I have been coming here for years and am never, ever disappointed. My family stopped in today after a rather challenging morning looking for comfort in some coffee and a hot breakfast. Dawn H was our server and we could not have asked for better! Immediately she brought us a fresh pot of coffee with a warm smile. She was a delight, very friendly and you can tell she knows her stuff. The food was amazing per usual! The hash browns were perfectly golden and crispy. Dawn made our experience just that much better. Will be back soon :)

This place was seriously great. Only conplaint is that it was a 15 minute wait for the table (since it was packed!!) but once we got a table and ordered, the food came very fast (like 3-5 minutes) Pancakes are very fluffy and the maple syrup is fantastic, and the fries are the best🤩🤩🤩🤩 Please please PLEASE visit this place for amazing food for good prices

Every Sunday we typically go out to breakfast and my partner mentioned The Point Pancake House and how this restaurant was a go-to spot for him and his family to go to. We decided to come for my first experience and for him to come back after a long hiatus of coming there. When I tell you this place is awesome, I truly mean it! It’s a local gem; the staff is incredibly kind and personable, the food options are endless, the drink options are vast, and everything tastes amazing! I ordered the chicken and waffles and him the steak and eggs. It was incredibly good! I also ordered a vanilla latte and him an iced mocha, and again, so incredibly good! If you’re looking for a wonderful hometown breakfast experience with tons to choose from and such a kind wait staff, I highly recommend The Point Pancake House!

Excellent food, excellent customer service. We ordered several different things from omelettes to skittles to pancakes, we were not disappointed with anything. Our waitress was very, very nice and helpful. We would recommend this place for everyone.

The food was absolutely delicious! The crab benny and stuffed French toast were amazing!

Don't waste your time here if your hungry. Attached is a photo of 5 plates of food that didnt get finished due to no one liking the food. Hostess was arguing with another waitress under their breathe about something. Some dude sighed and didnt appreciate our family of 6 walk in. Nonetheless, this place from the nonmatching walls, and food not really all that. Better off with going somewhere else

The Point is not just a diner, but a cozy dining experience with excellent food choices and quality. They offer an elevated level of fine products. They use whole grain bakery bread, fresh squeezed juice, looseleaf tea varieties served in a teapot with strainer, top shelf jams etc. All served with a smile and welcoming attitude. I visit here with my friend on a quarterly basis whenever I'm in town visiting my parents. The Point never disappoints. Enjoy!

This breakfast sandwich was like 8$ and the piece of chicken was smaller than a white castle slider. Didn't taste bad but way too expensive for the size. Last I went the nuggets were soggy and just tasted disgusting. I wont be back, 2x is all a store gets to rip me off.

Dirty tables outside. You have to wait for food inside even though they have outdoor seating was given a pack of wipes to clean the table Instead of the employees doing it. I would never come back to this location. I usually go to Vernon Hills and the employees are friendly and engaging. This did not feel like chick fil a. Skip it if you can.

Slowest drive thru experience I've EVER had. The food isn't worth the wait or the price, over $17 for this should be illegal. The Lord himself doesn't like this establishment.

Ron has honestly made my whole year. His hospitality truly made me feel cared for. He brought out our food and we were missing a vanilla shake. He saw to it that we got one of true quality by making it himself. Ron needs a raise and a promotion as he truly elevated my dining experience to an unforgettable level. A great chick fil a. Always hits the spot. And this location has a play place! They had very nice autumn decorations which we found welcoming. The chicken minis were good as always. Easy to get in and out of.

I was in the bathroom at the Gurnee location around 8:40 ish and these 2 girls were the sweetest ever! I didn’t catch their names but they seemed to be on break. If you see them tell them I said thank you!

We liked the food, delicious meat on steaks. There were a lot of people, they didn’t have time to cook meat and waited for about 20 minutes. And in general, everything is fine.

This place has really gone downhill! Most of the workers could care less about the customers, including the majority of the servers. There are many empty food containers on the buffet line, and none of the workers seem to care. But good luck getting the attention of any workers to get some help, especially by the steaks! They are too busy talking and pretending to be busy to put more food out and to give people steaks. There are not as many different varieties of food as there once was either. The cooking is very inconsistent, so you don't know what you are going to get. The food is fair at best. To pay $47 (for 2 people) for the food served to us (or half served) is ridiculous! Many customers were complaining when I was there earlier today, saying they should have gone eat somewhere else, and they will not go back there again. I felt exactly the same way myself! I'm not sure if it's carelessness from management or lazy, unprofessional workers that management can't get under control that has caused this place to get to where it has, but it's truly pitiful! Oh, and how can I forget the nasty, filthy bathrooms. I decided I would just wait to use the bathroom when I got back home. The best word I can use to describe this place is disgraceful! But lesson learned... I won't waste my time or money again.

Carla was a great host, made the experience very good for our weekend. Environment could be rowdy but I don’t expect much, food was pretty good as well!

Went to this location for the first time last night and the energy here is not inviting. It was a Saturday night, they seemed short staff and the staff that was there were a tad bit rude and lacked passion for work. I felt uncomfortable asking for things that should have been available. I felt like I was bothering them just by mentioning that there was an empty tray of main dishes. There were a nice number of children including my son who asked for cotton candy and the worker that worked in the dessert area had them waiting over 20 min. I addressed her and she said that she was busy! There were so many empty tables in this place and it was around 6 when we arrived. There was food on the ground and it just didn’t feel like a welcoming/professional establishment. I do regret bringing my family here for my 3 yr old birthday dinner.

We were there for an hour and they left several deserts empty or torn up. Ice cream machine was turned and not working also. Not a good experience.

My wife and I ate here yesterday. We were there for about an hour and a half. The food does not get replenished in time for everyone to eat. In the hour and a half that I was there I waited specifically for the barbecued chicken the whole time I was there. Meaning I waited an hour and a half for barbecue chicken that I was never able to eat. They kept telling me 10 minutes 10 minutes and they never replenished said barbecue chicken. What I was able to eat was one little slice of steak with a roll and mashed potatoes. Aside from that I ate a hot dog all for the buffet price of $20. Not because I didn't want to eat but because the food that they promised wasn't there. The last time I went up to the buffet to ask when the barbecue chicken would be done. He said oh 7:05 for sure without fail. I waited until 7:05. Nothing came out. I almost want to ask for my money back. But the one thing I will do is and not recommend this location due to not replenishing certain foods at the buffet. And one good thing I can say about this location is the lady that was cooking. The steak yesterday was awesome. She was very nice. Cooked our steak exactly like we wanted it. But that was short-lived.

I don't know why, but last night, the food was scarce, and what was available was cold. I had some chili and it was very chili, so we're the mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a few other items. The salads were out. The children's hands were touching the food directly without tongs. There were many tables that had empty plates on them from the time we got there until we left. The server gave us the wrong drinks. It was an all-around bad experience. I also witnessed the people preparing the food mixing old with new food, which goes against health codes. It was just nasty. I'm not going back here until things are changed.

Not sure why it took us an hour between ordering our food and receiving it. The food was pretty good but we could tell some of it had been sitting in a warmer for some time. Portion sizes are great. The maple bacon grilled chicken is always good. They have all day breakfast as well. And some drinks are bottomless. The store is fun to browse through. Fresh biscuits and cornbread are sooooooo good.

We enjoyed our visits to cracker barrel. The food is quite reasonably priced and they have some interesting options. Service is first class both in a store and front of house wait staff. Food is pretty good. Americana on the whole, certainly better than some diner type places. Good portion sizes for sure. The store in the front has a lot of interesting gift choices and toys for the kids as well as touristy gizmos. They even had sugar-free chocolate, which I thought was a unusual bonus. Good place, excellent staff, would come back.

Always a pleasure. We were celebrating my sisters NAVY Graduation & she wanted one thing while on Liberty. They provided that taste she remembers from our childhood & it was delish!

After a long, exciting day at Six Flags, Cracker Barrel was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a hearty meal. The warm, welcoming atmosphere felt like home the second we walked in, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. The food was exactly what we needed—comforting, flavorful, and served hot. I went with the Chicken and Dumplings, and it was absolutely delicious! The cornbread and biscuits were just as amazing, and of course, I had to grab some dessert to finish off the night. What I love most about Cracker Barrel is how consistent they are—you can always count on great food, great service, and that cozy country feel. After an adrenaline-filled day riding coasters like Raging Bull at Six Flags, this was the perfect way to wind down. Highly recommend stopping by after a big day of fun!

Love it! Food is amazing and service was great. The shop is always full of unique overpriced items. The decor is always cool to look at and talk about. I’ve been going for many years and Ofcourse each one will be slightly different but always a good time with family and friends.

I'm Hispanic but do not look it. If you are not Hispanic and don't look it, your service is disgraceful. You stand at the counter waiting to be advised whether to sit and wait for your table or to follow them. All the while they are speaking Spanish in front of you like you don't exist. When you order food you wait 45 minutes. Hopefully you need extra calcium because your scrambled eggs will have shells in them and your hashbrowns will be cooked in grease. Also hope you had your vaccines as the silverware was dirty every single set. Good luck on getting anything you ask for as they don't return. Very very very disgusting. I was so disappointed and ashamed at the service provided to me and my family. Do better Hispanics, do better.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My son ordered boneless buffalo wings they looked like over cooked pieces of dough with a tiny bit of buffalo sauce. They tasted horrible so he sent that back and got the fish dinner and that also came over cooked and nasty. I do not recommend this place ever!!! McDonald’s would have been better.not once did they lady come to our table for drink refills or anything.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food to-go from this Denny’s and what I received was not what was advertised. The hash browns were undercooked, pale, and tasted like straight-up freezer burn. I showed the manager a comparison between my food and the promotional photo (you know, the one THEY use to lure customers in), and she had the audacity to tell me “you can’t compare the photos to real life.” Excuse me??? Then what’s the point of the ad?? Let’s be clear, I wasn’t expecting a photoshoot plate. I was expecting my food to be cooked properly. There’s a difference between a dish not “looking like the ad” and it being undercooked and barely edible. That’s not a photo issue, that’s a kitchen issue. She even admitted that other customers have complained about this. Save your money and go to McDonald’s for your breakfast or something

Friday evening dinner. The place was 1/6 full. Had a nice waitress. Ordered in five minutes and food served in 13 minutes. Both orders were for the fish (polluck). The fries were cold and the broccoli almost. You deserve a 3 because the place, including the bathrooms were clean. Your R/Rs had hot water! Our waitress always maintained a warm smile. Maybe just an off order. I'll come back again.

Drink was good, place was clean, and staff tried to be friendly… I would normally give 4-5 stars for a location like this, but at 7am on a Saturday, the place was too busy for the 3 people working. While there were only 2 other customers inside the store, there must’ve been a lot of online orders because they were working so hard like chickens with…you know. They were so busy that I had to wait a good 3-5 minutes before getting service to purchase a mug. The stars don’t reflect on the staff, as they were trying their best, I think, but the manager should think about getting more help for the busiest hours so they wouldn’t be so frazzled.

I have ordered my same drink for years. No one at starbucks has ever given me a hard time about the way I order it until now. The guy at the widow which I suspect is one of the stores managers was not kind and saying I couldn’t get more heavy cream for my drink. Well then charge me he said no I’ll be nice this time. If I’m paying for something please give it to me. Even before when I’ve been there he has taken my order and has not said anything to me and saying he has to follow protocol well where was the protocol before when you took my order. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again this location is the WORST for customer service

Came here a few days ago because another Starbucks didn't get my drink right. The Gurnee location made me a new one and made it perfectly! That was a caramel crunch frap w/extra c AND c! The bathroom was clean too! Sooo yeah, I definitely recommend this location!

Friendly, helpful staff. One guy saw my kid spill hot tea into our laptop and came to give us wipes right away. Home wifi is broken, so we came for some internet time. Stayed masked and distanced as well as we could. Staff was masked properly the whole time, and very responsive to request or questions.

Youthful staff were courteous and immediately served me. Also, one team member was meticulously sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables. It gave me a satisfying feeling of an excellent attitude regarding cleanliness.

The guy taking my order didn’t know if they had pies and first questioned me and made me feel dumb. The whole thing felt rushed and I forgot to get my kid his refresher. Once I get to the window, I ask if they can add it and they say no. I have to get back in the line, which was moving so slow by the way, and place the order. He didn’t tell me my total for my first order and he failed to give me my receipt. Everyone there seemed to lack sense or urgency or even know what was going on Mx

The bigger set guy, always gets smart about any question you ask….. also he try’s getting smart about everything. I was making sure that my food was completed, before I left the restaurant, and he tried to ask me if anything was wrong with my order because I seem like I made a face sheet assume automatically that I was making a face towards whatever he thought I was making a face to. This guy has seriously issues. And I know one thing that’s non-customer service towards a person who actually Show stop every morning to buy their coffees for their meanings for their employees

Thuis store need's help!!! Drive thru had at least 9 cars so I decided to go inside. Wanted one donut. Two people were working . One acknowledged me saying give her a minute. One minute turned into almost 10 min. I left. The day before I pulled in & the drive thru had at least 8 cars so I said no way!! This store is in a bad location & can't handle the volume. Plus they need more staff in the morning! Won't be going back forvawhile!!

The door was locked at 0508 so I was forced to go thru drive through. The apple fritter is more like a puff pastry. My sandwich had 3 very tiny strips of bacon. I bought this for someone and these are their complaints lol. They were not happy with food but the drink no complaints lol.

Horrible. Employee lied and charged me a unsale price after telling me there was none. I would advise staying away from this store. I called about the incident and they haven't offered to make things right, despite him gleefully telling me he didn't know there was an upcharge when I pointed out that I had specifically asked about the price.

When I first walked in the cashier was giving me dirty looks and wouldn’t speak to me. I ordered a plain sausage and egg sandwich to go they put everything on it I didn’t want and didn’t give me my cookie. I came here for breakfast at work so I had to go and can’t go back to get my refund otherwise I would. I threw out my sandwich couldn’t even eat it. Just a waste of 12 dollars. I’m not sure why they gave me these troubles.

Stopped by here on our way to Galena, Illinois. I am also visiting from Melbourne, Australia and thefood here was ok Nothing special for me. I wasnt blown away for the process I paid for :/. I had hazelnut coffee which seems to be popular. Sandwich was dry, it lacks salt. Feels like i was just eating a toast.

There was a piece of rubber that resembled a torn gasket in my bacon mac and cheese. There where other pieces that where too small to see but had a disgusting crunch while eating the shells. Pretty disgusting.

Standard Panera bread service. The food was good just salty to my liking. Service is minimal/self service (pick up food, put away dishes/plates, etc.). Usually not a lot of people there so there is no wait the times when I visited.

The manager Sarah. Is a complete joke. I forgot to pick up my mobile order yesterday though the drive through. Comes to me with such attitude doesn’t even greet me nothing. Says it’s my fault for not picking it up and that I had to call. I understand that, but treat someone like a human being. Management is a complete joke. They hire adolescents.

Don’t come to this Panera after 8:30 the quality of the soup is lukewarm and the Mac and cheese was so watered down it was soup (yes I’m aware I’m at a soup place but NO Mac and cheese should have that consistency) I drove 40 minutes for this I’m so sad.

We just got a Chai tea to drink here. A little disappointed because it listed 16 and 20 oz available , but was only able to purchase 16oz. Kind of strange to list 2 sizes available when they only allow you to purchase one size. My suggestion? Change the signage or make the larger size available to purchase. BUT the tea was delicious and retained the temperature (hot) for the time it took to drink.

Do not go here for just a cup of coffee. I stood in line for several minutes behind bagel orders and when I got to the counter told the woman that I was just getting a cup of coffee. She said “ok,” and nothing more. I assumed she was just there to pull bagels, being behind the bagel counter. I moved forward in line and when I got to the register the (different) woman behind the register asked if I was “John”(or some other name for the order she had in her hand) I said no, but the guy behind me in line said yes, that’s me. The cashier asked if I could let the guy go ahead of me. I said “all I want is a coffee, can I do that quickly?” The cashier told me I had to go back to the bagel counter to order, behind several people who had been in line. I waited, got to the counter, and asked for a medium coffee. Now the bagel woman tells me I have to get my cup from the cashier, which means waiting longer in the same line. By now I am losing my patience a bit and a manager turns to ask what going on. I explain that I’ve been shuttled between the two counters and I just want a coffee. He is impatient, and Tells me in the future all order should be taken at the bagel counter. At this point I remind the bagel lady that I did mention to her that all I wanted was a coffee. She had an opportunity at that point to take my order and didn’t. And, even if that is the place to order a coffee, why would you have to continue to wait in line to pay to get a cup? Furthermore, when I got to the register the first time why could she have not just given me the cup? The coffee was all self serve so the manager did hand me a cup for coffee on him. I appreciate the gesture, but at no point did anyone take any responsibility for the confusion or apologize to me for the poor experience. I did serve myself coffee. Unfortunately the pitcher labelled 1/2 & 1/2 was definitely milk and Sugar and equal are the only sweeteners (not my preference but okay). Other customers at the self service area were also disappointed by the lack of 1/2 & 1/2 but I wasn’t about to go stand in line again. Won’t be returning.

Used to be my favorite spot to get breakfast on the weekend, I got Einstein's at least once a week for the past 2 years. Lately been very disappointed. The past 3 times I've gone (I always do a mobile pick up order) they have COMPLETELY screwed up my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and always get the Garden Avocado, the past 3 times they have given me a bacon sandwich... that doesn't even have Avocado on it so idk how they could possibly mistaken that. I thought 1 time was a fluke, okay it happens. The next 2 after that is just ridiculous. That's on me though for not checking my sandwich before I leave the store, but i feel i should be able to assume I got the right sandwich I ordered. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience coming here! I really like the cinnamon sugar bagel whoever is making these bagels is doing a great job. I also really like the person who helped me today her name was Jasmine she was super sweet! Overall loved my experience 10/10 😊

Just not a authentic bagel shop experience 😕 Store is not clean employees not wearing hair nets either. The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!

Food looks great but cant place an order because the website won't add anything to my cart. Some people have disabilities and cant just call to place an order. Tried several time to order with no luck. Guess someone else gets my money.

I love my bagels and my experience here offered a great selection of savory bagels and great tasting cream cheeses on said bagels! Service was always with a smile and the staff were friendly. My only complaint come from one who uses the internet during most of my outings. With internet dropping occasionally, mixed in with internet speeds on average of 1 Mbps, I didn't find this place to be a conducive environment to do my online buisness. But that being said, this place of bagels had some amazing options to satisfy your bagel itch!

I like the bagels just sucks they got a charge extra for all the specialty ones. Also one thing I wish they had would be sunny side up eggs for the sandwiches. But anyways they still got delicious breakfast sandwiches

First time visit to this café. Plenty of menu options for those that enjoy pancakes or a savory breakfast. I enjoyed the steak Skillet which tasted delicious. The riverside eggs Benedict was a savory mix of pork and avocado with eggs. The lattes we had were the S'more and mazapan which tasted amazing. Thanks to Xochitl for a wonderful service. Avg. cost per person would sit around $25.

After seeing a few reviews online we decided to check this place out. Our server, Stephanie was welcoming and attentive. Our food came out hot and with good portion size. Everything met our expectations. Will keep this place in mind the next time we visit.

Stopped in for a lunch meeting and was impressed. Service was friendly, food came out fast and hot. The omelet was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the sweet potato fries were an easy 10/10. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. I’ll definitely be back!

Delicious Food and Creative menu options. Food was very well made. Highly recommended for anytime of the day. I went for breakfast and had the steak skillet. Steak was perfectly cooked, onions were very well caramelized and the potatoes were so good. Great staff as well.

This was a really nice breakfast restaurant. There was plenty of parking , it is locates in a strip mall. We went on mother's day. We got in a bit early and had no trouble sitting down right away. The wait staff were very professional. We ordered a variety of breakfast dishes and all were delicious. The prices seemed very reasonable and there were large portion sizes. We also ordered coffee, americano and some children drinks. The drinks were made well and the presentation was pretty cool as well. All in all a really nice place to eat. I believe they also do lunch and dinner.

Food was delicious, we had the carnitas skillet, the breakfast sandwich with house made jalapeño aioli, and the kids had a breakfast combo and French toast and everything was a hit! The horchata latte and salted caramel was wonderful. And our waitress was so attentive and kind. Thank you Riverside Cafe for a wonderful breakfast experience! From your Texas visitors :)

I loooveee Riverside! Their customer service is so good like they will seat yoi within 10 minutes max even when it's packed on a Saturday morning. Their food and drinks are absolutely top tier too. I love that their dishes have a combo of both Latino cuisine and American cuisine. I dont know of any other restaurant that has this. Ana G is an especially great employee by giving us great recommendations and kind service! We love her, and we love Riverside! ❤️

They get paid $15-$18 an hour and can’t mix my McFlurry properly? It wasn’t like they were slammed either, middle of the night and I was the only person in drive thru. Trash. Lazy. EDIT: I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE! I didn’t finish all of my coke so I tossed it in the sink before throwing the cups away. THERE WAS A FLY IN MY DRINK! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE. FREAKING GROSS!!

Amazing service. Dr pepper was crispy, they actually have the hot and spicy mcchickens (it’s always a gamble), they let me do 2 mobile orders through the drive thru, food was fast, fresh, and i had all of my sauces.

Manager has the personality of a wet noodle and the customer service skills of a dead rat. Coworker went to pick up an order and told them the pickup info they forgot about him left him sitting there for 20 min. In that time the order cancelled because of time. They told him that I was the one who cancelled. When I went to go back to the restaurant the manager said oh well you have to order and pay again nothing else I can do at all. Even though everything was there mistake.

Went through the drive through, very clearly ordering a 6 piece nugget meal with a frozen coke, and a 10 piece nugget meal with a root beer. Intercom person confirms the order, all is well. I pay, but am not given a receipt. At the pickup window, they give me a bag with only a root beer. I said I also had a frozen coke, but said that was incorrect and wouldn’t give it to me. Pulled away, paid 17 dollars for a total of 16 nuggets, a small root beer, and a fry. At that point, I feel like the least I could be given would be the frozen coke I ordered. It ain’t my fault the person taking my order doesn’t know how to do their job 🤷

We went to McDonald’s on August 17th, and we were highly disappointed when we went in that day. At first we were waiting on our mobile order and we waited for over 15 minutes inside. While waiting water dropped onto my head due to some condensation on the ceiling so we moved from the spot. We finally got our order but it was missing multiple things! We were missing a happy meal, a 4 piece nugget, and 2 of the 3 cookies we ordered. We went back and the server got mad saying that she would call us when it was done. 5 minutes later we still didn’t have our food so we went up again and turns out the food was ready just not packed up. Horrible service.

I went to 2 other McDonald’s tonight to try the new shake and all said no “ machine is done for the night”… I came here and the ladies had no problem to do it… 10/10 shake and would come here again other McDonalds are lazy!!!… lol the older ladies always hold it down thank you

Hunby and I come here while our son is at youth group nearby. This is a nice Starbucks with very friendly staff - only complaint is it's always a bit too cold 🥶 (thankfully I remembered my sweatshirt and pants this time). But today there was a horrible piercing humming (from the AC unit??)!! 🙉

Excellent service and very fast, the girl with beautiful eyes surprised me by speaking to me in Spanish, she made my day, thank you very much!! 🙏🏾

Hands down one of the best Starbucks in the area! Work a few blocks down the road for 5yrs & been coming here for a midday coffee & never had a bad experience! Everyone is always so nice & friendly.

The sugar plumb danish is delicious! New addiction, possibly competing with my love of the cranberry bliss bar which is seasonal. Only suggestion-- bathroom needed cleaned, but order came up fast and drinks made correctly.

Maddie makes the BEST Caramel Macchiatos. I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years and everyone that works here is always pleasant but Maddie :chefs kiss: Thank you thank you and THANK YOU!

We order every Saturday, before going over to my inlaws. Has become our regular weekly thing! This Starbucks always has our order ready, and right!

One of the most horribly slow Starbucks locations I’ve ever been in. It took me literally 18 minutes from the time i walked in the door to the time i walked out with my lemonade drink…. and the store wasn’t even busy.

Probably one of the best McDonald's we've been to for a long while. Clean, decorated cute for the Monopoly game going on right now. Fries were hot and near perfect. We self checked ourselves but noticed how polite the person behind the counter was. Great service today

Unbelievable! Burger is half warm and cold worked hard for my money and I get a burger that isn’t even cooked all the way? I get that it is fast food but still I expect my food to be fresh the fries were the only thing that was warm had to heat up the chicken nuggets in the microwave I only got to enjoy the fries and the nuggets I usually get my food fresh at McDonalds so I’m just shocked that this time it was completely different.

Remodeled and looks amazing. Clean and great customer service. Big Mac and fries are still delicious. Drive-thru is fast. Plenty of parking.

Everybody loves McDonald's! For a quick in-between fix it's fine, it's fast food - & fast it is. They should make their fries to order, though, because NOBODY likes cold fries and people will wait the extra minute for hot fries; especially in the drive-thru because by the time they get home they won't be as hot anyway...

I go to this location instead of the one at grand and Green Bay because the service is always so much better. The food is McDonald’s food— but overall the service here is just great.

Kid at drive threw window doesn't know what he doing or how to take orders on mic or how to multitask i sat at his window for 3mins with no one in front of me waiting to pay than the fries where cold after I asked for hot fries than I got snack wraps and they where not wrapped and falling apart and the coke tasted horrible and I usually love McDonald's coke

Found this in my bag of fries. Looks to be a piece of a fork. Very disgusting and I def don’t want that in my stomach.

Never again! After a 9 minute wait at the window, I was served a smashed sausage egg and cheese croissant that was unrecognizable when I opened up the package. I attached a photo so you can judge for yourself. And my bagel bites were cold! Must have had the C team on today because this croissant was inedible. Too many other Dunkin's around to waste money on this one again. Garbage!

i was ordering my food this morning for school and when i was busy eating my sausage egg croissant, i felt a hard chip in my mouth. i took it out and i saw something small, white, and hard. it looked like someones chipped tooth and i threw away my food and lose my appetite.

i am a regular here. the workers are super nice to me and the girls that make my coffee are SO consistent. they took the time to memorize my order (medium caramel w/ hashbrowns) and i’ve never had it messed up. even during a rush, they never treat me bad (which i know is difficult as someone who worked in food). if i could give infinity stars i would 🩷🩷

So instead of putting a QR code on the receipt they make you show them the app first before you buy anything which is absolutely ridiculous! And once you buy it there's no way for them to fix it. I mean it is only 2022 🙄 I guess we wonder why Starbucks is ahead of the game 😐

Do not go here. This Dunkin charges the incorrect prices. Won't let you use the bathroom even if you buy food. My 70 year old mother wasn't able to use the bathroom.

7/26/24 @ 8:45am Does your staff not read and anticipate online mobile orders? Spent more time correcting the order to them than waiting in drivethru. Unacceptable. With google reviews, it will either be five stars if I had a wonderful chat and received good services from the owner. Or tank the business down if the service and time fails the customer. There are more employees at this location I am reviewing right now than Lake Bluff (order always comes out fantastic & they accommodated a previous same day order i made from waukegan - fountain square during a holiday for free), Waukegan-fountain square (coffee is always watery but in my experience, i’ve never had to play the waiting game with them at the window), Gurnee (across SixFlags, order comes out and service is fantastic).
