Stopped in for breakfast today, and was well worth the trip! Hot, good, inexpensive and good portions! Had the stuffed biscuits and gravy. Best I've had while in the area so far! Pretty sure we are going to make this our Sunday go to for bfast while we are down here for work!

Lovely small kind of “ma and pa” shop atmosphere. Comforting, at home feel. I ordered the Lagniappe breakfast. Lots of food for the price. Sausage was slightly overcooked and some hard bits in the grits. Otherwise, fantastic food. Pancake was HUGE. (See picture). One of the bathroom stalls did not lock. The other party at my table got the biscuits and gravy, saying it was the best gravy she’s ever had. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. Would recommend.

This is a great spot for breakfast! The place has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing start to your day.

Their pancake is HUGE, best to share with someone. Don’t leave without getting or trying their pies. Service could do some work though

My niece took me for breakfast. We both had the full breakfast. Our wait staff was friendly and highly attentive. Refilled out drinks without having to ask. The food was delicious cooked correctly. One criticism don't serve broken yolk eggs it's not eye appealing. I had the lemon pie also this was almost like a cheesecake,great flavor and not too sweet. Overall it was a great experience and I will return.

I ordered grits with cheese to go amongst other items and my grits had a long hair in them. I called for 3 weeks straight waiting for someone to talk to the boss about a refund. The money wasn’t the issue the customer service was. Finally someone addressed the issue and told me that the boss said he didn’t know if I had put it there myself or not. Well sad to say I will not be going back because putting hair in my own food and lying about it is not my character. I pray that they continue to have a successful business and all of the blessings that they can stand.

Great energy, hospitality and food! I been telling my family about the place! i can’t hardly wait until my sister get to town so we can go have some delicious and inexpensive breakfast!

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning/almost lunchtime. Miss Candy was our server, she took great care of us, making sure we didn't need for anything. She took drink orders and had coffee on the table as soon as we were seated.The food was so good, I had the sampler and that was alot of food, the ham slices were delicious. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience. Would recommend this IHOP anytime.

Dricka was excellent. If you go, ask for her. She was everything you could ask for in a server. She gave great recommendations. My food came out fast.

Seated right away! Our server was spectacular. Drinks and food came out promptly and were the best we've eaten at IHOP in some time. The only thing needed is fleshing up of the place. Lightening is dim and could be updated, floors need to be cleaned well, and the food prep area, from what we can see, was cluttered. Overall, it is better than previously experienced.

Ordered a Steak Omelette with no mushrooms and no hash browns in them! They fixed it the way I asked them not to, and added a little something else to, but when I tried calling the phone static was so bad they took the phone off the hook and when order was returned for refund that stated the bread closure didn’t come from them … The employee was quick to announce that it didn’t which she was the one that got the order all wrong rushing it!!!! Our server Courtney(male) was hands down one of the best servers I have had since idk when. He went above and beyond to make sure we were good all without being invasive while we were eating. If you are reading this brother I really appreciate you and I'm looking forward to having you as our server again. This is one of the best experiences I've had. Thank you!!!

Need to clean the restaurant because it's NASTY!! The restrooms were FILTHY!!! Very unprofessional but the waitress that waited on us was very good!! We had a party of 5. This use to be a very clean restaurant but not now!! We go to the IHOP in West Monroe, LA rather than this one. Service is awesome at this IHOP! The food is great!

Nice and quiet atmosphere for a couple after a workout at the gym. Staff was courteous and polite, quickly exchanged items out. Food was great...especially the scrambled eggs🤤🤤🤤

Neville was an amazing server! So kind and friendly. She even let us taste test a new drink we wanted to try. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Everything was incredible. I got the NOLA bowl with Gouda grits and a scrambled egg with an iced strawberry matcha latte. Divine!!

The wife found this spot on line after arriving in Monroe, Louisiana this morning. Very appealing and inviting, food looked great. As you can see in the photos, great presentation. The Gouda Grits was my absolute favorite. The wife enjoyed her Omelette. Everything else was just ok! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Oh, and my wife also had a Citrus Ginger drink and enjoyed it as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our first trip to the Delta Biscuit Company. My wife got a biscuit, bacon, and egg along with hash browns and grits. I got a grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. The biggest surprise was when they added the ribbon cane butter. The food was very delicious. We have tried to go again but we would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. I just can’t do that. Overall, it’s a very nice place and the food is great! Another plus for Monroe restaurants!

What an amazing place! The food was outstanding! The drinks were beautiful and so tasty! And everyone that I interacted with was so pleasant! The atmosphere is so classy while at the same time laid back! One of my favorite restaurants!

Alexis, my server was awesome. I had the steak bowl. Wow. The steak was cooked perfectly. I have been in town for 4 days and I wish I had gone there every day. The cane butter was amazing on those biscuits. This is a must if your intown

Absolutely loved it! Son in laws birthday so he got to choose. None of us had ever tried it before and now we are so glad we did! Food was delicious! I had the chicken fried steak with Brussels sprouts and green beans. Came with a Huge biscuit with honey butter. Rest had shrimp and grits, blt with fried green tomatoes and a burger and fries. All were wonderful! only thing I didn’t like was no refill on our coffee and it was Strong! But I’m not gonna complain. When we go back to Monroe we’ll be back to eat!

Amazing food. Love the Shrimp & Gouda grits! Hubby got the biscuit sandwich and IT WAS DELICIOUS! The best part of our experience was the friendly associate at the takeout window. If we are ever traveling through Monroe again, we will be back!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My oatmeal raisin cookie WITH pecans was fresh out of the oven! Also had fresh carrot and apple juice with a breakfast wrap.

Healthy food that tastes good. Two persons lunch including a sides and delicious smoothy was around $33. The selection of self made cookies is impressive, as is the option of sandwiches and crêpes. The bathroom is clean. Please look at the photos to see prices. There is a 10 or 15% discount for 65+ or first responders (e.g. fire fighters).

I ordered a club and the pictures show what I got… absolutely shocking that anyone would charge what they did and serve this as a club. No lettuce, tomato, sauces, cheese. I was shocked. Don’t waste your time or money. This place was a favorite when I was growing up here, but this is what it has become.

Great spot for a quick bite! I got the Mediterranean Chicken Melt and wow... It was delicious, received it quickly. Will definitely be back again!

Sadly, a tennis tournament had wiped out all the cookies before we got there. Lucky for them, sad for us. But when they are that yummy, who can blame them?

BLT is $10 yet you give 3 pieces of bacon! Not worth going back!

Food is always good, but wasn’t fresh today. Customer service could be better. They had us waiting 25+ minutes in drive thru and our food still wasn’t right. We had to go back inside for a large fry. Then we got home and I barely had any gravy in the cup. I asked the manager for some type of a discount for our next visit, but she acted like she didn’t want to give me anything for their mishap.

I got the patty melt it was good, fries were cold the cashier was nice but I only came for the strawberry soda and it was out and i couldn’t seem to catch a single workers attention to change it out, and there was some lady working behind the counter with house shoes on, street clothes and no socks and she wasn’t very nice. I was visiting from California and that wasn’t the best experience but the patty melt saved the day so if I happen to roll back through I hope yall ready to bring ya A game in uniform with socks on and smile because that patty melt is worth the trip

I visited this establishment on September 20,2025 I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger and 2 je cheeseburger meals. My bacon cheeseburger order was incorrect when brought out to me it was actually a more expensive double burger with that I didn’t order… when I took the meal back in to ask them if they could make the correct order.. it took another 6 minutes before it was corrected I asked could the other two burgers be remade because they were cold due to my order being incorrect… the manager stated it was against policy to remake the food. Waste of money and time. This establishment is very unprofessional and rude . Needs new management. I will be getting in touch with corporate… no one wants to waste money .

There’s usually at least a 10-15 minute wait, which is fine if the food is fresh. I think most people are ok with longer wait times for HOT food. My order was ice cold and stale by the time I got it after a 15 minute wait. I won’t put it all on the employees bc I know it’s probably the corporate rules that have them serving cold and old sandwiches. Whatever manager sees this, rotate your product better. If I wasn’t on the verge of passing out, I would’ve asked for a refund.

I recently visited Whataburger intending to grab lunch, but unfortunately, the service experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, there was no one at the register to take my order. After a few minutes, an employee came out and asked if I had placed an order or if I was there for a DoorDash pickup. I explained I was there to place an order, but rather than assisting me, he returned to the kitchen without offering any help. I took a seat on the bench, assuming someone would eventually come take my order. A female employee did acknowledge me shortly afterward and asked the same question — if I had already placed an order. Again, I explained I had not and was waiting to place one. Disappointingly, she also did not make any effort to assist me further. I ended up waiting about eight minutes without being helped at all and finally left out of frustration. This was a poor in-store experience, and as a result, I don't plan on ordering inside again. I hope Whataburger addresses these service gaps to prevent others from having a similar experience.

Awful experience. Everytime I go here, it gets worse. Unfortunately in Monroe there's very few options for food after midnight. Placed a mobile order, picked drive thru. I drove in house pants and slippers because I just wanted to grab the food and come home again. I know their drive thru gets busy, but again, few options. Got there and there was one car at the speaker in front of me. Awesome. However, when I get to the window, the guy on the speaker tells me I have to come in and pick it up because the drive through is "hectic" right now. I tell him I don't wanna do that, and he repeats two or three times that I have to come in. I relent because I've already paid for this food, and park up, and come inside, not happy. By the way there was about 5 cars waiting when I rounded the corner - which is not that hectic for this location. There's several people waiting in there. The staff seemed less than motivated - very slow moving, barely marking eye contact with the customers - asking their names and then disappearing again without a word. To tell you everything bad that I witnessed would take an essay - but here's some highlights: One dude had been waiting for 45 minutes for a doordash order- tells multiple people about it. 15 minutes and the third person he asks they tell him it went ages ago. Another guy gets his food after 10 minutes, but it takes another 10 minutes and him asking multiple times to get the 2 drinks with it. One girl asks for her order by name - several minutes later the guy comes back and hands it to a different customer. Luckily that customer gives it to the right person. It takes one guy several minutes to get a lemonade and then he's told the ice machine isn't working. One colleague of theirs calls for a cinnamon roll for an order. 10 minutes later she leans through the drive thru window from the outside and hollas for the cinnamon roll, and calls them all "horrible co-workers". After about 20 minutes, I get my order handed to me without a word. I will do everything I can to avoid ordering from here again.

Food is about 7 out of 10. Customer service is good they're polite. I recommend avoiding lunch time...service is super slow we waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes they also got our drink orders wrong. We understand mistakes happen so we'll try again.

My favorite Starbucks! The employees are always so nice and friendly, they even write on the cups.. even if its a little smiley face, it makes me smile! And the drink is usually always made right!

Today I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso and guess what...no extra espresso. The drink was really distasteful. It actually taste of just milk and there was hardly any caramel. Which is very disappointing because I just visited the one on 165 yesterday they were great, my drink there was one of the absolute best I've ever had from Starbucks. 😩

I wanted something similar to brew7 blonde, coffee with Irish cream. The staff didn't even come close. I got an iced sweet cream, and the milk tasted bad. I wasted 5 bucks. I trashed it. The brew7 opens July 7th, go there instead.

Most of the staff members are nice and cordial and respectful to customers. It’s always nice to see the management and leaders of staff being nice and caring and respectful to people from ALL backgrounds ( color/ gender / age ) etc.. it’s always annoying to see others treat customers and staff differently due to their background. Thanks Starbucks and management and leadership for doing your hardwork and being awesome and always being kind and respectful to all :) <3

I had a BAD morning the day I visited this Starbucks location. I am a Starbucks regular, but was so flustered by the time I made it to order at this location that I couldn’t think straight. The barista was super patient with me and went the extra mile to make me feel well cared for. Highly recommend this location.

Literally waited 15 minutes for my order which was a honey citrus mint tea and banana bread, not warmed. This should be a quick order. Starbucks please add more staff. This is ridiculous!

I frequent this Starbucks and they’re always extremely kind, no matter how busy they may get, and their drinks honestly taste better than the other local ones. I’m not sure what they do different but the drinks are less bitter and made well.

Visited this McDonald's recently, and the experiences here with my food were so nonchalant that the workers don't greet they are just there. I can't remember 1 memorable moment. My food also matched the worker energy bc it was soooo bland, dry, nasty but fresh I was not expecting that at all bc you can't mess up a Big Mac order it's too easy however I was disgusting x10

I only go to any McDonald's for 2 items. that's hot & spicy and a large fry. Can't go wrong with those two. but all McDonald's need to clean their drink machine regularly.

Super clean location! We tried the bagel sandwiches and they were good except the sauce was not my favorite. Customer service at the window to pay was not good, at the food window it was fantastic!

If I could put zero stars i would. I called this location AT LEAST five to six times no answer. I ordered from doordash had four dashers, one of them claiming my food was stolen. I called multiple times trying to get my money back but was met with unanswered calls time and time again. Actually so terrible fire everyone and start over this is pathetic, i’m sure a fast food restaurant run by dogs could do better. I will be calling again I hope the manager is somewhat competent.

I am a door dasher and there is a lady with purple hair that continues to make me go i side to pick up an order that doordash which is who I work for is telling me to go through the drive through verry rude employees and one had an airport in his ear and was ignoring the coustomers cuz he couldn't hear them and he dropped one in someone's fries then just stuck his hand in it and put it back into his ear and served the fry and google says that they are open 24 hrs a day they do close at like 5 to switch to breakfast bit they close at 2 and turn paying customers away A month later and employees are still rude as ever and lazy sit there on their phones and refused to make a door dash order that was put in before they switched to breakfast and I got food poisoning from here a cupple of weeks ago from the chicken

I stopped at this place at 230 in the morning for two double cheeseburgers and a large 10 piece nugget meal. What I got instead was a 6 nuggets and a half filled fry box. I’ll take the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving but I feel as if at that time then there shouldn’t be a problem. In a rush, I would understand and it wouldn’t be a problem. But this is ridiculous. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. Don’t recommend at all. Go to whataburger. I should have.

We stopped here as a pit stop on our way home as a group of 6 and the food was very fresh and delicious! They were very busy in the drive thru so we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the food but, it was worth it.

I'm not eating at McDonald's after today every one of these fries are soggy full of grease. They're hot but they are just half cooked it's just pitiful the lady at the cash register has no respect if you're going to put somebody on front counter at least let them know how to talk to people. The manager there he is so polite he in the blue shirt is so sweet if it wasn't for him correcting the situation I would have been an unsatisfied customer. You know the facility was clean like always they had a line out hanging out in the road cuz we love our sweet tea, but "I'm going to have to feen for that tea cuz I'm not going back to MD. I try using the app oh no it does not work for me. Bet ya didn't think I did reviews huh😱

Manager on duty with blonde hair needs to be retrained and learned how to talk to customers and train her employees properly. She’s very unprofessional, my order was wrong and burger looks like a 2 year old

This morning I went to the drive thru and ordered 4 biscuits. When I got home I immediately noticed 3 out of the 4 were still doughy on the edges and on the inside. I know good and well the worker that wrapped those up could clearly see they weren't cooked all the way. The raw dough was completely stuck to the wrapper! Get your quality control and workers in check McDonald's! This is unacceptable!

I order online and the service was good picking up my food, but it was hair in my food tried to call no answer!

Asked for extra pickles got no pickles and was charged 30 cents per burger. Then my chicken fries were warm not hot. Had to back up and pull forward I guess cause of their time. Usually get breakfast and they are good and pleasant but tonight they were not

Food disgusting. Cold. They don't answer the phone. If having it your way means that your food is cold and looks like a 5 yr old made your food. I will pass right by the next time. Your business is based on providing fresh food. if you can't provide fresh, hot food. Close the doors and regroup. Don't send anything out tgat you would not eat!

I have eaten at this particular BK restaurant on MLK in Monroe La. only twice . One time before it was about one year ago, and today 2/17/25. Both times the meat on the burger has actually been HOT! The first time I just thought I lucked out, but for it to happen again was a delightful shocker! Hats off to the manager and owner. Someone takes pride in their work. And the cashier was nice, polite and most of all she smiled, looked at us and said THANK YOU. Great job! (This was about 4:30pm)

They served me rewarmed food. I know they put it in the microwave, the bottom bun was hard. It was late so, I pulled the hard parts off. Bad decision. I woke up this morning shooting out of both ends. That's when I knew the food wasn't just cold, it was old. People just don't care anymore. This location has been on a steady decline for years and I blame the owner and the management. Your workers are only as competent as the leadership. The high level of incompetence is evident by the poor quality of the food they serve. Every now and then they get it right, that's usually before dark, but not often. I should have followed my first mind and went next door to Wendy's, but they had a line, Burger King did not. It is painfully clear now why not. Do better. #BubbleGuts

Wondering why yall sign says yall open at 0530 but every day that you pull up at 0530 to order you have to wait for the crew to get ready I have tried to get a breakfast sandwich for months now but every day it’s the same old crap you’re crew can not seem to wake up and be to work on time Get there after 0530 and still have to wait 15-20 minutes is no excuse change you’re operating hours if you can not seem to open and be ready for business by 0530 Seems like management lets these clowns just do what they want And far as the questions about what I had I had nothing because you’re crew can not be to work on time Would love to speak with the owners

I was very disappointed with my visit today. The cashier was very rude and wore it very well on his face. I smelled weed when I walked past the door to go to restroom and when we arrived he was yelling the word how to someone. I don't know if it was to a friend or customer. To top it off, the order wasn't right. I threw my food away bcuz I didn't trust it. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I will not be returning ever.

We buy a chocolate pie from waffle house every now and then. But this time we wanted one and Mrs. Chelsea (district manager)told us NO. I was so mad cause it was for our memorial day. Came back the next day and got the chocolate pie. For her being a district manager she really sucks at her job.

The waitress was an absolute hoot—so fun and full of personality! Our food came out just as expected, and we had a great time all around. Can’t wait to come back! No ocs this go around

I would like to say that the food was good and the OTHER waitresses were amazing! While saying that, I would also like to say that our waitress was awful. While ordering, she would cut you off and try to guess what you were going to say. If you are going here please ask for anyone, but Whitney. Never gave us a moment to look at the menu, got our food order then got our drink order, and didn’t check on us till after she saw her coworkers doing it instead. Wasn’t interested in talking to us until we went to pay!

The tea was sour. They messed up my order twice. I simply decided that I didn't want to go a 3rd time for the correction. However the employees working the register are extremely nice and they didn't seem to have an attitude, they refunded me my money and said to just keep the food.

11-21-19 lunchtime. Wow what a run down location. I posted 22 pictures. Words can’t explain how this location looked. The restaurant felt extremely dirty and run down. The food did not taste fresh. The bread felt stiff, the fries were soggy the shake was runny. I would never return to this location. Dave Thomas would be so disappointed if he saw this location. The Windys corporation must not have a liaison working in this area. I have posting reviews at many Windys locations. Please check the rest of my views to see how the other locations compared to this one.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a Wendy. The customer service here was phenomenal. They anticipated their customers needs and delivered on their promises with delightful smiles. Wendy's should use this as hallmark location for quality customer care.

This is a Great place to eat out. Food was very Good. Staff was very polite & friendly.

Food was excellent. The tea tasted funny. Dunno if tea equipment wasn't cleaned properly, or if it was Monroe's water. But the place was clean, the staff were awesome and the burgers and fries were on point!!!!

The biscuits are delicious. I had a honey butter chicken biscuit and asked for no honey butter on it. It was put on it anyhow, and I had to go back into the drive-through to have them replace it. They also asked me to pull out of the drive-through before I could check my bags to make sure all the items were included. There were no other cars in the drive through both times we were in it. Also, we were told to park in the pick-up parking while they prepared the new biscuit, and they brought it out to us. They fixed another biscuit quickly, but our iced coffees tasted terrible! I've had many of them at other locations and love them. Very disappointing.

When I tell you that this was not the best experience. I'm telling you the truth. My chicken patty was overcooked. My drink was flat. I'm believing that the team was just having one of those days tho. Maybe next time they will get it right at this location by the college.

Horrible place to eat! We ordered on the app and they got our drinks wrong. The kids chicken nuggets looked like they were days old!

This place is horrible, every time you order in the drive through they tell you to pull up or around the building. You wait along time for your food. I’m assuming they tell you to pull up is to keep the timer down to make them look good to corporate. Last time I was there they didn’t even have burger meat.

My Mom and I had a coupon for two whoppers with fries and drinks. We went through the drive-through to order the food and we were told to wait, but my Mom had to go inside to get the food, so that was one thing. After we got the food, we went back home, started eating, only to then realize that the meat was raw. Luckily, we didn't eat much of it before realizing that it wasn't cooked, so we went back up to Burger King and although we were given a refund for the meal, there's no reason or excuse for the meat being raw when we could get sick.

I told them to put extra onions on my burger , I actually said it more than twice and when I made it home I had no onions on my burger at all .

i was door dashing and i got here and seen about 10 people in the drive thru line i tried to go inside but it was closed mind you it’s 11:30, i drove around the cars and went to the window to say i had a doordash. the lady told me i had to come wait behind 10 cars to get to the speaker and say i have a doordash.

I’m an Uber Eats driver and went through the drive-thru at the Burger King at 3810 Desiard Street Monroe LA 71203 on Sunday August 3rd around 2:30 AM to pick up a customer’s mobile order. The male employee working the speaker, a bigger guy whose name I don’t know, refused to hand me the Uber Eats order and told me to “get a real job.” He also said “The drive-thru isn’t for decoration” even though I was clearly there for a mobile pickup. He used strong language, including calling me the B word over the speaker. This made me very uncomfortable — especially as a female driver. I’m out here working hard trying to earn money for college so Uber can help cover my tuition. Having to deal with that kind of treatment while doing my job was upsetting and uncalled for.

2nd worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. Normally, I would overlook the lack of greeting or Thank You, but receiving undercooked food was the last straw.

My order was rang up incorrectly on one of my mcdoubles ( was supposed to be cheese and ketchup only on both of the mcdoubles I ordered ) so I let them know at the window before even getting our food. Once we got it I had 1 mcdouble made all the way and 2 with cheese ketchup and mustard... so I pulled over and went inside... and asked for 2 made the way I ordered twice already... the manager didn't seem to wanna be there and did not have a customer service attitude... got two more mcdoubles and one is made correctly and the other didn't have any cheese. I had already been at this location for 20 to 30 mins and I was so mad I just left and this is not the only bad experience I've had with the night crew... I go there all the time during the day and day crew is amazing and I love them. Some of them even know me by name. But night crew is always a nightmare and I will not be visiting this location ever again if the night crew can't get their selves in order and at least be nice to the people who are extremely nice to them even know they had screwed up my order multiples times. It wasn't the new girls at the window or the one in the kitchen that I'm upset with. It was the manager on duty around 8pm October 5th 2025. I was a manager for years and you ma'am need to work on your customer service or don't be in a leadership role. Period.

Just wanted to eat in peace but saw them give someone the wrong food and the woman wasn't mad or anything about it until the cashier started yelling and cursing at her. I'd understand if the woman was rude but I was right there and witnessed it and she wasn't be a Karen or anything. The manager just sat back and allowed it to happen as well so I personally won't be back

They have the worst service than any other McDonald's I have been to. Its hot and I wanted to get an iced coffee. I decided to skip the drive through and go inside and when I get there its just employees having a conversation with each other and I had to wait for their conversation to end for the cashier to even look at me, no greetings, no sorry about your wait or anything. I asked her if they are serving coffee right now and she said I'll have to make you a pot. I said I wanted a mocha frappe and she told me no. Said they werent doing them right now. I was in the middle of asking her what time they do them and before I could even finish my sentence, she walks away from me and pretends to do something else, wouldn't even look at me. I was already having a bad day and to be disrespected like this.... I hope she gets fired because she obviously doesnt want to work anyways and is freaking rude to people coming in. She was the cashier wearing blue talking to the male employee instead of doing her job. I walked away without ordering a single thing and I will not be ordering from this location again. This was about 1pm today August 13th. Edit: I just called up there and the lady on the phone who answered said it was her that I spoke to at the front and she's the manager.

Everything about this place is so not worth the visit, on yesterday I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies and 2 fish combos, get to the window after paying the girl is always rude, following the manager and the front staff. They left off the cookies because the forgot to charge us then made us drive back around to get 4 cookies that we wasn't given only to wait another 10 mins to receive the order and let's not mention how we were the only cars in drive thru after that 1 vehicle left and no one was inside. This has happened to me when I moved back to this area last year so I remembered if they don't value their jobs why should I because whether I'm working at McDonald's or General Motors everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

The food on June 3rd I received at 3pm was Terrible. The chicken deluxe burger was a small dried up piece that was hard and just not good, the condiments were very little had open bun to see any. This wa not the best service and the waitvat speaker was not as prompt as normal. The cost was a deluxe meal but a dollar menu taste.

Ordered a big breakfast for DoorDash with a large macchiato and they sent me a big breakfast with no hot cakes which is what my wife wanted to begin with and then she left without even acknowledging the fact that there was a problem so here's a picture of the receipt and I will be in contact with whom I need to be contacted with cuz this is not the first time and I'm going to be documenting every time this happens now and if they don't make it right I'm going to start dropping their ratings every time and I ask that my followers do the same thing they mess up your order put it on there Make them responsible It's not a hard job I'm really you read a screen and then make a war I did it for 6 years delivering pizzas I even had a pizza at somebody house and 8 minutes from the time they ordered at one time perfect and they can't get a order right but at least they could have come up and not acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake or talk to me or something not just drive off and not say anything That's messed up and that is poor customer service I will not stand for that McDonald's you are going to be victim number one I'll post pictures of all my food from here That way I will have documentation of what I get had a similar situation with Taco Bell I see if you're going to do your job do it right I deliver for 6 years then I switched to driving 18 wheelers you know what would happen if I delivered the wrong order in a 18-wheeler they would reject my load but it's the fact that they didn't even talk to me after all that was said and done she just got in a car and left That's what burns me up

Slow , dirty & just the lack of not caring what they service . These smoothie bowl are wayyy too high just to be thrown together . Acia ALWAYS either chunky or watery . Barley fruit . Bananas never cut properly ( literally have 4 large bananas in my bowl right now) . Everytime I get an smoothie bowl it’s made & taste different . Idk why because I’m always getting the same kind…irritating because I actually like the bowls just not this location . My very first time smoothie bowl was made to perfection by Anastasia .

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients! They were also able to make my smoothie with one hand!!!! Love this place!!!

The remodeling they did was AMAZING. I don't remember if they had a bathroom before but they do now and it's nice. The floors are redone the walls are upgraded they changed everything with the floor plan it's great. They have fancy stuff hanging from the ceiling. This place is great 👏😊

Customer service was wonderful and I was given prompt attention and the establishment was super clean.

They run that Smoothie King like the Navy. Had the best smoothie of my life here lmao

There are some very simple problems with this location, 1) The poor employees have NO counter space to work with, and no space to move around. It looks dirty because they have no where to place things when it gets busy. 2) There is only access to make one or two orders at a time when at noon they need to be able to make three or four at once. 3) The drive through doesn't wrap around, so parking and driving through is impossible. People genuinely can't fit. An accident occurring is only a matter of time. I loved my order, the employees are doing their best it seems, but I can't go to this location again until some of these issues are addressed, or the business is moved to a smarter location.

Pulled up, asked for 3 value meals and wanted 3 sweet teas. Girl said "read the sign sir". I was looking for a sign but couldn't see it and doubted what I heard. It was night time and the screen is very bright. So I asked for sweet tea again and she said , "read the sign sir". I finally saw it and said "you can't read that, hard to see but I see it now". I got sprite and pulled around. The face of the manager told me everything. Looked at me like I was giving them a hard time. I wanted to tell her to just say you don't have sweet tea next time instead of having an attitude assuming people are looking for a piece of paper in the corner that isn't easy to read considering the light behind it makes it impossible to read. But I didn't want special sauce in my burger so I said nothing. Rude dumb people. 12-31-24.

Orders 2 large frys and a drink, thats it, got maybe 1 medium fry total in 2 large boxes. It's honestly embarrassing. It's now a few weeks later and they have gotten worse, they Fry's are less full and super pale, under cooked almost.

This place is alright, but there are those managers who have an attitude every time you go through the drive thru. They are not very welcoming at all and have nasty attitudes most times. Always don't add extra stuff after requesting it and will not give you a straw if they ask you to pull up.

By far one of the worst MC chains in Monroe. This is truly a disgrace and pathetic service. When did a Double Cheeseburger start looking this way? Old nuggets, slow service.

Hair in the egg on my sandwich, lady taking orders cut me off and told me my total before I was done ordering. This location made ordering a sandwich and a coffee difficult when it shouldn’t have been.

I don't normally try to leave bad review but this is insult to my eyes and money. I understand the term you get what you pay for but come on like these are promotional items ...your selling point. Sigh... I don't normally purchase food from this chain of restaurants so..I blame the advertising. As you can see in the first picture down below is supposed to be a tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich from there international line. It's missing the mozzarella so I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and might I add that she picked up a ringing phone during lunch rush.I told her what happened and she apologized which was very nice. She lets us know we can pick up a new sandwich, so I sent my husband to get the sandwich and he brings back picture#3. First of all the third picture I don't even know what that supposed to be. Its sad that someone would have spent their money on that particular sandwich (I got it for free thank God). But are you kidding me that's horrible; overcooked patty, cheese glue, one tomato and wilted lettuce all for little over 5 dollars. I wish I can give zero stars but I think I have to give one star just to submit my story. Sorry for the long rant but people spend their hard earned money to try something that is not reachable in the US. We need to start making our own burgers from home (like I've been doing) I need to keep doing it because this isn't it.

The one slow kid was the only one working..the other workers were having a rap battle or something..like gahh will one of yall come take my freaking order!

I'm not a fan because of poor service, inconsistent food taste, the order is usually messed up, and slow service in drive thru. The one by our house in So Monroe is the worst. In all honest there are at least 2 that do a much better job. Unfortunately for me until my grands outgrow this phase I am an unhappy grandma in the drive thru

Horrible, no condiments were offered, when asked , I was told they were out and my son went in , and got the condiments ! Drive through attitudes were very rude .

the store looked clean and calm but the service was very bad. I might as well have been invisible to the 7 employees who walked right by me standing at the counter waiting on the drink I had ordered.

Stay away from this McDonald's!!! If you didn't hear me the first time stay away. If you want POOR SERVICE, LOOOOONNNNGGGG WAIT TIME then this is the spot for you. How do you spend 10 minutes plus waiting on someone to take your order at the menu screen. The car that was to my left was there before me! 😡 Then when you pull up to the window no apologies for the long wait because they are too busy carrying on a conversation with the cooks that's has nothing to do with the job at hand. Personal will RUIN a business. They need to talk to the managers at Chick Fil La and Canes because I never have to wait long, they are always nice and polite and it's their PLEASURE or not they are always going to say it and treat you with some respect. Go to the McDonald's on the Northside or the Southside. Stay away from the one by the college!!!

Came to the drive thru ordered some sandwiches and when i pull to the window the lady says go to the curbside, ill get your order been more than 15 and still no cooking, wow FASTfood experience at its peak. 👏

Everytime I go here the people are so nice and respectful. I can order my food and pick it up without a long wait. The only thing I don't like is I love my food fresh when I order. I wouldn't want my food waiting for me but me waiting for my fresh sandwich.

Not too many places in the south to get decent coffee outside of a Starbucks (not saying Starbucks is decent coffee) This is a great place to go when visiting Monroe Louisiana. There is Something to be said about good old southern hospitality. This place has it. I got the velvet ice mocha. I the Added an espresso shot floated on top! ** UPDATE** it was supposed be 5 star not 4 star! I changed it!

It's pretty bad for the price. This was the sandwich that was given to me after I waited about 10mins in the drive thru. This was my first time trying PJs and I definitely won't be going back.

After a long day I was looking forward to a nice cup of my favorite drink from PJs. I go through the drive through around 5:45pm(regular business hours) and I notice the menu screen is black and there is no sign indicating any issues, so I drive around to the window, sat there, no one came but I can see people on the inside sitting down…slightly frustrated that no one came to the window I just decided to go in. I walk inside, the workers looked me as they worked but no one greeted me, I proceeded to the counter to place my order still no one greeted me. Finally a girl comes out the back sees me, looks at her coworkers confused and then back at me and tells me that they’re closed for a meeting and she didn’t know the door was still unlocked…….. I know my face read “are you serious?!” As I threw my hands up. Having a meeting during regular business hours is one thing but at least have signs up so customers can know! I hate to leave a bad review because I love PJ’s coffee but this was an unprofessional experience that was very much avoidable and could’ve been handled better.

My traditional Americano was okay. What really impressed me was the bagel egg and sausage sandwich. 💗 Really nice atmosphere here with lots of plugins for your phone and computer. It is a great place to hang out.

This coffee was horrible. I can't even describe it. Was suppose to be praline and cream however it taste like triple expresso with nothing added. Came very dark which was worrisome. Strong taste with no praline caramel vanilla flavor whatsoever.

We came on a Sunday and it seemed to be understaffed. We waited for about an hour and then just decided to get a refund and leave after not receiving our food or drinks. One of the workers decided to lock the doors so customers could not get in and that made the incoming customers unhappy to see people in there and not understanding why the doors were locked. I’m not sure the situation but if y’all know it’s going to be that busy then prepare to have more people working instead of locking the doors and keeping customers out. The workers seemed very stressed and I hated that they were put into that situation. Just for future reference, maybe have more workers on a Sunday because it seems to be very busy.

Too much talking and not enough working. Waited 15-20 minutes for beignet bites & an energy drink. Didn't call my name while my drink just sat there to be watered down.

Food was good as usual but they messed up the order big time(nothing was right)...didn't complain just enjoyed what I was served

Place use to be absolutely awesome. Last 2 or 3 times I've been through totally messed order, admitted to messing it up once yet all they can do is say sorry and want you to pay more money to correct the order. It's very simple orders. Idk what happened to the place but it's a major disappointment and let down now.

Usually has fine service and food, but need to update their hours. They are NOT open on Saturday till 10pm. If I knew this I would’ve driven to a further one but now that it’s in the opposite direction I won’t be making the trip.

This is the first chic-fil-a I’ve been to where I didn’t ask myself what their secret is for providing a fantastic customer experience. As a matter of fact, I think someone forgot to share that secret with this location. The bathrooms were dirtier than the gas station restrooms we reluctantly use when absolutely necessary, and had no toilet paper. We waited 15 minutes with 3 people ahead of us to order, then just gave up on the place and left. Pretty sure chic-fil-a’s corporate office would be mortified if they knew how poorly this location is operating.

Love Chick-fil-A! I do want to say with sadness that this store let me down. I said thank you to 3 different people and NOBODY said my pleasure. Most Chick-fil-A have this down as many times as you say thank you they will say my pleasure.
