Came here with family and we were sat right away! They have a large menu with the classics and more. My family really liked the chicken salad sandwich. The eggs Benedict was fine, great portion of veggies on it! Iced tea was good too. Servers were really nice! It’s in a good location too.

The quantity of food served does not justify the expensive amounts charged. Our order took a lot of time to be served. The food was very average and felt bland to me - Especially the Avocado Toast topped with huge chunks of cheese. The coffee was just like one you would have at home, only with a fancy decoration. I will give credit to the person serving us - he was very polite and respectful to us the entire time.

Nice place for breakfast or brunch, good selections, a bit pricey, but good portions. Keep in mind this place is extremely busy and hard to find parking nearby during lunchtime and weekends. Our server was very nice and our food came in in a good time and good temperature. I definitely recommend this placeand look forward to visiting again next time we are in Naperville.

Our family likes to come here for brunch. Very lovely atmosphere and attentive service. The food is reasonably priced and makes you feel like home.

All thing’s considered, we had had a pretty great experience today at the Egg Harbor Cafe. It has a great ambiance. While the decor is a little dated, the place has a quaint feel. It feels cozy even when it’s super busy. Our service was great, with our waiter being attentive, but not intrusive, and quite pleasant. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. What’s good was great and what was a little off ended up awful. For instance, my egg white omelette was hot and delicious, the pancakes were light and fluffy, and their homemade jam and Eggs Benedict were top notch. Conversely, the “cream” of chicken soup, while very tasty, wasn’t really cream of chicken soup. It was more like chicken noodle. Again, it was tasty but my expectations were set for something different. And the potatoes they serve with almost every entree were absolutely terrible. They were luke-warm, tasted old and flavorless, and are honestly one of the worst things I’ve tasted in awhile. That said, the pros far outweigh the cons and we’ll definitely try this place again. If you want a sold brunch, with good prices and excellent service, this is the place. Just don’t get the potatoes!

We were so disappointed to see that Freddy (short for Alfredo), who we previously had poor experiences with is still working with this company. Unfortunately, nothing has changed with his service since the last time. He is incredibly slow, especially during the ordering process — something we imagine would be smoother given that many Egg Harbor guests are regulars and already familiar with the menu. Once our food arrived (which was excellent — more on that later), we waited nearly 10 minutes without any silverware or napkins. My husband had to go up front to ask for them, and while someone said they’d bring them, they never did. He then found Freddy in the back and was met with a dismissive shrug and a vague, “I’ll be with you when I can.” My husband had to explicitly say we needed silverware now — only then did Freddy hand it over. He never once checked on us for drink refills, and we had to flag him down just to get the check. Honestly, I don’t understand how this level of service is acceptable at a place like Egg Harbor. Now, to be fair: the food was superb. The skillet and Sam’s Swedish Pancakes were cooked to perfection. Despite the steadily increasing prices over the years, the quality remains top-notch and makes Egg Harbor our favorite breakfast spot in the area. But service matters, and Freddy’s continues to fall far below even basic expectations. As much as we love the food, I’m not sure we’ll return — the risk of ending up in his section again just doesn’t feel worth it.

Do yourself a favor and visit egg harbor. I would recommend getting on the waiting list 25 minutes or so before arriving. Everyone was so inviting and polite. Our server was Omar and he was phenomenal. Nicest dude and the food was in my top 3 of all breakfast/brunch. The skillet with the banana French toast on the side was sooo good. Visit here and you will not be disappointed!

I came because I wanted to have their stuffed biscuit, which I've had multiple times. I was very surprised and confused as to why, instead of a biscuit, they now serve it with a flour tortilla? The menu has not changed and still says "baked biscuit" as of June 2025. No, this was not an undercooked biscuit either. It was 100% a flour tortilla filled with egg and made into a dome burrito. Was it good? Yes, but it's not what I ordered nor what I expected. We arrived at 11am, the restaurant was not busy and still waited 10 mins for our server to come to our table with water. There wasn't a lack of waitstaff either that I could see. The service today was slow for it being a Monday, and it didn't really feel like we were a priority. There were other patrons with much bigger groups that arrived after us who were immediately given water and were asked for their drink order. To be frank, this felt a little discriminatory. As far as the atmosphere, the staff needs to be made aware that putting up the blinds on a sunny day while you have cars parked outside results in a sun glare that is very uncomfortable to your patrons that are sitting and facing the windows. I was told the blinds could not be put down simply "because." Silly excuse to give, but OK. I also noticed several cars parking in the handicap spots to pick up food orders, which prevents other customers from using the spots when trying to park. This is something that Buttermilk should address or designate a spot specifically for food delivery service pick-ups. The waffle was just OK, nothing compared to the almond pancakes. I would skip the waffle and go for the pancake instead. The fried green tomatoes were also not very memorable, I would skip these as well. While the batter was crispy, the fried green tomatoes were overcooked and way too soft. The ranch dressing had more flavor. Overall, we ate because we were starving, but if given the choice, I think we'd go somewhere else next time. It'll be a while before I give them another try at an average $30 per person.

I can’t believe this place is rated 4.3 stars and the crappy restaurant on my hotel is 4.4. This place is so good. Fast friendly service and the menu… I could eat here so many times trying different things. I wish I was in town longer so I could try more. Anyway, I started with a breakfast bloody and was not disappointed. The bloody itself was a little thick for my liking but it was still good. All the fixings that come with it are just fantastic. So good. I got the stuffed breakfast sandwich for my meal…. Wow what a generous portion of food. The flavors are fantastic. The loaded potatoes are so good and the sandwich was phenomenal. My buddy had the bickfast plate. The brisket looks like it’s seared but is so tender and falls apart. He said it was fantastic. He also really liked the pancakes. The salt and vinegar crackling are semi crisp potatoes with salt and vinegar flavoring. Not my favorite with breakfast, but still good. Service was great and attentive.

My friend and I requested to be sat outside, as the morning was quite beautiful. I ordered the chilaquiles. Delicious. A very large portion; great. Can feed 2-3 people. It came topped with 2 eggs. I requested my eggs medium over easy. PERFECTION! It was biscuit Tuesday so they gave us a biscuit. I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW DELICIOUS THIS BISCUIT WAS. YOU HAVE TO TASTE IT FOR YOURSELF. They also provided home made jelly. OH.MY.GOSH. The servers were extremely tentative. Food delicious. Hot. Fresh and one of a kind. Atmosphere - chill.

We arrived closer to 12 and waited about 20 minutes. At 12:30 their were plenty of empty tables. I tried a latte and it was good. I had the chicken skillet. It had lots of flavor. We also tried the stuffed biscuit. It was ok. The buttermilk pancakes were ok. I did enjoy the honey biscuit with jam. I would come back again and try a few other items.

Good food, good service; their full stack buttermilk pancakes are huge enough for a family of three. Vegetable omelette was delicious, french toast was a little sweet for us but the apple topping was amazing

Late lunch for 3, no reservations accepted. Wanted to sit at the full bar, within :05 mins most of it cleared out. Had the Kale salad, added chicken and it was very flavorful. Friends had ham & eggs and blueberry waffle, both enjoyed their choices. Had different mimosas, mine was blood orange and rosemary-an unusual combo. Was surprised that there were no other alcohol beverage choices, no still wine or beer. Excellent, friendly service. Accessible restrooms.

My mom and I came here for breakfast and it was packed. We didn’t wait too long for a table and we were not disappointed. Plenty of parking. We were recommended the biscuits and they steal the show. They give you quite a bit of food and the service was so welcoming even when they were pretty busy. I would recommend.

This place is awesome. My wife and I ate here today and everything was delicious. It's true, they have a full vegan menu! It's hard to find good vegan breakfast food, and Lucky Penny delivers. I had the waffle, eggs and sausage patties, my wife had the Western Frittata, pancakes, and hash browns. We shared everything so we could taste it all. Everything was excellent and the portions are huge. So full! The place is super clean, everyone is friendly, and it's a nice place to sit. They also have good coffee and offered oat milk. Non-dairy butter was available on request. Definitely adding Lucky Penny to our list of trusted vegan places to eat!

We were lucky to have a wonderful family breakfast at the Lucky Penny! We had a breakfast burrito with house made chorizo and chipotle crema. It was delicious!! The meathead pizza was filled with a variety of breakfast meats and was delicious. The Warrio Skillet had spinach and onion cooked with the potatoes served with choice of eggs on top. The chorizo Benedict featured the house made chorizo along with avocado and Benedict fixings. It was delicious!

A hole in the wall but amazing find! We traveled to Chicago for fall break and happen to find this place. It was amazing and my daughter who has a gluten allergy was able to eat French Toast for the first time since her diagnosis from their full gluten free menu. Food and service were wonderful! Highly recommended.

My wife & I were excited to try this place after reading reviews that said they have Vegan & Gluten Free menus. Our experience was decent, but with some disappointment. 1st, I tried calling ahead to place our order (bc we're 35ish mins away) & no one picked up the phone, seemed like I was hung up on twice. So, we had to drive all the way there to order. Then, when we arrived, there was no one at the small front counter to greet us or take our order. We had to stand there akwardly looking at the menus at the head of the dining room while we waited for help. This was on a weekday morning they were bustling but not packed. The Vegan & Gluten Free menus, while appreciated, are separate btw, so if you are BOTH Vegan & GF, you still have to ask questions about the menu items. It would be better if the Vegan menu was marked with GF identifiers to make everything more straight forward. Aside from that, the menus prices had been changed, reflecting prices that were much higher than reflected online. *I've added photos of the Vegan menu with updated prices. Finally, a staff member came to greet us. We asked about take out. We had to wait 5 more minutes until another staff member came to take our order with a handheld. We ordered the Vegan Breakfast & Vegan Chilaquiles bc it was the most affordable options, which had a wait time of 20 minutes. The food was good, but pretty basic for the high price. Seems like they are banking on convenience, but this wasn't even a convenient visit for us, considering we didnt dine in & the time we wasted just to place an order. The cafe is cute, but pretty small & the dining room was a lil' tight. Would love to try more of their menu, but not sure we'll be back considering the ordering inconvenience & lack of affordability.

I was not expecting a great morning at this place, but I definitely enjoyed every minute of it! I had to wait for a table for about 4 minutes despite not being too crowded, but that's ok as I was in no rush. I ordered chicken and waffles with a side of eggs overheard and hash browns. It was definitely delicious. It was definitely worth the wait and cost of it. My server, Brisa, was so sweet and very friendly. I had a great time having a small chat with her. In return, I left a tip for her with a note in recognition of her phenomenal service and commitment! I recommend going here if you are looking for a nice and chill breakfast place!

We loved it! Perfect place to have brunch. We appreciated that you can request a vegan menu and a gluten-free menu. We found what we ordered very filling and tasty. Service was AWESOME! Like an old-fashioned restaurant where you felt appreciated for patronizing it. We will go again.

We were just walking by and I said to everyone that I have not had Frog legs in like forever. So We went in and guess what We ordered? Lol! Needless to say they were very tasty. We also ordered a side of Fries and some Sodas. It is quite pricey, but a very nice establishment. Might be back to try something else in the future.

First time there, second time for my wife. We live down in central Illinois but enjoy date nights in the area and Hugo’s will be a standard place visit. Bar- checked in early and waited in the bar for about a half hour. The bar was busy but in a good way. The bartender was on point. He made drinks fast and excellent, and he was conversational and attentive but not in an overbearing way. We checked back in a few minutes before our official reservation, and the table was ready, and we were seated promptly. Our server was Mike, who my wife was served by last time, and I can say that he was everything one would hope in a server at a nice restaurant. The service was excellent, Bread and butter was good, and the frog legs appetizer was insanely good. My wife ordered a steak and it was cooked solid and the mashed potatoes were delicious. I ordered a wedge salad, and it was everything you hoped a wedge salad would be. My main was the fish and chips, and that would be the only thing I would slightly knock it for. The whitefish side was cooked well and flaky and the fries were smaller pub style. Maybe it’s that my family lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts, but I just felt the batter was a bit thick and in places it Still a little undercooked. No drama for me because I just pulled it away and enjoyed the fish. A tartar sauce that came with it was standard and the coleslaw was OK. I would go to this restaurant again without hesitation and enjoy it very much.

We come to this restaurant every year for special occasions. The crab cake is absolutely the best - full of meat and unmatched anywhere else. I usually order the crab cake, oysters, and firecracker shrimp; my husband goes for the wedge salad and a main (this time the fish and chips, which were tasty), so that was excellent as always! The new calamari, however, wasn’t a hit , we really didn’t enjoy the sauce, it didn’t pair well and overall was so so. Service was a bit slow at times, and our Google reservation wasn’t found at the host stand, though luckily it was just a Wednesday. Still, everything else was great, and we had a lovely evening overall.

Sometimes, you go to a restaurant that makes you think of how good the food and experience were hours or even days after you go. This is the case with Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House. This extravagant restaurant is a must-try for anyone who is into fine dining! The tone is set right when you walk in - the atmosphere is upscale but also welcoming and inviting. This isn't a stuffy restaurant - this is a lively and classy space. They also have a sizable patio for summer, if you like outdoor dining! You're treated like royalty as soon as you enter - servers, bussers, and managers are constantly walking around, making sure everyone is taken care of. On that note, our waitresses, sisters Alvia and Alma, were FANTASTIC, the best waitresses ever! They took care of us perfectly, and their fun and spunky personalities were on full display the entire night! When a manager came up to our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, we mentioned how great Alvia and Alma were, and it seems that they are favorites among the staff here! There are also a lot of great things to talk about as far as food goes. The frog legs appetizer tasted so tender and juicy, and paired with the lemon butter sauce, it was an absolute treat! I ordered the walleye pike, and the fish was cooked perfectly - very tender, flaky, and flavorful, especially paired with its lemon butter sauce. I was also able to try the seasonal scallop dish, and it was hands down the best scallops I've ever had! While this restaurant has no shortage of seafood, there are also land-based dishes, most notably an entire array of Gibson's steaks. The menu is smaller but very eclectic, so there's something for everyone here. Eating here is an experience you'll think about for a long time! If you love fine dining, make eating here a priority!

Even though I don't drink. I enjoy watching sports in the bar. It's a wonderful atmosphere both on the bar and restaurant. I've been coming here close to 20 years and stop in when I'm in town.

We stopped in just before the kitchen closed on the Saturday night. We shared frogs legs, a poke bowl and bang bang shrimp. The food was all good especially the frog legs. I had a perfect Manhattan and the guys with me both had dirty vodka martinis. The drinks were well made and quite large. The quality of the blue cheese stuffed olives was a standout. Our server Michelle was attentive and cheerful. The people sitting around us were friendly and there was pleasant chit chat between tables. The guy standing behind the host's desk when we came was inhospitable but other than that we had a very pleasant experience.

After Orland Park closed it had been a few years since we decided to go back to Granite City. Three of us had the Prime Sandwich which was good, but the fries were WAY over salted. After I had my last fry I had a 22 oz beer and 1 hour later I was still tasting salt and I had only eaten 1/3 of my fries. The jambalaya was also over salted unfortunately. Also the side of Sweet Potato fries was very small and for 4.50 that they charge I would recommend skipping that item. The picture in this review is before 1 fry was removed. Our server was very attentive and on point with refills and asking if we needed anything else. I may try it again in the future, but for now the salt left a bad taste in all of our mouths.

Pretty generic bar and grill atmosphere. Free beer tasting. The ones I tried were okay. Service was good. Prompt but chill. Mostly chicken and fish. Specials seem interesting. Margarita was strong.

Ordered the Tuscan Shrimp Scampi which I thought was a bit dry with very little sauce, and the shrimp overcooked. Flavor was ok but might stick the burger or sandwich next time. My bartender/server was great and the highlight of the meal.

Went there for the buffet style brunch. The food was delicious & a good variety to choose. However there were flies on the fruits and cocktail shrimps. Service was good, however spoons or stirs were not available to mix sugar/cream in our coffee.

Pretty solid brewery with a good menu. Pretty standard pub fair with some of the salad and seafood selection that I'd expect of a good chain place. Beers were good, and there was a nice selection of different types and flavor profiles available. Service was great as well, very nice and quick as well. Out of the nearby larger restaurants I'd go to this one first.

First time coming to this place since we had a gift card. They had great lunch specials. We had a FABULOUS waiter named Marco who was friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended some great dishes. Can’t find to many people that are great at customer service any longer but Marco checked ALL the boxes and more!!! Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes he will recommend. ❤️

I ordered french onion soup via door dash. when it arrived it was not cooked all the way. I don’t care what will happen to the food on the way over. I didn’t pay a restaurant so that I had to cook the food the rest of the way myself. I’m not home right now, but if this happened at my house, I wouldn’t even have a dish small enough that can go in the oven or under the broiler to complete the cooking process. Extremely disappointed. I want a refund.

First time there. Biscuits and gravy: gravy tasted like it had too much flour, biscuits were a bit under cooked. Pancakes looked good but tasted like cardboard: not buttermilk. Skirt steak skillet had plenty of meat but bland. Chorizo omelette and hash browns were pretty good.

Eggceptionally splendid. This spot is absolutely everything you need and want in a breakfast spot! Clean!! Good smells! Smiles! Delicious! Warm! Love love love that it is open at 6am for early risers! So very grateful! The best French toast ever!!!!

Ordered the bisket and gravey, the full size is more than enough for two people. The only downside is the coffee cups are I've could, so when they put the coffee, it quickly becomes could. My waiter Gavin, did a great job and was attentive.

I had soup here. The food is very good. In the past I have had the breakfast which my job orders catering. Which is pancake, bacon, eggs and potatoes. I do not have any photos of that. I wish I did. It amazing and I now know where to go to order food for a large group of people. I do have the photo of the soup. It chicken soup.

I've always been happy with your service. But yesterday I got kids food... tomato soup with bread in it, crepes with rotten strawberries, chicken soup that was leaking from the bag. Please educate the staff yesterday who put our food in.

They seem to be jumping on a trend with labubus and Dubai chocolate. But it's seems to be working since I saw multiple children buy some. The food was mediocre and a bit expensive. Service was the same. Atmosphere was good but not the best.

Great place to eat on the weekend! We went for brunch with the family and there was no wait time. Staff was welcoming and friendly! Only reason I gave 4 stars was there was no parking . We had to park on the other side and walk a bit. Food was delicious and served at appropriate time. Very satisfied with service!

My girlfriend and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. Well, what can I say, this place holds true to the Ramsay name. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, with a very cool open kitchen design. The service is also top notch 👌. The food is what you would expect. The beef wellington was incredibly tender and was plated with sides that complimented one another in perfect harmony. The sticky toffee pudding had to be one of the best desserts I've had at a restaurant. My only critique was the split pea soup was overly peppered, but other than that, the meal was outstanding. I highly recommend Ramsay's Kitchen for a date night, or a special occasion!

The service was 10/10. I didnt expect to get the crab cake but our server made it sound delicious and im glad we got it. I was disappointed when they only brought out 1 cake but it was excellent with the sauce. The Caesar salad wasn't that great, 4/10. I didnt enjoy the crust on the beef wellington but the filet was great as well as the potato puree. Overall a 7/10 and a bit of a disappointelment. The ny strip steak was great 9/10. I definitely didnt understand the hype of the sticky toffee cake, 5/10. Overall, im glad I went as it's been on my list forever but it's completely over hyped and I wanted to love it. Our total was almost $300

What an amazing experience! Really enjoyed all the food. I did the prefix meal which seemed like a great value. The staff came to our table and said that the Wellington didn’t meet their standards so they wanted to be transparent and remake it. They gave us three free apps! So we were able to try so much. Really appreciate the level of service they provided. Highly recommended!

I have been to Ramsay’s Vegas location and my expectations were not even close to the same experience I had in Vegas. Vegas was top quality everything food always served nice and hot. Went because I really expected to be what it was previously. But got disappointed food quality wasn’t as expected certain items were not even close to hot like the risotto was very cold and it wasn’t busy for it to be that way, the steak was mostly fat and hardly any meat & our dessert was supposed to be hot it was very very cold. I mean for what we pay it should be great and great experience. Let’s not even talk about the drinks they were horrible and we tried other ones to see if it was that one but unfortunately I won’t go again. The only great thing about the experience was our waiter she was amazing her name is Allison and she really did great other than that the rest isn’t.

I eat about 2 steaks minimum a week and this one was disappointing. Gordon Ramsey is washed, I got rinsed for Bavette’s / Rpm / Joes prices but got a Longhorn quality steak. Got the NY strip and the Demi glaze tasted like black Gravy from a packet. The shishito peppers were good idea but they were near raw and not seasoned. Lobster tail add in didn’t come with any butter and was tiny. The Caesar salad was very good, nicely seasoned and the soft egg was great. Service was great I sat at the bar, not greeted way in or out with 2 hosts at the stand.

Crab cakes & spicy wings for the appetizers. The crab cake was insanely delicious! Packed w crab & pan seared to perfection. Dinner was fish & chips. The fish was huge, coating was the best I've ever tasted & the chips were insanely delicious. I would not order the fish again. Sides: Mac & cheese- soooo good. I'm not even a big fan of Mac & cheese but that was way good. I will order it again. The truffle fries may have been the best tasting dish or maybe it was the crab cake. The dessert was sticky toffee something. Extremely good but very sweet. I don't think I'd order again. Also, the mascarpone cheesecake was very good. The service was good. The atmosphere was perfection. I can't wait to go back again, although my banker is less excited :). I would highly recommend. I know the reviews are up & down which is why I hesitated to go, but everything was great.

Was an awesome anniversary dinner! Reserved couple months ahead with no issues. Quiet, comfortable and pleasant dining experience. Appetizer, entrée, drinks and dessert was delicious! Definitely making this our anniversary dinner choice from here on out. Pricey but your paying for best quality.

Went to Tapville Social in Naperville and tried the margarita flight, loved the strawberry basil and passion fruit flavors. The veggie burger was solid and had a tasty guac topping. Finished off with a dessert flight that hit the sweet spot. The self-pour tap wall is a fun touch, and the vibe is laid-back and lively. Perfect spot for hanging out with friends.

I’ve been here before and enjoyed it and came again when I was in town visiting. I love the tap wall and the ability to make your own flight with it. I ordered the steak fries - the fries were delicious but the steak was incredibly chewy even though I ordered it medium. I didn’t complain because it was still edible and I don’t like to waste food. My sisters ordered bowls and they both finished them off. I would definitely come again because it’s a fun place to go and we really loved our waiter CHASE, he had us laughing all night!

Loved the atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant. The staff were very cordial and the food was delicious with multiple options to choose from. I also loved the concept of flight drinks where we can choose any 4 mocktails or any 4 cocktails of our choice and unlimited beverages available to choose with self service. I would also like to highlight that the Manager Mellisa was the sweetest person.She was so helpful and friendly. I would defintely come again!

The boozy coffee flights & margarita flights are delicious! The outdoor patio area is perfect on a nice day. We made reservations and had no issues being seated upon arrival. There is a free parking garage right down the street if you can't find any street parking. Friendly and attentive staff.

Loved it! Had the Taco Tuesday taco flight special and the dirty sodas! Everything was delicious. The atmosphere and concept of the restaurant reminded me of a 21st century take on the automats of the 50s.

Presentation of the food and beverages was amazing, the taste was ok. Flavors of the coffee flight didn't come through as much as anticipated, but they were still good. Accept for the smores, which we were very excited about, it had a whiskey like flavor to it, and being that I got the non-alc version, I was disappointed about that. The french toast was a little dryer than expected, but that may just be a personal issue. Still tasty. My friend got chicken and waffles. She saidbthe chicken was grwat, the waffles were that that like those sugar waffles you get out of a package, so not as expected and also dry, but she still enjoyed it. Our server, Conner, was a little on the goofy side, but that made for some laughs. Overall, the experience was good! Just personal preferences not in line with flavor profiles. The card situation they have was a little odd as well. I see how it totally makes sense for if you are getting alcohol frok tap, but we just got breakfast and coffee, so we had no idea what we were even charged since you just toss your card in a bucket with tip amounts.

I had a great experience at Nature’s Best Cafe. The food was fresh, flavorful, and felt genuinely healthy — just like the name promises. Came here for the first time and I would be back. Food was sooooo fresh and displayed perfectly. My mom knocked over her coffee as we were leaving, and the gentleman behind the counter offered her a refill for free. He was super nice. They use a local roaster from Warrenville, love that they support their community. Give it a try.

I ordered carry-out through Doordash and my lunch was not only delicious, it was also packed carefully and presented so well too. I can tell it was prepared and handled with care. Will definitely order again.

This is a solid breakfast/lunch spot. I've almost never been disappointed with my order. I've only picked up in store from here but the interior has a nice local feel. The food always tastes fresh and seasoned with care. I highly recommend the Verde pizza with chicken. It's light but satisfying.

I got a mango salad and a fresh pressed juice, both were delicious! A lunch mate says the portobella wrap was delicious too. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and they have local artists post their art.

Every time I have the opportunity to visit Nature's Best Cafe, I am completely impressed with the cleanliness, the goodness and most of all the excellent quality of everything I have ever tried. This includes the coffee to the chicken salad. Nature's Best is my go to every time that I am in Naperville!

My 2 teens love the pizza here. I'm not a pizza person, but the pizza is good, especially the white pizza. I usually get the mushroom wrap with soup. Portions are decent sized. Food is good. There is plenty is seating. It's very clean.

Great experience in time per usual the breakfast and the steak were very juicy and flavorful will be back again. The drink was literally just orange juice, however, but can’t complain when it’s a breakfast drink.

Went for lunch on a weekday morning. It wasn't busy. The staff are friendly. The menu is big, with descriptions and no pictures. We ordered chicken and waffles and eggs benedict. The eggs benedict used a flavorless boiled ham loaf in place of the described Canadian bacon. The loaf slices had been sitting on the English muffin sides so long the muffins were gooey. The eggs and bacon were overcooked, and the hashbrowns undercooked. I asked for crispy hashbrowns a few times and described what I wanted. I sent back the hashbrowns, and they returned burned but not crispy. The waffle was tough and dense, and the chicken unseasoned. I told our server, and she didn't respond. What did I tip for? $50 for breakfast?!?! Won't return. No recommended.

Veggie skillet and pancakes were great. Yummy cheese curds and tater tots. Spinach and Feta egg whites omelette was ok. Kids loved the shakes. Overall, happy with the food and their service was pretty good.

Honey-Jam is amazing in every aspect of food service. I have never had bad service or food here. The wait staff is amazing, generous portions for the price. The food is fantastic, hot and delicious. Very clean and cheery restaurant. You have to stop by Honey-Jam. Positively must, have to come here for a wonderful experience.

This cafe has improved its atmosphere by brightening up the place since the last time I’ve been here. Sadly, it does not make up for the food and service. This particular Honey-Jam falls far short compared to the location in Bolingbrook. This visit our waiter forgot my daughter’s latte due to the fact he was chatting it up with another patron for some time. So much so another coworker joined in on the conversation. My wife went to the coffee bar to pick it up while at the same time she returned her berry prosecco which was overly sweet with the berry syrup. The food was brought out by some kid who didn’t know who ordered what and slopped it all on the table. We had to ask for syrup despite one person ordering French toast and the other pancakes. WTH. So by the time we got the syrup the food got that much cooler. I got the omelette with crispy hash browns which to be fair basic and good. My wife’s French toast was ok. Again, basic breakfast and for the price and lack of service we will not come back.

We recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a try because of its proximity to our home. It did not disappoint! The food was amazing, and the portions were very generous. We came in around lunchtime and were seated quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the fish tacos, which were delicious, along with the chicken fried chicken, mac & cheese, and fish and chips everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, we didn’t have room left to try their ice cream sundaes or the special “Kitchen Sink” sundae, but we’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu and sweet treats. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

Was in this area for a check up. Wanted to try something new so we ended up here. Great place. The ambiance is very nice. Seems like and old place and they did a great job in keeping the place nice and tidy. Food is great too. I tried their sandwich with salad and it was awesome. Service was very fast and parking was not a problem.

Had the fish and chips, husband had a burger. Both were amazing! The atmosphere was inviting and staff was very friendly. Definitely one of our favorite places to dine at again.

Went with my wife and daughter for brunch. We were seated quickly and our order taken promptly. The food was good and so was the service. The only issue was that we were seated next to a table of 6 people who were obnoxiously loud, so loud it made my wife uncomfortable. If I could have done it without causing a scene, I would have asked them if they could quiet it down a little. Instead, I just stayed quiet and put up with it. The rude people made a nice brunch much less nice.

We were there around 1230, but couldn't pass up the awesome breakfast menu, so we have breakfast. Though busy, we were seated promptly and immediately our server showed up for drinks and questions. My wife had THE BEST Potato Pancakes since Germany. I had the standard farmer's breakfast and it was all cooked exactly how I liked it. The patty brat sausage patties we awesome. First time here, but not our last 😋. They so have an OctoberFest menu as well now; looks delicious!

Excellent food, service (Becky helped guide is through the massive menu), and upscale atmosphere. This is not your average Bistro. We went for Peach Mimosas, so refreshing, and the pear crepes from the sweet menu, and the rabbit sausage pesto crepes from the savory menu. Delicious to the last bite.

LOVE this place!!!! Just found out about Paris Bistro earlier this year and have been back multiple times. Everyone I take here has loved it just as much as I do! The service is TOP notch. Professional, friendly, precise, every employee has gone above and beyond. The affogato is insane. The best I’ve ever had! I’ve tried the vanilla, Nutella and pistachio and the pistachio is OUT of this world. Creamiest and most flavorful gelato ever. Quality ingredients. Incredible food. The croissants are flaky, light, crispy and delicious. The presentation and attention to detail does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. An incredible culinary experience!

Cute decor!! Mixed feelings on food, ordered the ham omelette. It came with a salad with raspberry and pomegranate vinaigrette, the omelette, roasted potatoes, and toast. The omelette was very overcooked, not great. The potatoes were okay as well. We also ordered the souffle pancakes, they were delicious!! But the best part beside the decor was their stuffed croissants, highly recommend them!! Service was also top notch!!

It's a new business in Naperville. Very chic Paris decor. Lovely to hear light music as if in Paris. Our wait staff was friendly, stopped by 6 times to check on us. Quiet night when we were there.

I can’t believe I paid $32 for two croissants I could’ve bought at Walmart for under a dollar. The quality was average, definitely not worth the price. The place is covered in signs pushing you to post positive reviews or pictures on social media for a chance to win money which tells you everything you need to know. Total tourist trap. Cute breakfast place in Naperville downtown. Their service was good! Kids enjoyed their Mickey mouse Pancakes that came with warm syrup! My husband didn't enjoy hollywood omelet as it had an earthy taste. French toast was ok, Portobello wrap and Hashbrowns were good!

Food was meh. You're better off going to Burger King down the street. I ordered an omelette and it was the driest omelette I have ever seen. Thought it was going to be dried olives but nope. Also, my toast was burnt. Hash browns were okay though.

Eggs Inc is a great breakfast place!! I arrived at 7:30am and had the place to myself for most of my breakfast. My server kept my coffee fresh and helped me decide which of the fabulous dishes was the one for me!! Settled on a Hercules Omelet with hash browns and pancakes! Very, very good! I was only able to finish the pancakes and about half of the omelet and hash browns but they tasted just as great later for dinner!!!! Made use of their wifi though I forgot to bring my headphones so I was actually working. One thing of which to be aware is that the three-story parking structure behind the restaurant that is the free parking is under renovation through, I was told, September! Arriving at 7:30am was lucky as I had the choice of all of the spots in the small grade parking lot, also free, adjacent to the parking structure but they were all full when I left by 8:45am. There is parking around, just less convenient than a 500 car parking structure immediately outside of the restaurant's back door!!

Family visit. These s’more pancakes were the highlight but food, service, and atmosphere were great overall. Nice to have the parking garage right behind so you don’t have to explore the crowded town for a parking spot. Naperville is an action packed town with a ton of food options but this is worthy of a visit if looking for a quality breakfast menu.

Good breakfast spot serving up comfort food. The corned beef hash (my measure of a breakfast place) was good. I typically order the hash and hash browns extra crispy. While there was a bit of a crust on both, I wouldn't call it extra crispy. Eggs were properly cooked. The best thing we ordered was the red velvet French toast. Coffee was just OK and our server didn't refill our cups (despite being empty) until we asked. While this place is good. There are better places around Naperville for breakfast.

I visited Eggs, Inc. for a late breakfast. I ordered the Pancho Villa that was an omelet with chorizo, cheese, onions. Came with hash browns and 2 slices of toast. Very well made, large and tasty. Our server was superb and friendly. Try it for a good breakfast or lunch.

Server had no personality.. .did not refill cofee once. My sister did not enjoy her Hollywood omelette, had a funky taste to it.

We used the reserve room for a surprise birthday party for my wife. I would highly recommend using this space for any private event. From the planning to the options to the day of atmosphere, they will have everything covered! The staff is very attentive and helpful and the space is private and creates a wonderful atmosphere. We worked with Lydia to set up an absolutely perfect baby shower for one of our employees at Sixty Four Reserve Room. Lydia and Amber both helped make sure all of our guests were comfortable, well-fed, and well-served. I felt like we didn't sacrifice any of the wine selection by being in the reserve room instead of the main area (in fact, there was one I wanted to try next door and there was no problem just walking over to the main restaurant and walking back with the wine). We picked the music, they set up the tables and chairs exactly how I wanted, offered a full bar...and most of all the mom-to-be had a great time. The food was great, the service was great, I highly recommend hosting a party with Sixty Four.

I booked a private business dinner at SixtyFour and cannot rave enough about the overall experience. Starting with the initial planning which was so meticulously captured by the Events Manager (Cheryl), she went above and beyond to customize the event to my needs in a simple and easy process. The menu selection was fantastic for the price and offered a nice variety to accommodate my guests’ varying needs including gluten free and nut allergy. The day of the event, guests mingled in the entry way as they utilized the self-serve wine dispensers. Such a fun way to try a variety of wines or stick to what you know and love. We loved the flexibility! Dinner service was top notch. The food was fresh and prepared exactly as anticipated. Our servers, Lorraine and Will, were diligent in assuring the guest with a nut allergy had nothing to fear, as her meal was prepared away from the others. This guest commented at the end of the night how thankful she was for them going the extra mile to reassure her. The pace of the event was perfect. It allowed guests to have great conversations, grab a refill when they needed and mingle amongst the room. I loved the intimate setting that the room offered. I cannot say enough great things about the overall experience, and I cannot wait to return again in the future. Next time I am clearing my plate no matter how full! Thanks SixtyFour!

I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. Highly recommended!

We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding at the SixtyFour - Wine Bar Reserve Room. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Starting with Lydia, our contact/coordinator who was great to work with as she was very helpful, quickly answered all of our questions and even gave us great suggestions on decorations, flowers and food. The room was a great private space for our guests. The food exceeded all expectations and was so good! All of our guests gave many compliments about the whole evening, especially the food and of course the wine, in addition to the service. Linda, Lexie and Jess were our servers/bartenders and were phenomenal; they seemed genuinely very happy to be a part of our special occasion. We cannot give enough compliments to the SixtyFour Reserve Room and the staff and highly recommend it to anyone looking to host an event.

We hosted a wedding shower at SixtyFour - Reserve Room in September and were beyond impressed. It was the perfect venue and the staff was so accommodating. The room is 100% private and you have the ability to have guests pour their own wine straight from the tap. This was so fun! The food was excellent. I'm still dreaming of the quiche lorraine tarts. Our guests raved about the entire experience and especially the food. For what is normally a pretty standard affair (wedding showers) SixtyFour - Reserve Room elevated the entire experience into one of our most memorable wedding related events. I would absolutely plan another party here again.

This is the best venue for a private event like my niece's bridal shower! The staff is superb, the food is fresh, great table appeal and the Reserve Room lends itself to a step up from Aunt Tilly's living room and food from Costco. Quite a few steps. My guests were impressed, enjoyed the good wines and food ~ even the shower games were a hit! Who knew?! I recommend this venue for a corporate meeting with lunch, a party of any celebration because the staff cares that you are happy with the results. Cinnamon Pancake House is a fantastic spot for breakfast in Naperville! The food is always fresh and delicious, with an impressive variety of pancakes to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic short stack or something more indulgent, they have plenty of options to satisfy your craving. Their skillets and Benedicts are also excellent—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. On top of the great food, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place for families. Such a great cozy breakfast spot!! Came here with a friend and asked them if they could do 3 different types of French toast in a flight variety, they did it for us and all 3 of them were amazing!! It came with red velvet French toast, pumpkin French toast, and churro French toast!! Super super yummy. Also ended up having Oreo pancakes which were bomb.

My husband and I have lived in the area for over 4 years and have never eaten here yet and after first visit we already know we will become frequent flyers. The atmosphere was modern and relaxing. The homemade soup was outstanding! The food quality and quickness was great but most importantly the service was the best in the area. We love a good brunch spot and this is our new favorite.

Just came here with my parents for the first time and loved it! The inside is very cozy and clean, beautifully decorated. Our server Nicolle was very friendly and I even took note of how nice every other server there treated their guests. We even left with some free banana bread and a coupon! Not a lot of food places take the time out of their day to ensure customers have a good experience start to end, the banana bread is so delicious and I will definitely be coming back! :)

I had the turkey pretzel sandwich with schmacon (beef bacon) and it was delicious! I do think I like regular bacon more, but that’s just my personal preference (the beef bacon was good). I also tried a bite of the sloppy Paul (pastrami and corned beef on rye) and it was so good! I also loved the bagel chips. Highly recommend!!

I was in the mood for breakfast and decided to try this place. The parking lot is kind of confusing, I guess you have to enter from the side. The side where you line up for the drive-thru. They have signs saying you can’t enter through the exit but people do it anyway. It’s so hard, trying to find a good corned beef/pastrami sandwich place close by. I decided to try the Atlantic special on pumpernickel bagel (I thought it said pumpkin) and schmaltz on cheddar jalapeño bagel. I’m not a fan of the half sour pickle, I should’ve asked for the kosher one. It was hard trying to finish one, I ended up tossing both pickles away. The schmaltz on cheddar jalapeño is a perfect combination. The pastrami was very juicy and tender, the heatness from the jalapeño gave it more flavor. Atlantic special was good but I should have chosen a better bagel like garlic. The pumpernickel was just okay. The beef salami was tasty. I would definitely come back to try their lunch menu. Breakfast prices were not expensive, food portions were generous. I was pretty stuffed after two sandwiches. Oh, the morning staff was very friendly and attentive.

Sloppy Paul, pastrami sandwich, so good. Not hot, warm. But it was confusing to order, dine in. We didn't realize you could sit and order. Menu not clear, up charges when ordering sandwiches - regular, new york style (more meat), or the 1-pounder. Our sandwich, ny style 10-ounces meat was $24.99. Comes with pickle and bagel chips. Big enough to split. When we questioned our bill, the manager was super nice, gave us larger sandwich no extra charge and explained the price differences.

Wow! From the moment you walk in, the ambience transports you straight into an authentic New York-style deli. The Old New Yorker sandwich was phenomenal, it tasted just like home. I recommend ordering it with both corned beef and pastrami, paired with Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray soda (if you like celery), it’s the perfect match. The Schmaltz bagel was also delicious. The bagel was soft, buttery, and perfectly balanced with the eggs, pastrami, and cheese. We will definitely be coming back.

Bright, cheery deli with huge portions and creative food arrangements. Our server, Paul, was dynamite and catered to our every need. They have a nice room for parties as well. I had the Lox Benedict, which was served on latkes and with your choice of bagel and schmear. Highly recommended!

one of the best reuben sandwiches i’ve had in illinois!! and this says a lot because i grew up in new york and they have the best jewish deli’s for sandwiches. i can’t wait to come back and try their lox bagel because the bagel crisps were really good as well! doing amazing work here.

Jillian was our waitress and honestly exuded the best energy to start our morning with. She was knowledgable of everything on the menu, hyped up their new pizza menu offerings, and even made a point to say how much she loves Schmaltz Deli in one of our first exchanges. Our food was amazing, but Jillian alone is a reason that anyone would want to come back. An ideal leader if she isn't already serving as one in her current role, purely based on the wonderful vibe she gave off. I hope she happens to see this, she deserves the win for being an ideal employee at an already great place to eat out on a Saturday morning!

Average diner with typical breakfast items that would be sold in a diner. The pancakes are sweet and have a vanilla taste to them, which I would prefer if they didn't. And they put powdered sugar on all orders. The Mexican food I would pass on. That's not what this place does. It's a breakfast place. If you stick with breakfast you'll have a good meal. The waitress was overbooked and did not come back to the table. Often. A little expensive for what you get but expected.

Average food, even though sweet potatoe chorizo is good. While we were being seated, table was not really ready. Menu were just hastily placed. Berenice was very attentive.

Was really excited to have breakfast here but I must say the food was disappointing. I ordered an omelet and the onion in it was not cooked at all and was really fresh and crunchy. My omelet being cold only brought up more of what was not tasting good. I enjoyed the coffee and the loaded fries but that was the extent of it. Service was also slow and she forgot multiple things we asked for so we had to ask again. They were quick to sit us even though they were busy and the restaurant looked pretty clean. Some of the staff was hanging out by the hostess bar, not sure why they needed four hostesses while servers were running left and right to manage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this location.

A 20-minute wait on a Saturday at 11. By 11:45 their were plenty of tables available. I had an omelet that was just ok. The cubed potatoes were fried, not fresh. The meat skillet was ok. We upgraded to the lemon blueberry pancakes. They were pretty good. There are lots of other items on the menu to try.

The first thing worth mentioning is the partitions between the tables, which we absolutely loved. It provides a sense of comfort and privacy. Our order arrived very promptly. The omelette itself was delicious, and the pancakes were delightful. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed the place. 4 stars because the hash browns weren't to our liking.

Warm and welcoming staff even with a fairly busy time, we were seated right away and orders taken quickly too!! Food was delicious and fresh! Our server was very attentive and not just the one time after food was served, but numerous times to refill coffee and water, checking on us and not intrusive or annoying but helpful and friendly! We could eat delicious food, and have a great conversation because noise levels were also wonderfully muted!! I highly recommend eating here, kids and adults of all ages!

Service was good enough. They no longer give complementary donuts. They're only for purchase now unless they were just not serving donuts yesterday. My poached eggs were basically hard-boiled eggs with zero run and was served in a side dish filled with water... Their biscuits are really good, but their gravy is okay at best, and the coffee is bland.

This place has been around for a long time, and the food quality is still very good. Generous portions at reasonable prices; they serve free, delicious little donuts while you wait for your meal. They serve breakfast and lunch only, not dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful; they always keep your glass of water and coffee cup full. The red potatoes with green onions and shallots they use instead of hash browns are a must with your breakfast. Don't forget to read some of the framed pictures on the walls; they are hilarious. Update 04/09/2022: Be aware that this restaurant charges a 3% fee for using a credit card instead of cash. They don't even ask how you want to pay; they just add it to your bill. That is why I lowered the four-star rating to two stars.

We went for a later breakfast during the week as out of towners (10am from NW Iowa). The restaurant came highly recommended and man was it worth it. With breakfast, they bring cinnamon sugar mini donuts like rolls from a “steak establishment”. The portions we generous and the service was timely.

They have four vegan cuisines on the menu and a variety of vegetarian options. The versatility of the cuisines is suitable for vegan and vegetarian communities.

I can't believe the way that my food was thrown in the container. I couldn't tell what was what. This is messed up, how they presented to me to eat, Would you eat your food looking like this?. It looked like a big blob of food. I couldn't eat all of it. I only ate 10% just to curb my appetite. This is disgusting. $30 wasted down the drain. The one that was in Naperville was great.

I have to admit, my visit alongside my parents was magnificent. My parents and I tried out a variety of dishes, which I forgot the names of, but when we tried them, they were really good. I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant after such a long time, and I finally had my dream come true once and for all, especially with the cream cheese of a dish my mom tried. I think it was cheesecake pancakes or something, but all in all, this restaurant is probably one of those restaurants you need to try out before you die.

The billboards say they have the best pancakes in the world. They may be right! We tried the blueberry and the apple cinnamon today. The came to the table steaming hot along with the perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. What a feast??

Food is mediocre at best. I would never say this is a go to restaurant. More like a place you go cause you grew up going or it's familiar. Much better breakfast elsewhere. Can't speak on anything else but based on prices. I still wouldn't go if it wasn't for my family, honestly. And anymore, the 2 people you're going to be packed in a small table.

An incredible experience. The flavors, service, and hospitality were excellent. The waitress who served us was very attentive throughout. Overall, this place was a delight. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return.

For someone that has never been to a Cracker Barrel restaurant this is by far the most exciting restaurant / gift establishment shop before you sit shop while you're waiting for your food and shop after you have eaten. prices are definitely reasonable You definitely get your money's worth . The meals are definitely the old fashioned fill your belly perfect . All day breakfast offered as well.

Lived in IL my whole life and finally went to a Cracker Barrel in IL as I really wanted to try the Campfire Beef. I had tried the Campfire Chicken in an Indiana location and it was delicious, so wanted to see how the beef compared. Was sat down quickly, amlnd staff was friendly, although our waitress really seemed like she was trying to upsell appetizers, desserts, etc. We got our order placed quickly and my soup and the bread was great as usual. The disappointment came when I received my meal. Although the Campfire Beef tasted good, they REALLY skipped on the beef. Ads usually show about 9 pieces of beef, and I had 5. Photo attached to show this. Everything else was fine, outside of that. Just a little disappointing since I was looking forward to it so much, and felt I got very little.

Our family of seven enjoyed every meal we ordered. We had two of the Baked Apple French Toast special, two orders of Grits, one Chicken BLT Sandwich, one Momma’s French Toast Breakfast, one Momma’s Pancake Breakfast, and one Grilled Chicken Salad, and four Southern Half and Half drinks. Everything was cooked to perfection and was presented well. Adrianna was efficient and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We will continue to come back regularly.

Nice employee every time I order Avocado they are either out or simply put a little or none in my chicken, AVOCADO sandwich. I know they hard too har avocados but someone should be able to run to Walmart or Target if they are too hard as the Target always has ripe Avocados. That's the only reason I order that sandwich as it's got Avocado in the very Name. Also frequently out or caramelized onions. The people are very nice and staff. I stopped going to Panera a while back due to the major decrease in portions. This is a $13 salad that looks like a half salad and 2 dressings that aren’t even half full. I’m so annoyed after a long day and this is just a reminder why I stopped going to this place.

August 2025 I go regularly to this location for lunch pick up and they continue to mess up, looks like the feedback from the email survey just goes to the trash. Again today, they gave the Salad without the dressing. .Baguette was included instead of Chips as the side, even though I mentioned, I got that corrected at the counter as I checked there but dressing I found out after coming. Looks like they had a bad morning or something, interacted with 2 employees and both were grumpy. Jan 2025 Even after requesting specifically for Utensils, they forget to put them in...has happened multiple times. Very frustrating, how do they expect me to eat the salad and drink soup...

Our Dr. Office orders from this location from bagels to lunches to drinks. In the last 3 years, they have not gotten a single order correct. Not one, not a single. freaking. order. ever. This is very frustrating, but what is even more frustrating is that this location never answers their phones regardless of time of day. It is such a shame that Panera is no longer what it used to be and that this location does not care. Way to be worse than wendys. I used to work directly under Mike Hamra and he would fire the entire incompetent staff. The number they put in the reviews that tells people reach out- yeah, that number is never answered either

This is the worst Panera I've ever been to. I think it's safe to say that bread bowls are a popular item, so why are they not prepared for that? My kids and like to go here specifically for the bread bowls, and the last five times we've stopped in, they've been out. Today we went in at lunchtime and they were already out. The time before this they didn't say on the self serve purchase kiosk that they were sold out and I purchased them and when we went to pick our food up I was informed they were out. I was told, sorry, we have a new person who is trying to still get it right for how many to make per day. So what's the excuse for every other time? Today I went to the counter to ask to make sure before I purchased and the young girl at the counter, who hates her job, started at me with a face that said she hates people. I then asked if they had bread bowls and she said no. I said they're always out and it's only lunchtime. She just stared me dead in the eye like she hated me and said sorry in a snotty way. Not like, oh I'll pass the memo along, or that's weird you've had that experience so many times. I'm done with this Panera.

I'm not sure anybody be there if it wasn't for the free internet everything is okay I don't know if they bake their bread there or what but it just seems okay to me nothing special servers were kind of rude and I don't think they knew they were rude they just were I guess no real training for a staple

I put an order online this morning, they didn't have it ready by the time I got there. No apologize and the staff looked grumpy while preparing my order. He also didn't give any utensils or napkins.

My first time here. I ordered cinnamon apple crepes. If you look at the attached picture, what I got was cinnamon apple pancakes. I should have sent them back, but I ate the apples and pecans, they tasted great. However the pancakes were thick and huge so if that is what you want go for them. Other than that it's a relatively new restaurant with a clean interior and great waitstaff. I will say it's also a little pricey. Forty dollars for pancakes, crepes, a tea and coffee seems a bit much.

I’ve came to this location twice, the first time was good enough to come back a second. This time was awful. I’ve never had worse service. I ordered an omelet with cheese, it came out with no cheese. The waiter took my plate back to the kitchen and brought it back to me saying it doesn’t come with cheese although I ordered it with cheese she expected me to eat it after it had went to the back. (Which is considered cross-contamination) I was told to take it back or pay 50% even though i hadn’t ate. the manager with the fake lips is absolutely disgusting I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional. She said since they had to remake my omelet because I wouldn’t accept the one that was contaminated. I was suppose to accept an omelet with two giant handfuls of cheese as if it was suppose to be funny. What a joke, I’ll take my $$ to Honey Jam down the street. Atleast I can guarantee service at minimum.

I'm gluten free due to digestive issues, so finding a restaurant to go to breakfast is sometimes an issue. Tasty Biscuit did not disappoint and there were lots of delicious selections to choose from. I decided to go with Granny's pancakes gluten free and almost ate the entire stack. I was stuffed.

Food was overpriced and bland. The waitress and staff were friendly and quick, but I just can’t get over how overpriced and overhyped this place is. The coffee buckets are a cute idea, but I had the worst stomach ache after our breakfast here. Also where they say us, the air conditioning was blowing directly at me, I was freezing the entire time. We won’t be back. Save your money and go to morningside cafe also on Ogden.

I’ve been here 5 times in the last six weeks and as a creature of habit, I’ve ordered the Nasty Skillet every time. The portions will blow your mind and the taste will do the same. A big skillet of hash browns or diced potatoes, onions, cheese, delicious homemade Buscuit with sausage gravy topped with 2 eggs and bacon. I normally get a box right away and split the order and usually still add leftovers from my plate. If you leave still hungry then I’d be surprised. The staff checks on you a few times for drink refills and making sure everything meets with your approval but not in a clingy way. I’ve never had a complaint on anything. I’ve went to their Saint Charles location where there are a few variations in the menu but not in the quality or taste of food and service. I hope you’ll try any of their locations but this one is probably my favorite.

The food was really tasteful & the portions are so big you can definitely take home leftovers. I've never had French toast and French Beginet be so fluffy & good. Also, our waitress named Tanisha was super friendly, kind, and attentive! The employees were nonstop moving and attending to tables. Great place.

10-11-25. Today was our second time visiting this restaurant for breakfast. This is a popular place that can accommodate many people. We were greeted by a friendly staff member when we walked in the door, and our group of five was quickly seated. Our friendly waitress took very good care of us. We will definitely return.

Came into town and had to get their German Pancake our daughter got the smaller Dutch Baby. These are “The Best” German Pancakes we’ve ever eaten. Been going here for years. Have to get it every time we come into town. Great Staff!! Nice atmosphere. Highly Recommend❣️❣️

Pancake Café is a solid breakfast spot, but what keeps me coming back is the service. From my very first visit, my server Frankie remembered me and my order. He's friendly, attentive, and genuine. That kind of service makes all the difference.

Lovely place for friends to meet! We went on a weekday late morning and did not have to wait for a table. Table service was attentive with our waitress checking on us several times. Food was delicious (generous portions) and the presentation was amazing! I especially enjoyed the crepes. They were the best I've had in a long time!

Probably the best corned beef hash in Illinois! The French toast, eggs, and hash browns were incredible as well. Thanks to Shari for being an amazing waitress. Can't wait to come back.

I stopped by for a weekday breakfast and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was served quickly. I enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and the bottomless coffee — both were satisfying. One small downside was the condition of the utensils and glassware; they seemed quite old and had visible scratches, which made them feel less clean even though they were probably washed. A refresh on those would really improve the overall feel. Still, it was a cozy spot and I’d consider coming back.

Fantastic food! Friendly waitstaff! Their 'plain' pancakes are anything but! Wonderful taste, fluffy, and the whipped butter and warm syrup they are served with are a perfect combo. Coffee is tasty and you get real cream too. We used to come all the time 20 years ago when we lived in Naperville. So glad they're still here!

Way over priced for the portions you get. Pancakes were very dry and the meat lover scrambler was 2 eggs a few crumbles of bacon and maybe 2 chopped up sausage links. It was served on a cake plate all for $18. A simple BLT was $18. $50 for 2 breakfast without the tip added. You can eat at Texas Roadhouse for lunch and get a sirloin steak for that much. I will say our service was excellent.

Sparrow was pretty solid! The first thing that I noticed was that it was packed! There was a line pretty much throughout the whole shop so I figured it had to be pretty good. The line was long but it went by at a decent pace so that was nice. The overall atmosphere and vibe was pretty solid - pretty standard coffee shop so nothing too crazy. The food itself was pretty good! The waffle that I ordered was amazing. Super fluffy and had a nice sugary sweet taste as well. The hot chocolate was fine. Not bad by any means but not something that I’d feel the need to go back for. Also, my hot chocolate was a bit more warm than hot which isn’t a big deal. The food seems to be pretty popular so I’d definitely reccomend for a quick bite to eat in the morning.

I stopped by for coffee with a group of four. The atmosphere in the place is really nice—it felt welcoming and comfortable, making it a great space to relax. The coffee itself was very good, clearly made with high-quality beans. We also sampled a few pastries: the cinnamon roll and banana muffin were both good, and the chocolate cookie was decent. The main issue we experienced was the wait time. It took quite a while to receive our order, even though the shop was full but not overwhelmingly packed. While I understand things can get busy, the delay felt disproportionate to the number of patrons present.

To start this spot was VERY busy, no indoor seating was open, was quite loud, and limited seating outside. The cashier that rung my group was a little impatient, and when my friend asked for almond milk she was responded to with a passive aggressive tone that they don't have any. Now, the coffee was not good at all. My friend and I each took one sip and threw it out. The latte was overall sweet, and the cold brew tasted like it came from Dunkin. I'm sorry but if I'm paying nearly 8 dollars for a small coffee it better be good. Next, the avocado toast, the flavor itself was there, but it costs 3 dollars to add on an egg and it tasted like rubber. I was expecting at least an egg sunny side up. Additionally we probably waited about 10 minutes for everything to come out. For a total of almost 30 dollars spent I'm very disappointed and definitely won't be coming back.

Very good place to have a coffee with your date r partner.there wide variety of coffees with reasonable prices r so good.They have wide variety of condiments to choose from . Best place to feel the vibe of downtown while sipping coffee in hand.

a place for great coffee! my caramel cappuccino was perfectly foamy, and just the right amount of light sweetness that didn't feel overpowering whatsoever. vibes are great, however I will say that the layout of the seating area is a bit awkward, and doesn't actually allow much seating inside (outdoor seating is also a bit awkward).

Sparrow Coffee has easily become my go-to spot in downtown Naperville over the last couple of months. It’s such a solid place to post up with a laptop and knock out some work. The wifi is reliable, orders come out quick, and there’s always room to settle in. What really stands out, though, is the actual care put into the drinks. The baristas are artists. A little over a week ago my drink came with these two bunnies in the foam. I had to grab a photo because of how unique it was. Props to the barista, that skill is no joke and really makes the visit feel special. It's been fun working through all the different espresso/coffee options, but just when I thought I had the menu figured out, a look at their website showed me drinks I never even knew they had, like the Red Eye or the Aeropress. I'm sure they would need to double or triple their board size to include everything, hence it makes finding these side-drinks a lot more interesting to try out. This cafe has a great vibe whether you're into coffee or tea, perfect for a casual meeting or a focused afternoon. I can confidently call this an awesome third place, and I'm genuinely looking forward to making my way through the rest of their offerings.

Fun, trendy, coffee shop. Always packed so don’t plan on staying unless you arrive early to get a spot. I LOVE their croissants and breakfast pastries! The golden milk latte is probably the best I’ve ever had! Coffee has been tasting a bit bitter to me lately and isn’t hot but warm. You definitely need to increase the temp of your lattes Sparrow, but I still love you!

When ordering ahead, your food is never ready when you arrive. They always have long wait times even for a simple sandwich. No sense of urgency for getting orders made and the workers don’t seem to even care. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes for 1 sandwich when it’s not even busy.

If you love bagels, you have to try Einstein bagels. Very tasty bagels and a large variety at a reasonable price. This is a pretty large location in downtown Naperville that has entrance on two separate streets. The rent must be a killer. When we walked in there was no order people were just standing around we didn't know where the line started or ended. You could tell the air wasn't working because it was very hot in there I felt bad for the employees that were running around making people's orders. Despite the chaos of trying to find the end of the line and where to order the food was really good!

The sandwiches here are phenomenal. I put in a big catering order and there were no issues. I really, really enjoyed the bagel sandwiches and so did all of my guests.

On 4/26 I decided to use the app because I had a $3 off for one plain bagel and shmear; I also ordered another plain bagel & shmear. I'd like to know how my total came to $8.08? I don't like using the app; it's confusing. There was another customer who was picking up an order, using the app, and he also had an issue. There should be a rating for the app.

One of the best Einstein Bagels shops I have gone to. I made the order 10 minutes before I got there. If you go in store to buy, the staff is not truthful and they do not tell you ahead of time the terms of a code. ALSO the new staff on Sunday made my order incorrectly. They mixed the bagels and made the wrong bagel for my veg out sandwiches. I will provide the picture to show yl the top and bottom of my sandwich, also it didn't have all the ingredients in the veg out either. I used to love this location but this time not so much.

They prioritize mobile/ Door Dash orders and make their regular customers wait in endless lines. Very poor customer service. Focus on the people in your store. Not only on your lazy customer base that can’t pickup their own coffee.

This is definitely the worst drink I’ve had made at a Starbucks. My refresher came with moldy strawberries. I tried to take them out but because they were shaken up with the drink, the color is just so unappetizing and the taste was dirty.

I go to a different location normally, but stopped in asking for a cup of water or ice card AND CASH in hand willing to pay. He insisted I buy string cheese . I left and went to the location Im familiar. They greeted me and handed me the cup of iced with out blinking twice . It was disappointing being inconvenienced.

The only problem here is racist customers that don't know how to say excuse me! I literally thought me and this man would be outside of the shop trying to off each other cause he doesn't like my kind and wanted sugar and couldn't just say excuse me. I swear things will never change and people really don't think that blacks and people of color really go through this crap for no reason daily.

This used to be one of my go-to Starbucks locations, but lately it’s been incredibly frustrating. My orders have been messed up multiple times only twice did they bother to correct it. The rest went straight into the trash. What’s just as disappointing is the lack of basic courtesy. If your drink isn’t ready, there’s no greeting, no acknowledgment just attitude. It really feels like the team here doesn’t enjoy what they do, and it shows. I won’t be coming back. They seriously need to hire people who actually care about their job and customer service.

I stop at a lot of different Starbucks and I have noticed that in the mornings the drive thru line and this one specifically (more than any other in my experience) moves extremely slow- the line will sit completely still for very long periods of time. I wonder if they could make some improvements just with timing and moving the line along in the mornings. :) I recommend ordering any mobile order for inside pickup for this reason.

This is, by no exaggeration, the absolute best Starbucks! Everyone there is always so kind and attentive and gives the best service. They all deserve the best for sure!

I have never experienced a slower, Starbucks, or coffee shop for that matter, ever. I have given this location a chance more than once. On peak and non-peak days. And I’ve never been able to get any order in under 15 minutes. Including the time I mobile ordered only a bakery item. It seems they consistently have a staff of 3 to 4 people. Which isn’t necessarily an issue. The issue is they all seem to struggle with multitasking or having a sense of urgency. And I honestly don’t even blame the staff. I blame the management. Because a store with better leadership would have higher standards.

The food items I specifically came in to buy were not in stock. I asked to still be given water, since it’s healthy, necessary to sustaining life & imperative for the day-I was told I have to purchase something. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Starbucks over the years-as well as being a stock holder in the company-it is hardly my fault that they didn’t have any of the food available & I was still thirsty. I went elsewhere & was properly taken care of. Thank goodness for less corporate businesses who still manage to care about their customers. Guess the $ will go elsewhere from now on after that negative encounter today.

Love coming here! Usually we have no problems and all the staff is amazing! However our most recent time the counter lady Julie had a major attitude problem as well as had nothing behind her eyes. She was not nice or hospitable at all. Avoid her!

The person taking orders named Julie was not very friendly. Very different from the guy making drinks Josh who is so happy and always smiling, he even writes cute notes on the drinks. Julie was texting while taking my order, not making eye contact and snacking on something, just giving I hate my job vibes.

Beyond disappointed and surprised this store is still allowing poor staffing and the customer service to continue to decline despite the volume. During peak hours you have one barista, a person on cash doing one task at a time, customers waiting in line for several minutes with one person in front of them. Also more focused on mobile orders than people patiently waiting in person ready to order. Step it up Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks in the world. The employees appear constantly high and confused. You would think they were back there designing a new rocket ship...its ice water pour it and move on. Horrible service and the amount of people waiting around on their order makes the atmosphere overly crowded for no reason. I cannot wait to patronize any other coffee shop that opens downtown.

I ordered food for my family from this establishment. There was hair in one of the sandwiches. I called to complain about it because this is absolutely disgusting and one of their managers Areli - said sorry and asked me do I want a $10 refund or credit on my account. With absolutely zero compassion or care in her voice. I told her how disappointing this is and what kind of unsanitary conditions is the food being prepared and that her mere $10 refund is not a good solution to a customer who didn’t get to eat because of this. To that, with an attitude she asked me what do I want. I further told her I will not be ordering from here again and then she proceeded to tell me & I quote “that’s fine”. I hung up and came here to write this review. Absolutely appalling behavior and sorry to anyone that feels sick after seeing this photo with hair wrapped in this bread 🤮

I have been a fan of Panera for years! It’s a great place to get a healthy meal. My wife and I ran over to Panera last night for a quick dinner. I usually don’t complain about portions but in last night’s meal my sandwich was not as advertised. I ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It has been one of my favorites for years. What I was served was two pieces of bread with a couple pieces of onion and a couple small slices of tomato. Typically the sandwich is loaded with all kinds of veggies. I only regret that I didn’t take a picture! My wife ordered a you pick two and it was barbecue chicken sandwich with no chicken and the soup bowl was half full. I couldn’t locate a manager so we decided to go. This is the first time I have left Panera completely disappointed. I have always liked Panera, I hope this was a one time occurrence!😢 Rob

I don’t normally write reviews but this Panera caught me off guard 😭. I ordered half a sandwich, the one with chicken, chipotle aioli and avocado. it had the most STINGIEST amount of meat I’ve ever seen on a sandwich , even though on the ads you can see the meat popping out the sandwich. The avocado is what got me writing the review, I opened the sandwich and there was ONE slice, not even a “slice” it was like a tiny ball for the whole sandwich and I was like girl be for real. The people are nice but the sandwiches were depressing. I mean cmon, almost 10 bucks for a half and you get mainly just bread. On the other hand, the creme brûlée coffee, was so so watered down, I still drank it cause I like coffee regardless but there was no taste of vanilla, crème brûlée NOTHING. I was gonna post a picture but ya girl is fat and I ate the whole thing. Again flavor was good, really good but the portion got me crying. I’ll still come back though but the sandwiches this time was sad :(

With a chain you expect consistency. this Panera location delivers. I only had a coffee. but it's good. coffee fixings were plentiful. I prefer to order in person and had to wait for staff to arrive.. I don't want to use

Been going to this location since I was little, managers keep this place relatively clean and the service is always quick. Great location too. Would always recommend the Warm Bowls (Baja Bowl is my fave) and the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon flatbread pizza!

I visited this Panera twice, about 1 - 2 weeks ago. Long story short, day 1, I had a 5 star experience. So, I came back the following day. My scrambled egg and cheese sandwich, literally, tasted like boiled eggs. Not only had this NEVER happened before at any food establishment, but it’s unacceptable. It didn’t agree with my stomach either, and I haven’t been back to ANY Panera Bread since. Over the last 2+ years, I’d purchase breakfast from Panera, literally, everyday, spending $10+ every time. However, no 2 Paneras taste the same. There isn’t a “consistent” taste, so you never know what you’re going to get at any of the Paneras. You have to “test your luck,” almost. Although I don’t eat at McDonalds or other national food chains frequently, at least the taste will be somewhat “consistent” across the board. Hopefully Panera improves upon this .

Please check your orders before you leave the store! I ordered a chicken salad today and it had No Chicken in it! The manager Jeff is great to speak with so I encourage you to be diligent in checking everything thoroughly because the staff do not check the order before they hand it to you!

I ordered a large vanilla sugar free iced coffee. I had few sips of it and saw the coffee just disintegrated. Much to my suprise, the ice cubes in my coffee cup showed up. And literally, about 3/4 of the cup was ice cubes. I complained to the store manager and she said that is how it is being served and there is nothing she can do. What a rip off!!!

I come here a lot to get a Dr. pepper :) I suffer from chronic migraines so the caffeine helps and coffee just isn’t for me, I only get them from this location because they’re never not carbonated or too sweet they’re just right every time! The food is always fresh and I’ve never been unsatisfied with an order, I’ve never been stuck in line more than 5 minutes. Been in Chicago and the suburbs my whole 24 years of living and this has to be the best location. Just had lunch with my daughter inside a few weeks back and they had the inside so nice and decorated with fall decorations and I was so comfortable with how clean it was, one of the managers came and brought us our food and she was just so sweet with the biggest smile. The morning and night crew are both so amazing and work so hard. I love the ladies I see every morning, they’re so kind to my kiddos and always manage to ask how we’re doing and tell us to have a great day. 10000/10 from me!

Unfortunately this McDonald's has deteriorated over the years. Quite literally. Furniture is falling apart. Food quality is not consistent. Even the ketchup that dispenses has got a weird texture. At least service is still decent as far as McDonald's brand is concerned.

The young people that work at this restaurant are friendly and professional. I’m going for the ice cream. I just can’t get enough of that stuff. It’s cool, milky and not too sweet or creamy. The ice cream is perfection.

I came in Tuesday night after a long day of driving (drove in from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 568 miles to deliver in Plainfield, and I was beat.) I got a double fish filet and a coke, and I was pleased. It was late (10:40 pm) but the food came out fast, it was hot, the bathroom was clean and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. It was a good end to a hard day, and I wanted to recognize the night time staff for their efforts and hard work.

Very efficient, food is always served warm. Been coming here for 2 years as I work nearby and the restaurant's always clean and the staff are very kind!

There was no hot coffee today. This continued from morning to afternoon. I came in to order breakfast and lunch. Suddenly, the hot coffee I wanted was out. I was told after I finished my order, not before. They replaced it with a cold coffee. But it tasted completely wrong. I left it on the table.

If I could put negative stars I would… this is so disgusting found a fly in my fries so unsanitary and all they wanted to do was just give me another small order of fries, most disgusting thing I have ever seen…. NEVER WILL GO BACK AGAIN!

As a former McDonald’s manager , there’s nothing I hate more than a lazy manager . Man’s whole team is working hard and he’s just standing there with his hands at his waist . Me and my daughter were standing at the front counter for almost 5 minutes and the whole team he just kept looking over at us before his employee jumped off the line to assist us . The employees were great but I can’t stand people like that. They gave me a juice box with no straw so I walked back up and he just stared at me … so I go “ me puedes dar un otro?” Since he’s Mexican . Man literally snagged it out my hand and then slammed a new one in the counter . Bro get over yourself and get a new job if you’re that angry . Won’t be dining in anymore .

Paid for Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal, received Sausage Biscuit, no egg. Pre disappointing to not get basic sandwich order correct and overpaying for food we didn't receive.

I came to this McDonald's planning to use the receipt survey offer, which clearly says "Buy One Get One Any Sandwich (equal or lesser value)." I originally wanted to buy a Double Filet-O-Fish and expected to receive a second Double for free. However, the staff told me the promotion doesn't apply to double sandwiches - even though the receipt says "any sandwich" with no exclusions mentioned. Because of that, I was forced to downgrade my order and buy a regular Filet-O-Fish just to be able to use the promo. I did get the second regular Filet-O-Fish for free, but the experience was disappointing and felt misleading.

Furthermore, the overall atmosphere within the store seems tainted by this negative energy, as interactions between the staff and customers are characterized by impatience and frustration. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in what should be a place known for its hospitality and customer-centric approach. Additionally, instances of rudeness from the staff have been observed not only in face-to-face interactions but also in the way orders are handled. Mistakes are made with little acknowledgment or apology, and corrective actions are executed with an air of annoyance rather than a genuine desire to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. In light of these recurring experiences, I find it difficult to continue patronizing Starbucks with the expectation of receiving a pleasant and enjoyable coffee experience. While the quality of the beverages may remain consistent, the lack of friendliness and courtesy exhibited by the staff significantly detracts from the overall appeal of the brand. In conclusion, it is my sincere hope that Starbucks takes proactive measures to address this issue and instill a culture of kindness and respect among its employees. After all, a positive customer experience is not solely determined by the taste of the coffee but also by the treatment received from the staff. I ordered on the App tall cappuccino but literally half of coffee of tall cup, and the top of foam even not reached the lid! It was not rush hour at all, have lots of time to make a standard coffee! I usually grab coffee of here but this time the experience was soooooo bad!

I just got a mango Dragon fruit refresher. Both of these are the same drink. The right one is the first and the left is one after i complained. Only difference is how much dried fruit they put in. First one had no taste other than sweet. Glad i complained. Every other time I'm here they've done it great which is why i still gave it 4 stars.

I wanted to share something I saw here today with the review. The customer in front of me was very rude to the staff who were genuinely trying to help her. Not sure of the whole story, but this person clearly had very unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, verbally abusing the staff as they gave her a refund and she walked out. All the members of the staff remained calm, treated her politely and I want to commend them for this! It’s hard to do that! And no one should have to tend to this kind of behavior! This is a great store, with awesome staff and great service !!! I wanted to thank them for it! 😊

This was our first visit, recommended from Fair Oaks Ford, while we waited for our car to be fixed. The food has great flavor. You can tell they really season the food well. The potatoes had great taste, but they we're only half cooked. I'm not sure if that is the way they we're supposed to be? The portion sizes of our meals seem very generous and as I looked at other people's they also looked generous. The biggest complaint I have is the prices seem very high!

Overall, our experience at Rosie’s this morning was very disappointing. The staff was friendly and the ambiance is so inviting, with a lot of veteran stuff hung around, which is nice. The problem is the food: it’s awful. I ordered Biscuits & Gravy, and while it’s advertised as homemade, they were clearly from a bag or from frozen. The biscuits were dry and tasted old, while the gravy was flavorless and my over easy eggs were overcooked. It tasted so bad I sent it back and refused anything else. My partner got sausage and eggs, which was rather inoffensive, nothing tasted excessively bad, but nothing was particularly good, while the over medium eggs were very overcooked (akin to hard-boiled eggs) and the flapjacks were lacking heavily in flavor. I’ve had better Eggos. All things considered, especially given the higher price point a lot of the food has when eating out nowadays, this place is a pass. Regardless of how nice the staff is, terrible food is terrible food.

Awesome breakfast!!! All of the egg dishes are served with three of their flapjacks. Today we tried the very fluffy chili and cheese omelette and the eggs your way with sausage. Both were delicious!!

The employees were friendly, the food was excellent. I had eggs with ham, and pancakes, my wife had eggs with sausage, and pancakes (excellent). The cook came out and gave us an apple pancake, which was excellent. We will be back for breakfast, and I highly recommend you try it.

One of the best breakfast places in town!! Besides the delicious breakfast, the service was exceptional. While we were eating, one of the chefs whose name is Zeke came out and brought us some fresh homemade salsa from the kitchen. He was so caring and considerate to make sure we were fully satisfied with our meal. The owner too made it a point to come and ask if we were enjoying our meal and was extremely attentive to everyone there as well. The ambience and personal service is commendable and I highly recommend this place for a delicious, fulfilling and hospitable breakfast restaurant.

We were greeted by the owner at the front door. He introduced himself, told us a little about the place, and seated us. I ordered the bacon and eggs, which comes with 3 buttermilk pancakes. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium as I'd requested. The bacon was thick cut and perfectly balanced between tender and crispy. The unexpected star of the meal was the buttermilk pancakes. I haven't had pancakes this good in 40 years. I'm not in the Chicago area often, but if I was this would be a regular stop

The greater and waitress were very nice. The restaurant is very nice. The men’s bathroom door lock wasn’t working. The breakfast was the worse I’ve ever had. I ordered a bacon skillet with 2 eggs over easy. The menu states generous amount of bacon. The plate had a generous amount of carbs to feed an entire family. There wasn’t any bacon in the skillet. The 2 eggs turned into 1 egg and the one egg was cooked well done so it made my potatoes dry. I just ate the pancakes which were paper thin but tasted good. I’ve never in my life posted how I felt about a restaurant. Please hire new cooks.

I was ordering a hot coffee for drive thru today it was too full and it was spill on my hand. i had to put my coffee down but still too full and spill all over my car seat and my thigh it burn and hurts so bad. you should let the costumer know and should put the splash stopper for extremely hot coffee PLEASE！！the second pic is how full it is after spilled on my hand and all over my thigh and my car seat. After visiting one of the most physically inaccessible Starbucks at Danada West, Wheaton IL, to attempt to get a beverage for my fiancé, on my way back towards home in my own neighborhood, I decided to go into the Naperville Starbucks on Ogden Avenue right next door to the Jewel Food Store (at Washington & Ogden). This Starbucks is one of the nicer Starbucks I have visited in the last couple years. Its layout is better thought out than many other locations I’ve been to. It has exceptional modern decor and is lit in a way that makes you feel like you are at a vacation destination—warm, inviting, and a greater touch of class. The turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich was made just right and the blonde espresso cappuccino made with coconut milk was an enjoyable alternative to a traditional cappuccino. The person taking my order was friendly and very helpful. I even encountered a fun and friendly large group of friends who had met at this location and asked me to take their picture! I bring this up because there is a very nice niche on the opposite side from where I sat which nicely and semi-privately accommodated the approximately 12 individuals in their group. The Danada West Wheaton location needs to take a field trip to this location to see how it should be totally remodeled! The only setback to this beautiful Starbucks is the tiny parking lot that is shared with at least 3 other businesses. I had to circle around and after about 4 to 5 minutes someone happened to leave, and then I got a parking spot.

I almost always go to this starbucks before class, they have always made my drinks correctly! They make it feel like home. The workers are incredibly nice and sweet, caring! They know want to know you name and interact with you! I love it i give this all 5 stars if could i would give 100/100 stars!

At lunchtime - the lights were on but nobody was home - literally. All the lights in the building were on. Registers appeared to be on. Drive-thru sign was lit up. Cars going through a drive-thru that appeared to be, and should've been, open tryed to order but were leaving frustrated (some angrily) after waiting and waiting for anyone to take their order. But no one did. With the street appearance of being open, a small sign on the front door told you why 'no one' was home at lunchtime. There was an easel sign at the drive-thru but it was by the employee entrance and placed in a way customers in the drive-thru couldn't see it. Only potential customers who parked their car and walked up to the customer entrance saw the 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper taped to the door that read, "only open from 1:30 - 9:00 daily. Good thing other restaurants realize people still eat lunch these days. I, like a lot of other disappointed customers, went elsewhere to spend our $. But I didn't leave until I moved the easel sign into the driving area of the drive-thru so other customers Starbucks could've had wouldn't waste their time waiting for no one to take their order.

I just started ordering this oatmilk shaken expresso drink. I ordered a Grande this morning. Just ordered a venti with light ice. I'm glad I paid for a venti but actually was given a Grande?? I prefer the morning crew. My drink was perfect. After 4pm not so much the taste was a bid weird. Way off from the one I purchased this am. I know when I was given my drink I looked and just drive off. I didn't want to hold up the drive thru.

This place was pretty good. The food came out super quick and hot. The restaurant clearly cares about little details. However the service wasn’t incredible. It took a while to get the bill. And not the most attentive. However still good place.

We’re visiting from Los Angeles and this was a great breakfast experience! There are many menu choices to cover pretty much whatever you’re tasting for. The avocado toast was sold out at a place on our travels to Chicago but I am so happy I saved it for here! It was Uh-mazing with over easy eggs! The side of Million $ bacon I shared with my beautiful wife was just perfect. She added 2 eggs to her selection of the Tres Leches French Toast. I’m looking forward to trying something else tomorrow! The server was very pleasant and efficient giving us space to talk and enjoy the good Java. The prices were good and the portions plentiful! We left very happy with our decision to try this place, a great experience from the greeting when we entered, prompt seating and easy to pay by QR code at the end! We’re off to our day now! Whoohoo!

Address 75th and naper Blvd in market place plaza went for Breakfast had a bad experience ,terrible service employee was rude. my food because I didn't order on kias my food eggs look like they clean the floors then gave it to me evil. gave me a biscuit that was left over old look dirty. These employees not good to eat there they tamper with your food when they don't like you now they should have to be careful where you eat. Employee tried to give me money for a coffee that I didn't even pay for, I paid for one coffee and I told them is this my order cause this got 2 coffees I only order 1 coffee and already they were ready to give me money out of the register ,when I only purchased 1 coffee. Why would you want to give me a refund on a coffee that I didn't purchase? I had to bring it up to them to tell them. I don't want no money that don't belong to me. I'm just asking a question, is this my order? The bag was greasy. It looked like it was an old bag that they had of something that they threw out,and that they took out the garbage, hash Brown was cold. Coffee lid full of coffee dripping all over. Do not come to this McDonald’s during lunch time if you want to get your food in under 30 minutes. Especially if you’re using the app. I have tried coming here for 2 weeks now thinking it’d be different at some point, but it’s not. I order a few things through the app. 20 minutes later I arrive at the store, and they tell me to park in a spot to wait. Then, I’m sitting here for 15+ minutes. I’ve worked fast food before. 2 McChickens do not take 30+ minutes to prepare. It’s a miracle the lunch staff still works here.

Placed my order on the app. App marked me *at the restaurant* when I was making the turn from Naper Blvd. Got there at 10:59pm - when they were still *open*. They turned the system off *after* I was at the drive-thru window. I *saw* it switch off. Absolutely disgusting service. In this country, "Open til 11pm" means they *serve* people who get there at 10:59. *Especially* when the order is already in the system *and* the app marked the potential customer as *there*. This was my first time at this McDonalds and I will certainly *never* return.

Ordered and paid through the app. When arrived to pick up, they simply said all items were not available and cancelled my order. If they are not available, why accepted the order in the app and make your customers drive there. Services from this company in this country are getting worse and worse.

The slowest McDonald's I've been too. I get being slammed, but something has to be done about a 20 min wait for ice cream and apple pies. Guests were incredibly upset, staff were incredibly upset, all around a subpar McDonald's experience.

STAY AWAY esp if you are vergetarian. They will put meat in your food even when you ask for NO MEAT. They are not even apologetic when you let them know of the same. Located at 3232 S IL-59 Naperville, IL 60564 United States McDonald's, I bought takeout, but because my daughter was hungry I chose to stay in the store to eat. I chose three tables but they were all not cleaned. When I chose the fourth table, I was helpless. I had to clean it myself and sit down with my children to eat. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. It really makes me sick. There are food residues and flies on the table, and there are ants crawling on the ground. The fries also were not fresh. It's really bad. I believe my pictures can prove everything. I also took a video of the ants moving on the ground, but it doesn’t let me post it. The store is not busy, so they should be able to have time to clean up, and such sanitary conditions are very irresponsible for the health of our consumers!

Ordered a happy meal with double burger and cheese, no mustard or pickles. I got a single burger with everything. I ordered the fries with no salt and they were salted. I also ordered chicken strips with sauce and got no sauce. I also ordered 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals with sauce and got no sauce. Service was very slow.

On Tuesday , June 3rd , 2025, approximately 8:50 AM, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this MCDONALD's. It was my first time using the app. My father placed an order online and asked me to pick it up. Upon my arrival, the older Mexican lady, who is a manager, inquired if I had a mobile pickup. I confirmed that I did and showed her the code, but she rudely informed me that she could not accept it because it was a screenshot. I told her not to speak to me that way again. She insisted that the person who placed the order needed to be present. I explained that it was my first time doing this, but she stated that she didn't care and continued to be very rude. Then, a white male manager approached and assisted me, explaining the procedure. He was very kind, and I would like to commend him for his service. I mentioned to him that the female manager should be retrained, as she did not know how to communicate with me and was quite rude. I also told him that I am a regular customer and typically do not complain, but she crossed the line with me. When I asked her for her name, she replied that she didn't have to provide it. Plus, she wasn't wearing a name tag on her shirt. The owner should look into it.

It seems like this restaurant has been renovated recently, and it was pleasant to stay there to eat. The service was quick as usual, but the burgers stacked neatly without pickles scattered all over the box or condiments spilling over the sides. Despite eating in a fast-food chain restaurant, I value the presentation of the meal over how quickly it's made. When it comes to McDonald's, "Double quarter pounder with cheese" is my go-to choice. But, because it's rather bulky, it reflects how careful the employees are with each order (taken into account that they don't have a long line in the drive-through, and dine-in is not jam-packed either). The place is clean and full of light, drinks refill works, and the bathroom is open.

Got into the drive thru at 9:41 got my food and was told to pull forward to wait for my smoothie. Proceed to wait 10 minutes and I walk inside and the I see my smoothie just sitting there. I ask the worker women and she makes the most hideous disgusting face possible while pointing to my smoothie. Disgusting McDonald’s staff is actually abysmal.

Come to this Mcdonald’s about 3 times a week. Not sure what is happening with the hiring but on 4 separate occasions with 4 separate employees they have given me the wrong amount of change when I paid cash. If you are going to have someone be a cashier they MUST know how to accept cash! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

went to mcdonald's today which was one of teh busiest times because of 4th of july and fireworks ending. i was waiting for my order when i saw a worker before the counters change out the trash and right after noy washing her hands she started working with food. that's disgusting i understand it's slammed but that's basic clean standards. the guy who took the trash out which is even grosser because he had to go outside touch every door and the trash cans outside didnt wash his hands either. disgusting and now i see why the rating is so low for this place and health department need to check out that place.

Got our order wrong then tells us that's what we ordered , takes off his head set and throws them hits the young lady next to him . Re makes them and gets one of the 2 drinks wrong. At this point we just took what we got and left. No need to be rude , it was a strawberry smoothie some how he heard mango but kept on talking under his breath about Mango as he remade it

On 08/25 11AM Drinks not even full and I asked for light ice then the lady tried to convince me there was light ice when the drink was half way full of it.

Bella’s customer service was exceptional! She quickly corrected our order with a smile and ensured we were satisfied. It's refreshing to be greeted so warmly by someone who truly takes pride in their work.

Waited about 5 or more minutes to get helped... onlynone otherperson waiting. Came on national donut day, got my free donut with my chai late which btw was only filled a 3rd of the way. Didnt even see it until I got home (which I didnt sip yet because I didnt want to burn myself)... my free donut was stale and hard. I mean, what the actual hell??? Stale donut on national donut day and not a full drink. Sooo, obviously they're ripping me off, wasting my time And not giving me a full cup which I paid full price for. Need to get better workers for real. P.s. it looks like I drank the drink in my picture, but it was moving around in the car, plus I wouldnt lie about something so stupidly petty.

I love Dunkin, quick, easy, and a lot more affordable than other coffee spots. Coffee can be a bit watery, but donuts are also always awesome.

Here is what is good about this location, the drive-through you could hear very clearly, they were fairly fast, they got my order correct, and they are very polite. Here’s what they do wrong, they need to clean out their rack that heats the food up. As you can see in the picture all of the old burnt bits that are in there wind up on top of my cheese danish each and every single time. This is a very easy fix but it also shows that they’re lazy when it comes to cleaning the way that they should be cleaning.

Just ordered new oat milk shaken espresso, it tastes so different than the other places, plus it’s only ice, didn’t taste of oat milk at all

I cannot believe the amount of ICE that they put in the drinks. Beverage is literally gone in 2 sips. Too much ice in the refresher drinks also makes it impossible to sip the boba pearls,even through, the boba straw. What a waste of money.

This location is on my way to work so typically a frequent stop for me! They are genuinely the nicest staff and very efficient. I never have to worry about being late to work even if the drive thru is 5+ cars deep because they are getting orders out quickly! I’ll miss this location when I move in the summer but if I am ever in Naperville, this will be my go-to location. Thank you to all the staff who constantly has smiles on their faces and makes everyone’s mornings better.

I remember when this location first opened and it was great. Again, it reminds me of a Starbucks where when it first opened, it was all the craze, but now corners and floors and sections are sticky and dusty. If you look up, almost all the lighting fixtures have layers of dust on them. The seating section has high tops, booths, tables, and a variety of options, but there’s no covered seating outside. I get the whole concept of ordering on the kiosk, but still, I think it backs up the front area as some people are still not comfortable are with the app/kiosk order method. The food pick up area is well staffed and runs smoothly. Food is solid. Today, 2 smoothies, 2 bagels, and 2 soups/mac were about $40. I think this is pricey….

I recently visited Panera Bread in Naperville and had a wonderful experience. The location is in a nice neighborhood, making it easily accessible, with convenient parking and comfortable seating arrangements. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the food was well-prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I appreciated the quick service, with minimal waiting time, and the convenience of kiosks for ordering and payment. The beverage options were also excellent. Overall, it was a great visit, and I would highly recommend this Panera Bread location.

Since they joined with the democrats there service has gone from 8 to a 1. Horrible costumer service. Prices throught the roof. We used to stop here weekly now we never do cause it's to dam expensive. 30 bucks for 2 people to eat half decent food that they have to order themselves and the the employees still looking for a tip. Horrible customer service.

Went and ordered two salads. Waited over 30 minutes while watching people come in after me then go out (or eat) before me. Decided I didn't want the food anymore. Went to get a refund so I could just go home. Food came out while I was in line for the refund but still didn't want it anymore. Once I got to the cashier I said it'd been 30 minutes so I don't even want the food anymore I just want a refund. Manager comes to starts processing the refund and says yeah it's pretty busy so I let him know there were many orders that went in after mine but were out before mine even got started. So that wasn't the issue. He says no all of the orders are made in the order that they came in. So I tell him I was standing in front of the screen and could see so many orders under mine get bumped up over mine. So he says well you had a big order...two salads. I couldn't even respond to that. Not only was he just flat out lying but apparently two salads is a big order. I spoke to the cashier a bit on how rude the manager was and she basically said that's just how he is. Situations like these are already awkward enough, if the customer isn't being rude there's no reason to be arguing with them. I live less than 5 minutes from here but will not be going back.

Panera’s new business model is terrible. The drive through was eliminated, and is now for Mobil orders. There was not one car picking up. Inside the restaurant there is only a kiosk to order. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Just for them to forget the bacon, and the sandwich looked like it had been run over by a truck. We paid $17! We should have gone a block over to a diner with a server and fresh ingredients for the same price. What a disappointment.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Panera Bread location. When I realized the mistake, I called the store and told them they could go ahead and enjoy the food I had already paid for. Told them I didn’t need the refund because it was completely my fault. To my surprise, I later received an email saying they had refunded my order anyway. I truly appreciate this thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This by far is the worst Panera. Not only do they have a drive thru with only mobile orders they are the slowest place. It has been 20 minutes finally I went in to see if it was done and still it wasn’t. I told them to cancel it and still haven’t received a refund! I love Panera but will never go to this location again!!!!

Got food in the drive thru, a cheeseburger and a large coke, they made me park in spot 2 for 10 minutes for a single cheeseburger. Needless to say if you're in a hurry I don't recommend this location. Saturday December 7th 2024.

There is apparently a silly policy made worse by a confusing sign. The Play Place sign says “Closed for sanitizing from 8–6” with no AM or PM. It clearly seems like 8 PM to 6 AM, because 8 AM to 6 PM would mean the play place is closed almost the entire day, which makes no sense. But at 6:50 an employee told us it closes at 6 PM. She said she doesn’t make the rules, the manager does. Closing a Play Place at 6 PM is exactly when families come for dinner, so the sign is misleading and the policy is poorly thought out. I asked for the managers information such as an email or phone number to discuss the issue and I was unable to communicate with the employee who didn't understand English and thought I was asking for a credit card instead of a business card. Food was delicious and expensive.

I visited the establishment today and ordered a fish sandwich and 2 apple pies. I wanted everything fresh. I was told it’ll be a 12 minute wait for the pies. However, I waited 20 minutes. Not only am I on my lunch break, but if it’s going to be a 20 minute wait, then you need to be honest about that. However, the lady was bringing someone else their food, who was behind me. Not only could you save made 2 trips outside, but it’s inconsiderate to have me wait that long. And she thanked the other customer but not me. I don’t recommend this place.

Everytime without fail when i order in advance through the app when i get to drive thru im always sent to a spot to wait. Why if the system is not working correctly is that the first question that is asked? "Will you be using the mobile app today?"i have had to wait anywhere from 5 mins on the rare chance all the way to 15 mins. Ridiculous considering multiple cars order more behind me without using the app and get their food and leave before im even given my food.

I've never written a bad review but this one is well deserved. Over the course of 5 months I've gone through the drive through (not me personally, usually a family member) and every freaking time something is either A. missing or B. wrong... Should've stopped coming here after the second time but im a late learner I guess. Save yourself the disappointment/frustration and head 2 miles down the street to the other location.

It seems every single time that you go through this drive through, they'll park the entirety of the drive through of 5 plus cars. And you'll have to wait ten to fifteen minutes to get your food. Even if you are to use the mobile app and do curbside, you will still sit for 10 to 15 minutes and 9 times out of 10, they will mix up your food with somebody else's right. And you'll be getting your bag of food from someone else's car. I remember it being a policy that people should be in and out of the drive through within 3 minutes, but it seemed they don't care about this anymore. And they take just as long as some restaurants do to get you your food

Got my order right, staff was super friendly. Shoutout to the boy with makeup who complimented my makeup. He cheered me up and made me feel better :)

You guys say you close at 11 but 5 couriers from uber eats came yesterday March 25th 2025 at 9pm and no one was there, not only that but no one answered the phone. This has happened 2 times at the same time at this same location. Horrible customer service.

Great staff. But at these prices BK should be securing better food. Charging sit down prices for the same drive thru dry burgers 20 years doesn't float it anymore in 2025

Got some breakfast here, and it turned out to be fairly hot and tasty. Service was a bit slow but it might be because they are short in personnel - I blame the franchisee and not the workers here, they are doing what they can under difficult circumstances. Coffee was good and hot, and I got my bag of ice too, which was great in size (good for drinks and munching) and cheap! No more 7 Eleven for just a bag of ice! Will come back here, and good stuff!

Went through the drive through and was greeted with rudeness and disrespect. I was asking for meals and the person taking my order started to argue with me that I'm not saying "meal". Are you kidding me?? Also half my order was wrong and I got nothing what I asked. Definitely going somewhere else from now on. There are plenty of food places around so don't be too butt hurt. Look how soggy the burger is in the pic. Gross af! I'm not even going to try it because of how gross it is.

I haven't eaten at BK in over 2 decades. Then comes the Impossible Whopper. I must say the cashier was awesome. Super friendly and offered her opinion on the impossible whopper. I was happy to find out it tasted just like the whoppers I remember. I have been back once more since the impossible whopper has been introduced but wouldn't make it a habit. It's a nice option when I want junk food. It's far less expensive and more tasty than other places that offer the impossible burger.

I was recommended this place by a friend who said it’s the best coffee shop in Naperville—and let me tell you, it totally is! Honestly, I might even say it’s the best in the world. 💯 Their drink menu is INSANE in the best way possible. I’ve never seen such variety in any other coffee shop before. It has tons of globally inspired drinks! Matcha lovers, tea lovers, fruity drink fans, jelly-addicted girlies—this is YOUR SPOT. I had the Monster Matcha (a signature item), and it was absolutely amazing—rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. My boyfriend had another signature coffee drink (forgot the name, oops!) and he loved it too! Of course, I couldn’t resist trying the cheesecake, and yep—you guessed it—it was DELICIOUS. My friend also recommended the Jasmine Tea with Lychee Jelly, and I’m already counting down the days until I go back to try it! The service? 10/10. The staff was so kind and helpful when I asked about the menu—and get this—they offer samples so you can try before committing! 😱 Who does that anymore?! The vibe was chill and cozy, not crowded at all, making it the perfect hangout spot to catch up with friends or enjoy some alone time. I’ve truly never fallen in love with a coffee shop like this before. I’m beyond excited to go back and try more from their incredible menu. If you haven’t been, GO NOW. You won’t regret it! ☕💚

I had low expectations coming in, but I came out with satisfaction :) My friend ordered an iced Great Pumpkin Spice Latte. She said it was delicious--strong pumpkin flavor, yet strong coffee flavor. It is a drink for those who like sweet drinks. I ordered a dark iced Americano (black), and it actually tasted like coffee. I was surprised, it had a strong coffee flavor (although I wish it had been stronger). Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience for both of us!

This is a cute place with so many good drink options! My mom got the ginger lemon tea and I just got a plain iced black tea. I liked the little ice cubes in the drinks, it’s like the ice at chick fil a. The food however (we did not get) looked like it had been there awhile and not appealing. But drinks were delicious!

Wide selection of coffee and tea drinks to choose from along with their seasonal selections. The drinks were excellent, great flavor! We also ordered food items (a breakfast sandwich and a spinach ricotta croissant) which tasted good, but the price was a little high compared to other cafes in the area.

I started coming to this Sweetwaters location in the mornings to do some work and studying. I come in right when it opens and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They're always quick to attend to customers even when it gets busy. Their drink selection is great, my favorite right now is their most popular Dreamy. Their food is also pretty good, lots of breakfast sandwiches and bakery items. I highly recommend coming to this location!

Truly disappointing 💯 I stopped in here for a 1st time visit since it was one of the only coffee spots open after 7pm, when I needed a midweek boost while working the evening. They weren't busy when I entered so I took the opportunity to ask a few questions. I was happy to see an indian young lady at the counter bc my indian friends are usually kind & helpful at most places, but she must've been new bc it seemed she knew absolutely nothing about what they serve & her demeanor was like these young kids who've seemingly never had a job in their life. I wanted to try a pumpkin drink from their seasonal menu, but I'm dairy-free so I asked if they used a pumpkin sauce or syrup & if it contained dairy... after her saying uhmmmm, she said she assumed that they use a pumpkin sauce that contains dairy. I then decided to just get an iced latte with oat milk. She asked if I wanted any flavor, & I asked what dairy-free syrup flavors they had (looking for some insight & a recommendation which is usually the standard coffee shop experience elsewhere) & she said she didnt' know. So I opted for no flavor. She didn't offer to check the syrups or anything like they do at other coffee shops. By this time, a group had come in behind me, & she seemed to become impatient. I was already frustrated that she wasn't knowledged on anything but now I felt rushed. I'm sensitive to certain kinds of sweeteners, so I lastly asked what kind of sweetener they used, to which she said a cane syrup, & I said that was fine & if she could make it half sweet. She then told me I could sweeten my own drink at the end of the bar & that they have sugar-free syrups but didnt know which were dairy-free. It seemed the term 'dairy-free' just made her incapable of thinking clearly & lose interest in wanting to help me. I didn't think it would be such a feat to ask to have my drink made half-sweet (which is an option on the online menu I saw afterwards, & a standard in a coffee shop setting), but apparently this staff member wasn't trained at all to do her job. Feeling inconvenienced, I told her I would just sweeten it myself. I paid $9+ for a 32oz (I asked for a large, which I thought would be a standard large 24oz size) cup of ice & milk - I watched her fill 3/4 the cup of ice, then 3/4 the cup of oat milk with 4 shots of espresso on top. That's ridiculous. Especially considering this person made zero effort to assist me in choosing options that would fit what I was hoping for, so this was not at all worth the money. I can get a 24oz perfectly crafted dairy-free pumpkin latte with 3 shots, made by friendly & informed baristas at my preferred coffee spot in Naperville for under $7. What is this place doing bc this experience & price was a joke. Afterwards, I checked the online menu (which I didn't think I'd have to do considering I went in to speak to a human being paid to be educated on the products they serve, otherwise I wouldve done it beforehand) to see they had a pumpkin syrup that looks to be dairy-free, & that half-sweet is indeed an option. I felt like I had wasted my time & my hard-earned dollars, & was besides myself that was the service I had just gotten. In the service industry if your staff cannot be trained to fully know what your offerings are, be informed & educated on dietary needs/preferances, as well as having the patience to assist & displaying initiative to ensure positive customer experiences, then they do not belong in customer-facing roles at all. What I was expecting was very simple, considering I've been to both well-known & small biz coffee shops that can accommodate what I'm looking for at affordable prices no problem, so this was extremely below par service. I would not recommend & will not return. I wish I wouldn't have even considered this place.

EXCELLENT sandwich (highly recommend the croissant, ham, cheese, egg) and fabulous coffee. We love coming here.

What can I say about Burger King? I ordered through the drive-in so I did not go in but it’s a fast food joint so I don’t think their ambience is very good. It’s usually very cold and that’s with any of them. The burger was great, but the french fries were semi warm. The Dr Pepper did not taste like Dr Pepper. And it’s lost it’s conceptive fast food inexpensive. It’s now way too much money.

Rudeness and cleanliness was very awful. That’s the ketchup bottle they have out. And they refuse to give ketchup to customers. Well some customers.

This location always makes me pull around to wait. This time there was no one else in drive-thru at 8:47 am and 1 person in lobby. They claimed they wanted to make it fresh. So I pulled around and waited. After a few minutes I got out and walked in and my sandwich was just sitting under the lamp. The red/brown haired manager finally appeared and order the cashier to give me my sandwich because I’ve been waiting . SMH. I don’t understand why the delay in service? No one is even there? The sense of urgency is not there. Shake shack makes their food fresh and I never have to wait.

The food hit the spot — hot, tasty, and just what you'd expect from the King himself 👑🍔. Only hiccup? One out of our four orders didn’t come out right. Not the end of the world, but c’mon BK, we were rooting for a perfect record! Still, we left full and happy. See ya next time!

This may go unnoticed by corporate, but I had to share every time we visit this location and Gale is here, she’s always warm, positive, and ready with a smile. Even today on Easter, she greeted us with that same cheerful energy. The food is always fresh, but today it was especially outstanding. Thank you, Gale, and your team for making us feel so welcomed!

I went here with my daughter and asked for 2 duo meals and they flat out got my order wrong and treated me like I was a bug. DONT go to this Burger King! The fries were stale and the nuggets were rubber

When an Americano is good, you know they make really good coffee. Especially to someone who typically adds cream and sugar to coffee. I don't need to add anything here. It's that good. The staff and volunteers here are always friendly and courteous.

All profits from this cafe go to charity, so I skip Starbucks now and just get my mocha here instead. Friendly people, free wifi, plenty of seating, a decent number of power outlets. I see people working here every day, i.e. using the free wifi to get work done, or having meetings. Highly recommend.
