We decided to visit this restaurant since we were in the area. Despite the large crowd, we only had to wait about 15 minutes. However, there were hardly any seats available, and people were standing in front of the door both inside and outside. The restaurant was freezing! Initially, the young host seemed hesitant, but he transformed into a bubbly and friendly personality once a manager approached. Our server was very friendly and humorous, but we felt he was a bit slow. Overall, the food was delicious, but we encountered an issue with the chicken on the chicken pasta. By the time our server returned, half of our meals had been eaten because we were growing impatient with the waiting time. We also heard other customers complaining about missing chicken on their pasta right next to us. As a gesture of apology, they offered us a cheesecake. While it was a nice gesture, it would have been nice if we were offered our chicken. Considering these experiences, we’re not likely to return to this particular location.

We enjoyed an amazing dinner in this Cheesecake Factory. We're used to have to wait for a table (from other Cheesecake Factory restaurants, especially in Northern Miami) so we were positively surprised we immediately got a table. Our server was very quiet - but extremely efficient and saw whenever we needed something. Not one time we had to ask for something, he seemed to knew what we needed with a look from the distance. Perfection! Food itself good, as expected from Cheesecake Factory. Temporary update: I lost something important in your restaurant and can't reach you by phone. I contacted Cheesecake Factory X account and they can't help either. Please reach out to me asap.

EDIT/UPDATE: reluctantly went back after the review below to use a gift card and things were much better! The food was hot on arrival, tasty, and the service was good. Condiments came quickly upon request, and our server was very attentive. This is more like the Cheesecake Factory we have known in the past. ____________________________________ I have given this location a try on several occasions now. Today will be the last. There wasn’t anything awful, but for the price, the quality and service aren’t there. Our food took a long time to come out despite it not being crowded at all. When it came out, several of our entrees were lukewarm and had clearly been sitting under a lamp. The kids’ Alfredo was a bowl of tasteless noodles for $10 (no protein or sides) and when I went to put salt on it, the salt was all congealed in there and it was disgusting. They forgot the hot sauce I asked for (not a deal breaker but again, for the price they are charging, I can do better in this area). Overall, I would have rather gone to Panera down the road for half the price. 🤷‍♀️

Went to have lunch with my daughter on a Sunday. service was slow, but not a Problem even a manager came out and apologized about the wait time. When our food finally arrived, I bit into my steak tacos and they were ice cold. I explained that to the waiter and he took the tacos back about 10 minutes go by and the same tacos come out even the bitten one by this time my daughter has already eaten Half her food and we’re going on almost 2 hours from the time we sat down so I informed the waiter I just want to pack up my meal at this point. He was apologetic and offered a free slice of cheesecake. We were going to get cheesecake anyway so we took him up on the offer. While we were there, we went to use the salt and it wasn’t coming out so we unscrewed it and it was disgusting. It was brown! I have no idea why it was that color. After I got home, I decided to email the cheesecake factory about our lunch. I received a phone call The next morning from a manager. She informed me there is nothing wrong with people, biting into food and putting it on the grill. She Proceeded to tell me cheesecake factory does not like to waste food. I explained to her I threw my food away because that just doesn’t seem right to me. She wasn’t very happy with me when I said that doesn’t seem sanitary. She said she would refund my money. I still have not received that. I did call the cheesecake, Customer Service rep Whitney called about three or four days later and could really care less about the situation she informed me there is nothing wrong with people taking bites out of their food and putting it back on the grill. This will be my last time at cheesecake factory it seems like every employee could care less about giving Customer Service.

Sat at the bar. Both our menus had hair in them, black curly hair. Female Bartender , never introduced herself, with black curly hair continuously played with her hair over ice bin & while making drinks. We ordered ours to go and left… Tip: wear warm clothes were very cold.

Great food as always. Service was a little slow (server said they swapped around table assignments and didn't tell her), but friendly. Great cocktails as well.

We have been to this location a handful of times. The food & drinks were great. However we came to celebrate a birthday. We made a note on our online reservation and told our server that this was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, there was no candle or song. And we were not allowed to use the two birthday rewards we got via email, only one. (We had two birthdays at our table). We didnt even get a "Happy Birthday". We left feeling disappointed.

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years and it was my wife's first time. Have to say it was far better than I expected and the value is unbeatable. Had unlimited salad, soup, bread sticks, two entrees and the price was cheaper than most fast casual spots. Good job, OG!

This was my first time ever going to an Olive Garden. I was not expecting much from a chain restaurant but I was honestly shocked at how delicious the food was. Everything we ordered was absolutely excellent and had great flavor. Our waiter Josh was one of the best waiters we have ever had. Service was quick and made sure we were well taken care. I highly recommend this location if you’ve never been or craving Italian food. I will definitely be back.

Not real happy with my plate. The Shrimp Misto just seemed off with the deep fry. The oil tasted old and overdone. The salad was great! The spinach artichoke was almost overdone and dry but eating out has just been a drag today.

1st time visiting the Olive Garden in almost 20 years, as there are none in Canada. The pasta fagioli is still amazing as I remember it. The breadsticks are still delicious and unlimited. Out entrees we hot and tasty. Our service was excellent. My 10 year old was excited to be able to play trivia at our table.....HOWEVER, there were no indications that there was a cost to use it!! Granted it was $3, but it came as a surprise on our bill, which irritated me and retracted from an otherwise great meal!

I've gone to different Olive gardens around the states, and this was the most wonderful time I've ever had the waitress with a smile at all Moments , manager with a smile at all moments, helpful understanding and a good conversation. Loved, it will go back. There was 8 Of us and still, she never got tired.She was always there with a smile. Best family time ever. I do wanna say thank you. Thank you very much.

The service on Saturday night 08/10 at 9:15 pm was terrible. Upon entering the hostess lacked personality and appeared as If she didn’t want be there, there were two other people at the time that also appeared to be unfriendly. We sat down and waited a while for anyone to acknowledge us. Once the waiter came and took our drink order that again took a while to come. We placed our meal orders and the salad along with the bread sticks were not fresh. Our glasses sat empty, no offer of a refill, the waiter passed our table several times and didn’t even take note of that. The food came and he finally offered to get our refills but left all of the empty glasses on the table. Mind you the manager passed by the table and didn’t even notice the glasses were sitting there empty or even greet us. As we left the hostess never said thank you or have a good night or anything else, to busy looking at her phone I assume like everyone else. We have always come here for the great service, but that wasn’t the case this time, there was no engagement at all!! Do better we are paying customers!!

Went to this location today for lunch with my daughter. It was very good. There was a small line when we arrived but it went fast after another cashier stepped in. We ordered and the food came quickly. The food was delicious. We sat inside and enjoyed our lunch. I enjoyed the autumn squash soup, it was hot and tasted just right. I got the side of bread which is perfect for dipping into the soup. I would highly recommend you visit this location. Definitely will be back in the near future.

Visited this Panera Bread location for quick take out lunch. There was no one to take an order so everyone was ordering from self-serve screen. Since I don't visit Panera bread often I wasn't sure what to get so ended up with cobb salad. The place was kind of busy but only one person in the kitchen so it was a bit of a wait. She was quick but it was busy. I think the food at Panera is better dine in.. The salad was a bit soggy by the time I was able to eat it.

Lousy food prep. Instead of making more food, they scraped the bottom of the container for the soup which was all mushy, and filled the rest with croutons just to fill up the cup. Sandwiches while not hard to mess up, were clearly slapped together. Sadly we were the only customers in the building so there was no excuse other than poor laziness. All 9 tables outside including the chairs are covered in bird feces. I get the workers wages are probably quite low, so there is clearly a lack of motivation in the workplace, but the customer pays in the end. Not to forget that 1 cup of tomato soup is $7 which is diabolical. Ill pay the price for soup, not a cup of croutons covered in soup.

I had a piece of someone’s glove in my salad. I discovered it while talking a bite. Mixed amongst the leaves, i started choking and immediately spit it out. Absolutely disgusting.

I love Panera bread. Their food is always amazing but I would never come back to this location. Everyone was so rude to me and my mother who wanted a nice day out after hospitalization. After ordering I read the sign that said to ask for the cup I ordered at the pick up counter. So I went up to The two girls working the pick up counter gave me attitude when I asked for my cup I ordered for my mother. The blonde one said “one second” and never received it and the girl who actually handed my food slammed it down at the counter and I asked for the cup once more and she said “in the bag”. Terrible terrible service. Not to mention there was something hard in my salad. It was a solid black object definitely not for consumption. I will never come back here again!

I have gone into the Coconut Point Panera many times in the morning over the past few years but recently have found it far from enjoyable. The new morning manager is loud, obnoxious, and makes staying there to enjoy my coffee and bagel impossible. Yelling and loudly singing?? makes me want to go to a quieter place to enjoy my breakfast. I hope management sees this and reacts accordingly😡.

Really tasty and great value for money.

We always enjoy eating at Culver's and this location is very convenient to I-75. Of all the Culver's stores located in Lee County, this is one of two that are ideal for a quick-exit and quick-return to the highway. The food is delicious, the service is great and what makes it that way is how well-mannered the employees are. They seem like they like their jobs and place of business. It makes a difference in the interactions between them and customers like me. We have been visiting this Culver's for some time and will continue to do so.

Stopped by for quick dinner.8pm Just after Was served a a burger with completely raw patties. See photo!! Staff behind the counter could be seen horsing around rough housing with each other while waiting. If they spent time doing there actual job this probably wouldn't have happened. In addition two Staff directly behind the main opening to kitchen could been seen using their cell phones texting while wearing blue gloves and then going right back to making customers food. Have eaten at this location multiple times before and was always great. Based on this latest experience not sure if we will ever return.

Very good on what you'd expect of a fast food chain. Good food, fulfilling staff, and user friendly services. I really enjoyed how well the staff treated me, and I would regularly come out here with my friends, especially with how close to home it is. The food really is great, it is definitely the main seller, as in any other restaurant. I would definitely reccomend to giving it a try!

Love Culver’s burgers. They patties are cooked like smash burgers. They’re juicy but have that cooked beef char exterior for that amazing smash burger flavor. That with the cheese melted on top, buddy you have a first class burger. The concrete mixers are bomb too! Try them. One of my favorite burger joints.

I would give it 5 stars but they have to put the salt shaker down. Whenever I go the food tastes good but half the time the salt taste is overpowering. Especially on the hamburgers and the cheese curds. Please don’t use the salt shaker as a crutch.

Went there 10/19 for a Coke Zero,malt & shake. They messed up all 3. Kept coming to my car 3 times with wrong stuff every time only good was manager cassian who fixed the Coke Zero but admitted are order went missing

The food here is ALWAYS great. Made to my liking and I like a LOADED burger. 🍔 I’m that person (sorry staffers) but man do they nail it without my burger being a sloppy mess unlike other competitors won’t mention names but here I truly have it my way and badabababa 😉 husband always says it may be easier to order a fully loaded salad and top it with a burger patty. Haha he’s not wrong. But thank you to this location specifically for excellent food and service. I would add a photo but I engulfed that sucker. Haha 🤣

What can I say, I have been to Italy on different occasions and different cities and I found myself in "sospiri" in Italy itself. The gelatos as they really should be, creamy, fluffy, airy, with a true taste of what it is. I also tried the Milanese panini and it's very tasty, nothing heavy, no sauce or extra seasonings that ruin the flavor, the perfect balance. And finally I tried the pistachio tiramisu and it's from another galaxy, what a richer, creamy, tasty perfect balance, they are one of those things that you would eat 300 without regret. Sospiri 9.5/10

Perfect Gelato and Espresso if you want a taste of italy. Great seating areas inside and outside. The hand made cannoli are great as well!

Absolutely the best gelato and coffee in town! Every flavor is reach, creamy and clearly made with love!!! The espresso is top notch, strong and just what you need; what makes even better is the staff: incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready with a smile. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again... A true gem!

We had the absolute best experience having Sospiri assemble our wedding cake at our wedding this past weekend. Sticking with our Italian theme, it was the perfect addition and a such fun & special touch. Our friends and family loved it and our siblings joined us to help sprinkle the fruit (with us 4 wearing chef hats!) while everyone sang along & danced to “Che La Luna”. Looking back, it’s already one of our favorite parts of the day. The owners were SO sweet and it’s an experience/memory we will always treasure. We HIGHLY recommend them and are so happy they were available for our date. The cake was also delicious! One of the best we’ve ever tasted. :)

This adorable gelato/bakery was amazing. True authentic Italian flare with all real ingredients made in house by the owners. A couple from Italy who are so sweet and really make sure you enjoy your treats. This was children's first experience with gelato and they could not get enough. It brought us back to living in Europe. Incredible! This will become a regular spot for us. Thank you for a wonderful gelato.

Had such a great experience with my first visit today! A client and I were shooting content and the girls that helped us were so much fun and welcoming ! They shared their favorite flavors and we got to try the limoncello , so refreshing and a good amount of sour !🍨🍋 I definitely will keep this place in mind to take my furture clients and suggest to anyone that wants really good gelato !

Brand new, gorgeous restaurant. The dining space is large and can accommodate lots of people. We went for an early dinner in off season without a reservation- not crowded and quick service. The menus are great because they’re tablets that have pictures of every single dish! Service was excellent. We enjoyed all of our food but my husband had a few nasty bites in his swordfish so would not recommend that dish. My grouper with crab fried rice was incredible! Even the bread is so fresh and delicious. I appreciated that you can add a side salad/soup at a very reasonable price with any entree purchase.

This place used to be the sports bar Bokampers. They have done a complete renovation and it is now a pleasant upscale seafood restaurant. The menu offers a lot of choice and it was hard to pick one thing. I had the Parmesan crusted flounder and it was great. Next time will have the risotto with shrimp and scallops. Others have had the scallops.

The place reeks of class—sleek wood, dim glow, an elegance that’s almost too smooth for a guy like me. But it’s got soul, a quiet promise of the ocean in every corner. Menus come on tablets, slick as hell—tap a dish, see the allergens pop up… No filter to dodge my personal demons, though, and—get this—you can’t order through it. Tech that flirts but leaves you hanging, like a date who won’t call back. Then the food hits. Swordfish, tender and fierce, cuts through the bullshit. Seafood paella with just the right spice that laughs at chain-joint mush. Crusted flounder crunches just right; black grouper’s got that deep, meaty pull. But the smoked oysters? That’s the gut punch—briny, charred, a slow burn that lingers like a good story. I wanted more. Every plate you taste something real. The crowd’s tame—pressed collars, sunburned snowbirds—but the staff hustle like it matters. It’s not a chaotic hole-in-the-wall; it’s too refined for that. Still, Real Seafood knows its game. Feed me smoked oysters 🦪 like that again, and I’ll forgive the tablet tease.

How have I not been here before!!?? Loved everything about this beautiful and delicious restaurant. Sat outside, loved the fountain view. Nina was an outstanding server. Brought our own bottle of wine ($25 cork fee, can't be on the wine list). The food was phenomenal. I only took a photo of my meal, the scallops, but hubby got the salmon and he loved his as well. Oh and the BREAD was an 11 out of 10. I can't wait to go back. The Manager came and checked in on us too! Coconut Point has a lot of options but this is my new favorite!!!

I will start this review by saying that we normally love this restaurant. We have eaten here many times and frequented the previous location many times too. Tonight the service was extremely slow in spite of the restaurant being nearly empty. There was plenty of staff but they seemed very off their game. Our drinks took a very long time to get, even water at the beginning. The food was very slow to come out. The lobster bisque was wonderful like usual. We ordered three entrees; two were so overcooked they were barely edible and definitely not good. My son ordered the lobster tail and it was rubbery, my husband ordered the black group and it was so overcooked it was hard. The black grouper came with crab fried rice…the egg was one large piece of egg, it wasn’t even mixed in to the fried rice. We tried to find management on our way out to give them a heads up but there was no one at the reception desk and we couldn’t locate her in the restaurant. We were sitting outside, the wind died and it got hot (which is understandable in southern Florida in the evening) but we asked to have the fans turned on and the waiter didn’t turn them on or give a reason why they couldn’t be turned on if that was the case. Lastly, the waiter never asked if our food was ok or if there was anything we needed after the food came …until after we paid he said, “hope everything was great”. It was a very disappointing experience. We hope that they will get back on their game as we really do like this restaurant.

Great food and even better service! Emily and Hunter made our dinning experience fantastic. We stopped for dinner and they made it a great experience. The food was fresh, delicious and came out quick; the dessert, the banana pudding is a must have! We highly recommend it.

NOT what I ordered! RUDE! And poor customer service! I asked for a latte and I received an iced drink. The person that made the drink offered to remake it. The person at the cash register was NOT paying attention. I said “LATTE”. I thought a latte was a HOT beverage. I ordered a feta spinach wrap and the person threw it on the counter and didn’t even call the customer’s name.

I really like the person who made this my coffee, same recipe but each person makes it differently. I always wait for Monday and Friday every week because on these 2 days I will meet this barista, i just want let you know THANKS YOU♥️

Ive always enjoyed this Starbucks. It’s easy to get to and the drive thru is smooth and easy. Trying the chestnut praline latte. The staff is always in a good mood! I use Starbucks to conduct business and I love the fact that they have outlets you can use, tables big enough to work at. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and it was phenomenal! Over the past 3 months the drinks have been extremely hit or miss. I’d say 50% of the time I can’t even take more than a few sips because they’re so bad (including the one I got today). The only way I can describe it is that it tastes like they’re running multiple drinks through the same espresso. Old, watered down and bitter taste. The team here is great but I think I’ll start going out of my way to the other Starbucks that just opened on Alico because the espresso never tastes bad at that one. I just can’t continue to waste so much money on drinks that are expensive and inedible.

I just got home with my drink and started drinking it when i realized stuff floating around. it’s white slimy and was huge untill i started to get it out then it broke. NO IDEA what this is. but threw away my whole 7-8$ drink. absolutely disgusting. I would like to know what it is. also took a video but it won’t allow me to upload the video. i come here quite often and get this drink and this is a first. gross.

The manager Wes is awesome! His cheery, uplifting attitude every visit never fails! He always has a suggestion if you don't know what to get too! I've never had my order wrong here and they are always quick. The only thing that stinks is there isn't a place to pull up in the car line, so if you're waiting for something that's not ready, there isn't really a place to wait or pull up to without being in Someone's way.

It's all about the coffee here. Grab one and get on with your day, but if you do hang here the AC works and the vibe inside is vibey. Cool art work on the wall too.

Kim was very welcoming! It was my first time here and she took the time to explain the menu to me and explained each juice and its ingredients. Even gave me free samples to try! I ended up getting #10, basal instinct. From the first sip, I feel so rejuvenated! Such a great juice, I will be back to try others.

This is the best juice/acai bowl place in SWFL! The establishment is always super clean and bright. Their bowls are so good, as are the juices! They often have free samples of the juices, and I haven’t tried a juice yet that I didn’t like!! The employees are also so friendly, especially Kim the general manager. She’s so helpful about picking the right juice and making the place feel warm and inviting!

The most amazing and excellent juice bar by far. The coolers are always stocked with cold pressed juices, vegan bites, and yummy goodness. The açaí bowl varieties are to die for. Cannot get over how friendly and sweet staff is every-time you walk in the door. Beyond clean, visually appealing, and fresh fruit galore.

We love Juice Society! Their bowls are delicious and keeps us coming back for more! The service is great and you are always welcomed with a smile! The manager Kim is always there to help and be sure you get only the best service!

The juices are good but it’s insanely overpriced. I paid 15$ for an açaí bowl that comes with peanut butter and I got a small little drizzle on top. When I asked if I could have some more they told me I need to pay more. If it’s a drizzle of peanut butter they should clarify that in the description. To add I got chunks of inedible frozen chunks of fruit or ice in the acai. When I brought it in and showed her she stared and said “what do you want me to do??” Not worth the price point for what you get and the staff is unaccommodating and rude.

I love this store! Sydney and Amber are awesome….cheerfully answering my questions! And the food and juice never disappoint!!! The bowls are amazing! Today I sampled 2 juices and picked Under the Sea to take home. I highly recommend this store!

I’ve been known to drive all the way from Naples just to grab my favorites from Juice Society...yes, they’re that good. So hearing they’re coming local? Beyond exciting! There’s just something magical about their juices in glass bottles, it changes the taste. Every sip is crisp, fresh, and clean!! Manifesting a few nut milks or maybe a dreamy coffee drink in the future because I already know they’d nail it.

I Love the ice cream here but I had to walk out for a second time because there was a line to the door and only one girl working. I’m not waiting 45 mins for a cone. I don’t think I’ll make the trip here anymore. I may try again when the snow birds go home. I can’t believe how the owner responds to the bad reviews on google. Terrible way to respond to criticism from your customers. One business owner to another, bad reviews let you know what to improve so don’t take it so personal.

The ice cream was very generic and the cones were not crisp or tasty. I would highly advise skipping this one and saving your money for any other place. A Wendy's frosty had more character than this ice cream.

We tried Handel's. As we enter we were greeting by a very friendly welcome. Since it was our 1st time there we took our time reading all the ice cream selections. The young lady was very patience and answered all our questions. We tried a waffle cone with heavenly hash ice cream and it was delicious. Also had the graham central station as a sundea with pecan and carmel. It was great. Prices were average for the area. Place was large and clean. We will be back.

Not the same as locations in Ohio. Seems like they don’t use the same recipes for example the cotton candy does not have any chocolate chips. Missing flavors also. Usually only one guy working who is nice but it can take forever sometimes. Overall disappointed.

Wow.. really delicious yogurt...only two flavors...ok with me since I am keen on chocolate. Good service. It was interesting that that don't show the toppings. They have them but I didn't see them...just as well since I wasn't tempted.

Absolutely divine! I felt compelled to go extra on this review, honestly for me the best, hands down most amazing, delightful macaron I’ve ever experienced. I love treating myself to ice cream, the ice cream statue out front lured me in, come to find out I would have the ultimate experience also by the helpful customer service by the owner who was from France! This is the real deal. I had the gelato sandwich and omg this blows away the usual scoop in a waffle cone I came in for. Then I purchased a few macarons to try for later and yes the next day I am writing the review because they were the most amazing macarons ever and I enjoyed them with my cappuccino and am so happy! Thank you for customer service, help and friendly energy. Thank you for making a delightful experience and the love and consideration that went into baking the goods you have in your shop is felt by many who enjoy your services. Thank you !!!!

This place is so chic! Everything is delicious, elegant, and absolutely charming. The owner was such a kind person, which made the experience even better. It truly reminds me of Paris. Le Macaron French Pastries will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit Fort Myers.

By far the BEST macarons I’ve had in MY LIFE!!! Authentic macarons from owners who are from France! The lady there was such a sweetheart and gave us gelato samples. We got macarons (double chocolate and cassie) and gelato (lemon and mango) being our favorites. Practically ALL of their options are GF which is perfect for my family. Will CERTAINLY be coming back!

I bought the dubai chocolates here, 6 squares for 30$. which was already excessive but I was excited to try what everyone was raving about. I was disappointed to say the least, not only was the chocolate made with DARK chocolate? but it was also extremely hard to bite. When I was able to finally bite it, It gave me a splinter in my gums. Usually I’d just blame this on the chocolate itself, but i’ve had multiple friends tell me that the chocolate there (which I let them try) wad nothing like the real dubai chocolate (which they had purchased and eaten before.) for something so overpriced I figured it would atleast be yummy, but now I’m wishing I’d just purchased it online. The people helping me were fairly nice though.

Good selection of Norman Love classics. Same great quality, friendly staff - a must for a delicious stop while you’re getting your shopping done at the Miromar Outlets! My absolute favorite location is their chocolate salon on McGregor because it offers more of an upscale cafe vibe but I love that they offer their products at the mall too.

Short: Disgusting!! Don’t waste your money!!! We bought a White Chocolate Cheesecake hoping to get something nice. Unfortunately, the Cake was really bad and tasted old and sour milk. It was really disgusting and mentioning and showing it to the employees was shocking. They didn’t care, and the answer I got was, „there is nothing we can do“. So I just lost 9$ for nothing! Wow! This is the worst store and customer service I’ve ever seen and I will never go there ever again!

Pathetic customer service. Three visits, same rude treatment from the same employee (heavyset Asian girl). No name tag, but she’s clearly untrained and unprofessional—eye-rolling, rushing customers, and dismissive behavior on Friday August 22nd. We arrived at 6:45pm. She rushed a large group ahead of us, then took our order. Two tiny scoops of gelato—over $15.00. At 7:00pm, she told us we needed to leave and could sit outside. Seriously? Before taking our money, she could have politely mentioned that they close at 7:00pm and we would have gone elsewhere, no problem. Staff were cleaning with dirty wet rags, wiping counters and then inside the gelato tubs interchangeably, as we watched them. Absolutely Disgusting. We got up to exit and my wife told them we’re regulars—6–7 times a month, we will not be back! Her response (mumbled under her breath) as we left, “That’s your choice. Employees reflect leadership. Norman Love, your brand is slipping. Customer service is nonexistent. Your prices are outrageous. Packaging won’t save you. If this is your standard, we’re done. If I could have given zero stars I would have!

We were trying to find a specialty dessert shop to celebrate our daughters birthday! The desserts not only look amazing.. they taste amazing. We were greeted quickly. We asked for shop favorites and the suggestions were on point.

Nice gelato store in Miramar outlet shops,lot of variety of different flavors gelato and sorbet. My favorite is strawberry,but I like also a salted caramel but nothing compare to Molly moon’s in Seattle or Mitchell’s Cleveland.The price of gelato is overpriced,5.30$ for small cup. Tiramisu nothing compare to original Italian tiramisu,coffee was terrible,the same like in Starbucks,it needs a professional barista and good coffee beans The chocolate tastes good

When I entered the shop, he did not welcome me enthusiastically. When paying, he only gave me a box of chocolate. I asked him for a bag to put it in, but he said he didn't have one. It looked like he was as racist as me. I was really unhappy with this way of doing things.

Spanish girl refused to help me even tho I was waiting in line and helped a white family- mind you this girl is a POC! Crazy thing is she took my order and told me what I wanted, and I said I wanted the raspberry dome, when she walked over the white lady said that she wanted it so she gave it to her instead and then continued to help her? Lmao this is the craziest and most racist experience I’ve had and the fact that it came from a brown girl is crazier. Yuck.

I have been to several Italian ice places, and Rita’s has them all beat. On top of that we had the sweetest service, I wish I got her name, but I didn’t. She was so lovely!! I love Rita’s!! I’ll be back very soon!!

We used to go to Rita’s all the time in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida. Consistently good from location to location. We stopped here an hour before closing and as others have mentioned they were out of several flavors. Not the end of the world. A suggestion to avoid having customers be let down cause their favorite flavor ran out would be to use a digital display menu that can easily be changed as menu items run out for the day. The locked flavors of the day board outside does not make it easy to make changes quickly. Just my 2 cents. My wife was and I both got our favorite Gelati. It was delicious and presentation was great. We both got a large and we both agreed that next time a medium will be fine as the large is really generous in size. The two girls working did a good job of handling the late night rush to get custard. I’m not going to complain about paying $5.50 for a large Gelati. Food is expensive these days everywhere. Rita’s is a treat for us and we enjoy it 🙂

Rita(s), thank you. I finally found a great woman and your gelati locked it down! We pulled up and she was thinking about piña colada but it wasn't on the menu. She became indecisive: orange cream cream ice or strawberry. She couldn't decide. She wanted dat piña. Cars were pulling up from behind. The line was moving in front. It was time to make a decision and that's when I saw it. That natural pineapple, oh you sweet sweet natural pineapple. Boom I order natural pineapple and orange cream cream ice and I'M IN! Cute place in the Coconut Point Mall. It overlooks a turtle fountain in a courtyard. Really good ice cream! We had the strawberry shortcake sundae and the brownie sundae. Delicious and filling.

I will start with the positive. The ice cream was really good. Now the negative. The workers were incredibly rude to everyone who walked into that store. He was rushing, and trying to get people to order as soon as they stepped foot in the store. Then a woman came in with a service dog and he kicked her out of the store because there is a no dog policy, even when he knew that it was a service dog. When the woman’s companion came back in to try to convince the man to let them back in, he said that the woman is probably faking and doesn’t need the dog, and went on to yell at the woman and kick her out of the store. Don’t come her, the workers are incredibly rude towards their customers, it’s seems like they are trying to have a failing business.

Showed up at 12:30pm and no one was in store in saturday. Hours posted on door say 10 am opening. Seems like this place is out of business or does not want people to spend money in a busy mall. Please save gas and go somewhere else where you are valued and your business is wanted.

Went for ice cream. Local to Estero. Owners were rude. One didn't seem like he wanted to serve. The other gentleman took the payment. He said the ice cream cone and predesigned flavor were not in the pricing. $1 each. Picture shows the flavor and basic cone. He said not included. Stuck his tongue out and shook his head. I was mortified to have been standing there watching this and just wanted to check out my shake. Awful experience and ice cream not that great. Local resident lost!

This place is soo good! There’s really fun flavors! Not your average ice cream place! The s’mores ice cream is amazing and so is the cotton candy! I’ve actually come here twice in a day before....

Zero stars if possible. Yes, the ice cream is bad, but this place is a hazard. They yelled at us to keep it down (we were a party of 10). It's an ice cream shop not a library. Then they kept yelling as we left. Once we were outside someone from the shop came out and got in my face in front of my family and threatened to punch me. He also dared me to punch him first and made contact with me. Totally outrageous and this place should be closed down. Also the ice cream is not even good. As we were leaving the guy lurked in the parking lot and took pictures and video of my family and my truck. If you like being assaulted when getting ice cream with your family, you might enjoy this place.

It’s 10:33pm I just came here because they say it was open until 11pm. But clearly it’s not.Not really much else to say about it besides that I wish I had ice cream right now and head and just drove airport for them to be closed.

Window says open at 11. Showed up at 1120. Door was locked. I could see employee inside so I knocked on the door until he opened. He said they don't open till 1130. I said, it says on your window you're open at 11am. Apparently he showed up late and the machines we not turned on and cold yet. I promised my kid ice cream. I was so disappointed and upset. We will never be back. I see this has happened more than once recently. Maybe management should hire employees that actually show up.

Several machines were empty and the shop seems in general disrepair and is unkempt. Yogurt was fine and the kids enjoyed it... but be prepared to pay up. Three cones that weren't full and had no toppings came to over $19.

I have never been more disgusted of restaurant, on a first impression, before. My girlfriend and I walked in to enjoy some frozen yogurt and we were not greeted. The establishment smelt like dead fish. Yes I said FISH. It was disgusting and the two employees were just standing behind the counter on there phones. Save your nose and time. Go to Haagen-Dazs down the road.

Id give this place negative stars if it was an option. It smelled foul and there was gnats flying around. The toppings where mixed together and the girl working there sat on her phone the entire time. The place needs to be mopped, tables wiped down, topping containers cleaned up etc...So mad for wasting $18 on 2 terrible frozen yogurts.

Have been coming here for a while now and these past couple months have been very disappointing. We normally order 20-40 nibblers and if there isn’t enough they used to make us more as we waited about 20-30 minutes. Lately they say no this is what we have and it will be an hour wait. Seems like they just don’t want to make them. Disappointing drive

TCBY is awesome and the employees at this location are super friendly, but they always have 3 or 4 flavors / machines out of order so maybe if management could step up and order the correct amount of flavors or buy better machines. Please.... that would be appreciated.

The service at this place is the worst I have ever seen.

I usually love Dairy Queen blizzards but this location made it mediocre. I always get a medium royal New York cheesecake blizzard. It’s a rare treat for me, so was disappointed with the quality of it today. This location had mainly graham cracker crumbles with no large bites of cheesecake. There were no strawberries in the center and minimal strawberry syrup. The blizzard was not blended on bottom third/quarter of cup, so just straight vanilla. I ended up just throwing the last section away. It wasn’t terrible, it’s just not the quality that I expect. It was disappointing enough that I won’t be going back to this location.

Online it says they are open until 7pm. Drive all the way over and the sign says closes at 6pm. Need to update google so customers are not making unnecessary drives.

Worst Dairy Queen customer service I’ve seen. Did not want to add promotion to any blizzards rudely states use the app basically didn’t listen to any questions.

There’s nothing better than that sweet flavor of cool delicious ice cream and well when you’re getting it from a clean, well worked place, you can honestly say you’re in ice cream heaven! That’s how it is when you’re at the Miramar mall, sitting outside, enjoying the beautiful weather and eating your freshly served Dairy Queen ice cream. Beware gift cards! We bought a gift card here, employee said it was activated. Gave the gift and between 2 calls to the main office and returning to this store several times w the card returned to us to activate the card (although they said it was activated but couldn't get it to work) they couldn't fulfill the order. Will have the bank contest it.

Can’t say it’s the best Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Went the other day to get ice cream. It was a Saturday. Google said they were open until 7pm and there was a sign posted on the store door that said they were open until 8pm on Saturday’s. I got there around 6:25 and it was dark inside and the doors were locked. If you guys close at 5 every day then I expect your hours that are visible to the public to be accurate.

Their gelato are always fresh, and very delicious.

Good cookies. Nice variety of flavors. Large size. I prefer “warm from the oven” like the Chip retail store has. Mine were just room temp. Had some kind of soda fountain drink thing also. I didn’t have time to ask about them. See the photo with the menu to try and figure it out. I wish them well! My cookies were chocolate chip and the rockstar. I expected a little more flavor-had more of a sugar taste, I prefer tasting the different add-in’s. Very sugary, which is expected, and not enough of the flavors. I am very picky where I put my treat calories. Good, but not wowed. I prefer the store “Chip”, Chip comes across with a more high end look for a counter service place. This place was more fast food messy looking. I hope they do well, it’s great to see new businesses succeed in our area, but as a reviewer I have to be straight up in my reviews. I prefer Chip. Best of luck😊

I was really hoping to like this place; unfortunately it’s a big no for me. The employees didn’t greet us/very awkward in there. The cookies are hard as a rock and all of them cold; chocolate chip cookie tastes like they just loaded it with brown sugar and maybe ten chocolate chips.

I want to give five starts because when they’re good they’re really good, however, I’ve gotten several six packs w all flavors, and they’re inconsistent on the bake. I’ve had them baked perfectly, dry, and now just received half the box almost burnt! That’s the last time for me, sadly. Usually they open the box and show me and this time she did not, now I know why. I doubt I’ll return, it’s a lot of money for inconsistent results. So many other cookie shop openings up as this is the trendy thing! Enjoy!

We attended Crave's grand opening 1/20/24. They were giving out free cookies all day, first come, first serve. It was unclear on the advertisement what the process was for the free cookie! Like good customers, we got in line and bought a few things before grabbing a cookie. Once we paid, we looked over to see 0 free cookies left. It was a mess because there were people just coming in and out to grab a cookie and go. It might have been better if they had a line for them or the staff handing out 1 per customer. We did end up waiting around 25 minutes for a new batch to come out and it felt like there was a lack of urgency. Lots of customers waited for one and the place cleared as soon as the new batch came out. They have a very small interior (similar to crumbl), so this is a grab and go place. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed (to be expected, lots of people there for those free cookies). Their options were somewhat limited. I was hoping they would have a sugar cookie option as chocolate can get a bit heavy. We tried their Oreo, horchata, the scotcherookie, and a brownie/cookie mixed (forgot the name). They are definitely rich. I enjoyed the regular chocolate chip cookie and the horchata cookie the best. The horchata cookie reminded me of a snickerdoodle a little bit. The chocolate chip was super moist, fresh out of the oven and gooey. It was great! They do rotate their flavors and have some pretty cool speciality sodas. I would equate the soda options to a glamorized sonic. Aside from the mess to get a free cookie, this place has a lot of potential and is in a great location for FGCU students/shoppers at Miromar. It's a little hidden but I hope to see this place thrive. There's a lot of cookie places nearby (Chip and Insomnia) so it'll be interesting to see how they differentiate themselves.

The cookies are definitely delicious and generously sized—5 stars Sanitary practices—3 stars I was watching the guy making the cookies, he had gloves on but then he reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell phone, checked it and then went back to making the cookies. Kinda defeats the purpose of wearing gloves and makes you wonder if the staff has been properly trained regarding the risks of cross contamination.

The cookies are very good fresh, but if you take any home, the reheating instructions won't bring them back to this level. They're still good reheated, but for high price cookies, it's worth noting that it won't be the same.

They rolled me out of here. I came with the family and we ordered a cookie each. The we had the standard choc chip, a salted caramel something, snickerdoodle, and I don't remember the other. So decadent. Honestly, we probably could have split them in half, as they were so big and rich. The staff was extremely friendly. I took a point off of the atmosphere, but it's just a counter, so the atmosphere didn't matter. Definitely try it out!
