Cafe
Located on McKellips Road, Suite 102 in Alta Mesa, Cozy Corner Cafe is a popular breakfast and brunch spot in Mesa. With a high rating and positive reviews on Yelp, it's known for its welcoming staff and stellar food. Despite some chaos, the service is quick and attentive, with large portions at great prices. The decor may be overwhelming for some but adds to the diner's charm.
I’m found this quaint breakfast and lunch restaurant just by searching Google maps and looking for good reviews. It is not that close to us but we gave it a shot on a breakfast outing with a friend. First off this is probably the most friendly place I have very been. As we walked in the workers were hugging their regular customers and the friendly banter was charming. Just the nicest people there, both the employees and the customers. Everyone was really nice and chatty but not in a way that would bug you, just pleasant. The food was good and fresh. I had the pork chops and eggs breakfast and my pork chops were tasty and I enjoyed my breakfast. My wife had to try their chicken fried steak and it was also quite good. Our friend got a custom order and they were very accommodating. My only complaint was the coffee was a bit weak for me. I’ll try it again, maybe it was a bad batch. Not bad coffee, don’t misunderstand. Just weak for my taste. This is a place I wish was closer to us. I would come here every week if it were. As is we will get back up there soon. It will be a good place for a breakfast ride once the weather cools down just a bit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Visit & Definitely Not the Last! I visited The Corner Café at 5901 E McKellips Rd in Mesa for the first time—and let me just say, I was seriously impressed! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with big smiles and genuine friendliness. They were super attentive, checked on us multiple times, and made us feel right at home. The place was spotless—including the bathrooms (which always says a lot about how a place is run). Now let’s talk about the food… the country fried steak was out of this world! You can tell the chef puts real heart into every plate—perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and seriously comforting. If you’re looking for good vibes, great service, and delicious food, this little gem is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back! 🍽👏

A True Local Gem Cozy Corner Cafe in Mesa is exactly what the name promises—cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. I’ve been here a few times, and it just keeps getting better. The updated tables and decorations give it a warm, nostalgic diner feel, with fun touches like vintage license plates and homey wall art. The food is excellent. The French toast was perfect—crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside. I also had pork chops and eggs with hashbrowns, and everything was prepared exactly how I like it. It’s comfort food done right. Even more impressive was the service. We were there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday—it wasn’t too busy yet—but one waitress was handling the whole floor and still managed to be super friendly and attentive. That kind of effort and attitude goes a long way. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian options and flexibility for food allergies or special requests. Whether you’re after a hearty breakfast or just a laid-back, friendly spot, Cozy Corner Cafe is a must-visit.
Palmer H — Google review
I switched it up today with the three meat skillet and raisin toast, and it was seriously tasty. The 50s-style diner vibe is super fun, Kris took great care of me like always, and the prices and food totally hit the mark.
Amanda P — Google review
Greeted at the door by the host who held it open for our group of three. Big smile and seemed genuinely glad to see us. We were seated quickly , service was top notch, and plenty of good food. I loved their kielbasa breakfast special with a great tasting pancake. I'll soon be a regular here.
Conrad ( — Google review
I ordered the French Dip, it was really good. I’ve had other French dips before and loved the way this one tasted. Meat was fresh and tasty. Bread was also toasty, fresh, and not soggy. My only critique is that I wish the fries had more seasoning on them. Otherwise they have great shape and texture. The service was great. Staff was super friendly and we got our food (at a table of 5) during a busy time in like 5 minutes. I would’ve posted a picture but I ate it before I could take it lol.

I went with 2 other members of my family for lunch/breakfast and food was AWESOME!!!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and would definitely get it again! My hubby and sister enjoyed their meals as well. Will go back soon! The only negative is the noise was a little loud but doable.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful breakfast experience, look no further than The Broken Yolk Cafe! This vibrant chain is your go-to spot for all-day breakfast, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingles with the enticing scent of crispy bacon and fluffy pancakes drizzled in maple syrup. Indulge in classic brunch favorites like eggs benedict and Belgian waffles or spice things up with their Mexican-inspired dishes such as machaca, chilaquiles, and Baja breakfast tacos.
I love this breakfast diner, came here for a lunch date . Service was fast & got seated right away. My server was very kind and attentive on refills for coffee. I ordered a monte Cristo & an iced caramel latte. The caramel latte was tooo sweet for me so ordered a cranberry juice instead. Overall great service , great food , great company!
Areli L — Google review
Our experience at The Broken Yolk today was just okay. My wife and I had been here before and were really pleased. Our expectations were high today. I ordered the Chilaquiles Bowl and my wife had the Californian Omelette. The red sauce on the Chilaquiles had a bright, tomato taste which surprised me. The Californian Omelette was decent but was lacking in flavor. If it was possible, there may have been too much bacon on it. The fruit that came with the omelette was rather sad. It looked like it had been sitting for a while. Our server was nice, but we've had better.
Dean K — Google review
This place was very solid! Our wait staff was very attentive and kind, and made sure to come by often to help us. The cinnamon pancake was AMAZING! We absolutely loved it. Most of the food won’t blow you away. It is good, but not great. Also, it is slightly pricey for the quality of food you get. Keep that in mind. We might come back here again if we are in the area!

I visited today for the first time because I needed to get out of the house, since I work from home. I took the bus 20 miles to get there and I wasn’t disappointed…at all. The Bloody Mary was great, the Eggs Benedict (2 types) were Also great! It was worth the trip, the food, and the service. Rauni was an amazing server. I will be returning!
Alain R — Google review
Firstly, I want to recognize the staff for amazing service. The host was super nice but I didnt get her name but she worked today at this location for reference to any leadership or owners. My server, Juli H., is very attentive and made sure my questions were answered, welcomed me for being my first time, kept my coffee refilled and told me about the app and how to earn rewards. She is a Rockstar employee and totally deserves like Employee of the Month, a raise, bonus, or all of the above! She treated every table near me with that same respect and positivity. Food is amazing! I love the coffee here! I heard Juli explained a little bit about the Italian brew and how the coffee grounds are little bit higher quality and you can totally taste it! Not your typical diners coffee! I would just come here for the coffee and some eggs if I lived close enough! The Cinna-cakes is huge! Probably the size of my steering wheel! Im so glad I ordered the short stack that comes with two. I ate half and had to call it good! I love the pictures on the wall and I know that is something you dont really see reviewers comment on but I gotta say... the sail boat canvas was very relaxing to look at with my breakfast. Overall, I would come back! Thank you for a relaxing breakfast experience to start my holiday weekend!

I ordered a classic eggs Benedict with a side of bacon and fruit what i received was all really bad. The eggs Benedict was misssing hollendaise sauce the bacon was under done and cold and the fruit was fine however i prefer my grapes without the stems.

Add this brunch spot to your go-to's. The food was amazing and top top-notch service! They are in the middle of construction, but that didn't slow anything down. We had a good size group-8 and we got everything out so quick. We will be comming back. Standouts: The French toast. Biggest pieces ×3 I've seen, no joke combined it must have been half a loaf of bread. Very delicious.
Alex C — Google review
The food was so good. Worth every penny. Got the cottage reef I think it's called with a side of French toast. 10/10. The potatoes were seasoned nicely. The omelet was unique for me, but so yummy. 1/10 for service. Our server lost her smile the moment she got to our table and never came back. Didn't ask if we needed anything or wanted water. But I did watch her treat all other patrons with cheer and good conversation. Honestly felt like she had a prejudice and acted on it. That's fine. She brought our check and walked off into the abyss. The other young lady who took our order for coffee was sweet. She asked if we were enjoying our food. She may have been a manager. Either way, she made a sour experience a little bit sweeter. Overall experience 8/10

Another Delicious Brunch find, T.C. Eggington’s is coming up on almost 40 years in business. Newly remodeled and ready to welcome you all in with some exciting new menu items. We enjoyed our brunch visit. We tried a variety of dishes. It’s so hard to have a favorite. We’re ready to head back this weekend and explore more menu items.

We had one of the best breakfasts ever at T.C. Eggington’s on Alma School Road. I ordered the Piglet’s Passion omelet, a side of soft bacon, and the strawberry smoothie. Nothing was left on my plate at the end. The omelet was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it was absolutely on point. The diced potatoes were golden and crispy, the English muffin toasted just right, and the smoothie; WOW. Our server, Brenda, was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. ALWAYS SMILING. "Always Timely", we never had to look for her. Simply nailed it.

This was our first time here, and we were thoroughly impressed. The place was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Jocelyn, the server, was friendly and attentive, and the manager was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Super cute breakfast spot with friendly staff! Been here many times and the food is always delicious!

The coffee was great and had so many choices, we wanted to get everything on the menu. The food was plentiful and cooked just how we ordered it. We went for breakfast and was surprised by the generous helping of bacon with the breakfast entre. The decor was country kitchen and it felt homey and comfortable. The wait staff was courteous and helpful, they must live their jobs ×which happy employees, make happy customers too. We cant wait to go back.

Great food and service. Lots of menus items and each my party tried were excellent! Definitely a great breakfast lunch spot that serves food up quick.
Melissa R — Google review
I don’t know of it was just an off morning or not but as first time customers we were not impressed. The poor guy at the front desk seemed like this was his first week working with people. We had a to-go order and I specifically asked if he had included forks and spoons and napkins. I’m glad I checked as he had not. I almost drove away and my destination does not have these, so that would not have been good. Overall, my main issue was the food quality. I ordered a skillet and the potatoes were boiled, at best, and still wet. To me a skillet has fried potatoes but I got a mushy plate that felt like a nursing home special. The restaurant was cute and in a great location but it was empty at 8am. Sorry it’s not the most positive review but the breakfast market in Phoenix is extremely competitive. $50 for 2 people to eat a mushy breakfast was not the best experience for us.
John F — Google review
Awkward customer service by the person who greeted me.People really need to work on their social skills. This was a second or third time that I try to get a hold of a manager. That was just apparently too busy working in the back. First off, no manager is ever too busy to talk to a customer. And if they are, then they make themselves available immediately. You just let thousands of dollars walk out because of your poor customer service. And you being too busy. I hope whoever owns this place fires. The manager that was on duty this morning and learn how to train your people.Because they are terrible at their job. French toast cafe has already gotten back to me and is fulfilling my order as we speak. They've been going viral on tiktok for their amazing customer service and delicious food. Not only does this place customer service stink, but it literally smells inside this place.Like a toilet, I would not recommend going. Little advice, if you cleaned out your vent pipes to your sewer, it wouldn't stink. So much in there.
David G — Google review
5 stars ⭐ isn't enough. 7 more like it. You have to get the breakfast tacos. Absolutely fabulous. They have a really good staff. I'd be very proud if they worked for me. I found them by accident and I'm a happy man. See you soon 🔜. Left and caught the big one. Ya'll brought us luck

Location on mckellips and greenfield in Mesa is amazing. The staff is friendly and very attentive, they are on top of refills. The food is awesome no matter what you get. They always have music playing and it's the best variety. We love it and are here at least twice a month.
Amanda N — Google review
Not bad at all. The waiting period wasn't the best, but there were larger groups of customers. Got recommended to come here for some good breakfast. Ordered the cheese omelet with white toast, the Blt with French fries + the dip, and strawberry pancakes. Everything tasted wonderful, however the pancakes itself was not it (the pancakes batter is not my cup of tea, it tasted dry to me). But no complaints over here. Give this place a try. The customer service is wonderful.

If you're on the hunt for a quintessential diner experience, look no further than Wild Berry Diner. This charming eatery boasts rustic interiors and cozy counter seating, making it an inviting spot to enjoy traditional American fare. Locals flock here for hearty breakfast staples like omelets, waffles, pancakes, and French toast. For something a bit different, try Christina's Skillet—a delightful mix of hash browns topped with eggs, sausage, and fresh veggies.
Update 9-6-24 This is our second visit to Wild Berry Diner. This time we invited a couple with whom we're good friends with and they thoroughly enjoyed their breakfasts as did we. Met Christina the owner This morning as she greeted and seated us in Christina's (our favorite server) area. Today, I tried the Turkey Club w/ fries and was not disappointed! Outstanding meal! Many thanks to our new friends at Wild Berry Diner for another great experience! _______________________________________________________________ My lady has been after me for a while to give Wild Berry Diner a try, and so, early this morning, we made our first visit. Christina (not the owner) our friendly sever greeted and seated us at a table. My wife and I had Bacon, sausage patties, eggs over medium, potato's, toast and a biscuit and coffee. Our food arrived hot and fresh in less than 5 minutes! Our meals were delicious overall. One small nitpick was that the sausage patties were a bit too salty. Christina our sever was so nice and friendly to us and really made our first visit very pleasant. Would we come back again? Great food and service combined with reasonable prices; Absolutely we'll return!

First time here. Visiting from California. We got seated quickly. Service was great. Food was hot and fresh. Restroom was clean with great inspiration messages on the walls. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I came here from out of town for a quick breakfast early sat. There was ONE waitress that was working the whole place and she was running. The place was busy and she was working the fastest that she could but it took over 15 mins to get order taken ,refills on coffee did not happen. After we were there awhile 2 more waitresses showed up and what appeared to be a cashier and I believe a hostess which I believe was tge owner. The place is cute and prices are fair,I would go again but the owner has to manage better to not leave a good waitress in the position that she did.
Ricky C — Google review
7/18/24 - I cannot say it was a pleasant enough experience for us to take the drive again from So. Phoenix. I knew how far away it was, but had been here before years ago and remember it being very good. Not so this second visit; maybe they have new owners/cooks. I will say that for the price, the portions are very large. Plus it has a cozy country feel to it. But we will not return for a third visit. Longer version: I specifically remember their cinnamon rolls were spectacular. This time, however, it was more dense than I remember, as well as a bit flat -- plus we were finished with our meals before it was ever delivered to our table. We kept trying to catch our server's attention but were unable to do so until we had already packed our meals away in the take-home boxes we brought . I guess when she saw the empty table she figured it was time to return to our table -- at which time we asked about the cinnamon roll. It was not overly crowded but there also did not seem to be too many wait staff in attendance. The biscuits looked like they came from a tube, and were a bit too dry for my tastes. I ordered the Hawaiian omelet and it was a bit lacking in flavor. Maybe I am simply used to Hawaiian pizzas (ha ha!) but I think the omelet needed a bit more flavor to it.
Sigray2734 — Google review
Great food. Great atmosphere. Walking in you can get the feeling of the place, even that smell. It not like you are in a city. Fully recommended this place. I got in at 830 on Saturday with no waiting, but leaving at 920, there was a line. Knowing the food now, I would wait if I show up later next time
Jessie S — Google review
Along with 3 friends, I have to report that the Wild Berry Diner is terrific! Service is great, and food is really good. The "Senior Menu" seemed almost too good to be true. But, it offered a lot of choice for a small price. It's nice to see a crowd at a cafe, because that usually means good food. But sometimes a crowd doesn't move along quick enough. Even though we were the 3rd group waiting, our wait for a table was only a few minutes! Maybe 5. We got to sit down WAY before we expected. Terrific wait staff. (I wish I had asked our server her name.) We're going to go back. I have to drive all the way from west Mesa. But it's worth the drive!
Gene J — Google review
I had high expectations for the Wild Berry Diner, but it was a very average dining experience. The food was okay. The service was okay. The decor was bland. For whatever reason, the restaurant seemed to be quite popular with older customers. It felt very similar to a Village Inn or IHOP. Not a bad experience, but nothing to go out of your way for.
TJ S — Google review
The moment you walk in, you are greeted, and fluidity is awesome, and I just love the warm country feel atmosphere. Service is quick, portion size is excellent, pricing is good, and for me I love their coffee and lattes are right on. Please these guys are trying to. Their hours are M-F 0800-1400.

Sunnyside Breakfast Lounge, established in 2013, offers a modern twist on traditional breakfast and brunch dishes. The cafe features a full in-house juice bar and serves hefty plates of daytime eats, from eggs to burgers. With an extensive menu that includes Mexican-inspired dishes, the restaurant caters to all tastes. Guests can enjoy their meals on the outside patio, which is pet-friendly. The attentive service and delicious food make it a must-visit spot for breakfast or brunch.
We tried the Sunnyside Breakfast Lounge for the first time and were delighted with our experience. The food was fresh and delicious. I like trying chilaquiles at different places and making comparisons. The ones here rated among the top 3. We also had gluten free waffles which were some of the best gluten free items I've ever had. My wife had the Sonoran Crepes and absolutely loved them. Our server, Tad, told us about the restaurant's history and mission which was fascinating. They have many vegan options as well as their gluten free options.

I get that it’s a busy Sunday morning, there was a very short time to be seated, but it took 20 minutes for the server to come and ask about drinks, took 10 more minutes to bring the drinks out, and the server wasn’t even the one to bring the drinks nor food. Once our food arrived, my girlfriend’s order was wrong as well as mine. She ordered tater tots and received curly fries, I asked for a medium well egg on my bagel and received scrambled eggs:( We weren’t checked on either to even let our server know the mistakes that were made. The only reason I’m giving them 2 instead of 1 stars is for these 2 gentleman who helped us, one of the cooks & a heavily tattooed gentleman who helped us receive our check. Very mild service for food that was incorrect.

As a former restaurateur I aimed not only to meet guests' expectations, but exceed them. Shane and the Sunnyside kitchen staff hit the mark with prompt, friendly greeting, exceptional service, and perfectly prepared fresh food. Enjoyed patio dining with a view of the mountains. If I lived in the area I'd be a regular!

We loved everything about our breakfast! Great omelets! My favorite was that I could sub a gluten free pancake for toast... and that pancake was huge and delicious. Probably my most favorite gf pancake I've ever had. I can't wait to return.
Kathleen H — Google review
The food was excellent. I had a Denver omelette and the eggs were done perfectly and not overcooked/dry like most other restaurants. My friend had Eggs Benedict and presentation was great and tasted better. I took two stars off for service as our waiter wasn't the friendliest and wait staff were complaing somewhat loud about work hours on the floor. I took one star off for atmosphere as restaurant was somewhat dark. Open all the windows and get it bright....it is morning!

What’s Crackin Cafe is a lively restaurant with a diverse breakfast and lunch menu, as well as a relaxed patio area for dining. The cafe offers made-to-order breakfast and brunch dishes using fresh ingredients, along with an assortment of beverages including mimosas, craft beer, and Bloody Marys. Customers can enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on the breezy patio which also welcomes pets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to patrons.
The spot wasn’t big on the inside but I loved the atmosphere. Inside and outside seating so you can spread out. Full bar with the best Bloody Mary we’ve ever had. Their vodka is infused inhouse. I tried a coffee with Irish whiskey (can’t remember the name) but it was delicious. Our server was Savannah and she was very helpful when it came to our questions and she was attentive. We got the sweet cream pancakes with fresh strawberries on top, eggs over medium, sausage links, biscuits and gravy with a side of hash brown and everything was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

This is a somewhat hidden breakfast spot – surprisingly good, and fresh. This restaurant is multi-use and is active from early morning to late nights. From a breakfast perspective, it has a solid base of standard dishes. They are freshly made, with tasty produce, and served quickly. Based on the other patrons when we visited – this is a local favorite among several age groups. When I think about it: I think I would love to come back here on a night for the live music, and trivia.

We went here for brunch before playing golf and we will definitely return. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks were great! We chose to go with the avocado toast, breakfast pizza, breakfast tacos, and breakfast quesadilla. We want to go back and try other items because it all sounded so good.

We got seated on a Sunday morning and the place got packed pretty quick. Our waitress Savannah was nice and very attentive and suggested a couple goto options. I got the Banana pudding french toast which was good but even better when I put syrup on it . I want to try the chicken and waffles or the Carne asada omelette next time. My mom got the Southwest eggs Benedict with tots and she really like that. I also added eggs with cheese and bacon to my french toast and it was good. The Bacon stood out as really good and better than alot of other breakfast places bacon. I saw they had some good summer specials and happy hour deals all week that I want to check out including $1 ground beef tacos 4 to 9 on Thursdays. Definitely worth checking this spot out !!!

Neat breakfast spot in East Mesa. Staff was attentive, service was good. But food was lacking a bit. Had the southwest/southern omelet, very tasty. Tots were a bit overcooked but I do like them slightly crunchy. Had the avocado toast and was disappointed. Eggs were cold on top, bread was soggy by the time it got to me. But they comped it so that was nice of them. Overall good experience, decent food.

Loved my first time here! Very gracious staff and the chef came out especially to grace our table with our food. Our Bay Breeze and Tequila Sunrise Mimosas were wonderful! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

I rarely leave bad reviews, unfortunately, I need to do that today. I ordered the breakfast chimis and they were bland and underwhelming. Came with only sausage and scrambled eggs instead of with sausage, bacon, cheddar jack and eggs, as described on the menu. But the real reason I'm taking the time to leave a bad review is because of what I found after eating 2 of the 3 chimis; The Styrofoam container was melted badly, all the way through in one spot. Styrofoam, especially when heated, is an extremely toxic carcinogen, made more dangerous when paired with high fat content (deep fried). My food was placed on the bare Styrofoam while so hot, it melted the container significantly, releasing the chemicals into my food. Because I was eating while driving, I did not notice this until I had eaten 2 already. The 3rd chimi went into the trash when I got home. I beg the restaurant to PLEASE use a barrier before placing hot foods into Styrofoam in the future. Thanks.

We absolutely love getting breakfast here. We originally ordered on door dash while visiting from out of town and it was delicious. So a few days later we came over and had a lovely breakfast on the patio. They have excellent, kind staff. They also have an amazing menu and awesome early morning breakfast specials as well. I am sure we will be back again before we head home.

Specializing in breakfast, brunch, and lunch, this establishment prides itself on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes from scratch. Their menu features an array of options including fluffy omelets, vibrant salads, and comforting soups. Great service, food is always delicious. Take a look at what we ordered. We waited to be seated...not for long and surely worth the wait. I thanked the lady cleaning off tables. She was so thankful! Spread the kindness! ☆☆☆☆☆ Father's Day... we just went for eats.

Had a great server and everyone was super friendly at this location. Food was perfect, portions were a little big. The Bloody Mary's were just the right level of spicy and sweet with the Million Dollar Bacon garnish.

We LOVED First Watch! Everything about it. The food, the atmosphere and the staff. We are in Mesa visiting family… well helping someone move… and we always end up struggling to find somewhere new and good to eat. A google map search led us here and we are glad it did! So many things looked good on the menu, it was difficult to choose. When the food came out, it looked beautiful! I’m not kidding. I never take pictures of food, but I did today. I made my husband wait so I could take one of his too. Lol. My MIL got to her french toast before I could take a picture of hers. My Avocado toast was plated beautifully, but more importantly, it was delicious! My husband got a blueberry pancake, just one, and that was all he needed because it was as big as the plate. Our server, Eli, was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Mesa.
Kathleen O — Google review
Quinoa was so wet and soppy with no taste. It isn't the nice fluffy that you expect. Super lazy. My husbands dish was so salty he couldn't even finish It. Waiter didn't even check on us and his attitude was like he couldn't care less about our table of 3. Things were overpriced too.
Sidney B — Google review
Do NOT go to this First Watch. I had some sort of sanitizing solution on my plate and in my eggs. I took a bite and it smelled like bleach and left a strong, horrible, bitter taste in my mouth. The waitress even smelled them and was like "oh my God I'm so sorry" and got it replaced. Then she came back and said that her manager said "we don't use bleach anywhere near our eggs". I'm not an idiot, obviously they don't pour liquid bleach around their food and cooking surfaces. It was some sort of liquid sanitizing solution that smelled like bleach. Then, what really made me write this review was that I didn't even eat my food but the waitress brings the bill, no additional mention of the issue, and tells me to pay up front. Then, the manager at the front (the one that smelled the plate and corroborated the problem) told me they don't use bleach... Duh... I realize this. There are other sanitizing chemicals. So sorry I used the word "bleach". After brief debate, she offered to not charge for the meal. It was just me and my 2 small children. All in all, the blasé way they treated a customer with a legit, toxic chemical in their food - corroborated by not only the waitress but the manager - left me thinking this location is mismanaged. I'm certainly never going back.
Anthony P — Google review
Lexi was our server and she did an amazing job! She deserves to be recognized for her excellent service! We will definitely come back. The food was good as well! The tomato soup was better than the Italian wedding soup, which I wouldn’t recommend. I loved the power wrap!
Dominic D — Google review
Jessica was our server this morning. We had never been to First Watch, and she gave us a sample of all of the juices. I never would have ordered a juice, but they were so good, I went ahead and ordered the kale tonic. She seemed very passionate about First Watch and made us want to come back next weekend! Great service and juice!
AMANDA R — Google review
First watch has great offerings! The BLTE was delicious and it was a little crunchy and gooey at the same time. Very good. Coffee was delicious and so was the juice. I got the kale tonic and it was sweetened with apples. Very nice. The coffee was really good and the table came with a big water pitcher. The only reason not 5 stars is because I wasn’t greeted when I walked in.

Arriving before noon, the brunch eatery Eggstasy was quite occupied but not overly crowded yet. The establishment had ample seating both inside and outside, with a well-maintained and tidy ambiance. The servers were courteous and accommodating. Notably, there was sufficient space for families with infants to sit without causing any inconvenience to others. The menu boasted a diverse range of options, making it an ideal mid-scale breakfast spot.
Arrived in between 10-11am on Wednesday, no wait, went straight to a table (which I love)! The server and server in training greeting us with smiles, were very kind and attentive. I tend to be observant while I wait and enjoy my visit. And I saw a wonderful staff working together in the kitchen with the servers and I appreciated their timeliness! Very quick service! Food was fresh and delicious! I’m a salmon lover and this was the first time I’d ever had a salmon omelette and it was so tender! Loved it!!! The Incredible Omelette was loaded and the pancake mix is sweet like cake (I tore those up unfortunately no picture). We both left with boxes for a really decent priced brunch!! You guys, the best part was when my server offered to get me a fresh cup of coffee to go. Man! We’re coming back for sure!! Hash and Snooze don’t compare to this much more calmer and sweeter environment.

Amazing brunch spot. Service was fantastic, my drink was always full, and we were able to order quickly and received our food within about 15-20 minutes even with a large party. Serving sizes are very large and could easily be shared. My only complaint is I ordered the barbacoa omelette and it was supposed to come with a side of sour dough toast and I never received it.

Eggstasy is doing brunch right! Definitely one of the better brunch spots in the East Valley. They have a great menu that they updated and rotate periodically. Huge food selection! They also have a bar and a wide range of specialty coffee drinks. I had the Phat Country Boy benedict and it was incredible. Cooked perfectly and very filling! Ordered a iced dirty chair and it was equally as good! I was impressed overall! The staff was very nice. Food came out quickly and fresh as well. Very clean and a great vibe at this location.

Great breakfast/brunch place. Delicious food, omelette with almonds, what an amazing match. If you wanna try your morning egg different way, go for it to Eggstasy

We've been here a few times over the years. Place has large portions (enough to take some home) and sometimes the waits to get in are insane. This time, there was no wait to be seated. We ordered the gypsy steak, husband said it was really good. I got the tuna sandwich. The tortilla soup had good flavors (not spicy); I would order this again. The tuna itself was bland, but in general a decent sandwich.

Nestled in the heart of Mesa, Crackers & Co. Cafe is a beloved spot that has been delighting locals and visitors alike with its all-day breakfast offerings and casual dining atmosphere. The menu boasts an impressive array of choices, from hearty burgers to fresh salads, but it’s the breakfast items that truly shine. Signature dishes like the Eggs Benedict and southwest skillet are must-tries for anyone looking to indulge in a satisfying meal.
This was a wonderful find. It is very good food. I love that we found this place. Our waiter, Luis, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was all it should be. He had the best attitude I have seen in someone in the food service in many years. I wish I had the power to give him a raise because I truly would. I have not felt that strongly about anyone in over 20 years. The atmosphere of the place was really nice. There were a lot of elderly patrons, but don't let that scare you off. They obviously know amazing food when they find it. We will be back again very soon. Keep up the great work to all the crew at Crackers & Co. Cafe!

Loved this place. Was better then what I was expecting. Very cute in my opinion. The food was so great and I asked the waiter if they could do a cinnamon roll with icing saying Happy Birthday, and he said he'd ask and he ended coming out with a candle. Just love that they tried, meant a lot. Definitely coming back to this place.

Sometimes when you eat somewhere, you notice the little things. My wife ordered a traditional breakfast- two eggs, choice of meat, potatoes and toast. She ordered corned beef hash. It was perfect. My 3 meat omelet was great. But it was the hash brown potatoes that hit me. The little things. Most restaurants don't put much effect into the potatoes. They're just plate filler. They're just a side. When someone puts extra effort into the little things, you can rest assured the big things matter to them more. The hash browns were as perfect as the corned beef and it was accompanied by our perfect server. I am upset with myself for not remembering her name. I wish I could give her the credit she deserves. I would highly recommend Crackers, especially the location off Country Club ave.

TLDR: a super cute breakfast place in a nice location with good food and great service! I only have one complaint- the music was MEGA loud, which made it hard to have a conversation, but literally everything else was great! I started out with coffee and a SPICY BLOODY (Snooze House Bloody Mix, Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce, Tamari, Tito's Handmade Vodka). We had ordered one regular Bloody Mary at the table which was enjoyed. I liked this, but it wasn’t anything special- it was very good. I guess what I’m getting at is that there wasn’t anything remarkable about it, but it was exactly what I ordered and was delicious. I’d get it again. Our table ordered THE SNOOZE CLASSIC* (Three coge-free eggs cooked any style with your choice of ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, pulled pork, chicken sausage or plant-based chorizo. Includes hash browns and choice of toast) which I’m told was good and as expected, the OMG! FRENCH TOAST (Fresh brioche stuffed with house-made mascarpone filling and topped with our house-made vanilla cream, caramel, fresh strawberries and toasted coconut. O. M. G.) which was super tasty and the envy of the table. My partner ordered the PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN PANCAKES (Signature house-mode buttermilk pancokes with caramelized pineapple chunks, house-made vanilla cream and cinnamon butter) which he wasn’t a huge fan of- his complaint was that all the pineapple was centered in the middle, and the pancakes are really big! So by the time he got to the middle he was full and sweetened out by the regular sweet pancakes. I had a couple bites and thought it was pretty good, but had a bit from the outside without any pineapple and so I’d probably agree with his assessment that if possible, the cooks might want to spread around the pineapple a bit 😎. He was jealous and wanted the OMG French toast 🤣. He also got chorizo and bacon, extra grilled, which were both good. I had what was quite possibly the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in my life: the PARMESAN-PANKO CRAB CAKE BENEDICT* (A griddled crab cake made from a blend of all lump and claw crab meat lightly crusted with our house-mode Parmesan-panko breederumbs atop a secsoned tomato slice and buttery brioche bose. Topped with an avocado, poached cage-free egg, house-mode cream cheese hollandaise, fresh dill and pistou drizzle.) It was beyond delicious. If you like crab cakes and eggs benedict, I’d highly advise that you try it! Our server was very nice, accommodating, and ready with the jokes. We came here on a Sunday morning early, and it was BUSY but they sat us pretty quickly and we didn’t have to wait overly long for our food. This place is POPPIN’! I’m not from the area, so I would’ve preferred to sit outside, and maybe next time we fly in to Arizona, we’ll do that! I was very impressed with Snooze as a chain restaurant.
Kaylin — Google review
Food was pretty good; service (seating, wait staff, coffee, food, etc.) Was pretty good also. We sat outside for breakfast on Tuesday morning and the flies were pretty bad, so bad it was hard to enjoy breakfast on a nice morning outside. Bella, Bella Benedict was good, but the prosciutto was kinda gristle and tough to cut but otherwise everything else was tasty. I had the shrimp and grits and our waiter cautioned me that the chorizo was kinda spicy, which made me look forward to it even more. Unfortunately, the chorizo was not spicy at all and the shrimp did not have much seasoning flavor but the grits were good and I finished it all! They have a great location, plenty of free parking around the back and a very nice menu so I'll probably return to try some of their other items.
Dale H — Google review
I went here with my girls because we wanted a late breakfast but I think we would have been better off going somewhere else. You have to park in the parking garage half a block away. The wait time was 55 mins to get a table, plus we were so hungry that we agreed to outdoor seating and the flies were all over our food eating our food so we couldn’t enjoy a single peaceful bite. Awful experience!! The juice and water glasses for all 3 of us were disgusting and filthy. I would see crumbs at the rim from not being washed well. The utensils also seems gross. The outdoor chairs didn’t have proper back support so my back started hurting after 10 mins. I just wanted to get out of that place very quickly. I don’t recommend this place at all! The pineapple pancake wasn’t all that special, you can make it at home with some bits of pineapple, it wasn’t all that great.
Tamanna M — Google review
Have been wanting to try Snooze for quite awhile now and never got the chance to while in other cities. Daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes and I had the classic. Portions were HUGE! And delicious!! Plating was really cute for the classic. My daughter is the world’s pickiest eater so finding somewhere that she will enjoy is always a blessing. This is definitely a place I would frequent if there were one in my city!

Over Easy is a charming local chain that has been delighting breakfast and brunch enthusiasts since 2008. With its vibrant, retro-inspired decor reminiscent of the 1950s, this eatery creates a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families and friends alike. Featured on the Food Network's "The Best Thing Ever Ate," Over Easy offers a delightful menu filled with classic breakfast favorites like homemade biscuits, chicken fried steak, and an array of scrumptious omelets.
I had a fantastic breakfast at Over Easy! The Avocado Toast was fresh and perfectly prepared with crunchy bread and creamy avocado. The Avocado Benedict was a standout, rich and creamy. For something more filling, the Southwest Skillet was flavorful, hearty, and packed with just the right kick. Great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!

OverEasy is a favorite place - the food is always flavorful and the service is good. I tried the butternut frittata with kale and herbed goat cheese...it was delicious! I appreciated the ability to customize the side I ordered without being charged extra as is sometimes the case at other restaurants.

They didn't want to seat us outside in the sun when it was only 85 outside so we had to wait about 20 minutes. They then seated us inside under an AC vent and a ceiling fan. We had to put on jackets and blankets. Our food was cold half way through eating it. The food comes out pretty fast and was good at first when it was hot. The waiter was nonchalant

Nestled in a cozy corner, Little Mesa Cafe is the ideal spot to kickstart your day with a delightful breakfast. With an extensive menu featuring classic diner favorites like chicken fried steak, omelets, pancakes, and waffles, there's something for everyone. Guests rave about their hearty Country Breakfast and scrumptious French Toast paired with Steak and Eggs. The inviting atmosphere has recently been refreshed under new management, boasting modern flooring and a welcoming vibe that replaces the old decor.
Had some of their dinner options and dessert. My favorite was the New England clam chowder and the beer battered fish. This cafe is amazing, great service , AZ locally owned , such a sweet and hard working owner. Served us herself. Grateful to have eaten here. First time here with husband and daughter for brunch. Was seated fast, cute decor and things for sale upon entering. Very antique and out-dated atmosphere you would likely see in Sun City. Service was ok, not super friendly. Daughter had a Philly cheese steak and fries, big sandwich and she liked it ok. I ordered the Country Breakfast with 2 pancakes, eggs, sausage and my husband ordered the same except with bacon. Our meals were about $13 each, $4 per drink which I was shocked at a place like this one, and we added a full order of biscuits and gravy to share for $10. All in all, our bill was $60 before tip for the three of us. It wasn't a bad meal, but we've paid the same or less amount for the same or better quality. They gave us 20% off but I doubt we will be back. It's kind of out of our way but if you're local I would say it would be definitely somewhere to go if you're looking for a certain atmosphere.

Under new management and not to be missed ! Came here for dinner tonight after having not having been here in a year and were pleasantly surprised by the facelift that this diner has experienced. The new owner ripped out the tired, funky old carpets and replaced it with new flooring and took down all the plates that lined the walls. Gone are the arts n crafts for a nicer more welcoming and approachable entrance area. The food is very good and the new owner was open to suggestions on the menu and eager to make sure our meal was correct. They still serve RC cola which made us happy. Our meal was very good and we left full and happy. We will definitely be back to support this young business owner .

We both finished our plates and didn't have anything left for take-home, so we ordered a Club Sandwich with Fries to-go. The club is excellent and the fried might be the best I have had anywhere. If you are in the Mesa area and looking for a casual and delicious meal, I can't recommend The Little Mesa Cafe enough. You won't be disappointed and will be supported a local family-owned business.

Never tried before last week…my Dad chose it for his bday lunch :-) it was surprisingly delicious! The restaurant itself appears a bit dated but the food was great….food quality and taste is the most important thing when dining out 😁 I had the special- pasta tortellini….they even gave a complimentary slice of pie and ice cream! Very yummy!

Saw an ad for this on FB, kids eat free in June, so we stopped in. My husband, toddler and I are big breakfast fans and this place did not disappoint. Every part of the meal was perfection. Pancakes. French toast. Bacon. Sausage. Eggs. Home fries. Seriously, 10 out of 10. I will be back here many more times. We want to try lunch/dinner next. Perfect breakfast for the family. Wonderful service.

Sassy's Cafe & Bakery is a delightful spot that offers a variety of creative breakfast options, including tempting treats like cinnamon rolls and pina colada French toast. They also provide classic breakfast dishes such as generous stacks of pancakes with eggs and your choice of breakfast meat. What's more, Sassy's caters to different dietary needs by offering gluten-free versions of their delectable bread, waffles, french toast, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls.
First time here. Wheelchair friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door. It wasn’t busy. I think we arrived before 11:00. You can smell the cinnamon rolls as soon as you walk in! There is a display of delicious looking cupcakes and cookies. We ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage but no peppers or onions and I asked if I could get the hash browns inside the burrito instead of on the side ($1 extra). We had to order a cinnamon roll heated up. It was all so good. Hot and fresh! Yum. I believe the gal who greeted us was Melody, my husband said there was a picture of her on the wall for winning baking awards. We will definitely go back. I want to try one of their French toast flavors (most likely cinnamon roll LOL)!

The food here is tasty. I You have to try their crepes! They're absolutely delicious and the special berry sauce they have is to lick your lips nonstop for! Haha. It's a good atmosphere too. Check it out ! There's lots of other sandwiches and pastries you can check out and they care about their community too it seems like.

Our personal opinion: Breakfast was the worst we have seen! Hockey puck sausage, egg broken, other slopped over the side. Toast cold. Hash browns were reheated and served after sitting in a heat lamp for who knows how long.Nothing fresh. Slick fast food style hash was what we thought it looked like. Coffee so harsh you have to use a 50/50 dilution of black coffee and hot water. No unsweetened iced tea available. Why didn't they tell me this when we ordered it at the counter. (?) Snippy, dismissive, argumentative, condescending front cashier/server. Def not senior friendly or lady friendly which is surprising given this establishment is lady owned/operated and let me tell you-when the owner is there-the meals are squared away tight, appetizing and perfect. She must have not been overseeing the kitchen area today tho bc she wouldn't have served this up based on our experience here when she is cooking. Taste was so bad on this plate of food, we tried to cover it up with mega pepper to no avail. Still, hash browns were reheated, not served up fresh, yet they purported to have remade them when we requested them to be redone. Uhm no. There was a Real Estate meeting going on in the back of the restaurant, how tacky was that? Otherwise no other customers. I can see why since they no longer honor coupons 2 for one to seniors their business only had us and the Real Estate team. The cashier claimed too many people were copying the coupon so they could no longer honor them. Really, so the one we brought in you could tell was cut out of the fliers in the 55 plus community, obviously not a fake duplicate. But you no longer have any discounts, promos or incentives for seniors-I can see why there were no other cash paying customers. NO more street signs advertising a breakfast for seniors for 7$ or so? Your breakfasts this time around don't really look that good. NO go, not again.... Service was subpar and the server refused to refund those ugly, worn out hash browns. Well, live and learn. IN our opinion, skip this little cozy looking place and head to Cracker Barrel, IHOP or Denny's. They are closer and they serve up such nice breakfasts for much less $$$ and are family friendly with fair pricing.

Great place with good food and baked goods! Sadly no soup during the summer. Will come back! Took my sister here for her birthday and they gave her a free cupcake for her birthday too!

Heard from good friends about Sassy’s. Practically in the neighborhood so I had to drag my bride to check it out. The biscuits and gravy were good and so was the Pina Colada French toast. Service was good. Food didn’t take to long. All in all a good meal. Looking forward to visiting again and trying some more of the menu. The lemon iced cookie was really good. The snickerdoodle and chocolate chip were tasty too.

THE OWNERS ARE SOOO NICE! They are also so hard working and have the BEST desserts I have EVER had. I tried one of their cupcakes at Superstitious Lexus and had to buy over 10 for my own family to try. I don’t write reviews a lot but the desserts are TOTALLY worth it. 😍 They use extremely high quality ingredients and the owners are so knowledgeable. 😋

Ordered the Sassy Club sandwich (without lettuce or onions) with the egg loaf bread (comes standard) with a Boston Cream cupcake. An everything bagel and chocolate chip cookie. My Sassy Club was absolutely perfectly made and I'd 100% order it again as I hope to be back a lot. The Boston Cream cupcake was delicious with rich chocolate topping with a soft whipped cream inside. If anything I'd love more filling but other wise was great. Would and will plan to be back here to try more things. Very impressed with the food and atmosphere.

The sweets are really good. The chocolate covered cheesecake was just a lightly drizzled chocolate, but it was good. The cheesecake was more soft than I'm used to. Connolis was good. The cream they used was tasty and flake crust. The pink champagne cupcakes were perfectly sweet and stuffed with whipped cream. I wasn't peticularly fond of these. I'm quite disappointed with the service. The server nicely had asked us if we could hurry up because they needed to clean the store for closing. It was about 4:20 pm, meaning 40 mins to enjoy my sweets. Can you clean around the customer, sweeping and wiping down surfaces. But overall, it was a good experience.

Hash Kitchen is a popular brunch spot that offers a large patio with misting system and oversized umbrellas, making it comfortable for both guests and their pets even in the summer. Inside, patrons can create their own Bloody Mary from over 50 toppings or try a cereal shooter flight with four shots made with cereal-infused coconut milk. The restaurant has gained attention for its creative twists on breakfast classics and an extensive menu featuring savory and sweet treats.
Everything was amazing! Food selection was good with reasonable prices and portions. The bartender did upset me on my build your own bloody Mary bar experience, but it wasn't hard and well worth it! And it was an experience. We arrived just in time to beat the morning rush, but the server was on top of it and made sure we were not lost in the crowd. The staff was super professional, and accommodating with our dietary needs made great suggestions on the menu. The owner (or manger)is very hands-on seating guests and even bussing tables all while checking on the customers. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend 👌

My wife and I have always wanted to try Hash Kitchen. Every Sunday morning while shopping nearby, we'd notice the line of eager diners waiting outside, which only increased our curiosity. Finally, we had the opportunity, and it was absolutely worth the wait! Naomi was our waitress, and her service was nothing short of exceptional—truly among the best we've ever experienced. It reminded us of the impeccable service we received at high-end restaurants during our travels in New Orleans. And the food—WOW! Each dish was beautifully presented, and every bite was delicious beyond words. It was like enjoying a little taste of heaven. We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were, especially given the exceptional quality. I can't recommend Hash Kitchen enough; in fact, I'm begging you to visit. Trust me, you'll fall in love with it too!

Went to Hash kitchen for the first time ask my server Zeus what he recommended. I went with his recommendation and I can tell you that it was one of the best things I’ve had for breakfast. Also, the bloody Mary was on point. There’s also the bartender behind the Build your own bloody Mary bar. He has great energy and is very charismatic. I recommend asking for him if you would like some good service.

Went to the Chandler location & enjoyed the chilaquilles, make your own omelet w/ gyro lamb & beef, cherry tomatoes, onions, spinach, avocado & mushrooms with df goat cheese mixed into the egg batter. Both dishes were flavorful & worth the drive out of my way. The passionfruit, pineapple, lime & grenadine mocktail was a nice sweet drink that complimented my omelet perfectly. The sangria was a great compliment to the chilaquilles. Zeus our server was very welcoming, friendly & attentive. And the DJ played a great variety of current & past upbeat songs.

Fun place to eat. I came with my sister for brunch, the energy and food was great. Our waiter was very patient and helpful, the food is amazing. I would recommend to friends and family. The only downside I have is the music, while upbeat and great songs, was a bit too loud. I couldn't have a conversation without yelling at my sister across the table.

Worth Takeaway is a cozy cafe located on Main Street in downtown Mesa, offering a modern and minimalist dining experience. The menu features artisanal sandwiches made with locally baked bread, such as the Crispy Chicken sandwich with battered chicken strips, Sriracha honey spread, and house-made sweet-and-spicy pickles.
The spicy candied BLT is incredible! Everything else on the menu is delicious and well prepared, from the fries to the side salads. Service is super friendly. The space is small, so seating is tightly packed, but the AC is cold and the well shaded south side patio is comfy with misters and especially when the outside temps are tolerable (80% of the year).

We stopped in and found this is a really cute place, and wanted to love it. While the place was nice and cute, and the service was very friendly, we just weren’t thrilled with the food. I chose the ham and cheese melt with French fries, husband ordered the Reuben with house made potato chips. The ham and cheese was on sour dough, which I love, but the toasted bread was over toasted and crunchy and lacked flavor to me. The fries have a chili powder on them, but again were extra crunchy (outside and inside). Husband enjoyed the potato chips, but didn’t care for his Reuben. Maybe it was an off day, maybe other sandwiches would have been better…

The staff were welcoming. The food was delicious. We ordered a mimosa (oooh they're great), Mac n cheese, banana pudding (GET IT you won't regret it 🤤), breakfast burrito and the croquet Madame. Goodness everything was great! There wasn't too long a wait for our meal which was appreciated. We left very full and satisfied. There is a mini gift shop table that has some interesting things. Just FYI this is a very small cafe and will not be able to accommodate a larger size party. We have a family of 10 and I know the food is good and everyone would enjoy it but we couldn't come here randomly. there is outdoor seating that is a dog friendly patio.

was unfortunately left very disappointed by this years Bob's Burgers pop up. The cheese fries we got came raw and my PB and j burger did not have much flavor. The pizza Bagel burger we got, which cost $12, was about the size of my friends palm. We ended up going to get a pizza after because we were left hungry. I remember really enjoying the pop up and really like Worth on a normal day, but it was disappointing to spend so much money and leave unsatisfied. I am afraid that they may be focusing more on the events theming than the quality of food.

Quaint small Dinner like Cafe. Food is nothing special but we'll priced! Servers made sure coffee was and delivered the check as the food came out. So they were efficiently lazy. People, don't eat here. When I have an urgent Chicken Fried Steak requirement, I prefer not to fight crowds. This place is an absolute hole in the wall in the best way. CFS is one of the better on the east side. Very good and great portion sizes. Omelets and breakfast bowls are also great. Service has always been excellent. Best thing, most breakfast meals are under $15. Currently, this is our go-to for breakfast. Please don't tell a lot of people.

We came here just to try it and had an odd experience while out for a ride one morning. The food was ok, not great but good. Tue service was good but when I paid in cash with an amount about $20 over the bill the server took the cash and didn’t come back. I had to go ask for my change. I gave her better than a 20% tip but that was just so odd. We will not be going back.

Loved Wildberries! The restaurant was extremely clean, service was exceptional and the food was outstanding! My biscuit was the best I have ever had, light and delicious. Lentil soup was complimentary and very good. Best breakfast we have had in the Valley!

We decided to try someplace new for our Sunday breakfast out with our friend. Wildberries had good reviews and the pictures looked appetizing. Walking in you find an open cozy space that felt welcoming. One of my big test for any new breakfast place is the coffee and it was dark and rich just the way I like it. I had the biscuits and gravy breakfast with scrambled eggs and two sausage patties. The gravy was tasty and the biscuit was fluffy and had good flavor. I will say the sausage was not to my liking but that’s only because I’m not a fan of fennel and it had the sausage was full of fennel seeds. My wife had the crunchy french toast and it was sweet and crunchy and delicious. Our friend had eggs benedict and she said it was very good. The service was great and our server was very friendly and gave us good input on the menu. We will definitely be going back again.

First time here, such an amazing experience. We were a party of 9 and they were able to seat is right away on a Sunday. The server Caitlin did an amazing job! Very friendly and attentive. Friendly environment with delicious breakfast options. I loved the pancakes with berries and whip cream! Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly well, not too runny and not too dry either. My husband enjoyed French toast with over easy eggs and crispy bacon on the side. My sister ordered the bacon waffle with berries and whip cream, and she said it was absolutely satisfying! Great service overall 👍 Can't wait to go back 😀

First time here and came with husband for brunch and we ordered pancakes entree, biscuits and gravy, two beverages, and eggs/breakfast potatoes/sausage entree. All in all, our bill before tip came about $40, great service, super adorable restaurant, good good-looking forward to going back, and while waiting we noticed and spoke to a few regulars who have been coming for years. Great parking space and free, inside and outside seating, decor and cleanliness of the restaurant A+, bathroom A+, highly recommend trying! Came here again with husband and daughter and still has the same great food, but prices seem like they have gone up. There is an 83 cent upcharge automatic for eggs and my daughter got charged hers although she didn't even have eggs. Was a little confused when ordering, was charged for two entrees at open rate rather than a substitution price just to have two pancakes with my breakfast that was already $15. After all of it, breakfast for three was $75 so this is now out of our price range and we likely won't be back. Do recommend though for good food if you can afford it.

Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic from the beginning. She brought us a bunch of fresh crayons (that means more than you think!). She was thoughtful and attentive. The food was amazing. My son devoured his French toast and pancakes, the lemon stuffed French toast was to die for, and the crab cake Benedicts were perfect. Absolutely loved being here!

Fantastic! Exceeded every expectation. My wife and I drive by there every week when we do our weekend shopping. It’s ALWAYS packed. We had some spare time during the week and went in for a late breakfast (I don’t like crowds). First, the woman that greeted and seated us moved the specials board to our table. Nice touch. It was reasonably busy but not packed. Which I prefer. Our server was prompt and friendly. We were offered complimentary soup which was lemon chicken rice. Sure, why not. It was delicious. Coffee was good. I ordered Crabby George Eggs Benedict. Wife ordered biscuits and gravy. The portions were HUGE. Great value for the price. It was evident that everything was house made. I’ll say it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Fresh crab meat (not imitation) house made hollandaise, sautéed but crunchy vegetables. Perfectly cooked eggs. Yum! We had to take half home. There was so much food. Service was great. Wonderful experience all around. Highly, highly recommend!

Just perfect for lunch. Small business with a family feel to it. Cindy took great care of us. My daughter can have trouble deciding what she wants to eat and Cindy took the time to figure out what she liked and made her something she ate all up. Everything is on sourdough bread. Beets and feta is a great side, the macaroni salad was also just right. Simple and delicious food. Price is right too.

Delightful cafe reminiscent of grandma's house - yummy homemade food and friendly ladies. My mom and I tried out this little cafe for the first time and absolutely loved our lunch. The quant atmosphere and quick service was much appreciated. I ordered the Ruben on rye with a cup of homemade asparagus soup. My mom ordered the chicken Philly with the soup. First, we were impressed with the speed of service. Second, everything came out hot - this is such a noticeably different experience from most restaurants. Third, everything was delicious and obviously fresh & homemade. The asparagus soup was the star of lunch - creamy, hearty, smooth and tasting just like asparagus. I'd go back for the soup alone! My Reuben was delicious, salty and mustardy! We will definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Henhouse Cafe on Lindsay Rd. My wife’s chicken fried chicken was burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. The fried potatoes were just as bad—dry, overcooked, and flavorless. My chicken fried steak was mostly greasy breading with barely any meat, and both entrees had only enough gravy to cover half the meat. When we asked for more gravy, they said there would be an upcharge—seriously? To make matters worse, they hid a $0.50 per egg surcharge only on signs on the bathroom doors—nowhere on the menu, and the server didn’t mention it. I only found out because I happened to use the restroom, then later saw the charge on the bill. That feels borderline fraudulent. The only redeeming parts of the meal were the cinnamon French toast and the biscuits. Sadly, not enough to make up for the rest. Won’t be returning.

We had breakfast at the Henhouse and tried the corned beef hash and machaca beef skillet with drinks. The fresh orange juice was amazing, the coffee was just okay, and the server was kind enough to let me swap bread for a giant cinnamon pancake that tasted like a snickerdoodle. The place has plenty of seating and is a solid spot for breakfast lovers.

Enjoyed breakfast at the henhouse. I had the corned beef hash and my husband had the machaca beef skillet along with orange juice and coffee. The orange juice was fantastic and tasted freshly squeezed, the coffee was just ok. Our server was super sweet and allowed me to switch the bread to a small pancake for a small upcharge. The pancake was HUGE and delicious. It had a cinnamon flavor that reminded me of snicker doodle...so yummy! Lots of ample seating throughout the restaurant. A good choice for anyone that loves breakfast.

Stopped in here today after learning that a nearby favorite was closed on Sundays. Anyways, what a disappointment it turned out to be after seeing some good reviews. I don’t think the cook even cared. Potatoes were unseasoned and uncooked. I’m taking them home, cooking them proper and hopefully salvaging them for meal next day.

We both left stuffed and with leftovers. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and nice.

ThanksABrunch for a wonderful experience at Sunday Brunch. This location is an extension of the restaurant’s Food Truck providing trendy vibe showcasing a selection of good delicious food. Chef MOE is running the back of the house with a calm professional demeanor while being spot on with her cooking! As plant based diners, we enjoy the variety of meatless options with the taste of fresh seasoned food. Hats off to Chef Moe & Tram for making f our Anniversary celebration extra special. ❤️🎊

Food was AMAZING! Breakfast pork tacos and breakfast burger 👌 on point!!! The guy cashier was super kind and helpful!!! It was our first visit, and definitely won't be the last. The plates are "refurbished" its super cute they all are just slightly different and some were super cool patterns!!!

My only Complaint about service really is that we weren’t greeted for the 10 minutes we were standing waiting to be seated. Keep in mind it was one server so I understand he was busy just adding this in for a suggestion on how to improve on the experience. The food was delicious I got the bananas fosters French toast and my fiancé got the prickly pear waffle. Mine was delicious if you like salty sweet that’s definitely a good choice. My fiancée said his was also delicious and would recommend it. Now if you like gravy with your hash browns I highly suggest getting the side of gravy. We will be back again to try other menu items.

My best friend, my mom, and I visited ThanksABrunch for the first time, and we had an excellent experience! The restaurant was packed, so I expected a long wait, but the ordering process at the counter was quick, and we were seated in no time. We tried the chicken and waffles, a breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast burrito with soyrizo—everything was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Nutella and Teddy Graham cold brews, along with a regular coffee. Their cute little coffee bar with various syrups and creamers was a nice touch, and the coffee was fantastic. One of the best surprises was their entire plant-based menu—perfect for our vegan friends! I loved having so many great options to choose from. The service was just as great as the food. The staff was friendly, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. They even came around to clean up and offer boxes. Overall, an amazing experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

Probably the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Really unique flavor profile, tasted healthy especially for a “hangover bowl” but still hit all the comfort food needs. Portion size was massive too!

This place is counter service to order, but then they bring it out to your table. I stopped in around 1PM on a Tiesday, and they had a pretty crowd. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, I went with the Cookie Butter Tiramisu Stacked French Toast. To be honest, I thought this may be too sweet for my taste, but I had to try it. It was absolutely scrumptious, not too sweet at all. The French toast was thick and perfectly crusted around the outside edge while remaining soft in the middle. The cream was light and not overly sweet. They really nailed it! The place is a little small, with food like this they really need a larger space lol! I bet they're pretty packed on the weekends. I did hear they are opening a new location soon though. That's great news, because I have many more items I need to try!

Hey hey foodies! I am here in Mesa AZ, checking this little place. Thanks Brunch! The prices are very reasonable, the food is really good and they give you plenty. Come and check it out! The only constructive criticism will be that the music was just a tab loud, and not breakfast hour friendly, other than that, the food, service and location was great!

My son and I came in for breakfast Friday morning at the Greenfield location and were seated immediately. There was such a selection to choose from that it took me a bit longer to decide. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast with Chicken Fried Steak and Biscuits & Gravy. My son ordered the Brandied Blackberry Bread Pudding (he wasn't as hungry as he usually is). Your bread pudding was Marvelous, we both thought so. The icing wasn't overpowering. The gravy was Terrific and not too salty. ( We are picky about Gravy.) The biscuits were fluffy and tasty. The chicken fried steak was tender, hot, with the breading still crisp and I could cut it with a fork. I didn't need the steak knife provided to cut it up. We plan on returning to sample more of your selections.

This was my first time at Crackers and I have kind of mixed feelings about it. The decor and murals on the walls were really cute and it seemed really cozy. The location seemed like a strange place to have a restaurant, so it was a pleasant surprise to come inside and discover how really cute it was. Our server was really nice, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Seems like it may have started with a C? He did a good job. The food was... okay. I had the crab cake benedict and there was nothing wrong with it at all, it just didn't wow me at all either. I've had that a couple of other places before, so was excited to see it on the menu here... but honestly, I wouldn't order it again. Also, my potatoes had zero heat in them. I don't know how they managed that, being that we were some of the very first people there, one would think the potatoes would have been fresh off the griddle. I liked the style of them though and would love to have some hot ones to see how good they really are. So overall, it was a really cute place with good service and mediocre food. I might consider going back and trying something totally different and see if I can give a higher rating, because they do have a pretty good selection of items, so maybe I need to go again sometime. I will put an update in, if I go again and have something better.

Id really like to give this place 5 stars; however, unfortunately we ordered take out and specified to leave off an ingredient on a sandwich. When I showed the hostess, she took it back to the kitchen and returned shortly with a new to go box and reported that the kitchen had remade the sandwich. When i returned home I could evidently tell that they only had removed the ingredient and there was still remnants left behind. If I could eat it, I would but it is a safety hazard to my health and they had told me false information that the sandwich was remade completely. Otherwise, the taste and quality of the food was great - unfortunate circumstances for sure, affecting overall rating.

My lady and I tried Crackers for breakfast for the first time and we came away impressed! She selected bacon, eggs, house potatoes, toast and coffee. I had a hamburger steak, eggs, house potatoes and an iced tea. I tend to like beef more towards rare/medium rare and the cook nailed it to perfection for me! Sandy our server was super friendly and on top of everything while managing multiple tables simultaneously. She checked on us several times and we never had to ask for drink refills once as she had it covered. Thanks Sandy! Also, the noise level was average as there were several tables that had families with children but it was still easy to hold a conversation. Our bill came out to a bit over $30 which included tip. Both my lady and I had leftovers and took them home and enjoyed another meal that evening. So, $30 for four meals, not too bad! We plan on returning again to try Crackers for lunch in the near future.

Mimi's Cafe is a casual French and American restaurant in a rustic setting. They offer a three-course traditional meal that includes soup or salad, an entree of roasted turkey and classic sides, and dessert of pumpkin or pecan pie. The crepe is taken to new heights with the strawberry shortcake crepe cake.
Brioche burger is my favorite here, Jambalaya with rice is also a great one my wife loves. I like the fact the waiters are there to help you out, even if you have specific requests with your fish (add / remove sides, or ingredients, for example so sour cream) Taste is very good, and atmosphere is always on the quieter side, so you can talk easily with your group of people at the table. Many waiters are bilingual. They have takeout. Working hours are also very wide, convering most of the day. Price is a bit on the higher side, but it worths for a nice breakfast/lunch or dinner (or even late dinner)

Our server was very sweet. She checked on us quite often. It looked like they were setting up for a large group, but she made sure we were taken care of. The kids loved the griddle cakes and ate every bite. I had the 2 Egg Platter with the Carrot Raisin Nut muffin. The muffin felt like it had just come out of the oven.

Used to be one of my fav breakfast places back in the day when I lived here in Phx . Came here after 9 years and the first breakfast had to be at Mimi’s . Ham and eggs . Same quality . Nothing seemed to have changed . Our server was very warm and courteous . Being a weekday , not too many people which is not a bad thing . Enjoyed the visit . Thanks team . Keep it up . 👍

We had the pleasure of dining at Mimi’s in Chandler on Mother’s Day, and Nadine was our server. She was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. Even though the restaurant was busy, Nadine made sure we were always taken care of. Drinks were never empty, the food came out just right, and she always had a warm smile. You could tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that made our family celebration even more special. Thank you, Nadine, for making our Mother’s Day experience so memorable. We hope to be back soon — and hopefully with you as our server again!

The service was good. But the overall experience, disappointing. The dining room looked rundown. Several dirty tables that went unbussed for too long. Walls around our table were nicked up, and paint chipped off. Tabletop was sticky. Food was average, and way overpriced. I would have paid $7 to $9 for my meal with no problem. But $15 to $17 was overboard for a simple sandwich with french fries.

I almost was afraid to stay to eat my food. It took a while before someone actually came over. The hostess had to serve me my drink before the waitress came out. Looking around in the restaurant I should have known to turn around when it was not very many people rating. I was looking for a place to have a good home-cooked meal. The meatloaf was not meatloaf. I'm not sure what it was but they try to cover it with gravy. The steamed vegetables taste like they were frozen and just warmed up in a microwave. I will never go back to that place first time last time.

I had the salmon Benedict and my bf had the Florentine Benedict. They were both DELICIOUS. So was the berry latte. I read a ton of reviews talking about slow or bad service, but there's a lot of older customers so I'm chalking it up to grouchy old people because our service was great, way quicker than expected and our waitress checked up on us and was very accommodating. It's cute inside and gives a European/German vibe.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a delightful chain restaurant that embodies the essence of American comfort food, complete with an inviting general store. Known for its warm and nostalgic atmosphere, it’s a fantastic spot for families to gather and enjoy hearty meals. Recently, they’ve introduced their Easter Heat n Serve meals featuring options like prime rib or sugar-cured spiral-sliced ham, accompanied by delicious sides such as three-cheese squash casserole and peach cobbler.
Our server Christy P was very friendly and helpful. I told her we haven’t been here in a while and she welcome us back and went over the new menu items with us. She did make sure to refill my coffee cup twice during our visit. She is so charming.

I Used to Love Cracker Barrel! Now, I will Never Return!! Young idiotic greedy “woke” kids with daddy’s money have bought the corporation, almost Doubled the Prices & Changed the recipes of dishes we Loved, & either think we won’t notice or don’t care… Wrong!!! My lady friend & I chose Cracker Barrel in Mesa, Arizona for dinner, for we’ve always loved going there, everywhere in the USA! Not anymore… The Menu is 11 Pages, Seriously, and not everything has Prices! Food looked horrible, portions are smaller, prices are greatly increased, but tasted good… Different, but tasty. Service was Fantastic!! Thanks,Claire!!🌟 On September 4, we entered a Sparkly Musical Christmas Store!! Christmas in September?!! The other half of the Store was cluttered with Gigantic Plastic Junk. I couldn’t bear to shop, and that has always been a favorite part of the Cracker Barrel experience for me. I used to spend Lots of time and money in the store, but the combination of Christmas music and Monstrous Temu Huge plastic animals was overwhelming & distracting from the lovely clothing, collectibles, home accents, tasteful toys, and all those hidden gems we’ve grown to love. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Bless those kind & delightful young people working so hard for a place that is Doomed…. So Sad… Yet another piece of Americana has been destroyed…. 🥲 ~ Jenni Sun ☀️ Key West

Love the country charm and decor. The little store inside was cute and fun to shop for unique finds. I found it off there were about five workers roaming the store side and following you around and commenting on items you picked out. I put an item back and was asked about it. Really weird feeling. The food and service was great though! Just stop being suspicious of everyone.

Great atmosphere. Good food. Manager came by. Love the selection. But our food took 47 minutes. Our server Elliot didn't fill our drinks while we were waiting.. Brought bread with the food. "Meatloaf had to be made fresh" when we asked... But the non meatloaf meals were not warm. Not trying to complain. Just commutation should be better and server needs coaching if he wants it.

Can't go wrong with the atmosphere if you love old school look and feel. Great and fun place to get great food for all ages. Service is always top notch... even when they get busy like today. Our server Gennessey was amazing and super nice. To the manager: you have a great team! Keep up the great work. Now onto the food... yummy! I almost always get the grandpa breakfast with chicken fried chicken and my wife gets the grandma breakfast with what she calls the best French toast ever. Thanks for a great late breakfast/early lunch.

IHOP, a beloved chain known for its extensive selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes, offers a delightful dining experience. Many guests have praised the attentive service they received during their visits. One standout server, Lanie, has been noted for her upbeat attitude and impeccable service, ensuring that diners' needs are met promptly. Another guest highlighted Icey’s exceptional work ethic; she greeted everyone with warmth and took special care to accommodate dietary restrictions while managing the restaurant efficiently on her own.
Icey was amazing. She is such a hard worker and meets everyone with a smile , is so kind and even took extra care to make sure my food was cooked with my diet restrictions . She should me a manager. She ran the restaurant alone and no one had any complaints. We need more servers like her…….AMAZING!

Server was uninterested in working. When asked how she was doing today, she replied “well, I’m here.” Never checked on us after meal served. Eggs were hard, not what I ordered. Minimal avocado on Bacon Avocado Benedict, could barely see it. Not slices as described. Overall bad service and food.

We live a mile from the nearest IHOP. We decided to go to the IHOP near Hobby Lobby 4 miles away, because that was our next stop. Our granddaughter was with us. In the past this IHop was always a great place to go to. But not this time. The waitress was a rude person to us. Definitely had some sort of angst towards us from the start. We have never been disrespected by anyone from IHOP until that day. She even had the gall to put in a tip of 20% , without my chosing. I did change the tip to be 15%, but I felt like not giving her a tip for the poor service. I only gave her a tip because I am not that mean. We will not be going to another IHOP . That's all we can do to solve this problem of disrespectful service.

We were disappointed with our recent visit to iHop. Although we've had positive experiences here before, this time we waited an hour for cold food and encountered several mistakes with our order. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but addressing wait times and order accuracy would significantly improve the customer experience. Perhaps additional staff training or streamlining ordering processes could be helpful? We truly value iHop and hope to see improvements in the future.

Denny's is a popular casual restaurant chain that serves traditional American comfort food, including breakfast dishes available all day. It is known for its delicious and satisfying meals. The servers at Denny's, like Esther mentioned by a customer, are attentive and knowledgeable. They make a significant impact on the dining experience with their pleasant demeanor and efficient service, even during busy hours.
Compliment for Outstanding Service at Denny's - Country Club & Southern Location I'd like to give a big shoutout to two outstanding employees at the Denny's on Country Club and Southern. First, Nicole, with her unique braids, genuine smile, and positive attitude. She was incredibly attentive, juggling multiple tables with ease while still making us feel seen and cared for. She clearly knows her job well and made sure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and great sense of humor really stood out, especially during the early morning hours. Second, Chef Leo deserves just as much praise. From the moment we walked in at 4:45 a.m., he greeted us with warm, positive energy. As we got to know him, he shared a special detail that really stuck with me: "My grandmother taught me to put love into the food," and it showed. The food was delicious! Both Nicole and Leo went above and beyond, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the excellent service they're providing. They represent Denny's in the best way possible.

The atmosphere was welcoming and family friendly. Thank you, Regina & the cooks for an amazing breakfast with my 10 yr old.

I got my order to go. The restaurant wasn't busy or crowded. I asked for my hash browns extra crispy with cheese. Well, the extra crispy didn't happen. They were more undercooked and soggy. The serving size seemed like a kids size serving. They got the cheese right. Even my bacon wasn't crispy. I enjoyed my pancakes, thank goodness for that. I got home and recooked my hash browns and bacon for the extra crispy that I had asked for from the restaurant. It's funny because I went to this location because it had higher ratings than the one that was closer to me.

I really like this location. The manager (nice lady, light pink top in the video) keeps it very clean, nice decorations, excellent customer service, updated accessories like the trash bins, quick and smooth delivery on the orders, music playlist, everything! Even the restrooms are clean. I used to work at the Riverview location (N Dobson and Rio Salado) and you can honestly tell a HUGE difference here. I complimented the manager, they just finished the lunch rush hour and the only thing I see in the seating area is light sweeping needed which says a lot. Im kinda picky re food and service especially with prices skyrocketing. For those who k ow me, im brutally honest, candid, be it good or bad. Everybody has bad days but today at this quaint newly found cafe that's been around for awhile now it was awesome!! Andrea helped me decide and was patient, helpful, offered great perspective and was smiles throughout. I chose the Chipotle burrito...perfect!! Now im not a fan of "too hot" and it's different for each person. It was right on the fringe for me but mellowed as I ate (on the side), has a great flavor I've never encountered. To me, it had a Thai flavor and matching color, but absolutely 💯 awesomeness. I'd go back merely for this sauce. The tortilla was wheat, greatly grilled, piping hot and delicious. Now add the medium salsa which has a deep red color, thick and looked amazing until I tasted the most amazing flavors...what hit me best was the extra punch of garlic (love garlic) and not runny watery which made it better. AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT breakfast burrito...can't wait to go back.

Reliable, Refreshing, and Always Hits the Spot First Impressions Z Café is one of those cozy, under-the-radar spots that quietly delivers every time. Tucked away in Mesa, it’s unassuming at first glance, but if you know… you know. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a low-key lunch, it’s a go-to. Atmosphere & Vibe Quaint, casual, and welcoming. The space is small but thoughtfully laid out, making it ideal for dine-in or takeout. It never feels chaotic, and the flow of service keeps things efficient without feeling rushed. Perfect for a midday reset. What I Tried I always get the Turkey Bacon Avocado on Marble Rye with their potato salad and I’m happy to report, it never disappoints. It’s that rare combo of refreshing but filling, light but packed with flavor. The bread is hearty, the turkey is fresh, and the avocado and bacon seal the deal. And the potato salad? Absolute killer. Creamy, balanced, and a side dish I’d eat on its own. Service & Experience Fast, friendly, and no-fuss. You get the kind of service that feels personal without being overly formal, like they know how to make lunch easy and enjoyable. Pro Tips or Heads-Up • If you’re in a rush, their takeout is just as good as dining in. • The portion sizes are generous, so don’t let “café” fool you… you’re not leaving hungry. • Definitely get the potato salad. Non-negotiable. Final Verdict Z Café is a Mesa gem. Reliable, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, they know how to deliver a great lunch without the fuss. I’ll keep coming back for my favorite sandwich combo and probably always will. ⸻ #MesaEats #ZCafeFavorites #LunchDoneRight

Great spot for breakfast burritos. Priced well and great quality. Served quickly, but made to order. I would highly recommend this for a quick bite.

The food has great flavor but the presentation does not match the value paid for. My order was $13. Also, several people came after me and had their order served prior to mine… I understand they maybe deliveries or online orders but waiting so long when there was only 1 person in front of me, lower my experience. Good food, just some room for improvements - thanks

Glad I stopped here for lunch! Was hoping to find a spot with some good gluten free options, and they did not disappoint! The menu was clearly labeled with the gf options. Very well-balanced meal with lots of veggies. The cinnamon date cortado was amazing. I recommend everything I got!

I wish I could give this place more stars! Randomly stopped in for breakfast when other restaurants in the area were closed, and I am so happy we did. Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Brandon, our bar tender, was fabulous!! Recommended the sweet potato hash with chicken, exceptional! And their French toast with berries and chai butter! Liz, the manager and all the staff were so friendly. I can't wait to come back.

Great food, fresh and unique, very tantalizing to the taste buds. Had the chocolate croissant, banana foster coffee, monte cristo Sandwich, all was amazing Atmosphere was a little too clean and posh for me but was still aesthetically pleasing

Prep & Pastry was good! It was quiet when we went, and service was fast. I got the avocado toast and the banana fosters latte. My friend got the simple breakfast, subbing for French toast. They were very accommodating, I have a Hartt problem and needed half decaffeinated coffee and they were happy to oblige! The coffee was delicious, but a bit overpriced. Avo toast was also great, but the bread arrived a bit soggy. My friends French toast was so good, but her breakfast potatoes were ice cold.

I’ve been here many times for brunch and coffee runs, and there’s a reason why I keep returning. Whether it’s a date, business meeting, family visits, or catching up with friends, every person who I’ve eaten here with loves it. My favorite dish is the smoked salmon hash. It’s always super tasty! Of course there are peak and rush hours of busyness, especially when I go on Saturday mornings, but even if service is a little slower (and trust me…I understand and am so patient when it is), the staff is always accommodating and doing their best to be efficient. I hold a lot of grace for those working in the food service industry. This morning, I did have to wait 15 minutes for my coffee order, which has not happened before. It’s really not a huge deal, but I noticed people who came in after me got their orders ahead of mine. I suspected something was up, and I gently asked the barista if he forgot my order. He was honest about it, said it slipped through, and apologized. I saw they were slammed with orders and reassured him that it’s okay, as these things happen. He instantly made me my drink and even gave me a coupon card for a free drink. I was not expecting (or demanding) anything like that, but I appreciate this gesture, and I feel like I definitely need to leave a review to highlight this. Speaking of coffee, I absolutely love their specials and seasonal drinks. My favorites have been the cereal milk latte, black cherry matcha latte, and teddy graham latte, which I ordered this morning. They are absolutely delicious! Prep & Pastry, I will keep coming, even if it means having longer wait times. I look forward to future specials and seasonal drinks. 10/10 love this place!

The café offers both indoor seating and an outdoor patio for enjoying coffee in the open air. Owned by Jonathan Madrigal, a Costa Rican native, Berdena's aims to provide top-notch coffee and food experiences.
There was a long line at this shop as we were looking for places that weren’t so commercial like to get some coffee ☕️ . This spot looked perfect - and so glad we waited ! The line moved pretty decently . Got our cappuccino and a honey latte and a croissant 🥐.. everything was excellent ! Service was great - the coffee was great and so was the croissant ! Definitely worth coming here !

I’ve been a regular at Berdenas for almost a year now. The quality of food, coffee and service has been amazingly consistent every time. The space is smaller, but there are plenty of windows that let in natural light which makes it feel very open. They make their own syrups, which makes a massive difference in the quality. I personally love their cardamom rose latte and matcha. Ava the barista always brightens my day, Braydon as well. He’s always consistent with perfect latte art. I will continue to come here and recommend it to anyone with ears.

Good coffee and juice. I had a cortado which was nutty and creamy. My wife had a honey lavender latte which was also good. To eat, I had the burrito which was honestly a solid burrito. Good size and it was delicious. The salsa with it was also excellent. My wife had the breakfast sandwich and it was also a solid portion and taste. It’s obviously a very busy place due to its excellent food and drink, so be prepared to stand in line when visiting during busy hours, but I don’t think we waited for longer than 15 minutes. We went at 11:00am on a Saturday and it’s my understanding that it isn’t always busy like that. 10/10 I highly recommend.

I’ve come into Berdena’s a few times and I’ve had a great experience every time. When I’ve gone in on weekend days, all of the baristas are super friendly and bring great energy to the busy store! They also have great coffee knowledge. Berdenas has one of the best cortados I’ve had in Scottsdale! The breakfast burritos are also amazing.

Berdena’s in Old Town Scottsdale is my favorite go-to for coffee with outdoor seating. Their coffee is beautifully made, try the flat white or a lavender-honey latte, and the avocado toast is always fresh and flavorful. A great spot to sip, work, or meet friends!

First timer at the Henhouse and let me tell you what an amazing breakfast they serve... I ordered the Paul Bunyan with eggs over easy...! My compliments to the chef and all the staff at the Henhouse, thank you for an amazing breakfast....! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

If I had to describe the Henhouse in one word, it would be thoughtfulness. The food is fantastic, and you can tell it is made with delicate care. It was very filling, as the portions were big. I appreciated the variety they had on their menu as well. The atmosphere is simple but also pleasant. We sat outside, and it was very relaxing! It was clean and I liked the decor they had. The service was also great, very friendly, and efficient! My biggest con would be the price. As I said the food is really good, but it was a bit priceier than I expected. Overall, though, I highly recommend the Henhouse!

Our daughter and fiancé excitedly recommended Hen House cafe at this location, 3244 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, telling us that the chicken waffle was too be experienced, and indeed it was. Our server, Terry, long time employee was gracious and informative. You will see from our photos what we ordered. I tried the waffle (Belgian btw) with chicken, and add recommended an egg on the side to top the chicken, which was very good. The portions are generous. The food arrived pretty quickly and nice and warm. Fun and good experience. Give this location a try! Oh, j o early as they fill up quickly!!

Great food and staff. Had the hash and tomato basil soup. Both were good. Only reason for low stars was it felt like there was no AC when we went. People were fanning themselves with menus. Part of the restaurant had a tarp separating two sides of the place, which was weird. Other than that, it was great.

A friend recommended this spot and even though it was busy, we got seated right away. The food was amazing especially the huge fluffy biscuit, the coconut cream pie French toast and the cappuccino. Honestly one of the best brunches I’ve had in a while and I’d totally come back.

Our server did a good job working with our large party and did his best with the food allergies. They were out of a few things, but later in the meal, they arrived (odd), and we were able to add those on. Obviously, they are known for their giant pan cakes, which were good. Had the Cali Benedict, which I would order again.

We had a great breakfast at the Henhouse I got the corned beef hash and my husband had the machaca beef skillet with orange juice and coffee. The orange juice tasted super fresh, the coffee was alright, and my pancake swap was totally worth it since it was huge and had a tasty cinnamon flavor like a snickerdoodle. The place has plenty of seating and is a solid pick for anyone who loves breakfast food.

I usually really like this restaurant, but this past Sunday a few friends and I went after church around 11, and it was busy. Having said that, we didn't wait long outside but once we sat down we had our coffee served, and it was Very weak. Then we waited at least an hour for our food. My greek omelette was fantastic, but my friend's eggs were barely cooked, and the other sandwich (egg mcmuffin) was dry. Really disappointed 😞 as I really like this place usually.

Just 10 minutes off the 202 or 60 freeway, it’s the perfect place to grab a bite while traveling—or to become your new go-to if you're lucky enough to live nearby. The food is delicious and comforting, but what really sets Red Mountain Café apart is the atmosphere. The staff is incredible—genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Waffle House is a popular American diner chain that specializes in all-day breakfast and classic diner dishes. They are known for their signature waffles, which come in various flavors such as pecan and chocolate. The pecan waffles are particularly recommended, with every bite containing delicious bits of pecans. The menu also includes other breakfast options like beef sandwiches, hash browns, and grits. The quality of the food is top-notch, with gooey cheese and high-quality meat in the sandwiches.
This was my first visit to waffle house, and Aileen, our server definitely made this trip a highlight. I got the Texas cheesesteak with hash browns and as someone who just went to Charlie's cheesesteak the other day, unlike that cheesesteak This one was of considerable note. The hash browns were not soggy but properly grilled and I had a couple bites of waffle from my friend who came with me, I tried the waffle with their sausage and syrup and it was nothing short of breathtaking. Berts chilli was good, with tobacco sauce, it's a proper way to end a meal. Definitely going to come back

(Not Generated with AI) I had a seat in Waffle House on Friday, September 5th, 2025. I ordered the Texas Bacon Egg and Cheese Melt Plate with Diced and Capped Hash Browns. The food was cooked perfectly. Coffee, of course, with whole milk. There were no outlets to charge my electronics, but I had enough time to write this Google Review. The review is, of course, five stars. And the waitress - I hope this isn't too on the nose - reminded me of Ariana Grande. Her name is Wendy. I wonder what Ariana Grande would say if she met Wendy in this Waffle House on Country Club, just between Starbucks and Vibe Dental. I think she'd say: Ariana: "Jon, eventually, I can see it. Wendy is gonna be a doctor or a lawyer in eight years. She's probably already almost done with her undergrad. Guaranteed. I'd bet on it." And then Ariana and I sip our coffee a little more and smile, as everyone leaves, and the eggs and waffles simmer on the grill. My compliments to the Chef.

I ate here on august 14th, and i had the best most divine experience a restaurant goer can have. What sparked this experience was primarily my waitress. My waitress i didn’t quite get her name unfortunately, but she was very attentive and friendly making the waffle house feel like a waffle home. I wish i really got her name but she had piercings and she was drinking a juneberry redbull (valid). i don’t know if she will ever see this but if you do, i hope you can remember our talk about BJ’s and piercings.

Another waffle House that knocks it out of the park. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was classically waffle House. No fights, unfortunately. The pecan waffles were well made, as always, and the hash browns are very customizable to your own liking, this location did not disappoint

The RACIST waffle house. Avoid at all cost. Coming from the South, I was not excited to see a Waffle House after my long trip to Phoenix, Arizona. Waffle Houses in the South are places where people of all walks of life come together, showing respect for one another no matter their background. They’re typically filled with that warm, friendly Southern hospitality that brings people closer. It was the complete opposite at this Waffle House in Arizona. I brought my five-year-old daughter as a treat after a day of peanut butter sandwiches, she loves eggs, orange juice, and hashbrowns. We weren’t greeted upon entering; instead, a kind cook took our order while the waitresses glared at us with utter disgust. Hoping for a pleasant meal at the bar, we endured nasty stares and complete silence from the African-American staff as our food was prepared. One waiter even slammed metal pans around on the other side of the counter, right across from us. My daughter grew visibly uncomfortable, shrinking into a waiting chair and begging to leave, though she usually enjoys watching the employees work. It was heartbreaking to see her made to feel so horrible. It’s painfully clear the servers targeted us solely because of my skin color; there’s no other explanation for strangers glaring, snickering, and refusing service like we were subhuman. All we did was walk in smiling, excited for her favorite breakfast. As a father raising her to love everyone regardless of appearance or background, I strongly recommend avoiding this racist establishment. And I’m not gonna even mention the fact that one of the servers added $4.70 gratuity charge on a $20 bill. They way from this bigoted weight staff. PS I would have prefer to written an email to the manager, but there wasn’t an option for that on their webpage.

Pray, permit me to regale thee with a most extraordinary narrative of my recent sojourn to the esteemed establishment known as Waffle House. Upon my entrance, I was drawn to partake in the culinary symphony that is the "All Star Breakfast," complemented by none other than the seasonally beguiling pumpkin spice waffle. I must, with great gusto and unbridled enthusiasm, extol the virtues of this repast, for it didst transcend the bounds of mortal expectation, regaling my senses with an opulent melange of flavors. However, the true zenith of this affair didst arise not from the fare alone but from the ministrations of the wait staff, whose impeccable service and attentiveness didst grace this humble patron with an experience hitherto unparalleled. In all sincerity, I declare that this visit to Waffle House shall forever be enshrined in the annals of my gustatory recollections as the apogee of all encounters.

Myles was super nice (sorry if that's not the right spelling), and I loved the little drawing on the receipt. He seemed like a genuinely cool dude in the least parasocial way possible. Made the late night Waffle House vibes immaculate. Other than that, it's what you can expect from Waffle House. Had pecan waffles and a patty melt; went in hungry, came out full.

Management address your repugnant men's bathroom. I've been there several times during AZ bike week and other riding occasions. Had a few meals which were very good with great service. This evening was the first time I ever used the restroom. Almost pitch dark over the men's urinal and dim every where else. You're a restaurant serving food. Update your bathroom, clean it, paint it, put bright lights in it, make it at minimal decent. The god-awful stench tonight almost made me throw up. It rates with the most horrendous Mexico restrooms I've ever been in. YUCK 👎

Bisbee Breakfast Club on Dobson in Mesa, Arizona, is a delightful spot specializing in breakfast and lunch dishes that promise both quality and taste. From the moment we stepped in, the restaurant had a lively and inviting atmosphere. It was busy, yet the buzz was enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The decor was nicely done, paired with soft and appropriate background music that added to the overall dining ambiance without overpowering conversation. Our dining experience was greatly enhanced by our server, Russell, who truly exemplified excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient, Russell went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and left fully satisfied. His dedication made a strong impression, and we will definitely request his section on future visits. For our meal, I ordered the huevos rancheros with green sauce and pork green chili. The dish arrived hot and flavorful, hitting just the right balance of spice and comfort. My wife enjoyed a fluffy California omelet, completed with hash browns and toast, which was equally delicious and served at the perfect temperature. The presentation of both plates was carefully executed, making the dishes look even more appetizing and adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Portion sizes were well considered, providing enough food to leave us fully satisfied without being excessive. While the prices were slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food and the outstanding service more than justified the cost. In summary, Bisbee Breakfast Club is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a great breakfast or lunch in Mesa. Between the inviting ambiance, attentive service—especially from Russell—and delicious, well-presented food, this restaurant delivers an experience that is well worth recommending.

Our group decided we would try a new place for breakfast while in the area. As first timers, we did not know what to expect, but good food was what we wanted. As we entered, we were greeted at the front door and then led to our table for four people without delay. ((The merch is worth a look: the tshirts are rather humorous)) So far, so good. Just after being seated, our server, Taylor, acknowledged us, left menus, and let us know that she would return to our table soon. She returned within a minute and took drink orders. What impressed us immediately, was that Taylor was very knowledgeable about the menu and several of the plates that Bisbee Breakfast Club served, and if you have looked at the pictures of the menu, you will note that there are several offerings. She took our order after highly recommending the in-house prepared sausage that is served at BBC (btw: we took our two extra sausage patties home so that we can snack on them later). The food arrived in a timely manner and we not only enjoyed the portion size, but the food was excellent. Overall, the Bisbee Breakfast Club is definitely a go-to for breakfast.

We make a point every year to come here as we have an event here every year around this time! Build in Buckeye so we could come here more. Outstanding breakfast place! ❤️❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic first visit and incredible service and food! We stopped in at the Bisbee Breakfast Club for the first time, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Our server, Amy, was exceptional. What really stood out was how she handled 5 different tables of regulars. She had their coffee ready on the table before they even sat down, greeted each one by name, and even had some of their meals already going before they ordered. That kind of personalized service is rare and says a lot about how long she’s been there and how much the customers trust her. Even though it was our first time, Amy treated us with the same attention and care. She gave us a great rundown of the menu and let us know that most of the food and sauces are made in-house. She even brought out a sample for us to taste which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed. We ordered the scrambled eggs with brisket, which were delicious and cooked just right. Amy checked on us several times, kept my coffee filled, and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner was also on-site, very hands-on and friendly, greeting us personally, which added to the warm, community feel of the place. This location has been around for about 10 years, and it shows. They’ve got the food, the service, and the vibe dialed in. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend!

Panera Bread is a delightful counter-service bakery and café chain that has become a go-to spot for many food lovers. Known for its delicious sandwiches, fresh salads, and of course, their signature bread, Panera offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal at your leisure. One of the highlights is their popular "Pick Two" deal, allowing you to mix and match items like the creamy tomato soup with a tuna sandwich—comfort food at its finest!
I love Panera. It’s chain but it’s my favourite American sandwich chain all the same. Does it make sense that you get a side bread for your bread? No. Do I love it all the same ? Heck yes. I got the turkey avocado BLT & a half Cesar salad. The bread was perfectly moist & the sandwich was fun of flavour. It tasted fresh. The bread side? Delicious. The chips meh im not a chip person but they were crispy and kettly all the same. I ordered at the counter because I can’t be bothered with their little ordering kiosks. Clean in this location. Not overly busy. Friendly staff. Clean washrooms.

Went to Panera for a sandwich today but apparently ordered their new ‘bread only’ special. Shoutout to Samantha at the counter (she was great), but the kitchen must’ve thought I was carb-loading for a marathon. Hopefully next time my sandwich actually has… a sandwich in it.
Troy W — Google review
First off I will say that the staff are always super pleasant and they got my order done very quickly. That being said, I ordered pick two for takeout. I got the Cobb salad with extra feta cheese. I don't know about you but that's not my idea of extra anything. And where is the bacon? This is not a Cobb salad. Super disappointed and for the price? I paid $17 for a bowl of soup and a salad not the way I ordered it. So. Disappointed.

Panera Bread always hits the spot, especially with their Pick Two deal! For just $6.99, I got the tuna sandwich and creamy tomato soup—comfort food at its best. It even came with a big, fresh hunk of bread on the side. I also grabbed the papaya green tea (seriously, so refreshing!) The vibe inside is cozy and peaceful—it reminds me of simpler times. It’s one of those places where you actually want to sit and eat instead of rushing out. Love it here. 💛

Ordered delivery and they screwed up 3 of 4 of the items up. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I just got out of the hospital with esophagitis I’ve barely been able to eat in two weeks. I can only tolerate light things like chicken noodle soup it’s why I ordered it. I barely order from Panera these days because it’s over hyped and over priced. This is the last time. Neither of our soups were the right size and the soup has a packaged taste. I’ll be reversing the charges with my bank. Customer service sucks.

I always come here for a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. But yesterday I decided to go with the chicken noodle soup. Drove 15 minutes home just to find soup had no chicken, noodles, or vegetables. Seems like they gave me what was left...

The scones were delicious and the store was clean except the coffee station. Panera tea should offer rewards members a “deal” on a drink with any food order. Really disappointed the team member that checked us out didn’t seem to care about the customer at all. She was sullen and short.

IHOP, a beloved chain known for its extensive selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes, offers more than just great food. During my recent visit, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by our server, Caralayne. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness made us feel right at home as we enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was inviting and bustling with energy, yet the staff worked seamlessly together to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Caralayne was the most attentive and intuitive waitress. Great service and a wonderful attitude. Would iHop again soon.

We always have a great experience at this ihop. Today, our server Caralayne was so attentive and even mentioned some specials we had no idea about in the back of the menu. She was super sweet and we can’t wait to come back - we hope she’s our server again!

I had an amazing experience at this fine establishment and my server Caralayne made it the best possible experience I could’ve ever dreamt of. The way she was able to remember both of our orders with ease and we practically had our food within minutes of ordering. Her glow made us feel like we were at home having breakfast. She deserves a raise. The food was delicious and exactly the way I ordered it. Her immaculate attention to detail made my whole morning the best day ever 💜💜💜!

This is my go-to place for late nights/after band practice food. I always phone in my take out order and it's almost always ready on time and done with care. It's gotten to the point of some of workers recognize me and my voice and even ask if I'm getting the same thing as last time. Now that's great workers! Can't go wrong with the French toast and eggs and bacon, with two sausage links substituted for the hash browns! Even the burgers are worthy! Hope this helps. ✌️❤️

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this IHOP because the service here is genuinely top notch! The food came out hot and exactly how I ordered it, but what really stood out was the staff, especially my server Caralayne. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.absolutely the sweetest, loved her The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and even though it was a bit busy, everyone seemed in great spirits and worked like a team. You can tell they care about the customers here.definitely will be coming back soon!!
Azaneth M — Google review
Start with the server, stopped by said be right back twice without getting our drink orders. Get a dr pepper and it tastes like dirt, as in I don't think they clean their fountain machine. Get a water and orange juice, water is just as bad as the Dr pepper. Server takes about 8 minutes to finally come get our order, during this time I noticed maybe 15 tables were occupied and they had a full staff. Church crowd hasn't even arrived yet. Get our food I immediately notice the small portions and automatically felt disappointed, even more so that you no longer offer the unlimited pancakes. After I get to my hash brown I noticed cheese on my plate, I ordered nothing with cheese. This tells me that the plate was not properly cleaned when the food was put on it. You people then charged almost $80 for the experience and have the audacity to ask for a tip. Awful service, small portions at expensive price, unclean plates and equipment. I'm pretty sure either myself or one of my family members is going to end up with some kind of food born illness. If the service and food were so bad that I am now looking for a divorce lawyer, then you know you screwed up bad.

Maria and Caralayne provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were very attentive, yet not intrusive - a difficult balance to master. My meal was also delicious and prepared exactly as ordered. Thank you for a great experience, it made my day!

We came to this location after having multiple awful experiences at another location. We came for their free Mother's Day French Toast. They were extremely well prepared. As we went to sit down they were bringing our food to us because they already had lots of French Toast ready. The manager was very engaging. She recognized that we had little children with us so she went and grabbed our utensils for us and gave us their sturdier cups. Overall the staff that we were in contact with were very kind. We will be continuing to come to this location and telling others to come here too.
Torren W — Google review
This food here is the best. It’s fresh and healthy and this is truly one of my favorite places to eat. However, the service is horrible. I order at minimum 3 times a week and almost every time I get my food delivered something is missing or wrong. The manager usually provides a replacement meal but it’s really horrible when you order your lunch and don’t receive what you ordered. You either go without or have to drive there to get your order corrected. I’m talking missing avocado on a TBA, missing turkey on the Avocado salad that I paid extra for, missing sides, drinks and modifications to orders. Today I picked up my meal and didn’t catch that they put ranch (lactose intolerant) instead of the Balsamic I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got back to my office. I’m so sick of calling them that I’m writing this review in hopes they start to do a better job. My salad is dry and some if my fruit is nasty! Thanks for messing up my order as always!

It’s okay. Cafeteria environment, hard benches. We went for breakfast. The coffee didn’t taste good for me and my husband. The food tasted fine, but on the pricey side spent nearly $40. Their 12 grain bread is super good! I buy it from them sometimes.

had shared some takeout during the pandemic, and looked forward to visiting in person. Visit was Extremely Disappointing..... Friend ordered a chicken salad sandwich that didn't have enough salad to cover a thin layer of the entire croissant, and we were advised that this is the norm; there is a designated portion size (one tiny takeout dressing sized cup) premade for each sandwich ordered. Sadly, the Turtle cheesecake, same issue TINY portion, I even jokingly asked if my friend ate some on the way home. If you're going to be stingy with portion size, you shouldn't charge $9.99. Just sayin!

To my absolute shock, the T-bone steak was actually pretty good. It was very thin, but the flavor was really good. The eggs were cooked just like I wanted them. Looking at the burgers that were being delivered, Denny’s has really stepped up its game. I did not taste them, but they looked amazing, like the ones you see at the trendy burger places. They were huge! This location needs to focus on its customer service. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and the waitress only came by at minute 35 to let us know that the food should be out soon. She should have been telling us that every 10 minutes.

Had to visit this location since my hotel room was only 50ft away! Dennis almost Never disappoints! Hands down to Jody the amazing cook! My burger was spot on! I should had put a bet with Debbie my waitress when she thought the burger was too much for a late night dinner! She’s probably still thinking how that disappeared from my plate by the time she took care of another couple tables!! Of course all this wouldn’t be as smooth without having Mama Lisa on the floor babysitting everyone around!! Happy pleasant night with good food! Can’t go wrong with that. Only issue was walking back to my room with this desert heat and a full belly.

Just ordered chicken salad sandwich from this location via DoorDash. I asked for the lettuce to be left off. The end result was a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Kokobelli Bagel Cafe is a delightful spot for breakfast and lunch, offering an array of sandwiches, salads, pastries, coffee, and smoothies. Awesome, we are here twice and loved it both times. The staff is awesome. It's relaxing environment. I recommend trying you can thank me later 🙂 I also recommend trying their smoothies. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon egg, and cream cheese on a plain bagel, also a poppyseed bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jam on it. Maybe it was my fault for ordering on grub hub and not actually going in store. Both items were literally BOMBED with cream cheese. So much that it was just not satisfying to eat because it was overpowering and extremely messy. The bagel breakfast sandwich had so much cream cheese I had to scrape off MOUNDS of it. The bagel I ordered with cream cheese and jelly once again had MOUNDS of cream cheese, barely any jelly. The whole order was a sloppy mess. No care put in to making these orders. Maybe they’re busy, maybe they hate grubhub orders, idk. Like I said, maybe if you order in store, it might be better, but I was soooo hungry stuck at work when I ordered this and it was such a huge disappointment. I’ve now asked my man to go pick up chick Fil a for me because I’m still hungry. Whether it’s an in-store order, online, carryout, or delivery, you should take pride in what you sell to people. Do better. This was so gross. I love cream cheese, but I don’t need a whole tub of it on one bagel. Come on.
Courtney M — Google review
This place has been a constant since my husband and I moved to the area in 2015. Since then, it has been hit or miss with our bagel orders. When we order, we like our bagels toasted. We did not know there was a double or triple toasted option. Even when putting that in the order (ordering from counter or kiosk) bagels are barely warm or lightly toasted. The bagels have had definitely a roll consistency versus dense like a Chompie's bagel. We also liked the promotion of getting a free drink with a bagel sandwich order. It can get costly to spend $25+ on two bagel sandwiches. I mentioned double toasted this morning and it looks like it was applied only to my husband's lox bagel but it definitely had no signs of being double toasted.
Lindsay H — Google review
First timer here! Good, not great bagels. They are more like rolls or bread because they aren’t dense like traditional bagels! They even taste like more like bread than a bagel. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and there wasn’t a lot of meat at all. I was very disappointed. I think I prefer Einstein’s as commercial as they are. I guess I’m use to delicatessens that serve bagels and sandwiches. Growing up in NYC, many Jewish bakeries and delicatessens were available. There used to be Karsh’s Jewish Bakery and Scott’s deli next door to them on 7th Street and Missouri in Phoenix. However, they closed about 10 years ago. Chompie’s has changed, not consistent and commercialized. Miracle Mile Deli on 16th Street and Highland is a good delicatessen type restaurant. No bagels though. SkySong New York Bagels and Bialys on Scottsdale Road and McDowell Road is good. I’d go there again.

I honestly wished I would have saved my food to take pictures, but it was so incredible. It was gone before I knew it! The staff was super friendly and helped me order suggesting a few bagel options for the Nova lox. Ultimately, I ended up getting the chongo which was just incredible! The salmon was flavorful, fresh, and something I would get again and recommend out to friends and family! I also got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese. The freshness of the ingredients and the bagels are unmatched, and I will absolutely be back to check out more of their menu. If I could rate them higher, I absolutely would !

Love love love this place. My wife and kids would say that same thing. At least once a week we wake up and just want Kokobelli. Fresh bagels and we mostly get the breakfast bagel sandwiches. Smoothies are a family favorite too. I always recommend coming in as over uber is more expensive and orders get mixed up easier.
Dallin B — Google review
I feel like you can always tell what kind of bagel spot it is based on if they spend time on having real avacado! What a bummer ! The processes was a little longer than I thought necessary and the place could be a little cleaner. I scraped some of the guac spread off and it was decent. It had some taste or a fridge so maybe that was the cream cheese? I’m not sure :(
Brittney K — Google review
Ignore the low/ 1 star reviews based on too much cream cheese, or the avocado spread.. “I rank a bagel place on avocado spread”.. who are you ? Great bagels. They are big. Amazing veggie cream cheese. They have a Lox cream cheese also. I finally tried a french toast bagel wow. I was a Einsteins fan before coming here but it’s no contest imo.

One standout dish was the sirloin steak which exceeded expectations in terms of taste and tenderness.
I recently had an outstanding experience at Denny’s, and I couldn’t wait to share how remarkable my visit was. From the moment I stepped through the door, Letasha greeted me with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant had a cozy yet lively vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a casual family outing. The ambiance was complemented by clean, well maintained decor, with comfortable seating arrangements that allowed for both privacy and a communal feel. The lighting was just right not too dim or too harsh which added to the overall pleasant environment. It’s clear that Denny’s takes pride in creating a welcoming space for all guests. what an incredible experience. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and made with evident care. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service provided by Letasha. She was genuinely excellent smiling, personable, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked in to ensure everything was to our liking and made excellent recommendations when asked. Her warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience, making us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness Letasha is a true asset to the Denny’s team. Overall, my visit to Denny’s was a delightful experience. The combination of delicious food, cozy environment, and outstanding service from Letasha makes me eager to return. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hearty breakfast or a comforting meal with excellent hospitality. Kudos to the whole team for making my meal memorable!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent and unacceptable service I have received from your establishments. This is not an isolated incident but rather the culmination of a pattern of unprofessional conduct and negligence that has consistently resulted in incomplete and substandard orders. On multiple separate occasions, I have been shortchanged on my order. My past experiences include receiving a minuscule portion of fries with a burger and being served undercooked pancakes. Most recently, I ordered a Grand Slam and was once again shorted two biscuits. The latest incident, however, is what has compelled me to seek a formal resolution. On September14th, I placed an order for a Grand Slam with an additional side of biscuits. I paid nearly four dollars for what was advertised as a side of biscuits, but I was handed a single biscuit without any prior notification or explanation. The expectation that I would simply accept paying for an item I did not receive is an unacceptable breach of consumer trust. As a paying customer who works diligently, the last thing I should have to do is return to a restaurant to rectify an error that should never have occurred in the first place. This repeated carelessness demonstrates a profound lack of respect for both your customers and the money they spend. Given the consistent failures and the latest instance of outright deception, I am requesting a full refund for my recent order. I have lost all confidence in the quality and reliability of your service and will not be returning as a customer. I will also be sharing my experiences with others to ensure they are aware of the subpar standards I have encountered. I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Terrible service. The girl with piercings everywhere and multi colored hair told us to sit and wait for her to clear all tables. No!! Not my problem I walk in your playing grab ads with the cook. Get up and do your job. I dont care what's easier for her. Her probl3ms are not my issue. This company shouldn't wonder why they dont get service it's because you hired these lazy people. I wont support lazt and incompetent. Wont ever come back here again. I grew up coming here I wont support this place. That girl needs fired.

I took my family here and there's a gentleman by the name of Tyler that greated us at our table. I have never seen such an amazing manager that can multitask and have such an amazing costumer service skill. I wish the one by our house on Chandler and I 10 has an amazing manager like him there. My child was upset and he was so kind and cheered him up and that was amazing to see someone go out there way to cheer someone up. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Denny's if I could rate more then a 5 star I would!

Today was busy but the service was great. I had the Menu Special. Which is Hamburger , Fries.. This is one of the best specials you can get for the price. The hamburger is quite large and of course it always depends on the different Denny's you go to. I like the atmosphere and the people here. Sunday's are usually the busiest. Friendly.. pretty fast service even with all the customers.

I have dined at this establishment for many years, and I must say this particular restaurant has been disappointing me more and more. The food itself is passable at best neither remarkable nor memorable, just what I would call mildly mid. Unfortunately, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired: it is poorly maintained. The servers, to their credit, are often very kind and do their best. I have found most of them to be attentive and good-natured. However, they appear to be managed quite poorly. It is disheartening to see good people trying to do their jobs while being undermined by such weak leadership. And here is where the true problem lies: the management. It is, quite frankly, a joke. I have heard and observed enough to say with confidence that the general manager is wholly unfit for the position. What is worse, and what I find absolutely unacceptable, is the conduct of the general manager. I have heard numerous accounts from staff, past and present, about sexual harassment in the workplace. Good, decent people have left because of it, and yet the individual at the center of these complaints remains in charge. In all my years, I have learned that a business reflects its leadership. If management cannot maintain decency, respect, and professionalism, how can the establishment be taken seriously? Until the ownership addresses these issues and removes the individual who is the root of the problem, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Whataburger, a fast-food chain from around the 1950s, offers counter-serve burgers featuring multiple stacked patties. The employees appear to be authentic and have a tendency to address customers by their names. Undoubtedly, the food is outstanding compared to other fast-food establishments. I highly suggest trying their honey butter chicken biscuit during breakfast hours as well as their unique option of adding green Chile to your burger. Additionally, their spicy ketchup stands out as an absolute favorite among customers.

Just received an order from this location through door dash and the quality of this food is completely unacceptable, especially for what is being charged. All of the food was cold. Chicken looked stale and over fried. The fries also looked stale. The chicken and fries look like they had been sitting out for hours. The 3 strip meal looked like it was opened and eaten out of with a strip missing. It looked exactly like the picture when I opened it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be eating from here again.

I did a mobile order. It said it would take 10 min. I got there about 15 min later and they hadn’t started it. Then they forgot my salad and I had to go in to ask for it. The worker seemed beyond annoyed that I would want the $13 salads that I had ordered. It took them another 15 to make it. I don’t know what’s going on here but they have some issues.

I ordered my food and clearly asked for ketchup. I received my food, dry burger with no sauce at all. Had to drive back to the store to get my sauce and asked for one BBQ sauce as compensation for having to drive back for the sauce (I cannot enjoy a dry burger and did not want it getting cold on the way home). The lady at the drive thru (clearly leadership) said no bbq sauce and it costs 43 cents. Even when I told her it would be for having to drive back, she said still no. lol lol so they will waste your time and gas but be cheap over 43 cents? Zero sense of how good customer service. Wow.

I usually stop by after midnight a couple times a month, and unfortunately, there’s almost always an issue. The wait time is consistently over 30 minutes regardless of how many cars are in the drive-thru. On my most recent visit, I waited 45 minutes just to be told at the window that they were out of tortillas and couldn’t complete my order. I’ve never had a smooth experience here after midnight. It’s disappointing that the late-night service is always this unreliable.

July 27 - Got to the restaurant at 9:30 for my pickup order and sat in the pickup spot until 9:42, went inside and it was dead empty. About 10 workers just standing around doing nothing and I didn’t even get help standing at the register for minutes. Finally see the dude bringing my food out and just save him the walk. Get home and they forgot all the sauces for 3 meals and no straws. Lids on the cups weren’t even on. And hair in the food, investigate this place right away. Yes I had time and I typed up the Declaration of Independence for this review

I have never waited this long for fast food in my life..we sat behind one car for about 10min then when we pulled up to the window and we sat there for at least 20min then after we waited that long they asked us to go park in a spot so they can bring us our food. All we ordered was two kids chicken meals and one chicken sandwich. In total we waited about 45min until we got our “fast food”. Would not recommend this location.

JB'S Restaurant is a family-friendly chain that offers a variety of breakfast options and classic American comfort food. Customers have praised the superb service and delicious food, highlighting the quick seating, friendly staff, and an extensive selection of menu items. Many enjoy the breakfast buffet with its diverse offerings including scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, cereal as well as country fried steak and gravy - a rare find for breakfast.
Every other weekend we’ve been coming here for their breakfast buffet. Very good food for the price. They have your basics such as scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, cereal etc. One of the things I love is that they have country fried steak and gravy. Not many places do unfortunately. Country fried steak is a breakfast staple! Service is friendly, and we are always seated promptly. Even with the weekend brunch rush, this place manages to keep everything well stocked and in order. If something isn’t, they even say to let them know so they can get it for you quick. Always a pleasure dining here, and will continue to do so!

The customer service is excellent with speedy and efficient service provided by Jerrali who greets customers with positivity and a smile.
THE BEST FILIBERTOS IN EAST VALLEY! The portions are always good and food always taste fresh. Ive seen them personally hand cut the cheese even from big blocks! Go here every morning for a burrito and this morning was not happy as I went to dump hot sauce on my burrito to find a fly dead in the hot sauce. Not cool at all. Sometimes hot sauce it like water and sometimes it thick no consistency ever it seems like. Then I find a dead bug in the sauce.

Have been coming to this location for years and have always loved it, but am sad to say I will probably never be returning. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and when I got home and about halfway through the burrito I chomped on(and pretty sure I chipped my tooth on) what could only be described as a sizeable ROCK that was in my food. Now I need to see a dentist all because I chose to order a late night bean and cheese burrito from here.

The burritos were really good except for they're about half the size of the ones I get by my house. There are two locations near me, broadway and valvista and baseline and val Vista that I usually go to. If you usually purchase your food ed this particular location on main empowered, you're getting about half the food you should. At about $10-$15 a burrito, it should not look like taco bell. Don't get me wrong. It was very good! Other than that, I will continue to purchase my food at the locations by my house

I really like a few of their menu items. But, 90% of the time the order is messed up. This last time I even checked all the orders but assumed they had put the items I had requested & paid for on the side in the small brown bag. Nope, not at all. So yeah they have some tasty menu options, but getting what you ordered, the way you want it...not happening!

Excellent brunch. The service was good. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We didn’t have to wait around to be seated. The food was delicious as was the fresh pressed juice. I got the Chickachinga (not sure if that’s the right name 😅). Anyway, it was so good. I’ll be back.

The food here was as incredible as all the other first watch locations in the valley. The Morning Meditation drink is phenomenal and incredibly refreshing, especially in the sweltering heat. During this visit, I tried the “You Pick 2” salad and soup option, and it was a great way to experience the menu! I will say, this location is smaller than some of the others, but the staff does a great job keeping things moving and serving. In the time we were there, there was never a table open for more than 5 minutes without being cleaned, set, and seated with new guests. Absolutely phenomenal!

This place was really great. The service was amazing, the staff were so kind and honestly went above and beyond. The food was gluten free friendly (the savory options—not the sweet stuff like pancakes and waffles, those were gluten filled). The beverages were super great too.

Nestled in Mesa, AZ, Linda's Hoosier Cafe is a delightful haven for breakfast and lunch enthusiasts. This cozy eatery not only serves up hearty meals but also immerses diners in a nostalgic ambiance filled with Indiana sports memorabilia. Guests can expect generous portions and flavorful daily specials that highlight the cafe’s commitment to quality. Many patrons rave about their experiences, particularly enjoying dishes like fluffy biscuits and rich gravy paired with perfectly cooked eggs and hash browns.
A true gem! Linda’s Hoosier Cafe is everything you want in a local breakfast spot—warm, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns, and it was hands down one of the best breakfast plates I’ve had in a long time. The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy was rich and perfectly seasoned, and the eggs and hash browns were cooked just right. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the incredible service. Christine took care of us with genuine kindness, great energy, and perfect timing—she made us feel like regulars from the moment we sat down. If you’re anywhere near, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is the real deal!

Food was okay. Tried going here a year and a half ago but A/C was out so it was closed. Not sure they got it fixed because it was very warm inside. The food was good. Homemade. Server was extremely nice. I ordered chicken fried steak. Good. I wish it had a little more gravy. Wife ordered corned beef hash. Not much corned beef. More of a potato cake if you ask me. She had one bite and didn't eat rest. Prices were reasonable. We don't think we'll be going back.

Linda's Hoosier Cafe, located at 5050 E University Dr. in Mesa, AZ, is a charming establishment specializing in breakfast and lunch fare. This cozy spot delivers a dining experience that not only satisfies the palate but also offers a nostalgic nod to Indiana sports with its memorabilia-adorned walls, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. During our visit, we indulged in two delightful daily specials that showcased the hearty flavors and generous portions that this cafe is known for. The first dish, a skillet packed with Italian sausage, potatoes, fresh vegetables, and topped with cheese, was a medley of flavors and textures. The risotto warmth of the potatoes combined beautifully with the savory Italian sausage and fresh veggies, making for a dish that was as satisfying as it was flavorful. The second dish was a standout omelet, constructed with three eggs and generously filled with bacon, green chilies, and cheese. It was crowned with a fluffy biscuit and drenched in a rich, sausage gravy that was made from scratch, a testament to the cafe's commitment to quality. The biscuit and sausage were particularly noteworthy, possibly the best we have ever tasted. Service at Linda's Hoosier Cafe was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our coffee cups were never empty. The efficient and warm service added to the dining experience, making guests feel valued and welcome. Although there was a modest fifty-cent surcharge due to the rising cost of eggs, the overall pricing remained friendly and reasonable. Linda's Hoosier Cafe is not just about great food and service; it's also about the experience. The ambiance with its Indiana sports theme offers an interesting backdrop that adds to the charm of this small diner. The combination of quality food, excellent service, and unique decor makes for a memorable dining visit. We left Linda's cafe completely satisfied and eagerly looking forward to our next visit. It's a place that calls you back, promising more delightful breakfast and lunch creations that are sure to please anyone seeking a comforting meal in a welcoming environment.

I'm thrilled to tell you that I recently discovered the best Dutch Bros location in the state! And on top of that, they are the friendliest and most supportive people you could ever meet. Trust me, you won't find a better coffee experience anywhere else!🧡

The coffees are great. But ironically the service is trash. They have a worker there, her name is Ashley, she's rude and disrespectful. Everytime I go there, and get to the pick-up window, she interrupts me when I'm talking to the person that hands me the coffee. The last time I was there, she screamed at me. And she doesn't like me to talk to the people at the window. She, Ashley, breaks in my conversations. It is very clear that this is a jealousy issue. And, is unfortunate, because I haven't done anything wrong. I'm always very nice. Ashley really needs to brush up on her manners and be more polite with the customers.

I am an avid Dutch drinker. I love the coffee I get here and have been drinking it for years. But I doubt I will return to this stand. The coffee tasted burnt and disgusting and the pastry I got was disgusting. When I asked why the pastry was different than the one I normally get. The response was well are you from the aj area cause we have different pastries. I was like no? Apparently they can’t warm anything. She also said well do you go to a different location with food? How am I supposed to know that the locations have different items???I threw both things in the garbage I just now know not to go back to this one. I also wasn’t impressed with the service of the people working either. Very disappointing experience.

I have come here almost daily for years and I use to find this location one of the best in the valley. It has recently gone so downhill. I don’t know if there was management change or what, but the drinks are never as good, they get them wrong way more often and whenever they miss something on the drink, now the end up charging you more for their mess up. The other day there were 6 cars in line and I waited 25 minutes in the line and 20 minutes at the window. They had about ten drinks ready for the cars in back of me and kept making more without giving us the drinks. The last straw was them forgetting the sour shot and then asking us to pay more after we already waited 20 minutes at the window. I have never experienced any of this like I have at any other Dutch bros. I miss all the old workers! When you’re paying 8+ for a drink, it should be top tier because you’re charging top tier prices. I’ve started going to the other one on Mckellips and always have much better experiences now!

Drinks are decent but not good enough to have to waste an entire lunch period in line to get one. I’ve tried all different hours of the day, super early morning, mid morning, afternoon, evening, you name it, I’ve tried it and the service is never any quicker. I could go to a drive thru anywhere else and order my entire family food AND drinks and be serviced in a third of the time it takes to get a single drink. The people in front of me are never getting more than 1-2 drinks so why does it take so long? 30 minutes waiting for a single drink just isn’t worth it.

If Abby, Annie, Bunny, or Owen aren’t working. Good luck! Service is super slow, drinks aren’t right anymore. And overall vibe is so stale when they aren’t there! Absolutely horrible experience I created a Dutch Bros account, with me new number and when I did so it was still connected to the person that Previously had the phone number, I want to this location and they did absolutely nothing just told me to email Corporate. Really all I was looking for was my free drink. I’m a new customer and that’s what you’re supposed to get when you create an account, Good customer service would’ve been to just give me the drink and then tell me to email Corporate, which I would’ve had no problem doing but now I don’t ever wanna go to Dutch Bros again

I appreciate the representative that has looked into this, I want to update my rating as they are doing what they can!!! THANK YOU DUTCH BROS! Went to this Dutch window. Asked for two iced drinks, went to patiently wait for our order. A woman came up and ordered after me. 5 drinks, blended, being very picky, watching them make drinks. They completed her order, took other orders and sent those out. I just asked for a refund as he tried handing me watered down drinks. Dont go to this Dutch. Yes, I was on a time crunch but there is. NO REASON thwy should ever hand out a watered down drink when it’s made to order. I go to Dutch DAILY. I never see these things happen unless I come here. I am now editing as they have commented under, providing an email. I typed an email and tried to send but the support email provided gives me a pop up showing INVALID EMAIL when trying to send. It’s the go-to spot for many families, including those with young children who have their own favorite meals on the menu. The familiarity of Chick-fil-A's offerings provides comfort when traveling away from home, ensuring that diners can always expect consistent quality and taste.
Tonight's experience was great. Our cashier, Emily, was very thorough and took our order quickly. My kids loved the play area and I enjoyed eating my spicy chicken sandwich in peace. We were served our food by Coleman and he was very friendly. We will be back. And thanks. You're waffly amazing too. ⭐

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & waffle fries. Didn’t get mayo for the sandwich. It was still good after adding buffalo sauce that was provided for a different meal. I would still order from here. The employees are very friendly, from the beginning to the end. You definitely don’t see that as much, especially in fast food places.

I love going to a familiar place when I'm not at home and know that I will receive the same food and have a familiar taste when I'm away. My entire family loves Chick-fil-A, even my two young grandkids have their favorite foods there. I love going because of the cleanliness of the facilities and the superb customer service. It always makes me wonder what makes Chick-fil-A's customer service so much more Superior than the customer service of other fast food restaurants. I think that between Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out, their services are so comparable.

First time trying a CFA breakfast. I ordered the biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese sammy. It was tasty tasty, similar to a Wendy's or McDs but this one simply tasted better, fresher and left me feeling good.

Called chickfla about my fries half way full and instead of giving me a redemption. She said that sometimes it falls to the bottom idek doesn’t make sense but filled my large fries into a medium what my sister had and it filled up just like hers so i didn’t get my large that i bought they gave me a medium instead.

While this is not my favorite fast food restaurant in the world, the quality is always good. Very consistent delivery. This particular location has some of the best customer service in the industry. The dining area is always spotless. The workers are busy and super-attentive. This is a friendly crew. My meal last night was delicious and reasonably priced. I’ve been through their drive-through many times with my family. They are quick!

There’s not much better than a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A! I personally love the spicy chicken sandwich, no pickle, adding pepper jack cheese and some Polynesian sauce. And you can’t forget the 12 count nugget to go with it! This place is amazing! I wish all restaurants had the sense of quality and care for their customers like Chick-fil-A does.

We heard that they had breakfast so after a 2-mile walk, we decided to try it. They didn't disappoint. We got the bacon breakfast sandwich and sausage breakfast sandwich and they were very good. The hash browns were a little on the greasy side so you'll have to add a sauce to drown out that oily taste. Top it off with the Sun joy (reg or unsweetened) and it was a good start to the morning.
