Place has the best ice cream in Vaughan I’ve ever had everything in house. Had the saffron ice cream so unique and delicious. Their one scoop cup is huge definitely get your $ worth. Staff + interior also a 10/10

Dessert place with a variety of options. Booth seating is comfortable. Service is a little slow, had to keep trying to catch the server’s attention to refill our water. We were there on a Wednesday night at 730pm and it was half full but got progressively busier and louder it was difficult to talk even though we were sitting across from each other I felt like I was yelling. By the time we left at 930pm it was packed. We ordered bisky biscoff $21 but we had a coupon for $15 off. The croffle is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The biscoff ice cream is very good. However I find it’s on the sweeter side hence the water refills. Good if you like sweet desserts. Would not recommend if you want a quiet place to talk.

Holy crap is it sweet! And yes, I know it’s a dessert house but, I wish I had a warning, I would’ve split my order with my husband. Nonetheless, it was tasty! I think having some acidity would take it up a notch - some lemon juice as an option to balance the sweetness? The staff were lovely, we were greeted as soon as we entered and shown a seat, the entire restaurant was full after 10 minutes! We placed our order and our food came out pretty fast too! We ordered a croffle and the “global village”. Portion sizes are huge, so money’s worth? Yes! 10/10. The decor kind of reminded me a daycare, but a very different vibe. I’d visit again, but I would 100% share!

Saline was our server and What Service! We had a service dog and she was nice enough to have us sit in the patio! Brought out Whip Cream and Water for our Dog so that he can enjoy the fun! We each had a different base, crepe, croffle, and waffle and while all three were delicious, I preferred my croffle!

Okay. So to be fair we came here looking for an East Side Mario's. My wife and her friend were reliving school days. But it has been twenty years. This was here instead. Here where it gets interesting. My daughter has been picky all trip. She hasnt really wanted anything outside what we cooked. My wife and mother asked the waiter what he would recommend for her. He said the butter chicken. The young man was right. My daughter sat up when the dish came and just started to eat. She couldn't finish it but she enjoyed the valiant attempt.

Massive menu with weekend brunch, cocktails for a reasonable price, attentive friendly service! I had the chicken, Caesar wrap and sweet potato fries (upgrade) and my mum had fish and chips but opted for onion rings instead. The place was completely packed when we arrived just after 1 PM on a Saturday- we were shown to a table and chairs that had seen better days but still very comfortable. There are a lot of booths. Interior is kept clean but could use some love. Blow up images of Renaissance art. Very family, friendly and decent portions. It is on the loud side when busy. There is a patio out front overlooking the parking lot and Yonge Street. Our server was wonderful. Would return.

I’ve been here a few times for their fabulous desserts, so I decided to try their lunch menu. Since it was a cold day, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The decor is homey and inviting, modern with a Mediterranean flair, and the leather-style bench seating is comfy. I started with the side Caesar salad, which was fresh, crisp, cold and a good size. For my main, I went with the Chicken Parmesan - it was titanic. The massive piece of breaded chicken was topped with ooey gooey melted mozzarella and paired with an enormous portion of fettuccine in a rich, savoury meat sauce. It included a funky piece of tasty, angular garlic bread. It took me quite a long time to demolish it. After the main course demo, I had the Fudge Brownie cheesecake for dessert: cool, smooth, sweet, dreamy, creamy texture, and a lovely chocolate sauce drizzle. I can see why it's one of their signature desserts. It paired well with coffee. The service from Dorsa was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back. My only suggestion to the manager is to fix the front door which is not hinged properly and keeps closing with a loud bang. P.S. Don’t forget that from December 14, 2024, to February 15, 2025, restaurants won’t charge the 13% HST, so take advantage while you can!

This place is from 1967 and serves traditional Gelato and coffee. We went for the first time to experience the place. The gelato here is incredible in its richness of flavours. Their delivery of taste is one of the key aspects here. The traditional Italian gelato flavours that we have tried are pistachios, chocolate, cassata. in my opinion, one of the best in Gilato’s! I am sure other flavours might be interested too. It felt bit pricey for one scoop though. Variety of different Gelato flavours that taste so delicious. I have made good memories here. Note to facilitate queue flow, only one sample is allowed per person, but if you start your first experience here with any one of the traditional flavours, you will likely love it! Ideal for a family outing, casual date, or for a post-dinner treat. And since this venue opens until midnight, one could even go here for a late night treat. It could get very busy here at times, especially on summer weekends. They dont have too many varieties of cookies/pasteries, but what they do offer are just fine. Tried pistachios cookies and it was very small and tasteless. Some scope for improvement. This place was clean. It is a large place with plenty of tables. It is also family friendly.

I used to visit La Paloma regularly about 10 years ago, and recently went back for the first time in a long while. The gelato is still just as delicious — rich, creamy, and authentically Italian. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, with lots of people enjoying a night out. That said, I was a little disappointed to see that the flavor selection seemed smaller than I remember. Years ago, they had an impressive variety, and it felt like there were fewer options this time around. Still, it’s a great spot if you're craving real Italian ice cream and a bit of nostalgia. Worth a visit if you're in the area!

The ice cream here is fantastic, but the customer service could use some improvement. We've had a few experiences where the cashier was rude. On one occasion, we were asked to leave because our one-year-old started crying. While we understand that other customers might have been disturbed, the way it was handled was far from professional. If you visit, I recommend getting your ice cream to-go, as the seating area feels a bit rundown anyway.

Great little gelato place! Prices are a bit on the higher end but you’re paying for great quality gelato and if you order in a cup, they fill it quite a bit. Got the Dolce Maria in a cup, which was chocolatey and nutty but not too sweet - just right! Came with sister and friend and they both enjoyed the waffle cone and got two flavours!

Staff could be a bit friendlier too, it felt like they didn’t really want to be there. Overall, I’d go back if I were nearby, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

Visited here last night. It was busy and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered a crepe with Nutella, peanut butter, and bananas, and we got a different one with strawberries and no peanut butter, but it was equally delicious. We ordered a side of French vanilla, and the ice cream was really creamy and smooth. I give 3 stars for service because she never came back to take our coffee order and brought us the wrong dessert although we didn't complain since we didn't notice at first and had already started eating it.

This place is decent, has a lot of space. The iced caramel macchiato was great and they offered substitutions for milk which was a relief! The service isn't too quick but it's okay! The ice cream portion on the sugar sugar waffle was insane! It was good though. I think it's worth it here. They offer alcoholic beverages and vegetarian food items as well. Definitely coming back to try more items

Was there tonight with my sisters catching up and Krishna took care of us 💕 she suggested crepes and coffees. She was so awesome - great server and very attentive. We tried the Yalla Habibi crepe, the black or white waffle and the irreplaceable waffles - alll super delicious 😋 thanks @Krishna for a awesome evening.

Server Alexia Horrible. Been to Spin multiple times and ordered plenty of times through Uber but this will be the last because of Alexia. I will no longer refer friends and family to this place. We got to Spin where the server was attending to a 20 group party which we understood and had empathy for, nonother customers. We simply ordered, 1 drink, and 2 crepes (water requested). She avoided us and did not tend to us at all. She continued to serve the group of 20 plus another group of 4 and 3 who came in after us. The group of 4 was immediately given water. After waiting 45 minutes and not even given water the group of 4 were served their food. I got up to ask for our food to go. Server Jenn immediately assisted us and got our drinks, she rushed ordered our crepes but we were too upset to eat and asked for our order to go and paid (even though we shouldn't have), we paid for being disrespect and treated like we don't matter or exist. Very disappointing and upsetting , we don't understand what lead to this horrible disrespectful experience. We were kind and patient and we didn't even order many items, we simply don't understand this disrespectful behavior. The more you keep her on the floor, the more business you'll lose.Alexia should be re-trained and educated on her management and hospitality skills.

The food here is always amazing and the fries are always fresh. The portion sizes are also great however, the prices can be a little expensive. Also, sometimes the staff are rude and very strict about offers on the Wendy’s app. Overall, this place is quite good if you want something nice to eat.

It has been a while since I ate at Wendy's, and now I know why. We stopped here for a bite to eat with the kids after going to WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland. There was heavy advertising for the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, so I gave it a try. I get that advertising pics are never the same as what you actually get, but this was over-the-top. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I thought that I got one of the kids junior burgers at first, it was so tiny. In fact, my burger was smaller, with sparcer toppings, than their juniors. Their burgers were $2.50 vs. mine at almost $10. It was truly unbelievable, shame on you Wendy's!

Can't follow instructions for example -no tomatoes, they put tomatoes. -paid for extra bacon, they remove all bacon. -ask and paid for extra nugget sauce not one sauce was put in bag. These guys will find ways to mess up the orders, and non of the managers do anything about all these issues!!

Yesterday I have bought the new takis meal. I’m sitting on my toilet right now from how sick I feel. It was the worst sandwich I ever had aswell and there fries were even worse. Will never be attending here again. Service was terrible aswell

If you wanna be taken to heaven and back, you need to stop off at this place. One of our clients brought us this heavenly treat, And I can assure you If you try it, you will not be disappointed. My favourite was the one with the chocolate on top. The other one had honey, and one had cinnamon. Words can’t explain how much I enjoyed this. Keep up the great work.

I visited Loukoumania café and ordered a coconut/raspberry milkshake and six loukumades topped with 3 raspberry/coconut and 3 sm’oreo. The staff were super sweet, and my order was prepared pretty quickly. The food was delicious, and the café had great greek music and a small market area with interesting products. Loukamades were absolutely delightful, First time having them and the lady at the front counter helped explain what they were and gave us a wonderful recommendation of the original and the merinda covered ones. Came here with my partner and she loved them too. The coffees we ordered also came with an edible straw which was very creative. Absolute goldmine I found looking for cafes to study at. Will come back and highly recommend trying out this unique dessert. No clue how people can give this place bad reviews.

I think I'm in heaven! I landed here on a Google search for coffee and boy, did I get more than coffee. Spanakopita was crispy and delicious, the warm honey drenched cinnamon Loukoumades were warm and amazing and don't even get me started on the Cafe Creme Loukoumania served extra hot! Friendly service and a relaxing environment is the icing on the cake. Or rather the topping on the Loukoumades. I will return every time I am min this area. Thank you ❤️

At $5.75, the buttered coffee was expensive, but the taste was good. My favorite which is a must try, is the Loukoumades and Gelato with Nutella topping. It was super delicious.

Food was great we got a latte and the ice cream loukmas. However service was very odd. One of the girls taking our order were very kind and recommended what we should get. However the one giving our order who had glasses on had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes every time we asked questions. That was really the only thing that ruined the experience.

When I tried the crepe I was recommended to try the ‘Tuttie Fruitie’ it was delish! I’m glad I got there when I did too because a large family came in after I got my crepe and it got super busy! Im obsessed with crepe de licious gelato! I stopped by this adorable shop and was blown away by the incredible selection of unique and delicious flavors. From classic vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous options like salted caramel and pistachio I tried the pistachio gelato and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich and intense, and the texture was creamy and smooth. I also sampled the strawberry as well and it was equally amazing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer samples and recommendations. If you're a gelato fan like me, I recommend coming here

I was overcharged and not given a receipt. I purchased an item that was clearly marked as $5.25, but my card was charged over $7.00. I wasn’t asked about a tip, and no receipt was offered or provided. I only realized the overcharge later. Always ask for your receipt here and double-check your total. We just went to Crepe Delicious at the Vaughan Mills Mall for brunch. They are located near entrance 3. The lady was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband had the Blazing Steak and I had the Blazing Chicken. We both had the Nutella-Licious. I am supposed to avoid raw spinach and was instantly offered lettuce as a substitute. Service was very quick. The crepes were amazing! They were stuffed quite full! (Definitely 2 hands required) I highly recommend these as a sit down meal unless you are very experienced. (I later saw someone using a fork. Not quite as messy.) I apologize for the pictures of partly eaten food. I hope it still shows how full the crepes were. After that filling Crepe, I just had a sampling of the Nutella-Licious. Decadent is the word I used. I highly recommend trying this one if you are in the area.

This place is so pretty. Pretty pastries both sweet and savory, pretty chameleon color tables, pretty forks and knives. I was blown away visually before I even tried the food. Each pastry is a little pricey at first glance, but I think they're too big for a single person. Shared between 2 or 3 friends the price is good. I tried the chocolate croissant and it was generously filled with a chocolate cream. A great departure from the usual hazelnut spread or hardened not of chocolate. I had it with a decaf iced latte on the side. (Even the takeout cups are pretty) It's a really nice place to meet for a coffee and a treat, or to treat yourself.

I ordered the same thing as the last time i came and it looked so different. They took forever to make it and i’m fine with waiting… but they literally had it made and just left it there. the reason why they took a long time was because they just kept on talking?? is your manager not there? have you never worked a job before ever? literally no manners and they did not seem like they gaf at all honestly. i understand being stressed or annoyed at work but it gets to a point yk where ypu gotta just work through the pain and this store ISNT even busy. I’m so disappointed because my first time i went the service was so good and the lady was very nice and made it so well. and this time if they didn’t have the fruits for it YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID FROM THE START IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE!! i’m really not one to get annoyed this easily but paying $8+tax for this is not worth it.

The girlfriend and I wanted something decently small. We took upon the adventures of a waffle, with caramel churros, with French toast ice cream. And let me tell ya, that ice cream tastes incredibly identical to French toast !! Overall presentation and taste and texture was on the spot. We went from not planning on eating all of it to devouring the whole plate. Would definitely recommend coming here to whomever enjoys caramel like we do.

My go to place for desi style burgers and fusion food. The fries on the sides are just of the perfect crisp. Shakes and cakes are must try.

I ordered Butter chicken kathi roll and I just loved the way its been made. So tasty and delicious. I loved it so much and keep ordering often. Highly recommended to try it. There are other items as well who loves to drink shakes plenty of options to have it. Must visit it. I am sure you will love it.

Today we visited for dessert and it was prompt, fresh and super palatable! The space was clean... The staff member that served us at cash was so jovial, polite and tidy! We ordered the Nutella tiramisu croffle (half croissant/waffle)... Matcha tiramisu pancake....and a Yuza refresher... Our order took less than 5 mins and it was fresh to order!!! It was a good place for all sweet and savory occasions: filling and fun... Wheelchair accessible... Great for sharing... Tweens-adults girls night out! Lots of space/seating... Photo ops! Fuwa Fuwa has quickly become one of my favorite dessert spots! I’ve been here twice already with my wife and kids, and every time it’s been such a great experience. The Japanese pancakes are fluffy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I especially want to mention Dustin—he’s always smiling, super nice, and incredibly welcoming. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and cared for. Honestly, the best customer service ever, which makes the visit even sweeter. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The matcha espresso latte was sooooo good 😋 loved the pancakes as well! Very soft and creamy. Melts in your mouth 🤤 would definitely come back and recommend!

I ordered the matcha and tiramisu soufflé pancakes, I was told it would take around 10-20 minutes and it was worth the wait, the pancakes were very fluffy and very delicious. Got a mango soda too and it was pretty good just a little pricey.

If you’re a bigger party it’s probably best to pick some other place. We don’t have very complicated orders but they just got our orders wrong or missing. One would assume they can just refer to the receipt but they just kept coming back asking and gave the wrong order, mixing up hot and cold drinks. Not the first time either, it happened another time before. Food is okay decent i guess but nothing too special and you can get food of similar quality across Toronto and maybe near roncy or ossington etc. wouldn’t recommend

They have one pastry that was truly excellent! It was recommended to me by one of the employees. It was long, thin, pointy, a bit triangular, with yellow filling. See my pics. I would definitely have that again! Not prefer: I was disappointed by all of the other pastries I bought. They did look impressive though. I didn't enjoy the cherry flavoured pastry that had an unusual bite to it. However, it is one of their top sellers. The thickened cream product in one of the pastries tasted like Zehrs' bakery cream product (it didn't taste like fresh whipping cream), so I was disappointed by that. Prices: The prices were incredibly reasonable, which made me worried about the quality after I purchased them. I spent around $18 for 5 pastries (some of which were fairly large). Food: Coffees of varying types (see my pic for the list), gelato, hot lunch food, loaves of fresh bread, chips, frozen or refrigerated meals, possibly pies, etc. Dining Options: Indoor, outdoor, and takeout. I stopped by chance to get a croissant for my drive to Niagara. I was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere for morning coffee time. The service was quick and very friendly. I can honestly say it was the best chocolate croissant that I have ever had! Made my day.

It's a great place for sweets and certain bread. I find the smaller bread is more on the dry side- but I guess 'cause I went mid-day. I love their frozen pizza selection! I bought the Margherita and Mushrooms. They have a hot table as well, (looked great, haven't tried it yet). We love all their biscottis! Soft and delicious! Will be back to try more food! It is a small space- with some seating. It was busy when we went in. May be a bit of a wait if you wanted to eat there. I do remember this bakery being twice its size a while back....

Vici Bakery & Cafe recently moved to this plaza a couple years back and is already very popular with the locals. They offer pastries, pizzas & coffee as well as Italian goods. This seems to be a communal gathering spot for weekend chats. I had a couple of the zeppole and was impressed by the ricotta cheese filling that appeared to be similar to the cannoli filling. This shop is in fact run by previous owners of Emily Bakery just down the block.

Amazing service. Amazing bread. Amazing atmosphere. Everyone that served us was so helpful and friendly. If you're looking for authentic Calabrese bread, Vici has it! Stop in for a cappuccino and fresh pastry. You won't be disappointed. This was our first visit here and won't be our last. Will visit again next time we're in the area.

Went here on a Sunday morning to get some pastries. Very busy place. The Nutella croissants are a must they were fresh out the oven and it was like heaven! We also got some bread and a focaccia. Everything was delicious. You must go early though.

They were on point for my online pick up order. I came inside to chill for about 5minutes while I waited. The staff were very chill and just hard working. The restaurant was clean, cheerful and chill. Got home the pizza was fresh hot and delicious (had to wait a bit for the cheese to cool, highly recommend not moving around the box a lot because the food is hot and the cheese could slide). The wings were okay, it’s not up to the staff but i recommend PizzaVille make extra crispier wings. overall great pizza joint!

Used to love going here, haven't been for a while. Guys that work there are always friendly and personable. I find the pizza isn't quite cooked enough and it's slathered in cheese, American style. They have a nice patio outside and seating side. Some areas need a bit of cleaning.

Horrible service this time around. Worker was distracted snd watching cricket on the TV, had no hair net on as well. When I opened my box, it had a piece of hair in it. Super unhygienic, and it's on me for the part that I should've checked my order before leaving the store, however, the workers need to be trained better.

Everyone here is great and super kind always come here always trying something new chetan always has the best attitude when working with customers. I will be back again and again just based on service alone. Food is also made very well and always comes out the way I like. Really recommend coming here or ordering for delivery its always perfect every time

The perfect treat to beat the heat. Really nice staff. Indulged in a daily special, Green Matcha Bubble Tea which was very tasty with the right amount of bubbles. Want more? Be sure to ask for light ice or no ice so you get the most tea. Also got half sugar to save the calories and who needs that much refined sugar anyways. Kids got lots of yogurt and candies.

Since 2012 we enjoyed this location. It has excellent variety of drinks and ice cream 🍨. Kids alway love to stop by and no matter summer or winter they love ❤️ it. The service and selection is generally good but the opening hours are wrong. It clearly says that this location is open until 11pm, both online and on the door but we came at shortly past 10pm and the door was locked. The hours should be updated.

Great place. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Kids loved marshmallow flavor of frozen yogurt. I enjoyed cappuccino flavor. I wish it was warmer, so we could sit outside. Maybe next time, we are in neighborhoods.

They had a lot of freezer items, and different shapes of gluten free pastas, which was nice to see. There were also a lot of lovely baked goods in the case. I read that they had GF beaver tails, so that's why I came. I was excited to try my first beaver tail (newcomer to Canada). When I got it, it was slightly warm on the edges, but refrigerator-cold and damp in the middle. My partner told me they are usually fried, so it should have been piping hot. It was disappointing. I was thinking about getting a sandwich, but overheard someone ask about getting pasta, but it would have taken 40 min for that. Surprising, since they use the dried pasta they sell to make it. I had some questions about items, but felt dismissed and almost belittled by the answers. I was off-put by the rude tone, and combined with my disappointing menu item, won't be back. I'm sure it's fine if you're just going for cookies or frozen goods, but some other folks and myself were wondering if someone was actually there. It took quite some time for the owner to come out from the back. Not sure if that's the norm- maybe they were short-staffed, but don't go unless you have lots of extra time to spare.

We were in the area for a hockey tourney. We ordered gnocchi w vodka sauce and a chicken sandwich with chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Great portion sizes. We left, ate and returned for more sweets to bring back to share with the team.

As someone with celiac who came from out of province, this spot was a dream come true. I found it after seeing a large amount of positive reviews from fellow celiacs, and I can honestly say it lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, the woman working there was beyond kind, welcoming, and helpful, she truly treated me like family. The level of care and hospitality showed made the experience feel really special. The food itself was outstanding. I ordered a pizza and a chicken parm sandwich, both of which were delicious, and I also took home some desserts to enjoy later. Although their famous cannolis were sold out by the time I arrived, she generously offered me a sample of a similar dessert, which was absolutely delicious. I also loved that they offer so many frozen options to take home, plus a huge variety of gluten-free pastas and baked goods. You can tell how much thought and dedication has gone into making everything not only safe for dietary restrictions, but high quality and authentic. Finding a fully dedicated gluten-free Italian place like this is so rare, and it’s worth going out of your way for. Highly recommend to anyone with celiac or other dietary restrictions, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a tiny bakery, deli, and market. Everything is gluten free and there are tons of dairy free and vegan options. The owner is an absolute gem of a human. Sandwiches are to die for, tons of ravioli, lasagne, etc, etc, etc available in the freezer. Fresh cannoli. Chefs kiss!! Not for dining in.

I loved the taste of my veal sandwich. The veal was made to order and was humongous. The ciabatta bread was great too! Left with a loaf of Sourdough bread which I look forward to trying too.

I have celiac and I absolutely adore this place. The food is a celiac 's dream. The lunch options are sooo good. My non gluten free boyfriend is also obsessed with this place. I am 100% going again. Strongly recommend especially if you want to have frozen options ready to go, a delicious warm sandwich that doesn't fall apart at lunch, or delicious food everyone will love at an event.

My son is obsessed with the milky donut from here. It’s not too sweet, perfect for as a snack with your tea or coffee. The other Filipino desserts here are great. I wish they had cassava cake though.

It's rare to find an exclusive Filipino baked goods (kakanin) place in the GTA. Usually it is a combo'ed with hot food and other Filipino delights. Kudos to them for sticking to their specialty. They're not cheap but is in line with other Filipino food places in terms of pricing. The sapin-sapin and conchinta were pretty good. Haven't tried their braso de Mercedes but will do so next time. Moved to Centerpoint Mall by Entrance #2.

Nice hot pandesal bread, we had it with dairy cream. Taste like home. Service is good. Nice friendly staff. The kakanin or Filipino desserts are good. Price is reasonable. Parking is not a problem. Location is easy to find. Lots of store in the area too.

If you haven't, you should try Filipino desserts! A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

I have been a regular here and visited their new location at Centerpoint. I'm disappointed that their offerings and quality have changed. I used to buy the large ensaymadas, plain and ube, and now they only offer single ensaymadas. I bought what I thought were plain ensaymadas, they were $3.50 each and was so incredible disappointed to find ube inside. The ube did not taste good. It is unclear to me if they even offer plain ensaymadas anymore. In any event, they need to clearly label and price their merchandise and focus on quality.

We have been buying kakanins and pandesal here for a long time. Even my friends go here to buy pandesal for our church and we love it! But this time my husband bought 2 taho but unfortunately it’s not fresh. It tastes sour and the actual look is pale. I believe it has been prepared few days ago and you still put it in display and you let people buy it. I hope you put your customers health first since your products are food.

Got a few items including yema cake and a milk donut. The yema cake slice was very fresh. It has a hint of lemon (or maybe calamansi?) which makes it different and a little refreshing compared to other yema cakes I've had. The milk donut tasted somewhat fresh but didn't have any real flavour. I was expecting it to be tastier. Staff seemed nice but it's rude to have your nose in your phone when customers are around.

Oh So Sweet provided cupcakes and a 6 inch cake for our wedding this June, and we were very happy with what we received! Communication was a breeze and there were lots of flavour and customization options to choose from. The bakery provided delivery to our nearby venue which made our lives easy. Our guests loved the cupcakes and we loved taking our cake home to enjoy after the wedding! Would definitely recommend.

Overall, this is a good bakery. They make custom cakes. Delicious pastries, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and more. The cake pops are more expensive than all the other great bakeries that I've been too- $3.50 each (sometimes at the end of the day, they sell them for 1$) their sugar cookies are tasty and thick! The service is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of cupcakes 🧁 and stuffed cookies 🍪 😋! I bought a lemony loaf and mini cupcakes (last min) for a party, and both were just okay- over priced. Mini-cupcakes were a but dry. Cute though. I'd definitely go back and try other things. Can't say enough great things about the wedding cake we ordered from Oh So Good! I really wanted a cake decorated with fresh florals, and they took the time to listen to my vision and create something that was straight out of my dreams! It was beyond beautiful, and absolutely delicious. They delivered the cake to our downtown venue, and the whole process was seamless and professional. Since my husband has a severe nut allergy, it was good to know he could safely eat the cake! Highly recommend!

Rosa is amazing, best nut free bakery hands down and I've been to every single one in the GTA. Her and her staff are amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure the cakes are perfect. They did our first gender reveal cupcakes and have done all our cakes ever since. The cake today was amazing. Thank you very much the cake was a big hit today as always ❤️❤️❤️

This place is so good!! I had the chance to visit when I was in the GTA and it was so worth it. As someone with a nut allergy, so many places are off limits to me! The cheesecake was probably my favourite thing I got from here. So good.

Cinnabon is my favourite place for cinnamon rolls, they make the best in my opinion. The cinnamon rolls are fresh, warm, soft and packed with flavor. The only reason I'm taking off a star from my review is the price; I bought 1 mini cinnamon roll and it cost around $5, which is expensive.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I felt compelled to say something about my recent experience. I purchased a box of 15 Cinnabons for a gathering, expecting the high quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. The buns were dry, stale, and hard — a far cry from the soft, gooey treat you’d expect. They quickly became the topic of conversation at the event, and not in a good way. I was embarrassed to have brought them. Even the centers, which are usually the best part, were dry and lacked any moisture or freshness. The quality is definitely dwindling. When you spend over $30, you expect at least an edible dessert. Sadly, the entire box ended up in the trash. For the price, the quality and value were severely lacking. Service was good, cashier was friendly.

The cinnamon rolls coming out of this location is fantastic! Always fresh and super delicious! The staff and personnel are always very happy and quick with processing the orders. The only thing that really taints the experience of enjoying this delectable treat is the unbelievably cheap and flimsy cutlery. The only reason why i’m giving a 2 star rating is so that management hopefully sees this review and does something about the cutlery that they provide. It truly takes away from the experience of enjoying this dessert and it’s so unfortunate that is the case. As a a consumer i am willing to pay 50 cents more if it means the cutlery i’m getting is of a higher quality.

I am writing this because I was so disappointed in the quality of the toll. This roll used to be covered in cinnamon and was an absolute delight to consume. I purchased a 9pcs box and they gave me a cold box in a paper bag. When I asked for a hot one & it took them 30m to heat it up. 30m later I came back to pick it up & received a a warm box without a bag. When I asked for a bag they gave me at the beginning they said I have to pay for 50c. This is so ridiculous! Why didn’t you charge me 50c before???

Mixed with a bit of modern cookies and just the right amount of love, these baked goods melt in your mouth and make you want more. Can’t say enough about the biscotti. Can’t have a coffee anymore without one. We had a a few trays delivered for a birthday party and they were outstanding. Will not hesitate to order again. If only they could try their hand at baklava, I would be in heaven.

I came in craving their mussels, but unfortunately, they no longer have them on the menu. So we decided to try the fish tacos — they’re drizzled with Thai sauce, so I should have guessed they’d be just okay for my taste. What really made the visit worth it was our server, Darcy. He was absolutely amazing — super attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond with service. The highlight was how sweet he was in customizing my dessert exactly how I wanted it: just ice cream and strawberries, plus a waffle, no sauce, nothing extra. It was perfect. Service like Darcy’s is why I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Darcy!

Symposium Cafe's seafood pasta has been my go-to comfort food for 10+ years. And a decade later, it still hits. Was my first time at this location but it won't be my last!

The pasta wasent very tasty my friend and I both thought the pasta dishes weren’t tasty and that the sauces didn’t match well with the type of pasta it was. The dessert and lattes were amazing thought definitely would come back just for dessert and the spinach dip was also very tasty just presentation could look better but the dessert was immaculate and the presentation was spectacular I just wish the pasta dishes were also but overall I would say 4/5 the place was stunning amazing environment and staff everyone was very polite and friendly.

Went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning. They weren't that busy so service was really quick. Our server was really friendly. The meals are reasonably priced. And if you really wanna try something try the carrot cake. They serve really huge slices. I had 3 eggs breakfast meal. I didn't really like my hashbrowns although they were tasty, they were a bit on the hard side. They seem to have specials daily. I really wanna check out Thursdays Date night!!

My wife and I recently visited Amadeus Patisserie and enjoyed trying the Paris Brest and a lache pastry, along with a cup of matcha and a tea. The pastries were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t quite meet our expectations. We had originally wanted to order chocolate and mocha, but were told they were out of cocoa powder, which was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere of the patisserie is cozy with a good vibe, and we appreciate the high chairs by the windows, which made for a nice spot to sit and relax. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience overall. Despite the drinks, we'd definitely come back for the pastries.

We’ve been coming here for years just for the almond croissant. It’s my wife’s favourite and I’m a big fan as well. We were just in recently and they had many different flavours of croissants. We ordered a pistachio one and a cheese one. The pistachio was filled with pistachio cream and was really nice. The cheese one, we expected to be more savoury, but it also had a sweet aspect to it. The artistic desserts that they carry are delicious and very aesthetically pleasing. These are great for taking to peoples homes or serving up you’re having guests over. The price is definitely up there but the quality makes up for it. The macarons are also really good and can easily compete with the best France has to offer. All in all, it’s an excellent bakery and I haven’t been disappointed by anything we’ve purchased from them over the years.

Beautiful pastries and a lovely café atmosphere. Amadeus Patisserie feels like a slice of Europe in Toronto. The presentation of the pastries is stunning, and everything tastes as good as it looks. I tried the croissants, cakes and macarons, and were outstanding — rich in flavour, not overly sweet, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Perfect for a quiet coffee break or catching up with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the busy hours. Prices are on the higher side, but you’re paying for craftsmanship and freshness, and it’s worth it. Definitely one of the best patisseries in Toronto for anyone who appreciates beautiful desserts and a relaxing café vibe.

👎 I am really trying hard not to leave negative reviews and I barely do. When I saw lots of 4-5 stars I was in good mood. Went there with the family, order 6 items to try and coffee... one bite of each... and 6 of us could not finish non. JUST fancy and expensive... how can a coffee be like that?! How can the macaroon be tasteless... how can of the 6 items, none be delicious... how is this place in business? Did not like at all... would not recommend 😕 SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Don't tell me, I did not tell you so!

So, my husband bought a birthday cake for me from this place. He specifically asked for one with less biscuit, since I hate it, and was told there was just one layer of biscuit at the bottom. Well, there IS only one layer — but it takes up half the cake. And not only that, it’s also dry as heck and absolutely tasteless — just a brick of bread. The mousse is okay, nothing special. It says there is raspberry cream — there is no raspberry cream, just canned peaches. And the peaches are in some sort of jelly. For just a bit more, you can buy a real masterpiece from Lumiere. Even Costco cakes are better. I would understand if this cake were 20 bucks… Anyway, today is my birthday, and I’m literally writing this review right after cutting the cake. I’m really disappointed. Happy birthday to me 🎉

I used to purchase their cake and coffee regularly. Today, we got the chocolate cake as usual and very disappointed. The chocolate is a lot worse than before and tastes just not right. They changed the cake button recipe and it tasted absolutely awful! Very disappointed. I do really like this store before and become not coming back again.

So I thought I would give ST Philips Bakery in Maple a second chance this Easter after a disastrous Italian rum cake I have bought for Christmas …. WRONG! Who bakes these cakes? At $49 a shot I expect something at least decent! This Italian rum cake had no cake! All cream! And it was more a flan than a cake!!!! A real embarrassment at my family gathering! Never again am I getting a cake from this bakery!

Stopped in after having dinner in the area. The service was super friendly, and the selection, even though late, was vast. The pastries and desserts are very good. The breads and other baked items also looked delicious.

Always love coming down here! I’ve had the hot table and the pastries and I am definitely pleased with both. I love the semolina in the cannoli filling, solid 9/10. Really want to try the focaccia next time I’m in.

Nino D’Aversa Bakery is a true classic for anyone who loves authentic Italian baked goods! Food is always great at Nino D’aversa. I have visited many of their locations and food is always great! Now, service, that can be different from Place to place. This specific experience, not the friendliest. The lady behind the counter did not make the minuscule effort to try to communicate since we don’t speak Italian. Hard to believe she does not understand even numbers like, Three. Regardless of that, we will continue to recommend Nino as a great food experience.

Where to begin. I ordered 12 pastries, ranging from cannolis to donuts. I had it delivered via Uber. I am beyond disappointed with the quality of the products. First of all, they were stale. The cannolis are clearly a crust that is not made in house, the cream filling is inexistant in the donuts (and it reminds me of jell-o pudding mix). I am out 70$ and am extremely dissatisfied. I am now stuck with stale pastries that are dry and tasteless. What a waste of money. Avoid this place at all cost.

Been coming to this location since I was a kid for the bread and sweets. Was in the area and decided to drop by. Picked up some buns very fresh and cannolli's. Very fresh and tasted very good I should of bought more. Will back to try other treats and products.

Agree with others but in my view, service standards are falling including their pizzas. Not cheap. Servers need to do better in listening skills, the cashier appears unfriendly and mostly distracted. Not criticizing but wishing to do better.

The food here is always delicious. Plus fresh bread and cold cuts are available. Not much for indoor seating which is usually preoccupied with retirees.

I ordered a cake for my son’s 1st birthday with a “Sesame Street” theme, but the bakery couldn’t even spell the name correctly. As shown in the photos, they wrote “sesami street”. That wasn’t the only issue—the cake was completely different from what I ordered. It was supposed to be a two-tier confetti cake (as shown below), but I received a slab of rum cake (for a 1-year-old’s party!), which was uneven, smudged, poorly made and most importantly nowhere close to what I had requested. When we opened the box, we were genuinely shocked. I will never return to this bakery. Be cautious when ordering, as they clearly do not deliver on their promises. Photos are attached because I still can’t believe how bad it was.

I stumbled across this as I was passing by. This is such an adorable and unexpected spot to grab authentic tasting italian treats and coffee. Absolutely love LOVE the pistachio-almond cookies. The coffee was really good as well but the cookies were the absolute highlight. If I didn't live so far from Vaughan, I would visit regularly. But I might make the mission down anyway. Loved the quietness, the friendly staff and delicious food.

Nutella filled croissants for my children, apricot filled for me. Cold brew and espresso. Plenty of choices, super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious, my pictures don't do it justice!

This place has my heart. Not only is this the closest you will come to finding pastries and sweets as authentic as they are in Italy, but they are packaged exactly as they do in Italy. A sweet treat was that on Mother's Day, the owner hands out roses to all the moms. A class act. Love love love this place. When there, for the brief time I'm there it feels like I'm in Italy.

Whats the hype about? The only people that shop here are italians that dont know how to go elsewhere. Walk into this place, not a single name on any thing for sale or a single price tag. Not being italian, i didnt know what anything was. You can only ask for a cookie or the thing that looks like a donut. Not friendly for anyone except their own kind! It wasnt even good :(

Disappointing Service Despite the Nice Setting I arrived with high expectations because the place truly looks high-end: beautiful décor, well-maintained details, and an atmosphere that promises a great experience. Unfortunately, all of that is overshadowed by poor customer service. The person who attended us showed no interest, answering every question under their breath as if helping was a burden. That attitude completely ruins the positive first impression. A business can invest in décor, food, or top-quality products, but if the service is this indifferent, the entire experience falls apart. Not recommended.

Today I visited this place, unfortunately, the experience was completely different from what I expected. The service was not pleasant at all, and the employee only responded with monosyllables. It was really terrible. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the lack of effort from the staff makes me seriously reconsider whether I want to return, even if it's just to buy a coffee. I've never been to this bakery, but I ended up buying their Lady Fingers cookies at a Longos. And, oh my gosh, they're amazing with those little ends dipped in chocolate. Paired with a cup of blueberry tea and I couldn't ask for anything else for my afternoon. Thank you all!!

Ordered for a shiva. Scoops patter with lox added and bagels. Also a cookie/danish tray. Everything was delivered early morning , on time. It was beautifully arranged, fresh and delicious. Much thanks to Carolina for taking care of us

First time in this bakery. Challah and pastries are of decent quality; nothing extraordinary though. There are definitely better options available, but not bad at all. 4/5. Service: 1/5 is too much. There were very few customers, but we had to wait to be served. After I paid, my wife brought two more cookies, and the lady who served us counted those items I already paid for, once again. I had to tell her about this in a good faith it was just an honest mistake, although strange: as I said, it was not crowded. But the lady was not apologetic: "No, you did not pay", - that was her response. I had a bad luck of choosing a "No receipt" option after having paid ... well, I do not like being duped and asked the lady to double check. Finally, this situation has been resolved, but no acknowledgement of error, no "sorry" at the end. OK, I mentioned at the beginning it was the first time I was at Grodzinski. And the last one.

Everything was great & PERFECT, except the glass container of the cold Cappucino had a chip on the top edge and a crack. That is dangerous! I failed to call the attention of the kitchen. In general everyting else was perfect. Thank you. Our server, SHAYAM was attentive and caring.💕

A dessert heaven! The place is spacious, well-lit, and has an inviting vibe. There was a queue when we arrived, but the wait wasn’t too long. We ordered the tiramisu and the Formula bun—both were delightful. The tiramisu had lovely layers and a creamy texture, though it lacked that distinct coffee bitterness and the presentation was just okay. The Formula bun, on the other hand, had a perfectly crusty exterior with a rich, cream filling.

Great selection of desserts and more than your regular offering plus plus. good sized portions for dessert, easy enough to share. nice decor and atmosphere though the general noise can be elevated. staff are friendly & attentive enough. they also do the birthday singing for guests over the speaker system and cake if you enjoy that kind of thing.

The recommendations provided by our server Joseph were spot on it was exactly what we were looking for, from the dessert selection to our drinks .. it was our flavor profiles. Bus service was fast we didn't have to wait long for our table and the cleanliness of the restaurant was great also kudos to you guys.

Dropped by this location a few weeks a go and had a great experience. We tried the Splitsonian and Pecanchu - both delivered on flavor and presentation. The splitsonian had a great mix of ice cream,chocolate drizzle, banannas and strawbrries. The Peacanchu was great as well with a buttery and rich taste paired well with the ice cream. Service was quick! Thanks to Dylan for the friendly and great service.

This Demetres is very accessible with a ramp from the parking lot to access the main doors. The food was great, I mean lets be honest, its sweets, not much to complain about here. Our server Shayan was polite and patient as we had a party of 6 with 2 little ones. After several indecisive minutes, Shayan was still polite and informative with each of our questions. If you’re curious about the wait time, we waited about 5 minutes to be seated and this was at around 9pm on a Saturday night. In the pictures you’ll find the Splitsonian (the one with strawberries), the pomme pilot (the plate being held), and the bisco fever (the cherry was added to it from my daughters milkshake) Overall nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend going, if you do, ask for Shayan!

I got to say gelato is one of those things I love and I've tried a lot of it, living in the city with the most Italians aboard Toronto Canada there are quite a few good gelateria (gelato Shop) around here and I've come to realize that every year there's a new place that I try IL GELATO DI CARLOTTA is absolutely amazing I had the gianduia and hazelnut soft creamy and very delicious I recommend anyone that's in the area to try it it's my first gelato of 2018 and it was absolutely incredible good job to the staff they do make it on site in St Catharines but this one was fantastic IGME:YYZFRANK. Pietro was fantastic and very knowledgeable about gelato explain some details to me that made it clear these guys do make an amazing gelato

Tried the dolce Carlotta today which they said it's the award winning flavour. It was very flavorful but it's still quite pricey to pay $7 for a cone.

Forgot to take the picture if the other one, but the flavour we got was peach strawberry? Very nice. The mango was definitely flavourful too, but a little bit of an unclean?/unfresh aftertaste of this one.

We ordered a small and a medium sized gelato. They barely filled our medium. The bottom was hid by the top layer leaving it empty . We filled ripped off. Overpriced and not worth it.

Best Gelato in Niagara so far. Pistachio is quite rare to find, and especially rare to find a good one; this place got it right and it was great. Very nice and friendly staff and great selection of ice cream.

I have been to DQ many times for ice cream and I have no complaints on the ice cream part this is strictly on the food review because it has been my first time after so many years of going to DQ trying the food for the first time and it was such a disappointment and service was horrible, it was like she didn't even want to be there like I was bugging her. The burger was not that great it tasted like a microwave burger, the onion rings were somewhat ok, the chicken wrap was not that great and the chicken strips were ok but I did not enjoy the food nor the service but it was nice and clean inside but also no one was there. I will continue to come to DQ for its ice cream but not the food just maybe the fries.

I am really shocked at the poor quantity lately from this location. Ive noticed a blizzard that’s not to the top, a cone that’s not very high… but today I ordered two small sundaes and it’s mostly air in the container. Feeling consistently ripped off when prices are so high. Quality is good but not so sure value is there anymore.

Had my daughter’s birthday cake made here. I ordered it online. The costumer service was above and beyond. The cake was super delicious. They made exactly as per my request. The manager even called me to make sure how I wanted the cake to be done. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location.

The new Crunchin’ Cookies Blizzard was a fun surprise! It’s a great mix of crunchy cookie bits blended into DQ’s signature creamy vanilla soft serve. The texture contrast is satisfying, and the flavor is sweet without being too heavy. It’s definitely a good choice when you’re in the mood for something rich and cookie-loaded. Not something I’d crave every time, but definitely worth trying once in a while.

I was there on a weekend to pick up a replacement cake as the original one I had ordered over the holidays had a strand of hair in it. The guy at the counter who originally served me was kind about, told me to choose the cake of my liking and that was it. But there was an older lady (maybe late 50s to early 60s) who had asked to see the email again (thinking she was the manager or something) but I guess not. I chose my cake and had asked her to write happy birthday Kim on it and she basically grabbed it wrote on it and just slid it on the counter and murmured have a nice day and just disappeared. No bag, no courtesy. I was shocked. So I had asked the guy behind the counter to give me one and he was nice enough to help me put it in the bag and said sorry about that and to have a nice day. The 2 stars is the recovery for the nice guy that helped me or else I would've given her a 1 star out of 5 for poor consideration of customer service, given that I returned due to a food quality concern. You can do better than this Dairy Queen!

Got 2 mini oreo blizzard and paid $15 for 1 of them only to be filled half way and the other to only have oreo on top and the rest of the blizzard was just plain vanilla. Like if I am going to be paying $15 for 2 minis at least make them properly

Disgusting place to buy ice cream. I went in and waited because there was a long line to buy ice cream, there was only 1 person working. While waiting, I saw a fly on the ice cream, left the store without buying anything. It was disgusting, there flies everywhere. I told the store associate and she was like meh. This place should be closed down, no regard for food safety and sanitation. Will report this incident to the authorities.

If you are craving some ice cream, you have to come here. Since the pandemic is behind us, they provide you samples if you want to try any ice cream before deciding. I went with the birthday cake ice cream with oreo cookie dough and it was perfect. If you enjoy creamy ice cream, you have to go here.

The concept of customized ice cream is great. Ordered the hazel nut ice cream with raspberry. The icecream itself was melting before it was served. The frozen raspberry were still whole. I would've like it to be crushed into the ice cream. The ice cream has a very strong milk flavor. Its ok. Would've been a better experience if the ice cream was colder.

I wanted to really love this place but the staff weren’t that friendly. The atmosphere is nice but I felt unwelcome a bit because they weren’t that friendly. I don’t think I’ll be returning but it was nice to try it out. The matcha latte wasn’t that good either, barely had any matcha . I will say though aesthetically it’s cute here.

This place is a jewel in Thornhil. All of their pastries are vegan. No milk and no egg. This is heaven for me. I got macha and a piece of brownie. They were good, the brownie was dry that’s the reason I gave four starts for food. I wil’ be back with my friends for sure.

Great vegan food!! Not only the baked goods are delicious but also the savory foods. Like the "meatball" sub, or the "tuna" sandwich, or the "ham & cheese" croissant. They are all so so good. The baked goods are incredible. Turnovers, muffins, cupcakes and "cheesecakes" are such a treat! It's nice to go somewhere if you're vegan and be sure everything there is indeed vegan. But, the food is good and I'd recommend it to non-vegans too. Why not right?! They also have a nice espresso machine and make great coffee and lattes (oat lattes). Decor and ambiance wise, it's such a cozy little place. Beautifully decorated and nice place to sit and enjoy some great food and conversation. I'll definitely be returning.

Their menu has a wonderful variety of vegan dishes and pastries that taste incredible every single time. Really great place! My sister is dairy free and I needed a birthday cake so I got her a lemon layer cake and wow was it great! Also got her the carrot cake and she loved it too. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Patisserie V Marie for cakes for the last 7 years and they never miss. I am a baker myself but for special occasions, I always like to order from here as their cakes have a professional clean finish and are so so so tasty. I do wish they had more flavours for their cakes and fillings, but the ones they have have been perfect. Would recommend 10/10 times. I’ve attached pictures of some cakes over the years.

I used Patisserie V Marie twice so far. The first was for my daughters baptism, last year, the second for my older daughters communion, this past weekend. With both events I recieved absolutely amazing customer service! The design of the cakes was exactly what was on the image I shared and the flavours were delicious! I will definitely be using them for future events and be happy to recommend them.

I came here in the morning - hoping to get some pastries for a little get together. I didn’t quite look into it and realized as I walked in that it’s predominately an order ahead kind of place, and while they didn’t have much on offer other than cupcakes and a few pre wrapped cookies, everything that was there looked gorgeous. I was hoping for some croissants and danishes but came out with some cupcakes since that was really all they had and they not only looked beautiful but were very delicious. The service was excellent- I had my hands full and they walked me to my car! Highly recommend if you are ordering! I can’t speak for the cakes but I imagine their cupcakes are close in taste and texture and those were wonderful! Thank you!

Purchased 12 scones , different flavours and honestly Found the scones to be extremely dry (over baked ) compared to most cobs locations. Their bread , chocolate croissants and pastries were good but scones extremely dry. reached out to the manager , and they were extremely dismissive .

Amazing bakery with a wide variety to choose from. You can find everything from scones, croissants, baguettes, cheese pull-aparts, custard pastries to cinnamon buns. Everything I've had here was amazing. They have daily breads of the day. Aaron is always great. We also came here on New year's Eve before they were closing and saw that they were donating a good amount to charity. It made me like this place even more. Edit: the last few times I've gone in a young lady has been somewhat rude and impatient, not giving me a chance to look around and continuously demanding "anything else?...is that it?". I went in on Jan 6 (afternoon) and literally was in and out of the store in less than a minute because she was so snappy and impatent. It's too bad as I would have likely bought a lot more had I not be rushed. I'm reducing my initial score for this.

They were sampling the peach scone. Delicious. I got the scone with spinach. I also got a loaf of cinnamon bread, family favourite.

Enjoyed some very delicious scones! Lots of different flavours and each scone was very generous with the mix-ins. We had strawberry passion fruit, berries and white chocolate, apple pie, chocolate banana, double chocolate, and blueberry lemon. All were delicious!

I wait all year for the pumpkin scones! Super tasty! The burger buns in my opinion are one of the best in the city! By a gym so parking on the weekend was a bit of wait

Service needs some work!! This was my go-to Cobs location until very recently. During my last visit in June 2025, I had the worst customer service experience. Very condescending and arrogant response from a female associate and all because I had the nerve to ask a question that I apparently should have known the answer to. I was so taken back by her bad attitude that needless to say, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. She should not be in a position that interacts with people AT ALL. Zero people skills!!

This place smells like heaven when you first walk in. All the baked goodies smell so good. The scones were delicious. The service was great, the person who helped me answered my questions, helped me pick something and was so friendly.

Ordered my 50th bday cake and it was a hit! From the beautiful design to the amazing taste. Exceptional! I was extremely happy and look forward to placing many many more orders.

My boss had bought their bite-sized cupcakes from here to share with his staff. They were super cute mini cupcakes - points for their presentation and visuals from frosting to cake. Unfortunately, they lost stars because were too sweet - I mean extremely sweet. The sweetness was so overpowering that I couldn't really enjoy the flavours of the cupcakes (i.e. cookies and cream or vanilla). They were pricey too.

My wife’s been getting cupcakes for special occasions from here for a few years. They taste great and the price is very reasonable.

My boss gets these cupcakes for us and I've always enjoyed them. I went today to get cupcakes for my friend and the owners were so lovely. The cupcakes are fantastic, the cake itself is moist and tasty and the icing is the perfect texture. Its hard to find a good cupcake so these are more than worth the price to me. I'll definitely be back!

My family and I had been loyal customers for many years as my sister is allergic to nuts but we recently had an experience that has lost us as customers permanently. We have always purchased the cakes and cupcakes and were happy. I even had them do my wedding cake. We decided to try the cookies for Christmas and they were quite expensive but we figured they must be quite good to justify the relatively high price. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that some of the cookies were simply store-bought Oreos covered in icing and the others tasted very low quality and stale. I reached out via email to the owner and was quite let down to find that she was defensive instead of understanding. This experience and the subsequent lack of customer service has made my family and I to decide to no longer be patrons of Lavish Cupcakes after many years.

I love this place! I’ve ordered a bunch of cupcakes for various reasons and everyone loved them. Beautiful decorations and worth the price. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful looking cakes and cupcakes. I went to get some cupcakes for a coworker's birthday. The service was amazing, felt very welcomed and was given some cupcakes for tasting. I will be back again.

The last time I had Bingsu was back in high school a few years ago, and the memory of its taste randomly came to mind. I wanted to try it again so I came here as it looks like the best option with a ton of flavours. I got the cheesecake, loved the cheesecake cubes and the syrupy drizzle topping. I don’t know why they put nuts on it should’ve been like strawberries instead since that’s how cheesecakes go you know. This was 18 dollars for the large size which is quite expensive considering it is simply shaved ice/frozen milk with toppings. Felt a little sick after but that was probably thanks to the whole Malibu bottle I finished. Place was fully packed so had to eat on trunk of the fully bolt on Q50. Will likely come back again.

The shaved ice was a bit disappointing. The mango tasted like it had been frozen, cold and sour. It really needs mango sauce to bring it together (Which they don’t offer) The kinako one was better, but the warabi mochi was too firm for my taste and didn’t go well with the ice. Also, the portion of kinako could be more generous - the bottom was just plain ice with no flavor. That said, the service was lovely, super helpful and friendly staff!

The grape shaved ice is so refreshing and good. I also got the sesame and the mochi in it adds a great texture and chew. Great light dessert after a heavy meal.

Had the tiramisu Bingsu with a salted caramel croffle. Bingsu is an amazing dessert considering that the flavour is a topping on a large bed of ice. Enticing plating with a slice of tiramisu places like a cherry on top. It comes with a shot of espresso. I didn't know you had to mix it all at first but after a few minutes of mixing the true flavours came out. Will bring friends next time

When we came in they were full so we had to wait for a table to open up before they started working on our order. The real fruit teas have real fruit chunks or pieces in them and they are refreshing on a hot day. The grapefruit was fairly sour when I had the chunks but rather light when only sipping the liquid. The green tea bingsu was better than I expected, no real complaints.

The coffee Bingsu was delicious. I loved that it wasn't too sweet, the sauces and the cereal on top was just perfect for the balance of taste. I shared a small size bingsu with one more person, and we ate it in about 5min. Definitely worth stopping by here!

The Bingsu (Korean Shaved Ice Dessert) at Snowday Bingsu Cafe (Thornhill location) was good. The Black Sesame Bingsu was good. The black sesame ice cream and red bean paste were not too sweet and went well the shaved ice and Injeolmi rice cake. The Mugwort Hoppang was a good and delicious Korean pastry with red bean filling.

Came here on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. We ordered a few desserts via their QR code + app but they missed our order until we followed up. I had the egglet with fruits and a scoop of green tea ice cream. It was fresh but fruits portion was a bit weak. The tong Yuen was alright, it was good but nothing spectacular either.

Food and service here are great! Went here for a quick late night snack and ordered mango shaved ice. It tasted good overall, had a nice fruity, creamy taste, although it was on the sweeter side. Service was great considering the place was packed & the servers were very quick to help. Would definitely go back again.

This marks our initial visit to this place. The desserts truly delighted us, evoking memories of Hong Kong. It's possible that we've discovered a new destination for Asian-style treats. Our intention is to explore their savory offerings on our next visit.

Decent location with some sitting — it is on the smaller end but the service was great and accommodating to our big group. Tried the durian mille feuille which came with a side of syrup and ice cream (recommend for durian lovers but it does take 15-20 minutes to prepare). Desserts are ordered online.

How was the food and experience? I think they have some nice items on the menu, but the overall experience of the shop isn’t that great. However, from the looks of it, seems like they occasionally have quite a lot of people in there, so maybe it was just me? The fact that you can only pay by cash here is also slightly annoying, it is 2019 and they are behind with their payment methods. Also, the service here isn’t that great? I don’t think the servers are being especially rude, but they just look like they could care less about anything. Maybe they are not being treated properly by the shop? Something is off about them. Would I recommend? Maybe this area around yonge and sheppard is lacking late night desserts place? so they remain slightly popular. I believe if there is competition maybe they’ll become better. Anyways I would not recommend this place.

Great atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious with reasonable prices. We each got different types of Bubble Waffle desserts. Everything looks exactly how you see it in the menu. Not a disappointment. However be warned that they only accept cash, but an ATM is provided for you.

Would rate it a 3.5. There are a lot of desserts and meals to choose from and has a good vibe. The cost and portions don't correlate as well though for majority of dishes. Prices are what drags this place down...approx $7 not includ tip and tax. I would recommend the shaved ice cream for 2...that's about it.

Waste $8 to buy a cup of oero soup, and wait 5 min for staff come out to take an order... Their ice cream doesn't hold its shape at all, it melts into liquid within a min.. not sure its dp suck or just this location.

March 20, 2025. We went for the free cone today and were greeted by a grumpy employee. She told us it’s one free cone per group but the app says 1 per app customer. That meant my daughter didn’t get a cone. She also didn’t allow us to pay for the cone dip. If DQ is going to promote a national campaign (which says one per customer and you can pay for a the dip) maybe it’s a good idea to honour it and smile at your customers. Edit: Based on the stores response my grown daughter had her own app and should have got the offer. If the location had different promotion policies that should be posted at the door. I will be contacting head office about this location. Based on other reviews I see here this location needs some new management or a review of best practices. The tone of response by the store matches the grump working at the store.

Great experience every visit. We purchase all our ice cream cakes here every year and it’s always nicely done.

Terrible experience. They refuse to accept deals advertised on their app for no reason and without any explanation. Also the worker there is super rude and disrespectful. Not to mention we had to wait so long for the worker to come out and take our order. Absolute nightmare never been to a dairy queen like this. Go somewhere else where you can use your app for offers and where you are treated better. I love dairy queen but this location is absolutely terrible. Also be aware that they will not let you pay with a card if your order is less than 5 dollars. Edit: Since it will not let me respond to their respond. I was not talking about getting a free cone or today but rather just their response regarding using the app and how rude the lady working there is. You can see several others having issues with this location taking the app deals. Also when you convince them to accept a deal if you walk in with someone else who has their own phone and their own deals they refuse to take it because it’s one deal per family! Like what no we both have the app and the offer. Save your time and don’t go here.

Stopped by Dairy Queen to celebrate the first day of spring with an Oreo Blizzard… but maybe I jumped the gun because, of course, it was snowing! ❄️😂 Good ol’ Canada, keeping us on our toes! Oh well, still totally worth it! Thick, creamy vanilla with crunchy Oreo pieces always hits the spot. The DQ crew was super friendly and made me laugh. Snow or shine, a Blizzard is always a good idea!

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff were absolutely lovely – so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream was top-notch and delicious. I was also impressed by how quickly my order was made. Highly recommend this location!

This location charges more than other DQ locations. We ordered a medium orea blizzard and they charged $9.19+tax when other locations charge $7.29+tax. Also, the portions seem to be less as other locations fill it to the top of the cup but here they did it noticibly less than a full cup. Worst DQ experience ever. Edit to reply: Don't be part of a franchise if you can't match the standard. As you said, these are high cost times for everyone. Ripping your customers off is not the way to go. You are giving DQ a bad name.

Wonderful cake and pastry shop. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. Delicious cakes, pastries and pies. They use the best and freshest ingredients. Service is quick and very courteous. During our recent purchase of a birthday cake, they provided an ice pack free of charge so that the cake would remain cool in our car on the way home. They also provided free candles. The store is nestled in the corner of a plaza with plenty of free parking. As you walk through the doors you are met with warm, sweet and comforting aromas including vanilla, chocolate, fresh berries and dough. There is also a small cafe section where you can buy freshly made coffee, lattes and cappuccinos, and try small desserts from a whole selection of pastries. Once you try Chocolada, you will not go back to any other cake/pastry shop. Would highly recommend!

It’s truly one of the best cafés you can visit. They offer a wide variety of fresh and tasty desserts and pastries. Their cakes are beautifully made and perfect for any kind of celebration. A very nice selection of cakes and pies with unique flavors and great service. Highly recommended! You can buy and try a slice of your chosen cake right there. Luckily, it prevented us from ordering a cake which would not be a good fit for our kid's birthday party. But the one we ordered was a hit! Not too sweet, so both Chinese and Ukrainian friends liked it. Coffee is good too (though it takes them a bit longer to cook than coffee shops).

We visited Chocolada for the first time and had such a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and to our surprise, they gave us a free box of pastries such a kind gesture! The pastries were absolutely delicious. Even though it’s been almost a week and we’ve been enjoying them little by little, they’re still fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The shop itself is clean, cozy, and has a really positive atmosphere. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated as customers. Beautifully done and with tons to offer. This confectionery is a work of art! You can find really nice selections of candies, beverages (obviously their hot chocolate is delicious) desserts, ice cream and there's even a selection of their own candles, cards, nuts, etc. If you're in the are, is definitely worth a visit.

We stumbled upon Old Fire Hall Confectionery during a recent road trip through Ontario, and it was a delightful stop! This quaint little shop has a great selection of ice cream, chocolates, and hot drinks. The highlight was definitely the peppermint patty hot chocolate—it was perfectly balanced with a light, refreshing peppermint flavour that wasn't overwhelming. While the cookies were just okay, the excellent service and fantastic hot chocolate made it a worthwhile visit.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! The place has a charming and cozy atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. What impressed me the most is their Italian gelato — it’s truly authentic and just like the gelato I’ve had in Italy. The texture is creamy, the flavors are rich, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend trying the Chocolate Brownie flavor, which is delicious and indulgent, as well as the Pistachio, which tastes natural and premium. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio is also exceptional, combining luxury with creativity in every bite. In short, this place deserves more than five stars, and I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their unique flavors!

This was our first visit and definitely not our last, it’s truly a must-visit destination for any chocolate lover. Highly recommended!

Great location to stop and grab a cone while roaming downtown Kleinberg. They have both Ice Cream and Gelato options with an assortment of cones. Many other dessert options as well!

The 5 dollar tea is from nylon (which is extremely toxic) tea bag, lemonade from the bottle and cakes which tasted like chemical and probably also bought from the store. 33 CAD for 2 drinks and 2 cakes and we even didn’t finish our food All food and cutlery were plastic even for “dine in”. Really disappointed.
