the ER; had a minor issue with the order and I called, and Kyle literally went out of his way to make it right and was so cool about it. A small gesture went a long way - & We greatly appreciated it! Give Kyle a raise! Hes the man!

We ordered online and went to pick it up. My daughter in law was checking the food to make sure it was right, because 97% of the time it is NOT. And the guy tells her, everything is there. Well it wasn’t yet again. My son’s burger and her onion rings were not. My son paid for the order and mind you it was $78 and his burger was the first thing ordered. We will never order from this location again. And we will spread the word. I will say, your employees make way to much money to screw up the order every time. Shame on the management and whom ever hired them

I absolutely love this location. We’ve been going to this specific location for 3 years and I have to admit it wasn’t my favorite in the past because of consistency issues with my drink which is quite simple. So I did venture off for a while but lately have been going back here and I’m not leaving now. For reference, we are every day Dutch-ers without fail; first thing I do in the morning is a coffee run. While the rest of the crew is nice, we LOVE Dawson & Kaia, they are the biggest reasons we come here consistently now. They have remembered our order (large iced annihilator extra sweet + large ice water extra ice) and they make it PERFECT every single time without fail. They see us coming and they start preppin’ the order cause they know 😅 Dawson has left us cute little notes on the lid, he’s seriously the sweetest and truly does brighten our mornings- or whatever time of day we go in because there’s no rules, coffee is applicable 24/7. Well, Monday-Sunday 6a-11p 😏 Kaia is our girl though, I THOUGHT she was the manager here and was quite surprised to find out she isn’t during a recent convo (I think she’s a lead though?) What’s up with that, Dutch? She is so clearly on top of her game; she knows this place inside out, she not only remembers peoples orders (I have a friend that says she loves her too) but makes them correctly every time, she’s so easy to talk to and is always in a contagiously good/chill mood, and not to down talk anyone else (this is meant for acknowledging her) but she just carries herself like she runs the place in the best way. We came by during a training day and kind of watched her teaching one of the new people out near the drive thru and I was thinking that *i* would love to have her as a manager. She’s just an all around great person, we LOVE her and if there’s ever room for promotion to management I’ve gotta get my two cents in as a customer who we’d like to see fill that spot- because there’s no doubt she’d make this location flourish if she was in one of the charge positions. Regardless, we will continue coming back to this location just for her and Dawson. Round of applause to those two! 👏🏼 I like to think they’re the reasons I stay crime-free every day 🤣🫶🏻

This is my favorite location in Surprise! Kaia is the best. You can tell she loves her customers. If I ever have an issue, she’s quick to fix it without hesitation. My only issue with Dutch Bros is not being able to order ahead before 6 am because I have to work at 6 and there’s a line sometimes. Kaia was sweet to tell me if she could turn it on for me she would. We need more people like her :)

This is my favorite location in Surprise (and probably in general!). The manager I have had the pleasure of talking with a few times now Kaia, is the sweetest person. It doesn’t matter if they are busy, in a lull, or she just got yelled at by a customer, she has the sweetest smile on her face and is so friendly. Honestly all the employees here that I have talked with always are the friendliest. I have gone to the one on lichfield and Waddell, and there is always issues. I try to give benefit of the doubt and keep giving opportunities, but I think I will drive out of my way if needed to go to this location only’ keep up the great vibes crew! ☺️♥️

YUM! Hello little taste of heaven in the desert! Just when you think this place couldn't get any better this drop of Sunshine named Gracie greets you. Not only did she get my order right but she was so polite and well spoken. Her bubbly personality definitely got my day started on the right foot. Dutch Bros made the right choice with her!!

I just wanted to take a moment to speak on my experience at this Dutch bros not only are they fast and efficient but there is a beautiful ( all of the ladies are beautiful) young lady that works out side in the drive thru named Gracie Ann!!! At the earliest of morning, she is just a ray of sunshine. She is kind and makes me feel like i’m special by remembering my face and (depending what I order) she’ll ask if I’m having my usual. It’s just a joy to stop at a place that gives such kindness especially before I get my coffee! Thank you Dutch Bros on Waddell and Gracie Ann for being so amazing to a grumpy lady in need of coffee!

Coffee is the sugary delight you expect with a drive thru coffee hut. Baristas are upbeat and an absolute delight.

This week I had the BEST experience at this location thanks to the amazing Gracie! 🫶 She went above and beyond in every way! I had a super complicated order picking up coffee for the whole office. I could tell she was genuinely invested in helping me get it right to score brownie points with my boss. Not only was she super knowledgeable about all the options, but she was also incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. Her energy was so positive, and she made my visit feel extra special! 😸😸 I really appreciate how she took the time to ensure everything was correct before making my drinks, even though it was busy, and it all turned out great. If you have a big important order def ask for Gracie Ann, she’s a total gem! ✨ Thank you so much- shout out- and thanks from the whole office for helping us get the caffeine fix we were feining for!

I’m new @ Dutch Bros Coffee & Brayden from this location made me love it even more. He was amazing & made my day even more special by decorating my Birthday drink. He took his time to chat with me. To my surprise he handed me the most beautifully decorated drink I’ve ever gotten. He is the best barista EVER ❤️ This location has great employees.

I absolutely LOVE the Dutch Bros on Litchfield and Waddell. I'm not normally someone who becomes a regular at big coffee chains, but the employees at this location are amazing. I don't know all of their names (yet), but two that I love seeing the most are Auggie and Rei. They are always so outgoing, and will always take a moment to have a conversation with you if its not too busy when you get there. Any time I come now (whether Auggie and Rei are both there, or just one of them) they always ask how I'm doing and what I'm up to that day. My daughter (7 yrs old) loves Auggie, and will even cut down on recess time before school just to make a stop at Dutch Bros to see him in the mornings. Today was one of my favorite interactions though. When I got to the window to pick up my order, Rei informed me that the staff were doing a challenge to take a polaroid photo with their favorite regulars. It sounded like a cute idea, but I was genuinely surprised and touched that she asked to take a photo with me. It made my day, and I'm grinning like an idiot just thinking about it. I won't even consider going to another Dutch Bros location now. I have too much fun at this one!

Die hard dutchie here, and I had to credit this location. Out of the majority of west valley locations, this is definitely top 2 for my husband and I. While my drink order lately is pretty easy (large iced Annihilator Extra sweet OR large extra hot annihilator) somehow other locations are hit and miss depending on the day and time and aren’t quite consistent. I’ve been to this location enough times now to notice their consistency is top notch, and the baristas I’ve encountered so far have been great! Definitely will continue to drive a bit out of my way to go here :)

I had a nice experience at the Dutch Bros on Litchfield Road! Mae, the sweetest worker ever, really brightened my day. She was super helpful when I asked for drink suggestions for my toddler, and her cheerful attitude made all the difference. The drink turned out great too, but Mae's kindness made my visit memorable. I'm thankful for her and the rest of the workers at Dutch for brightening mine and my son's day!

Service and atmosphere are usually great at all Dutch Bros, but the guy working the drive through Litchfield, south of Waddel, at about 3:30 was terrible. We ordered one drink, and it took 13 minutes with 1 car in front of us after we placed our order because the guy working the window spent 95% of the time talking to the girls in the pickup truck directly in front of us.. While they were placing their order with an actual order taker, he came out and talked to them for several minutes. There were no vehicles in front of them at the window, because he was supposed to be there, but instead was out talking to them. Leaning in the car, laughing and enjoying the conversation. Then, as the truck went to the window, he came out again. More conversation and actually dancing while the driver of the truck danced as well. The line behind us had grown to 5 cars at this time. Someone behind us honked, as I was trying not to be "that guy". Someone brought their 2 drinks out!! Not ours. I still waited patiently and finally the truck got their drinks and left and I pulled up to the window. No "sorry for the wait" no explanation, just " so you ordered the Medium blah blah blah?" No regard for service, customer's time, or apparently his job. Just wanted to chat up the girl and her friend in the truck. In my mind, I thought, maybe an old friend, former or current coworker, maybe a slow new person making drinks. Something to explain. But no idea and no comment to a customer who waited that long for a single drink and did not blow up. End of the day, it's just a drink in a drive-through, nothing to lose my mind over. But if you can't do your job well, whatever the job may be, especially in the service industry, move over and let a coworker who cares about the job and customers do what you're failing at in that moment. I could tell from the body language and facial expressions of the two working the order line they were annoyed as well. I'm sure we will be back to this Dutch, as they are usually great. Wanted mangers to be aware they may need to have some employees brush up on their customer service skills and priorities while on the clock.

I really enjoy this location, everyone is super nice. My drinks always come out great and I don't have to guess the flavor. Sometimes there is a little wait but anything worth having takes time. Pull in order and relax, good things are coming. Keep up the great service.

Two times in less than a week the guy with curly hair doesn't make my strawberry colada right. I'm done with this location I'll go out of my way and drive further to get my drink done right.

The restaurant is always so cold for no reason, it's unbearable to even do a dine in option. On top of that it's so slow to get an order and the music is the same 3 songs on loop, like at least have some variety like the other places. They need training, it was bad and still is with service speeds and overall atmosphere. Chalupas are so stale too and I'm sure it's from the cold temps in the store.

Unfortunately, this location has a lot to work on. Not saying they can't bring things up to par in the future. But, definitely not there as of today. Microphone in drive-thru volume was way too low/ or employee was mumbling. Either way it was difficult to order. The order was also about 60% wrong. And...both cold and the tacos had been sitting long enough, the bottoms were sogged out.

I generally use the order ahead function so you know by the time I get there the food is ready in theory. Please explain why after getting their 15 min after the order was place the food is still not ready? How is it that I can place the same order in the drive through and have it within two minutes? Most times when ordering ahead and going in the store not a single person greets you, you’ll get a couple looks but no greeting. Some visits after patiently waiting for 10-15 min someone will ask what I’m waiting for. I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt that they’re just busy but sometimes enough is enough. If someone walks in and you clearly see them how hard is it to say hello or ask what they’re there for? When I worked in the service industry we would be written up for not greeting people in a timely manner. Get it together. Service has gone completely downhill since all these ordering screens became a thing.

Disappointed. Ordered at home and picked up through drive-thru. Paid for 2 Avocado Sauce packets & did not have them in my bag. & Don’t advertise for Y2K items if you’re not going to give the correct item when ordered! $3 down the drain. Pat Tillman FastFood places SUCK

Service is okay just slow. Order was correct. But WHY are they always out of Dr. Pepper?! Like 85% of the time they are out or it’s not working, please remedy this as your store’s Dr. Pepper is the best and hate driving out of my way just to be left disappointed. It’s the little things that matter most.

By far the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever experienced. Every employee from management down needs to be fired and they just need to start over. We’ve given it so many chances and they can’t seem to pull it together. Tonight was the last straw, we put in mobile order so that they hopefully wouldn’t mess the order up like they usually do and waited in the drive thru for AN HOUR to get the food. This crew is incapable of providing “fast” and I’m dumbfounded at what the problem could be. Terrible service. Consistently missing items/messed up orders. Insane wait times. Literally just fire everyone or replace it with another restaurant.

Of all the Taco Bell’s in the Valley. From Tempe to wickenburg, the food is lower quality. The atmosphere is cold and cruel. No life or love in this dinning room. The service is getting better. Overall it’s not bad but it’s below average for a Taco Bell experience.

I've had nekter twice now. Once I tried a smoothie, this time I got a green juice. I'm giving it four stars for the health benefits. They aren't your typical smoothie shop. The smoothies are watery and the flavors aren't that great. I prefer robeks but nekter is great for the nutrition profile. They are a bit pricey. Good if you're healthy conscious but if you're the Jamba juice type you won't really like them.

I placed an online order for an açaí bowl and it said my order would be ready at 12:56. When I went in for pickup it wasn’t ready. I sat down to wait, and didn’t receive my order until almost 1:30pm! Meanwhile I watched several other people place orders and receive theirs before mine. And on top of that my order wasn’t even correct. I won’t come to this location anymore. The location on bell is fast and efficient. My order is always made right. Food is too expensive nowadays to be playing with people’s time and money.

My smoothie was good, customer service wasn’t the best unfortunately. The girl seemed like she could care less to be there..

Real food. Clean ingredients. My first ever Nekter juice - Recovery ❤️‍🩹- was deLICious. Big. Filling. Made me happy.💜 Second time - Pb choc ? - My smoothie could have DEFinitely been more sweet. I went home and ate some chocolate ice cream. 🍫

This location is a little further than the other location at civic center in Surprise for me , but it is all worth it because the customer service is way better at Prasada. The general manager is so sweet and her customer service is on point! My family and I will only be going to the prasada location only after have several bad experiences at the civic center location.

Aside from always making exceptional smoothies and bowls, their customer service is on point! There was an error with my order which was rectified immediately with a phone call from the owner! If I could give 6 stars I would :)

I have been to this new location about 15 times. I always order a bagel. Sometimes I also get free coffee (bc I use the app). I have refrained from reviewing until now to really give this new location a chance to get "up and running". The reason for 2 stars is that there is absolutely NO CONSISTENCY with their bagels. None have ever looked like the website. This photo is from this morning. I ordered a 6 cheese bagel, toasted with pain cream cheese. To the baker -- you call this SIX cheese? lMFAO 😅😂🤣 Maybe if you put exactly one piece of each type of cheese. Please do better. It looks exactly like the bagel I bought from you last weekend. Enough is enough. I'll wait for you to figure out how to follow the chain recipes before I go back. Also, I asked for my bagel to be toasted, and it was not toasted today. 😑 Positives: there is always enough cream cheese!! This was my one complaint for the Einstein on the east side of Surprise. The coffee is usually pretty good too. Although you tend to be out of coffee and creamer and I have to wait for you to make more/refill that...but that's a small complaint compared to your bagels never looking like they are supposed to. 😑

Sophia was amazing! Our mobile order did not go through and she quickly took a picture of the order from my phone and quickly made it. Thank you for the outstanding service. We will definitely return!

We had a great time dining on the front patio. We ordered the big box , the kids loved everything about that. Fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed it. I recommend this location .

Stopped in here on the way out of town. The staff was friendly and quick to prepare my bagels while also making several pick up orders. Location was clean and offered outdoor seating. No indoor tables. Compared to my usual Einstein out of town, it seemed like the bagels were a bit underbaked as they didn’t have a firm top on them. Still delicious.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is my go-to spot for a quick, delicious breakfast! The bagels are always fresh, with a great variety of flavors, and the shmear options are top-notch. I especially love their Everything Bagel with garden veggie cream cheese—absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient, Sophia is a delight, even during the morning rush, and the store is always clean and inviting. Whether I’m grabbing a coffee and sandwich to-go or sitting down for a bite, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

This location is my favorite go to spot! Sophia the manager is giving it her all and it really shows, the food tastes delicious and the service time is speedy quick! I love going to Prasada to get my morning snack and seeing all the bright faces at this store. Will always be back for more!!!

Everyone was so nice and friendly! I came in on a busy day and even though, everyone had to wait, they still kept making sure I was okay and if I needed anything! The food was still amazing and I don’t mind the wait! They also have really good sweets and the Country Sausage bagel is my favorite! Definitely recommend visiting for a quick stop while you grocery shop!

They've even began recognizing me when I come in to pick up my order. As someone that's worked in customer service for years, that's the type of experience that keeps me coming back.

To the 2 girls who were working on July 11th around 4:30pm, that was THE BEST açaí bowl I have ever had and I will be ordering from this particular location from now on. They understood the assignment! I ordered online and it was waiting for me as soon as I got there and delivered to me with a smile. It was sooo delicious. I love good service!

I love this place! Every time I come in everything I order is on point. The açaí bowls and smoothies are great! The staff is friendly.

They are newly open, so I will give them some grace for the very slow speed. But I was the only one in there when I ordered an acai bowl, and it took about 15 mins for them to get it to me. Which is wild because the bowl base is already prepared. They just had to add the toppings, and there were 6 workers. They are all quite young and busy talking to each other. Another person came in shortly after me and ordered some smoothies, which the girls making the smoothies were done, making them before I got my bowl. The bowl was delicious, a little smaller than I was expecting for $11, but it was very good. The interior is well decorated, very bright.

First time doing pick up at this location. I went inside and It was a little busy, but I had no idea where to pick up my order so I stood there making eye contact with a few people. No one acknowledged me, so I decided to walk in the back area of the building and there was what it looked like a cube organization with my bags of food and drinks. I felt a little embarrassed because I did stay there for a while, but I did find the food. I would have to say everything that we ordered was good except I asked for no tomatoes on the one sandwich and they put it on anyways the smoothies were good. The cookies are not that good And the jalapeño corn was not something I would get again, but that is a preference. Overall, it would have been five stars if someone could have at least acknowledged me inside. The food and drinks were delicious. 😋

Wife loves the smoothies here, but the in my opinion $9 for a smoothie is too much. She orders Sunshine Smoothie and loves it. I picked up for my wife, no one else in store, girl that waited on me was very MEH, store clean.

My first time being at Tropical Cafe was the absolute best!! I'm a big Smoothie King fan, so coming to Tropical Cafe was out of the ordinary for me. I was confused and very skeptical on what to order. An employee named Javeah was very helpful and knowledgeable on what smoothie to get according to my liking. Not only was she kind and took my order, but made my order and was quick. It was delicious and I will be back. Her 5 star service has earned my business. Tropical Cafe is lucky to have you there! I recommend her if you decide to get a smoothie from there.

Very rude servers. I ate hear last week and I just asked for a scoop of protein in my acai bowl. The staff kept asking me like 5 times, are you sure, making me feel very awkward, then they just tossed the scoop of protein on top like it was a topping. Literally EVERY other place in the valley will blend it in with the acai. Y'all have a blender, I know this is not a foreign concept. Then they had an issue with their cash register. I showed them that the charge went through on my bank account, but they still treated me like a petty thief. 30 min later I received a message that the charge had been refunded so I went to an ATM, gave them more money than the charge was for because I'm an honest person. Will never go back here.

I tried to use the app on my phone and the Pat Tillman location, which isn't listed as a location. Can you please fix this right away! We had some food. Chicken Bacon Ranch was really good, just enough ranch dressing on it. Chicken was perfect, too. Quesidilla was good too. There was not much room in this place. I could hardly get to pick up orders only minus I saw. Thank you

I come here often and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner happened to be there at the time I ordered and she was very friendly. I highly recommended the smoothies, açaí and the wraps. All delicious!
