Stumbled on this cafe while walking around. The banner upfront told me I had to have a cuppa. Nice ambience, old school shop lot. Friendly staff. But OMG one of the best coffees I have tasted. Tried the flat white, kopi susu and Gula Melaka Shakerato (my personal favourite). Guess I will be heading back daily for my coffee hit!

It’s really disappointing to have dine in this cafe after my last visit few years ago. First the order system was bad. When we found a place to sit, there’s no one there to take our orders. So we went to the counter and found out that we need to order there. Fine. We had no choice but to do that. Then after the order they asked about our table number. Now here is the thing… if I ordered there and what if someone took my table. I can’t be at the table and at the counter on the same time. The proper way to order is to ask us to order at the counter the moment the staff see us enter the cafe. After we order, we will be given a standee with number. Even the food we ordered was really not on par comparing with few years back. The pasta that we had were dry and with two pieces of plastic look alike meat. The fries on the chicken chop was not evenly seasoned. The salad was not fresh. The pandan basque cheesecake were so so. The coffee NY cheesecake was too sweet. My husband ordered a glass of iced water at the counter but didn’t deliver. The experience with washroom was the worst during this season. There weren’t too many people in the cafe. It’s so terrible. Terrible with mess around which I was too embarrassed to describe. I wonder how could a PAM winner cafe to have such bad managed washroom. This cafe was one of my favourites when I travelled back to Alor Setar few years ago. But not now.

A place to have a relax moment and doing some paper work here. Air condition is cold enough then I have my seat outside(smoking area). The small cake taste bad (forgot name can see photo shown Rm5 per piece ). Espresso+ oat milk + yuzu is strong yuzu flavour.

Nice atmosphere in an old shophouse lot in Chinatown. Had coffee and cakes but the cakes were not as good as it looked. The French fries were good

Great service, delicious food. Although there was a small issue with the food, the staff handled it very well. They replaced the dish with a new one, which was very tasty.

Had my lunch here with my family. The interior is interestingly designed, which gives some really good atmosphere to dine in. Foods were delicious and came in appropriate portion, personally love their sweet potato burnt cheesecake. Also, the staffs were friendly and their service was good. Would love to visit again.

We had afternoon tea here and enjoyed the decor and food. Housed in a heritage building, this place has a vibe which is very pleasant. Staff were also helpful. The coffee was good and strong while sandwiches were tasty too. Do look up at the ceiling and you will see old row boats. The upstairs is also nicely decorated. We enjoyed our meal here.

Love the cafe and service provided was superb. Took a day trip to Alor Star, stumbled upon this cafe for afternoon coffee. The owner and staff were so attentive and helpful and lending us with phone charger as both of our phones battery were draining. Had good time with my best friend spending time here sipping afternoon coffee with great ambiance and good food. Thank you for great services.

This place was so nice, met Anthony and he was a legend. Hes photographer and you can tell by his cafe, the art here is cool. The coffee and food was amazing, I’m not vegetarian but if all veg food tasted this good I could be.

Love this cafe concept with all nature and green . Every spot is insta worthy 🫶🏻The owner of the cafe was so nice , he took his effort to snap our photo on a rooftop . One thing they need to improve is their coffee because my iced latte rasa susu je kopi tak rasa eventhought i didnt ask for flavouring.

The ambience was nice, with good music choices. Service was good, staff were attentive, especially the guy managing the cake display area. However, i was a bit disappointed with my salad, as the menu states romaine lettuce is used in their chicken salad, but it came with green coral instead :( if i knew this beforehand, i would've changed my order. hope you can improve the communication aspect with customers.

Second floor. You can use lift or stairs. Just enjoy your meals and beverages here. Nice vibes. Just scan QR for dining, pay and wait for your order to serve. Next time I'll try their pizza. Recommended!

loving the cozy place with Insta worthy ambience. But I'm all about food. Crispy, cheesy pizza with a golden crust — every bite was satisfying and full of flavour. The pesto spaghetti was light, fragrant, and creamy with just the right amount of basil kick. 🌿💚 Perfect combo when you can’t decide between Italian classics. So simple, so good!

Despite the limited menu they are still able to maintain the quality. Chicken salad was good, the salmon quite creamy and cepat muak. Lemon lavender ice was nice. Still instagrammable place and limited seating area.

For environment,concept is really good. But for the food, im sorry..tasteless. For spagethi aglio olio i give 2/5. for pizza 2/5 also..with the food quality and price i think not worth it.. im so sorry..

I recently visited Sulb Cafe after finding it on Google. I ordered a few things, and I have to say the food really impressed me! The drinks were just okay, though. Just a bit of humble feedback: I understand everything is digital now with QR code ordering and instant payment, but it would be great if the team could do more PR check on the food, interact with customers, and ensure everything is consistent. I know in cafés people come and go, but it’s a pity if the quality of food and service isn’t maintained. The coffee was good, but the matcha latte was rather average for the price. The food was tasty, but I waited about 15 minutes for it to arrive. The atmosphere was comfortable and overall good.

Having dinner here, and quite crowded. Ordered three pasta, a burger and a pizza. SST is about 10 ringgit. The main point is FOOD IS VERYYY SLOWWWWW we have waited for almost 1hour, and the main course of the other 2 tables which came behind us have already served, we had our pasta after the families had finished their food. Quite disappointed

Everything is so good. Food, coffee and dessert are so yummmm. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating to our request to separate the cheese as our dear Mom doesn't eat cheese. Thank you! Hope to have chance to visit again. 100% recommended! 👍👍👍

Pricing is above average. We won't be complaining if it's at touristy area but not in Alor Setar . However food and drinks are of good quality and presentation.

First time hop in this cafe in Kedah. Surprised to see the latte art on my flat white and matcha latte. The Maleficent waffle was tasty and satisfied! Just a little noisy due to the kid's birthday celebration event with a clown performance. Overall, it was a decent experience and will try their dishes hopefully in future soon.

I’m amazed by the accolades the barista has garnered. From detailed latte arts to also good whites. First time visiting Alor Setar and this is the best Flat White I’ve had in the 3 days I was here. Medium bodied and excellent balance of espresso and milk. My local family didn’t even know of the place and they really enjoyed their drinks and ambience here. They even came back here after we have left AS. But we weren’t impressed with the Mille crepe cake and the waffle. Cake wasn’t good. Waffle took a while to arrive which is understandable. But the waffle came really plain. Not icing sugar for presentation. And taste wise, it just didn’t hit the spot.

Had office lunch here. Atmosphere was good. Service was slow but the food was nice. Had to ask a few times for cutlery and serviettes. Staff need to be more attentive and proactive with customer needs. Place was enclosed even until the balcony. Hard to talk as there was a lot of echo thus not a place to have a quiet cuppa with a friend for chats.

Food was very good meet my expectations and satisfaction. The carbonara was creamy and fulfilling. I had my daughters’s order of chicken mansionese. It was good too. My husband has big breakfast and he enjoyed it very much

This is very near the train station. It has a large indoor dining area, food was ok but didn't get service with a smile.

This place is very spacious. There is a FOC private carpark for their customers. The interior environment is bright, clean, and comfortable with air-conditioning. All the food that we ordered is delicious, fresh, and good quality. The food portion is huge. Black sesame taufufa cake is special and not too sweet.

Cafe like ambience, quite and good smell of coffee. I only bought cinnamon roll and a cappuccino. You will get what you pay. Places are also good for groups and family. They have their own in house pastries, which is good. You would wanna go for that in Alor Star.

Pastries and panini are great! Croissant yummy!! But coffee ( i tried mocha and flat white) a bit bland. Maybe black or americano will be great because of no bitter taste or maybe just simply add extra shot. So far, great ambience. Great for hangout.

I had a really bad experience today with my takeaway order. It took one whole hour just to prepare 4 drinks, which honestly doesn’t make sense. What’s even more frustrating is seeing people who came later for dine-in getting their drinks first. Orders should be prioritised based on who came earlier, not whether it’s dine-in or takeaway. I don’t fully blame the staff because I can see she’s the one handling orders, preparing drinks, and doing multiple things at once. But still, the management really needs to improve the service flow. The drinks themselves were good, no complaints there but the waiting time and prioritisation need serious improvement.

I planned to go here eversince i hit the highway to go up north. Been to Kupi & Ghuti's cafe, another version of this Kopi & Roti. It was the kampung version of them. Setup was nice. The floor, the ids, the ambience. As for the menu, not much to offer. Same goes to the coffees. No blended or frappes. Ordered the croissants, the taste was good. And they gave us sugar instead of syrup. ???? The toilet needed a thorough cleaning tho. And shockingly, nobody care to answer all these reviews. Quite surprising this is. To the owner, you've spent quite a fortune on the cafe. Please improvise your menus, and the service. Your barista hand over all the drinks without using any tray at all. Well, that's absurd. What makes your cafe different? The coffee?? The croissants? As for me, the service and the cleanliness. Bayaq mahai takpa asai puaih ati. Nonetheless recommended lah untuk santai santai Tqverygud

Atmosphere is good but 1 grill chicken took 45 mins to arrive. If you are hungry then your in trouble. Service is ok but the waiting a bit too long. Grill chicken was ok but 'mushroom' sauce taste like basil sauce to me. Parking can park in the church compound. Nice place but if too many people the kitchen can't cope with the crowd. Will visit again one day tq.

Any big motorbiker should love this place. The view of the Café is showroom gallery of all variant big bikes. The food is good. Especially the nachos, little bit salty but taste good. Roasted chicken not bad. Fish and chip taste average. The drinks not bad. Good services. Fast respond all the staffs here. But the place is lacked of indoor seat. Every special day is packed like Valentine day, New Year Eve, Chirtsmas etc. Make sure do reservation before visit Route 77

Always had such pleasant time here. Food as always - perfectly seasoned and plated. My go-to drink is iced hazelnut latte soooo good. Service is also nice from both workers and owner :) good spot to chill and chat. one suggestion is, maybe add more fans for the outdoor seating.

Nice place to hangout with your friends while taking a sip of coffee. Their coffee is good and the price is okay. The atmosphere is also decent with plenty of seats available. It is recommended to come at night because the outdoor seating might be a bit uncomfortable during daytime. They also have indoor seating if you want air conditioning.

What an amazing little cafe, so unique and chic in a unique creative setting! Great range of drinks and light snacks and the staff is so friendly and hip. If you're looking to chill somewhere in Alor Star, kopi safe is definitely the place to be!

Ordered cream carbonara and belgian choc.. Fortunately! Cream carbonara sedapp and tak muak. I am very picky with carbonara, but their cream carbonara suits my taste. Belgian choc sangat laa 🍫 . Next time before balik KL nak try their coffee. Pricing also okay tak terlalu mahal. Portion pun banyak.. vibes kedai sangat2 chill and classy. Malam best nak lepak, or early morning or late evening.will come again before going back to KL. Forgot to mention, service also 👍

While the food was not bad (I had naan & tandoor), the whole place is infested with flies and that really spoiled my dining experience. The flies have touched my food a few times but I decided to just consume the food anyway and pray that I don’t get food poisoning. This place is not hygienic and I call upon MBAS to do an inspection on the premise.

In my honest opinion, the cheese naan here is overrated. I have had better cheese naan from a local mamak. The cheese naan meleleh was bland. I think they used mozarella as it has that 'meleleh' and 'tarik' effect. Mozarella is also bland & tasteless. I was hoping they combined it with a different cheese. It was dissapointing. The garlic cheese naan was better but not that great. Service was also dissapointing. We didn't finish our meal & asked to tapau but they didn't include the curry. Too bad I only realized it once I was home. For a cheese naan & garlic cheese naan that costs RM12 & RM15 respectively, it is unacceptable.

Service was decent, food was God awful. Naan isn't naan but more like an undercooked thick pizza base. Shawarma wasn't shawarma, not sure what to call it besides a sloppy mess of bone and grisly meat drowned in sweet sauce and mayonnaise. Briyani was genuinely the worst I've had, lamb with the briyani was allegedly good but I didn't dare eat it as it was cold and sitting in a metal pan for God knows how long. Milo was fine and ais tea was fine also. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Prices abnormally high even for restaurant quality food and this was below street quality food.

We just arrived Alor Setar, and we're newbies. Didn't know where to go, and wasn't up for Malay food. We Googled, and found Rumah AOR. The lamb chop was delicious, soft, and not oily nor overcooked. There are kids meal, that's a huge bonus for me. The fried chicken chop was delicious, and the quesadilla was surprisingly yummy, not too localised that's okay for me. Service and staff manners were top notch i totally respect that. Only thing is, i hope they can be strict about no smoking in the restaurant policy 😎 thank you Rumah AOR.

We came here in a big group, we mostly liked the food but the ambience is not that cool. It's quite Loud with the vehicles and it's smells a bit weird. Overall the service was fast and good. The waiters really helped us and quite patient with our multiple orders. The food is a little pricey compared to the ambience. We also requested to be seated on first floor but they could not make arrangements due to some influencers. If they improve their ambience and have a good air freshener, it would be worth a visit to this place. Food has variety but they could really go more creative with fusion food.

first of all, this place is one of the best in alor setar. located not far from Darul Aman Stadium. the location is very strategic in the middle of Alor Setar city. This restaurant has a very nice decoration. This restaurant has also been visited by some famous celebrities. We tried several dishes here such as Mac n cheese, AOR Fried Rice, Quesadilla, Buttermilk Chicken Rice, Spaghetti Grill Chicken Bolognese. Chicken Chop and corn water is addictive. All the food and drinks here are very tasty. served in an interesting way. The price is worth the taste. Food is prepared quickly. Come before dusk so it's not crowded. Only here you need to park on the side of the main road.

Atmosphere is great, they have indoor and outdoor available for your preference. I ordered the butter chicken with man tau, it was tasty. Although there were a few smaller pieces which was hard. Can pick those out. And when I ordered rice because my order does not come with rice, I requested them if they can add some butter chicken sauce to go with the rice, they say can. Staff service were absolutely great! They deserve more customers to dine in here!

You will not miss this eatery as it is located by the main road of Jalan Stadium, Alor Star. Mind you this place is always packed so be prepared to wait for quite some time before your food will be served. The food offered is varied from western to nasi dish. Despite the seating area is quite a lot, you can find the interior seating arrangement is bit crowded and close to one another. The food is good yet quite pricey.

This restaurant has nice interior decoration. I like how they rempit while delivering our order. The services are ok, it’s better than before. The price they offer here are reasonable too. Most of the foods here are tasty and my favorite is rice with buttermilk chicken and chicken grill. They taste really good. Their owner are generous because th portion of the foods are big. I also like a relaxing vibe here. It’s make me feel comfy. This restaurant is sure a nice place to have dinner with your families and acquaintances. There are air conditioner and light bulb makes the place feel comfortable and romantic. I would like to recommend this restaurant to whoever like to have romantic dinner here

Went for dinner and a lot of items have been sold out. Food portion is larger than expected, hence the hefty pricing. Taste is ok, nothing to shout about. Chicken fingers are too dry on the inside and tasteless.

Decided to come here for some snacks. Certainly enjoyed the ambience. It's not fussy and feels very airy. The food is somewhat creative I would say. Loved the curry puffs and the cake!! Took quite a while for the puffs to arrive tho. However, the soup tasted like instant soup; it's not bad, but not good. Service was a tad bit too slow for my liking. Service crews were quite inattentive.

Came with full stomach, just wanted to hangout. So we ordered mushroom soup, it was awesome. Belgian waffle was okay. Tried their drinks, pine forest. Unique flavour, glad I'm curious enough to taste its wonder. Staff was friendly and very competent. Will come again to try their other dishes.

All this while stopping at Alor Setar was always to visit relatives, not really for hangout and lepak. This place was able to debunk that for me. They offer KL taste and quality food with reasonable pricing. They even experiment on their food and drink, very professional and creative business. Vibe is good as well for outdoor hangout. RECOMMENDED!

A cafe converted from a corner end house in the neighbourhood area! Bright and cozy, with minimalist decor cafe, its served what I am looking for - my afternoon coffee and cake! The Rose Pistachios Cake was moist and fresh, goes well with a cup of coffee. There are 3 sitting areas, main floor, upper floor and outside the premise. Outside sitting area are suitable for evening and night. Main floor sitting area was quite limited, 2 tables with sofa seats and 3 small tables with stools which is not comfortable to sit for long. Upper floor accommodate more tables. Take away a Grilled Chicken Pizza, it was quite burnt in one side and tasted bitter. Staff were friendly and easy parking.

Last year your chicken tenders are big and nice, but now the size difference is way too much. The chicken tenders are very small, not sure they’re for adult or for kids. It's our first time here. Haven't been to this part of Alor Setar since my school years a very long time ago. The place is a corner house converted into a cafe. Spacious eating areas both inside and outside the place. Very well decorated with minimalist design characterised by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette which combines an open floor plan, lots of light, and functional furniture. They take orders at the cashier before we get to be seated. We arrived at about 11.30, so i figure out we could try one of the big breakfast menu and the rice bowl. After going through the menu and deciding on our orders, then only the server informed us that the unavailability of some items on the menu. No big breakfast, no rice bowl. That was a little disappointing. Especially when the cashier was actually standing right in front of us - looking at us going through the menu. It would be a very nice gesture if you could at least inform us beforehand what's available and what's not. We ended up having some choices of sandwiches and desserts. Food tasted great. The kids loved them.

1st experience trying the menus here. It was an unplanned visit but so worthwhile! The mac n cheese was the bomb. So creamy and cheesy with crispy beef bits sprinkled on top😋. The fries were good. The chicken tenders, though it wasn't juicy but it wasn't overcooked either. Paired with their perfect ranch sauce, aduhh, definitely will come again whenever I'm in Alor Setar.

All is good except the small cup. What do you mean i have to pay the exact same amount for a tiny cup??? not even the size of my brother’s index finger??? i put the cup before and after. What a degrade you have done. I have always come to this cafe last year and this year? i did not expect this honestly.

The location is inside a business building. The menu on the counter. Those are food models. Great ambiance. Aesthetic. Croissant was ok. Drink also ok.

The café has a hipster, cozy, and spacious ambiance. I visited specifically to try the croissants, especially the ribbon croissant. First impression: the café looked nice with its industrial interior design and they had dummy croissants on display along with their prices. However, when I stood at the counter to place my order, the two staff members (who appeared to be both baristas and servers) didn’t acknowledge me at all. I had to stand there awkwardly until I finally said, “Boleh order?” I’m not sure if I was invisible to them, but even if they were busy, a simple “Sorry, I’ll be with you in a moment” would have made a difference. They seemed short-staffed—one was busy making drinks and the other was serving orders. Still, a welcoming smile or a bit of acknowledgment would go a long way. As for the croissants, they were a bit dry, and the filling had an overly artificial, essence-like taste.

Semua menu display atas meja, you need to choose only. Butter croissant is a must. Sangat flakey, buttery + affordable. Tiramisu, very thick cream, good combination with cocoa powder. Lady finger not soggy, just nice. Tiramisu available time tertentu saja (that time 4pm++). Latte buttercream, no words to say👍🏻 . Environment yang sangat tenang dan cozy. Standard prize mcm cafe yang lain. Will repeat!

The cafe have a very good environment for gathering However, I was quite disappointed with the value for the price. I ordered two pastries: Croissant aux Amandes Cromboloni - Chocolate The Croissant aux Amandes was decent, but the buttery flavor was much weaker than expected, lacking the rich, fragrant taste that typically defines a good croissant. The Cromboloni, however, was a real letdown. The center was unpleasantly slimy, which ruined the overall texture of the pastry. What was most disappointing is that both pastries were clearly reheated from frozen. When served, the outer layers were hot, but the inside was still mildly cold — a clear sign of uneven heating that really affected the eating experience.

The croissant was okay and fresh since they have their own bakery. I could taste the buttery dough, but the skin was too crunchy. I think the staff over-reheated it, as it was kind of burnt. The coffee was bad, and I gave it 2 out of 10. The taste notes weren't there, but I don't think the cafe focuses on coffee, so I can't say much about that. Perhaps their other food is great. The interior design is great, offering a different kind of vibe.

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some french classics desserts and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. As you enter the restaurant, just go directly and order your choice of food at the cashier counter. Be sure to register as their membership program to get some discount. The parking area is spacious but be aware when the peak hour the parking might be limited. The payment method offered are by cash or cashless.

The pastries at this place were exceptional. We ordered a variety, and the staff even gave us a sample of a new freshly baked pastry, which I believe will be added to their menu soon. I requested spanish latte with less sugar, resulting in a strong coffee flavor that I thoroughly enjoyed. The barista girl was so rude + unpolite. Last night i went there, and halfway when I'm eating with my friend suddenly they turned off the fan. It's barely 1045, They told us their closing time is 11 . So not welcoming and rude with that annoyed face. Got no manners at all. Not gonna repeat this cafe again. But the food was nice can try their sambal hijau and the cafe got ambience. The cashier was friendly too. Thats all do visit earlier if you dont want to get the same hospitality like us.

The ally is very narrow. No proper parking available if you came by car. The place is good enough to call instagrammable. But not all the taste of dishes match the aesthetic brought by.

The tables are quite small, just enough for two and making it perfect for a casual blind date or intimate lunch. I ordered lamb soup, and it was sooo good! The soup was thick, the portion was large, and the saltiness level suited my taste. I requested to have it with rice instead of bread, and they gladly served it that way. I also ordered sparkling pomegranate, which was a sweet and sour drink. The staff were nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was calm, complemented by calming music. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is nicely decorated, there's plenty of parking near vicinity. There's a lot of food to choose from curry mee, nasi lemak to meatballs. Nasi lemak is tasty, the rice is fragrant with coconut and pandan flavours. The sambal is delicious, not too spicy. The meatballs is scrumptious, juicy and tender. The black pepper sauce is different, somewhat sweet. Maybe a tad too sweet. Curry Mee's portion is big, definitely will fill you up. All in all, recommended! I'll give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

The best peach tea in town no doubt!!!, a friend of mine got the salai masak lemak menu, bro that one was very good, the spicy-ness is tolerable, the creamy tomyam spaghetti, although creamy - xrasa muak ya gais... repeatable material skskskksksk, a good place to enjoy ur meal in relaxing manner, got space for kids to play, got a number of table games tooo thay u can play while waiting for ur food.. the price is the same as the standard hipster cafe, or maybe way cheaper gituuu. Been here since 2015, but last visit was disappointed especially on the taste 1. Meatball - the texture and feels like fishcake, no texture of meatball like previously. The gravy also taste different, takcukup rasa 2. Spaghetti - use the same meatball which dont like the texture, feels and taste like fishcake. The carbonara is like milk all over 3. Chicken - use same gravy as meatball, not taste good like previously. The chicken so dry and burnt, feels like heating for many times. The taste is off , hope you bring the old recipe back But the fries was really delicious

Best fettuccine carbonara in town. Such a big portion for only RM10. Cooked al dente and the sauce is just enough to cover the pasta. Very unlike other eateries that tend to drown their pasta. Drinks are just so-so but that is what you expect for the cheap price. My carbonara with hot mocha only costs RM12. 50. Great place to hang out, good ambiance. Recommended for those watching out for their budget.

This a slightly obscure by the surrounding, so one has to pay attention when looking it. The inside of this establishment is quiet and cozy. Soft music are played at the background. Cakes looks interesting, serves macaron too. It will be a great place for coffees, dessert and catching up with friends. But the main courses are just average, price is on the high side, comparable to KL, for ordinary cafe food. If one is just looking for a light snack, cakes or just a place to hang out. This place is another option in Alor Setar.

Overall food is ok but the food portion is small with this price. Good place if you want to have light dinner which you wouldn't be full. Another good thing is this restaurant serves vegetarian foods for burgers, spaghetti, taco (in fact it is not Taco, just tortilla wrap ), mushrooms soup is so surprisingly small.

We booked 12 Valentine’s Day menu seats for 6 couples. We were told we would be seated in the indoor area. When we got there, we were told to cramp in a storeroom-like place with zero decoration and poor ventilation. Why storeroom?—there were boxes of wine stacked at the corner. Tables were the foldable ones with black clothes poorly laid on top, plus plastic chairs—the stackable kind. Utensils were left stacked together on a plate and weren’t arranged for us. Next, the food we were served did not match the menu. The menu clearly stated that the food items listed were for one person at a cost of RM128 or more, depending on the dishes we chose. For the yeesang salad and the dessert, we were told to share between every two of us. None of this was listed on the menu or in the WhatsApp conversation we had with the restaurant when we made the reservation. The food tasted mostly alright (aside from the cold fishy scallops, dried chicken and lukewarm pudding cake), but the presentations were very poor. A couple of the unagis served were even badly burnt. The manager had nothing to say when we told him about how misleading his menu was. What’s worse was that when we confronted him about the reason why we were seated at such a pathetic spot, his reason was that we were late and he had no choice but to let other walk-ins take our spots. However, this statement is highly doubtable because, when we got there, it was clear that most customers were already seated and served at the so-called ‘our intended seats’. Also, it was obvious from the start that the room was clearly intended for 12 people, as it had exactly 12 chairs and 12 sets of utensils prepared inside. Furthermore, what he said directly implied that this small room was supposed to accommodate walk-ins had we arrived 20 minutes earlier—a statement that is too difficult to believe given the poor state of the room. Had the manager actually acknowledged their poor arrangement and owned it up instead of giving us such poor excuses, we wouldn’t have been so pissed.

Overall experience is very disappointing. My partner booked for their V’day set menu in which the basic set cost RM128++. At this price point, would’ve have expected better quality of food, presentation and service but everything was a disappointment. Dishes were selected prior to arriving via Whatsapp when making the reservation hence we didn’t understand why we had to wait so long after each dish - we spent (wasted) 2hrs to complete the meal. The restaurant also looked understaffed with staff running around serving and collecting plates. We topped up RM90 for the Wagyu and was told that the standard doneness is medium, which we were okay with. But instead was served a rare to medium-rare steak. When we spoke to the staff about it, he simply told us the steak is indeed medium… You can judge for yourself based on the photo. The restaurant had basically ruined the vday celebration for us and would not recommend to come.

The entrance of the restaurant is hidden and not impressive. Limited tables in the air-cond seating place. More tables at the outdoor seating place at the balcony. We went during lunch hour and there was a table of around 10 people were drinking at the air-cond place, making a very loud and unpleasant noises that we decided to leave . While we were leaving the place, the waitress was very kind to offer us a private air-cond room, hence we enjoyed the meal very much. Highly recommended the Guajillo Roasted Quarter Chicken and Salmon butter cream. Very delicious but it's quite pricey.

This place is not an uncommon place of visit for my family and i. Most dishes have lived up to expectations despite its high price range. One snack that we look to is the cheese loaded potato fries which originally was perfect. One of the few dishes that brought me back. What was served to myself this occasion however was a dismal representation of what it was. It was 'thousand island sauce' loaded... Then to find a watery form of what tastes like pathetic cheese at the bottom of the fries which coated the cardboard box base more than the fries. It is not what it used to be. Will consider most other places in Alor Setar before deciding on this place again.

This is my first time dine in at chillex house & cafe. The restaurant was nice and had peaceful ambience. We had shellout, grill chicken with fried rice and chicken chop. The food were delicious and the portion was worth to money👍. But the hospitality bring this restaurant to next level. The staff were very nice and apologize if the food coming late. He kept asking us if we get what we ordered. Overall i'm satisfied with what the restaurant offered us. Will i come again in future?.. definitely 😊👍👍 .

A classic western food restaurant with "Texan-inspired" decorations. Ordered the jumbo watermelon juice that is very large and can be easily shared among 2-3 people. For the mains, I ordered chicken chop with black pepper sauce that came in big portion. Others also ordered fish n chips and grilled chicken. Overall the food are quite good but not great. The spending for 3 person per meal is RM60+ which translates to about RM20 per person

The overall price is more expensive (or similar) than KL price. 1. Toast bread can only take either kaya or butter. Additional cost needed if want both. And guess what. It cost RM 4. just for a bread with veryyyy thin of butter! 2. The wrap given... Tomato slice is so huge as though it is the main food rather than the chicken or scrambled egg that it supposed to be. Very bad experience.

Authentic delicious Malay foods! I like the ambience - having lunch next to the fish pond, with the wind blowing your face, under a tree, with the birds chipping sound. They have various of local foods to choose and everything here look tempting. The taste is marvelous! 😋 Huge restaurant and didn't feel crowded even it's full house! The natural ventilation is perfect! Can't wait to revisit.

Place looks bustling and there was a queue but wasn’t moving. When enquired, rice still not ready as they didn’t expect so many people. Variety of food from chicken and seafood to bakar food of various fishes and meats. Overall, food was good for lunch. Just the wait for the rice was something unexpected.

Went here for lunch last 22/12/2021. Aside from the variety of Malay dishes, the view was great and breathtaking. People will swarm the place for lunch so it will usually crowded during that time. Just one of the downside for big restaurants like this one is that staffs are not really taking orders so we need to help ourselves with ordering and even picking up our drinks. That’s a bit of hassle if you’re coming in a large group/with family. To add, there will quite a long queue for you to pay for the food before you’re able to sit down peacefully. Aside from that, everything’s good to me.

I kept on repeating make it less sweet for mocha but end up dpt mocha plg manis n rs pelik. Starbucks ni mmg dr dlu bermasalah sbb barista dia x consistent the way they preparen beverage. This mocha deserve to be in the thrash bin.

It’s a place i often frequent but today had the worst service of all. The cashier took like 10 minute to take my order only to miss something out, which cost me two times the service charge. Even after reordering, they didn’t even make my order. When we got all our orders, the chic o cheese was as hard as rock, they added chili flakes on mac&cheese even when i said not to. The service was so bad and slow, very disappointing.

To Whom It May Concern, Out of the only two Starbucks in Alor Setar, this one easily takes the crown for being the worst in all of Malaysia. First of all, the service is unbelievably slow — like no one cares if customers are waiting or not. It’s like watching paint dry while they make a coffee. Second, the operating hours are listed as 7:30am to 12:00am, but don’t be fooled. The second the clock hits midnight, they blast some obnoxiously loud music, clearly trying to drive people out like pests. Never seen a more unprofessional way to chase customers away. Starbucks is supposed to be a premium experience, not a badly run kopitiam with mood swings. This outlet is a joke. Do something about it.

If you're in Jitra or just passing through, consider stopping by for a meal here. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was great! I brought my family for dinner, and we had a wonderful time. A special thanks from my mum for the mushroom soup prepared by the chef—it was perfect for the elderly, very tasty, and served in a generous portion. She couldn’t finish it all, but truly enjoyed it. Kudos to the team and keep up the great work!

I just dislike the fact that the wantan mee and hor fan(if i am not mistaken) is too plain is taste. Requested for extra sambal but I really cannot accept the taste of plain soup. I did not taste the broth. Maybe suitable for kid but not me. Just not my taste. When I arrived I wanted to order nasi goreng but already finished 😔 Kunafa is my favourite, keep coming to buy since 2019 👍 the red velvet was also nice too. Not dry! Very nice place to hang out and having dinner with friends and family. The staffs were well trained and professional. They even gave me and my friend 2 cups of latte on the house after they asked us to move to other table since they need to prepare to other group of people for party. Keep up the good works. So i ordered: 1. pan seared salmon, [6/10] 2. nasi briyani with chicken grilled [5/10] 3. spaghetti tomyam [8.5/10] 4. Mushroom soup [7.5/10] 5. Premium fries [8/10] The salmon was average tasting. Not that great but not that bad either. Seasoning was so-so. Nasi briyani was okay too. A bit tasteless for me. Chicken not really well seasoned. But portion was generous. The best is spaghetti tomyam. Was really good. One of the best I have tasted. Beverages i ordered: 1. Iced lemon tea 2. Coke 3. Matcha houjicha Beverages also was average but on a pricey side. However I am satisfied with the service from the staff. Very attentive and very polite - 10/10! The environment of the shop not really great. I chose to sit inside but it was rather hot. Open concept but with aircond. Not really understand but it was okay. Not a big deal.

There aren’t many cafes in Jitra, so this cafe makes it to the top easily. The vibe is good, suitable to chill and have a chat. Their dishes are a bit of a hit and miss. The chicken tortilla was soggy at the bottom. The drinks are good. The pricing is reasonable and the service is good.

My first experience as a non local. For non locals, you might want to park behind the outlet. No signage to inform. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Not sure what the traffic is like on other days. The food is recommended. But the entire experience needs improvement. Upon walking in, we smelled something. But it wasn't the usual smell of a bakery, just smoke. Unpleasant smell. It was around 1PM. Service wise, so-so. No greeting. Just all smiles. I don't think the cafe is cosy enough for you to sit long. The interior is pretty much like Zus, on-the-go kind of deco. Minimalist. The chairs and table we sat were wobbly. Order is at the counter, and then you would have to pick up the order yourself. This includes the fork and spoon. You won't be served. You can check out the pictures to see the plating of the food i.e the plates and paper cup used for my hot drink. Suggest o find a suitable plating to suit the cafe's theme/deco. Overall, I may return for takeaways but not for a dine in. And I don't know or see why it is called Simpol. Deco doesn't show any Malaysian touch. It doesn't seem like a French pastry cafe as well, although the food is.

Coffee is good! Tried apple crumble, pistachio cinnamon roll & tiramisu cookie. Overall they're all great & will definitely repeat! The seatings inside might be limited depends on the crowd but outside seatings are available.

NEVER VISIT THIS CAFE DURING WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY. I m a regular customer, last weekend I visited and buy some pastries here. The staff being racist to let a malay women cut in my line and ignoring my complaint. NOT GIVING HOT FOOD WHEN THEY ARE BUSY. Literally disappointed with their quality and attitude. 3star for cold pastry but 5star for hot pastry.

This is the sort of cafes everyone should go to every time they visit Alor Setar. A great spot for nice coffee and pastries. Cool staffs and simple yet friendly decorations too. The parking can be quite limited that’s pretty unfortunate given its location right at the city centre

The soft cookies are the best, i repeat it twice. Tapi i agak kecewa lah dengan pastry Brisket BBQ, i tanya staff, adakah isi dia brisket yang carik2 mcm pie and she said yes, tapi bila sampai its just a piece of meatloaf, and for rm18 i dont think the pastry justifies it 🥲 But other than that all is very nice the sausage roll, cookies, the hot honey pizza very marvellous

Now they move to another location very near to Alor Setar Tower. Bigger space with much more menu to choose. I love all their pastries sincr before. With good price comes with excellent dishes. Simpol also has extended their services to upstairs store for pizzas and others. Don't forget to try some of their soft cookies that also one of the best in town. The picture shows that it's so sedap (soft cookies) till i forgot to snap one before it goes into my mouth 😅 My parents love it too.

I had an amazing experience at Dome Restaurant! The elegant and cozy ambiance made my visit truly enjoyable. Came here at 9.30am on a Saturday and it seems I had the last duck. I had it with meesua. It was very good. Herbal. Gingery. Duck falls off the bone. Now it's 10am and I see the owner cleaning and packing up.

Their signature Duck Mee Sua serve with herbal soup. We visit during weekend, arrived 8.30am and I get the last piece of duck drumstick. We ordered pork ribs mee sua, the taste of soup base is slightly different with duck mee sua, but it also very nice. Duck drumstick sold out very fast, or you can choose duck meat, pork ribs or chicken. Highly recommended for this Duck Mee Sua, very delicious.

Famous for their Duck drumstick Mee Sua! It taste better with mee sua than yellow noodle. Place is bright and airy! Easy parking at the back lane.

Most tasty and fresh yong tao fu in Alor Setar, lou shi fun and bak cho mee were taste fantastic as well, the authentic taste of this place is my favourites at all times!

Have been eating this since I was still a kid. A must-eat whenever I go back to Alor Setar. They have different morning and afternoon menu. Reasonable price with good local food. Definitely worth to try.

Great pairing of durian/mangoes with sticky rice (pulut). Price is per fruit. If you are lucky you will get bigger durians. Only Durian kampong were available. Affordable. Great for sharing. Easy access parking.

Come here for your fix of a typical food of the people of Kedah. Eat glutinous rice with coconut milk and either durian or mango.

Overrated. I search for cendol and this place appear. However, no cendol or ice kacang here. Not bad but nothing special, coconut milk not thick. Surrounding is road side so a bit dusty and noisy.

I got no issue with the servers. Only 2 minor suggestions.. 1. The knife given not that sharp.. a bit of difficulty for cutting the meat and bread. 2. Water condensation and dripping from the aircond outlet above table B1. Many types of seating, outside, inside, upoer level, ground floor. Toilet available, surau not available. This cafe has huge potential, but unfortunately, it still falls short in some areas: 1. The interior is very nice and unique, unlike other cafes, which makes it such a shame that other aspects don’t match the same high standard. 2. The toilet had no soap and seemed poorly maintained—small things like this make a difference. 3. There were 7-9 staff members at the front counter, chatting and laughing loudly. Customers come here for peace and quiet, and the staff should be more focused on attending to them. 4. I ordered the truffle oil spaghetti, which was one of the more expensive items on the menu, but I couldn’t taste any hint of truffle oil. For the price, it was quite underwhelming. 5. The owner sat nearby without engaging with customers. In this business, building connections matters—it felt disappointing to see the owner so uninvolved. It’s not really my place to say this, but if you pour passion into this cafe, I believe it can truly thrive—if that’s your goal. The chocolate mint gelato was good. Coffe was okay, but matcha is not really a matcha. More of thai green tea for RM17. Food, the smoked duck was good. Difficult parking. My advice, if you go for coffee and gelato then okay. If you want to try the matcha for matcha enthusiasts, theirs is not matcha.

Chef need to learn how to not overcooked spaghetti. Waiters keep chitchat at the counter. Take 40min to serve all the meal even not at high demands.

Foods are superb! Only the pasta a bit overcooked. But the taste is good. Meals and drink are delicious. But staff service are sucks. As a F&B industry staff, this kind of staff no need to improve. Just replaced a new staff. All FOH staff are slow and not professional. Serve foods without enough cutlery. Serve wrong water to our table. Serve one meal at a time. To the owner, please take note. Saw a lot of comment about staff services. But still nothing changes. Overall star 3 for the foods and the atmosphere. 0 star for the services.

Warm and chill cafe which serves quite a number of pie and pastry! Croffle was good, the latte will be much better if uses a stronger coffee bean. Staff were friendly and attentive! Easy parking.

a lovely cafe with serene vibes! i really adore the aesthetic of the cafe, evoking nostalgia with the presence of wooden chairs and tables from school days. there’s even books on coffee, congkak, and other games that reminded me of my childhood. they even played radiohead a lot when i was there, so it was the perfect hangout space as i devoured my beef lasagna and chocolate croffle while catching up with my best friend. we had the double chocolate and butterscotch chocolate drinks! i personally liked the butterscotch one better. the lasagna was decent (6.5/10), but the croffle was good, 8/10! i’d definitely visit again the next time i’m back in aor :)

A very nice cosy place for morning breakfast. My ice latte and chicken cheese sandwich is really good for the morning start. Staffs are really friendly and gives attention to customer needs. Will come back again.

Located just next to Alor Setar Tower, converted from a bungalow lot to a multi food chain in one, a restaurant and ice-cream selling on ground floor and this cafe on upper level! It’s easy to be missed as the front door is facing the side. An all day cafe/restaurant providing a wide range of western food on their menu, it’s surely a perfect place to relax & chill! Very comforting ambiance! Only managed to try out coffee and dessert, Caffe Latte on strong side, suitable for those who like strong coffee, the Muesli was good, very refreshing! They also selling coffee beans here. Planning to get some on next visit. Friendly and fast service, but need to get your own food when ready. Price on steep! Parking available at the back. Felt like some Croffle today. Came here for Berries Croffle to cure my craved! And left with a satisfied grin!

No idea what’s with the bad reviews. Went with my dad and we both agreed it was a pleasant experience. The staffs were very friendly and incredibly patient, all in all excellent service Food was immaculate, I didn’t have to wait long, nor did other tables as far as I had noticed. Loved the gelato as well, avoid the sun because ice cream melts, obviously. (Give their bagel a try it tasted heavenly 😩) Do not get out of Alor Setar. They have a lot of discounts as well when you download their app which is really cool. 10/10. I’ll definitely visit again 💯💯

I came here two days in a row. The first day it was just coffee and cake. Today I ordered the pan seared salmon, risotto with prawn cube and mac & cheese with smoked duck. Order came fast and food was delicious. However I feel that the price of the food doesn’t really match the food. Why? The portion is small as compared to the price. Yes the price is somewhat “normal” because other outlets have similarly priced food. Only thing is at other places the portion is fine, but not at Frank Laurent. I would suggest that they serve bigger portions next time or decrease the price

The local cafe scene is getting competitive in Alor Setar and prices are soaring higher and higher. As such, expectation also increases. Prices of food in Frank Laurent is definitely not cheap. RM 22 for a chicken katsu bagel. The disappointing part is that it does not taste like real chicken, but taste like McChicken, and have pay extra RM 4 for fries. Portion for pasta is also small but at a price of RM 24. Taste was not exceptional. For the high price i pay, i have to collect the food on my own, whereas I will be served at cafes of the same price range in Alor Setar. Cake selection is limited, but the price is more expensive than other cafes but half the size. I do feel ripped off. Staff was friendly, that's a good point. Ambience is nice, that's the second good point. Will i come again? Not likely.

First of all, the food was really good. The burger portion was huge & delicious. The coffee also just nice. The environment was chill & a good place to hang out with your friend. The price is quite high. However, the most disappointing thing is this kind of cafe didn't accept paywave or card. Unfortunately, i had to pay via cash 😤 This is a shame because their cafe looks modern but the payment method still by cash. Hopefully they can improve this problem. Kinda disappointed

Not recommended. Will not visit again. Their Korean food is nothing special. Really disappointed. Nothing is original here neither the foods nor drinks all from factory preset materials. Even randomly pick a roadside stall fried chickens is better than them. I don't know what they proud of? Look like never self-review, self improve. Food and drink is expensive. Especially the cost of the drink, really very EXPENSIVE! They don't serve plain water for free, so u must order their super expensive drinks. You can observe the way how they work and the surrounding, they are trying to save cost as low as possible, but the overall quality is NOT WORTH at all. If they continue this way to do their business, they will wait to close door one day. I hope that they changed their business concept for their long term goal. The only good is a lot parking space.

i think best in alor setar , ordered black pepper chicken chop recommended by the boss. Fresh and Crispy chicken, topup with sos. Spicy level just good for me. Definitely will come back again.

Another hipster cafe to chill out. As an outsider, the area feels kinda dodgy at night. Reasonably priced, coffee was just ok. The star of the store is definitely "Spicy Devil Fried Chicken Wings"; so damn spicy hot, feels like they burnt a hole on my tongue.

The Korean spicy chicken wings are delicious. I ordered the noodles with add on korean spicy sauce. If you like spicy food can come to here. Heheh.

Fairly good as a new cafe operated. Not so many choices of food to be ordered but coffee lovers surely love the range of coffee offered. But for the scones - I would dare to give a full stars rating to it. Soft. Buttery. Tasty. Overall, its a nice place for a meet up.

A place to go to. Excellent espresso menu, great bean blend and skillfull barrista. Highly recommended for espresso based drinker. The dessert quite okay. Must try those biscoff cheese cake, won't regret it.

Alhamdulillah had a good iftar with family today. Kopi Seni Kita and Nachos are nice. Highly recommended👍👍

This outlet is about a year old. It is owned by Ma'ahad Tahfiz Darul Fateh (MADAF), Alor Setar, Kedah. Located in a row of shophouses along Persiaran Sultan Abdul Hamid, it has ample parking facilities in front and at the back. And the waiters are all in black traditional garbs complete with tengkolok. The food is somewhat upper-level. Not the nasi lemak or lontong type but spaghetti bolognaise and grilled chicken fare. Surprising since it is owned and operated by a Ma'ahad Tahfiz. The ambience is just right for this kind of outlet. Perhaps if they shift the juice blender to the back, it would do a lot of good since it does interfere with your conversation everytime the blender is in operation. And yes, the surau is a bit too tight. Do visit Kopi & Seni yourselves, do not take my word that it is what it is.

Okay, let's talk about that cheese toast. It's the star of the show. Those deep grill marks? Yes, please. They tell me this thing had a serious crunch on the outside, and I can practically hear the satisfying squish of the melted cheese inside. It looks simple, but sometimes, a perfectly grilled sandwich is all you need. And the fact that they gave you two packets of chili sauce means they're not messing around—you can give it a nice, spicy kick, which is a fantastic move against a buttery, cheesy interior. Serious comfort food right there. Now, for the drink. That berry soda (or whatever fizzy berry concoction it is) is the perfect wingman for the sandwich. It's got that gorgeous, light pink color and looks super cold and bubbly with all that ice. It's exactly what you need to cut through the richness of the cheese—a sweet, tangy, and refreshing jolt.

one of my fav cafes. coffee sedap and the price is average, but never taste their food yet. suasana santai and very cozy. you could stay there for hours for talking or play the gamecards that provided. lurve 🫶🏻

But the big No for Aman Central's kiosk/lot is the staffs got to change their attitudes, apa kau ingat customers yang datang beli dkt lot korang ada hutang apa2 ke. Treat people nicely, the customers in front of me also complain the same. Put up some smile and you are serving people for that please send them for training or customer services training wisely. Came here every once in the week, but memang nak minta kena marah jer kerja. To add yg depan deli donut tu, kalau tak berminat bekerja barisan hadapan then go BTS ja. Let me know, if you require any feedbacks. Will share their pictures later on if needed by company.

Bad service & don’t know how to deal with customer asking !! stories start They inform me can use shoppee pay deal to deduct rm3.00 with minimum purchase rm15.00. Thus I order box of 6 donut ( rm16.00) and I request seperate into 2 boxes of 3 , I even ask them is it ok ? They inform me ok ! Then I only proceed with shoppee payment type ..but come to payment they inform me need to charge rm18.00 as I split into box of 3 ( rm9.00 ) each !!! Means that I need to pay rm18.00 instead of rm16.00. I said not my fault at all since u guys say can only i proceed order. then I say it’s ok i only take rm9.00 instead. I don’t want to purchase minimum rm15.00 . They inform cannot as ald put in boxes. Ok fine .i find a way to solve it . I suggest charge me the price of 2 boxes of 3 ( 2x rm0.50 ) instead . Then we still go back the price of rm16.00 with add on rm1.00 boxes 📦 = total rm17.00 Now the most exciting part is when I use shopee pay , i eager to have rm3.00 deduction .. but later I found my shoppee pay no deduction of rm3.00 at all!!!!! I say tak nampak deduct rm3.00 pun .. Macam mana ni sales person terus blur and say don’t know .. I say it’s my first time using shopee pay at big apple !!! First time !!! 30hb April 2022, 3.20 - 3.40 pm. Rude staff (Malay woman) don't even care to entertain the customer. We understand that they are busy, but we are waiting for quite sometime. She keeps on arranging the doughnut and ignoring us. Its not that hard to entertain us and arrange the donut later. She is rude even when we proceed to pay. She just left the counter, we have to reach over to get the purchase. Im not someone that sided with the customer when there are conflict between staff and customer. The but in this case, this staff is very rude. If you dont want to work and always look stressed, just quit and stay at home. Biar muka hodoh, jangan perangai pun hodoh. Sadly this staff is both.

Really BAD in service, the employee talk more then doing their job, the all of the donut was not display by the time we arrived (out off donut) ,i was rushing at that time then we asking for another option and the worker ask to go arround the mall actually the donut was already ready to be display,the worker continued talk with another colleague infront of us and ignore me as the customer just like that! This is very BAD attitude! Need to hired another employee!! Till i arrived at LANGKAWI still don't get any donut.

Cozy stop for a drink. The yoghurt drinks are worth it and tasted great! They have seatings upstairs with AC if you wanna escape the heat downstairs. Just wish they have more parrots decor in the cafe 🦜

Nice place to chill and watch the day go by.....from the upper floor u get a view of the hundred years shops and the roads leading to the main Alor Setar square..... from the back u can see the Chinese temple next door and the mosque the opposite side of the river....River looks bloated and full almost level with the road. A very unpleasant experience today , a short chubby Malay female staff was very rude . Once entered they was busy and shouted to wait so they can spray the sanitizer. After that we ordered our food and I i ordered soya bean cold RM6.90. When my drink came I can see it’s full with ice cube soya milk was very less . So i requested to less the ice cube , they threw some ice cube and served this soya bean . I can understand I order a cold soya bean but not to scam customers like this. Imagine I order without ice cube, so the soya bean will be half of the cup? Will definitely report this to kpdnkk as i paying for the food and tax !

Ordered their nasi lemak kebangsaan, mushroom soup and garlic bread. The nasi lemak portion was huge but the taste was a disappoinment, the sambal tasted bad, chicken was over seasoned and salty. The garlic bread was okay but the mushroom soup tasted weird. Their iced tea & iced coffee was okay. Overall, their food and service is not compatible to what we paid. As soon as we stepped inside, we were rudely shouted at by a staff, telling us to stop and go out because there were supposedly people outside who were “coming in first.” However, those 5 people were just chatting near the entrance, not queuing or attempting to enter. What made it worse was that the shop was completely empty, plenty of seats available and no people at all. So why the need to shout at us and ask us to leave? If it was full house, we would understand, but this kind of treatment was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My wife and I ended up leaving without even eating.
